- Powerball Clears Half a Billion! This is The Lottery Rundown for Thursday October 8th Powerball drew Wednesday night with 11, 13, 14, 21 and 65, plus Powerball 19 and a 2X multiplier. Nobody hit the jackpot. Number 21 is the most frequently drawn white ball over the past six years, appearing 82 times. Do you think it has its own parking space at the studio by now? Meanwhile, 13 ranks dead last with 47 appearances and returned after 19 drawings away. Thirteen finally found a contest it could lose. Saturday’s jackpot rises to 516 million dollars, with a cash value of 212 million 600 thousand dollars. That could bankroll a floating city for retired mascots, complete with tiny transit cards and a zoning board run by the least alarming owl. The run now stands at 24 drawings and 56 days without a jackpot winner, a fairly ordinary stretch. Moving to Mega Millions, the last draw was Tuesday, October 6, with 26, 32, 42, 51 and 54, plus Mega Ball 22. No one claimed the jackpot, but a lucky Florida ticket holder scored 3 million dollars and a New Jersey player pocketed 2 million dollars. Number 26 remains among the five most frequently drawn white balls over the past six years, while 32 and 54 both returned after 16 drawings away. Friday’s jackpot reaches 364 million dollars, with a cash value of 147 million 300 thousand dollars.
