- 1:17five.
- 1:18And this whole week, we're talking about owning
- 1:20your path, your clarity, your courage and your
- 1:24boundaries for peak living.
- 1:25Welcome everyone to Inspirations for Your Life.
- 1:29I am your host, ladies and gentlemen, John
- 1:31C.
- 1:32Morley, serial entrepreneur, engineer, marketing specialist, video producer,
- 1:37podcast host, coach, keynote speaker, graduate student and
- 1:41a passionate lifelong learner.
- 1:42And pretty soon, I will be a published
- 1:44author.
- 1:45Today, we're refocusing on resilience, recovery and growth,
- 1:51how bouncing back, restoring energy and learning from
- 1:55setbacks creates unstoppable momentum, clarity and consistent progress.
- 2:01You know, I think when we understand that,
- 2:03we understand resilience, we understand recovery, we understand
- 2:05growth.
- 2:06We know the two R's and the G's,
- 2:07they go together, resilience, recovery and growth, RRG,
- 2:10they go together, right?
- 2:11And this is series five, show nine, episode
- 2:14number five.
- 2:15Resilience allows you to bounce back stronger after
- 2:19setbacks, turning challenges into, well, opportunities.
- 2:23Number two, guys, recovery restores energy for consistent
- 2:27progress, replenishing both mind and yes, the body.
- 2:31And I think that's something we all need,
- 2:33even though many people don't want to acknowledge
- 2:36that.
- 2:38Number three, guys, growth happens when you learn
- 2:42from failures, not avoiding them.
- 2:46It transforms your mistakes, well, into lessons.
- 2:51You know, it's okay to make mistakes.
- 2:53It's okay to fall.
- 2:54As long as we get back up, as
- 2:56long as we learn from those mistakes, right,
- 2:58that's what's important that we don't keep repeating
- 3:00the same thing over and over again.
- 3:01Like Einstein said, if we do the same
- 3:03thing over and over again, that's insanity and
- 3:05none of us are insane, right?
- 3:06But why would we do the same thing
- 3:07over and over again and expect different results?
- 3:09But that is insane.
- 3:11Number four, guys, avoid forbidden paths that compromise
- 3:14mental health, protect your focus and well-being.
- 3:17You know, sometimes people will try to steer
- 3:19you down a pathway and that road or
- 3:22that alleyway or that line may not be
- 3:26in congruence with your core values.
- 3:29And I think that's an important thing for
- 3:31us to talk about, is that sometimes people
- 3:34will make you think that the line they
- 3:36want you to travel is your values, but
- 3:38it's not, and they use tactics like, unfortunately,
- 3:42manipulation and very, let's say, abrupt persuasion.
- 3:48Number five, guys, resilience builds confidence under pressure,
- 3:54giving you the sense of a calmness and
- 3:57control in stressful situations.
- 4:00Let's face it, guys, these things do come
- 4:02up, they happen daily, and I think it's
- 4:04important that we recognize to be aware, and
- 4:08I've been saying this a lot, when we're
- 4:10aware of things, things around us change.
- 4:14You know, a wise person who's not with
- 4:16us anymore, Dr. Dwayne Dyer, amazing man, rest
- 4:19his soul, he said, from somebody he learned
- 4:23from his mentor, Patanjali, who's not alive either,
- 4:28said that, you know, when we change the
- 4:30way we look at things, things we look
- 4:32at change.
- 4:33When we change the way we look at
- 4:35things, the things we look at change.
- 4:37When we change the way we look at
- 4:38things, the things we look at change.
- 4:41I want to tell you that this is
- 4:42all about awareness, okay?
- 4:46As I said, resilience, it builds confidence under
- 4:49pressure, giving you the calm and control.
- 4:52Number six, Scott, covering protects against burnout.
- 4:59Some people want to keep going and going
- 5:00and going, but you have to know that
- 5:02you need a break, allowing you to sustain
- 5:05effort over the long term.
- 5:07You know, even runners, when they're in a
- 5:09marathon, right?
- 5:10It's not about running 100 miles an hour,
- 5:13or running the fastest they can, consistently the
- 5:17whole race, because they'll burn out.
- 5:19They have to gradually accelerate, get a little
- 5:22bit ahead, fall back a little bit, and
- 5:24they kind of, like, augment that pattern.
