- 0:06[SPEAKER_01]: You're already a victim.
- 0:07[SPEAKER_01]: Are we looking at the apocalypse?
- 0:09[SPEAKER_01]: Cause that's how I sound, bro.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_01]: We were taught to always buy real estate, always buy real estate.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_01]: Which was great.
- 0:13[SPEAKER_01]: When it was affordable, you saw everything.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_01]: Once we were able to buy something, it became this thing in a family.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_01]: It's like the first one to go to college and get a degree.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_01]: But now it's different.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of stuff that you say actually don't make sense to me.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_01]: It's not doom and gloom.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_01]: There's a process when crops are grown where they burn the soil.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_01]: You have to char it, burn it down completely, not to get a fresh brand new crop.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that's where we are.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_02]: People like you, oh, we got to do this.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_02]: Come together as a group.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_02]: That's over.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_02]: We had that window.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_02]: I know that the two things that you never want to get away from from a wealth perspective is investing.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_02]: and real estate.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_01]: Bro, and let me stop playing with y'all, man.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_01]: I said don't mean nothing.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_01]: It don't.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_01]: This is about power.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_01]: Think about the space section, I was what they going.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_01]: They want to put data centers in space.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_01]: We're so comfortable.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_01]: If you're mentally not shifting, you're not going to be prepared for the next wave.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_01]: They chose, it's about wealth, Harriet.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_01]: It's not about black, white, half has not, so, right now,
- 1:17[SPEAKER_02]: What is your message to us?
- 1:18[SPEAKER_02]: What do we do to move forward?
- 1:20[SPEAKER_01]: Where about getting yourself together?
- 1:22[SPEAKER_01]: Get your family together.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_01]: Find out, just should you stay here, should you keep your children here and go create your utopia?
- 1:29[SPEAKER_02]: Right now I'm like, right now this is doing well.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_02]: No, I'm going in this direction.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_01]: Think at the hands on YouTube.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_01]: It's a wrap.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_01]: We enjoy these, but for how long?
- 1:43[SPEAKER_02]: I know you want to watch this next video, but listen, if you are an entrepreneur, business coach, business consultant or a small business owner who has a story and wants to learn how to create multiple strings of income from your story.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_02]: I need you to text me right now.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_02]: My book.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_02]: to six, four, six, six, six, eight, seven, four, one, five, two.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_02]: That is my personal number.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_02]: I have been an author for over 12 years, I've written 10 books, four of them have been best sellers, and I've sold over 100,000 books, but I've also helped a lot of my clients, take their expertise and put it into a story, then create multiple streams of income from that.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_02]: So I wanna help you do the same thing.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_02]: So text my book to six, four, six, six, eight, seven, four, one, five, two.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_02]: I, let's go back to the video.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_02]: All right, so welcome to another awesome episode of Inside the Vault with Ash Cash.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_02]: The greatest money mindset shown to play that I listen.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_02]: Today's guest doesn't really need an introduction.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_02]: The last time, last two towns he's at the chair, it became one of the highest viewed episodes with ever least insistent.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_02]: He has completely flipped the script for year storm leeway was known as the guy telling people to use their jobs as their first business partner,
- 3:13[SPEAKER_02]: uh... by real estate bill cash flow and create freedom to ownership but now he saw everything shut down a community over a thousand members preparing to leave the country and it's openly challenging some of the very advice people built their financial plans around so the question we have is what changed
- 3:33[SPEAKER_02]: Did the game change, did the economy change, did storm?
- 3:37[SPEAKER_02]: Simply see something the rest of us haven't seen, yes.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yet, today we're talking real estate, technology, ownership, wealth transfer, gentrification, reverse gentrification, jobs disappearing.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_02]: While one of the strongest voices in financial independence is making moves that have a lot of people asking questions.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_02]: The conversation is going to make some people uncomfortable already know this.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_02]: But it might also save you years of making the wrong financial decisions.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_02]: Ladies and gentlemen, my brother, Starflea Rosen, oh my god, Robson, he's like, yeah, I got a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little
- 4:25[SPEAKER_02]: Um, because you, like, and this is, I'm just, I'm really saying this though, like, your brain is always ahead of others.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_02]: So if there, if people go back to a lot of the stuff that you said before that you predicted and people called you crazy, people were arguing with you like now if you look today,
- 4:44[SPEAKER_02]: like a lot of the stuff like you like you for sure, right?
- 4:48[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and so that's what I was like, you know, let's let's talk, right, because even from a financial perspective, a lot of the stuff that you say actually don't make sense to me, like right now I'm like, like, no, this is doing well.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_02]: No, I'm going in this direction.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_02]: You're bro, you sew everything, like you sew everything, you
- 5:03[SPEAKER_02]: You're telling people don't buy real estate.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_02]: Even though there's thousands of real estate people on mine right now, tell you, they'll never stop selling real estate.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_02]: Or there'll be pushing people to real estate.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_02]: They're not selling grandma's house.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_02]: They're like, hold on to it.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_02]: Like, bro, what is going on, man?
- 5:25[SPEAKER_01]: Like you must, brother, please.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_01]: It was time, and now more than ever.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_01]: If you just look and get out of your way, get out your emotions, stop thinking like 10, 20 years ago, you would say there's a shift.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_01]: And if you're mentally not shifting, you're not gonna be prepared for the next wave.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_01]: Anytime you realize, you finally realize something happened for people who made the plan already onto the next plan.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_01]: You're ready to victim.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_01]: So if you sit around going, y'all, let me start getting my stuff together now.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_01]: It's too late.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_01]: They're already moving on the next thing to take you even lower.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_01]: So already knew it was time for me to get out of this because the numbers weren't making sense.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_01]: So it was inevitable for what to happen, man.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_01]: But like, but like,
- 6:13[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, bro, like, you all right.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_02]: So for those, I mean, for those who knew to you, right, the employee meeting that you even got the hat on, right?
- 6:21[SPEAKER_02]: Your story, your work that Verizon became a millionaire while working that Verizon invested, invested in money, mainly buying properties, right?
- 6:31[SPEAKER_02]: You had over 40 properties at one time.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_02]: So over 40 properties, you were the king.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_02]: of out-of-state investing, like I learned the three L.C.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_02]: structure from you or how you have the property management, you have the holding company, you have the right to all that stuff I learned from you, I learned around, like I'm seeing a lot of people online, talk about the same stuff now, prior to you, there wasn't really wasn't around where you were like, all right, out-of-state, right, you get a property, like, so all this stuff, I'm looking now, though,
- 7:05[SPEAKER_02]: And in my head, again, I'm a banker, wealth manager.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_02]: I know that the two things that you never want to get away from from a wealth perspective is investing and real estate.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_02]: And your kind of tell us to get away from the investor to the point where you, well, I'm not telling you good away from investment.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, not investment, but real estate.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_01]: to always buy real estate, always buy real estate.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_01]: Which was great when it was affordable.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_01]: When there was a time when the corporations didn't have no interest, when they were building their building blocks and other ways corporation was.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_01]: Now, so we got to think, our parents, they didn't have a chance of our real estate.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_01]: So when they did finally buy a house, it was like, hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it, because they never had ownership.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_01]: So they never knew about selling to transition at money into a new way of building wealth.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_01]: It was always finally by.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_01]: Like we weren't able to buy an own until the 1970s.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_01]: Think about that.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_01]: We weren't able to start buying and having anything to the late sixties early seventies.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_01]: There's this show is sold by like the American pickers.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_01]: When he's guys going around, finding, going to family's houses and farms, buying stuff that's been in their family since the 1800s.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_01]: What were we doing around 1800s?
- 8:26[SPEAKER_01]: What were we doing around in 19s?
- 8:29[SPEAKER_01]: The 1920s start 40s, 50s, 50s.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_01]: The American pickers, we pick it for real.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_01]: What are pickers here?
- 8:34[SPEAKER_01]: So, once we were able to buy something?
- 8:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_01]: It became this thing in a family.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's like the first one to go to college and get a degree.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_01]: But now it's different.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_01]: Once I start selling everything, people were coming to me because I said, I'm selling everything.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to lead.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_01]: I'm leaving the country.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, why you leave in America?
- 8:53[SPEAKER_01]: And no role here are insistence for it here.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_01]: They fought the be here.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_01]: I said no, they fought for freedom.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_01]: And that freedom meant you can go everywhere.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_01]: They were forced to fight for rights here because they didn't have enough money to leave because I bet if they would have had the funding, they would have left the fight here.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_01]: So don't tell me about staying here for a fight.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_01]: Like Stockholm Syndrome is a real thing.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I have people going hard in my comments.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_01]: Why you selling those with reason?
- 9:18[SPEAKER_01]: I'm number gonna sell.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_01]: Do you realize right now is the first time ever.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_01]: There are two million homes on the market.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_01]: There's only 1.4 million buyers.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_01]: There's 600,000, 600,000 gap in between.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_01]: There's 1,000 buyers.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_01]: There's more homes in buyers.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_01]: We saw it 600,000 buyers for the first time in history.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_01]: How are you not reading the right and on the wall?
- 9:47[SPEAKER_01]: The right and on the wall for me and my area, when I saw it looking around,
- 9:51[SPEAKER_01]: I've never got excited when I see white people moving to my area by houses and that's we're going to have a black, white, Asian, Muslim, Jewish conversation, right, Jews be ready because it's just a conversation and that's another thing and I don't want to get such or too far, why people made us uncomfortable where we could talk a lot about yo, I'm saying my man in
- 10:14[SPEAKER_01]: You're just having a conversation, but you will say, yo, this motherfucking nigger here, or you will say that loud and probably don't, but yeah, back to the house.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_01]: So, so I'm damn, I'm going to try to treat, you know what I mean, yeah, there's a 600, 600 house gap right, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah, so yeah,
- 10:30[SPEAKER_01]: So what's our relies on my neighborhood?
- 10:31[SPEAKER_01]: People are coming into the community, buying the houses, way more people, white people are coming into my neighborhood, buy houses for more than we paid for them.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I paid for my house about 400,000.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_01]: So not a house is worth 2 million.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_01]: People that are buying the houses are not your neighbor's next door.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_01]: It's not my black neighbor's not my black neighbor across the street.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_01]: I was, you know, with her kids watching them grow up for 20 something years.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_01]: It's other people moving in who are creating the value in your community.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_01]: So now when they're creating the value in your community, if they leave, they are taking the value with them.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_01]: The only reason they moved into my area, I'm talking to my area, if you're from Compton, wherever you're from and you see in the moving, they're moving because the area became safe.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_01]: Jobs made it safe.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_01]: 1.2 million jobs gone last year.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_01]: Gone.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_01]: What do we think that's going to happen, more jobs go away?
- 11:30[SPEAKER_01]: The Amazon Center is going to be going.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_01]: The pharmacy jobs, the shop rate jobs, the target jobs, the Walmart job.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be all checked out automation now more than ever.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_01]: If the conversation that I've been having for two years didn't spark you to look and see.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_01]: that this automation is real, and you still don't think it's happening, something's wrong with you.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_01]: You're in denial, and you're gonna be part of this thing.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_01]: Like, they don't really say people now, we'll call them, you're finally saying, they'll storm them, fucked up in the game.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_01]: I bet so why you not all want to tell them people don't.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_01]: I still see you talking about your own Gary Biotis, other thing, when you probably not, but it's to get people in your community, your mentorship.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_01]: Like if you messed up, tell people,
- 12:16[SPEAKER_01]: not to own real estate, but I'm saying it's own what you live in, don't own investment profit.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_02]: Let me ask you this question, right?
- 12:26[SPEAKER_02]: Because I see a lot of people saying like these low market, right?
- 12:32[SPEAKER_02]: So like the Ohio's, the Cleveland's of the world, right?
- 12:35[SPEAKER_02]: And if I'm somebody who emin investor, I
- 12:39[SPEAKER_02]: I see that there are 2 million homes, 1.4 million buyers, there's a gap between 600,000 to me.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_02]: That means that there's a supply and demand issue, right?
- 12:51[SPEAKER_02]: That there's more supply than a demand, which means that prices should go down as an investor.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_02]: I would think that I could just buy all those properties and then because there's a generation of renters, if you think about the young generation of being told to rent,
- 13:07[SPEAKER_01]: Why wouldn't I just buy all those Bobby M. Ranked to know if this is why I love you man See we gonna go back and forth right because you you push in a right bunch of Santa right things But I want to remind people you need to access self why three times before you get to the real truth of what's going on
- 13:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it is.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of houses on the market.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
- 13:25[SPEAKER_01]: Because owners are selling.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
- 13:28[SPEAKER_01]: Because most of them are not getting paid rent.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
- 13:31[SPEAKER_01]: So you mean to tell me, you're because of automation, because they're losing their jobs.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_01]: So now you go around there, because there's a lot of properties for sale and not say to yourself, why, why, why, why they sell it?
