- 0:02SPEAKER_55: The best party waking up is No Ikamala.
- 0:09SPEAKER_01: Hi everyone, Ilhan here.
- 0:11SPEAKER_01: I just wanted to say thank you so much for the support uh to everyone who sent um uh a note of support for everyone who sent five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars.
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: Um that goes a long way as we fight uh Trump and um his administration uh for trying to intimidate uh me uh and so many people right before the midterm elections.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: We know that we're running scared.
- 0:39SPEAKER_01: We're not gonna be intimidated, we're not gonna be silenced, we're not gonna be scared.
- 0:43SPEAKER_01: I'll be out there campaigning alongside all of you and making sure that we beat back all of this and that we win in the midterms, win the House, win the Senate, and hold this administration accountable.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much again.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: Uh, and please continue to support us.
- 1:00SPEAKER_01: It is going to be um a very expensive and challenging uh time.
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: Uh and so we appreciate whether you're able to send five, ten, twenty.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 1:10SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:38SPEAKER_03: Glad that you were with us once again, listening on the MixLR app or at AmericanExperiment.org, watching across to YouTube and Facebook at uh my uh social media accounts and Center of the American Experiment, where you can watch a replay of the show as well.
- 1:54SPEAKER_03: Got once again just a ton of ground to cover.
- 1:58SPEAKER_03: I did a an interview yesterday uh with a friend of mine, uh Justin Barclay, uh hosts in uh Radio Host in Michigan.
- 2:07SPEAKER_03: And I've been on with him a few times.
- 2:09SPEAKER_03: We go uh we go way back to the time when I was actually worked in Michigan, making the transition from music radio to talk radio.
- 2:16SPEAKER_03: Uh be that as it may, it was funny because uh I was listening to the promo in the lead-in before he introduced me, and we talked about the latest regarding Ilhan Omar, of which you just heard, by the way.
- 2:27SPEAKER_03: I'll give you details on this in just uh just a second.
- 2:29SPEAKER_03: But it was funny because he was going through all the stories that he needed to cover, and I was like, yeah, I didn't get to that yesterday.
- 2:36SPEAKER_03: I didn't get to that story yesterday.
- 2:39SPEAKER_03: We got just we have a lot of ground um to again cover as I talk redundantly.
- 2:46SPEAKER_03: Uh joining me is, of course, uh producer Devin pushing the buttons this morning.
- 2:50SPEAKER_03: We want to hear from you throughout the show, John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 2:55SPEAKER_03: You can also call the blaster line and leave us a voice or text message at 651-964-0294.
- 3:02SPEAKER_03: And uh, I want to remind you that if you are looking to advertise and you want to advertise on the John Justice show, uh, drop me an email to that address, uh John.justiceJ-O-N at AmericanExperiment.org, and we'll uh get you uh get you hooked up.
- 3:17SPEAKER_03: Uh incredibly competitive rates, and it's a really good opportunity for um, especially small businesses, uh large businesses as well, of course.
- 3:25SPEAKER_03: Um we're so thankful for the sponsors that we have so far on the show.
- 3:28SPEAKER_03: But uh it's a great opportunity for for smaller businesses if you've thought about advertising um on you know programs like this and haven't done it before.
- 3:36SPEAKER_03: This is a this is uh an entry, an easy entry, very little barrier to the entry, uh, to uh run some ads on the show and see if it works uh works for you.
- 3:45SPEAKER_03: I bring it up because as you heard, Ilhan Omar uh did actually go and uh make uh an appearance.
- 3:52SPEAKER_03: Popped up on social media uh yesterday in a uh video.
- 3:57SPEAKER_03: I played the audio just a moment ago, uh asking for money.
- 4:00SPEAKER_03: Oh, I should not not for her campaign, apparently.
- 4:04SPEAKER_03: Uh that that should be an easy win, but to deal with her legal ramifications, this was this it's less about what was said in this video and more what is shown in the video if you've seen it.
- 4:18SPEAKER_03: It's just a selfie video of Ilhan Omar, a really up-close shot.
- 4:23SPEAKER_03: She, of course, has her head cover on.
- 4:25SPEAKER_03: Looks like she's wearing an Ilhan uh hoodie.
- 4:28SPEAKER_03: But she's sitting in a car leaning against a window.
- 4:30SPEAKER_03: It looks like it's Minneapolis in the background.
- 4:32SPEAKER_03: I think that um I think Crime Watch Minneapolis had posted that this was in was in town.
- 4:37SPEAKER_03: I but don't I'm not 100% sure on that.
- 4:40SPEAKER_03: But she doesn't look good.
- 4:42SPEAKER_03: Some people have been saying it looks like she's been crying.
- 4:44SPEAKER_03: I don't know if that's the case, but this is not the confidence I will not be silenced activist that you typically see.
- 4:53SPEAKER_03: No, this is a woman who is cowering in the backseat of a car shooting a selfie video asking for money.
- 5:00SPEAKER_03: It's almost sad.
- 5:03SPEAKER_03: Almost.
- 5:04SPEAKER_03: Almost sad.
- 5:05SPEAKER_03: Uh it's sad until you are immediately reminded of what an anti-American hacktivist Ilhan Omar is.
- 5:15SPEAKER_03: It's sad until you're reminded of why we're talking about her so often when you look at the allegations that have been put forward.
- 5:26SPEAKER_03: Um, Dustin Gragey, social media commentator, he'd posted online, I think it was overnight, that there's a uh a large media presence building up in Minnesota.
- 5:38SPEAKER_03: So listen, I don't I don't have any evidence of that personally, and and if the media had a heads up of something taking place, uh I would be surprised at that.
- 5:49SPEAKER_03: There is some talk that President Donald Trump could be visiting Minnesota as he does his countrywide tour to help bolster Republicans' chances in the in the midterms.
- 5:59SPEAKER_03: So there could be something to that, or you know, it could be the indictments potentially coming down for Ilhan Omar.
- 6:05SPEAKER_03: So we've got a lot of ground to cover and the latest in the investigation, including her sister, who apparently met with federal authorities uh last week voluntarily.
- 6:16SPEAKER_03: So a lot of speculation now that maybe her family is turning on her as well.
- 6:21SPEAKER_03: This video, though, was just really, really uh it was really pathetic.
- 6:26SPEAKER_03: I grabbed like the kindest screenshot I could to share on the uh on the live stream.
- 6:32SPEAKER_03: Um, and it was the one for anyone who sent five, ten, twenty dollars.
- 6:37SPEAKER_03: Again, it's more of what is shown in the video than it is what she actually said.
- 6:42SPEAKER_03: This is not a woman who's there.
- 6:44SPEAKER_03: It's funny because like, you know, that we will not be coward.
- 6:46SPEAKER_03: It looks like we will not hide.
- 6:47SPEAKER_03: It looks like kind of you are in the backseat of a car.
- 6:50SPEAKER_03: No big press conference.
- 6:52SPEAKER_03: She could put an end to all this.
- 6:54SPEAKER_03: Just provide the necessary paperwork to show any one of the claims that have been made against her.
- 7:02SPEAKER_03: And you still, in light of all this, you still don't have many prominent Democrats coming out in her defense.
- 7:10SPEAKER_03: Again, you've got your AOC, your Rashida Talib, your Jamie Raskin, uh, your Obama, who, again, is not running for office, obviously, and so it's easy for him uh to go and throw his support out there.
- 7:23SPEAKER_03: It doesn't, it doesn't matter.
- 7:25SPEAKER_03: But you don't have any other Democrats that are rushing to defend her right now, and I think it's because this is like the worst known secret in politics.
- 7:34SPEAKER_03: And massive ramifications.
- 7:35SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna continue to drive this point home.
- 7:37SPEAKER_03: Massive ramifications when and if indictments of Ilhan Omar come down.
- 7:41SPEAKER_03: The big question that I have is what is the reaction going to be?
- 7:46SPEAKER_03: If the Democrats see an opportunity to dramatically seize on this for their own political advantage, you'll see Democrats rush to her defense and try to exploit legitimate charges against Omar all to score political points.
- 8:02SPEAKER_03: However, if the indictments are, you know, damning in any way, then I think we'll see what I predicted, and that is that Ilhan Omar wasn't nearly as popular as everybody had been had been thinking.
- 8:17SPEAKER_03: So uh we'll get to that next hour.
- 8:19SPEAKER_03: Uh also Operation Metro Surge is getting blamed for everything.
- 8:23SPEAKER_03: And I'm gonna launch an effort here on the show.
- 8:25SPEAKER_03: I was gonna wait until Freedom Friday, but I think we'll start it today and then really go all in on Friday.
- 8:35SPEAKER_03: But a friend of the show and fellow uh news commentator and host, uh Mitch Berg, a great follow-on X, by the way, uh, at uh Mitch P.
- 8:46SPEAKER_03: Berg.
- 8:46SPEAKER_03: He posted this yesterday.
- 8:48SPEAKER_03: I told him I was gonna steal it, by the way.
- 8:50SPEAKER_03: We've talked about how Operation Metro Surge is being, I mean, we have a story today about the budget cuts in, I believe, St.
- 8:59SPEAKER_03: Paul, and how it's Operation Metro Surge is to blame.
- 9:03SPEAKER_03: Uh so there was a post that Mitch put up yesterday, and it was Operation Metro Surge is why the twins had a losing season.
- 9:13SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge uh is uh why UC tap rooms closing.
- 9:18SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge is the reason Minneapolis schools are closing.
- 9:22SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge is behind climate change.
- 9:26SPEAKER_03: Uh Operation Metro Surge is why Mary Her is being sued.
- 9:30SPEAKER_03: Excuse me, Mayor Her, Horny Her is being sued.
- 9:33SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge is the reason the Halloween blizzard going back to the 90s was so bad.
- 9:38SPEAKER_03: You see where we're going here.
- 9:40SPEAKER_03: Oh, Operation Metro Surge is why Prince died.
- 9:47SPEAKER_03: I wanna undermine this effort by the leftists to exploit Operation Metro Surge for every um everything that they can go and take political advantage of.
- 10:01SPEAKER_03: And I think the best way to do that is what Mitch did online and what other people have followed in doing.
- 10:07SPEAKER_03: What do you blame Operation Metro Surge on?
- 10:10SPEAKER_03: I figure if we just blame Operation Metro Surge for as many things as possible, it will just go and completely strip away any power whatsoever that the leftists are able to gain by using Operation Metro Surge against uh Republicans in any way, shape, or form.
- 10:31SPEAKER_03: So, for example, uh my uh electric my uh my water bill in Blaine was really, really high recently.
- 10:41SPEAKER_03: Like I like to the point where the it came in the mail.
- 10:44SPEAKER_03: I'm not this is a true story.
- 10:45SPEAKER_03: It came in the mail, I saw the bill, the bill came in the mail, and I was like, oh my, that's a lot.
- 10:51SPEAKER_03: You know, we run sprinklers in the front and backyard, right?
- 10:54SPEAKER_03: We we it's a luxury that we have.
- 10:56SPEAKER_03: We have automatic sprinkler system, it's fantastic.
- 10:59SPEAKER_03: Um, but we've actually been doing a better job of of turning it off and on depending on the weather and when it rains and all.
- 11:05SPEAKER_03: They don't want to waste water.
- 11:06SPEAKER_03: So I when I when I got the bill, I'm like, man, are we leaking somewhere?
- 11:11SPEAKER_03: Because we had a spot in the backyard with the sprinkler system, and this is uh a point in uh Wednesday's uh show wherein I'm just gonna I'm just gonna go ahead and uh drop it in early.
- 11:21SPEAKER_04: Fascinating to talk to.
- 11:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's right.
- 11:23SPEAKER_03: Um, but we had we had a problem a number of years back where we had a bit of a leak at the sort of the the main transfer system where it splits off, where it branches off to all the different uh sprinkler heads in the in the backyard.
- 11:35SPEAKER_03: So I actually went in the backyard to check things out.
- 11:38SPEAKER_03: I was like, no, I'm not gonna have a leak.
- 11:40SPEAKER_03: And then I thought, well, you know, I've got two sons.
- 11:43SPEAKER_03: Spend a lot of time in the shower.
- 11:44SPEAKER_03: Maybe that's the but I'm like, that's typical.
- 11:47SPEAKER_03: Well, no, it turns out that in Blaine, uh the city ended up jacking up the water rates to pay for other stuff.
- 11:56SPEAKER_03: Now we're gonna talk about this much later in the show.
- 11:58SPEAKER_03: I have audio from Fox Nine and the news story that came out.
- 12:01SPEAKER_03: So I was glad to see that well, I wasn't glad to see.
- 12:04SPEAKER_03: I was first off, I was not pleased to see that the city was taking more of our money.
- 12:08SPEAKER_03: I don't know what they're going and spending it on, and that's on me for not realizing this if I ended up missing the the literature.
- 12:15SPEAKER_03: Um, however, I was glad to see that we know the reason why the water bill was so high, because uh my only conclusion was that it was because of Operation uh Metro Surge.
- 12:28SPEAKER_03: So, you know, I'm just yeah.
- 12:33SPEAKER_03: So we'll get to your comments.
- 12:35SPEAKER_03: What do you blame Operation Metro Surge on?
- 12:36SPEAKER_03: I just want to flood as many examples as possible.
- 12:39SPEAKER_03: Because it's also stupid.
- 12:41SPEAKER_03: Also, we'll talk about this.
- 12:43SPEAKER_03: Big news yesterday, none of the news media outlets are reporting this, by the way.
- 12:47SPEAKER_03: At least at the time when I did my prep this morning.
- 12:49SPEAKER_03: Trump has launched a new fraud tip line and reward system where you, if you provide a tip regarding fraud, the federal government will pay you some money.
- 13:02SPEAKER_03: There was no local stories about this whatsoever, except for one in the Star Tribune.
- 13:07SPEAKER_03: And that one story in the Star Tribune, that one story in the Star Tribune was about how Nick Shirley has already received$10,000 from the Trump administration for his work reporting fraud.
- 13:23SPEAKER_03: That was the only one.
- 13:24SPEAKER_03: So we have audio regarding this.
- 13:27SPEAKER_03: Also, apparently the federal government is going to be seizing um a half of a city block in Minneapolis, and I believe this is where the Learing Center was.
- 13:36SPEAKER_03: Most of those properties in that half city block were all purchased fraudulently.
- 13:41SPEAKER_03: No stories in the local media.
- 13:43SPEAKER_03: They're waiting for their DFL talking points.
- 13:45SPEAKER_03: All right, so we'll also, as I mentioned, we'll talk about Ilhan Omar breaking her silence as well.
- 13:51SPEAKER_03: Uh, and a new approach to tackling the Somali gang wars.
- 13:57SPEAKER_03: One more item, and we'll talk about this a little bit later on uh in the uh in the hour.
- 14:02SPEAKER_03: Um, I want to add a new label into the show's vernacular.
- 14:06SPEAKER_03: So I'm gonna be doing, I'm launching a couple of efforts here.
- 14:09SPEAKER_03: You know, like we have the Golden Turkey Award going on.
- 14:12SPEAKER_03: You need to go and give your dot your nominees for the most wasteful uh taxed tax expenditures here in Minnesota.
- 14:20SPEAKER_03: You head on over to golden turkey.mn and you can uh go and uh uh nominate uh whomever or whatever project you would like there at the web at the website.
- 14:30SPEAKER_03: So this is uh initiative with AmericanExperiment.org.
- 14:33SPEAKER_03: We'll announce the nominees coming up just after, uh just before the election, I believe on the first, and then the winner will be announced here on the show coming up uh right around uh Thanksgiving.
- 14:43SPEAKER_03: So I want so a couple of efforts.
- 14:44SPEAKER_03: One, we're doing the what do you blame Operation Metro Surge on?
- 14:47SPEAKER_03: The other one is that I want to uh I want to add a new term to the vernacular of the show, and that is because I needed a word, I needed a label for those that don't align with illegal aliens, right?
- 15:02SPEAKER_03: Those who are immigrants here in the country, but those who immigrated here to the country but aren't assimilating, because it's not all immigrants, right?
- 15:10SPEAKER_03: So you don't want to paint with the broad brush, this has been uh, you know, a tactic used uh by the left uh against those that are pushing back on the Somali-led uh immigration or the Somali-led fraud, the Somali gang warfare.
- 15:24SPEAKER_03: The terminology we want to use is anti-assimilation immigrant.
- 15:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's right.
- 15:31SPEAKER_03: Right here.
- 15:32SPEAKER_03: Anti-assimilation immigrant.
- 15:35SPEAKER_03: We have examples of this.
- 15:36SPEAKER_03: Individuals who wanted to go and cause a mass casualty event at the uh Mall of America.
- 15:45SPEAKER_03: Those would be anti-assimilation immigrants.
- 15:49unknown: Okay.
- 15:50SPEAKER_03: So we have an immigration update that we'll get to this hour, and uh, we'll talk a little bit more about this.
- 15:54SPEAKER_03: So we got a lot of ground to cover.
- 15:56SPEAKER_03: I see all the comments are already rolling in.
- 15:58SPEAKER_03: We'll get to uh some of these at 651-964-0294.
- 16:02SPEAKER_28: Hey John, good morning.
- 16:03SPEAKER_28: Former neighbor Mike here.
- 16:04SPEAKER_28: Say, I'd like to quote a famous philosopher.
- 16:10SPEAKER_28: And paraphrase him a little bit.
- 16:14SPEAKER_28: Metro Surge.
- 16:15SPEAKER_28: Is there anything it can't do?
- 16:18SPEAKER_03: Oh yeah.
- 16:18SPEAKER_03: Metro Surge, is there anything that he can't, you know, that you can't blame on Operation Metro Surge.
- 16:24SPEAKER_62: Good morning, John.
- 16:25SPEAKER_62: Metro Surge is the reason why my brother-in-law sister got divorced.
- 16:30SPEAKER_62: It's so shameful.
- 16:31SPEAKER_62: Metro Surge is also the reason why my tooth aches right now.
- 16:35SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 16:37SPEAKER_03: You got it, buddy.
- 16:40SPEAKER_62: Metro Surgeon.
- 16:42SPEAKER_03: He knew the assignment.
- 16:46SPEAKER_03: Metro Surge is why I had an incredibly long day yesterday.
- 16:51SPEAKER_03: Metro Surge is why my water softener was filled with water yesterday.
- 16:56SPEAKER_03: Who knew?
- 16:58SPEAKER_03: Now you can feel free if you want to take the extra step in this.
- 17:01SPEAKER_03: Oh, this is gonna be fun.
- 17:02SPEAKER_03: If you want to take the extra step and provide the example of why Operation Metro Surge is to blame for whatever ill that you will share, you'll get extra John Justice show American experiment bonus points.
- 17:16SPEAKER_03: Because see, that's the fun part about Operation Metro Surge is that you can kind of go and extrapolate and create any sort of dynamic you want to fit to fit your narrative.
- 17:24SPEAKER_03: So feel free to just offer up what you blame Operation Metro Surge for.
- 17:29SPEAKER_03: But again, you get extra points if you want to provide specifically why Operation Metro Surge had the impact that it did on your particular issue.
- 17:38SPEAKER_44: John Brandon Cottage Grove, I have to work in Rochester and not close to home because of Operation Metro Surge, because obviously work doesn't show up all over the state unless ice is there to push work out of the city.
- 17:59SPEAKER_44: Alright.
- 18:01SPEAKER_44: I'm this is really hard for me.
- 18:05SPEAKER_03: I was gonna tell him, you know, one suggestion faster, more intense, but he kind of brought it home there at the end.
- 18:10SPEAKER_03: I got a uh a text from a friend who said Operation Metro Surge invaded Poland in 1939.
- 18:16SPEAKER_03: Who knew?
- 18:18SPEAKER_03: It's incredible.
- 18:20SPEAKER_03: Oh man.
- 18:21SPEAKER_03: You know what?
- 18:21SPEAKER_03: I maybe I should have saved it for Friday.
- 18:25SPEAKER_03: I've created a monster already.
- 18:27SPEAKER_10: Hey John.
- 18:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 18:28SPEAKER_10: Hans lives in uh Ham Lake.
- 18:31SPEAKER_10: Neighbor to the north.
- 18:32SPEAKER_10: Okay.
- 18:32SPEAKER_10: At one point in 2023, some of our wells ran dry in Ham Lake.
- 18:39SPEAKER_10: And the culprit was uh Dwayne was sucking up too much water.
- 18:44SPEAKER_10: And now I know who to blame.
- 18:46SPEAKER_10: Your sons and you using up all of our water.
- 18:48SPEAKER_10: Hans Hamlake.
- 18:49SPEAKER_03: Hans, you didn't get the Hans, no, you didn't get the assignment.
- 18:53SPEAKER_03: See, Hans went and vent this is very this is very typical of Hans behavior.
- 18:57SPEAKER_03: Hans is a friend of the show.
- 18:58SPEAKER_03: See, Hans saw an opportunity and he went a different direction.
- 19:01SPEAKER_03: Stick with the stick with the assignment, Hans.
- 19:04SPEAKER_03: Come on.
- 19:04SPEAKER_03: No, it's not my boys.
- 19:06SPEAKER_03: It's Operation Metro Surge.
- 19:11SPEAKER_55: Good morning.
- 19:12SPEAKER_55: Metro Surge is the reason why I'm missing trim off my car.
- 19:17SPEAKER_55: No.
- 19:18SPEAKER_55: Actually, it was ice.
- 19:19SPEAKER_55: Oh, okay.
- 19:21SPEAKER_55: You know, the ice chunk behind your tire.
- 19:24SPEAKER_55: You know.
- 19:25SPEAKER_55: Well, I kicked one off and didn't realize I knocked off the trim of my car.
- 19:31SPEAKER_55: That's unfortunate.
- 19:32SPEAKER_55: Because it was ice, it was metro surge.
- 19:35SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 19:36SPEAKER_03: Alright.
- 19:38SPEAKER_41: Good morning, God.
- 19:40SPEAKER_02: Hey Matt.
- 19:41SPEAKER_41: Operation Metro surge is why I had to have elbow surgery and have my bones surgeon, and now I have to physically work my arm back in and get the strength and flexibility to have.
- 19:53SPEAKER_41: That's unfortunate.
- 19:54SPEAKER_03: It is, you're right.
- 19:56SPEAKER_03: Have a good day.
- 19:57SPEAKER_03: Thanks, guys.
- 19:58SPEAKER_03: Operation, listen, um, if you are uh overweight, if you're on medication and you're tired all the time, it's not your fault.
- 20:04SPEAKER_03: You can blame Operation Metro Surge.
- 20:07SPEAKER_03: We also have a solution for you.
- 20:10SPEAKER_03: And that is the amazing program at NeutroWave, their all-natural 40-day weight loss program.
- 20:16SPEAKER_03: Now, again, you might think I don't want to go on a diet right now.
- 20:19SPEAKER_03: The holidays are coming up, and that is fine.
- 20:22SPEAKER_03: But what you do want to do is you want to call now to get ready for next year.
- 20:27SPEAKER_03: So, one or two things I would suggest that you go on the program now.
- 20:32SPEAKER_03: And that way, by the time you get to the holidays, you'll have lost the weight.
- 20:37SPEAKER_03: You'll be a brand new you for your friends and family.
- 20:39SPEAKER_03: And let's be honest, uh, it's awesome when you meet people and they go, You look fantastic.
- 20:44SPEAKER_03: It makes you feel good.
- 20:45SPEAKER_03: And you're gonna feel physically better losing the weight.
- 20:48SPEAKER_03: Your body is telling you a story that cannot be fully revealed by just stepping on the scale.
- 20:55SPEAKER_03: That's where the tr that's where the free uh truth metabolic uh session comes into play.
- 21:01SPEAKER_03: You'll find out what your muscle mass is, your metabolic age, and your body fat.
- 21:06SPEAKER_03: And then you discover your next move.
- 21:09SPEAKER_03: When you call Dr.
- 21:11SPEAKER_03: Bob, fantastic dude, to find out about this program, just tell him that Operation MetroService sent you.
- 21:17SPEAKER_03: No, tell him that John Justice sent you.
- 21:19SPEAKER_03: Uh take action today.
- 21:20SPEAKER_03: Get started.
- 21:21SPEAKER_03: No pills, no shots, just real food and a smarter approach to weight loss.
- 21:25SPEAKER_03: I've lost 35 pounds on the program, and I'm keeping the weight off.
- 21:29SPEAKER_03: You can do it too.
- 21:30SPEAKER_03: 952-260-1965.
- 21:33SPEAKER_03: That's 952-260-1965 for NeutraWave in Edy Dinah no pills, no shots.
- 21:40SPEAKER_03: There's nothing else like it.
- 21:41SPEAKER_37: Hey, good morning, John.
- 21:42SPEAKER_37: It's Paul from Brooklyn Park.
- 21:44SPEAKER_37: I think it's pretty obvious that uh all the Somali gang violence is caused by Operation Metro Surge.