- 5:27They don't walk, but they also don't run
- 5:29their hardest, because they would collapse on the
- 5:32course.
- 5:33Number seven, guys, growth compounds when effort is
- 5:38deliberate, and it's consistent, creating exponential improvement, but
- 5:43these are things that we unfortunately don't see
- 5:45on the surface level of our life.
- 5:47Because what we're doing is putting energy out
- 5:53there.
- 5:53The energy may not return full circle to
- 5:56us for, well, quite a while, and sometimes
- 5:59if we put energy out there and it
- 6:00doesn't go anywhere, we're like, oh, it's not
- 6:01working, so I'm going to stop, but then
- 6:03when you stop, momentum actually ends, and you
- 6:08don't get a chance to see the return
- 6:10trip of all your energy.
- 6:12So that's important.
- 6:13We need to be deliberate, consistent, creating exponential
- 6:15improvement, even when we do not think it
- 6:19is working.
- 6:20I've had this happen to me many times.
- 6:22Number eight, small daily recoveries prevent the long
- 6:25-term exhaustion and allow us to maintain high
- 6:28performance.
- 6:29So recovery, it could be something as simple
- 6:32as, you know, you come home, you need
- 6:33to take a nap.
- 6:33It could be something as simple as, you
- 6:35know, instead of you going out every weekend,
- 6:38maybe this Friday, you're going to stay home
- 6:40this week.
- 6:40Maybe you've had a long week, right?
- 6:43Listen to your body.
- 6:44This is really, really important.
- 6:46Number nine, guys, number nine is avoid toxic
- 6:50habits.
- 6:53And those are the ones that sap the
- 6:54resilience and distract you from your goals.
- 6:58And I think sometimes, you know, we don't
- 7:00think it's a distraction.
- 7:01We think it's something we've got to push
- 7:03through, like it's a challenge.
- 7:06And this isn't a challenge.
- 7:08This is something telling us, hey, you know,
- 7:10we got to take a break, OK?
- 7:12And it can distract us from our goals
- 7:14because we think that the break means that
- 7:17we're not on track.
- 7:18But the break actually means, yes, we need
- 7:20to take a break and then we need
- 7:21to go back.
- 7:22It's not us stopping our goals.
- 7:24It's just kind of refueling our battery.
- 7:27Think of it like that.
- 7:28Number 10, resilience strengthens problem solving under stress,
- 7:32helping you make better decisions.
- 7:34Yeah, but again, these are not glamorous things.
- 7:39These don't appeal to everyone because, let's face
- 7:43it, they don't have that poshness that everyone's
- 7:47looking for.
- 7:49I'm here to tell you that success actually
- 7:51happens under the wraps, the things that people
- 7:54don't see on the big Broadway signs.
- 7:57Success starts in that one room, whether it's
- 8:01an apartment, condo or school classroom.
- 8:05It starts there.
- 8:08And then it flourishes if you give it
- 8:11what it needs, which is to nurture the
- 8:13energy, but also not to overexert yourself.
- 8:18All right, number 11, recovery helps maintain clarity
- 8:22during challenges, keep your mind sharp.
- 8:27So recovery is a constant process that we
- 8:30all go through on a regular basis.
- 8:34And recovery doesn't mean that we're done.
- 8:37It doesn't mean we failed.
- 8:38It means we need to regroup before we
- 8:41can go back at it again.
- 8:42How many times you've been in sports?
- 8:43Maybe you didn't make the net, right?
- 8:45Maybe it was soccer, maybe it was basketball,
- 8:48maybe it was baseball, whatever it was, you
- 8:50didn't make it or maybe it was swimming,
- 8:52you missed the lap.
- 8:54And so what do you do?
- 8:56We don't give up.
- 8:57You regroup.
- 8:58This even happens with very popular athletes in
- 9:02the Olympics.
- 9:02They may not make the goal they wanted,
- 9:05but they regroup.
- 9:07They take a day or two off, which
- 9:09I've heard from a lot of athletes, you
- 9:10know, whether it goes good or it goes
- 9:12bad, they take off a day or two
- 9:15and they eat the way they want and
- 9:17then they go back on training again for
- 9:18another 363 days or something like that.
- 9:22Number 12, guys, growth flourishes when learning from
- 9:26experience and learning from experience.
- 9:29So making each step back a stepping stone.
