- 1:42Speaker 1: you're listening to this, Yo gabble Gabble's the way to
- 1:43Speaker 1: do that. Helps people find it.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Yo Gabble gabble is the way to do it. Yeah,
- 1:47Speaker 2: just search it like I just picked out a random
- 1:49Speaker 2: one from February third of twenty twenty four of Oh
- 1:53Speaker 2: Wow twenty twenty four. Yeah, I love these guys. Happily
- 1:55Speaker 2: stumbled across this podcast and was hooked after listening to
- 1:58Speaker 2: the first episode. The guys have great repertoire. I think
- 2:02Speaker 2: they it's from s Packham. I assume they mean rapport uh.
- 2:06Speaker 2: And it's just such a fun and interesting podcast. I
- 2:09Speaker 2: would highly recommend listening to this podcast. Wow, that's so nice. Yeah,
- 2:14Speaker 2: and stumbled upon this show someone upon it in twenty
- 2:16Speaker 2: twenty four. Wow. Yeah, what a time to be alive.
- 2:20Speaker 2: You want to go over to a hot bench. I
- 2:22Speaker 2: would love to go over to hot Bench three judges
- 2:25Speaker 2: and hot judges three delivering spicy justice. It's it's too
- 2:30Speaker 2: hot for TV three, but not for the gabbl Things
- 2:33Speaker 2: are about to get a little wet and wild here
- 2:35Speaker 2: in the courtroom. It's hot bench. No, why do you
- 2:38Speaker 2: say wet and wild? It's hot bench. It's like I
- 2:42Speaker 2: was making I was acting like it was an adult.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Go ahead, Why did you say? What and wild? Trying
- 2:49Speaker 2: to make it as uncomfortable as I could. Let's go.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Let's got a hot bench, the hottest of benches.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Three three judges, so hot, three judges, three judges for
- 3:01Speaker 1: the price of one three brother judges. Three opinions, but
- 3:05Speaker 1: one verdict. Bitch, I want to introduce you to Arianna Good.
- 3:10Speaker 1: It's she's suing Ebanie Williams for five thousand dollars for
- 3:15Speaker 1: SUV damages.
- 3:17Speaker 2: You're ready sound.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Arianna agreed to meet her friend Ebanie at the park.
- 3:23Speaker 1: They both have children and they were going to do
- 3:25Speaker 1: a play date and uh.
- 3:27Speaker 2: But before.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Arianna could go to this playdate, her ex calls her
- 3:34Speaker 1: the father of their children and says, hey, I'd like
- 3:38Speaker 1: to take the kids for a little while you're pregnant.
- 3:40Speaker 1: I'd like you to get some rest a nice fellow there,
- 3:43Speaker 1: and uh, at the time. You know, when you're when
- 3:46Speaker 1: you're pregnant, you get you're tired, you take rest when
- 3:48Speaker 1: you can get it.
- 3:49Speaker 2: And so she did take him up on that offer.
- 3:52Speaker 1: And so she calls Ebanie and tells her, Uh, the
- 3:56Speaker 1: that plans change, I'm not going to be showing up
- 3:58Speaker 1: for the play date. I'm happy to take the kids
- 3:59Speaker 1: to them or something like that. Ebany says, no, thank you.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Wow.
- 4:05Speaker 1: So next thing you know, Arianna is hearing from her
- 4:07Speaker 1: friends that somebody is blasting her on social media, that
- 4:11Speaker 1: somebody that somebody's Ebony. Ebany says, here's my story and
- 4:16Speaker 1: I'm sticking to it. We did have plans. Arianna never
- 4:20Speaker 1: communicated with me that it was canceled until two hours
- 4:23Speaker 1: after it was supposed to begin. So my child, myself,
- 4:27Speaker 1: we're all ready to play at the play date and
- 4:30Speaker 1: we're just sitting around twiddling our thumbs. And so, yeah,
- 4:34Speaker 1: I was mad. I put her on blast. We see
- 4:41Speaker 1: some of these messages. They are not nice, the things
- 4:44Speaker 1: that I wouldn't say. She does admit she went a
- 4:47Speaker 1: little overboard on the social media. She feels bad about that,
- 4:49Speaker 1: but it happened a little couple of fews, and a
- 4:53Speaker 1: couple of other things.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Letters don't say the letters, A couple of things, A couple.
