**SILVER WARNING!** You Best Listen to THIS! 🦍🦍 (NEW Gold & Silver Intelligence) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:00
Silver and gold investors have a lot to be excited about.
0:04
So many good things happening. We're going to talk about all
0:07
the reasons why in this video, but guess what?
0:11
We're not. Sentiment is near really almost
0:15
as bad as I've seen it in a long, long time in the gold and
0:18
silver sector. We're going to talk about that.
0:21
But we've got a new analyst telling us that we could get to
0:24
333 dollars silver. Now that's an easy number for us
0:29
to remember. But what's more important is
0:31
he's been calling for this since silver was around $22.00 per oz.
0:37
And he's also going to share with us when to sell silver.
0:41
A lot of people shy away from that, like saying, you know,
0:44
kind of specifically what the time frame, what the conditions
0:47
may be. So we'll hear all about that.
0:49
But let's talk about sentiment first.
0:51
We're going to start out with something funny today, and we're
0:53
going to end with something funny at the end of this live
0:57
stream. But let's start with this for
1:01
your viewing pleasure. This came from Eric Yong, right?
1:04
Super respected King Kong 9888 guy in the Silver and gold
1:09
investor. He says basic training for
1:12
silver investors, you know, ow ow, ow, wow.
1:16
And that's what it feels like right now for some strange raise
1:20
a reason. Does that does that resonate
1:22
with you? I mean, right now when I what
1:25
I'm hearing and what I'm seeing from comments and the on the
1:29
videos and from talking to other big leaders in the precious
1:32
metal sector, that there's pretty low sentiment right now.
1:35
Now I've seen it worse and you probably have as well.
1:39
However, what I think is wild about this is that the sentiment
1:43
level being kind of down right now is happening during a time
1:47
where we've actually got great prices for both gold and silver.
1:52
And sentiment ebbs and flows. You've seen it, I've seen it,
1:57
right? Sentiment is not something that
1:59
just goes down and stays down or goes up and stays up.
2:03
It's always ebbing and flowing. And if we can have horrible
2:08
sentiment at $75 silver, hey, that's setting us up a great
2:13
platform for better sentiment and better prices as we move
2:18
down the road. And I've never seen such
2:20
negative sentiment during such, such a good market.
2:23
So we're OK, guys. We're going to be fine.
2:26
You know, look, the silver and gold markets are in great shape.
2:30
And when we look, and I'll tell you what I see when I look out,
2:33
eight years. We were going to talk about 10
2:36
years, but we're going to talk about 8 years from now.
2:38
But before we do that, let's get into this massive silver
2:42
prediction from the market Sniper, $333 per oz silver.
2:48
Before we do that, I want to say thank you for joining me down
2:51
here in the basement. It really is special when you
2:53
come down here. We call ourselves basement
2:56
dwellers. We love to talk about gold and
2:58
silver through the good times, but we also go through the tough
3:02
times together as well. Please subscribe to the channel,
3:06
give the video a thumbs up, but most importantly, on behalf of
3:09
upstairs, Susie and myself, we want to say thank you for
3:12
joining us. Now let's get into $333 silver,
3:17
guys, we got a lot to be grateful for.
3:19
Right now, this is the market sniper.
3:21
He's an MBA, he's ACMT. He's also the HB method, I
3:26
think, inventor, he says. My take is silver and precious
3:30
metals. Here's the bad news.
3:32
Have more ordinary churn and pull back spell for a little
3:36
bit, right? We're going to churn.
3:38
We're going to kind of stay and continue to build this base.
3:41
But he says make no leverage long trades.
3:44
Once that completes, onwards to $333 silver before before cents,
3:52
similar spell. Now let's go out and hear it
3:55
directly from him. This was an interview that he
3:59
did, I think back in January, but he's been calling for this
4:03
since the silver price was around $22.00 per oz.
4:07
We're going to get it on full screen and that big Gray box
4:10
will go off the screen here very shortly.
4:12
But he's going to start out talking about Silver, so listen
4:16
up. But that's our opinion on it has
4:20
always been before it even began that it was making in the
4:25
regions of 330 as a target. There we go again.
