- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: To me, I don't teach disease.
- 0:01[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even believe in disease.
- 0:03[SPEAKER_00]: I think the disease is an illusion.
- 0:05[SPEAKER_00]: We get cancer every single day.
- 0:07[SPEAKER_00]: Cancer is the body's hilly mechanism.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_00]: It's the body's hilly defense.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_05]: At what point in your life, were you saying, this is so interesting.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_05]: I'm dedicated my life now.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_00]: I had a very, very scary situation.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_00]: I was 21.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: Cardiac arrest.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: I had a heart attack.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_05]: Where were you in your life before you had the heart attack?
- 0:23[SPEAKER_00]: Still in the streets, doing drugs and partying and living at that point.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_00]: I call a living my best life.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: Eating whatever.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_00]: Now, it's eating meat.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: bad morally yes it is to me to black people is eating me bad yes we are early wrong yes because you have the killer to eat it and if you didn't kill it somebody else killed it for you to eat it so now you guilty by association 290 million views on TikTok before they banned me it's the analytics I was the number one black guy that's speaking about him what is he doing uh they said that whatever I was teaching did not fit they community guidelines but I'm hearing that they do that to a lot of people now
- 1:00[SPEAKER_05]: Welcome to another edition of the social group podcast.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_05]: We find dope people to do dope stuff and today is no different.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to follow this to the Sugar Man for a while now and I think health is very, very important.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_05]: But I'll also get kind of confused because they say that everything causes cancer now.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_05]: You know what I mean?
- 1:21[SPEAKER_05]: There's always these news reports, things that are in nature.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_05]: And then people like me who get on a fitness journey and then they become an automatic health guru.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_05]: You know what I mean?
- 1:29[SPEAKER_05]: So I've been off for six months and I'll be trying to tell K at our money, how to eat right.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_05]: And but today is going to have a, it's going to be a really, really great conversation because
- 1:40[SPEAKER_05]: I want to be healthy, man, and I want to live, I want to live longer for my kids, but also what I think is more impressive, not more impressive, but you've been able to build an empire based on your beliefs.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_05]: This is who you are, it's not like a product that I'm selling that I don't really believe in, but you've been able to build a strong brand around it.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_05]: So, welcome to the show.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_05]: How are you feeling?
- 2:04[SPEAKER_00]: to be here, man, I feel amazing, man.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for letting me on.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, man, thanks for coming, bro.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_05]: I glad to introduce you.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_05]: How do you introduce yourself to somebody that doesn't know you?
- 2:12[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, Dr. Yohai, but everybody called me Yohai again.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_00]: So Yohai was in his name that the people gave me, so that's the name that's stuck.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_00]: But my real name is actually Yohai, Rafa Elohim.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_00]: So Dr. Yohai, Dr. Yohai, Dr. Yohai, Dr. Yohai.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_00]: What is it?
- 2:27[SPEAKER_05]: What is Jaki?
- 2:28[SPEAKER_05]: Is that?
- 2:28[SPEAKER_00]: Jaki and Yokai is built the same way.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yokai is a Hebrew word in me and God lives.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, everybody call me Jaki.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, God, they just kept herself.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_00]: The person that don't know Hebrew, they don't read it and say, Jaki.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: But if you know Hebrew, if you know the Hebrew language, but I don't mean Jokai.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yokai.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yokai, yeah, God lives.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_05]: I think I want to call you y'all, y'all, I like that, right?
- 2:52[SPEAKER_05]: Um, okay, so, right now you built an incredible business, tell me about the business.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, so, the business is a health and wellness business.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, we also have what you will call a beauty spy and clinic where you can come in, you can get therapies.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, we got somewhere, we got hillin' homes, we got phones, we'll be growin' full.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: The empire is basically I started off selling health and wellness products and then all of the income that I created from selling the health and wellness products, I just invested it back into my business and you know I went online and started teaching my beliefs and teaching how to basically how I heal myself.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_00]: And from all the money, I just started putting it in other things, and then it just grew.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_00]: I looked up and I just had a lot of stuff.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_00]: But it started from health and wellness products, selling teas, things that help you detoxify the blood, detoxify the body, cleanse out the gas and old track.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: Things like that, man, and that just kept scaling up, scaling up.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_00]: I kept going live.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_00]: I was very, very consistent for five years straight.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_00]: I went live every Tuesday and Thursday, for five years straight, never missed the date.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: And that consistency and that reputation, it just gained the trust of the people and with that trust they started just pouring in and buying the products.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_00]: And with all that money I just reinvested it back and to me, and put it in other different compartments.
- 4:16[SPEAKER_00]: Because as you build an out of business and as you build an out your own lifestyle, everything that I'm experiencing, I want the people to experience it too.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_00]: So I say, well I like hyperbolic oxygen chain but therapy.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_00]: Let me buy one for people who can experience the same thing.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_00]: I love rare light therapy.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_00]: Let me buy real light beds so you look up and you accumulate all of these stings and from those things you just create a service for it and you were able to scale that up as well so I literally took my lifestyle, I took me healing myself, I took my detoxification protocols and I created a service to the world and the world they believed in it because I constantly was in a face still now to this very day but I mean back then it was twice a week I was in a face and my cameraman
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: I was going live on it started off on Facebook from Facebook and went to YouTube I spilled the over into Instagram and then I got real big on TikTok.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: It was a one point of time we had how many views on our Beyond TikTok?
- 5:15[SPEAKER_00]: 290 million views on TikTok before they banned me so like when it came to the health and wellness space you know I'm debatable the assay I'm the the greatest with the information that's debatable that's my you know point of view but according to the analytics I was the number one black guy that's speaking about hell so called black guy shit I said
- 5:36[SPEAKER_00]: two hundred and ninety million and it was just on tiktok alone.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: Then it kicked me off tiktok.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_00]: Why does it hurt you all?
- 5:43[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, they said that whatever I was teaching did not fit, they community guidelines, but I'm hearing that they do that to a lot of people now.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_00]: They kick me, just teaching, I have a different philosophy and a different concept when it comes to disease and I just don't think it lines up with the status quo of, you know, the medical and allopathic community.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_00]: Like to me, I don't teach disease.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even believe in disease.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_00]: I think the disease is a illusion.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: I think the disease is an illusion.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: It's an illusion.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_00]: It's a mindset.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_00]: It's a perception.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: It's a concept that's been taught to us.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_00]: cancer is not really I don't know I think so I think cancer is real but I think how you would explain cancer and how I would explain cancer right now we can we can just do a 10 second shoot it's gonna be a total different definition yours is gonna be based off of promotion propaganda and the allopathic training programming your mind to tell you what cancer is when I talk about cancer I talk about the physiology and the anatomy and what
- 6:49[SPEAKER_00]: based off what is doing I draw my conclusion.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_00]: So he would say cancer is basically a deaf sentence unless you get rid of it.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_00]: I will say cancer is your best friend trying to save your body.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, all right, we got to get into that.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_05]: Because one, I wouldn't describe cancer anyway because I don't know none about cancer, right?
