- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice a low Welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm your host, Rob Shooter, joining us every single Tuesday
- 0:22Speaker 1: and we look forward to it. Is our friend, Miss
- 0:24Speaker 1: de Delna Dixon, Delena lab Are you the good morning,
- 0:29Speaker 1: Mr Shooter? How are you doing this morning? Really really good?
- 0:31Speaker 1: Yesterday I did Wendy Williams showed. Delena has done that
- 0:34Speaker 1: show several times. It's a fun show to do, De Lena,
- 0:37Speaker 1: but you can remember when you did it last. It's
- 0:39Speaker 1: a lot of work. I'm not putting into a lot
- 0:41Speaker 1: of work because Wendy so good at what she does.
- 0:45Speaker 1: You've got to be prepared. You can't go in half
- 0:49Speaker 1: knowing your story. I'm ashamed to admit it, MT, but
- 0:52Speaker 1: I've done TV shows where I've sort of phoned it
- 0:53Speaker 1: in a little bit. I just sort of turned up.
- 0:55Speaker 1: I read the notes, a little Wikipedia or a little
- 0:57Speaker 1: bit of a website and not with You need to
- 1:01Speaker 1: go propared to do your homework, which is why she's
- 1:04Speaker 1: the best in the business. Abesty. We've done her homework
- 1:07Speaker 1: this morning, so we've got a ton of gossip. You
- 1:09Speaker 1: know what time it is, my friend, it is big story.
- 1:15Speaker 1: At the top of the show was So Kanye West
- 1:18Speaker 1: does not believe that Kim Kardashian will divorce him. So
- 1:23Speaker 1: in the middle of this imploding divorce with Kim, Kanye
- 1:26Speaker 1: is not really taking it very seriously, so sources say
- 1:30Speaker 1: he doesn't believe his wife will actually go through with
- 1:33Speaker 1: the plans to dissolve their marriage. Hollywood Life are reporting
- 1:37Speaker 1: that Kim filed to end the seven year marriage to
- 1:42Speaker 1: Kanye in February one. But he thinks that basically it's
- 1:46Speaker 1: not going to happen, and he apparently is going to
- 1:49Speaker 1: call her bluff. Sources said the following quote. Kanye hasn't
- 1:54Speaker 1: filed a response to Kim's divorce filing because he simply
- 1:58Speaker 1: doesn't accept that Kim will see the divorce through. He
- 2:02Speaker 1: knows how Kim is, and he knows what she wants
- 2:06Speaker 1: and what she doesn't want. Kanye thinks this is a
- 2:09Speaker 1: chess move and he's not going to respond. But I
- 2:15Speaker 1: don't know, Kanye, I think this is happening. What about you, Misday, Yeah,
- 2:19Speaker 1: I think Kanye might need to rethink his plan here.
- 2:22Speaker 1: You know, I understand. Look, you can say what you
- 2:25Speaker 1: want about the Kardashians, but the one thing is they
- 2:28Speaker 1: are so fierce about family, and I think it's very
- 2:32Speaker 1: hard for Kanye to give up the concept of being
- 2:35Speaker 1: a part of the family because he knows how much
- 2:37Speaker 1: they support and once he's out of that family, he
- 2:39Speaker 1: really doesn't have a support system. We know his mother
- 2:42Speaker 1: passed away, so who's going to be there for him? Um. Now,
- 2:46Speaker 1: if there's any reason that Kim would stay with Kanye,
- 2:49Speaker 1: I think it would be for the children. So if
- 2:52Speaker 1: there's any reason that's going to keep them together, that's it.
- 2:55Speaker 1: But this way, I think in this case, she I mean,
- 2:59Speaker 1: she called one of the best divorce lawyers in Hollywood,
- 3:03Speaker 1: so she's definitely serious. So he may need to think
- 3:06Speaker 1: a new game plan. Yeah, I agree with you here.