4:28
You'll see this particular draw person on that particular
4:31
exchange has 300 and 28328 three $128.00 which is in in the round
4:39
the 3:30 mark that was at by the way, when the market was trading
4:43
22, 22. So we've consistently said for
4:46
an extended period exactly what we've said and we highlighted
4:51
you'll see 101 over here on the second interim, that first
4:55
purple number. Now you might not be able to see
4:57
it that clearly. You can take it for me it says
4:59
one O 1.5 just like that says 328.
5:03
So for those seeking to understand and for those that
5:06
choose to talk deceptive, dishonest and have low integrity
5:10
when they discuss us, this is what we forecast.
5:16
It's quite clear a second inch in and around the 100 level, a
5:22
full target in and around the three 3333 level.
5:26
And a final sell point into which will be decided by us
5:30
possibly first into gold, maybe into equities.
5:33
And we've even described the Times or the Newsweek headline
5:37
that will likely run when they say the death of equities.
5:41
And that will be time to be a buyer again.
5:44
And that'll be the equivalent of 1980.
5:47
OK. So what he's telling us right
5:49
there, the time to sell, we got a lot to unpack here, will be
5:53
after the market goes down, when the big headlines start coming
5:57
out saying the equity markets are dead, the equity markets are
6:00
dead. That may be, According to him, a
6:02
great time to rotate some of your money from precious metals
6:07
back into the regular equity markets.
6:09
But that will be after, according to the market, market
6:13
sniper, the silver price gets to $333.
6:18
And again, he's been predicting these big moves since $22.00 per
6:23
oz silver. And it's not just him.
6:26
You know, some, some people are starting to give some analyst,
6:30
some Flack out there. But think about it.
6:32
We've got Michael Oliver saying 200 to possibly $500 silver this
6:37
summer. David Hunter, right?
6:39
A guy who's got 49 years of experience, he has a 100 and $80
6:43
short term target on silver. We looked yesterday at Egon von
6:48
Geyers. He's talking about 203 hundred,
6:51
400, even $500 silver. And then it could happen much
6:56
sooner than most people recognize.
6:58
And of course, our good friend Rashad, right, who has targets
7:01
around $200 short term this summer for silver.
7:05
But wait, there's more. Don't forget about Bank of
7:08
America. Now, look, you know, I've been
7:12
getting some Flack about about reporting.
7:15
All I'm doing is reporting what they're saying.
7:18
But this is Bank of America who said that the silver price could
7:22
go as high as $309 per oz. So don't shoot the messenger,
7:28
OK? Look, you know, anything can
7:30
happen, but you've got like with the the one of the biggest banks
7:34
in the world and you got analysts who've been around for
7:38
decades and decades and haven't had a like a habit of making
7:42
outrageous calls for the price of silver telling us that this
7:46
is the situation that we're in. So anyhow, OK, let's go on now.
7:51
Did you? This is interesting about
7:52
silver, that silver's over performance relative to gold.
7:58
I want to thank my friend Mr. M, the one only the silver and gold
8:02
genius for sharing this one with me.
8:05
I had no idea and I doubt maybe you did as well.
8:09
It says what we're witnessing is not simply simply a cyclical
8:13
move, but a structural shift in how silver.
8:18
Hold on, I forgot to read the top.
8:21
Sorry, guys. And gold, we trust silver VS
8:24
gold. A dramatic reversal in relative
8:26
performance from the COVID lows, OK, of 2020 to April of 2026,
8:34
silver has outperformed gold by roughly 100%.
8:39
In other words, the same investment in silver delivered
8:42
twice the return of gold. And like I was saying earlier,
8:46
what we're witnessing is not simply a cyclical move, but a
8:50
structural shift in how silver is perceived.
8:52
Essentially, it's gone from a monetary metal into becoming a
8:57
strategic asset. And take a look at this chart.
9:00
It's very interesting. OK, here's what he's talking
9:03
about here. This is the green circle, which
9:06
is now red was the silver lows during the C-19 crisis.
9:11
Remember silver hit like $1214.00 per oz and at that
9:15
point the gold to silver ratio, so I don't know, it was well
9:18
over 100, maybe even approaching 120.
