- 0:40the way, You may vegan. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. You're listening
- 0:46to the Sportshock Show. I'm the Sport Shock Wayne Gandy. Good morning to
- 0:51you. We are just chugging along in the month of December, a week
- 0:57away from Christmas, two weeks from a new year. The Sports Shotcast delighted
- 1:02to be here with you this morning. Interesting NFL season winding down tonight Monday
- 1:10Night Football, Philly versus c Ado. A lot on the line for the
- 1:15Eagles as the San Francisco forty nine ers continue to win a lot of things
- 1:22on tonight In this game for Philly as well, there's some question whether Jalen
- 1:27Hurts may make the game. He's been under the weather, he did travel.
- 1:33If he doesn't play Marcus Mariota, we'll get the start of the Eagles
- 1:38having to replace a couple of defensive starters as well. Darius Slay there at
- 1:44star cornerback, has been had some kind of surgery that will take him out
- 1:48for about two weeks. They're replacing their defensive coordinator and putting Matt Patricia in
- 1:56to call the plays on defense, former Lions head coach. So I don't
- 2:00know what's going down up there. Even Big dom dom what was his name,
- 2:07Sandro Dominique, the Sandro or something like that, the security officer who
- 2:14touched the player from the forty nine ers a couple of weeks ago. He
- 2:19has been suspended for the rest of the regular season from being on the sideline.
- 2:25You just can't have that in your organization, no matter what position you
- 2:30have, as you are supposed to be the authority and the NFL and the
- 2:37Eagles have decided to remove him for the rest of the regular season before they
- 2:43decided to put him back out there. So a lot of going on with
- 2:46the Eagles going into this game on top of the pressure of bouncing back,
- 2:51on top of the pressure of playing with an ling quarterback. So Monday night
- 2:55football out in Seattle Philly and the Seahawks doing battle tonight. I hope you
- 3:02had a great weekend. I know some of you, like the Bad Producer
- 3:09who is sometimes a Falcon fan, the cheap tickets they were giving away in
- 3:15Carolina, none of you still attended the game, and I think it was
- 3:20just more of the weather. There was stories secrelating that they were selling tickets
- 3:24for a dollar, some people say forty two cent. I'm not sure.
- 3:29I don't have any information to quantify that in this game, but it was
- 3:36a bad weather game up in Carolina, as if you watched it, it
- 3:39rained basically the whole game. The Carolina Panthers won nine to seven in this
- 3:46game, which gave them their second win of the season. The Bad producers
- 3:53first thing out of his mouth was Desmond Ridder and the play Desmond Ridder messed
- 4:00up. Which that's Falcon fans for you. It's the Michael Vick jinks.
- 4:06It's the curse of the vic They are so in love. And you can
- 4:15imagine how when you read books of characters from six hundred years ago, how
- 4:21they can be romanticized into something so much later. And that's how the Falcons
- 4:27have romanticized the character of Michael Vick to where everybody gets judged off of what
- 4:33Michael. They think Michael Vick would have done and could have done, and
- 4:39whatever they think. And I played with the gentleman and you know, love
- 4:43him to death. But some of that stuff is folklore about where they think
- 4:47this would have went, where that would have went. If you want to
- 4:50know why your Falcons struggled yesterday, for the most part, you ran the
- 4:55ball thirty one times for fifty yards. So if you want to they are
- 5:02run based offense. They've never tried to tell you that they were nothing else,
- 5:10but they are a run based offense. They're so run based that you
- 5:15can't tell me the name of their second receiver. There's Drake London, tell
- 5:26me the name. I've watched every Falcon game this year and I'm admitting to
- 5:31you I don't know who the second receiver is, not tight end, because
- 5:40the only person they know there is Kyle pittsk He was top five pick.
- 5:44This is third year. I said second receiver, not their second tight end,
- 5:48not their second person in receptions? Who is the second if they sent
- 5:54us this, if they sent two receivers out there, they would send Drake
- 6:00London And who Big Kenny? Really, I'm not a real answer. If
- 6:05you I do not know, command you greg, no clue, bad producer.
- 6:11Maybe Cordell Patterson or Corter Patterson is not listed as a receiver. He's
- 6:15a running back, but he's they put him out there though, as that
- 6:20second receiver on No, they do not. He's a running back that he's
- 6:25been here the whole time he's been with the Falcons. They had him at
- 6:27running back. He might flex out of the backfield. But who is the
- 6:31Falcon second receiver you had on the Falcon gear? Does one really? Don't
- 6:41throw that nobody but Kyle Pitts or Drake London. That's not the question anyway,
- 6:46So you don't know, basically, just say you know, no,
- 6:48it's very easy. Yeah, I mean we don't really know. We don't.
- 6:53I don't know. But who who our second receiver is that we don't
- 6:57even have. The question that was to get to get receiver? Yeah,
- 7:02because Drake that's not true, because Drake London is on a pace to pass
- 7:06Julio Jones with the most catches in the first two years in Falcon history.
- 7:13So he does know how to get to your first receiver. But since football
- 7:17typically comes with pairs of receivers. Yeah, one on each side, sometimes
- 7:23three. It kind of like a chicken wing, kind of like chicken wing.
- 7:27We got that top, So I asked who was the second receiver.
- 7:30This man claims to be a Falcon diehard fan and doesn't know, so it
- 7:38would be hard to get around to a guy that, y'all, we don't
- 7:44even know. We don't know who to even say. Who else he's supposed
- 7:46to throw the ball to. On top of they ran the ball thirty one
- 7:51times yesterday for fifty yards? Did that? I I don't play in the
- 7:56NFL in a system just like there Henry with the Titans. They ran for
- 8:01about forty yards yesterday. He's talking about he's tired of me. Those are
- 8:07run base offenses. Question. Why should I answer your question when it you
- 8:16fumbled through mine all the time. I mean, it's why I mean answer.
- 8:20I know it's fine. I forgive you like it's cool. Do your
- 8:31show. You want to do your show. I asked you a question.
- 8:33You don't answer my question. I just want to take you nine minutes to
- 8:37answer the question that I have to keep repeating because you're trying to fit in
- 8:41what you want to say. So Falcon fans, the people that hit me.
- 8:43I've stopped actually communicating about having Falcon conversation because they are so entrenched with
- 8:52the ghost of Michael Vick that from Matt Ryan on until they at least get
- 9:01someone who plays the game like a Michael Vick. That's why I said,
- 9:05maybe next year Falcons be around. Pick twelve to fifteen, Jade Daniels from
- 9:11LSU, the Heisman Trophy winner will be around. Maybe they can grab him.
- 9:16But in this system, you can't have a game where you only rush
- 9:24for one point six yards of carry. I got to did that. You
- 9:28got v Jon Robinson, car Daryl Patterson and the ale Jiers guys, and
- 9:33you can't do anything. It's supposed to be about running the ball. Play
- 9:37action fake, Well, I'm not going to buy that play action fake because
- 9:41y'all don't run the ball well enough. That's why the Titans struggle. I've
- 9:46said that a lot about a lot of teams, the Stellers, these people
- 9:54have to run the ball so before y'all keep jumping down Desmond Ritter's throat on
- 9:58air. Every time the man does anything, he looks like a third round,
- 10:03first year quarterback. That's what he looks like go ahead, you got
- 10:09your hand up, sir. Yes, that have you found out the name
- 10:15of the second receiver? No, I'm not, because Pitts is our number
- 10:18one guy. Well I know it San Francisco. There's Deebo Samuel, there's
- 10:24Brendan Iu. Those are those two guys, right, Okay? Who so
- 10:30Now Deebo does other things, but that's listed as a receiver. That's correct
- 10:35primarily and that's why. So that's an attack. They attack you with those
- 10:39guys. Yes, and who's the Falcon second receiver? He is the unknown
- 10:45guy that we have yet to discover where he is? And is Google?
- 10:50Who's there? Who's listened as their second receiver? I know like mac Hollins
- 10:54was there, but he's been out. Who's mac Hollins from? I don't
- 11:00know what school he went to? I know he googled. He googled at
- 11:03Google said, do you mean Pitts is number one? And Dran Van Jefferson
- 11:09is what that's what's all m chart right now? Van Jefferson he used to
- 11:13play for the didn't even know Van Jefferson was here. I know who he
- 11:18is playing for the Rams. So he's on the roster. Yes, didn't
- 11:20know he played for the on the Falcon field. Wo yeah, so some
- 11:26of the Falcons obviously don't know they put him on the field. We hadn't
- 11:31seen him. They had called him any place. Offensive coordinator must know he's
- 11:33in the room. He Yeah, everybody's catching up, but we'll be back.
- 11:37We got a great show for you today, the return of John Morant.
- 11:41Uh, some n B a G League action off the court that we
- 11:48have to touch on as well. A lot of people complaining. And the
- 11:52Chicago Bulls have decided to have their first and that's why I'm reporting on the
- 11:56first time. They're putting a ring of honor. Uh. We see that
- 12:01it's common in a lot of places, but the Bulls have never had a
- 12:03ring of honor and they're about to have their first ceremony. We'll be back

- 13:35never have a permanent place to call home. Before I was adopted, I
- 13:39felt like I wasn't enough. I had this hole in my heart and I
- 13:43never knew what I needed to patch that hole, But when my mom asked
- 13:48to adopt me, that hole was closed. It feels so normal now to
- 13:52say that I'm a part of this family. I am surrounded by love,
- 13:54I feel safe, and that hole inside of me is gone. I am
- 14:00whole. I'm finally enough, just as I am. The Dave Thomas Foundation

- 15:28dogs, and I ain't really I'm gonna stay because I want to do that
- 15:39to win. Don't make me show you with the MAC moment. Don't worry
- 15:41about this Worshop show the Sports Shock Wayne Candy, Good morning to you for
- 15:46all you that were in town for the Celebration Bowl here in Atlanta and which
- 15:54Fam you won the HBCU Championship beating how We're e J Lee the center for
- 16:02FAM. You shame on you spitting on the d linemen like that. I
- 16:07didn't even know your name until you did that act and spit on. But
- 16:10you did get the victory throughout the game. Uh, EJ lead a center.
