- 0:00Speaker 1: On News Radio 570, WKBN. All right, back to it.
- 0:05Speaker 1: News Radio 570, WKBN. Welcome, welcome, welcome. Tuesday afternoon. Beautiful
- 0:11Speaker 1: day out there. Hope you're enjoying it. Hope I find
- 0:13Speaker 1: you in good spirits and in good health. Sad day
- 0:16Speaker 1: of the passing of Dolly Parton. And glad you're still
- 0:19Speaker 1: amongst us. You're on the air.
- 0:22Speaker 2: Yeah, Ron, how you doing? I heard part of your
- 0:24Speaker 2: show yesterday, and I thought... Real quick, that 85-year-old lady
- 0:29Speaker 2: was fantastic, by the way. But I thought everybody was
- 0:33Speaker 2: a little too hard on the Bartlows. I think they
- 0:37Speaker 2: blew that way out of proportion. For all the good
- 0:40Speaker 2: that that family's done the Valley, you know, especially Denise,
- 0:48Speaker 2: I thought that the news media, I think publishing that
- 0:52Speaker 2: mugshot was over the top on the TV side of it.
- 0:57Speaker 2: But a lot of people, you know, just seem to
- 1:00Speaker 2: enjoy it too much. And like I said, they've done
- 1:03Speaker 2: more good for this valley than everybody here combined.
- 1:09Speaker 3: The whole story is so bizarre because.
- 1:14Speaker 4: I mean, it's, I guess we're all just scratching our
- 1:16Speaker 4: heads saying, what the hell was this dude thinking? I mean,
- 1:19Speaker 4: as I, as I said yesterday, I'm going to tell
- 1:21Speaker 4: you right now that probably the best pickup line you
- 1:24Speaker 4: can ever have is, hi, I'm, uh, whatever, you know, uh,
- 1:29Speaker 4: John York, or what was his name? Jeff, Jeff, Jeff York,
- 1:34Speaker 4: and I own the San Francisco 49ers.
- 1:37Speaker 3: That's a pretty good pickup line. Don't you think?
- 1:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:39Speaker 2: You know, Ron, I was a bartender for 10 years and, uh,
- 1:44Speaker 2: you wouldn't believe the stuff I heard behind the bar.
- 1:46Speaker 2: I mean, I'm saying to myself half the time, don't
- 1:49Speaker 2: these people know I'm here, you know, when they're having
- 1:52Speaker 2: their conversations? And I've heard so much, and in this
- 1:56Speaker 2: I put way down, you know. Remember Roger Kraft from
- 2:00Speaker 2: the New England Patriots?
- 2:03Speaker 4: Yes, I do, but it's the stupidity. I thought the
- 2:05Speaker 4: boss lady did an excellent analysis of it.
- 2:07Speaker 3: It's just stupid. You are, what are you.
- 2:11Speaker 4: Doing in a position you are Going down to a
- 2:15Speaker 4: trailer park to pay someone supposedly.
- 2:17Speaker 3: Well, okay, let me back up. It's the stupidity of it.
- 2:20Speaker 4: You're doing this online when you know, if you've been
- 2:23Speaker 4: around any length of time, it's usually the cops on
- 2:26Speaker 4: the other end of it. I am shocked the number
- 2:28Speaker 4: of guys who get caught in these sting operations that
- 2:31Speaker 4: they are engaging in this. They're sending out pictures of
- 2:34Speaker 4: their manhood or they're trying to engage in sex with
- 2:38Speaker 4: somebody that... And it's some cop or some sting operation
- 2:42Speaker 4: on the end of the line. We see it time
- 2:43Speaker 4: and time again with local Joe bag of donuts all
- 2:46Speaker 4: the time. And then they get their mug shots published
- 2:50Speaker 4: and embarrassment and all and can lose their jobs. So
- 2:54Speaker 4: we see it all the time. And it's stupid that
- 2:58Speaker 4: they fall for it. And it's stupid that this guy
- 3:00Speaker 4: is boss. He said, it's stupid. This guy fell for it.
- 3:04Speaker 4: His mug shots was published just like anybody else's. And
- 3:08Speaker 4: and he's he's got the ramifications for it. I mean,
- 3:13Speaker 4: if you're asking me, do we lock him up in
- 3:15Speaker 4: jail for 10 years?
- 3:16Speaker 5: No.
- 3:17Speaker 3: I mean, you know, OK, you got caught.
- 3:19Speaker 4: You pay your fine or whatever it is and get
- 3:22Speaker 4: on with your life and learn a lesson because, you know,
- 3:25Speaker 4: you've disrespected yourself. you've hurt your mother, I'm sure you've
- 3:29Speaker 4: hurt your wife or ex-wife, I don't know what the
- 3:34Speaker 4: situation is, and your children. You should know better. How
- 3:37Speaker 4: do I say, he should simply know better.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Well, Ron, you have a few drinks and people don't
- 3:42Speaker 2: think logically, or you take a few, whatever you do,
- 3:46Speaker 2: and you're not thinking logically, and so that's that. But
- 3:51Speaker 2: what I will say is, once, go back to it again,
- 3:54Speaker 2: like Dolly Parton said, she'll be known as one of
- 3:58Speaker 2: the top things she'll be known for as a philanthropist.
- 4:00Speaker 2: I mean, she did so much good with that imagination library. Well,
- 4:05Speaker 2: you never heard.
- 4:06Speaker 3: About Dolly Parton running around.
- 4:08Speaker 4: I mean, people always try to spread the rumors, but
- 4:10Speaker 4: she stayed married to her husband and was very saddened
- 4:13Speaker 4: upon his death. And so, I mean, she always gave
- 4:16Speaker 4: that flirtatious impression, but there was never any scandal between
- 4:22Speaker 4: her and Kenny Rogers or anybody.
- 4:24Speaker 2: Yeah, but getting to the point why I called, but
- 4:27Speaker 2: I'll say one more time that the Bartlows are a
- 4:30Speaker 2: great family, and I was saddened by the news, not happy.
- 4:34Speaker 2: But let's get to the point that I was calling about.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Did you see where Kushner met with Akeem Jeffries on
- 4:43Speaker 2: Trump's behalf?
- 4:44Speaker 6: No.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Oh, you didn't see that?
- 4:46Speaker 3: No.
- 4:46Speaker 2: The media buried that. That was a couple of days ago.
- 4:49Speaker 2: He's cutting deals with the Democrats. You know, why isn't
- 4:53Speaker 2: he talking... He's talking with the Democratic leader of the
- 4:56Speaker 2: House instead of his own leader, Johnson. But I think
- 5:01Speaker 2: he's realizing he's going to lose the midterms, and I
- 5:05Speaker 2: don't think he wants to get impeached. And they're probably
- 5:08Speaker 2: making deals on what he can give the Democrats to
- 5:12Speaker 2: keep them off of his back. But look into that
- 5:15Speaker 2: if you get a chance on that meeting. But.
- 5:20Speaker 2: On the tariff point, I'm not so concerned with the tariffs.
- 5:23Speaker 2: What concerns me is I'm living in a welfare state.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Do you know what part of percent of our budget
- 5:28Speaker 2: we spend on welfare out of the federal?
- 5:32Speaker 3: No.
- 5:34Speaker 2: 47% down the drain. That's welfare. And then if you
- 5:38Speaker 2: add on the interest on the debt, that's another 9%.
