- 0:00Dave Hamilton: Business Brain, episode 753 for Casual Friday AI for May 15th,
- 0:07Dave Hamilton: Customer Experience Day, 2026. Welcome back.
- 0:11Shannon Jean: Woo! It's Business Brain. Friday.
- 0:38Dave Hamilton: Greetings, folks, and welcome to Business Brain, the show where we take a few
- 0:42Dave Hamilton: ideas, some from you, some from us.
- 0:44Dave Hamilton: We dissect them. We analyze them. We use them to tune our business brains so
- 0:51Dave Hamilton: that we can each, you, me, him, each wind up living and leveling up our charmed lives.
- 0:58Dave Hamilton: Our sponsors include Bitdefender.com slash brain, where you can save 30% on
- 1:03Dave Hamilton: Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security and Shopify.com slash business
- 1:07Dave Hamilton: brain, where you can sign up for your $1 per month trial period.
- 1:10Dave Hamilton: We'll talk about those in a little bit.
- 1:11Dave Hamilton: For now, here in Durham, New Hampshire, I'm Dave Hamilton.
- 1:15Shannon Jean: And Northern California, I'm Shannon Jean. Happy Friday.
- 1:18Dave Hamilton: I happy Friday. I speaking of AI, which is what we do here on Friday.
- 1:23Dave Hamilton: I in the pre-show conversation, we were talking about you. You were looking
- 1:28Dave Hamilton: for something on somebody's site.
- 1:31Dave Hamilton: You searched for it. Their search sucked. You commented that it sucked.
- 1:35Dave Hamilton: And my first thought was, man, like how can search on a site today suck when
- 1:42Dave Hamilton: we have AI at our disposal? Right.
- 1:45Dave Hamilton: And immediately, of course, I already knew the answer to this.
- 1:50Dave Hamilton: We all have, like, for every one of our businesses, none of us have an excuse
- 1:55Dave Hamilton: except we have the ultimate excuse, money, as to why we don't employ what I'm about to describe.
- 2:02Dave Hamilton: Okay. What we all should do is take our knowledge bases, our FAQs,
- 2:10Dave Hamilton: even just the entire corpus of answers that we have given to customers over the years.
- 2:17Dave Hamilton: They email in. Yeah. We reply, whether it's literally just in our inbox,
- 2:21Dave Hamilton: like our email clients, or if we've leveled up and moved to like a fresh desk
- 2:25Dave Hamilton: or, you know, anything like that.
- 2:27Dave Hamilton: We have all this data and we have answered most of the questions that are going
- 2:33Dave Hamilton: to come in. Yes, pretty much every.
- 2:34Shannon Jean: Yeah. Right.
- 2:35Dave Hamilton: That's right. I mean, the longer your business exists, the less chance there
- 2:40Dave Hamilton: is that something unique is asked of you by a customer, which means the less
- 2:46Dave Hamilton: of a chance there is something unique searched for by a customer.
- 2:50Dave Hamilton: So why is it that as customers of many, many, many different websites,
- 2:55Dave Hamilton: we still can't find the answers?
- 2:57Dave Hamilton: Why don't people don't just, you know, wire it up to AI and let AI essentially
- 3:05Dave Hamilton: do the walking right, you know, and figure out the answer and then give it to us?
- 3:10Dave Hamilton: And as someone who runs many of these kinds of businesses, I know why.
- 3:15Dave Hamilton: Money. Tell us, Dave. What's that?
- 3:18Shannon Jean: I said, tell us. Yeah.
- 3:20Dave Hamilton: Tell us why. It's money. It's money. Because in order for AI to answer this
- 3:27Dave Hamilton: question, let's say you come to, you know, Mac Geek Gab, right?
- 3:30Dave Hamilton: And you want to ask a question about something that clearly in the 21 years
- 3:35Dave Hamilton: we've been doing that show, we've probably answered, right?
- 3:39Dave Hamilton: Well, what has to happen when I take your query, I have to feed it to an LLM,
- 3:47Dave Hamilton: but it's not just feeding it to the LLM.
- 3:50Dave Hamilton: It's feeding it to the LLM along with all of my data from everything about our
- 3:57Dave Hamilton: business that we've ever answered before, that we've ever done.
- 4:00Dave Hamilton: All that stuff needs to be packaged up.
- 4:03Dave Hamilton: Every time? Yep.