- 13:45[SPEAKER_01]: Most of them are not getting rent.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_01]: So you think that the average person to go go body's houses, now they're gonna get some tenants to stop paying them rent when most of them are selling it because they can't get rent.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_01]: And now you stuck with their problems.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_01]: Because remember jobs are going, it's jobs that are gonna go first in the urban areas in our communities.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_01]: That's be real.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_01]: And this is what's happening right now.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_01]: The job report just came out today.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_01]: The numbers don't make sense.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_01]: And they're questioning the fact
- 14:14[SPEAKER_01]: for who and where.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_01]: Where.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_01]: But we see a disemministration.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_01]: He's put people in place to say and do what he want.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_01]: No matter right or wrong, they scared.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_01]: There's a lot of a bunch of numbers.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_01]: They fudging numbers is obvious.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_01]: So the average person would think, yo, there's a lot of houses.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_01]: I would rather go somewhere where it's hard to buy real estate.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_01]: Mm.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm telling you these B.C.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_01]: areas, I'm excuse me, D.N.C.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_01]: areas, get you a B or A area, spend more for the property where area where people got federal jobs, firemen, policemen, and they're going to have a salary to pay you rent.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_01]: But don't think just because a lot of something is for sale, that's a great thing.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_01]: The housing market.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_01]: It's over man like I'm not here to tell you nothing else but what for now.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_01]: It's over Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm not telling you's over for good and I get people in the comments Yeah, but people always need a place to live.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but you won't be supplying it.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_01]: That's the fact Yeah, corporations are going to be supplying homes I'm gonna reiterate this again over they bought over half a million homes within the past two years and they're not buying its corporations
- 15:21[SPEAKER_01]: Then God Black Rock's State Street LLC has not been buying homes to wreck to you.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_01]: They're not trying to be in a land-load tent at court.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_01]: They're buying it because the government and they realize millions of people will lose jobs.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_01]: They will be forced to create a program, most likely UBI, universal basic income.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_01]: They will give them a salary.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_01]: And by giving them a salary they're going to accomplish two things.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_01]: they're gonna still be able to make taxes for the state because as they pay you a check, they're gonna be taking out tax money.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_01]: So that solves that problem.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_01]: And then the second thing they're gonna do is be able to say, we're gonna pay your rent for you.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_01]: And now when they pay they rent for them, they're gonna create a program like a section eight and they're gonna make an announcement.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_01]: We meet thousands of hundreds of homes.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_01]: Who are they gonna call?
- 16:13[SPEAKER_01]: black rock vanguard estate street and once they get their houses from them they're going to be a cool together and they're going to wait until you force to sell because you're not getting money but we under this umbrella of thinking it's business is usual.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_01]: It's not two years ago.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_01]: I said, I'm going to keep saying two, three years ago, because that's the only thing I can go about.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_01]: I made it my point.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_01]: I did an entire video where I said, once we start drifting into the person who will be the first trillionaire, not business, not Apple, who became a trillion dollar company.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_01]: Once you start handing, say words like the first man who's going to be a trillion there, don't you realize you're triggering a certain hunger within that billion-dollar million-air community where they're all going, oh, we was all billion, isn't I hear a trillion?
- 17:01[SPEAKER_01]: I got to be a trillion.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_01]: How am I going to do that?
- 17:04[SPEAKER_01]: So they're going to push this tech.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to do things like they're becoming so money-hungry and we are the spokes in the will.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_01]: where they relied on us to make them rich.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_01]: And when these wealthy people said, we don't need human capital no more.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_01]: I can become a trillionaire without needing workers.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_01]: Sign me up, Amazon, lay off, Apple just laid off, Facebook just laid off.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_01]: Microsoft just laid off.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not gonna stop.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_01]: How's the stock market on a non-week run?
- 17:35[SPEAKER_01]: of highs, nine consecutive weeks and the black unemployment rate is at the highs is almost seven.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_01]: Talk to me.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_02]: And I like, you know, it's one of those situations though, right?
- 17:50[SPEAKER_02]: Where you kind of looking at it and you're saying, all right, again, like the, the, we see the right in the wall.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_02]: We see jobs being lost.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, even me and my personal business,
- 18:05[SPEAKER_02]: that I've used AI a lot, and I didn't, you know, to be honest with you, it was a time.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we've had businesses together where we had, you know, 30, 40 people in our payroll, you know, I wish AI was around around a time.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the amount of, and I would say this has a good thing.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just saying me as a small business, like it's technically a small business is any business that's 10 million a lower, right?
- 18:29[SPEAKER_02]: So me as a small business, like I need to to be lean, right?
- 18:35[SPEAKER_02]: But to your point about these,
- 18:38[SPEAKER_02]: large corporations who are lean and like if I could use it to cut back there using it to cut back back are you like are we looking at the apocalypse because that's how I sound bro right so like the apocalypse sound like like you're saying you the version but uh basic income you like this look like um a hundred games bro like is that will we go in yes word do you do we really think movie and tv doesn't prepare us for
- 19:06[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, no real talk.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_01]: Do we really think somebody was smart enough to sit there and go, you know, we're going to create a world where everybody fighting for this and we get, do you realize how much UFO and space stuff is coming out right now?
- 19:17[SPEAKER_01]: That's a fact.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_01]: The government has let out files, Blake, like files from other pilots who they had exiled.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_01]: No, there's a great documentary.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, I can't think of it.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_01]: But just Google this UFO documentary from pilots that finally let them speak.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_01]: UFOs are out there, and they're letting them know, no, they're not even coming from space.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_01]: They're living already underwater, and they see them come out of the water, and surrounded they have one story where one UFO went around the military base and took control of all the nuclear weapons and turned them off.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_01]: Like a real story.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, turned them off.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_01]: You know, and it's the weird it and he was saying that he think they're really stopping us from destroying each other and just look at the climate we're in now.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_01]: Look at where, where United States just signed a military bill to partner with U.S. Israel and Israel is now on the thumb of telling our military what to do and have access to us.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_01]: We're a what country that has ever happened with another country tells another country.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_01]: We have control and I've understood that though like what like what is the person else who's in power right now?
- 20:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, the person who's in power right now.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah He's boy.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_01]: This is just my opinion.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_01]: This we have so much dirt on you.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_01]: You have so many people you got answer to Yeah, for sure.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_01]: And he doesn't really run the country to the point of he's making final decisions Yeah, you know, there's a reason why the Supreme Court Congress and everybody is taking a back seat.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_01]: It's not totally just fair for him
- 20:52[SPEAKER_01]: We think the president wins it after he wins he runs the country after he wins They open a door to this room and say go in there meet the people who really run the country And that's why most of them come out looking great after four years.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_01]: They yeah, cuz now those people You can either you can either come out wealthy and you could come out looking like Jimmy Carter Without the your first term.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_01]: We sing you to the country You don't come to no more president or two meetings you just live in on a farm
- 21:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_01]: This is where we're at right now.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_01]: So apocalypse just answered that if you don't stop preparing and thinking that way There's gonna be a big a problem because you're not prepared.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_01]: Think of how many survival shows on right now And we're not the survivalists.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_01]: We're not you got people at the teacher how to shoot how to hunt how to farm
- 21:33[SPEAKER_01]: Like survive off the land build off the land and it ain't our people.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_01]: We in trouble if we got a fight off the land Yeah, yeah, how soon you see that come so like so like so like so like yeah I'll let you answer that one because I was gonna go on a whole double tangent but like how soon you just see that coming See his well, I'm not what I don't want to do is seem like well I'm sitting with a magic ball right because anybody could really Look at the math and go how how long before we get here and take estimations like I'm doing yeah my estimation
- 22:03[SPEAKER_01]: If they're able, it's not this guy you got to worry about first of all.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_01]: He's building a foundation for somebody else to build the building.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_01]: So the next person to come in after him, if it's a Republican, they're going to build on that foundation he's creating, something so scary.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_01]: That's the person you got worried about.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_01]: He's laying the bricks right now for that next person.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_01]: That next person comes in.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_01]: You're looking at another eight years.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_01]: because now they're proven we have the right we we jerry mander we took away y'all voting rights amendment 14 which we could talk about a little more yeah and now they're going to be able to control when the election for god knows how long which he said oh y'all that does vote this one time you never got worried about again and they're in this space yeah mid terms are coming on yeah so i'm looking at
- 22:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, man, I'm gonna say 10 years.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_01]: It won't be nice if another Republican win.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_01]: You look at he has two left Yeah, another president comes in for two more terms.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_01]: That's eight first these two.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, at the end of that 10 years they got a break-in down so bad where you're gonna say it don't even make sense for me to vote no more Because I'm so they almost got you there now right now.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_01]: And I want to say and I'm gonna tell you voting voting as always been cool
- 23:15[SPEAKER_01]: but it's a pacifier.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_01]: Things have changed once we took our faith and our belief and put it into a politician.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_01]: We had uprisings, and we won our voting rights.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_01]: You know, our grandparents, it was fighting.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_01]: Bro, they had leaders.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_01]: They had Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, so journal, but Paul was like, there were leaders, they didn't lead to politicians, we lean on politicians like they leaders, and that's they got their own agenda.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_01]: And we don't have a military might with the youth.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_01]: When you took away the history from the youth about what their grandparents and great grandparents went through, they're like this, what am I fighting for?
- 24:01[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't even know there was voting rights.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_01]: They never had hunger, they didn't know about what we made one big mistake by saying, I want more for my children than I want for myself.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_01]: Our parents could say that, they came from the south, no jobs, no schools, no opportunities.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_01]: But what was one but us, we got here, we had jobs, we had health care, we had full one case, we were able to buy houses, we could get college degrees, and now I want more from my children.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_01]: So what we saying, we don't want them to work?
- 24:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_01]: We want to give them everything.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_01]: They don't know what's opening up a fridge and looking in the back and just seeing the back of the fridge is like Yeah, they got games.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_01]: Join us.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_01]: They will open up your fridge.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_01]: Your cabinet and see all his food and go and ain't nothing to hear to eat.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_01]: Let me order.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, brother.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah
- 24:47[SPEAKER_02]: Not so, sorry, not that are you good because when we talk about that, like I'm going to get back to the populist for a second, right?
- 24:53[SPEAKER_02]: When we talk about these jaws being lost, people not being able to pay rent, gentrification, a lot of the people who own these homes are going to probably leave what happens to it.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_02]: So, do you believe, and I just want to stick with real estate for a second, do you believe that our properties are going to continue to appreciate or are they going to depreciate?
- 25:17[SPEAKER_01]: Right because one of the things I got you yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 25:42[SPEAKER_01]: So those areas in the hood, which sat up, I'm gonna come back down, but you know, the area's that's gonna go up All the places where they left from the suburb along out and it's something.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, because now they're gonna be fighting to get back And now it's gonna be like, oh, no, right.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no, you laugh it was two million give us three That's you four mil you want to come back.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_02]: It's gonna cause those areas go go back.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_02]: Got you got you got you got you got you
- 26:05[SPEAKER_02]: And so tell me this, right?
- 26:07[SPEAKER_02]: So right now for a young person has $50,000 to invest.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_02]: Would you tell them to buy real estate, buy business, buy technology, or something, something else?
- 26:16[SPEAKER_02]: Put it in the market.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_01]: OK. Straight up.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_01]: OK.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_01]: I will tell them learn the stock market.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_01]: OK.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_01]: Learn money with money is going.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_02]: OK.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_01]: If you're thinking of my door, anything that requires you to rely on another person, meaning opening up a business, a laundry, a store, selling products that you need people to buy.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_01]: I'm making a bunch of coats.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to sell all these coats here.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_01]: You can make money.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not telling you you can't make money, but the objective is you shouldn't only want to make money.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_01]: You need to be able to place the money.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_01]: Since this person is starting up with $50,000, they're not trying to make money.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_01]: They need to now find a place to put this money.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_01]: This was somebody with $50,000?
- 27:01[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, cool.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_01]: I'll tell you, start up a little something, start selling some NIS and that.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_01]: When that $1,500 turned to $20, but the $20 in it, learn the market where everything is going, because like I said before, businesses have made it clear.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_01]: We don't need human capital.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_01]: With their, they've just had earnings for all these companies.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not sitting here trying to be a marketing granola.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_01]: I follow a lot of people and I learn from them and I'm understanding from them.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm going to speak from what they are doing and what I'm learning from them.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_01]: So once these earnings happen and these people, these companies are spending billions of dollars on AI, data centers, memory, uh, photonics.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_01]: Quantum.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_01]: This spending money on something that's happening that's going to come Because it's proven this isn't like the dot com era where they're like, oh, you know This is a bubble like like dot com bubble dot com was spending money on nothing.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_01]: They knew what happened like whole new about websites Price of a website They were spending millions of dollars on something something dot com.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, no, bro You get it for 25.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_01]: Actually
- 28:08[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I'm saying?
- 28:09[SPEAKER_01]: People, so it was an unreal situation, which calls that.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_01]: So I'll tell them, put them in the market, learn, you don't have to learn how to trade or recommend that later on, but just look at what are the top companies.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_01]: Use call, use ShaggyBt and Axit.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_01]: What's the best thing to invest in in the market and technology and tell me why?
- 28:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, what are those things?
- 28:30[SPEAKER_01]: What are the picks and shovels?
