- 0:00Welcome to the One Small Change. I am thrilled to embark on
- 0:04this journey of exploration and transformation with you. And I'm your host,
- 0:08Yvonne McCoy, and I bring almost 30 years of entrepreneurial experience
- 0:12and a passion for discovering growth through the power of seemingly small
- 0:15change. And I am glad that you are taking time out of your week
- 0:19to be with us. And I have an amazing guest for you.
- 0:22It'sChristelle Biiga, and she is going to talk
- 0:26about her small, unexpected or
- 0:30insignificant decision that sparked a remarkable
- 0:33transformation and growth either in her personal and
- 0:37or professional life. Christelle,
- 0:40thank you for being here today. I know we had a bumpy start getting
- 0:44together, but I always say the harder it is to get together, the better the
- 0:48outcome. So I am so glad that you are here with me today.
- 0:52Thank you for having me, Yvonne. I'm really thrilled to be here. And yes, you're
- 0:56right. Sometimes, you know, it's painful at the beginning, but the end is always
- 1:00good. Imagine think of it as a woman giving birth.
- 1:03I don't want to think the baby. Is beautiful and everybody's happy. I
- 1:07did that three times. Enough. So.
- 1:11So tell us about yourself and your story and what
- 1:15change that you want to share that's going to help us grow our business.
- 1:19Yes, the one change that really made a huge
- 1:23difference, or I will say changed everything for me was to start
- 1:27sharing my personal story on podcasts.
- 1:31Right. Sometimes. I mean, at first when I started getting on
- 1:34podcasts, I thought, okay, since I'm going there to promote my services
- 1:38as a coach, people just want to know how I can help them.
- 1:42People just want to know how that I'm an expert. So I would just
- 1:45focus on talking about my expertise and saying all
- 1:49the great things that I could do for them. And one day,
- 1:53eventually, on a podcast, I found myself, I
- 1:56really say accidentally just sharing my personal story.
- 2:00Which one is that? When I moved to the United States in 2015, I
- 2:04mean, if you. You pay attention to the accent, you will notice that this
- 2:07is not an American accent. Right? I mean, try. I didn't try
- 2:11too much to hide it. But when I moved here, I got arrested at
- 2:15LAX upon arrival. You know, an immigration
- 2:19officer accused me of coming here to work as a prostitute and
- 2:22tried to get me deported. So I ended up in a detention
- 2:26center. I mean, at the time, I couldn't even speak English properly. I
- 2:30had no family or friends here. It was a whole thing. So I spent
- 2:34nine months in that detention center before able to win my case.
- 2:38Yes, that was wild. And when I. I was
- 2:41released, even you know, I was ashamed. Even though I
- 2:45didn't do anything wrong, I was ashamed because I was in jail. You know, if
- 2:48you're listening to this and you have been through a tough experience, sometimes you
- 2:52feel guilty or shameful for whatever reason, even though you know it's not your
- 2:56fault. That's trauma. So I was traumatized, of course, but I
- 2:59sh. I. I shut it down, and I took, you know, coaching
- 3:03from experts, and it helped me a lot. That's why I
- 3:06decided to become a coach myself. And I didn't share
- 3:10that story with anyone, probably because I wasn't healed
- 3:14or wasn't ready, which I really encourage you, if you go
- 3:18on podcast, don't share a story until you are ready, until you are healed. So.
- 3:21So I wasn't until that day on that podcast, during the
- 3:25conversation with the host, I just happened to talk about it, and
- 3:28it was Adam. You know, during the pandemic, at a time where
- 3:32people were scared and confused, because, as you can imagine, when I was
- 3:36arrested at that airport with not my family there, in a
- 3:39foreign country, not even speaking the language, I was scared and confused, and I didn't
- 3:43know what to expect. So people during the pandemic in 2020 were in
- 3:47that same state when I was sharing that story on that podcast. So I was
- 3:50able to show them that there is hope,
- 3:54there is light at the end of the tunnel, even if it looks scary,
- 3:58because I was scared and I was able to see it through, I was able
- 4:01to win. So eventually, we will win. We will see
- 4:05this situation, the lockdowns and the virus, everything we
- 4:08will see through, we will see light at the end of the tunnel.
