- Casey: What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Mention It All Again podcast. I'm your co-host, Casey, but more importantly, our other co-host is the moment always, but especially on the day this episode's being released, because it is Blake's birthday. Blake: Holla Thank you, Casey, for that introduction. Yes, d by the time this is released, I will be twenty-eight. Which is crazy. I'm I'm I feel ancient, but I I'm going to take a book out of our muse for this episode, Stasi, and I'm going to embrace aging, and I'm going to embrace my birthday, which I typically Casey: Wow. So youthful. Blake: Always like feel a little bit weird about. I don't know if you get that. I feel like people are either like Yeah. But it's not even like the aging thing, like I'm low key kidding, I actually do Casey: Yeah, I feel like that's like a thing. Like the birthday scaries are a little like Blake: I actually like think that that's like a great thing and I feel like every year like gets better you get like more wisdom your your friends get better like I feel like you like learn more about what you want your life to be like ⁓ But it's more just like the like it's like funny because it's like I feel like I'm a very boisterous person But I feel like on my birthday the attention is like forced cause everyone feels like they have to pay attention to me and like wish me happy birthday So I feel like that's when I sort of am like shying away from the attention. Casey: Sure. Blake: 'Cause it's like not coming from me just being like silly and goofy and stupid. It's like everyone feels like, ⁓ it's the birthday boy. Hey, birthday boy, and I'm like, ⁓ we don't have to have this conversation right now. Like it's really fine. I know. Guys, stop it. But but yes, enough about me. I do want to shout out, ⁓ it's Virgo season. My birthday is the second day of Virgo season. I think today's the first. We're recording this on the twenty-third of August. ⁓ Casey: Okay. stop. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Blake: So I think today's the first. And in that, in the name of Virgos, I wanted to shout out some of the most iconic Virgo housewives. And I found because I think there's a lot of I mean, there's a lot of housewives, so I think there's a lot of Virgos, but like most of them are just, you know, unnecessary. But a lot of the main ones, heavy hitters, are Virgos. ⁓ I'm I am blessed to share a list with some of these women and and disappointed and ⁓ disgusted with. A few of them, but I'll go down the list. Caroline Manzo. Boo. Giselle Bryant. Yay. ⁓ my god. Leah McShitty, who ruined Rony. Nicole, right? Nicole ⁓ forgot her last name from Miami. She's great. ⁓ Lisa Vanderpomp. Casey: The Queen. I was like who? Okay. Blake: Like an icon but also a crazy lady. Right. Okay, Kim Richards. Yay. Woohoo. ⁓ Sutton Strach. Mmm. Okay. Tamra Judge. And she's, I think, like Tamra and Giselle are like the two, and Lv P are like the three, like, I think top Virgo housewives. And then Camille Grammer. ⁓ little throwback. Casey: Mm-hmm. Like whatever, fine. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Blake: for her. But ⁓ those are the main those are the main ones. ⁓ and I think overall what I what my take is is that the Virgo housewives tend to be more on the like taking charge of like pushing the plot line forward or creating, like producing if they need to, like being the ones who I think like like Tamar will go in and create a scene or like push people to have a conversation if they need to. L VP was very behind the scenes. Puppet mastery Giselle, you know, as as we all know, watching Ultimate Girl Strip, she just fully goes in and says, like, hey, Tamara, Vicky was talking about you. Like, let's get it poppin' in here. No, she's incredible. So I will say overall, I I think that's a pretty good list. I think that there's some there's some boots, but overall, I think toots. ⁓ the toots make up for the boots. I'll put it that way. But as I mentioned. Casey: She's the best. Okay, sure. That's beautiful. Blake: Today we are celebrating my birthday by celebrating Stasi Schroeder's many birthday bashes, birthday celebrations, a across I believe we're doing season one, two, five, six, and seven. And so across all those seasons she gets either one or two birthday episodes. And we will be taking a trip down memory lane, watching such an icon, Age with Grace. I believe we start at the age twenty four. Casey: Turning twenty four, yes. So she's She's at her most youthful season one. She's 23, turning 24. And we did recap a lot of this in our Vanderpump Rules season one, part one episode. So if you haven't listened to that, go go take a listen at at your leisure. So some of this you're gonna be like, wait, why didn't they dive more into that? Go find it. We are we already did. We did. Because we did. But if you're if you haven't listened to remind you Blake: Because we did. Because we already did. Casey: Or if you listened and it's been a minute, Stasi and Jax are in the middle of their breakup, and Kristen and Katie are being lame as fuck about it. They are literally being the worst friends. They are being such birds. Like it is infuriating. And they're really mad that Stasi has moved on with this other loser, Frank. But we didn't even know he was like that much of a loser at this point. But another loser, but they're mad basically because they like really thought that her and Jax were gonna just get back. together. So like this new guy being around is like proof that Sasi is like actually moving on and they they hate this. Blake: Yeah. Well, 'cause also they mentioned that I think Stasi and Jax had like broken up air quotes, like, several times. So I actually would have loved because I feel like we get in the first season a Stasi who was like like we said, like basically ready to be done with Jax. I would have loved to like have seen a little bit of more of their relationship when it was like w when they were kind of going back in and out. Because I Casey: Right. Blake: I feel like everyone else had this reaction of like, ⁓ my god, like this is crazy. You can't break up with him. Like we're we're this friend group and it's you're gonna ruin the friend group. And like the viewers watching it, like she she picked up on that quick. She she dropped him. She didn't have a second thought about it. And obviously, like it took some time to get there. We don't really get to see that. But overall very impressive. Casey: Right. And it's equally unimpressive how everyone else reacts, but they're going to Vegas for Stasi's birthday amidst this kind of new tension and Katie and Kristen are being extremely annoying about it. They're like, we won't drive in the same car as Frank. Like they're like when they're getting ready to go out, they're like, we are not getting ready in the room that he's staying in. Like you have to come to one of our rooms. It's just it's so dumb. and you know Blake: It's so petty. You're like you are Yeah, they're all they all took work off like at the exact same time and like left the restaurant, which is I think that's really funny to do to Lisa Vanderpump. But it's crazy to me how comfortable they are actively causing scenes and problems and headaches on their best friend's birthday trip. Like this is something they spent money PTO on. Casey: Like, okay, and they're all off work. Blake: And they are actively just not being team players. Like they're so comfortable just being like, Yeah, we don't give a fuck about you enough, Stasty, to just like do what you want to make this like a good weekend. Casey: Right. Well, and what makes it I mean, there are like a million things about it that make it ridiculous, but I just had a real life scenario where I was Preaching this exact sentiment. Birthday law should be respected no matter what. And birthday law is when it's someone's birthday, you shut the hell up about anything about them that's bothering you. Save it for tomorrow. Don't bring it up today. It's and that goes for if you're going on a birthday trip. It is a birthday trip that is now for the duration, any issue that you're gonna have with them unless like you legitimately like just wanna like hash it out real quick and like Blake: Yeah. Casey: be done with it needs to wait. Like you are at a birthday celebration. Or you need to leave. Like then don't come if you like can't have a good time and like be nice to the birthday person. But they are not respecting birthday law. And honestly, like even like animals and uncivilized peoples probably respect birthday law. Like this is basic this is basic human tenet. Like don't piss me off. Don't piss me off. Just this one time you guys couldn't suck it up? Like you wouldn't drive in the car with her? Blake: Also when When is it No, lit they you they made them get a third car for the two of them because nobody would be in the same SUV vehicle as Frank on principle that like they're mad that she's breaking up with Jack, which is ultra shitty because it's like not even we don't like Frank, it's we don't respect the decision you made for yourself to end your toxic relationship because we are birds and we can't have our own self respect for Casey: Yes. Blake: For the fact that we're with some bums and we we actually care more about the man's feelings and keeping the friend group together than the fact that this man admitted to cheating on you. Casey: Right. No, it's so selfish. Like, and Stasi says that I think in a confessional. She's like, it's not that they don't like Frank. It's that they are mad that their that the friend group is being affected, that like their regular life is changing. Like it makes their weekends a little bit more difficult. Cause now they either have to choose hanging out with their boyfriends who are gonna be with Jax or hang out with Stasi and they can't have it all at one point. And it's so lame. Like, think about your friend first. Like, why are you guys such birds? And we've talked about this phenomenon. Blake: Like Casey: before, we should probably give it a name, but like when it you can't call it out in somebody else because you would implicate yourself in doing so, like they can't acknowledge that Jax is so awful because they would have to acknowledge that their boyfriends are equally as awful. Blake: ⁓ Yeah. Casey: And another thing, I th I just thought about this as well. They don't know what it's like to like have to deal with someone who has an annoying boyfriend and just like suck it up. Like, ⁓ my god, like just get in the car with him. You don't have to love him. Like drive to Vegas. It's not that far. They don't know because they are the girls with the annoying boyfriends. So they they've never had to endure this before. Blake: Yes Clock that tea, mama. No, it's Casey: So they literally are like, What do you mean I ha like I simply cannot spend an ounce of time with this man who I don't approve of? Like, get in the car girl Blake: Girl, everyone who knows you does that for you. For you. Like, you think that you are like upstanding citizens? You have this show purely because you are not. You are the complete opposite. Yet, like, genuinely. And they are so like it is the emotional intelligence, the selfishness, like it they're the every time I watch these people, I'm like, you are all creatures. ⁓ but it is really funny to see. Casey: Because you guys are all trash. Blake: Like the the the way that and I I always wonder this like what the the real restaurant dynamics are because I know like Lisa is putting a show on but she definitely gives preferential treatment to like the A team and then there's like the B team of servers where they're like, you know, ⁓ like we want to go too and she's like absolutely not like I need I need somebody needs to work. Like there needs to be someone like giving the food to the patrons. Casey: Like you guys know. Right. And Lisa like pretends to be mad that they're all off at the same time, even though like they're technically working for her just off site. Like they're like it's not like they're like actually calling out. Like they are working for you just in a different loc they're at Villa Blanca, like for the night for all intents and purposes. Blake: Right they are They're still filming Right Just right. Yeah, girl, they're they're they're they're make giving you that producer royalty check. Like th what do you think what else do you think and also like yeah, I I'm sure that you only have like six waitresses total and like four of them are on this trip. Girl please. Like you have people who you definitely saw and said you'll never be on TV, you will stay a regular waiter. Those people are insane. They're ⁓ did I just see you do a bump in the bathroom? Get over here. Casey: Yeah. ⁓ you're gonna be working a lot. Blake: Camera lights camera action like Casey: You're off the schedule from now on because I need you on my show, and the uglies can hold down the fort and take the orders. Blake: And and can by the way, can you ⁓ clean that plate it was left ⁓ from the last patron over there? But ⁓ yeah, no, it's it's really funny and I and Sheena at this point is technically on like the B team even though she's being propped up to be like in the A team, but she just like no one likes her at this point. So she's not on the trip. Casey: G Right. Yeah, she's not she's not there. She's like still trying to claw her way into some of those invites. ⁓ this is early on. This is season one, episode four is the season one episode. So like Sheena is still working her way in, but the the big situation of Stasi's birthday during this episode is that they go to like this Moroccan restaurant in a strip mall and Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: Chaos ensues. And again, in our season one recap episode, we get into it in in detail because it pisses me the hell