- 3:09Speaker 1: You know, I've sometimes lived in denial to where I
- 3:12Speaker 1: just don't want things to happen, so I pretend they're not.
- 3:15Speaker 1: It never works. Bury in your head in the sand,
- 3:18Speaker 1: pretending it's going to go away. It never works. So
- 3:22Speaker 1: you don't have to be a Kardashian or Kanye West
- 3:25Speaker 1: for this to happen in your life. How are you misdy?
- 3:27Speaker 1: Can you confront the train that's coming towards you? Or
- 3:30Speaker 1: do you pretend no, no, no, it's all going to
- 3:32Speaker 1: be fine? Where are you? I do pretend that it's
- 3:35Speaker 1: going to be fine until it's impossible to pretend that anymore,
- 3:38Speaker 1: and then I have to get serious. And it's always
- 3:42Speaker 1: it's painful for anyone, whether you're a celebrity or you
- 3:45Speaker 1: know you're Jane Doe. It's hard when you have to
- 3:48Speaker 1: face reality. But as you always preach, the only way
- 3:51Speaker 1: you can become the best version of yourself is to
- 3:54Speaker 1: deal with the things that are the hardest. Yeah, tell
- 3:56Speaker 1: yourself the truth, Kanye. This makes me very, very nervous.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Brings us to our whole question of the day. So
- 4:01Speaker 1: Kanye West doesn't believe that Kim Kardashian is going to
- 4:04Speaker 1: go ahead with this divorce? Do you believe Kim? Basically,
- 4:08Speaker 1: I'm asking here, is this going to happen? Do you
- 4:10Speaker 1: believe Kim is going to divorce Kanye? So go vote
- 4:14Speaker 1: on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob. Our facebook
- 4:16Speaker 1: page is Naughty Gossip. You can live a comment there.
- 4:18Speaker 1: I love these comments, mister, and shows a check back
- 4:21Speaker 1: to Laurrow where to hear your results? Mister, what are
- 4:24Speaker 1: you working on? Well? This is a good one. So
- 4:27Speaker 1: doctor Oz is going to step in as guest hosts
- 4:30Speaker 1: of Jeopardy in a few weeks. As you know, there
- 4:33Speaker 1: have been a ton of temporary guest host since the
- 4:36Speaker 1: show lost Alex Tremac. We all love, but let's just
- 4:40Speaker 1: say that fans aren't exactly excited or thrilled with the
- 4:43Speaker 1: pick of Doctor Oz. Now. He's been slammed for promoting
- 4:47Speaker 1: and I quote, quack treatment and cures, So when he
- 4:51Speaker 1: was tapped to do Jeopardy last month, some fans said
- 4:54Speaker 1: they'd be skipping his episodes. One in particular is four
- 4:57Speaker 1: Game winner Lindsay Shultz said, when you've made a career
- 5:01Speaker 1: in popular media by at best conveying confidence in unproven remedies,
- 5:07Speaker 1: I'm not sure you're a show based around facts is
- 5:11Speaker 1: the best place for you. So now Jeopardy has not
- 5:14Speaker 1: announced who's going to take over permanently, So this is
- 5:17Speaker 1: very interesting, Rob, what are you thinking? I know Doctor
- 5:21Speaker 1: Oz a little bit, and he's always been very, very charming,
- 5:24Speaker 1: but I do understand the controversy. He's come under criticism
- 5:28Speaker 1: misty several times for supporting stuff that medically doesn't appear
- 5:33Speaker 1: to be that sound. Most recently, he had to apologize
- 5:37Speaker 1: for some comments he made about COVID, But I think
- 5:39Speaker 1: this is really really complicated. I did not see this coming.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I saw Katie correct filling in, I saw several other
- 5:46Speaker 1: people filling in. I just thought that Dr Arso, he's
- 5:49Speaker 1: a smarty pants, he is a doctor. I thought this
- 5:51Speaker 1: would be a great fit. I didn't see this is
- 5:54Speaker 1: this coming in, And now that it's happened, I'm really
- 5:57Speaker 1: really interested. I feel terrible for everybody here. He didn't
- 6:01Speaker 1: sign up to get this criticism. At the same time,
- 6:04Speaker 1: the fans of the show, they love this show. They
- 6:06Speaker 1: love the show they do and it is a smart show.