- 21:51SPEAKER_37: I think teachers teachers would tell you that if kids are kept indoors, you know, like they were during Metro Surge because of the cruelty and fear.
- 22:00SPEAKER_37: The nice rot.
- 22:02SPEAKER_37: All these Somali guys were just you're kept in doors, John.
- 22:05SPEAKER_37: No, we're rammy, we're rambunctions.
- 22:07SPEAKER_37: They didn't, you know, they need to get out and you have to dress some fresh air.
- 22:10SPEAKER_37: So thanks, Operation Metro Surge.
- 22:13SPEAKER_03: For the sake thank you so much.
- 22:15SPEAKER_03: And uh a lot of comments have rolled in.
- 22:17SPEAKER_03: Uh let's do this.
- 22:19SPEAKER_03: For the sake of trying to get in as many as we can, let's just try to keep it.
- 22:25SPEAKER_03: If you have like a more detailed description of why Operation Metro Surge is to blame.
- 22:29SPEAKER_03: Again, you'll receive bonus points.
- 22:31SPEAKER_03: But do uh the host a favor and let's keep it to keep it short.
- 22:36SPEAKER_03: A lot of these are going long.
- 22:37SPEAKER_03: I don't have the luxury like I had with the old program where it was a flat 30 seconds and you got cut off, so probably shouldn't say that out loud, but it's the reality of it.
- 22:45SPEAKER_03: So, um, like for example, I believe uh oh, here we go.
- 22:51SPEAKER_03: This is it, here we go.
- 22:51SPEAKER_03: Like, kind of like this.
- 22:53SPEAKER_20: Morning, John, Jason Ramsey.
- 22:55SPEAKER_20: No, I was thinking uh I blame Operation Metro Surge for iHeartRadio's woke cancellation of your Preston Radio program show.
- 23:07SPEAKER_20: Have a great day.
- 23:09SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 23:13SPEAKER_67: That's a good one.
- 23:14SPEAKER_67: I I like that.
- 23:15SPEAKER_54: Metro Surge is to blame for my toxic neighbors across the street only cutting down a quarter of their dead trees.
- 23:22SPEAKER_54: Oh, greater fight.
- 23:26SPEAKER_03: We had two trees removed in our backyard.
- 23:28SPEAKER_03: I thought that they were the company did a fantastic job.
- 23:31SPEAKER_03: I thought they were gonna leave stumps, which I was totally fine with, but man, they cleared the whole thing out.
- 23:35SPEAKER_03: Apart from the little dirt piles, you wouldn't even have known that they were there.
- 23:38SPEAKER_56: This is Joe Scott, and I'm still the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools board.
- 23:43SPEAKER_56: I'd like to thank John's listeners for their generosity.
- 23:47SPEAKER_56: Now, because this is Minnesota, you can vote for me in person as early as Friday, October 16th.
- 23:53SPEAKER_56: Now, let's talk about the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment Test Scores for Eastern Carver County Schools.
- 23:59SPEAKER_56: Only 62.6% of our students are proficient in reading, only 62.5% are proficient in math, and only 29.9% are proficient in science.
- 24:12SPEAKER_56: So, how are we graduating 94.1% of our students?
- 24:17SPEAKER_56: You know, this has nothing to do with the quality of our teachers and everything to do with a lack of school board and administrative accountability.
- 24:24SPEAKER_56: Our superintendent is not contractually responsible for student proficiency.
- 24:29SPEAKER_56: Go to the blog section of my website, reelectjoeescott.com and eccsmcascores.com.
- 24:36SPEAKER_56: This ad was paid for by reelect Joe Scott.
- 24:39SPEAKER_03: To 651-964-0294, we had some uh text messages that rolled in.
- 24:44SPEAKER_03: I blame uh Metro Surge on bringing out the even more stupidity of the leftists.
- 24:50SPEAKER_03: Metro Surge upended my wife's worldview because according to her, everything is my fault.
- 24:57SPEAKER_03: The right, or not not his fault, not not the host's fault.
- 25:02SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge is why JJ McCarthy went to the Giants.
- 25:07SPEAKER_03: That was a really odd.
- 25:10SPEAKER_03: So I saw the story post the Giants game where JJ McCarthy had to come in towards the end.
- 25:15SPEAKER_03: What were they do you remember how far down they they were, Devin?
- 25:18SPEAKER_03: They were 27-12, 34-12.
- 25:21SPEAKER_03: I thought it was like 31-7.
- 25:22SPEAKER_03: Oh, was it even the it was uh yeah, it was they were down by a lot.
- 25:27SPEAKER_03: And then he he mounted this comeback, but they still lost, right?
- 25:31SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 25:32SPEAKER_03: I just thought it was funny because they gave him all this credit for mounting this comeback, and I understand why because of all the of what had happened here in in uh in Minnesota.
- 25:41SPEAKER_03: It would have been if he had actually mounted the comeback and won.
- 25:45SPEAKER_03: Oh my gosh.
- 25:46SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but again, I would blame Operation Metro Surge if that happened.
- 25:50SPEAKER_03: Uh Operation Metro Surge caused the um slowdown in France on France in 494.
- 25:56SPEAKER_03: That's right.
- 25:57SPEAKER_03: It was either that or that drunk Hyundai I was behind on the drive-in today.
- 26:01SPEAKER_45: Dude.
- 26:03SPEAKER_03: I already called 911 on somebody like two weeks ago being drunk on the road.
- 26:08SPEAKER_03: This one wasn't quite as egregious, and I'm just like, man, they're gonna, you know, the authorities are gonna start questioning me if I keep calling in people that are drunk and driving.
- 26:18SPEAKER_03: Uh, let's see.
- 26:18SPEAKER_03: Uh good morning, John.
- 26:19SPEAKER_03: Metro Surge is to blame for me gaining weight.
- 26:23SPEAKER_03: I had to order Mexican food through DoorDash and not walk to the restaurant to get it.
- 26:28SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 26:29SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge was where Eve took a bite of the uh of the apple.
- 26:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah, oh, yeah.
- 26:35SPEAKER_03: Well, that's right.
- 26:36SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge is to blame for sin in the world.
- 26:40SPEAKER_03: It's just we just took care of it altogether.
- 26:44SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge has caused a shortage of dimdos.
- 26:49SPEAKER_03: That's a good one as well.
- 26:50SPEAKER_03: Keep them coming in.
- 26:52SPEAKER_03: Here to the John Justice Show.
- 26:53SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294.
- 26:57SPEAKER_03: I already mentioned that Operation Metro Surge was to blame for my water softener getting filled with water, which is why I reached out to Ericsson Plumbing, Heating Air, and Electrical.
- 27:09SPEAKER_03: You should too, because this is the home service company that you can absolutely trust.
- 27:14SPEAKER_03: You're not going to get upsells.
- 27:16SPEAKER_03: You won't get commissions or one trade fixes.
- 27:18SPEAKER_03: And it's because they're licensed experts across all of the major trades, safety and security systems as well.
- 27:24SPEAKER_03: You wouldn't think of it, but they cover that.
- 27:26SPEAKER_03: But of course, gas, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
- 27:29SPEAKER_03: Because they're non-commissioned, they're not going to try to take advantage of you.
- 27:32SPEAKER_03: You're going to get an honest assessment and recommendations that are in your best interest.
- 27:36SPEAKER_03: Take advantage of their iHeart My Home Club and find any issues before they arrive.
- 27:42SPEAKER_03: Take care of them now before they become too expensive in the future.
- 27:47SPEAKER_03: It's all part of their, again, iHeartMyHome Club, and that's why you need to head on over to iHeartErickson.com.
- 27:53SPEAKER_03: That's iHeartErickson.com or call them today at 763-783-4545.
- 27:59SPEAKER_03: That's 763-783-4545 for Ericsson, plumbing heating air and electrical.
- 28:09SPEAKER_30: Hey, good morning, John.
- 28:11SPEAKER_30: My feelings are hurt.
- 28:13SPEAKER_30: And I blame Operation Metro Surge.
- 28:16SPEAKER_30: Because they didn't finish the job.
- 28:18SPEAKER_30: Please come back and make my feelings not hurt anymore and finish your job.
- 28:24SPEAKER_03: Thank you for that.
- 28:24SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294.
- 28:27SPEAKER_44: John, Brandon Connor again.
- 28:29SPEAKER_44: How'd you do it?
- 28:30SPEAKER_44: Got another one.
- 28:31SPEAKER_44: Operation Metro Surge is why I haven't shot a gear yet.
- 28:34SPEAKER_44: This hunting season.
- 28:36SPEAKER_03: That's unfortunate.
- 28:37SPEAKER_44: Hey, good morning, John.
- 28:39SPEAKER_46: Operation Metro Surge is the reason why some of my relatives got brain free and don't talk to us anymore.
- 28:53SPEAKER_26: Hey, John, Metro Surge is responsible for my insomnia.
- 28:59SPEAKER_35: Reason insomnia.
- 29:01SPEAKER_35: I hurt butt and E D, buddy.
- 29:05SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294.
- 29:09SPEAKER_03: Alright, we'll keep up the effort throughout the show this morning.
- 29:12SPEAKER_03: Keep your comments rolling in to the blaster line.
- 29:14SPEAKER_03: Again, it's 651-964-0294.
- 29:18SPEAKER_03: Coming up, WMBA rules at NSCantor Freedom.
- 29:22SPEAKER_03: Royce White are ineligible because they're both men.
- 29:25SPEAKER_03: Trump is considering that campaign stop.
- 29:28SPEAKER_03: Will it uh hurt or help Republican candidates?
- 29:31SPEAKER_03: I have my thoughts.
- 29:33SPEAKER_03: And uh we will get into, as I mentioned, immigration uh update, border apprehensions fall to a near low.
- 29:41SPEAKER_03: Uh DHS launched a nationwide ICE operation targeting illegal uh immigrants.
- 29:46SPEAKER_03: And what sparked this whole conversation in the first place?
- 29:49SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge, according to the Star Tribune and teachers in St.
- 29:52SPEAKER_03: Paul, could prompt teacher layoffs in St.
- 29:55SPEAKER_03: Paul.
- 29:55SPEAKER_03: That's right.
- 29:56SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge is going to be responsible for teachers getting canned in St.
- 30:00SPEAKER_03: If a woman finds out she is pregnant and feels scared and alone, Alpha Women's Center offers her help and hope to choose life.
- 30:08SPEAKER_03: Alpha Women's Center is a pro-life Christian mobile clinic that serves women like Tita, who left her abortion appointment and chose life for her twins after seeing her ultrasound.
- 30:18SPEAKER_03: With free counseling, diapers, and resources, she's continuing her education and building a stronger family.
- 30:25SPEAKER_03: Alpha Women's Center is donor supported and serves five Twin Cities locations, including outside abortion clinics.
- 30:32SPEAKER_03: For more information, go to MiracleMachineMN.com.
- 30:36SPEAKER_03: That's MiracleMachineMN.com.
- 30:42SPEAKER_03: Both White and Freedom.
- 30:45SPEAKER_03: Again, Royce White and Ennis Cantor Freedom, and Royce White just kind of rode uh Cantor's coattails on this, be that as it may, is a part of the story.
- 30:53SPEAKER_03: Announced their plans to enter the 2027 WNBA draft because they identified as women.
- 30:59SPEAKER_03: The WMBA and the embattled commissioner Kathy Engelbert have decided that ex-MBA players are ineligible to compete because they are indeed doing that thing with my fingers, both men.
- 31:13SPEAKER_03: That's according to the official WNBA response to a congressional inquiry from five House Republicans.
- 31:19SPEAKER_03: The lawmakers asked about the league's failure to define women under the league's collective bargaining agreement as well as other player safety and fan-related issues.
- 31:28SPEAKER_03: With respect to your questions regarding eligibility, Engelbert wrote on in an October 16th response: only women are eligible to play in the WNBA, and the individuals you cite in your letter are both men.
- 31:42SPEAKER_03: Now, the story isn't over yet because there's wordplay that's taking place in this.
- 31:50SPEAKER_03: It's kind of like what we discussed yesterday with uh Walter Hudson, the representative, when he was in studio and we shared that ridiculous video and audio from Hope Walls, wherein she describes what she believes DEI is, and all she ended up describing was affirmative action.
- 32:06SPEAKER_03: But it's in the terminology that she used qualified, because in her mind, individuals who fall into a particular identity demographic that's beneficial for Democrats are more qualified than, say, white people.
- 32:22SPEAKER_03: So in this case, here, I think the WNBA uh commissioner found a bit of a workaround wherein she's probably mentally going, Ennis Cantor Freedom is faking being a woman, not actually trans, and so is Royce White.
- 32:42SPEAKER_03: Now, this runs counter, of course, to the whole argument to, you know, relating to individuals who want you to affirm uh the lies that they believe about their own biology.
- 32:51SPEAKER_03: But I imagine that's where the workaround is, is that she's identified because this is how fluid your talking points and arguments are on the left, is that they can basically twist, mold, and distort reality to fit whatever is most politically advantageous for them.
- 33:10SPEAKER_03: And so in this case, she's probably looking at the totality of the cum of the issue, saying that, well, these two former NBA players are clearly just saying they're women for the sake of trying to make a political point and therefore they're not really women.
- 33:24SPEAKER_03: But if you had a man who was in their mind, in her mind, legitimately with my fingers, claiming to be a woman, then that is a different situation altogether.
- 33:35SPEAKER_03: Listen, ultimately, I'm gonna be glad when the left stops exploiting this nonsensical issue.
- 33:40SPEAKER_03: It's the only reason it still exists, and it proves the leftist tactics.
- 33:46SPEAKER_03: You know, we talked earlier this week, and there's a lot more coverage on this since then.
- 33:50SPEAKER_03: I'm waiting for the stories to kind of build up more, but Data Republican, that amazing accountant analyst on X that we were discussing on Monday's show, uh, talking about how she got her hands on literature and videos of hardcore leftist organizations and their plan to sow chaos on the streets relating to the outcome of the midterm election, all to force President Donald Trump to move forward on the Insurrection Act, and then they want to go and take advantage of that, and this is all part of the plan.
- 34:25SPEAKER_03: A part of this is a mentality that if you convince single-digit percentages of people, like 3.5%, you can and that along with massive media magnification, you can convince a large group of people of pretty much anything.
- 34:42SPEAKER_03: And this is proof of that.
- 34:44SPEAKER_03: This whole issue, this is this is not a majority of the public-led issue that supports biological boys competing in girls' sports.
- 34:53SPEAKER_03: But the left has been able to exploit it using that rule.
- 34:57SPEAKER_03: With single-digit support and massive media magnification, you can go and convince a larger group of people to go along with your plan.
- 35:05SPEAKER_03: Even though, if you were to talk to those people within, you know, the privacy of their own homes and, you know, away from the media, they would probably tell you that they also don't think the biological boy should be playing in girls' sports.
- 35:19SPEAKER_03: Many individuals who are hopping on board with this simply do so because they know that they can go and use it as an argument against the right.
- 35:26SPEAKER_03: And because they've been convinced through the propaganda and the indoctrination within our public education system that you cannot support anything on the right or else you are an evil person.
- 35:36SPEAKER_03: They're able to go along with nonsensical issues and movements like supporting boys playing in girls' sports.
- 35:45SPEAKER_03: By the way, did you know that Operation Metro Surge is responsible for Peggy Flanagan's 1.7 GPA?
- 35:52SPEAKER_03: It's true.
- 35:54SPEAKER_03: This comment rolled in.
- 35:55SPEAKER_03: Uh, the video was out yesterday of the WMBA teams heading to their locker rooms during the national anthem like it was something new.
- 36:02SPEAKER_03: They've been doing that for years.
- 36:04SPEAKER_03: The Minnesota team doesn't stand for the flag.
- 36:07SPEAKER_03: They stand on the court in a circle.
- 36:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's all just so much grandstanding, ridiculous nonsense.
- 36:12SPEAKER_03: It really, really is.
- 36:14SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294 is the number for the uh blaster uh line.
- 36:21SPEAKER_03: If you want to leave us a comment this morning, we'll get to those coming up in just a few minutes uh here on the show.
- 36:27SPEAKER_03: Uh, let's go here.
- 36:28SPEAKER_03: Uh, the story came out yesterday.
- 36:30SPEAKER_03: President Donald Trump considering a campaign stop in Minnesota before election day, potentially in a district with a tight Republican race.
- 36:37SPEAKER_03: While some believe this visit could energize Republican voters.
- 36:40SPEAKER_03: Hey, that's me.
- 36:41SPEAKER_03: I believe that.
- 36:43SPEAKER_03: Others argue it could be a liability for statewide candidates like Michelle Tefoya and Lisa Damath.
- 36:48SPEAKER_03: Ah, but a broken clock is right, you know, twice a day.
- 36:52SPEAKER_03: And when you go and consider comments from Keith Ellison when he talks about this being a base election, you know, he's right.
- 37:02SPEAKER_03: It is a base election.
- 37:03SPEAKER_03: It's going to be about turnout.
- 37:06SPEAKER_03: The Minnesota DFL is urging these candidates to clarify their stance on Trump's endorsement ahead of his potential visit here.
- 37:13SPEAKER_03: So it's a risk versus reward situation.
- 37:16SPEAKER_03: And in my opinion, the reward is greater than the risk in encouraging the GOP to turn out.
- 37:22SPEAKER_03: The left has already oh, I don't want to use that terminology.
- 37:26SPEAKER_03: I was going to use a rather lewd terminology, right?
- 37:30SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 37:31SPEAKER_03: They've already wasted too much time and their energy on focusing on tying candidates to Donald Trump.
- 37:38SPEAKER_03: That that's played out already.
- 37:40SPEAKER_03: It's been their whole, it's been their whole modus operandi since they started their campaigning after the primaries, once they were done attacking each other.
- 37:50SPEAKER_03: So that's all played out.
- 37:51SPEAKER_03: At this point in time, President Donald Trump visiting would have a lot more risk, excuse me, a lot more reward in encouraging individuals to get out and vote than if he were to go and stay away.
- 38:06SPEAKER_03: And listen, honestly, on top of that, when you look at Mike Lindell's endorsement of Lisa Damath, which also is not getting a lot of attention in the media, which is funny to me, and I'll talk about that in a moment, when you consider that, this is a really good opportunity, especially if you end up getting Lindell with Trump.
- 38:23SPEAKER_03: You may not, you know, like Mike Lindell, even being a Republican, and I get that.
- 38:27SPEAKER_03: We don't, we all have our candidates that we like and don't like for our various legitimate reasons, but it doesn't change the fact that you had a lot of people that turned out to vote in the primary for Mike Lindell, and his endorsement of Lisa Damath in the gubernatorial race and the rest of the Republicans does carry a certain amount of weight to it.
- 38:43SPEAKER_03: You bring him out with President Donald Trump, and I think that could absolutely be uh significant.
- 38:48SPEAKER_03: Minnesota DFL Party Chair, who, if you didn't know, is really, really bad at his job, and I blame Operation Metro Surge for Richard Carlbaum being bad at his job.
- 38:56SPEAKER_03: He sent a uh Kara Levin a statement regarding the possible visit by President Trump.
- 39:03SPEAKER_03: He said that Donald Trump said he's interested in campaigning for rubber stamp Republicans in Minnesota.
- 39:08SPEAKER_03: I'm calling on Tefoya Damuth Schutz Finstead to give a straight answer whether they joined Trump on stage.
- 39:14SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 39:15SPEAKER_03: You can't rubber stamp Trump for months and then change your tune less than 20 days before the election.
- 39:20SPEAKER_03: You can't have it both ways.
- 39:21SPEAKER_03: Is anybody trying to have it both ways?
- 39:26SPEAKER_03: You know, I think Michelle Tefoya has probably been the most critical of Trump of the other candidates.
- 39:32SPEAKER_03: Uh, but she also has views on a number of different issues that don't align specifically with the majority of conservatives either.
- 39:41SPEAKER_03: So she would be the only one that would kind of fall into that, but even then, I don't think she's distanced herself negatively from Trump.
- 39:48SPEAKER_03: He goes on to say the cameras will be on and Minnesotans will be watching.
- 39:51SPEAKER_03: Man, he is so bad at his job.
- 39:54SPEAKER_03: That's a really funny statement, by the way.
- 39:58SPEAKER_03: And we'll get to the uh we'll get to the fraud uh tip uh hotline and the money and the rewards attached to that that Trump announced yesterday.
- 40:07SPEAKER_03: But uh Richard Carlbaum, the DFL chair's comments, are pretty ridiculous when you consider that Minnesota Democrats are now facing backlash for this upcoming event featuring allegedly Representative Ilhan Omar, state Senator Omar Fateh, and streamer Hassan Piker.
- 40:28SPEAKER_03: Piker's inflammatory remarks about Jews in Israel, including a statement that America deserved 9-11, have drawn condemnation from the Jewish organizations and some Democrats, while some Democrats have criticized Piker, including Walls and Amy Klobuchar, although that was Amy Klobuchar's staff coming out critical of Piker, and not Amy Klobishar herself.
- 40:49SPEAKER_03: But Richard Carl Baum's comments relating to are they going to go and stand on stage with Trump, right?
- 40:56SPEAKER_03: To try to negatively tie candidates to the sitting president of the United States, they really do ring hollow when at the same time you see Piker coming to town.
- 41:09SPEAKER_03: This dude, by the way, this guy, he's not uh he's there's a running theme here.
- 41:15SPEAKER_03: He is not nearly as popular as what he and the leftists say.
- 41:23SPEAKER_03: He gets a lot of attention right now, make no mistake.
- 41:26SPEAKER_03: He's a darling on the left right now.
- 41:28SPEAKER_03: He's an agitator, he's also a grifter.
- 41:31SPEAKER_03: But the guy's got no professional broadcasting background.
- 41:34SPEAKER_03: He got his start as a producer for the Young Turks and then went on and was doing something on Twitch, and then I guess became further well known on the left during his election coverage.
- 41:50SPEAKER_03: But the dude has no professional background whatsoever.
- 41:54SPEAKER_03: He found a Marxist niche and has filled it.
- 41:57SPEAKER_03: And this is an individual who again said that the United States deserved 9-11.
- 42:02SPEAKER_03: Alpha News previously reported that Fate announced that Omar and Piker would join him for an event associated with his new conversation series.
- 42:10SPEAKER_03: I am the host now.
- 42:11SPEAKER_03: He's just laughing at you.
- 42:13SPEAKER_03: Omar Fate is.
- 42:16SPEAKER_03: Listen, I and I gave credit where credit's due.
- 42:19SPEAKER_03: It was funny that he adopted the whole Captain Phillips narrative with this, but it's just because he's mocking everybody.
- 42:25SPEAKER_03: Fate described the two as fearless champions for our people and said reservations filled out with filled within five minutes.
- 42:34SPEAKER_03: Well, sure they did.
- 42:35SPEAKER_03: There's a lot of communists in Minnesota.
- 42:40SPEAKER_03: That doesn't surprise me in the least bit.
- 42:45SPEAKER_52: Operation Metro Surge scared the deer that ran into the back of my vehicle.
- 42:52SPEAKER_03: Oh, I'm sorry about that.
- 42:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 42:53SPEAKER_03: It tends Operation Metro Surge tends to do that.
- 43:08SPEAKER_19: Actually, there's no correlation between the two, probably, but I need something to blame.
- 43:13SPEAKER_19: Because I don't have a problem with it.
- 43:16SPEAKER_19: You hear me, YouTube?
- 43:19SPEAKER_03: Well, you know what?
- 43:20SPEAKER_03: If you keep telling YouTube that you don't have a problem, perhaps those ads will uh will uh will go and uh and disappear.
- 43:28SPEAKER_42: Yeah, and you should know this by now.
- 43:30SPEAKER_42: But the reason the Minnesota Vikings have not won a Super Bowl yet is because of Operation Metro Surge.
- 43:38SPEAKER_42: Yeah, that's unfortunate.
- 43:40SPEAKER_03: He's not wrong, though.
- 43:42SPEAKER_03: He's not wrong.
- 43:44SPEAKER_03: Piker's history, by the way, of inflammatory commentary is drawing attention from Jewish organizations and some Democrats who question why elected officials would choose to elevate him.
- 43:54SPEAKER_03: One of Minnesota's leading Jewish organizations, specifically, the Jewish community relationship.
- 44:00SPEAKER_03: Council of Minnesota and the Dakotas, the JCRC, said it was appalled by Omar and Fate's decision to share a stage with Piker at the October 26th event in Minneapolis.
- 44:10SPEAKER_03: Here is uh my prediction on this.
- 44:12SPEAKER_03: Uh my prediction is we 21st.
- 44:15SPEAKER_03: So this is taking place on the 26th.
- 44:19SPEAKER_03: Is that what I said?
- 44:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 44:22SPEAKER_03: Oh, you know what?
