- 3:23[SPEAKER_03]: goes to the Humane Society.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_03]: And you can actually adopt puppies on the patio.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_01]: So that's going to be a really awesome event.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_01]: We know the Browns do that kind of stuff up at the training camp.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_01]: The T County Browns backers is going to be their second big event.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_01]: They've put on this summer.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_01]: The first one was turned out awesome over a wall bash.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_01]: So what time is it again?
- 3:43[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, twelve to five.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_01]: Twelve to five.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_01]: Twelve to three.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_03]: I can't remember.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_03]: I can't remember.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_01]: I can't remember.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_03]: That's right.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_01]: So let's jump in big news of the day.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_01]: Should do our Sanders announced to be the starter.
- 4:16[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like it had, it had to be done because Joe isn't playing.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_01]: Can he pick it?
- 4:22[SPEAKER_01]: It's not going to play Dylan Gabriel.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_01]: It's not going to play because he's not their nurse in injuries.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_01]: You can't just bring Tyler Huntley and say, hey, go start.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I guess you could, but that'd be really, really stupid.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_01]: You know, why would you, Tyler Huntley's clearly has no place on this football team?
- 4:39[SPEAKER_01]: you know so why would you come out and give them the start in the in the preseason game this is a good a good
- 4:44[SPEAKER_01]: power, or like a test for Shodor because Carolina now, it's going to play starters.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, they are, at least to begin the game.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm excited.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_01]: I was already excited for the preseason games to get a chance to see Shodor and other rookies play that might not get to play much in the regular season.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm super excited now for these joint practices in the game.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_01]: What are you guys looking for?
- 5:07[SPEAKER_01]: I guess specifically in the game, what are your expectations for Shodor heading into that?
- 5:12[SPEAKER_03]: It's going to be interesting because I, and I just put out a little quick video before the episode, but he's taken no reps with the first string offense yet.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_03]: So there's none of that chemistry there with the receivers.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_03]: Now at the same time, I don't think Jerry Judy and David and Joker probably going to play.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_03]: Kevin's fans.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_03]: He said today, I believe, got to start.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_03]: Some starters going to hold some out.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_03]: So I would imagine some of those key guys aren't going to be out there.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_03]: So he'll be out there with Harold Fanon and Deonte Johnson and guys that he's been throwing to all camp anyway.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_03]: I just, you're right.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_03]: It's going to be such a great test and he keeps saying over and over and over in the media.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just waiting for my opportunity.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just waiting.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_03]: I'll get my opportunity.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_03]: I'll make the most of it when it comes.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_03]: Well, here it is.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_03]: So I hope he, he does what he's been saying.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_03]: He's going to do.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_04]: What about you, Justin?
- 5:55[SPEAKER_04]: What are you looking for?
- 5:56[SPEAKER_04]: Like as far as should or goes, man.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_04]: I think we all have to have some tempered expectations, right?
- 6:01[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_04]: But for me, I think it's just a good opportunity to do like an eye test on the guy.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_04]: You know, like,
- 6:07[SPEAKER_04]: Relive reps in game, pressure, not any touch on the arm, and hey, the play is over stuff.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_04]: Like, let's see what this kid can do.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_04]: My thing is as far as everything stands right now, I worry that he won't get the opportunity.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_04]: My thing is I'm like, go ball out so hard that they can't deny that you need an opportunity of doing this.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_04]: Like, that would be, I know we have to temper expectations, but for me, best case scenario is he goes out there and just dices it up.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_04]: And then we make it really interesting.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_01]: It's one of those things, too, where I'm looking for things like, can you get in now the huddle?
- 6:44[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 6:45[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously, I'm looking at this play, but I'm looking for the other things that go into quarterbacking as well.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_01]: Does he have command of the huddle?
- 6:53[SPEAKER_01]: Are we taking pre-snap timeouts?
- 6:55[SPEAKER_01]: because, you know, we can't get the play in or we we're calling for motion and nobody's going in motion.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_01]: Like, do we look buttoned up?
- 7:04[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously, it's first preseason game.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_01]: There's going to be some mistakes.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not an idiot.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I'm not expecting us to be in midseason form.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_01]: But just as it looked buttoned up, does he look like he has come into the guys out in the field, like he's leading them and he knows what he's doing.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm looking for that.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_01]: And then in terms of his play,
- 7:19[SPEAKER_01]: He's obviously, he's going to be going up against some starters for the first time, but it's not like Carolina, correct me if I'm wrong, maybe I'm misremembering.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_01]: It's not like they're rolling out the eighty-five bears.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they were five and twelve last year.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm looking for him to at least look good.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_01]: He's going to be going against vanilla defenses.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_01]: It's not going to be a super exotic blitzes and coverage is at least.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't expect it most of the time in the preseason.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_01]: You play vanilla base packages and stuff like that, especially the first one.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_01]: I hope he goes out there and he plays well.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_01]: I just and I also hope to get I hope the Browns give him at least like a service of orphans of one.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_01]: Don't don't give this guy his first chance to go out there and play against the ones and play with some ones and he put him out there with
- 8:06[SPEAKER_01]: future janitors on the offensive line and he just doesn't even have time to do anything in like we can get in a valuation the guy if he just instantly running for his life so even if he's not gonna play with davon joku or jerry judy and you know some of those top guys that's given me at least a serviceable offensive line the answer johnson is a nice weapon to have for preseason game you know like that's let's do a little bit uh... given some weapons given a good line and and see what it can do can he move up and down the field i think he's gonna get
- 8:34[SPEAKER_01]: He's going to get minimum half.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I would think.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_03]: If not three quarters make sense.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_03]: And if they're the only two quarterbacks active, him and Huntley, why would you give Huntley an entire half of preseason action when he's not going to be on the team?
- 8:47[SPEAKER_01]: No sense.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_01]: No, he's going to be one of the first guys cut.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_01]: As soon as Dylan Gabriel and Kenny Pickett are doing healthy enough to go out there and start playing.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_01]: So give this guy, just give this guy a chance and I
- 9:01[SPEAKER_01]: Gage said if he plays well enough like he has a chance to to go in like take the job.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_01]: It's Joe's job, but I do think if he plays really, really well.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_01]: Like yeah, at least as a chance where the two spot is up for grabs, you know what I mean?
- 9:14[SPEAKER_01]: And he can move into that who's going to be quarterback coming out of the by week eight when we only have one win?