off. Cause Tom Schwartz throws a drink on Stasi and curses her out, and Katie takes his side and Jack's strips in the parking lot, he takes off his chunky sweater. So, like, there's a lot going on, but honestly, like Blake: He ⁓ and we have to make very clear he Jax was not invited to this trip. They they just broke up, Stassian Jax just broke up. She naturally says, You can't come anymore, and he's like, I'm gonna come to win her back. Obviously, we get more into that in our last episode. ⁓ it's very much stalker vibes, it's definitely not endearing. Casey: ⁓ right, no. Right. I actually love our our I love our take a lot. Like I'm just gonna say it again. But it is like like it's like a tale that someone could spin to be cute. Like he never gave up on me. Like that's how Katie and Kristen are telling it. They're like, he's so like faithful and he loves you so much. Like he would do anything for you. He'd cross state lines even when you tell him you want him nowhere around. Like, Mama, that's harassment and stalking. Like Blake: Ha ha ha. Ha ha ha. Yeah, I'm like, ⁓ so he would violate boundaries that you set in place for you. So that that seems like it's ultimately against your own wishes and not what you wanted. So Casey: Ultimately more diabolical than the stocking is the outfit choice. The sweater. Like you truly people have been talking about the sweater for however long now, over a decade since this pr premiered, about a decade. And it will never it will never not get in absolutely insane. Blake: ⁓ my god. These guys were so like we don't say this word anymore because it's a stupid word, but like it does apply, especially b at this po time point, this point in time, like twenty twelve or whatever, but they were so metrosexual. Like they were metrosexual down in the way that they were like straight guys, but like were doing all this like upkeep and stuff that was at the time considered like feminine and gay, and they were like openly doing it because they were like in that world. But he's wearing this fucking like Harry Styles chunky fucking sweater. And I actually clocked he in another scene. He has like a a a cream one or like a white one. Like he literally has several of these sweaters. It's insane. Like Jack's. Casey: And like it's so insane. And like he gets into it. Everyone is getting into it. Schwartz and Stasi and Katie are kind of having their thing. And Kristen and Frank and Jax are like getting into it. Kristen is just like berating Frank for no reason. She's just like, you we don't like you. Like Blake: Yeah, well, it's because like it started because Jax crashes the dinner, so then like that's how initially like people start yelling at each other. But I feel like I feel like Kristen against Frank was very much giving like, well, I guess since everyone's fa I'll take the opportunity to like air my grievances. She looks at him like, well, ⁓ you thought you weren't gonna get whacked, buddy No, I actually have some in his ADU Casey: Right. Like while we're yelling, like And we find out like later on, like in real life that Frank sucks and like is a horrible, horrible person. And like you can tell he kinda sucks, but not like as bad as he eventually does reveal to be a loser, but Blake: Yeah. Casey: He does clock a lot of things here. Cause at this point he hasn't really done anything wrong beyond that like he and Jax were sorta friends and then he got with Stasi. Like but like that's not like a moral failing. It's just like kind of a shitty friend move if that's like actually your dude. But Kristen's yelling at him and he's like, Kristen, name me one thing that I have done that is even remotely as bad as Jax and he starts like listing off things Jax has done and it's like yeah, there's not anything and Jax is like Frank, this is not classy man. Blake: Yeah. Ha ha ha Casey: This is not classy. Says the man who just crashed his ex's birthday party. His 23-year-old ex, mind you, as a 33-year-old grown man crashing in a chunky V-neck button-down topped collar. Like it's right. Blake: Ha ha. Right. In a chunky sweater. And that you stripped off in the parking lot. Yeah. With kind of a collar that you s you stripped off threw on the asphalt so you could try and like run and and charge at Frank to like beat him up in the Vegas stri like strip mall parking lot. Like ⁓ We need to we need to do like a live recording at that Moroccan restaurant, like scene of the crime. Casey: Like wherever the hell they were. Like, I need to find where that is and go visit like I need to strip in that parking lot to heal fully. Blake: Can I join you? Can we both can can can I strip and run after you and then have s like one of the waiters grab me like Tom Sandoval grabbed Jax to stop him? He like grabs him like a little yeah. He's still doing the cartoon run in the air, like he just kind of plops him up like he's like an action figure or something. Casey: Yeah. Yeah. And picks him up and carries him while he's like he's like kind of like ⁓ my god. It's great. It's it's really great. And you know Blake: Yeah, like we said, go back to our other episode where we really get into it. Casey: It's it's a it's a crime. It's a war crime against Stasi though. Like literally she needed like a better ally than fr Frank in this moment because like Katie's dis playing in her face, Tom Schwartz is playing in her face, Kristen, like Jax, like everyone is Team Jax. So everyone does not give a shit about Stasi for whatever reason. And like okay, like again, birthday law, even if it like Blake: Literally. Casey: It would be crazy even without it being her birthday, to be honest, but you're here for her birthday. Why come? It like Blake: Right. You and y nobody sh nobody on your birthday trip should be one argument away from dumping a drink on your head. You should have friends that that that would be they would get up and leave before they dump a drink on your head, but apparently that's not where we're at with these people. Casey: And then this gets written back to Lisa Vanderpump that Stasi like pulled Katie's hair and like attacked Schwartz and Lisa Vanderpump calls her a ghetto bitch and like justice for my good sister. Period. Justice for my sister Stasi because she did absolutely nothing wrong here. Literally. Blake: And let's wake that up. Why hasn't she been cancelled? Literally. And they all leave the restaurant without her in the limo they all arrived in. Her birthday limo. They leave her. So she supposedly probably had to get a cab or something. But nobody even like stayed with her just to like, I'm like, let's go home together. Like this was crazy. That we're we're hijacking your car, Grand Theft Auto, and abandonment on your birthday. That's and like and we're not ending the friendship. Wow. Casey: No, they like literally peace out. No, it's truly insane. And you know her ass paid for that entire limo. I mean probably her parents, but it's not like it was like a group split. Like it's not like they took like their share. They s stole her limo. They literally grand theft autoed her limo. That is so sick. On top of it all, like Blake: Grand Theft Auto Melonies were committed at Stasi's twenty-fourth birthday. She should have been at the club and she was, but Casey: ⁓ my god. She was just a kid. Like she was just a little kid and they She was at the Moroccan strip mall restaurant. Help. I'm stuck where where trade left me at the Moroccan strip mall. Parking lot. And it's the sweater on the ground, like Jax's chunky sweater, like Blake: She sends them a picture stuck where the trade left me and it's just like the aftermath of like the people throwing drinks. ⁓ Limo gone, hair wet, stuck where the trade left me. Casey: Ha ha It's a nightmare. And like she eventually like you know, they like sort of f find peace, but like she tells Kristen and Katie, like, You guys suck. Like you guys are supposed to be like my rider dies and like you are really like riding or dying for Jack's instead. Like this is ridiculous. Blake: You're you're you're like riding over me in your car and and I'm the one dying. Like that's that's what's happening here. I'm starting to see some patterns that I will ignore for another ten seasons. Casey: Do you ⁓ like I literally like this is why like for so long like when people would be like who did you like on Vanderpump Rules? I'm like for a while it was just Stasi. Like it was me and Stasi versus the world because like what is wrong with these sick people? Like this is sick. This is really sick. Blake: Yeah. They're all stupid, evil, ⁓ like these people, I it is it is such a testament to the human will and spirit that Stasi was so patient with them because I know she knew better and and I know Mama wouldn't be around if it weren't for the check, so I do respect it, but honey, she was patient. She was patient all all the while she's going through her own growth. Casey: Yeah. Blake: And respecting the fact that these people are uninterested in growth. And she kept put and the thing is, perfect segue into season two, the Cabo birthday trip. The thing is, we get a lot of repeat offenders on this trip. Except it's actually like it's actually worse. Casey: Not at all. It's very true. It's similar. Let's let's discuss and then I'll make my final my final evo. I'll make my final evout. Let's get into it and then I'll and then I'll decide which one I think is worse. Blake: Guilty Death penalty Casey: But yes, she's turning twenty-five, so we're we're up another year. She's twenty-four. This is she survived, right? And she's like, well, I wasn't gonna invite Jax, but if I don't invite Jax, he's just gonna show up anyways. So I guess let's call him invited. And like Blake: She's still kicking. Yeah. She learned her lesson. She's a smart woman. Casey: She's like fine. And Sheena's invited this year. She's she's clawed her way in enough with Stasi because she like kinda picks up some of the pieces with her when Katie and Kristen are sucking. Like, because there was a gap. Blake: Yeah, and and and Katie and Kristen still hate Sheena and like are pissed that she's invited, but Stasi is good with her at this point, which you know, you love to see growth. You love to see it. And I will say, as much as like Sheena pisses me off, Sheena is like I think Sheena's a smart girl, I just think she's annoying. Whereas I think like Kristen and Katie, at least at this point, very much were not smart people. Casey: Right. Right. Katie I do think is a smart woman, but she her self esteem and her like insecurities were so large or her insecurities were large or self-esteem was so low that like I just think it didn't even matter that she like actually has like a good head on her shoulders 'cause like that was fogging fogging the vision. But beyond what's on in her head, on top of her head in season two is her her orange hair era. Blake: That's fair. ⁓ my god. Casey: ⁓ Okay. Blake: She they didn't apparently have toner back then because I I'm I just wanna believe she would have bought some if they did have it And nobody everyone just had to like deal with that you know like everyone had to like move on as if like Casey: It looks so bad. It looks so bad. I like Well it's kinda one of those things. Like if you tell someone their hair looks bad, like that's hundreds of dollars for them to go change it or they just have to carry on knowing that you think they look busted to hell. Like So it changes things between you. Blake: Ha ha ha. Yeah, but I I I definitely agree, but there's o there comes a point where it's like, if I deign to call myself your best friend, I think I owe you like an honest assessment. Casey: I don't know. Cause like I kind of feel like I guess just like do whatever makes you feel good. But like I dyed my hair pink, like I like had like pink-ish in my brown hair. And it like wasn't the right shade of pink. Like it was a little too like lava girl. Like I looked a little bit like I don't know. It it made me look a little it made me Blake: Sure. Ha ha ha You looked like you ate like h you looked like you were like a hot Cheetos Arizona iced tea kinda girl. Casey: Like I I yeah, like I definitely looked like a little non-binary. Like it was it definitely shifted, it shifted my vibe a little bit. And my ex who was a huge loser, a la Tom Schwartz, for those of you listening who don't know him, but he I could tell immediately that he hated it. And like it just like I I've never had that happen before where someone's been like, I like it. Like I like literally was like, ⁓ he Blake: Ha ha ha ha. Ha ha ha. Ha ha ha ha. Casey: He thinks I look a damn mess. And like this is the person who's supposed to be attracted to me and now we're just gonna carry on like this. Blake: He thinks I'm a chopped Kia. Like if he won't be attracted to me, then who else will be? Casey: Like, I'm not gonna go back and get this redone. Like, I'm gonna just let it run its course. So, like, what does that mean for us now? Like, so and like I immediately was like, You hate it? And he was like, I don't hate it, and I'm like, And like I knew it, and then like however long later, when the pink was all dead and gone, I was like, Come on, you hated it. He was like, It wasn't my favorite. I'm like Blake: I am dead. He's like, I guess we'll have to wait till it grows out. Ha ha ha ha. Ha ha. Casey: I knew it. Lord dump. But I'm just saying that to express that it's more difficult than you'd think the interaction discussing the hair. You know, it's it's tense. Blake: Okay. No, I I I feel you. I'm just I like these people are not kind and thoughtful and compassionate individuals. I'm surprised nobody maybe they did, I don't remember. Because we didn't watch the whole season. ⁓ but I I also because you just brought it up, noticed that you had this like realization as you were watching that your last relationship was very much Katie