Hey, everyone, this is Daniel wild Check Cast. Hey. I'm just
• 0:02
doing my quick reaction for Strange New Worlds Season two, episode six, lost
• 0:07
in translation. So this episode was very horror focused, and so that was
• 0:15
neat and different for us. But I've got to say this episode for me,
• 0:20
was not a strong episode. I think it was interesting. I think
• 0:24
it was one of those definitely a mysteries of the mind episodes we've talked about
• 0:30
before, especially with this producer team. But that said, I'm just not
• 0:36
a big fan of I'm the only person that can see what's going on and
• 0:40
what's wrong and all that that those kinds of storylines just don't interest me.
• 0:45
So I think that's where the problem for me was. But as far as
• 0:52
structure of the story and what it was, I think it was pretty good.
• 0:56
I think they did answer a few of my questions I had as to
• 1:00
why did the aliens pick her, why did they talk to her specifically?
• 1:06
I wish that we would have had some sort of confirmation of their existence through
• 1:11
Starfleet's channel somehow, just so then that way it didn't seem weird that when
• 1:17
they blow up the station that it's just because she said so. But other
• 1:23
than that. You know, I thought it was great. I can't wait
• 1:26
for next week we finally get the crossover with lower DECKX. You know what,
• 1:32
in the comments when you're watching this, let me know if you think
• 1:34
we will also see an animated version of Pike or any of the characters from
• 1:38
Strange in the Worlds kind of a feeling we are going to see that,
• 1:42
all right, See you guys this Sunday by