- 44:23SPEAKER_03: I will.
- 44:23SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna go there.
- 44:25SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna go there.
- 44:26SPEAKER_03: So my prediction is Ilhan Omar will be indicted.
- 44:32SPEAKER_03: Charges will come down prior to this event.
- 44:35SPEAKER_03: She won't be able to show, and the event will turn into a support Ilhan Omar uh rally event over what it was, and Hassan Piker will be one of the leading guests.
- 44:48SPEAKER_03: Now, that's a very short window.
- 44:50SPEAKER_03: I mean, today's the 21st, 26th, right?
- 44:53SPEAKER_03: Looking at five days from now, hey, I can do math.
- 44:56SPEAKER_03: If I'm wrong, I'm totally fine.
- 44:58SPEAKER_03: You want to know why?
- 45:00SPEAKER_03: Just blame Operation Metro Search.
- 45:02SPEAKER_03: See how that works?
- 45:04SPEAKER_03: Very, very simple.
- 45:06SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294.
- 45:11SPEAKER_37: Somebody should ask Richard Carlbaum if uh Amy Colbachar is gonna appear on stage with Keith Ellison, Kim Walls, and Ilhan Omar, who she has openly endorsed for their current campaigns, for their most recent campaigns.
- 45:33SPEAKER_37: Keith and Ilhan should all be on stage with Amy.
- 45:36SPEAKER_37: There we go.
- 45:37SPEAKER_37: Let's play their way.
- 45:40SPEAKER_06: John, I think we can all agree that Metro surge led to the heartbreak of psoriasis.
- 45:48SPEAKER_03: Who knew?
- 45:50SPEAKER_03: Who knew?
- 45:52SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294.
- 45:55SPEAKER_03: This is going swimmingly, by the way.
- 45:57SPEAKER_03: Very, very pleased.
- 45:58SPEAKER_03: Alright, um, quick candidate update.
- 46:02SPEAKER_03: Uh, today at 7 o'clock, tonight at 7 o'clock, Fox 9, we'll have uh a debate uh between Senator Amy Klobishar and uh Lisa Damath.
- 46:12SPEAKER_03: So if you want to check that out, um probably a better one that took place earlier this week with this forum that they held on uh on Monday.
- 46:19SPEAKER_03: We'll certainly have a full recap uh coming up on uh tomorrow's show.
- 46:25SPEAKER_03: So just as a bit of a bit of a preview, all right.
- 46:28SPEAKER_03: And listen, if it doesn't go well for uh for Lisa Damath, you know what to do.
- 46:34SPEAKER_03: Just blame Operation Metro Surge.
- 46:38SPEAKER_03: You know, I used to blame Operation Metro Surge for not getting a good night's sleep.
- 46:41SPEAKER_03: I don't anymore.
- 46:43SPEAKER_03: Because the Night Gummies from Mini Leaf remedied all of that.
- 46:47SPEAKER_03: Circadian rhythms, yeah, they haven't existed for me for a long, long time.
- 46:51SPEAKER_03: That has all changed with the night gummies.
- 46:53SPEAKER_03: They're available in different blends, so when you go to the website, gotta be 21 or older, but when you go to the website to purchase the products, make sure you take a look at the different blends of the night gummies and find out which one works best for you.
- 47:07SPEAKER_03: My father went through this uh recently.
- 47:08SPEAKER_03: He's been trying the night gummies out, actually did a recent order to help him with his sleep.
- 47:13SPEAKER_03: He's dealing with a couple of issues, and the night gummies from Mini Leaf have done a fantastic job of helping him out, and they'll do exactly the same thing for you.
- 47:21SPEAKER_03: Head on over to M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A F dot com.
- 47:24SPEAKER_03: Whether it is the night sleep gummies, the spooky mini leaf tonics, which are fantastic for any Halloween parties that you have planned, the fun gummies, the chocolates, right?
- 47:34SPEAKER_03: The uh triple diamond pain cream, incredibly effective.
- 47:39SPEAKER_03: M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com is the website, or you can head on over to any one of these locations on St.
- 47:46SPEAKER_03: Clair Avenue in St.
- 47:47SPEAKER_03: Paul, Flowers with a Z, Cannabis Boutique.
- 47:50SPEAKER_03: Also in St.
- 47:50SPEAKER_03: Paul, Scott's liquor, Ken and Norm's Liquor in Minneapolis, and on old uh on West Old Shakapee Road uh in Bloomington, M G M in Bloomington.

- 48:05SPEAKER_03: Make sure you head on over to the website and check out all of their uh five-star reviews as well.
- 48:10SPEAKER_03: Taste Happy at M I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com.
- 48:14SPEAKER_03: That's minileaf.com.
- 48:17SPEAKER_42: I don't know, John.
- 48:18SPEAKER_42: I happen to think Metro uh surge worked out pretty good.
- 48:23SPEAKER_02: Well, but that's and you're not but you're not playing the game.
- 48:27SPEAKER_03: We've got a play the game like this.
- 48:31SPEAKER_33: Good morning, John.
- 48:33SPEAKER_33: Operation Metro Surge is the reason my wife needs to often have a headache.
- 48:37SPEAKER_03: No.
- 48:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 48:39SPEAKER_03: That's unfortunate.
- 48:40SPEAKER_03: Need to get her some of that triple diamond pain cream to take that Operation Metro Surge headache away.
- 48:46SPEAKER_03: Just wipe it right on out.
- 48:49SPEAKER_03: All right, so let's go and talk some uh immigration issues.
- 48:54SPEAKER_03: U.S.
- 48:54SPEAKER_03: border apprehensions along the Mexican border fell to their lowest since 1968, reflecting a sharp shift in migration patterns and the decline accelerated under Trump, who restricted asylum access, expanded immigration arrests and deportations, and this has led some migrants to remain in their home countries or settle in Mexico, which maintains a relatively broad asylum policy.
- 49:22SPEAKER_03: Listen, this is a reminder that all it takes is the will and desire to do what's right.
- 49:29SPEAKER_03: Federal agents recorded 98,708 apprehensions of people crossing ports of entry during the fiscal year ending September 30th, down from more than 2 million annually in 2022 and 23.
- 49:45SPEAKER_03: This is according to uh recent Financial Times information.
- 49:49SPEAKER_03: The total was the lowest since agents recorded 96,641 apprehensions in 1968.
- 49:58SPEAKER_03: Now, crossings began declining late in Biden's presidency because he had to.
- 50:03SPEAKER_03: The election was coming up.
- 50:06SPEAKER_03: And that's when the administration under Joe Biden tightened asylum restrictions and Mexico increased enforcement.
- 50:14SPEAKER_03: And I'll use the opportunity to remind you that under the four years of Joe Biden, there were more apprehensions and deportations of illegal aliens here in the state of Minnesota than there was during Operation Metro Surge.
- 50:28SPEAKER_03: The media is not gonna tell you this.
- 50:31SPEAKER_03: And nothing happened during that period of time, just like there were more deportations and arrests in July and August this year than there had been since the start of the Trump administration.
- 50:41SPEAKER_03: And the media is not gonna tell you that either.
- 50:43SPEAKER_03: You didn't hear about it unless you were listening to my show or following any other outlets that are willing to go and tell you the truth.
- 50:49SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge and ICE coming in wasn't the problem.
- 50:53SPEAKER_03: The problem was the leftists in Minnesota that exploited it for political gain and are continuing to do so.
- 50:59SPEAKER_03: But don't worry, we're taking it back.
- 51:02SPEAKER_03: Decline accelerated under Trump, who sharply restricted access to asylum at the southern border and expanded immigration's arrest and deportations inside of the uh United States.
- 51:14SPEAKER_03: During Biden's presidency, monthly apprehensions at the southern border frequently exceeded 200,000.
- 51:21SPEAKER_03: Experts and migrants said that people fleeing political instability, economic hardship, and violence in countries such as Haiti and Venezuela viewed his administration as offering a more welcoming environment.
- 51:34SPEAKER_03: Mexico's government said that more than 271,000 Mexicans were deported from the United States between Trump's return to office in 2025 and mid-August with most returned by land.
- 51:46SPEAKER_03: We will become France.
- 51:48SPEAKER_03: We would have been on our way to becoming what we're seeing in France right now had this not happened.
- 51:57SPEAKER_03: And Minnesota itself runs the risk of what we see in the political violence on the streets of France if we don't crack down on the anti-assimilation immigrants here in Minnesota.
- 52:14SPEAKER_03: New terminology, and this is what I'm using moving forward.
- 52:19SPEAKER_03: Because again, I'm so sick and tired of the narratives the left are putting out that sticks in the minds of ignorant individuals who don't bother doing their own due diligence, who want to buy into this argument that just because you point out the facts regarding fraud, the Somali community, the Somali gang warfare, that suddenly you are, you know, casting condemnation across an entire group of individuals.
- 52:45SPEAKER_03: So instead, we'll provide new terminology.
- 52:48SPEAKER_03: Anti-assimilation immigrants.
- 52:50SPEAKER_03: Those are different than immigrants who came here legally and respect the United States and all the wonderful things that we have to offer to everyone, as long as you respect what this country was founded upon and you assimilate appropriately.
- 53:06SPEAKER_03: Just like you have to do in virtually every other country, because now we know what happens when you don't.
- 53:11SPEAKER_03: When you don't call out the anti-immigrant assimilation taking place, you end up with a situation that you have in France where leftists are able to throw millions of dollars at communist and socialist organizations to send their foot soldiers out on the street clad in black with their faces covered because they're a bunch of cowards to go and conduct acts of political violence.
- 53:36SPEAKER_03: By the way, Minnesota's budget project uh project has released an estimate that ice spike meant 32,000 fewer jobs in Minnesota.
- 53:47SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge, right?
- 53:48SPEAKER_03: Again, this is where we're at again.
- 53:50SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge was to blame, according to the Minnesota Budget Project, on 32,000 fewer jobs in Minnesota.
- 53:57SPEAKER_03: The estimate has been uncritically reported by the Star Tribune in a story titled Operation Metro Surge cost the Twin Cities a record 32,000 jobs.
- 54:09SPEAKER_03: John Phelan here at American Experiment went and did the research.
- 54:15SPEAKER_03: Minnesota's budget pro uh budget project notes in the peak months of December 2025 through February 26, the massive surge in ICE arrests ripped people away from their families, according to the Minnesota Budget Project.
- 54:28SPEAKER_03: Ripped people away from their families, their jobs, and their communities.
- 54:33SPEAKER_03: A shocking nearly 4,000 arrests took place in Minnesota over the course of the surge.
- 54:38SPEAKER_03: Arrests reached a peak of 2,524 in January of 26, and that was up from an average of 185 arrests per month in the first 11 months of 2025.
- 54:48SPEAKER_03: You had some 6,000 illegal aliens that were arrested and deported under the four years of Joe Biden, by the way.
- 54:54SPEAKER_03: Again, not reporting any of that.
- 54:56SPEAKER_03: Now, new analysis by the Minnesota Budget Project and the Immigration Research Initiative, based on a work by Chloe East and Elizabeth Cox, allows us to estimate, they say, that there are now 32,000 fewer jobs in Minnesota, and it's all because of Operation Metro Surge.
- 55:12SPEAKER_03: So John Phelan goes and takes it a step further.
- 55:15SPEAKER_03: Take the December 2025 as the baseline, as the Minnesota Budget Project does, and use the Bureau of Labor Statistics data to go and examine how the number of jobs has actually changed in Minnesota and the Twin Cities since September.
- 55:32SPEAKER_03: So then he gets into the details here, and it gets a little wonky, but just hang with me for just a moment.
- 55:39SPEAKER_03: So in 2025, the number of extra jobs the Minnesota Budget Project claims that our state would have, if it were not for Operation Metro Surge, was 32,000, is almost equal, 95%, to the number of actual jobs created, 33,600.
- 55:56SPEAKER_03: In other words, the Minnesota Budget Project is claiming that job creation in Minnesota since December of 25 has been about half of what it would have been if Operation Metro Surge hadn't happened.
- 56:07SPEAKER_03: This should raise eyebrows.
- 56:08SPEAKER_03: Indeed, if we add the number of extra jobs the Minnesota Budget Project claims that our state would have if it were not for Operation Metro Surge, 32,000, to the number of jobs actually created, 33,600, we would have, we would have had 65,600 jobs created in our state since December of 2025.
- 56:31SPEAKER_03: But what does it all mean?
- 56:33SPEAKER_03: Let's put it into context.
- 56:35SPEAKER_03: A net addition of 65, uh 600 jobs, such as the Minnesota Budget Project imputes, would rank 10th out of the 418 observations over that period, and would be the only one of the top 15 outside of the period of December from 2020 to May of 2022 when the state's economy was recovering from the COVID 19 pandemic.
- 56:59SPEAKER_03: This would be an extraordinary result.
- 57:03SPEAKER_03: Unbelievably good, in fact.
- 57:07SPEAKER_03: The data actually shows impressive job growth related to previous rates in Minnesota since March of 26th.
- 57:14SPEAKER_03: And this is something to be both celebrated and investigated.
- 57:18SPEAKER_03: But the notion that it would have been twice as good without Operation Metro Surge doesn't really pass the smelt test.
- 57:27SPEAKER_03: You know what I you know you know what I blame?
- 57:29SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge.
- 57:33SPEAKER_03: Instead, this looks like another one of these types of um analysis which generate eye-catching numbers by comparing actual results to those in the same supercharged doppelganger?
- 57:46SPEAKER_03: It is unfortunate to see them repeated so often.
- 57:50SPEAKER_03: Economists are often chided for reducing everything to numbers.
- 57:54SPEAKER_03: So John Phelan says, I will conclude with a question for the philosophers among you.
- 58:00SPEAKER_03: Should the federal laws be enforced only if the enforcement imposes little or no economic cost?
- 58:09SPEAKER_03: That is a very, very good question.
- 58:12SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294.
- 58:16SPEAKER_03: Let's get to some of your thoughts from the blaster line this morning here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 58:22SPEAKER_17: Hey John, TJ in Minneapolis here.
- 58:24SPEAKER_17: I want to tell everybody that the reason that everything is so crappy in the Twin Cities and the weather is getting cold is because of Metro Surge.
- 58:35SPEAKER_17: I find it so funny that people blame everything on Metro Surge.
- 58:38SPEAKER_17: It's just a way for local leaders that have crappy policies here in the Twin Cities to get away with blaming the lack of security that they provide as businesses.
- 58:50SPEAKER_17: And that's why the businesses in Uptown, for instance, struggle.
- 58:54SPEAKER_17: It has nothing to do with Metro Surge.
- 58:55SPEAKER_17: They just have to point the blame somewhere and they don't want it to be on that.
- 59:00SPEAKER_03: Thank you for that, uh TJ.
- 59:01SPEAKER_03: It's always great to uh hear from you.
- 59:04SPEAKER_21: Good morning, John Rich here.
- 59:05SPEAKER_21: Cooperation MetroSurge prevents illegal aliens from doing the jobs that other other Americans won't do, like voting for Democrats.
- 59:17SPEAKER_05: Hey John, um the number on that 32,000 jobs are uh lost because of operation metal surge.
- 59:26SPEAKER_05: Metro surge.
- 59:27SPEAKER_05: Um model actually and anyone that knows anything about AR garbage.
- 59:40SPEAKER_05: That number was not based on any uh numbers of employees before or after uh the metro surge.
- 59:47SPEAKER_05: It was based on just the model you plug in how many people are arrested, and then voila it gives you how many people, how many jobs you lost.
- 59:57SPEAKER_05: Meanwhile, uh last year we have we um we gained 32,000 jobs and if uh it was like 33,000 jobs, you would have had 55,000 jobs that we added last year would have been like one of the most insane growth job growth years in the history of uh record keeping.
- 1:00:19SPEAKER_05: But hey, why use empirical data when you can't use models?
- 1:00:24SPEAKER_03: That's right.
- 1:00:24SPEAKER_03: And uh, and then you can also blame Operation Metro Surge.
- 1:00:28SPEAKER_39: Good morning, John.
- 1:00:29SPEAKER_39: Operation Metro Surge disappeared, Amelia Earhart.
- 1:00:54SPEAKER_03: Already into hour two here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 1:00:59SPEAKER_03: As we mentioned at the start of the show, we'll give you the latest regarding Representative uh Ilhan Omar, who has made an appearance in a uh really, really sad uh uh video.
- 1:01:13SPEAKER_03: A selfie video shot in the back of a car, leaning close against the window, looking a little sad.
- 1:01:18SPEAKER_03: I know the photo that I'm sharing on the stream, she's smiling.
- 1:01:21SPEAKER_03: Uh, but she's uh begging for money, not for her campaign, but to fight her legal woes.
- 1:01:26SPEAKER_03: So we'll get into that coming up.
- 1:01:27SPEAKER_03: She'll probably eventually blame uh Operation uh Metro Surge as well.
- 1:01:31SPEAKER_03: And we're taking uh your blast this morning at 651-964-0294.
- 1:01:38SPEAKER_03: And we'll be doing this throughout the rest of the week, and it'll certainly be a focus on our Freedom Friday show when we have all of our guests in a studio.
- 1:01:45SPEAKER_03: But as the left continues to try to go and blame Operation Metro Surge on everything, I have a story coming up in just a moment.
- 1:01:51SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge could prompt teacher layoffs in St.
- 1:01:54SPEAKER_03: Paul.
- 1:01:55SPEAKER_03: Let's take it back.
- 1:01:56SPEAKER_03: Let's just blame Operation Metro Surge for all of the negativity that we're dealing with in like in life to undermine the left's efforts to exploit Operation Metro Surge, which was a complete and total fabricated controversy by the leftists here in the state.
- 1:02:15SPEAKER_03: And we have been providing on the show example after example of how ICE has been conducting arrests and deportation of illegal immigrants, illegal aliens for years.
- 1:02:26SPEAKER_03: It happened under Joe Biden.
- 1:02:27SPEAKER_03: It happened out of record numbers, July and August of this year, and nobody said a word about it.
- 1:02:32SPEAKER_03: It was only because the leftists encouraged individuals to take to the streets, and then those violent political activist organizations, just like what we're seeing in France, went to and piggybacked to on your average citizens taking to the streets, that individuals running for office, like Attorney General Thief Ellison, want to go and use to campaign off of.
- 1:02:54SPEAKER_03: That's the only reason why anybody died here in Minnesota.
- 1:02:58SPEAKER_03: So let's take it back.
- 1:02:59SPEAKER_03: What do you blame Operation Metro Surge for?
- 1:03:01SPEAKER_39: John, Rob, why is that a the Operation Metro Surge is obviously the reason for road construction?
- 1:03:09SPEAKER_39: Great show so far.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's right.
- 1:03:11SPEAKER_03: It's all it's all the potholes, it's all Operation Metro Surge's fault.
- 1:03:24SPEAKER_03: That's right.
- 1:03:24SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge keeps people from using the zipper technique.
- 1:03:28SPEAKER_27: Hey John, Operation Metro Surge is responsible for my diabetes.
- 1:03:34SPEAKER_02: Oh.
- 1:03:34SPEAKER_02: It's unfortunate.
- 1:03:36unknown: Yeah.
- 1:03:37SPEAKER_02: Sorry you got diabetes.
- 1:03:38SPEAKER_02: That's unfortunate.
- 1:03:39SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294.
- 1:03:44SPEAKER_14: I don't think anybody has mentioned it yet, but Metro Surge is the reason why the dinosaurs are extinct.
- 1:03:51SPEAKER_03: Oh.
- 1:03:53SPEAKER_03: I know.
- 1:03:53SPEAKER_03: That's really unfortunate.
- 1:03:54SPEAKER_03: Got a couple of texts that rolled in.
- 1:03:56SPEAKER_03: Metro Surge caused the George Floyd riots.
- 1:04:00SPEAKER_03: Is Metro Surge the reason why my yard is covered in leaves?
- 1:04:04SPEAKER_03: I knew it.
- 1:04:05SPEAKER_03: Or wait, wasn't that climate change or global warming?
- 1:04:08SPEAKER_03: You know what's funny about that is I had notes written down.
- 1:04:11SPEAKER_03: I hadn't gotten to it yet, but I'll share them here.
- 1:04:13SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge is serving as almost a larger catch-all excuse for leftists than global warming and climate change at this point in time.
- 1:04:24SPEAKER_03: We will get to Ilhan Omar's uh comments in her video.
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_03: The latest, apparently, Ilhan Omar's sister has met with the feds.
- 1:04:32SPEAKER_03: So is her family turning on her as well?
- 1:04:34SPEAKER_03: And I have an editorial written by a clown from the Minnesota Reformer trying their best to stick it to Trump as this being politically motivated against Ilhan Omar.
- 1:04:52SPEAKER_03: I cannot wait to get uh to that story coming up uh later on uh in the show.
- 1:04:57SPEAKER_03: And we introduced a brand new term today, and that is uh anti-assimilation immigrants.
- 1:05:03SPEAKER_03: So this way, the left can't go and blame you, the leftists can't go and blame you for casting too wide of a net regarding the immigrant community, right?
- 1:05:11SPEAKER_03: That's the whole reason why we don't we have the don't dare say they're Somali.
- 1:05:14SPEAKER_03: So instead, we'll use the term if you are an if you're not an anti-assimilation immigrant, then we're not talking about you.
- 1:05:21SPEAKER_03: The left loves their terminology, and so does the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 1:05:29SPEAKER_03: The Department of Homeland Security launched a nationwide operation targeting illegal immigrants accused of fraudulently obtaining SNAP benefits.
- 1:05:36SPEAKER_03: Several arrests were made, including a Haitian and Cuban nationals, with some individuals having prior criminal records.
- 1:05:43SPEAKER_03: The operation was part of a broader crackdown on the misuse of federal benefits by the Trump administration.
- 1:05:49SPEAKER_03: Illegal aliens who have no right to be here in the first place, according to Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen, are the last people who should be using SNAP benefits.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_03: And other forms of welfare.
- 1:06:01SPEAKER_03: These programs are for Americans only.
- 1:06:04SPEAKER_03: Even nonviolent illegal alien crime can still have devastating consequences when they're defrauding the American taxpayer.
- 1:06:10SPEAKER_03: Mullen said that those already apprehended and deported by federal authorities represented a small drop in the bucket.
- 1:06:17SPEAKER_03: Adding the Trump administration would continue pursuing individuals accused of fraud.
- 1:06:21SPEAKER_03: DHS identified several illegal immigrants accused of snap fraud, including those Haitian nationals that I mentioned just a moment.
- 1:06:28SPEAKER_03: One individual, Rubstoney Jr.
- 1:06:30SPEAKER_03: Theodore.
- 1:06:31SPEAKER_03: Rubstoney.
- 1:06:33SPEAKER_03: Rubstoney, what a name.
- 1:06:36SPEAKER_03: Sounds like a goonie.
- 1:06:39SPEAKER_03: Rubstoney.
- 1:06:43SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge gave him that name.
- 1:06:45SPEAKER_03: A Haitian national living in the United States illegally was arrested by ICE as part of the operation.
- 1:06:50SPEAKER_03: Rubstoney's criminal history includes arrests for larceny, obstruction of officers, and trespassing.
- 1:06:57SPEAKER_03: You had another individual, a Cuban national, previously convicted of disorderly conduct and arrested on battery and domestic violence allegations.
- 1:07:06SPEAKER_03: This serves as a good example as we get into the Ilhan Omar latest information, but this really serves as a great example of how when you come into the country illegally and you are in a constant state of illegality that your your baseline is corrupted, your standard is corrupted.
- 1:07:28SPEAKER_03: And so therefore, any decisions that you make coming out of that are going to be the decision to make those other decisions will be predicated on your original baseline.
- 1:07:42SPEAKER_03: If you're already here illegally and you have the opportunity to commit more crime, you're more likely to go and commit that crime because you're here illegally.
- 1:07:48SPEAKER_03: Well, if I get caught, I'm already busted because I'm here illegally.
- 1:07:51SPEAKER_03: So if I commit this other crime, that's okay.
- 1:07:53SPEAKER_03: See, this is very similar to what I think is unfolding with Ilhan Omar.
- 1:07:58SPEAKER_03: When you go back to her father's history, his attachment to that regime in Somalia where they had to go and flee, the fact that she may not be here in the country legally, he may not have been here in the country legally, the fact that we may have DNA evidence saying that she committed immigration fraud with her brother to get him status by marrying her brother, it points to exactly what I'm talking about.
- 1:08:24SPEAKER_03: If your baseline is one where you're already committing a crime, then it makes it a lot easier to go and commit more crimes.
- 1:08:30SPEAKER_03: You know, like potentially, you know, selling barrels of wine that are completely empty or using a winery to go and shift uh money around.
- 1:08:39SPEAKER_03: It's funny how that happens.
- 1:08:41SPEAKER_03: Now, speaking of SNAP, I want to share this story with you.
