  Speaker 1: thing that distracts us is things that are not of

  Speaker 1: the Holy Spirit, not of the fruits of the Spirit.

  Speaker 1: We're not giving the time that we should to God.

  Speaker 1: And I've been there for 20 years as a believer.

  Speaker 1: But now following Christ and Bible studying every day for

  Speaker 1: at least 15 minutes and recording it. I love it.

  Speaker 1: The Spirit is just... It's hard to describe, but it's

  Speaker 1: definitely flowing through me. So... If we read into that

  Speaker 1: chapter a little bit more too. Because that's a lot

  Speaker 1: All right, so Hebrews chapter 6, verse 16. When someone

  Speaker 1: makes a strong promise, he uses the authority of a

  Speaker 1: person who is greater than himself. This shows that he

  Speaker 1: will certainly obey his promise, that nobody can argue about it.

  Speaker 1: We all tend to argue. About our opinion. But when we're.

  Speaker 1: Talking about a strong promise. All of us have broken promises.

  Speaker 1: All of us have lied. All of us have cheated.

  Speaker 1: haven't always been horrible. But I can go through those

  Speaker 1: lonely nights that aren't really lonely. That's just an invention.

  Speaker 1: To the left. So, follow the leader, follow the chief.

  Speaker 1: something better. It's almost like you have a pre-owned car.

  Speaker 1: And you go. And you have the opportunity of getting

  Speaker 1: a brand new. Same year. Just times that by ten.

  Speaker 1: Over time as well. Be encouraged. being consistent with not

  Speaker 1: only just reading the Bible, not with just only going

  Speaker 1: to church, volunteering, worshiping, hanging around just Christians, but what's

  Speaker 1: the most important component and element is exactly what Jesus

  Speaker 1: would go do by himself alone, and that is prayer.

  Speaker 1: Prayer is the most important Aspect. Of the faith. Foundation. Because.

  Speaker 1: right now, I live for the thrill. And I thought

  Speaker 1: all those things would take it away. And I'm talking

  Speaker 1: about the pain. And I'm talking about temporarily fixes. I

  Speaker 1: know when you drink them spirits, yeah, they take you

  Speaker 1: be where you really want to find peace. Yeah, I

  Speaker 1: to be like, man, where is my pace? Where is

  Speaker 1: my breeze? Let me just get some coffee or some tea.

  Speaker 1: And let me be thankful for life because it can