- 5:42Speaker 2: So right off the bat, 56% is wasted. And then
- 5:48Speaker 2: you add up everything else. Education is 15%. National defense
- 5:53Speaker 2: is almost 8%, 9%. But you've got these do-nothing... We
- 6:01Speaker 2: have $ 40 trillion in debt. We're a welfare state. We
- 6:05Speaker 2: have so much fraud. If you would just take care
- 6:07Speaker 2: of the fraud, you wouldn't have to worry about the
- 6:10Speaker 2: tariffs or... real estate taxes or our local taxes, you
- 6:16Speaker 2: wouldn't have to pay an income tax, must said, if
- 6:19Speaker 2: we just took care of the fraud. And the other
- 6:24Speaker 2: thing I wanted to call about, 9-11 is coming up,
- 6:26Speaker 2: and I don't know, I follow this architect, Richard Gage.
- 6:30Speaker 2: They're having a.
- 6:32Speaker 3: You mean that's Richard Gere, he's not an architect.
- 6:34Speaker 2: No, no, Richard Gage, G-H-E-E. I know who you're talking about,
- 6:38Speaker 2: the actor. But this is the famous architect, he's having a.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Meeting in New York. It's called, what is it called?
- 6:51Speaker 2: Turning the Tide, 9-11, 25 years later, where he has
- 6:55Speaker 2: a lot of witnesses, a lot of firemen, battalion chiefs
- 6:59Speaker 2: that were there on the scene when 9-11 happened. I
- 7:02Speaker 2: know we've got a lot of kids now that don't
- 7:04Speaker 2: know anything about 9-11. And Dennis Kucinich is going to
- 7:10Speaker 2: be one of the speakers, believe it or not. They
- 7:12Speaker 2: said that was a a cover-up. It was, you know,
- 7:17Speaker 2: Building 7 collapsed?
- 7:19Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:20Speaker 2: The BBC announced that it collapsed a half an hour,
- 7:23Speaker 2: and they were describing everything that happened a half an
- 7:26Speaker 2: hour before it happened.
- 7:29Speaker 3: I never saw that, but I mean, there's so much.
- 7:32Speaker 4: There's so much to be concerned about with that entire situation.
- 7:35Speaker 4: What was the failure? They knew these guys were here.
- 7:39Speaker 4: They knew what they were up to. There's a lot
- 7:42Speaker 4: of suspicion over that entire event.
- 7:45Speaker 2: And they just happened to find four intact passports at
- 7:48Speaker 2: the scene of the Saudis, the pilots. Everything else was incinerated, pulverized,
- 7:54Speaker 2: dust exploded. But yet you had these four pristine, not pristine,
- 7:59Speaker 2: but four intact passports that that the FBI happened to produce.
- 8:05Speaker 2: It just doesn't add up. I'm with you. Getting back
- 8:11Speaker 2: to Kushner, I mean, who elected Kushner to negotiate our
- 8:15Speaker 2: foreign policy and then negotiate politics with the Democrats? It
- 8:23Speaker 2: doesn't make any sense.
- 8:26Speaker 3: Well, Trump put him in that position, so.
- 8:30Speaker 4: I mean, he trusts them because of his family relationship,
- 8:34Speaker 4: kind of like John Kennedy and Bobby Kennedy. Sometimes the
- 8:37Speaker 4: people you trust most are the ones that are closest
- 8:41Speaker 4: to you.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Yes, and, you know, getting back to this war, like
- 8:46Speaker 2: I said, Trump did it to himself, and I think
- 8:50Speaker 2: at the direction of the Israelis, and it was not
- 8:54Speaker 2: in our national interest to And it was in Israel's interest,
- 9:00Speaker 2: and yet Israel is still, you know.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Bubba Ganoush, does he ever talk about Lebanon and his
- 9:06Speaker 2: people being killed and bombed?
- 9:10Speaker 3: I really haven't asked him enough about it, but I will.
- 9:13Speaker 2: But, you know, one more quick point. I don't know
- 9:15Speaker 2: if you saw, Senator Warner, you know, the Democratic senator,
- 9:19Speaker 2: came out of an intelligence meeting, and he said... This
- 9:24Speaker 2: was within the last week. There was no threat to
- 9:26Speaker 2: the U.S. from Iran. He said there was a threat
- 9:29Speaker 2: to Israel. And then he said if we view the
- 9:32Speaker 2: threat to Israel as an imminent threat to the U.S.,
- 9:36Speaker 2: then clearly we're occupied by the Israeli government. They run
- 9:43Speaker 2: our country. It's sad.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Hey, thank you. Appreciate your call. You're on air. Moving quick. Hello?
- 9:52Speaker 5: Hello?
- 9:52Speaker 3: Yes, go ahead, please.
- 9:54Speaker 6: Yeah, the guy on the terrace a while ago, when
- 9:56Speaker 6: he called, you know, when you go to Canada, you
- 9:58Speaker 6: can't buy a.
- 9:59Speaker 5: Bottle of Cali. wine.
- 10:01Speaker 6: If you get it, it's $ 10 retail here.
- 10:03Speaker 5: You know what it is up there? $ 30. Yep.
- 10:06Speaker 6: You know, they tax the hell out of our stuff.
- 10:11Speaker 5: We don't do that. And you can do that with the.
- 10:15Speaker 6: Dairy and everything else.
- 10:17Speaker 5: So that's the point of the tariffs.
- 10:20Speaker 6: Where our companies are getting taken advantage of because they
- 10:25Speaker 6: have big tariffs on us. You can go there and
- 10:27Speaker 6: buy a French bottle of wine at a regular price.
- 10:30Speaker 6: You can buy an Italian bottle of wine, but not
- 10:32Speaker 6: a California bottle of wine.
- 10:34Speaker 5: It's dairy.
- 10:34Speaker 6: It's a lot of other stuff. That's the problem with
- 10:37Speaker 6: the tariffs, and that's why he's doing what he's doing.
- 10:40Speaker 3: I agree with him. I don't disagree with him.
- 10:42Speaker 5: On tariffs at all.
- 10:47Speaker 6: And your last caller, you know, you listen to these senators,
- 10:51Speaker 6: they all just play spin coming out of those things.
- 10:54Speaker 5: There's no... You never get anything.
- 10:56Speaker 4: I'm not going to sit here and say, I'm not
- 10:58Speaker 4: a Republican cheerleader. The Republicans have disappointed me that they
- 11:01Speaker 4: didn't codify Trump's executive orders. I might be disappointed in
- 11:07Speaker 4: Trump with his war situation, but that doesn't mean that
- 11:11Speaker 4: he wasn't still the best choice and overall has done
- 11:14Speaker 4: a decent job and stuff. But I can still be
- 11:17Speaker 4: disappointed in him, in my opinion, in this situation.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Sure.
- 11:20Speaker 4: Just as I'm disappointed in the Republican Party for not,
- 11:25Speaker 4: the next president can come in and wipe all of
- 11:26Speaker 4: this out if it's a Democrat.
- 11:28Speaker 3: And it's crazy. And it very well could be.
- 11:32Speaker 6: I mean, Trump firmly believes that he needed to do this.
- 11:36Speaker 6: He didn't do this because he wanted.
- 11:37Speaker 2: To do this.
- 11:38Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 11:38Speaker 5: It was a big gamble. I don't know.
- 11:40Speaker 6: He firmly believes in what he says. There's no doubt.
- 11:43Speaker 5: Now, he's right or wrong. I can't argue that.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Well, time will tell.
- 11:47Speaker 6: I know he firmly believes in that.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Yeah, time will tell, as we say.
- 11:51Speaker 4: Yeah, we don't know.
- 11:52Speaker 6: All right, Tiger.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Have a good day.
- 11:55Speaker 3: Thank you. You're on here. Trying to move quickly.
- 11:59Speaker 7: Hello.