- 9:19[SPEAKER_01]: That's this is a good chance to start making the case that it's going to be Shador.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, this is where his opportunity to overtake Dylan Gabriel in the Browns eyes because they clearly have Gabriel ahead.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_03]: You know, and he's the only guy out of the two of them who's taken in Gabriel's getting reps with the first team like he's a first team quarterback in practice.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_01]: It's where do we stand on this so we've been texting a little bit today and stuff.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_01]: one guy asked like is it weird that the the brown seemed to be like going out of their way to not get short doors chance and put like give all these chances to deal in Gabriel and I said I don't think it's weird it might be stupid but I don't think it's weird because we all expected we all said
- 10:01[SPEAKER_01]: So as the draft was done, they're going to give Dylan Gabriel all the chances.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_03]: Right, but I thought it was more the chances like depth chart jocky and I didn't think it was going to be like two start week one, which, you know, I've seen a lot of people, especially after the draft and stuff like you can't just hand the job to shit door.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_03]: You can't, you got to make him earn it.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_03]: He's got to, you know, earn his spot and show what he can do.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_03]: Well, they handed it to Dylan Gabriel, and they just handed him first team reps, but he didn't do anything to earn him.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_03]: He didn't.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_03]: It's suffragette drafted in the third team.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_01]: But he was drafted in the third team.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_01]: But he was drafted in the third team.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_03]: But he was drafted in the third team.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_03]: But he was drafted in the third team.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_03]: But he was drafted in the third team.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_03]: But he was drafted in the third team.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_03]: But he was drafted in the third team.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_01]: But he was drafted in the third team.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_01]: But he was drafted in the third team.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_01]: But he was drafted in the third team.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_01]: They fell in love with the person and it's like the person might not match the player, right?
- 10:41[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 10:42[SPEAKER_01]: And when we drafted Dylan Gabriel, I was like sneaky and treat because I didn't watch him a ton at all because he's on the West Coast.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_01]: But I did watch him in two of his games against the team that won the National Championship.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_01]: He played well in both of them.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_01]: And obviously, you know, he's in the highs and running and I was like, okay, this guy
- 11:00[SPEAKER_01]: No, he's small, but I watched him play really well against some tough competition and he played a lot of college wise, sneaky and intrigued.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_01]: But that intrigue, that that intriguement, is that a word?
- 11:12[SPEAKER_01]: He is now, maybe.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_01]: He's wearing, it wore off real quick when you have guys coming out saying like, he just doesn't belong on an NFL football field right now.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_01]: Is that Jackson said practice comes to a screeching halt when he goes into eleven or elevens because the ball just doesn't get where it needs to go they can't do it basically he goes in and everything just kind of stops because he can't do anything and I'm just like how is this a guy who's getting first team reps then what is what is the next guys have to do not even like should or just anybody on the roster what do they have to do to eat into some of that because
- 11:49[SPEAKER_01]: Like we said, done Gabriel wasn't picked third overall.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_01]: He's picked in the third round.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_01]: So why is he just being handed first team reps?
- 11:58[SPEAKER_01]: I don't understand that part of it.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, are we really to die on the cross for third ground pick Dylan Gabriel?
- 12:05[SPEAKER_01]: Like, come on, nobody else even had him on his draft board.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_04]: At least not to be a starter.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_04]: But I guess my thing with Bill and Gabriel is everything that you hear from sources and Cleveland is that they chose him to be like the backup of the future, right?
- 12:19[SPEAKER_04]: He's the backup of the future.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_04]: That's our guy that if we ever find a franchise quarterback, this guy will be behind him.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_04]: But the thing that's crazy is
- 12:30[SPEAKER_04]: I don't even think it's necessarily a battle for starter week one.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_04]: I think it's necessarily just a battle to get to second on the depth chart.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_04]: Or even, like in Shidorah's case, get away from the bottom where you might either get cut, traded, especially if you're a Shidorah fan.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_04]: That's the last place that you want him to be is sitting at the bottom of your three guys that they clearly are favoring right now over you.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_04]: But I think it's all about positional as far as like down the road.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think any of this stuff matters for week one or even I think until Joe Flacco falls apart.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_04]: Then I think it becomes intriguing where you go.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_04]: Well, if pick it still on the team or Gabriel, you know, or whoever it is, who's the next guy that's going to step in.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_04]: I think that that's what they're trying to figure out.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_04]: At least I would hope so.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_03]: I think a lot of the stuff I've read and heard about Dylan Gabriel, too, is they love his classroom sessions, his white board, his football IQ is like top of the charts and everything.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_03]: But at some point, that has to translate to your play on the field.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_03]: I don't care how good you are in the classroom.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_03]: If you can't hit a wide open receiver on the practice field, that's what matters the most is what happens on the field.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, he might be a head of Shador in the classroom, allegedly, but on the field, I don't think so.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_01]: Well, and like you said,
- 13:42[SPEAKER_01]: Great, you're great in the classroom.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_01]: I bet you there's ten guys in our chat right now.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_01]: You can diagram plays and defense.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_01]: It's like Josh Dobbs is a rocket science.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, like if you, if you like football a lot and you watch a ton of film and stuff, you can diagram plays.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_01]: You doesn't mean you can go out there and play quarterback for the Browns.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 14:01[SPEAKER_01]: I can check it.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_01]: I bet you pick five guys out of our comment section right now that can impress somebody on a whiteboard when talking about plays and concepts.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_01]: Jake Burns does a can't play quarterback.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_01]: You can diagram the shit out of a play.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I mean, somebody can't believe we actually did play quarterback.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_01]: So it's just one of the things where it's like, um, like, what are, what are we doing in, in the, like the Shidorah stuff?
- 14:26[SPEAKER_01]: Everything we've seen, he's like excellent.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_01]: And everybody said he's also not ready to be a starter.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_01]: But I don't think any of us are saying, we want him to be the starter.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_01]: I think we just don't want him to be like in the distant fourth place.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want him to get
- 14:40[SPEAKER_01]: rate it or correct.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_03]: I believe it's on us.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_03]: The next like you said, when I think Joe needs to start the season.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think you're ready to pick it.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_03]: Joe Facco at least gives your the rest of your team and opportunity to go out and be competitive.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_03]: And that's what you want.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_03]: You don't want these veterans and these highly paid guys to get down on the season.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_03]: So that way, whenever should or does come in or whoever, the team is already like, we saw a man like we're all already checked out.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_03]: This episode is sponsored by Manly Bands.