9:22
And what he's saying is now the gold to silver ratio, hey, got
9:27
as low as what almost 50 not too long ago, but now sitting right
9:31
here at 60. So if you decided that you
9:36
wanted to trade silver for gold during the C-19 crisis, it would
9:40
have taken about 120 ounces of silver.
9:43
Today it only takes 60 ounces of silver.
9:47
And if we look back, right, let's just go back, this is 2011
9:51
right here, this circle that I'm recircling, right, we got down
9:55
to I think it was 30 at that point.
9:58
And you know, this gold to silver ratio can get even lower.
10:02
Now something important to remember with that in the, the
10:04
gold to silver ratio is it's not just the ratio that needs to go
10:09
down for the silver price to go up because of the gold price
10:13
goes up. Let's say the 8000 per oz, OK,
10:16
which is not out of the question.
10:18
We've got many of the big analyst Jim Rickards I think is
10:21
saying 100, I'm sorry, $10,000 gold possible by the end of the
10:26
year. But let's say we get the $8000
10:29
gold sometime in the next two years, OK?
10:32
I personally think that that's very doable sometime in the next
10:36
two years from now that we could have $8000 gold or higher.
10:40
If we went to a 50 to 1 gold to silver ratio at that point where
10:45
it would take you 50 ounces of silver to get one ounce of gold,
10:49
which is still historically in the average range.
10:52
The silver price at $8000 gold and 50 to 1 gold to silver
10:57
ratio, silver price sit down $160.
11:03
And to me, those are two, two very feasible realistic outcomes
11:07
just in the next two years, right?
11:09
And I'll tell you what I think 10 years from now with silver in
11:12
one second, but right, gold going to 8000 in the gold to
11:15
silver ratio dropping to only 50.
11:18
If you want to get your hands on some silver right now, the
11:21
freshest silver in town, First Mint.
11:25
Thank you for sponsoring Ron's Basement and making our meetings
11:29

11:52

11:55

12:02
important person Ron's basement RBVIPRB.
12:06
Remember to use that when you check out great company you
12:10
guys. The best part about it is that
12:12
everyone who's worked with first met from this community has
12:16
provided unbelievable positive feedback.
12:19
So can silver really go to 330? I've been getting some emails.
12:23
Look, sentiment is down, People are frustrated.
12:26
I can kind of feel it myself. I've been in this for decades.
12:29
We've been through periods like this before, never when we had a
12:33
silver price at $75.00. But nonetheless, yes, silver can
12:37
absolutely get to 333 dollars. Yes, silver can absolutely get
12:42
to 400, five, $100 per oz. Silver, I believe in the next 8
12:48
years will go above $1000 per oz easily.
12:53
I believe that. I know that that's my truth.
12:56
I look at all the technical analysis.
12:58
We look at all the fundamental analysis.
13:01
We also look at what's going on geopolitically in the world
13:05
right now. We also look, even most
13:08
importantly, excuse me, what's going on fiscally in the world,
13:12
the debt situation in the entire world.
13:15
And let me look at the history of silver and in my opinion,
13:19
right? Look, you don't have to agree
13:21
with me, and that's absolutely fine.
13:23
But I believe in the next 8 years that we could see a silver
13:27
price at $1000 or higher. Actually, I'm expecting it.
13:32
Could I be wrong? Yes.
13:33
Am I usually right? Yes, at least 66% of the time
13:38
I'm correct. So you know, look, we sat down
13:42
here, guys, let me remind you, basement dwellers, those of you
13:47
who are new may not know this, but those of you who've been
13:50
around a long time do know this. We sat down here and talked
13:54
about silver and the prospects for silver when the silver price
13:58
was 1416, $20 per oz. And when we talked about triple
14:04
digit silver, when Keith Newmeyer you should talk about,
14:07
people would scoff, right? People would scoff at me the
14:10
same, let's say not nice emails in comments that I would get now
14:18
about 200 to $300 silver. I we would get back then when we
14:22
would talk about silver going to $80 or or above $50 or God
14:28
forbid $100, right? And it happened.
14:31
OK, it any, look, we're talking about pricing silver in U.S.
14:38
dollars, paper dollars, right? Look, how much is silver worth
14:42
and Confederate dollars, how much is silver worth in any of
14:46
the other host of hundreds of other Fiat currencies that have
14:50
come and gone over the last 500 years?