- 6:10Speaker 1: It's the one of the smartest shows on television. So
- 6:12Speaker 1: I do understand that too. Let's put it like this.
- 6:15Speaker 1: I don't think Dr Rance is going to be the
- 6:18Speaker 1: full time replacement. So I think if he could survive,
- 6:21Speaker 1: get through the next couple of weeks a week or
- 6:23Speaker 1: two that he's going to be filling in, he can
- 6:26Speaker 1: put it behind him. I'm sure all this publicity is
- 6:29Speaker 1: something he does not want. He doesn't want anybody to
- 6:32Speaker 1: be reminded of some of the controversial things that he
- 6:35Speaker 1: has said. You've only got to google them. I like you,
- 6:38Speaker 1: doctor as I find you very entertaining. But it's tricky,
- 6:40Speaker 1: isn't it mystery? It's not entertainment. He's a doctor, so
- 6:44Speaker 1: where's the playing. You know, if you're going to be
- 6:46Speaker 1: on the talk or the view, you can make me
- 6:48Speaker 1: laugh at giggle and that's what I want. But when
- 6:51Speaker 1: you are a doctor who has an entertainment show, the
- 6:54Speaker 1: lines get very very blood Hey, moving along talking about
- 7:00Speaker 1: her in lines and not exactly being totally totally truthful.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Prince Harry and Megan Markle are now revealing basically that
- 7:07Speaker 1: they misled Oprah, which I think is is worse than
- 7:11Speaker 1: misleading people on Jeopardy. Don't mess with Oprah. So they
- 7:14Speaker 1: finally admitted to The Daily Beast that they were not
- 7:17Speaker 1: married three days before their official wedding. If you remember
- 7:20Speaker 1: that big Oprah interview, Delane, one of the things, many
- 7:23Speaker 1: things that stood out, was when Megan told Oprah they
- 7:26Speaker 1: actually got married three days before the massive ceremony that
- 7:30Speaker 1: the whole world, including us too, watched with our mouths
- 7:34Speaker 1: wide open. So now a spokesperson has conceded that they
- 7:37Speaker 1: exchanged personal vows a few days before their official wedding.
- 7:42Speaker 1: The reason this is a big deal is if you
- 7:44Speaker 1: start to tell miss truths on the little stuff? How
- 7:48Speaker 1: do we believe the big stuff? Now? A lot of
- 7:50Speaker 1: people are looking at ways to take a pinch at
- 7:53Speaker 1: this couple. We know that we know their controversial. I
- 7:56Speaker 1: like them, but a lot of people do not be
- 7:58Speaker 1: Aus Morgan, I'm talking to about you. If you make
- 8:02Speaker 1: a little slip up, if you tell a little mistruth
- 8:05Speaker 1: over something you didn't need to say. You could have
- 8:07Speaker 1: said we had a little private, a little private ceremony.
- 8:10Speaker 1: It wasn't a wed in a couple of days before.
- 8:12Speaker 1: You didn't need to look at Oprah and say we
- 8:15Speaker 1: got married. A mistake. Uh yeah, I would say it
- 8:19Speaker 1: was a poor choice of words, So of course I
- 8:22Speaker 1: looked it up. So a commitment ceremony is that's what
- 8:26Speaker 1: they really had, is a marriage ceremony. So marriage is
- 8:30Speaker 1: in the word in which two people commit their lives
- 8:32Speaker 1: to each other, but it isn't legally binding. So it's
- 8:36Speaker 1: not wrong for Megan to have said we got married.
