- 0:23Speaker 4: Sarah?
- 0:25Speaker 5: I'm in Scottsdale and this is actually my second time
- 0:28Speaker 5: being on air ever.
- 0:30Speaker 3: Like, what was the first time you called for?
- 0:32Speaker 5: It was for the Hillary Duff tickets?
- 0:35Speaker 3: Oh yeah, did you go? Did you make it?
- 0:38Speaker 5: I unfortunately wasn't able to go because I had other
- 0:42Speaker 5: plans that came up for that week and I went
- 0:44Speaker 5: to flag Staff that week.
- 0:45Speaker 3: And actually, what'd you do with the tickets?
- 0:49Speaker 5: I just didn't complete the forum. So I just yeah,
- 0:55Speaker 5: it's cold bloody.
- 0:56Speaker 3: We could have given them somebody else.
- 0:57Speaker 4: Sarah My mad.
- 1:00Speaker 6: Well.
- 1:01Speaker 4: I hope if you win the thousand dollars you actually
- 1:03Speaker 4: claim that.
- 1:04Speaker 5: I definitely will.
- 1:06Speaker 4: All right, here's what we got for you. It is
- 1:08Speaker 4: ten questions, sixty seconds to get them. All right, you
- 1:11Speaker 4: get one thousand dollars of Pat Hickey's money from Peoria Ford.
- 1:15Speaker 4: But you gotta get all ten. Are you ready? Sarah?
- 1:19Speaker 2: No, But let's go.
- 1:20Speaker 4: For it, right, I like it. What popular sport uses
- 1:23Speaker 4: a small court, paddles and a ball, and it's pretty
- 1:26Speaker 4: much taken over the nation?
- 1:30Speaker 5: Is it tennis?
- 1:36Speaker 4: Pickleball was the answer we were looking.
- 1:39Speaker 7: Oh uses a rack, paddles, saddle.
- 1:44Speaker 4: Oh sorry, Sarah, Oh dude, Killery duff avenged you for
- 1:52Speaker 4: not going Hi.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Sarah, thanks for playing all right?
- 1:57Speaker 2: Thank you guys so.
- 1:58Speaker 3: Much, so thank you guys.
- 2:00Speaker 1: So we were talking off the air earlier today and
- 2:04Speaker 1: for some reason I can't remember, but the phrase cameltoe
- 2:07Speaker 1: came up.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Do you remember that.
- 2:08Speaker 7: Oh yeah, we were talking about Camelback Mountain and then
- 2:12Speaker 7: you skipped to cameltoe.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Oh yeah, here's why I skipped to cameltoe. I forgot
- 2:16Speaker 1: to tell you guys this. I was having dinner with
- 2:19Speaker 1: some friends a week and a half ago, my wife
- 2:21Speaker 1: and I and because you know, I'm sociable, I go out,
- 2:24Speaker 1: I talk to people. But we're having dinner and my
- 2:27Speaker 1: friend's wife was telling the story how she had played Majan.
- 2:31Speaker 1: She's playing Maijan with a young influencer, and the influencer
- 2:36Speaker 1: had created this scene called a cameltoe stopper, and that
- 2:40Speaker 1: it's blown up and she's making tons of money.
- 2:43Speaker 3: Have you heard of this before?
- 2:45Speaker 7: I have not, but I would feel like Chloe Kardashian
- 2:47Speaker 7: would buy in. Right.
- 2:49Speaker 8: That was cause she does say yeah that she rocks
- 2:53Speaker 8: one every now and then. What is it? Is it
- 2:55Speaker 8: like just something that you put in your pants or something?
- 2:57Speaker 1: Well that's what I thought, but I think it's like
- 2:59Speaker 1: a special underwear. But yeah, I feel like then you
- 3:02Speaker 1: put your yoga pants on top of it.
- 3:04Speaker 6: Yeah, I've seen something like that before. I don't know,
- 3:07Speaker 6: maybe it was your friend's company or whatever.
- 3:09Speaker 3: Well I would do.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I just now try to google it and there's like
- 3:11Speaker 1: actually a bunch of those like I thought. I was like,
- 3:14Speaker 1: oh options, Yeah, there's lots of different camel toos stop
- 3:17Speaker 1: or companies.