- 9:33Is not just I'm going to say the
- 9:38plan, but it should be your whole framework.
- 9:43Everything should be based on this.
- 9:45And I said before that those who have
- 9:48failed to plan have planned to fail.
- 9:51Let me say that again.
- 9:52Those who have failed to plan have planned
- 9:54to fail.
- 9:55Those who have failed to plan.
- 9:58Plan to fail.
- 10:00I don't think you want to fail.
- 10:02So by you not planning, you're saying, OK,
- 10:04universe, just give me whatever you got, I
- 10:06don't care.
- 10:08Number 13, avoid forbidden shortcuts that give temporary
- 10:12gains, but harm long term development.
- 10:16You might see a shortcut that is going
- 10:20to get you to the top, but be
- 10:22careful, that shortcut may disappoint you, may disillusion
- 10:27you, and it may not even give you
- 10:30what you're truly looking for.
- 10:32It may just be.
- 10:34Let's say an exaggeration, it might be
- 10:43a delusion that you have.
- 10:48Number 14, resilience transforms obstacles into opportunities, turning
- 10:55setbacks into wins.
- 10:58A lot of people think we can turn
- 10:59setbacks into wins, but I'm here to tell
- 11:01you we can turn them into wins every
- 11:03single day of our lives.
- 11:06Setbacks happen for a couple of reasons.
- 11:09One, we need a break, right?
- 11:12We're on the wrong path, or three, we're
- 11:18on the right path, but we might just
- 11:20need a little bit of correction because we're
- 11:23maybe doing one or two things wrong.
- 11:27And by observing, here's my word again this
- 11:30week, I'm saying this a lot, observing and
- 11:32our awareness, a lot of you are becoming
- 11:35aware right now of my voice, of the
- 11:37tonality of my voice.
- 11:39You're becoming aware of the surroundings.
- 11:45Maybe that's a subtle hum of an earthquake,
- 11:48maybe that's a light murmur of a fan,
- 11:55maybe you have a clock ticking.
- 11:57I don't anymore.
- 11:58I took care of that a few weeks
- 11:59ago.
- 12:00The clock would go tick, tick, tick, I'm
- 12:01so quiet, I was hearing the clock tick,
- 12:03so then I put a quartz clock in
- 12:04and now the clock in the kitchen does
- 12:06not tick anymore.
- 12:08Had lots of other clocks, but the clock
- 12:09above the sink was there for years and
- 12:13it's like, I never realized it was so
- 12:15quiet, that ticking.
- 12:18And so we tick in our lives, every
- 12:22tick, every heartbeat, every awareness.
- 12:25And I'll tell you guys a little quick
- 12:26story.
- 12:26So I was coming back, as you know,
- 12:28from the airport yesterday.
- 12:30And because of all the dilemmas with Newark,
- 12:33it was like several hours to get back
- 12:35home.
- 12:36It was just a complete disaster.
- 12:38When I got out of the airport, air
- 12:40tram was not working, so that was a
- 12:42whole mess.
- 12:43And, um, you know, just stopping to become
- 12:48aware of different things.
- 12:53And although that's not always easy to do
- 12:55when there's a million people around you, when
- 12:57I say a million, but I'm being facetious.
- 13:05Awareness is our choice to associate with the
- 13:09environment that we are in.
- 13:12What else can you become aware of?
- 13:13Maybe there's a plane outside or a helicopter.
- 13:17Maybe you can become aware right now of
- 13:19your hands, if they're touching the steering wheel
- 13:21or if they're sitting on the desk or
- 13:23in a chair on your bed.
- 13:25Maybe there's an awareness right now of how
- 13:29your mouth feels.
- 13:31Or an awareness of maybe the texture and
- 13:35cloth or garment against your feet, if you're
- 13:37wearing socks or not.
- 13:39Maybe you're feeling the air.
- 13:43Maybe you're even getting an awareness of certain
- 13:45light in your eyes.
- 13:46So everything is an awareness, guys.
- 13:49Awareness is change who we are.
- 13:54But the problem with awareness is we miss
- 13:59things.
- 14:00We don't always get the full picture when
- 14:03we look at it.
- 14:03You've probably known this, right?
- 14:04If you look at a puzzle, you solve
- 14:07it right away?
- 14:08Probably not.
- 14:10But as soon as you look at it,
- 14:11you become more aware of where the corner
- 14:13pieces go, where the end pieces go, right?
