- 0:06SPEAKER_01: This is my co-host, LD.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: We are two moms, two sisters, just living.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: And full of shit.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: Um in our same ugly movies.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Mumies.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: This is what?
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: Episode three that we're dressed in these?
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: This is our third episode in this same ugly movie.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: Cause, and you'll know why we're recording these so far in advance if you go watch the last two podcasts from the previous wounds.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: Don't give a freaking recap again.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: But she's gone on vacation, so we have to.
- 0:39SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
- 0:39SPEAKER_01: Anyway, we got this.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: So the today's topic is what?
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: Probably that I'm starving to death.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: I told this bitch, let's go to Dario.
- 0:55SPEAKER_01: She say no, I ain't want jersey mics.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: I don't want no fucking jersey mics.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: You just don't want to drive.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: I said we could go to Dario if you drive.
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: I hate driving.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: God almighty, I hate driving.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: Because right now my front tire keeps going flat.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: So I need to pump it up before I head home.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I'm only pumping it up right before I go home.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: She's like, you can pump it up now.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, no, I'm doing it.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: If I pump it up, I'm going to the house.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: You know what this sounds like?
- 1:27SPEAKER_01: This sounds like not my damn problem.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: Matter of fact.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: It is your problem because you went and drived to Dario and now you ain't getting a hot dog.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: Oh, I do love that hot dog.
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: Anyways, what is our main topic today?
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: We've talked travel, we've talked movies and books.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: We've talked a lot of shit.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: About people you went to high school with.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: Oh god, yeah.
- 1:49SPEAKER_01: And that whore at Myrtle Beach.
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: You'll know if you go watch last episode.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: Stop recapping.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: I'm not recapping, I'm just telling them that there was a horror they went on vacation with.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: We can't talk potty training because you're not really experiencing that yet.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: No, and I don't Oh god.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: But apparently my son loves to play in his poop.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: It's gross.
- 2:11SPEAKER_01: So you can't see, and you can't go too crazy with that either, because that is sickening.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: It is sickening.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: I tell him, I'm like, poop is gross.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: Stop touching it.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: He's gonna make himself sick.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: My biggest fear is that he's wind up getting sick because he liked to play in poop.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: But apparently he does good at most of the time at school.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: He does fine with peeing.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: It's poopin' pooping.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Like, why?
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: You would think the one time it was squished between your butt cheeks and your underwear that you would never do it again.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: He must love the feel of a turd in his chinks.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: But this we're supposed to be keeping it real, so we're keeping it real.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: That's sickening.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 2:58SPEAKER_01: Anyways, are you no you're not muted?
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: I need you to lock in.
- 3:02SPEAKER_01: What what are you talking about?
- 3:04SPEAKER_01: I need her to lock in.
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: I'm literally here functioning.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: Any, anyway, anyway.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: You know what I want to talk about?
- 3:12SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna talk about.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: Apparently you don't know.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: I don't.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: Um, I am s you know, matter of fact, I look at me in my face when I'm when I tell you this.
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: I am so sick of grown people thinking shit is that deep when it's not.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: I think us as a society lingers and yearns too much for there to be a problem when there's not.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: Um, because it's never that deep, and we need to learn to let it be.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: We need to learn to let it be because I think that we are all way too damn grown to be, for one, talking all this shit.
- 3:52unknown: We don't share.
- 3:54SPEAKER_01: I but I'm talking about not for entertainment.
- 3:59SPEAKER_01: Which we still do, but I mean I'm like, what are you getting at?
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: I mean, just I mean, it's time to grow up.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: Like, people just need to grow up, and I'm just so sick of it.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: People just need to grow up.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: Anyways.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: Is there something in particular on your mind?
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: No, this is in general.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: Because this is in general.
- 4:20SPEAKER_01: People need to grow up.
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: I'm sick of it.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: I'm sick of it.
- 4:23SPEAKER_01: I shouldn't have to hold your hand, you're a grown person.
- 4:26SPEAKER_01: Grow up.
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: Anyway.
- 4:28SPEAKER_01: Um I'm sorry.
- 4:29SPEAKER_01: That was a little girl.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: You know what I'm sick of?
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: What?
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: People feeling entitled.
- 4:35SPEAKER_01: To what?
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: Everything.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: I think they think just because they're breathing, they deserve just everything handed to them.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: You don't deserve anything.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: Like you're not entitled to anything unless you've worked for it.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: Put forth some sort of effort.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: People just want things without putting forth any effort.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: That's what I don't like.
- 4:57SPEAKER_01: What's your biggest pet peeve?
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: I haven't to repeat myself.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: Really?
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I cannot freaking stand it.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: That's why I get so irritated with my kids and my husband.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: Wait, what was it?
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: Anyway.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: Anyway.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: You wanna know what mine is?
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: What?
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: My biggest pet peeve.
- 5:19SPEAKER_01: Um, I feel like I mean, I have so many nitpicky things.
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: We're waiting.
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: I've just probably that.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: Hello?
- 5:30SPEAKER_01: Probably that.
- 5:31SPEAKER_01: What?
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: Cuntiness.
- 5:35SPEAKER_01: No, but I have so many things that like, you know, just grinds my gears, but then I kind of realize that it's not that deep.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: I don't like having to repeat myself.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: I don't like whenever I say something and like I'm providing you with actionable verbiage and you don't act on it.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: I can't stand a cocky mother MFer.
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: I cannot stand a cocky MFer.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: Summy?
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: No, I mean those who they can't be happy with anybody because they think they're better than you.
- 6:10SPEAKER_01: Like, oh my god, I just got a new I just I just got a new car.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: Not really.
- 6:17SPEAKER_01: I'm still rocking that 07 Toyota Camry.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: Um, I just got a new car, and they're like, oh well, I bought mine straight out and it's a it's a freaking Jaguar.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: Congratulations, I make payments on mine.
- 6:33SPEAKER_01: I mean, I don't because mine's an 07 Camry, but I just cannot stand somebody who can't be happy for other people.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: Like they have to one-up you all the time.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: And I think that that is my biggest pet beef because you know, I just feel like just be happy.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: This is an accomplishment for this person, just be happy with for them.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: Like, not everybody walks down the same path or has the same life or whatever.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: So it's exactly.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: And I'm if they're excited about it, let them be excited about it.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: Which, and I mean, I feel like everybody is guilty of being like of one up in somebody at some point, you know.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: Like I have, I know I have.
- 7:10SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'm not proud of it, but I know that I have before.
- 7:13SPEAKER_01: And I know that you have before.
- 7:17SPEAKER_02: Have I?
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: You have.
- 7:19SPEAKER_01: Um, but you know, it's just one of them things that just really grinds, it just really grinds my gears.
- 7:25SPEAKER_01: Um I just can't stand it.
- 7:28SPEAKER_01: Anyone else you don't like?
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: When people freaking touch me.
- 7:31SPEAKER_01: Let me tell you.
- 7:33SPEAKER_01: I don't know how the what?
- 7:35SPEAKER_01: Did you hear that?
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: Hello?
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: This place is haunted.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: And you'll know if you go watch it in the last two episodes.
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: But no, I just cannot stand it when people be all along me.
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't even know how the hell I have two kids because I cannot stand somebody get get off your home.
- 7:49SPEAKER_01: We are recording this podcast.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: I need you to get off your I needed to make sure my husband wasn't coming with my two children.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: I would have to cut somebody.
- 7:58SPEAKER_01: That's why I was checking.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: Um oh, and our background, you'll know why it looks that way if you go watch the last one.
- 8:06SPEAKER_01: Stop recapping.
- 8:07SPEAKER_01: I'm not recapping.
- 8:08SPEAKER_01: I'm just telling that they need to they're they're slacking.
- 8:11SPEAKER_01: And if you're not slacking, then good for him.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: But I have a feeling that there's somebody who's slacking.
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: Probably our mom.
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: No, not our mom.
- 8:19SPEAKER_01: You think so?
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: I think so.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: I don't think she would have listened to the first one if we didn't be like, you should call heads.
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: I think she got her friend.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, Oh mom, I appreciate you.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: Derek actually said he's he enjoys these.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: Does he?