- 4:06Dave Hamilton: Wow. Unless, and this is somewhat true for MacGeekEb, so sort of a bad example,
- 4:12Dave Hamilton: unless the LLM has been trained on my show, right, on my website.
- 4:18Dave Hamilton: And that's actually true of MacGeekEb. The LLMs have used our thing to train
- 4:23Dave Hamilton: because it's existed for 21 years.
- 4:25Dave Hamilton: But if you're running a service business, it probably hasn't been trained on
- 4:32Dave Hamilton: all of your data. And in fact, you know, the LLMs haven't been trained on every
- 4:36Dave Hamilton: question we've answered.
- 4:37Dave Hamilton: They've only been trained on the ones we've answered in the show,
- 4:39Dave Hamilton: but not my inbox full of all of this. So I would need to feed it everything.
- 4:45Dave Hamilton: And you, as a business owner, would need to feed the LLM everything.
- 4:50Dave Hamilton: And when you send that amount of data along with the query of,
- 4:55Dave Hamilton: hey, why can't I do this or how do I do this,
- 4:59Dave Hamilton: you know, with your business, it becomes a massive query that will cost you
- 5:06Dave Hamilton: more in tokens than that customer is worth.
- 5:11Shannon Jean: Yeah, and okay, let me ask a naive question. Everybody talks about tokens.
- 5:16Shannon Jean: Okay, tokens is, tokens that.
- 5:18Shannon Jean: Is the token basically the measurement of the amount of the AI you're using?
- 5:26Shannon Jean: Or like, do I get a certain number of tokens each day when I use Claude?
- 5:30Dave Hamilton: Yes, you do. The token is the amount of data that is being consumed by and also
- 5:38Dave Hamilton: then generated by the LLM when you submit a request.
- 5:43Dave Hamilton: When you submit, even like forget about my business, right?
- 5:48Dave Hamilton: Even when you go and you start a new chat in Claude, right? Or ChatDT or any of the others.
- 5:55Dave Hamilton: They're all, in this sense, they're all essentially the same.
- 5:58Dave Hamilton: And you say, hey, how do I get my iPhone to clear out its storage? Right?
- 6:07Dave Hamilton: You know, I want to learn how to clear out my storage. My phone is full.
- 6:10Dave Hamilton: I want to do that. Great. Fine.
- 6:12Dave Hamilton: You're not just sending that query. It's sending everything it has learned about
- 6:18Dave Hamilton: you over the entire course.
- 6:20Dave Hamilton: Now, this is a brand new chat, right? Right.
- 6:23Dave Hamilton: And so instead of it being, and a token is a fraction of text,
- 6:28Dave Hamilton: they're all somewhat different, but it might be a letter, it might be a word,
- 6:33Dave Hamilton: it's certainly not a sentence or a paragraph, and so you're sending these tokens, but...
- 6:40Dave Hamilton: ChatGPT or Claude has memory about you, and it's going to include some amount
- 6:46Dave Hamilton: of that memory about you, a large amount of that memory about you,
- 6:50Dave Hamilton: in with your request to make—.
- 6:52Shannon Jean: To better answer your question,
- 6:53Dave Hamilton: Right? Correct. You want that. But when I set up my OpenClaw thing,
- 7:00Dave Hamilton: so I got OpenClaw running, when I open a new session with OpenClaw, the amount of data,
- 7:08Dave Hamilton: and I use a model called Kimi, which is relatively inexpensive.
- 7:12Dave Hamilton: It has a 250,000 token limit for every query. Fine. Okay. That's fairly normal.
- 7:21Shannon Jean: Okay.
- 7:22Dave Hamilton: My default, when I start a new query, I'm already at 16,000 tokens. Wow. Right.
- 7:31Shannon Jean: So if you max out the 250, what does it do? Kick it back and say,
- 7:34Shannon Jean: hey, that's too much data?
- 7:35Dave Hamilton: That's too much. Well, and OpenClaw knows what my limit is, so it will make
- 7:41Dave Hamilton: a decision as to what to throw out.
- 7:44Dave Hamilton: And that's where things start getting a little here. Or it will bounce it back
- 7:48Dave Hamilton: and say, this query is too large. You need to compact your session,
- 7:52Dave Hamilton: which you can do in Claude with slash compact, and you can do in other things that way, too.
- 7:57Dave Hamilton: And so I'm starting with 16,000 tokens.