- 14:16What connects, what colors, what has more of
- 14:21a picture on it that could connect to
- 14:23something.
- 14:26Maybe you're just aware right now of just
- 14:30being on the road.
- 14:32Maybe you're aware of being in your chair,
- 14:35being home, or like I said, lying down.
- 14:37Or maybe aware if you're outside, or maybe
- 14:39you're at the gym listening to this or
- 14:41watching this.
- 14:43Maybe you're aware right now of the weather.
- 14:49You might be aware of how the ground
- 14:53feels against your feet if you're walking.
- 14:59Awareness is something I never paid attention to
- 15:01until several years ago.
- 15:03I knew things were there, but did I
- 15:07know what an awareness was?
- 15:10Not really.
- 15:13Awareness means you're fully present in that moment,
- 15:17all right?
- 15:18Number 15, recovery replenishes focus and energy reserves,
- 15:24keeping you prepared for the action that you
- 15:27can take.
- 15:28Number 16, growth requires discomfort and deliberate effort
- 15:32pushes through the limits to expand capacity, to
- 15:38expand the capacity.
- 15:40That's an interesting thought, interesting thought.
- 15:46Growth requires discomfort and deliberate effort pushes through
- 15:51the limits to expand capacity.
- 15:54Deliberate effort.
- 15:55I didn't say a potential effort.
- 15:58I didn't say an accident.
- 15:59I said a deliberate effort.
- 16:03Number 17, guys, avoid negative influences that drain
- 16:06motivation and derail your progress.
- 16:09Guys, they're going to show up in the
- 16:11world.
- 16:11I'm going to let you know right straight.
- 16:14They're going to show up.
- 16:16I think I told you about one last
- 16:18week.
- 16:18We had a troll on one of the
- 16:19Facebook boards.
- 16:21My post was getting thousands and thousands of
- 16:24views.
- 16:27His first comment when I posted was, oh,
- 16:30another spam post.
- 16:32That's not a spam post.
- 16:33It was an engaging post on technology.
- 16:37So I responded back politely.
- 16:39Actually, I sent him a DM.
- 16:40I said, hey, I said, appreciate your comment.
- 16:43I said, I'm sure you're pretty smart.
- 16:46You should post something, too.
- 16:50He came back and said, I did.
- 16:51It didn't go anywhere.
- 16:53I left it alone.
- 16:55He then said, don't message me anymore.
- 16:57So some people just want to cause drama.
- 17:03Why?
- 17:05The narcissist.
- 17:07To themselves and to other people.
- 17:10The drama kings or ladies, drama queens.
- 17:14And they live to create drama.
- 17:16They live to create havoc in their lives
- 17:19and yours.
- 17:21If things are not going well, they want
- 17:27to do everything they can to make sure
- 17:28they don't go well.
- 17:30A narcissist.
- 17:32I mean, why would you not want something
- 17:35to go well?
- 17:37I feel like it blows my mind.
- 17:39Number 18, guys.
- 17:41Resilience maintains performance in chaotic times, letting you
- 17:46thrive under pressure.
- 17:47So yesterday, I was at the airport.
- 17:49My persistence, my calmness.
- 17:51Even though I was getting a little frustrated
- 17:52with all the different conditions, I stayed calm.
- 17:58Even though I got home later, I stayed
- 18:01calm.
- 18:05And it was just something I learned that,
- 18:08you know, even though there were challenges that
- 18:09day, I learned better ways to do things
- 18:11so that when there were challenges, I probably
- 18:13could do it quicker.
- 18:15But a lot of people would just give
- 18:19up when they get the first challenge.
- 18:23What's your first challenge in the morning?
- 18:25Is it getting out of bed?
- 18:27Is it trying to get in the shower?
- 18:31Is it having your breakfast?
- 18:35Is it getting dressed?
- 18:37Is it committing to something for the day?
- 18:45And now, what is it for you?
- 18:48Think about that.
- 18:51Number 19, guys.
- 18:53Recovery creates space for thoughtful decision-making, avoiding
- 18:56impulse errors.
- 18:57So recovery is, the way I'm saying that,
- 19:00is us taking a break.
- 19:03Taking time off.
- 19:05That's why I like to not study continuously,
- 19:09but to take breaks.