- 5:00Speaker 2: There's a couple of seas Wow, South Carolina. Huh.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Ariana tries to reach out to make things better. She
- 5:08Speaker 1: feels bad. Clearly Ebany is upset. Ebany is not responding
- 5:12Speaker 1: to her messages, so she decides I'm going to show
- 5:14Speaker 1: up at her place and try to make things right.
- 5:17Speaker 1: This is a friend that I care about her. Ebany
- 5:19Speaker 1: comes out and says, listen, I've got kids, you're pregnant.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I ain't trying to fight right now, but they start arguing.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Ebany claims that Arianna pepper sprayer. Arianna says I did
- 5:37Speaker 1: not pepper spray her. She tried to pepper spray me,
- 5:42Speaker 1: and she's ashamed of it because some of that pepper
- 5:44Speaker 1: spray went back and got in her kid's eyes. She
- 5:48Speaker 1: just pointed the peper, pointing it at Ariana.
- 5:52Speaker 2: The wind brought it back. It was the wind was
- 5:54Speaker 2: stronger than the pepper spray. Yeah, I mean it's a liquid. Okay,
- 5:57Speaker 2: you can see it. Uh yeah, I mean you don't
- 6:00Speaker 2: want to be anywhere around pep They can get you
- 6:03Speaker 2: they can get you.
- 6:05Speaker 1: They ask both of them, do you own pepper spray?
- 6:10Speaker 1: Arianna says no, Ebane says yes. They say, Ebony, you're
- 6:16Speaker 1: saying that she sprayed you, but you're the only one
- 6:20Speaker 1: in meeting to owning pepper spray.
- 6:23Speaker 2: That's tough.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Arianna gets in her car and she leaves, but late
- 6:28Speaker 1: that night, Ebony shows up at her house. Ebane says,
- 6:33Speaker 1: I did show up. I got a message from her
- 6:35Speaker 1: threatening me, saying that saying that she's pregnant. Oh message,
- 6:41Speaker 1: I'm sorry. She got a message from a friend of
- 6:44Speaker 1: Arianna threatening her, saying, hey, Arianna is pregnant, but I'm not,
- 6:48Speaker 1: and I'm coming for you. And so she claims that
- 6:51Speaker 1: she she showed up at Ariana's house and was like, hey,
- 6:54Speaker 1: you got we gotta squash it.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Like this is where this is. No more of this.
- 6:57Speaker 1: I can't have people threatening me. Blah blah blah. Ariana
- 7:01Speaker 1: claims that after she left, she saw Ebanie and a
- 7:05Speaker 1: group of friends come back to her house and vandalize
- 7:09Speaker 1: her car by putting a candy bar in the gas tank,
- 7:13Speaker 1: slashing her tires, and scratching up the paint.
- 7:17Speaker 2: We see pictures. It is tough.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Ebanie says, I did come to her house, but I
- 7:25Speaker 1: did not come back later that night when I left,
- 7:28Speaker 1: I left for the night.
- 7:29Speaker 2: So's she's not admitting she did this. She's not admitting
- 7:31Speaker 2: she did seems like should be criminals, she says. Uh.
- 7:36Speaker 1: She says she has a lot of enemies. They ask
- 7:40Speaker 1: if she knows who did it, and she says, I.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Do not know who. Oh boy.
- 7:45Speaker 1: One of the judges says that this just it can't
- 7:49Speaker 1: just be about the playdate, Ebany, It can't just be
- 7:52Speaker 1: about the play date. And she says, started as the playdate,
- 7:56Speaker 1: but then I was told that she had intercourse with
- 8:00Speaker 1: kid's dad. All right, that's a little bit, yes, I
- 8:05Speaker 1: asked him, and he said, yeah, we hooked up.
- 8:07Speaker 2: What's it to you?
- 8:08Speaker 1: Arianna says, I have uh not hooked up with him.
- 8:12Speaker 1: I have messages from her child's father. Basically, all these
- 8:17Speaker 1: messages say is that he is sorry for the way
- 8:21Speaker 1: that Ebane is acting. Wow, no messages about hooking up.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Ebany doesn't have any either. To Arianna, then brings up
- 8:31Speaker 1: her cousin. Her cousin's name is Arianna, not Arianna. It's
- 8:36Speaker 1: not Arianna, It's Arianna. Aaron yes, So Arianna A R
- 8:44Speaker 1: I A N A is the plaintiff here.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Her cousin is A R I O n A. Okay, Ariana.