- 8:00Dave Hamilton: I don't know what I'm starting with in Claude because it doesn't show me,
- 8:03Dave Hamilton: but I'm sure it's at least that much, if not more.
- 8:07Dave Hamilton: And, and so, and that's without me taking the entire, you know,
- 8:12Dave Hamilton: email train from 21 years of Mac Geek Gab and, you know, transcripts from every
- 8:17Dave Hamilton: episode and put it all in.
- 8:18Dave Hamilton: That would be a hundred thousand tokens and you pay by the token.
- 8:22Dave Hamilton: So, uh, businesses would go out of business if they were paying AI to do all of that.
- 8:29Dave Hamilton: Now you can, you can host your own AI. Yeah.
- 8:31Shannon Jean: Yeah, before we started this week's shows, we talked about it.
- 8:37Shannon Jean: You said, yeah, it would cost us about $3 million if we were to do some crazy
- 8:41Shannon Jean: thing, you know, some company that would every month to do all these queries
- 8:46Shannon Jean: over and over and over again to run a perfect search. So it's like,
- 8:49Shannon Jean: wow, that's a ton of cash.
- 8:50Dave Hamilton: Yeah, and I mean, maybe it's worth it or maybe not. Yeah, depends on who we are.
- 8:56Shannon Jean: Right, exactly. Depends on your cash flow and your volume that you're doing,
- 8:59Dave Hamilton: Right? And you can host your own LLM and save on the per token cost,
- 9:06Dave Hamilton: but now what kind of hardware do you need? Yeah.
- 9:09Dave Hamilton: Right? I mean, you're paying one way or the other, and it might be worth it, but yeah.
- 9:15Shannon Jean: Interesting.
- 9:16Dave Hamilton: That's crazy. That's why when we go to a search engine on a website and we say.
- 9:20Shannon Jean: Hey. No good.
- 9:22Dave Hamilton: Why does this suck? They should use AI. Well, would you be willing to pay to search that website?
- 9:29Shannon Jean: Oh, maybe that changes it. Yeah.
- 9:32Dave Hamilton: Yeah. As a customer. Yeah. Would you be willing to share? I,
- 9:35Dave Hamilton: my customers wouldn't, you know, or maybe they would, maybe my,
- 9:39Dave Hamilton: it depends on my premium people at Mac Gab or whatever. Yeah. So, yeah. Yeah.
- 9:45Shannon Jean: It's wild. Yeah.
- 9:47Dave Hamilton: Yeah, these things aren't free.
- 9:48Shannon Jean: It's a lot. Yeah. And I, you know, so I keep hearing rumors like,
- 9:52Shannon Jean: oh, all the AI is going to be getting more expensive soon.
- 9:54Shannon Jean: Don't get used to paying $20 or $100 or $200.
- 9:58Shannon Jean: So it'll be interesting to see.
- 10:00Dave Hamilton: Yeah. I mean, we just saw what Claude doubled their usage limits for their flat
- 10:06Dave Hamilton: rate plans because of a big investment from, I think, from Musk,
- 10:10Dave Hamilton: right? It was part of it anyway.
- 10:13Shannon Jean: Yeah, they're doing something with SpaceX, right?
- 10:15Dave Hamilton: Yeah, exactly. Yeah, with SpaceX. Yeah. Which is great, but we're still in the dominance race.
- 10:24Dave Hamilton: So everybody is sort of losing money to win. Yes, exactly.
- 10:29Dave Hamilton: And eventually that will stop, and then it'll cost what it actually costs. Yeah.
- 10:34Dave Hamilton: Which hopefully will be less by then.
- 10:37Shannon Jean: Yeah, maybe. Hopefully. Yeah, that'll be. Or something will come along. It'll be crazy.
- 10:41Dave Hamilton: It's crazy. Yes.
- 10:43Dave Hamilton: We have a lot more things to talk about. Yeah. You found a new voice cloning
- 10:47Dave Hamilton: thing. There's other things.
- 10:48Shannon Jean: I do want to talk about that. Yeah, yeah.
- 10:50Dave Hamilton: The next thing we're going to do is talk about our sponsors.
- 10:53Dave Hamilton: And look, every entrepreneur building that charmed life knows the feeling.
- 10:58Dave Hamilton: You've poured years into your business, your reputation, your client relationships,
- 11:02Dave Hamilton: and one well-crafted phishing email aimed at the wrong employee on the wrong
- 11:07Dave Hamilton: Tuesday can put all of it at risk.
