Speaker 1: That is why under the Trump administration, we're strongly defending
• 0:05
Speaker 1: religious liberty. We're bringing back faith in America. We're bringing
• 0:10
Speaker 1: back God. We have stopped forced taxpayer funding of abortion
• 0:15
Speaker 1: at home and abroad. With your help and support, we
• 0:18
Speaker 1: will continue to fight at the eternal truth that every
• 0:22
Speaker 1: child is a gift from God.
• 0:25
Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
• 0:29
Speaker 3: Good Saturday morning to you.
• 0:30
Speaker 4: Ben Ferguson with you, and these are some of the
• 0:32
Speaker 4: stories that you may have missed that we talked about
• 0:34
Speaker 4: this week on the forty seven Morning Update. First up,
• 0:38
Speaker 4: the Department of Homeland Security has arrested at least ten
• 0:41
Speaker 4: thousand criminal legal aliens in Minneapolis.
• 0:45
Speaker 3: Media, of course, doesn't want you to know the story.
• 0:47
Speaker 4: Christy nom is saying the record straight about what the
• 0:50
Speaker 4: Trump administration has been doing, and just tell me these
• 0:53
Speaker 4: criminals were dangerous and violent as well as sexual predators.
• 0:58
Speaker 4: So why is the media not telling you that part
• 1:00
Speaker 4: the story. We'll explain that and give you the facts. Also,
• 1:04
Speaker 4: it is a civil war in the Democratic Party right now.
• 1:07
Speaker 4: Democrats coming out in force trying to demonize Ice and
• 1:12
Speaker 4: more of them calling to abolish Ice.
• 1:15
  Speaker 3: All together.
• 1:16
Speaker 4: So what are they going to do and what does
• 1:19
Speaker 4: President Trump have to say in response? It's the forty
• 1:22
Speaker 4: seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
• 1:25
  Speaker 2: Story number one.
• 1:26
Speaker 4: Homeland Security Secretary Christy nom saying on Monday that federal
• 1:31
Speaker 4: authorities have arrested more than ten thousand criminal illegal aliens
• 1:37
Speaker 4: in Minneapolis alone. She added that investigators have opened what
• 1:42
Speaker 4: she described as a sweeping fraud probe totally at least
• 1:46
Speaker 4: nineteen billion, sharpening her criticism of the Minnesota Governor Waltz
• 1:51
Speaker 4: and the Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry for what she called
• 1:55
Speaker 4: a failure to protect public safety. In a statement, Homes
• 2:00
Speaker 4: said the Department of Homeland Security law enforcement officers carried
• 2:04
Speaker 4: out the arrests and that about three thousand were made
• 2:08
Speaker 4: in the past six weeks alone. She said those arrests
• 2:12
Speaker 4: included murderers, rapists, child sex offenders, and other violent criminals.
• 2:19
Speaker 4: But the media, they don't want you to know this story.
• 2:22
Speaker 4: Christy Nome is a great example of one of those
• 2:25
Speaker 4: that the so called media loves to go after. And
• 2:29
Speaker 4: on Sunday morning on Face the Nation on CBS, there
• 2:33
Speaker 4: was this exchange and it was amazing because Christy Nome
• 2:37
Speaker 4: took the anchor to the woodshed over her own lies.
• 2:42
Speaker 4: I want you to listen to the DHS secretary destroying
• 2:46
Speaker 4: CBS News's Margaret Brennan over the ice arrests, and listened
• 2:50
Speaker 4: to the bias that was on the show that she
• 2:53
Speaker 4: didn't allow to become reality.
• 2:56
Speaker 5: You just said millions. What's the breakdown of the percentage
• 2:58
Speaker 5: of those who you have in who've actually committed a
• 3:01
Speaker 5: criminal offense versus just the civil infraction.
• 3:05
Speaker 6: Every single individual has committed a crime, but seventy percent
• 3:08
Speaker 6: of them have committed or have charges against them on
• 3:12
Speaker 6: violent crimes and crimes that they are charged with or
• 3:15
Speaker 6: have been convicted of that have come from other countries
• 3:18
Speaker 6: that are illegally first of all, and then they have
• 3:21
Speaker 6: committed a criminal act while they've been here or in
• 3:23
Speaker 6: their home countries as well.