- 4:13That was a big shift because first of all, I didn't expect plan
- 4:16to share the story. And second of all, the feedback blew my mind.
- 4:20People still message me, you know, randomly, sometimes
- 4:24on LinkedIn, to thank me for sharing that story because it gave them hope. So
- 4:28that's something that I didn't expect, but that made a huge difference. It showed me
- 4:31the power of podcast guesting and the power of sharing
- 4:35your story as an expert, because everything that you have
- 4:39experienced, everything that you have been through, shaped the person that you
- 4:43are as an expert. And. And the more people know about the person behind the
- 4:46brand, the more chances you have to create that connection
- 4:50that, you know, that is necessary really, for people
- 4:54to decide to choose you when they want to work with somebody.
- 4:57I have to say, what you're saying is
- 5:01so important, and there are a couple of
- 5:05threads there. The first thing is, I
- 5:09think that we have been taught to have
- 5:12a certain professional Persona. And, you know,
- 5:16one of the biggest wake up calls for me was I had a client, I
- 5:20had somebody who was already a client who, who had never seen my
- 5:24workshop, sat in my workshop and said to me
- 5:27afterwards, I don't know who that person was. It's
- 5:31not the person I love working with. And I went
- 5:34to know. The other thing that I tell people is
- 5:38if you try to be something that you're not,
- 5:42it takes so much energy, and it is so easy for
- 5:46people to see the cracks in that picture that you're trying to paint.
- 5:50It is so much better to let people know that you're
- 5:54vulnerable just like they are, because then they can be vulnerable
- 5:58with you and they see that you are not, you know, that you're
- 6:01real, that you're not fake you. And I guess the last thing is, I
- 6:05will say it has taken me a really long time to
- 6:09share my story, that at some point I was. I was
- 6:12£440, right? And that I lost almost
- 6:15200. But I was like, I mean, to me,
- 6:19zoom was like, okay, they can only see me from the shoulder up. I'm cool.
- 6:23I don't need to share that story. Right? So I think, you
- 6:27know, when I talk to people about their unique powers, part of that
- 6:30comes from, you know, what you were born with, but it's
- 6:34also part of the experiences
- 6:38that you have that make you the person
- 6:42that is absolutely right for the right client. So you,
- 6:45you unpacked a whole lot of stuff in that
- 6:49short story. So I'm sorry. So I, I wanted to make sure that
- 6:53people are paying attention to that because that really, I think,
- 6:56is the beginning part of being able to appreciate
- 7:00yourself and say, I'm really good at this. I. I don't
- 7:04have to be good at everything, right? But I'm really good at
- 7:08this, and I'm good for these people. You know, this is where my match
- 7:11is. So. Yeah, so, absolutely. So. So
- 7:15knowing that you could be vulnerable in that
- 7:19podcast episode made you dig into podcasting more?
- 7:24Yes, absolutely. And it showed me the power of, you know, the.
- 7:28How experts can really impact people beyond
- 7:32just getting clients, because oftentimes we have, we have
- 7:35businesses, right? So when we want to get on podcast is promote our brand
- 7:39is to get the world out there and help as many. And make
- 7:43our world known by as many people as possible who need it.