- 3:18Speaker 3: There's camel Hider, there's all whatever. And I was like, wow,
- 3:20Speaker 3: that's very innovative.
- 3:23Speaker 1: And then and then Blake was like, wait a minute,
- 3:26Speaker 1: you don't wear underwear on your leggings. And this woman
- 3:28Speaker 1: was like, yes you do. And Blake's like, I don't
- 3:30Speaker 1: wear underwear on my leggings. She goes, Commanda, Yeah, do
- 3:33Speaker 1: you guys wear under over your leggings?
- 3:34Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 3:35Speaker 7: I just can't go command it.
- 3:37Speaker 6: I know, actually a lot of people that go coming
- 3:39Speaker 6: into and linkings because they don't want like the underwear
- 3:41Speaker 6: lines or anything like that. For me, like I can't
- 3:44Speaker 6: even go commando at any time anywhere, Like I always
- 3:48Speaker 6: have to have something on.
- 3:49Speaker 4: So it's just uncomfortable.
- 3:51Speaker 6: But all I need about leggings, I mean they're on,
- 3:53Speaker 6: Like I get, I understand why women don't wear I don't.
- 3:58Speaker 7: That's risky business, right that is. So it's Larry, thin
- 4:01Speaker 7: material kind.
- 4:03Speaker 8: Of leggings are you wearing that they're see through?
- 4:06Speaker 7: Not see through. I'm just saying it's thin material, like
- 4:09Speaker 7: you're gonna basically see everything. Oh you know what I'm saying.
- 4:13Speaker 8: Yeah, it feels inappropriate and.
- 4:15Speaker 6: It feels wrong, and and that's what it is, and
- 4:19Speaker 6: that's your thing.
- 4:20Speaker 7: You go for it, you rocket, But yeah, I would
- 4:23Speaker 7: think for me, very uncomfortable.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Well, Blake war is underwear all the time, except when
- 4:27Speaker 1: she's wearing like those little lemon leggings or the or
- 4:30Speaker 1: the athletic stuff all that. And that's how because I
- 4:34Speaker 1: think it would bother me if you were unware. It's
- 4:35Speaker 1: like it's like when you have a pair of pants on,
- 4:37Speaker 1: a swim trunks on and you put underwear on over
- 4:39Speaker 1: your swim trunks, like under your swim trunks.
- 4:40Speaker 4: I can't see. I haven't seen anybody wear underwear over
- 4:43Speaker 4: their swim trunks.
- 4:44Speaker 1: That's one you haven't. No, you need to get on more.
- 4:46Speaker 1: I'm the one on the beach. I'm the expert. All right, Peyton,
- 4:49Speaker 1: you discover something with your husband.
- 4:52Speaker 8: I did. I.
- 4:53Speaker 6: So I've been in my thrifting bag lately, Like I'm
- 4:56Speaker 6: really into it because it's like, why why go spin
- 5:00Speaker 6: full price money for clothes when you could just go
- 5:02Speaker 6: to your local thrift shop and get it for like
- 5:04Speaker 6: six bucks?
- 5:05Speaker 8: You know what I mean?
- 5:06Speaker 2: I know?
- 5:06Speaker 7: And you like, I always feel like you score so bad?
- 5:10Speaker 6: I do?
- 5:11Speaker 8: I do I get lucky. I think it's the Irish
- 5:13Speaker 8: in me. I do, I do get lucky.
- 5:16Speaker 6: But there is this thrifts, this this thrift store out
- 5:20Speaker 6: in the East Valley area, kind of by the Santan
- 5:22Speaker 6: Mall area, and it's called Desera Industries.
- 5:26Speaker 8: And I went in there and I always kind of
- 5:28Speaker 8: like hit pretty good.