- 16:15But our man of this show from the New York area that loves the
- 16:22Raiders. His team lost. Haven't heard much from it. I did offer
- 16:29him some tickets to a concert, so unlike him offering me a ticket to
- 16:33the celebration boat and then taking it back, I did live up. You
- 16:37ain't heard no hu huh, none of that. But I did what concert
- 16:41tickets. It was called Winterfest. On Friday night, the concerted sold out.
- 16:47They gave fifty year celebration the hip hop from the Atlanta area perspective.
- 16:52Yes, yes, that had all of the base greats and Ludacris is and
- 16:59yeah, unperformed g z t I. The best part was the beginning because
- 17:06it was so nostalgic and a lot of artists. When I were was in
- 17:11college, you remembered the song, didn't remember the artist's name, not even
- 17:18sure you cared who the artists who was at that time. But you know,
- 17:22they went all the way back to m C shi D and all.
- 17:30They did a great job of letting those people. Did he show up?
- 17:33Who is that our listener? No he did, he did not. He
- 17:36was depressed. He turned down. No, this was before the game.
- 17:40I guess he had to go to some of the Howard Alum Hu told me.
- 17:45But I'm just saying, unlike him, I did extend invite. He
- 17:51turned it down. You truly showed up a Man of Mecca to invite.
- 17:57I don't know. I don't know. I just said, I'm just messing
- 18:02with Jared because they lost on that. You know hates you, Like I
- 18:06said, I don't know what he always does, Man of Mecca, But
- 18:10I do know tomorrow night, John Moran will be back unless something changes.
- 18:15His suspension is over. The superstar point guard for the Memphis Grizzlies served as
- 18:22twenty five games. It seems that that's quick because the NBA season hasn't reached.
- 18:27But in a great time. We knew they timed it up so he
- 18:30could be part of the Christmas and holiday games on He will be in New
- 18:36Orleans tomorrow night. As far as him showing up, I would imagine he's
- 18:41gonna play, ready to go the young superstar hopefully. He said, it's
- 18:45been some tough days, horrible days with that, and I'm quite sure it
- 18:51is one of those moments. It's like your first injury and practice when you
- 18:56are like the top player and they just move the practice down a little bit,
- 19:02like you're on the ground, screaming, yelling and grabbing at something,
- 19:06and coach say, will move down ten yards and they just keep practice going
- 19:11and it's right blow and whistling still, and you realize, oh, so
- 19:15the show does go on. Now you raised up? He raised up with
- 19:19what I closed, trying to make sure see if anybody's still looking like they
- 19:23actually practice. And I think that is a little bit of that humble pie
- 19:27that Jahn Moran and a lot of the young mindset of the stars maybe have
- 19:33miss off of their tray of growth, that there's just a window of time
- 19:41that you will get to participate, especially at your highest peak. So this
- 19:47lineup with Jahn Morant and especially when young man that they got from Boston,
- 19:53Marcus Smart, Marcus Smart get off injury. I think he's hurt for a
- 19:56couple of more weeks or something. That duo in the backcourt together or with
- 20:03Marcus Smart coming off the bench, however, is what they really feel like
- 20:07can catapult Memphis into some kind of at least Western Finals. So yeah,
- 20:15excited. I know John Morant will be in Atlanta Saturday. A shootout game
- 20:22was that he said it ought to be a real shootout. Well, I
- 20:26see this guy is the perfect moment in his career to let him reshuffle the
- 20:33car, even reshuffle how his family dynamic works at his time. Yes,
- 20:41yes, I'm sure that when you're faced with a twenty five game suspension,
- 20:47and that was before the season ended, he knew he was going to be
- 20:52suspended, so he's had all of this time to reflect on as a lot
- 20:56of people say, what went wrong or where I could have done things different?
- 21:00And let's just hope because the first incident, we thought and hoped that
- 21:04he would have modified some things, and maybe that wasn't the wake up call
- 21:11everyone was expecting. And we will see going forward. But I do hate
- 21:17to see wasted talent, and I do think that it's a waste of money
- 21:22for the team that is counting on him to generate revenue and the NBA fans
- 21:27who are looking forward to going to see him. You said about the Panthers
- 21:32and the Falcons. The tickets were dollar forty two cents, which kind of
- 21:34makes me think neither one of those teams is worth that price because I would
- 21:38have paid to go see the better team play my trash team. But still
- 21:45everybody was like, oh, the Falcons, never mind, So you know,
- 21:48it's one of those things when they get over in State Farm Arena,
- 21:53you would love to see their guy matchup against our guy. Yeah. In
- 21:57neither one of those fan bases have true diehard fan bases. Are very few
- 22:03of those of either fan base have a native fan base. Most people migrate
- 22:11to those cities because bad weather for that game. Yes, people are going
- 22:17to that's going to be But Green Bay plays Chicago and the forecast is two
- 22:25degrees one inch of visibility. You can see one inch in front of your
- 22:32face. Be careful walking, you may injure yourself. And everybody still out
- 22:36and it's still out there, So those are true. That's true fan basis.
- 22:38We'll be back with more than Sports Jock Show right after this. Oh
- 22:42yay, they't County always real fast. Oh day now baby, we get
- 22:48Paul your baby, we get party John Boy Wayne Bore of The Sports John

- 24:08percent actually have life insurance. When I was twenty five, me and my
- 24:12wife were just getting started with our family and thought we live forever. Life
- 24:15insurance. What's the last thing on my mind? What about you? Will
- 24:18you be leaving benefits or bills? When I was forty, with a kid
- 24:22in college and bills piling up, I was worried how my family will survive

- 24:36I leave my family with bills or benefits. The answer is easy, whether
- 24:38you're twenty five or fifty, whether you earn a little or a lot,
- 24:41All you need is the insurance informant to help you build a foundation of security,
- 24:47because without you, your family will have two options, benefits or bills.
- 24:51Which legacy will you leave behind? Log on today benefits or bills?

- 26:17Welcome back to the Sports Shock Show. I'm the Sports Shock Wing getting
- 26:19good morning to you out there and listening land. Thank you for tuning in
- 26:23today. We are glad you are here with us. Come on at you,
- 26:26Greg, Big Kenny, the funny man himself and the bad producer over
- 26:30their bad producer. We've been on two segments. You got anything you needed
- 26:33to get off your chests at the moment? No, not right now.
- 26:37Ain't nothing keep you seeing johtting notes over there. So I want to make
- 26:40sure you get everything on your yellow pad off your chest now one time.
- 26:44It's fine. I just want to make sure I'm in the root. I'm
- 26:47gonna be in the loop. I want to stay in the loop. Okay,
- 26:48I just want to make sure if there's anything you need to get off
- 26:51your chest now. While I'm not everything good, you know nothing, Okay,
- 26:56I just want to make sure he said it's fine. Last night Dallas
- 27:00Cowboys took their show on the road to Buffalo and for you, just like
- 27:07I said with the Falcons, just like people like the Cowboys when you see
- 27:14them on your schedule and then late in the year, that's what you want.
- 27:15If you Buffalo, come on up out of that AT and T.
- 27:18Yeah, yeah, that's that temperature control. Come on over here. Yeah,
- 27:22and you'd be thinking on all that. It doesn't have to be super
- 27:26super bad. It's just I'm gonna lord it a little bit because at AT
- 27:30and T you keep it at seventy two. Yeah, we don't get it
- 27:33down about thirty nine. Just light breeze, not heavy, so that thirty
- 27:37nine actually feel like about a thirty. But the win gonna switch every nine
- 27:42minutes. It's gonna be going southwest, and then by the time we flipped
- 27:47the field for the second quarter, the kicker gonna be like down there throwing
- 27:51the grass in the air again. But Dallas Cowboys getting slapped around, which
- 27:55is hard about right, I understand something about the nature of sports. One
- 28:00of the biggest things to focus is winning, to keep figuring out how to
- 28:07keeping that same mind frame, how to not underestimate the opponent, how not
- 28:12to give into the pleasures of winning. As you're in that winning. It's
- 28:23a hard thing to manage when you you keep because when you before you was
- 28:29getting into the winning, you was, you was disciplined. Everything you was
- 28:32there on time. There was no dough nuts. And you get to win
- 28:37number three, I can get one jelly field, just one. No,
- 28:41no, no, no, no, it's just three. It's I'm stay
- 28:44focused. And then it's just keeps and then that's it. Winn number six
- 28:48and then next thing you know, you get in on a plane, you
- 28:51fire the buffalo. Buffalo fighting for their life. They got there one child
- 28:56support check away from jail. And if we don't wait in the night,
- 29:02you standing between me and Bond. And that's what it looked like last night
- 29:07ten. It doubly could have applied here. I feel like cowboys found out
- 29:11they are we in the playoffs before the game started, so there was like
- 29:17everyone relaxed. Yes, that's what I'm saying. When you try to take
- 29:21off, not that, but you forgot. Buffalo three months ago when the
- 29:26season started was one of the handful of teams they've just been having in their
- 29:30issue finding their second receiver. When you think about it, remember I told
- 29:34you need to run the ball and find somebody under Stephan Digs and throw the
- 29:38ball to man. That works, Josh Allen to Steph Diggs. Perfect,
- 29:45I'm talking about how does Tony DeVito do it? Pazan, Yeah, that's
- 29:52perfect. But the defense know that play coming though, they probably figured out
- 30:00and probably so run the ball like they did last night with James Cook and
- 30:04Josh Allen got in a couple of runs there. Ty Johnson. As a
- 30:10team forty eight carries two hundred and sixty six yards rushing and three tds.
- 30:15I said, with this team, stop making Josh Allen have to play hero
- 30:21ball. Find somebody else. Hero ball needs to be every third game.
- 30:27Hens you find teams that struggle, that keep trying to play that same old
- 30:32system where the quarterback is going to do something. Now he needs a day
- 30:37off too, He needs some comfort of just a ten million dollar running back.