- 7:48So I was really in that mindset, but that experience really
- 7:51shifted me in understanding that, reminding me
- 7:55of why I started my business in the first place, why I decided to become
- 7:58a coach. I wanted to help people. So my mindset shifted in a
- 8:02way that I said to myself, listen, this is a perfect
- 8:06way for me to help people, even the people who will not become my
- 8:10clients, even the people who will not work with me. Getting on podcast
- 8:13is a powerful way for me to make a difference. And if you are listening
- 8:17to this, I mean, I know your audience and audience of entrepreneurs. So. So
- 8:20that's what entrepreneurs are. They are the people who want to help, who want to
- 8:24solve problems. They have a skill, they have an expertise who can change
- 8:28lives, and they are already doing it. So now, how many
- 8:31people can you really work with? Can you work with 1 million people
- 8:35in a year? I don't think so. But you, by you getting on podcast
- 8:39and sharing your story, your journey, your experiences, you
- 8:43are able to impact thousands of people that maybe you will not have
- 8:46the bandwidth to have as clients, but still, you'll be able to impact
- 8:50them. So your heart as an entrepreneur that was there to. I'm
- 8:54starting this business because I want to change lives. You'll be able to
- 8:57fulfill that. You'll be able to fulfill that purpose
- 9:01of changing lives, impacting lives, even the ones who will
- 9:04not pay you. That's why I fell in love with podcast guesting.
- 9:08And I said to myself, eventually, you know what? I know there are so
- 9:12many amazing entrepreneurs out there with great stories
- 9:15and skills and journeys that have led them to
- 9:19building successful businesses. And people need to hear those stories.
- 9:23People who are starting out or people who are lost or confused or
- 9:26scared also want to hear those stories to feel encouraged or inspired.
- 9:30So I decided to start my agency for that, to say, you know what? I'm
- 9:34not the only person here who can impact with my story. There are
- 9:37amazing experts out there who can do the same, who are changing lives every
- 9:41day, and they just want to. They just need to share it with more
- 9:45people. So that's why my agency was born, to just give that platform to
- 9:48other amazing, successful entrepreneurs. And I think one of
- 9:52the things that you pointed out that I think is really important, I think all
- 9:56of us, when we start out as entrepreneurs, we look at everybody as if
- 10:00they have a dollar sign on their forehead, and we want them to be a
- 10:03client. And that is probably the worst way that you
- 10:06can be present, right? Because people,
- 10:10you know, I think my goal is always that everybody
- 10:14that I meet, we both leave better for the experience. Whether we do business
- 10:18together, whether we become friends, whether we do a
- 10:21collaboration, whether we get on podcasts, you know, whatever it is
- 10:25that we do. But, you know, if you start from, how can
- 10:28we, you know, improve each other's life? And then the podcast just
- 10:32takes it one step further. I mean, when I talk to people and I
- 10:36get excited about meeting them, I'm like, oh, my audience needs to talk to this
- 10:40person. Right. And so now, you know, not only have you
- 10:43impacted one person, but you have the opportunity to impact other
- 10:47people who may then turn around and go, I heard the most amazing
- 10:51thing. Right? You need to listen to this or you need to get
- 10:55this gift or whatever the case may be. And so you never know
- 10:59what that ripple effect is. I mean, I find it really
- 11:02amazing. And even though, you know,
- 11:06when we think about our business, we. We say, I want to build my
- 11:10credibility, I want to build my authority. That will
- 11:13come naturally when you build relationships.
- 11:17And podcasts is a wonderful way to do that. So tell us more
- 11:21about podcasting and, you know, if we want to get in it and how it
- 11:24builds our business and all those kinds of things. Yes.
- 11:28So you said a lot of great things
- 11:32about why podcast casting is a great place to be if
- 11:35you really have that heart to serve. Right. You get on those
- 11:39podcasts. Yes. You have a business. So you, you know,
- 11:43you know that it will help your credibility, it will help with your
- 11:46brand and your visibility. But you do it differently when you
- 11:50have your heart in the right place. Right. You understand
- 11:54that, first of all, you are. Your message will be
- 11:57heard by thousands, if not millions of people. If you're on the right
- 12:01shows, of course, because you said it, you will have some one person listen
- 12:05to it and share it with a friend. You need to listen to Yvonne on
- 12:08this show. You. She said everything you needed to hear because I know your
- 12:12situation. Right. So you never know who is going to listen to that
- 12:15conversation. It can be 100 people, it can be thousand people,
- 12:19it can be millions of people. If you, of course, if you're on the
- 12:23right shows with the right audience. Right? So that's one thing
- 12:26that is critical, knowing the type of podcast to be
- 12:30on. Because if you want to make an impact, it's not about being
- 12:33everywhere. On every show out there. You have to be strategic, and you have to
- 12:37be really be selective on where you're going to spend your time.