- 28:32[SPEAKER_01]: You don't need to try to invest in the top companies who are building data sensors.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_01]: You can invest in for example reeds.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_01]: If you want to be in real estate, there's real estate investment Real estate investment funds.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_01]: You can invest in Amazon.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_01]: They don't own those buildings.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_01]: They rent from a company and this company is on a stock market You can now invest in Amazon centers
- 28:54[SPEAKER_01]: FedEx is the same thing.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_01]: You can invest in re-it, also these data centers.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_01]: All these businesses, I just mentioned, they need property managers who are managing them.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_01]: Those are online.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_01]: You can invest in a property management company.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_01]: You can invest in a bunch of things.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_01]: The little cables that they have to plug and connect all the data centers up all those shelves, you can invest in that.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_01]: Invest in a wiring.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_01]: Invest in a cleaning situation that's not happening.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_02]: That's it, but don't invest in the system that's what I'm telling you, right?
- 29:25[SPEAKER_02]: So that's what I've got to say.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_02]: So, so if I hear you correctly, you're not, you're saying that right now, effective immediately, anybody with money, anybody who's looking in the future, anybody who wants to create financial freedom, do not invest or put your money into anything that relies on people.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_02]: rely on systems, rely on businesses, rely on, like you said, Amazon cut all these jobs, but as they cut all these jobs that get into automation and things in that nature, Amazon stock is going up, right?
- 29:55[SPEAKER_02]: And so that's where people is that, is that what you do with your money?
- 29:58[SPEAKER_01]: So like, all the money is yes, that you sold these properties, you're putting in the market.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I put 75% of my money back into the market.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_01]: And within the last few months,
- 30:12[SPEAKER_01]: Six figures the early six figures for the last three months, but a lot of my money also.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_01]: I still got money I got in that came in hours in an account.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_01]: I still got money in my Dominican Republic account I'm opening up an account in Thailand where I have my homes over there because I want to have my money Spread it out correctly.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna also recommend people to look into putting your money into other institutions besides a banking institution.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_01]: Who's gonna be walking inside banks?
- 30:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like banks
- 30:38[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not needed anymore, they're taking up real estate space.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_01]: So if you have to think about where am I put in my money, what institutions I'm going to put my money in too?
- 30:47[SPEAKER_01]: Is it safe in these other institutions?
- 30:49[SPEAKER_01]: Banks are going to have to do something?
- 30:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_02]: And so let's go that record, you said, came in islands, Dominican Republic, Thailand.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_02]: These are all places that you've invested in building homes there.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_02]: You've been really public and vocal about one to leave the country, while leave the country.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_02]: And I would think that there are some safe guards or safety's of being an American.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_02]: Like you don't feel endangered by going to different countries.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_01]: No because the United States did exactly what it wanted to do to us to make us think there was no better place than the United States.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_01]: Have you been thinking there's no better education, there's no better health care, you better stay here safe here, that's not true, now more than ever if you look around, you have more people leaving the United States that ever before, within a lot of the end of the selection, just look at how many people left the country.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_01]: Just look at how many people apply for passports in a second, second, and sit-a-sips in other countries.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_01]: You have families that are leaving.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_01]: Not just individual, like you own YouTube and Google X-Bax families leaving.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_01]: You had a family of six.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_01]: I watched your video of a family husband and four kids.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_01]: Who took your four kids?
- 32:06[SPEAKER_01]: And a lot of people leave them Alabama and Georgia, Iranians leaving, going to other countries.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_01]: So, I'll feel...
- 32:13[SPEAKER_01]: The medical there.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_01]: People are going there.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_01]: There was one lady she just did a video.
- 32:19[SPEAKER_01]: She had to get a Rooka now here 800 hours.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_01]: She said not.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_01]: She had a health care.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_01]: She was going to Thailand.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_01]: So with the Thailand got Rooka now done 30 bucks.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_01]: 30 bucks.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_01]: People are going to have another friend.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_01]: They went to go there.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_01]: They had to get a full body exam because he had a sickness.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_01]: He didn't want her to charge them.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_01]: $8,000 for all these exams and went there and paid $350, so these countries because it's different.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_01]: Like when I'm out there, there's no such thing as the organic section.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_01]: There's no such thing as the health food section, right?
- 32:50[SPEAKER_01]: So if you walk in a supermarket and they tell you all that healthy food is over there, right?
- 32:53[SPEAKER_01]: What is the rest of the supermarket there?
- 32:55[SPEAKER_01]: That's facts.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_01]: I go out there, it's a normal size chicken like, yeah.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_01]: Now, no big chicken like like this.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, the chicken was like, this big.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I say that, you know, we went to Belize for my son's birthday.
- 33:04[SPEAKER_02]: We spent eight days there, all of the food is locally sourced.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I ate because I was like, yo, I'm going to go here.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_02]: There's no way I'm going to take you all this food.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm thinking to myself, like, Tim, I'm wild and rock
- 33:16[SPEAKER_02]: My health journey, so I'm like, yo bro, you wilder, be you eat all this food, bro.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_02]: Do you realize I came back home when I lost five pounds?
- 33:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_02]: I'm about eight every day.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_02]: I was eating like normally I eat one meal.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_02]: I do old man in the States, right?
- 33:29[SPEAKER_02]: One meal a day.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_02]: Bro, when I was at Irmple Belize, you're probably two, three meals a day.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_01]: I came back to the States, five pounds lighter, bro.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_01]: Keep things happening.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_01]: You're eating and you're moving around in the sun.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_01]: Like everything else.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_01]: When you have that less stress in that joint and you smile and the eating and everybody's happy, guess what you're doing, burn it off and get no less out of you.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_01]: You're toxins.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_01]: You're everything's firing correctly.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_01]: So being out of state, being out of the country.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_01]: It's the best thing I anybody could do.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_01]: And I'mma tell you, young, please take a trip and travel.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_01]: Don't let nobody tell you anything about you not feeling safe here and we're in about this day, go see the world.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_01]: And those of you who are retirees are the biggest ones who leave in the United States.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_01]: We say they can't afford the living here.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_01]: They're taking every tie in mid-checks and countries are inviting you in.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_01]: But inviting you, new retirement visas, 50 and older.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_01]: If you got, you know, $1800, you got coming in.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_01]: You got, they got an X-pat visas.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_01]: They want you to come because they know we bring in a different, we, we are coming in to spend, and a lot of us can start our businesses.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_01]: I over in Portugal, they had to stop the golden visas because too many people are coming in.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_01]: Because Americans came to Portugal, they created a night life that they didn't have.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_01]: But we like to go out late in E.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
- 35:07[SPEAKER_02]: But again, like, just trying to get my, like, wrap my head around it because like right now as we as we speak like are so first of all, those like the average person is not like you're a millionaire, right?
- 35:22[SPEAKER_02]: So you could buy properties out of the country.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_02]: Can the average person do that?
- 35:26[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_01]: That's going to see his thing.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_01]: People that are leaving has nothing to do with.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_01]: how much money you need to live there.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_01]: It's about how much money you don't have to live here.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_01]: See, to live here, you're like, you know, I need 300,000, I need foot, I need half a mill, I got to make a 100,000.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_01]: Even if you got an online business in at home, you're online, you make a 5,000 a month, but hey, that ain't no money.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_01]: You make a 5,000 hours a month, you live in Puerto Rico, and live in Mexico, you live in Thailand, and you live in Colombia, oh yeah.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_01]: 5,000 a month?
- 36:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was just a little salute to the car.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_02]: I remember when we caught a with the live the Columbia, you know, he had a like a duplex head house for like $3,000.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_02]: Made.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 36:21[SPEAKER_01]: I'm making a lot of money.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_01]: See, it is with me, and I'm be honest, it ain't even about money for me.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_01]: I made money, but it's not the fact of how much money I have.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want to make, it's just gonna sound crazy, but it's the truth.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want to make no more money.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_01]: You need to make enough money so you can have freedom.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_01]: I've created freedom.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_01]: If you're chasing money, you're never going to get freedom because you can't stop chasing a money.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_01]: When you chase freedom, you're going to find yourself making enough money to now have freedom.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_01]: And now you're going to go appreciate the freedom.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_01]: Our ancestors and our grandparents and our grand-owning ones use our ancestors to go back to their father.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_01]: Don't grandmother.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_01]: They fought.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_01]: Here, because they couldn't have freedom somewhere else, the magic thing you want.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_01]: You want to raise, because you want freedom.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_01]: You want a new job, you want freedom.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_01]: You want a call, because you want freedom from the bus.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_01]: You want to get a divorce, because you want freedom from a relationship.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_01]: You want to get married, because you want freedom of now saying, I'm tired of being alone.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_01]: I want that now to be with.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_01]: Freedom is always the bottom line of any healthy decision that you're choosing to make.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_01]: So choose freedom first.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_02]: Even though right even though properties in America are still affordable.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_01]: You're saying don't buy those But they're not affordable Who do you affordable if they were so affordable they wouldn't be 600,000 more homes than people buy it?
- 37:43[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, people can't buy there's no jobs.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's not affordable Yeah, even the $40,000 dollar house is in a neighborhood where most of the people lost their jobs and don't have the income to buy a 40,000
- 37:58[SPEAKER_01]: even a house that's a $80,000 house.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_01]: The people in the area we look at our income over here, let's say in Georgia, we make a 2,300,000 and we look at a $80,000 in another estate and go that's cheap, but yeah, but how much do they make for that house?
- 38:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_01]: That's the problem.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_01]: Remember getting rent?
- 38:23[SPEAKER_01]: These people, it's always those on the bottom who drowned first and those above them stand on top of them until they're next.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_02]: You spoke about job loss over three years though, might do the tech and many stages and the impact.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_02]: Not only on real estate, but the community,
- 38:43[SPEAKER_02]: And you meant it right like all right you should be you should be focusing on you know technology these businesses I mean these these companies and things in that nature how does the like the everyday person how does the everyday person start to start you know putting in money so that it's it's growing for them like in tech or like if if there you don't I mean because like you're an investor I don't I know you know I'm not really an investment wife is and so you know she's
- 39:12[SPEAKER_01]: If somebody's just starting out, like, if you have a job and now you're getting some money coming in, start.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_01]: First of all, you got to do this as you catch yourself.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go with there.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_01]: We can't have everything microwave.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_01]: Like, yeah, information as you catch can be microwave.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_01]: Some stuff you don't have to have.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_01]: You can't, and I will, like, you can't.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_01]: The Instagram learning phase with everybody now.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_01]: a lot of them just have no objective.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_01]: They got to pay the bills.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_01]: And like before in my opinion, everybody deep down aside, wanted you to learn.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_01]: And we're from, yeah, I'm on to help you because I love but I have now, and I want to help educate teachers.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_01]: Like, yeah, I got these houses and cars.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_01]: And now I start getting paid.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_01]: I've seen how many people I can get in my spot.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_01]: So get that education, learn the market, learn the shifting of money in a transition or how money is changed a thing and then start investing in the companies and use the chat GPTs But when you use it use it as an education or tool not just the final answer.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but this is the only Bro this is it like when I like before I was like this is it Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, and it was really now we're at the stage of it's it.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah our children
- 40:20[SPEAKER_01]: don't have the opportunities anymore.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_01]: Like, we are really, and this is one of my things that I'm making clip when I go speak now, I am talking to the last generation of people who will be able to obtain assets.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_02]: Wow, that's a bold claim.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_02]: You said you're talking to the last generation of the last, that could obtain assets.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_01]: your children.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_01]: Your children bro.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_01]: They may never be able to buy a house or think about that.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_01]: You're a son of your son.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you're a daughter.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_01]: Think of their ages when they get legally old enough to buy a house which which might be a few more years.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_01]: Your daughter, let's set up 60, 18, 18, 18.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_01]: So now I think it out.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_01]: Three, four more years.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_01]: You know what?
- 41:05[SPEAKER_01]: That's going to be.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_01]: And let's you are going to give her the down payment.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_01]: How's she going to make
- 41:14[SPEAKER_01]: See, this is why I'm so reliant where I'm speaking to the last generation of people who have assets, jobs, you know, four one case, life is supposed to hand down to them because it's our responsibility.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_01]: We're gonna say, oh, the youth, they're not doing this yet.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of them are messing up.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_01]: But think about it, we did too.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_01]: But we had parents that won a grind, getting money, getting four one case, they're, you know, cannon us down houses.
- 41:42[SPEAKER_01]: And now we stepped out game up.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_01]: But then not going to have it, they're not going to have literally no opportunities to do anything but be a part of the system forever, renters.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_01]: What's being constructive for them is the plan that they laid out a long time ago because we got a lot.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_01]: And once they knew they, they were, I hate to say it because when I pause and start is because I don't want to say certain words
- 42:11[SPEAKER_01]: We littered was in a version of a modern day slavery where we were work.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_01]: We're giving birth to children so they can go now work.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_01]: Get paid, sanitation, you name it, MTA.
- 42:25[SPEAKER_01]: Then they're going to give children to work.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_01]: That's what the system wanted and it was fine with that.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to work.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to pay tech.
- 42:34[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to make hundreds of millions of bills of dollars.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_01]: Then something came along, call AI.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_01]: I don't need human capital.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_01]: We don't need day babies to grow up and take their spots.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_01]: What would we don't need them no more?
- 42:49[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 42:50[SPEAKER_01]: That's what's happening.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_01]: So different scale.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_02]: But it's like the cotton gin would slavery.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_02]: But what happens to the people, though?