14:53
It's worth Infinity. OK, look, I'm not rooting for
14:56
the ultimate demise of the US dollar, but let's just say that
15:01
overall, the when we look at what the value, and that's what
15:05
we want to look at when we think of silver, the price at some
15:09
point isn't really going to matter so much.
15:11
It's going to be more value. Like what can I get with an
15:14
ounce of silver? Can I get, and you know, instead
15:17
of 1 tank of gas in my car, can I get 5 tanks, 10 tanks?
15:22
Who knows where that'll go? But I think both from a value
15:25
and a price perspective in particular, the key time time
15:29
frame that I'm looking at and knowing to be the case right now
15:33
is about 8 years. And again, that's after a deep
15:36
study of all the technical analysis, all the fundamental
15:39
analysis and a broader view of history and what's going on in
15:44
the world right now and how it fits with that history.
15:47
So keep, stay tuned, and we're going to have fun over the next
15:50
eight years also because you're going to subscribe to the
15:53
channel. All right, Next up, we got a
15:55
great one about China and silver.
15:58
Before we do that, I do want to say thank you to Brixton Metals
16:02
for sponsoring Ron's Basement Canadian metals exploration
16:06
company. They got 4 big projects, all in
16:09
North America of focusing on copper, gold, silver, nickel and
16:15
and a number of other critical metals.
16:17
You can learn more about them at brixtonmetals.com.
16:20
And hey, our good friends at First Mining Gold.
16:24
Long time sponsor of Ron's Basement.
16:26
It's a stock I own long before they sponsored my channel and
16:30
they've got millions of Oz of gold in the ground in Canada.
16:35
Spring pull project in Ontario, Duparke project in Quebec,
16:40
right. There aren't a lot of multi
16:42
million ounce development stage projects in Canada.
16:45
Learn more about them at firstmininggold.com.
16:48
Hey, let's go out now. More good news in the world of
16:52
silver, but this brings up a really a another one from Eric
16:56
Yuong. Eric.
16:57
Yeah, King Kong 9888. OK, famous guy who has a deep
17:02
understanding of the world silver market and look at what
17:06
he brings up. This is awesome.
17:09
How long do you think the United States will allow artificially
17:13
low priced physical silver to be exported via the LBMA to China
17:20
via the LBMA? How much longer is our U.S.
17:23
government going to allow China to basically suck in all the
17:26
world silver, silver. And they do that through the
17:28
LBMA and then the LBMA gets some supply through the COMEX.
17:33
We know the registered inventory levels are super low, thereby
17:37
empowering China to reduce its dependence on crude oil through
17:42
solar power and EVs. And now think about this.
17:46
This is important reason why we're talking about this. the
17:48
United States is kind of the world king of oil.
17:52
Remember the Petro dollar, even though a lot of oil comes from
17:55
the Middle East, all that great, but the, the, the dollar derived
18:00
its value from oil since we basically we went off the gold
18:04
standard in 1971. So not only does it, are they
18:08
taking all the silver, but as they're developing a massive
18:12
solar power and EV industry with all that silver, it's taking
18:17
away from the demand for oil says the clock is ticking.
18:21
The bankers will end up being a sideshow.
18:24
And I love this graphic, right? There's all the silver heading
18:29
off into the into the distance and we get proof that this is
18:33
going on. Here's a great article from the
18:37
Shanghai metals market that was brought up by Mr. International
18:41
Stacker, the one and only great guy.
18:43
Go check him out on YouTube. Says Asia is paying record
18:47
premiums for physical silver next surge.
18:51
Loading New report from the Shanghai metals market
18:54
highlights the massive and growing divergent Hong Kong
18:58
silver trading up $8 an ounce over London.
19:02
That's Hong Kong, Shanghai trading at a 12 to 13% premium.
19:07
But wait till you see what I'm going to show you next is I
19:09
think it's actually a little higher.
19:11
And note it says a value added tax is not included in the
19:15
Shanghai futures exchange price. Guys, China is paying a big
19:20
premium because they want all the silver.
19:23
Now we're going to go out here to the global metals tracker and
19:27
check on silver. It's on the right hand side, the
19:29
right column that gives us the US spot silver price right now.