- 8:53Speaker 1: She says, I was at her house the night that
- 8:55Speaker 1: Ebony showed up banging at the door, and I'm here to.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Let you know she was clearly un him that evening. Okay,
- 9:02Speaker 2: that's it, Yes, sit out.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Ariana claims that Ebony once months ago, asked her to
- 9:10Speaker 1: go and vandalize someone else's car with her, and I
- 9:14Speaker 1: have that text message to prove it. So this is
- 9:17Speaker 1: clearly something that Ebany has done before.
- 9:20Speaker 2: We have some circumstantial evidence, but we don't have any
- 9:24Speaker 2: actual concrete evidence.
- 9:27Speaker 1: We then see a vehicle inspection showing that what the
- 9:33Speaker 1: new paint job would cost new tires, and the car
- 9:37Speaker 1: is going to need an entirely new fuel tanks and.
- 9:41Speaker 2: Chocolate bar, and.
- 9:44Speaker 1: The hot bench is ready to vote on this and
- 9:48Speaker 1: they're gonna give their verdicts.
- 9:49Speaker 2: It's tough. You don't have any proof you have. If
- 9:53Speaker 2: this was a court in front of a jury, there
- 9:55Speaker 2: would be evidence, but there would be reasonable doubts that
- 9:58Speaker 2: she did not do this. I don't think a good
- 10:01Speaker 2: conscience you can give her any of the money. I
- 10:03Speaker 2: do think two to one old guys the holdout. They're
- 10:07Speaker 2: going to give the money to uh to Ariana, all
- 10:11Speaker 2: of it. So they're all on board with this. Verdicts. Okay,
- 10:15Speaker 2: what was wrong?
- 10:16Speaker 1: The verdict is this, you did not prove, okay that
- 10:20Speaker 1: she did this. You have provided circumstantial evidence, and in
- 10:25Speaker 1: a civil court, which we are in, all you have
- 10:30Speaker 1: to do is provide enough circumstantial evidence to make us
- 10:33Speaker 1: believe over fifty percent of likelihood that she did it.
- 10:37Speaker 1: We believe you've done that.
- 10:39Speaker 2: Wow, So they give her all the money. They don't
- 10:40Speaker 2: give her all the money. They give her the quotes,
- 10:43Speaker 2: which was forty three to seventy. So I don't know
- 10:46Speaker 2: where she came up with the other you know, six
- 10:49Speaker 2: hundred dollars or whatever. Okay, give her forty three to seventy. God.
- 10:53Speaker 1: I think the thing that did it was the text
- 10:56Speaker 1: messages of Ebony saying, hey, let's go vandalize someone's car.
- 11:00Speaker 1: That's tough changer. So she's done it before she was
- 11:04Speaker 1: there that night. So the likelihood of somebody coming to
- 11:08Speaker 1: your house to confront you, and then in that same
- 11:12Speaker 1: evening someone went on coming to vandalize your car.
- 11:15Speaker 2: That's tough. That's interesting. So there you go. Interesting.
- 11:18Speaker 1: I won't need to go back an interesting case an
- 11:20Speaker 1: interesting uh perverdict there, Yes, especially with no proof.
- 11:24Speaker 2: But I like the way they explained it. La, let's
- 11:26Speaker 2: head over to Judge Mabeling maybebe uh Deborah Swanberg not Swanberg.
- 11:34Speaker 2: Swanburg is suing Frank Tag for eighteen hundred and fifty
- 11:39Speaker 2: dollars eight hundred and fifty large eeen and fifty eighteen
- 11:44Speaker 2: eight fifty for landscaping and one thousand and four it's
- 11:48Speaker 2: either emotional distress or defamation or something like that. Uh.