- 11:10Dave Hamilton: I have been there. We almost wound up paying a phony $25,000 invoice that would
- 11:18Dave Hamilton: have really hurt for all the obvious reasons.
- 11:21Dave Hamilton: And that's why our sponsor Bitdefender stands out.
- 11:25Dave Hamilton: Bitdefender is a global leader in cybersecurity, and their ultimate small business
- 11:29Dave Hamilton: security is purpose-built for teams of 25 or fewer, like all of us.
- 11:34Dave Hamilton: The businesses that don't have a CISO or a help desk on speed dial.
- 11:38Dave Hamilton: What I really like is the business reputation monitoring.
- 11:42Dave Hamilton: Keeps an eye on your company's accounts, your digital assets,
- 11:45Dave Hamilton: and your social presence for breach attempts that could chip away at the credibility
- 11:50Dave Hamilton: that you have spent years, nay, decades earning.
- 11:54Dave Hamilton: Plus, AI-powered scam protection, password management, unlimited VPN,
- 11:59Dave Hamilton: and one centralized dashboard so simple that maybe even a houseplant could run it.
- 12:05Dave Hamilton: Keep your small business safe with Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security
- 12:10Dave Hamilton: and save 30% when you go to bitdefender.com slash brain.
- 12:14Dave Hamilton: That's bitdefender.com slash brain for 30% off.
- 12:18Dave Hamilton: Check it out. I think you're really going to like it. And our thanks to Bitdefender
- 12:23Dave Hamilton: for sponsoring this episode.
- 12:25Dave Hamilton: And, you know, starting a business is one of the most exciting things we can
- 12:30Dave Hamilton: do and also one of the loneliest.
- 12:33Dave Hamilton: Suddenly, you're the marketing department, the IT person and the accountant all at once.
- 12:38Dave Hamilton: That's the side of the charmed life that no one really warns any of us about.
- 12:42Dave Hamilton: And this is why I love our sponsor, Shopify.
- 12:47Dave Hamilton: I use it for another podcast and one of my other businesses where we sell merch.
- 12:51Dave Hamilton: And we went from a should we try this to our
- 12:54Dave Hamilton: first sale in the same day like literally
- 12:57Dave Hamilton: we had a meeting in the morning hey we should do this and by the
- 13:00Dave Hamilton: end of that day not only had we used shopify to set up
- 13:02Dave Hamilton: our storefront we had made our first sales right shopify
- 13:06Dave Hamilton: is behind millions of businesses worldwide and 10 of all u.s e-commerce you
- 13:12Dave Hamilton: get hundreds of design templates to build a beautiful store plus inventory payments
- 13:17Dave Hamilton: and analytics all in one place it's like cloning yourself, except it's like totally cool.
- 13:23Dave Hamilton: Start your business today with the industry's best business partner,
- 13:28Dave Hamilton: Shopify, and start hearing that ka-ching all the time.
- 13:33Dave Hamilton: Sign up for your $1 per month trial today at shopify.com slash businessbrain.
- 13:39Dave Hamilton: Go to shopify.com slash businessbrain. That's shopify.com slash businessbrain.
- 13:49Dave Hamilton: And our thanks to Shopify for sponsoring this episode. All right,
- 13:53Dave Hamilton: Shannon, what do you got?
- 13:55Shannon Jean: Okay, let's talk about Grok voice cloning.
- 13:58Shannon Jean: All right, now I don't use Grok that much and I probably should use it more
- 14:02Shannon Jean: because it's built, it comes included when you're a Premium Plus member on X.
- 14:08Shannon Jean: And I saw this announcement and it's, Grok just rolled this out.
- 14:12Shannon Jean: It's called Custom Voices. It's part of XAI and voice cloning feature for Grok.
- 14:20Shannon Jean: It lets users and developers create high-quality clones of their own voice from
- 14:26Shannon Jean: a short audio recording and use them instantly in Grok's text-to-speech and voice agent APIs.
- 14:34Shannon Jean: So basically, you can record a minute, 90 seconds of you talking,
- 14:38Shannon Jean: and it will clone your voice, how you talk, the timber, your delivery patterns, the style pacing.
- 14:48Shannon Jean: I'm reading through their documentation here. I haven't done it yet, but I'm going to do it.
- 14:53Shannon Jean: And you get to create a voice library. And one of the things that kind of caught
- 14:59Shannon Jean: my attention, I'm like, well, this is interesting. I wonder if I'm always looking
- 15:03Shannon Jean: for ways to repurpose my content.