- 42:56[SPEAKER_02]: Like now, give me an example, which, what you mean, mean it like, like you don't think it like, like, now the people are here, right?
- 43:02[SPEAKER_02]: So like, ah,
- 43:03[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I don't know if this is a conspiracy theory or not, but when I think about COVID, I kind of feel like COVID was manufactured to kind of like get rid of old people for the populations, right?
- 43:14[SPEAKER_02]: Because when I think about all the people and recipes to everybody who passed away during COVID, a lot of young people died, but they were sick.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_02]: They had some type of underlying ailment.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of old people died.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_02]: These were old people who were in nursing homes and
- 43:30[SPEAKER_02]: And so it kind of looked like it was the survival of the fittest, if you will, right?
- 43:35[SPEAKER_02]: And so that was like that way, right?
- 43:37[SPEAKER_02]: But now when you think about these people, right, these people who are actually here, I know you mentioned university basic income, but what, like, if this is true, right?
- 43:49[SPEAKER_02]: If this is true, where, you know, like, they don't, they no longer need people,
- 43:56[SPEAKER_02]: What's going to happen?
- 43:57[SPEAKER_02]: Are they just going to be running?
- 43:59[SPEAKER_02]: Is it demolition man?
- 44:00[SPEAKER_02]: Are they going to be living underground?
- 44:03[SPEAKER_01]: Like what's like what's going to happen with?
- 44:04[SPEAKER_01]: Well, here's what I want to think about because we get so comfortable walking into a house, turn around TV, making a plate of food.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_01]: Look at Skit Row, bro.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_01]: That's an example in a test run of could we have hundreds of thousands of people living on a street look at a Lanna look a skit row look a New York look a DC.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you know how many people living on the streets the fact and they're not they're going so it's cool and it's nobody nice
- 44:33[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_02]: Like, like, the, the, the, the true for the matter is almost scary though because I know, was a, but it's not like when I was coming up, like, you know, it was a quality of life thing.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_02]: So you know, people on the home, we had homeless shelters, like, there was a good go there.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you right, see what I mean?
- 44:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's what they're doing.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_01]: You right, see what I mean?
- 44:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_01]: That's what they doing.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
- 45:03[SPEAKER_01]: I was right by, like I was now Italian, we're money at, yeah.
- 45:07[SPEAKER_01]: Homeless up and down all over and they had an agreement with the homeless.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_01]: I'm seeing he's wave a homeless You know, the only way to describe is like a walk and dead and they all moving and drows together And I was asking my boy down and I was like, oh, what's going on?
- 45:21[SPEAKER_01]: He said, oh, they have an agreement.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_01]: They all move to this other side.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_01]: So the street clean it could come Clean up the streets and then they all come back It's not putting them somewhere right right right right now.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_01]: We drive and they all up under these highways
- 45:37[SPEAKER_01]: This is just them saying, we're giving you some more space to be homeless.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_01]: We find it so hard to believe, but, bro, when we really make ourselves uncomfortable and stop like, I want you to think about if there's when the day comes, if it ever comes, you know or somebody you know or somebody close to you, don't have they had a place to lay their head.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_01]: Where they gonna go?
- 46:06[SPEAKER_01]: What's gonna happen?
- 46:07[SPEAKER_01]: That's happening.
- 46:09[SPEAKER_01]: That's happening at an alarming rate now with these jobs You'll see us so many teens on the streets adults on the streets and what we become so nummed to this number is Millions in big day hot nom nomo
- 46:26[SPEAKER_01]: They're not, they're just like, hey, we give y'all some more space.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_01]: So when we try to figure out what they're gonna do, that right, made up their mind.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_01]: We want them to sit in back and place and go, it ain't me.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_02]: So what about the great, the great wealth transfer, right?
- 46:41[SPEAKER_02]: So you got to think about all of like the baby boomers who
- 46:45[SPEAKER_02]: are never tiring as a well transfer happening to next generation.
- 46:49[SPEAKER_02]: Could then not be like people, because you said this last generation, like, could put in people like my daughter, my son, start businesses or do something that allows that transfer to go to them.
- 47:03[SPEAKER_02]: How does that work?
- 47:04[SPEAKER_01]: No, everything is just my opinion.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, for sure, for sure.
- 47:08[SPEAKER_01]: And let me tell you why I'm so far and we're saying no.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_01]: Because when you put it that way, you fall somebody to prove you wrong.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_01]: Prove me wrong.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_01]: My grandkids, anybody like, no, now go prove me wrong.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, even though it's not, it's the way I can do it.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_01]: No, and let me tell you why.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_01]: First of all, the great wealth transfer baby boomers.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_01]: We look at that generation born in the 1940s.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_01]: That's where my mom's was born.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_01]: I know what my mother was coming from the South.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know too many black families who had their parents born in 1940s, who had houses, wealth, jury to now hand them down something being born from the 1940s.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_01]: I have stuff to hand down, and what I'm going to hand down is going to be something that will give them an opportunity.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_01]: But the great wealth transfer yearning on CMBC and seeing, they happen to conversation to their audience, which is a majority of white audience.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_01]: They like you hearing it on BT.
- 48:08[SPEAKER_01]: You have black news network, you know, white news, because that's their audience.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_01]: And they're going to be transferring them wealth.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_01]: The biggest wealth transfer that we have that's going to be important for us is information.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_01]: to tell them how to take this little bit I'm gonna give you, how to use AI, how to learn by starting a business.
- 48:28[SPEAKER_01]: With the rate of being a hand down, how you built your business using your AI and transferred out some money.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_01]: When I say some money, because we got some money, we ain't got no money.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_01]: Let's keep it real.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_01]: All we got is we got enough money to make it for a drug habit, a weekend in Vegas, and a bad marriage, we broke after that.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_01]: We ain't got no real money, if you know how much money you got.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't never want to be confused.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_01]: I don't never want to be confused.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_01]: That's why for me.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_01]: You're a guy, you're a guy, you're a guy, nobody.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_01]: If you know how much, whether you got as a factor.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_01]: So that's why our children are now granted.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_01]: That's why I was up to us to hand on just knowledge and information.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_01]: Like I'm out there, you know, my grandson.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, we out there, we playing ball.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm so into how to play ball.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_01]: And all that.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_01]: But I ain't trying to teach them to go to NBA.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_01]: It's not realistic.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_01]: It's not, yeah.
- 49:17[SPEAKER_01]: My thing is we're making a fair trade.
- 49:19[SPEAKER_01]: I'm teaching you finances.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_01]: Here's some books.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_01]: Go these do these assignments.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_01]: And when I see you got these assignments done, we could go play ball together.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_01]: But if you ain't doing that, we ain't going to play ball.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_01]: See, we got to get away from from that thinking that you and I live your dream to have your son go out there shooting ball and go make it to the league.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_01]: That's another story.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_02]: do we not, right?
- 49:42[SPEAKER_02]: Because because he's the other piece of it, right?
- 49:44[SPEAKER_02]: With the Amazon's and the AI's and technology, do we, do we focus more on investing in technology?
- 49:51[SPEAKER_02]: What about ownership?
- 49:52[SPEAKER_02]: What about us saying, you know, what let me start the AI company or let me start a company that uses technology is ownership not a good good good space to go ownership is great.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_01]: If I got a hundred shares in Meta, I don't, I don't sell them to company.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_01]: I got a thousand shares in a bunch of companies.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_01]: Guess what I get?
- 50:13[SPEAKER_01]: I get proxies.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_01]: Some companies like a voter's rights.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_01]: I got to be on those calls.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I want company to be able to get a we need you to attend.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_01]: You got enough shares, we got to make a decision.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_01]: It's a nice company.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_01]: That was like, oh, then they actually sent me besides emailing me, emailing me, emailing me.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_01]: I got a certified letter.
- 50:30[SPEAKER_01]: Like, you got it, you ain't gonna beat it as me, and it's what I'm like, dang it.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_01]: That's what it looked like.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_01]: That's ownership.
- 50:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 50:37[SPEAKER_01]: But here's the thing, the biggest thing I feel kids should own, and we should start owning names.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_01]: So I went on in your kids, their name at gmail.com, on in your name at www.saunia-l-l-c. Like start with those things because if they do which a lot of them will become something, somebody also own it.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_01]: So start with the basics, but if we tend to jump out the window,
- 51:09[SPEAKER_01]: for a good reason though I times because it was easy for us.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_01]: It was easy when we said, y'all, I'm gonna open up laundry match.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna do this.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna open up a rim shop.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna stop working on cars.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna start doing detailing.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_01]: She was all easy.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_01]: And ain't no more.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_01]: Like even now with new cars, they're making cars now where they put in these special bolts and stuff where if you go take it to a mechanic and they mess with that.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_01]: Now you just void it to a whole warranty on your car.
- 51:37[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, I got like, I work at a new car to do ship.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_01]: He's like, oh, they got, now he's caused a computerized.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_01]: They have things in it.
- 51:43[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to trigger your sensor to have you come in just to get something that's nothing wrong with your car.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_01]: So it's a charger.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_01]: This is where it's going.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_01]: Taking the power away from the consumer.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_01]: Because they, I hate to say they don't own the need us.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_01]: But they don't really need us.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_01]: They're pumping so much poison.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_01]: And so the food where they always need you to eat.
- 52:10[SPEAKER_01]: So a lot of they need you to eat.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_01]: They're gonna make their money.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_01]: But the shipping, the trucking, the routes, all this starting business is all it.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not with that conversation of telling my grandson, go up and up a business, I'll tell him, sell and t-shirts and hats and bill from there, be the next football.
- 52:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 52:32[SPEAKER_01]: Full become be the next football right now.
- 52:34[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_02]: You said something earlier around passing down like information, things of that nature.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_02]: I saw a stat recently that said the education space is going to grow to like 47 billion or something like that.
- 52:51[SPEAKER_02]: By 2028, I think that number was 2030 or something like that.
- 52:55[SPEAKER_02]: Um, you had a, you had an online community of over 1,000 people who you could be passing down information to, um, you decided to close out that community, what, why did you do that?
- 53:08[SPEAKER_01]: It was important because, I don't want to, I'm going to share some of the people that have gone sound nuts.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_01]: When you talk to somebody, but you're what you've been up to, I've been busy.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_01]: You busy being busy, but are you busy creating results?
- 53:25[SPEAKER_01]: People just could be busy, and you're not doing nothing.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_01]: You're just busy, and I realized me and my community just was busy.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_01]: We just were showing up for calls.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 53:36[SPEAKER_01]: giving them work, I'm doing work, but where the results coming from.
- 53:40[SPEAKER_01]: Wherever the people, where the results, what am I seeing y'all do without business?
- 53:45[SPEAKER_01]: We to take all this furniture out this room, move it in that room, tomorrow, change our mind, move it back in this room, tomorrow we've been mad busy, but we ain't got no results, and that's the problem.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_01]: You need to stop focusing on being busy and focus on results.
- 54:03[SPEAKER_01]: And by me getting rid of the community, which was tough, by shutting it down, I made a conscious decision of going what my belief was.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_01]: Stop trying to be a better version of yourself because it'll never happen.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_01]: We gotta get away from that phrase.
- 54:18[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna be a better version myself.
- 54:20[SPEAKER_01]: If you're performing at 60% right now, you wanna become a better version of 60%.
- 54:25[SPEAKER_01]: If you know you'll procrastinate it.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_01]: If you know you're not on time, if you know you're not good with taking phone calls, if you know you hate meetings, so what you're gonna do is learn how to master doing that better.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_01]: I agree.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_01]: You have to totally say, I'm gonna take this 60% version of me around the back of the barn.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna put him down.
- 54:41[SPEAKER_01]: I got to put them down because I need 40% more of me to now tap that 40% that didn't work.
- 54:48[SPEAKER_01]: How I'm a tap it's at that 40% I'm a create a new version of myself and that's what I wanted to do and that's what I need in my community to do.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_01]: I created a new version of me.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_01]: I set it down and now it wasn't so busy and now I end up saying okay let me work on my trust.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_01]: Let me work on that.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_01]: And by doing it, I came up with something incredible, because I would always do my trust.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_01]: And I went to update my trust, and I had these notes.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_01]: I would always have notes.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_01]: Like, some happens to me, you do this.
- 55:16[SPEAKER_01]: Make sure you have to contact this person.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_01]: The first 24 hours, the first 48 hours, do this, and do that.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm so putting it up and paling these notes.
- 55:25[SPEAKER_01]: And I said,
- 55:26[SPEAKER_01]: Then it got to be something available, better fact, you know, I don't, I don't, I'm so, you know, are you ready?
- 55:31[SPEAKER_01]: But we go talk about something here.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_02]: No, we get this, I mean, we go talk about this.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_02]: We go not as good.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_01]: Now, I went to pick up my books, but I'm going to show you out as this right here is my trust.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_01]: We could lead our day.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to show them something.
- 55:47[SPEAKER_01]: This is my living trust.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_01]: Something happens to you.
- 55:52[SPEAKER_01]: Something happens to you, you pass away, your wife, she gets this, oh, this is trust.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_01]: Let me execute.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_01]: What?