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: He said he didn't like the gory blood part because he didn't he doesn't like blood in general.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: He can't even get a shot.
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: If you don't know what we're talking about, we're talking about our first episode.
- 8:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:41SPEAKER_01: Because we kind of think that this is like three episodes ago.
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: Um, but even though that was last week.
- 8:48SPEAKER_01: But um, yeah.
- 8:49SPEAKER_01: Um But he said he actually likes it.
- 8:51SPEAKER_01: I've actually gotten a lot of good feedback.
- 8:53SPEAKER_01: Because apparently we're really funny.
- 8:54SPEAKER_01: If you don't like it, you can tell us why.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: And you know where you can tell us why, you can tell us why in our Gmail.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: That is also why.
- 9:03SPEAKER_01: I can't promise you that we'll give a shit shit, but not not one shit, not two shit, not red shit, not blue shit.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: Done.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: So I I mean, but we appreciate the feedback.
- 9:14SPEAKER_01: And we appreciate the feet.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: It might be something that we actually change, but I doubt it.
- 9:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: I'm pretty I'm pretty stuck in my ways.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: I doubt it.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: Um The Lord's working on me though.
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: Hallelujah.
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: You turn a new leaf?
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: I don't I probably not, but Okay.
- 9:32SPEAKER_01: There's still hope.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: Maybe.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: Anyway.
- 9:37SPEAKER_01: Um what's in there?
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I don't like repeating myself.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't like being talked down to.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: Like when somebody just thinks that they know better than you all the time and that they're just the smartest person in the room.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: I think the call is coming from inside the house.
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: Um I think that the call is coming from inside the house.
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: Anyways.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, I mean, I have a bunch of like little nitpicky shit.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: Um I can't hear a lot of noises at the same time.
- 10:16SPEAKER_01: Well, I just feel like that's like an overstimulation thing.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like if both my kids are trying to talk to me while I'm trying to talk to my husband, and then the music's on too, and we're in the car and you hear the sound of the roadway.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I'm raging out.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: That's like one of them things where you have to turn down the music in order to see better in the car.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I do that all the time.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: I just feel like that's like an oversimulation.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: Especially when it's raining.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh, I gotta turn it down.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: Or whenever there's a wreck, yeah, I'm like, oh my god.
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: I have to turn it down.
- 10:46SPEAKER_01: Like, that could have been me, and then I gotta.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: I'm like, stop beeping, stop looking.
- 10:51SPEAKER_01: And if you want to hear about me road raging, I need you to go back a couple.
- 10:55SPEAKER_01: Stop reconnecting.
- 10:55SPEAKER_01: Anyway.
- 10:57SPEAKER_01: God almighty.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I have to turn down the music horn to sing.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and now I also have to watch TV with the subtitles on.
- 11:06unknown: Okay.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: Well, I've been doing that.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: I've I've literally probably done it since I had kids because half the time I can't hear what they're saying, so now I've got to read it on the freaking TV.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: That used to drive me crazy when people would have subtitles on their TV and now I know why.
- 11:21SPEAKER_01: Really?
- 11:22SPEAKER_01: I've never really given a shit.
- 11:24SPEAKER_01: And now I really hate the black, like the big b like the black box with the whiteers.
- 11:30SPEAKER_01: I like the I like the um where it's just the white on the screen.
- 11:33unknown: Yes.
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: Like what TLC does.
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: Um, Darren like their shows sometimes.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 11:39SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, those are my favorite, but I can't send them like black ones.
- 11:43SPEAKER_01: I'm like, bro, what?
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it blocks out like half the especially when it's something long.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it like blocks out a third of the screen.
- 11:50SPEAKER_01: Bro, I just can't do it.
- 11:51SPEAKER_01: It just makes it just grinds my gears.
- 11:55SPEAKER_01: Man, it just grinds my gears, is what it does.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: You know what else is grinding my gears?
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: How warm my butt is in this chair.
- 12:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we got these new podcasting chairs, and they are super comfortable.
- 12:07SPEAKER_01: They're saucer chairs, and I mean my butt for adults.
- 12:11SPEAKER_01: Because you know, they're usually for kids.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: I don't really think they give a shit.
- 12:16SPEAKER_01: Um, but they are a little toasty on the old on the old high.
- 12:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah, man.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: I'm so ready for Christmas.
- 12:23SPEAKER_01: Speaking of swamp ass, I am so ready to not walk outside and sweat my ass off.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: Uh, see, I'm a little torn because I still feel like I want to swim in the pool.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: I don't.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: Like it's it's almost the it's the well, I don't know.
- 12:39SPEAKER_01: While we're recording this, it is close to the end of September.
- 12:43SPEAKER_01: And I ain't caught a chill.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: People are like asking me on our Hammer Insane page about like, when are you doing cozy blankets?
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, whenever I don't instantly walk outside and immediately immediately get hateful.
- 12:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 12:58SPEAKER_01: Like I'm immediately pissed.
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: I feel like Satan's then breathing down my freaking neck.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: Don't talk to me and then my kids want lolly guy getting in the car.
- 13:05SPEAKER_01: Get in that get in the dinner car.
- 13:08SPEAKER_01: Get in the car.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: Do not sit there and like pick up a rock and be like, Mama, look, bro.
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: Nope.
- 13:14SPEAKER_01: I don't care.
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: It is hot.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: Get in your car seat.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: And I ooh the Lord.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: Oh, and then it takes like your freaking AC forever to cool down in the car.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: My AC?
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: Yours in particular.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: She's 20 years old.
- 13:28SPEAKER_01: I need you to give her some grace.
- 13:30SPEAKER_01: It's hot in there.
- 13:31SPEAKER_01: She is as old as me.
- 13:33SPEAKER_01: But um she's blaring that hot air out on me.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: She can't help it.
- 13:38SPEAKER_01: You know what also grinds my gears.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: I bet you're gonna tell us.
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: I am.
- 13:43SPEAKER_01: The fact that so we just uh bought Shepard, my son, some new shoes because he's outgrown the other ones he had.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: I can't imagine what$20 for a pair of Walmart brand shoes.
- 13:54SPEAKER_01: Why didn't you just get some for me?
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: I'm sure we have some that he can wear.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: Well, more of the story.
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: Twenty damn dollars.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: You shouldn't have spent because you have a sister who's got kids that he can handle stuff.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: Other than clothes because he's too big.
- 14:13SPEAKER_01: Uh yeah, he's in the size three.
- 14:15SPEAKER_01: Um but twenty damn dollars for a pair of shoes from the Walmart.
- 14:20SPEAKER_01: Well, because I was always like, Well, I'm not gonna go to the shoe department or any type of shoes.
- 14:26SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 14:27SPEAKER_01: And now, like, um I might as well just buy nice pair of shoes because I can't keep doing this.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because you can pretty much go to the shoe department or whatever and get Nikes for like twenty-nine dollars.
- 14:39SPEAKER_01: Because there's this one time, um, whenever Adalie was a baby, we went to Harman's the Western Wear Place.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I know.
- 14:46SPEAKER_01: And we bought her a pair of uh twisted X shoes she wore twice.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: That's your stupid.
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: And they were like$75.
- 14:56SPEAKER_01: We got 'em for her for Christmas.
- 14:57SPEAKER_01: Her first Christmas.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: Well, uh, for some reason I thought that okay.
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: No.
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: Do you want to keep why would we s who spends I thought that she was gonna end up?
- 15:13SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: Okay, your turn.
- 15:15SPEAKER_01: Your turn.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: Your turn.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: Who does it?
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: Your turn.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: Who?
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: Your turn.
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: Who does that?
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: Your turn.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: I already feel stupid enough for paying$40 for a pair of bluey crocs, but Rowan wore the hell out of those.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: That is crazy for a pair of crocs.
- 15:29SPEAKER_01: He wore them like every single day, and they're bluey.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: Shepard can probably wear them now.
- 15:34SPEAKER_01: What size?
- 15:35SPEAKER_01: I don't know, Happy Jack.
- 15:36SPEAKER_01: Because he's in a size like six.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: What doesn't surprise me.
- 15:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, big old feet.
- 15:41SPEAKER_01: Big old boy.