• 3:24
Speaker 5: It's not seventy percent, yes, it is. It absolutely is
• 3:28
Speaker 5: seventy percent of everyone.
• 3:29
Speaker 6: You guys to keep changing your percentage, You pick and
• 3:32
Speaker 6: choose what numbers you think work, But that is the
• 3:35
Speaker 6: facts is that seventy percent of the people that we
• 3:37
Speaker 6: have detained have charges against them or have been convicted
• 3:41
Speaker 6: of charges, and they need to be brought to justice,
• 3:44
Speaker 6: and we're going to keep doing that no matter how
• 3:45
Speaker 6: much you guys keep lying and don't tell the public
• 3:48
Speaker 6: the truth. It absolutely is that these law enforcement officers
• 3:51
Speaker 6: are out there every day doing the work to protect
• 3:54
Speaker 6: the American people, and they will keep doing that because
• 3:56
Speaker 6: they believe in enforcing the law, which is exactly what
• 3:58
Speaker 6: President Trump has charged them with.
• 4:01
Speaker 4: You listen there to again the lies coming from CBS News.
• 4:05
Speaker 4: They try to spin the numbers, they try to say
• 4:07
Speaker 4: what she said is not accurate, and then when they're
• 4:10
Speaker 4: called out on it, you notice how quiet Brennan shut
• 4:14
Speaker 4: down because she knows that this is the actual number.
• 4:18
Speaker 4: Which also brings us to another part of this story.
• 4:21
Speaker 4: You may not know the headline that I'm about to
• 4:24
Speaker 4: give you, and that is the DOJ is investigating the
• 4:28
Speaker 4: Minnesota governor as well as the Minneapolis mayor.
• 4:32
Speaker 3: They're both to crime.
• 4:33
Speaker 4: The probe is a quote intimidation tactic, and the liberal
• 4:37
Speaker 4: media is more than happy to spin it that way,
• 4:39
Speaker 4: exactly for them. CNN doing a perfect job of giving
• 4:44
Speaker 4: you state sponsored media from the governor and the mayor.
• 4:48
Speaker 4: As they reported on this story between Jake Tapper and
• 4:52
Speaker 4: Caitlin Collins, listen to how they tried to explain the
• 4:56
Speaker 4: story to you so that you think that somehow Donald
• 4:59
Speaker 4: Trump is the one doing something wrong, not the mayor
• 5:02
Speaker 4: who said that we should get the Ice Agency f
• 5:07
Speaker 4: out of his city or the governor who said it's
• 5:10
Speaker 4: civil war. And let's also be clear, why are they
• 5:13
Speaker 4: saying that, Because billions of dollars have been coming into
• 5:17
Speaker 4: their state and have been disappearing through corruption, fraud, and
• 5:22
Speaker 4: much of the money actually going directly to terrorist organizations
• 5:25
Speaker 4: like Al Shabab. There is a massive fraud in the
• 5:29
Speaker 4: entire state, and they don't want the federal government there
• 5:32
Speaker 4: trying to clean it up. So CNN says, yeah, we'll
• 5:36
Speaker 4: give you cover to that, no problem.
• 5:38
Speaker 7: I've confirmed that the Justice Department is investigating Minnesota Governor
• 5:42
Speaker 7: Tim Wallas and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frye. A source familiar
• 5:46
Speaker 7: has told me that that confirms what was reported earlier
• 5:49
Speaker 7: by CBS and essentially Jacobs. We're still trying to figure
• 5:53
Speaker 7: out what exactly the contours of this investigation are. We
• 5:56
Speaker 7: have a pretty good idea so far, and we heard
• 5:59
Speaker 7: from the Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch earlier this week
• 6:02
Speaker 7: after we had heard these comments from Mayor Fry from
• 6:04
Speaker 7: Governor Walls following the shooting of a woman by an
• 6:08
Speaker 7: ICE agent in Minneapolis earlier this week, Todd Blanche was
• 6:11
Speaker 7: saying that ICE operates in a bunch of different counties
• 6:14
Speaker 7: without incidents going on. He referred to what's happening in
• 6:17
Speaker 7: Minnesota as an insurrection and said it's the direct result
• 6:20
Speaker 7: of a failed governor and an all caps terrible mayor
• 6:23
Speaker 7: who he accused of encouraging violence against law enforcement, something
• 6:27
Speaker 7: that Todd Blanch called disgusting, and he said, I'm focused
• 6:30
Speaker 7: on stopping you from your terrorism by whatever means necessary. So, Jake,
• 6:34
Speaker 7: I think that gives us a pretty good sense of
• 6:36
Speaker 7: what exactly it is. The Justice Department is at least
• 6:39
Speaker 7: trying to base this investigation off of where it goes.