- 15:30[SPEAKER_03]: wedding ring made from a Jack Daniel's whiskey barrel.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_03]: That's awesome.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_03]: They've got the Lord of the Rings collection.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_03]: They've got DC comics and they've also got the other materials to gold, white gold, that kind of stuff.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_03]: They've got meteorite.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_03]: They've got dinosaur bone.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_03]: They've got all kinds of stuff.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_03]: And they have a ton of other gifts as well.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_03]: They've got barware, they've got chains, they've got wristwatch, they've got all kinds of stuff.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_03]: Anything you need if you're looking for Manly Rings and Manly Things had to ManlyBans.com slash dogs and make sure to use promo code camp-twenty-five, c-a-m-p-two-five, to get an extra twenty-five dollars off your order.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_03]: That's ManlyBans.com slash dogs, promo code camp-twenty-five.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you need that for as long as it'll last, which I have a feeling is going to be about six or six weeks.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_03]: That's what we don't have to worry about it.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_01]: It will happen.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just now I'm excited for tomorrow.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_01]: How's he going to look?
- 16:30[SPEAKER_01]: Because he will get to play with ones in practice.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_01]: Those guys, they might not play in the game, but you best believe in these joint practices.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be best on best.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_01]: And he's going to get those reps now in easy.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_01]: How's he going to look?
- 16:43[SPEAKER_03]: Well, that's a good point.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_03]: He will get Jerry Judy in practice tomorrow.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_03]: He will get David and Joker.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_01]: And these teams use these joint practices a lot.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_01]: Like the practice session is almost the game.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, that's for one against one, for sure.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm excited to get some reports out of practice tomorrow.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_01]: How did he look?
- 17:02[SPEAKER_01]: Did he struggle?
- 17:02[SPEAKER_01]: Did he look competent?
- 17:04[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe maybe we come out of practice more people like holy shit.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, like I said, that's been his mantra this whole time is like, I'll be ready when I get my opportunity.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_03]: Well, let's see if he's right because that was he's getting an opportunity clearly.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_01]: So where do you stand on ever since they announced him the starter, you know, an hour and a half ago, I'm seeing so many comments to like typical Browns.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_01]: They wanted him to fail.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_01]: Haven't given him any first team reps.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_01]: Now they're just going to throw him in.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_01]: Guess who probably is happy that he gets to start on Friday?
- 17:35[SPEAKER_01]: Shoulder.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_01]: He'd rather be starting on Friday on limited reps than not playing on Friday.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_03]: And now remember, the Browns first of all, like our defensive line, not even just our first team defense, but our first team D line is better than the Panthers.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, sure.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_03]: We're got reps with the second string offense, second string offensive line against the first team defense and held his own last week.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_03]: He it was only a few reps, but he didn't look bad.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_03]: He didn't do anything stupid.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_03]: He did throw picks like he played okay.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_03]: So I think he's going to be able to hold his own.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_01]: I agree in into like the people who who were talking about, you know, we're setting him up to fail.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_01]: He's probably he's getting his opportunity like you said he just been saying I'm not worried about not going in right now.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_01]: I know or like I was drafted.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_01]: I know what my current role is and my job is to just be ready.
- 18:25[SPEAKER_01]: So now it's here.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_01]: So now he's got to go take it.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_01]: Whether it's it's fair or not.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_01]: Was it I mean Tom Brady was a six round draft pick drew blood so gets hurt.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_01]: He probably wasn't getting a ton of first team reps and practice that week.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_01]: But he was ready.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_01]: Well, this is a Tom Brady moment.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_03]: The other thing about that whole, like we're setting up the fail.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_03]: You got to remember, too.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_03]: This was not the Brown's plan.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_03]: This first preseason game was not going to be start Shador Sanders.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_03]: It was going to be probably start Kenny Pickett.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_03]: And then moved to Dylan Gabriel and let Shador finish up the game.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_03]: Well, then Kenny Pickett gets hurt.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_03]: Well, then the plan changed to, well, let's get Dylan Gabriel ready.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_03]: He'll start that first preseason game.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_03]: Then he gets hurt.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_03]: So it's not like they had this grand master conspiracy to, you know, we're going to not give him any first team reps and then boom, we're going to put him out there right away to start the, he was never the plan to start this game to begin with.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_03]: Like, this is just, this is just how it happened.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_03]: Sometimes like you said, like with Brady and Blitz, so sometimes this is just how it happens for guys.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_01]: Especially what guys drafted in the fifth round.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_01]: If you just got to be ready, that's why Brock Perti?
- 19:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_03]: You went after Gropelogout, heard.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_03]: After Tray Lance got hurt.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_01]: That's why Shidorah's out there before practice and why he's out there after practice, because he might not be getting the reps in the game or in practice, but he's putting in the extra work that you have to do as a fifth round draft pick to make sure you're ready when you do get your opportunity.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_01]: Like nobody's handled it better than Shidorah.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_01]: Shidorah fans are handling this.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_01]: So much worse than actual Shidorah Sanders is handling this.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_01]: In front of the media, everything he's been perfect.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_03]: He's been the quarterback that we have wanted.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, as far as personality, this stuff he does on and off the field, you know, the classroom stuff, the actor work, the community stuff, the way he talks to the media.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_01]: Now, if he could just put it together on the field too, it's like, he's almost been like the best parts of Baker.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_01]: in terms of like how he's handling himself and without the bad stuff.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_01]: You know, like without like talking about Duke Johnson's contract and like the brashness and the air like he's kind of coming in and like he's been humble.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I mean, and he's but he seems like a leader and we've already heard veterans on this team talk about like gravitate towards and we even heard reporters say when he gets to go into camp, like the energy comes up for everybody, not just, you know, the fans.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_01]: So, um,
- 20:39[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just really excited for Wednesday, Thursday, and in that game down.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_01]: I'm probably more excited for that game than I am for actual week one.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_03]: It's going to be must TV now.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_03]: You don't really get that very often in the preseason.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_04]: You don't at all.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_03]: No, and if you do, it's usually a rookie driven.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, that's exciting.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_01]: While we're kind of talking about the quarterbacks, I was looking at our notes here and it says, Michael Silver reported that the Browns rejected multiple trade offers for Dylan Gabriel after they took shit during the fifth.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_01]: I guess my first question is who's Michael Silver?
- 21:19[SPEAKER_03]: I'd let me pull that guy.
- 21:22[SPEAKER_01]: How much do we believe that?