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: Anyway.
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: But um, what else grinds my gears?
- 15:54SPEAKER_00: Um, a dirty house.
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: Even if my house is dirty, like I it over I get so overstimulated in a dirty house.
- 16:03SPEAKER_01: Mine doesn't usually get that bad besides like the toys, but I mean, why would I clean them up while they're playing?
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and then like the kids just destroy the house.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: The cat.
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: She don't have no pets, luckily.
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: That stupid cat.
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: If there's a drink on the counter, that freaking heifer swatted off.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: And it makes me so mad.
- 16:27SPEAKER_01: I just feel like that's a cat thing.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: You adopted a cat.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: She's a man coon, so she's freaking gigantic.
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: And we wouldn't have ever had her if my daughter didn't ask for two Christmases for a cat.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: And the first Christmas we gave her like a stuffed animal cat.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: So the second Christmas she got smart, smarter than we wanted her to.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: And she said she wanted a real cat.
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: I think in our networking group.
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: Well, maybe.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: Anyway.
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, maybe.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: Anyway, she got too smart.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: She asked for a cat.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: My husband said, If I'm getting a cat, then I want a dog-like cat.
- 17:09SPEAKER_01: He's it's almost like he's here with us.
- 17:11SPEAKER_01: It's almost like Derek spawned through.
- 17:14SPEAKER_01: Derek, uh Derek, are you here?
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I swear.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: We're getting a dog like cat.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: So I had to Google what was the most dog-like cat, and it said main coon.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: And we're like, cool.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: Well, they're expensive as hell.
- 17:29SPEAKER_01: Are you sure you didn't tell us in our podcast?
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: Maybe, I don't know.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: Well, we're retelling it.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: Got a cat, main coon.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: No, I definitely didn't do the Derek impression.
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: No, but that was really spot on.
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: Um.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: It's like when I talk like mom.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: Really, really.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: They should have put an extra stitch.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: It's oh my god.
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: It's almost like she's here with us, honestly.
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: Really, really.
- 17:56SPEAKER_01: And you know what?
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: Everybody I know who knows her will be like, oh my god, that was it's almost like she's with y'all.
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: Especially like the really.
- 18:04SPEAKER_01: Because I I don't know how many friends I've had in the past, be like, why does your mom do that?
- 18:07SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, do a the really really you're so stupid.
- 18:14SPEAKER_01: You're so fucking dumb.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: And you know our mom.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: You know that was her.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: You know I just channeled my inner tressie.
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: Like I just it like it conjured up.
- 18:29SPEAKER_01: It's like it possessed me.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: God, I love her.
- 18:32SPEAKER_01: Um, ooh, what is your favorite scary movie?
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: Favorite scary movie.
- 18:38SPEAKER_01: Speaking of possession.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: Um just to give us a topic.
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: Paranormal activity.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: Really?
- 18:46SPEAKER_01: Speaking of that, we were in Walmart yesterday and Wyatt was in the DVD.
- 18:51SPEAKER_01: I don't know anybody who buys DVDs anymore, and it really does make me sad.
- 18:54SPEAKER_01: Um, and there's like an eight-pack, like where they have like the eight-movie sequence of the freaking paranormal activities.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: They started getting dumb toward the end.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: Like the best one was like the first one.
- 19:06unknown: Yes.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: Or the second one.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: The first and second one were good.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: And then after the case, I like the ghost dimension one.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: After that, they started getting pretty stupid.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: I think that might have been the third one.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: But um, and there is fun fact, there's a broad, I think it's a Broadway show.
- 19:18SPEAKER_01: It's not a musical, it's a show.
- 19:20SPEAKER_01: It might be musical, but of it.
- 19:22SPEAKER_01: And like they have like the whole layout of the house and everything.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: I was like 19 when I watched maybe 18 or 19 when I watched the first one.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: I might have been younger, but either way, I was too freaking grown to have this reaction, but I watched it in the movies and then had to sleep with my mom in the bed.
- 19:40SPEAKER_01: Are you serious?
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: It freaks me out.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they are really honestly for their time because they came out in the like uh mid to like mid-early 2000s.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, what that type of stuff freaks me out.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: Well, and it was like the demonic stuff.
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: Well done.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the demonic, like spooky stuff freaks me out more than anything because like possession and stuff that's is like realistic.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's weird.
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: Like it's not like the whole like a ghost.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: Um, the Yeah, I really do feel like there's a freaking flaw from three episodes ago.
- 20:20SPEAKER_01: Um, but yeah, they're so well done and all Gody! But um But yeah, they scare me.
- 20:27SPEAKER_01: You wanna know the what do you think the best conjuring movie is?
- 20:31SPEAKER_01: I think it's the first one.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: Maybe.
- 20:35SPEAKER_00: No, the one where because there's four of them.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: The one where she like got hurt or like Elizabeth Warren, whatever.
- 20:47SPEAKER_00: The one where she was like actually disturbed.
- 20:50SPEAKER_00: Like she got disturbed by that position.
- 20:52SPEAKER_00: By like It was like the third one, maybe.
- 20:57SPEAKER_01: Uh, it depends on what you're talking about.
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: Because in the second one, why are you sitting so far up?
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: I I needed to stretch my back.
- 21:05SPEAKER_01: I need you to sit there.
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: I need you to sit back.
- 21:08SPEAKER_01: You make me nervous.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: My back was hurt in the I'm old up.
- 21:12SPEAKER_01: Anyway.
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: Um, so in the second one, they have that nun that's up in there.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, that one freaks me out.
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'll fuck with that.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: Well god.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'll fuck with that.
- 21:22SPEAKER_01: And then, yeah.
- 21:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, those freak me out.
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I don't I'm not used to it.
- 21:27SPEAKER_00: I think not there's not really been a good scary movie out for a long time though.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: Like, I feel like The Last of Us Gore.
- 21:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and so the movie Evil Dead Rise, um, the newer one that came out, because I knew that it was like a rebrand off the first one.
- 21:43SPEAKER_01: Like those.
- 21:44SPEAKER_01: Well, I watched shit while I was pregnant with my daughter in theaters with my fiance.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: And he's not like he likes gay movies and he likes the gore and everything.
- 21:52SPEAKER_01: That really did freak him out.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: And to this day I cannot watch it without being freaked out.
- 21:58SPEAKER_01: Because it is so Like gory, nasty, weird.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: I've heard the new Insidious is good.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: I haven't watched it yet.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: It's out in movies right now.
- 22:09SPEAKER_00: I saw that it was out, and I told Derek because I was those movies are pretty good.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: God mighty.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: Those insidious movies are pretty good.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: So we might need to go watch it.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: Might need to.
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: When you get back?
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: On a Tuesday when it's cheap.
- 22:23SPEAKER_01: No, I I'm busy on Tuesdays.
- 22:26SPEAKER_00: Oh I'm sorry, you're busy being a parent on Tuesdays.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: And Derek's not gonna watch all four kids so we can go watch that movie.
- 22:33SPEAKER_01: No.
- 22:33SPEAKER_01: But maybe on a Friday.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: Because he don't want to hear shit.
- 22:37SPEAKER_01: Maybe maybe we are recording this so we can make room to go and watch it.
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: But that's when we're gonna be paying more.
- 22:45SPEAKER_00: Who cares?
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: Tuesday's the cheap day.
- 22:47SPEAKER_01: I can't go on Tuesdays.
- 22:48SPEAKER_01: I'm busy.
- 22:50SPEAKER_01: I have to be a parent.
- 22:51SPEAKER_02: Oh, that sucks.
- 22:52SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I heard the New Insidious is pretty good.
- 22:56SPEAKER_01: But no, there really hasn't been no, there's been a lot of good movies been released this year, but nothing really scared.
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: Like nothing like that actually scares me.
- 23:05SPEAKER_01: I mean obsession was really good.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: But it wasn't scary.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: The passenger.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: That wasn't that scary.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: It it freaked me out.
- 23:13SPEAKER_00: Did it really?
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it freaked me out.
- 23:15SPEAKER_00: A lot of because my my husband always stops to help people on the side of the road.
- 23:21SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: Well, I haven't seen a lot on that movie, but if you haven't seen that movie, it is oh spoiler.
