Mega Edition: Jean Luc Brunel And Prince Andrew And The Formal Investigation Into Both (8/18/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: Now Jean Luke Brunell has been swooped up. We all
0:04
Speaker 1: know that, but he has now been formerly charged in
0:10
Speaker 1: France and he is in serious jeopardy here, folks. I
0:19
Speaker 1: think that Jean Luke Brunel is really in criminal jeopardy
0:23
Speaker 1: here and he is going to end up facing penalties
0:27
Speaker 1: and repercussions for his behavior. This article today is from
0:33
Speaker 1: the Financial Times and the headline Jeffrey Epstein associate held
0:39
Speaker 1: in France over rape allegation. Former modeling agency boss Jean
0:44
Speaker 1: Luke Brunell detained at Paris airport en route to Senegal.
0:50
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Victor Mallet. So we know
0:56
Speaker 1: all of the basics of this already, right. We know
0:58
Speaker 1: he was picked up at the airport on his way
1:00
Speaker 1: to Senegal. We know that Senegal does not have an
1:03
Speaker 1: extradition treaty with France, and we know that the authority
1:10
Speaker 1: said he was under investigation. Well, now it's been made
1:14
Speaker 1: formal and this article today is going to add a
1:18
Speaker 1: little bit more context to what we already know. Jean
1:23
Speaker 1: Luke Brunell a former French model agency boss, an associate
1:27
Speaker 1: of the late sex offender, pedophile and financier Jeffrey Epstein
1:32
Speaker 1: has been detained and placed under formal investigation for rape
1:36
Speaker 1: of a minor over fifteen and sexual harassment, the Paris Prosecutor,
1:42
Speaker 1: Remy Heights announced on Saturday. So again we knew that
1:47
Speaker 1: he was detained, right and we had some idea of
1:50
Speaker 1: what was going on with his detention. But today we're
1:54
Speaker 1: getting a full accounting from the Paris prosecutor here, Remy Heights,
2:00
Speaker 1: and it does not look good for Jean Luke Brunel Folks,
2:05
Speaker 1: not at all.
2:08
Speaker 2: Now.
2:09
Speaker 1: The extradition situation is a big sticking point. I don't
2:13
Speaker 1: know what sort of wrangling can occur behind the scenes,
2:17
Speaker 1: and I don't even know if Macron and France would
2:21
Speaker 1: be receptive of it. Do they want to set that precedent.
2:24
Speaker 1: I don't know, right, you know, I just this speculation
2:27
Speaker 1: on my part when I talk about this extradition situation,
2:31
Speaker 1: because I'm not in the room, I don't have a
2:33
Speaker 1: direct line to Macron or to anyone else involved. All
2:36
Speaker 1: I could do is look at the data that we
2:38
Speaker 1: know from the past in the present and using that
2:44
Speaker 1: we can try and forecast the future. So I don't
2:48
Speaker 1: really feel too strongly when it comes to France extraditing
2:56
Speaker 1: this man to America. I just don't. I don't think
2:58
Speaker 1: it's going to happen. Does that mean it won't happen. No,
3:01
Speaker 1: that's not the case. It could, It definitely could, But
3:04
Speaker 1: I have one of those gut feelings. The seventy four
3:08
Speaker 1: year old mister Brunel was also named as an interested
3:12
Speaker 1: witness in a case of aggravated human trafficking of miners
3:16
Speaker 1: for sexual exploitation. The prosecutors said, so again, this guy
3:23
Speaker 1: is facing a litany of charges here, and the prosecutors
3:27
Speaker 1: are definitely looking, at least like they're going to be
3:33
Speaker 1: going after him in an aggressive manner. Whereas I was
3:37
Speaker 1: pretty critical of what was going on in France, you know,
3:40
Speaker 1: from my peanut gallery seat, of course, and I was
3:44
Speaker 1: very clear also that I didn't know all of the
3:47
Speaker 1: ins and outs and the nuances of how they investigate
3:50
Speaker 1: cases in France. But I was wondering what the hell
3:54
Speaker 1: was going on over there, considering all of the girls
3:56
Speaker 1: that have come forward and said that they got abused
3:59
Speaker 1: in France. So I figured that the investigation would be
4:03
Speaker 1: pretty aggressive, but we didn't see any signs of that.
4:06
Speaker 2: Really.
4:07
Speaker 1: Well, here you are have a little crow, Bobby, do
4:12
Speaker 1: you like ketchup on it? So I'm glad to eat crow, Folks,
4:16
Speaker 1: believe me. In situations like this, I am certainly glad
4:19
Speaker 1: to be wrong. I want the prosecutors to be aggressive,
4:23
Speaker 1: as aggressive as possible within the boundaries of the law. Right,
4:27
Speaker 1: and with all of these charges being thrown at Brunell,
4:32
Speaker 1: it sure looks like the prosecutors are going to take
4:36
Speaker 1: an aggressive stance here. Mister Brunel was stopped at Charles
4:41
Speaker 1: de Gaulle Airport on his way to Senegal on Wednesday.
4:44
Speaker 1: He is suspected of having committed rape, sexual aggression and
4:48
Speaker 1: sexual harassment on different survivors underage and adult, and in
4:53
Speaker 1: particular of having organized the transport and housing of young
4:57
Speaker 1: girls or young women for Jeffrey Epstein. The French statement added,
5:04
Speaker 1: so obviously we have a conspiracy case here, right. You
5:07
Speaker 1: mean to tell me that Gilean Maxwell and Jean Luke
5:11
Speaker 1: Brunell weren't at it together, They weren't intimately involved in
5:15
Speaker 1: this shit together. Do we have to take a look
5:17
Speaker 1: at those pictures of them together in the Virgin Islands again?
5:21
Speaker 1: Come on, folks, this needs to be wrapped into the
5:24
Speaker 1: Gilan Maxwell case, no doubt about it. In my mind,
5:28
Speaker 1: this is all the same road, all of it's tied,
5:35
Speaker 1: all of it's connected. And when you talk about conspiracy again,
5:41
Speaker 1: you cannot have a conspiracy of one. So with all
5:44
Speaker 1: of this talk of conspiracy being thrown around, we're going
5:47
Speaker 1: to have to start seeing some co conspirators. Lawyers representing
5:54
Speaker 1: mister Brunel cannot be immediately contacted at the weekend, But
5:58
Speaker 1: when the latest allegations against him emerged in October twenty nineteen,
6:03
Speaker 1: they said he firmly contested the accusations and was not
6:07
Speaker 1: on the run, and he was supposed to sue people.
6:09
Speaker 1: I thought, what happened to that? Lot of big talk
6:12
Speaker 1: about suing people until the time comes, until you know
6:16
Speaker 1: that discovery phase is going to cook your shit. So
6:20
Speaker 1: these people will run their mouths about suing people into oblivion.