- 8:40Speaker 1: It's a commitment ceremony in their mind, in their eyes,
- 8:44Speaker 1: they were married even though it wasn't legally binding. So
- 8:49Speaker 1: it's yes if she wanted to be one clear. So
- 8:52Speaker 1: people can't pull and extract. But it does sound more
- 8:57Speaker 1: juicy and interesting to say that we got married then
- 9:00Speaker 1: we had a private ceremony just for ourselves. So you
- 9:04Speaker 1: gotta be careful, you know, when you're speaking to Oprah,
- 9:07Speaker 1: you got to get the words right. Maybe maybe have
- 9:09Speaker 1: said you got legally married, and she could have said no,
- 9:12Speaker 1: we we had a commitment ceremony, but that was our
- 9:15Speaker 1: moment to just speak to one another for ourselves. Right.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Will be not me to criticize Oprah. But had I
- 9:22Speaker 1: been the reporter doing that interview, I would have had
- 9:24Speaker 1: a follow up with that. If you told me you
- 9:25Speaker 1: got married three days before this ceremony where a billion
- 9:29Speaker 1: people watched, I'd be like, what I mean? I want
- 9:32Speaker 1: you got married, tell me about I would have lent
- 9:34Speaker 1: into that, I think, Mr. I know you would have
- 9:36Speaker 1: because you're, of course, you don't let anybody get anything
- 9:40Speaker 1: past two. I used to love watching you go to
- 9:43Speaker 1: do red carpets or interview celebrities. Oh if they said
- 9:47Speaker 1: one thing that you knew was not true, Misty, you
- 9:49Speaker 1: followed up. I was like, you want to expand on that? Oh,
- 9:55Speaker 1: I missing days of red carpets. They'll be back, They'll
- 9:58Speaker 1: be back. What's going on with Porsha and Ellen. She
- 10:00Speaker 1: was rushed to hospital. Yes, this is kind of shocking
- 10:04Speaker 1: and surprising. It's uh so Porsche was rushed to the
- 10:08Speaker 1: hospital for an emergency surgery on Friday. So Ellen rushed
- 10:12Speaker 1: Porsche to the hospital Friday night and she was in
- 10:15Speaker 1: a lot of pain. Now, this is what their reps
- 10:18Speaker 1: told people. It was appendicitist dangerous and she had surgery.
- 10:24Speaker 1: So this was very serious. So a rep for Porsche
- 10:27Speaker 1: and her wife said added that she's doing very well. Uh,
- 10:30Speaker 1: she's now resting at home doing well, and of course
- 10:33Speaker 1: Ellen is taking care of her. It was a scare
- 10:36Speaker 1: at first, but it's all good now. I mean, Ellen's
- 10:40Speaker 1: dealing with so much to have this happen on top
- 10:42Speaker 1: of it, It's just it must feel like there's just
- 10:45Speaker 1: so much going on in their lives right now. Well,
- 10:48Speaker 1: I spoke to my Ellen sources late last night and
- 10:50Speaker 1: they said it's really been a moment for her. Although
- 10:52Speaker 1: everybody's doing great, Thank goodness, there's nothing like a moment
- 10:58Speaker 1: when you really fear about at the future to change
- 11:01Speaker 1: your perspective about today. I'm told that Ellen is seriously
- 11:06Speaker 1: considering stepping away from her show when her contract ends
- 11:11Speaker 1: next year two, her contract is over. She didn't want
- 11:15Speaker 1: to step away in the middle of the drama, all
- 11:16Speaker 1: those accusations about the toxic work environment. That wasn't the
- 11:20Speaker 1: moment that she wanted to leave because that would become
- 11:22Speaker 1: her legacy. So she wanted to plow through that and
- 11:25Speaker 1: actually really try to fix it, which I think she
- 11:28Speaker 1: has to some extent. But now with Porsche, I don't know.
