John Henry. Who? The Last Elected Chair (of Durham)!
In Season 4 episode 3 John Henry speaks with Steve in an alternate format (a technical problem). The focus is Bill 100, now the Better Regional Government Act, which means John is the last Regional Chair to be elected by the residents of the region, at least, for now.
John answers a couple of questions about Clarington specifically, that should generate some conversation!