- 12:02Speaker 3: You're on here.
- 12:04Speaker 5: Good evening, Ron.
- 12:04Speaker 4: How are you?
- 12:05Speaker 3: It must be G2 on the end of the line.
- 12:09Speaker 5: It is, and it's a frustrated G2, I will tell
- 12:12Speaker 5: you that, because it feels like Hundreds and hundreds of
- 12:16Speaker 5: hours of analysis and debate and argument is all just gone,
- 12:21Speaker 5: like everybody's just forgotten it all because gas went to
- 12:25Speaker 5: $ 4 or whatever it's at. It's really frustrating. So a
- 12:28Speaker 5: couple of quick points. First of all, this Kushner thing
- 12:31Speaker 5: is an important point, but I take a slightly different
- 12:34Speaker 5: position on it than what was just said. Donald Trump
- 12:38Speaker 5: has been negotiating through Spender Johnson and Trader Thune to
- 12:41Speaker 5: get to the Democrats for a long time. He's been
- 12:43Speaker 5: trying to push his agenda, our agenda, through that body
- 12:47Speaker 5: and simply can't do it. Remember in the first hundred
- 12:51Speaker 5: days how we were talking about how the Republicans were,
- 12:54Speaker 5: I think they took 44 days off? 44 out of
- 12:57Speaker 5: 100 of days they were supposed to be in session,
- 13:00Speaker 5: plus weekends, they were barely there. And they did that
- 13:04Speaker 5: so they wouldn't advance the agenda. Then we get to
- 13:06Speaker 5: the big, beautiful bill. And here's an important point. Somebody
- 13:09Speaker 5: was talking the other day about how Trump added $ 4
- 13:11Speaker 5: trillion to the deficit. That is such simplistic, propagandist kind
- 13:17Speaker 5: of nonsense. Here's the fact. Trump went to the Republicans
- 13:21Speaker 5: in Congress with this big, ugly, expensive bill that had
- 13:25Speaker 5: a few things in there that they absolutely had to pass.
- 13:28Speaker 5: Because believe me, the Democrats and Republicans were not going
- 13:31Speaker 5: to let those tax credits or those tax rates expire
- 13:36Speaker 5: and increase. They weren't going to do it. Their donors
- 13:37Speaker 5: would have fried them alive, and the public would have
- 13:39Speaker 5: fried them alive. Because as you know... when those tax
- 13:43Speaker 5: breaks were put in place, it wasn't just, as the
- 13:45Speaker 5: corporate media says, for the billionaires. Joe Mainstreet got an
- 13:49Speaker 5: immediate benefit from that tax cut. And then we saw
- 13:52Speaker 5: $ 2 trillion of private money come back to the U.S.,
- 13:57Speaker 5: get reinvested. We had this thing called reshoring, and we
- 13:59Speaker 5: watched wages go up for the first time in four decades.
- 14:03Speaker 5: So there's no way Congress was going to let those go.
- 14:07Speaker 5: He got a couple of other things, but Republicans forced
- 14:10Speaker 5: him to agree to a $ 5 trillion increase in the debt.
- 14:14Speaker 5: And you may remember, for those that think that's a
- 14:16Speaker 5: Republican move, that the Democrats then shut down the government
- 14:20Speaker 5: because they wanted another $ 1. 5 trillion. They said, oh, it's
- 14:23Speaker 5: not enough that you're going to take us to $ 50
- 14:25Speaker 5: trillion because that's where we're headed. We need another trillion
- 14:28Speaker 5: and a half. You're not spending enough, was the Democrat message.
- 14:32Speaker 5: So if you think voting for Democrats is somehow fiscal
- 14:35Speaker 5: responsibility or somehow going to help with the debt, you're delusional.
- 14:40Speaker 6: Right?
- 14:40Speaker 5: That's just silly, but I understand how the media pushes
- 14:43Speaker 5: this crap out. Now, anybody that thinks Donald Trump was
- 14:46Speaker 5: going to come in and get Congress to agree to
- 14:48Speaker 5: stop spending should have been dissuaded of that opinion when
- 14:51Speaker 5: the big, ugly bill went through. And then we got
- 14:54Speaker 5: the housing bill that I bet almost no one even
- 14:56Speaker 5: knows passed. And that housing bill replenished the coffers of
- 15:00Speaker 5: all the NGOs that are out there plotting a plan
- 15:05Speaker 5: that the government is taking the responsibility now for determining
- 15:10Speaker 5: how you're going to use your lot. If you've got
- 15:12Speaker 5: a lot in a downtown area or a rural area,
- 15:15Speaker 5: the government is going to have a plan for how
- 15:17Speaker 5: your lot gets used. It's no longer the old days
- 15:20Speaker 5: where we all got together and figured out where we
- 15:21Speaker 5: wanted to build houses and farms. Maybe there was some zoning.
- 15:25Speaker 5: That's not the case. Now they're the urban development plans.
- 15:28Speaker 5: They're going to urbanize the suburbs. And nobody even knows
- 15:32Speaker 5: this happened. It was a bipartisan bill that got 85
- 15:35Speaker 5: votes in the Senate. That means uniparty. And there's nothing
- 15:40Speaker 5: that passes by the uniparty that's in the interest of
- 15:43Speaker 5: the American people. When you flip the trade, the comment
- 15:49Speaker 5: the guy made about wine just a moment ago, he's
- 15:51Speaker 5: dead on. And he's getting right into the heart of
- 15:53Speaker 5: the matter. I heard the earlier caller thinking that somehow
- 15:59Speaker 5: wages are the factor that's driving things overseas and this
- 16:01Speaker 5: crazy idea that somehow we can drive wages up in
- 16:05Speaker 5: other countries. As if we can even set the wage here. Remember,
- 16:08Speaker 5: there's a reason why the federal wage is at $ 7. 25,
- 16:11Speaker 5: but if you go to a McDonald's, you're going to
- 16:13Speaker 5: get something. What are you going to get, $ 11, $ 12
- 16:14Speaker 5: an hour now? Nobody pays attention to the government minimum wage.
- 16:19Speaker 5: There's a market wage set by the market, and that's
- 16:22Speaker 5: what drives employment. We're not going to be able to
- 16:25Speaker 5: not only force wages through our country without causing all
- 16:28Speaker 5: kinds of economic dislocation. We can't force Canada to raise
- 16:32Speaker 5: its wages. But here's the thing. It doesn't matter. Because
- 16:36Speaker 5: whatever the argument about wages, you know, we were all
- 16:38Speaker 5: told we had to accept that we don't make anything
- 16:40Speaker 5: important anymore because other people do it for less. And
- 16:43Speaker 5: somehow these Americans accepted that. But the reality is it
- 16:47Speaker 5: is a sophisticated combination of export duties, export.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Stand by. For news. Oh, that was Paul Harvey. Stand by.
- 16:55Speaker 3: Back in a minute. News Radio 570. WKBN. Well, I've
- 17:03Speaker 3: told you many. KBN. All right. Go ahead. Pick up
- 17:06Speaker 3: with your thoughts.
- 17:07Speaker 4: G2.
- 17:07Speaker 3: All right.
- 17:08Speaker 5: So on trade, if you think wages are the determinant
- 17:11Speaker 5: factor in where products are manufactured, that may have been
- 17:15Speaker 5: true in 1980. It is certainly not the case now.
- 17:19Speaker 5: And it's not free to ship a vehicle or a
- 17:21Speaker 5: component 10,000 miles. So think about the cost of extending
- 17:25Speaker 5: your production line, say, from Lordstown all the way to Shanghai.