- 23:27SPEAKER_01: It is like those people who travel on like buses and vans and stuff who like live in them or whatever.
- 23:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 23:33SPEAKER_01: Well, it's about stuff like that.
- 23:36SPEAKER_01: And I didn't really I mean there was a couple of good jump.
- 23:39SPEAKER_01: There was like one good jump scare.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: Well, it just freaked me out, like I said, because Derek always stops and helps people on the side of the road, and I'm like, we ain't stopping to help nobody no more.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and it because people are crazy.
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: And I've mentioned that.
- 23:51SPEAKER_01: I mean, in the past so nice.
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: He always helps, like, if they got a flat tire or I don't give shit.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: If somebody's broke down at like the stoplight and they need help pushing their car to get it out of the road, he always stops and helps because he's so freaking nice.
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: And now, nope.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: He's been told never again.
- 24:08SPEAKER_01: Really?
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: Because of that movie.
- 24:10SPEAKER_01: I didn't think it was that scary.
- 24:12SPEAKER_01: Oh, and then there was that guy on the road whenever we drove past.
- 24:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that but no, there really hasn't been any good, scary movies.
- 24:19SPEAKER_01: The last conjuring, I think that it was more of like a tribute, and like I said, me and a friend went to go watch that, and it wasn't care much for that one.
- 24:29SPEAKER_01: No, it was a really good send-off, but I was disappointed.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because those movies have been so good.
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 24:38unknown: Yeah.
- 24:38SPEAKER_01: I didn't like The Devil Made Me Do It, the third one, or the last one.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: I thought that one and two were like and then they just kind of poopied out.
- 24:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 24:49SPEAKER_00: Um The Paw Patrol movie is actually really good.
- 24:53SPEAKER_00: When it comes out on the apps.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: It was actually really good.
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: Backstreet Voice have a song in there.
- 25:02SPEAKER_01: Take this moment.
- 25:04SPEAKER_01: It's really good.
- 25:05SPEAKER_01: Well, I told you that there's been a lot of good movies.
- 25:07SPEAKER_01: Like the Michael movie came out.
- 25:08SPEAKER_01: Oh the new Spider-Man movie came out.
- 25:11SPEAKER_01: Shimona.
- 25:12SPEAKER_01: In the anyway.
- 25:17SPEAKER_01: And the in the new Supergirl and stuff like that.
- 25:20SPEAKER_01: There's been a lot of good movies.
- 25:21SPEAKER_00: That Michael movie, though, you already know it's got me in a trailer.
- 25:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we we watched it.
- 25:26SPEAKER_01: Um I watched it about four times.
- 25:28SPEAKER_01: You watched it.
- 25:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I went like six times to watch it in the theaters.
- 25:31SPEAKER_00: And then I bought it.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: Um I bought it.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was really good.
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: And my kids love it.
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: And my daughter had a Michael Jackson birthday party, and my son says he wants a Michael Jackson birthday party.
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: And up until today, they wanted to both be Michael Jackson for Halloween, but now they've changed their minds and they want Sonic and Derby the Tiger.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: That's another thing.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: Halloween with kids is so much harder than I thought.
- 25:55SPEAKER_01: Because I mean my daughter's finally at the age where she can really pick, but she is very like which I mean I can't really blame her.
- 26:02SPEAKER_01: Like with scratchy clothes, which most of the costumes are now.
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah, most of the costs.
- 26:06SPEAKER_01: They're really scratchy, and I know that I'm not like the her costume last year, she hated it because it was scratchy.
- 26:13SPEAKER_00: Adelie's just nope.
- 26:15SPEAKER_00: Adelie's no.
- 26:17SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
- 26:17SPEAKER_00: Mm-mm.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 26:19SPEAKER_01: No.
- 26:19SPEAKER_01: Don't be mean.
- 26:21SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 26:21SPEAKER_01: I'll just keep it to myself then.
- 26:23SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 26:24SPEAKER_01: Um but um she killer.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: Mm-hmm.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: That's enough.
- 26:29SPEAKER_01: She'll be mean.
- 26:31SPEAKER_01: But um, I don't want her, so I I think that we're gonna go the more animal onesie way this year.
- 26:37SPEAKER_01: So it's kind of like pajamas.
- 26:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she'll probably do better with that.
- 26:42SPEAKER_01: Maybe.
- 26:43SPEAKER_01: She wants to be a blue unicorn because she's her new thing is um Is there a onesie blue unicorn?
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: There is listen, I found one on Amazon.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: Well, I'm just glad I hadn't already bought their costumes because if they had changed their minds last minute, that would just be tough shit.
- 26:56SPEAKER_01: Well, you know, I don't know.
- 26:59SPEAKER_01: She just doesn't.
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: She wanted to be a blue unicorn because she likes my little pony right now.
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: We're going trick-or-treating in Pittsburgh.
- 27:05SPEAKER_01: Like we did last year, and that was really fun.
- 27:07SPEAKER_00: It was amazing.
- 27:09SPEAKER_00: We went to the area of Squirrel Hill last year.
- 27:13SPEAKER_01: And that's actually where we got an Airbnb other show.
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: So our Airbnb is already in the community, so we won't have to leave.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: Last year we were in a different part of the area and drove over there and parked and then went and walked.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: But like the houses are so close together, and this is like, I guess, a more nicer neighborhood.
- 27:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, a nicer neighborhood.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: It's like family-friendly to walk through.
- 27:35SPEAKER_01: And it's given such like fault, like if I don't know, and this will probably make sense to the older crowd, but the early 2000s.
- 27:43SPEAKER_00: It reminds me of like Halloween town, the movie.
- 27:45SPEAKER_01: Like Halloween movies, yeah, and they just don't make them like they used to anymore.
- 27:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's such a nice neighborhood.
- 27:52SPEAKER_00: All the houses are participating, whereas like in my my little cul-de-sac area, it's mostly trunk or treats now, and I think that COVID kind of robbed us from it.
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: I hate trunk or treats.
- 28:02SPEAKER_01: I do too.
- 28:03SPEAKER_01: Um, it's not the same experience.
- 28:06SPEAKER_01: No, and then you have to worry about like taking, especially like kids who have like bullhoup costumes and stuff, you have to worry about taking them off and putting them back on in order to go trunk or treating.
- 28:15SPEAKER_01: I just hate that.
- 28:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I I don't like it.
- 28:17SPEAKER_00: I like the old traditional way of trick-or-treating.
- 28:20SPEAKER_01: Were you taking from house to house?
- 28:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's what I did.
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: My neighborhood in particular, it's so when my daughter first went trick-or-treating in our neighborhood, um, they Why are you sitting up?
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: My back hurts.
- 28:33SPEAKER_00: They there was hardly any houses participating.
- 28:36SPEAKER_00: So there's probably like what 35 houses in the area, and only like three of them had their lights on.
- 28:43SPEAKER_00: So it kind of sucked.
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: And so when we go to Pittsburgh, and then like almost every single house is participating.
- 28:50SPEAKER_01: And last year, I mean, I had my son was I mean, he was he was little, yeah, he was like four months old, and my daughter, she was like barely one, like a little over one and a half.
- 29:00SPEAKER_01: So they didn't really have a lot of fun.
- 29:03SPEAKER_01: Like we only went to like a very few houses, but they still had like full buckets.
- 29:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, they both full-size candy bars, yeah.
- 29:10SPEAKER_00: And they're not full-size candy bars, and the gummies, and one house that had the glow sticks.
- 29:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and by the way, so um a lot of people use those for their weddings.
- 29:18SPEAKER_01: Do you want to know how much like a pack of a hundred of those are?
- 29:21SPEAKER_01: They're no joke, like 200 bucks.
- 29:23SPEAKER_00: Not if you get them on uh from China.
- 29:26SPEAKER_01: Um I look on Amazon.
- 29:28SPEAKER_01: Look on Timu.
- 29:30SPEAKER_01: I mean I'm not using them for my wedding.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: Well, I was just saying that I they probably bought them from Timu.
- 29:36SPEAKER_00: Probably.
- 29:36SPEAKER_00: I would think, because they're they're way inexpensive.