and Tom Schwartz. Did that did that trigger you as you were watching? Casey: Sure. It's actually so triggering. And like we're about to discuss this fight that they have. ⁓ and that I can discuss how it was extremely triggering for me. But like, literally, yeah, like I was I was Katie Maloney, and he was Tom Schwartz, and I was in prison, and I like Katie took a bit too long to get free, but I I clawed my way out of there. Blake: ⁓ my god. Ha ha. At least you didn't at least you didn't get married to him. Casey: It's very true. And I actually this is so this is like cringe, but I actually like 'cause I am a commenter, I'm a DMer, like I be in celebrities DMs and comment sections like they're my long lost like cousin. So I like was sending I sent something or tagged Katie in something not that long ago. And I like scroll up and I see that I sent her a DM in like twenty twenty four. So like a little bit before my relationship ended and I Blake: ⁓ I know. Ha ha ha. Casey: I said, Katie, I'm sort of fearing that I'm in a relationship that mirrors yours. Tell me to leave him. And she did not respond, and I did not leave him. So she left me fucking hanging. Blake: So she's responsible for the last year and a half of your relationship? Or what, two years? Two more? Casey: That's what the people are saying. No, one more, one more. Bad one more after that. And like, wait, ⁓ my god, what is time? I'm like, wait, when when was this? Yeah, like a year. And so, you know, the people are saying it's basically all her fault, but I'll just say this. I've I've held my hand up to save me from drowning. And she and she smacked my hand down. Blake: Wow, music kills Kate. You you asked. And sh sh she doesn't support other women. She pulls the ladder up from after her once she's done climbing, and everyone else can choke and fall to their death. And I thought she was supposed to be like the most feminist, edgy, maybe potentially bisexual. She was I can't go there right now. Casey: Maybe it triggered her. Maybe she was like, This is too much. What was the like the thing that was like, Hey, thanks for reaching out? Like I'm actually at capacity right now. Blake: Okay. Thanks. I actually am not I I don't have the capacity for a difficult conversation. But would you be free to speak in two weeks or something like that? Copy paste like Casey: Yeah. Katie Katie Maloney sends that back to me like this is too much. She's like I'm a Bravo Leb, like basically retired Bravo lab. Like I'm not a therapist. Like Blake: She's like, I figured it out. You gotta figure it out. I'm like, I'm so sorry. She's like, you know, I tried I tried girls, maybe that'll work for you. God, I'm like sweating. This is a lot. Casey: Good luck. ⁓ my gosh. But anyways, bac yeah, this is like too much. This is too much of a key. But back to the storyline. Back to the fucking storyline. Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: They're going to Cabo. Sheena and Jax are there. Katie's there with her orange hair and toe. And as soon as they get there, Sheena is like, I'm feeling left out and I'm feeling weird. And like, technically, she's picking up on an accurate vibe. Like, it's not like she's wrong. Like, Katie and Kristen are mad she's there. Stasi at this point is a little bit like, I invited her because we're good, but honestly, she's annoying. So I'm I kinda wish she wasn't here either. Blake: Yeah. Yeah, 'cause Stassi Stasi's doing that thing where she's she's cool with with Sheena, but then like because Kristen and Katie don't like her, she's kinda like, Yeah, like she kinda does suck, but but it's like but you still invited her 'cause you like her, you just like kind of don't want to say that you like her now 'cause Casey: Right. Like you like her a little bit. I kinda like had a friend like this in high school. This sounds shitty and like it is kinda shitty and it's kinda shitty for Stie do it to Sheena and what I did to this person, but it's like, ⁓ like you're like sort of fun and I sort of like you, but you also annoy the shit out of me, so like I'll have you around sometimes type thing, but like and you kinda feel bad 'cause you know they really wanna be your like bestie girl and you're kinda like, ⁓ like Blake: It's but the optics Casey: Just I just can't like really commit to this. And that's kind of how it is. But she feels left out. And when they get there, they're getting into two vans to get to the hotel. And you know, she's immediately like, I'll be going with the guys, like I'll drive with the guys, like and she runs off to get in the guy van, even though Numbers wise, that doesn't even make sense. And get in the girl van. Like, ⁓ like you're so annoying. And she gets in the van with the men and she goes, Like, I bet you the girls are so annoyed that I'm in the guy van. But honestly, I would rather be gangbanged by all of you right now and s than ride with the girls. And the men are kind of like, whoa, like, okay, like let's get it going then Blake: She's such she's such a pick me. Right. Why Yeah, in front of her in front of her boyfriend she says this. Casey: Right. Fiance, husband, boyfriend, somewhere in that they're somewhere in those stages. Blake: Wait, I must interrupt this broadcast for an important question. I ⁓ okay, this really confuses me. Why do we call her Sheena Shay and then her boyfriend's name is Shay? Like, is her last name actually Shae? And her boyfriend's name was also? Casey: No, that's not like like that's she took his name and then her what's her No. Mike Shay is his name. Blake: But his isn't that his first name? Casey: What's her name like Jenkin? Junk jank Junkin? Jenkin? She num Sheena Marie Jenkin? It's like J J A N C A N. Blake: Is it like Sheena Jenkins? Mm. I would have taken Shay too if that were my last name. ⁓ Casey: And th and then she took Shay and she still retains Shay for professional reasons, it says online. Blake: Okay. I mean she and a Shea rolls off the tongue. I do get that. I just thought I just thought like like it's one of those things it's like a they call the the person by their last name, but I always was like wait how why are we why is her what? Anyway, that's unimportant. But she she's being a pick me. She's being a pick me. And this is my thing, like why is her instinct always when she's on the outs or like not being liked by the group to do things to further Casey: Right. It's it's cute. Right. Right. But yeah, this is an insane thing to say. Yeah. Like what are we talking about? Blake: outsider herself and like further push herself outside rather than trying to show them like hey guys like we can have fun together like I get that like we haven't been off on the right foot but like look I'm just trying to have fun and like get to know you guys better like you're on a trip. Instead she's like ⁓ like I fucking hate girls. I love being around guys. I'm basically a guy like you'd rather be gangbanged which is rape rather than sit in the Casey: Graphic, yeah. Wait, does it does is a gangbang have to be rape? Blake: Right than then rather than sit in the van. You know, honestly I guess it doesn't. But I feel like the connotation is always like a bunch of men on a woman and she's sort of like helpless. It's a little helpless, like it's i even if it's like a y yeah, ⁓ whatever. Anyway, sorry, trigger warning, trigger warning to our audience Casey: Right, I guess like the vibe is ski is a little sinister either way. Like But it's yeah, we're not we're yeah, ⁓ my god. Maybe we should cut that. Blake: We can yeah, we don't have to we will. Okay. Marking I like f as I said the word rape, I was like, ⁓ I feel like this is already about to I was like no. Ooh, I was like no No, like I s the vibe from the vibe out of my mouth was felt wrong. I was like, that's not we're talking about Vanderpop rules. Casey: So now she's getting raped. Blake: In my quest to like put Sheena in her place, I accidentally took a terrible turn. Jesus Christ Casey: I'm in tears. ⁓ my fucking god. ⁓ my god. Okay. I don't even know what sentence you were saying when you s when you said that. Okay, wait, hold on. Hold on. Holy hell. Okay. ⁓ Blake: Ha ha ha. It's fine, just go to the Tom Sandoval. ⁓ ⁓ let me have a sip. Casey: But yeah, like obviously Sheena does this like a lot throughout Vanderpump Rules. She'll like say things to like show that she's like just one of the guys and like different from from the other girls and like You know, okay, but you know, all of them are kind of like, ⁓ like awesome and her husband, fiance, whatever he is at this moment is dead silent. And Tom Sandoval in his confessional is like in like dead earnestness is like we are a pretty bangable gang. Like Might as well, like it's it's a good group, like sure. ⁓ and You know, this just sets the tone for the rest of the cabo trip, Sheena will continuously say. Like, I'm a guys girl. Like, I just like to spend time with the guys. Like, one of the mornings she goes to debrief, like, with the men, like from the night out. Like, what is your issue? And like, can your husband like stand up? Like, Mike Shea, like, do you need like a personal class action lawsuit against Shina She like did she were you silent or were you silenced? Because like she was playing in his face the whole time. Blake: She acts like she doesn't know how she's being perceived, but she just doesn't care. Like she likes male attention and she knows she's in a relationship and she doesn't care. Like it's it's just it's pick me. It's pick me. Like that's it ugh. Mmm. Sorry. Ugh. Casey: ⁓ my god, and this is like a random thought, but I just love the way that Stasi like the way that she specifically says the word birthday and like anything in like a phrase relating to it. It's just so crisp. Like she really does just own own the birthday. And here's a little compilation of her saying it. Blake: Ha ha. Casey: And that's actually all footage from the Cabo trip as well. So that's really special. My birthday. Blake: She's she means business. Like I this is what I was telling you earlier. Like, I feel like I need to channel her on my birthday because I'm the opposite. Like you have two genders, and the one gender is people who like shy away from it being their birthday, and then people who are like, We're going on a birthday trip and I'm literally going to be a dictator about what happens because it's my fucking birthday. And I wish I was that person. I kind of like I need to just get over not being it. I Casey: It's true. I'm kind of doing that myself this year. Like I'm like, y you know what? Like, it's my birthday. Like and like when else do I get to be like again it's birthday law. Like you get to take advantage of it. Like people will do things that they will not otherwise do. Like for me, and actually for some of them on Vanderpump rules at certain points too, for me, I love a theme. And getting people to dress up in a theme is not easy until birthday law. Now you have to because it's my birthday. Blake: You are Right. It's basically like the purge, but for you specifically. You know what I mean? ⁓ Casey: So ⁓ that sounds amazing. That would be cool for like a real one, like if I could get rid of like two crimes for just me. Blake: ⁓ I yeah, and I know exactly who we're thinking about too, but we don't have to get into that 'cause you know, for legal reasons Yeah, I mean I ⁓ I do too, girl, but again we can't Casey: Loki? Like I don't even know like who the tall I don't even know who you mean 'cause I have like I have so many enemies. My op list is long. Are we starting with Tom Schwartz or are we going with our personal lives? ⁓ okay. Blake: ⁓ I was thinking personal, but again, you know, the ops be listening, so I can't go there. For legal reasons, I am of course joking, but also for legal reasons, it's my birthday, so I can say whatever I want to. Boom! Casey: Boom, and there you frickin' have it. ⁓ my gosh. And and we're in Cabo. We're back in Cabo. We were we're we're getting to Casey and Blake time, but we're going back to Cabo. And they go clubbing at it's not like really important to say, but it's just a fun name. So they go clubbing at the Pink Kitty is the name of the club. Blake: I know we took a detour accidentally. It's only funny because they had to tell Lisa Vanderpump on the phone, we're going to the Pink Kitty and she goes, The Pink Kitty? And they're like, Yeah and she's like, Alright, well you have fun Casey: Yeah. ⁓ we talked about this once before because I think in a in our Vanderfunt Frul's episode earlier, like somebody calls Lisa to like tell her about the trip. I think it's actually in the Stasi birthday episode, it's Katie Maloney calls her to tell her about the drama. And we're like, what a loser. Like, why are you calling your geriatric boss like to debrief? And honestly, after going through these birthday episodes where like they are on like a few different trips, it might be like in their contract to like have to call Lisa and debrief. Like, because why are they always phoning her up from these trips? Blake: It was yeah. Ha ha ha ha ha. Sure. Casey: Like they're like, let's just call Lisa. Blake: Well, to be fair to be fair, for this one it's because she upgraded Stassi's room to a suite. But I don't disagree with you though. I still feel like she did that. I I actually put it in my like I I I was thinking this when I was watching, I was like, is this out of the kindness of her heart or is this manipulation? Like she wanted there to be like a phone call or like something, like to hold over their head. Casey: Right. Right. Right, it's 'cause it's gonna be on camera. If Sassi and them were going to Cabo off camera, I don't think that room would have been upgraded, Mama. Blake: She would actually have called to downgrade the room. She would have paid them so that they could sleep in like the restroom. Casey: She would have rented the entire resort out for her and her zoo of animals and they would have gotten there and been like Blake: She'd be like, ⁓ Pinky Pinky the Swan is actually staying in that room. I'm so sorry, Saucy. I don't know what to tell you. It's it's actually her birthday too. Casey: ⁓ no. God, so ridiculous. But they're at the pink kitty. They're at the pink kitty. And the girls, and when I say the girls, I was doing this when we and Blake were talking too. I'm like, I guess I should specify like which girls. But when I say the girls, I mean Stasi, Katie, and Kristen. Like, those are those are the girls. Like, if I if anyone else is there, I will specify who else is there. But Blake: Ha ha ha. Yeah. ⁓ same, yeah. When you No, because when you said when you said like ⁓ I ⁓ I I skip every scene without the girls or jacks, I was like I like for a second I like, ⁓ so you're watching the Ariana scenes? And I was like, No, you're not. Cause I'm like, no, we're not. Wait, ⁓ really? Okay, okay. We'll we'll get there, we'll get there. Casey: Wait, I love Ariana. We have a difference of opinion on that. ⁓ yeah. Right, that's mama. But the girls, the core girls, decide so at some point, like in transit to the club. They decide like when we're buying stuff, like Sheena is having no part of it. When we're buying shots, it's nine shots instead of ten. Sheena is not getting them. And like Blake: Yeah, they have a table and she hasn't come yet and the table was they counted how big the booth was perfect, no room for Sheena. Casey: Yeah. So they have this like alcohol embargo on Sheena. Like she's not touching their alcohol. And this causes drama with Katie and Schwartz somehow. Because, you know, he buys her a shot because it's awkward. They all do a group shot and everybody has one except for Sheena. Like, including her man. Blake: Ha ha ha Because Schwartz I think gave her a shot and And and her her beef with this is that she's like she's like cause in the in the preview or like the previously on, like it ⁓ Katie or Sheena had called Katie an alcoholic. So I guess so she's like mad that like Schwartz I guess just like is being nice to Sheena by giving her a shot and she's like, You're giving the girl who called me an alcoholic a shot? Meanwhile she's like slurring through her words. Casey: Yes. And they're all mad about the gangbang comment because Jax in an effort to get back in Stasi's good graces went like straight over to the girls and were like, Guess what Sheena said in the van? Like, Messy King, like Blake: Yes. And that backfired so spectacularly because then Stasi she got mad at at Sheena, but then she also got mad at Jax and was like, Why the fuck wouldn't you defend us, Jax? Maybe show your worth as a man and defend us. And so like he was like, Wait, why am I how how am I in it? See how I'm always in it Casey: He really thought it was gonna like get him like, ⁓ I like Jax, like you're the best. Like Blake: Like, Jax, you're not you're not getting any on this trip. Definitely not with sh with your ex girlfriend. Like, please. Casey: No. But Katie, everyone's super drunk. Like at this, this is one of their drunker nights for across the board, I would say. And this makes Katie really mad when Shw spies Sheena the shot. And like in Katie's defense. Blake: Yeah. Casey: These kind of things piss me off when I'm in a relationship too, where it's like, if I'm taking a stance publicly, to like counteract me makes me look dumb and it makes us look like we're not on the same page. Like, even if you think even if you disagree, like tell me later. Like we can talk about it later, and you can be like, I didn't really think it was nice, like feel like you could like be nicer to Sheena, like whatever it is. But Blake: I agree. Agree. Casey: doing this directly is like sorry my wife's being my girlfriend's being an asshole like here's a shot poor Sheena Like Sheena can buy her own shot like that's you didn't need to go buy that wasn't the answer. It was not for you to buy her one. Like that solves nothing. Blake: Yeah. ⁓ my bitch wife over here, like it's it's sh sh No and Schwartz always undermines her. I mean, she literally says, like, why do you insist on humiliating me? Cause I I mean I agree. Like I I mean, even if you disagree with like your partner, whatever their reasoning is, like you can say that to them, but he like doesn't care and doesn't think too care. Like he's just like, What's the I just bought her and it's like, yeah, if if if I have beef with somebody, if someone said something shitty to me, Casey: He's so annoying. Blake: And ⁓ and like my boyfriend's walking up to them, like greeting them at the party, giving them a hug, hey how's it going? Excuse me, like you have loyalty to me first and foremost. That person sh it should be just as if that person cussed you out and we should be like, the fact that he went Casey: I agree. No, legitimately. And like Schwartz says in a confessional, I think, he's like, I have no clue why, like when Katie's mad at someone, like everyone else has to be mad at them too. Like, I just want peace and good vibes and fun. Like I'm never mad at anyone. Like, ⁓ my god, you should be. It's because you don't respect your own girlfriend. So when other people disrespect her, it doesn't bother you at all because it's just a regular run of the mill thing for you. You're like, wait, yes, get her. Blake: Right. Cause you're like, that's that's exactly what she that's what she deserves. She deserves to be humiliated and degraded and she deserves to be undermined Callback. Call back. No, but ⁓ Stasi, I think or no, no, Schwartz responds to to Katie saying, like, why do you insist on humiliating me? Like, you're acting like a moron. The way that he talks to her, let alone literally like Casey: Humiliated and degraded. Blake: Said just says crazy things to her, but then like they kind of split off and then the the fight starts anew. And then in that instance, Katie is like trying to express her feelings like separately to him. And he like he did to Stasi last season dumps a drink on her head. What? What? What? Casey: Right. Dumps this one on her head. Like And like the saucy one was pretty bad, but this one is obviously worse, both because it's to his own girlfriend. Like you'd think if you're gonna respect anyone, like maybe just this one woman, maybe, no. And he like dumps this drink on her head, on her orange, her beautiful orange head. Like as if she doesn't have enough hair issues up there. Like now you're adding all these alcohols or whatever it is to it. ⁓ Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: And it's just it's it's insane. Like there is no punishment I can think of that's enough for this man. Like I will never don't piss me off coming at me with a Tom Schwartz defense argument. Like do not come near me with that. ⁓ my god, I'm like I'm feeling physically sick. Like it Blake: Are you gonna are you gonna start crying? What which part of the Casey: ⁓ my god, I'm feeling so physically sick. Like, get away from me. Seriously. Like I I do not want to hear it. I don't want it to enter my earspace. I really don't. Blake: I hate I have always been on the like I I've seen through his bullshit since day one. He 'cause everyone always loves to act like 'cause obviously like Sandoval sucks and Jax is like the most like a like visibly like terrible man on the show. But Tom Schwartz always gets this like golden retriever treatment, and I'm like, no, he is a manipulator. He's manipulative. He knows like how to tug at Katie's heart strings, but then stabs her in the chest every chance that he gets when he could make a decision to defend her. He always chooses to defend the the boys or even like anyone else. Anyone else and then Casey: Right. Anybody anybody else literally whoever it is, he will like take the devil's advocate against Katie. Like he doesn't ever support her. Right. Blake: Like he's he's defending Sheena right here when she's literally s explaining to him what's pissing her off. And and then again to be so quick to your reaction to your partner telling you I'm upset is dumping a drink on their head, like yeah. You're you should be going under the jail. I've I've never liked him. I've never liked him. Casey: It's it's so insane. You're so right. People give him he gets away with it because he's the best of the wor of the bad options. Like so he already gets passes just for the people he's surrounded by and then because he's like incompetent and goofy, like and like okay, that's a grown man, baby. Like that's like he I've said this once and I'll say it again and I'm gonna say it right now. He does not have anything in his life currently. Blake: Yeah. Yeah. Which literally grow up. Literally. At all. Casey: without Katie Maloney. Without her, he would not have an income. He would not have a job. He would not have a home. He would not be alive, probably. Like he literally never even worked at Sur. Like he had no affiliation to this show and he's never done anything else with his life. Like so you better speak to that woman with some goddamn respect. You should be r sending her like Blake: He would never Casey: Remittance checks Remittance is the right word. Loy royalty checks. Not that he's probably making a lot of money, but nothing. He just Blake: I mean I'm like what does he do for work now? Like he's on the valley which is just so annoying that he they put him on the valley. Like Casey: And he does like B B team appearances, not even B team, like D D team appearances at like clubs and things. Like Bravo still has him at certain stuff, like Blake: That man looks like he sweats vodka. Like he's a fucking freak. Ugh. Anyway, so Katie. Casey: He's disgusting. Like And Jax wait, Jax says, like when this is how 'cause everyone sees this happen. Like this they're all like outside the Pink Kitty, like when this is has happening. ⁓ like probably waiting for an Uber, like waiting for their sprinter, like arguing drunk. ⁓ and Jax is like, huh, this is funny, like this is deja vu actually, 'cause this time last year on Stasi's birthday, he was pouring a drink on Stasi's head. And it's like, wait, ⁓ my god, it's almost like he's an evil misogynist. Like it's almost like Blake: Ha ha. Right. Casey: he's fucking evil and hates women. Like pouring a drink on women's heads that are your let alone any woman, but like women that you are claiming to care about and implied respect Blake: Right. W my question is, has he ever had half that smoke for a woman? I mean for a man on this show? Has he ever even gotten like lightly angry at Jax or Sandoval? He always does this like, bro, come on, bro, you can't do that, bro. But like the minute a woman Casey: James Kennedy and Lala like called Katie like a fat whale to her face in front of the entire staff. And Schwartz was like, ⁓ that wasn't that wasn't the best thing I've ever seen, but they didn't say anything to me though, so we're good. Blake: Yes Yes Guys, stop it. Hey. Hey Hey, stop it. Stop it. Right. God, I wanna fucking punch the glass out of his glasses. Like No, I fucking he's actually to me the worst man on the show. Like I actually I have to say. Cause at least with Jax you see the shark is coming straight at you, you can choose to Casey: Yeah, like don't get me don't get me fired up. Like Like it's it's sneakily that way. Blake: Swim over to the left if you really don't want to deal with it. At least with Sandoval, it's like honestly, Sandoval, like is Like he sucks, but I feel like Sandoval it like doesn't get as messy as Jax or Schwartz do. ⁓ I don't know. I don't know. I just I sorry, I just I I get worked up about Schwartz. You know what I mean? Like Casey: No, I think I agree with you. I do too. And the other day I posted on Saucy's backhand, I posted like a picture of Katie and Schwartz in their like really haunted apartment, like where they had ugly ass artwork on the walls. And like I didn't even say an a thing about them. Like it's just the picture unedited. I the caption was like thinking about this, like which is what I normally say, 'cause I'm just usually thinking I'm usually just thinking about these things. And so like in no way do I make a hot take. And yet still there are all these bird brains, like old women and a bunch of Blake: You're just pondering. Casey: Katie is evil. Like, he should be he should be given a medal for putting up with her as long as he did. Like, Tom is a hero. Like, Tom Schwartz is so kind. Like, God, like, he deserved so much better. And I literally, I don't usually like go through my comments or anything like that. Like, cause it doesn't really not my business what's going on in there. But this specific post, I have been in that comment section like a watchdog. There will not live one comment that. Blake: What? It's evil, it's evil. Casey: Uplifts Tom Schwartz on my page. I swear to god. I I really it sickens me to my absolute core. Like I I have been checking it morning and night. I'm like, and even if it's just like neutral, like ⁓ like I love Tom and Katie. Like, nope, even praise for Tom and Katie has to go. Like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Blake: Ha ha. No It's crazy just how casual misogyny is because people will really be like so keen to point out why Katie deserves this treatment rather than being like she could be the most annoying woman on earth and like you don't throw a drink at someone, like anyone. You just leave. You just leave them. Right. Right. Casey: Like also I didn't say anything. Like why are you guys like like what is going on? Like it's it's truly like the bird brainedness that gets into our nation's women, to our world's women. It is it is one of the leading it is the leading silent killer. Doctors say Blake: And Vanderpump rules doctor clinical trials have shown. But ja this is this show