- 1:08:44SPEAKER_03: I have one more immigration uh update, and then we will uh dive into Trump's announcements of uh tackling fraud and the Ilhan Omar uh latest.
- 1:08:55SPEAKER_03: This broke yesterday afternoon, though, and you have your Governor Tim Wall's administration officials, right, continuing to talk about how they've secured the fraud, they're looking into it more, our elections are safe.
- 1:09:10SPEAKER_03: You can't trust any of them, you can't believe any of them.
- 1:09:13SPEAKER_03: This is another example of that.
- 1:09:15SPEAKER_03: You know, Amy Klobishar out there talking about how she's gonna go and crack down on the fraud and do all of these different audits and whatnot, but not saying anything about just taking care of it now and encouraging the Walls administration to do it now.
- 1:09:27SPEAKER_03: So this comes from KSTP.
- 1:09:29SPEAKER_03: Apparently, um people in Wisconsin have been getting supplemental food benefits, welfare benefits, sent to them in Wisconsin, even though they never requested it.
- 1:09:42SPEAKER_03: A Wisconsin's family received what they think could be a state of Minnesota SNAP benefits card.
- 1:09:48SPEAKER_59: And tonight we're trying to figure out why and if it's a scam.
- 1:09:52SPEAKER_59: Ben Henry spoke with the family tonight as we track your tax dollars.
- 1:09:56SPEAKER_59: Ben.
- 1:09:58SPEAKER_65: Lindsay and Kevin, we know this.
- 1:09:59SPEAKER_65: According to the state's website, families and people living in the state of Minnesota are eligible.
- 1:10:06SPEAKER_65: That's why this Wisconsin family is worrying and wondering who's at fault or if they're being scammed.
- 1:10:14SPEAKER_65: Never mind.
- 1:10:16SPEAKER_65: The Wilsons don't receive much mail, but a recent letter caught their eyes and has their attention.
- 1:10:25SPEAKER_49: My first concern is somebody is somebody using my name?
- 1:10:30SPEAKER_49: Did somebody else apply for this cash benefit in my name?
- 1:10:35SPEAKER_65: The benefit in question is Minnesota's food assistance program, also known as SNAP.
- 1:10:41SPEAKER_65: It looks legit.
- 1:10:42SPEAKER_65: But Wilson says she didn't apply for it and lives in Wisconsin.
- 1:10:47SPEAKER_49: Why are you sending Minnesota Snap Food Benefits to somebody who lives in a different state?
- 1:10:57SPEAKER_49: That's very concerning.
- 1:10:58SPEAKER_65: The letter included a card and instructions to activate it.
- 1:11:02SPEAKER_49: But with all the fraud going on, I didn't know if that's what it was.
- 1:11:06SPEAKER_49: If it's if it's a scam, um, I have no idea.
- 1:11:10SPEAKER_49: Well, let's get to the bottom of it.
- 1:11:11SPEAKER_49: I'd love to get to the bottom of it.
- 1:11:13SPEAKER_49: Because I do work in Minnesota, and this is my taxpaying dollars.
- 1:11:18SPEAKER_49: And if you're sending it out of state, who else are you sending it to?
- 1:11:22SPEAKER_65: The Department of Children, Youth and Families, or DCYF, oversees Minnesota's SNAP benefits, declining our request for an interview.
- 1:11:31SPEAKER_65: We're still asking how this happened, how common is it, and what systems are in place to prevent it.
- 1:11:37SPEAKER_49: I was just shocked.
- 1:11:39SPEAKER_65: Wilson, a helper at heart, is also concerned this could be taking away much needed dollars to those who need it most.
- 1:11:46SPEAKER_49: And then I end up with the EBT card.
- 1:11:50SPEAKER_49: I yeah.
- 1:11:52SPEAKER_49: That was really disheartening, actually.
- 1:11:54SPEAKER_65: Tonight, still no response from DCYF.
- 1:11:57SPEAKER_65: This is the original email I sent them at 1220 this afternoon, telling them about what this family shared with us, our questions to them.
- 1:12:06SPEAKER_65: They did acknowledge it, saying they're gonna be working on answering the questions.
- 1:12:10SPEAKER_65: Kevin and Lindsay will be sure to update our story on air, excuse me, on our app, if and when we receive that response.
- 1:12:19SPEAKER_03: And again, that comes from uh KSTP uh Channel 5.
- 1:12:23SPEAKER_03: We're gonna get to Trump made a massive announcement yesterday.
- 1:12:25SPEAKER_03: You probably didn't see it because none of the news media outlets were discussing it.
- 1:12:30SPEAKER_03: They had one story regarding Nick Shirley getting money on this new fraud tip line, and that was it.
- 1:12:35SPEAKER_03: Not to mention the fact that one of the, I mean, they're both big, but the other big story was the federal government is gonna be seizing half a block in Minneapolis because the buildings were purchased with fraud dollars.
- 1:12:48SPEAKER_03: And apparently the the local media carrying the water for the DFL is simply waiting for their uh for their talking points before they go and make um uh a comment on that particular story.
- 1:13:02SPEAKER_03: So we'll bring you details on that coming up and get back to uh more of your blasts in just a moment here on the show.
- 1:13:08SPEAKER_03: But one more Operation Metro Surge as we continue to take your excuses and what you blame Operation Metro Surge for.
- 1:13:14SPEAKER_03: St.
- 1:13:14SPEAKER_03: Paul school leaders thought more immigrant students would come back of this school year after Operation Metro Surge, saw hundreds of students staying home or disappearing from school altogether.
- 1:13:24SPEAKER_03: But more than 500 English learner students, many of whom were immigrants, never returned after the surge, nor did they enroll as new students this fall.
- 1:13:34SPEAKER_03: Uh, maybe because they were deported.
- 1:13:39SPEAKER_03: Because so much, according to the Star Tribune story, of the district's funding is based on how many students are enrolled, the decrease in students will mean a budget shortfall of four point nine million this year, they say.
- 1:13:53SPEAKER_03: As a result, the superintendent, Stacey Stanley, has proposed cutting more than a dozen teachers who work with those students, the board is set to vote on the layoffs, and the union representing the teachers say the mid-year layoffs are unprecedented.
- 1:14:08SPEAKER_03: So cut money.
- 1:14:09SPEAKER_03: Listen, if the dollar amounts that are attached to each individual student are legitimate.
- 1:14:18SPEAKER_03: Because this is what you hear all the time, right?
- 1:14:20SPEAKER_03: You hear that every student ends up getting I don't know what the number is.
- 1:14:25SPEAKER_03: It varies on whether or not you're talking about Minneapolis or other school districts across the country.
- 1:14:29SPEAKER_03: Minneapolis students get paid more per student.
- 1:14:33SPEAKER_03: It's like, you know, twenty it's like twenty thousand dollars a year or some ridiculous number like this.
- 1:14:37SPEAKER_03: So if that money is actually real and those dollars are actually being spent on those students specifically, then there shouldn't be any money lost.
- 1:14:47SPEAKER_03: When my vo when my boys move out of the house, uh I'm not gonna be buying the same amount of food.
- 1:14:56SPEAKER_03: I'll be buying less food for just Melinda and I.
- 1:14:59SPEAKER_03: And certainly for me, having lost all the weight and changed my eating habits with the amazing program from Nutrawave, which we'll talk about here in just a moment.
- 1:15:07SPEAKER_03: So if this if it's not real, you and I both know it's not real.
- 1:15:10SPEAKER_03: You you and I both know that that dollar amount attached to every student, it's an interesting talking point, and it's one that I've used on the show quite often when we talk about just all the money that's being thrown at schools.
- 1:15:20SPEAKER_03: I'm not in support uh all the money that's being thrown at schools, by the way.
- 1:15:25SPEAKER_03: That being said, when you actually look at the dollars that are being spent per student, it's all going someplace else.
- 1:15:34SPEAKER_03: But feel free to use this argument for anybody who wants to talk about how unprecedented this is because the students aren't there anymore, because it doesn't make any sense.
- 1:15:42SPEAKER_03: And they can't find other ways to cut other than teachers, or are they only doing that because it brings about more sympathy for the leftist causes?
- 1:15:53SPEAKER_57: Well, how expensive is it then to educate those illegal students?
- 1:15:58SPEAKER_57: Because when they leave, they've got a four and a half million dollar shortfall in their budget in St.
- 1:16:04SPEAKER_57: Paul.
- 1:16:05SPEAKER_57: Uh now they're gonna have to right size to just teaching citizen students.
- 1:16:13SPEAKER_57: Perfect.
- 1:16:15SPEAKER_03: Cutting teachers less than two months after the start of the school year is almost unheard of in Minnesota and leaves the teachers with few options to find teaching jobs.
- 1:16:22SPEAKER_03: That's according to Carrie Young, president of the St.
- 1:16:25SPEAKER_03: Paul Federation of Teachers.
- 1:16:26SPEAKER_03: School leaders signaled trouble ahead early this year when budget projections projections showed a$15 million shortfall due to the combination of dropping enrollment and increased costs, particularly the cost of special education services and the price of fuel for buses and uh and to heat schools.
- 1:16:46SPEAKER_03: Oh, and there it is, Operation Metro Surge and the declining number of immigrant students added to the problem.
- 1:16:54SPEAKER_03: So in the the story itself actually goes and undermines the headline.
- 1:17:05SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge and declining number of immigrant students added to the problem.
- 1:17:11SPEAKER_03: But the headline said Operation Metro Surge could prompt teacher layoffs in St.
- 1:17:17SPEAKER_03: Paul.
- 1:17:18SPEAKER_03: Mm-hmm.
- 1:17:19SPEAKER_03: Funny how that happens, huh?
- 1:17:21SPEAKER_03: In the meantime, what did you blame Operation Metro Surge on?
- 1:17:24SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294.
- 1:17:28SPEAKER_03: We'll get to more of your comments coming up in just a moment here on the show.
- 1:17:33SPEAKER_03: First off, I want to remind you again, an amazing program at Neutrawave.
- 1:17:38SPEAKER_03: I mentioned it a moment ago.
- 1:17:38SPEAKER_03: You've heard me talk about it.
- 1:17:40SPEAKER_03: I feel better than I have in honestly in decades.
- 1:17:43SPEAKER_03: The program is simple.
- 1:17:45SPEAKER_03: It's a smarter approach to weight loss where you eat food that you want to eat that has one ingredient: food.
- 1:17:53SPEAKER_03: It's an all-natural 40-day program.
- 1:17:55SPEAKER_03: You can lose the weight now, change your eating habits for the better, head into the holidays, a brand new you, seeing friends and family feeling better than you have, just like me, in years, all while still enjoying the food that you love to eat after going through the program, but having a much better relationship, a healthier relationship with food.
- 1:18:14SPEAKER_03: If you're tired all the time, if you're overweight and you're on medication, your body is telling you a story that the scale is not revealing to you.
- 1:18:21SPEAKER_03: And this is where the truth metabolic scan comes into play.
- 1:18:25SPEAKER_03: This is your opportunity to find out your body fat, your muscle mask, your metabolic age, and then go and discover your next move.
- 1:18:33SPEAKER_03: It includes a free red light therapy session.
- 1:18:35SPEAKER_03: Do not wait, act now.
- 1:18:37SPEAKER_03: 952-260-1965.
- 1:18:39SPEAKER_03: That's 952-260-1965.
- 1:18:42SPEAKER_03: Tell Dr.
- 1:18:43SPEAKER_03: Bob, an amazing dude.
- 1:18:44SPEAKER_03: Tell him that John Justice sent you to get this almost$300 value absolutely free.
- 1:18:51SPEAKER_03: Again, 952-260-1965.
- 1:18:54SPEAKER_03: Neutral wave in E Dinah.
- 1:18:56SPEAKER_03: No pills, no shots.
- 1:18:57SPEAKER_03: There's nothing else like it.
- 1:18:58SPEAKER_03: And individual results may vary.
- 1:19:00SPEAKER_03: Selling your home is more than just putting a sign in the yard.
- 1:19:03SPEAKER_03: It's about making the right decisions before that sign ever goes up.
- 1:19:06SPEAKER_03: And that's the advisor advantage you get from Hallway North Real Estate Advisors.
- 1:19:11SPEAKER_03: When you talk to them about selling your home, instead of simply telling you what your home is worth and putting it on the market, Hallway North Real Estate Advisors help you maximize the value before it's listed.
- 1:19:23SPEAKER_03: Maybe there's a new remodeling project that makes sense or one that doesn't.
- 1:19:28SPEAKER_03: It's certainly worth giving them a call before you spend the money.
- 1:19:31SPEAKER_03: And when it's ready, they'll get it cleaned, staged, photographed, listed, and advocate for your best offer.
- 1:19:37SPEAKER_03: Hallway North Real Estate Advisors don't just sell your home.
- 1:19:41SPEAKER_03: They put you in the best position to get the most of the investment that you've already made.

- 1:19:57SPEAKER_03: That's hallwaynorth.com.
- 1:19:59SPEAKER_03: Hallway North Real Estate Advisors.
- 1:20:02SPEAKER_03: They're more than just realtors, they're your personal advisors, brokered by Bridge Realty.
- 1:20:08SPEAKER_56: Hi, I'm Joe Scott, and I'm the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools board.
- 1:20:14SPEAKER_56: I'm also the only incumbent who supports balanced budgets, key performance indicators in our superintendent's contract, and counting everyone's vote every time in school board elections.
- 1:20:27SPEAKER_56: Our enrollment has been declining since 2018, and we lose 1,300 of our resident students each year to neighboring districts.
- 1:20:37SPEAKER_56: I have solutions, but the majority of the school board and administration are stuck in the status quo.
- 1:20:43SPEAKER_56: You can vote as early as Friday, September 18th.
- 1:20:47SPEAKER_56: And I'd appreciate your support.
- 1:20:49SPEAKER_56: To learn more about me and how I stand on other school board issues, visit reelectjoe.com.
- 1:20:57SPEAKER_56: If you'd like to see our school district's Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment Proficiency Scores, go to ECCSMCA scores.com.
- 1:21:10SPEAKER_03: If a woman finds out she is pregnant and feels scared and alone, Alpha Women's Center offers her help and hope to choose life.
- 1:21:18SPEAKER_03: Alpha Women's Center is a pro-life Christian mobile clinic that serves women like Tita, who left her abortion appointment and chose life for her twins after seeing her ultrasound.
- 1:21:28SPEAKER_03: With free counseling, diapers, and resources, she's continuing her education and building a stronger family.
- 1:21:34SPEAKER_03: Alpha Women's Center is donor supported and serves five Twin Cities locations, including outside abortion clinics.
- 1:21:42SPEAKER_03: For more information, go to MiracleMachineMN.com.
- 1:21:46SPEAKER_03: That's MiracleMachineMN.com.
- 1:21:52SPEAKER_43: Alright, maybe I'm missing something here, but how in the hell?
- 1:21:56SPEAKER_43: Is Metro Surge, which happened last school year, having anything to do with getting rid of teachers a couple months into this time?
- 1:22:10SPEAKER_43: It uh I think I missed something right across some wires here.
- 1:22:13SPEAKER_03: It didn't.
- 1:22:14SPEAKER_03: They said it in the story.
- 1:22:16SPEAKER_03: Listen, when we make the joke about Operation Metro Surge, is you can blame it, you know, on anything.
- 1:22:22SPEAKER_03: Hey John, I got a raging case of athletes' foot.
- 1:22:27SPEAKER_28: It has to be from Metro Surge.
- 1:22:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's just it's become this catch-all for Democrats to use because they have so little to run on in this election, which is why we're doing what we're doing.
- 1:22:39SPEAKER_03: And we'll continue to do this.
- 1:22:40SPEAKER_03: I want to undermine this complete bogus, ridiculous narrative that Operation Metro Surge is to blame for everything.
- 1:22:47SPEAKER_03: It's just an extension of Trump derangement syndrome.
- 1:22:49SPEAKER_03: That's all that this is.
- 1:22:51SPEAKER_03: And you can kind of extrapolate, because Operation Metro Surge took place in Minnesota, even though it was isolated to different areas, they can go and extrapolate using whatever mental gymnastics they want to use to try to go and pin it on Operation Metro Surge and ultimately the right and Republicans.
- 1:23:10SPEAKER_38: Hey John, this is Kurt from Stillwater.
- 1:23:13SPEAKER_38: Metro Surge caused all these darn bridal parties to come out here to Stillwater because they don't want to go down to downtown Minneapolis anymore.
- 1:23:22SPEAKER_38: Yeah, I don't blame him.
- 1:23:24SPEAKER_38: Oh the suffering we're doing.
- 1:23:30SPEAKER_02: The suffering.
- 1:23:32SPEAKER_03: Thank you for that.
- 1:23:33SPEAKER_03: Uh regarding uh the issue in St.
- 1:23:35SPEAKER_03: Paul and teachers, let's go here.
- 1:23:38SPEAKER_22: Good morning, John.
- 1:23:38SPEAKER_03: Here we are again.
- 1:23:39SPEAKER_03: My wife's been in education her whole career.
- 1:23:41SPEAKER_03: He's already at a five.
- 1:23:43SPEAKER_03: He made TVA down to a four.
- 1:23:45SPEAKER_03: I don't see him going any lower than a three.
- 1:23:47SPEAKER_03: Scott Conf.
- 1:23:49SPEAKER_22: And I see what goes on in these schools.
- 1:23:51SPEAKER_22: They're gonna cut the teachers that are not supposedly needed anymore because of the lack of students of uh other countries.
- 1:24:00SPEAKER_22: And then uh why don't we ever cut the administrators who are making the big money?
- 1:24:06SPEAKER_22: They're in the super club, I call it.
- 1:24:08SPEAKER_22: The assistant principals, the principals, the superintendent.
- 1:24:13SPEAKER_22: Why don't they get rid of any of their salary?
- 1:24:15SPEAKER_22: Because all they do is sit and bang on the drum all day while the teachers are out there trying to make these kids smarter than a box of rocks.
- 1:24:24SPEAKER_22: It's pretty, pretty, pretty ridiculous.
- 1:24:30SPEAKER_02: I just want to bang on me drum all day.
- 1:24:33SPEAKER_03: It's not as good as our new uh Ilhan Queen of the Scandal, which might get a play here coming up in a moment on the John Justice show.
- 1:24:39SPEAKER_57: Well, how expensive is it then to educate those illegal students?
- 1:24:44SPEAKER_57: Because when they leave, they've got a four and a half million dollar shortfall in their budget in St.
- 1:24:50SPEAKER_57: Paul.
- 1:24:52SPEAKER_57: Now they're gonna have to write five to adjust teaching citizen students.
- 1:24:59SPEAKER_57: Perfect.
- 1:25:05SPEAKER_33: They're doing a bang up job preventing this fraud.
- 1:25:08SPEAKER_33: Spending hardworking taxpayer money out of state in EVT cards.
- 1:25:15SPEAKER_33: Bang up job you guys are doing, and right in the middle of an election season.
- 1:25:20SPEAKER_29: Morning, John.
- 1:25:21SPEAKER_29: Steve from Excel here.
- 1:25:23SPEAKER_29: I got laid off in August after 22 years.
- 1:25:32SPEAKER_50: Good morning, John and Annie.
- 1:25:37SPEAKER_50: It actually caused me to have a sudden onset of an allergy against stupid people.
- 1:25:45SPEAKER_50: Um, and it's really been a problem because there's so many of them out there, and I can't seem to find a building to help me feel better.
- 1:25:52SPEAKER_50: That's unfortunate.
- 1:25:54SPEAKER_50: Have a good day.
- 1:25:55SPEAKER_03: Annie, uh, I'm we're we're here for you, Annie.
- 1:25:58SPEAKER_03: We're here for you.
- 1:25:59SPEAKER_03: We need to get Sarah McLaughlin up in here.
- 1:26:02SPEAKER_03: I produce some PSAs on the John Justice show presented by American Experiment.
- 1:26:06SPEAKER_46: Hi.
- 1:26:11SPEAKER_46: Back in January, my cat stopped eating for like five days.
- 1:26:15SPEAKER_46: Oh no.
- 1:26:18SPEAKER_46: So I had to send her over the rainbow bridge.
- 1:26:21SPEAKER_46: Uh huh.
- 1:26:22SPEAKER_46: God got it.
- 1:26:23SPEAKER_46: It was Neuro Surge that was to blame.
- 1:26:26SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it was.
- 1:26:27SPEAKER_46: Fair not, though.
- 1:26:28SPEAKER_46: I've been adopted by another kitty.
- 1:26:30SPEAKER_46: Oh nice.
- 1:26:31SPEAKER_46: Well, good.
- 1:26:31SPEAKER_46: At least I know the reason now.
- 1:26:34SPEAKER_46: Bless you guys.
- 1:26:35SPEAKER_46: Bye.
- 1:26:36SPEAKER_03: All right, let's go here.
- 1:26:38SPEAKER_03: Before we dive into uh the latest regarding Ilhan Omar, big announcement yesterday.
- 1:26:43SPEAKER_03: President Donald Trump putting forward his plan for a$25 million uh program.
- 1:26:51SPEAKER_03: This would offer reward rewards up to$30,000 for tips that lead to the convictions for government fraud, according to the White House.
- 1:27:01SPEAKER_03: The Justice Department's going to administer the program, and the tips will be submitted through a government website according to the Wall Street Journal.
- 1:27:07SPEAKER_03: The initiative is part of an effort by Vice President J.D.
- 1:27:11SPEAKER_03: Vance and his anti-fraud task force, which was launched here uh to investigate the misuse of public funds.
- 1:27:17SPEAKER_03: The task force has opened investigations into suspected fraud involving medical supply programs, food assistant programs, and the Affordable Care Act.
- 1:27:25SPEAKER_03: Uh got a several audio uh clips.
- 1:27:27SPEAKER_03: We'll start off with President Donald Trump making the announcement yesterday about this new uh three uh thirty thousand dollar initiative for fraud tips.
- 1:27:44SPEAKER_12: And uh mark those words.
- 1:27:47SPEAKER_12: Independent journalists and everybody and all Americans will now be able to go to the fraud.gov and report cases of corruption and theft of taxpayer dollars in their communities.
- 1:28:00SPEAKER_12: All via a new website created by Joe Gebia, who's fantastic, by the way, and the team at the National Design Studio.
- 1:28:09SPEAKER_12: Everything Joe's done has been a big success for us.
- 1:28:12SPEAKER_12: So here's what we're going to be doing.
- 1:28:15SPEAKER_12: Anybody that can prove that he turned somebody in, in other words, he or she, if you turn somebody in and you, let's say, report and you find a billion dollars, we are giving a commission to that person of 1%.
- 1:28:34SPEAKER_12: It's a lot of money.
- 1:28:36SPEAKER_12: And if it's 10 billion, 200 billion, 400 billion, uh, we're giving a 1% commission to that person.
- 1:28:46SPEAKER_12: You have to prove that you were the one and prove that it was you.
- 1:28:50SPEAKER_12: And I don't know if you can do this, but subject to the laws of our nation, which I feel very strongly about, if a reporter turns somebody in, you have to get approval, perhaps from your wonderful newspaper.
- 1:29:03SPEAKER_12: But if you turn somebody in, you get a 1% commission.
- 1:29:07SPEAKER_12: You may turn it down, or you may say, I'm not going to be a reporter any longer.
- 1:29:10SPEAKER_12: This is too easy.
- 1:29:11SPEAKER_12: So if a reporter turns somebody in, we're going to continue the same 1%.
- 1:29:16SPEAKER_12: So if somebody turns somebody in for a million dollars, but the million dollars is very small potatoes, you get a 1% commission, subject to the rules of the nation, subject to all of the things, and we're going to elect repa the reporters for the first time in many cases in your lives, you've done a good job.
- 1:29:37SPEAKER_12: Some are very professional journalists, but it's not uh a very profitable thing to do, but it's a very important thing to do.
- 1:29:44SPEAKER_12: Very few things are more important than good journalism.
- 1:29:48SPEAKER_12: But we're going to, if they're allowed to do it, if you can get approval from your media outlet, whoever that may be, we're going to let the reporters partake because you know a lot of things that are happening, maybe in many cases more than most others.
- 1:30:02SPEAKER_12: So I'm going to add into that group of people, reporters.
- 1:30:06SPEAKER_12: So if anybody turns anybody in, a billion dollars, five billion dollars, a hundred million dollars, you get a 1% commission.
- 1:30:14SPEAKER_12: And I think that will be amazing.
- 1:30:19SPEAKER_12: Because the kind of money that's been stolen is trillions from this country by crooked politicians that made things and set things up, crooked attorney generals like we have in New York, like we have in Minnesota, like we have.
- 1:30:35SPEAKER_12: I can name all of them.
- 1:30:36SPEAKER_12: I can name all of them pretty much.