- 7:04[SPEAKER_05]: I haven't studied in that way.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_05]: But you're saying that the average person would talk about, let's say, a cancer in a way like, okay, it's a disease and it continues to grow if you don't stop it from growing and it will kill you.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_05]: All those things are true, no?
- 7:25[SPEAKER_00]: No, there's not.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_00]: Not when you study the actual physiology and was going on with cancer was going on with a tumor.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_00]: First you have to talk about like a malignant cell.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_00]: What is a malignant cell?
- 7:37[SPEAKER_00]: A malignant cell is a cell that constantly replicates his cell.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_00]: And when you look at that cell, that cell is damaged.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: And it won't go through something called a stage of a topology.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_00]: And all the topology means it's when the cells
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: Degregate itself down in it.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_00]: It potentially eats itself.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_00]: So when you look at a cancer sale, we get cancer every single day.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_00]: Every single day when your body goes through a stage of a topology at least 500 million sales become malignant.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_00]: You have something called a immune system and you have something called a lymphatic system that gets rid of those cells.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_00]: So every day we all get cancer malignant cells.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: They just say, it don't take hold on our body because we have a sewage system or a trans system called the lymphatic system.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_00]: to help take these sales out of the body by way of your year and it's called metabolic waste products.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_00]: So when you get cancer and you get a lump or you fill in yield and you go to the allopathic community and they say, oh, we found this doing MRI, we found this doing blood work where you get a CE-19 cancer, energy and test or you get, you know, you get a lot of different blood work done and they say, look, it looks cancerous.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: They say, let us biopsy it to figure it out.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_00]: They have scraped a piece of the tumor out and then they send it to an oncologist.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_00]: The oncologist will send it to a pathologist.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_00]: Then the pathologists will look at it under the microscope.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_00]: Look at the integrity of the cells.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_00]: If it's associated with a pericetic or not, they talk about how much oxygen that the cell can or can't hold.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_00]: And then from there, they give you the diagnosis of cancer.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_00]: But if you look at cancer in the body, cancer only comes in the body when the body goes through a state of what you will call hapoxia.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_00]: And what hapoxia is, hapoxia is when the cells lack oxygen.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_00]: So if the cells lack oxygen, what happens is the body is lacking oxygen because it's only two things that cause what they call disease.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_00]: There's deficiency in toxicity.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_00]: The body is either deficient, usually is deficient of a mineral or a vitamin or is deficient of oxygen.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_00]: then toxicity sets in because without oxygen, without vitamins, without minerals, you can't detoxify.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_00]: So since you can't detox, then that means intoxication happens.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_00]: When intoxication happens, you or unique, you will make in the image and in the likeness of Yahweh who we call God.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: So God gave you these unique capabilities of healing yourself.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_00]: So when all these toxins build up and get accumulated within side of the tissues or inside the bloodstream, your body then forms this fleshly biological trash bag and stick the toxins in them.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_00]: And those toxins, if you keep feeding your body, this trash bag grow, it's kind of like you clean it up your kitchen and you haven't clean your kitchen for a year.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_00]: When you start cleaning your kitchen, those trash bags don't get full, fuller, fuller, and usually
- 10:32[SPEAKER_00]: is when the cancer spread.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: So when you look at the body, so I think we just need to start retrain in ourselves and reprogramming ourselves when we start talking about cancer.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: Cancer is the body's healing mechanism.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_00]: It's the body's healing defense.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: and you only see cancer happen in people that are full of toxins in a body start to lack oxygen or they lack a certain type of mineral or vitamin.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: Remember it's only two types of so-called disease and it's toxicity and deficiency.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_00]: So a person that's been trained by the autopathy community.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_00]: Allopathic just means when you talk about allopathic, you're talking about the doctrines of doctors.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_00]: They go to school, the John D. Rockefeller Foundation, the Cornelian family, how they went to school and they trained them on what physiology and anatomy and what disease actually is when you talk about pathology.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_00]: You were trained by a specific, elect group of people.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_00]: and that was to all sell petroleum-based medicines in oil, so it was a narrative pushed around on that time.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_00]: And this is where colleges and companies, when you look at Spelman, if you look at the last word, the last name of Spelman is actually John D. Rockefeller wife, that was our last name.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_00]: So when you look at all of these different colleges and they names they actually trace back to the Rockefeller family and the Rockefeller family is who pioneered and actually led the medical crusade in the US and all of them come from Germany.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_00]: So if you look at who taught us the people that taught us medicine or the same people the people that taught us disease
- 12:10[SPEAKER_00]: issue and have an antidote for it to solve that issue that I created and I can create a curriculum around it.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: Now I have this never ending cycle of getting paid and creating general generation of wealth for me and my family and we just was low hanging fruit that got caught in that cycle, which is to me it's like a warlock, it's like a
- 12:34[SPEAKER_00]: Illusion that we availed has been put over our head, availed has been put over our eyes, but when you start studying these diseases and looking at them for self People like hold on these are not diseases at all these or my body trying to heal it so and we call in a symptom diseases
- 12:52[SPEAKER_00]: So it's kind of like, if you get acne and you get a pimple on your face, that's how you have bad skin.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_00]: So for that bad skin, you will go get some eggs and a cream, you'll get some steroids, you'll rub it on there and you will suppress all of those metabolic toxins that's trying to come out of your skin.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_00]: You will suppress them back into the tissues and back into the bloodstream.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_00]: Me coming from a holistic lens, I will say your skin is taking a poop.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_00]: your skin is defecating.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: Why is your skin taking a poop?
- 13:21[SPEAKER_00]: Why is your skin defecating when you have a rectum?
- 13:24[SPEAKER_00]: You have a digestive tract.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_00]: Why you just can't go and defecate on the toilet that way your skin ain't taking a poop for you.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you backed up.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_00]: So you congested.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_00]: So if you congested, that means you need two detox.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_00]: And since you can't detox, that means you're building up toxins and you're intoxicated.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_00]: So since you is intoxicated, the body is smart enough to use the biggest organ on the body, which is the skin to excrete all of those toxins.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_00]: And you will call it acne, you will call it eczema, you will call it all these other things.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_00]: But it's actually the body detoxifying.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: So
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: they take the symptoms, call it a disease, and sell you a prescription medicine for.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: I take the symptom and call it what it is, which is the body trying to detoxify, and I help the symptom.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't think I don't think I'm going to get rid of cancer.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_00]: When you come see me, I'm trying to help cancer, because cancer is the body's trying to detox.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_00]: Since it can't detox fast enough, it builds biological tissues, it stuck all of those metabolic waste byproducts inside of it, and then usually it's something called mitochondria affair you're going on where you can't efficiently make energy enough, and then as long as those toxins are in the body that fleshly trash bag of what we call a tumor get bigger and get bigger.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_00]: So, I'm going to help the body do what is doing already, which is trying to get rid of all it at accumulation.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to get rid of it by making you poop, making you pee, making you cough, I'm going to give you cold and food like symptoms, I'm going to make you sweat, I'm going to raise your fever up, I'm going to put you in a sauna for you can sweat through your pores, I'm going to make you lose all day away by giving you herbs that's going to sweep the digestive tract.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_00]: So now you start seeing that tumour gets smaller and smaller, why did it get smaller because I got rid of the trash?