- 56:01[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_01]: What?
- 56:03[SPEAKER_01]: She just lost you.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_01]: How?
- 56:05[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_01]: How sweet?
- 56:06[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_01]: She's going through a lot.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_01]: So that's where I put all these notes together.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_01]: I said, OK, make sure you contact our state plan.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_01]: Make sure you contact this lawyer.
- 56:16[SPEAKER_01]: Make sure you contact this person.
- 56:18[SPEAKER_01]: Here's how the arranged was going to do.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_01]: This is all this stuff.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_01]: Here's everything.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_01]: So with all these notes, I contact my lawyer.
- 56:23[SPEAKER_01]: And I said,
- 56:24[SPEAKER_01]: Isn't this something for the average person in between losing their loved one and getting the trust?
- 56:32[SPEAKER_01]: Is there a in between something in the middle that helps them get to this and do this the right way?
- 56:37[SPEAKER_01]: Not at all.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's just not because it doesn't work that way.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_01]: I said it should work that way.
- 56:43[SPEAKER_01]: I said, so when somebody's actually creating the trust,
- 56:47[SPEAKER_01]: How do y'all, you know, work this up?
- 56:49[SPEAKER_01]: Well, we have a free meeting.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_01]: They come.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_01]: They tell us all this stuff.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_01]: We give them homework.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_01]: They go home.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_01]: They go get the accounts.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_01]: They go get this and that.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_01]: And that's how we make money because the second and the third meeting.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_01]: I said, yeah, that's what happened to me.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_01]: The first meeting we talked and you told me everything.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_01]: And then the next one is like, I, the next one is going to be $400.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_01]: Now it makes you your out of your stuff.
- 57:09[SPEAKER_01]: So now I said, okay.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_02]: I came up with this, 11 trust planning.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_01]: Let me trust planning companion.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_01]: And what this is, bro, is it helps you get in between from here to here.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_01]: And let me give you a simple breakdown.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_01]: Let's say you pass the way, your spouse.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_01]: Now automatically, at this book, we'll tell them, because they're going to see this before they get to this.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_01]: And this is going to tell them, go to Section 6.
- 57:38[SPEAKER_01]: for your successor, what sets you sex and sex of good faith to fat?
- 57:43[SPEAKER_01]: Sex and sex, what does it start off?
- 57:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, a lot of instructions.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of instructions, well, yeah.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_01]: Tells you, a lot of instructions.
- 57:51[SPEAKER_01]: They just lost you, lost you, his lot of instructions.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna give just a quick brief.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_01]: When they open up this, your wife, husband, she sees like just lost you.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_01]: Here's a letter that's in here for them.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a briefly go through it.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_01]: I'm writing this letter to you because I trust you.
- 58:06[SPEAKER_01]: Not just with the legal responsibilities of what comes next, but with something far more important for people that like to see I love most.
- 58:13[SPEAKER_01]: I did not choose who for this role because it was convenient.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_01]: I chose you because I know who you are.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_01]: I watch how you handle things.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_01]: Everything you need is here.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_01]: Every account, every contact, every step.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_01]: All you have to do is follow it.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_01]: One page at a time.
- 58:27[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you for saying yes.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_01]: That's the first thing they read.
- 58:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 58:34[SPEAKER_01]: Twenty-four hours.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_01]: First, four-day hours.
- 58:37[SPEAKER_01]: Stop, breathe.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_01]: You don't need to make any decisions right now.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_01]: Sit with the family, paperwork, away till tomorrow.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_01]: Then it tells, if you need to leave the home do so, secure the home, gather the mail, handle things later.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_01]: Then it tells them, contact the state attorney, contact this attorney.
- 58:55[SPEAKER_01]: Then it tells them here.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_01]: Contact the funeral, make the funeral arrangements.
- 59:00[SPEAKER_01]: Get 10 to 15 depth certificates, cause you're gonna need that for the banks, for everything, like, they're not gonna know these steps.
- 59:08[SPEAKER_01]: So now this is for someone that passed the way, and now they're going through all of these steps, and it gives them guides up to a year.
- 59:14[SPEAKER_01]: But now, when I was updating it,
- 59:17[SPEAKER_01]: I said, okay, so now somebody who's updating a trust or getting a trust, you mean to tell me, y'all was having them take all of the meetings and getting them home work, so you can get paid.
- 59:27[SPEAKER_01]: So you got to tell them.
- 59:28[SPEAKER_01]: I said, so what about if you have something in here, if I create something in here, we're not able to just come to the meeting and be prepared.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_01]: You sit down with a trust attorney, you don't know what you don't know.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_01]: So now when you get this guy, when it a key thing that tells you,
- 59:45[SPEAKER_01]: It gives them this information right here says the question is that change everything because you need to have the right questions.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_01]: If you don't know what to ask you not going to get to the point and then here's the key key part that took the money away my lawyers like storm I don't know.
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_01]: You might have created a situation here.
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:00:07[SPEAKER_01]: Your asset inventory.
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_01]: This part right here allows you to sit down with all your investment properties, put them in here.
- 1:00:14[SPEAKER_01]: Your life insurance policies, put them in here.
- 1:00:17[SPEAKER_01]: Your barrier arrangements, put them in here.
- 1:00:19[SPEAKER_01]: Who's your successor, put them in here.
- 1:00:21[SPEAKER_01]: The name, Social Security, email, every single thing that you would need for that first free appointment.
- 1:00:29[SPEAKER_01]: So when they say, yeah, we're going to need this.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to need that.
- 1:00:32[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to do that.
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_01]: You just hand them this book, but here's one more thing and then we go move from here.
- 1:00:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_01]: I read the Franklin, she had a disabled son and she passed away, she didn't have a trust.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_01]: Her family was trying to take away everything that was right, Philly his.
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_01]: And I said, I looked it up, there's one third of every family has somebody to say what I need to be taken care of.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_01]: So I created a section here, disability and special needs children.
- 1:00:57[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, wow.
- 1:00:58[SPEAKER_01]: You need to have in here who they are,
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_01]: Who's going to be taking care of them?
- 1:01:03[SPEAKER_01]: What are their provisions?
- 1:01:04[SPEAKER_01]: What do they need to eat?
- 1:01:06[SPEAKER_01]: How do they sleep?
- 1:01:07[SPEAKER_01]: How do you need to manage them?
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_01]: And also recommend certain trust because if you give a disabled person a trust, now you could be destroying their social security patients.
- 1:01:17[SPEAKER_01]: So you need to know how to handle that.
- 1:01:18[SPEAKER_01]: How's everything before you go sit down with a meeting to what a trust attorney?
- 1:01:23[SPEAKER_01]: You need to have a plan and you need this book.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, sure.
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like I said, there were books telling people
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, this is what it trust does, this is what this, but this is from a user to go into that meeting, so you're not paying for three or four meetings.
- 1:01:38[SPEAKER_01]: So this book right here, you can get that $79 and save you thousands of dollars.
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_01]: Thousands of dollars.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_01]: So the purpose of me creating that because it came from a bunch of notes.
- 1:01:50[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm recommending to everybody.
- 1:01:52[SPEAKER_02]: Well, let me ask you something, right?
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_02]: Because one of my previous episodes is y'all didn't watch the episodes that we did with automation bay.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_02]: She talks about the AI agent, right?
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_02]: With an AI agent, completely do everything for you.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_02]: And so one of the things that I think is dope is that like why wouldn't you create an AI agent, right?
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_02]: So when somebody passes away, the AI agent does all this stuff, so you never have to think about it.
- 1:02:16[SPEAKER_02]: Like have you considered adding AI to this?
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_01]: I did.
- 1:02:20[SPEAKER_01]: I thought about that.
- 1:02:21[SPEAKER_01]: Here's the thing, right?
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_01]: That consists of writing things down and that I do have a version when you fill it out.
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_01]: And you can send it to a agent, but if you're going to have your a agent do this does your a agent knows or your real estate doesn't know the deeds doesn't know your life insurance policies numbers.
- 1:02:37[SPEAKER_01]: doesn't know your children, your beneficiaries, who you want to put it, how much you want to leave.
- 1:02:42[SPEAKER_01]: Does it know who you want to do your funeral arrangements?
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_01]: Does it know like you need to stir input stuff?
- 1:02:47[SPEAKER_01]: And what makes it more powerful by writing this down?
- 1:02:51[SPEAKER_01]: See, you remember we was young, we were sign-out signatures.
- 1:02:53[SPEAKER_01]: That's like practice, I'll sign it.
- 1:02:55[SPEAKER_01]: And you would be like, oh, that's it, that's it.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_01]: Imagine writing down your daughter's getting 25%.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_01]: Writing down your properties, writing down everything.
- 1:03:05[SPEAKER_01]: See, it's different when you're able to write these things down.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, you could use AI to set up the meeting with your attorney.
- 1:03:13[SPEAKER_01]: But this?
- 1:03:15[SPEAKER_01]: This living trust, to this day in digital, this day in a disk, or somebody passed away and they got to give you a wife this, did not give her a file and go online and log in and go look at your husband's living trust.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_01]: See you like this.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_01]: So with this,
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_01]: comes this the instructions you want to keep it as simple as possible.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, there's a version of it that you could take the answers to give to an AI agent or a attorney to fill out that information.
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_01]: But it needs to be written down so you can understand a value and importance of why you're creating this limit trust.
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_01]: See death slows things down.
- 1:03:54[SPEAKER_01]: When death happens, you know, AI, you know, computers is you and the person you lost and the things that they're handing down and the responsibility you have to handle, things out.
- 1:04:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:04:05[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you're going to talk to all about doing that for you.
- 1:04:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_02]: Correct.
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_02]: Question for you.
- 1:04:13[SPEAKER_02]: legally, right?
- 1:04:14[SPEAKER_02]: Like once your trust is done, is it the book that makes it legal?
- 1:04:18[SPEAKER_02]: Is it the attorney?
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_02]: Like what makes it legally binding?
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, trust is legally binding once you've signed it and it's incorporated, right?
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_01]: That's something I don't go to the court.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_01]: This is something between you, your family, and your attorney.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_01]: You know, Will is in Pro-Bay Court and your Will is exposed.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_01]: That's what makes that trust.
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_01]: Now one thing I want to clarify, I'm not a,
- 1:04:38[SPEAKER_01]: a lawyer or anything like that.
- 1:04:40[SPEAKER_01]: I paid a lot of them a lot of money to do things for me.
- 1:04:43[SPEAKER_01]: That's where I came up with all of my notes to create this.
- 1:04:46[SPEAKER_01]: And even when creating this, I started with my lawyer and said, you mean to tell me, y'all be setting up the meetings and get that bread?
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_01]: Oh yeah, we need them to come back.
- 1:04:53[SPEAKER_01]: So you mean this book, stop all those meetings, yeah.
- 1:04:56[SPEAKER_01]: And what about something that helped the family to know how to deal with, they just lost you.
- 1:05:01[SPEAKER_02]: Nothing like that.
- 1:05:02[SPEAKER_01]: Nothing to tell somebody, what they're doing 24 hours, 48 hours, nothing.
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_01]: I want to do this.
- 1:05:09[SPEAKER_01]: So, yes, this definitely was a must have meant for our people, especially like I said.
- 1:05:14[SPEAKER_01]: The next transfer of wealth, we have to be us saying I don't have assets like that, but my biggest asset is the air brief.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_01]: And when I die, I could give my family a leg up if I stop putting it together.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_01]: And if you do have a home,
- 1:05:30[SPEAKER_01]: start spreading out house out amongst the families, but we got to get our stuff together, man.
- 1:05:35[SPEAKER_01]: This is where we are.
- 1:05:36[SPEAKER_01]: No choice.
- 1:05:37[SPEAKER_01]: No choice.
- 1:05:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:05:38[SPEAKER_01]: You need to start leaving something to your children, and one of the biggest things that books help you break down is having a life insurance policy to start your wealth.
- 1:05:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_01]: Breaking down your life insurance policy.
- 1:05:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:05:52[SPEAKER_01]: how to separate your life insurance policy, how to create a bank off that life insurance policy, how to create the same thing, a set-up formula like a Rockefeller, because yeah, he had money, but it was life insurance that built his wealth, that allowed him to hand down 13 generations of money from life insurance policies.
- 1:06:09[SPEAKER_01]: So you need the book and you need a living trust, and this book will help you see the assets, and even if you have your mother, your father, they got assets, and you need to get a trust?
- 1:06:19[SPEAKER_01]: start putting you as see when you see the assets you're not sitting in that meeting with the lawyer or word I forgot about that or word I forgot about that we need and that's another meeting so you need to have this man this is something I did out of my heart out of my notes because I know my people I'm talking to the last generation of ass people with ass that's it yeah
- 1:06:41[SPEAKER_02]: or not, right?
- 1:06:42[SPEAKER_02]: Because I was going to say like this almost feels like with everything that you talked about, this actually feels like the way to not, right?
- 1:06:50[SPEAKER_02]: You said to it, he's the right to extend it, right?
- 1:06:52[SPEAKER_02]: Because at the end of the day, it is, it is incumbent on us who have assets, right?
- 1:06:57[SPEAKER_02]: So that is what you're saying.