6:24
Speaker 1: But when the chips are down, you see how it
6:26
Speaker 1: all turns out. All of these people end up settling
6:29
Speaker 1: out of court. None of them want to go to trial,
6:31
Speaker 1: none of them want to get hammered, and none of
6:33
Speaker 1: them want discovery. Allegations that mister Brunel mistreated young models
6:40
Speaker 1: have been in the public domain for more than thirty years.
6:43
Speaker 1: The Epstein case in the US, as well as a
6:46
Speaker 1: hardening in France of previously lenient attitudes to sexual abuse
6:51
Speaker 1: and sex between adult men and young girls, again brought
6:54
Speaker 1: the accusations to the four And that's look, I love
6:59
Speaker 1: to hear this. Any place who hardens rules when it
7:03
Speaker 1: comes to predators like Jeffrey Epstein or Jean Luke Brunel,
7:07
Speaker 1: They're definitely going to get a nod from me, because
7:11
Speaker 1: there is no place for this kind of shit. Fifty
7:13
Speaker 1: sixty year old men assaulting fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen
7:18
Speaker 1: year old girls. Hell, no, gross, All of these nasty ass,
7:23
Speaker 1: gross sons of bitches, the Brunels, the Nyguards, then the
7:28
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's of the world, there's no place for them
7:31
Speaker 1: on this planet. These people all need to be prosecuted
7:34
Speaker 1: to the fullest length of the law, the fullest extent
7:36
Speaker 1: of the law, and then they all need to be
7:39
Speaker 1: buried underneath the prisons and by the way, chemically castrated
7:44
Speaker 1: if found guilty. Epstein died in jail last year in
7:49
Speaker 1: what was ruled to be a suicide after being arrested
7:52
Speaker 1: on federal charges of trafficking underage girls. Allegedly. Another of
7:59
Speaker 1: Epstein's former associates, Gileann Maxwell, daughter of the late British
8:03
Speaker 1: newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell, was arrested in July on charges
8:08
Speaker 1: that she helped him sexually abuse underage girls. So we
8:13
Speaker 1: got the same story unfolding here with Jean Luke Brunel right,
8:17
Speaker 1: the same exact story. So this is a huge conspiracy.
8:20
Speaker 1: It spans continents. Just like I've been saying from the jump,
8:28
Speaker 1: the legacy media is out there talking about a conspiracy theory.
8:32
Speaker 1: When I said months ago, this has moved on from
8:35
Speaker 1: a conspiracy theory fully into the range of criminal conspiracy.
8:42
Speaker 1: And that's exactly what we found find ourselves with here, folks.
8:45
Speaker 1: We have an arrest in France, we have an arrest
8:49
Speaker 1: in America. I'm sure that there are other investigations going on.
8:52
Speaker 1: Obviously in England, we have Denise George's investigation, in the
8:58
Speaker 1: United States, Virgin Islands, and if some of these other
9:01
Speaker 1: countries weren't so corrupt unfortunately, I'm sure that there would
9:06
Speaker 1: be investigations there as well. Dutch woman Thysia Housman, whose
9:13
Speaker 1: accusation that she was drugged and raped by mister Brunel
9:17
Speaker 1: in the early nineteen nineties is covered by a statue
9:20
Speaker 1: of limitations, described as arrest as amazing news and definitely
9:25
Speaker 1: a shout out to Thissia. She definitely deserved this day,
9:30
Speaker 1: just like Virginia, just like all of the other girls
9:33
Speaker 1: that Jean Luke Brunel allegedly helped abuse. So I'm sure
9:40
Speaker 1: it was a very fine day to wake up to
9:42
Speaker 1: this news for Thissia, for Virginia, and for the rest
9:46
Speaker 1: of the ladies who were abused by this disgusting son
9:49
Speaker 1: of a bitch. So you know, every now and then
9:55
Speaker 1: we have something that breaks in this case that is
9:57
Speaker 1: certainly a cause for celebration. And whenever one of these
10:01
Speaker 1: key associates is swooped up and fitted for bracelets and
10:06
Speaker 1: a federally administered jumpsuit, yeah that's a cause for celebration, folks.
10:13
Speaker 1: I'm weeping with joy. Eleven women testified against him after me,
10:17
Speaker 1: but all those deeds are prescribed by time limits. I
10:21
Speaker 1: hope the police have other files from more recent victims,
10:24
Speaker 1: and I'm sure they do. They wouldn't have swooped him
10:27
Speaker 1: up if the statue of limitations was passed in all
10:31
Speaker 1: of these cases, there's obviously new girls who were abused
10:34
Speaker 1: by this guy. You don't stop doing this shit. It's
10:37
Speaker 1: like a serial killer. You don't just stop killing people.
10:40
Speaker 1: The only way you stop is if you get caught
10:42
Speaker 1: or if you die. And this guy is not going
10:45
Speaker 1: to stop. Right in my opinion anyway, he is not
10:48
Speaker 1: going to stop. So he was probably still abusing girls,
10:53
Speaker 1: probably still abusing these models. And now when all of
10:59
Speaker 1: the avalanche of allegations start coming out, the news starts
11:02
Speaker 1: breaking around the world about his relationship with Epstein, his
11:06
Speaker 1: relationship with Maxwell. Then these girls who were abused by
11:10
Speaker 1: him start to see that it's okay to come forward,
11:14
Speaker 1: start to see that they don't have to hide in
11:16
Speaker 1: the shadows anymore, that Brunel and Epstein and Maxwell can
11:21
Speaker 1: no longer hurt them. So they come forward, and new
11:26
Speaker 1: allegations are laid, a new investigation is sprung, and we
11:31
Speaker 1: find ourselves with Jean LeJean, excuse me, Sean Luke Brunell
11:37
Speaker 1: sitting in a jail cell. Merry Christmas. In October last year,
11:45
Speaker 1: French prosecutors did receive a complaint sufficiently recent not to
11:49
Speaker 1: fall under the statue of limitations from a woman whom
11:52
Speaker 1: they did not identify. And I'm sure it's going to
11:55
Speaker 1: be more. Where there's smoke, there's fire. These people don't
11:59
Speaker 1: operate like that, right WHOA just one girl? Never happened again,
12:02
Speaker 1: It's not a mistake, right You didn't you know, you
12:05
Speaker 1: didn't spend too much money gambling, You didn't get too
12:09
Speaker 1: drunk and lose your keys. You sexually assaulted somebody, another
12:14
Speaker 1: human being, a living human being with dreams and goals
12:18
Speaker 1: and plans, family that loves her, friends, that lover. And
12:23
Speaker 1: you thought that you could just do whatever you wanted.
12:27
Speaker 1: You thought that, because if you were so powerful, you
12:29
Speaker 1: had so much money, that whatever you wanted to do
12:32
Speaker 1: was going to be okay. And for decades it was.