- 21:24[SPEAKER_01]: Because all I know is the world acted shocked when we picked him.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_01]: And then all the such multiple teams who were calling them the very the Browns, the very next data tried to trade for him.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_01]: Nobody was going to draft him.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_01]: He writes, writes for the athletic.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't know.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_01]: I'm skeptical on that.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_01]: I'm skeptical on the literally the night before everybody was just
- 21:48[SPEAKER_01]: demolishing the browns in the media about taking get Dylan Gabriel he was in my anybody's draft board and then the very next day we draft your door and every multiple teams are reaching out trying to trade for the guy that nobody wanted the twenty four hours before
- 22:02[SPEAKER_01]: It seems to us.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I mean, I think that there probably were teams that had Gabriel, but just not in the third round, because Brown seemed like they were trying to get him ahead of, and it was reported, maybe the dolphins, maybe the eagles, there were some other teams that might have been interested in bringing him in as a backup.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_03]: So I mean, it would make sense that other teams are going, oh, well, you just took Shador in the fifth here.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_03]: Here's the seventh round pick for Gabriel, who you're probably not going to use now.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm, you know, he didn't say what the trade offers were, but I'm sure they were shit off.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_04]: Well, why would, what's, that's where I'm at.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like,
- 22:30[SPEAKER_04]: Listen, I just don't write the article, we get it.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_04]: These guys in their draft stock is not improving, and it doesn't make sense to trade them.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_04]: Just don't write the article, brother.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_04]: Sorry, you know, I'm just saving us a little bit of time.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_01]: I saw that in these notes, and I kind of want to talk about that.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_01]: I guess trying to transitioning them off quarterbacks.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_01]: This isn't an episode devoted.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_01]: We have other players on our team.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_01]: Who else are you guys excited to see in preseason action and even in these joint practices?
- 22:59[SPEAKER_01]: Who you guys watching out for?
- 23:00[SPEAKER_03]: Let me, let me do this.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_03]: Let's play that voicemail from Stacy from Stacy because she was up at training camp on Saturday.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_03]: So she kind of sent in a voicemail with some of her takeaways.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_03]: And I hope I got this set up right.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_00]: What's going on, dog's podcast.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_00]: It's Stacy.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_00]: Just wanted to give a little review slash update on
- 23:20[SPEAKER_00]: my day at Training Camp, so I ended up going August second out of the Saturday.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_00]: First off, shout out to my new buddy Kenny Mack who I ended up actually being able to meet in person, which was really, really awesome.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_00]: We actually were sitting next to each other.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_00]: and we didn't even realize we were literally directly next to each other until I posted a picture in the discord and then sure enough we were like hey are you who I think you are it was really funny so sweet to get to sit down talk with him and get to know him a little bit better but um couple things I took away from my training camp day.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_00]: Denzo Ward that man is a lockdown like he is the real deal
- 23:58[SPEAKER_00]: and he had an amazing passbreak up against Dianta Johnson right on the sideline that I was by it was really cool to see.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_00]: Other of notes, I will say someone that's really been impressing me is gauge, I came and says last name, Larviting, maybe number eighty four, a wider seaver.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_00]: That kid, he had a really nice touchdown catch from Joe Flanco and I just keep seeing him pop up in videos.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_00]: left and right I'm really excited to see him in the preseason and hopefully even make the roster I think that he could have a good future if we just give him a chance and he gets some reps in there so only other note I will say being in person and seeing doing Gabriel he is quite short I don't know how that's going to be translated into the NFL but we shall see
- 24:51[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, good.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_01]: You know, just kind of like talking about that last point.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_01]: I saw a picture of a new picture and it was Dylan Gabriel in between Joe Flag with Kenny Pickett like running off the field and I was just like
- 25:03[SPEAKER_01]: guy, I'm not trying to get a dead horse here, but holy shit, this guy's tiny, like very, these little guys, like a Kyler Murray can kind of get away with it, because he's freak athlete, you know, Drew Breeze got away with it, because he was elite accuracy, and he was just like, was able to find a way through the windows, because like his super power.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_01]: Russell Wilson got away with it, because he was athletic, roll out, roll out, let him cook.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_01]: By all accounts, Dylan Gabriel is not doing good at those things, so that, you know, would help a shorter quarterback.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_01]: I just, it's not even the fact they shorter.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_01]: He just, he looks like a high school kid playing professional football or trying to play professional football.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_01]: And by all accounts, he's not doing it very well.
- 25:46[SPEAKER_01]: And I just, I don't know, like he is.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_01]: He's just a small dude.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_01]: He's a small, small, small guy.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_01]: So in the fact that you can go up to training camp and not even, you know, even like up next to him, you're just looking at him out there with other grown men and you're like shit.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_03]: He's not easily smaller, right?
- 26:09[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, we were up for two weeks ago.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_04]: That's very fair.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_04]: Well, to go on Sacy's voicemail, Denza Ward, just slept on big time.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_04]: Easy, easy, top five guy, just, but he's on the rounds.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_03]: If he could come down with more interceptor, that's the problem.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_03]: That's why he doesn't get ranked as high, typically, because the picks are always low.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_01]: He doesn't get thrown out of that much.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_03]: True.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_03]: You know what I mean?
- 26:34[SPEAKER_03]: He's a lockdown corner.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_01]: He's awesome.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_01]: And the biggest hit knock on him, everybody talks about, oh, he's just always hurts.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_01]: But he's just not.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_01]: It's kind of like the Mario Cooper thing when he was in Dallas and everybody talked about like, oh, he's just always hurt.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_01]: But then you went and you looked back like, oh, he's missed a game.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_04]: I broke it down season by season.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_04]: It was like three games of max.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_03]: I think if you go look at the game logs He's never missed more than like three games a place or something play hurt place hurt, but he plays well.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, yeah with a Mari like going back to Dallas there was a lot of games where he would go out
- 27:06[SPEAKER_03]: for a series, because he came up limping, but then he come back in.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_03]: So that I think that just perception gets put on a guy when they're constantly going on the sideline.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's the concussion.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, it's a people who are like, boy, Mrs. Three games, you'll find me the player that doesn't.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_01]: No, I know, but especially in the secondary.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, so if you're getting elite Denzel Ward for fourteen on your seventeen game, but I'm taking that all the time and be that all the time.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_04]: Be very thankful.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, just go ahead.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_03]: I was going to answer your question originally then.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_03]: For me, like my top guy that I want to watch is Carson's Wesinger.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_03]: I am so excited.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_03]: The reports of from him or about him from camp have been.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_03]: Rave reviews.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, everybody's like this kid is the real deal.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_03]: He hits, he flies around the field.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_03]: He's always at the ball.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_03]: I just, I can't wait to watch him play against another team.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_03]: You know, because any he's as he's a starter.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_03]: He was listed as a starter on the first unofficial depth chart that came out last night, and I think he's going to be fun to watch man.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_01]: I agree.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_01]: He made me some Graham.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_01]: Nice and Graham too for sure.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_01]: I know if Miles isn't going to play.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_01]: But man, it would be pretty cool, especially if they're going to start their starters, and that was an offense that was kind of like on the rise last year.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_01]: If we could just throw our first team defense out there, like a series.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_01]: I just want to see swishing or mason Graham in these guys with miles and Alex Roy and all this stuff.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_01]: I want to see