19:34
The ask is it 7581 and we got $76 silver.
19:39
Why are why are so many precious metals people in the dumps?
19:42
I don't know. I don't get it.
19:44
Anyhow, if we go down, we see the Shanghai Gold Exchange, the
19:48
China SGE that stands for Shanghai Gold Exchange Silver.
19:53
That's their physical market, $86.87 And then you can see in
19:58
red right below that the premium versus the United States right
20:02
now, $11.06, almost 15% premium. Now it's even more interesting.
20:11
I love this website. It's metal dash tracker dash
20:14
terminal dot lovable. It's actually was created by
20:18
some of her fellow basement dwellers, the India MCX.
20:22
So it shows us the India premium.
20:24
India's right now spot trading, 8150 premium is 7 1/2% over the
20:32
price in the Western markets. Guys, that tells us one thing,
20:36
right? That India and China, the 1.4
20:40
billion people each in each of those economies #1 #2 two of the
20:45
fastest growing economies in the world that right, that number 32
20:49
economies that are, that are electrifying, right?
20:52
But they're doing it with electric vehicles.
20:55
They're doing it with solar, right?
20:57
They're trying to to, I don't, I know China produces almost no
21:01
oil on their own and I'm pretty sure the same is true with
21:04
India. They're trying to get away from
21:06
oil. Europe.
21:08
That's the other one, man. I just Europe the the, the head
21:12
of the ECB or the head of the European Union.
21:14
I'm sorry, said it the other day like we need to focus on green
21:19
technologies, solar, right? I mean, it's happening and it's
21:23
happening everywhere in the world.
21:26
And what do we know? What else do we know?
21:30
What else are they telling us about metals and about gold
21:33
that. Let's talk about the central
21:34
banks. Look, here's the reality.
21:37
Very the the reason why we pay attention to what the world
21:41
central banks are doing is because they are the top of the
21:44
food chain. Yeah, we can watch what hedge
21:46
funds do and what CNBC says and Yahoo Finance, all that.
21:51
But at the end of the day, if you want to know what's really
21:54
going on in the world economy, don't listen.
21:57
Don't listen. Plug your ears up.
21:59
Don't listen to me. I know I have an annoying voice,
22:02
but and don't listen to the world central bankers.
22:06
Instead, watch what they do. And here's what we know they are
22:11
doing right now. And then we're going to dig in
22:13
to some some other interesting components of this.
22:18
But this came from bar chart quite simple.
22:20
Global central banks now own the most gold this century.
22:26
It's hard to believe we're we're already 1/4 of the way through
22:29
the century. But if you go back to 2000, OK
22:32
and look at global gold holdings, it's clearly moving in
22:38
this direction. Now part of that will be because
22:41
of the price going up, but nonetheless, it's also because
22:47
of Oz going up. But you wouldn't know that by
22:49
listening to the mainstream media because CNBC, right?
22:53
They're always trying to poo poo the precious metals.
22:56
CNBC put this article out a few days ago.
22:59
Central banks were buying gold at record level.
23:02
Here's why they're selling now and we'll dig into this a little
23:05
bit. OK.
23:06
They're shifting from heavy gold buying to selling amid war
23:09
driven liquidity pressures. Gold fell 12% from January,
23:13
entering a period of contraction, blah, blah, blah.
23:16
Despite heightened geopolitical risk, emerging market central
23:20
banks are leading the trend with currency volatility and
23:23
increased spending requirements prompting the sell off.
23:26
Yeah, yeah. Here's what's going on.
23:29
There are some countries in the world right now that are in the
23:31
middle of very challenging times because of war.
23:36
Countries in the Middle East, other countries, and we're going
23:39
to dive a little more into this. When that happens and they need
23:43
money, OK, they have to sell some gold.
23:46
That's normal. That's what gold is for, right?
23:48
It's for, for, for having in case of a time of emergency.
23:52
A lot of the countries in the Middle East, a lot of some of
23:54
the developing countries are in a state of emergency of war.
23:58
In times of war, geopolitically speaking, countries don't trust
24:02
each other as much. When countries countries don't
24:04
trust each other, they don't want each other's paper money.
24:07
They want gold. Now we know that the United
24:09
States are our biggest export over the last five months has
24:13
been gold. Think about that.