- 15:06[SPEAKER_00]: So the body is doing a good job at sticking all his trash in the trash bag.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_00]: We have to do a good job at taking that trash in a house to the trash can outside.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_00]: The lymphatic system do a good job at he acts as the trash.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_00]: Waste management, it comes pick that trash up off the curve and take it to the landfill and then they out the barrier to it or they burn it.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, bro.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know nothing.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_05]: this in depth, like no subject in the world, right?
- 15:31[SPEAKER_05]: And I feel like, I, you know what I mean?
- 15:35[SPEAKER_05]: How you get like this?
- 15:37[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know, so we're, we're asking the question, but what is your, your study research regimen like?
- 15:44[SPEAKER_00]: I just think, I think God created certain beings for certain missions and certain purposes and I just know for a fact that this is mine So a lot of people ask how am I able to retain so much.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know because I don't retain everything like this.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_00]: I just think I was created
- 16:01[SPEAKER_00]: to create other healers and to teach people that you are your own healer and to be your own doctor.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't mean don't go to the doctor.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not sending it all.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not sending if you get shot, pull your own bullet out.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_00]: So your own self-lip if I get shot right now, God forbid.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_00]: call 911, give me an ambulance, take me to surgery.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_00]: But it's certain things that we can do on our own.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_00]: What we're missing in America is the basic science of nutrition.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_00]: And once you learn nutrition and you really dive deep into it, you will realize what's really going on.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_00]: And remember at the beginning of the segment, I told you it's only two illusions of disease.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_00]: But what I will call
- 16:44[SPEAKER_00]: and toxicity.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_00]: We are deficient.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what's going on with our bodies.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_00]: We don't have enough minerals.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_00]: We don't have enough vitamins.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_00]: We don't have enough amino acids, carbosylic acid, these are things that make up protein that keep your molecular structure put together.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_00]: We're breathing in toxic air.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_00]: We drink in contaminated water.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_00]: Now we only bring, we bring, we bring in so many heavy metals from them seeding the clouds, the heart machine, them creating their own weather, all of the cars, the pollution, the environmental pollution, plastic everywhere, estrogen, light chemicals in our food, synthetic clothing.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_00]: We weren't all these collons with pair of bones in them that's given us toxins like
- 17:26[SPEAKER_00]: If you look at what's going on right now and you study statistics and you look at the sheets, one out of every two people will get cancer in a life, one out of every two.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_00]: Count how many people in this room divide in half, there you go.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_00]: Next 10 to 15 years, that's a cancer diagnosis.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_00]: And most of it comes from the people that think they healthy, from the people that work out, from the people that's eaten right, so how are they still getting cancer?
- 17:50[SPEAKER_05]: how are they still getting cancer?
- 17:52[SPEAKER_00]: And it's the environment.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_00]: They have something called blue zones, right?
- 17:57[SPEAKER_00]: We're a doctor.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_00]: He was very, very interested in longevity, right?
- 18:02[SPEAKER_00]: So he said, I'm a travel to work.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm gonna find the people who live the longest, not only the people who live the longest, but thrive why they live in the longest.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_00]: Because we got people that can live to be 110.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_00]: but they are skinny, you see they bones, they're like a skeleton, a skeleton, they can't get out the bed, that's not living.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_00]: So he said, I want to find the people that live the longest that's driving, they're still walking around.
- 18:25[SPEAKER_00]: And two of the ones, it was seven of them, but I'm going to mention two of them.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to mention three.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_00]: One with Singapore.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I'm going to show you what they all had in common.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_00]: The other one was Okanawa and then it was
- 18:37[SPEAKER_00]: So he went to these three different regions and they called him Blue Zones.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_00]: All of them lived to be over 100.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_00]: They were 100 years old still cooking a young food, still working out.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_00]: They did racket bar every weekend and they gathered.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_00]: Guess what they all had in common that these other zones did not have, there was red zones, or what you would call kills zones.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_00]: They only ate one ingredient foods.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_00]: So, meaning if it's said and the crazy thing about this is all of the more on high carbohydrate diet, but from the allopathic community and from the nutritional community from the western hemisphere, anything with a carbohydrate on it is bad.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_00]: You can't eat potatoes, you can't eat sweet potatoes, fruits are bad and give you diabetes.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_00]: But there are eating all of these things that America said you can't eat because it would drop your diabetes, but they didn't have any diabetes.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_00]: They, they blood sugar was regulated.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_00]: They didn't have hypertension and high blood pressure.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_00]: They didn't have none of these illnesses or these so-called diseases, but they were eating the same thing that America said you can't eat or you will get these diseases.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_03]: ingredient food.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_00]: One ingredient food, if it says King White on the bag, that's it, I'm an eat it.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_00]: If it's King White, plus, uh, mock toast, plus distros, adjectives and preservatives, I'm not eating it.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: So they literally only ate food that had one ingredient.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_00]: A sweet potato was a sweet potato.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't a sweet potato mix with nutritional yeast or nothing like that.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_00]: So they made, they put ingredients together, so they will take a sweet potato and then they will take olive oil and they will cook and bake them some fish and make it all together, but they only ate one ingredient food.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't more than one ingredient on the bag.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, if you look at what they was doing when they went to the markets to shop, they brought their own bag and they stuck it in there.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_00]: There wasn't even packaging.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_00]: So this shows you what's going on in America.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_00]: We're even too many processed foods and these processed foods making processed human.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_00]: So we are becoming processed people when we are literally living biological entities.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_00]: And we eat and all of these things that our bodies cannot metabolically break down.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_00]: So guess what happens is stores it up.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_00]: When the stores it up, it's trying to break it down.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_00]: It can't so it creates toxicity.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_00]: Because anything that goes through your body have to go through methylation, methylation is when you change it up.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_00]: It's basically when you put something in your body, your body breaks it down.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: It takes the usable parts and the use them and the unusable part you usually get rid of it.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_00]: But our digestive tract doesn't even have the hottest hydrochloric acid to break these fools down.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_00]: So we don't have nowhere to go.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_00]: So now you get the corrosion of things inside the system.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have microbes to break it down.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have hydrochloric acid to break it down.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_00]: You can't even burn mint this stuff.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_00]: So now you got all these things going.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_00]: They're trying to break them down.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_00]: And then they have to plea a morphocytes and metamorphocytes themselves to become bigger to break these things down.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now you got parasites.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_00]: You think a parasite came from outside of the body.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_00]: When it really came from inside of the body.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_00]: Because you or the image of God.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_00]: So when you start looking at all of these different diseases and you see the blue zones,
- 21:37[SPEAKER_00]: The first thing is they ate zero processed foods, they didn't have processed foods, they didn't smoke and this is another crazy thing they drank But they created their own wine, they had a wine, they grew their own grapes, they grew their own fruits, they made their own rum
- 21:54[SPEAKER_00]: See that so a lot of people like what you can't drink you can't do this.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_00]: You can't do that Well, that's according to America you can't cuz it's always already too many toxins But in a blue zone you can drink and be married because that what they're drinking don't have nitrates in it What they drink and don't have carbon dioxide in it.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_00]: They're drinking homemade wine that grown from their own vineyard And they live in to be a hundred and ten still working out still walking still cooking a young food
- 22:19[SPEAKER_00]: Another thing I want to bring out, they wasn't even that much meat, they only ate about five pounds of meat a month.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_00]: But they said, and I don't push meat even at all.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_00]: But they was eating grass-fed, home-grown chickens, and cows, and they were living longer than vegans here in America.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_00]: So it started.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_00]: You get to the point where you can't play the nutrition game all the time.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_00]: You can't get on these platforms and spit all the science when it's too much other science that go against your science.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_00]: You got to be true for me like what's really going on here.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_00]: Now it's eating meat, bad, morally, yes it is to me.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_00]: To black people is eating meat, bad, yes morally wrong.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, because you have the killer to eat it.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_00]: And if you didn't kill it, somebody else killed it for you to eat it.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_00]: So now you guilty by association.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_05]: But I mean, a plant is live, it's growing.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_00]: But your plan is live and growing, but if you eat the way that we were designed to eat and what I mean by that, I mean so-called black people, melanated people, we are naturally fruit divorce.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, when you pick a fruit from the plant, you don't kill the plant.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_00]: The fruit is the reproductive part of the plant with the seed so you can it regrow in it regenerate When you pluck the plant the plant do die and that's why plants or what you call vegetables have something called Electons in it and sappon is the plant literally have its own natural pesticides that try to kill you to keep you from eating it And that's why most pests die from eating plant plants because plants have these it's called anti-nutrient compounds
- 23:41[SPEAKER_00]: So, if you play around in nature and creation, you know what you pose to be eaten, and so-called melanated people, I mean, melanated people are so-called black people, we're without a doubt, frugal voice, we're frugal voice, we pose to be eaten fruits.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I already know what you probably think of.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_05]: Vegetables that are, the fruit from the vegetables.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, exactly, exactly, because a lot of people like what fruit, how can I sustain myself out of fruits?