- 17:29Speaker 5: You have a lot of capital tied up and moving
- 17:31Speaker 5: things across the ocean. Why do they do it? Because
- 17:34Speaker 5: the Chinese, as a mercantilist war, as a trade war
- 17:38Speaker 5: they launched against us 40 years ago, used a complex
- 17:42Speaker 5: method of currency manipulation, export duties that load artificially their
- 17:48Speaker 5: raw material costs, and export subsidies. And what I mean is,
- 17:52Speaker 5: if you export something to a foreign market out of China,
- 17:55Speaker 5: the government would pay some of your costs, would subsidize
- 17:58Speaker 5: that product. If it was a low-value product, sort of
- 18:01Speaker 5: not fully finished, just a component, you'd get a little
- 18:03Speaker 5: bit of money. The more advanced the product was, the
- 18:07Speaker 5: more money you got, until finally when a product reached
- 18:10Speaker 5: the United States, It might only be 35%. It might
- 18:14Speaker 5: be 35% or 40% less than their actual cost to
- 18:18Speaker 5: produce because the government was subsidizing it. They were doing
- 18:22Speaker 5: it specifically to take that industry and those jobs out
- 18:25Speaker 5: of the United States. You are not going to combat
- 18:27Speaker 5: this with some fairy tale about controlling wages in foreign countries.
- 18:31Speaker 5: It's just, I don't know who's saying that. We're hearing this.
- 18:33Speaker 5: It's crazy. Now, why don't you hear this kind of
- 18:36Speaker 5: talk regularly? Because the globalists... like that situation. They enjoyed
- 18:43Speaker 5: impoverishing you. They enjoyed shipping all those jobs overseas, and
- 18:46Speaker 5: they made trillions of dollars doing it. And China, look
- 18:50Speaker 5: at China's economy. It's thriving, and people are like, that's
- 18:52Speaker 5: the best model. You know what their model is? leeching
- 18:55Speaker 5: like a parasite off the United States and Europe, stealing
- 18:58Speaker 5: intellectual property, taking these industries, absorbing everything they could absorb.
- 19:03Speaker 5: You've seen this parade of announcements over the last couple
- 19:06Speaker 5: of days, or rather reports over the last couple of days,
- 19:08Speaker 5: of these professors that we paid for through DARPA and
- 19:11Speaker 5: other federal grant programs who developed advanced materials and other technologies,
- 19:16Speaker 5: who then immediately, when they left the university, went to
- 19:19Speaker 5: China and got paid to teach the Chinese exactly what
- 19:22Speaker 5: they developed for DARPA. This is a war. So one
- 19:26Speaker 5: of the critical weapons to use in that war is tariffs.
- 19:31Speaker 5: And this concept that it's just a tax on the people, okay,
- 19:33Speaker 5: come on. That is such an easy talking point for
- 19:37Speaker 5: someone who wants to continue exactly what Ross Perot was
- 19:41Speaker 5: complaining about, the exportation of all the high-value jobs, either
- 19:45Speaker 5: through offshoring or actually moving things overseas, the whole industry,
- 19:50Speaker 5: like pharmaceuticals, you know, we don't make them anymore. I
- 19:53Speaker 5: went to China. You think that was because of labor?
- 19:56Speaker 5: And think about how much labor represents. In the 1970s, say,
- 19:59Speaker 5: steel in Youngstown, labor was probably 50-55%, something like that, 60%
- 20:02Speaker 5: of the cost. Somebody in this audience knows. Now it's
- 20:06Speaker 5: like 6.5%, 7, 8, 9%, depending on the product and process.
- 20:12Speaker 5: You can cut that in half. You're only 3% out.
- 20:14Speaker 5: In exchange, you're going to ship steel 10,000 miles? You
- 20:17Speaker 5: think that's an even exchange? No. It's government tax and
- 20:20Speaker 5: trade policy that determines where these things go. And Trump
- 20:23Speaker 5: came back into that war. Now we haven't even touched
- 20:26Speaker 5: on the fentanyl war, locking down the border, child trafficking.
- 20:30Speaker 5: Hundreds of thousands of children have not been raped because
- 20:33Speaker 5: Donald Trump was elected. So... I understand the hate fest
- 20:38Speaker 5: because we're paying $ 4 for gas or $ 4. 50 or whatever
- 20:41Speaker 5: it is.
- 20:42Speaker 4: I understand.
- 20:43Speaker 5: I don't like paying more for gas. I think this war,
- 20:46Speaker 5: as was said a minute ago, not in our national interest,
- 20:49Speaker 5: clearly directed by a foreign power. I don't think there's
- 20:53Speaker 5: any question about that. But we're in it. So now
- 20:56Speaker 5: what do we do? We just bitch? And what, we
- 21:00Speaker 5: elect Sherrod Brown back to the Senate because you think
- 21:03Speaker 5: Israel doesn't control those guys? Barry Goldwater in 1988 specifically
- 21:09Speaker 5: said Congress is occupied. Barry Goldwater was half Jewish.
- 21:17Speaker 2: Did I lose you?
- 21:18Speaker 3: No, I got you.
- 21:19Speaker 5: All right, so when you look at this, I think
- 21:22Speaker 5: there are just, we're having this massive case of memory
- 21:28Speaker 5: loss about all these important issues because we're paying more
- 21:32Speaker 5: for gas. I don't want to pay it.
- 21:34Speaker 6: All right?
- 21:35Speaker 5: There are real serious issues coming out of this war.
- 21:37Speaker 5: And if this thing expands, if they successfully expand it,
- 21:40Speaker 5: it's going to get worse. There's a path out of it.
- 21:43Speaker 5: What Scott Bessette said earlier this week about not creating
- 21:46Speaker 5: an economic element to the war, but rather accelerating that.
- 21:49Speaker 5: We've had an economic war with Iran since 1979. They're
- 21:53Speaker 5: just ramping it up. Dropping the kinetic side, I think,
- 21:57Speaker 5: is a mistake. They certainly cannot drop the embargo, the...
- 22:02Speaker 5: They can't do that, and I think they should be
- 22:04Speaker 5: doing more to stop trade on the eastern side and
- 22:06Speaker 5: the northern side of the country.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Stand by for a minute. G2 on the end of
- 22:09Speaker 3: the line.

- 22:29Speaker 7: who has passed away at the age of 80. This
- 22:31Speaker 7: will remain in effect until sunset September 1st. A former
- 22:35Speaker 7: school bus driver in Toledo who was convicted of driving
- 22:37Speaker 7: drunk with 15 children on board earlier this year sentenced
- 22:40Speaker 7: today to probation. 71-year-old Carlene Harris, who drove for Trinity Transportation,
- 22:45Speaker 7: previously entered a guilty plea to charges of OVI and
- 22:48Speaker 7: child endangerment following the incident in April where she hit

- 22:53Speaker 7: a vehicle.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Her blood alcohol level was. 09.
- 22:57Speaker 7: And Ohio's gas price average continues to come down, now
- 22:59Speaker 7: below $ 4 a gallon at $ 3. 99 entering today, 18 cents
- 23:03Speaker 7: lower compared to a week ago, but still remains 9

- 23:30Speaker 3: 80 degrees. Lovely.
- 23:32Speaker 4: Tuesday afternoon on this August 25th and talking with the
- 23:37Speaker 4: mysterious G2 in the bunker deep under the earth's crust
- 23:42Speaker 4: in a secret undisclosed location by a satellite phone.
- 23:45Speaker 3: You got a copy of me still G2 over?
- 23:47Speaker 5: I'm there.
- 23:48Speaker 3: All right.