12:35
Speaker 1: But guess what, not any longer, and the narrative has
12:42
Speaker 1: been snatched, and now the survivors are on the offensive.
12:50
Speaker 1: France launched its own inquiry into Epstein in August twenty nineteen,
12:55
Speaker 1: shortly after the release of a twenty sixteen deposition, in
12:59
Speaker 1: which one of his survivors, Virginia Roberts, said miss Maxwell
13:03
Speaker 1: directed her to have sex with at least half a
13:06
Speaker 1: dozen prominent men, including mister Brunel, who headed the agencies,
13:11
Speaker 1: Karen Models and mc squared. Epstein kept a luxury apartment
13:16
Speaker 1: on Avenue Folk in central Paris, and we also know
13:20
Speaker 1: that him and Harvey old bitch ass, gross ass Harvey
13:23
Speaker 1: Weinstein had a bit of a kerfluffel at this Paris apartment.
13:30
Speaker 1: So how many girls were really abused in France by
13:33
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and Jean Luke Brunell? How many girls that
13:37
Speaker 1: we don't even know about were abused by these sick bastards?
13:41
Speaker 1: And for how many decades did the authorities look the
13:45
Speaker 1: other way. It's a sad state of affairs when we
13:50
Speaker 1: have to weigh decades for there to be justice in
13:54
Speaker 1: a case such as this. But even though it has
13:59
Speaker 1: taken this long, we now find ourselves in a place
14:05
Speaker 1: where true justice might be meted out. Finally, these people
14:13
Speaker 1: might finally face repercussions for their behavior. Key Lane's in jail,
14:22
Speaker 1: Epstein's dead, Jean Luke Brunella is in jail. My question
14:29
Speaker 1: is when are the Core four and Indike in con
14:35
Speaker 1: going to get the same treatment. If you'd like to

14:57
Speaker 1: episode can be found in the Discrete Box. Tonight, we're
15:01
Speaker 1: going to talk about Prince Andrew aka the Joe Exotic
15:05
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family, and the fact that this man
15:08
Speaker 1: still refuses to cooperate with the investigation. Now, we heard
15:14
Speaker 1: from Berman, Attorney General Berman about Prince Andrew refusing to cooperate,
15:21
Speaker 1: and we've heard from several other sources that Prince Andrew
15:24
Speaker 1: is refusing to cooperate. And now in this article from
15:28
Speaker 1: the Daily Mail tonight, we're hearing from David Boys as well,
15:31
Speaker 1: who is saying the same exact thing. Now, if you
15:35
Speaker 1: remember back to Prince Andrew aka the Joe Exotic of
15:39
Speaker 1: the Windsor Family, coming out and saying he's ready and
15:43
Speaker 1: willing to cooperate with any investigation by appropriate law enforcement agencies, well,
15:50
Speaker 1: we still have not.
15:51
Speaker 2: Seen any of that.
15:52
Speaker 1: What we see is him hiding and refusing to come
15:56
Speaker 1: forward and get on the record when it comes to
16:00
Speaker 1: law enforcement. Because we all know that this man has
16:04
Speaker 1: a lot to hide. It's obvious to anyone who's paying
16:07
Speaker 1: attention that Prince Andrew has not been truthful. He has
16:11
Speaker 1: been telling nothing but lies this whole entire time, in
16:14
Speaker 1: my opinion, and I think it's time for the authorities
16:20
Speaker 1: to try and force his hand, because there's no way
16:23
Speaker 1: this man's ever going to cooperate on his own. There's
16:25
Speaker 1: zero chance that's going to happen, especially now with the
16:28
Speaker 1: high profile team he has around him. We know how
16:31
Speaker 1: people like that operate. We know they're not going to
16:33
Speaker 1: give this man the advice to go and speak to
16:37
Speaker 1: the FBI or anybody else. You know why, because, in
16:40
Speaker 1: my opinion, his whole entire team knows that he's guilty.
16:44
Speaker 1: They know that he doesn't have an alibi, they know
16:47
Speaker 1: he doesn't have a credible excuse for where he was
16:50
Speaker 1: that night, and his legal team, their job is to
16:53
Speaker 1: make sure this man gets off.
16:56
Speaker 2: That's it.
16:56
Speaker 1: They don't care about the law, they don't care about survivors,
16:59
Speaker 1: they don't care about any anything like that. They care
17:01
Speaker 1: about getting this man off, and any way that they
17:04
Speaker 1: can possibly do that they will. They know that the
17:07
Speaker 1: roadmap to victory for them does not include Andrew being
17:11
Speaker 1: spoken to by the proper authorities. Because if that's the
17:16
Speaker 1: case and they get him into an interrogation room and
17:18
Speaker 1: they start pounding him with questions, I don't think that
17:21
Speaker 1: he has the mental fortitude to hold up to that.
17:24
Speaker 1: I don't think he can keep his story straight enough.
17:28
Speaker 1: I don't think he's intelligent enough for any of that.
17:30
Speaker 1: To be honest with you, folks, everything that we've seen
17:32
Speaker 1: from Joe Exotic of the Windsor family points to him
17:36
Speaker 1: not being that bright of a person. So unless he
17:40
Speaker 1: is compelled to do so, I don't see any way
17:43
Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew comes forward and offers help to this investigation.
17:49
Speaker 2: Zero chance of that happening.
17:51
Speaker 1: I think the only pathway there is to wrap him
17:54
Speaker 1: up in a rico case and force his hand. It's
17:57
Speaker 1: the only way, the only pathway I see to wrapping
18:00
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew up in this case.
18:03
Speaker 2: Now let's jump to the article and see what David
18:06
Speaker 2: Boyce has to say about things.
18:09
Speaker 1: So this article is from the Daily Mail. The author
18:13
Speaker 1: of the article is Daniel Bates. Prince Andrew aka the
18:19
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor Family has ignored three formal
18:22
Speaker 1: requests to be interviewed under oath about his friendship with
18:25
Speaker 1: serial pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. David Boy is a lawyer who
18:29
Speaker 1: represents more than a dozen of the US financier pedophiles.
18:33
Speaker 1: Survivors claimed Andrew has not been prepared to cooperate. Now
18:38
Speaker 1: we've heard this from several people in the case, and
18:40
Speaker 1: now we're hearing it from David Boys himself.
18:44
Speaker 2: When David Boys goes.