- 12:41You have to ensure that first audience is in
- 12:45alignment with your message. They will actually benefit from what you have to say.
- 12:49They will find it valuable, and maybe they need it. Second thing,
- 12:52you want to ensure also that the platform is credible.
- 12:56Some people start a podcast because they Think the idea is fun, it's cool. And
- 13:00then after three episodes, they realize it's hard work and
- 13:04they drop. So you don't want to always spend too much time with people,
- 13:07first timers on podcast lane, because they might drop
- 13:11when they realize it's a lot of work. So credibility is important also for the
- 13:15host, how long have they been doing this or how, how
- 13:19far have they taken their show? Even if they started one month ago, because maybe
- 13:22they were so committed that before you know it, their show is already the top
- 13:265% or top 10%. So you want to also check
- 13:30that because it's important. You don't want to just share your message and then
- 13:33it disappear because the show has disappeared the second. The other
- 13:37thing that is really important to remember about podcasts getting on
- 13:41podcast is that you're rebuilding your legacy
- 13:45because that episode will be out there for years to come.
- 13:49Unlike other places where you can, you know, put your
- 13:53visibility efforts. Maybe social media, I don't know if
- 13:57a post you did last week, people can still find you on, on your,
- 14:00find it on your, your wall if you did. Unless you didn't post since
- 14:04then, right? Even the social media gods, as I call them,
- 14:08will not show it to people anymore, right? Because they feel like, well, there
- 14:12are things happening every day. Why keep showing that same post? So
- 14:16it's lost unless someone decides to go dig through your
- 14:19page. Doesn't happen. People scroll on social media. That's what happens. So
- 14:23whatever is shown to them, that's what they check. They stop and read or
- 14:27watch. So with podcasts it's different. Your
- 14:30audience who listens to podcasts act differently. They
- 14:34are more intentional. They decide, I'm going to go
- 14:38find a podcast on marketing, on sales, because
- 14:42I need to learn, I need to understand this. I'm really sorry. Struggling
- 14:46with sales. So let me go see what experts are saying on
- 14:49podcast. Maybe I'll find something. They go and type on the search bar
- 14:53of podcasts platforms be like Spotify or Apple
- 14:57Podcast, whatever their favorite platform is. They type what
- 15:00they're looking for and they get a list of shows that is
- 15:04posted. They pick and then they start listening. Maybe
- 15:07if they don't like it, they skip, they go to the next one. Guess what?
- 15:11If they find you on that podcast and they connect with
- 15:15you, they like your energy, they like what you're saying, they like how you're
- 15:18saying it. They feel understood by you because that's where
- 15:22even telling your story or experience comes to play. Because
- 15:26they feel like, oh, they have been through Something similar. So they
- 15:30get me. They will understand where I am or where I'm coming from, where
- 15:33I want to go, because they have made it to where I want to be
- 15:36tomorrow. So you create that instant connection and
- 15:40instant trust because they trust, you know, the host, because again,
- 15:44it's a credible platform. And now it's easier
- 15:48for you to really impact those people who needed you and even
- 15:52will never find you if you were not on that podcast right now. They
- 15:55can go check you out, get the, the freebie or
- 15:59whatever. Next step, you invite them to take you, go check you out on social
- 16:03media, whatever. But then you will have an. Their
- 16:06attention, which is rare. Their attention because they chose to go
- 16:10listen to 15, 30 minutes conversation.
