Nate's WNBA Basketball Wager 0519 · Nate's Daily Wager

Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:21
May 19th, 2025. And well, the maybe I maybe I
• 0:30
had my analysis completely flipped on those two NHL games
• 0:34
because basically I was on the wrong side of the total for both
• 0:38
  of them. Oh man.
• 0:40
But let's just say Toronto really folded under the
• 0:45
circumstances. And I guess the Panthers showed
• 0:48
why Title Town is in South Beach these days.
• 0:53
But as I was telling Cousin Vinny, I mean, can we really
• 0:57
expect much from an organization that's had over 100 years to
• 1:01
correct the fact that the plural of leaf is leaves, not Leafs?
• 1:08
And yet here they are going around with Leafs on the front
• 1:12
of their jersey. I mean, come on.
• 1:15
All right, so tonight we got some WNBA.
• 1:19
There's something I know less about than hockey.
• 1:21
It's WNBA. One of the few things I do know
• 1:24
is Seattle storms supposed to be good now?
• 1:27
They lost their opening game. I couldn't tell you who they
• 1:30
lost to. I just saw that they're oh, and
• 1:31
one, but I'm pretty sure they're supposed to be good tonight.
• 1:34
They're playing the Wings, the Dallas Wings.
• 1:37
Pretty sure that's who they are, not the Buffalo Wings.
• 1:40
That's something different, much more delicious.
• 1:43
Tonight, Seattle Storm is favored by 3 1/2, even though
• 1:48
they're on the road. I have no reason to doubt that
• 1:51
the books is wrong, and I'm just going to go with the favorite
• 1:55
because that's usually how the WNBA goes, at least in my
• 2:00
understanding of history. So we're just going to lay the
• 2:03
points, bet the favorite hope we'll pick up some money at the
• 2:07
end. So we're going Seattle storm -3
• 2:10
1/2 against the Dallas Wings in tonight's WNBA basketball
• 2:15
action. See anything better than that?
• 2:17
Pound it. That's my pick, and I'm sticking
• 2:19
to it. All right, let's get this going.
• 2:22
Turn it around. Don't forget to rate, review,