- 5:30Speaker 6: And what I really like about them is that they
- 5:32Speaker 6: wash all of the clothes before they put them out
- 5:34Speaker 6: on display for people. So for me, I'm kind of like,
- 5:36Speaker 6: I like that because it's not like I mean, in
- 5:39Speaker 6: my head, I'm like, it's not as gross. But I
- 5:43Speaker 6: went into the men's section to find some like work
- 5:45Speaker 6: pants for kadem you guys, I got a brand new
- 5:50Speaker 6: pair of Lululemon slcks for seventeen dollars. That's the tag
- 5:55Speaker 6: still on the hurried up fun heard of.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Like these hundred to.
- 6:01Speaker 7: Because I didn't look.
- 6:03Speaker 4: But they have the ABC pants though, is that what
- 6:06Speaker 4: they are? But they allow room for the fellas.
- 6:10Speaker 8: I don't know. I mean, he would he would need that, so.
- 6:13Speaker 4: I think I think that's Lulu Lemon's thing.
- 6:16Speaker 6: But yeah, they're super nice. They're gray, there's like literally
- 6:20Speaker 6: nothing wrong with them. This was probably just some dude
- 6:22Speaker 6: who is doing a rebrand or refresh on his closet
- 6:25Speaker 6: and threw everything out.
- 6:27Speaker 8: But I scored big.
- 6:28Speaker 3: That's one storyline.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Or it was a girl mad at her boyfriend for
- 6:31Speaker 1: cheating and got rid of his new pants too.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Was the story with those pants.
- 6:35Speaker 1: If only those pants could talk someone a toy story
- 6:40Speaker 1: version of a good Will store clothes come to life
- 6:44Speaker 1: and share their story with everybody. Well, on the flip
- 6:47Speaker 1: side of that, I was at a Fourth of July
- 6:49Speaker 1: party because I'm very sociable. I go out, I talk
- 6:51Speaker 1: to the people, and there was a guy at this party,
- 6:54Speaker 1: and you know how the clothing lady told me. The
- 6:56Speaker 1: color lady told me that cream is more than my
- 6:58Speaker 1: colors I should wear. And this guy was wearing his shirt.
- 7:01Speaker 1: It was a nice button down shirt. And go, hey,
- 7:03Speaker 1: I don't want to sound kind of weird, I said,
- 7:05Speaker 1: but is the shirt you're wearing is that white or
- 7:08Speaker 1: is it cream? Because it looked creamy and he looks
- 7:11Speaker 1: at me like I'm a freaking weirdo. And then he goes,
- 7:13Speaker 1: it's white, obviously, and I go, well, to me, it
- 7:15Speaker 1: kind of looks cream, and he goes, it's white. So
- 7:18Speaker 1: everyone also and everyone gets around and everyone decided that
- 7:20Speaker 1: it's white, and he tells me the brand name of it.
- 7:23Speaker 1: I go to the website and guess what, they had
- 7:25Speaker 1: that same shirt in a cream So I went and
- 7:28Speaker 1: I bought a bunch of shirts from this clothingline, hoping
- 7:31Speaker 1: that they would work for me. And then I bought
- 7:33Speaker 1: a pair of shorts with this clothing line and they
- 7:35Speaker 1: are fantastic, my favorite pair of shorts. I've only worn
- 7:38Speaker 1: one of the shirts. I wore it on Saturday night
- 7:40Speaker 1: to this fancy dinner I went to when I was camping.
- 7:42Speaker 3: What fancy dinner? That's right, camping in the woods, that's right.
- 7:45Speaker 1: So anyway, the brand, the brand is and I'm maybe
- 7:50Speaker 1: saying it wrong, but it's our hone.
- 7:53Speaker 3: I don't know. That's ron or Roan. You never heard
- 7:56Speaker 3: of it.
- 7:56Speaker 7: I haven't.
- 7:57Speaker 4: I've seen him. I've seen ads for them on instaf I.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Really like, it'scim me my new thing. Like I'm gonna
- 8:02Speaker 1: buy a bunch of stuff. I'm gonna just be wearing
- 8:04Speaker 1: Roan and my vest.
- 8:06Speaker 4: What's so good about the shorts?
- 8:08Speaker 3: They're just comfortable?
- 8:09Speaker 4: Are they like linen? What are they?
- 8:11Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I don't know what linen feels like. They're just shorts.
- 8:14Speaker 1: They're polyester, they're polly you're saying.
