Mom Fooled by $7K Scam | Macon News
A Milledgeville mom lost $7,000 after falling for a chilling scam: fraudsters posed as her daughter’s emergency contacts, using a fake crying voice and a bogus lawyer to pressure her into paying cash to “resolve” a staged car wreck involving a pregnant woman. The money was dropped off at a CVS as instructed — only to vanish into silence. Her daughter was safe the next morning, exposing the ruse. This is a wake-up call: never trust urgent stories from strangers — verify everything before sending a dime. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn…