- 1:30:39SPEAKER_12: This new incentive program will help expand the anti-fraud and corruption efforts of JD and his people, and they really are.
- 1:30:48SPEAKER_12: They are amazing people, smart.
- 1:30:51SPEAKER_12: It's incredible, without any incentive, the kind of money that they've already found.
- 1:30:57SPEAKER_12: Billions and billions of dollars, and save American taxpayers.
- 1:31:01SPEAKER_12: It'll save trillions, I believe trillions.
- 1:31:05SPEAKER_03: As part of Tuesday's announcement, Trump uh presented Nick Shirley, the conservative online content creator, with a$10,000 check, according to the White House.
- 1:31:14SPEAKER_03: Now, what's interesting about this is that was at the time when I was doing prep this morning, there was not a single story on any of the local media outlets about this announcement yesterday.
- 1:31:25SPEAKER_03: There was not a single story about the next item that was revealed during the White House press briefing, and that's the feds moving to seize half a city block in Minneapolis that was reportedly stolen with SNAP money.
- 1:31:38SPEAKER_03: There was one story about the press conference yesterday in the Star Tribune, and it was only about and the headline was focused on Nick Shirley getting 10 grand.
- 1:31:47SPEAKER_03: That was it.
- 1:31:51SPEAKER_03: You know, I've made the statement before, but what what would the world look like?
- 1:31:55SPEAKER_03: What would things look like here in Minnesota if we had a media that was actually doing good solid journalism that was willing to go and report the news accurately and fully that wasn't in the tank for the DFL.
- 1:32:12SPEAKER_03: You know, with the story about the feds moving to seize half a city block, you know, the media is just waiting for their DFL talking points.
- 1:32:20SPEAKER_03: That's all that's going on here.
- 1:32:21SPEAKER_03: They don't know how to I don't know how to cover it yet.
- 1:32:23SPEAKER_03: Is it good or bad for for Democrats?
- 1:32:26SPEAKER_03: Oh, we better wait to report on it until we figure out what Richard Carl Baum has to say.
- 1:32:30SPEAKER_03: Here's more from the press conference uh yesterday announcing the latest fraud initiative.
- 1:32:36SPEAKER_03: Uh, this is Dr.
- 1:32:37SPEAKER_03: Oz giving details on one of the sickest fraud schemes in Minnesota.
- 1:32:43SPEAKER_03: Mr.
- 1:32:44SPEAKER_64: President, uh Vice President, thanks to the anti-fraud task force, we've broken down all the silos, which has helped CMS Medicare Medicaid a lot because oftentimes the ability to pursue cases depends on our ability to get DOJ involved, but also our ability to get Treasury involved to follow where the money is hiding.
- 1:32:59SPEAKER_64: It's not just a criminal in front of you that Nick saw, it's also the people behind them who are making the big dollars.
- 1:33:04SPEAKER_64: And what we have found is our biggest allies actually are people in those businesses who know that wrong is being done.
- 1:33:11SPEAKER_64: They know where the red flags are, they can point them out to us, and that actually leads us directly on a trail to success with the many different fraudsters we've been able to take out.
- 1:33:19SPEAKER_64: Now, the devastating blow to fraud that is being levered right now into even bigger actions is not done yet.
- 1:33:25SPEAKER_64: We have at least two more years of hard work to do on this.
- 1:33:28SPEAKER_64: But Nick, thanks to you and other citizen journalists, advocates, folks who are willing to step out and make it make some news happen that allows us to understand what people on the ground are saying, we're tipped off to big problems.
- 1:33:39SPEAKER_64: Take Minnesota as an example.
- 1:33:41SPEAKER_64: I'll just pick one case because I think it's a good uh reflection of the real damage of fraud.
- 1:33:45SPEAKER_64: Mr.
- 1:33:46SPEAKER_64: President, fraud doesn't just steal our money, fraud steals people's lives, and it also steals our trust as a nation.
- 1:33:52SPEAKER_64: And that is devastating to any country.
- 1:33:55SPEAKER_64: So when Nick showed us that, for example, autism services, which were supposed to be a billion dollars, had not gotten to be$400 billion, and the reason was that people were getting bribed, moms were getting bribed,$1,500 a kid to lie that their child had autism.
- 1:34:10SPEAKER_64: That has two problems.
- 1:34:11SPEAKER_64: One, the kid now falsely has a diagnosis that's not right, which saddles them with an unfortunate future.
- 1:34:18SPEAKER_64: And you also have moms who need the help of their kids with autism to not be able to afford it.
- 1:34:22SPEAKER_64: So let's fast forward what this meant.
- 1:34:24SPEAKER_64: We, after hearing Nick's work and pursuing it as well, starting the end of last year, we were able to identify that about a third of all the providers in the 14 high-risk areas in Minnesota were not validatable.
- 1:34:36SPEAKER_64: They weren't legitimately able to produce the result that you would want to give to a patient.
- 1:34:40SPEAKER_64: One in three shouldn't have been doing that job.
- 1:34:43SPEAKER_64: We are now pursuing dozens of cases against those folks, including criminal investigations.
- 1:34:47SPEAKER_64: We also deferred a half a billion dollars so far from Minnesota.
- 1:34:53SPEAKER_03: There's an interesting dynamic in play here because all of these efforts that are being announced could have a dramatic impact on if and when those indictments come of Ilhan Omar.
- 1:35:07SPEAKER_03: I'll get into we'll talk a little bit more about this after we're done uh covering the other announcement uh yesterday, and that was um DOJ's new national fraud division may also be looking to take back property that was fraudulently bought with food stamp dollars meant for hungry Minnesotans.
- 1:35:26SPEAKER_03: Uh half city block, and again, there's no media reporting on this.
- 1:35:29SPEAKER_03: I want to share with you some audio where they were talking about this during the press conference yesterday.
- 1:35:33SPEAKER_03: I also want to get back to some more of uh your thoughts of this morning from the blaster line at 651-964-0294.
- 1:35:40SPEAKER_58: Yeah, John, I skipped some money because I had to suffer during Metro Surge, because I had to listen to my sister uh complain about it for whatever six months.
- 1:35:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's well that's definitely that was actually absolutely all Metro Surge's fault.
- 1:35:53SPEAKER_38: Soiling Green! It's Metro Surge! It's Metro Surge.
- 1:36:00SPEAKER_03: It's a uh that's a that's a movie reference uh there.
- 1:36:03SPEAKER_03: Uh producer Devin, in case you weren't uh curious.
- 1:36:07SPEAKER_03: Soil and green is people, for those that remember that film.
- 1:36:12SPEAKER_09: I actually experienced Metro Surge um going through the routine of preparing for Michael.
- 1:36:20SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 1:36:21SPEAKER_03: Definitely Metro Surge's fault.
- 1:36:23SPEAKER_63: John, good morning, Tim from Chasaka.
- 1:36:26SPEAKER_63: Uh how long is it gonna be before we have fraud surge submitting fraudulent uh claims for Trump's new program?
- 1:36:36SPEAKER_63: I predict this won't be too long.
- 1:36:38SPEAKER_63: Okay, have a good day.
- 1:36:39SPEAKER_03: Uh two points on the friend of the show.
- 1:36:42SPEAKER_03: Uh the uh blaster line translation uh translation made uh Tim from Shisago, uh Kim from Chicago.
- 1:36:53SPEAKER_03: Secondly, you asked how long until the fraudsters are submitting claims for Trump's new program to uh take advantage of it.
- 1:37:01SPEAKER_03: Now it's already as it's happening right now.
- 1:37:04SPEAKER_03: That's already happened.
- 1:37:05SPEAKER_21: So Well, I guess Liz Collins will be joining the uh Millionaire Club along with the uh famous radio talk show host John Justice.
- 1:37:13SPEAKER_03: No, I'm not getting any of that money.
- 1:37:15SPEAKER_03: I just cover the work that other people do.
- 1:37:17SPEAKER_03: I've got enough work putting the show together on a on a daily basis.
- 1:37:21SPEAKER_03: I leave the investigative reporting and the real heavy lifting to individuals like uh Liz Collin and uh and Bill Glaun.
- 1:37:29SPEAKER_16: Hey John, have we ever had any uh honest media back when it was the the three big ABC, NBC, CBS, Walter Conkite, Tom Broker.
- 1:37:40SPEAKER_16: We we got what they their slant.
- 1:37:42SPEAKER_16: We've never had honest media until social media came up when we have the the Nick Shirley's and and people like your show and American Extreme and Liz Collins.
- 1:37:51SPEAKER_16: We've never had regular um media, the big media, tell us the truth.
- 1:37:58SPEAKER_03: Well, and it's why going back to uh to a conversation from the first hour with Hassan Piker, this anti-American uh influencer who's become a darling on the left, he'll be showing up allegedly with Ilhan Omar on the 26th for the podcast.
- 1:38:15SPEAKER_03: Uh, I am the host now.
- 1:38:17SPEAKER_03: It's Omar Fate's new uh podcast.
- 1:38:20SPEAKER_03: My prediction is that Ilhan Omar will be indicted on something before the podcast rolls around, and that podcast event will turn into a support rally for Ilhan Omar.
- 1:38:31SPEAKER_03: And if it doesn't happen, I'll just blame Operation Metro Search.
- 1:38:34SPEAKER_03: But to your point, I mean, this is why Hassan Piker ended up being elevated to a level of popularity among the left because they need individuals that can counter all of the conservative commentators that are out there discussing the very things that we're talking about on this show.
- 1:38:54SPEAKER_03: I would contend that Hassan Piker's not nearly as popular as what the perception is online would lead you to believe.
- 1:39:04SPEAKER_03: The dude's got no broadcast background.
- 1:39:07SPEAKER_03: He was a he was a producer for the Young Turk show, struck out on his own, and yeah, he gained a level of popul uh popularity among uh leftists, but unless you actually see the tangible numbers attached to him, he's probably not nearly as popular as you would think based off of the the level of coverage that he that he receives.
- 1:39:26SPEAKER_03: But again, going back to your to your point, it's because of all those social media influencers that are now doing the job of what our media should have been doing all along, that individuals like uh radical, the anti- Americans, Assam Piker, get elevated to celebrity quasi-celebrity status.
- 1:39:44SPEAKER_04: They left us such hypocrites.
- 1:39:47SPEAKER_04: Because in order to maintain a healthy and thriving democracy, you need an honest, fair, and uh open media.
- 1:39:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and we don't have that right now.
- 1:39:59SPEAKER_27: Metro surge is a great MSL got a name change.
- 1:40:03SPEAKER_27: I thought it should for media slot no one watches.
- 1:40:07SPEAKER_27: Now I know it's metro surge needs old women.
- 1:40:13SPEAKER_04: Metro surge review.
- 1:40:16SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 1:40:17SPEAKER_03: Per the White House fraud task force, the DOJ's new fraud division did file to move, uh, did file and move to take back property fraudulently stolen with food stamp dollars, meant for hungry Minnesotans.
- 1:40:32SPEAKER_03: The Learing Center was cited hundreds of times, and the legacy media, of course, sat on it for for years.
- 1:40:38SPEAKER_03: And I've yet to see, as I said, a single story about this move.
- 1:40:42SPEAKER_03: So you have the National Fraud Division at the DOJ, led by the Assistant Attorney General Colin McDonald.
- 1:40:49SPEAKER_03: Also, the FTC uh uh chairman, Andrew Ferguson, was at this event.
- 1:40:53SPEAKER_03: Ferguson pointed out how the Justice Department had filed to seize half a city block in uh Minneapolis.
- 1:41:00SPEAKER_03: Here's a couple of comments relating to that move from the press conference uh yesterday.
- 1:41:06SPEAKER_12: I've never liked it.
- 1:41:07SPEAKER_12: Come on up, you got it?
- 1:41:09SPEAKER_12: These people are outstanding.
- 1:41:12SPEAKER_12: Uh please.
- 1:41:14SPEAKER_66: Thank you, Mr.
- 1:41:14SPEAKER_66: President.
- 1:41:15SPEAKER_66: A lot of journalists in the room today.
- 1:41:17SPEAKER_66: Everyone knew about the Quality Learing Center.
- 1:41:19SPEAKER_66: They were cited hundreds of times over the course of a couple years.
- 1:41:23SPEAKER_66: No one reported it.
- 1:41:25SPEAKER_66: None of your outlets reported it.
- 1:41:26SPEAKER_66: It took one brave kid and a camera to make everyone aware of this, and it launched a revolution, and President Trump did what only President Trump could have, which is turned the entire federal government, coming up with new ways to stop this fraud everywhere in the federal government.
- 1:41:42SPEAKER_66: This whistleblower incentive program is one example, but it's not all.
- 1:41:45SPEAKER_66: He created the task force, he put the vice president in charge to sit above the entire rest of the government and direct the government's actions on this.
- 1:41:52SPEAKER_66: We created the National Fraud Division at DOJ, led by Colin McDonald, who's done a wonderful job.
- 1:41:58SPEAKER_66: They've already been getting huge results for the American people.
- 1:42:01SPEAKER_66: Just yesterday, they filed to seize half a city block in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with property that had been obtained with SNAP dollars that should have gone to hungry Minnesotans and was instead used to buy illegally and fraudulently property in Minneapolis.
- 1:42:16SPEAKER_66: DOJ, led by Todd Blanche, Colin McDonald, Trent McCotter, have been going after these fraudsters night and day.
- 1:42:25SPEAKER_03: And again, not a single story locally of this yet.
- 1:42:29SPEAKER_03: Once the commies figure out their totalitarian spin on the seizure of this property in Minneapolis, you will see the editorials be unleashed in our local media.
- 1:42:42SPEAKER_03: Or they avoid it completely because they do not want to draw attention to what the White House is currently doing.
- 1:42:48SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294.
- 1:42:52SPEAKER_03: Continue to uh get your text and voice messages in, especially for what do you blame Operation Metro Surge for?
- 1:42:59SPEAKER_03: Also, I want to remind you that if you have problems in your home, you can blame Operation Metro Surge if you want, but you also have solutions.
- 1:43:07SPEAKER_03: Those solutions come in the form of the quality work that you're gonna get because they've been doing it for 43 years from Ericsson Plumbing, heating, air, and electrical.
- 1:43:15SPEAKER_03: Professional, friendly, and first-class service.
- 1:43:18SPEAKER_03: They're experienced, licensed professionals that are all non-commissioned, can handle everything from plumbing to HVAC electrical work, and they deliver dependable solutions that you can absolutely trust.
- 1:43:30SPEAKER_03: When you need reliable local professionals, call the team that your neighbors count on.
- 1:43:34SPEAKER_03: The team that I count on, reached out to them yesterday with my water uh softener uh issues.
- 1:43:40SPEAKER_03: Catherine Johnson here at American Experiment has also reached out to them for uh for help as well.
- 1:43:45SPEAKER_03: Reach out to them today.
- 1:43:47SPEAKER_03: If you're looking at a full home uh makeover, a full home mechanical analysis with their iHeart My Home Club, or you just need something singularly fixed, iHeartErickson.com is the website, or tell them that John Justice sent you.
- 1:43:59SPEAKER_03: When you call 763-783-4545, that's 763-783-4545.
- 1:44:05SPEAKER_60: Every female athlete deserves a fair playing field and the full protection of Title IX.
- 1:44:11SPEAKER_60: Rick Storley, Lisa Atkinson, and Amy Witt believe in standing up for our student athletes with conservative common sense leadership.
- 1:44:20SPEAKER_60: As your Prior Lake Savage Area School Board members, the SAW Slate will protect female sports, support fairness, and keep the focus on student achievement.
- 1:44:30SPEAKER_60: Stand up for our students on November 3rd.
- 1:44:33SPEAKER_60: Oh, Storly.
- 1:44:34SPEAKER_60: Atkinson and WIT.
- 1:44:35SPEAKER_60: Discover more at sawtheneed.com.
- 1:44:38SPEAKER_60: Paid for by campaign funds for Storly 4 PLSAS, Lisa Atkinson for School Board, and the committee to elect Amy Witt for School Board.
- 1:44:46SPEAKER_03: Have more uh text that rolled in.
- 1:44:48SPEAKER_03: Is Operation Metro Surge the reason Phil from Eden Prairie doesn't call in?
- 1:44:54SPEAKER_03: No, I think it's because he doesn't know how to use a phone.
- 1:44:57SPEAKER_03: You know, before it was on the app when you would go and leave us a message, now you have to actually call a phone number.
- 1:45:01SPEAKER_03: That's just my guess.
- 1:45:03SPEAKER_03: That could be Operation Metro Surge's fault, I don't know.
- 1:45:05SPEAKER_03: Vicky from Cannon Falls says, Glad I'm not playing a drinking game when Operation Metro Surge is mentioned today, right?
- 1:45:13SPEAKER_03: Well, this is the plan.
- 1:45:14SPEAKER_03: You talk about it enough, and it diminishes the power that the left is currently wielding by blaming everything on Operation Metro Surge.
- 1:45:23SPEAKER_03: Bob from Shoreview wrote in the other uh big move this morning was the inclusion of new terminology relating to those who come into the country, maybe legally from another country, and yet do not respect this country.
- 1:45:37SPEAKER_03: That is an anti-assimilation immigrant.
- 1:45:41SPEAKER_03: Is anti-assimilation immigrant a synonym for anti-American, anti-freedom, anti-prosperity?
- 1:45:47SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 1:45:49SPEAKER_03: If you're not assimilating, if you are not adopting the basic societal standards that the rest of us all respect here in the United States, you are an anti-assimilation immigrant.
- 1:46:02SPEAKER_03: Chad from Enoka says, I blame Operation Metro Surge for spending$18 billion on the surplus and increasing the budget by 9 billion.
- 1:46:09SPEAKER_03: Tim Wells and the DFL.
- 1:46:11SPEAKER_03: Operation Metro Surge is what made St.
- 1:46:13SPEAKER_03: Paul Mayor her so horny.
- 1:46:17SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it was all those all those Operation Metro Surge dudes in that gear, right?
- 1:46:23SPEAKER_03: That's right.
- 1:46:24SPEAKER_03: Somebody wrote, I hope they seize the vineyard in California too.
- 1:46:28SPEAKER_03: That was related to the uh winery issue.
- 1:46:30SPEAKER_03: All right, let's go here.
- 1:46:31SPEAKER_03: Latest on Ilhan Omar.
- 1:46:34SPEAKER_03: Ilhan Omar's sister had a date with federal investigators.
- 1:46:38SPEAKER_03: Apparently they interviewed Ilhan Omar's sister as part of their investigation into the embattled congresswoman.
- 1:46:43SPEAKER_03: Now, she did pop up.
- 1:46:46SPEAKER_03: So I was wrong.
- 1:46:47SPEAKER_03: I played for you the audio from the uh event in Seattle that she was at last Saturday before her home was raided.
- 1:46:55SPEAKER_03: She was the keynote speaker at a care event.
- 1:46:58SPEAKER_03: And I made the comment yesterday that could potentially be the last public appearance we see.
- 1:47:02SPEAKER_03: Oh no, no, no.
- 1:47:04SPEAKER_03: She has popped up once again.
- 1:47:05SPEAKER_03: She posted this.
- 1:47:07SPEAKER_03: Uh here's the audio, but she posted a selfie video in the back of an automobile and uh basically asking for money to help mount a legal defense against uh President Donald Trump.
- 1:47:22SPEAKER_01: Uh to everyone who sent um uh a note of support for everyone who sent five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars.
- 1:47:30SPEAKER_01: Um, that goes a long way as we fight uh Trump and um his administration uh for trying to intimidate uh me uh and so many people right before the midterm elections.
- 1:47:45SPEAKER_01: We know that they're running scared.
- 1:47:47SPEAKER_01: We're not gonna be intimidated, we're not gonna be silenced, we're not gonna be scared.
- 1:47:51SPEAKER_01: I'll be out there campaigning alongside all of you and making sure that we beat back all of this and that we win in the midterms, win the House, win the Senate, and hold this administration accountable.
- 1:48:03SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much again.
- 1:48:05SPEAKER_01: Uh, and please continue to support us.
- 1:48:08SPEAKER_01: It is going to be um a very expensive and challenging uh time.
- 1:48:12SPEAKER_01: Uh, and so we appreciate whether you're able to send five, ten, twenty.
- 1:48:16SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 1:48:18SPEAKER_03: Why is it going to be a uh an expensive and difficult time, Ilhan?
- 1:48:23SPEAKER_03: I mean, certainly she doesn't need the money when she's running in a race within a relatively safe uh uh district.
- 1:48:28SPEAKER_03: It's less about what she said and more about the video itself.
- 1:48:32SPEAKER_03: It's sad.
- 1:48:34SPEAKER_03: She's in the back of a car, she's leaning against a window, looks like she's wearing maybe an Ilhan campaign uh hoodie.
- 1:48:40SPEAKER_03: Uh, this is not the strong, confident immigrant from Somali that you typically see behind the podium chastising American greatness and President Donald Trump talking about how Somalia is her homeland and she hopes to return there one day, pledging her allegiance and support to uh Somalia, more so over the United States.
- 1:49:02SPEAKER_03: No, this is it looks like a scared and frightened uh Ilhan Omar, desperate to not let her voice be uh silenced.
- 1:49:10SPEAKER_03: Again, it's more about the quality of that video and what's in it than it is about than her actual words.
- 1:49:16SPEAKER_03: Now let me get you up to speed on all the latest, including Omar's sister meeting with federal investigators.
- 1:49:21SPEAKER_03: Here's some of the reporting from Fox News yesterday.
- 1:49:40SPEAKER_34: Brett, but she's released a few statements on social media.
- 1:49:43SPEAKER_34: Authorities believe she's still in the U.S.
- 1:49:45SPEAKER_34: President Trump was asked today just hours ago in the Oval Office about possible consequences the Minnesota Democrat could face if convicted of immigration fraud.
- 1:49:54SPEAKER_34: Watch.
- 1:49:55SPEAKER_12: They keep talking about deportation.
- 1:49:56SPEAKER_12: No, she could go to jail.
- 1:49:58SPEAKER_12: Uh this is just my Opinion.
- 1:50:00SPEAKER_12: I think she's a sick, a very dishonest person, but uh who hates our country.
- 1:50:07SPEAKER_12: And she comes from a country that is essentially not even a country, Somalia.
- 1:50:14SPEAKER_12: It's uh real sh, okay?
- 1:50:17SPEAKER_34: Homeland Security agents and DOJ investigators are looking at whether Omar's declared age on the applications to come to the U.S.
- 1:50:23SPEAKER_34: and become a citizen are accurate.
- 1:50:26SPEAKER_34: She says she came to the U.S.
- 1:50:27SPEAKER_34: when she was 12 in 1995 and became a naturalized citizen five years later.
- 1:50:32SPEAKER_34: Authorities are specifically looking at paperwork connected to her late father's application, which ultimately helped her get that naturalization citizenship.
- 1:50:40SPEAKER_34: Separately, there's that other federal investigation involving Omar and past financial disclosures.
- 1:50:44SPEAKER_34: On one of her financial disclosure forms, her assets and her husbands were listed up to thirty million dollars.
- 1:50:50SPEAKER_34: That was later amended to just under$100,000, though it's unclear if that's the heart of that probe.
- 1:50:55SPEAKER_34: Her team blamed a paperwork error, but we reached out to Congresswoman Omar's attorneys for comment, but have not yet heard back.
- 1:51:03SPEAKER_03: The sister in this whole saga.
- 1:51:08SPEAKER_03: Um this is uh Noor.
- 1:51:11SPEAKER_03: Uh that would be uh let's see, Sara Noor, that's right.
- 1:51:14SPEAKER_03: Currently lives in Kenya.
- 1:51:16SPEAKER_03: She is linked to the COVID-19 era, feeding our future scam, uh, according to the Daily Wire investigation that I'm working off of here.
- 1:51:26SPEAKER_03: So Noor used the address of a woman who was business partners with several individuals convicted in the massive fraud scheme.
- 1:51:35SPEAKER_03: In 2019, Noorr founded a group called Grit Partners Consulting, which she says secured more than$20 million in funding for health initiatives and has consulted on projects backed by federal health agencies, such as USAID and the Center for Disease Control.
- 1:51:51SPEAKER_03: Now, Grit Partners was incorporated at a home in Lakeville.
- 1:51:54SPEAKER_03: A woman living at that home was tied to three individuals convicted over their involvement in the Feeding Our Future fraud, which entailed billing the federal government, as you know, for meals for children that were never distributed.
- 1:52:06SPEAKER_03: Now, Daily Wire reached out to North for comment on what her conversation with investigators focused on.
- 1:52:13SPEAKER_03: The New York Post reported that the federal investigators did gather that DNA evidence that you heard there, and reportedly looking into accusations that Omar and her former husband is actually her biological uh brother.
- 1:52:25SPEAKER_03: President Donald Trump had uh I want to play you his further comments on this uh yesterday when asked about what could happen to Ilhan Omar depending on pending indictments.