18:45
Speaker 1: On record and says something like this, and he is
18:48
Speaker 1: basically at the helm of this whole entire thing, well
18:51
Speaker 1: you know that it's the truth, and you know that
18:54
Speaker 1: that's where we're at in the case because we've heard
18:57
Speaker 1: it now from several people. It's obvious that Andrew is
19:00
Speaker 1: not going to cooperate. It's obvious that his hands his
19:04
Speaker 1: hand needs to be forced, and anything else at this
19:07
Speaker 1: point is just lip service because they're not going to
19:11
Speaker 1: get him. They're not going to shame him into speaking
19:14
Speaker 1: to the authorities. At this point, that ship is sailed. Okay,
19:17
Speaker 1: the shame is over for Andrew. Now it's time to
19:19
Speaker 1: dig in, and that's exactly what he's doing. We've made
19:24
Speaker 1: at least four at least excuse me, we've made at
19:26
Speaker 1: least three formal written attempts sent to his address in
19:29
Speaker 1: London and also to his lawyers in the past few months,
19:33
Speaker 1: said mister Boyce, whose clients include Virginia Roberts, the woman
19:37
Speaker 1: who claims Epstein forced her to have sex with the
19:39
Speaker 1: Prince on three occasions.
19:42
Speaker 2: And we've heard.
19:43
Speaker 1: Again, like I said a second ago, we've heard from
19:46
Speaker 1: other sources as well other people involved in the case
19:50
Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew's team has not responded to these requests.
19:53
Speaker 1: And we've heard that from Berman himself, who is supposedly
19:57
Speaker 1: conducting this investigation. So it's obvious that Prince Andrew has
20:02
Speaker 1: no desire to speak with anybody else when it comes
20:06
Speaker 1: to this case. Andrew, who denies all claims of wrongdoing,
20:11
Speaker 1: is hired Clare Montgomery, one of the UK's leading extradition lawyers.
20:15
Speaker 1: Her former clients include the Chilean military dictator Augusto Pinochet.
20:20
Speaker 1: Asked about her appointment, mister Boyce said, it's not that
20:23
Speaker 1: I don't appreciate why he wants to lawyer up.
20:25
Speaker 2: I do appreciate that, but.
20:27
Speaker 1: If he could step back and look down the road
20:30
Speaker 1: and focus what's on the endgame, it's true, right, because
20:34
Speaker 1: Andrew's really making himself look a lot worse with each
20:39
Speaker 1: passing day, every day that the Joe Exotic of the
20:41
Speaker 1: Windsor family doesn't come forward and give real answers to
20:46
Speaker 1: these hard questions. He does nothing for himself, he does
20:49
Speaker 1: nothing for his case, and he does nothing for his
20:52
Speaker 1: public image.
20:53
Speaker 2: Because this is the sort.
20:55
Speaker 1: Of man and I use the word loosely when we're
20:58
Speaker 1: talking about the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, but
21:01
Speaker 1: this is the sort of man who has had his
21:04
Speaker 1: whole entire image shattered. At this point, nobody takes him seriously.
21:08
Speaker 1: If they ever did, nobody's ever going to want to
21:11
Speaker 1: hang out with this man again because this sort of action,
21:15
Speaker 1: this is the one thing that you can't recover from.
21:19
Speaker 1: This is the one thing that you cannot recover from.
21:22
Speaker 1: And Prince Andrew has done nothing to help his own cause,
21:26
Speaker 1: especially when you consider all of the evidence that Virginia
21:29
Speaker 1: has brought forward against this man. I have zero doubt
21:35
Speaker 1: in my mind that Virginia Roberts as being completely and utterly,
21:39
Speaker 1: one hundred percent.
21:40
Speaker 2: Honest about what occurred.
21:42
Speaker 1: How can you not listen to her account and think that,
21:45
Speaker 1: how can you not read the documents that have been
21:47
Speaker 1: released so far from the courts. How can you not
21:50
Speaker 1: listen to listen to corroborating witnesses who had seen them together?
21:56
Speaker 1: And meanwhile, all Andrew shows up with is oh, I
21:59
Speaker 1: was at the pizza joint. I was with my daughters.
22:02
Speaker 1: I can't sweat those are my fingers? Is Those aren't
22:06
Speaker 1: the sort of alibis that anybody's believing. Now, you mean
22:09
Speaker 1: to tell me as a juror, you would sit there
22:11
Speaker 1: and you'd believe that shit. Opposed to Virginia Roberts coming
22:15
Speaker 1: in with her compelling story and all of the evidence
22:17
Speaker 1: that backs it up. I know where I would fall
22:20
Speaker 1: on the evidence. It's not even a question who's telling
22:24
Speaker 1: the truth in my opinion here, And that's why you
22:26
Speaker 1: see Andrew digging in. That's why you see Andrew avoiding
22:30
Speaker 1: these hard questions. If I avoid extradition, do I really
22:35
Speaker 1: want to have this hanging over my head and my
22:37
Speaker 1: family's head for the rest of my life? Do I
22:40
Speaker 1: want my epitaph to be I succeeded in escaping justice?
22:44
Speaker 1: And those are good questions from David Boys, right, And
22:47
Speaker 1: that's exactly where Andrew's at. If he doesn't come forward
22:50
Speaker 1: in this case and he doesn't really answer the hard questions.
22:53
Speaker 1: Nobody's ever going to accept him or take him seriously
22:57
Speaker 1: ever again, Nobody in the general society, the regular public.
23:04
Speaker 1: It's progressed beyond that. At this point, there's no way
23:08
Speaker 1: that I can see any other out for somebody like
23:11
Speaker 1: Andrew besides coming forward and speaking on what he knows, because.
23:19
Speaker 2: It's coming.
23:20
Speaker 1: It's only a matter of time, in my opinion, before
23:23
Speaker 1: all of the facts are out in this case. It's
23:25
Speaker 1: not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.
23:29
Speaker 1: And we see that with Judge Presca's new ruling. With
23:32
Speaker 1: that ruling, it's going to out a lot of people
23:35
Speaker 1: who were trying to hide in this case. And one
23:38
Speaker 1: thing I can tell you is once those names are out,
23:41
Speaker 1: the digging will begin and the full carpet bombing will ensue.
23:46
Speaker 1: Because now once those names are out in the public,
23:49
Speaker 1: there are going to be a lot of people very interested,
23:53
Speaker 1: a lot of independent content creators and a lot of
23:55
Speaker 1: independent journalists who are very, very very interested in what
24:00
Speaker 1: those files contained, and they're going to have a field
24:04
Speaker 1: day digging in to what what is hidden inside of
24:11
Speaker 1: those sealed documents, because it's going to add a lot
24:15
Speaker 1: more context, folks, and a lot more evidence. US prosecutor
24:21
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Berman, who is heading the ongoing criminal probe into
24:24
Speaker 1: Epstein and his associates, has accused the Prince of not
24:27
Speaker 1: helping an FBI investigation, saying the Joe Exotic of the
24:31
Speaker 1: Windsor family has provided zero cooperation. The Duke rejects the claim. However,
24:38
Speaker 1: mister Boyce said he was confident prosecutors would persist. And
24:42
Speaker 1: again that's a shrewd move on David Boy's part, right.