- 1:06:58[SPEAKER_02]: This is incumbent on us who have assets to make sure that we're growing those assets, right?
- 1:07:04[SPEAKER_02]: You, you, you, you, you, you sold mostly all your properties,
- 1:07:08[SPEAKER_02]: that you had in the States, you use 75% of that money to be able to invest and then in a, you know, three months, you're up six figures.
- 1:07:17[SPEAKER_02]: So that money is multiplying.
- 1:07:19[SPEAKER_02]: And then now your trust is growing.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_02]: So now, and you know, you create that trust that now, you know, you know, you know, goals, you know, now with these asses that you're passing down to your ass.
- 1:07:29[SPEAKER_02]: Children and your grandchildren.
- 1:07:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, yes.
- 1:07:31[SPEAKER_01]: I want to key thing after you finished that book like I said Yeah, after this book is completed and filled out like yeah, Bahaday then nowhere's gonna go after you finish that book
- 1:07:41[SPEAKER_01]: It's the first thing they see in your trust.
- 1:07:43[SPEAKER_01]: Now when they open the trust, this is the first thing here, and now is going to tell them, go to section six and tell them everything they needed to need to do before they get to this.
- 1:07:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I love that, I love that, because at the end of the day, like, right,
- 1:08:02[SPEAKER_02]: if I if I have some takeaways from here and I and I do want to talk about voting for second right because I know I know you mentioned that earlier and I don't want to skip past that on so I do want to get back to that in a second but but but based on what we were talking about
- 1:08:18[SPEAKER_02]: We're at a turning point right now, right, where we have an administration that only cares about themselves right now that they're securing the bag literally, right?
- 1:08:32[SPEAKER_02]: Like when I start thinking about cryptocurrency, how that, you know, that became a focal point of this administration to the point where even the Trump coin for me fell a little
- 1:08:46[SPEAKER_02]: Janky, if you will, right?
- 1:08:48[SPEAKER_02]: And it kind of felt like a way to get paid you know, underhandedly without having, like doing it legally, if you know, right?
- 1:08:58[SPEAKER_02]: Cause you got to think about what president says, all right, I'm gonna issue these coins.
- 1:09:03[SPEAKER_02]: So think about this, right?
- 1:09:04[SPEAKER_02]: If I need people to do my bidding, right?
- 1:09:10[SPEAKER_02]: These powerful people to do my bidding.
- 1:09:11[SPEAKER_02]: And I wanna pay them,
- 1:09:13[SPEAKER_02]: Right, you know, if I if I pay them through the banking system is going to be obviously that I pay them somehow or if they pay me to do something Right, they pay me through the banking system is going to be obvious.
- 1:09:24[SPEAKER_02]: I create a coin.
- 1:09:25[SPEAKER_02]: I tell those people ahead of time that the coin exists They put a certain amount of money in those coins their money goes up technically I paid them billions of dollars
- 1:09:36[SPEAKER_02]: back and for like that's just felt like a underhanded way like a clever I mean because like I could be a hater and be like yo feel janky but but it's a clever way to do something and never get caught.
- 1:09:47[SPEAKER_02]: That's for him to get paid and to pay people right to never get caught.
- 1:09:51[SPEAKER_02]: So I think about the administration the administration is setting things up for their family and for their kids things in that nature.
- 1:09:58[SPEAKER_02]: jobs are being lost, AI is taking over stuff, you got homeless since you got properties going, you know, you know, nobody's buying properties, it's a lot of doom and gloom, right?
- 1:10:11[SPEAKER_02]: But at the same time, life insurance, investing in assets, right?
- 1:10:18[SPEAKER_02]: But assets could be stocks and businesses and things that nature protecting those assets.
- 1:10:23[SPEAKER_02]: And then now we're able to pass those down.
- 1:10:28[SPEAKER_01]: It's not doom and gloom, right?
- 1:10:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_01]: There's a process when crops are grown, I think it's the coin crop where they burn the soil.
- 1:10:38[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, yeah.
- 1:10:38[SPEAKER_01]: You have to char it, burn it down completely.
- 1:10:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:10:41[SPEAKER_01]: In order to get a fresh brand new crop.
- 1:10:44[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's where we are.
- 1:10:45[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:10:46[SPEAKER_01]: Like.
- 1:10:46[SPEAKER_01]: We have to burn everything down.
- 1:10:48[SPEAKER_01]: All this, you know, we got to get together.
- 1:10:50[SPEAKER_01]: We got to work.
- 1:10:51[SPEAKER_01]: All we, you know, people like you.
- 1:10:52[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, we got to do us coming together as a group.
- 1:10:54[SPEAKER_01]: That's over.
- 1:10:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:10:55[SPEAKER_01]: All we got to do is, it's, it's fine way to start businesses.
- 1:10:58[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry that's over.
- 1:10:59[SPEAKER_01]: We had that window.
- 1:11:01[SPEAKER_01]: You know, when we had the leaders and the kids, like it was like, we wanted to build wealth, we wanted to make money, but we weren't about money no more.
- 1:11:09[SPEAKER_01]: What I mean by that is, back when those leaders were here, they didn't have multi-billion dollar athletes with money.
- 1:11:16[SPEAKER_01]: The athletes, the three-map dude, your ball, Muhammad Ali, they came for that money.
- 1:11:20[SPEAKER_01]: They helped with the movement to get us where we're at.
- 1:11:23[SPEAKER_01]: You know, but now you got athletes making 50, 60 million dollars a year.
- 1:11:28[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of them.
- 1:11:30[SPEAKER_01]: They have money, the problem is, in my opinion, everything is always my opinion.
- 1:11:35[SPEAKER_01]: They grew up in a me, me, me, me, generous generation.
- 1:11:38[SPEAKER_01]: They grew up in social media.
- 1:11:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's about me.
- 1:11:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's about me.
- 1:11:41[SPEAKER_01]: If you were able to have a conversation in my opinion, would...
- 1:11:44[SPEAKER_01]: Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, sin them down and go, yeah, we got athletes making 60,000.
- 1:11:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:11:50[SPEAKER_01]: You know, we, we, we, we making all this money.
- 1:11:53[SPEAKER_01]: We, we, we move, we, we got top celebrities, top singers, the top actors in the world.
- 1:11:58[SPEAKER_01]: We got a gentleman who has this studio, Tyler Perry Studios.
- 1:12:01[SPEAKER_01]: We are just doing your smile list.
- 1:12:03[SPEAKER_01]: Billions, we got them, we, all that stuff, man, we, we did all that is top league, we generate no all these billions of dollars.
- 1:12:11[SPEAKER_01]: And in, in my heart, I feel like somewhere there probably say, really show us our schools, show us our banks, show us our neighborhoods, show us something that we own then, if you're, I have generated all of this wealth, show us something.
- 1:12:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:12:27[SPEAKER_01]: And, and, and it's, it bothers me a little because think about,
- 1:12:32[SPEAKER_01]: Rosewood, think about Black Wall Street, that generation was only one generation from slavery.
- 1:12:40[SPEAKER_01]: One generation away from slavery, they had banks, pharmacies, they had businesses, groceries,
- 1:12:52[SPEAKER_01]: You have people, one generation away from slavery, who mastered owning stuff with no money.
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_01]: We have billions now.
- 1:12:59[SPEAKER_01]: We have an attack on our voting rights.
- 1:13:02[SPEAKER_01]: These billion dollar guys could do whatever they want, right?
- 1:13:06[SPEAKER_01]: But where is the, there's going to be buses leaving from every major city, every major city we're going to collide.
- 1:13:15[SPEAKER_01]: or on Congress, we're gonna get these buses together, we're gonna go to these voting centers.
- 1:13:21[SPEAKER_01]: We're gonna do this.
- 1:13:23[SPEAKER_01]: We're gonna take, we're gonna show our might in money.
- 1:13:27[SPEAKER_01]: You know, not only just seeing it, we're talking about sending down schools where athletes don't play and don't do it.
- 1:13:32[SPEAKER_01]: It's just cool, it's good idea.
- 1:13:34[SPEAKER_01]: But here's the problem now.
- 1:13:35[SPEAKER_01]: athletes are now getting paid through school.
- 1:13:38[SPEAKER_01]: You literally tell them, don't get paid, and a generation of me, me, me, money, money, money, flows, flows, flows.
- 1:13:47[SPEAKER_01]: You have kids now where families, they're just going to prom and they get them cars 200,000.
- 1:13:53[SPEAKER_01]: You're talking about a kid who going to college getting 300,000, a million dollars.
- 1:13:57[SPEAKER_01]: They're athletes who don't want to go to
- 1:14:02[SPEAKER_01]: So, that's why, in my heart, I'm saying it's over trying to look at this big picture of this black wealth, it's in the visual wealth that you can create within your black family.
- 1:14:15[SPEAKER_01]: But when you saw a thing about us coming together, we have the tools.
- 1:14:20[SPEAKER_01]: We just haven't done it.
- 1:14:22[SPEAKER_01]: or and they created a system to have a so focused on us, that now it's like, oh, I see you flossing on the ground.
- 1:14:30[SPEAKER_01]: I see you balling, I got to do my flossing instead of us getting together to use this tool.
- 1:14:37[SPEAKER_01]: See, no, everybody records the make shot, but he raced the miss shots.
- 1:14:41[SPEAKER_01]: That's when we're at.
- 1:14:42[SPEAKER_02]: And it's funny though, like, um, and I just, I just mentioned this, just a full transparency, like even in the online education space, like you were saying this four or five years ago, or right, hey, yo, we got to get together, we got to get together, um, and there was such a, um, competitive, uh,
- 1:15:03[SPEAKER_02]: Backstab in almost it was like a lot of backstab in happening in the space where a lot of us were making I know I know and I've said this publicly, but I've made the most amount of money that I've ever made in my life for you, right?
- 1:15:16[SPEAKER_02]: Like I've never seen that much money generated ever in my life
- 1:15:21[SPEAKER_02]: And at the same time, we weren't the, you know, we were one of the tops.
- 1:15:26[SPEAKER_02]: We weren't the top.
- 1:15:26[SPEAKER_02]: There were other people making a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a
- 1:15:51[SPEAKER_02]: is dead and gone, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:15:53[SPEAKER_02]: Like we got some plaques and trophies and stuff like that, right?
- 1:15:56[SPEAKER_02]: And so even us, you know, we had money, there was other people who have money online space, all this money could have done some stuff for the community.
- 1:16:06[SPEAKER_02]: Now, you know, luckily, you know, we're fine, but there's a lot of people who were once making a lot of money who are struggling right now, who trying to try to figure things out.
- 1:16:16[SPEAKER_01]: And and and again to to your point is like you're saying those times over all this is over Like even I hate when I'm always gonna say yeah something's over come on Women's so hope as a drug so much and it keeps churches a lot Yeah, yeah, thanks the churches have so hope for years
- 1:16:37[SPEAKER_01]: Like, we've been told that don't ever say something's over.
- 1:16:41[SPEAKER_01]: Don't ever give up.
- 1:16:42[SPEAKER_01]: Long as there's Lord in the God and I believe you.
- 1:16:45[SPEAKER_01]: But you got to do some work, too.
- 1:16:47[SPEAKER_01]: But there comes a certain point where you got to sit back and go.
- 1:16:50[SPEAKER_01]: You know, enough, enough, you know, all the things that we've all done together with being influencers and being around each other and stuff like that, if you always look that sitting down with somebody else as an opportunity to only make money, that's all it was going to get.
- 1:17:07[SPEAKER_01]: Instead of, I'm into early, if we never sat down as a group with each other and said, how can we help create freedom, we had to make money.
- 1:17:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:17:15[SPEAKER_01]: Even though we made money, we really make no money because my thing is we're the results.
- 1:17:19[SPEAKER_01]: Max, we're the people, that comes with certain point when you got a stop going out there doing things and show who took your place and now you're in the background chilling.
- 1:17:28[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:17:29[SPEAKER_01]: Like if you still got a guard there and shovel and you still got to do this,
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_01]: It means nothing.
- 1:17:36[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not in I'm not in press.
- 1:17:38[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like not of an event press me like seven I've always got in my very first meeting meeting people who are doing big things And they were like oh my gosh, so y'all it's great meeting your guys But let me tell you when we gonna do some for the people yeah, yeah, yeah, and I'll ever cast this home out making money right so we would know it's like sway
- 1:17:56[SPEAKER_02]: for real.
- 1:17:57[SPEAKER_01]: It's time to burn the crops.
- 1:17:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:17:59[SPEAKER_01]: People got to get up off the asses and say to yourselves, what am I going to do?
- 1:18:03[SPEAKER_01]: I got to make a decision as this being healthy is here for me.
- 1:18:06[SPEAKER_01]: Is it healthy for my children?
- 1:18:08[SPEAKER_01]: You want to provide opportunities of school, opportunities for jobs, all kinds of opportunities for your children.
- 1:18:14[SPEAKER_01]: I think we have to start thinking about, I want the opportunity for them just to be able to live.
- 1:18:19[SPEAKER_01]: Because think about how much attached to on his teenagers with police, with other adults, with school teachers, with principals.
- 1:18:26[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I'm seeing more attack on his teenagers online than ever before, messing up their psyche.