- 19:14I think our world, from whether we're talking
- 19:17about our parents or other people in the
- 19:19world, they think we have to just keep
- 19:20push, push, push, push, push.
- 19:22But the real truth, guys, is not to
- 19:24push harder.
- 19:27It's to push smarter.
- 19:30So that means knowing how to push, what
- 19:32to push, when to push, the how is
- 19:38more important than the force.
- 19:41The how and also the consistency is key
- 19:45to keeping you on track.
- 19:48Number 20, guys.
- 19:50Growth accelerates when setbacks are analyzed wisely, turning
- 19:54challenges into lessons.
- 19:56So yesterday, I had some challenges.
- 19:59I analyzed them.
- 20:02They still went wrong.
- 20:03I analyzed them again.
- 20:04They went wrong.
- 20:05I analyzed them again.
- 20:06I kept getting wrong information from people.
- 20:11And so I realized, okay, I'm getting wrong
- 20:14information.
- 20:15I just need to correct it.
- 20:17And hopefully, the next time, I will have
- 20:18the correct information.
- 20:20I was amazed how many people just did
- 20:21not know simple answers to things that actually
- 20:25work at a train station or an airport.
- 20:31Also, I noticed the amount of people that
- 20:34push.
- 20:34I was getting on the bus because the
- 20:37air tram was down in the snow or
- 20:40what have you.
- 20:42And the people were so rude.
- 20:44They were just pushing past you.
- 20:46One guy even had a backpack on.
- 20:50And does he not know that if he
- 20:53is so much in, let's say, proportion, that
- 20:57by putting a backpack on, it's going to
- 20:58take up another size or two of a
- 21:00person?
- 21:01Like, are they that stupid?
- 21:04Or are they that disrespectful?
- 21:10I think it's the latter.
- 21:12Most people know if you throw a backpack
- 21:13on you, it's going to add volume to
- 21:15you, right?
- 21:16It's going to make you wider.
- 21:20People are all about selfishness.
- 21:21The person left, and I said, I guess
- 21:24you didn't learn manners when you were growing
- 21:26up.
- 21:28Didn't even look at me.
- 21:32I guess the word excuse me was never
- 21:36something part of the vocabulary that you learned.
- 21:42People are often selfish, even when there's a
- 21:44disaster.
- 21:46They become selfish.
- 21:47But I think in a disaster, we need
- 21:49to be supportive of one another so we
- 21:54can analyze the challenge wisely, not get frustrated,
- 21:58and learn from the lesson.
- 22:00So next time, whether there's a challenge or
- 22:02not, we can do what we need to
- 22:04do more efficiently.
- 22:06Now, I'll tell you something.
- 22:07Having that challenge yesterday, learning what I did,
- 22:11I would have never learned that if the
- 22:13situation wasn't a challenge.
- 22:14I might have gotten some of it, but
- 22:16I really learned it because I had to
- 22:18put a lot more brain power in.
- 22:21Number 21, guys, avoid forbidden behaviors that undermine
- 22:26consistency and your integrity.
- 22:28I know that you're going to want to
- 22:30do something, and you might say, gee, John,
- 22:33it's going to undermine integrity, but I just
- 22:34don't care.
- 22:36That's a moral issue.
- 22:40I can't tell you to be moral.
- 22:42That's totally up to you.
- 22:44But if you're undermining something, and it's going
- 22:47to cause you to keep starting back at
- 22:49zero, let me give you an example.
- 22:52So let's say you are running a race,
- 22:57okay?
- 22:58And as you're running a race, you notice
- 23:02that, and let's say a sailboat race, I
- 23:05like sailboat races.
- 23:06And let's say you hit the buoy.
- 23:10Now, undermining integrity would mean, I didn't hit
- 23:14the buoy.
- 23:15I'm just going to go right past, already
- 23:17in the lead.
- 23:19Somebody says to you, hey, Joe, you hit
- 23:23the buoy.
- 23:24Nobody has an argue back and forth.
- 23:26Now another boat comes in and says, hey,
- 23:29Joe, you hit the buoy.
- 23:31No, Mike, no, Bob, no, you hit the
- 23:33buoy.
- 23:34A third boat comes and says, no, you
- 23:35hit the buoy.
- 23:35Look, we're all protesting.
- 23:37Now you got three against one.
- 23:39All right, I'll read around the buoy.