24:45
Speaker 1: He can't be up there sandbagging the prosecution. He needs
24:49
Speaker 1: the prosecution to work for him. He needs the prosecution
24:52
Speaker 1: to chase down justice. Without the prosecution, well, the survivors
24:57
Speaker 1: are never going to get the justice they deserve. So
25:00
Speaker 1: of course mister Boyce isn't going to go hard against Berman.
25:05
Speaker 1: That's where all of us come in, right, It's up
25:07
Speaker 1: to us to hold Berman to a different standard than
25:12
Speaker 1: his predecessors, because there is too much interest in this
25:17
Speaker 1: case for Burman to hide it. At this point, he
25:19
Speaker 1: has one choice. In my mind, he has one choice,
25:24
Speaker 1: and that is to pursue justice vigorously. Anything less will
25:29
Speaker 1: be met with a complete and utter outcry from the public.
25:33
Speaker 1: And I would not be shocked if protests are up
25:36
Speaker 1: over this, if they don't do the right thing. I'm
25:39
Speaker 1: talking protests in front of his office, protests in front
25:43
Speaker 1: of the Justice Department, wherever it may be. But from
25:47
Speaker 1: the correspondence I've had with people, and from the conversations
25:51
Speaker 1: I've had with people, people have had enough when it
25:54
Speaker 1: comes to this case, and they've had enough of the
25:57
Speaker 1: prosecutors not vigorously pursuing justice. I've got quite a bit
26:04
Speaker 1: of confidence that they will not let this drop, he added.
26:07
Speaker 1: He also suggested that Joe Exotic of the Winsor family
26:10
Speaker 1: may be getting poor advice. Often, people in his position
26:14
Speaker 1: are surrounded by advisors who sometimes think that they will
26:18
Speaker 1: be more valued if they come across as very aggressive
26:21
Speaker 1: on their principal's behalf, and that can lead to somebody
26:24
Speaker 1: not getting very good advice. He said, Well, that's some
26:27
Speaker 1: gamesmanship by David Boys, right. He's going to try and
26:31
Speaker 1: throw a wrench in the situation. He's not going to
26:33
Speaker 1: give them any advice that he thinks is good advice.
26:37
Speaker 1: So he's going to tell He's going to say publicly,
26:39
Speaker 1: in my opinion, well I don't think he's getting good advice,
26:43
Speaker 1: just to try and throw a little wrench in the situation,
26:47
Speaker 1: a little you know, a little fly in the ointment,
26:51
Speaker 1: that kind of situation, right, to try and sow some
26:53
Speaker 1: seeds of discontent within Prince Andrew's legal team. And these
27:00
Speaker 1: are all moves that you see lawyers getting engage in
27:04
Speaker 1: all the time. There's all sorts of things that happen,
27:06
Speaker 1: all sorts of gamesmanship when it comes to these big cases.
27:09
Speaker 1: And David Boyse is certainly a master at that. So
27:14
Speaker 1: I think it's shrewd and a good move here for
27:17
Speaker 1: him to try and sow some seeds of discontent. It
27:22
Speaker 1: can be hard to tell your principle that he's got
27:24
Speaker 1: to do something he doesn't want to do. He believes
27:27
Speaker 1: footage of the prints inside Epstein's properties, including the financier
27:31
Speaker 1: pedophiles seventy million New York mansion New York mansion may exist,
27:36
Speaker 1: whether it continues to exist, has been destroyed, or if
27:40
Speaker 1: it continues to exist and is being concealed is something
27:43
Speaker 1: we're going to have to try to find out. He said, yeah, look,
27:46
Speaker 1: that's a big part of this case, right, It's definitely
27:49
Speaker 1: a big part of this situation, and it is huge
27:52
Speaker 1: in regards to evidence. If there is video, and there's
27:57
Speaker 1: surveillance of this of of these people.
28:00
Speaker 2: In the house.
28:01
Speaker 1: Where is it and why hasn't the lawyers for the
28:06
Speaker 1: survivors been given access to it?
28:08
Speaker 2: Who has this evidence?
28:10
Speaker 1: If it is, if it exists, I hope it's not
28:12
Speaker 1: the same people that were in charge of the evidence
28:15
Speaker 1: from the night of epstein so called suicide, because we
28:19
Speaker 1: know that ended up right. We are quite confident both
28:25
Speaker 1: in physical evidence and from interviews, from interviews, and that
28:29
Speaker 1: excuse me. We are quite confident both in physical evidence
28:32
Speaker 1: and from interviews. Such surveillance tapes did at one point exist,
28:36
Speaker 1: mister Boyce. Mister Boyce said he would be prepared to
28:39
Speaker 1: travel to the UK to interview Andrew. Epstein killed himself
28:44
Speaker 1: supposedly in jail last summer after being arrested on multiple
28:48
Speaker 1: child sex charges. A spokesperson for Prince Andrew declined to comment. Yeah,
28:55
Speaker 1: of course, he declined to comment. They have nothing to
28:57
Speaker 1: say at this point. They are going to be completely
28:59
Speaker 1: clam up, not a word to say. It does them
29:03
Speaker 1: no good to come forward and speak to anybody at
29:05
Speaker 1: this point, never mind speaking to somebody like David Boys.
29:09
Speaker 2: And you see here, David Boys.
29:11
Speaker 1: Is prepared to go over there and interview Prince Andrew personally,
29:16
Speaker 1: and that would be a bad time for Prince Andrew, folks.
29:19
Speaker 1: If he got down in front, if he sat down
29:21
Speaker 1: in front of David Boys, Boys would rip him apart.
29:24
Speaker 1: Boys is a shrewd litigator, a man that knows his business,
29:28
Speaker 1: and Boys would be able to tear up those weak
29:32
Speaker 1: ass alibis that the Joe Exotic of the Winsor family
29:36
Speaker 1: has put forward and his legal team knows that, and
29:39
Speaker 1: that is why we will not hear from the Joe
29:43
Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family of his own will.
29:47
Speaker 2: He must be compelled to do so. And the only
29:52
Speaker 2: way to get that to occur, in.
29:53
Speaker 1: My opinion, is to arrest the underlings, to arrest the
29:56
Speaker 1: core for to arrest John Luke Brunel, to bring them
30:00
Speaker 1: all in, slap them with rico and have them flip
30:05
Speaker 1: on each other. And once that happens, and once you
30:07
Speaker 1: have Glaine Maxwell in your grips, well, she holds the
30:11
Speaker 1: keys to the kingdom. If you have Gilaine, Prince Andrew
30:15
Speaker 1: will follow. And it's a fact she has the goods
30:19
Speaker 1: on him. And if you think that Gilaine Maxwell is
30:22
Speaker 1: going to keep her mouth shut.
30:23
Speaker 2: You're wrong.
30:25
Speaker 1: We know already from her use of the Sun and
30:29
Speaker 1: from her mouthpiece in the media, Laura Goldman, that she's.
30:34
Speaker 2: Not above firing off veiled threats.