- 23:49Speaker 4: So I sense frustration coming from you. Deep frustration, deep anger, deep,
- 23:57Speaker 4: deep in the pit of your stomach.
- 23:59Speaker 5: Well, that's because that's the way I'm seeing this. I mean, look,
- 24:02Speaker 5: we are in the middle of a fight for the
- 24:05Speaker 5: future of this nation. Nothing has changed. And it's like
- 24:07Speaker 5: we're just reverting back to corporate media dumbness, right? I mean,
- 24:11Speaker 5: this is one of the most advanced thinking audiences there are.
- 24:14Speaker 5: Of course, you've got the people at Fifth Avenue, got
- 24:16Speaker 5: these others that are just helpful because they bring in
- 24:18Speaker 5: that leftist crazy opinion. But let's face it. It was
- 24:22Speaker 5: a couple of years ago on this channel, we were
- 24:24Speaker 5: talking about 400,000 people dying of fentanyl in the United
- 24:28Speaker 5: States government, not just failing to make that stop, but
- 24:31Speaker 5: helping it happen as a matter of policy. That changed
- 24:35Speaker 5: when Trump was elected. So I don't understand how we
- 24:39Speaker 5: just obsess on this gas price and this war as
- 24:43Speaker 5: if somehow none of these other things happen. I'll tell you,
- 24:45Speaker 5: do you think we wouldn't have had this war if
- 24:48Speaker 5: Kamala Harris was elected? You think Israel wouldn't have gotten
- 24:50Speaker 5: to her? Easy, easy to get to her. She cares
- 24:54Speaker 5: about nothing. But we also would have had the fentanyl continuing,
- 24:57Speaker 5: the child trafficking continuing. We'd have had the inflation continue. Oh,
- 25:00Speaker 5: and I know the inflation thing. We want to pretend
- 25:02Speaker 5: it all happened since February 28th. The reality is, at
- 25:06Speaker 5: one point this year, it wasn't for very long, very
- 25:10Speaker 5: short period, but it got down to 0.68. It's up,
- 25:12Speaker 5: last time I checked, around 2.3. We've actually had rents
- 25:16Speaker 5: falling in some key markets, mostly in the southeast. Why?
- 25:20Speaker 5: Because he locked down the border, he stopped the inflow,
- 25:22Speaker 5: and he cut off the payments of the federal government
- 25:25Speaker 5: paying the rent for a lot of these foreign nationals.
- 25:28Speaker 5: So now all of a sudden they don't have the
- 25:29Speaker 5: rent money, so you get to buy that, you get
- 25:32Speaker 5: to rent that apartment. Guess what happens when suddenly demand
- 25:35Speaker 5: falls off? On this show, we talked months and months
- 25:37Speaker 5: ago about how rental occupancy, or vacancy rather, in non-residential multifamily,
- 25:44Speaker 5: I'm sorry, apologies, how vacancy in residential multifamily dropped or
- 25:49Speaker 5: increased to 7.2, a number we hadn't seen in years.
- 25:53Speaker 5: Supply added, but that was also on the demand side.
- 25:56Speaker 5: You know what happened a few months later? We got
- 25:58Speaker 5: reports of rents falling. These are things that have happened
- 26:01Speaker 5: in our interest. Now, this war... Bad call, bad timing.
- 26:05Speaker 5: I do not believe, and I have looked into this
- 26:08Speaker 5: fairly deeply, there was a nuclear threat coming from Iran
- 26:11Speaker 5: that was simply an excuse. They didn't sell the war
- 26:14Speaker 5: in advance because they thought everybody would just accept it.
- 26:17Speaker 5: So they just launched. Now, the PR plan wasn't very good,
- 26:23Speaker 5: but to say that they didn't think the Strait of
- 26:24Speaker 5: Hormuz would be locked down is naive. I do think
- 26:27Speaker 5: he believed. I think that Israel convinced Trump that the
- 26:30Speaker 5: people in Iran were somehow standing by with rocks and
- 26:34Speaker 5: sticks ready to take over and run the IRGC out
- 26:36Speaker 5: of power. I think he may have bought that. I
- 26:39Speaker 5: don't know. That's probably the key miscalculation. But in terms
- 26:44Speaker 5: of execution... You know, they have destroyed thousands of locations
- 26:49Speaker 5: inside Iran. They now have the blockade up, which has
- 26:51Speaker 5: been up since a short time after the war started.
- 26:54Speaker 5: You've got a country now facing hyperinflation. They can't pay
- 26:57Speaker 5: their government workers. They can't pay the IRGC. They can't
- 27:00Speaker 5: ship oil. They can't ship other products. They can't import things. Yes,
- 27:04Speaker 5: they have cheap drones. Those are a very effective weapon.
- 27:07Speaker 5: And they have short-range missiles that are very accurate somehow
- 27:10Speaker 5: because of our... are handcuffed to this military-industrial nightmare. We
- 27:14Speaker 5: can't produce those things. But to think that every day
- 27:18Speaker 5: Iran gets stronger is just stupid. They don't get stronger
- 27:23Speaker 5: every day. Hyperinflation doesn't make your country stronger. Now, I'm
- 27:27Speaker 5: not looking for this regime to collapse and, you know,
- 27:29Speaker 5: have death in the streets. That's Israel's goal. I don't
- 27:33Speaker 5: care about that. Trump is offering them a chance to
- 27:37Speaker 5: have a better future. We have to finish this thing.
- 27:41Speaker 5: As we said, our choices are walk away and deal
- 27:44Speaker 5: with the outflow of that. And that's not going to
- 27:46Speaker 5: be pretty, right? Drop the nukes. I just had somebody
- 27:50Speaker 5: who told you a couple days ago saying they want
- 27:51Speaker 5: to drop the nukes. We've got to finish this thing
- 27:53Speaker 5: with the nukes. That's crazy. Or execute the economic and
- 27:58Speaker 5: kinetic warfare that is going to help bring this thing
- 28:01Speaker 5: to a close that is negotiated. where we can get
- 28:04Speaker 5: to something that's going to work and work for the
- 28:05Speaker 5: Gulf partners that we have over there, who, by the way,
- 28:07Speaker 5: are completely ineffective in any kind of warfare, because we
- 28:11Speaker 5: are their weapon. We're Israel's weapon, and the Gulf Coast
- 28:15Speaker 5: countries wholly depend on us for defense. Hence, oil flows
- 28:19Speaker 5: around the world. Now, this hasn't been a four-year war.
- 28:23Speaker 5: It certainly hasn't been a ten-year war. It's been months. Hopefully,
- 28:26Speaker 5: they can resolve it. Now, don't forget, though, I think
- 28:30Speaker 5: the comment was made the other day, it's like 30
- 28:32Speaker 5: million barrels are missing. That's just crazy. There were 21
- 28:35Speaker 5: million barrels coming through the Gulf. Many of those are
- 28:38Speaker 5: now being shipped out through pipelines in Saudi Arabia. UAE's
- 28:43Speaker 5: got a pipeline coming south of the Strait. You've got
- 28:46Speaker 5: now 900,000 barrels a day more coming out of Venezuela.