- 16:14Here's the other thing. I mean, I'm, I'm going to take a step back and
- 16:18it's the question that I always ask and have my clients
- 16:21ask, what is the purpose of what I'm doing? Okay. And so
- 16:25when you ask that question in terms of podcasting,
- 16:29you know, you want to expand your reach. And so
- 16:32since you can't be everywhere all the time, you want to have
- 16:36a, like a, you want to be concentrated in the market
- 16:40that you want. So going back to what you're talking about when you're
- 16:43looking at opportunities, I mean, and I know
- 16:47that when we start out, we take every opportunity that
- 16:51we can, and that's great practice, but someplace along the line,
- 16:55you have to say, well, who is your audience and do they align with my
- 16:58audience? You know, you have to have a good rapport with the, with the
- 17:02podcast host, you know, that you feel, you know, but you also want
- 17:06to make sure that your message is going out to people who are
- 17:10aligned with who you're trying to reach. So, you know, it's,
- 17:14it's better to spend 50 cents in a dollar pool,
- 17:18you know, than spend 50 cents in a thousand dollar,
- 17:22you know, somebody that's never gonna ever see your podcast, you
- 17:25know, and, and so you have to ask yourself, what is the
- 17:29purpose? And then I think the other thing that people miss and that
- 17:33I'm growing into is what other uses can I get from this
- 17:36podcast? So in my case, one of the things that I do
- 17:40is typically people who are a guest on my
- 17:43podcast, I promote them and their programs, either as an
- 17:47affiliate or not. But if I have room, I
- 17:50will say, listen to their podcast, you know, so that, you know, they
- 17:54may not be able to go to the event, but they can listen to the
- 17:57podcast. And every once in a while in my newsletter, I'll say, if you're looking
- 18:01for some new ideas, here's my podcast page.
- 18:04Every one of my guests has a free gift for you. Right. And
- 18:08so I continue to promote those episodes. But I know
- 18:12you have some other ways of doing that. Absolutely.
- 18:16Yeah. That's. That's really important, what you just shared, because
- 18:20what happens after the interview is also
- 18:23critical. Right? Because sometimes people get on podcast.
- 18:27How many times have you heard someone say, well, I've done podcast guessing, and
- 18:30nothing really came out of it. When I hear that, I love to
- 18:34ask, okay, what did you do with your interviews? Well,
- 18:37nothing, of course. Nothing will happen if you did. Nothing,
- 18:42of course. The host is already doing a great job, just like you, Yvonne. You
- 18:45are doing a great job at promoting the interview with your community,
- 18:49but it's a missed opportunity for the guests to
- 18:53not promote it. Sometimes people get in their head.
- 18:56I'm in rooms with speakers or groups who are speakers are, and
- 19:00they feel like, well, I shared my expertise. Why do I need to promote?
- 19:04I gave my expertise for free. You are in your head if you're listening
- 19:08to this. Don't think that way. No, they didn't pay me.
- 19:12Fine. But guess what? That's something valuable.
- 19:15That interview, that platform they shared with you is gold
- 19:19because you can use it in so many ways. You mentioned
- 19:23something, you said, if there is a gift or
- 19:26an affiliate, you can promote it. Imagine during
- 19:30this conversation, I say something that, you know, we're having a
- 19:34conversation about a few things about podcast casting. And tomorrow, I mean, I'm.
- 19:37I'm having a sales conversation, maybe in my DMS with somebody who
- 19:41doesn't know me, I can take this interview and say,
- 19:45actually, I cover that. The question you're asking me, I cover that on
- 19:49this, into a podcast. Take a listen. It's gonna take you
- 19:53maybe go to minute 10 of the conversation.