- 15:05Shannon Jean: Yeah. And I was like, well, if I'm posting these text posts,
- 15:08Shannon Jean: could I also like an audio version of that post where somebody is driving or
- 15:14Shannon Jean: whatever and they want to hear me say it in my voice.
- 15:17Shannon Jean: Yeah. And so I'm going to experiment with it.
- 15:20Shannon Jean: And plus we, Dave and I talk, we talk so much.
- 15:24Shannon Jean: We always have kind of a sore throat or throat issue because we're on behind the mic so much.
- 15:31Shannon Jean: And I thought, well, this would be really interesting if I'm laid up.
- 15:35Dave Hamilton: I have long, I've been waiting for something like this, and this might not be it yet, right? Sure.
- 15:43Dave Hamilton: I've tested other things. I haven't found one yet.
- 15:46Shannon Jean: Yeah. 11 Labs is one.
- 15:48Dave Hamilton: 11, I've tried. But where I'm looking for it is delivery of sponsorships.
- 15:56Dave Hamilton: Because I write a script for every ad. Now, I use AI to help me write that script.
- 16:04Dave Hamilton: I take what we get from the sponsor. I make it different and specific for the show.
- 16:10Dave Hamilton: But wouldn't it be great if I didn't have to record and then edit?
- 16:14Dave Hamilton: I could just put it out there. Yeah, I agree.
- 16:19Shannon Jean: Yeah. I'm asking, you know, quick, hey, can I create a clone of my voice?
- 16:26Shannon Jean: To read my ex posts for people who, you know, are driving.
- 16:30Shannon Jean: Yeah. And it's like, yes, that's a perfect and variable doable use case.
- 16:34Shannon Jean: And they give you all the instructions. So we're going to have,
- 16:38Shannon Jean: I'm going to have to play around with this and, uh, and figure it out.
- 16:41Shannon Jean: Cause yeah, I think you could be very useful also for messaging for your business.
- 16:45Shannon Jean: You know, if you've got customer service messages, if you're making your phone, if you have a,
- 16:50Shannon Jean: if, if you don't have an AI phone answering thing and you've got a phone tree
- 16:54Shannon Jean: and you want to script it and have somebody else implement it,
- 16:57Shannon Jean: but your voice, if you're the voice of your brand, of your company,
- 17:02Shannon Jean: I think it could be really interesting.
- 17:03Dave Hamilton: Oh, yeah. Oh, I like it. Yeah. All right. I mean, something will get there.
- 17:08Dave Hamilton: Yes. This might be it. I mean, and this is it for certain use cases.
- 17:13Dave Hamilton: If it's it for yours, great. If not, keep listening and we'll report it.
- 17:19Shannon Jean: When we find one. And I'm going to, and what I'll do is in an upcoming show,
- 17:24Shannon Jean: I'll have this working and we'll have it read back and we can compare it because
- 17:29Shannon Jean: Dave, you're the crazy sound guy that always hassles me about my mic and my
- 17:33Shannon Jean: voice and the fidelity, which is good.
- 17:34Dave Hamilton: Yes, no, somebody, you need that.
- 17:36Shannon Jean: Somebody has to do it. Yeah, because otherwise you would never know.
- 17:39Shannon Jean: But I'll record some stuff and we'll play and we'll compare it and we'll see how it sounds.
- 17:43Shannon Jean: And it should be really interesting. I think there's some good use cases up
- 17:47Shannon Jean: here and we'll try to develop them.
- 17:50Shannon Jean: So this, to me, is the big takeaway of the show, of this episode.
- 17:55Shannon Jean: All right. Is that we're either here already, where we can clone our voice and
- 18:01Shannon Jean: use it for all kinds of purposes,
- 18:04Shannon Jean: or we're very close to it, and we're going to find out here in the coming weeks
- 18:08Shannon Jean: whether it really works. That's the big takeaway for me.
- 18:12Shannon Jean: Your takeaway was too complicated, man.
- 18:14Dave Hamilton: What's that?
- 18:15Shannon Jean: Your token stuff was too complicated.
- 18:17Dave Hamilton: I don't know. I don't know that there's a well, I mean, the point of the takeaway
- 18:22Dave Hamilton: is to distill it down into something that's not complicated. Correct.
- 18:28Shannon Jean: I'm always going to win that because my stuff is more simple.