- 11:53Speaker 2: So Deborah's like, hey, this all started when I moved
- 11:59Speaker 2: next door, mister Tag. Uh he met my son, Billy,
- 12:03Speaker 2: who's four years old, and he looked at me and
- 12:06Speaker 2: told me that I should be married with a husband
- 12:09Speaker 2: and asked how I could possibly afford this house on
- 12:12Speaker 2: just my salary. Uh. Frank Tag says nothing when she
- 12:19Speaker 2: doesn't refute it, not even a little. Hey man, you
- 12:22Speaker 2: just got you got to say say that. Man, Yeah,
- 12:24Speaker 2: it wasn't me, It wasn't me. Wasn't me, It wasn't me,
- 12:28Speaker 2: It was else, somebody else, different, old white guy. He
- 12:33Speaker 2: also has a large dog that barks in the middle
- 12:35Speaker 2: of the night, gets into my yard ruins my flowers.
- 12:38Speaker 2: At this point, Frank does pipe up and go, I
- 12:40Speaker 2: don't know anything about the dog getting in your yard.
- 12:43Speaker 2: So I went over, she should be married, how can
- 12:48Speaker 2: she afford the house? But you say, my dog goes
- 12:51Speaker 2: into your yard at night digs up flowers. If you, lady,
- 12:55Speaker 2: you're you're lying. He goes, I don't know anything about
- 12:59Speaker 2: the dog getting in your and without missing a beat,
- 13:02Speaker 2: Deborah goes, of course you don't. Uh he has he
- 13:05Speaker 2: has this big eucalyptus tree in his yard and it's
- 13:10Speaker 2: not eucalyptus, it's eucalyptus short over Street. She's like, at
- 13:16Speaker 2: first it was just leaves that would drop into my yard.
- 13:18Speaker 2: And I noticed that the leaves had spots on them,
- 13:20Speaker 2: and I did some research and based on their appearance,
- 13:23Speaker 2: the tree was most likely diseased. So I told him,
- 13:26Speaker 2: these leaves are falling in my yard. Like, and this
- 13:29Speaker 2: was a sort subject because you have a tree in
- 13:30Speaker 2: your backyard and every year just dumps leaves into my pool.
- 13:36Speaker 2: And I've been telling you that it's diseased for the
- 13:39Speaker 2: longest time, and you don't. We're doing I do the research.
- 13:44Speaker 2: And this does leave.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Also, it also ejaculates a sticky subject a substance time.
- 13:51Speaker 2: There's a I don't would not use the word to ejaculate,
- 13:54Speaker 2: but it does have there's some sap on the pool deck. Yeah,
- 13:58Speaker 2: and that's all. It's your tree. Yeah, so uh, I'm
- 14:02Speaker 2: not mad about it. So here's the thing. Uh, it's
- 14:05Speaker 2: a great tree. It's a wonder. It's a great tree
- 14:07Speaker 2: unless you live next door to it. And uh, I
- 14:11Speaker 2: would be willing to help you. Uh get that. I
- 14:13Speaker 2: got a bunch of it cut before you moved in. Actually,
- 14:16Speaker 2: if you can believe it, it's just it just goes back.
- 14:18Speaker 2: That's the thing about thing about trees. But it's too
- 14:20Speaker 2: big and nice of ars. So Frank is like he knows.
- 14:27Speaker 2: She came over and said, your tree disease. Something's gonna
- 14:29Speaker 2: happen to it. And then that is such.
- 14:32Speaker 1: A random thing to do, to have some leaves in
- 14:35Speaker 1: your yard and be like, I'm gonna research it and
- 14:37Speaker 1: then I'm gonna go share this information.
- 14:40Speaker 2: It's a bit much. And then she's like, hey, we
- 14:43Speaker 2: started to having like bigger branches fall in the yard.
- 14:45Speaker 2: It seemed to be a little bit of a safety hazard.
- 14:48Speaker 2: He said, don't worry, I'll take care of it. Well,
- 14:50Speaker 2: weeks later, there's a huge storm. My kids in my bed.
- 14:53Speaker 2: He's terrified. He's four years old, and we hear like
- 14:57Speaker 2: a tremendous sound and glass breaking everywhere. Eucalyptus tree has
- 15:01Speaker 2: fallen over, over the fence, crashed through the window in
- 15:07Speaker 2: to their kitchen. You know what this remind me.