30:38
Speaker 1: Come on, you really believe her emails were act or
30:41
Speaker 1: was that her letting Indike and Cohn and the other
30:44
Speaker 1: players know. Look, this information's out there, and if anything
30:47
Speaker 1: happens to me, I'm gonna hit this dead man switch
30:50
Speaker 1: and all of this information is going to be leaked.
30:53
Speaker 1: You think that's something a strategy that's above her. In
30:57
Speaker 1: my opinion, that's exactly what was going on with her
31:01
Speaker 1: speaking out through the Sun. She isn't somebody that does
31:05
Speaker 1: things just to do them. She doesn't shoot just from
31:08
Speaker 1: the hip, all right. She takes aim, she waits for
31:11
Speaker 1: her shot, and then she pulls the trigger. And if
31:16
Speaker 1: you can get Gilaine, if you can bring her in
31:19
Speaker 1: and you can find a way to prosecute her, if
31:21
Speaker 1: you don't think out of self preservation's sake, she's going
31:26
Speaker 1: she's not going to give up the Prince. Well, you're wrong.
31:29
Speaker 1: She will rat on him as quick as the deal
31:32
Speaker 1: is placed in front of her. Because what she's staring
31:35
Speaker 1: at the Federal time she's staring at. If she gets
31:38
Speaker 1: wrapped up in Rico in a leadership position, boy, oh boy,
31:41
Speaker 1: we're talking the rest of her life.
31:43
Speaker 2: She will never ever get out of prison again.
31:46
Speaker 1: So if you don't think that she's ready to rat
31:48
Speaker 1: on every single person, if it's her or them, you're
31:52
Speaker 1: being very naive because none of these people Glaine included
31:56
Speaker 1: were built for this life. These people were not built
32:01
Speaker 1: to hold up under pressure like this. Oh sure, they
32:03
Speaker 1: all operate great when things are going well, But when
32:06
Speaker 1: the walls start to close in, and when there's no
32:09
Speaker 1: sweetheart deals left to get and you're left hanging in
32:13
Speaker 1: in the wind all on your own, oh boy, the
32:17
Speaker 1: Canary songs will begin.
32:21
Speaker 2: Now. The question is when is Berman going to do
32:26
Speaker 2: his job and bring them all in on those reco charges.
32:33
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you could do that
32:35
Speaker 1: at Bobby Kapucci at Protonmeil dot com. That's bo b
32:38
Speaker 1: b Y c ap u Cci at Protonmeil dot com.
32:43
Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore
32:47
Speaker 1: c ap u Cci. All right, what's up everyone, and
32:51
Speaker 1: welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. One thing
32:55
Speaker 1: we know about Prince Andrew is that he was never
32:58
Speaker 1: honest when it comes to his relationationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
33:02
Speaker 1: That goes all the way back to the very beginning
33:04
Speaker 1: and stretches all the way to now. And according to
33:08
Speaker 1: Bill Barr, we were one hundred percent dead on when
33:12
Speaker 1: we were calling Prince Andrew at the very least a
33:14
Speaker 1: witness when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and the investigation. Now,
33:19
Speaker 1: if you remember, going back to twenty twenty, twenty nineteen,
33:24
Speaker 1: when Jeffrey Berman, who was a US prosecutor at the
33:28
Speaker 1: time at the SDNY, told us that Prince Andrew was
33:33
Speaker 1: a person of interest, basically a suspect, so much so
33:37
Speaker 1: that they reached out to their counterparts over in the
33:39
Speaker 1: UK to get some assistance when it comes to the investigation.
33:44
Speaker 1: But like everything else that has to do with Prince
33:46
Speaker 1: Andrew or Jeffrey Epstein, the so called investigation was slow
33:50
Speaker 1: walked until it was eventually just closed. And unfortunately, I
33:54
Speaker 1: have no idea how anyone ever thought that we were
33:56
Speaker 1: going to get anywhere in the UK. There's no way
33:59
Speaker 1: that they were gonna go hard and try and expose
34:02
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew for what he was up to. Zero chance
34:06
Speaker 1: it was never going to happen, and that's why Prince
34:09
Speaker 1: Andrew remains protected to this day. But I remember at
34:12
Speaker 1: the time there were people out there that didn't believe
34:14
Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew was a target or at the very
34:16
Speaker 1: least a witness or a person of interest in the case.
34:20
Speaker 1: And of course now we see that that's not true,
34:22
Speaker 1: and that Prince Andrew obviously was a target and a
34:26
Speaker 1: person of interest. So let's dive into this article from
34:30
Speaker 1: Delhimel and let's see what they have to say. Headline,
34:34
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew was at least a witness in the Jeffrey
34:37
Speaker 1: Epstein investigation, reveals former chief US prosecutor as he recalls
34:42
Speaker 1: zero cooperation press conference in newly released Epstein files. This
34:47
Speaker 1: article was authored by Sam Greenhill. Prince Andrew was at
34:51
Speaker 1: least a witness to the investigation by American prosecutors into
34:54
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, according to a former US Attorney general a
34:58
Speaker 1: newly released Epstein files, William Barr, said the Duke of
35:02
Speaker 1: York with someone prosecutors had been trying to get in
35:05
Speaker 1: the door to question. And of course it comes after
35:08
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew himself said he'd do whatever he could to
35:11
Speaker 1: help the investigation. Right, Nobody was asking this dude to
35:14
Speaker 1: do anything out of the ordinary, Just the same shit
35:18
Speaker 1: me and you would have to do if we were
35:20
Speaker 1: hanging around somebody that was trafficking kids. It's really not
35:23
Speaker 1: that high of a standard. What No, No, Prince Andrew,
35:28
Speaker 1: not even his lawyers, nobody representing him, has never in
35:32
Speaker 1: a meaningful way explained all of these allegations that have
35:36
Speaker 1: been leveled against him. You see, he thought that that
35:39
Speaker 1: newsnight interview would be the cherry on top. Right, Oh,
35:44
Speaker 1: this isn't me. I'm not the guy they're saying I am.
35:47
Speaker 1: Let's move on. But instead it made things worse. And
35:50
Speaker 1: then after that we haven't heard anything from this dude.
35:54
Speaker 1: So that's everybody's lasting impression, right, this moron giving that
35:58
Speaker 1: stupid ass interview that ended up being one of the
36:01
Speaker 1: worst interviews in the history of the world. Mister Barr
36:06
Speaker 1: said he remembered the Duke being accused of providing zero
36:09
Speaker 1: cooperation to the FBI in twenty twenty, despite having promised
36:13
Speaker 1: to help the inquiry. And that's really the problem here.