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: Um, because I actually looked for them for my work Halloween party that we do every year.
- 29:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 29:48SPEAKER_00: Um I looked on there because I thought they would be kind of cool, and then I just decided to get some.
- 29:52SPEAKER_01: I hope you know every time that you talk about like your work Halloween party, I get FOMO.
- 29:57SPEAKER_01: Why?
- 29:58SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 29:58SPEAKER_01: It's just something it is pretty awesome.
- 30:00SPEAKER_01: Derek got to be there last year.
- 30:01SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 30:02SPEAKER_01: I get FOMO.
- 30:03SPEAKER_01: Because he did lemonade.
- 30:05SPEAKER_01: I get FOMO really mad.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: It's actually a lot of fun.
- 30:08SPEAKER_01: Because they really go all out for their employee appreciation.
- 30:12SPEAKER_01: So it I get FOMO really mad.
- 30:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:15SPEAKER_01: But yeah, Halloween with kids is i I mean, it's so different.
- 30:18SPEAKER_01: And Derek wants to be Michael Myers Michael Myers.
- 30:22SPEAKER_01: That is so freaking basic.
- 30:26SPEAKER_01: Like he can't be anything else.
- 30:28SPEAKER_00: Well, the one year he's our studio used to be in Dobson, and it was in like this it looks like an old house, but it was never a house.
- 30:36SPEAKER_00: It was just an old standalone building.
- 30:38SPEAKER_00: And the first year that we handed out Candy there, he was standing on the porch.
- 30:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, holding a bucket.
- 30:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and nobody came.
- 30:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: I guess because he looked very creepy.
- 30:50SPEAKER_01: And he's a grown ass man.
- 30:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:53SPEAKER_01: Um what's Wyatt gonna be?
- 30:57SPEAKER_01: He doesn't like to dress up.
- 31:00SPEAKER_01: I can make him do a lot of things because I mean he'll do it, but he'll complain.
- 31:04SPEAKER_01: And I mean, like, he hates the zoo, but we can't do it.
- 31:07SPEAKER_01: Wyatt complain, but we still Right.
- 31:09SPEAKER_01: Uh he hates the zoo, but we still haven't gone to the zoo because I don't really give a shit what he thinks.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: Which is something we need to do when it gets cooler.
- 31:16SPEAKER_00: Well, it's hotter than Satan's tent outside.
- 31:19SPEAKER_00: I said when it gets I specifically specified when it gets cooler outside.
- 31:26SPEAKER_01: Harder than chip.
- 31:28SPEAKER_01: Um hates the zoo.
- 31:30SPEAKER_01: He hates it, he hates it all the walking.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: These animals keep dying.
- 31:34SPEAKER_00: They're getting older.
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: It's because they're old uh anyway.
- 31:40SPEAKER_01: But yeah, he'll do it, but he'll complain.
- 31:43SPEAKER_01: And one thing he is certain on is he is not dressing up.
- 31:46SPEAKER_01: So I guess I have to dress up.
- 31:49SPEAKER_01: What are you being?
- 31:51SPEAKER_00: I don't know yet.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: I haven't decided.
- 31:53SPEAKER_01: Walk in.
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: Reagan says I should be derby tiger with her.
- 32:02SPEAKER_01: Are you sure you're gonna be able to find a Halloween costume card?
- 32:05SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah, I'm sure it's on TikTok at the very minimum.
- 32:09SPEAKER_00: Ooh, order from TikTok shop is low.
- 32:15SPEAKER_01: I don't know why I just don't because a lot of the money, which and people can correct me if I'm wrong, but a lot of the money usually goes to TikTok instead of the creators.
- 32:24SPEAKER_01: Makes me kind of sad.
- 32:26SPEAKER_00: What should go to the company that's providing the product versus the creators?
- 32:31SPEAKER_01: No, that's one problem.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: And see, my thing my thing with TikTok shop is and I have very big trust issues with a lot of things they say on there because they are getting paid to promote this product.
- 32:42SPEAKER_00: I don't know if they actually genuinely like the product or if the product is as good as they're saying it is because they are getting compensated.
- 32:51SPEAKER_01: For prom I bought lash cluster lash clusters spilling out from there, and they were really good.
- 33:00SPEAKER_01: They were the U cool lashes, and I mean they lasted, they lasted pretty good.
- 33:04SPEAKER_00: Well, see, I bought like one of those razor things.
- 33:07SPEAKER_00: The razors that they're like it's nice.
- 33:09SPEAKER_00: They the one that they said was not gonna nick me, sure as hell nicked me.
- 33:12SPEAKER_01: Mine didn't nick me.
- 33:16SPEAKER_00: Mine did.
- 33:17SPEAKER_01: Mine did not.
- 33:18SPEAKER_00: Oh, but there is that one, it's like the flamingo hair removal cream or whatever.
- 33:24SPEAKER_00: Um, because my skin breaks out with nair.
- 33:27SPEAKER_00: Like I can't I can't do no.
- 33:28SPEAKER_00: I've never tried.
- 33:29SPEAKER_00: I can't do no nair.
- 33:31SPEAKER_00: But um just shave.
- 33:35SPEAKER_00: Well, that flamingo stuff works really good.
- 33:39SPEAKER_01: Hashtag not sponsor though.
- 33:41SPEAKER_00: No, I get no money from my opinions.
- 33:46SPEAKER_00: Unfortunately.
- 33:48SPEAKER_00: But yeah, that's one thing I've bought off there that actually was really good.
- 33:51SPEAKER_00: I like it.
- 33:52SPEAKER_00: But I bought a bunch of stuff off there that really sucked ass, and all these people were talking about how great it was.
- 33:59SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, you lying?
- 34:04SPEAKER_01: What's your favorite fall activity?
- 34:06SPEAKER_01: Because by the time this goes out, it'll be closer to fall.
- 34:10SPEAKER_01: Um closer to the time where you're not sweating your ass off.
- 34:13SPEAKER_00: I use I love going to Pittsburgh and going to the game.
- 34:17SPEAKER_00: That's a big one for me.
- 34:19SPEAKER_00: Um, uh like taking the kids trick-or-treating.
- 34:23SPEAKER_00: I also like to go to the farm.
- 34:26SPEAKER_00: Are you on the show?
- 34:28SPEAKER_00: When it gets colder.
- 34:30SPEAKER_01: Um my b b best friend Savannah, her son's birthday.
- 34:34SPEAKER_01: Is at the farm this year.
- 34:36SPEAKER_01: It's on my birthday.
- 34:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I know.
- 34:39SPEAKER_00: You're the reason I can't have my kids party the weekend before his birthday.
- 34:46unknown: My birthday.
- 34:47SPEAKER_01: It's my birthday, and then I have to go to his birthday and celebrate his birthday.
- 34:52SPEAKER_01: At the farm.
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: What if I put Rowan's birthday at the same birthday?
- 34:58SPEAKER_01: I mean tough shit, I guess.
- 35:02SPEAKER_00: Funny story, I had my son's birthday party at the farm uh one year, and I ended up finding I was pregnant that day.
- 35:10SPEAKER_00: That night.
- 35:11SPEAKER_01: And you ended up getting fired because From from the chicken shack, because I can't I can't I can't say their name because and I'm not gonna name any names.
- 35:22unknown: But they do like to sue people.
- 35:25SPEAKER_01: Um, but yes, I uh that was a whole she was so stupid because she called in sick to work.
- 35:32SPEAKER_01: No no no no no no no no no no no no no let me let me because I worked here, let me tell you.
- 35:38SPEAKER_01: So I was throwing up because it turns out I was pregnant.
- 35:40SPEAKER_01: I was throwing up and I worked in an establishment that served food, and from the the the handbook of food, of handling food, because I handled food.
- 35:52SPEAKER_01: If you are throwing up at any point, you cannot be within the vicinity, doesn't matter, for 24 hours.
- 36:00SPEAKER_01: So I had thrown up and I had called in and I was like, hey, you know, I'm throwing up, whatever.
- 36:06SPEAKER_01: And then somebody posted it on Facebook.
- 36:10SPEAKER_01: You did I posted it on Facebook that I was at an outdoor event.