- 28:49Speaker 5: That's that beautiful, heavy, thick stuff we like in our
- 28:51Speaker 5: refineries on the Gulf Coast. One of the greatest problems
- 28:55Speaker 5: we have is this California limit. destroying those refineries. So
- 28:59Speaker 5: whoever's in there bragging about how great California is, figure
- 29:02Speaker 5: it out. Do a little work. Now you've got also
- 29:05Speaker 5: the problem of the Ukrainians using drones and our weaponry,
- 29:08Speaker 5: NATO's weaponry, to take out Russian infrastructure for diesel, jet fuel,
- 29:14Speaker 5: and gasoline, which over a period of about three months,
- 29:16Speaker 5: four months, they stopped exporting. We needed those gallons in
- 29:20Speaker 5: the market. That was stupid. And it was done to
- 29:23Speaker 5: increase the pressure on the United States by our fake
- 29:27Speaker 5: allies that are globalists that are controlling europe this thing
- 29:32Speaker 5: with canada yeah they have more than 200 tariffs on
- 29:36Speaker 5: some u.s goods and yet somehow we're supposed to what
- 29:39Speaker 5: we're supposed to ignore that like we always have, continue
- 29:41Speaker 5: to drain our economy, run up our debt so that
- 29:44Speaker 5: Canada can continue its third world repopulation program? That's crazy.
- 29:50Speaker 5: Now Canada's trying to realign with Europe because they aren't
- 29:53Speaker 5: finding a way to get us to subsidize the economy anymore. Well,
- 29:57Speaker 5: of course, the Europeans need the Canadian resources, but what
- 29:59Speaker 5: they really need is to conquer Russia so they can
- 30:03Speaker 5: live off of those resources, people, and land, and use
- 30:06Speaker 5: that to fix what they've done to the economies in Europe,
- 30:08Speaker 5: which are in deep distress. On this thing with Japan,
- 30:12Speaker 5: the way Besant executed that move the other day was brilliant.
- 30:16Speaker 2: It was genius, really.
- 30:18Speaker 5: It didn't hurt us at all, and it allowed them
- 30:20Speaker 5: to not have this crisis with the— well, it extended a
- 30:24Speaker 5: little bit. But let's be clear. They've been running zero-interest economy,
- 30:28Speaker 5: an artificially low interest rate for decades. That economy has
- 30:33Speaker 5: a problem in that it's on an island, and it's
- 30:35Speaker 5: got no raw materials. It's got high costs because it's
- 30:39Speaker 5: an island. They also have high labor costs. So they
- 30:43Speaker 5: have to ship everything in, convert it, and ship it
- 30:45Speaker 5: out if they're doing manufacturing. And that's what the Japanese
- 30:48Speaker 5: economy was built on post-World War II. I don't know
- 30:51Speaker 5: how this comes back to being Trump's fault. But I
- 30:54Speaker 5: think it was smart of the Senate to make this move,
- 30:57Speaker 5: hold $ 1. 2 or so trillion of our debt, and we
- 30:59Speaker 5: didn't want them liquidating that. That's just logical. I don't
- 31:01Speaker 5: understand the scandalous nature of this. So what I'm saying
- 31:06Speaker 5: is every little bullet point that could be twisted or
- 31:10Speaker 5: manipulated into being Trump sucks is being done, and we're
- 31:13Speaker 5: ignoring all the good things that happened. And then, because
- 31:17Speaker 5: we can't seem to have, you know, sort of a
- 31:20Speaker 5: fact-based conversation about the critical issues, we're just conflating everything
- 31:24Speaker 5: into one big emotional thing. That was the first fracture
- 31:34Speaker 5: in the Trump coalition. Those fractures continued as he started
- 31:49Speaker 5: to take down the deportations. And in response to the
- 31:53Speaker 5: media and, frankly, the fact that we didn't stand up
- 31:55Speaker 5: loudly enough to keep deporting, he began to drive down
- 31:58Speaker 5: those deportations. That took a back seat. We don't see
- 32:01Speaker 5: the same kind of numbers that we expected. We're way
- 32:03Speaker 5: behind on deportations. I don't know if he's yet caught
- 32:05Speaker 5: up to Obama. So that began to fracture the Trump coalition.
- 32:10Speaker 5: Then he came out with the H-1Bs and said, hey,
- 32:12Speaker 5: not so fast. That helped hurt the coalition. Then the
- 32:15Speaker 5: 600,000 Chinese students. Listen, I want those people out of here.
- 32:19Speaker 5: I want American people in those seats. I want American
- 32:22Speaker 5: students being educated. And I don't care that the Chinese
- 32:25Speaker 5: Communist Party will pay more.
- 32:26Speaker 3: All right.
- 32:27Speaker 4: We got to at some point we got to pause here.
- 32:31Speaker 4: I mean, with all due respect on all of this.
- 32:35Speaker 4: In all reality. I mean, people aren't here to hear
- 32:38Speaker 4: a lecture. A college professor give a lecture here on
- 32:41Speaker 4: how they should love Trump.
- 32:43Speaker 3: And you don't understand. Hang on. I'm not done yet.
- 32:47Speaker 3: We listened. Everybody listened.
- 32:50Speaker 4: There's plenty of criticism about what Trump is doing. Plenty
- 32:54Speaker 4: of these people are criticizing the lack of leadership from
- 32:58Speaker 4: Trump when it comes to getting this agenda codified.
- 33:02Speaker 3: Number one.
- 33:03Speaker 4: People are criticizing Trump. You know, you want to blow off, like,
- 33:06Speaker 4: gas prices. Oh, everybody's bitching because gas is $ 4. 30 a gallon.
- 33:10Speaker 4: This is real economic harm to our citizens.
- 33:14Speaker 5: And in no way do I.
- 33:15Speaker 3: Blow that off.
- 33:16Speaker 5: I also don't like gas prices, but I'm not willing
- 33:18Speaker 5: to forget every single other thing.
- 33:20Speaker 3: Okay, but you won't let me finish the thought.
- 33:22Speaker 4: We've sat here and we've listened for 20 minutes of
- 33:26Speaker 4: you talk about all of this stuff, like a college
- 33:28Speaker 4: professor to everybody on why you should love Trump and
- 33:32Speaker 4: overlook all of this stuff. Well, there's plenty of reasons
- 33:35Speaker 4: why people don't love Trump. Epstein was the first mistake
- 33:39Speaker 4: he made, and you admitted it was a huge mistake.
- 33:42Speaker 5: I just said that.
- 33:43Speaker 3: How he handled it.
- 33:43Speaker 5: I'm not giving you a lecture on loving Trump.
- 33:45Speaker 4: That's not what I'm doing. No, no, you're trying to say, well,
- 33:48Speaker 4: you don't. So that was a huge mistake he made.
- 33:51Speaker 4: No one else, but he made this mistake. The situation
- 33:55Speaker 4: with this doesn't matter. Okay, he owns it.
- 34:00Speaker 5: Agreed.
- 34:00Speaker 3: All right, so let me give you a little reality.
- 34:04Speaker 4: So the war situation, doesn't matter whether it was Netanyahu,
- 34:08Speaker 4: doesn't matter why he did it, but.
- 34:10Speaker 3: He did it.
- 34:12Speaker 5: Yes.
- 34:13Speaker 4: And he got us into this mess, and it is
- 34:17Speaker 4: a mess. And quite frankly, all Iran's got to do
- 34:21Speaker 4: is survive.
- 34:24Speaker 3: And guess what?
- 34:25Speaker 4: All of the BS that we've heard from him, that
- 34:27Speaker 4: everybody's heard from him, they're on the verge of surrendering.
- 34:30Speaker 3: They're going to give in. They didn't do it. The
- 34:32Speaker 3: 60-day truce. They want to reach an agreement.
- 34:35Speaker 4: They didn't do it. The next 60-day truce. We're going
- 34:38Speaker 4: to bomb them back to the Stone Age. Stop doing that.
- 34:40Speaker 4: Now we're going to get them economically. Everything keeps changing
- 34:45Speaker 4: from his strategy and what he's saying. From here to
- 34:47Speaker 4: here to here to here. It's almost like a scatterbrain approach.
