- 0:23chickens. Hey everybody.
- 0:28Good morning from the chicken coop.
- 0:30Today, we are talking about purpose.
- 0:33Every human being needs to have a purpose.
- 0:37They needs to feel that they have a purpose.
- 0:39They need to feel that there's something in them that they have
- 0:44a reason to be alive. That they have a reason to keep
- 0:46going that they have something that is pushing them to grow and
- 0:51to expand and to create greatness for themselves.
- 0:56And with out a purpose with void of purpose when people lose
- 1:00their purpose. This, that's when things start
- 1:02to go awry and they start to have lives that crumble, they
- 1:07start to have you no ill health, they have started to have just
- 1:12no will to live if you if you will.
- 1:15And part of the part of the challenge that we have is that
- 1:19we think we're just supposed to know which we think we're just
- 1:22supposed to know. This is my purpose like I can
- 1:26express this enough. How many times I have been at an
- 1:30event? Don't you know the self
- 1:31development industry is always very interesting for these kind
- 1:34of things and people will come in and they'll be like well, you
- 1:37know, I don't know what my purpose is and you know they're
- 1:42looking for that one specific thing to say this is my purpose
- 1:47and I want you all to know and I want you to hear when I say this
- 1:51it's not always wrapped up into one purpose and sometimes when
- 1:56it is wrapped up into one purpose it is dangerous.
- 1:59We've all heard the Is of Olympic athletes, who have, you
- 2:03know, pushed and pushed and pushed, and they won the gold
- 2:05medal. And then when the gold medal is
- 2:06done, they have no purpose and they just crumble, they fall
- 2:09apart, they get into drugs, they get into, you know, depression
- 2:13sets in, they get into things that are completely unhealthy
- 2:15for them, but it's because their purpose has gone awry.
- 2:19It's because they there once. O'Leary singular focus is now
- 2:24gone. And when that sole, focus is
- 2:27taken away something shifts in them, and they just Just wither,
- 2:31they start to wither. And when we see this in plants
- 2:34out on the farm, when we see them with her, it's like, okay.
- 2:37Well you look at main causes you say, but the very first one is
- 2:40always, does it have water and water is a life force.
- 2:43It's like, you know, that is something that is part of it and
- 2:47does it have enough in trician? Does it have the right light?
- 2:49Very much like humans. Do we are we getting what we
- 2:53need in order to thrive and fulfill our purpose, which is
- 2:56whatever that plant is supposed to do so you know When you start
- 3:01to tie things together and you really start to take into
- 3:05consideration, the facts of how much purpose drives us.
- 3:10Why would we have One Singular purpose?
- 3:14We really wouldn't most of us. Most of us have in, even those
- 3:18that think they have One Singular purpose, they're going
- 3:20to have multiple purposes. They're going to have multiple
- 3:23things that they do humans. Like to say, well, he reinvented
- 3:26himself or herself but you know, truthfully I I don't think it's
- 3:31about Reinventing, it's about that Discovery process of what
- 3:36lights me up. What turns my head to the say?
- 3:39Oh, that's interesting. I would really like to be
- 3:42noticing that I'd like to be paying attention to that.
- 3:46I'd like to get involved in that.
- 3:48Those are the kinds of things that were talking about where
- 3:51you're paying close close attention to the little things
- 3:55that make you very like, ooh, what was that?
- 3:59And even if you don't think you'll be good, At it, if he
- 4:01gives you that like wow factor look at it.
- 4:05I always want to remind everybody that Leonardo DaVinci.
- 4:09One of the greatest minds and souls That Ever Walked.
- 4:14This planet did not have One Singular Focus except to be
- 4:20curious to be out there and try everything.
- 4:23And for goodness sakes. If there's one Focus that you
- 4:26want to adopt and say I'm going to own this, it would be being
- 4:30curious. Because curiosity makes you
- 4:32smarter stronger more interesting, everything about
- 4:35it. So you know the Dalai Lama has
- 4:38been heard saying that the purpose of life is to be happy.
- 4:41And I think that, you know, we choose to be happy in spite of
- 4:46all the things that are going on.
- 4:48We choose happiness, we don't seek it.
- 4:50We choose it for me curiosity is a superpower imagination
- 4:56creativity. Those are like high superpowers
- 5:00because Bring you into other places.
- 5:02So, if I had to say, you know, a way to focus on getting into
- 5:07having this ideal form of purpose-driven, thought it would
- 5:13be stay curious and just keep pushing yourself to be more
- 5:17Curious every single day because the more Curious you are, the
- 5:21more likely, you are to find your purpose or purposes that
- 5:25drive you and make you excited. Because I know, Lord knows, I
- 5:29have many purposes. And I am thrilled with them all.
- 5:32I hope you guys have a very blessed day my friends.
- 5:35And I will see you tomorrow and be Curious by