- 11:32Speaker 1: I think Ellen might step away, which brings us to
- 11:35Speaker 1: our last story before the break. Ellen's lost a million
- 11:38Speaker 1: viewers MR so since her return after the accusations, she
- 11:43Speaker 1: opened up season eighteen. That's something, isn't it. Eighteen seasons
- 11:47Speaker 1: of what was a hit shot with with some of
- 11:49Speaker 1: the highest ratings ever. Everybody tuned in for that opening episode.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Remember when she wore the white suit and she she
- 11:56Speaker 1: issued an apology. Everybody watched that to the ratings were huge.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Since they're and she's lost over a million. A million viewers,
- 12:05Speaker 1: which translates into about a forty three percent decline is
- 12:11Speaker 1: a lot to lose. So Ellen used to be amongst
- 12:15Speaker 1: the real, real big shows. I'm talking rivals like Dr
- 12:20Speaker 1: Phil and Life with Kelly and Ryan to Monster Monster
- 12:24Speaker 1: Hit shows. Now she's competing against the Rachel Rays, the
- 12:29Speaker 1: Tamarin Halls, all great shows, Maury Povic. But I think
- 12:33Speaker 1: it has changed, and so because of this, they've also
- 12:36Speaker 1: lost a lot of advertisers. The New York Times are
- 12:39Speaker 1: reporting Ellen is down thirty eight percent in her core
- 12:43Speaker 1: audience of adult females under fifty four, and also a
- 12:48Speaker 1: whopping twenty in advertisers. Well that's where the money is,
- 12:52Speaker 1: isn't it? Mysty So when when ratings are very, very important,
- 12:55Speaker 1: but what is even more important is the advertisers. So
- 12:59Speaker 1: I think we might see Ellen saying goodbye. Will you
- 13:04Speaker 1: miss her? I will? But you know what, she has
- 13:06Speaker 1: really established herself in so many other areas. She's producing
- 13:11Speaker 1: shows now, sometimes she hosts shows. She has a whole
- 13:15Speaker 1: line of products that you can buy. So the one
- 13:17Speaker 1: thing that's great about hosting a talk show is that
- 13:20Speaker 1: you're constantly promoting your other projects. But I think she's
- 13:24Speaker 1: established herself enough behind the scenes that even if she
- 13:28Speaker 1: isn't on television every day, I mean, Oprah's not on
- 13:30Speaker 1: TV every day anymore, and she does what she wants
- 13:34Speaker 1: to do. Ellen could do specials, and I think it
- 13:36Speaker 1: would make it more of appointment viewing television if she's
- 13:40Speaker 1: on LASS. So I truly believe that next season or
- 13:45Speaker 1: the upcoming season will be her last. And you know
- 13:48Speaker 1: it's time to just lax back, let the money flow,
- 13:51Speaker 1: and she's not gonna have any money problems even though
- 13:53Speaker 1: it's gone down. Even though it's gone down, you know,
- 13:56Speaker 1: she's still making a couple of million and advertising. It'll
- 13:59Speaker 1: be okay. I should say, hey, we're going to take
- 14:02Speaker 1: a quick break here and we will be right back.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Naughty Ether Night Show. I'm Rob
- 14:11Speaker 1: Shutter with our friend Misty. Hey Delama, hell when you
- 14:18Speaker 1: sing along? So yesterday we talked about Maddox testifying in
- 14:23Speaker 1: the custody case and what he had to say was
- 14:26Speaker 1: not flattering about his dad. Brad Pitt, could you testify
- 14:31Speaker 1: against a parent? Yes or no? Six said no, I'm
- 14:36Speaker 1: the same. I couldn't do it. If my mom and
- 14:39Speaker 1: dad got divorced, God forbid. I mean they've been together
- 14:42Speaker 1: ever so long. I don't think that will happen, but