- 15:10Speaker 1: At my last place, there was a tree in the
- 15:14Speaker 1: front yard just outside the fence, and my neighbor's parents
- 15:20Speaker 1: were visiting and he was a botanist. He came over
- 15:23Speaker 1: and he told me that tree is diseased. I told
- 15:26Speaker 1: my landlord, he cut it down.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Wow, there you have it. Fun fact for you. So
- 15:30Speaker 2: the fund has happened. Yeah, that didn't happen here. Instead
- 15:33Speaker 2: we get a picture of this top. The picture is unbelievable,
- 15:37Speaker 2: like this fence is ruined, that part of the house
- 15:41Speaker 2: is ruined. Whole thing. So I went over. I had
- 15:45Speaker 2: to pack a bag for my kid and I we
- 15:46Speaker 2: had to go stay somebody where else because our house
- 15:48Speaker 2: was like wide open. And I knocked on his door
- 15:50Speaker 2: and told him what happened. And he said, contact my
- 15:52Speaker 2: insurance company and then I would make he would make
- 15:54Speaker 2: sure he took care of it. That's what he said. Okay,
- 15:56Speaker 2: So she contacts her insurance company and they paid for
- 15:59Speaker 2: eighty percent of the structure, restructuring of the kitchen, the
- 16:04Speaker 2: restructuring of the fence, and the interior decoration. That was
- 16:09Speaker 2: the policy. Frank tag immediately pays the other twenty percent.
- 16:13Speaker 2: No wow, says, heyre's my tree. I didn't take care
- 16:16Speaker 2: of it. Here's twenty percent, writes a check. No problem,
- 16:20Speaker 2: it's a personal chat. How about that pays for it?
- 16:22Speaker 2: No problem?
- 16:22Speaker 1: Amazing, right, So this guy sounds awesome. Yeah, aside from
- 16:26Speaker 1: the initial statement, so got the fens for placed.
- 16:28Speaker 2: So what her thing is is that her yard was
- 16:31Speaker 2: after the tree was removed, her yard was a wreck.
- 16:34Speaker 2: So she got a landscaping quote to come out and
- 16:38Speaker 2: replant grass and plants for eight hundred and fifty bucks.
- 16:42Speaker 2: And then is asking for also one thousand dollars of
- 16:46Speaker 2: negligence on Frank's behalf because she asked him to deal
- 16:50Speaker 2: with the tree several times. If her and her boy
- 16:52Speaker 2: would have been eaten there, they could have been killed.
- 16:55Speaker 2: And she believes Frank was negligent. So we go to
- 16:58Speaker 2: Frank finally, which he doesn't say a whole lot.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Where does that number of negligence come from? Those one
- 17:03Speaker 1: thousand dollars? She just says, came up with that. Yeah, yeah,
- 17:06Speaker 1: you all know, we all know what's happening there.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Uh. Frank basically is like, first of all, I don't
- 17:11Speaker 2: believe I'm liable for any landscaping charges. I was happy
- 17:14Speaker 2: to pay for the damages to her house. I was
- 17:16Speaker 2: happy to do it. I couldn't believe that this happened.
- 17:19Speaker 2: I paid for it. The reason I don't think it's
- 17:21Speaker 2: liable is because her she didn't keep up her yard
- 17:24Speaker 2: with landscaping. Her yard was where her kid played. It
- 17:27Speaker 2: was a mess. There was barely any grass back there,
- 17:30Speaker 2: and the idea that I need to pay for new
- 17:32Speaker 2: grass to be planted. It's not about the money I
- 17:35Speaker 2: paid twenty percent of this. It's about the fact that
- 17:38Speaker 2: I don't need to pay this. I've done my part
- 17:40Speaker 2: to make sure this was all fixed. Babeleine asked, do
- 17:44Speaker 2: you have pictures of her yard before the acting is?
- 17:48Speaker 2: Why would I have pictures of her yard before a
- 17:50Speaker 2: tree fell in it? That's that's creepy. Basically, uh, And
- 17:54Speaker 2: she goes, why are you liable for the landscaping but
- 17:56Speaker 2: you are for her kitchen. He goes, well, there's no
- 17:59Speaker 2: proof that the law is worse off now than it
- 18:01Speaker 2: was before the tree fell. And then Mabelene said, did
- 18:04Speaker 2: you go over there and look at the property after
- 18:06Speaker 2: this happened? He goes, I didn't. I didn't want to trespass.