36:17
Speaker 1: This man, in his own words, promised to help. What
36:19
Speaker 1: did he do? He retreated behind the walls of the
36:22
Speaker 1: Palace and clammed up like the straight up coward that
36:24
Speaker 1: he is. Mister Barr gave testimony in August to American
36:28
Speaker 1: lawmakers investigating pedophile Epstein. They have now released the transcript
36:34
Speaker 1: of this interview as part of the latest tranch of
36:36
Speaker 1: Epstein files being made public, And we started going through
36:40
Speaker 1: that yesterday and we're definitely going to be continuing with
36:42
Speaker 1: that later on today. Prince Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing,
36:47
Speaker 1: but the FBI wanted to ask him about his long
36:49
Speaker 1: running friendship with the disgraced financier, and even that was
36:53
Speaker 1: too much for Prince Andrew. He couldn't even accomplish that.
36:56
Speaker 1: And as far as I'm concerned, if you won't even
36:58
Speaker 1: sit down and speak with the authorities, the people investigating
37:01
Speaker 1: what went on, there has to be a reason. Either
37:05
Speaker 1: you're protecting yourself or you're protecting your friend, and neither
37:09
Speaker 1: is acceptable. We're not talking about a speeding ticket here,
37:13
Speaker 1: or some dispute with your neighbor over a tree that's
37:16
Speaker 1: overhanging into their property. We're talking about human trafficking, sexual
37:21
Speaker 1: abuse of children, probably something you should be forced to
37:24
Speaker 1: talk about. No, because I guarantee you if it was
37:27
Speaker 1: any of us, we'd already be under the jail. Andrew
37:34
Speaker 1: used to visit Epstein's New York mansion where schoolgirls say
37:37
Speaker 1: they were molested, and travel on his private jet dubbed
37:41
Speaker 1: the Lolita Express. Not just say this should happened. If
37:46
Speaker 1: it didn't happen, why did they pay out all that money?
37:49
Speaker 1: Do you think that JP Morgan is in the business
37:52
Speaker 1: of handing money out? Go and try and get a
37:54
Speaker 1: loan from JP Morgan and then report back to me
37:57
Speaker 1: about the rates and about the non since you have
38:00
Speaker 1: to go through and then ask yourself, are they going
38:02
Speaker 1: to be paying out hundreds of million dollars for a hoax?
38:06
Speaker 1: JP Morgan has the best lawyers in the world, the
38:08
Speaker 1: best legal teams in the world. If they had an out,
38:11
Speaker 1: they would have found it. You know why there was
38:14
Speaker 1: no out, Well, that's because all this shit really happened.
38:17
Speaker 1: That's why. Now mister Barr, who was the highest law
38:22
Speaker 1: officer in the United States from twenty nineteen to twenty twenty,
38:25
Speaker 1: has stated that Andrew had at least the status of
38:28
Speaker 1: a witness in the inquiry. Look, we knew he was
38:31
Speaker 1: a person of interest. Okay, that's what Berman said during
38:33
Speaker 1: the investigation, and I'm going to go with what Berman
38:36
Speaker 1: had to say as opposed to what Barr is saying now.
38:40
Speaker 1: Asked about the Duke and his connection to the investigation
38:42
Speaker 1: into Epstein, the former Attorney General said, to my knowledge,
38:45
Speaker 1: he was at least a witness. He added that he
38:48
Speaker 1: did not know if Andrew was a target of the investigators.
38:52
Speaker 1: Mister Barr recalled the time in January twenty twenty when
38:55
Speaker 1: Senior US Prosecutor Jeffrey Berman he have a dramatic press
38:59
Speaker 1: conference outside Epstein's New York mansion and accused the Duke
39:03
Speaker 1: of being unhelpful. Mister Berman had said, the original charges
39:07
Speaker 1: against Jeffrey Ebstein contained a conspiracy charge, and we allege
39:12
Speaker 1: there were conspirators involved. That seems pretty clear and cut
39:16
Speaker 1: to me and goes directly in the face of what
39:19
Speaker 1: mister cash Bettel was telling us when he made his
39:21
Speaker 1: appearance in front of Congress just yesterday in the day before.
39:26
Speaker 1: So which is it, who's telling us the truth, who
39:28
Speaker 1: is lying? Who has something to gain? I'll leave that
39:31
Speaker 1: up to you. The Southern District of New York and
39:36
Speaker 1: the FBI have contacted Prince Andrew's attorneys and requested to
39:39
Speaker 1: interview Prince Andrew, and to date Prince Andrew has provided
39:43
Speaker 1: zero cooperation. And that was always the point, right office skate,
39:48
Speaker 1: kick the can down the road and hope to wait
39:50
Speaker 1: it out. That's what all these people were hoping was
39:53
Speaker 1: going to happen, That everybody was going to forget, everybody
39:56
Speaker 1: was going to move on. And with Epstein's death and
39:58
Speaker 1: Maxwell's conviction that nobody would have time to take another look.
40:03
Speaker 1: Well here we are. Surprise, We're taking another look. And
40:07
Speaker 1: now instead of just a few of us knowing how
40:09
Speaker 1: scummy everything was, there's a whole lot of people who
40:12
Speaker 1: are interested and who are finding out just how bad
40:15
Speaker 1: this whole entire cover up was and is He publicly offered,
40:22
Speaker 1: indeed in a press release, to cooperate with law enforcement
40:25
Speaker 1: investigating the crimes committed by Jeffrey Epstein and his co conspirators.
40:30
Speaker 1: Didn't do anything, not a thing, went and hid behind
40:33
Speaker 1: Mummy's skirts like the straight up coward ass chumpy is.
40:36
Speaker 1: Mister Barr, who as US Attorney General was senior to
40:39
Speaker 1: mister Berman, told members of the House Oversight Committee he
40:42
Speaker 1: had rebuked his junior not for saying the things he said,
40:46
Speaker 1: but for not telling his boss first. Sorry, I don't
40:49
Speaker 1: buy it. I think that Bill Barr has been in
40:51
Speaker 1: on this cover up from the very beginning. That's just
40:54
Speaker 1: my opinion. I don't have any concrete facts to back
40:57
Speaker 1: that up. But how come every time something consequential popped up,
41:01
Speaker 1: we'd have Bill Barr's as showing up trying to massage
41:04
Speaker 1: the situation and tell us that everything's all right, even
41:08
Speaker 1: though the building's burning behind them. Not I don't worry,
41:11
Speaker 1: everything's cool, nothing's happening in that building, there's no fire.