- 14:44Speaker 1: if they did, picking size would be very, very difficult
- 14:47Speaker 1: for me, and then actually going through with the legal
- 14:50Speaker 1: process is something I probably couldn't do. How about you mystery.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Oh would I ever go against my mama? Know what
- 14:58Speaker 1: she says? Go? So now I couldn't do it. Don't
- 15:03Speaker 1: get to vote on to day's poll. You can get
- 15:06Speaker 1: to a Twitter page at Naughty Nice Room. Facebook page
- 15:10Speaker 1: is Naughty Gossip and should have to check back tomorrow
- 15:14Speaker 1: to hear your results. And now it's time for a nice,
- 15:19Speaker 1: nice Well this is such nice and juicy gossip. So
- 15:26Speaker 1: Katie Perry is set to hold a Lass Vegas residency.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Oh yes, just take that in. So she is set
- 15:34Speaker 1: to do two nights a week for four months and
- 15:38Speaker 1: it's a hundred and sixty eight million dollar contract. So
- 15:43Speaker 1: now this is going to take place at a five
- 15:46Speaker 1: thousand capacity, four point three billion dollar venue that Resorts
- 15:51Speaker 1: World has. Of course, there's been no official date for
- 15:55Speaker 1: this when it's going to start. I mean obviously it's
- 15:58Speaker 1: still being put together and still dealing with COVID. But
- 16:02Speaker 1: if these reports are true, and uh, they better be
- 16:06Speaker 1: because it's Katie Perry, She's going to join a long
- 16:09Speaker 1: line of other songstress who have done this. We know
- 16:12Speaker 1: it's like jay La, Britney Spears and of course miss
- 16:17Speaker 1: Selene Dion. I love a Vegas So yummy. I love it.
- 16:25Speaker 1: I saw Elton in Vegas. I saw Selene. I saw
- 16:29Speaker 1: Selene at the coliseum. Mr fabulous that Titanic song. I'll
- 16:33Speaker 1: forget it. I felt like I was on the boat
- 16:35Speaker 1: with her. I loved Who's one of your favorite shows
- 16:38Speaker 1: you've ever seen? Mister? Maybe not in Vegas, but who
- 16:40Speaker 1: did you? Oh my goodness. You know. One of the
- 16:42Speaker 1: few people that I have seen, and I've seen her
- 16:45Speaker 1: perform twice is Janet Jackson. So I saw her back
- 16:48Speaker 1: in the nineties, you know, Rhythm Nation and yes, and
- 16:52Speaker 1: then I saw her about three or four years ago
- 16:54Speaker 1: and she did her comeback tour. She looked fantastic. She
- 16:58Speaker 1: danced her booty on up and so yeah, She's the
- 17:02Speaker 1: only person that I've seen twice. Janet Jackson. Okay, let's
- 17:06Speaker 1: do and naughtiest of the day. Naughty, naughty. So Madonna
- 17:11Speaker 1: has been accused of photo shopping her head onto another
- 17:14Speaker 1: lady's body. So TikTok user Amelia Goldie claims that Madonna
- 17:20Speaker 1: stole her body and it's a photograph of her of
- 17:24Speaker 1: Amelia taken back in two thousand and fifteen. As proof
- 17:28Speaker 1: of it, she popped it up on her Instagram page.
- 17:31Speaker 1: We have it up on Naughty Gossip dot com our
- 17:33Speaker 1: website if you want to take a look at it.
- 17:35Speaker 1: She literally shows you the photograph, the original photograph, and
- 17:38Speaker 1: then she shows you Madonna's photograph. It's the same body,
- 17:42Speaker 1: but with Madonna's head. She didn't even change the clothes.
- 17:45Speaker 1: It's so so strange. Now, Amelia claims she reached out
- 17:49Speaker 1: to Madonna's people who didn't return her calls. They didn't respond,
- 17:54Speaker 1: and the pop diva Madonna still has this very strange
- 17:57Speaker 1: photograph upon her Instagram page. It's so odd, Madonna, you
- 18:03Speaker 1: look incredible. You really body. You work out every single day.
