- 0:01SPEAKER_01: I'm making carrot juice.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's good.
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I I just I was just about to start putting it in the little in the little jammer there, jamming it down, but I I'm gonna uh I'm gonna wait.
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: How how are you doing?
- 0:17SPEAKER_01: Are you making coffee?
- 0:17SPEAKER_01: What are you doing?
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm I made well I I I drink something like coffee.
- 0:25SPEAKER_01: What does that mean?
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: Well it's a super functional coffee alternative that has cacao, masala chai, a word I don't I can't under I couldn't even say lion's mane, rishi, chaga, turmeric, Himalayan salt.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: And why didn't you make me that when I was there?
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: That sounds so California.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: Two grams of mushrooms.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: I'm drinking mushrooms.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: It's got a little caffeine.
- 1:00SPEAKER_01: Why didn't I get that?
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: Why is that not for the uh guests?
- 1:04SPEAKER_01: It's only for you.
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: I was at my office.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: Uh you're at the office?
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:10SPEAKER_01: I'm at the in the cave.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: I get it.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: So well, hey man, I want to talk about time.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: Good.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: What about it?
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: Well, I think that we should have like a universal time.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: Like I think eight o'clock should be the same all around the world.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: Hmm.
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: And we should all be on eight, it should be eight o'clock everywhere.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: Like this time zone situation where on one side of this, you know, river it's one time or one side of the street, you know, or one side of a room.
- 1:45SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't know.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: And then like some people change their clocks back, and some people, some states don't change their clocks in America.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: I don't know what they do in other countries, but I know they have different times, and I just don't understand why we can't all be on the same time.
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: Like, don't you think?
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: Wouldn't that make sense?
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: Well, how would you do that?
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: Well, I would change my hours at work instead of opening at 11 and closing at 10, I would open at whatever time that 11 would be and close at whatever time 10 would be.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: Do you mean do you mean in the United States or in the world?
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: I think the whole world should be on the same time.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: And then so when does the time switch over?
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I haven't figured that part out yet, but um um because you know, are you a flat earther maybe?
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's maybe that's how it works.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: For for a flat, I can see like for a flat earther, maybe that that would that could work.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: I think that there's an ant there's a there's always a solution to when you change like you just make a rule about when the time changes after 20 24 hours from when it started, right?
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: Well, you know, yes, but we're gonna change clock.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: Go ahead.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: If it's 8 a.m.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: here, right?
- 3:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: It's 8 p.m.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: somewhere else.
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but the whole a.m.
- 3:17SPEAKER_01: and p.m thing doesn't really matter, right?
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: Because it can be it could be it could be midnight right now, as I'm as I'm having my breakfast, and that doesn't matter.
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: That's you just get used to eating breakfast at midnight, like or whatever.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: You it's not midnight.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: Maybe we change the name of that.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, maybe we yeah.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: So it's not past meridian, or you don't even care about meridians.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: Maybe you just come up with a time thing that's like one through ten.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: What time is it?
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: It's two.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: I mean, I I'm all for simplifying, especially this idea of time, time zones and stuff.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: I just think we can do better now in this day and age.
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: I think we could come up with something better.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: And I just thought I'd tell you because you might have more ability to fix that than me.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 4:08SPEAKER_01: I probably do.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: What what do you have inspirational for me today?
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: That's my inspirational thought.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: Well, that's not inspirational, that's more of a just a like cosmic logistical.
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: Logistical?
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: That's a cosmic question.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Oh, yes.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: Here's here's something that I, you know, my friend he got, he was like, You guys aren't talking about anything, you don't have any chemistry.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: I don't know if we will ever have chemistry, but uh I think he stopped listening, by the way.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think he's probably stopped.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: Um well he's working on a movie.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: He's he's he's a busy, he's a busy Oscar winner.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: Um and so here's what I was thinking as far as because I am absolutely suffering from mild cognitive um impairment.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: I even forget the name for sure.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: Guaranteed.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: And so I thought, okay, this could be maybe something that scientists follow over years.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: Like you you can listen to my voice and listen to the words I say and or don't say or can't talk, you know, like like what Bruce Willis was had.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: You know, he had frontal temporal dis something.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: Um frontal temporal mmm something, where he started losing words like I just did.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Like this can be a study.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: Like l oh, you know, maybe somewhere in the future, 100 years from now, they'll say, Yes, we listened to SSAD8 over years and we followed his mental decline?
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: Um over time.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: Like, here's proof.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, so maybe maybe here's proof.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we're documenting this is like can be a document for science.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: You know, and what would but then what would and then they would probably document how I like improved over time and you declined?
- 6:25SPEAKER_01: Maybe.
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: And I could just improve and use bigger words, zeitgeist, uh, environment.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: I mean, I can think of a lot of big words.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: I love how you put that environment.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: I love how you put that environment.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: Nobody puts the N in, but you environment.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: How do you say, how do you say L-I-S-T-E-N?
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: Listen.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: Uh well.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: So yeah, so this will be this this is more of a science experiment that we are we are um you know engaged in.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, see, I I couldn't come up with that word either.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: See, it's it's all starting.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: It's all starting.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: What do you gotta do today?
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: I just have work.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: I've got work today.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: I'm working on it.
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: But what does work mean?
- 7:19SPEAKER_01: Like editing things?
- 7:20SPEAKER_01: Yes, editing things, just moving pictures around, watching movies, and then moving one picture over here and one picture over there.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: Yes, I'm editing.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: What are you doing?
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm making carrot juice, and then I'm gonna work in the garden.
- 7:34SPEAKER_01: Okay, and then uh I'm gonna um make some tiles.
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna go to my studio and make some tiles.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: Those are my those are my plans, those are my plans anyway.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Okay, all right.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: Uh you've been really good about um getting eight minutes every time.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Well, we're gonna try it again, so we're gonna wrap it up.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: Here we go.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: Uh I hope that my mild cognitive decline.