41:15
Speaker 1: I mean, that's how brazen the gas lighting's been. When
41:17
Speaker 1: it comes to Jeffrey Epstein in this story from the
41:20
Speaker 1: very beginning, he said, when you go and you hold
41:24
Speaker 1: a press conference and you attack them in front of
41:26
Speaker 1: the mansion and so forth, that is actually something that
41:29
Speaker 1: the US Attorney should have run by me. Not that
41:31
Speaker 1: I would have opposed it, but I would like to
41:33
Speaker 1: know about it. So that right there tells you everything
41:36
Speaker 1: you need to know about the NPA. Folks, if Bill
41:39
Speaker 1: Barr wants to know about a press conference, do you
41:42
Speaker 1: really think that the brass at the DOJ didn't know
41:44
Speaker 1: about Epstein's NPA and the people that have pushed that
41:48
Speaker 1: to you. They've lied, including Julie K. Brown. Now, look,
41:51
Speaker 1: she's done a great job when it comes to digging
41:53
Speaker 1: into the story, but she missed the big picture and
41:56
Speaker 1: it was always about a costa for her. But it
41:59
Speaker 1: went deeper than that. And if you think this rod
42:02
Speaker 1: doesn't run that deep, what Bill Barr just said right
42:05
Speaker 1: here is telling you everything you need to know. Remember, folks,
42:08
Speaker 1: they're not just going to come out and tell you.
42:10
Speaker 1: You know, hey, look this is what we do. You
42:13
Speaker 1: have to read between the lines and you have to
42:15
Speaker 1: really listen to what these slimy, smarmy bastards are saying.
42:21
Speaker 1: Mister Barr recalled the dispute between the Southern District of
42:24
Speaker 1: New York Attorney Office and Prince Andrews, saying they wanted
42:28
Speaker 1: to talk to him and he wouldn't really submit to
42:30
Speaker 1: an interview, even after he said he would. Liar, coward, chump,
42:36
Speaker 1: the Joe exotic of the Windsor family. The Duke has
42:40
Speaker 1: always categorically denied having any knowledge that Epstein was actually
42:44
Speaker 1: abusing teenage girls. Well that's weird considering you were abusing
42:48
Speaker 1: them too. According to Virginia, you goofy ass, son of
42:52
Speaker 1: a bitch. He has strenuously denied claims made by former
42:56
Speaker 1: sex slave Virginia Roberts that she was forced to have
42:59
Speaker 1: sex with them on three occasions. Andrew was forced to
43:03
Speaker 1: withdraw from royal duties over his involvement in the long
43:06
Speaker 1: running Epstein scandal. In November of twenty nineteen, the Prince
43:10
Speaker 1: decided to explain this association with Epstein in an interview
43:14
Speaker 1: with Emily Maitliss, but the resulting grilling, in which he
43:18
Speaker 1: failed to express any regret and claim he had been
43:22
Speaker 1: trying to end their friendship when he spent four days
43:25
Speaker 1: staying at his New York home, was a pr disaster. Well, yeah,
43:29
Speaker 1: usually when you have a sleepover with child molesters, it's
43:31
Speaker 1: not going to end well for you. And if you're
43:33
Speaker 1: the Prince of England breaking news, it's gonna be worse.
43:37
Speaker 1: Talk about wasted privilege. As his royal patronages deserted him,
43:44
Speaker 1: the Duke was forced to quit as a frontline royal. Andrew,
43:48
Speaker 1: who used to love visiting America, has not stepped foot
43:51
Speaker 1: in the country since the FBI made it known they
43:54
Speaker 1: want to speak to him. The House Oversight Committee has
43:56
Speaker 1: been revealing hundreds of pages of documents from the Epstein
43:59
Speaker 1: estate eight in recent weeks. And there's gonna be more
44:03
Speaker 1: embarrassing emails for Prince Andrew, mark my words. And that's
44:06
Speaker 1: what happens. If you don't come out, and you don't
44:09
Speaker 1: tell us the truth right away, it's gonna be death
44:11
Speaker 1: by a thousand paper cuts, right when we're talking about
44:16
Speaker 1: your public image, death by a thousand paper cuts. And
44:21
Speaker 1: if you just come out and you're truthful, and if
44:23
Speaker 1: you would have talked to the FBI right away, this
44:25
Speaker 1: would have all been behind them at least, you know,
44:28
Speaker 1: the major screaming and yelling. Now, of course he'd still
44:32
Speaker 1: be criticized as a scumbag he is, but at least
44:34
Speaker 1: he could say I did my best to help, I
44:37
Speaker 1: came forward, I talked to the police, and I had
44:40
Speaker 1: nothing to do with this. But no, what does he do?
44:42
Speaker 1: Goes and hides behind the walls, hides behind mummies dresses,
44:47
Speaker 1: and hides behind a bunch of money as he pays
44:49
Speaker 1: out a gigantic settlement. And if anybody thinks for a
44:52
Speaker 1: second that Prince Andrew was somebody that wasn't on the radar,
44:56
Speaker 1: wasn't a person of interest, wasn't a suspect. You're crazy.
45:01
Speaker 1: He most certainly was so. Prince Andrew, the man who
45:04
Speaker 1: spent years costplaying as untouchable, insulated by the velvet ropes
45:08
Speaker 1: of privilege and the illusion that being borne into a
45:11
Speaker 1: palace equates to moral superiority. For the SDNY, he was
45:16
Speaker 1: always a guest of dishonor, hovering at the edge of
45:18
Speaker 1: the Epstein investigation like a bad smell. Nobody wanted to
45:22
Speaker 1: acknowledge in public a person of interest, absolutely, but one
45:26
Speaker 1: two gilded two connected to coddled by centuries of pomp
45:30
Speaker 1: to ever feel the weight of handcuffs. The prosecutor sniffed
45:33
Speaker 1: around the files, whispered his name, but the machinery of
45:37
Speaker 1: justice conveniently jammed whenever it reached the Duke. Funny how
45:41
Speaker 1: justice loses steam when it approaches a man with a
45:44
Speaker 1: crown embossed on his stationary. But here's the delicious irony.
45:49
Speaker 1: Escaping prison doesn't mean escaping punishment. Sure, he'll never sit
45:53
Speaker 1: in a cell, but he's already serving his life sentence,
45:56
Speaker 1: an eternal punch line, the butt of every joke, the
45:59
Speaker 1: walking and bodiment of squandered privilege, his wealth and titles
46:04
Speaker 1: may keep him in castles, but they can't insulate him
46:07
Speaker 1: from public contempt. The world will remember him not as
46:10
Speaker 1: his royal Highness, but as his royal heinous, the man
46:14
Speaker 1: who claimed he couldn't sweat, the man who denied the undeniable,
46:17
Speaker 1: the man who thought prestige was a shield, only to
46:20
Speaker 1: find out it's actually a target. History is stamped him
46:24
Speaker 1: not with honor but with ridicule, and that, unlike his
46:28
Speaker 1: fleeting royal privileges, is permanent. And isn't that the cruelest
46:32
Speaker 1: fate of all, for someone like Andrew to be mocked
46:35
Speaker 1: into eternity. You are a very name, a byword for disgrace.
46:39
Speaker 1: He may have ducked a trial, but he'll never duck
46:41
Speaker 1: the scorn that follows him everywhere. A fate not as
46:44
Speaker 1: fitting as the one the courtroom could provide, but a
46:47
Speaker 1: fate deserved. Nonetheless. All of the information that goes with