- 24:04[SPEAKER_00]: Well, Kingwild is a fruit and Kingwild is a complete whole food and what I mean by complete food have all nine essential amino acids in it, all nine of them, everything that you need to rebuild your molecular structure and keep your molecular structure built.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_00]: But I want to get off the blues on real quick.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_00]: Let's just finish this.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_00]: So the blues ons, he went across the world, he found seven different places, these blues ons where people live the most, they live the longest and they thrive.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_00]: The first thing he found was they did not eat any processed foods.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_00]: What blew his mind was they still ate meat.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_00]: They still ate dairy, but the meat and dairy was not processed.
- 24:35[SPEAKER_00]: Not only that, they still drank, but they made their own wine.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of them didn't smoke.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_00]: A few of them did smoke, but even the ones that smoke lived longer.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_00]: Because it didn't have all the additives and preservatives in a smoke.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_00]: They smoke pure tobacco and they moved their body.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: They moved and they walked over 10,000 steps a day.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_00]: Not only that when they exercise, they didn't do weightlifting.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_00]: They did something called functional exercising, meaning that they did racket ball, they did pickle ball, they did yoga, things that move in turn, they ligaments.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_00]: And it wouldn't just straight up and down bench press.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_00]: They did things that functional workouts, the thing that they did every day, they put they workout in it, and laughter and family and community.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_00]: After they got off work, they all set around each other in lab.
- 25:21[SPEAKER_00]: They started making me study laughter and happiness.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_00]: And I didn't realize when you laugh, you release a bunch of dopamine.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_00]: And a dopamine, this neurological compound keeps you happy, it relieves stress, it lessens
- 25:33[SPEAKER_00]: your cortisol levels and you give yourself what you will call the digestive massage when you really laugh.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_00]: So when you laugh feel what happens to your stomach and to your liver, you're literally pushing toxins and bow out of your liver.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_00]: You literally clean and out to your digestive tract.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_00]: So they laugh, they were happy, they had long marriages, people were there, they were married for 80, 60 to 80 years.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_00]: So, and this shows you how loneliness can cause so-called disease.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_00]: So, they wasn't lonely, they ate non-processed foods, they drank clean water, their environment was clean, and only 20% of all of these people drove, and in Singapore only 5% of the population drive.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_05]: And driving, are you saying it just cuts off the exercise in the movement?
- 26:19[SPEAKER_00]: They could not only see now against the world, not only do a cut-out exercise in a moving, but it builds up what you will call environmental pollutants.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_00]: They got a place in Russia right now, and brother, right?
- 26:32[SPEAKER_00]: Brilliant idea.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_00]: They needed to move around in Russia.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_00]: I might, don't quote, he's either Russia or China, y'all, I read so much.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_00]: But they was trying to figure out a way to make Paizo electricity work to keep the street lights on without burning bad fuel.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_00]: So what they did was Paizo electricity is basically when you create friction a electrical spark come from it.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_00]: So they said, we're going to run Paiso electricity lines through the sidewalks and the more the people walk in a keep the street lights on and out.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_00]: So did you know it increased walking?
- 27:08[SPEAKER_00]: They went from 4500 steps a day to 7th to your average person, 17,000 steps a day.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_05]: Wow.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_00]: Now check this out.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_05]: So energy from people walking on the sidewalk.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_00]: Fair, fair that actually electrical lines, paizo electricity to keep the street lights on.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_00]: So now you have to work to see.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_00]: You got to do physical work to see.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_00]: Then in Japan, thank you for looking it up.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_00]: It's in Japan.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_00]: Just showing y'all I'm not making this up, it's in Japan.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_00]: Call me on this one too, Nabi.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_00]: Check me what they did in Russia.
- 27:39[SPEAKER_00]: And Russia, they banned cars for like two years.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_00]: And they said, we want to put everybody on the subway.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_00]: But we're not going to charge for the subway.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_00]: In order to get to the subway, when you get to the exchange line to go get on the subway, you got to do at least 10 squats on this weight balance.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_00]: And if you do 10 squats, you get your ticket in the bracket that keep you from going in.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_00]: It automatically turned and let you win.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_00]: So you got on camera.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_00]: Hundreds of people waiting to do 10 squats just to get a train ride to work.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_00]: lower the cardiovascular rate, cardiovascular attacks, lower by 10% in a year, the whole population.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_00]: So now it starts to get into, was wrong with our, it's the environment, it's, and I'm not anti-America, this is my home land, I'm from America, I'm shocked to all, but it's America, it's the concept, it's the way we've been programmed, it's how we're thinking about ourselves and how we're thinking about health, man.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_05]: I gotta ask this too, because I saw some disturbing news on social media and I just like try to ignore it.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_05]: I drive a Tesla.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_05]: Something wrong with it?
- 28:49[SPEAKER_00]: Well, so Tesla for one is all electric.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_00]: For two, any car that runs off electric or gas need a ground, just like you have the ground the battery, will you become a part of that ground when you sit in that car and you drive.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_00]: We're nuts.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_00]: So we're not supposed to be driving cars.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_00]: I was on the airplane today just thinking about breathing in, reusable, recycled air, all the Wi-Fi is on the plane.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, man, I'm literally flying in a microwave.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_00]: But you can't be, but you can't be so strict because if I was, I wouldn't be here having this conversation with you.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_00]: How bad is it though man?