- 8:19Speaker 4: Super cozy.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Hey Peyton, I saw you a Bojangles. What is the
- 8:22Speaker 1: story with Bojangles? Yeah Instagram.
- 8:24Speaker 6: Well there's the new Bojangles that opened up yesterday off
- 8:28Speaker 6: of Valvista in the two o two and I was
- 8:30Speaker 6: telling Kyle about it.
- 8:31Speaker 8: I was like, uh, try it.
- 8:33Speaker 6: Tuesday, Hello, we have to go to the only Arizona
- 8:35Speaker 6: Bojangles location. So we went after the show yesterday there
- 8:39Speaker 6: was describe Bojangles, but what is it? Bojanles is like
- 8:42Speaker 6: it's like a chicken restaurant. So it's like chicken and biscuits.
- 8:45Speaker 6: You can get dirty rice, mac and cheese. They have
- 8:47Speaker 6: these like they have these potatoes which are these like
- 8:50Speaker 6: hash browns on steroids. They're like delicious and delectable in
- 8:53Speaker 6: these cobbler blueberry cookies. It's just like another fast food restaurant,
- 8:57Speaker 6: chicken and biscuits.
- 8:59Speaker 4: I feel like out of these hot chicken places are
- 9:01Speaker 4: popping up.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Man.
- 9:02Speaker 1: You know You've got Dave's Hot Chicken, you got Monroe's
- 9:04Speaker 1: Hot Chicken, you got Nashville Hot Chicken. There's another place
- 9:07Speaker 1: that opened up off off the camel Back, Oh, Houston's
- 9:10Speaker 1: Hot Chicken.
- 9:11Speaker 8: Yeah, they don't have hot chicken. It's like legit chicken tenders.
- 9:13Speaker 6: It's almost like to me, I'm like, it's almost in
- 9:16Speaker 6: a comparison do of Popeyes.
- 9:17Speaker 7: Yeah, it's like a down home southern look, like chicken
- 9:20Speaker 7: and biscuits and gravy and whatnot.
- 9:22Speaker 6: They were like I think they originally found it in
- 9:24Speaker 6: like the Carolina Carolina, North Carolina. So it's like a
- 9:28Speaker 6: wherever that side of the town.
- 9:29Speaker 4: Is right over there there. You guys want a line country,
- 9:33Speaker 4: because what I drove by there yesterday there was a
- 9:34Speaker 4: line around.
- 9:35Speaker 6: The Wow that actually got lucky because when we got
- 9:38Speaker 6: there the line was still like inside of the building.
- 9:41Speaker 6: But by the time we got our food and left,
- 9:43Speaker 6: I mean the line to get into the store was
- 9:45Speaker 6: wrapped around the building. The line of the cars was
- 9:48Speaker 6: wrapped through the parking lots up and around the gas stations.
- 9:51Speaker 8: I mean there was It felt like half of the
- 9:53Speaker 8: East Valley was there.
- 9:54Speaker 7: Yeah, the drive through was packed, the inside was packed,
- 9:56Speaker 7: and it.
- 9:56Speaker 4: Was really good.
- 9:57Speaker 7: And we did our try tuesday and we're posting it
- 9:59Speaker 7: right now so you can, oh good. There were some
- 10:02Speaker 7: things that we.
- 10:03Speaker 8: Did not like. Yeah, there was We had some controversies.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Yes, oh good, I like that, you guys. So it's
- 10:08Speaker 3: just not like a sales piece.
- 10:09Speaker 7: No, no, it we paid for it. There were things.
- 10:13Speaker 7: There were things we loved. There were things we disagreed about.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Yeah, like your steakhouse. You went to, Kyle, I've never
- 10:18Speaker 1: heard of it before, but you liked that.
- 10:19Speaker 7: If somebody else didn't like it, You've never heard of Perry's.
- 10:21Speaker 6: Oh I just drove by that place the other day
- 10:24Speaker 6: and I literally told Kdem I was like, we should
- 10:26Speaker 6: try that spot.
- 10:26Speaker 8: It's over you.