- 1:18:32[SPEAKER_01]: You got to think about, maybe I just need to take my kids and leave here.
- 1:18:36[SPEAKER_01]: And if they leave in that country, leave your state, just leave the country, because they're not going to grow up with any kind of like real good mental in this kind of environment.
- 1:18:48[SPEAKER_02]: It's my opinion.
- 1:18:51[SPEAKER_02]: You talk about right taking them out of the environment.
- 1:18:55[SPEAKER_02]: What's one opportunity outside the United States that you take Americans overlooking?
- 1:19:01[SPEAKER_01]: Health.
- 1:19:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:19:03[SPEAKER_01]: Health, bro.
- 1:19:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:19:05[SPEAKER_01]: If you really had the opportunity and you sat it to eat healthy.
- 1:19:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:19:10[SPEAKER_01]: Think healthy.
- 1:19:11[SPEAKER_01]: Drink healthy.
- 1:19:13[SPEAKER_01]: You will now automatically be able to become healthy.
- 1:19:17[SPEAKER_01]: But I mean, spiritually, you know, though it's to be more healthy.
- 1:19:19[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to think about how can we do things?
- 1:19:21[SPEAKER_01]: How can we, how can we create?
- 1:19:24[SPEAKER_01]: We look at so many of our people of obese, struggling, eating terrible, hard to walk, hard to breathe, going to a job, with either my being cleaned and they frustrated, they come in home, they frustrated, the kids are seeing that frustration, they're cursing, they're doing this, they're miserable, and the strongest thing on the challenge, they're imagination of what they could be.
- 1:19:47[SPEAKER_01]: But now they're witnessed what you've become, and now they're going, I guess that's what's in store for me.
- 1:19:53[SPEAKER_01]: You are still in the hopes and dreams away from that child with his imagination.
- 1:19:56[SPEAKER_01]: We want those kids.
- 1:19:57[SPEAKER_01]: I want to be a scientist.
- 1:19:58[SPEAKER_01]: I want to be an astronaut who that's my car who that's my house.
- 1:20:02[SPEAKER_01]: Now look, once you got on the assembly line of life things have changed, if we could just leave for me, just leaving here to have a healthy way of thinking.
- 1:20:10[SPEAKER_01]: And it's so prevalent every time I see somebody going vacation and they post them picks they're like, oh man I'm so relaxed You said it.
- 1:20:18[SPEAKER_01]: I'm so happy.
- 1:20:20[SPEAKER_01]: I'm so this but then it's like oh, I gotta go back to work.
- 1:20:22[SPEAKER_01]: Do you really got to go?
- 1:20:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and if you do how long you gotta keep doing that?
- 1:20:26[SPEAKER_01]: Without a stop, like stop normalizing that feeling of pressure and going back to work, and normalize the feeling of relaxation and comforting going, how can I achieve this forever?
- 1:20:37[SPEAKER_01]: Stop looking at your vacations as a possible living destination.
- 1:20:41[SPEAKER_01]: How can you make that a career?
- 1:20:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I love that.
- 1:20:45[SPEAKER_02]: So I want to sum it up, right?
- 1:20:47[SPEAKER_02]: I want to sum it up, right?
- 1:20:49[SPEAKER_02]: You said a lot.
- 1:20:51[SPEAKER_02]: And if I bring you back five years from now, I bring you back five years from now, and everything worked exactly how you see it today, what would have happened in the world that would make you say I told you so.
- 1:21:10[SPEAKER_02]: I told you this is coming.
- 1:21:13[SPEAKER_02]: So we in 2020, 2021, and now this is, you know, welcome to another episode, it's out of the vault.
- 1:21:21[SPEAKER_02]: 2020, 31, we got storm here.
- 1:21:23[SPEAKER_01]: That would be a fully Republican administration, voting rights not returned, black health, but obesity, black birth rate.
- 1:21:40[SPEAKER_01]: Black berf wait back berf rate decreases.
- 1:21:42[SPEAKER_01]: It's already decreased now.
- 1:21:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:21:44[SPEAKER_01]: It's a decrease now.
- 1:21:45[SPEAKER_01]: Like you have kids now who don't have jobs.
- 1:21:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:21:49[SPEAKER_01]: And they're going from living in a parent's home to live with roommates.
- 1:21:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:21:54[SPEAKER_01]: That doesn't allow them to now force their healthy relationships with the opposite sex invite them over cook, watch TV together, get to know them.
- 1:22:03[SPEAKER_01]: So now a lot of them into the gaming.
- 1:22:05[SPEAKER_01]: So it's uncomfortable.
- 1:22:07[SPEAKER_01]: So now you have these kids now who are not in relationships, you know, they're developing these other characters, whether they be a the furry character or a cartoon character or a game in character and they don't have any relationships and they're not making babies.
- 1:22:20[SPEAKER_01]: So you look at the black berth rate is the crease and a lot of women don't want to have kids.
- 1:22:25[SPEAKER_01]: They don't want to be involved with, they don't want to bring them into this world.
- 1:22:28[SPEAKER_01]: So once if the black berth rate keep going away it's going, education keeps going away it's going,
- 1:22:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, we're in trouble.
- 1:22:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:22:37[SPEAKER_01]: We're already in trouble now because all this stuff I'm saying is already things that are here.
- 1:22:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:22:42[SPEAKER_01]: And if they keep getting worse.
- 1:22:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:22:45[SPEAKER_01]: But the administration itself, the people in power.
- 1:22:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:22:49[SPEAKER_01]: fully grab a hold and say, yeah, y'all can't even get us out of here.
- 1:22:52[SPEAKER_01]: No more.
- 1:22:53[SPEAKER_02]: You're in trouble.
- 1:22:54[SPEAKER_02]: Talk to me about those voting rights, right?
- 1:22:58[SPEAKER_02]: Because you mentioned the 14th amendment.
- 1:23:00[SPEAKER_02]: I've seen a lot of things online about voting rights being taken away.
- 1:23:06[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I had someone come on to show, try to explain it.
- 1:23:10[SPEAKER_02]: They killed me online because there was like, she didn't explain it right.
- 1:23:13[SPEAKER_02]: Like, what's happening with
- 1:23:19[SPEAKER_01]: Well, you're going to kill me either.
- 1:23:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, I'm not a super scholar body, right?
- 1:23:23[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm going to tell you the truth.
- 1:23:25[SPEAKER_01]: Nobody should fault you or anybody else for trying to explain to you, right into the audience, how important voting is.
- 1:23:33[SPEAKER_01]: I don't care if they got it wrong.
- 1:23:34[SPEAKER_01]: They started off with saying, they trying to take away your vote.
- 1:23:37[SPEAKER_01]: Anything after that was a burden.
- 1:23:39[SPEAKER_01]: How are going to be, oh, they got it wrong, because they didn't, that's the problem with us.
- 1:23:43[SPEAKER_01]: We don't want information, we want imperfection.
- 1:23:47[SPEAKER_02]: But for the record though, I mean, again, I didn't, you know, just for the record.
- 1:23:53[SPEAKER_02]: She did tell people, because she was like, wonderful Congress or whatever.
- 1:23:58[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, my God.
- 1:23:59[SPEAKER_02]: And so yeah, yeah, yeah, it's no but.
- 1:24:01[SPEAKER_02]: But she was running as a Republican.
- 1:24:04[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, a black Republican.
- 1:24:06[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't think if you can't say so you got this there.
- 1:24:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, so he did so she was almost so she was almost saying that You know being a like like nothing's happening to our voted right.
- 1:24:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because it's he's Republican.
- 1:24:19[SPEAKER_02]: I right right.
- 1:24:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I feel like this
- 1:24:23[SPEAKER_01]: Once they take away this sort of been something that I should have been made all anyway, in my opinion, if that became an opportunity for Obama to do so, it wasn't, it wasn't.
- 1:24:34[SPEAKER_01]: He could have had opportunities to re-district and move the jerry mandarin lines when he was in.
- 1:24:39[SPEAKER_01]: He had house in a Senate.
- 1:24:41[SPEAKER_01]: He could have done a lot when he was in there.
- 1:24:43[SPEAKER_01]: But I understand if he would have tried to do that, the people in a back room would have said, you want to be a one-term president or two-term president who get millions in a mansion in Washington.
- 1:24:51[SPEAKER_01]: He had to make a decision.
- 1:24:52[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, because it wasn't up to him.
- 1:24:53[SPEAKER_01]: Because he came in it with the right heart.
- 1:24:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:24:55[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of presidents coming in with the right heart.
- 1:24:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:24:57[SPEAKER_01]: I used Jimmy Carter as an example when him and his wife tried to help the people in Harlem and he tried to get his house to these black folks, what they did to them.
- 1:25:04[SPEAKER_01]: So that's a perfect example.
- 1:25:06[SPEAKER_01]: But once your voting rights are being attacked, you should say to yourself, if it was something
- 1:25:15[SPEAKER_01]: that we needed, and it's so easy to take away for the voting rights, what else they're coming after?
- 1:25:23[SPEAKER_01]: I personally, this is just me.
- 1:25:25[SPEAKER_01]: I stopped voting on the federal level a long time ago.
- 1:25:28[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 1:25:29[SPEAKER_01]: I voted locally.
- 1:25:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:25:30[SPEAKER_01]: May I might govern it as soon as judges?
- 1:25:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:25:33[SPEAKER_01]: But
- 1:25:34[SPEAKER_01]: The younger generation, they're not thinking about voting anyway anymore.
- 1:25:37[SPEAKER_01]: They're they're being Their emotions about it is gone.
- 1:25:40[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they're not thinking about None of that.
- 1:25:43[SPEAKER_01]: So they're gonna win this fight with the voting But I don't bro, and let me stop playing with y'all man.
- 1:25:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I said don't mean nothing.
- 1:25:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah
- 1:25:52[SPEAKER_01]: Don't worry about getting yourself together.
- 1:25:54[SPEAKER_01]: Get your family together.
- 1:25:56[SPEAKER_01]: Find out.
- 1:25:57[SPEAKER_01]: Just should you stay here, should you keep your children here and go create, create your utopia.
- 1:26:02[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I'm going to tell you.
- 1:26:03[SPEAKER_01]: Don't go out there and be like, oh man, this is a good vote.
- 1:26:07[SPEAKER_01]: All that is important.
- 1:26:08[SPEAKER_01]: But believe me, they've been working on this plan back since he was in his first term.
- 1:26:13[SPEAKER_01]: They were plating judges in his first term, the time when maybe Obama could have been doing the same thing, placing judges.
- 1:26:19[SPEAKER_01]: He did all these things back in 2021, like all his stuff leading up to this.
- 1:26:27[SPEAKER_01]: You're not going to change now a plan that they've been working on for almost 10 years.
- 1:26:32[SPEAKER_01]: So for somebody sitting down and going, we're going.
- 1:26:35[SPEAKER_01]: Guys, I could be wrong, but you have to start thinking about what you're doing now.
- 1:26:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:26:41[SPEAKER_02]: So, so, so.
- 1:26:44[SPEAKER_02]: Right now, what is your message to us?
- 1:26:49[SPEAKER_02]: What do we do to move forward?
- 1:26:51[SPEAKER_02]: Like, you know what I'm just saying?
- 1:26:53[SPEAKER_02]: Cause I'm like, I've really, you know, this is a lot of great information, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:26:59[SPEAKER_02]: And like I said, a lot, even if they go back to the last interview you did, you know, a couple of years ago, right?
- 1:27:07[SPEAKER_02]: If they look at what you were saying, then all of those things came to pass now.
- 1:27:14[SPEAKER_01]: But they can't impact one of the key things.
- 1:27:16[SPEAKER_01]: The only shit though, but I want to get this idea.
- 1:27:18[SPEAKER_01]: Remember, we was on stage just three years ago now.
- 1:27:22[SPEAKER_01]: Almost four years ago.
- 1:27:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:27:23[SPEAKER_01]: And it was before he was elected.
- 1:27:25[SPEAKER_01]: This was before the war started now.
- 1:27:26[SPEAKER_01]: I was talking about real estate.
- 1:27:28[SPEAKER_01]: I said, some of the most prime real estate in the world is Gaza.
- 1:27:30[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to go in there, they're going to start a war.
- 1:27:32[SPEAKER_01]: If you want to kill off these people and take that beach from property because they do night, do not like seeing Saudis in all the build this glass, beautiful city called Dubai.
- 1:27:42[SPEAKER_01]: And these people who fill it with chosen people don't have their own.
- 1:27:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I got to find that clip.
- 1:27:46[SPEAKER_01]: We got to put that clip in somebody I clipped and then put it up.
- 1:27:49[SPEAKER_01]: And then put my, I'm my, yeah, episode.
- 1:27:52[SPEAKER_01]: They put the year when I said it and they put the year when Donald Trump wasn't even president.
- 1:27:56[SPEAKER_01]: said, we're going to turn it into the Taj Mahal, and I said, and that does just really so.
- 1:28:02[SPEAKER_01]: The country wants to create a world of renters because they understood the power of ownership.
- 1:28:10[SPEAKER_01]: We see the power of real estate.
- 1:28:12[SPEAKER_01]: We're witnessing a war right now, but now they're wiping everything out.