- 29:31[SPEAKER_00]: I'm telling his bad is bad.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_00]: Think about it.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_00]: You riding around in a battery all day.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_00]: You're in the battery At least what at least what a gas at least what a gas vehicle you're not you not the battery Still a part of the ground mechanism that keeps the car going but yes, and a fully electrical car You become part of that ground today battery.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like you literally riding in a microwave You might as well sleep with your phone on your head or sleeping your microwave
- 29:59[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, I needed to take us back a little bit.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_05]: How'd you do in school?
- 30:07[SPEAKER_00]: I did a real school man, especially in science and math, and, uh, it was interesting, and you can retain this information.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah, definitely.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_05]: You're always a reader?
- 30:15[SPEAKER_00]: I always been a reader.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_05]: and when you started turning up what what at what point of your life were you saying this is so interesting i'm dedicated my life now to this information in two thousand ten to thousand ten hell or at a very very scary situation i was twenty one whatever i had a uh... i caught agarist had a heart attack
- 30:39[SPEAKER_00]: where were you in your life before you had the heart attack.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_00]: I was a working for the banks still in the streets doing drugs and party and living at that point.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_00]: I call living my best life.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_00]: You didn't whatever.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm Hebrew from my background as he Bruce.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_00]: Be Hebrew, write Hebrew, read Hebrew, and we ate a lot of lamb, a lot of goat, a lot of bison.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_00]: I ate a lot of that.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_00]: But more health conscious essentially than your average American back then I was but I wasn't following it even even now just three years ago as much as I knew and as many people that I help heal as many
- 31:26[SPEAKER_00]: You know my whole body showed that I wasn't my message the message was pure the message was real But I was in being who I said I was so people will come to me bigger than me and I see them a month later And they look better than I did as I was teaching them.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_00]: So you know I struggled with that as well You got a big who you who you say you all
- 31:46[SPEAKER_00]: While you're teaching this, you're still vegan, but you're just eating unhealthy vegan for traveling the world.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_05]: I'd be seeing some fat vegans and anything that they better than that, somebody that you're still fat about.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_00]: But it's the process, it's food, no.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_00]: But look, I had a person say what you just said to me, and it woke me up.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_00]: I said, damn, I am a, right.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a judge and everybody, don't eat meat, don't do that.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_00]: And you, you are almost 200 pounds.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_00]: Right, he's talking to me.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, he's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:17[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:19[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_00]: He's talking about what he's doing.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_05]: Congratulations.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_05]: All right, 2010 you said.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, 2010.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, 2010.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_05]: It's hard to take.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah So you have hard to take go to the hospital when the the awakening happened though like can you describe the moment really?
- 32:53[SPEAKER_00]: I see the doctor was like not true again
- 32:58[SPEAKER_00]: Again, yeah again because I used to I was the type of person did drug.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_00]: It got scared heart Heart skipping beats.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_00]: I let me go to the emergency room.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_00]: See what's going on.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_00]: Oh wow.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so uh I get there.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_00]: He like not she will get and uh they hook me up to everything the EKG machine He said you actively have on a heart attack mine.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_00]: You got to miss out to stay everything done to that scared me But this particular time is just like God was like There's your time.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_00]: This is your moment
- 33:24[SPEAKER_00]: because I didn't been through worse than it, but laughed, but this time it was just different.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_00]: So I ended up leaving a hospital prior late three or four days later.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_00]: I got to the house.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_00]: I was on hypertension medication.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_00]: My blood pressure used to be high.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking about two twenties high.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_00]: And I was on blood pressure medication for like two years, but that last year I was on it before the actual cardiovascular event.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm going to say I attack my own heart.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't have a heart attack.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_00]: I attack my body.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_00]: I get into myself.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_00]: So I want to get that right.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have a heart attack.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_00]: You attack your heart.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's usually from self-inflicted things that you do to yourself.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_00]: But anyways man, get home.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_00]: I couldn't get a reaction for a whole year,
- 34:05[SPEAKER_00]: because of the hypertension I was on yeah so that was already bothering me so I got home I mad I'm kicking over all my medicine I'm throwing out stuff and uh they was telling because I had squirtish on my heart and on my liver and it was telling me I was going to have to do surgery and stuff and I'm blaming I'm not going back there so these people going kill me so I got on YouTube and uh typed in natural ways to heal you rectile dysfunction that was only I was really
- 34:33[SPEAKER_00]: We get the other time.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_00]: We're all just gonna be on the get right.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_00]: I like my man's like right right now.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_00]: I got to get my soldier.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_00]: So I googled it YouTube pop up and I watched your video on it.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_00]: Then I'm like okay.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_05]: Who was the video do you remember who the person was?
- 34:48[SPEAKER_00]: The first person was a Caucasian man, and he was speaking very intellectual, but you know, our people, we are rhythmatic spiritual people, so I couldn't vibe with him.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_00]: But after that, Dr. Sabi popped up.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_00]: And he said, I've healed sick of Selonemia, you came here.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_00]: Herpes syphilis and in my head I'm like man, he lying in and there's these are incurable diseases because at this point I still have the western Hemisphere type of brain you know I got the American eyes I'm thinking that there is a session there's there's incurable you can't cure these diseases.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I'm thinking in my head
- 35:22[SPEAKER_00]: But as he talking, it made sense.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_00]: So I started listening and I literally, it was like 48 hours.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_00]: Man, I stayed up the whole 48 hours and I had no books full of everything he was saying.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_00]: And I said, man, I want to study this.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_00]: So I ended up getting in contact in New York.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_00]: My eye was his wife at the time and I called down there.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_00]: Actually, was his wife?
- 35:46[SPEAKER_00]: No, my eye her name is my eye.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, okay.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_00]: His white.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_00]: His ex white.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_00]: So I end up trying to get in contact with them.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_00]: End up getting contact with somebody at the office.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_00]: They gave me some herbs that I should buy.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_00]: So I said, we'll just tell you the herbs.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_00]: They gave me a few herbs.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_00]: I looked them up and then once I looked them herbs up and I looked at them a decino uses other herbs.
- 36:06[SPEAKER_00]: I said, I did not know herbs can do this because the herbs I use, I used smoking to get out.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_00]: So I didn't know it was other herbs that you can take in because I went into like T's and none of that before I
- 36:16[SPEAKER_00]: So, a manager struck me.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_00]: I said, you know what I'm gonna do?
- 36:20[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna be an herbalist.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_05]: So, and then herbs helped your erectile dysfunction?
- 36:25[SPEAKER_05]: No, they didn't.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_00]: So, what happened was I did.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_00]: So, I looked up them herbs that herbs didn't sit me down as rabbit hole where I started studying all the herbs.