- 1:52:34SPEAKER_65: Well, there is a problem with Ilhan Omar's age.
- 1:52:36SPEAKER_65: Could she be deported?
- 1:52:38SPEAKER_12: Well, she could be.
- 1:52:38SPEAKER_12: She could also go to jail.
- 1:52:41SPEAKER_12: I mean, she could also go to jail.
- 1:52:42SPEAKER_12: You know, they keep talking about deportation.
- 1:52:44SPEAKER_12: No, she could go to jail.
- 1:52:46SPEAKER_12: Uh this is just my opinion.
- 1:52:48SPEAKER_12: I think she's a sick, a very dishonest person, but uh who hates our country.
- 1:52:54SPEAKER_12: And she comes from a country that is essentially not even a country, Somalia.
- 1:53:01SPEAKER_12: It's a real shithouse, okay?
- 1:53:05SPEAKER_12: It's got no government, it's got no police protect.
- 1:53:08SPEAKER_12: All they do is have people that are running around shooting each other.
- 1:53:11SPEAKER_12: Then she comes over here and she says, and she wants to tell us how to run America.
- 1:53:15SPEAKER_12: She wants to tell us how to run the United States of America, and she'll say, I have constitutional rights.
- 1:53:22SPEAKER_12: And uh she never heard the word concept.
- 1:53:24SPEAKER_12: She never saw that before.
- 1:53:26SPEAKER_12: See that?
- 1:53:26SPEAKER_12: She never saw that before, but she says she has rights.
- 1:53:29SPEAKER_12: Uh she's a disgrace to our country.
- 1:53:32SPEAKER_12: And it's amazing that she can get elected, but Somalians vote for her, you know, Somalians vote for her, and most of them shouldn't be here.
- 1:53:40SPEAKER_12: You know, they have like a 98% unemployment rate.
- 1:53:44SPEAKER_12: They don't work.
- 1:53:45SPEAKER_12: 98%.
- 1:53:46SPEAKER_12: It's a disgrace.
- 1:53:48SPEAKER_12: It's a disgrace.
- 1:53:49SPEAKER_12: And they've ruined a great state.
- 1:53:50SPEAKER_12: You know, you have a great state.
- 1:53:53SPEAKER_12: I remember Minnesota in the old days.
- 1:53:55SPEAKER_12: What a beautiful, what a beautiful, with lakes all over the place.
- 1:53:58SPEAKER_12: They have more lakes than any place I've ever seen.
- 1:54:01SPEAKER_12: So beautiful.
- 1:54:02SPEAKER_12: They've they're destroying it, probably, maybe they've destroyed it.
- 1:54:06SPEAKER_12: And I only hope a Republican woman who happens to be very respected by everybody gets in because you will see a difference.
- 1:54:13SPEAKER_12: But I I will say this.
- 1:54:14SPEAKER_12: Uh I hope they treat her fairly, but I think she's a very dishonest person.
- 1:54:23SPEAKER_03: There is an editorial that I'm going to get into next hour.
- 1:54:26SPEAKER_03: We have a guest uh coming up, uh, which will be an interesting conversation.
- 1:54:29SPEAKER_03: We're going to be talking uh with an individual, Tony Arnt.
- 1:54:33SPEAKER_03: He is uh running for Eden Prair uh Eden Prairie City Council.
- 1:54:36SPEAKER_03: We'll have a conversation with him.
- 1:54:38SPEAKER_03: Um and certainly Eden Prairie's been in the news with what took place at that high school shooting.
- 1:54:42SPEAKER_03: So we'll talk about uh his run for a city council uh coming up.
- 1:54:46SPEAKER_03: I should say council.
- 1:54:47SPEAKER_03: See, look at that.
- 1:54:48SPEAKER_03: I got stuck on council.
- 1:54:49SPEAKER_03: That's not fair.
- 1:54:50SPEAKER_03: City uh council.
- 1:54:51SPEAKER_03: I can't do it without saying it.
- 1:54:53SPEAKER_03: Holy cow! Gonna have to work on that.
- 1:54:59SPEAKER_03: I got a couple of minutes to get ready.
- 1:55:01SPEAKER_03: We'll speak with him and then I want to get into this editorial from the Minnesota Reformer.
- 1:55:06SPEAKER_03: It's one of the favorite things to one of my favorite things to do on the show is when you get supposed intelligent individuals out there espousing on issues that they are really, really ignorant over.
- 1:55:18SPEAKER_03: In this case, uh who is this Yahoo?
- 1:55:21SPEAKER_03: Uh this person here, this is Andy Craig.
- 1:55:25SPEAKER_03: He's a senior editor at The Unpopulist.
- 1:55:30SPEAKER_03: I find him unintelligent.
- 1:55:33SPEAKER_03: His work has appeared in different outlets, Washington Post, MSNBC, even Fox News, The Nation and Politico.
- 1:55:39SPEAKER_03: So his uh his editorial, Trump's attack on Ilhan Omar is an attack on Congress itself.
- 1:55:46SPEAKER_03: You do not want to miss that coming up uh here uh on the show.
- 1:55:50SPEAKER_03: And so we'll dive into that after my conversation with Tony Arnt uh for the Inden Prairie City Council.
- 1:55:56SPEAKER_03: I do want to get to some of your thoughts that have rolled in on the uh blaster line this morning.
- 1:56:01SPEAKER_03: Again, 651-964-0294.
- 1:56:06SPEAKER_31: Hey, John, fantastic show.
- 1:56:07SPEAKER_31: I'm gonna put a little twist on the Metro Surge.
- 1:56:10SPEAKER_31: They're all whining that the St.
- 1:56:11SPEAKER_31: Paul's schools are, you know, um losing all of these teachers and all this.
- 1:56:16SPEAKER_31: They're saying 529 less kids because of Operation Metro Surge.
- 1:56:22SPEAKER_31: That means 529 kids that were here illegally using taxpayer dollars, uh, meeting second language teachers and all this other stuff are gone.
- 1:56:32SPEAKER_31: That should be a positive, not a wringing of the hands over Metro Surge.
- 1:56:37SPEAKER_31: I'd like to thank Metro Surge.
- 1:56:38SPEAKER_31: Thank you.
- 1:56:41SPEAKER_15: Hey John, good morning.
- 1:56:42SPEAKER_15: Great show so far as always.
- 1:56:45SPEAKER_15: Yeah, I got an ingrove Tony on.
- 1:56:49SPEAKER_15: I don't even live in the Metro.
- 1:56:50SPEAKER_15: It was Metro Furge.
- 1:56:51SPEAKER_15: It was a Metro Surge fault.
- 1:56:53SPEAKER_15: It was.
- 1:57:00SPEAKER_08: Hey John, why would I hear that Illen Omar video from the back of the car?
- 1:57:04SPEAKER_08: Do I have this picture of a white Bronco being driven by an A?
- 1:57:08SPEAKER_03: Oh, that's a really good point.
- 1:57:10SPEAKER_03: You're right.
- 1:57:10SPEAKER_03: I knew the imagery looked familiar.
- 1:57:15SPEAKER_03: Thank you for that.
- 1:57:28SPEAKER_20: So crazy.
- 1:57:30unknown: Yeah.
- 1:57:35SPEAKER_01: I just wanted to say thank you so much uh for the support uh to everyone who sent um uh a note of support for everyone who sent five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars.
- 1:57:46SPEAKER_01: Um that goes a long way.
- 1:57:48SPEAKER_51: As everybody, thanks for all the money.
- 1:57:51SPEAKER_51: This video wasn't sad, it was sweet justice.
- 1:57:54SPEAKER_51: And hopefully the next video she posts her begging for money for her appeal to lawyer after she gets convicted and found guilty.
- 1:58:01SPEAKER_51: Okay.
- 1:58:04SPEAKER_18: That car that uh Omar is in, and it looks like a police car.
- 1:58:10SPEAKER_03: It does.
- 1:58:11SPEAKER_18: Thank you.
- 1:58:12SPEAKER_03: You're welcome.
- 1:58:13SPEAKER_03: It does look a little bit like a police car.
- 1:58:16SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 1:58:17SPEAKER_03: Keep your comments rolling in.
- 1:58:18SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294.
- 1:58:22SPEAKER_03: I do want to take a moment and uh remind you that you can get fantastic products to better your life at minileaf.com.

- 1:58:37SPEAKER_03: He writes.
- 1:58:38SPEAKER_03: I now fall asleep quicker and get a full seven hours sleep without my mind waking up early to start my day.
- 1:58:46SPEAKER_03: Even if I get up for the bathroom in the middle of the night, I'm able to get back to sleep again.
- 1:58:50SPEAKER_03: Look at that.
- 1:58:51SPEAKER_03: Most importantly, I feel rested throughout the entire day.

- 1:59:40SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you're absolutely right.
- 1:59:41SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 1:59:42SPEAKER_03: Coming up, we got a guest joining us running for City Council in uh Eden Prairie.
- 1:59:46SPEAKER_03: And then, not to be missed, this editorial on Ilhan Omar, and we'll get into whether or not the efforts now to combat the Somali gang crime that's been wreaking havoc all across the metro area, whether or not these new police tactics are actually going to be viable.
- 2:00:04SPEAKER_03: We'll give you details on that coming up in just a moment here on the John Justin.
- 2:00:07SPEAKER_03: Selling your home is more than just putting a sign in the yard.
- 2:00:10SPEAKER_03: It's about making the right decisions before that sign ever goes up.
- 2:00:14SPEAKER_03: And that's the advisor advantage you get from Hallway North real estate advisors when you talk to them about selling your home.
- 2:00:21SPEAKER_03: Instead of simply telling you what your home is worth and putting it on the market, Hallway North Real Estate Advisors help you maximize the value before it's listed.
- 2:00:31SPEAKER_03: Maybe there's a new remodeling project that makes sense or one that doesn't.
- 2:00:35SPEAKER_03: It's certainly worth giving them a call before you spend the money.
- 2:00:39SPEAKER_03: And when it's ready, they'll get it cleaned, staged, photograph, listed, and advocate for your best offer.
- 2:00:45SPEAKER_03: Hallway North Real Estate Advisors don't just sell your home.
- 2:00:48SPEAKER_03: They put you in the best position to get the most of the investment that you've already made.
- 2:00:54SPEAKER_03: That's the advisor advantage.
- 2:00:56SPEAKER_03: Go to hallwayNorth.com to schedule your free one-on-one in-home consultation to see how you can get the most equity for your home.
- 2:01:04SPEAKER_03: That's hallwaynorth.com.
- 2:01:07SPEAKER_03: Hallway North Real Estate Advisors.
- 2:01:09SPEAKER_03: They're more than just realtors, they're your personal advisors, brokered by Bridge Realty.
- 2:01:15SPEAKER_56: Hi, I'm Joe Scott, and I'm the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools board.
- 2:01:21SPEAKER_56: I'm also the only incumbent who supports balanced budgets, key performance indicators in our superintendent's contract, and counting everyone's vote every time in school board elections.
- 2:01:34SPEAKER_56: Our enrollment has been declining since 2018, and we lose 1,300 of our resident students each year to neighboring districts.
- 2:01:44SPEAKER_56: I have solutions, but the majority of the school board and administration are stuck in the status quo.
- 2:01:51SPEAKER_56: You can vote as early as Friday, September 18th, and I'd appreciate your support.
- 2:01:57SPEAKER_56: To learn more about me and how I stand on other school board issues, visit reelectjoe.com.
- 2:02:04SPEAKER_56: If you'd like to see our school district's Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment Proficiency Scores, go to ECCSMCA scores.com.
- 2:02:17SPEAKER_03: If a woman finds out she is pregnant and feels scared and alone, Alpha Women's Center offers her help and hope to choose life.
- 2:02:25SPEAKER_03: Alpha Women's Center is a pro-life Christian mobile clinic that serves women like Tita, who left her abortion appointment and chose life for her twins after seeing her ultrasound.
- 2:02:35SPEAKER_03: With free counseling, diapers, and resources, she's continuing her education and building a stronger family.
- 2:02:42SPEAKER_03: Alpha Women's Center is donor supported and serves five Twin Cities locations, including outside abortion clinics.
- 2:02:49SPEAKER_03: For more information, go to MiracleMachineMN.com.
- 2:02:53SPEAKER_03: That's MiracleMachineMN.com.
- 2:02:58SPEAKER_03: All right, we're into the third uh hour of the show for a Wednesday.
- 2:03:01SPEAKER_03: It's a John Justice show presented by American Experiment.
- 2:03:04SPEAKER_03: Continue to get your comments into the blaster line.
- 2:03:07SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294.
- 2:03:10SPEAKER_03: You can also email John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 2:03:13SPEAKER_03: Of course, we're taking your um suggestions on what you blame Operation Metro Surge for.
- 2:03:19SPEAKER_03: So far there have been some uh listen, who knew that Operation Metro Surge was to blame for so much of what we deal with negatively in uh in life?
- 2:03:27SPEAKER_03: And certainly would have thought that based off of how the leftists have been exploiting Operation Metro Surge, and now we're showing that you know what?
- 2:03:34SPEAKER_03: It's not just those leftist issues.
- 2:03:35SPEAKER_03: No, no, no.
- 2:03:36SPEAKER_03: A lot of things you can blame on Operation Uh Metro Surge.
- 2:03:39SPEAKER_03: So we'll get back to more of those coming up and more of the latest regarding the uh investigation into Ilhan Omar.
- 2:03:45SPEAKER_03: Uh right now we are in the middle of an election cycle, and there are a lot of people stepping up to go and serve uh their community.
- 2:03:51SPEAKER_03: We're speaking with one of those individuals now, very uh pleased to welcome to the show, running for Eden Prairie uh City uh Council.
- 2:03:57SPEAKER_03: No stranger uh, though, to duties in Eden Prairie.
- 2:04:00SPEAKER_03: Tony Arnt joins us here on the John Justice Show.
- 2:04:03SPEAKER_03: Good morning, Tony.
- 2:04:04SPEAKER_03: Thanks so much for coming on.
- 2:04:05SPEAKER_67: Good morning, John.
- 2:04:06SPEAKER_67: I appreciate having me this morning.
- 2:04:08SPEAKER_03: Uh first off, talk a little bit about your background.
- 2:04:10SPEAKER_03: Uh, you're already working within uh Eden Prairie, a duty crew uh firefighter.
- 2:04:15SPEAKER_03: Talk a little bit about uh that job.
- 2:04:17SPEAKER_03: Um, also what else you've done for the city and what brought you to run for the Eden Prairie City Council.
- 2:04:24SPEAKER_67: Yeah, I I think you hit it right on the head.
- 2:04:26SPEAKER_67: Um I've been very involved in my community.
- 2:04:28SPEAKER_67: I we're going on 10 years ago now.
- 2:04:30SPEAKER_67: I joined the fire department of what's called Duty Crew, where we give our time part-time, you know, right around 40 to 50 hours a month to help help protect our city in the way we think we can.
- 2:04:41SPEAKER_67: Um that's led me into other pieces I've been doing even longer than that, which is working with the elections.
- 2:04:47SPEAKER_67: I've been an election judge with Eden Prairie almost the same amount of time.
- 2:04:50SPEAKER_67: Um, really trying to show the community like I I value where we go and what we want to do.
- 2:04:55SPEAKER_67: Um but by day, you know, what I do during the day when listening to your show or uh when I can't get out and talk with the public is I'm actually an application director where I lead technology teams.
- 2:05:06SPEAKER_67: I I have to identify problems and find smart ways to fix them.
- 2:05:09SPEAKER_67: And like any budget, there are restrictions on what we have to do.
- 2:05:13SPEAKER_67: So we have to look at smart ways to do that.
- 2:05:15SPEAKER_67: And that's part of why I went into looking at council is we've got to be smarter about spending our money.
- 2:05:22SPEAKER_03: Well, yeah, you have stake in the game.
- 2:05:23SPEAKER_03: I mean, you're raising uh two daughters uh in the uh in the area, uh uh, and certainly Eden Prairie has popped up in the news and not in the uh in the best of ways over the course of the past few weeks.
- 2:05:34SPEAKER_03: Can you give us a little bit of a snapshot for those that aren't familiar uh with the area?
- 2:05:38SPEAKER_03: I'm somewhat familiar with Eden Prairie.
- 2:05:40SPEAKER_03: We're pretty close to Eden Prairie here in Minnetonka, where the offices are for American Experiment, where we do the show.
- 2:05:46SPEAKER_03: And of course, uh my dear friend uh Drew, who passed away in 22, uh lives in Eden Prairie, so I spent quite a bit of time there.
- 2:05:52SPEAKER_03: But talk a little bit about the dynamics of the city and uh more specifically, you know, concerns that you might have, uh Tony, uh, that uh you might like to address if you were to win a city council seat.
- 2:06:04SPEAKER_67: Yeah, you're right.
- 2:06:06SPEAKER_67: We are right next to you there in Minnetonka with your new offices once you moved out of Golden Valley, also right near Eden Prairie there.
- 2:06:11SPEAKER_67: Um, no, Eden Prairie is a wonderful place to live.
- 2:06:13SPEAKER_67: That's why my wife and I chose it 12 odd years ago.
- 2:06:16SPEAKER_67: We went in there.
- 2:06:17SPEAKER_67: Um the city had great bond ratings.
- 2:06:20SPEAKER_67: We were able to pay things back at a great um rate.
- 2:06:24SPEAKER_67: And you know, it it was looking good on paper.
- 2:06:27SPEAKER_67: Um and I'd say over the last 12 years, I've seen my taxes go up by 38%.
- 2:06:33SPEAKER_67: And I kind of looked at myself and I said, am I seeing 38% more value in what I'm getting?
- 2:06:39SPEAKER_67: And I kind of asked people around me, are you seeing that?
- 2:06:43SPEAKER_67: Like, are we getting 38% more than what we were a little over a decade ago?
- 2:06:47SPEAKER_67: And that was one of my triggering events to go, okay, we need to start looking at this a little smarter, because I don't think I see it.
- 2:06:56SPEAKER_67: Um and that kind of gets into what does that really look like from our city?
- 2:07:01SPEAKER_67: I mean, last year our council approved over a million dollars in overtime for fire and police.
- 2:07:07SPEAKER_67: We're just band-aiding a problem of being understaffed, and I don't think that's a solution we can keep running with.
- 2:07:14SPEAKER_67: We're gonna tire out the people that spend their days in and days out just protecting us and giving us everything we want to feel safe in our community.
- 2:07:21SPEAKER_67: And as you've seen with the events in the last few weeks, we rely on um our fire and police a lot when something goes awry.
- 2:07:30SPEAKER_67: So I I'm concerned we might be coming up against a hard line that we aren't prepared for.
- 2:07:36SPEAKER_67: And a lot of that comes down to what they're doing with their taxes and where they're spending it.
- 2:07:41SPEAKER_03: You know, it's interesting.
- 2:07:42SPEAKER_03: The timing on this, I I uh brought this up at the start of the show when uh we were having our fun blaming Operation Metro Surge for everybody's uh random ills.
- 2:07:51SPEAKER_03: Uh, but the uh I live up in Blaine and uh the the water costs had increased dramatically.
- 2:07:57SPEAKER_03: I noticed on the most recent bill.
- 2:07:59SPEAKER_03: And uh, as I mentioned, uh, and if for anybody that missed that portion of the show, be sure to check out the the podcast uh here the first uh the first hour.
- 2:08:07SPEAKER_03: But uh, you know, I mentioned that I went looking for the culprit.
- 2:08:09SPEAKER_03: I thought maybe we had a leak in the water line when it came to our automated sprinkler uh system.
- 2:08:14SPEAKER_03: You know, I I talked to Melinda about it.
- 2:08:16SPEAKER_03: We were like, oh, I don't think the boys are taking any longer showers than they typically do.
- 2:08:19SPEAKER_03: And we come to find out that no, the city of Blaine had jacked up our water rates uh to go and pay for other infrastructure needs.
- 2:08:27SPEAKER_03: Now, you know, it's a reminder to me of how important it is to stay engaged in local politics because these are the things that can impact you most directly on a daily basis, decisions that are being made by, you know, local leadership.
- 2:08:42SPEAKER_03: And often it doesn't get covered uh nearly enough.
- 2:08:45SPEAKER_03: So to hear you talk about the issues that you're faced with in Eden Prairie that you're looking to address as we continue our conversation with Tony aren't running for city for city council.
- 2:08:53SPEAKER_03: I mean, this rings true for for everybody.
- 2:08:56SPEAKER_03: You know, pay attention to what's going on in your local community because you know, like for me, I had no idea, and I would have liked to have you know questioned why our rates got raised and what where where that money is going to, because I don't know if I approve of that or not.
- 2:09:10SPEAKER_03: So it stresses the importance, and I know you know this since you made the decision to run for uh for city council, uh Tony.
- 2:09:18SPEAKER_67: Yeah, you hit on the head exactly what a lot of us are seeing and weren't really seeing before, and that's when our commercial properties start leaving our city, that tax burden goes on to us, the citizens, the homeowners.
- 2:09:31SPEAKER_67: So when you start dropping six, eight, ten percent of your commercial values in three years, that tax no government gives the tax money back, so where does that come from?
- 2:09:42SPEAKER_67: It it comes from us homeowners.
- 2:09:44SPEAKER_67: They're gonna find a way to put a fee onto it without addressing the problem of a shrinking corporate tax base.
- 2:09:51SPEAKER_03: I know this is your first time running for uh running for office.
- 2:09:54SPEAKER_03: Was there a um was there a a specific thing that happened uh to uh make you to to bring you to making that decision to run for office?
- 2:10:08SPEAKER_67: Um I I think it was kind of kind of twofold where it just seeing my taxes go up and they the city does a great job, I will say, um, in most aspects where they talk about, oh, we're we're only seeing a 2.9% levy increase.
- 2:10:23SPEAKER_67: Um, so we're better than everyone around us.
- 2:10:25SPEAKER_67: However, that's that's only part of the story.
- 2:10:28SPEAKER_67: I mean, our budget in 2025 was fifty-eight million dollars in yeah, the taxable piece.
- 2:10:35SPEAKER_67: Now with our levy and what we're looking for in 2026, it's 56 million dollars.
- 2:10:40SPEAKER_67: That that's not three percent as we liked it out um from a council level.
- 2:10:45SPEAKER_67: It's it is far more than that, but it's always telling us the half truth, and I kind of want to open that back up to the public and be like, hey guys, we're here.
- 2:10:55SPEAKER_67: Let's let's have somebody start asking questions.
- 2:10:58SPEAKER_67: And I said, why not me?
- 2:11:00SPEAKER_67: I I've got questions and I don't feel they're being addressed, so uh I said it it's gonna be me.
- 2:11:06SPEAKER_67: Why not?
- 2:11:07SPEAKER_03: Uh the website is Alectaarnta uh rndt uh.com, electaarnt.com.
- 2:11:15SPEAKER_03: We have been talking with Tony Arnt running for Eden Prairie uh City Council.
- 2:11:19SPEAKER_03: Uh thank you uh so much for the time this morning, Tony.
- 2:11:22SPEAKER_03: Anything that you would like to say before I uh cut you loose today.
- 2:11:26SPEAKER_67: Um no, I think the biggest thing is just like Milton Freeman said, nobody spends somebody else's money as carefully as their own.
- 2:11:33SPEAKER_67: I'm looking to spend your tax dollars like my own.
- 2:11:36SPEAKER_67: So I'd appreciate your vote.
- 2:11:38SPEAKER_67: Um and if anything, feel reach out, ask me questions.
- 2:11:41SPEAKER_67: ElectArnt.com and um I'll respond to you.
- 2:11:44SPEAKER_03: Uh great talking with you, uh Tony.
- 2:11:46SPEAKER_03: Um good luck in your campaign, and uh, we'll talk to you again uh real soon.
- 2:11:50SPEAKER_03: And thank you so much for listening to the show.
- 2:11:51SPEAKER_03: I greatly appreciate it.
- 2:11:53SPEAKER_67: Thank you, John.
- 2:11:54SPEAKER_67: I appreciate the time today.
- 2:11:55SPEAKER_03: Six five one uh nine six four zero two nine four is a number if you want to.
- 2:12:00SPEAKER_03: Take part in the show.
- 2:12:01SPEAKER_03: We'll take a quick break and we'll get to this editorial Trump's attack on Representative Ilhan Omar, an attack on Congress itself.
- 2:12:07SPEAKER_03: We'll get your thoughts coming up on the show.
- 2:12:11SPEAKER_03: You can email John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 2:12:15SPEAKER_03: Don't go anywhere.
- 2:12:16SPEAKER_03: You are listening to the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 2:12:19SPEAKER_03: It's John Justice, and you've probably gone through the yo-yo dieting.
- 2:12:23SPEAKER_03: That was the case for me, but not anymore.
- 2:12:25SPEAKER_03: You lose a few pounds, it all comes back, and more.