- 30:44Take the ball. What now, man, I'm tired today. Man,
- 30:48you need somebody else during the game. You want me to do it
- 30:52during the game. Greg don't find this. He don't find this segment humorous
- 30:55because he's a Cowboy fan. He posted earlier he's in the feelings in his
- 31:00face. Some Falcon fan made him mad and he it's you. You're the
- 31:07Falcon fan that I didn't say nothing to him about it. I was mad,
- 31:10but I'm saying he posted, He's like, it's imagine a Falcon fan
- 31:14lost and then they come and aggravating a Cowboy fan because we lost something that
- 31:19I'm like, dog, why would somebody even mess with Greg? Well,
- 31:22the Cowboys made the playoffs because the Falcons, like because of the Falcons loss,
- 31:30So if I would be the Cowboys made the playoffs yesterday. So you're
- 31:34welcome. Yeah, say thank you please, sir. But Dak Prescott and
- 31:40this team classic kind of like we call trap game where you've been beating some
- 31:45big teams. Last week, you beat the team that you had in your
- 31:49mind, so the Bills really becomes almost like a letdown and you just kind
- 31:53of forgot how good they are because you beat the Eagles, and the way
- 31:57you beat the Eagles, you didn't just let it go. Yeah, it's
- 32:04a hard thing. Because that is the team that you have put as you
- 32:08know, the two teams you feel like you got to compete with and you
- 32:13beat them like that, and now you forgot to go play the rest of
- 32:15your schedule because you conquered the Eagles in such a way that you forgotten.
- 32:22Now we got to finish the deal. Is that Is that a problem with
- 32:24a lot of teams. There's like two or three teams that they just really
- 32:28stay on and they they and that's why it's hard for them to finish the
- 32:31deal all the time because they really it's like, I'm just focused on this.
- 32:37And like as you said, Buffalo was a letdown because they had were
- 32:39so high on the Eagles game, not realizing the Buffalo is one of the
- 32:43top teams in the AFC because you're not in the AFC. Does that happen
- 32:46with a lot of teams. That happens with humans. That's just a human
- 32:52nature of our default. The Cowboys know who they're number one competition. We
- 33:00don't have to go through Buffalo to get to the super Bowl. We got
- 33:04to go through the Eagles or the forty nine ers to get to the super
- 33:07Bowl. Because Buffalo is in the AFC, so that's why I said not
- 33:12the Dallas couldn't win this game. But it was a classic setup that we
- 33:16have been winning all this game. Last week we beat the Eagles, and
- 33:21now we've kind of exhaled instead of keeping the blinders on. And then we
- 33:25run into a hungry Buffalo team that is just as capable, just hasn't consistently
- 33:30put it together. But thirty one to ten, the Cowboys are tending four.
- 33:36The Bills are now eight and six on the season. All this got
- 33:42started on Thursday night, just real quickly. The Vegas Raiders destroy the Chargers,
- 33:50and the Chargers fire Brandon Staley and GM Tom to LESCo the next date.
- 33:55I think they most likely had already decided that Brandon Staley and Tim to
- 34:01lets Go was not going to be around if they didn't make the playoffs.
- 34:06And with this loss embarrassing sixty three to twenty one to Aiden O'Connell, and
- 34:14they had to put somebody in their quarterback. I didn't but I didn't know
- 34:16O'Connell. And then they put some dude named Myers in there. I was
- 34:21totally confused. So Jacoby Myers is the the receiver they ran like a receiver
- 34:28pass wide receiver like in the round pass Jacoby. Yeah, but he threw
- 34:32the ball like two times. Yeah. Yeah, what I'm saying. When
- 34:37they started that, I was like, they just having fun. I can
- 34:39go on catch up on some stuff. So I turned to some new series
- 34:43called Reacher. It was on Prime and I hit the back button. It
- 34:46went back to It went straight into Prime. The Reacher. It's just popular
- 34:52in the country right now, popular in the US. Yeah, and it's
- 35:00one of the number two shows in the country, right Reacher. It's just
- 35:05the same Reacher that was. This is the Tom Cruise Reachers say, sixty
- 35:08three twenty one, Brandon Stay. The Chargers are going to reshuffle a lot
- 35:13of echoes of who would they hire if someone like a Tom not Tom,
- 35:19if Bill Belichick or what's my man at Pittsburgh Tomblin were let go, would
- 35:27they take that job out in LA with the Chargers. Would be interesting to
- 35:32see that all around. Anytime you take any of those two top talented great
- 35:37coaches arguably the best football coach ever and Mike Tomblin right up there in your
- 35:44top ten twelve of the last thirty years. So don't know that that would
- 35:51be an opportunity for the Chargers, though I don't know. Both of them
- 35:55look like they're gonna take a break. Those coaches the coach I'm not.
- 36:01Yeah, Belichick and he need to take a break. Bring the culture to
- 36:07Atlanta coach Belichick. Yeah, we need Yeah, that'll be that would be
- 36:12beautiful. But the thing is, I guess with Belichick, I think he'll
- 36:15just retire because if you look at all these other coaches that came from the
- 36:21Belichick tree, who's actually been successful with that kind of regime, that kind
- 36:28of program. How he runs the Patriots and those other coaches, he's a
- 36:36great delegator. He knows how to put people together and put the right because
- 36:38it works when he has those Yeah, but I'm saying the works when he
- 36:43had Dan pet I can't say his last tame at the moment, Romeo canal
- 36:47all of them. Yeah, I understand what you're saying, but I'm saying,
- 36:52but he knows how to make it work when he's when they're with him.
- 36:54Unfortunately, they apparently don't know how to make it work with That's why
- 36:58I'm saying it. If he went to another team, there's no guarantee it's
- 37:02gonna work. Just because he's build, he's gonna bring He's gonna he's gonna
- 37:06bring you in the right And I would imagine as we go to break that
- 37:08wherever Belichick if he decided, first of all, if he got fired or
- 37:14he decided to lead the Patriots, the key would be what team he think
- 37:19he can quickly put together. I don't know that the Falcons have enough talent
- 37:25for him to take that, because we're talking about a man who's seventy two.
- 37:30I don't have three seeds. And to get you back on track,
- 37:36I need to be we need to be in year two of my being there.
- 37:40And I think that's why with the Chargers is because they already have a
- 37:44quarterback, so I don't have to go. If you come to the Falcons,
- 37:47I got to go find a quarterback to start getting the things going.
- 37:52Well, there's rooms that Bill likes Justin Field, so you know, we
- 37:55just go get just and bring him on here to Atlanta instead of New England.
- 37:59Him going on that. But what has Justin Field showed you that makes
- 38:02you want him? He's I would love to have Justic Field in Atlanta.
- 38:12That's it. That's like Michael Vick. And we'll be back more Sports Got

- 41:49A bad producer is in the building. Big Kenny, the funny man
- 41:52himself is in the building. Comanchee Greg that we left and the only reason
- 41:55I'm going back because I'm always baffled sometimes when people speak about things that they
- 42:02almost are just so people let their motions take them to places that you really
- 42:08are confused. Yesterday, Desmond Ritter of the Falcons was twelve for twenty for
- 42:14one hundred and fifty two yards, one touchdown, one interception. He had
- 42:20a rating of seventy nine point six. On the flip side, the guy
- 42:25that bad producer wants to go get Justin Fields was nineteen for forty one sixty
- 42:37six, one touchdowns, two interceptions, with a rating thirty points lower forty
- 42:45six and a half. The Browns beat the Bears yesterday Joe Flacco once again
- 42:55keeping the Cleveland Browns. And as we have said, one of the teams
- 43:00that have quietly through all the Deshaun Watson, the other two quarterbacks that they've
- 43:06had, it's Deshaun Watson and now Joe Flacco. This is their fourth quarterback.
- 43:10Yes, they're nine and five, and he was on Broadway. They
- 43:15went and got him. He was going to play on Broadway and they went
- 43:20and got Joe flaccoor and brought him back. The Browns are nine and five,
- 43:22the Bears are five and nine. And I just said that because it
- 43:27just where the bad produce. As we went off with all these comments,
- 43:30and it's like, what, statistically, if we were just running the statistics
- 43:40across the ticker tape, what would make you invest into something that has not
- 43:52proven to make money? Bad producer? Believe that's your question. What would
- 44:00prove the reason I want to take Justin Field is the question that you're asking.
- 44:07I think that Justin Field is that is a would be very great good
- 44:14for here in Atlanta. With the young talent that surround him. He's a
- 44:17first rounder. He just some good coaching. I think if we had the
- 44:22right he had the right coaching around him. At this time, they have
- 44:27Mitchell Trubisky in Chicago. Basically it was the same coaching staff that's up there
- 44:34with him. I just feel that if we had a quarterback with a little
- 44:39bit more as a Justin Field and that that was the year that were sir.
- 44:45I hate to interrupt, but the question was what evidence do you have
- 44:51that would make you want to invest? He didn't say what was your feelings
- 44:55or what you thought? He asked you what evidence? He went through a
- 45:00litany of statistics. First, I ain't going back tomorrow yesterday's statistics status.
- 45:06Well, if we can go on the season stats, which stats are you
- 45:07using the judge of persons? How else do you judge professional athletes if not
- 45:14by their statistics? We keep wins and losses in sports? Well, I
- 45:17mean, you can look at the stats, but I'm as far as Justin
- 45:20Field's no, and he's not getting too the vortex. I'm saying specifically to
- 45:23the question, what evidence has Justin Fields produced in this season in his career
- 45:30that would make somebody go, let's invest the money that it's going to be
- 45:35required to get him here in him go he's that guy. I'm just gonna
- 45:44leave with that, he's who we need. We need if we got to
- 45:46get a quarterback instead of drafting a krookie and going through the process of again
- 45:52of the rookie getting learning the system and learning that being in NFL, he's
- 45:57a three third year veteran in the game. Is at some point in time
- 46:00you haven't drafted a rookie quarterback. We drafted Ritter in the third round,
- 46:06but you didn't draft Ridder to be your franchise. He was just a good
- 46:09quality person that you was still around in the third round. Well, we
- 46:14wait, but you do know that, right, I understand. So that's
- 46:20why I'm so frustrated that the fact that the last first round pick they used
- 46:23to lead the team name was Matt Ryan. He won an MVP and took
- 46:29a team to the super Bowl. He did that well, and we should
- 46:31have in this last time we had a high pick with But back to my
- 46:36original question, so we can move on, because you like to see you
- 46:38you're so entrenched on want to tell the public your opinion that you skip over
- 46:45the answer. I gave you a stat line where one quarterback was thirty percent
- 46:51points higher. I can give it to you last week. It's the same
- 46:58reason that they don't want Justin Fields, who they drafted to be their franchise
- 47:04quarterback in Chicago. He doesn't put up better numbers than a guy that they
- 47:09just got because he was a good quality backup and they had money to spend.