- 36:33[SPEAKER_00]: And then I became a herbologist.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_00]: And once I became a herbologist, I said, I ain't now it's time to do it.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_00]: I said, man, you need to do a juice fast, because uh, uh, uh, rent across this man named John Rose, a Caucasian male that I did resonate with.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_00]: and he said, you need to take a solid food vacation.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_00]: He said, a solid food vacation.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_00]: Me, doctor, say, be saying, take herbs.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_00]: I said, I'm gonna do both of them together.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_00]: So, uh, I was scared as hell, man.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_00]: Cause he told him I'll go until you not signal more.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, what you mean, go until I'm not signal more.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_00]: And my head at this time, I'm thinking you can't fast more than...
- 37:04[SPEAKER_00]: You can't go three days without water nowadays without food because that's what we taught in society, right?
- 37:10[SPEAKER_00]: Man, I get on his juice fast man.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_00]: I lose so much weight.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_00]: It was I went the first the first time I went 30 days.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_00]: I went for 30 to another 30 days and I ended up going 120 days or nothing but juicing there.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_00]: My look so and Dr. Sabi had a story where he said on his 60th day, I believe he said his penis was hard because he couldn't get a erection Hmm oh my 40th day my penis was hard so I'm like hold on man Dr. Sabi ain't lying Because I got an erection and I'm not taking my blood pressure medication on more But I do have this strong erection when I wake up like I used to have when I was younger So I'm like okay something working so that gave me the motivation to keep going
- 37:49[SPEAKER_05]: So I don't real quick real quick because I just want to make sure our money gets this information.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know what's going on in this life, but I just want to make sure he's clear.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_05]: So what isn't about the meat that is, or what is it about this whole thing that was causing you to not get an erection?
- 38:07[SPEAKER_00]: Well, for one, I was diabetic and I was in diabetic because of sugar.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_00]: I was diabetic because of over fats, overly saturated fats from my diet.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_00]: I was eating a bunch of lamb.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_00]: I was eating a bunch of bison, I was eating Venice, I was eating deer, I was eating goats, I ate that in bread, you know, deep Hebrew tradition, every Shabbat, I had it on a table and I used to boil and I used to boil and I used to cook my own, so I'm eating it a lot, had the dopeest recipe of it.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_00]: It blocks blood flow because it clogs up the cardiovascular system and it clogs up the vessels So you know fats from meats can clog arteries and the arteries that was clogged on me was going to my lower extremity So I couldn't get proper blood flowing oxygen down there to actually circulate those molecules to get a heart on or to get erection
- 39:09[SPEAKER_00]: and then on top of that I was taking blood pressure medication and the blood pressure medication on her it said that you will side effects is erectile dysfunction and I never read that until I was finished engaged sexually with a woman and I couldn't get an erection.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, what's going on?
- 39:27[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, you're going to find out what's going on with your man.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, for sure.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_00]: And there's something you can have to say.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, yes.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_00]: And mind you, I'm 21 at the time, and it was like, well, it may be from the blood pressure medication.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_00]: And before I had the event, they were saying that they was going to put me on another blood pressure medication to possibly, you know, help that area out.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_00]: But I think it was just a conglomerate of a bunch of things, man, toxins.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_00]: I'm drinking.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_00]: Fifth sublicker every week.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_00]: I'm smoking cigarettes a gauze, smoking weed Don't recreational cocaine.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_00]: I'm running the streets and I get no sleep I'm eating all it is meat everything we ate was fried food It was a disaster to happen man waitin' to happen.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_00]: Wow Set myself.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_00]: I did it to myself and that's that's why I be trying to tell people like you sick because of you
- 40:14[SPEAKER_00]: a lot of people think you know that we got this blame game where we want to blame it on somebody else know you sick because you you chose to eat that yes you was programmed eat those things but this what you chose to eat you chose the word those polyester oil base clothes you chose to take that polyester or those other petroleum what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what what some wrong the clothes yes clothes will kill you
- 40:39[SPEAKER_00]: they will, and they are all based, they are patrolling all based at that, and then they off gas themselves, a lot of clothes off gas, and then the dice got, it's called azo dies, and it was made in Germany, and these dice are made from textiles, these textiles are full of what you will call micro-heavy metals.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_00]: So you can wear certain shirts that got certain dyes on them at different colors and you will literally give yourself heavy metal toxicity throughout the day.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_00]: You don't even have to sweat just by rubbing on your skin because remember your skin is the biggest organ of your body and it is an absorption factor.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_00]: These things go through your pores and they go on your bloodstream.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_05]: So what materials should we stay away from?
- 41:19[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, you should stay away from anything that's not organic cotton, fully organic linen, fully organic
- 41:26[SPEAKER_00]: And if it ain't, I wouldn't even say that either.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_00]: So I say only where war, linen, cotton, and hemp.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_05]: No polyester.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_00]: No polyester will kill you.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_00]: It's plastic, it's microplastic.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_00]: Leather.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_00]: Leather is, I mean, it pinned on with hide.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_00]: It came from, yeah.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_00]: But see, that's a living thing that was one's living.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_04]: The polyester.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but I'm talking about real, I'm talking about real leather.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_00]: Real hide leather, yeah.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it still got electricity to it.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_00]: your clothes supposed to breathe, you supposed to be able to breathe through your clothes, supposed to be a living fabric to have a frequency to it.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_00]: If the frequency line is dead, then that means it's drawing your frequency.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_00]: It's only two type of things going to happen with clothes.
- 42:07[SPEAKER_00]: It's either going to add to your frequency and make you more electrical or it's going pull from your frequency and make you more inflamed.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what polyester do.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_00]: That's what nightline do.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_00]: That's what all of these other different clothes do.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_00]: Or you can have fully organic, which is what they're doing now.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_00]: But they die in it in textiles.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_00]: And they die in it in all of these azo dyes, which is a known course engine.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I got this group chat with a bunch of my fat friends.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_05]: Josh, Brandon, and where are you going to my name?
- 42:34[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, no.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_05]: Look, this is my way I show love, because I figure if I roast them enough.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_05]: They'll change their ways.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, but they were explaining about what was it called?
- 42:45[SPEAKER_05]: It was like fat noise or food noise or something like that.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_05]: Why?
- 42:50[SPEAKER_05]: Because I think I experienced this and I've just been going on my whole journey and I'm breaking from it kind of, but why can't people stop eating delicious food?
- 43:02[SPEAKER_00]: like what's happening and is there a way to break that yeah so it's the reward center of they brain have been hijacked the the opia receptors the dopamine receptors is the reward center and then the sweet cravings is usually not even you that are seeking those cravings is from parasites as parasites inside the body just as doma toxic plasma gondy vasculopsk is boysky there's
- 43:30[SPEAKER_00]: And they secrete things through their defecation and through their urine that actually hijack it.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_00]: You're a neurocynapses and you'd think that you won't agree on one of these cravings in these sugars, but it's not true.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_00]: It's actually those little demons that's living in you, or who we call microscopic parasites.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_00]: And sometimes they're not even microscopic.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_00]: like a tapeworm can get up to 40 feet long inside your intestines.
- 43:51[SPEAKER_00]: And you get that from eating meat, you can get it from eating pork.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_00]: You can get it from being around your cats and dogs.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_00]: Might affect anybody who got a pit.