- 18:08Speaker 1: It makes me sad that Madonna would feel the need
- 18:13Speaker 1: to pretend somebody else's body was hers, rather than being
- 18:17Speaker 1: comfortable with her own fantastic body. What do you think, mister,
- 18:22Speaker 1: I'm just wondering if Madonna actually sat down and photoshopped
- 18:27Speaker 1: the picture herself. Somehow, I don't see Madonna sitting down
- 18:30Speaker 1: and going, Okay, I'm going to cut out this head
- 18:32Speaker 1: and put so maybe somebody else was behind the picture,
- 18:37Speaker 1: but Madonna would know it wasn't her, so she could
- 18:40Speaker 1: be like, this isn't me, what are you doing? Yeah,
- 18:44Speaker 1: I think there's some other hands in there and maybe
- 18:47Speaker 1: it just went unnoticed, but at this point they need
- 18:50Speaker 1: to correct it. Yes, Madonna's team, get this together. Now
- 18:53Speaker 1: to yourself the day and now it's time for a
- 18:55Speaker 1: movement of ROB. You So for twenty minutes, also we
- 18:59Speaker 1: try to make your gig goal with celebrity gossip, but
- 19:01Speaker 1: for a minute or a moment, we're a little bit
- 19:03Speaker 1: more deep. Today's moments of rob Ask yourself, are you
- 19:08Speaker 1: really having a bad day or is it just a
- 19:11Speaker 1: bad moment that you've turned into a bad day by
- 19:14Speaker 1: obsessing about it. You get to choose if you get
- 19:18Speaker 1: a dweller on it for the entire day or move
- 19:22Speaker 1: on because you are only having a bad day when
- 19:28Speaker 1: you are choosing to have one. I would agree with that.
- 19:31Speaker 1: I try to wake up every morning and say, you know,
- 19:34Speaker 1: I'm happy, I'm healthy, I'm harmonious, and I'm going to
- 19:38Speaker 1: have a great day. Um. And it's a great way
- 19:40Speaker 1: to just start yourself off with the universe knowing that
- 19:44Speaker 1: you're supposed to have a good one. But when you
- 19:46Speaker 1: do have hit a bad moment in the day, don't
- 19:48Speaker 1: let don't dwell on that because it does seem like
- 19:51Speaker 1: everything that happens after that just keeps spiraling downward. So
- 19:55Speaker 1: take some time when you have a bad moment and
- 19:58Speaker 1: say this was a bad moment. It has passed, and
- 20:01Speaker 1: I'm back on my track. I love it. You'll be
- 20:03Speaker 1: surprised that it works. I love it. I forced myself,
- 20:06Speaker 1: so just little things like if somebody pushes me on
- 20:08Speaker 1: the subway, or I get the wrong order it's Starbucks
- 20:12Speaker 1: or something like that happens, just something that's slightly annoying.
- 20:15Speaker 1: I allow myself to be grumpy until the clock turns
- 20:21Speaker 1: into the next hour. So I'm allowed to be grumpy
- 20:24Speaker 1: for about forty five minutes, maybe half an hour. But
- 20:27Speaker 1: the minute a new hour begins, mystery, So does Robert.
- 20:31Speaker 1: I have to and I put it behind me. So
- 20:33Speaker 1: I'm allowed to be angry for twenty minutes. Hey, if
- 20:35Speaker 1: it happens five past the hour, then I've got fifty
- 20:37Speaker 1: five minutes to be obsessed and angry. If it happens
- 20:40Speaker 1: five minutes to the hour, I've only got five minutes.
- 20:42Speaker 1: You have to do it really quick. But I only
- 20:44Speaker 1: allow myself each day to waste at maximum an hour
- 20:48Speaker 1: of my day being upset and angry. About something that
- 20:53Speaker 1: probably isn't worthy being upset about for any longer. Hey,
- 20:58Speaker 1: that's it for today. Hey Mr, we love having you
- 21:00Speaker 1: every Tuesday. Thank you for listening to the Naughty but

- 21:13Speaker 1: and they never ever gave me any credit. I was
- 21:15Speaker 1: on a show for that for two years and it
- 21:17Speaker 1: very much was not my show. This is our show.