is a perfect example of that. I do want to play a quick clip of Katie slurring, defending her drinking. Casey: She's clearly being very judicious about her drinking. Like what is his issue? Blake: She pulled out Exactly. I ex if you can if you can pull that word out, then you're not too drunk. You know what I mean? Casey: Like it's so sad. She pulled her orange bang, like she pulled a comb over bang out of her ponytail, like she was ready to live her life, get wasted as hell, make sure Sheena didn't get any free alcohol and her loser boyfriend had to kill the vibe. Like, great. Blake: Ha ha. Ha ha ha. And Jax has this like really funny line. ⁓ the next day they're like debriefing and he's like, you know, I've I this is also a redux of something he said the last season, which again you can go back to our episode, but he says this like this time he's like, ⁓ I've done some degrading things in my life. I've cheated, I've lied, but I've never poured a beer on a girl's head. Casey: Yeah. Blake: You know what? He's at least he's not gotten physical. Casey: Like, okay, low key, that is obviously like a crazy statement. And like Jax Jax has done a lot, but low-key on the lowest of keys, I agree with him. Like, he's done the regular crazy things, but like, in terms of these like insane little ways to like demean a human person, like Jax does things because he's selfish. Jax doesn't do things to like inherently demean people or make them feel really, really bad about themselves. Sometimes that happens as a byproduct, but like this, it's not like he's like Blake: It is fine. Yeah. Casey: cheating, like it's not like he gets anything out of this. This is just him hating Katie and hating women. Like that's really all that it can be. Like Blake: Right, if if you're getting like outflanked in like misogyny by Jax Taylor or by yeah, like if you're outflanking Jax Taylor in like the way that you treat women, like if Jax Taylor tells you like I wouldn't have done that to a woman, you maybe need to like go to therapy. Casey: I would rather face This is like a haunting statement and it w it could come back to bite me. I would rather face a Jax Taylor in my dating life than face another Tom Schwartz. I I've already faced a Tom Schwartz and I would rather face a Jax Taylor. I would ⁓ my god, cheat on me. Please cheat on me. I would I would literally rather get cheated on ten thousand times over than have some man who pretends to sort of like me and like control you and keep you in this like horrible dynamic. Like at least it's you have the facts with someone like Jack. Blake: Ha ha ha. Well you would Casey: Like he cheats and he lies to you. Blake: Right. That's what I'm saying. Like you know if you get if he if you find out this guy cheated on you, like you know he cheated on you, you know that he like didn't respect your relationship. With Tom Schwartz he comes back and is like, ⁓ babe, I'm sorry, I just had a bad night, but like you know like you're my everything and it's it's very covert and sneaky. Casey: Yeah. Dude, that's what I was gonna say is the way that they make up specifically is the most triggering part of the entire thing to me. Like it literally you can see my face is getting red. Like I can literally like I can feel how it goes. Like how it how it how it feels when you're so in it and you're like, alright, like you're so exhausted that it's kind of just like, okay, fine. Like I'll I'll accept the apology because I'm so drained that like I physically just don't even want to keep fighting or have to make a Blake: my god. Ha ha. Casey: bigger decision that will leave me even more drained like if like you I'm gonna dump them or whatever. Like you're like literally so low and like so tired that it's like fucking fine. Like Blake: Right. You get like wrapped back into it and then it's like, all right, I guess we're just doing this. And so like at the they have a group dinner the next day. It's this is like Stassi's actual birthday dinner. And literally, like Stasi had told Katie before, don't bring Schwartz if like you guys aren't cool and haven't like worked through this like drink incident. Casey: Right. Please don't come either either one of you or both of you or whatever combination doesn't have to come for there not to be conflict is what she wants. Blake: Right. She just wanted to have like a nice dinner. And so they both come and Sheena literally asks, like, what happened last night to Schwartz? And that just sets off. Casey: Immediately, immediately. And she's like, I heard Katie like kind of scream and like she didn't maybe she didn't say it like quite like this, but she might as well have. She's like, and I felt some light splashes from a from some s from a liquid being thrown. Like, you know, like she's totally like inciting, like, you know, like we guys, like what you know what happened. You know you know what happened. Blake: You fucking didn't. Wait, I was in the splash zone. Was Shamu here last night? Like Casey: And Katie has a confessional. You see her face at the moment drop, and in the confessional, she's like, I mean, literally, ⁓ my fucking god, are we serious right now? Like, is she really doing this? Like, they just sat down. Katie is so drained, like, girl just wants one second of peace, and Sheena, who she already hates, launches her back in right back into it. Like, what a nightmare. Blake: Ha ha ha. She was also like she was committing to orange this season. She was Casey: Stop. The look at the dinner was everything. She's got the orange bob sort of bob. I call it like a medium. A mead bob. Mid bob. And she has it combed the hell over, side parted. And she's wearing like a matching color dress. And has like a matching light orange, I'd say like amber, light amber color on her eyelids, like Blake: Ha ha. Ha ha ha. Ha ha ha. Casey: Nevertheless, she persisted. Like her absolute courage. Like she was getting literally th drinks thrown in her face, men playing in her face, like orange hair on her head, and still she believed she could. And so she did. Blake: Yeah She she's a survivor. And at dinner, at dinner, they like start bickering. Like they're like Schwartz is trying to explain to Sheena from across the table, and then Katie's right next to him, so she's jumping in. And Schwartz tells Katie that sh that he poured the drink on her head because he she makes him miserable. And then she says, like, well then you can leave if I make you so miserable. And then Casey: Right. Blake: Stassi and Kristen start yelling at Katie for like causing a scene at dinner and like calling her selfish or whatever. And then Katie says she doesn't even want to be there and she like gets up and leaves. ⁓ and they like chase after her. And then they start like kind of screaming at her again. And Stassi's just like, I told you not to bring him if this was gonna happen, and you did. You didn't listen to me. You're so selfish. Blah blah blah. And I will say like I don't feel bad for Katie because last season at her birthday when Jax crashed it, did these girls have empathy for her? Were they on her side? Did they take up for her? No. And she's not even taking up for Schwartz. She's just saying, I wish you wouldn't have like caused drama at my dinner. She's not even like But I was just like Casey: No. No, it's so true. Cause I was feeling the same like I was starting to feel like, wait, like, they are being kind of mean to KD. And I mean, on one hand, like, yeah, they could be a little bit more empathetic to Katie. It is like they're kind of doing to Katie the same thing that they did to Stasi. Like, I don't know why they can't just like stop and like just be there for the girl who's getting shat on by the horrible boyfriend. But like Stasi wants to have a good birthday, that trumps everything. Kristen is like just on Stasi's side and like is like ready to command the situation. But I do think like one thing that like if this group had only just been able to recognize Blake: Yeah. Right. Casey: Like the patterns and the signs of someone close to them being in an abusive relationship and like acting. appropriately for having that type of person in your circle, so much could be so different because it's like obviously the three of them, the core girls, are dating three abusive men in like ⁓ many emotionally abusive, verbally abusive, like a lot of different ways going on. So like if they had just like been able to see that and like once one person's eyes had been opened, if they could have like been s empathetic and like you know helped each other, we could have had a very different reality. But for some reason all of them blinders. So like they can't see it in themselves. They can't see it in other people. And that's why none of them are able to have like true empathy for each other. Like they're either like annoyed, they want something else. Like when Kristen starts going through it with Tom in the second half of the season, pretty quickly they're done with her, like because it's annoying them. Like and like it happens. We all get annoyed with friends like even when like we know it's fucked up. Like what's what they're going through like because it affects it can affect you. Blake: It's Casey: affect a lot of people in in waves, but like I don't know, it's like so wild that none of them ever stop to be like, wait, like what Schwartz just did to Katie was horrible. Like Katie and Schwartz are in a pattern where he disrespects her publicly. He disrespects women publicly all the time. Now two years in a row. Maybe let's all just kind of like band together and do something about this. No. Instead let's yell at her and berate her. Like Blake: Like I just I feel like the concept of nuance would really help these people out. Like the concept of being able to say I still am friends with Schwartz and like I doesn't mean I think he's a horrible person and want to kill him, but he did a r a bad thing. I I I feel as a friend I should go over and tell him this. I should take up for like the person that he has wronged. I should maybe, you know, tell him like you shouldn't be in a relationship with someone that you treat this way. Casey: So true. Blake: As a friend, I feel this way, but instead they're very much like I either have to support you blindly or I can't be your friend and like that's not how life works and they just don't know that. And honestly, do they ever learn that? I don't think so. Casey: Yeah. No. No. And like No. And they're getting as bored as as us and as Stasi. Everyone is kind of like over this conflict with them as soon as it is brought up by Sheena, they're all like, all right, like let's let's have a nice night. Like they're so sick of not ever having a good time. Like they like can we just like freaking have fun? ⁓ so we kind of move on to a new conflict actually instead. Instead of having fun. Middle. Blake: Literally. So Right, but I must say they're they're like their antidote to like any fighting that goes on at Stassi's birthday on on the trips is to skinny dip. So they all go skinny dipping like they did in Vegas. But then Jax approaches a very naked Stasi and this is where now we're like, okay, I guess we've taken care of like one severe problem in our friendship And let's shift to Stossi asking Jax if he plans on Casey: That's where I was going with this blake, but you didn't pick up my segue. ⁓ you really did want to Blake: No, I knew I just wanted to mention the skinny dipping part, but you tell us what I because ⁓ it's a pattern. Like that is like a Stossy birthday that's a Stossy birthday thing. Like they always cap the night off with skinny dipping, but tell us what what Jax told Stasy and what is going on here. Casey: It is a pattern. No it it is. Right. We have to shift we had our session of hating Katie and we had conflict first couple seasons and now we're moving on to a new conflict because they know something in the air told them that it was getting still so we have to shift our attention. And Stasi and Jax have this conversation that like like I guess I could believe that he just like wanted to wander over there and talk to her. But it seems a little bit like question mark. Like the girls are like doing just girl things, like the guys are separate. He like I think I'm just gonna go over there real quick. Okay. Yeah. Blake: Yeah, where did he come from? Like she's naked by herself in this one part of the pool, and he just walks over like, Hey girl. Casey: He goes, Can you come down to the shallow end for a minute? Like Like can you get the fuck out of here? Like, ⁓ my god, he's such he's such a threat. Like, right, like, ⁓ like, okay, like Kim Richards clip, like, ooh, ooh, ⁓ Blake: Where she's like where did you come from? Pops out of the bush. Hey little girl, can you come down to the shallow end? Casey: ⁓ my god, no, it's it's threatening. And like I I maybe like this is something that this is all just speculation. Maybe there's like a producer interference of like we gotta get this next conflict rolling, like we've got something loaded up in the chamber, like hop on over there, Jax, and go talk to Stasi girl. And like he tries to like make it seem like maybe like it was about them rekindling, but like clearly that was not what it was about. He came over and Stasi is like, All right, Jax, like let's get down to brass tacks. Like I can't be with you because you're a liar. Like you told me. That Tom Sandoval fucked Ariana and then you deny it like that you ever said it and he like kind of still is like no I don't think I said that like really like no and she's like no Jax like you said this and he eventually after they go back and forth in the shawl and while Stasi's naked that he eventually is like okay yeah like I said it like I did like you're right Blake: He's like, what am I supposed to do like in this situation? I'm not supposed to throw my friend under the bus and she's like I mean, we're on a fucking TV show. Casey: So he confirms that he said it and thusly implies that it happened too by by saying that he said this. ⁓ so obviously this just gets that ball rolling and kind of shifts us away from y Katie hating to Kristen hating, because a woman always has to be on trial on Vanderpump rules. ⁓ because Kristen's time is coming. But Stasi obviously tells Kristen, and obviously this is end of the world, because Kristen has been worried about Ariana. There's been rumors. Blake: Mm-hmm. Casey: But Tom has always denied them. So to have somebody in their inner circle confirm it is bad. And yeah, they do this dance where like Stasi tells the girls, Sheena goes, runs over to the guys, and is like Stasi said, This is it true. And Jack's, you know, half an hour after telling Stasi, a day after telling Stasi, like, yeah, I did say that. Like, he's like, absolutely not. I never said that. Like, I would never say something so untrue and false. Like, that sounds nothing like. Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: Me. Like, I can't believe that you would say this about me, Sheena. And that's he would say that. Bring her in here and I'll say I never said it. Like he he will stick to his lie. He pivots from lie to truth really quickly. So he will be going ten toes down on the lie, and then all of a sudden he'll just give it up and be like, nah, no, I I did do it. Like, okay. Like he only has like ten minutes of defense, and then he's kind of like, All right, if that didn't work, then like let me try and Blake: He's They're like fine, whatever. Casey: brand myself as the good guy by telling the truth. Like somehow he like hoodwinks them all into always getting out of it. But yeah, he is he's he denies it. Tom Sandoval is like Denying it, you know, so it looks like he never said that. ⁓ but Kristen's kind of freaking out and she's like, I'm I I obviously like I have to break up with Tom. And like the girls are thrilled, and like that's kind of on the agenda. And then Stasi and her confessional, like when we're like segueing into this, she's like, Kristen has this rare ability to make every situation she's in that's already really bad a million times worse. And it and it cuts to Kristen ringing somebody on the phone and Lisa Vanderpump answers like, hello. Blake: Ha ha ha ha. Casey: Like, hi Kristen, like what's what's going on? Like, another phone call to Lisa on the trip. And she basically is like, hey Lisa, like I Blake: Ha ha ha. Casey: won't work with Ariana, so it's me or her. Like you gotta you gotta fire her. And like, you know, that Lisa's kinda like, all right, I'll give that a thing, Kristen. Lisa who like famously hates Kristen and like Ariana who's pretty well known to be like a great employee, like normal, like hard working. Like Blake: Mm-hmm. Yeah. Like, ⁓ it's an ultimatum, Casey: You're not gonna win this fight, Kristen. Like she's gonna choose Ariana. Like that is so d and th the girls are at the pool kinda like, yeah, I don't know. I don't know about that. Like, but I guess you've done it now. Blake: Yeah, maybe don't frame it as like Yeah, maybe don't frame it as like one of us has to be fired because you will be fired if you say that. Casey: Well, and it's wild too because like, you know, it's this it's the same old story, but like you can't say that and then stay with Tom Sandoval. Like obviously at this point she's like saying she's gonna break up with him, so like that's why it like sort of works, but she doesn't, spoiler alert, and you can't be calling for Ariana to be fired and you and him are just like bumping butts, like we're good. Pick a lane. Blake: Right. And still like not Right, and okay, I'm gonna play bl we're gonna play a clip of her crash out, right? Listener, she has she asks for a bump of tequila and then she pours like three champagne flutes full of tequila with like a splash and then like a spl Casey: ⁓ Which juice? Yeah. I love that little montage. It's so funny. Like immediately after saying, which they subtitle it as Can I Have a Bottle of Tequila? And this is another thing that people always get mad at me for in my Instagram comments. Like, I'll caption it bump of tequila, and they're like, Why are you faking this? Like she said bottle. Like, I'm like, I'm not like I didn't even say anything about it. Once again, like I did Blake: No she didn't. Also, wasn't there like a Reddit thing or like some lore about how like the cast had like a they had like a code word for cocaine which was like tequila so she was asking for like a bump of coke which is why she said that. Casey: Yeah, so people think that. Yes. So that's like the thought, and that's why people were angry at me in my comment section. They were like, Why are you trying to spread this like drug narrative? I'm like, ⁓ literally, once again I didn't say a single word, but okay, like let's move along. She says bump. Like, okay, if she said bottle, then I don't really give a hell. I to me it's bump. Like I'm it will be bump in my life. Blake: You Right. It's also if like clearly she says bump. But she did. Like, it's just like if you have ears and they work, you're welcome to go back and listen to the episode. And she says bum. And it's funny, and also by the way, drug narrative, girl, if you read any accounts about rec like filming this show about like the producers or anyone talking about the show, if you watch the show, they get called out for fucking drug use. Like, what are you talking about? Like it's not Casey: Yeah. Drug dir. Right. Blake: Crazy. It's not like a narrative. Casey: Right. But yeah, this is like lingering in the background of the rest of the trip, but like there's nothing more that can really be done about it because Kristen is just like avoiding Tom under the gise of I'm gonna dump him like when it's not a group trip to Cabo. Like so I'll just kinda put this off. ⁓ and we cut to like the next next day and they're going on a booze cruise, but the cruise is actually like d it has to be docked 'cause like the weather's bad. So they don't actually go anywhere. So they're just like on this docked boat drinking. And Blake: It's like a pirate ship. Casey: Yeah, like, okay, like how fun. You know, they're kind of like, all right, I guess we can just stay on the boat, like, the hell. ⁓ and you know, they're like enjoying their themselves, but suspiciously someone is missing and it's our dear our dear Jaxie boy, and you know, they all kind of are like, Wait, where's Jax? Like, has anyone seen Jax? camera pans over to Jax walking up the dock with like ten million girls. Like he he's with a small militia of women like pulling up to the dock. Like he's leading them Blake: Ha ha ha What and he says he says like in his like ⁓ in his confessional he's like, Well, you know, since like Stasi threw me under the bus and like told everyone that I said this about Tom, like I'm done being nice to everyone. I don't give a fuck anymore. Like I'm just gonna like Stassi doesn't want me to have like women in front of her. I don't care. I'm bringing on ten. And then like immediately they come on the boat and are like not welcomed with like a warm reception and the women are kind of like That he brought on, they're like, ⁓ we didn't know it was her birthday. Like we yeah, we shouldn't be on here. Like that's kind of like we're good. We'll we'll leave. And then Jax is like, Well I'll leave with you and they're all like, Okay. Like go. Casey: No, it's so strange. And he does the same thing later on at night. Like he brings a bunch of random women to the group, like at the club, and like it's just kinda like, okay, Jags. Like Stasi like cannot deal with him at this point. Like they're done. She's not getting back with him. So like leave me alone with your antics. Like that's truly the really scary thing about straight men is like they can hate you and like not respect you and not like you and think you're ugly, et cetera, et cetera. And still they will not leave you. the hell alone. Like, ⁓ my god, just leave me be. Like, I don't have to be your your one, but like, let me rest. Like, he won't leave her alone with this. So shut the door on the cabbo trip. It was kind of a shit show. They did have some fun scenes at the various clubs. Like it looked like they felt free for a a few minutes at least. Blake: Yeah. When Jax wasn't there, they actually do say like the common denominator is that Jax is always there when things aren't good. Which Casey: Yeah. If we made like a graph of like minutes enjoyed versus like minutes suffered on a Stasi birthday trip, we definitely are at more minutes enjoyed in Cabo than we are minute like minutes enjoyed in Vegas. But minutes suffered is pretty damn high too. Like so it's it's tough. But season five is our next Stasi birthday because she kind of takes a back seat in season three and four because she like moves to New York for a little with Patrick and then she's like beefing with Lisa. Blake: Yeah. Casey: And Sheena, so that all happens. So we don't get a Stasi birthday for season three or four. But then we sort of get one in season five, but it honestly kind of sucks. So I'll just quickly touch on it because they use it, they use her birthday to like launch Summer House as a show, as a franchise. So they tried to like repeat the magic of the Beverly Hills crossover that like went into Vanderpump Rules and do Vanderpump Rules into Summer House. But it's a little bit forced, it's a little bit confusing. Blake: Yeah. Casey: like halfway through the episode it just all of a sudden becomes a full summer house episode and you're like who the fuck are these people? Like who's who is this in this confessional booth? Like I've never seen like I remember the first time I watched it I had to pause and be like didn't it just change to a different show? Like what is going on? So it's it's Blake: Ha ha ha. That's how I felt during Beverly Hills when I was like, wait, now now where it's the Young Ho show? Like I was like, what? Casey: So they tried to redo it and like maybe it works, but it's a b it's a bit of a lackluster birthday for Stasi because they they use it for that. Blake: Also and they're also ⁓ this is the introduction of like the dueling birthdays between Ariana and ⁓ Stasi. So like Ariana has like a Napa trip in like an RV with like half the cast, and then then Stasi is doing like a montauk trip with Katie, Sheena, and Kristen. So it's like you just keep flashing back and forth and it's like I really don't wanna see these bitches drunk in an RV going to NASCAR and like wine tasting, like Whatever, go by. Casey: No, it's it's like okay, after like there are some funny moments, but overall it's it's pretty boring. So ⁓ watch that if you really care about the transition to Summer House, but we're moving along because in season six, Stasi and Ariana have another dueling birthday, but it's a little bit more interesting. Stasi has a murder, like horror-themed party, as like, you know, just because she's really interested in like the macabre and death, and she says like she's turning thirty. thirty so like it's a little bit like the twenties are dying, which what a trendsetter she is, 'cause that became like a trendy birthday party theme like within the last couple of years, I feel like. Yeah, I mean, you know, like Blake: ⁓ did it? Casey: I I find it annoying, like whenever I see a trend that gets used too much, I'm a little bit like, Now I'm definitely not ever gonna do that. Like, did you see like a random burst of a bunch of people doing birthdays that said like a teeny bit older and it was like martini themed? Like I saw that like five different girls I know. Like all of them, like, ⁓ see now I don't think it's cute. Like I thought it was cute, but now that I've seen five of them and I saw the same thing with like death to my twenties or like death to my younger people, like, yeah, death to my teens, like Blake: No because I think because like like I think that you you see like a lot of straight people's bullshit and I think it's a very straight thing because when I was watching this and how naive of me, but when I was watching this I was like, wait, cause I also like I love Halloween, that's my favorite holiday. I love horror movies. I was like, This is so fucking cool, and I like, you know, Stassi and I are like that, where she's like, she likes true crime, she likes the macabre, and I get that. So I like, wait, like, 'cause I'm turning twenty eight tomorrow. But Casey: And you were like, Wait, that's cute. Yeah. I mean you should, or you should do it next year. Blake: Well that's what I was saying, so I'm turning twenty eight tomorrow, but next year I like, Okay, death of my twenties, it's the last year of my twenties. I was like, I could do that, but now that you're saying that, but I guess I could make it in like a a gay way that hasn't been like a more like put like a queer lens on it somehow. Like a bush Casey: Right. You could do like Blake: I could just have everyone like 'cause the way that she's doing it and I'm sure the way that like Casey: You could do like dress as your favorite character that's ever like died in a movie or a T V show too. Like that would be kinda fun. Blake: Yes. Or like a death becomes her kind of vibe or something. Yes. I feel like the thing is like Casey: Any character that relates to a death theme, like 'cause then you have a lot of fun, like, things that you could dream up. Blake: Yeah. Well ⁓ so if you ⁓ if you listen to this podcast, maybe you'll get an invite. If you don't listen to this podcast, you're definitely not invited. I can tell you that. Casey: Yeah. Nope, the invite's only gonna be relayed via audio on the pod. Don't write the details down or you're not getting in. Only right here. Listen, listen up. We will reveal the address on