• 6:42
Speaker 7: It's not really clear right now, but this does come
• 6:44
Speaker 7: as the FBI director and the Deputy Attorney General we're
• 6:47
Speaker 7: seen in Minneapolis today as they've been surging law enforcement
• 6:51
Speaker 7: to the area, as those tensions have only continued since
• 6:53
Speaker 7: the shooting of Renee Good. But it does show you, Jake,
• 6:56
Speaker 7: who the Justice Department is focusing their targets on, and
• 7:00
Speaker 7: it comes to the aftermath of the shooting of Renee
• 7:03
Speaker 7: Good here and right now it is the Minnesota Governor
• 7:05
Speaker 7: Tim Walls and the mayor here, both of whom have
• 7:08
Speaker 7: been criticized by multiple White House officials for their comments,
• 7:12
Speaker 7: including Mayor Fry telling Ice to get the f out
• 7:14
Speaker 7: of Minneapolis the day that she was killed, and Governor
• 7:17
Speaker 7: Wallas as well making multiple public comments talking about the
• 7:21
Speaker 7: massive federal presence in their state. And so now it's
• 7:25
Speaker 7: an investigation by the Justice Department. It's not clear yet, Jake,
• 7:28
Speaker 7: that either of them have actually been served subpoenas as
• 7:31
Speaker 7: a result of this. And where this is going to go.
• 7:33
Speaker 7: It seems to be in the very early stages of
• 7:36
Speaker 7: whatever investigation this is. But that is what we have
• 7:39
Speaker 7: learned so far, Jake.
• 7:40
Speaker 4: You notice there they didn't talk about the actual problems
• 7:44
Speaker 4: in Minnesota. They did not talk about the fraud. They
• 7:47
Speaker 4: didn't talk about the millions that turn into billions of
• 7:50
Speaker 4: dollars that have gone missing from the taxpayers.
• 7:53
Speaker 3: No. No, Instead, what did they do there?
• 7:56
Speaker 4: They made up a totally different issue, and that was
• 7:59
Speaker 4: some sort of retaliation or retribution as they described it,
• 8:04
Speaker 4: for a Trump administration they claim, is angry. Yes, the
• 8:07
Speaker 4: Trump administration, by the way, is angry.
• 8:09
Speaker 3: They're angry that billions.
• 8:10
Speaker 4: Of dollars of our tax dollars have gone missing in
• 8:13
Speaker 4: corruption and fraud, that the governor and the mayor looked
• 8:16
Speaker 4: the other way on purpose. One thing is for sure,
• 8:20
Speaker 4: the Trump administration is not backing down. And because of
• 8:25
Speaker 4: President Trump's leadership, others are doing their jobs the way
• 8:29
Speaker 4: they're supposed to. That includes Christy Nome, the FBI and
• 8:33
Speaker 4: Cashpittel and many others who are now going to hold
• 8:36
Speaker 4: those accountable in Minnesota for the crimes that they've committed.
• 8:41
Speaker 4: And that, my friends, is far from quote intimidation, even
• 8:45
Speaker 4: if CNN lies to you and says otherwise. Now, story
• 8:49
Speaker 4: number two, there is anarchy in the Democratic Party right now,
• 8:53
Speaker 4: and they have gone to war not with the people
• 8:55
Speaker 4: that they should be going to war with the criminals
• 8:58
Speaker 4: who are being arrested in this country, but instead they're
• 9:01
Speaker 4: now going to war with Ice. Now there is a
• 9:04
Speaker 4: civil war within the Democratic Party of their trying to
• 9:07
Speaker 4: decide do we just straight up be honest and say
• 9:10
Speaker 4: we want to abolish ice or do we kind of
• 9:12
Speaker 4: lie a little bit. Now, before I get to that,
• 9:16
Speaker 4: I want you to hear about the arrests that have
• 9:18
Speaker 4: happened since yesterday in Minnesota. I want you to listen
• 9:24
Speaker 4: to what the federal government has put out about the
• 9:26
Speaker 4: arrest since yesterday, as Democrats say that ICE need to
• 9:32
Speaker 4: get the F out of their city, the f out
• 9:35
Speaker 4: of their state, and there needs to be a civil
• 9:38
Speaker 4: war against the ICE agents. This is also coming as
• 9:41
Speaker 4: the Democratic Party is saying in the future they may
• 9:44
Speaker 4: go out and arrest ICE agents and hold them accountable
• 9:49
Speaker 4: for the crimes they claim they're committing. Now, so who
• 9:53
Speaker 4: are they actually out arresting? Well, listen to this, and
• 9:56
Speaker 4: this is again just since yesterday.