- 47:15We got to spend it. It's the draft. We got to get
- 47:17some to your emotions. Which that's what I said at the beginning of the
- 47:22show. People in sports and people I have dis connected with in talking sports,
- 47:29we might talk something else. Are people that I find that are blinded
- 47:34to reality based on their emotion. Ain't nothing motion about this this man?
- 47:42Well, it has to be if you're ignoring someone who's thirty percent higher.
- 47:47He just had a better day. But in his better day, you're saying
- 47:52before you first thing got your mouth was how Riddle should go. But he
- 47:55had a better day than the dude you want to bring in. Maybe Rid
- 48:00just had a bad day. We had a whole lot of and so nice
- 48:02to Justin Field. Nowhere near it and back with the expectations. So with
- 48:12more the Sports Shock Show right after this, This dude is high. Jn't
- 48:30boy. Wayne Board of The Sports Jock Show with Wayne Dantia stumming up Nest.

- 51:05Way back to this one Chuck show. A content creator wearing a lebron
- 51:10James Jersey tried to enter a NCAA basketball game on Saturday. The Lyndon Wood
- 51:17Lions Men basketball team was playing I U p U I Jaguar Saturday in an
- 51:24un conferenced matchup. And as much as this is comical, it goes along
- 51:31with how I've been saying it needs to be a federal crime or against people
- 51:40who enter sporting event arenas. This young man who calls himself a content creator,
- 51:52decided that he would wear a Lebron James jersey outfit number six, which
- 52:00just happened to be the same color as the team he was trying to check,
- 52:05so you don't see why it's thrown off. It was the same white
- 52:08black combination he had on a heat to match up with in this game.
- 52:15And if you google just to see him see the video, it's just funny
- 52:21he went to It was late in the game, about two minutes left.
- 52:24He scrolled onto the court and proceeded to try to check into the game.
- 52:34No lie, and the coach noticed that security start walking towards him and actually
- 52:44escorted him out without any kind of dust up. But this was the lynden
- 52:50Wood Lions versus the IUPUI jack wars laid in the game where this content creator
- 53:00Austin Taylor known as Mantis on Twitter and all that and I at least try
- 53:09to check in. Is Josh Giddy? I would? Shouldn't this be why
- 53:15you shut his videos down? Should this be allowed? You know everybody in
- 53:20this whole want to shut down different. Shouldn't this count as Okay, we're
- 53:24not gonna let you be able to broadcast this shadow band? He needs to
- 53:31be shadow band? Is that what it's called? Explain? Like when you
- 53:37do things on content online that maybe it's not really just good what people considered
- 53:45fake, fake or not trueful, or doing things that's those pranks that's causing
- 53:53problems out there where you know where it's not you know it's a prank,
- 53:57but a lot of people don't know it's a prank, and then you wind
- 54:00up maybe getting urt or someone getting hurt so they put it like a or
- 54:02if you're putting content out about a shadow band? Is this whenever you're doing
- 54:07stuff you ain't got no business doing, it's your Your stuff doesn't get promoted
- 54:12on the it don't get promoted website or so this this this falls within the
- 54:15parameters or what you're talking about shadow banning, It can't. Yeah, if
- 54:20it's what you want to do with him, If it's things like this,
- 54:23as far as he's getting arrested or if he was charged of anything, if
- 54:28that kind of content would not be promoted on the platform. It may still
- 54:34can be seen, but it can like through algorithms and all that stuff,
- 54:38it'll be hard to be hard to find even with the views. The views
- 54:43because usually the most views gets you put into the cycle and suggested to view
- 54:50and come coming up on timelines. But a shadow band would restrict people's access
- 54:58to that. You would actually have to search to get and it would be
- 55:00demonetized if it was from a YouTube channel. So in your three's opinions,
- 55:05is y'all know more about this than I know at the moment, Well you
- 55:09shadow band him for this, Yeah, that would be the thing that it
- 55:14could affect him because this is potentially dangerous. Yeah, because yeah, because
- 55:22he this is not his first like prank on this level. And so it's
- 55:30like he the more they're they're getting better, like the Ky Sennett. You
- 55:35know, he just did this seven day jail thing or something. It was
- 55:39a big like everybody, I mean, it's just getting out of hand.
- 55:43Now. This is something that I am concerned about and for you just tuning
- 55:51in or maybe didn't understand. This is all centered around a young man who
- 55:57called it says that his name is Austin Taylor or content creator. I don't
- 56:02know what that means. That means you yourself, that's all that means.
- 56:07And then people say that because content creator is supposed to keep you from arresting
- 56:13me, that's supposed to keep me from getting arrested, to make it sound
- 56:15like it's something official. But people who look to do nefarious things look for
- 56:21soft entry points into places. If you are not going to set some sort
- 56:25of standard for this, that's how someone can get in. I don't understand
- 56:31what it is about sports that they don't understand what a security risk these kinds
- 56:36of pranks and this kind of thing is, and they don't care to deter
- 56:40people from doing it because it's like they just escort them out and go,
- 56:45hey, apologize, and that's it. And the players are the lions see
- 56:50this young man walking in front of them, and you could almost see how
- 56:52they are like stumped, yeah, that you're even doing this, Like they
- 56:55have this look like what's going on right? Right? Well, that you
- 57:00would even have the gall to walk out here this roll, walk to the
- 57:07podium right and act like he literally was checking in. Well, and that's
- 57:12the craziness too, is like, now, what if those players would have
- 57:14attacked him or did something to him because he was there, then it would
- 57:17have fell back there. It was like it was their fault. But you
- 57:21don't know what he's going to do. You don't know if he's just trying
- 57:22to enter the game to get some content. And well, that's why I
- 57:25started with these needs to be federal. Yes, So yes, that'll take
- 57:30a little bit of the starch in your decision making. Right when you're sitting
- 57:37there discussing this with your boy a bag. It looks like he's got a
- 57:40bag or something or a jacket with him, and this is super dangerous.
- 57:45I don't understand how any of these event centers, any of these sports teams
- 57:52hadn't advocated for a greater deal of punishment and just to deter all of this
- 58:00kind of stuff. And we'll be back with more to Sports Jock Show right

- 1:00:37out there and listening Land. Glad to be here with you. It is
- 1:00:42Monday, football, basketball, hockey, everything is just going on. It's
- 1:00:47just a great time for sports, especially around the Christmas holiday. You have
- 1:00:52all the games we'll be scheduled next week in the NFL, you have Saturday
- 1:00:57games, NBA Christmas, there's a Monday night football game, so a lot
- 1:01:02to watch. And the NBA season is getting to It's Christmas time. NFL
- 1:01:08winding now with three weeks left. Tonight, Philly and Seattle will do battle.
- 1:01:15A lot of questions if you didn't hear the first hour you can go
- 1:01:19to Spotify or Apple Podcasts and clipcon the Sports Jock Show and catch up with
- 1:01:24us. We talked about the Eagles and such movement with them, even to
- 1:01:30the point they're going with a different play caller for the defense in this game.
- 1:01:34Matt Patricia will be calling the plays for defense Jalen Hurts, most likely
- 1:01:40knowing Jalen he's going to try to play. They said he traveled out on
- 1:01:44a separate plane to make sure he didn't get anyone sick. As they traveled
- 1:01:49out to Seattle. A couple of guys like Darius Slay, they're starting cornerback,
- 1:01:55is injured. He'd be out for a couple of weeks. So the
- 1:01:59injury blood bug is forcing them to make some adjustments. And they're playing a
- 1:02:04Seattle team that is desperate to get in to the playoffs. So it should
- 1:02:09be a good game tonight on Monday Night Football. But Ken you had your
- 1:02:13hand up for something, No, that was earlier, Sir, I was
- 1:02:16alerting coremanche Gray. I talked about the Chicago Bulls and it's just surprising that
- 1:02:27they've never had a Ring of honor, but they are playing a celebration next
- 1:02:32month to have their official first of its kind ring of honor for the greatest
- 1:02:39of all time in their franchise, which you know consists of the legend of
- 1:02:45Air Jordan. So that will be going down January twelfth when the Bulls host
- 1:02:52the Golden State Warriors. As you know, Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen are
- 1:02:59going in, along with Dennis Rodman and about five or six others. Phil
- 1:03:05Jackson are some of the people that are going in. Chet Walker, assistant
- 1:03:12coach Texas Winter, Jerry Krouse, basically anyone dealing with and I don't know
- 1:03:15why they left Horace Grant off. I think if you're think we say Phil
- 1:03:21Jackson, didn't you, he did, yes, But I don't know why
- 1:03:27Horace Grant wouldn't be in. He was part of that first three at the
- 1:03:30pace at then Horace Grant to me, was on a Hall of Fame pace.
- 1:03:37He decided to go and leave for the money when Mike retired for that
- 1:03:42year year and a half. But if you're gonna put Tony Kukoch in there,
- 1:03:45I think that Horace Grant could be in there as well. But the
- 1:03:50big question will be will Michael Jordan show up period and will Scottie and Mike
- 1:03:58show up with what they've had going on over the last couple of years and
- 1:04:02the interesting dynamic that has grown in between them as far as family dynamics.
- 1:04:09So the ring of honor January to twelfth, and most of the surprise was
- 1:04:15that they just never had one, right, those teams have something already where
- 1:04:20they have a ring honor. We were just talking about last week the Lakers
- 1:04:25winning the nd season tournament in them debating on whether to hang the banner or
- 1:04:30something like that, and we were talking about some people recognize all of those
- 1:04:34accomplishments, and for the Bulls to be so storied in their accomplishment that they
- 1:04:40don't have a ring of honor for that franchise was interesting to me. I
- 1:04:43would love to hear their reasoning behind waiting until now or what was the push
- 1:04:49that made them say, Okay, twenty twenty four will be the year.