- 19:56It's gonna take you five minutes, and then we'll talk back about it. You
- 20:00establish your credibility right away, right? So if you use. If you
- 20:04have been on podcast before, you. You are. You didn't use it
- 20:07properly. You are missing out. Podcast guessing is such a
- 20:11powerful tool to promote your brand and establish your authority so
- 20:15fast. So that's one way. The second way. How many people
- 20:18want to spend time creating content? Or how much money are we spending on content
- 20:22creation because we pay social media manager, and we have to come
- 20:26up with content ideas. One interview. This conversation
- 20:29we're having right now, Yvonne, 30 minutes. That's what months
- 20:33of social media content with between reels,
- 20:37carousels, posts. It's a gold mine of
- 20:40content that with one interview. Can you imagine if you go
- 20:44on 10, 30 or 50 podcasts, how much content you
- 20:48will have that you can repurpose? And most
- 20:51importantly, how. As we know, AI now is
- 20:55where people go look for experts. They ask questions about all
- 20:59sorts of things. Who is the best doctor in this area? Well,
- 21:03I'm looking for this. Which type of doctor should I. This is my problem. People
- 21:06don't even ask Google anymore. That was already crazy to ask Google about your health,
- 21:10but now it's even crazier because we'll ask AI. Right?
- 21:13So you want AI. How do AI decides to
- 21:17tell people, okay, if this is your problem, this. Yvonne
- 21:21said this on her website. She said this on this podcast. How does AI
- 21:25find that information on the Internet? They scroll the Internet. They don't know you. They
- 21:28don't know anybody. AI scrolls the Internet. So you want to
- 21:32be seen by AI as the expert. How do you do that? Of
- 21:35course, we do that for my clients, but for your listeners, let me share how
- 21:39we make it happen. We create short clips from
- 21:42those interviews, right? Put it on a web page, create
- 21:46blog post from it with relevant, frequently asked
- 21:49questions about that conversation. Because we know people will
- 21:53ask AI questions. So when AI is looking for
- 21:56answers, they will go to everywhere on the Internet where
- 22:00those questions were already answered. And then when they find that
- 22:04now, AI quote it. Okay, this is the answer that I
- 22:07was from Reddit. This is from this place, this is from this website.
- 22:11This is from this expert. So you want AI to find you
- 22:15and decide that you are the expert. They will quote to your ideal clients when
- 22:18they go with problems that you solve. So that's what you do with your
- 22:22interviews, how you repurpose it strategically to reach
- 22:26that level of visibility. I
- 22:29hate to stop you, we are. I feel like we're just starting to scratch
- 22:33the surface, right? So just very quickly. I mean, we
- 22:37covered so many things, but just to kind of give people some ideas.
- 22:40I Three. Three
- 22:44steps, I guess maybe that people can start
- 22:48doing right away. Okay, first thing,
- 22:52find the right shows. Be specific and intentional about
- 22:55the type of shows you need to be on. Research, right?
- 22:59Ensure that there is alignment between the audience of the show and
- 23:03your audience. Second thing, pitch right, take
- 23:06action. That's the next thing. If you want to get on podcast, start
- 23:10pitching. Third step, when you get
- 23:14on that interview, finish that conversation. They
- 23:18send you the link. Repurpose strategically.
- 23:21Don't just let it sit. Just don't leave it to the host to do the
- 23:24work. Do it. And I have that. All those steps and all the
- 23:28details in my freebie that I share that will be available
- 23:31for the whole. Yeah, I've put everything there because, as you know, Yvonne,
- 23:35my service is done for you. My clients pay me to do it for them.
- 23:38So information doesn't. I don't mind sharing it. So I put everything on that
- 23:42freebie, step by step. First of all, why podcast guessing
- 23:45matters for your brand? Second, where to find the right podcast.
- 23:49And I even added a list of hundred plus shows in
- 23:53different niches that you can start pitching right away. I added a
- 23:56pitch kit to show you how to pitch, even help you write those
- 24:00pitches. I have a cheap. A custom GPT there to. To help you write your
- 24:03pitches based on the shows that you find. Yes, everything is there.
- 24:07I put. I put it on. I didn't leave anything behind. And also
- 24:12what you. How you can repurpose it so everything is included in
- 24:15that gift that I have for the audience today. Oh, my God, that is so
- 24:19generous and so on point because I think people do this really wrong.