• 10:00
Speaker 8: He uh came here today. I printed out a couple
• 10:03
Speaker 8: of a few individuals that I'd like to share with you,
• 10:08
Speaker 8: individuals that were arrested since yesterday. These three individuals were
• 10:12
Speaker 8: arrested just since yesterday. Keep in mind now these individuals
• 10:16
Speaker 8: were walking the streets of Minneapolis with impunity. As of yesterday.
• 10:21
Speaker 8: We've got ha Ai Kumaiye, a criminal illegal alien from Laos,
• 10:26
Speaker 8: a registered sex offender convicted of sex offense against a child,
• 10:31
Speaker 8: including fondling and failure to register as a sex offender.
• 10:35
Speaker 8: This individual was walking the streets of Minneapolis just yesterday.
• 10:40
Speaker 8: This individual right here. Uh, it's it's very interesting that
• 10:44
Speaker 8: I haven't seen this individual or many others like him
• 10:48
Speaker 8: reported on very much by the local news media or
• 10:53
Speaker 8: the state news media. That's that's uh, that's interesting. But
• 10:56
  Speaker 8: let's don't quit there. Let's let's get now, you can't
• 10:58
Speaker 8: let's uh, let's let's continue here. We've got Samuel Ravelo Hernandez,
• 11:03
Speaker 8: a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala charged with rape and
• 11:08
Speaker 8: lude or lascivious acts with a minor. Now think about
• 11:12
Speaker 8: that for just a second. Rape and then on top
• 11:14
Speaker 8: of that, loud and lasivious acts of the miner. This
• 11:16
Speaker 8: individual is walking the streets of Minneapolis with impunity just yesterday.
• 11:22
  Speaker 8: Let's don't quit there, let's let's let's keep on there.
• 11:25
Speaker 8: We've got Annabelle Gomez, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras,
• 11:29
Speaker 8: previously arrested for criminal sexual conduct and domestic assault. Other
• 11:34
Speaker 8: convictions include disorderly conduct and driving under the influence of
• 11:39
Speaker 8: liquor walk in the streets as of yesterday. These are
• 11:42
Speaker 8: just three three that I decided to print out. There
• 11:46
Speaker 8: a whole stack of them.
• 11:47
Speaker 3: There's a whole stack of these.
• 11:49
Speaker 8: As a matter of fact, When we look over the
• 11:51
Speaker 8: past year at the ten thousand that have been arrested
• 11:54
Speaker 8: here in Minneapolis and Minnesota, that stack is enormous. These
• 11:59
Speaker 8: are the kinds of individuals this operation focuses on individuals
• 12:04
Speaker 8: who escalate situations and in danger others. Again, our neighbors,
• 12:09
Speaker 8: our friends, our colleagues, and MA and PA America. This
• 12:13
Speaker 8: is exactly exactly why Interior Enforcement exists, to remove dangerous
• 12:19
Speaker 8: criminals from our communities, remove dangerous illegal alien criminals from
• 12:25
  Speaker 8: our communities.
• 12:26
Speaker 4: It's all now, these are the stories that left doesn't
• 12:30
Speaker 4: want you know about because this is all about a
• 12:32
  Speaker 4: civil war.
• 12:33
  Speaker 3: Quote.
• 12:33
Speaker 4: Trump's politicalization of the DOJ will not deter Mayor Fry,
• 12:37
Speaker 4: Governor Waltz and A. G Ellison from doing their jobs
• 12:39
Speaker 4: to protect the people in Minnesota. I stand with them
• 12:43
Speaker 4: against these blatant abuse of power. So let's just be clear.