- 43:58[SPEAKER_00]: You were saturated with parasites.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_05]: I knew he shouldn't got that dog, bro.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_05]: And I was telling my wife, I don't want no dogs in the house.
- 44:04[SPEAKER_00]: And I hate this dog.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, dogs is not created to be in a house at all.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_00]: If you have a dog, you got parasites.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_00]: So when you deworm their dog, take that same deworm and your deworm you.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_00]: And to me, that's a real doctor.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_00]: There is no other doctor in a suit and tie that's better than a veterinarian doctor.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_00]: The more the real healers, and notice that a doctor and allopathic community at the hospital at the doctor office will give you potions.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_00]: They will give you prescriptions.
- 44:28[SPEAKER_00]: They will give you chemical saturated drugs.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_00]: But veterinarian they actually give dogs and cats the worm is this a base by botanicals and herbs And when you start and that's why a lot of people now and a healing from I vermectin a lot of people now A healing they cancer is just by deworming themselves and if you look at what they deworming themselves That they take an animal medicine man.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_00]: They're not even taking a human study clinical trial medicine They take an animal medicine
- 44:54[SPEAKER_00]: You know, Martin, the true hillist to me or the veterinarians, the yoga instructors and the chiropractic.
- 44:59[SPEAKER_00]: The yoga instructor.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_00]: Teaching you how to stretch and move your body, rotational stretching and pulling.
- 45:05[SPEAKER_00]: It strengthens the fascia and it moves the lymphatic system, that way you can naturally detoxify.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_00]: like a chiropractor they're very good because they're cracking and moving bones and they're straightening out your posture which help you drain and bring blood into circulation more and then a veterinarian because they don't not learn about what the doctor's learned.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_00]: Your regular average doctor only get about eight hours of nutritional training.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_00]: A veterinarian gets way more than that because they have to learn the nutrition and the medical and the nutritional value of the foods and of the
- 45:36[SPEAKER_00]: petroleum, not the petroleum, but of the botanical base products that they give the actual animal.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_00]: So, you will see a person take a heartworm, a dewormer, like a dog and get heartworms, and they'll give you a heartworm dewormer medication.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_00]: And if you look at the ingredients, it's all backed by botanicals, it's all backed by herbs.
- 45:56[SPEAKER_00]: A person to get diagnosed with cancer, and take those, and then all of a sudden, they cancer go away.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_00]: What do that mean?
- 46:04[SPEAKER_05]: Hmm, okay, so what do we do at this point so I can stop eating the stuff that I'm craving that I know is bad for me first thing I would do is I would deworm You can deworm yourself.
- 46:16[SPEAKER_00]: You can do per de arco.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_00]: That's a good bark that you can do.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_00]: You can do eight ounce glass a tea at that once a day per per de arco.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_00]: You can do wormwood Why are you smell it?
- 46:27[SPEAKER_00]: P-A-U-P-A-U space D-E space A-R-C-O per de arco
- 46:33[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, okay, and that is a look like it's a pill or a T. I suppose you can get it as usual as a T You tell it that it did.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I sell it that it did warm you or you can get what you call warm wood Warring wood is amazing at it in a D warm you as well Warring will get the big boys out you to get the big worries boys But if you want to get the eggs out because they do have a migration or egg period You need clothes clothes to get the actual eggs out of you
- 47:00[SPEAKER_00]: And did if you want to draw them out because usually they they burrow themselves in the tissues and they're very very smart and they know how to basically slip past the immune system cinnamon cinnamon would draw them to the surface.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_00]: You got all that on your side?
- 47:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah definitely it's called the pericidal elimination kit.
- 47:17[SPEAKER_00]: But I encourage people to make it themselves though.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_00]: What's your website bro?
- 47:21[SPEAKER_00]: www.yhk-a-w-a-k-e-n-e-d-y-a-key-a-w-y-k-e-d-y-k-a-w-y-k-e-d-y-k-a-w-y-k-e-d-y-k-a-w-y-k-e-d-y-k-e-d-y-k-e-d-y-k-e-k-e-d-y-k-e-d-y-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k-e-k
- 47:36[SPEAKER_05]: I'm never, I've never said that was about it.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_05]: What about what they sell it so bad?
- 47:41[SPEAKER_05]: This is incredible.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, so for the D-worming, what do I get here?
- 47:46[SPEAKER_00]: If I was you, I'd get the parasite elimination kit.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_05]: The parasite elimination kit.
- 47:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 47:51[SPEAKER_00]: Where's it at?
- 47:52[SPEAKER_00]: I'd like to give that to you, though.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_00]: If you go to a search bar and just type in parasite to pop up.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, let me give it to you.
- 47:58[SPEAKER_00]: I have it to you by the end of the week.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_05]: And I do be having, like, I'm on my health journey, but because I've gotten to a point where I can't like the way I look, I'm not 100% in love with the way I feel just yet, but I like the way I look.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_05]: So because I've been able to shed some fat and things that I nature, I give myself some of the things.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_05]: that I like and I just kind of manage it, right?
- 48:24[SPEAKER_05]: But I know I probably need to deworm.
- 48:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, definitely need to deworm.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_00]: All of us, we need to everywhere.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_00]: And the Easter Hemisphere, they deworm twice a year.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_00]: We are the only people that don't want deworm.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_00]: Now we're starting to thank God for TikTok.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_00]: People like me, Facebook, social media.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you got a lot of people that's opinionated now, and it's speaking freely without, you know, a fear of something happening to them.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_00]: So they tell you, and they tell them every all the business is going on overseas.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_00]: They mandate it to deworm themselves and we're not and we have the most pets in our house in the world.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_00]: If you go across the world, the animal style side.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_00]: We got our pets in our bed, they walking across it, we let them lick our skin, our face, little kiss on our babies and everybody in the house got the same parasites and we're not even talking about the microboard, the infestation of what you'll call carries and cavitations inside of our mouths and
- 49:17[SPEAKER_00]: I was just reading a study about that and it was saying that if one person in the family have a cavity, the whole family have the same bacteria and his bacteria is linked to heart disease.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_05]: See, I kind of said what you said, but different.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_05]: I was like, we're gonna get rid of this dog as dirty.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_05]: I feel like it's going to get the kids sick.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_05]: But I'm glad I'm going to clip this up and send some on my way.
- 49:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we gotta get rid of it.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_00]: So now they genetically modify the dogs.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_00]: They're making them, uh, allergenic, hyper-allergenic, where you don't sneeze and stuff from, but it's still the parasite factor.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_00]: Because this dog have to go outside the poop.