- 2:12:28SPEAKER_03: You lose a few pounds and it all comes back, and even more.
- 2:12:31SPEAKER_03: If that's been your life, Neutrowave was built for you.

- 2:13:39SPEAKER_61: Think about it.
- 2:13:40SPEAKER_61: Black and Hispanic students in Mississippi perform better in reading and math than black and Hispanic students in Minnesota.
- 2:13:47SPEAKER_61: And Mississippi spends thousands of dollars less per student than Minnesota.
- 2:13:51SPEAKER_61: Mississippi spends less money, gets better results, and their achievement gaps are closing, while ours are getting worse.
- 2:13:58SPEAKER_61: Think about it.
- 2:13:59SPEAKER_61: It's time for real education reform so Minnesota can catch up to Mississippi.

- 2:15:42SPEAKER_03: It's about making the right decisions before that sign ever goes up.

- 2:16:47SPEAKER_56: Hi, I'm Joe Scott, and I'm the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools Board.
- 2:16:53SPEAKER_56: I'm also the only incumbent who supports balanced budgets, key performance indicators in our superintendent's contract, and counting everyone's vote every time in school board elections.
- 2:17:06SPEAKER_56: Our enrollment has been declining since 2018, and we lose 1,300 of our resident students each year to neighboring districts.
- 2:17:16SPEAKER_56: I have solutions, but the majority of the school board and administration are stuck in the status quo.
- 2:17:22SPEAKER_56: You can vote as early as Friday, September 18th, and I'd appreciate your support.

- 2:17:49SPEAKER_40: Morning, John.
- 2:17:50SPEAKER_40: Hey.
- 2:17:51SPEAKER_40: Rumor has it that Catherine Johnson is blaming Operation Metro Surge for the reason why there's nothing to do in St.
- 2:17:59SPEAKER_40: Paul.
- 2:17:59SPEAKER_40: That's the rumor.
- 2:18:00SPEAKER_03: Oh.
- 2:18:01SPEAKER_40: Yeah.
- 2:18:02SPEAKER_03: I hear that as well, and I think she'll probably agree.
- 2:18:05SPEAKER_26: Good morning, John.
- 2:18:07SPEAKER_26: You know, Johan Homer has the audacity, and I bet she will start dropping a day on all of her co-conspirators to get the money to fight what she is now being or about to be charged with.
- 2:18:26SPEAKER_26: That would be unbelievably hilarious.
- 2:18:29SPEAKER_26: Don't put it past them.
- 2:18:31SPEAKER_03: Thank you for the comments.
- 2:18:33SPEAKER_03: We'll get some more of your comments from the blaster line at 651-964-0294.
- 2:18:40SPEAKER_03: Minnesota Reformer.
- 2:18:41SPEAKER_03: Again, this was written by a dude who had really no business in writing this.
- 2:18:46SPEAKER_03: I condense this down in terms of the font.
- 2:18:50SPEAKER_03: It's about six pages long.
- 2:18:52SPEAKER_03: Written by Andy Craig, a senior editor at The Unpopulist.
- 2:18:56SPEAKER_03: Trump's attack on Representative Ilhan Omar is an attack on Congress itself.
- 2:19:02SPEAKER_03: A legislature exists to check the other branches.
- 2:19:05SPEAKER_03: It cannot do so if one of those branches gets to decide who sits in it.
- 2:19:11SPEAKER_03: So I'm not going to go through, as I typically do, the entirety of this.
- 2:19:15SPEAKER_03: I want to share with you just some of the points from this and how ludicrous it is of an argument that this individual is trying to put forward.
- 2:19:23SPEAKER_03: He says this search warrants have been served on members of Congress before, usually in corruption cases.
- 2:19:29SPEAKER_03: Those inclined to minimize what happened to Omar will point to them.
- 2:19:34SPEAKER_03: But the comparison is a false one.
- 2:19:36SPEAKER_03: Search warrants involving elected lawmakers can be and often are part of the regular lawful process for investigating felonies such as bribery.
- 2:19:47SPEAKER_03: This insistence is fundamentally different because it represents a dangerous attempt to manipulate the legislature's qualification rules to oust a congressional congresswoman whom President Donald Trump dislikes.
- 2:20:02SPEAKER_03: Okay, so let me break this down.
- 2:20:04SPEAKER_03: He's basically saying that because Trump has been vocal in his commentary about Ilhan Omar, this investigation is all a sham.
- 2:20:14SPEAKER_03: Trump's personal opinion of Ilhan Omar is completely and totally irrelevant to this situation.
- 2:20:24SPEAKER_03: But this speaks to the author's uh false premise in this, and that is Ilhan's identity in his mind should keep her from any scrutiny.
- 2:20:33SPEAKER_03: You know, Ilhan's identity is what has brought her to the position that she's in in in Congress.
- 2:20:39SPEAKER_03: It's in large part due to her identity.
- 2:20:41SPEAKER_03: She runs on it, she talks about it all the time, and yet, like so many others on the left that are ridiculously going and defending or not even defending Ilhan Omar, they're basically just pushing back on Trump without going and defending any of Omar's actions because we don't know what she's been specifically accused of yet.
- 2:20:59SPEAKER_03: We should find out today or tomorrow.
- 2:21:01SPEAKER_03: But in his mind, she should have to avoid all scrutiny because of her identity.
- 2:21:08SPEAKER_03: And he says as much.
- 2:21:09SPEAKER_03: To start with, the investigation exists because the president has singled out a member of Congress as part of a broader and explicitly racist campaign against Americans of a particular ethnic origin.
- 2:21:20SPEAKER_03: There's no other way to put it, he writes.
- 2:21:22SPEAKER_03: And there it is.
- 2:21:24SPEAKER_03: There are half a dozen, if not more, legit ways to put it in terms of this investigation of Ilhan Omar.
- 2:21:33SPEAKER_03: This has been years in the making, which is a point that is completely lost on this individual.
- 2:21:42SPEAKER_03: Now he goes on to say and talk about examples of Trump and his negative views regarding Somalia, which again are all ultimately irrelevant to the larger situation.
- 2:21:54SPEAKER_03: He says a great majority of Minnesota's Somali community immigrated legally and have become American citizens or else were born here as citizens.
- 2:22:03SPEAKER_03: And this is completely irrelevant to the core of the argument in and of itself.
- 2:22:08SPEAKER_03: And why we coined the phrase this morning of anti-assimilation immigrants.
- 2:22:14SPEAKER_03: Feel free to use that phrase.
- 2:22:15SPEAKER_03: You can have it completely, completely free.
- 2:22:19SPEAKER_03: He goes on to write: Trump's hateful screeds against Somali Americans are not a matter of dog whistles or subtly implied bigotry.
- 2:22:28SPEAKER_03: This is overt and explicit racism without any attempt to pretend otherwise.
- 2:22:35SPEAKER_03: His obsession with attacking Omar is inseparable from that context.
- 2:22:41SPEAKER_03: Of course you can separate the two out.
- 2:22:44SPEAKER_03: You can absolutely separate the two out.
- 2:22:47SPEAKER_03: And there are too many examples to mention in the remainder of the show of politicians voicing their displeasure and frustration.
- 2:23:01SPEAKER_03: When it comes to individuals that they don't like, and then those individuals being prosecuted.
- 2:23:08SPEAKER_03: So is this dude writing editorials every single time that that happens?
- 2:23:14SPEAKER_03: When somebody speaks negatively?
- 2:23:15SPEAKER_03: Like, think of all the times that people have said negative things about Trump and then look what happened to Trump.
- 2:23:23SPEAKER_03: Now he goes on to write, the investigation's guiding theory seems to be that Omar's late father lied that she was 17 instead of 18 when he filed her naturalization papers in 2000 so that she could obtain her citizenship without having to apply separately as an adult.
- 2:23:41SPEAKER_03: So so far we don't know the scope.
- 2:23:44SPEAKER_03: So it's impossible to make any informed claim that this investigation is a sham.
- 2:23:51SPEAKER_03: Now we have an idea of some of the things that could be investigated based off of the solid independent journalism of individuals here who have been on top of this issue now for years.
- 2:24:06SPEAKER_03: He goes on to write, even granting the suspicion some factual basis.
- 2:24:11SPEAKER_03: And then he says, and there is none.
- 2:24:15SPEAKER_03: Yes, there is.
- 2:24:16SPEAKER_03: Anyway, he goes on to say, no evidence of a long-ago paperwork discrepancy is going to turn up in a congresswoman's townhouse a quarter century later.
- 2:24:24SPEAKER_03: The government already holds every form she or her father ever submitted.
- 2:24:29SPEAKER_03: And now he's taking the stance that former President Barack Obama took, where he's trying to go and defend Ilhan Omar based off of one potential allegation of what she could be facing rather than looking at the five or six different things, I think we're at seven now actually, of the issues that she could be facing.
- 2:24:51SPEAKER_03: Getting further into the piece, he goes on to say all of this would be bad enough.
- 2:24:57SPEAKER_03: Because basically, what he does now for almost an entire page, if not two, because again I shrunk the font.
- 2:25:04SPEAKER_03: All he does is lay out the details of what has transpired so far in this investigation.
- 2:25:09SPEAKER_03: And then he says, all of that would be bad enough if Ilmar were a private citizen based off of what's happened so far.
- 2:25:16SPEAKER_03: That she is a member of Congress matters.
- 2:25:19SPEAKER_03: And it matters in a specific constitutional way that has so far gone mostly unremarked.
- 2:25:27SPEAKER_03: Now, again, he's jumping to conclusions without even knowing, like the rest of us, exactly what the allegations are going to be.
- 2:25:38SPEAKER_03: So before I dive into more of this, I do want to get to some of your thoughts from the blaster line at 651-964-0294.
- 2:25:45SPEAKER_03: First off, I want to say uh quick hat tip to uh producer Devin.
- 2:25:49SPEAKER_03: Nicely done.
- 2:25:50SPEAKER_03: Appreciate that.
- 2:25:52SPEAKER_03: So we were dealing with some major technical issues.
- 2:25:57SPEAKER_03: But we we forged ahead.
- 2:26:00SPEAKER_67: I blame Metro Surge.
- 2:26:03SPEAKER_67: Man, I knew that I reached out for a reason.
- 2:26:09SPEAKER_03: Well played, my friend.
- 2:26:11SPEAKER_03: Well played.
- 2:26:12SPEAKER_03: So he actually got everything back up and running again.
- 2:26:15SPEAKER_03: So uh thank you to everybody who are letting us know.
- 2:26:17SPEAKER_03: We were fully aware we were having some visual problems.
- 2:26:19SPEAKER_03: But you actually found a pretty rad shot, though.
- 2:26:22SPEAKER_03: You changed one of the cameras a moment ago to, yeah, that shot's actually pretty sweet.
- 2:26:29SPEAKER_03: Kind of works.
- 2:26:30SPEAKER_03: It shows how big the set is.
- 2:26:31SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 2:26:32SPEAKER_03: Sorry for those just listening on the Mixler app.
- 2:26:34SPEAKER_03: You need to watch on the live stream to know what we're talking about.
- 2:26:36SPEAKER_03: But he ended up pulling away with a larger shot.
- 2:26:38SPEAKER_03: And we may have to, we may have to utilize that in the future.
- 2:26:41SPEAKER_03: Well, especially if we get some other guests in studio and get everybody around here on a freedom on a Freedom Friday.
- 2:26:45SPEAKER_03: All right, let's get back to some of your thoughts from the blaster line.
- 2:26:48SPEAKER_03: 651-964-0294.
- 2:26:51SPEAKER_07: Hey John, I know you don't play two clips from the same person.
- 2:26:54SPEAKER_07: This is Jerry Roseman again.
- 2:26:56SPEAKER_07: This guy wants to blame racism on why Elhan Omar is getting called out.
- 2:27:04SPEAKER_07: Prosecuted or investigated, whatever you want to call it.
- 2:27:08SPEAKER_07: This is exactly why Minneapolis is the way it is.
- 2:27:13SPEAKER_07: Because we cannot call out crime just because a person is a certain color or ethnicity or gender.
- 2:27:22SPEAKER_07: That's why we're where we are.
- 2:27:24SPEAKER_03: Well, it's part of the reason why it's part of the reason why, but it's also a part of the reason why I've brought up the anti-assimilation immigrant label now.
- 2:27:34SPEAKER_03: Because I legitimately want you to use that, and I think everybody should start using that.
- 2:27:39SPEAKER_03: Just like we're stripping away any sort of power that the argument of Operation Metro Surge might have had by doing this, what do you blame Operation Metro Surge on, which we're going to continue to do tomorrow and into Freedom Friday?
- 2:27:55SPEAKER_03: I also think that using the terminology of anti-assimilation immigrant is a fantastic way to talk about these issues while stripping away the supposed power that the left has granted to themselves by saying, well, if you call out the specificity of who is actually involved in the gang warfare, if you call out the specificity of who is actually conducting 90% of the fraud, then you're a racist.
- 2:28:20SPEAKER_03: Okay, fine.
- 2:28:20SPEAKER_03: Then we're talking about anti-assimilation immigrants.
- 2:28:23SPEAKER_03: If you commit fraud and you are an immigrant here in America, then in my opinion, you are an anti-assimilation immigrant because you are not respecting the laws of this country.
- 2:28:34SPEAKER_03: Ilhan Omar is an anti-assimilation immigrant.
- 2:28:39SPEAKER_03: See, I want to get this to the point, and I rarely do this on the show, right?
- 2:28:43SPEAKER_03: Usually I kind of let things happen organically, but I'm being just straight up honest with you.
- 2:28:47SPEAKER_03: I want to get to the point where that terminology is being used so much that the left wants to go and then say that that is being racist.
- 2:28:54SPEAKER_03: That's my that's my goal.
- 2:28:57SPEAKER_03: Alright, let's get back to a few more of uh your thoughts.
- 2:29:00SPEAKER_24: Hey John, just a question.
- 2:29:02SPEAKER_24: Wasn't Ilhan Omar's phone confiscated?
- 2:29:05SPEAKER_24: And if it was, whose phone is she using to make that flea for money selfie video in the back of the car?
- 2:29:13SPEAKER_24: Just curious.
- 2:29:14SPEAKER_03: I'm sure she got a I'm sure she got a burner phone.
- 2:29:17SPEAKER_03: I would imagine that she that's what she did.
- 2:29:19SPEAKER_03: She ended up getting a a burner phone and all of this.
- 2:29:22SPEAKER_03: That wouldn't surprise me.
- 2:29:22SPEAKER_03: Or she has more than one phone.
- 2:29:23SPEAKER_03: I don't know that a lot of people do.
- 2:29:24SPEAKER_03: Let me get back to this um to this editorial uh that was written.
- 2:29:29SPEAKER_03: Let's go here.
- 2:29:29SPEAKER_03: Hey John, while you were quoting that rambling.
- 2:29:33SPEAKER_03: Oh, no, their their uh comment got cut off, so unfortunately.
- 2:29:36SPEAKER_03: Let's go here.
- 2:29:37SPEAKER_53: Hey, good morning, John.
- 2:29:38SPEAKER_53: I'm trying to start my own dictionary, but I've got a few words I want to confirm.
- 2:29:43SPEAKER_53: I'm sure there's a few I'm missing.
- 2:29:45SPEAKER_53: Anti-assimilation immigrant.
- 2:29:48SPEAKER_53: We've also have youth diversion programs.
- 2:29:52SPEAKER_53: There's the common uncompensated care and Mary Moriarty's favorite emerging adults.
- 2:30:00SPEAKER_53: What uh what other ones am I missing?
- 2:30:03SPEAKER_53: Have a great day.
- 2:30:04SPEAKER_53: That that's gotta be a metro thurge issue, right?
- 2:30:07SPEAKER_53: I mean, we gotta blame all those words on metro surge.
- 2:30:09SPEAKER_03: That's right.
- 2:30:10SPEAKER_53: Have a great day.
- 2:30:11SPEAKER_03: No, you're right.
- 2:30:12SPEAKER_03: All right, let's get back to this editorial.
- 2:30:13SPEAKER_03: So this guy wants to talk about the constitutionality of that, which we don't know yet, and that is what specifically was in that search warrant and what exactly this investigation entails.
- 2:30:23SPEAKER_03: We've been told a lot about what it could entail, but we don't know specifically.
- 2:30:26SPEAKER_03: He doesn't know, I doesn't, I don't know, and yet he's jumping ahead to conclusions.
- 2:30:31SPEAKER_03: He talks about Article I, Section Five in the Constitution, provides that each house shall be the judge of the elections, returns, and qualifications of its own members.
- 2:30:42SPEAKER_03: The qualifications themselves are fixed earlier in Article I.
- 2:30:46SPEAKER_03: A representative must be at least 25 years old, must have been a citizen for seven years, and must inhabit a state that she represents.
- 2:30:55SPEAKER_03: Whether a seated member meets those three qualifications is for the House to decide and not for the president, the DOJ, the district court hearing a civil suit, the executive branch has brought.
- 2:31:07SPEAKER_03: Nobody is arguing otherwise.
- 2:31:09SPEAKER_03: Everybody, myself included, has stated that if Ilhan Omar is um convicted of anything, if she's inditled on anything, if she's convicted of anything, the House would be the one that has to ultimately make the move to remove her from office.
- 2:31:24SPEAKER_03: Nobody has said otherwise.
- 2:31:25SPEAKER_03: He goes on to write, the administration has not disputed that, okay, case in point.
- 2:31:30SPEAKER_03: Only the House can make this determination, and for now it does not need to.
- 2:31:34SPEAKER_03: Its strategy is to change the facts the House would be judging rather than to contest who gets to judge them.
- 2:31:41SPEAKER_03: Make her a non-citizen first and then hand the House the result and demand it comply.
- 2:31:47SPEAKER_03: All he's doing here is looking at how things would factually play out, and then based off of his premise that Ilhan Omar shouldn't be held to scrutiny because of her identity, he's downplaying it, criticizing it, and dismissing it.
- 2:32:04SPEAKER_03: So that's what would happen if she was challenged and it turns out that she wasn't a legal citizen here in the United States.
- 2:32:12SPEAKER_03: Like, is he not going to want the law enforced?
- 2:32:14SPEAKER_03: That's what it sounds like.
- 2:32:17SPEAKER_03: Because then he says, well, make her a non-citizen first and then hand it to the House and demand that they comply.
- 2:32:21SPEAKER_03: Well, yeah, that would happen with anybody.
- 2:32:24SPEAKER_03: If it was a Republican who immigrated here and was sitting in office and was found to not be a legal citizen, the exactly the same process would play out.
- 2:32:34SPEAKER_03: And I bet that this fool would be all for that if that were to happen.
- 2:32:42SPEAKER_03: He then goes on for several paragraphs talking more about what the Constitution says without providing anything relevant to his ultimate assertion that this is an attack on Ilhan Omar and it's racist because Trump is doing it and he's talked bad about Ilhan and Somalia.
- 2:32:58SPEAKER_03: He says this when the House decides to decides a contested election or a member's qualification, that decision is final.
- 2:33:06SPEAKER_03: One of the few places where the Constitution makes a branch other than the judiciary the last word on a legal question.
- 2:33:14SPEAKER_03: Both the House and Senate have considered and decided such disputes, including citizenship qualifications.
- 2:33:20SPEAKER_03: A denaturalization campaign against a sitting member is an attempt to get around that power first and to contest it once the House has been presented with an adult.
- 2:33:31SPEAKER_03: Again, it's all about the framing with these idiots.
- 2:33:35SPEAKER_03: A denaturalization campaign or an investigation into an individual because there is a mountain of evidence that points to the fact that she might have committed immigration fraud that we've known about for decades, and yet there hasn't been an authority in the White House willing to go and move forward on that.
- 2:33:56SPEAKER_03: He says the administration cannot expel Omar from Congress.
- 2:34:00SPEAKER_03: That takes two-thirds vote of the House.
- 2:34:01SPEAKER_03: It cannot refuse to seat her.
- 2:34:03SPEAKER_03: The House also has the sole power over that.
- 2:34:06SPEAKER_03: The chamber, uh, the Constitution makes the sole judge of its members' qualifications would be handed a result and told the matter had already been settled elsewhere.
- 2:34:16SPEAKER_03: Of course it would.
- 2:34:18SPEAKER_03: If you had an indictment and you had evidence and proof that she was no longer a citizen, that's exactly what would happen.
- 2:34:25SPEAKER_03: Again, this is irrelevant.
- 2:34:27SPEAKER_03: If and when she's charged, Congress has the final say on her being booted.
- 2:34:34SPEAKER_03: It tells you all of this is an example of how they do not have any arguments beyond we don't like Trump.
- 2:34:40SPEAKER_03: Trump has expressed he doesn't like her, and therefore this is a political hit job.
- 2:34:47SPEAKER_03: He says the actual the actual case is an investigation that began with the president's public contempt for a member and for the ethnic community she belongs to, built on a claim.
- 2:34:57SPEAKER_03: Two earlier reviews found baseless and pursued with the reported aim of having a court declare a sitting member of Congress a non-citizen and potentially putting her out of the country while she still holds her seat.
- 2:35:08SPEAKER_03: There is no version of that which avoids a constitutional crisis.
- 2:35:13SPEAKER_03: It's also tiresome.
- 2:35:14SPEAKER_03: There's no constitutional crisis here.
- 2:35:17SPEAKER_03: And Joe Biden initially launched this investigation, and it turns out the DOJ didn't bother to move forward with it at the time.
- 2:35:29SPEAKER_03: You see, during the Biden administration, when the investigation was launched, that was launched off of the solid independent reporting that had been done by a handful of really good quality independent journalists here in Minnesota.
- 2:35:42SPEAKER_03: Scott Johnson, a friend of the show, who we need to get on the show.
- 2:35:45SPEAKER_03: He has not been on the new version of the show here at American Experiment.
- 2:35:48SPEAKER_03: We need to get him on.
- 2:35:49SPEAKER_03: He was one of the individuals who has done the legwork along with others whose names escape me, and my apologies to them.
- 2:35:55SPEAKER_03: Bill Glon has written countless articles about this situation with Ilhan Omar.
- 2:36:00SPEAKER_03: Again, to say it's the worst-kept secret in Minnesota isn't even true.
- 2:36:05SPEAKER_03: It's not even a secret in Minnesota.
- 2:36:06SPEAKER_03: We know all the evidence, and that's why everybody has been so frustrated because we've known all this stuff and we've been asking, hey, can you have somebody go and do the further digging into this?
- 2:36:16SPEAKER_03: Because it certainly seems like it rises to immigration fraud based off of all the available evidence.
- 2:36:22SPEAKER_03: You see, the Biden administration went and took that information, lost their investigation, and then they stopped short of doing what the Trump administration is doing now.
- 2:36:29SPEAKER_03: The Biden administration did what everybody assumed that that DC judge would have done and didn't do.
- 2:36:37SPEAKER_03: So there's a whole other separate issue here as to why the investigation was stopped during Biden's time in office, considering that they more than likely had the same information that a left-wing judge who donated to Hillary Clinton, and not just him, but a second Democrat judge signed off on to move forward with this investigation.
- 2:37:03SPEAKER_03: Further in the piece, he says there's no reason to suppose Omar will be the last.
- 2:37:08SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 2:37:09SPEAKER_03: So what are you saying?
- 2:37:11SPEAKER_03: There's a lot of other congressmen and women who may have been involved in potential fraud?
- 2:37:15SPEAKER_03: Okay, shocking.
- 2:37:17SPEAKER_03: Of course, that's not what he means here.
- 2:37:19SPEAKER_03: An executive that can manufacture a disqualification for one member can do it for others.
- 2:37:27SPEAKER_03: Nothing's been manufactured here.
- 2:37:31SPEAKER_03: I mean, what a slap in the face to that judge in D.C.
- 2:37:35SPEAKER_03: and the other judge who both signed off on this investigation.
- 2:37:38SPEAKER_03: You had to show probable cause.
- 2:37:41SPEAKER_03: There's nothing manufactured about any of this.
- 2:37:44SPEAKER_03: None of this is made up.
- 2:37:45SPEAKER_03: Again, they say that because that's what the left does.
- 2:37:48SPEAKER_03: The left says, we don't like John Justice.
- 2:37:52SPEAKER_03: So we should search the background of John Justice because I'm sure that he's done some sort of crime in the past.
- 2:37:59SPEAKER_03: We just haven't been able to go and find it yet.
- 2:38:02SPEAKER_03: You see, that's what the left does.
- 2:38:04SPEAKER_03: What's happening here with Ilhan Omar is a lot of evidence that convinced a Democrat judge to sign off on allowing the federal government to raid a sitting member and a prominent sitting member of Congress's home weeks before a midterm election.
- 2:38:21SPEAKER_03: All that means to say that there was probably a lot of information inside of that affidavit that they were able to show.