- 28:33[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I want to see how dominant they're gonna be because I don't think we're gonna win any games.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_01]: We're not very many, but are we can we at least be in games or can we still games because the defense is just gonna be that good.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 28:44[SPEAKER_01]: And so far everybody's talking about like this defense is looking like it was two years ago.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_01]: So far in the training camp and now is it because our offense is dog shit or is it because like they're back being that dominant.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_01]: from being there.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_01]: They're, they looked on the pressure is not.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't matter if it's first string D or third.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_03]: Like, they're there.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_03]: They got home.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_03]: We talked about that after the training camp session.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_03]: It's impressive.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_04]: Well, we're on the defense too.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_04]: You know, we're talking about Carolina and, you know, like, all their five and twelve.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_04]: They got some dudes on offense.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_04]: They, like, Bryce Young ended the year extremely well.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if you guys were called this on a hot, like on a heater.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_03]: We just got to talk about Dylan Gabriel at five, ten, five, eleven being too small.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_03]: Bryce Young's five ten.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_03]: He's like under two hundred.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_01]: He's very small quarterback.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_03]: So it'll be interesting to watch him too.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_01]: He's got a very good offensive head coach, I believe.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_01]: You know, he's got some good weapons and he was probabilistic in college.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 29:46[SPEAKER_01]: So, I mean, I've done Gabriel was, too.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, Bryce, I was number one over all picks.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_03]: Same with Colour Murray.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_03]: There is a difference here between these guys.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, for sure.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_01]: So, but I just, I'm excited to watch the defense because if the bronze could be able to hang their hat on anything, this year it's going to be that front seven.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 30:03[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to have to, they're going to live off.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_01]: keep forcing turnovers.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to have to put the, they're going to have to score some points.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_01]: First of all, like the defense guy had to score touchdowns this year.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_03]: I think we're put the offensive and they're going to have to get turnovers, which we didn't last year.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_01]: That was, that was the biggest difference in defense last year and then you're before it.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_01]: is we went from forcing all those turnovers to we couldn't force turnovers and I think we talked about it on an episode very rarely do you like lead the league in turnovers every single year because turnovers tip balls you know one year lead the league in turnovers how many lucky bounces went your way you punch the ball out and it happened to bounce right to your guy instead of their guy yeah and then last year we punched the ball out and it goes out of bounds they retain possession or we tip it up in in nobody's in the area to get the deflected intersection
- 30:53[SPEAKER_01]: So the turnovers are so like there's so many variables and actually forcing the turnover.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_01]: You can get the ball out and still not get a turnover.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so we got to get back to forcing turnovers, getting pressure, putting the offense like in plus territory because in doesn't Hopkins has to make field goals.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_03]: He made three or four of the other day, right?
- 31:14[SPEAKER_03]: So any five percent's better than what he did last year?
- 31:16[SPEAKER_01]: Dustin, Dustin Hopkins has to make field goals this year.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_01]: Like if we want any chance to be watchable or anything, he's got to go back to making field goals.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's odd that yesterday I believe it was was the first day of all training camp that Dustin Hopkins kicked field goals.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_03]: At least in front of the public.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, there's we kind of do things that are odd.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_03]: Dude, we do some no shit, huh?
- 31:42[SPEAKER_03]: This episode is sponsored by Southern New Hampshire University.

- 32:13[SPEAKER_03]: So seriously, what are you waiting for?
- 32:15[SPEAKER_03]: Head over to SNHU.edu slash bark to learn how you can get started on your degree for your new career.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_03]: One hundred percent online and one hundred percent on your time.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_03]: SNHU.edu slash bark.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_01]: We have a better offense than last year and the defense is looking elite so far.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_01]: I guess my only thing is what evidence do you have with the offenses better?
- 32:38[SPEAKER_04]: I worry.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_04]: I was just going to ask you guys.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_04]: I worry that do you think it's the same thing from last year where the offense can't stay on the field and the defenses.
- 32:47[SPEAKER_04]: always on the field.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_04]: And we just worn down.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_01]: We were super excited about getting rid of Dorsey and bringing it going back to Kevin's offense or Tommy Reese.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_01]: But I felt a lot better about this offense when we had Quinn's fun jug when you can run the board.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_01]: Control the clock and yeah.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_01]: This is what I'll say.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_01]: Be skeptical.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_03]: of this offense.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, absolutely a hundred percent.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_03]: I don't blame anybody for that.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_03]: I also try to remind myself often that we've seen Kevin and while I don't think Kevin is the ultimate offensive mastermind like some of these other head coaches that you know, these coordinators they could promote it to head coaching jobs, but we've seen him win games and go out and be a competent offense with PJ Walker and DTR who is ass.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_03]: So
- 33:30[SPEAKER_03]: Are we going to be a better offense with Joe Flacco than those guys?
- 33:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, we already know that.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_03]: We've seen it.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_03]: Would we be better with Shador?
- 33:37[SPEAKER_03]: I hope so.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_03]: That's the plan.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_03]: That's the goal.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_03]: So I last year was historically bad.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think it can be any worse.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_03]: This is the Browns.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_03]: So there's always an opportunity to be worse.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_01]: But I guess my biggest fear about the offense and just us in general this year is the schedule.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_01]: And maybe it's I'm spooking myself like
- 33:58[SPEAKER_01]: because we don't know which teams are actually gonna be good this year, what you know, but just we got, we play a pretty soft defense week one against the bangles.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_01]: We might, we could possibly win that game, eighty to seventy nine or something.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_01]: You know, because they're not gonna stop a nosebleed this year.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_01]: But then you got the Ravens, the Packers, the Lions, the Vikings, and the Steelers.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_01]: And you don't play what I would consider like another like manageable defense until the Dolphins.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_01]: And then you go in and against the Patriots, I would expect them to be.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_01]: I don't.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think that's a sleep game at all.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_01]: I got to a very tough game.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_01]: Like, the variable obviously has inside knowledge of what we're trying to do.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_01]: And then you got the jet to defensively, you'll probably, I mean, we play some tough, fatigue fences this year to for a seat for a team that we don't even know outside of Joe Flacco, if he doesn't, who's going to play quarterback?