the air and on the air only. Blake: Next year. Next year. But I I really I really thought that ⁓ it was it was a cool vibe. And the thing is, I used to live in LA, so I actually have went to this, like it's dirty laundry, is like the bar that she has her party at. I've been there several times, but they really like transformed it. Like the walls looked fucking like gross and like warehousey and like they had like I Casey: ⁓ but Wow, you had boots on the ground at the dirty laundry. Blake: I did, I did. ⁓ but I thought that that was a very cool like concept. She's doing like a shot in the head chic kind of thing. Ariana's is like kings and queens. I was like, that's so boring. You're gonna do this you're gonna do this like like half and half, like half episode Stasi, half episode Ariana, and you're not even gonna have like as interesting of a concept. But honestly, Ariana to me, like that makes sense. She's not that interesting to me. Sorry, I know you like her. Casey: It's little loose, yeah. No, and it's like fine. No, I do like her. I think she looks good, but I think everybody else looked a damn mess. But you particularly liked Tom Sandoval's look. I didn't like have like a reaction beyond that like Blake: You didn't like it. Casey: I kind of appreciate that about ⁓ my god, I looked away for a second and then I looked back. ⁓ my god, that was actually horrifying. ⁓ my god. ⁓ my god. Sorry. Blake has the picture of Tom up and I didn't know I didn't know it was coming. Ooh. ⁓ Blake: Ha ha ha We'll post it for the listener if you're if you're not watching the podcast, we'll post it. He's it's essentially this like feathery, maleficent, like white eye contact situation. I was honestly impressed. I'm sorry I was. Casey: He's maleficent. God, this is horrifying. No, that though I don't ever like to give him that many props because he annoys me too. But one thing I do like about him is that he appreciates a costume and a theme. Like he says either at this party or ⁓ Blake: He definitely does. Casey: At a ⁓ they have another themes party in a minute, but he says, I have a costume guy that I have for emergencies, and I'm like obsessed. I'm obsessed with that. Like that is so endearing. I would have fallen for his charm at this time. Like, this is the type of guy that could woo me with silly comments like that, even though he's evil. But like that is endearing to me. Like that he like him owning some of his like being able to embrace more feminine elements and like not being insecure at all in his masculine. Blake: Yeah, yeah. Okay. That's Right, because even though he's evil because Casey: masculinity in that way is endearing. Like women do like that in doses. Sometimes he pushes it a little too far where people would be like, it's a little too much for me. But Blake: When he's like straight ironing his hair and shit like that, and it's like Casey: Right. When he's like begging Kristen for a better shade of concealer, like it's a little bit like okay. Right. Like I don't really wanna be like fully fighting over like makeup details with you, but like love that you have a costume guy on your phone contacts. Like that is everything. Like God, this is there's so much frickin' things that tr tie me back to trauma, but like Blake: It's like girl, I've never done that before and I'm fucking gay. Like Yeah Ha ha ha. Casey: If I had asked my ex to wear a costume with me and I did once, like I I mean I was probably seconds away from like being called the dumbest girl in school, like just for asking. Like so who knows, but no. No. Blake: Would he not dress up with you? Like at all? He wouldn't put anything on? So you'd be the girl who like has a costume and your boyfriend's wearing like jeans and like a t-shirt to the ⁓ my god Casey: And I love a costume and I love a theme. So it was even that much more offensive, like because I like really like I wanted to go out for Halloween and he didn't want to go out, so I just dressed up and had him take pictures of me at home because I like still wanted to do a costume. But he like didn't want to go anywhere. Horrible. Blake: ⁓ my god, I almost called you Katie accidentally because I know I know ⁓ my god No, I'm glad you're out of there. Damn, that's horrible. Casey: But speaking of prison off of my prison and to Stasi's prison, at this time of her party, she's dating Patrick, which if you don't recall Patrick I feel like if you're listening to this episode, you probably do, but he sucks. He like is like an intellectual elitist who thinks he's way better than her. He's probably a lot older than her, similar to how Jax was. Like he like very he's very condescending to Stasi. He says really weird things. He like gets her in kind of this cycle of abuse where like he's mean to her and they break up and you know, like we've all whatever pattern you're thinking or imagining, it's probably one you know. ⁓ but he's there at the party and Stasi the whole time. Time. Like, she's like, I don't know why I'm so nervous. I don't know why I'm on eggshells. Like, cause I know it's 'cause Patrick's here. Like, I'm just so nervous. And like, it's like, yeah, mama, like that's what being with a partner who like is evil to you does to your nervous system. Like, it's stressful to go out with them. Like, she says she feels like she's like towing around, like trying not to like upset him. And it's like, right, that's how it feels. Like, so of course she's like very stressed out. Obviously, they all drink a lot. She says in a confessional that she also. is doing a lot of Adderall. So like Stasi's on one. ⁓ Blake: Yeah, and and we have to mention just for context that this guy Patrick like said he was going to Amsterdam and they got into a fight because he didn't tell her and like she's not invited. It's like a personal trip or something, which is kinda strange. And they got into a fight about it and he blocked her on Instagram, like while they're dating. Like that's the kind of relationship. Casey: Right. He has like very like manipulative patterns of that. Of like he like does things to like cut her off and make her feel bad after like a fight. So she has to like beg or like work for his forgiveness and like that's why she has this dynamic of like trying to tiptoe around him. So like she's already like having this again, to my point of if anyone could recognize what being in a horrible relationship does to you, they might be a little bit more empathy about some of these things. But everything goes to hell at Stasi's party because it again, it's not even because of this. It's because of what I all the other factors, but they like bring up like her to like this stripper that they know and invited and they're like, come do like an ass shot. And the the crux of the issue is Stasi is like, no, and she's horrified and this like sends her into a a crash out. But the reason behind it is like she's worried about how Patrick would what what he would say about her if she does it. Like assuming that his reaction would be like So slutty, like how trashy, like whatever. I'm sure he'd d demean her about it. So that's why she freaks out and crashes out and she says, like, I was nervous, like and I was so fucked up and like it just combined and like I freaked out. But she storms out Blake: Yeah. Casey: Katie and Kristen kind of try to follow her, but Kristen is like, no, like this is ridic this is getting ridiculous. Like we do this too much. Like even her family's all inside and like they don't storm after her because you can't like keep storming after people when they act like this. Eventually you have to show them like you gotta figure it out. Like so they don't really go after her. ⁓ hilariously Blake: But she does leave them with a a bar tab that someone has to pay. Casey: Like, girl, did you tell them all you were paying for everybody and then left? Like that's hilarious. Blake: Yeah, like was the was the vibe like I'm covering the tab and then you're like, ⁓ someone figure that out like Casey: Like is it just hers or is like did she like tell did she put a ton of people on it like, ⁓ my freaking god I I need to do that for my birthday. I'm gonna invite everybody out and then I'm gonna Irish goodbye the bill. And then there has to be a group fight of who's gonna pay it. Blake: ⁓ Someone figure it out. I also have to say I also have to say like she has ⁓ a bunch of like Domino's pizza at this party and there is a like a a chocolate fountain but it's ranch instead of chocolate and it's just cascading down ranch. And Tom Schwartz has like a really snarky comment about this in his ⁓ confessional I think I would be really mesmerized by the inventiveness and the the vision and also like I fucking love to put ranch on my pizza. I actually feel like I can forego the thoughts of the bacteria and how gross all that is for the for the sheer fact that it's just like I've never seen that before and I'm dipping my pizza in there. Casey: I wouldn't have even have thought about the bacteria. Like watching it, that didn't enter my head. If I was there, that definitely would enter my head. I'm not like I don't like think unfortunately I'm like a bit reckless with things like that. Like I'm like, young, like whatever. How silly and fun and like whatever you want. Like I it's not gonna enter my head of like, could this Blake: Right. Right. Right. Are the germs ⁓ yeah. No, that's so true. You're telling me I have to be discerning with germs while I'm fucked up and there's pizza and ranch in front of me? Girl that no. Girl, what have you fucking ever cared? Like one Casey: not resonate well with me, especially if I'm drinking, like I'm dipping whatever I want into that ranch tower. Like I'm sticking my fist into the ranch tower. Like don't play. Like Tom Schwartz, like spare me, spare me your outrage. Like, aren't you doing drugs with people in the bathroom and you're worried about the ranch tower? There's I would I would put money on him not having a primary care physician to this day. Like I would I mean like I wouldn't be shocked at all. Blake: When was the last time that you saw a doctor, Tom Schwartz? Like just answer that. Like he would have to be on the floor, like feeling like a bone was broken in half, bleeding onto the ground, to be like, I guess I should go see a doctor. He's not the kind of person who Let me go do my annual wellness check. And he's over here like, the germs in the ranch. Girl, you are a moron, you're ugly, you have a terrible personality, you're you absolutely are a slimy motherfucker. No, you cannot be trusted. And you're divorced. Casey: Ha ha ha. Blake: For a good reason and you wanna talk about Casey: We should do an episode We should do an episode where we just come on and disparage his name for like an hour forty-five. Hate episode. The Tom Schwartz insult episode. Tom Schwartz, do not listen. It will hurt your mental health. Blake: ⁓ Should we do like the Tom Schwartz episode? Like Yeah. The Tom Schwartz takedown. The Tom Schwartz takedown. No, I would be down because I feel like we did, you know Casey: Like I literally hate him so bad. I could talk about the the list of war crimes he's committed for genuinely so long. Like 'cause there's so ⁓ my god. Honestly, let me just let me just save it. And let's let's end let's end the episode with our final Stasi birthday that we get on camera in Vanderpump Rules. Maybe someday we'll get another one, who can say. But there was a healing in between season six and season seven because Ariana and Stasi decide to combine forces and have a joint birthday party for once. Blake: Yeah, no save it, save it. Thank God, because I was like I don't have to skip all of Ariana scenes. ⁓ Casey: Whatever, Blake. And they have a beautiful party. Stasi is like a big Game of Thrones fan. If you're a Stasi, like if you follow her, she always posts about this. She like tried to like call her fans like Khaleesi. Like she's really into Game of Thrones. So sh her vibe is like, let's make it like the the White Walkers, like w the winter is coming, like winter is here. But s Ariana's like, yeah, girl, whatever. Like let's just make it winter themed, 'cause not everyone's gonna like get if we say like Like White Walker, like so they Kristen describes it as winter wonderland ice queen fierce when they're at the Christmas shop buying decorations. So there you have it. and yeah, they're just doing it. They ha they got like a house that they rented out but via someone they know and you know, they set it all up cute and they have a big house party. And it looks like a fun time. Blake: It's in like the Hollywood Hills. It's like very legit. ⁓ and she Stossy makes it clear that she is past her b birthday meltdowns. She's turning 30 and she is she's a new woman. She's a changed woman. And I find that very inspiring. As someone who has two years left of my twenties, I wanna be like Stossy when I'm 30. I don't wanna I wanna be over birthday meltdowns. Not that I've ever had one But I just would like to be still somebody who wouldn't have. Casey: I've probably had one or two, but mine would probably be more of like I've had a birthday where I've gotten like sad. Cause like I feel like that's a another way that birthdays can go where like you kind of like either didn't feel like the level of like Blake: What do you think? Casey: ⁓ what's the word? Like affection from like people you thought you would like so you get disappointed like that that's what happens to me and like so I've had meltdowns like that where I've probably been too drunk and like I was a little upset about something and I like got upset. But I'm not like a I'm not like a rager drunk. Like ⁓ I don't get angry with people like that. If I get angry like I get more s emotional. I don't have like a dark passenger like Stasi has. So I wouldn't have a birthday meltdown like this. It'd be very