- 2:38:32SPEAKER_03: He says manufactured disqualification for one member, they can do it to others.
- 2:38:37SPEAKER_03: And she is far from the only naturalized citizen in Congress.
- 2:38:40SPEAKER_03: Currently, there are 17 in the House and two in the Senate.
- 2:38:43SPEAKER_03: And you know what?
- 2:38:44SPEAKER_03: Unless there is evidence to show that those other 17 naturalized citizens in Congress committed immigration fraud, they should all be left alone.
- 2:38:54SPEAKER_03: And you could run an independent audit, but again, this is not how things should operate.
- 2:38:58SPEAKER_03: Unless somebody has credible allegations that somebody who is a naturalized citizen in Congress may have committed fraud, then they're, you know, you're innocent until proven guilty.
- 2:39:08SPEAKER_03: And that would be manufacturing something.
- 2:39:09SPEAKER_03: Let's just go and investigate them just to be sure.
- 2:39:13SPEAKER_03: I mean, you might actually have justification now based off of what happened with Ilhan Omar.
- 2:39:17SPEAKER_03: She may be setting the precedent.
- 2:39:18SPEAKER_03: But that being said, I think that there shouldn't be any further calls to investigate everybody unless there is tangible evidence against those individuals.
- 2:39:25SPEAKER_03: He goes on and says a president willing to do this three weeks before an election is not going to stop at one.
- 2:39:31SPEAKER_03: Again, just completely discounting the fact that this wasn't done solely by the federal government without having a judge go and sign off on it.
- 2:39:41SPEAKER_03: Let's go back to the blaster line at 651-964-0294.
- 2:39:46SPEAKER_32: Can you get your crack research staff to do some digging?
- 2:39:49SPEAKER_03: Let me stop here.
- 2:39:50SPEAKER_03: That would be me.
- 2:39:53SPEAKER_03: I mean, Devin does a fantastic job, but I don't burden him with stuff.
- 2:39:56SPEAKER_03: That's me, and uh that's Google, and then that's uh Alex, my chat GPT ally.
- 2:40:02SPEAKER_03: That's the crack investigative team.
- 2:40:05SPEAKER_32: And find out what this particular author had to say about the Trump investigations, Marilago, and all the stuff the left did to Trump.
- 2:40:19SPEAKER_32: And was his articles praising that?
- 2:40:24SPEAKER_32: Or was that as unacceptable then as it is now?
- 2:40:29SPEAKER_03: Well, it's funny that you bring that up because uh I I actually did look.
- 2:40:34SPEAKER_03: Because often I like to go and look at the background of these authors to see what else they've uh they've uh written and to see if they've commented on anything else.
- 2:40:41SPEAKER_03: Uh, you would not be surprised to learn that uh no, there was no commentary around any of the investigations into Trump or the raid on Mar-a-Lago or anything as such.
- 2:40:51SPEAKER_24: So hey John, while you were quoting that journalist reading about Ilhan Omar, I believe you've called her Ilmar.
- 2:41:01SPEAKER_24: Can we just start calling her Ilmar?
- 2:41:04SPEAKER_03: Thanks.
- 2:41:06SPEAKER_03: Maybe I did.
- 2:41:07SPEAKER_03: I do that a lot.
- 2:41:08SPEAKER_03: All right, let's wrap up this editorial, and I want to get to the efforts of uh law enforcement to crack down against the uh anti-assimilation gang members, immigrant gang members here in uh Minnesota.
- 2:41:21SPEAKER_03: He says this what separates the campaign against Omar from the ordinary run of abuses is that it is aimed at one body with the constitutional means to hold the president into account.
- 2:41:33SPEAKER_03: Congress can investigate him, subpoena his officials, cut off his funding, and impeach and remove him.
- 2:41:38SPEAKER_03: For what?
- 2:41:42SPEAKER_03: I just out of curiosity for why.
- 2:41:45SPEAKER_03: Anyway.
- 2:41:45SPEAKER_03: An executive that can threaten individual legislators with the loss of their citizenship, and their country has found a way to reach past Congress as an institution and into the personal security of the people who make it up.
- 2:41:58SPEAKER_03: I just, you know, I Minnesota Reformer typically does.
- 2:42:01SPEAKER_03: This is a reprint.
- 2:42:02SPEAKER_03: This was published in the unpopulist.
- 2:42:05SPEAKER_03: I wonder if they call themselves that because it's an unpopular publication.
- 2:42:10SPEAKER_03: If this Yahoo writes for that publication, I imagine it's probably pretty unpopular.
- 2:42:14SPEAKER_03: I mean, even the Minnesota Reformer, it's kind of out of the realm considering that they are a left-wing news outlet.
- 2:42:21SPEAKER_03: I use them for prep because it's good to hear from the other side, especially when they're being logical, right?
- 2:42:26SPEAKER_03: In their own minds.
- 2:42:27SPEAKER_03: Okay, rational is a better word, not logical.
- 2:42:30SPEAKER_03: They're being rational in their own minds.
- 2:42:32SPEAKER_03: But even for them to go and print this trash, this wasn't meant, like he makes up, like if this was something where out of nowhere Ilhan Omar is being investigated without any evidence whatsoever, but that is not the it's far removed from the case.
- 2:42:46SPEAKER_03: And he just ignores all of that.
- 2:42:49SPEAKER_03: What one thinks of Omar's politics has no bearing on any of this.
- 2:42:53SPEAKER_03: Excuse me?
- 2:42:55SPEAKER_03: He just completely negated everything he said at the beginning of the article when he was talking about President Donald Trump's views of Ilhan Omar.
- 2:43:01SPEAKER_03: What a moron.
- 2:43:03SPEAKER_03: The objection would be identical if the target were a member of the other party.
- 2:43:07SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 2:43:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and again, I didn't see any articles written whatsoever about the lawfare that was used against President Donald Trump.
- 2:43:15SPEAKER_03: Our republic has been in an accelerating state accelerating state of a constitutional collapse for some time.
- 2:43:22SPEAKER_03: Liberal mind rot, man.
- 2:43:25SPEAKER_03: But manufacturing grounds to unseat a member of Congress is a serious escalation and shouldn't be set aside as merely another Trump effort to punish his critics.
- 2:43:35SPEAKER_03: It's an attack on the core, a load-bearing constitutional structure.
- 2:43:41SPEAKER_03: Okay, dude.
- 2:43:43SPEAKER_03: Andy Craig, senior editor at the Unpopulist.
- 2:43:47SPEAKER_01: Hi everyone, Ilhan here.
- 2:43:49SPEAKER_01: I just wanted to say thank you so much uh for the support uh to everyone who sent um uh a note of support for everyone who sent five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars.
- 2:44:00SPEAKER_01: Um, that goes a long way as we fight uh Trump and um his administration uh for trying to intimidate uh me uh and so many people right before the midterm elections.
- 2:44:16SPEAKER_01: We know that they're running scared.
- 2:44:17SPEAKER_01: We're not gonna be intimidated, we're not gonna be silenced, we're not gonna be scared.
- 2:44:21SPEAKER_01: I'll be out there campaigning alongside all of you and making sure you know what somebody who uh who is scared uh says?
- 2:44:29SPEAKER_03: There they say they're not gonna be scared and then they say it multiple times.
- 2:44:33SPEAKER_03: So far, I haven't heard her refuting any of these potential allegations so far.
- 2:44:39SPEAKER_03: I mean, listen, if anything of what this idiot uh article that I just laid out had any sort of validity whatsoever, you think that Ilhan Omar would be using some of these excuses, and even she's not stupid enough to do that.
- 2:44:58SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much again.
- 2:44:59SPEAKER_01: Uh, and please continue to support us.
- 2:45:02SPEAKER_01: It is going to be um a very expensive and challenging uh time, uh, and so we appreciate whether you're able to send five, ten, twenty.
- 2:45:11SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 2:45:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah, how long until she starts a GoFundMe defense fund?
- 2:45:18SPEAKER_06: This hack article is another example of how they want to diminish the president and the role that they play in this country.
- 2:45:25SPEAKER_06: They didn't care about Biden being just uh basically a zombie in office.
- 2:45:31SPEAKER_06: They didn't care about Donald Trump and his um logo issues or any of that stuff.
- 2:45:38SPEAKER_06: And now they want to say, hey, but you know what's really important to Congress because they have so much more power and we can start pushing the world of people towards that direction.
- 2:45:49SPEAKER_25: I would like to see Ilhan Omar and his sister hold a joint press conference and take uh questions to uh demonstrate how um blood is thicker than water that the two of them are uh getting along and that there's no rift between the two of them.
- 2:46:07SPEAKER_03: Well, uh listen, the fact that um Ilhan Omar uh has not come out to defend any of these allegations so far, as I said, I think that says a lot.
- 2:46:21SPEAKER_03: She hasn't denied anything.
- 2:46:23SPEAKER_03: Got a couple of texts that rolled into the blaster line.
- 2:46:26SPEAKER_03: Uh 651-964-0294.
- 2:46:29SPEAKER_03: Is she out there campaigning?
- 2:46:30SPEAKER_03: I've been out in the CD5 and I haven't seen her at all.
- 2:46:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 2:46:35SPEAKER_03: Um, let's see.
- 2:46:40SPEAKER_03: I'm just working through some of the uh some of the comments uh here.
- 2:46:45SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 2:46:46SPEAKER_03: Uh let's get to this.
- 2:46:47SPEAKER_03: I do want to talk about this endeavor.
- 2:46:50SPEAKER_03: Officials announce a new strategy, a response to the recent surge in suspected gang violence.
- 2:46:56SPEAKER_03: David Zimmer here at American Experiment has weighed in on this, and I will share with you his thoughts in uh just a moment.
- 2:47:03SPEAKER_03: We'll continue to get your comments from the blaster line at 651-964-0294.
- 2:47:09SPEAKER_03: And what do you blame Operation Metro Surge on?
- 2:47:13SPEAKER_03: Like I said, I was blaming my recent water bill on Operation Metro Surge because it had increased greatly.
- 2:47:20SPEAKER_03: Unfortunately, I was wrong.
- 2:47:22SPEAKER_03: It turns out the City of Blaine has just jacked up all of our rates, but until that point, I was blaming Operation uh Metro Surge.
- 2:47:28SPEAKER_03: So what do you blame Operation Metro Surge for as we strip away the ability of the left to use that as a catch-all argument for all things related to why they want to say that their right is bad?
- 2:47:38SPEAKER_03: We'll get to your thoughts coming up and whether or not this new Minnesota DPS state and federal law enforcement agency plan is going to work to respond to the Somali anti-assimilation immigrant gang violence that we have all been dealing with.
- 2:47:54SPEAKER_03: That's coming up next year on the John Justice Show presented by American Experiment.
- 2:50:59SPEAKER_03: The collaboration comes after multiple reports of suspected gang-related incidents, including the shooting outside of Eden Prairies High School, the homecoming game on October 2nd, that left two people injured and several people have since been charged in connection with the shooting.
- 2:51:13SPEAKER_03: Officials also believe the recent shooting in Bloomington, where one person was injured after more than 100 rounds were fired, is connected to youth gang violence.
- 2:51:21SPEAKER_03: Police say the majority of the people involved in the shootings are Somali American gang members, or who we now refer to as anti-assimilation immigrants here on the show.
- 2:51:32SPEAKER_03: So Bloomington police chief uh Booker Hodges uh in this press conference, I wanted to play for you a clip revealing um that the police don't actually have a gang database to draw from.
- 2:51:46SPEAKER_00: To answer your question specifically, we need parents to say something when their kids are out here doing this stuff.
- 2:51:51SPEAKER_00: Because the parents know, right?
- 2:51:52SPEAKER_00: I mean, the parents are connected to the kids.
- 2:51:54SPEAKER_00: And then, real quick to your last question about the gang numbers.
- 2:51:58SPEAKER_00: Uh Minnesota, we've had a checkered history when it's come to dealing with gang databases.
- 2:52:02SPEAKER_00: So none of us up here have a gang database.
- 2:52:05SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna say what politically other people don't want to say.
- 2:52:08SPEAKER_00: We don't we don't have a gang database, and I can't look you in the face and say how many gang members we got because we don't have a database.
- 2:52:16SPEAKER_03: I don't I that seems pretty stunning to me.
- 2:52:19SPEAKER_03: I'm not gonna lie.
- 2:52:21SPEAKER_03: David Zimmer, our crime uh policy fellow here at American Experiment, has a uh piece up regarding this.
- 2:52:28SPEAKER_03: Uh the press conference that took place addressing the recent violence in the metro area, led by the BCA superintendent Drew Evans, joined at the podium uh by the uh heads of the local FBI, the ATF, as well as the Hennepin County Sheriff DeWanowit, the Bloomington Police Chief you just heard from, and the Adina police chief, Todd Milburn, uh all representing law enforcement from the five Metro counties.
- 2:52:54SPEAKER_03: Now, the decision was made to build up on existing investigative efforts and enhance the information sharing between those uh efforts rather than create an all-new regional task force, which had been considered apparently.
- 2:53:08SPEAKER_03: The comprehensive summary of the plan and agreements uh can be found at American Experiment in David Zimmer's recent piece.
- 2:53:15SPEAKER_03: So be sure you head on over to AmericanExperiment.org to check out the entirety of the piece.
- 2:53:20SPEAKER_03: He says the decision is solid.
- 2:53:21SPEAKER_03: The infrastructure and agreements are already in place with existing efforts that include multiple county-level violent crime enforcement teams, gun crime investigative teams, gang units, and federal violent crime task forces managed by the ATF and FBI.
- 2:53:38SPEAKER_03: This will allow those efforts to focus on the Somali youth violence issue immediately, they say.
- 2:53:47SPEAKER_03: Rather than a larger effort being delayed as it try as it tries to get off the ground.
- 2:53:52SPEAKER_03: Whether it's enhancing existing efforts or ultimately creating a new effort, law enforcement has to become, says David Zimmer, more proactive in addressing the Somali youth violence problem.
- 2:54:02SPEAKER_03: It's been common knowledge for years that a large group of Somali youth have taken over the Stone Arch Bridge or portions of Dinky Town by the University of Minnesota on weekend nights, and the level of disorder and violence has risen, has arisen completely is unacceptable.
- 2:54:16SPEAKER_03: Those events need to be blunted before violence interrupts.
- 2:54:20SPEAKER_03: I just I'm reminded in the middle of when I'm sharing this deep these details with you, the parallels of all of this.
- 2:54:25SPEAKER_03: And it all goes back to what I keep saying on the show.
- 2:54:28SPEAKER_03: None of it had to be this way.
- 2:54:29SPEAKER_03: None of it needs to be this way.
- 2:54:31SPEAKER_03: We could have been tackling these issues years ago.
- 2:54:34SPEAKER_03: We could have gotten a grip on these issues years ago.
- 2:54:37SPEAKER_03: The fraud.
- 2:54:38SPEAKER_03: Red flags were raised within the Walls administration under both Dim Walls and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan, and they were ignored, individuals were reassigned, they were chastised, the fraud was allowed to continue, and it only got addressed when it got too big for the left and the Democrats to ignore.
- 2:55:02SPEAKER_03: And then suddenly they're going to be the ones to go and fix the problem.
- 2:55:05SPEAKER_03: When it comes to the Somali gang violence, this is exactly what David Zimmer just said.
- 2:55:10SPEAKER_03: We've known about this for years, and we've done nothing, all because of political correctness, woke ideologies, whatever you want to call it.
- 2:55:18SPEAKER_03: Ilhan Omar.
- 2:55:21SPEAKER_03: Same situation.
- 2:55:23SPEAKER_03: We've known about the potential allegations against her for well over a decade now.
- 2:55:29SPEAKER_03: And nothing was done about it.
- 2:55:32SPEAKER_03: All it took was the will and desire of a law enforcement entity to follow through on this, to look at politics and shove it aside.
- 2:55:44SPEAKER_03: There are a lot of questions that could be raised about whether or not right now was the time to go and launch this investigation against Ilhan Omar ahead of the midterm election.
- 2:55:56SPEAKER_03: My guess is because evidence and probable cause had to be.
- 2:56:00SPEAKER_03: Shown that the federal government, Homeland Security Investigations, the Department of Justice understood the gravity of what was being revealed to them through that independent journalism that's been going on for years, uncovering all of this relevant information that they simply couldn't wait.
- 2:56:19SPEAKER_03: And that if and when this information comes out before the midterms, it will be so extreme to the point where there'll be no question why the federal government went to move on something like investigating a sitting member of Congress.
- 2:56:37SPEAKER_03: Again, all of this goes to show that the problems that we are faced with here in Minnesota all could have been looked at, dealt with, and stopped before it ever reached the level that it reached.
- 2:56:50SPEAKER_03: And I don't believe that we're too far gone to start correcting and looking at correcting the problem now.
- 2:56:56SPEAKER_03: Now, getting back to this latest law enforcement effort, David Zimmer goes on to say the key to this collaboration is ensuring seamless information sharing between the existing efforts.
- 2:57:06SPEAKER_03: Another key to the effort is listening sessions.
- 2:57:10SPEAKER_03: Many of the law enforcement agencies have held with their local Somali community members, ensuring that the lines of communication and trust are built, not destroyed.
- 2:57:18SPEAKER_03: A final key component of the effort is the utilization of a county-based quick reaction team of investigative officers, uniformed officers that will rally on short notice as needed.
- 2:57:31SPEAKER_03: Listen, I don't know about the listening sessions.
- 2:57:33SPEAKER_03: I do have a tremendous amount of respect for David Zimmer and his commentary here.
- 2:57:36SPEAKER_03: I just hope they're talking to the right community members that are going to be giving the appropriate background into the history of the Somali community and what's driving so much of this gang violence.
- 2:57:47SPEAKER_03: I've talked about it recently on the show.
- 2:57:49SPEAKER_03: But you have these warring factions, these clans within the Somali community.
- 2:57:53SPEAKER_03: Minneapolis man, baby, mayor, mom jeans, Jacob Fry was able to go and leverage those battles between these different factions of Somali immigrants to go and win the election against Omar Fate by pitting these croups against each other.
- 2:58:09SPEAKER_03: But it's also the same reason why we have the Somali gang warfare taking place.
- 2:58:14SPEAKER_03: Anti-assimilating immigrants who are also a part of those same factions.
- 2:58:19SPEAKER_03: So if we're going to have these listening sessions and talk with community members, then we need to get into the core of the community that's causing this problem, the core of the issues that specifically are with this community that are causing the problems.
- 2:58:30SPEAKER_03: And again, I'm using this anti-discrimination, excuse me, anti-assimilation immigrant terminology now because I'm sick and tired of people saying that when you point out the specificity of the identity of the individuals that are causing the problem, you're suddenly now a part of the problem and a racist.
- 2:58:45SPEAKER_03: Okay, fine.
- 2:58:46SPEAKER_03: So we'll come up with specific language.
- 2:58:47SPEAKER_03: We're talking about immigrants that are not assimilating to the United States of America.
- 2:58:52SPEAKER_28: You're welcome.
- 2:58:55SPEAKER_03: Ramsey County Sheriff Bob Fletcher spoke with reporters following the press conference.
- 2:58:59SPEAKER_03: During that session, Sheriff Fletcher made a few important comments.
- 2:59:02SPEAKER_03: First, he shared the Somali violence is relatively new and the clicks and gangs have not yet transitioned into traditional gang activity that's focused on drug and contraband distribution.
- 2:59:13SPEAKER_03: It's probably one of the most ridiculous aspects of it to me, is that not to say that drug and contraband distribution are worthwhile endeavors by any stretch, but like I understand the mentality of that kind of crime.
- 2:59:25SPEAKER_03: What is happening with the anti-assimilation Somali immigrant gang warfare?
- 2:59:30SPEAKER_03: It's all superficial, you know, street cred.
- 2:59:35SPEAKER_03: You know, what are you wearing?
- 2:59:37SPEAKER_03: What did you say about me online?
- 2:59:39SPEAKER_03: It's all just arbitrary and utterly ridiculous.
- 2:59:43SPEAKER_03: Now he says because they haven't transitioned to traditional gang activity, law enforcement is in a good position to probe to positively affect the trajectory of these youth.
- 2:59:53SPEAKER_03: And if they act soon.
- 2:59:55SPEAKER_03: Second, he noted that the community is now out of the denial phase, which is important.
- 3:00:02SPEAKER_03: When it comes to the problem of Somali youth gang violence.
- 3:00:05SPEAKER_03: With that reality, Sheriff Fletcher noted that the law enforcement can begin moving into the solution phase.
- 3:00:14SPEAKER_03: Now, he wraps the piece up on this.
- 3:00:16SPEAKER_03: Unfortunately, some concerns arose during the press conference by omission.
- 3:00:20SPEAKER_03: There was a notable lack of information shared regarding the roles and commitments of county and federal prosecutors in this effort.
- 3:00:26SPEAKER_03: The prosecutorial follow-through will be critical in sending an effective deterrent message to those emboldened enough to carry out high-profile shootings that endanger us and erode our sense of safety.
- 3:00:39SPEAKER_03: We must demand more of our prosecutors than we witnessed in the charges and bail set in the recent Eden Prairie High School homecoming football game double shooting.
- 3:00:50SPEAKER_03: In that case, the shooter was charged with second-degree assault rather than attempted murder.
- 3:00:54SPEAKER_03: And the$100,000 bail allowed for that defendant to bond out, usually at just 10% of the cost, within a day of his arrest.
- 3:01:04SPEAKER_03: That fails to deter and arguably emboldens others who are intent on carrying out the violence.
- 3:01:12SPEAKER_03: David Zimmer's absolutely right.
- 3:01:14SPEAKER_03: As a matter of fact, in my notes on this, you know, I said that we need, listen, this makes sense in what they're trying to do.
- 3:01:21SPEAKER_03: But it's not going to work, in my opinion, and non-law enforcement professionalism, because I'm not a member of law enforcement, just a talk show host.
- 3:01:29SPEAKER_03: But in my opinion, none of this is going to work unless we continue with our brute force tactics or deploy brute force tactics.
- 3:01:38SPEAKER_03: And he mentions that in here, making sure that we can respond immediately when these situations arise.
- 3:01:46SPEAKER_03: And then we have full accountability at the prosecutorial level.
- 3:01:50SPEAKER_03: When an individual ends up committing a crime, if you're a part of this anti-assimilation immigrant gang activity taking place, when they catch them and they move to prosecute them, then the book needs to be thrown at them so that an example can be set moving forward.
- 3:02:08SPEAKER_03: Otherwise, it's all just gonna fall flat.
- 3:02:10SPEAKER_03: If you're doing all this and catching the bad guys and not doing anything to go and hold them accountable, it's all for nothing.
- 3:02:18SPEAKER_03: By the way, based on that bail, just want to throw this out at you.
- 3:02:21SPEAKER_03: Another suspect was charged with threatening uh to bomb the Mall of America and Minneapolis schools.
- 3:02:26SPEAKER_03: So the teen accused of the Mall of America plot, the 18-year-old Richfield man accused of plotting the mass shooting at the Mall of America in support of ISIS.
- 3:02:35SPEAKER_03: He's gonna be remaining in custody as the case moves forward, so that's good.
- 3:02:39SPEAKER_03: And then you had a man residing in South Minneapolis charged in Hennepin County District Court with felony count of threats of violence after making threats to bomb the Mall of America and Minneapolis schools, according to a story from Alpha News.
- 3:02:52SPEAKER_03: This individual made his first to court appearance on Friday, another anti-assimilation immigrant, requested a language interpreter.
- 3:03:00SPEAKER_03: He was granted a public def defender, and an unconditional bail was set at one million dollars.
- 3:03:08SPEAKER_03: So here you had a guy that was threatening to bomb the mall of America and Minneapolis schools, right?
- 3:03:12SPEAKER_03: It's egregious, it's bad.
- 3:03:14SPEAKER_03: Book thrown at him, a million dollar unconditional bail set, and yet you still had the guy that did a double shooting, could have killed people, and was out on ten grand.
- 3:03:28SPEAKER_64: Yeah.
- 3:03:29SPEAKER_03: This is that moment at the end of the show where uh I uh do the Make It Make Sense.

- 3:05:43SPEAKER_01: Hi, everyone, Ilhan here.
- 3:05:45SPEAKER_01: I just wanted to say thank you so much uh for the support uh to everyone who sent um uh a note of support for everyone who sent five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars.
- 3:05:57SPEAKER_01: Um, that goes a long way as we fight uh Trump and um his administration uh for trying to intimidate uh me uh and so many people right before the midterm elections.
- 3:06:15SPEAKER_48: Have you seen her since the ages came at dawn?
- 3:06:19SPEAKER_48: Knock on the door before the sun was even on, boxes carried out while the cameras rolled, passport and telephones, these stories still untold.
- 3:06:33SPEAKER_48: But the questions keep it coming from the ones who keep the score they came with the wall and left it with the bat, do the jewels.