- 10:27Speaker 7: Okay, that's what we said too. So on Friday night
- 10:30Speaker 7: we did a double date there and you walk in
- 10:33Speaker 7: and it's like you're not in the East Valley anymore.
- 10:35Speaker 7: It's like you're in Paradise Valley or something like. It
- 10:37Speaker 7: is so beautiful inside. They did such a good job
- 10:41Speaker 7: with like decor. But we sat down and our our
- 10:44Speaker 7: server was Zoe's. Shout out to Zoe. She was very
- 10:47Speaker 7: good at her job. Yeah, and the food was fantastic.
- 10:51Speaker 7: We absolutely loved it. I feel like this kind of
- 10:54Speaker 7: steakhouse is what's missing in the East Valley, Like we
- 10:56Speaker 7: need a really good steakhouse.
- 10:58Speaker 6: I agree with that, Like I don't want to have
- 11:00Speaker 6: to drive twenty five thirty minutes to a stake forty four.
- 11:03Speaker 8: Minutes out there literally just to.
- 11:05Speaker 6: Get like a really delicious dinner. And I mean, I'll
- 11:07Speaker 6: do it because it's that good and Harry's up to this.
- 11:11Speaker 7: I thought it was really really good and from what
- 11:13Speaker 7: from what I was told was the standard of meat
- 11:16Speaker 7: they use has caused other steakhouses around them to change
- 11:20Speaker 7: the treol in the places that they've bought their actions.
- 11:22Speaker 4: I've heard that from the other restaurants that they said,
- 11:25Speaker 4: because Perry's open, we had to jump up our steakhouse.
- 11:27Speaker 6: I love it when businesses like make other business have
- 11:30Speaker 6: to elevate and step up their game.
- 11:32Speaker 7: And really, but it was interesting because we had I
- 11:34Speaker 7: had a group of girlfriends who were also there. They
- 11:36Speaker 7: were they were sitting in a different section as us,
- 11:38Speaker 7: and they had the exact opposite experiences. But but it's
- 11:42Speaker 7: interesting because Zoe, our server, she warned us that there
- 11:44Speaker 7: was a new bartender and the drinks were taking really,
- 11:47Speaker 7: really long. And when I walked over, my girlfriends are like,
- 11:49Speaker 7: we waited an hour and a half for our drinks.
- 11:51Speaker 8: Yeah, that would make me really upset.
- 11:53Speaker 4: Yeah, that's like.
- 11:54Speaker 7: Then they got their whole meal comps. So I think
- 11:56Speaker 7: they made business.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Hey quick, I didn't just saw this because I just
- 12:01Speaker 1: thought Megan's been holding forever. That's hid to Megan, Megan,
- 12:04Speaker 1: good morning, thanks for holding, Megan, Sorry about that, what's up?
- 12:07Speaker 2: It's okay. So I work at a med spa and
- 12:11Speaker 2: I'm a medical esthetician, and my funny embarrassing work story
- 12:14Speaker 2: was I was talking one of my clients and She's like,
- 12:16Speaker 2: oh my gosh, I get like what did you do?
- 12:18Speaker 2: And I was like, yeah, I just got my nips
- 12:19Speaker 2: done instead of my lips done.
- 12:27Speaker 4: I know you could do that.
- 12:30Speaker 3: Here's a funny way.
- 12:32Speaker 1: My wife was going to get a wax and I
- 12:34Speaker 1: guess her wax person moved pretty far, so she decided
- 12:37Speaker 1: to go to this. She kind of drove a little
- 12:38Speaker 1: out of her way to not, you know, to go
- 12:40Speaker 1: to a new wax person. And she said the girl
- 12:43Speaker 1: was Waxinger and said, oh my god, are you Jake's mom?
- 12:47Speaker 3: And Blake was just mortified that, like, you don't want
- 12:50Speaker 3: to position a girl with the high school was waxing er,
- 12:54Speaker 3: a girl with the high school of our.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Son, like not even knowing, but like cool your kid.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Oh my god. All right, Megan, thanks for sharing that
- 13:04Speaker 3: story with us.
- 13:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Thanks, have a good day.
- 13:08Speaker 4: Two megs, congrants on your procedure.