- 36:16SPEAKER_01: Keep in mind I was still throwing up, and then I ended up getting fired.
- 36:22SPEAKER_00: Because sh they were like, Were you sick?
- 36:24SPEAKER_00: Because you were posting that you said and I said yes.
- 36:29SPEAKER_01: And they were like, hmm, it doesn't look like it.
- 36:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 36:33SPEAKER_01: Well, whatever.
- 36:35SPEAKER_01: Whatever.
- 36:36SPEAKER_01: And I haven't had a job since.
- 36:37SPEAKER_01: Nope.
- 36:38SPEAKER_01: And that was two years ago.
- 36:40SPEAKER_01: So now here we are.
- 36:43SPEAKER_01: Hopefully making money from the podcast.
- 36:46SPEAKER_00: That would be great.
- 36:47SPEAKER_00: That really would be.
- 36:52SPEAKER_00: Become podcast famous so we can get out of Winston.
- 36:56SPEAKER_00: I'm like same.
- 36:58SPEAKER_00: Chicken track.
- 37:01SPEAKER_00: I really do want to like I wanna have like our own little community.
- 37:06SPEAKER_00: Like our our family just lives on a plot of land altogether.
- 37:11SPEAKER_01: I do too, but everything is expensive as shit.
- 37:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it is.
- 37:15SPEAKER_00: Land is expensive, gas is expensive, houses are expensive.
- 37:19SPEAKER_01: Um, I filled up my car, my 07 Toyota Camry, it cost me$60.
- 37:24SPEAKER_00: Your freaking car has a huge tank though, like a huge gas tank.
- 37:29SPEAKER_01: It should not cost$60 to fill my 07 Toyota Camry up, honey.
- 37:34SPEAKER_01: It doesn't matter if it's a huge tank or not, it should not cost$60.
- 37:38SPEAKER_00: What year your car is does not dictate how much money you should buy.
- 37:42SPEAKER_01: I'm just putting in perspective for people to go and look up my car.
- 37:46SPEAKER_01: An 07 Toyota Camry.
- 37:48SPEAKER_01: $60.
- 37:50SPEAKER_01: And then don't even get me started on the people, because I see like I sincerely feel bad for the people who do drive like diesel trucks who need them and whatnot.
- 37:58SPEAKER_01: Like David.
- 38:00SPEAKER_01: Who?
- 38:01SPEAKER_01: David.
- 38:02SPEAKER_01: Who?
- 38:03SPEAKER_01: Our stepdad, David, David Harold.
- 38:07SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, you didn't just throw out his whole name.
- 38:10SPEAKER_01: Oh, we're not talking shit.
- 38:12SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 38:13SPEAKER_01: Now people stalk him.
- 38:14SPEAKER_01: Mingo stalk'em.
- 38:16SPEAKER_01: He's not very entertaining, so he but he has a really good stump grind grinding business.
- 38:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and he does really good.
- 38:22SPEAKER_01: And he does free quotes.
- 38:23SPEAKER_01: Uh hashtag plugging up, plugging plugging in the stump grinding.
- 38:28SPEAKER_00: He does really good with that.
- 38:29SPEAKER_01: I I know.
- 38:30SPEAKER_00: I'm a little jealous.
- 38:31SPEAKER_01: I am too.
- 38:32SPEAKER_01: But you know, that's just what you do.
- 38:34SPEAKER_01: Um, but yeah, I feel bad because Diesel is almost seven dollars.
- 38:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's outrageous.
- 38:40SPEAKER_01: Um that's crazy.
- 38:41SPEAKER_01: And I feel bad for like the people, like the small businesses who own like trucking places and whatnot.
- 38:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 38:46SPEAKER_01: It's just a really hard time for everybody right now, no matter your tax bracket, unless you're a billionaire, then I guess you're not having no problem.
- 38:58SPEAKER_01: But the people who aren't billionaires are struggling.
- 39:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and it sucks as a small business owner too, because when gas prices go up, then obviously cost of goods go up.
- 39:10SPEAKER_01: Well, yeah, and shipping, because you know, um, where I own a small business as well and I rely a lot on shipping.
- 39:17SPEAKER_01: Um, shipping's going up.
- 39:19unknown: Yeah.
- 39:19SPEAKER_01: And that and that really sucks because then I have to bump up the price of my stuff, and I I don't like to do that anyway because you never know because I own a boutique and I don't like to I don't feel like you should have to pay out the hind end to to dri to wear something that you feel confident in.
- 39:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well it's like our workshops.
- 39:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we want to give things we want to provide experiences for our community to come enjoy with their family, their friends, and all this other stuff, but like our products are expensive for us and we have to make it especially whenever COVID happened and wood went sky high.
- 39:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 39:56SPEAKER_01: Um that was and our rent is expensive.
- 39:59SPEAKER_01: Oh god, yeah.
- 40:01SPEAKER_01: Um, I've seen a two-bedroom, one house in the small town of Mount Airy for no joke, two grand a month.
- 40:10SPEAKER_01: That's stupid.
- 40:11SPEAKER_01: That's more than a mortg for most mortgages right now.
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: Well, I don't know, because now that home prices have gone up, that's probably about your average mortgage now.
- 40:22SPEAKER_01: That is so poopy butt.
- 40:24SPEAKER_01: That's what that is.
- 40:25SPEAKER_01: That is so poopy butt.
- 40:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 40:27SPEAKER_01: But you know, this podcast isn't about all the negative things that are going on in the world, even though we acknowledge that there is and we hate that.
- 40:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 40:34SPEAKER_01: We really do.
- 40:34SPEAKER_00: We feel ya.
- 40:36SPEAKER_01: Um, but let's shed some light because it was getting a little too big gloom.
- 40:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, too, too.
- 40:43SPEAKER_01: Too gloomy.
- 40:44SPEAKER_01: Womp, womp, womp.
- 40:45SPEAKER_01: Um, let's see.
- 40:48SPEAKER_00: I got my vacation coming up.
- 40:50SPEAKER_00: Mix that.
- 40:51SPEAKER_01: Uh-uh.
- 40:52SPEAKER_01: We've already talked about that.
- 40:53SPEAKER_01: Week and a half off work.
- 40:55SPEAKER_01: They can they can go and watch.
- 40:57SPEAKER_00: And you were won you were wanting me to get the freaking internet package for the cruise ship.
- 41:02SPEAKER_01: I was, because I'm worried.
- 41:04SPEAKER_01: I've been on several cruises in my life, but I still get worried because what if something happens and you don't let me know?
- 41:11SPEAKER_00: Maybe I'll have Wi-Fi wherever I am.
- 41:13SPEAKER_01: In the middle of the ocean?
- 41:15SPEAKER_00: Probably not.
- 41:18SPEAKER_00: It's okay.
- 41:19SPEAKER_00: I'll be fine.
- 41:20SPEAKER_00: Oh.
- 41:22SPEAKER_00: Do I need to give you like my cruise ship name and stuff so you can like stalk it?
- 41:27SPEAKER_00: Uh make sure she goes.
- 41:28SPEAKER_01: You know, okay.
- 41:29SPEAKER_01: So you know the fact um I don't Apple does it, but you can like track a flight.
- 41:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 41:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 41:36SPEAKER_01: Can you do that with cruise ships?
- 41:38SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 41:39SPEAKER_01: That'd be some cool shit, wouldn't it?
- 41:40SPEAKER_00: We'll have to look it up.
- 41:41SPEAKER_01: That's that's cool.
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: I do like that you can track the flights, though.
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: I think that's pretty awesome.
- 41:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 41:46SPEAKER_00: Um and I'd be like soccer-ish anyway, so I totally track flights.
- 41:50SPEAKER_00: I track y'all on like 360.
- 41:52SPEAKER_01: Well, and I mean I've used it on like 360 family.
- 41:57SPEAKER_01: Charger phone.
- 42:00SPEAKER_01: Our mother.
- 42:05SPEAKER_01: Mom, I know that you're watching this.
- 42:08SPEAKER_01: You do not have to send me 27 notifications together.
- 42:11SPEAKER_01: 27.
- 42:12SPEAKER_01: No, and I'm not even overexagged.