- 18:30Dave Hamilton: Yeah, I don't. Yeah. Well, I mean, we can always distill things down.
- 18:36Dave Hamilton: We're we're intelligent humans and we have AI at our disposal.
- 18:42Dave Hamilton: Um i i think yeah i
- 18:46Dave Hamilton: i would agree that that voice cloning is is important i don't know that it's
- 18:50Dave Hamilton: a big takeaway though um i because i'm not sure it matters for most businesses
- 18:56Dave Hamilton: i think it's pretty purpose-built but i might but i might be i might have blinders
- 19:02Dave Hamilton: on with this like it's certainly important to my businesses yeah.
- 19:05Shannon Jean: Me too so maybe we'll the jury is still out we'll see if it becomes the big
- 19:10Shannon Jean: takeaway yeah but we are definitely going to expand on it
- 19:14Dave Hamilton: Let's let's think about what would the takeaway from the first topic be and it would be um,
- 19:23Dave Hamilton: Think about ways to use, I'm spitballing here, right?
- 19:30Dave Hamilton: Yeah. Think about ways to use AIs and LLM to simplify and increase the value
- 19:38Dave Hamilton: of your customer interactions. Yeah.
- 19:42Shannon Jean: And your existing data.
- 19:43Dave Hamilton: Your existing data. Yeah. Yeah. And it can be done.
- 19:47Dave Hamilton: That's a pretty big takeaway. Like, you know, the example that we didn't really
- 19:50Dave Hamilton: get into with one of my businesses, my partner went through and like did all
- 19:55Dave Hamilton: the things and then came back and said,
- 19:57Dave Hamilton: so we can do this with our existing data and all the business logic we have.
- 20:04Dave Hamilton: But it's going to cost us about two and a half million dollars a month.
- 20:08Dave Hamilton: And I was like, well, OK, like, what's it going to make us like? Right.
- 20:15Dave Hamilton: You know, I mean, that's a lot of money. that's more than i've ever spent in
- 20:19Dave Hamilton: a month certainly but if you're going to tell me that it's going to make us
- 20:23Dave Hamilton: six million well okay like or even three and a half million like okay uh but
- 20:29Dave Hamilton: that's like these are that that's a lot of scale and.
- 20:33Shannon Jean: A lot of scale yeah
- 20:34Dave Hamilton: And and then he said well if
- 20:38Dave Hamilton: we use like deep seek flash four
- 20:41Dave Hamilton: or whatever it was deep seek for flash then it
- 20:44Dave Hamilton: would only cost us 25 or 30 thousand
- 20:47Dave Hamilton: dollars a month like okay well this is still 10x less right
- 20:50Dave Hamilton: that's a lot 100x less yeah yeah
- 20:53Dave Hamilton: but but still not chump change it's not for our businesses and so i was like
- 21:00Dave Hamilton: but that's something we can test this and like manage and do all that stuff
- 21:04Dave Hamilton: so the takeaway and i'm not yet ready to argue that this is the big takeaway
- 21:10Dave Hamilton: but the takeaway from that would be,
- 21:14Dave Hamilton: Figure out what it's going to cost you to leverage AI with your existing,
- 21:21Dave Hamilton: your business's existing data to help your customers and then look at whether
- 21:27Dave Hamilton: that's worth implementing. That's the other takeaway.
- 21:30Shannon Jean: That's probably the big takeaway now. And is that using it to leverage your existing data?
- 21:36Shannon Jean: Yeah. But and then we'll see whether the cloning or the voice clone thing turns into a big takeaway.
- 21:42Shannon Jean: Yeah. We can do with it. Yeah. Because you're right. Right now,
- 21:44Shannon Jean: it's just in theory that we're talking about it. So, yeah, that's good. I agree.
- 21:48Dave Hamilton: I don't know. I mean, that's why we're doing this experiment is to leverage all that stuff.
- 21:54Shannon Jean: Exactly. So, if you want to see us expand on these topics,
- 21:58Shannon Jean: go to businessbrain.show slash blueprints and download today's episode,
- 22:04Shannon Jean: The Business Blueprint, that'll dive into these topics and expand on them beyond
- 22:09Shannon Jean: the way we talked about them and some other use cases that you can learn from.
- 22:14Dave Hamilton: Thanks for hanging out folks we will see you next week have a great weekend we will,
- 22:25Dave Hamilton: later see you folks.