- 34:55[SPEAKER_01]: We don't know who wide receiver two is right now.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_03]: It's you're getting you had a great point with the other thing too though, and I'm just trying to go both sides on this, but like last year, the Broncos were one of the best defenses in the league and we just caught them on a game where they couldn't stop us.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, we went wild on them.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_03]: If James didn't throw those two picks sixes at the end, we win that game because they couldn't stop us from scoring.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_03]: And it was like, wow, we're really moving the ball and down the field on an elite defense.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_03]: So you just never know.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_03]: And some of these defenses you look at, and they're like supposed to be a great team.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_03]: And then they turn out not to be, and somebody surprises you like the commanders last year.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_01]: I somebody said in here why isn't Samson above Ford is RB one.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_01]: I am a little bit intrigued.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_01]: I've that is a guy I've heard almost nothing about.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_03]: So far he's a so I mean Ford missed Ford missed the first what four or five sessions of training came in just keep signing running backs here strong was the starter.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like the first team if I had to guess it's it's almost always with rookie running backs pass blocking.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_01]: pass protection you don't you're not going to be a starting running back in the fell if they can't trust you to pass block but it's been almost
- 36:07[SPEAKER_01]: too quiet on the don't say I heard nothing.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_03]: I heard if he looks good if he looks explosive if he's I've heard literally nothing about him this entire training for a couple things that said that people's life showed some highlights and said he looks good and you know, but it's so the thing with running back in training camp so hard to evaluate because you can't tell at least not typically the first stretch of training camp it was well if they they get through the line they're you know they just run you know you can't tackle them and then now we're actually hitting but
- 36:34[SPEAKER_03]: It actually was stamped and they got demolished by a swissinger.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I saw that.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_01]: Cartoon when we took him now is like we just took a linebacker after DT after a defensive tackle and we screamed all off season about how we wanted offense offense.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't be drafted defensive player until you know ever.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_01]: Man, I'm very excited to watch them.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, him.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_01]: Could you imagine if we could pair if we could have ordered him with J. Okay.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_01]: Well, if we had J. Okay, we might not draft him.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_03]: True.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_03]: It's fair.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_01]: But man, that would be because everybody's saying he just kind of like looks different for a rookie linebacker.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_01]: Like the way moves the way hits.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, America Joe.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the YouTube dog pack.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, he's in the
- 37:16[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_01]: Joe America.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_01]: Well, welcome to this one.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_03]: We appreciate the constant support.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_03]: Joe's in fancy leagues with us, too.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_03]: Dynasty and Reger.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_03]: He said the gambling degenerate.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_01]: He stole his bet.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_01]: Oh man, but I'm excited for that.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_01]: I'm really excited to see Harold Fainan.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, absolutely.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_01]: Not even necessarily like how he plays, I'm super excited to see how he's used.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I don't expect him to empty the playbook, but I do, it could be interesting to see where they got him lined up.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_01]: We saw something in our comments.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_01]: I think it was like last episode of the one before they said a bowling green like they lined him up everywhere.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_01]: Motion by the back field, motion reading to the back field, in line out like or he was only an online tight end.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_01]: It was a very low percentage of the time.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_01]: I don't remember the exact number they said, but it was he was almost used in different positions exclusively.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_01]: He just called tight end because he's bigger.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_04]: I think Josh had the numbers on it.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_04]: He was like over fifty percent of their total production at bowling green or something pretty forced.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I remember you do in the numbers and it was and that was the guy that everybody knew was going to get the ball to and he still ain't stopping and they played a couple.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_03]: that everyone will say, oh, well, he played in the Mac, you know, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_03]: They played some day, played Penn State.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, great games against his best opponents.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_03]: The ranked opponents that they played in the ball game, he balled out.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, balled out.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_03]: So I mean, now he's another guy getting some rave reviews from camp.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_03]: And I think you made the comment last week, Blake, you said he could be what Kyle Pitz was supposed to be.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, coming to the league.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_03]: And I think you might be right about that.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_01]: That would be pretty stellar.
- 38:54[SPEAKER_01]: We're still waiting on Kyle Pitt's Dev is breakout year.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_01]: I'm told it's coming.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_01]: Anybody else you guys are watching for?
- 39:02[SPEAKER_01]: What about you guys in the chat?
- 39:03[SPEAKER_01]: Anybody you guys are watching for?
- 39:05[SPEAKER_03]: Stacey said gauge larpidane.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_03]: So we've been hyped on Luke Floria, Menor Kid, Kent State, been balling out in camp.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_03]: But as good as Luke Florey has been, I think gauge larva dain from all the reports and everything.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_03]: He might even be doing better than I mean, he's come that did you guys see the play the Shador touchdown.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_03]: I forget when it was last week some time where you hit him in the back of the end zone.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_03]: It's over the defender.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_04]: How you got both feet in the out of bounds one were.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, gauge caught it got somehow got both feet in.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, that's an NFL catch.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_04]: We had a test on the day we went up to.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_01]: I'm excited to see some of these undrafted guys that have played well.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_01]: See how they fare against some real competition.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_01]: Let me see your hello to everyone from the dogs podcast and chat now with Huntley on board.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_01]: How long will Jimmy D in front office keep going to circus when the stack could be room.
- 39:58[SPEAKER_01]: I think some people
- 40:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's just in Brown's fans' nature to just see news and instantly overreact to it, but it's not crazy for a team to sign a campbody in camp when they have injuries at a position.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, especially in campbody, a guy who is on the team and knows the offense.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_01]: We have a game this week.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_01]: We only have one quarterback who's going to play and set game until we sign this guy.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_01]: So you can't roll into a preseason game with the only should doer and the other three guys aren't even dressed.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_01]: What God forbid worsening happens to destroy gets hurt.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to put it quarterback, you know, so you had to go get it.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's not NFL teams all over the league, goes on camp bodies to have for camp and Tyler Huntley's not going to be on this team three weeks for now.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_03]: I just I think because like you said people will see that one piece of news, but they also missed the news that can he pick and Dylan Gabriel probably weren't going to play and Joe Flacco probably wasn't going to play and it's like we can't just have one quarterback.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_03]: for the for the week for the game got to have a couple so.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_03]: Who in the chat.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, Kenny Max says, Lamarian James is a UDFA cornerback.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_03]: The cornerback with Martin Emerson being out for the season.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_03]: Well, interesting.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_03]: That's a position where depth after Newsom and Denzel Ward.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, can Mitchell's been looking okay.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_03]: It's Miles Harden, uh, draft pick from what last year.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_03]: I think six rounds of the rompick.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_03]: And that's a bunch of UDFA guys and James is one of them.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_01]: The defense is going to live and die off the pressure.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to, they're going to, that front is going to have to, Miles is going to have to have a defense player the year season again.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_01]: Like he's, it's got, they got a feast up front because, uh, we thought we're going to have Denzel, Martin Emerson, you know, all these guys, even Delpit's been nursing the injury.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like playing off and on and camp.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_04]: Well, that's us like every time like in the off season where it's like, oh, we have news to him.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_04]: He's extra.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_04]: You let's train him away.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_04]: Let's see what we can get for him.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_04]: That's one of the unwritten rules here.