- 24:24I cannot thank you enough for that gift. All right, so just for a little
- 24:28bit of fun before we wrap this up, because I feel like we could keep
- 24:31talking forever, we. When was the last time you did something new for the
- 24:35first time? Oh, actually it was last year. I decided
- 24:39to leave the country and not know when I'm coming back. I left in August
- 24:422024. I came back October 2025.
- 24:46That was why I lived in different countries and I just experienced
- 24:50that nomad life, and I realized that, guess what? I
- 24:54like stability. So now I
- 24:58like it. You know, it looked fancy when I saw it online. People say, oh,
- 25:02I'm a digital nomad. I was like, oh, my gosh. I wanted. Now I know
- 25:05I'm not a digital. No. But I like stability.
- 25:10That's funny. That's. Well, the thing that I think is funny
- 25:14is that you did it for so long before you, you know, okay, yeah,
- 25:17I'm over. I'm over it. That's good fun. Not for me.
- 25:21This is the advertisement because I always hate to stop
- 25:25the conversation. You know, this. But as a first step, make sure you
- 25:29subscribe and share and engage with this podcast on social
- 25:32media. And, you know, the reason I decided to do this
- 25:36partially was because I wanted to supercharge our connection.
- 25:39And it's my way of giving back to this vibrant community. And
- 25:43it's also my way of trying to help you fuel your quest for growth
- 25:47and impact. And, you know, I want you to join me for the one
- 25:50small change. And I want you to listen to. If you haven't
- 25:54done it, listen to the first episodes and also to the quarterly check
- 25:58in episodes that I. That I do every quarter to help you.
- 26:02And as I said, go to the first page and. And look at all the
- 26:05guests that are there and look for what you're, you know, searching for, because
- 26:09they all have a generous, incredible gift to give you.
- 26:13And so it's. Oh, sorry.
- 26:17A gift to give you. A gift to give you so that you
- 26:21can, you know, take and sample what's out there. So
- 26:26the last thing I'm going to ask you is, what are your last words of
- 26:29wisdom? What do you want us to remember? I want you to
- 26:32remember that what you have, you know, experience
- 26:36or what you have accomplished with your brand and your business
- 26:40matters. It matters so much that the world needs to know.
- 26:44I know. Your community knows it. And they know how many lives you have
- 26:48changed with your gift, with your talents, with your expertise. But
- 26:52the world needs to know that. And sometimes, when you say the world, we think
- 26:55you need to be on, you know, a stage with the millions of
- 26:59people in the stadium, but guess what? You can be in the comfort of your
- 27:03home, recording a podcast conversation, and just trust
- 27:07that the right people around the world will find this conversation and find
- 27:10the help that you provide. So go out there, share your
- 27:14story, share your expertise, and just amplify
- 27:18the authority that you are building and leave the legacy that we live after
- 27:22you. That is fantastic. And
- 27:25I would just add, do it now. Don't wait till you think you're ready,
- 27:29because you keep evolving.
- 27:33You're shooting at a moving target.
- 27:37Your story has touched my heart. I did not expect it.
- 27:42And your information was magnificent as well. So
- 27:46everybody remember, change is simple, but it's not always easy. It
- 27:50requires courage and resilience and a willingness to. To step out of your
- 27:53comfort zone. If you are comfortable, then the world
- 27:57is leaving you behind because you've got to change to keep
- 28:00relevant. So I hope you will continue to join me for the one small
- 28:04change as we embark on this journey. And until then,
- 28:08stay very, very curious. Thank you,
- 28:11Chanel. Chris. I'm sorry. It's not Chanel. It's
- 28:15Christelle. I'm gonna. Thank you. Thank you so much for having me.
- 28:19Thank you. And thank you for your community, for listening to this conversation.
- 28:23And for those of you who haven't listened or don't know. I'm concussed. That's why
- 28:26I'm confused today.
- 28:30Come back soon. Bye.