- 34:51Speaker 4: And yet, Iran is sitting there saying, all we got
- 34:55Speaker 4: to do is survive all of this. But you're going
- 35:03Speaker 4: on with this. But that's where it is right now.
- 35:06Speaker 5: What they're doing now is saying, how do we pay
- 35:10Speaker 5: the IRGC? They are in deep distress.
- 35:15Speaker 4: We are in deep distress here with the American people.
- 35:18Speaker 4: If you don't see the deep distress that's out there
- 35:20Speaker 4: with the American people that are concerned about gas prices
- 35:23Speaker 4: and inflation, it's fine to say, OK, all this inflation.
- 35:27Speaker 4: You know, Trump created some of the inflation under COVID.
- 35:30Speaker 4: Trump issued checks under COVID. Biden added to it. But
- 35:33Speaker 4: even if you say whatever numbers you want to give, 3.4, 3.2, whatever,
- 35:37Speaker 4: is on top of the current inflation. It's the same
- 35:43Speaker 4: argument that Biden was making when it went from 5%
- 35:48Speaker 4: to 9%. Well, inflation, the Biden administration, you say, well,
- 35:51Speaker 4: inflation was down to 2.7. What are we saying this program?
- 35:55Speaker 4: But you're forgetting that's 2.7 on top of the already inflation.
- 35:59Speaker 4: It keeps going up. And so you can say whatever
- 36:02Speaker 4: you want about Trump and the inflation, it keeps adding
- 36:05Speaker 4: to it. I go back to say this to you.
- 36:07Speaker 4: You're losing the focus. The American people elected him.
- 36:11Speaker 5: Not at all.
- 36:11Speaker 3: Yes, you are. They elected him.
- 36:13Speaker 5: I agree entirely with your comment. The question then is, okay,
- 36:15Speaker 5: so what is the analysis and what do we do
- 36:17Speaker 5: about it?
- 36:17Speaker 3: They elected him.
- 36:18Speaker 5: As long as Congress is spending trillions, we are going
- 36:20Speaker 5: to continue to have inflation.
- 36:22Speaker 2: It's that simple.
- 36:23Speaker 5: You know, Trump removed a trillion-two in regulatory burdens with
- 36:26Speaker 5: one executive order. That's why we got inflation down. Congress
- 36:30Speaker 5: spends an extra... Well, he's brought it back.
- 36:34Speaker 3: He's brought it right back.
- 36:36Speaker 4: So all I'm saying to you is some of these
- 36:39Speaker 4: mistakes he's made, he owns.
- 36:42Speaker 3: I was just reading an email.
- 36:46Speaker 4: I've got to find it. You know, G2, stop blaming
- 36:49Speaker 4: Obama and Biden for everything. I forget what I... I've
- 36:52Speaker 4: got to go back and find it. But needless to say.
- 36:54Speaker 5: If you don't blame Obama for the health care costs.
- 36:57Speaker 3: You're not paying attention to the Unaffordable Care Act. But
- 37:00Speaker 3: he owns it. At some point.
- 37:02Speaker 5: He owns the Affordable Care Act?
- 37:03Speaker 4: At some point, two years in, he owns a lot
- 37:06Speaker 4: of these decisions that he made.
- 37:08Speaker 5: Do you think Trump's responsible for the Affordable Care Act?
- 37:11Speaker 4: No, I'm not talking about the Affordable Care Act. I'm
- 37:14Speaker 4: talking about he owns it. At some point, he's got
- 37:17Speaker 4: to sit there and say, I failed the mission that
- 37:21Speaker 4: I got elected on, and there's a lot of pissed
- 37:24Speaker 4: off people that voted for me that are.
- 37:26Speaker 3: Upset about it. Now, they have a right to be
- 37:29Speaker 3: upset about it. Of course they do.
- 37:31Speaker 4: That doesn't mean they're going to go vote for Sherrod Brown.
- 37:35Speaker 4: And it doesn't mean like if this war was a
- 37:37Speaker 4: mistake and a straight is closed and oil prices continue
- 37:41Speaker 4: to go up, at what point do you assess what
- 37:43Speaker 4: do we do now? Because he put us in a
- 37:45Speaker 4: position of we're doing this and it didn't work. We're
- 37:48Speaker 4: doing that and it didn't work. Now we're going to
- 37:49Speaker 4: do this and see if it works. We're not going
- 37:52Speaker 4: to be in this for a year. The American public
- 37:54Speaker 4: is not supportive of this, was not asked about this.
- 37:58Speaker 4: Congress wasn't asked about this. He wasn't for these endless
- 38:01Speaker 4: wars in the Middle East. And now we're six months in.
- 38:04Speaker 4: What do you want to be, a year in?
- 38:06Speaker 3: Is it okay?
- 38:07Speaker 5: Congress wasn't asked about any wars since.
- 38:09Speaker 3: World War II.
- 38:09Speaker 4: At what point do you say, after eight months, a year,
- 38:14Speaker 4: that this was a mistake?
- 38:15Speaker 3: To get the hell out of it.
- 38:17Speaker 5: This was a mistake on February 29th.
- 38:18Speaker 4: All right, but your answer is, at what point do
- 38:21Speaker 4: you say, he's done everything, and Iran isn't rolling over,
- 38:26Speaker 4: they're not giving up.
- 38:27Speaker 3: He kept telling us they're on the verge of giving up.
- 38:29Speaker 3: Those were all lies. They were absolute lies.
- 38:33Speaker 4: In other words, Trump talks all this bull crap a
- 38:36Speaker 4: lot of times, and it's meaningless. Well, we got him now.
- 38:40Speaker 5: I don't listen as much to what he's saying as
- 38:42Speaker 5: you guys do, because I'm looking more at what's actually happening.
- 38:44Speaker 5: I know. The truth is, you don't think all the time.
- 38:47Speaker 3: You don't think.
- 38:48Speaker 5: And we know that's not true.
- 38:51Speaker 4: If you don't realize people are concerned about their own
- 38:54Speaker 4: financial situation in their household and what's going.
- 38:58Speaker 5: On right now, just as you realize that.
- 39:00Speaker 3: Just as they were concerned under Biden. Because I've said
- 39:04Speaker 3: this to you. I said this to you before.
- 39:05Speaker 5: And I think we should address the issues that are
- 39:06Speaker 5: affecting that.
- 39:07Speaker 3: You know what?
- 39:08Speaker 4: But you're making the same argument. You're trying to justify
- 39:11Speaker 4: why you should still love Trump and almost act like,
- 39:15Speaker 4: so what are you bitching about, 430 a gallon gas?
- 39:17Speaker 4: That's the only argument Biden was making when gas.
- 39:20Speaker 3: Prices were high.
- 39:20Speaker 5: No, no, no, no, no, no. What I'm saying is
- 39:22Speaker 5: we have to stop being just emotional about this.
- 39:25Speaker 4: This is not emotional.
- 39:27Speaker 3: People are, why is it that it is?
- 39:30Speaker 5: Had it down?
- 39:30Speaker 3: Why is it emotional?
- 39:32Speaker 5: We still have the war and we'd have a whole
- 39:34Speaker 5: lot of other big problems.
- 39:34Speaker 3: Why is it emotional if they disagree with you?
- 39:38Speaker 5: It's not that they disagree. You listen to what they're saying.
- 39:41Speaker 5: They've set aside all of the things that have happened.
- 39:44Speaker 5: They are conflating all these things. It's a gooey conversation now.