- 1:04:54I was gonna answer that. I think I have an answer for that is
- 1:04:57just to take the attention off of how bad the team is right now.
- 1:05:02It's to make them remember interesting because people still like even when they were bad.
- 1:05:10Right after Jordan left, there was still like interest because of him,
- 1:05:15Like every every part of their team still connects to him. And but the
- 1:05:19team is so bad right now that let's have this ring of honor to bring
- 1:05:23some positive, a positive perspective to the team, to look at us like,
- 1:05:30hey, we still we have all this. We're bad now, but
- 1:05:31remember all this. It's there. They're still using that, Okay, to
- 1:05:36get eyes on the team. Well, thirteen people will be inducted. And
- 1:05:41as I said, I just don't know why Horse Grant, No, Well,
- 1:05:45Bill Clark right on there, Ron Harper, Uh no, it was.
- 1:05:50I mean go back for you to get the thirteen names. Another price
- 1:05:58to have all the numbers that if they retire their number, they'll be they'll
- 1:06:02their their first. I know they haven't. They haven't retired Horace Grant's number.
- 1:06:06There thirteen legends, Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Bob Love, Jerry
- 1:06:15Sloan, artist Gilmore, Okay, Phil Jackson, coaching broadcaster Johnny red Kerr
- 1:06:24h the original owner, Dick Klein, general manager Jerry Krause, Tony kuckoach
- 1:06:31Dennis Rodman, Chuck Walker and assistant coach Tech Winter are the thirteen. Who
- 1:06:38was it they had? Jerry Cross was the one that was the GM at
- 1:06:41the time. Yes, yes, okay, yeah, so all right,
- 1:06:45that's that's it. But artist Gilmore, that's a good one. I like
- 1:06:49that. Yeah, I didn't argue to take somebody off. I was just
- 1:06:53wondering why they didn't add Hoors Grant, who was part of the first three,
- 1:06:58the original triplet of players to bring the rings to It was those three
- 1:07:02people that really brought the ring to the three rings there to uh Chicago.
- 1:07:11So that is their first ring of honor, which is interesting as we said
- 1:07:15that this far and late in the game, that is, but maybe they
- 1:07:19finally think Mike might show up. And how bad you got to be for
- 1:07:23folks to be like, man, let's recognize, let's bring some people to
- 1:07:27the game. I know what I'm saying. Let's recognize. He's got a
- 1:07:30statue, his numbers, retired pictures, and he's no longer an owner at
- 1:07:34this point, so he got time, so he had you know, I'm
- 1:07:38saying he might conflict of interest because even if he doesn't have an issue with
- 1:07:43a Scottie, Mike has never from my vision of him dealing with the bulls.
- 1:07:49He's not just been somebody sitting at a Bulls game right right, in
- 1:07:54all these years, you know, I think it's been one or two times
- 1:07:58he's ever even been back there. He hadn't been there since eleven, twenty
- 1:08:01eleven, So he doesn't seem like we're talking about folklore. We're talking about
- 1:08:05Yeah, they would have to escut him in and out. It would be
- 1:08:10the same way as though he played. But they never really pan around.
- 1:08:15He's Scottie at games sometimes, you know, you see different players. Never
- 1:08:17even see Mike at any of these games. Speaking of legends, Tiger Woods
- 1:08:23and his kids out on the course this weekend. His son Charlie, who
- 1:08:28is fourteen and one of the young superstars of the game, and his daughter.
- 1:08:34They're keeping at a family affair. I figured Tiger has his daughter Sam
- 1:08:40learning to caddy so she can be the chaperone of Charlie and watching facts.
- 1:08:48How old is she? I thought, sixteen? Oh, she's sixteen.
- 1:08:51Well, yeah, so she got it, probably got her driver's license,
- 1:08:54right, you're taking the practice to my little boy out there, Caddy and
- 1:08:58a what's going on? No, no, no, let's go sink this
- 1:09:01putt. And then if she learned to caddy, Charlie has to pay herr
- 1:09:06ten percent, so he ain't got to really support her. So that's what
- 1:09:11Charlie lightweight make about three million a year. That's three hundred grand. And
- 1:09:15keep your sister out in my pad and y'all keep it moving. I locked
- 1:09:18your mama out. I taught you somewhere to change the locks on your mama.
- 1:09:25She can't get in no more so putting them in the family business.
- 1:09:29And I was sitting there like that is genius. To let the daughter.
- 1:09:31She can be the chaperone. Charlie gets into golf early. He can have
- 1:09:36somebody he completely knows be there for him. That kind of stuff. I
- 1:09:42don't have to worry about it, moving in with him, you go live
- 1:09:45with it. I can really put you two as together as a duo.
- 1:09:49Charlie comes of age, yes, and not have to worry about any of
- 1:09:54that. Is there anybody here who can speak for him? Yeah? Me,
- 1:09:57that's right. I'm as legal representative, guardian person all of that.
- 1:10:02Big sisters so nice. The Woods family. She doesn't play at all.
- 1:10:10I'm not sure. I think they play like. She plays around, but
- 1:10:13she doesn't play at a high level, competitive level as Charlie and wants to
- 1:10:17everything because to be good because most good caddies are good golfers themselves. Most
- 1:10:21of the caddies out there, they're they're they're great golfers, but they just
- 1:10:26you know, like I said, they don't at that competitive level. But
- 1:10:30you know, I like the ideal. I never thought it looked at it
- 1:10:33like that. But that's a because she got a drive into practice, got
- 1:10:38to take them on trips, different things. That's that's a great idea.
- 1:10:42Perfect. Yeah, it's one of the things I've always said. But family
- 1:10:45members that I wish would understand. If you want to be involved, get
- 1:10:54really involved and learn some aspect that you can help the athlete with. Yes
- 1:10:59and his time going to college and doing this, you go learn how to
- 1:11:02do sports medicine right that you can be his trainer, legit. Not I
- 1:11:10just go down to the gym I'm ting about on record license degreed. I
- 1:11:15can be the person who title you check you're a treatment. Yeah, so
- 1:11:18you're still you're going over here and paying some doctor to do all these different
- 1:11:24I know how to do acupuncture and it's right there in front of you.
- 1:11:28Instead of getting out and then just become be an asset, go learn to
- 1:11:32really be an agent take those like a legit a legit stamp. Not no.
- 1:11:40I like you said, I be knowing people and like you said,
- 1:11:45the good thing, it's a whole family thing. It was great to see
- 1:11:47like not only Tiger, but Honica Sore staying with her son who was a
- 1:11:53change the game of golf on the lady's side. And then you see John
- 1:11:55Day, his son is just like you said. You see them out there
- 1:11:58and they're trying to figure it out because at this point she can be the
- 1:12:01caddy, Tiger can be the manager. Yeah, we'll keep all the money.
- 1:12:08Be like Jad just in the Fresh Prince, he the DJ. I'm
- 1:12:11the wrapping. They keep all the money in the Woods Corporate brand new funk
- 1:12:15to be back to show them right after this machete to spring him up.

- 1:17:30She got that and found that Resident Evil. Whether they're on like number
- 1:17:32seven eight, I was like fifteen and something like that in front of the
- 1:17:38screen and just turn around and look like he's shooting and they are do the
- 1:17:43rest. She's made a foo of money off of that Resident Evil franchise.
- 1:17:48She's forty eight and Manny Pakiao is forty five years of age. Michael B.
- 1:17:56Jordan in a little trouble is Creed three for whatever you're shooting now.
- 1:18:01He had an accident a couple of days ago, and there is video evidence
- 1:18:06that he was possibly drag racing. Is man. It is some evidence right
- 1:18:14before to accident him and another from light reving engines. They peel off kind
- 1:18:20of fast, and the other driver has said that, well, those cars
- 1:18:24accelerate fast. Yeah, when you push in the gas pedals, Yes,
- 1:18:27they do. And he was like, he may have spent out while it
- 1:18:30was accelerating, but you can see all of that happened in real time.
- 1:18:33Car kind of does the fishtail thing. He loses control and hits park cars
- 1:18:41and does a lot of major damage to his vehicle and the other vehicles that
- 1:18:45were present. No one was hurt. Drag Racing cancels your insurance. I
- 1:18:49believe it does a lot of things. It comes with a lot of different
- 1:18:55penalties, and they're trying to enhance them. That's one of the things that
- 1:18:59in the this current year nationwide, especially here in the and especially here in
- 1:19:04the Atlanta area, they've been trying to do legislation to enhance penalties for drag
- 1:19:10racing, and they'll take you. Atlanta had a big problem here in Atlanta.
- 1:19:14Yeah, they here. They want you to forfeit your vehicles. A
- 1:19:15couple of hawks a couple of years ago got caught right over here, I
- 1:19:20think. I mean, I don't know why I'm explaining it like people know
- 1:19:23where, but a little area here called Bufa Highway, right off the side
- 1:19:27street. They was drag racing. A couple of hawks were rumored. I
- 1:19:30don't know if they caught them down there, but they were supposed to be
- 1:19:32in racing. And when I saw this, I remember the accident and then
- 1:19:36I clicked on like two days ago and it was saying it was video that
- 1:19:42they had been racing. And in this case, now it's not like you
- 1:19:47got to there's a certain distance, because that's how the driver's making Oh we
- 1:19:53just started off. No, if you both of you hit that gas as
- 1:19:56though you were racing time, it doesn't matter whether you went a or one
- 1:20:01hundred feet, Hey, you were racing. We should just create a celebrity
- 1:20:06drag racing circuit, like on the weekends you have the drag racing in the
- 1:20:10little small rural areas. These guys they want to get their cars off.
- 1:20:14We need to come up with something they have that it's called. But I'm
- 1:20:18saying, if you entertain the ball players or celebrities who have these high end
- 1:20:23cars with it, then they feel like this need an urgency to do instead
- 1:20:27of doing it on the streets. Let's taken place is that you can go
- 1:20:30do that with your car. But you want to go air your car out.