- 18:08Speaker 2: He goes, she said, well, why didn't you ask her
- 18:10Speaker 2: to go over there? And he goes, I just I
- 18:12Speaker 2: just didn't do it. She goes, did you tell her
- 18:14Speaker 2: she asked her how she could afford the house? Did
- 18:18Speaker 2: you really say, I'm surprised you couldn't afford the house
- 18:20Speaker 2: as a single parent. He goes, yeah, she's a single earner.
- 18:24Speaker 2: And you know when I bought this house. I'm a
- 18:27Speaker 2: widower now, but like when my wife and I bought
- 18:29Speaker 2: this house, it took both of our salaries to afford it.
- 18:32Speaker 2: And so I just asked her, like I just said,
- 18:34Speaker 2: I was surprised she could afford it. And maybe he
- 18:38Speaker 2: doesn't like that. Do you know how much money she's made? No,
- 18:42Speaker 2: how would you know how much her salary is? I
- 18:44Speaker 2: would not know it was about. He says, it was
- 18:46Speaker 2: a bad assumption on my part, your honor, I'm really
- 18:48Speaker 2: really sorry, and Mabelene basically breaks her foot off in
- 18:51Speaker 2: his backside. It's like, you're right, it's a bad assumption.
- 18:54Speaker 2: How could you possibly speak like this? Blah blah blah.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Let's get back to the case at hand. And then
- 18:58Speaker 2: she's she's now ready to rule. So it's eight hundred.
- 19:01Speaker 2: It's a thousand for negligence, eight hundred and fifty four
- 19:06Speaker 2: the yard. And I will say this, the ruling here,
- 19:10Speaker 2: the judgment of if she gets the money or not,
- 19:12Speaker 2: is there's no way for that to be surprising. But
- 19:14Speaker 2: why the ruling is what it is is very surprising
- 19:17Speaker 2: to me. And I learned something, So go ahead.
- 19:19Speaker 1: I would personally say, I believe that you are responsible
- 19:23Speaker 1: for whatever you're able to make an insurance claim on.
- 19:27Speaker 1: And so I would say that he's already done his
- 19:30Speaker 1: part here, and uh, I'm not gonna give her any money.
- 19:35Speaker 2: She's gonna get the eight hundred and fifty bucks. Okay.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Why she's gonna get the eight hundred fifty bucks is
- 19:40Speaker 2: what's fascinating. Did you know that if a tree falls
- 19:44Speaker 2: in the forest, no knowing if your giant tree fell
- 19:48Speaker 2: onto my yard, I am responsible, not you. Huh. So
- 19:54Speaker 2: if that giant tree falls in my pool and it's
- 19:55Speaker 2: ruined by law, you don't have to pay me a dime.
- 20:01Speaker 2: So why is he getting it? Why is she get
- 20:03Speaker 2: because he paid the twenty percent. What she said is
- 20:07Speaker 2: is you admitted that this was your fault. You admitted
- 20:11Speaker 2: you should have done something about the tree. You admitted
- 20:13Speaker 2: it was your fault. You paid the twenty percent you paid,
- 20:17Speaker 2: You told her you would take care of it. You
- 20:19Speaker 2: assumed blame, and as soon as you do that, you
- 20:21Speaker 2: assume the blame, and so you owe the eight hundred
- 20:24Speaker 2: and fifty dollars. Interesting, so if your tree falls on
- 20:27Speaker 2: my lawn, I think you know what to do. But
- 20:28Speaker 2: remember we got all those trees that are in between
- 20:31Speaker 2: our two properties, and I think technically my property and
- 20:34Speaker 2: I think it's close, it's right on the line. They
- 20:36Speaker 2: fall in your house, don't come crying to me. Now.
- 20:40Speaker 1: I think that this year is the year we probably
- 20:43Speaker 1: take care of the middle of the house.
- 20:44Speaker 2: I think so, I think it's no brainer. Then we
- 20:47Speaker 2: go from there. Yeah, I love it. It's just I
- 20:48Speaker 2: don't know what to do with the tree, because it's
- 20:50Speaker 2: such a good tree is barely a problem. It's really
- 20:52Speaker 2: such a contrition. It's so annoying. It's so annoying. Oh
- 20:55Speaker 2: we did never make congratulations any next time with another one.
- 20:58Speaker 2: Until then, all rise Yo, Gabble gabbles up. Bramble Jam Podcast.