- 41:53[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like of the show is you do not trade secondary pieces away because they will be the first.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, you draft one every year.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_01]: We can't be getting the share, but yeah, because you can't have too many defensive backs.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_01]: These guys get hurt more than anybody they do.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_01]: Soft tissue injuries, hamstring poles, concussions, because they're typically smaller than everybody.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_01]: You got Denzel Ward trying to tackle a two hundred and eighty pound tight end and wonder why it gets hurt.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_01]: Well, that's why he's just a tackle to guide you out ways and by seventy five pounds.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_01]: So, Kelly said, thanks for answering.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_01]: You're welcome.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_01]: That's what we do here.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_03]: I would also be interested, obviously, because we talked about what sort of offensive line is should we're going to get starting out?
- 42:39[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I'm interested to see how Zack's in her looks.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_03]: I know he had some sort of entry the other day, but I think he was okay.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_03]: So I want to, because that's a guy we took in the third round last year that needs to be a future piece of our offensive line.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_03]: I need to see some development from him.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_03]: I heard Luke Whipler has been playing very well at center in camp.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_03]: Good.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_03]: A traffic from a couple of years ago out of Ohio State.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_03]: So some of those guys, Kevin Jenkins,
- 43:04[SPEAKER_03]: basically these backup death piece on offensive line because we know that our five starters likely won't be the five starters next year.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_03]: Do we have any guys that can step into that role moving forward?
- 43:14[SPEAKER_03]: Very fair.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_03]: This offensive line got old real real fast.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_04]: And we didn't get a chance to.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_03]: It's like we were screwing around waiting for the Sean Watson to get good and then all this other stuff just passed us by.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yep, we didn't, you know, you get old real quick when you're not addressing with the younger talent coming in.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_01]: I had something on the tip of my tongue.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_01]: I get, oh, I want to see the run game.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, it was terrible.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_01]: So I want to see if this office of line, how they're playing as a unit, whoever it is.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_01]: And I just want to see, like, his room for going to play.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_01]: How does he look?
- 43:51[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't seem to get to play.
- 43:52[SPEAKER_01]: How does he look?
- 43:52[SPEAKER_01]: I want to see what we're going to be able to run the ball because it's going to hinge on.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_01]: We can't let Joe Flacco throw forty times a game.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_01]: We saw what happens.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_01]: He might throw for five thousand yards.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_01]: We can throw for fifty interceptions also.
- 44:04[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 44:05[SPEAKER_01]: So we got to be able to run the ball, control the clock a little bit, you know, on the defense.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_01]: So I want to see if this run game is going to be good again, or we're going to be living in second and twelve in all season, which I don't know if I can watch another season of last year.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I mean, there's a fifty percent chance we could get that again.

- 46:07[SPEAKER_03]: the big thing or the preseason game is something that you harp on all the time is don't get overly reactive or excited about good things you see it's okay to be you know hey sweet those are good throw good catch whatever but we don't need to go austin walkins on some of these guys and and like from a few years ago but if we look bad
- 46:25[SPEAKER_03]: That's the stuff to pay attention to.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_03]: There's last year all the best stuff we saw on the preseason games was all the best stuff we saw on the regular season.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_03]: It just carried over.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_01]: If you're new, if you're new to the show, our golden role here is it's okay.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_01]: It's good to look good in the preseason.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_01]: You don't want to look bad.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_01]: If you look good, it doesn't mean you're going to be good in the regular season.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_01]: But if you look awful in the preseason, there's a good chance you're going to be dog shit in the regular season.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_03]: There's miscommunications if we're off-size.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_03]: If you can't line up, you can't line up.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_01]: can't move the ball every pass is a dinking.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's what it's going to be in the season.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, we can we convince ourselves three times.
- 46:59[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, we don't have our starter out there.
- 47:01[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, we don't have this or oh these guys have been backed up.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_01]: They haven't got any reps.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's it's
- 47:08[SPEAKER_01]: It's if you look terrible in the preseason chances are you're not going to be a good football team.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_01]: Like you see these good teams that they come out and they give their starters a series and it's like four plays touchdown and then they're done.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_01]: You watch the Browns come out with starters the last couple years and it's like three and out.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_01]: three and out what's the other series all they went for an out this time and it's like well it's just the preseason I feel you know they haven't got to practice together time they're shaking off the rust with other freaking excuse anybody could come up with don't want to get injured yeah yeah and then we came out soft and unorganized and
- 47:45[SPEAKER_01]: I know we don't want to take guys injured, but they get injured anyways.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_01]: I'd be playing our start like, I'm not saying they got to go play a half, but man, I'd be letting these guys play a little bit, let them bang around a little bit because...
- 47:57[SPEAKER_01]: The way we've done it the last few years, it's not like we've seen a huge reduction in injuries.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_01]: No, they roll out of bed and roll right.
- 48:05[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, to me now I am, so I get it.
- 48:07[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just making the facts out of here.
- 48:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, no, no, I'm just putting it in their prime athletes.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_03]: You know, so like let's let these guys play a little bit.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it kind of goes back to twenty twenty three two.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_03]: We took that entire week eighteen and we spent all the starters to keep everybody healthy.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_03]: We took that week off and then went down to the Houston and got just boat raised out of there.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_03]: We looked at you're stupid.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_03]: We couldn't do anything on defense.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_03]: And then the offense was, you know, okay for a little bit until the turnover started and it was all over.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_03]: So you just keep just get them out there a little bit.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and you got to condition your body to get.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's another thing with the injuries.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_03]: If these guys aren't prepared, we talked to some of these, you know, browns alumni from back in the day and they're like,
- 48:51[SPEAKER_03]: We're wasting every end.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_01]: We're wasting every end.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_01]: And I feel like the Browns, at least by all the reports, training camp has been more intense and more physical this year.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_03]: It's about time because I mean, man, years past, it's like, what are we doing out here?
- 49:06[SPEAKER_03]: This isn't for walkthrough.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, walkthrough.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_01]: The first time you get punched in the mouth can't be in the game.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 49:12[SPEAKER_04]: It's a bad training for a fight.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_01]: yeah so all right well anything else we want to get into before we we wrap it up i did want to call out everybody who's watching us
- 49:24[SPEAKER_01]: This is a good, we haven't had a turnout like this in a while.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_01]: I apparently the Shidorah fan, so we appreciate everybody who's watching right now.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_01]: This has been a fun one.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_01]: I haven't heard too much Mason Graham in training camp.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_01]: I'm excited to see him.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_01]: By all reports he's been as advertised.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, uh, better.
- 49:38[SPEAKER_03]: Better than ever.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_01]: He's been very, very, very good.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_03]: And it was, what everybody said, like if you heard, you know, coaches of his from college or teammates and stuff, they said,
- 49:47[SPEAKER_03]: wait till the past come on.