- 1:20:35Isn't that against the rules to do that? Like, yeah, that's
- 1:20:39what I'm saying, not Jordan, but for athletes the rules. But there
- 1:20:43are plenty of racetracks throughout the country where I want to run my car and
- 1:20:47you can go put it on a track. It can be a regular just
- 1:20:50supercar or a car you buy off a lot. It doesn't have to be
- 1:20:54a stock type built for a racing car. And they'll let you yeah,
- 1:21:00and they let you put on the track. Yeah, let you put your
- 1:21:02foot in. I don't know if it's the exact track that they race,
- 1:21:05but it's I think they let you, yeah, get on the straightaway.
- 1:21:09Some of them have the like the obstacle type courses that yeah, if but
- 1:21:15it comes with a lot of Uh, would you even find me of any
- 1:21:18kind of injury or but you wave any right that what happens falls on them,
- 1:21:24right, So basically it's ironclad. No, we didn't do anything.

- 1:21:51down to its last couple of episodes. Twenty nine years. With Real Sports,
- 1:21:58we've actually watched Gumble go from being old man to an older man,
- 1:22:03an older older man who gumble about seventy five now. Yeah, and he
- 1:22:11credits Real Sports. One of the stories that he cited as he was most
- 1:22:15proud of, and he said it made the most impact was the netting at
- 1:22:18Major League Baseball games. They were one of the first outlets that reported on
- 1:22:23the people being injured and maimed on the sidelines and on the baseline. Yeah,
- 1:22:28I didn't like that they reported on that because I felt like they tried
- 1:22:30to put it on the shoulder of the baseball of the baseball people, and
- 1:22:33it was actually more. Look, the sign said, look, you don't
- 1:22:38have to buy these tickets, but if you gonna buyd look, look,
- 1:22:43you have to be responsible, be aware. So just like on the asphalt,
- 1:22:46and I don't mean they that, that doesn't mean that you wanted people
- 1:22:50to be unsafe or you couldn't put the nets up right, But don't make

- 1:26:48Wayne Gandy, good morning, tell you command to Greg McKenny and the Bad
- 1:26:51Produce all in the building today. I went. I had a couple of
- 1:26:56people over yesterday, watched the game, decided to jump out. Didn't know
- 1:27:00what I was going to serve them for just a little snack. I went
- 1:27:03to They went talking about KFC and I was like, everybody was kind of
- 1:27:10like they hadn't had any KFC in a long time. The last person I
- 1:27:15knew had some was the Bad producer who went and had one of the bowl
- 1:27:19sick. One of the young ladies was like she enjoyed the KFC bowl.
- 1:27:26Long story short. I had to drive over. It's about twenty miles,
- 1:27:30well not twenty miles, about twenty minute drive to get there, and I'm
- 1:27:35behind two cars, you know, fairly move quickly. I get up there,
- 1:27:42asked for a twelve piece and theyterld me they don't have any chicken.
- 1:27:49Did they suggest anything else, they said, I said, well, it's
- 1:27:54four o'clock. You know, I'm confused. She said, well, it'd
- 1:27:59be a thirty five minute wait or some chicken and all. Remember all I
- 1:28:04ordered was a twelve piece, so it's not like I said, let me
- 1:28:09get pieced piece fifty p I said, was just a twelve piece and she
- 1:28:14said, we have strips and sandwiches, but we don't have any chicken fried
- 1:28:19right now. And I just drove off. I didn't no original, no
- 1:28:26extra chrispy. They have nothing. Now you know why people don't go there
- 1:28:30because they don't have it ready. Yeah, that's why no one eats there.
- 1:28:33But I don't know how. And it's not just there. I've experienced
- 1:28:40it other franchises where they were running a special and I think it was on
- 1:28:43Father's Day and I was like, ooh, I'd really love some and pulled
- 1:28:47up and they were like about four o'clock in the afternoon and they were like,
- 1:28:51nine, we ain't got no chicken. And I was like, but
- 1:28:54it's you know what, thank you said, because I wanted to protest it
- 1:28:59yesterday, wanted to walk It was a special occasion yesterday. And you think
- 1:29:05they have chicken going out the door on a Sunday, Well, the truth
- 1:29:09of the matter is they do, and you're supposed to be prepared. That's
- 1:29:14that's the whole thing. It's not like there was some sort of rush on
- 1:29:18chicken. It's just that this particular branch was not prepared. Something wasn't thowed
- 1:29:24something wasn't seasoned, and so with customer suffer. Even when you said thirty
- 1:29:29five minutes, typically they would say like fifteen. So you say thirty five,
- 1:29:33you're making me feel like you haven't even started the process, right.
- 1:29:36You gotta fly, you got a flower and everything like, yeah, you
- 1:29:40gotta start. Yes, you got to chase. You're chasing them down in
- 1:29:47the yard. Give me thirty five minutes, cleers. So what did you
- 1:29:53take them then? When you didn't get back with the KFC, I just
- 1:29:55went to another chicken place. So but you know, that's just how they've
- 1:30:01all bounced sometimes. Yesterday in Cincinnati, the Bengals winning twenty seven to twenty
- 1:30:08four. In this game, Nick Mullins started in the game for the Vikings.
- 1:30:13The Vikings have now demoted Josh Dobbs to third string. Yeah, that
- 1:30:17Josh Dobbs, who got there about five weeks ago, won two games right
- 1:30:21off the bat. Now is the third string quarterback. That's how it really
- 1:30:26happens for you talking about the Nasau guy, the rocket what is the rocket
- 1:30:30scientists? Also, Josh Dobbs came over from the Arizona Cardinals beat the Falcons
- 1:30:38in that last dramatic moment and then went and beat somebody else in the same
- 1:30:42way. I think forty nine ers you beat them. He beat someone else
- 1:30:48in a dramatic way as well. Now he is the third string, but
- 1:30:51Chris, excuse me. Nick Mullins lost yesterday's game, went in the overtime
- 1:30:57twenty seven to twenty four. Jamar Chase got injured in the game. They're
- 1:31:03saying he sprained his ac joints, so we'll see how that affects him the
- 1:31:09rest of the season. Indy hosted Pittsburgh on Saturday, and Pittsburgh, as
- 1:31:16I have said, it's going to be the same story. Similar to the
- 1:31:20Falcons. You're really a run defensive team. You run the ball, play
- 1:31:29defense. Stealers can't run the ball. They haven't all year long. Agie
- 1:31:32Harrison is supposed to be their star running back. Twelve carries thirty three yards
- 1:31:38in this game. They ran it seventy four yards total, and the Coats
- 1:31:44did the opposite to them. They did run the ball for one hundred and
- 1:31:46seventy yards beat the Stellers. Stellers are now seven and seven, the Coats
- 1:31:51are eight and six. Stealers are in one of those positions where they're gonna
- 1:31:57have to win most likely all three games and get a little help to get
- 1:32:01into the playoffs. As the season winds down, the Dolphins invited the Jts,
- 1:32:10Jets, Jets, Jets, and the Jets once again later deagg thirty
- 1:32:15to zero. Are the Jets in this game? Zack Wilson got knocked out.
- 1:32:20They were it was hunting season yesterday. A lot of quarterbacks had to
- 1:32:25leave reajest their helmet. Zack Wilson was one of those players. Treviors Semea
- 1:32:30got in the game. He didn't do He did worse than Zack Wilson.
- 1:32:32Imagine that in this game. Imagine I'm hoping that this game has put the
- 1:32:36bed any Aaron Rodgers return please With five and nine record three games to go,
- 1:32:45I see no reason for him to come back. There was a there
- 1:32:48was a story that he was playing dB for the with the practice squad on
- 1:32:56the past week and he got an interception or two. But this game would
- 1:33:01determine if he was gonna really make a comeback this year. Yeah, I
- 1:33:05think this takes him out of the playoffs, right, Yeah, they're eliminated,
- 1:33:09yes, yeah, So what would it do to bring him back for
- 1:33:14a game. I have no clue, especially for that kind of injury.
- 1:33:17So hopefully that part of the Jet story is over the Dolphins doing this work
- 1:33:23yesterday without Tyreek Hill who set out with that ankle injury. But the offense
- 1:33:29behind Tula in the run game and that defense just shutting down the Jets thirty
- 1:33:35to zero. And when you can, when you don't score in the NFL,
- 1:33:39it is big, big news, and it's not one person. It's
- 1:33:44hard not to score in the NFL because the kickers have such distance. Yes
- 1:33:50they do. It's not like college and high school or your kicking game maybe
- 1:33:56questionable. He guaranteed for fifty five. Y'all kickers can give you a fifty
- 1:34:01yarder, So that means you got to get the ball to the thirty five.
- 1:34:04That's all I gotta do. So that's just three first downs typically.
- 1:34:10So it's a total wash offensively for the Jets thirty to zero. And that
- 1:34:15came on Saturday, Detroit doing enough work once again to beat the Broncos.
- 1:34:20I still don't get where Sean Payton yells at Russell Wilson. I see him
- 1:34:27on the sideline yelling at Russell Wilson. Like he is a rookie some of
- 1:34:31the times, and he's yelling at it. God bless you, Russell.
- 1:34:34We're having the restraint because typically there does become a point where the quarterback stands
- 1:34:41up and says something for itself. But I guess Sierra keeps them in a
- 1:34:45nice comfy place at home. But forty two to seventeen in this game where
- 1:34:53Jarret Golf threw for five touchdown, so I don't know where the game manager
- 1:35:00comes in. Cam the bad producer is still protecting Cam Newton. I don't
- 1:35:05know a lot of game managers that throw for five touchdowns. I really don't.
- 1:35:13Game managers usually get you like two touchdowns. But Derek Golf was on
- 1:35:18that list. He threw for five touchdowns, no interceptions. Five brought party
- 1:35:26was on that list of Cam Newton's as a game manager, and brought party
- 1:35:31through yesterday for four touchdowns and no interceptions. Des many so bad producer,
- 1:35:42as we start off this morning with you, we showed your idea that Cam
- 1:35:47Newton is some kind of way right. Those kind of numbers don't say game
- 1:35:55manager. Well had a good game, that they team had a great team
- 1:36:01effort, so around him, great blocking, so he performed. They did.
- 1:36:08They managed the game, putting great situations. She was did their job.
- 1:36:14Everybody did their job. So you know he did a great job.