- 39:48Speaker 5: It used to be, just a few months ago, a
- 39:51Speaker 5: lot more fact-based. Now it's just repeating what they hear
- 39:55Speaker 5: on I don't agree with that. That's where the conversation
- 39:59Speaker 5: is going.
- 40:00Speaker 3: I don't agree with that.
- 40:00Speaker 5: And because this is the first war in our lifetimes
- 40:02Speaker 5: we've had to pay for, we're very emotionally engaged in
- 40:05Speaker 5: this one. I was just pissed off at a black one.
- 40:08Speaker 4: I don't think that, I think it's insulting to every
- 40:11Speaker 4: listener out there to say, you only have the facts.
- 40:14Speaker 3: And everyone else is emotional.
- 40:17Speaker 5: They all have the facts.
- 40:18Speaker 3: They all have the facts.
- 40:19Speaker 5: They can disagree with your facts. When you go up
- 40:21Speaker 5: and talk about wages being the determining factor on where
- 40:24Speaker 5: a product is manufactured, that's just not it.
- 40:26Speaker 4: Listen, I told that guy about that. We put that
- 40:30Speaker 4: behind us. We are not here to prosecute each caller.
- 40:36Speaker 4: That was his opinion. He was wrong. We move on
- 40:39Speaker 4: from it. And we talked about tariffs and jobs. But
- 40:43Speaker 4: by God to sit here and try to act like,
- 40:46Speaker 4: you know, hey, folks out there, all of you that
- 40:48Speaker 4: are affected by this inflation, these high gas prices, you're
- 40:51Speaker 4: all being emotional.
- 40:53Speaker 3: That isn't emotional.
- 40:54Speaker 4: That's an economic reality in every damn one of those
- 40:58Speaker 4: households right now.
- 41:01Speaker 5: Yes, and I'm not happy about it. Not one bit.
- 41:03Speaker 4: But you want everybody just to say, suck it up.
- 41:06Speaker 4: We stopped fentanyl. And if you've got to pay $ 5
- 41:11Speaker 4: a gallon, suck it up. They're not going to.
- 41:13Speaker 3: Suck it up. Hang on. Back with G2.
- 41:14Speaker 5: That's not what I'm saying.
- 41:15Speaker 3: Back in a minute.
- 41:27Speaker 4: It's insulting to anyone that disagrees with you. And I
- 41:30Speaker 4: have and I will always give airtime to the people
- 41:33Speaker 4: who disagree because there are differing views and opinions from
- 41:36Speaker 4: people's experiences in life. And to discount them as though
- 41:41Speaker 4: they're just all being emotional because they don't agree with
- 41:43Speaker 4: you is wrong and arrogant. And people have a right
- 41:48Speaker 4: to say they are concerned about this war and this
- 41:52Speaker 4: mess and the energy situation and what's going on in
- 41:57Speaker 4: this country and that– And where this is all headed.
- 42:03Speaker 4: And no, you shouldn't be concerned about that because he
- 42:05Speaker 4: did something about fentanyl.
- 42:07Speaker 3: That ain't going to cut it.
- 42:08Speaker 5: Ron, that's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is
- 42:10Speaker 5: I also am unhappy about the gas price. As you
- 42:13Speaker 5: well know, I did not support them going into this
- 42:15Speaker 5: war or RAC 1 or RAC 2, Kuwait, none of it.
- 42:18Speaker 5: I did not support that. I think that was a mistake,
- 42:21Speaker 5: both in timing and purpose. It was not for us.
- 42:24Speaker 5: I think the Epstein thing was a mistake. We talked
- 42:26Speaker 5: about that. But I do think that not having 400,000
- 42:28Speaker 5: more dead people from fentanyl is good and hundreds of
- 42:31Speaker 5: thousands fewer children raped is good. I think having trillions
- 42:34Speaker 5: of dollars of regulations reduced is good. I'm not saying
- 42:37Speaker 5: disregard what you're angry about. And it's great that you
- 42:39Speaker 5: put on opposing voices. That's fabulous. What I'm saying is
- 42:43Speaker 5: let's not lose sight of everything for one thing.
- 42:46Speaker 4: But maybe one thing can overshadow everything else. You're saying
- 42:54Speaker 4: a $.
- 42:54Speaker 5: 4 gas price overshadows hundreds of.
- 42:56Speaker 3: Thousands of rates over.
- 42:57Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm saying perhaps. And we don't know until we
- 43:00Speaker 4: get to the midterms. We don't know.
- 43:03Speaker 3: We don't know.
- 43:04Speaker 5: The midterms are, look.
- 43:05Speaker 6: We don't know.
- 43:05Speaker 3: But if he destroys....
- 43:09Speaker 4: If he puts the Democrats in charge, go look in
- 43:12Speaker 4: the mirror. He's to blame. And the agenda gets shot
- 43:16Speaker 4: in the ass because of him and because of what
- 43:19Speaker 4: he did. And the next two years will be a
- 43:21Speaker 4: living hell. And he can't be blaming me or anybody else.
- 43:25Speaker 4: He better go look in the mirror. He better figure out,
- 43:29Speaker 4: maybe I made a big mistake. Maybe I misread everything here.
- 43:32Speaker 4: The same thing.
- 43:33Speaker 3: The Democrats did.
- 43:34Speaker 5: No, I think he knows who he's reacting to. The
- 43:36Speaker 5: first mistake was the Republicans in Congress refusing to take
- 43:39Speaker 5: up our agenda and carry it forward. That's where this
- 43:42Speaker 5: began to crack. That's going to culminate in what happens
- 43:44Speaker 5: in these midterms, and I think it's going to be brutal.
- 43:46Speaker 5: And I do not think that thinking people are going
- 43:48Speaker 5: to go vote for Sharon Brown.
- 43:50Speaker 3: I pray to God they won't. I hope to God
- 43:53Speaker 3: they wouldn't.
- 43:54Speaker 4: But I keep reading the Democrats got the momentum on
- 43:59Speaker 4: their side, and there's a lot of Republicans. He's pissed off.
- 44:03Speaker 4: Trump is pissed off and turned on that they're not
- 44:07Speaker 4: enthusiastically going to go out and vote.
- 44:10Speaker 5: And it's not just Trump. I mean, it was we
- 44:13Speaker 5: spent a year complaining about Johnson not advancing the agenda
- 44:15Speaker 5: and spending money.
- 44:16Speaker 4: Trump's going to spend of Johnson. Trump's going to get
- 44:19Speaker 4: this whole cabal. It's going to come back to bite him.
- 44:22Speaker 4: We shall see.
- 44:23Speaker 5: All right. It's going to bite the Republican Party in
- 44:25Speaker 5: the ass in the midterm.
- 44:26Speaker 3: And that will hurt Trump.
- 44:29Speaker 5: Yes, and us mostly. Guess what? It hurts us.
- 44:31Speaker 3: That is right.
- 44:33Speaker 4: So maybe you have to sit back and say, was
- 44:36Speaker 4: this a mistake, and do we continue to go down
- 44:38Speaker 4: the same road of this mistake?
- 44:40Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 44:41Speaker 3: We shall see. We'll talk more tomorrow. Tomorrow's Wednesday.
- 44:44Speaker 4: Tomorrow, Wednesday, we should be able to talk more with
- 44:46Speaker 4: you two. We'll hoot, holler, argue, throw things at the wall.
- 44:50Speaker 5: Fantastic. I loved it.
- 44:53Speaker 4: On NewsRadio 570, nobody came yet.
- 44:58Speaker 5: Thanks.
- 44:58Speaker 3: Have a good night, everybody. Guys, if you want the
- 45:00Speaker 3: greatest night of your life.