• 12:47
Speaker 4: Senator Schumer is fighting hard to keep criminals like Paljong,
• 12:54
Speaker 4: a rapist and child molester in the country. He's been
• 12:58
Speaker 4: convicted of sex offenses again, child fondling, burglary, larceny, and rape.
• 13:04
Speaker 4: He was arrested in Minnesota. This individual is who Chuck
• 13:09
Speaker 4: Schumer is defending and the Democratic Party.
• 13:13
Speaker 3: That's where the civil war comes in.
• 13:15
Speaker 4: There are other Democrats who are like, we can't say
• 13:18
Speaker 4: that publicly, Like we know we want abolish ICE, and
• 13:21
Speaker 4: we are the same party that says we want to
• 13:22
Speaker 4: get rid of police officers, but now how do you
• 13:26
Speaker 4: actually accomplish this? That is the debate they're having on
• 13:30
Speaker 4: TV now. They're going back to their old playbook, which
• 13:33
Speaker 4: is to demonize, to humanize, and try to convince Americans
• 13:38
Speaker 4: that ICE agents are the Gestapo, that ICE agents are
• 13:43
Speaker 4: not crime fighters, not actually going after the worst that
• 13:47
Speaker 4: are out there that are legal immigrants, you know, the
• 13:50
Speaker 4: rapists and the murderers and the sex traffickers and the
• 13:53
  Speaker 4: drug dealers.
• 13:54
Speaker 3: No, no, no, no.
• 13:56
Speaker 4: They want you to believe that somehow that is ICE
• 13:59
Speaker 4: and the goods are the people that broke into this
• 14:02
Speaker 4: country that are also committing heinous crimes. Take a listen
• 14:07
Speaker 4: to Chris van Holland. This is what he had to
• 14:10
Speaker 4: say is he's trying to rewrite history and there's a
• 14:14
Speaker 4: theme that is happening. This is orchestrated by the Democratic Party.
• 14:19
Speaker 4: Listen to what he said about the deranged leftists that
• 14:24
Speaker 4: are impeding ICE operations and what he calls them.
• 14:28
Speaker 9: One of the things that gives me great hope even
• 14:31
Speaker 9: amidst all of this division and chaos owned by Donald Trump,
• 14:35
Speaker 9: are the patriots in places like Minneapolis who are standing up,
• 14:41
Speaker 9: blowing whistles to protect their neighbors, blowing whistles on the
• 14:46
Speaker 9: illegal tactics of ICE. And I was just at a
• 14:49
Speaker 9: rally in Hagerstown, Maryland today, hundreds of people coming out
• 14:54
Speaker 9: because ICE has signaled that they might use a facility
• 14:57
Speaker 9: in Hagerstown for their purposes, and people were coming out
• 15:01
  Speaker 9: to say.
• 15:01
Speaker 3: No, you listen to Van Holland.
• 15:04
Speaker 4: One of the things that gives me great hope are
• 15:07
Speaker 4: the patriots in places like Minneapolis who are standing up,
• 15:10
Speaker 4: blowing whistles to protect their neighbors. Now, who are they
• 15:14
Speaker 4: actually protecting. They are protecting the child rapists and the murderers,
• 15:19
Speaker 4: the worst among us that ICE are going out to get.
• 15:24
Speaker 4: And why are they having to do that because in
• 15:26
Speaker 4: Minneapolis the local government refuses to work with ICE. There
• 15:30
Speaker 4: have been more than five hundred people that could have
• 15:33
Speaker 4: been handed over to ICE that were in custody of
• 15:36
Speaker 4: the Minneapolis police departments. And what do they do? They
• 15:40
Speaker 4: let them go. This is why every election is so important.
• 15:44
Speaker 4: It's also the reason why so many voted for Donald
• 15:47
Speaker 4: Trump because they want law and order.
• 15:49
  Speaker 7: Now.
• 15:49
Speaker 4: Thank goodness, Donald Trump is not giving in to the
• 15:52
Speaker 4: radical left. Instead, he's holding them accountable. And as the
• 15:56
Speaker 4: left continues to tell you what they believe in, I
• 16:00
Speaker 4: say one thing. Listen to them. This is what they believe,
• 16:05
Speaker 4: this is what they want for this country. This is
• 16:08
Speaker 4: how much they hate law enforcement. When they tell you,
• 16:12
Speaker 4: believe them, and it's our job to call them out.