- 1:36:17Is managed the game. Nothing wrong with being a good game manager. Well,
- 1:36:23Lamar Jackson only threw for one touchdown? What did that do? Yesterday?
- 1:36:28He was on CAM Newton didn't put him on there and he only threw
- 1:36:31from one touchdown. That's these many? What the tug do to dude?
- 1:36:36Yesterday too, he was on that list. Okay, it's fine tour again
- 1:36:43since you're looking for other victims. No, I was just saying the people
- 1:36:46that was on the list, but that you know too, was twenty one
- 1:36:53of twenty four for one touchdown. M did a great job managing the game.
- 1:37:01So back to what I asked you, because I didn't ask you for
- 1:37:03other examples. I gave you two examples of people who threw five touchdowns and
- 1:37:08four touchdowns versus your theory that they were game managers. Well, I mean,
- 1:37:13but I'm just saying those for like six the week before in the game.
- 1:37:16But I mean those guys, I would argue you probably threw for more
- 1:37:26touchdowns in a game to equal any game that Cam Newton in his career throw
- 1:37:30mm hmm. I'm still taking Cam over all day overk all four of them.
- 1:37:36And it's fine because he was because he was a difference maker. He
- 1:37:42was more than a game manager. Why I'm just saying he was more than
- 1:37:45a game manager. He take more than a game man. He go in
- 1:37:48and take over, He's gonna win, they win. Was more than a
- 1:37:53game man. What they win? Would who win? I mean, we
- 1:37:58don't know. I mean what you mean, we don't know. We're going
- 1:38:00like with the when he went in to take over and do the difference making,
- 1:38:04did his teams win time? They did when he when it came down
- 1:38:11to it, when the Carolinas, when they was in the game winning situation.
- 1:38:14Come on, now, you know Cam let his team back. He
- 1:38:16was a game manager, number one defense in the league. His rookie year
- 1:38:23he came in. He had an old Steve Smith, an older uh uh
- 1:38:28Jeremy Shockey, and he had a broke down older players. And then these
- 1:38:34guys got a new tale question about the five touchdowns and the four touchdowns.
- 1:38:42They guys ran the routes. Everybody did their position, state, did they
- 1:38:47did what their their job with San Francisco especially, that's a great system.
- 1:38:53That's a run first team. Also, San Francisco is a run first team.
- 1:38:57Also, when I asked you a question, please for however long we're
- 1:39:00still on the air, and I gotta say this and I'm tired of repeat
- 1:39:03myself. I would like that same energy in same vocabulary when I asked you
- 1:39:11a question, unstead of you not answering my question and then like to tell
- 1:39:15me what you want to say. Those are two different things. So please
- 1:39:23use that energy when I ask you a question, answer my question, and
- 1:39:27then from now on if you don't answer my question, I'm cutting your mic
- 1:39:30off. Jared just suggested that cut his mic. He replied, mike off

- 1:42:51Shall I'm the sports shock, Wayne Candy. Sad news coming out of the
- 1:42:56Tar Hill Nation nineteen ninety three n C Double Lay Championship winner. Former NBA
- 1:43:02Ball of the seven Footer Eric Montross has passed away at the age of fifty
- 1:43:06two. He has been in a new new cycle of recent times battling cancer
- 1:43:15and sadly he has lost that battle with cancer. Fifty two years old.
- 1:43:23Eric Montross, big center back in the early nineties for the Tar Heels down
- 1:43:30Low. Teddy Bridgewater has said he's going to retire at the end of this
- 1:43:34season. He's the backup quarterback in Detroit. This is his tenth season.
- 1:43:43Not really sure why he felt like he needed to announce it now or why
- 1:43:46he's retiring. I'm quite sure with his experienced teams, he could have definitely
- 1:43:53been on some team here for another three or four years. But sometimes you
- 1:43:57just want to phase to that new level, to that next life. And
- 1:44:03if he feels like he's not going to start anymore. Maybe that's why he
- 1:44:06wants to make that journey, just get out of the game of football all
- 1:44:12together. Talked about Tiger Woods, the Washington Capitals, and the Washington Wizards
- 1:44:18may be on the move now comand you Greg is saying that they just might
- 1:44:23be on the move to another part of Virginia and just out of DC.
- 1:44:29When I hear these reports, I started thinking, NBA team in Vegas.
- 1:44:35You know, in leagues love to relocate more than they love to start up
- 1:44:43when it's possible. They really would just like to read. And when we
- 1:44:46talk about the Wizards, I'm just saying they haven't been burning it up on
- 1:44:50the court, so I imagine their fan base is yeah, questionable, But
- 1:44:58you think they it will be like something like that rather than expansion, because
- 1:45:02the NBA is talking about expanding as far as adding Las Vegas and or Seattle
- 1:45:08back well, the NBA is trying to get out of any city that is
- 1:45:13not producing numbers. The expansion comes that I have to put two teams.
- 1:45:20But while if I'm the Wizards, why wouldn't I just move completely? Take
- 1:45:25Like ted Leonsis owns the Capitals and the Wizards. You think he would move
- 1:45:32both teams out of Washington, d C. To a completely different city,
- 1:45:38a completely different area. I can leave the Capitals here and I can take
- 1:45:42the Wizards to Vegas because the Capitals will more make more money. They win,
- 1:45:47they're winning, and they got a fan base. They're established. But
- 1:45:51you know the Wizards, I mean, they hadn't been the same since they
- 1:45:55changed their names. So I mean it's I mean that team is had no
- 1:46:00relevance in a while. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I don't have
- 1:46:02even when Michael was there, nobody was checking for them. Yeah, oh
- 1:46:06wasn't he the last one that anybody cared about up there at Bradley Bill there
- 1:46:12for a minute, But they haven't been any kind of imagine hot ticket.
- 1:46:17I mean, if I'm on the four on the board, I'm putting my
- 1:46:19hand, let's move the Wizards. The Wizards are The Wizards are so bad
- 1:46:25they the wrapper a was he can't even get floor seats. They were talking
- 1:46:30about it one time. So let's just I don't I don't think they would
- 1:46:34completely move. I don't think they would be the team that would move from
- 1:46:40an area like DC, like having that market to move out of that market.
- 1:46:44But that market is not supporting me though, so so you keep saying
- 1:46:46the market, like the market is what for me? Well, that movie
- 1:46:50because they want a new arena, not like it's a lot of people do
- 1:46:56move cities because they want a new venue. I think they're They're probably more
- 1:47:00stable than I would say a team like the Pelicans are barely holding them they
- 1:47:05would I would think they would be a better candidate to move to Las Vegas.
- 1:47:12But my ticket sales are stronger in New Orleans I'm saying. But what
- 1:47:16I'm saying as far as like being like operating as a team like that,
- 1:47:24that team is they I mean they have they have a they're not but they're
- 1:47:30not for a new new venue when people come up. Have you not noticed
- 1:47:36the tree in when the new venue comes up? Teams? Look, why
- 1:47:40are the Raiders in Vegas? Yeah, that's why are the a's But Vegas
- 1:47:46Oakland doesn't want to pay for anything, and they don't want to. DC
- 1:47:51doesn't want to pay in the defense though Virginia Virginia. Yeah, because Virginia
- 1:47:56is so close right there to DC. That's them over the water. You
- 1:48:00know. It's like it's like the braves moving to county because most of the
- 1:48:02people to go to the Capitol's games, most of the people who go to
- 1:48:06the team the national they come out of the Virginia area. Then Stan Krunky
- 1:48:14wanted a new venue. State of Missouri didn't want to give him. So
- 1:48:18what did he do with his team? I understand, I understand what you
- 1:48:23said, but I'm just looking at the dynamics of Virginia. How Arlington that
- 1:48:26whole area with the rest I mean, possibly they'll have a better support instead
- 1:48:31of inside the d C City city. If you were coming to the game,
- 1:48:36you were coming to the game, A lot of people scared to drive
- 1:48:40into DC. It's number one car jacket spot right now, you getting DC
- 1:48:44band. I don't think. I don't think that's anything to do with it
- 1:48:50has been approved in Northern Virginia for them to Arlington right there. Well,
- 1:48:57I just said Northern Virginia. I would imagine they would not. But if
- 1:49:04I'm the owner of the Wizards, I'm okay leaving the capitals where they are
- 1:49:09and taking understand what you're saying, but they do have you, as you
- 1:49:16have seen with they want to establish brands in Vegas. They don't want startups
- 1:49:27the hockey team. The Golden Nights is the only thing that's cuse that's the
- 1:49:30only way we could get that going. That and and the don't be those
- 1:49:36people who take the one time. I also have the A's and the Raiders.
- 1:49:41Those were established brands, correct. I've been trying to get the Phoenix
- 1:49:45Suns here. I need fan bases. I need people to really already establish,
- 1:49:49hopefully for for your diehard Virginia people who want to see the Wizards in
- 1:49:54Arlington. I don't watch Wizard games period, so it don't matter whether they
- 1:49:59play at I just know when people started talking about new venues and there's other
- 1:50:03cities who want them to come play, it's the best time to move a
- 1:50:08team. And will you'll be back? More to Sports Shock Show, Don't
- 1:50:28Go Away born of the Sports Jock Show with Wayne Dambidia's coming up next,
- 1:50:33and now let's talk about something exciting, life insurance. Three quarters of Americans
- 1:50:38believe that coverage represents a critical piece of financial security, yet only forty nine
- 1:50:43percent actually have life insurance. When I was twenty five, me and my
- 1:50:45wife were just getting started with our family and thought we lived forever. Life
- 1:50:48insurance was the last thing on my mind? What about you? Will you
- 1:50:51be leaving benefits or bills? When I was forty, with a kid in
- 1:50:56college and bills piling up, I was worried how my family was survived without
- 1:50:59me. That's what I'm mean and appointment with the insurance informants. Information gives
- 1:51:01you power and life insurance gives your family security no matter what stage of life
- 1:51:05you're in. Now that I'm older, I don't worry about whether I'll lead
- 1:51:10my family that bills their benefits. The answer is easy, whether you're twenty
- 1:51:13five or fifty, whether you earn a little or a lot, All you
- 1:51:15need is the insurance informant to help you build a foundation of security, because
- 1:51:19without you, your family will have two options, benefits or bills. Which
- 1:51:25legacy will you leave behind? Log on today benefits or bills dot com?
