The Orealla Secondary School project is back on the auction block after its first contractor missed a deadline and got kicked out — but this time, sixteen bidders are vying for the contract, with bids soaring from $176M to over $265M. Originally designed to serve 180 students and cut travel costs for families, the project already has three buildings partially completed, including one with a roof.