- 49:48[SPEAKER_03]: Like just wait for for the past to come on when Mason can actually get physical when he turns into an animal.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_04]: And that video with him on why it teller, where he's doing the spin move, I'm like, oh man, how fun with that?
- 49:59[SPEAKER_04]: That is.
- 50:00[SPEAKER_04]: And that's just coming straight up the guy at you.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_03]: I think we're going to be okay.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_03]: This case scenario for this season.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_03]: And this is obviously pie in the sky.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_03]: But it's that the young guys on defense show that they are legitimate core pieces moving forward.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_03]: We still got our top guys current core locked up.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_03]: And we find a quarterback in Shador Sanders for the future.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_03]: Like that would be pie in the sky.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_03]: Whatever the record is this year, it leads you into next year going okay.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_03]: This could be a team.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_04]: Just don't let it be end of the year and we're going, man, I really wish we could have gotten some eyes on this guys.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_01]: So let's just go to this draft.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_01]: I did see what we'll take the last two minutes here, whatever.
- 50:37[SPEAKER_01]: I saw a comment that said, we're going to come out of the first six games, three and three.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_01]: Just to me, that's behind this guy.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_01]: But that's Bengals Ravens Packers Lions Vikings Steelers.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_01]: That's six.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_01]: So I think if I'm picking three winnable games out there, I'm going to go to the Bengals.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_01]: maybe lend the Vikings the Vikings just because I don't want to keep my car.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, we don't lend in.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, our Vikings.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_01]: And then probably to the Packers or the Steelers is my third one.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to say.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_03]: Packers is a home, right?
- 51:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 51:09[SPEAKER_03]: Steelers is on the road.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_01]: So Ravens, loss, lines away, loss.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_01]: I kind of want to go to that game.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_01]: But if we're three and three out of that stretch, then you come into the Dolphins Patriots Jets Ravens Raiders.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_01]: That's more manageable than if you can, and now we're getting crazy Browns talk here.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_01]: But then, you know, you go to your next six games here.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_04]: Here we go.
- 51:34[SPEAKER_01]: You got Dolphins Patriots, Jets Ravens Raiders, Niners, and you're next six.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_01]: You can, if you've won three of your first ones against those, you can beat the Patriots, the Jets, and the Raiders.
- 51:46[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 51:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_01]: You can go three and three and now I'll send you six and six and you then the stretch the stretch playoffs.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_03]: What the hell is that?
- 51:55[SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna get all loopy here.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_01]: Then down the stretch you got Niners Titan's Bears Bill's dealer's Bengals and at this point I would say Titans is a winnable game.
- 52:04[SPEAKER_01]: Bears what bears got a lot of preseason height but everything I'm here now there is his dumpster fire right now and off and Caleb Williams looks lost.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_01]: I haven't heard anything out of bears like it's it's I'm hearing it's not good in Chicago right now.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_01]: So you're talking Titans bears possible winning games Bengals is a winnable game all the sudden like you're sitting at nine wins.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_01]: Can you steal one somewhere?
- 52:28[SPEAKER_01]: Can you still want to be just still one?
- 52:31[SPEAKER_01]: So I've gone from saying in a blink of an eye.
- 52:34[SPEAKER_01]: We're not waiting a freaking game.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_01]: We're not waiting a game.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_01]: We're one in ten games.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_01]: We're saying.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_01]: I can see ten.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_01]: I can pick out ten wings right here.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_03]: That they had an announcement doors to start.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_03]: This episode would have been a completely different tone.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_03]: I'm telling you right now.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_01]: It's one of those things where I don't think I would just go and based off of where you're going to come out of this at three and three.
- 52:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 52:56[SPEAKER_01]: So I started picking, looking at game, other games that if you're thinking in that line of thought that we could, we could steal some more games.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_03]: So for schedule people.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_01]: But it's like what Rangers did for you.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_03]: What we're going to be, we won't even be to week two yet and the schedule is going to look different because injuries are going to have.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_03]: It's just like infancy.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_03]: You can drive like a team that you're like, man, this team's a championship roster.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_03]: You could be one week into the season and three of those guys are out.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_03]: You're done.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_03]: Like you got it.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_03]: Now you guys start making moves and your team looks different than you thought it did the day before.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_01]: I change it to foreign to we lose to the lines in the Ravens.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_01]: I need your kind of optimism man.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_01]: This is a lot of rounds fans man.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_01]: Browns versus Ravens in the Super Bowl that.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_01]: I like the energy.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, we'll see.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_01]: This Friday, well, I'm going to either feel like, ah, we look buttoned up.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to be like, right back to like no more.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_01]: This is lining up.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_03]: So cool, though, because so she doors getting the start on Friday.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_03]: And then we get to do our reaction show on Sunday.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_03]: We're not doing this Saturday.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to do Sunday with hand for Dixon.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_03]: Who is a big time?
- 54:01[SPEAKER_03]: Should doors can be the guy.
- 54:03[SPEAKER_03]: proponent like he's out there advocating should door needs reps.
- 54:06[SPEAKER_03]: So I really can't wait to talk to him for Dixon especially if the game goes well.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, the should order looks at least competent.
- 54:13[SPEAKER_03]: Again, temporary expectations like just said we don't need him to go out there for three hundred yards three touchdowns and look like all that stuff.
- 54:20[SPEAKER_03]: I need to see a couple throws like damn that's an NFL throw.
- 54:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, man the huddle like you said move up and down the field a little bit.
- 54:25[SPEAKER_03]: No, no stupid mistakes.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_03]: Stuff like that.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_03]: Just look confident move the offense.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_03]: I agree.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_01]: Well, we appreciate everybody who tuned in tonight.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_01]: Our first studio live in a while, and it was what I liked.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, success.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_01]: You see.
- 54:44[SPEAKER_01]: I love you guys in the chat.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_01]: You guys are the best.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_01]: Probably more successful than the Browns will be this year.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_01]: I believe they can get to nine to ten.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_01]: That's hope.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_01]: So that's the end on this.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_01]: So now I know we appreciate that.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_01]: I really, really hope so it'll make this season a lot more fun because last season was freaking brutal.
- 55:02[SPEAKER_03]: Remember, the roller coaster fan, your fan experience.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_03]: Because the last episode, I think we said we're probably not going to win more in two games this episode.
- 55:10[SPEAKER_03]: We're goal the playoffs.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_03]: We'll see how Sunday goes.

- 55:37[SPEAKER_01]: because there's people on night shift in their talking, people in other countries and time zones talking, it's literally just browns, twenty fours, sevens.