- 1:51:30That's benefits orbills dot com. Attention. High school sports fans, are you

- 1:51:42referees and loves to let everyone know just how bad you think they are.
- 1:51:46Well, if you think you could do better, then get in the game
- 1:51:49and prove it. It's time for you to suit up and make the calls
- 1:51:54where they actually have. Every sport in Georgia needs more officials. Sign up
- 1:52:00today at high school officials dot com. And now back to the Sports John
- 1:52:08Wayne Gandy. Now it's time for the school board when we put a spin
- 1:52:15on light and sports and how they intermingle on the Sports Jack Show with Wayne
- 1:52:23Gandy. Inside you up, Steve, I'm taking from here man going back
- 1:52:34there, wak back to the show the Sports Shock. Wayne Kenny, Good
- 1:52:42morning to you. Tennessee losing to Houston Texans yesterday. Case Keenan getting in
- 1:52:50the game for the Texans. No c J. Stroud, he could not
- 1:52:55get out of the concussion protocol. Speaking of concussion protocol, Trevor Lawrence is
- 1:53:00in the concussion protocol after yesterday's action, so we will see can he get
- 1:53:05out by next week as well? The Titans winning in overtime with a field
- 1:53:11goal to go eight and six and keep their playoff hopes alive. The Tennessee
- 1:53:16Titans are five and nine. As I talked about early in the show,
- 1:53:21Derrick Henry filing maybe he should go somewhere else for that last year or two
- 1:53:27he feels he has nineteen Excuse me, sixteen carries yesterday for nine yards.
- 1:53:33The struggles of the Tennessee offense, regardless of quarterback. When you run the
- 1:53:38ball, and you run a run base offense, you've got to be able
- 1:53:42to run the ball. As a team, they only gained sixty six yards
- 1:53:46yesterday rushing thirty carries for sixty six yards. They're not gonna win if they
- 1:53:54can't run the ball. That's how they're made up to run the ball and
- 1:53:57play defense. The Saints went marching in yesterday twenty four to six over the
- 1:54:02Giants. Tommy de Veto got knocked out of this game as well. He
- 1:54:09was having a solid game, nothing great, nothing bad, but Tyrod Taylor
- 1:54:15had to go in for him after he had taken a big hit. Derek
- 1:54:18Carr had a strong evening where he threw for three touchdowns no interceptions in that
- 1:54:26game. I think that's all we have for the NBA NFL, right,
- 1:54:31other than Brock Purty destroying Arizona. Kind of saw that. Jets we got,
- 1:54:42we got. We talked about that, We talked about the Foaltaons moving
- 1:54:45nine seven bucks and packers Bucks packers yesterday and Shake and Bake still working some
- 1:54:54magic four touchdowns for Baker Mayfield yesterday, no interceptions, doing his thing.
- 1:55:00Just a guy that might just be getting it late, cannot without all that
- 1:55:04pressure on him and expectations may of you know, just able to go down
- 1:55:10without that kind of uh star studed you know, be be the whole franchise
- 1:55:16as Cleveland wanting. I remember that's how Baker started. You gotta scrap the
- 1:55:21whole franchise. The other fifty two players don't have to do nothing, just
- 1:55:26you do everything. And now you're kind of in a place where you're just
- 1:55:29a part of the puzzle questions. Yeah, I trying to remember. Did
- 1:55:32you ask one a while one time back when Baker was going through that with
- 1:55:36the Falcons, will we take Baker? You thought that was a good fit
- 1:55:40for at the time when the Falcons was transitioning. I thought so, yeah,
- 1:55:46with a veteran it's been around you, don't you know. I'm just
- 1:55:50agreeing with you. I mean, you based on who you have your personnel,
- 1:55:54because some of some of us we're talking about, even with your Falcons,
- 1:55:58I keep telling you to get you to understand just so you're run based,
- 1:56:01you don't have a lot of veteran nothing, so you got a second
- 1:56:05year guy throwing to another second year guy. That's why we need to vetter,
- 1:56:09you know that kind of thing. Excuse me, that's why we need
- 1:56:12a veteran leader on the offensive side. Yeah, but that doesn't have to
- 1:56:15be the quarterback. He's got nothing, nothing, He wasn't expecting that sports
- 1:56:28jack. Yeah, you ran from the sidelines with that one that you came
- 1:56:31off the bench. What I don't have to be the quarterbacks. It's just
- 1:56:35that I'm so fascinated how in a city, that city, everything with them
- 1:56:40think. They think all success of a team starts and ends with whatever the
- 1:56:45quarterback is doing, and then they minimize other people like a Rock Party for
- 1:56:50his success because they say, well, it's the other talent. Well pick
- 1:56:56one. You don't have Brandon Ayu, you don't have have carry Kittles,
- 1:57:01you don't have nothing on your team that looked like Deebo Samuel, you don't
- 1:57:05have nothing that looked like Christian McCaffrey. But you want this dude to do
- 1:57:11something without anything, or vice versa. You want Aaron Rodgers with no talent.
- 1:57:17So which one is it that you want? So I don't get how
- 1:57:24the Falcons as they call themselves fans process the information of its success. But
- 1:57:30they're so caught up with this quarterback thing that you need some guy that has
- 1:57:35a name that they can readily know his story and know who his girlfriend used
- 1:57:42to date and his cousin, how many jail terms he's been in, Like
- 1:57:46they need that. They got to walk past him in the club. Yeah,
- 1:57:49they don't have that. They don't think that someone is capable yet.
- 1:57:54I want Justin Fields, a guy who's been somewhere that they have placated to
- 1:57:59try to do everything for him as my quarterback, to do what to what
- 1:58:05end? Yeah, he has always been my question about that. Senator Rick
- 1:58:11Scott is still going at the college Football Playoff Committee. He wants an answer
- 1:58:16for whye Florida State It's not in the college football system the explanation they gave.
- 1:58:25I have been waiting on something they keep saying because basically their quarterback got
- 1:58:30hurt and that so basically it's about talent, not about production. It's about
- 1:58:36brand name because Travis went down, Jordan Travis went down, but we went
- 1:58:43and won the next two games. But you're a different team now, well
- 1:58:47you're different after every injury. But as good but it's a different team.
- 1:58:55But what evidence do you have that we're not as good because the results the
- 1:59:00saying but your quarterback, but remember we yeah, we lost him and we
- 1:59:03won. We got a TV show to self. I'm not to say because
- 1:59:06they that that's all you need to say. You trying to keep your ratings
- 1:59:14up right, Okay, man, that's that's all you have. Ain't nothing
- 1:59:17wrong with that. What about when Ohio what about when Ohio State had the
- 1:59:21third string starter? I mean, I mean it was a business. Then
- 1:59:25when they put Ohio State and still that was because they didn't want to put
- 1:59:29Baylor or t c U in. You tell so basically about TV, we
- 1:59:34should just go ahead and just say who the four teams and don't even play
- 1:59:36the games in That's where we're at there. If that's the case. Once
- 1:59:40again, I'm satisfied that you just said it was just bitch. Thank you,
- 1:59:44sir, Thank you, thank you. Because I put I put my
- 1:59:46money on. They were going to say that I won. It's just business.
- 1:59:53When we are in the ocean, the truth is he will throw your
- 1:59:59in the ocean. It's time to wrap things up. On The Sports June
- 2:00:02Show with Wayne Gandy, when your designs an ocean and gives a sports shout
- 2:00:31chests a minute to Vin, We'd like to thank you for tuning in to
- 2:00:34today's show. Remember Monday Night Football. Tonight, Philly headed to see Adall
- 2:00:41for a game with a lot of intrigue, a lot of playoff implications in
- 2:00:45that game, Big Kenny commands you, Greg Bad Producer, thank you for
- 2:00:49your contributions to day. If you didn't get a chance, make sure go
- 2:00:55to Apple Podcasts or Spotify to hear the replay of the Sports Jot Show.
- 2:01:01A lot of different things happen, especially at KFC. You knew I wanted
- 2:01:04to throw them a notion for not having any chicken, but nothing stood out
- 2:01:10in the last seven days more than the two scientists down at the University of
- 2:01:15Florida. Thirty five year old Dustin Huff and thirty one year old Ury Zi
- 2:01:25both were arrested, charged with aggravated child abuse and child in neglect. Somewhere
- 2:01:32these geniuses decided to build some cages to put their six year old and two
- 2:01:41year old in When they went to work. They would leave the two kids
- 2:01:47in two cages. Now part of my sensibility understand why the six year old,
- 2:01:56Mike get a little locked up, you know how six year old?
- 2:01:59It might have been a little bit. He'll talk back. It happened,
- 2:02:01But my mind couldn't figure out how you put a two year old in a
- 2:02:04cage. I'm lost on what a two year old? How you could even
- 2:02:10leave the house. And I'm actually kidding about the six year old too.
- 2:02:15For y'all PC people, that's just a joke. But two geniuses decide to
- 2:02:21I guess their IQ is just too high when combined decided to leave their children
- 2:02:28in the cages in the basement. And what's even scarier, when the cops
- 2:02:33came, they thought they could explain it away, walked them in and owned
- 2:02:39it that this is how they were leaving the kids until they came back from
- 2:02:44work. Can't afford a babysitter, or you don't want to be saddled with
- 2:02:49children, maybe not have them. But for that dustin huff and ury Zi
- 2:02:57walked up plank, We messed up to y'all pinching and bull one k and
- 2:03:12everything. And who do you think was the one that decided to do it?
- 2:03:15And the other one was like, okay, and you ain't have you
- 2:03:17not never heard about the Terrible Tunes two years old, so everybody, everybody
- 2:03:24got they joke out because you know the bad producer, he got always one
- 2:03:29up except when you ask him a question, and then the mic go quiet.
- 2:03:32I love you fellas, you don't keep talking, so say your last
- 2:03:36thing so we can be done. Already turned the mic cof thank you.
- 2:03:40Make sure to keep that as a great protocol on We hope y'all have a
- 2:03:44good day. From the sports Shop, show peace,