- 23:40It's something how that social pressure and that
- 23:43proof takes people to have to get the
- 23:46urgency to become accountable.
- 23:48That blows my mind that people don't want
- 23:51to be full of integrity on their own.
- 23:55Number 22, resilience strengthens emotional endurance, helping you
- 23:59stay steady through the highs and lows of
- 24:02life.
- 24:02And there will be highs, and there will
- 24:04be lows.
- 24:05I'm going to relate this to something I
- 24:07do a lot, technology, right?
- 24:09So computers have highs and lows.
- 24:12A high is not good, a low is
- 24:15not good.
- 24:15So our life, we have these to balance
- 24:18us.
- 24:19If you're always high, you need a little
- 24:20bit of a break.
- 24:21You might say, Joe, I always want it
- 24:23to be high.
- 24:24Sometimes you need a little bit of a
- 24:25low time just to relax.
- 24:26Low doesn't mean bad.
- 24:28Low just kind of means that you are
- 24:29chilling, right?
- 24:35That's important.
- 24:37Recovery sustains long-term momentum, ensuring effort, confidence
- 24:41over time.
- 24:41Number 23, the key, guys, is compound.
- 24:46If you open a CD today, do you
- 24:47take the money out in a week or
- 24:48two?
- 24:48No, you let it in there, stay in
- 24:50there for a while.
- 24:51Number 24, growth builds character and confidence through
- 24:55repeat intentional practice.
- 24:56And this is the stuff that gets built
- 24:59when no one's watching.
- 25:00For when no one's watching, that becomes part
- 25:03of who you are.
- 25:05And then you owe that.
- 25:06When other people are around, without you even
- 25:08noticing.
- 25:09Number 25, guys, avoid shortcuts that compromise learning
- 25:15and skill development.
- 25:17Integrity matters, guys.
- 25:18You get the point?
- 25:19Integrity matters.
- 25:21If I hit the buoy, I'm going to
- 25:23re-round the buoy, whether you see it
- 25:24or not.
- 25:25I know my conscience says, John, you can't
- 25:28win the race because you hit the buoy.
- 25:31That wouldn't be a fair race that I
- 25:34won.
- 25:35I would always want to do it fairly.
- 25:38Number 26, resilience allows you, gives you the
- 25:43opportunity to face challenges calmly.
- 25:46Keep your head out and check.
- 25:50I think that's a hard thing to realize,
- 25:52is that resilience can slowly help you get
- 25:55the peace of mind and the calmness.
- 25:57Number 27, recovery restores the alignment with the
- 26:02goals and the aspirations.
- 26:03Helping you stay on track amidst all these
- 26:06distractions, amidst all these bits of confusion.
- 26:13And I think the one benefit of the
- 26:16competing and the frustrations and the challenges is
- 26:19that they do help us learn.
- 26:21They help us not make that mistake again.
- 26:24I know a couple of mistakes that I
- 26:25made that I won't make because of being
- 26:30so in the thick of it.
- 26:34And each mistake costs me more time.
- 26:37Now, the mistakes weren't my fault, but nevertheless,
- 26:41I made them even though people gave me
- 26:42wrong information.
- 26:44When I ask somebody, hey, I told you
- 26:47I was going this place.
- 26:48Oh, I thought you said this.
- 26:49It sounds like that.
- 26:51I'm like, there's no way this sounds like
- 26:53that.
- 26:54Well, in the distance, it sounds like that.
- 26:57That's somebody not being accountable.
- 26:59That's someone not listening actively.
- 27:01That's somebody too quick.
- 27:05Double checking.
- 27:06What I would have done if I couldn't
- 27:07hear you, I would have said, hey, wait
- 27:08a minute.
- 27:09I can't hear you.
- 27:10What was that you're asking me?
- 27:11I would have literally made the action to
- 27:15say, hey, look, I can't hear you.
- 27:17Or what did you say?
- 27:21That's what you do.
- 27:23Too many people are lazy.
- 27:24Number 28, guys, growth thrives on discipline, repetition,
- 27:30forming the habits that generate lasting results.
- 27:33Number 29, avoid forbidden distractions that stall the
- 27:36progress.
- 27:36Protect your focus and your energy.
- 27:40Resilience, recovery, and growth together, guys.
- 27:42It's a very unstoppable recipe to create momentum