- 1:28:17[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
- 1:28:19[SPEAKER_01]: Because of real estate, it's all about the real estate.
- 1:28:24[SPEAKER_01]: This place will eventually have some of the tallest hot rises in the world and be some of the most expensive real estate on the planet.
- 1:28:31[SPEAKER_01]: Who will help them build that to the United States?
- 1:28:35[SPEAKER_00]: The U.S. will take over the Gaza Strip and we will do a job with it, too.
- 1:28:40[SPEAKER_00]: We'll own it.
- 1:28:41[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to be cute.
- 1:28:42[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to be a wise guy, but the Riviera of the Middle East.
- 1:28:45[SPEAKER_00]: This could be something that could be so bad.
- 1:28:47[SPEAKER_00]: This could be so magnificent.
- 1:28:50[SPEAKER_02]: Well, yeah, my brother could sort of jump in, but are you good because again, like I, you know, again, a lot of the things you're saying now, I know again, people that are looking at today, and it's going to be unbelievable and I think it's unbelievable not because, um, you know, it does it's not because it sounds far fetch, I just think that as black people were optimistic being.
- 1:29:14[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 1:29:14[SPEAKER_02]: I think we're optimistic.
- 1:29:15[SPEAKER_02]: I think that by and how.
- 1:29:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:29:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:29:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:29:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:29:19[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think that we believe that these things would happen.
- 1:29:23[SPEAKER_02]: I think we believe in humanity.
- 1:29:24[SPEAKER_02]: I think we believe that, you know, things are going to going to work.
- 1:29:29[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I do.
- 1:29:30[SPEAKER_02]: I still do believe things are going to work far greater good.
- 1:29:33[SPEAKER_02]: But as you're looking at all of what's happening is like.
- 1:29:38[SPEAKER_02]: where do we go, like more Luther King, his last book.
- 1:29:41[SPEAKER_02]: Where do we go from here?
- 1:29:42[SPEAKER_02]: Financial, yeah.
- 1:29:43[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:29:44[SPEAKER_01]: The greater good.
- 1:29:47[SPEAKER_01]: You got to stop it.
- 1:29:48[SPEAKER_01]: The greater good doesn't always mean we're going to end up end up good don't rush.
- 1:29:52[SPEAKER_01]: The greater good is to put you in a place where you realize where you once had it and now you realize how good you had it and now you must become greater.
- 1:30:01[SPEAKER_01]: See the greater good meaning I'm in a good situation.
- 1:30:05[SPEAKER_01]: But the greater good means you're in such a bad situation.
- 1:30:08[SPEAKER_01]: Now you're going to work on trying to become good and great.
- 1:30:13[SPEAKER_01]: But that don't mean
- 1:30:15[SPEAKER_01]: we're gonna end up in a greater good.
- 1:30:16[SPEAKER_01]: Like you have to destroy all the stuff we enjoy in.
- 1:30:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:30:22[SPEAKER_01]: the podcast, talking free to away we talking, it has to go away.
- 1:30:27[SPEAKER_01]: We have to lose this voice.
- 1:30:29[SPEAKER_01]: Somebody's gonna step, like if you notice, the owners of Oracle on TikTok.
- 1:30:34[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:30:34[SPEAKER_01]: And we know who he is and his background.
- 1:30:37[SPEAKER_01]: And they have CNN.
- 1:30:38[SPEAKER_01]: First time, I don't think that I've been a time yet in Netanyahu and CNN speaking of where he was like this is country.
- 1:30:43[SPEAKER_01]: You never had a time where it is real partner with the United States Army.
- 1:30:48[SPEAKER_01]: But look at tick, I looked at my TikTok, my main page, and now on certain old posts, they said blocks, like blocked it, blocked it, so I was talking about politics, I was talking about Israel, I was talking about the war and guys, I like all of those posts now before he before they took over TikTok, now they don't let them play.
- 1:31:11[SPEAKER_01]: It's blocked so much out of look through your feet and go,
- 1:31:15[SPEAKER_01]: because they will let you talk about every other race, every other group of people, except them.
- 1:31:21[SPEAKER_01]: See, like, and they own networks.
- 1:31:24[SPEAKER_01]: So censorship.
- 1:31:25[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I mean by, we're talking now, but if they get their hands on YouTube, it's a wrap.
- 1:31:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, done.
- 1:31:31[SPEAKER_01]: We enjoy these, but for how long?
- 1:31:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:31:35[SPEAKER_01]: You have to put our foot to the fire and order we're going to have to go, you know, mimited like the underground radios and the ground poles and with them we got to go trading our own napsters again our own way of getting content and information because it's too easy it's so easy to now be a thumbnail warrior.
- 1:31:54[SPEAKER_01]: You know, to be a militant tech person, be a militant protestor.
- 1:31:59[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's going to have to get back to that thing because we're going to get to the point where protest their march is going to be goggles from the future generation and they're going to go on me to online a protest and they're going to put on goggles and be protest.
- 1:32:11[SPEAKER_01]: It's got, we have to break everything down and lose all of this and I don't want to, but to think, but here's the thing, you can't have, you can't have, um,
- 1:32:21[SPEAKER_01]: utopia, and you can't have capitalism, and you can't have hunger, like existing, like just stopic times, and this capitalism existing.
- 1:32:34[SPEAKER_01]: Like one half the wind.
- 1:32:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:32:36[SPEAKER_01]: somebody has to win the war.
- 1:32:38[SPEAKER_01]: You can't have a bunch of billionaires possibly trillionaires and a group of people who have some jobs that could possibly be them.
- 1:32:46[SPEAKER_01]: You have to have something solo with as wealthy people and poor people around them.
- 1:32:51[SPEAKER_01]: It can't be wealth poor, but a little group of people who got enough money to attack the wealthy.
- 1:32:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:32:57[SPEAKER_01]: You see it on me, that's why the wealth gap is growing so big, because they're making a final decision of we don't need human capital, that capital, that means we could be the ultimate wealth.
- 1:33:07[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 1:33:07[SPEAKER_01]: With the first trillionaire, Elon Musk contract is a trillion dollar contract for him to have a salary, a person.
- 1:33:13[SPEAKER_01]: That's crazy.
- 1:33:14[SPEAKER_01]: A trillionaire?
- 1:33:15[SPEAKER_02]: What are you doing with a trillionaire?
- 1:33:17[SPEAKER_02]: You're the other day, right?
- 1:33:18[SPEAKER_02]: And this is
- 1:33:25[SPEAKER_02]: And Chad GBT said, yes, to count to a million would take 11 hours, to count to a billion would take 37 years.
- 1:33:36[SPEAKER_02]: So think about that, the difference between a million and a billion, like if I'm counting numbers, it would take me 11 hours or 11 days or something like that, I think it's 11 days.
- 1:33:47[SPEAKER_02]: It would take me 11 days to count to a million.
- 1:33:51[SPEAKER_02]: But it would take me 37 years to count to a billion.
- 1:33:54[SPEAKER_02]: And then now you're telling me that this might bother me worth, like a billion is a lot already.
- 1:34:00[SPEAKER_01]: That this is going to be worth a trillion dollars.
- 1:34:03[SPEAKER_01]: A thousand billions make a trillion.
- 1:34:06[SPEAKER_01]: I think I thought like a thousand, a thousand, a thousand, a thousand, a hundred million people, a thousand of them that you get to a billion.
- 1:34:14[SPEAKER_01]: But you said I'm saying like,
- 1:34:16[SPEAKER_01]: So it's not about the money and the number for them.
- 1:34:19[SPEAKER_01]: They're like, you got to understand something, right?
- 1:34:23[SPEAKER_01]: This is about power.
- 1:34:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:34:26[SPEAKER_01]: It's stopped being about money a long time ago.
- 1:34:28[SPEAKER_01]: It's always been about power when you have companies, and I'm just going to try not to keep us here.
- 1:34:33[SPEAKER_01]: I know we get rid of this set of down.
- 1:34:35[SPEAKER_01]: When you had companies that were buying, record companies buying the bad boys to know limits.
- 1:34:41[SPEAKER_01]: And I told you, that was my space I was in.
- 1:34:43[SPEAKER_01]: They would sit around and talk about, wow, I'm bad boy.
- 1:34:46[SPEAKER_01]: Why don't no limit?
- 1:34:48[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I owned, you know, this one out, that was just something on a sleeve.
- 1:34:53[SPEAKER_01]: And then I told you about the situation with one of them, you know, with him owned, like, he owned that throat.
- 1:34:59[SPEAKER_01]: And it was a situation where, in this thing, it's public information where,
- 1:35:03[SPEAKER_01]: I can't think his name on Defro was like calling he was calling on the company the the Barshman family.
- 1:35:09[SPEAKER_01]: I can't pretend to pronounce the name wrong.
- 1:35:11[SPEAKER_01]: They own universal.
- 1:35:12[SPEAKER_01]: They own everything Yeah, and he finally like the owner funny when I land it's like what could you possibly what you're like 1% Of my growth and didn't they let them go?
- 1:35:23[SPEAKER_01]: And I thought it ended with Endoscope and Jimmy Ivey story has it, because he thought that he was making them hundreds of millions of dollars, they had power.
- 1:35:30[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's like they are about that.
- 1:35:33[SPEAKER_01]: So they don't care about the trillion, the trillionaires going to spark the billionaires.
- 1:35:38[SPEAKER_01]: And now, once all the billionaires, they all friends now, once one of them become a trillionaire, they're not friends no more.
- 1:35:44[SPEAKER_01]: They don't go, nope, I got to separate now because now I got to get to a trillion and even if that me release in tech, that's got a harm society, even if that me releasing important trips to another country and they now have the same mic that we have, I got to be a trillion there because you don't get to these numbers in this money without sacrifice and lives of millions of people and safety at the same time.
- 1:36:07[SPEAKER_01]: Think about the space section, what they're going, they want to put
- 1:36:12[SPEAKER_01]: This is what I mean.
- 1:36:13[SPEAKER_01]: We're so comfortable.
- 1:36:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:36:15[SPEAKER_02]: Is this a war that's versus the haves and the have knots?
- 1:36:21[SPEAKER_02]: Is it black?
- 1:36:22[SPEAKER_02]: Is it white?
- 1:36:23[SPEAKER_02]: Is it Asian?
- 1:36:24[SPEAKER_02]: Like who?
- 1:36:24[SPEAKER_01]: They know colors no more.
- 1:36:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:36:26[SPEAKER_01]: It's about wealth.
- 1:36:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:36:28[SPEAKER_01]: It stopped being above black and white.
- 1:36:29[SPEAKER_01]: Black and white was never real.
- 1:36:31[SPEAKER_01]: That was for us to keep us distracted.
- 1:36:32[SPEAKER_01]: Why they go bill AI and go make these billion dollar companies.
- 1:36:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:36:36[SPEAKER_01]: That's what it was.
- 1:36:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:36:37[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it kept us distracted.
- 1:36:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:36:40[SPEAKER_01]: We're still distracted, but if we really take time, it's like, you ain't got nothin' ain't got nothin' ain't got nothin' They got somethin', yeah Thinkin' but you got the Saudis sitting down with Israelis who sitin' down with Trump who sitin' down like with the elite whites and they all sitin' down goin' we all got money Yeah Are we tryin' to destroy each other?
- 1:37:00[SPEAKER_01]: We tryin' to rule people
- 1:37:03[SPEAKER_01]: They chose, it's about wealth, period, it's not about black, white, have has not, they have the half-not-law, and line is gone.
- 1:37:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:37:13[SPEAKER_01]: Like I said, we're sitting here.
- 1:37:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:37:16[SPEAKER_01]: We are right.
- 1:37:17[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:37:17[SPEAKER_01]: We can mean nothing.
- 1:37:18[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:37:19[SPEAKER_01]: They make one phone call, and they can take everything we got.
- 1:37:22[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:37:22[SPEAKER_01]: All they got to do is make one phone call.
- 1:37:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:37:25[SPEAKER_01]: So the right person.
- 1:37:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:37:26[SPEAKER_01]: So down your counts.
- 1:37:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:37:28[SPEAKER_01]: Your travel, which I recommend people get extra passports and get ready to move.
- 1:37:31[SPEAKER_01]: Because not traveling out this country, will be another thing.
- 1:37:34[SPEAKER_01]: They will possibly try to take away from you.
- 1:37:37[SPEAKER_01]: They can take all that away.
- 1:37:38[SPEAKER_01]: And you sitting there thinking, I'm good.
- 1:37:40[SPEAKER_01]: I can move that will.
- 1:37:42[SPEAKER_01]: No, you can't.
- 1:37:43[SPEAKER_01]: You're my counts frozen.
- 1:37:44[SPEAKER_01]: My money's backed up.
- 1:37:46[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yo, just what I mean, we got comfortable and we created comfortable children.
- 1:37:50[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 1:37:51[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, that's why you have, that's why I'm leaving.
- 1:37:54[SPEAKER_01]: Because when you start thinking that everything is all good and you realize it's not all good, it's gonna be too late.
- 1:38:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:38:01[SPEAKER_01]: So if you start setting up,
- 1:38:04[SPEAKER_01]: for fire and start having your goal bag and all this shit.
