  [SPEAKER_00]: The Jaguards could definitely sign him before he becomes a free agent.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And if they can agree on a deal that is in the right price range, which to me is 12 million max.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Back after the season, the run defenses they were playing.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Denver Broncos, any appless cold swice, really good run defense.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Tensy Titans, twice, really good run defense.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they were really facing some very good run defense units.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And when they didn't, in the playoffs, against the bills, they were running all over them.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So again, Travis ETN, explosive runner, slippery, creative, can really execute, in my opinion, pretty much any rushing style.

  [SPEAKER_00]: can get to the edge, can get outside, prove that he could be a very valuable asset and pass protection, prove that he's a really good receiver, which he's shown that he's a good runner and receiver before.

  [SPEAKER_00]: This wasn't a breakout in a contract year type of situation where you haven't seen him do this before.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So to me, I strongly encourage the Jaguars to bring

  [SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, I had a reasonable number, which, again, I think is 12 or under would hopefully be under that, but you never know.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think if he leaves, he's going to go to a contender, and he's going to be big time.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And you know, it's not to say you don't have big time potential in Bacheloretten and really good steady player and like Quint Allen and the ability to add another player that does a good job for you.

  [SPEAKER_00]: but I think what Travis ETN's work ethic is completeness as a back, is explosiveness, is experience with Trevor Lawrence, is obvious, you know, connection in this offense.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I just think it's a no-brainer.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But Jaguars might have different plans.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They might say, we're not going to use any of our resources on running back, a devalued position, or a lineback or a devalued position in terms of cap resources, would prefer to address them in the draft or with cheaper players.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And we're going to go after the defense of run.

  [SPEAKER_00]: There's a lot of different things they can do, but I would love to see Travissey tune back.

  [SPEAKER_00]: DJ Dallas is also a free agent from the team.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I would not expect him to be back unless it's like an injury, late in past the draft, type of situation.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think there's anything wrong with DJ Dallas.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think he's a good special teams player.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think he can provide some value, but I just don't think that that's going to be a pressing move.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The draft, as I've talked about before, that could be an attractive alternative to signing Travis ETN or signing a different money back, but the Jaguars might want some experience at the position.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They might want that experience cheaper than what Travis ETN will cost them.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And for the Jaguars, it's not about the money, it's about the cap.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They would, if there was no cap, they would be one of the best teams in football, because shotgun would spend, if you would.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And best way to manage and utilize the resources that you have within the rules of the salary cap.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But the Jaguars might want experience at the position because Basel Tutan, going into Year 2, Lee Quint Allen, going into Year 2, maybe you want to find

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think if you're trying to find a Taravas ETN replacement in the draft, I really like the Nebraska running back.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I started, yeah, Emmett Johnson out in Nebraska.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He's not quite as big as UTN, but I think he has a really similar style.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think he could end up being a similar type of player at the next level.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think he's quite as much long speed as Travis UTN, but pretty much everything else is there.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But when you're looking at other free agent running backs that could be cheaper than Travis UTN,

  [SPEAKER_00]: Rashad White's about to be around a free agent for the Tampa Bay Book and ears if they don't resign him and this is a guy that Liam Cohen has experience with.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think anyone is signing him to be there number one back.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So you could get him on a number two running back contract and he can serve as as somebody who can be a compliment to the two guys you have in basal toon and liquant Allen he's somebody who can be a

  [SPEAKER_00]: So there's definitely some value in Rashad White.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And there's value in the fact that he has experience with Liam Cohen.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And with your new run game coordinator, and some of these other people.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So he's definitely an interesting one.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Javante Williams.

  [SPEAKER_00]: had a resurgent year with the Dallas Cowboys.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He looked a little bit more explosive like the younger player.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And the reason I have him on this was I was extremely high.

  [SPEAKER_00]: On Javante Williams coming out of UNC and he had an early injury that I think really kind of set him back.

  [SPEAKER_00]: It was hard for him to get back from and get that explosiveness back with the Broncos.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But he had a great year with the Cowboys this past year.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And he's just somebody who I think has a well balanced skill set.

  [SPEAKER_00]: that probably will be signed to be a starter, but more of like a one A or one B type versus like a true number one workhorse back by someone.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, Devonte Williams, definitely somebody to keep an eye on.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Rico Dattel, I think he has workhorse ability.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But he's just one of those guys that's bounced around.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And I think even after the year he had, he's still not going to command a massive contract.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think he's going to get paid as much as Travis E. T. N. But Rico Dado could be a very complete type of player to add.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And somebody you can hand the ball off to and he's going to run physical.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Him and Javante Williams would bring a physicality to the position.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think you quite have right now.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I love how Bacial Tutan can run tough and be a physical guy and Lee Quinn Allen just has he wants all the smoke, he's got that dog in him, but these guys are bigger and stronger.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And so it's the next guy, Tyler Halgear from Atlanta who has been

  [SPEAKER_00]: You know, the one A, the batman, or the one B ex, using the batman to be John Robinson's, I'm messing this one up pretty bad.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The Robin to be John Robinson's batman, right?

  [SPEAKER_00]: Tyler Algear.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He is a tough runner.

  [SPEAKER_00]: A lot of experience in Zonesau, but they've done a lot of different things in Atlanta since he's been there.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He's got a nose for the end zone.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think he'd make you better in short yardage.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So another guy I would definitely be looking at,

  [SPEAKER_00]: And then an interesting one Brian Robinson kind of was like

  [SPEAKER_00]: on a really good track and in Washington and then they ended up trading him didn't do as much with the 49ers he's never proven to be a very good blocking back so far in his career but somebody who I would keep an eye on as well just because I think he has a I think he can be a positive impact as a runner and receiver and we've seen guys get under Liam Cohen's tutelage

  [SPEAKER_00]: All right, an injury risk guy that I've always just liked his game a lot, but it's like, you really want to go down that road to be JK Dobbins.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He's always making big plays, but he's always injured when he's not making big plays.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So it's tough.

  [SPEAKER_00]: That would probably be one I would avoid, but you know,

  [SPEAKER_00]: wherever he signs you get excited and you see him a little bit and he does well and then an injury unfortunately follows him so that's kind of the way it goes and there's always the draft there's a ton of running backs in the draft we've already done a whole show talking about running backs in the draft so you can go check that out again I think Emmett Johnson's probably the one that would be the one to one Travis ET end replacement that best fits that type of mold but there's a lot of other guys that could make sense

  [SPEAKER_00]: I'd love to see Travis ETN back, but there are other options for the Jag Course, including the cheaper veteran for agent market and the draft.