shocking to me. Like, it would be very out of character. To get me that mad, I'd have to like something would really have to be done to me. If a drink was thrown on my head by Tom Schwartz, a birthday meltdown would be had. But this murder the murder party and the ice queen party, there's nothing. Like the stuff that pisses her off wouldn't have gotten me like that. It ⁓ Blake: If I was Absolutely. You should fucking fight that bitch. No. ⁓ my god, and it's sorry, go ahead. Casey: No, I was just gonna say, I could like end up leaving like similar to her, but I would do it in like a sad way. And I might be a little bit like, I'm kind of sad, nobody came to see if I was okay, like, but not like I'm like, if you follow me, I'm gonna like bite your head off. Like, if you followed me, I'd be like, I love you so much. Like, thank you. Like, I'm I'm so lucky to have a friend like you. Like I just like I just want someone to show that they care about me. Like, not that I like need Blake: Mm. Ha ha ha. Right. Casey: everyone to like I don't I don't know what she wants in these moments. I don't think she knows what she wants in these moments, but she does have a a birthday meltdown this year. But it's it's more contained. Yeah, it's at the end and it's it has less victims than it normally does. It has one victim. Blake: She does not. She does not. And but it's at the end. Yeah, it th it's not it the the like air the radius of the f the fallout is small. It's and it's it's also like very much trauma induced, I would say. Like so basically the the party itself, like, you know, people are interpreting it how they're interpreting it. Sheena shows up, she like kind of looks like Stasi, like she's blonde, she has blue eyes, Casey: Yes, yes, yes, yes. Yeah, I would agree. Blake: Tom Schwartz is dressed as like Buddy the Elf, but like also like sh Stasi calls him like a bath salts elf because I mean like I guess he looks cracked out. But then he also's in on the joke and mentions to Lala, who literally just shows up as like a she's wearing workout clothes with like a little cut on her cheek, like a fake cut, and she's like, I'm a hiker who like fell. And then they're doing this bit where they're talking about how we were supposed to be like on bath salts, and I'm like, wait, so. That wasn't a s a st a snarky comment from Stossi. Like you actually like what? Like you Casey: No, I wasn't really getting it. Giselle Karen voice. Are you getting it? I'm I'm not getting it. I'm not. I I wasn't getting it. And Lala, do not piss me off, as you could guess by some of my earlier statements. Nothing pisses me off more than a bitch who won't follow the theme. Like, either just 100% don't follow it, but don't slap a name tag on your already outfit or like like no no no no no. If you're not if you're gonna disrespect my theme orders, then you better be like, yeah, I didn't do it. Don't don't try and say I'm a hiker who fell on snow. Like, get out of here. And yeah, they like both kind of look Blake: Ha ha ha Literally. So annoying. Casey: out of place. Everyone else like kind of kind of did their big one. Like even Sheena looked crazy. Like she was wearing a blonde wig and blue contacts, but like she looked like the theme. Like she was in white winter clothing. Like so like and she you know she didn't just wear leggings. Like Lala literally came from Orange Theory. Like she came from Soul Cycle like and added a piece of eyeliner on her head. But yeah, it pissed me off bad and Stasi's mom has like a weird moment too where she is talking to Stasi's Blake: Yeah. Ha ha ha. Casey: boyfriend Bo at the time and he like is like a he's great and he's dressed like Christmas. Like he's just like Christmas. Like he's decked out in like Christmas clothes and lights. Blake: Who's a good who's a good egg? He's a good egg. Like he's Yeah. He has like a the the lights wrapped around his torso. Casey: And what does Stasi's mom say to Bo Blake? Blake: Stassi's mom like corners him and is like, Well, you you know, you need to have some lights wrapped around your package under the tree. And he's like wearing like a speedo or something, so it's like he has like tree garb on his torso and the lights are just wrapped around his torso, and then there's like obviously nothing like wrapped around his groin. And Stasi's cause that'd be like, what do you mean? Right, and Stassi's mom's like, you need like lights around your package, and he's like, ⁓ right. Casey: 'Cause that would be obscene. Right. And Stasi's mom like a character and like she continues to be, even if if you've watched House of Stasi, she's like just as insane there. So that's just like a little a little Easter egg. But yeah, the birthday mostly goes well. Like everybody has a good time. ⁓ Sheena has probably like the least good time because she's clearly jealous as hell that Ariana and Stasi are bonding. Like Stasiana is pissing her off boots. Like she's trying to pretend like it's not, but you can just tell that that's not having a good night for her. ⁓ and yeah, everything kind of goes to shit when Stasi just like I we don't even like see like, you know, her like saying goodbye to anybody. Like it just kind of like all of a sudden Stasi's like in her room and like she's getting ready for. Blake: ⁓ it's pissing her off. Casey: bed like she's like has like some makeup off she's like kind of still in her corset but like she's getting undressed she's de glaming and she's like texting Bo and is like I I want you to be here like I want you to be here when I go to bed why are you still out why you still partying but the party's like from the clips I mean and this could just be editing but it looks like the party's still raging on so like it's kind of wild he's down he's downstairs right Blake: Yeah. And also this isn't like a it's not like ⁓ he's at the club with dancing with women, like he's like at the same house dancing with like the friends, so it's not like a ⁓ what are you doing out at the club. She just like wanted him to leave the party with her, and so she's like, I'm tired, I wanna go to bed. And then she starts blowing his fucking phone up. Like Stasi, ch chill. She's calling, leaving voicemails, like you're obviously ignoring me. Casey: Blowing them out. Blake: ⁓ I mean like if I'm fucking having the first of all, like I said, man's not wearing pants, he's wearing a speedo. I don't know where his phone is. Like I don't know if it it's probably not in his p you know what I mean? She's assuming he's just like, ugh, my bitch girlfriend. He probably like isn't on his phone and also like I I don't know, I'm the kind of person I've done this before. Like my boyfriend will go home, he's like, I'm too tired. I'm like, I'm having a good time, I'm gonna stay out, or like vice versa. And it's like, okay, like have your night, like whatever. And Casey: Very that's a good point. Right. Blake: Especially when you're in the same home. Like you know that man is just up there. Like if you really are tired and drunk, just go to fucking bed, you know what I mean? Casey: No, you're right. It definitely is like trauma induced because she had just gotten off the Patrick thing. Like Home Girl has not had a great relationship ever until this one with Bo. So obviously she's a little bit like insecure about like, you know, someone being out late slash like I think honestly it could also be just like a little bit of self-sabotage too of like she kinda like tried to go to bed like when everything was good, but then like right before bed was like Blake: That's true. Casey: ⁓ like so like, you know, it just was a little bit of like she ha her something in her like had to latch on to something. But I love Saucy and Ariana finally becoming friends. I think they make so much sense as friends. It always bothered me that they didn't get along until this last season that Saucy's on, really, 'cause she's like sort season eight is kind of a flop, but she's on that one, but I wish they had been friends before this. We could have had more fun birthday party themes. But alas, we got one. And it was a good time. And those are the Stasi birthday episodes. If I did miss one somehow, since I'm not perfect, you let us know and we'll ⁓ we'll add an addendum. But I think I got ⁓ all. Blake: Then let us know. But I feel compelled to share. I just googled it. Stossy is a cancer. You're no, you're a Sagittarius. Okay, for some reason I was about to say cancer. You're a Sag. ⁓ that's interesting. I can see that. I can see that. I do think that she's Casey: Sagittarius. Me my housewives are Nene Leeks, Lisa Barlow, Alicia, Rhode Island. There's more, but I can't remember anybody else. Dorinda is a sad Blake: Interesting. Yeah. ⁓ my god. Yes. Yes. Ugh. You have a you have a good you have a good lineup. You've a good lineup. Casey: My Shaylas. I have somebody else that's like young and cunty, but I can't remember who. It's not it's not Whitney, I wish it was. Blake: It's kind of funny how you're you're a Sage and you have like Dorinda who is like my favorite and then I have I'm a Virgo, I've I Giselle who's like one of your favorites. Like I feel like it's that's like a funny interplay. I well I love Sag women. I don't like Saj men. Casey: Maybe that's why we like each other. Blake: ⁓ Sag men I find to be very off putting and aggressive. I think Sag women though, I think because when it's when it's through the f the filter of a woman, I like the forthrightness and I like the like confidence and like knowing what you want and like the having a very defined character. But when it's a man, I feel like that can very much easily lead into like a cocky sort of like territorial like situation where like you're talking to them and you're like, You are like Casey: Yeah. I get that, yeah. T Yeah. Blake: Freaking me the fuck out right now. Casey: Have you seen those interviewers where like they'll ask people like on the street, like they'll be like, Would you rather be trans or a transformer? And if they say transformer, they cut it anyways. So, regardless, the whole video is every person being like a trans, like a trans. And it just made me think of that when you said, I hate Sagittarius men. I'm like, we just cut it to I hate men. I hate that in men. Blake: Ha ha ha ha. Or or if you want me to look horrible, you could say I hate Sag women. I hate women. ⁓ Well thank God that I edit these episodes, so that's not gonna happen. But you can try. But you can try. Casey: I hate women. Women. I hate women who are in charge direct. Know who they are. But yeah, it's funny. I saw one with Trans or the Transformer and like people were in the comments like you know, like conservatives were in the comments being like, They're clearly saying Transformer, like you can hear the F coming at the end and the the author of the post was like, They were saying transfemme like Blake: Ha ha ha. That's good. ⁓ okay, all right. Thank you guys. Thank you guys for tuning in. Casey: But yeah, everybody wish Blake a happy B Day when this ep is out. If you listen if you listen first thing on Monday it'll be it'll be a live B Day that you can shout out the B Day boy. If it's later it'll be belated, but you can deduce that on your own. Blake: Thank you, thank you. Yeah. I either way, I expect DMs. I expect DMs to our Instagram account, which you can find us at Mention It All Again Pod. I expect some more subscriptions or comments on our YouTube, which you can find us again at Mention It All Again Pod. Or if you are a TikTok user, you can find us at M-I-A-A-Pod, and I do expect a comment on the clip that we're about to post that says happy birthday to me. And we will Casey: Okay. Yeah. Blake: What are we doing next week, Casey? Casey: We're fighting or we're examining some fighting between Ramona and Bethany. We're going back to our classic format of feud and we will be looking at their most iconic arguments throughout the entire damn show and Blake: Hahaha how they got there. Casey: I'll let y'all know where we're going when we chat to you guys, or I'll post post some episodes perhaps if you're really curious where we go for that one. I gotta find them myself today. So I'll let y'all know. But we will be revisiting Ramona and Bethany, so we'll see y'all there. And Blake will be another year older by that time. Blake: Ha ha ha. ⁓ my god, ⁓ my god, ⁓ my god. But thank you guys for listening. Happy birthday to me, of course. ⁓ Casey: ⁓ and give him a birthday gift and leave a review of pot. Blake: ⁓ period Like, subscribe review, guys. If you could that would be the best birthday gift you could give me. Four or five stars, but preferably five, but if you wanna give four That's so true. Casey: Wait, why if we're asking, let's just go for five. I don't know why. Why are we if we're gonna ask, let's not ask for four. Like let's go big. Five's too much. No, but they can make that decision on their own. Let's us we are advocating for five. Blake: I feel like there might be some people who are like, you know, I'm down for four, but I'm not down for five. That's so true. I'm you know what? You just taught me a lesson. I'm too nice. I need to be a worse person. Casey: You gotta back your if you don't back yourself, who the hell is gonna back yourself? Can I get an Amen? Blake: ⁓ my god, you're so true, RuPaul. Case Paul Casey: It's like when you're on stage and that he says like who should go home and they say, Myself and Rue's like, Then you can go right now. That's basically what you just did saying, Give it a four. Blake: Yeah, liter okay, you know what? ⁓ my god, I should kill myself. Okay Casey: Episode cut. They're like, ⁓ it's his birthday Okay. Blake: Alright, okay. Love you guys. Thank you for tuning in. We'll see you next week for Bethany Ramona Feud. Like, subscribe and follow us. Socials in the bio. Have a good week. Love you. Casey: Love you.
