NV Energy’s recovery effort after the Hawk Fire is making huge strides—power’s back for 98% of the 60,000 initially affected customers. Just 960 remain without electricity, mostly in North Virginia Street between Golden Valley and Red Rock. Crews have already restored service north and east of US-395, including Bordertown. They’ve replaced or repaired nearly 60 utility poles to get things running again. The next focus? Raleigh Heights.