- 42:14SPEAKER_01: No.
- 42:14SPEAKER_01: You don't you do not have to send me notice 27.
- 42:18SPEAKER_01: 27 notifications to charge my phone.
- 42:21SPEAKER_01: Because you know what that makes me want to do?
- 42:23SPEAKER_01: It makes me want to throw the phone.
- 42:25SPEAKER_00: It makes me want to let my phone die that much more.
- 42:28SPEAKER_00: So then I don't get your 27 notifications.
- 42:30SPEAKER_01: So this, I mean, just just don't do that no more, Mom.
- 42:36SPEAKER_01: Um man, we've sat here and talked for like three hours straight that we don't even have nothing to talk about except um something.
- 42:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 42:48SPEAKER_00: Um want me some Jersey mics.
- 42:52SPEAKER_01: Ew.
- 42:54SPEAKER_00: What?
- 42:55SPEAKER_00: Ew.
- 42:55SPEAKER_00: What's your f like when you go to a potluck ew?
- 42:58SPEAKER_00: Or like a cookout, what's your favorite thing that like if you see that on the potluck or cookout, you're like, I'm hitting that.
- 43:06SPEAKER_01: Buffalo chicken dip.
- 43:08SPEAKER_00: You would.
- 43:09SPEAKER_01: Buffalo chicken dip because you can't fuck it up.
- 43:11SPEAKER_01: And if somebody You can.
- 43:12SPEAKER_01: But if you do, then that's crazy.
- 43:14SPEAKER_01: But you can just look at it and be like, yeah.
- 43:17SPEAKER_01: Like any type of dip that like even looks like it.
- 43:20SPEAKER_01: Or pimino cheese.
- 43:22SPEAKER_01: I'm or chicken salad.
- 43:24SPEAKER_00: I'm hoping they got them red hot dogs.
- 43:26SPEAKER_00: But and I'm hoping they burnt.
- 43:30SPEAKER_01: But not no chicken salad, like grapes in it.
- 43:33SPEAKER_00: Ooh, whoever puts grapes in their chicken salad like that.
- 43:38SPEAKER_01: No, I want to go so bad.
- 43:39SPEAKER_01: Well, I know people who get the damn like in their names are so it's like the lazy Susan or something like that.
- 43:46SPEAKER_01: The the fancy Nancy, and they have like the like the grapes and shit, and that's fucking nasty.
- 43:51SPEAKER_00: I want to try the one that's got jalapenos and bacon in it.
- 43:56SPEAKER_01: Riley Mitchell talked about that on this podcast.
- 43:59SPEAKER_01: Oh god.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: I don't want to try that one so on banter.
- 44:02SPEAKER_01: I think he did.
- 44:03SPEAKER_01: I think that's the kind he gets.
- 44:04SPEAKER_01: Or he gets like the chicken bacon ranch or something.
- 44:06SPEAKER_00: This one is supposed to be spicy.
- 44:08SPEAKER_00: So it's supposed to have like jalapeno.
- 44:10SPEAKER_00: Is it on the sriracha or something?
- 44:11SPEAKER_00: It's on the way in Clemens.
- 44:14SPEAKER_00: Which I know is not that far, but it's too far for me.
- 44:18SPEAKER_01: It's far for me.
- 44:19SPEAKER_00: I want days on chicken.
- 44:21SPEAKER_00: Ooh, yeah.
- 44:22SPEAKER_00: Ooh, their mozzarella.
- 44:23SPEAKER_00: Have you tried their mozzarella yet?
- 44:25SPEAKER_00: Yay! Oh, their hot mozzarella sticks are freaking.
- 44:30SPEAKER_00: I think it's better than chicken.
- 44:33SPEAKER_00: That's not hard.
- 44:34SPEAKER_00: Last time I literally went and I didn't even get chicken.
- 44:37SPEAKER_00: I got the hot mozzie sticks.
- 44:40SPEAKER_00: They're so freaking good.
- 44:42SPEAKER_00: I don't like the Chili's ones.
- 44:44SPEAKER_01: The Chili's one be choking me.
- 44:46SPEAKER_01: Be choking me bad.
- 44:48SPEAKER_01: Like I'll I'll bite into it and I'll do like a cheese floor or whatever.
- 44:51SPEAKER_00: And it'll like.
- 44:53SPEAKER_00: So one time we got them at Chili's, it was like a dry rub.
- 44:56SPEAKER_00: It wasn't like this wet mozzarella stick.
- 44:59SPEAKER_00: But it had like a spice to it.
- 45:02SPEAKER_00: And then the last time we went, it was like wet.
- 45:05SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 45:06SPEAKER_00: Do you remember like why?
- 45:09SPEAKER_01: Why are you wet?
- 45:12SPEAKER_01: Don't sing it because we will get copy written.
- 45:16SPEAKER_01: You can't even do that.
- 45:16SPEAKER_01: We'll get copyrighted.
- 45:18SPEAKER_01: Um, but do you remember as a kid we would go to the Sioux's whenever Sioux Kitchen when Yeah.
- 45:26SPEAKER_01: Whenever it was in the old farmer's market.
- 45:28SPEAKER_00: Um and the old Hardy's building.
- 45:31SPEAKER_01: The what?
- 45:32SPEAKER_01: It was a Hardy's Before your time.
- 45:35SPEAKER_01: That was before my time.
- 45:36SPEAKER_01: Holy poop.
- 45:38SPEAKER_01: But really was it really?
- 45:40SPEAKER_01: It was a Hardy's thing.
- 45:41SPEAKER_01: Oh.
- 45:42SPEAKER_01: Well, um, and I would just get the mozzarella sticks and I would choke on them sons of bitches every time.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: I really have like legitimately got choked on a mozzarella stick before.
- 45:51SPEAKER_01: And it like and it's like, you know, like one of the The Bleepy Hill ones.
- 45:55unknown: Oh my god.
- 45:57SPEAKER_01: Those are those shit.
- 45:58SPEAKER_01: That shit is lethal.
- 46:00SPEAKER_01: But they're so good.
- 46:01SPEAKER_01: They're so lethal.
- 46:02SPEAKER_01: But they are so good.
- 46:03SPEAKER_01: They're so good.
- 46:04SPEAKER_01: But in and whenever you get choked on a mozzarella stick, it's like it's a different kind of choke.
- 46:09SPEAKER_01: No, because it's like, you know, the magicians where they just be pulling fabric and shit.
- 46:13SPEAKER_01: It's like that.
- 46:14SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 46:14SPEAKER_01: You're like pulling and cheese is just pulling your still out choking.
- 46:18unknown: Yeah.
- 46:19unknown: It's horrible.
- 46:21SPEAKER_01: Like, it'll still be halfway hanging out of your mouth, but it's already like right here, and you're like, it's struggling.
- 46:26SPEAKER_00: That's when a cheese pull is not a good thing.
- 46:28SPEAKER_01: No, and I love a good mozzarella stick.
- 46:30SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, I do too.
- 46:31SPEAKER_01: I I truly do.
- 46:33SPEAKER_00: The Libyan's are really good to it though because they've got the thin bread in.
- 46:37SPEAKER_00: Like it's not all bread.
- 46:38SPEAKER_00: It's mostly cheese.
- 46:40SPEAKER_01: I like that bread.
- 46:41SPEAKER_00: I don't like no thick.
- 46:42SPEAKER_00: I do.
- 46:43SPEAKER_01: Oh god.
- 46:44SPEAKER_00: Mm-mm.
- 46:45SPEAKER_01: I really do.
- 46:46SPEAKER_00: If I'm eating a cheese stick, I'm there for the cheese stick.
- 46:51SPEAKER_01: Well, and listen, I love me a good old triple dipper from the cheese.
- 46:55SPEAKER_01: Not no more.
- 46:56SPEAKER_01: Not for no$20 and like 300,000 calories.
- 47:00SPEAKER_01: $20 for a triple dipper is just wild.
- 47:04SPEAKER_01: It really, I mean, that's crazy.
- 47:06SPEAKER_01: That was like my first like inflation like sign.
- 47:11SPEAKER_01: Like, because me and my friends used to always go in like middle school in my really early high school, and you know, I watched it go from thirteen dollars to fifteen dollars to eighteen dollars to twenty dollars.