24:15
What is that telling us? Who else is at war right now?
24:19
Russia, and we forgot, right? Russia and Ukraine.
24:22
I don't like war, any of that, but that's going on right now as
24:25
well. So let's go see what's happening
24:27
with Russia and gold, and this comes from Kitco.
24:32
Russia has sold 22 tons of gold this year amid declining ruble
24:37
in rising deficits. The Bank of Russia has sold 22
24:40
tons of gold since the start of 2026 to help finance the
24:44
country's budget deficit, which has grown to 61 billion by the
24:48
end of March, according to Russian and Ukrainian reports.
24:53
So yeah. But we also get reports from the
24:56
World Gold Council. And then we're let's talk about
24:59
Africa. Let's go here.
25:02
OK, this is from Reuters. Uganda central bank starts
25:05
buying domestically produced gold.
25:08
Uganda is a rapidly growing economy in Africa and their
25:12
central bank starts pilot domestic gold purchase program.
25:16
Purchases for the three-year program aimed at building and
25:20
diversifying the country's foreign exchange reserves began
25:23
Friday, the Bank of Uganda says in a statement in New Vision
25:27
newspaper. So they are buying gold and, and
25:30
this is where it gets even a little more interesting.
25:34
When the Kobesi letter points out this China, China is the
25:38
world boy. I, I almost, almost say, I hate
25:41
to say it, but we got to recognize the fact that China is
25:45
a world heavyweight economy and their demand for gold is
25:48
reaccelerating. Chinese gold imports rose to 162
25:53
tons in March, the highest since March of 2024, so the highest in
25:57
two years, and it's the third consecutive monthly increase
26:01
year to date, China has imported about 365 tons of gold.
26:06
Furthermore, China's central bank acquired 5 tons of gold in
26:09
March, the highest monthly addition since February.
26:13
This marks the 17th consecutive monthly purchase and brings
26:16
total official gold holdings, which everybody thinks are way
26:20
too low to 2313. So what's China doing?
26:27
You know, and there's the speculation, right, that we're
26:30
we're sending gold to China to settle our trade deficit with
26:37
them. China is importing massive
26:39
amounts of gold. China is importing massive
26:43
amounts of silver. You want to know why I promised
26:46
you we'd end with a funny 1 today?
26:48
Here's why this one's great get ready to smile and laugh, No
26:54
need to take your blood pressure medicine make gold great says
26:57
This guy has got a far better track record than Warren Buffett
27:02
when it comes to investing. OK, who is it?
27:05
It's some guy from thousands of years ago that the
27:08
archaeologists are digging up who has a gold bar in his hand
27:12
when he went to sleep, right? That gold today is still worth
27:17
about the same amount and we know that.
27:19
The gold price is outperformed many of the many of the popular
27:24
stock market metrics over the past number of years, even
27:29
decades. And we know that it it's been
27:32
going on even for centuries and will continue to go on look
27:37
unbelievable good news in the world of precious metals.
27:41
I know I understand right look, sentiment, the mood in the
27:45
precious metal sector is kind of been on a on a little bit of a
27:49
downward slope, but that will change Those things ebb and flow
27:53
and we're going to look at some data tomorrow.
27:55
Really, we give ourselves too much credit, OK, I'm not going
27:59
to put us down here guys. But the reality is, is this like
28:02
the actual retail investors, especially those of you who are
28:06
in the United States, we don't have a big massive impact on the
28:10
silver and gold price. We like to think, oh, people,
28:14
you know, and we and we talk on the there's much bigger forces,
28:18
which is fine, right, that are, that are that are propelling and
28:22
providing support and future support for the price of gold
28:27
and silver. Man, I really appreciate you
28:29
guys. I know right, it's ups and downs
28:32
in the world of precious metals. I was talking to one of my key
28:36
friends, community members who's a big, big investor in gold and
28:41
silver. He said it's not for the faint
28:42
of heart, and it certainly isn't, but it's for people who
28:47
understand the big picture. It's for those of us who are
28:50
willing to dig in a little deeper and realize right, the
28:54
unbelievable, I believe opportunity in gold and silver.
28:58
The only advice I'll give you, the only financial advice would
29:01

29:05

29:14