- 47:28SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, holy poop.
- 47:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I saw that it was that expensive the last time we went to chilies, and I was like, That's crazy.
- 47:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I can I can get a whole meal for that.
- 47:38SPEAKER_01: I can get the Ooh, I love their three for me.
- 47:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that I get that um with obviously a Coke Zero and then a either a salad or like their enchilada soup, or I do their chips and salsa, and then I usually get the occasion chicken pasta.
- 47:55SPEAKER_00: Did they go back to the old chips, the really thin, salty ones?
- 47:58SPEAKER_00: They've had those.
- 47:59SPEAKER_00: No, they switched them out for a little while and they were disgusting.
- 48:02SPEAKER_00: They were those thick ones and they didn't have the salt.
- 48:05SPEAKER_00: I love the good salty.
- 48:06SPEAKER_01: I never experienced that shit.
- 48:08SPEAKER_01: It was gross.
- 48:09SPEAKER_01: I love chips and salty salt.
- 48:10SPEAKER_01: Maybe it was just mine in Winston.
- 48:11SPEAKER_01: Probably.
- 48:12SPEAKER_01: I love chips and salsa.
- 48:14SPEAKER_01: Like I really do like top I love chips and salsa too.
- 48:17SPEAKER_01: I but there's sometimes where you just want something to dip.
- 48:21SPEAKER_01: Um like when you're just in like a dip mood.
- 48:24SPEAKER_00: And we found like the perfect chips that you can get at Walmart, the bagged ones, because some of them bagged ones are not good either.
- 48:30SPEAKER_00: They're like too thick.
- 48:32SPEAKER_00: But these are the thin, salty ones.
- 48:34SPEAKER_01: But um yeah, there's sometimes where you're just hungry, but you just want something to dip.
- 48:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 48:41SPEAKER_01: Like you're just like, I don't really want that.
- 48:44SPEAKER_01: I just want to dip.
- 48:45SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I dip my Doritos in ranch just to have a dip.
- 48:48SPEAKER_01: Oh.
- 48:48SPEAKER_01: Have you not done that?
- 48:50SPEAKER_01: I mean I have before, just not as a recent.
- 48:54SPEAKER_00: And then um Doritos with a banana pepper on there is pretty ball in too.
- 48:59SPEAKER_01: Uh you know, ever since I had my youngins, my heart burns too bad for that.
- 49:04SPEAKER_00: My kids love banana peppers.
- 49:06SPEAKER_00: It's weird.
- 49:09SPEAKER_00: But they love it.
- 49:11SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 49:11SPEAKER_00: They love some chips and salsa too.
- 49:13SPEAKER_01: I love chips and salsa.
- 49:14SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 49:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I ooh.
- 49:17SPEAKER_00: Derek brought home some salsa the other day, and I literally ate the jar in two days.
- 49:24SPEAKER_01: I went to mom's house uh because I was hungry and I wanted to show her some wedding swatches.
- 49:28SPEAKER_01: You were you called me, and they got the Mexican place right across the road, and they don't eat their chips and salsa because they're psychotic.
- 49:37SPEAKER_01: And I took both them bags home and I ate them in one sitting.
- 49:42SPEAKER_01: I mean, I tore I tore them bitches up.
- 49:47SPEAKER_01: Like I was sitting there and I was just and we were watching something.
- 49:51SPEAKER_00: I really do have like portion control problems when I eat chips and salsa.
- 49:54SPEAKER_00: I kid you not.
- 49:56SPEAKER_00: Like when we go eat at the Mexican restaurant, I'm done full before my food gets there.
- 50:01SPEAKER_00: Because I've done mauled on four baskets of freaking chips and salsa.
- 50:06SPEAKER_00: And it was like perfect because it had like a little heat to it, but it was soaked.
- 50:10SPEAKER_00: Ooh, but when it's too cilantro eas when I have a problem.
- 50:13SPEAKER_01: I don't really fuck with cilantro.
- 50:15SPEAKER_00: Soapy.
- 50:16SPEAKER_01: It tastes like a stink bug.
- 50:19SPEAKER_00: Why do you know what a stink bug tastes like?
- 50:21SPEAKER_01: Well, you know how they smell.
- 50:24SPEAKER_01: Actually, fun fact if you eat a stink bug or if anybody eats a stink bug, they're actually poisonous.
- 50:29SPEAKER_01: That and the ladybugs, I think.
- 50:33SPEAKER_01: Stink bugs, I know.
- 50:34SPEAKER_01: Ladybugs, they bite.
- 50:36SPEAKER_00: But then when you hear that like four chips equals one tortilla shell, and then you're like, oh hell, I just ate like 75 chips.
- 50:47SPEAKER_01: Not my problem.
- 50:48SPEAKER_01: Not my problem.
- 50:49SPEAKER_00: So that means I just ate like 20 friggin' tortilla shells.
- 50:53SPEAKER_01: That's not my problem though.
- 50:55SPEAKER_01: That really just ate.
- 50:56SPEAKER_01: And then you're like, no wonder I'm full for my food.
- 50:59SPEAKER_01: And then they're so happy to come and refill your salsa for the third time.
- 51:03SPEAKER_00: Third time?
- 51:05SPEAKER_01: Oh.
- 51:06SPEAKER_01: I'm just like, well, thank you.
- 51:08SPEAKER_00: Or if you're sitting there and your food's already there and you're like, would you like some more salsa?
- 51:11SPEAKER_00: And you're like, shit, I really don't need any more salsa button.
- 51:14SPEAKER_01: No, like you want to refill your chips.
- 51:16SPEAKER_01: I'm like, man.
- 51:18SPEAKER_01: You already know.
- 51:19SPEAKER_01: Like you speaking of me.
- 51:21SPEAKER_00: And then I hate when they bring out the chips that are not still warm.
- 51:24SPEAKER_01: I don't really give a shit when I get you.
- 51:26SPEAKER_01: I just tear them up in the I just, you know, I think I'm just big.
- 51:30SPEAKER_00: I just got some big back tendency.
- 51:33SPEAKER_01: I just, and you know, I just tear them up.
- 51:35SPEAKER_01: I don't really give a shit.
- 51:36SPEAKER_00: I do love chips and salsa though.
- 51:38SPEAKER_00: Me.
- 51:39SPEAKER_00: Oh god, yeah.
- 51:40SPEAKER_00: And I'm trying to think of the brand that Derek got this past time.
- 51:43SPEAKER_00: It's like Hurdy, Herd is or something like it was from the Mexican owl.
- 51:48SPEAKER_00: So you didn't know that it's good.
- 51:51SPEAKER_00: It's like that authentic stuff.
- 51:53SPEAKER_00: Not no not no tostinos or whatever.
- 51:58SPEAKER_00: It's it's a tote.
- 52:00SPEAKER_00: It's it's from the actual Hispanic album.
- 52:03SPEAKER_01: Are those the same people who make the pizzas?
- 52:05SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 52:06SPEAKER_00: Is it?
- 52:07SPEAKER_01: No.
- 52:08SPEAKER_01: It can't be.
- 52:09SPEAKER_01: No.
- 52:09SPEAKER_00: No, I think the pizzas is Totinos.
- 52:12SPEAKER_01: No, I think we got it mixed up.
- 52:15SPEAKER_01: No.
- 52:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because one of them, the dip brand, is like the two T's look like people and then the the O looks like a dip, and they're holding your pizza.
- 52:27SPEAKER_01: No, but I know I it was like a Mandela effect thing.
- 52:31SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's too bad we're not recording another episode and we're about to have to be done with this because I could go on a rampage about some Mandela effect.

- 52:46SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 52:47SPEAKER_00: I know so.

- 53:06SPEAKER_00: They're trying to say that movie never happened.
- 53:08SPEAKER_01: Shazam?
- 53:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 53:09SPEAKER_01: Shazam happened.
- 53:12SPEAKER_01: It's proven.
- 53:13SPEAKER_01: But I don't think his is that the guy's voice Sinbad?
- 53:18SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 53:20SPEAKER_01: I could go on a whole thing freaking rampage of that.