- 49:48[SPEAKER_00]: and got to put his hands on that soil, on that grass, it gets it picks up the actual eggs and then wants to egg find a place in migrate.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_00]: Usually it starts in the liver and the liver is where it hatched itself, it goes through the bloodstream, especially if it's a blood full glycistastoma, then it goes to the tissues.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_00]: And when it goes to the tissues, it starts arriving of all the minerals.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_00]: So parasites can bring on toxicity and deficiency as well, because they poop and pee.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_00]: Then you gotta talk about your sales.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_00]: The body is made of 150 trillion sales, each of those sales eat.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_00]: When you eat, your stomach breakdowns, foods, it then go into something called the doldino where they's lovelized it.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_00]: That goes into blood capillaries and then all that nutrition you get into your bloodstream and then it goes to the sales.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_00]: Your sales didn't eat that food and burn it for energy.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_00]: And when the mitochondria burns that food for energy, it creates a buy product as well.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_00]: You see what I'm saying?
- 50:37[SPEAKER_00]: So we have a lot of different work and parts in our body.
- 50:39[SPEAKER_00]: There's no session.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's free energy when you use something you created by product.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_00]: When God created up, down was just, it just came to be, you see something that's beautiful, the by product gets something is ugly.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_00]: When you see something that's fast, something that's skinny, hot, cold.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_00]: So whenever we're eating and we're creating all of this energy, there's a combustion.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_00]: and that combustion causes oxidative stress.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_00]: Oxidative stress, it rusts the sales, it wears out the telomeres, the telomeres are basically these endings on your DNA that keep your DNA living as long as possible.
- 51:12[SPEAKER_00]: Once those strings start unraveling the DNA unraveling, when the DNA unravel, you die.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_00]: So if we look at life and everything that's going on and all the environmental pollutants and everything that is going on in our environments, we are literally killing ourselves and a beautiful thing about blue zones is blue zones be like it's not about profit, it's about the people.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm thinking we need to create our own blue zones.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_00]: We need to start buying, we need to come together, use our buy and power and start buying cities.
- 51:46[SPEAKER_00]: And micromanage those cities and create our own blue zones.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_04]: I love this, bro.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_00]: Because if we don't, we're in for a rude awakening.
- 51:54[SPEAKER_00]: Literally, right now one out of every two people is going to get cancer in America.
- 51:58[SPEAKER_00]: That's crazy, man.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_00]: One out of every two people.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_00]: Then when you look at like, uh, Okinawa, it's not even a blue zone or more.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_00]: no more because they went over there and put McDonald's in fast food restaurant.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_00]: So now they they've been checked out of the blues on list.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_00]: The the one that's holding up right now is single poor.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_00]: And you look at things like single poor what they do.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_00]: Single poor basically ban sugar.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_00]: They basically ban sugar.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_00]: And what I mean by ban it, they put a low of very, very high mandate on it.
- 52:26[SPEAKER_00]: Meaning in order to get sugar, a bag of sugar out here caused with $2.49 a bag of pure white sugar.
- 52:33[SPEAKER_00]: Which is very poor isn't I'm glad you don't know I was testing My life is gonna get it, you know why she's wearing the grip but a back that same bag of sugar And single-poor probably about forty five dollars Yeah, so you come out.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want that sugar But you can get this vegetable for two cents So now which one you're gonna choose you're gonna choose the it's the total opposite here You can go right here and go to McDonald's and go through the driver when spend three dollars and get a whole meal
- 52:59[SPEAKER_00]: but you can go to the store and go to the produce section.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_00]: It's been a hundred dollars and give three pieces of real food that's healthy for you.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_00]: So if you look at what's going on, America is flipped upside down.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_00]: I'll tell everybody right now it's called Babylon.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_00]: It's to babble.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_00]: It means to confuse.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_00]: And we are just a very, very confused people.
- 53:16[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm just here trying to unconfuse us.
- 53:19[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, I've got two questions.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_05]: One, some people aren't going to just change immediately, right?
- 53:26[SPEAKER_05]: If there's three of the worst things that you can consume, and I was going to throw the new year or whatever, I'm going to cut out these three for the year.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_00]: What would you pick?
- 53:36[SPEAKER_00]: The first thing would be process foods.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_00]: All process.
- 53:40[SPEAKER_00]: Explain what process foods.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_00]: Process foods is anything to have an adjective and a preservative on it.
- 53:45[SPEAKER_00]: If you look at it and it's more than it looks, since people just try to go in slowly, if they have more than two ingredients on the back, right?
- 53:54[SPEAKER_00]: And if they have any adjectives or preservatives or natural flavorings, don't eat it.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_00]: If they say natural flavors don't eat it, come from a bug anyway.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so process foods.
- 54:03[SPEAKER_00]: Try to choose holding a process food was like fast food process food Yeah, no, no, so that's a chip and fast food is called Ultra process foods.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'm we haven't even talked about ultra price.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_05]: I let's just start with ultra process because process is too much A bit okay, so first let's go to ultra process.
- 54:24[SPEAKER_00]: Well, can I explain some real quick?
- 54:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we go to the store you buy apple.
- 54:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yep, I'm processed.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_00]: You go to the store you buy apple sauce prices.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_00]: Apple sauce.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_00]: Apple sauce have apples in it, then they add cinnamon to it, and they add sugar in high-free toast corn syrup.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_00]: Apple sauce So why you just can't go to the store by seven pounds of apple go to the house Blender them up yourself and add your own cinnamon tool and add your own Maple syrup which is going to taste the exact same.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_00]: It just don't have the additives and preservatives like they added in the apple sauce to the store
- 54:55[SPEAKER_00]: That's good, that's a process fool.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_00]: A potato chip.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_00]: Why don't you just go to the store?
- 54:59[SPEAKER_00]: Buy some sweet potatoes, chop them up in thumb pieces, put some olive oil on it, sprinkle some sea salt on it, turn your oven on at 375 or 400 if you want them crispy, pop them in an oven for about 45 minutes to an hour.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_00]: You got your own potato chip other than going to the store.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_00]: and passing the whole sweet potatoes that don't have any ingredients on it, going to the chip aisle, getting the chip of the sweet potatoes in the bag, and then they got eight damn ingredients in it, and you can't pronounce for them.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_00]: is true.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, so I don't I think we need to bypass the ultra and focus on process period.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_00]: And I think I tried to help you.
- 55:34[SPEAKER_00]: So so process food.
- 55:36[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, process food.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_00]: The next one is clean water, man.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_00]: Clean water.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_00]: That's was really killing us because we drinking contaminated water.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_00]: Even these bottle waters, they've been finding out a lot of these coming against food.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_00]: They're putting purified water in your bottles and calling it spring water, calling
- 55:54[SPEAKER_00]: or they have high amounts of arsenic acid.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_00]: There is no safe brand.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_00]: What's the safeest?
- 56:00[SPEAKER_00]: Safeest brand is to pay a person to come to your backyard and dig about 300 feet down and tap in your own groundwater.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, all right, so yeah.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_00]: Or get a what you'll call a keg in machine.
- 56:12[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, but so out of Fiji water, I was like, yo, I got this Fiji water.
- 56:17[SPEAKER_05]: You probably not going to be filling it, but you're like, oh, yeah, you mad at it.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, you mad at it.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_05]: So okay, if you had to like three that I could find in the grocery store without getting somebody to dig a well and like three I definitely got a stale away from what are those?
- 56:31[SPEAKER_00]: I would do serotoga serotoga serotoga Is that the one in a blue glass a blue glass?
- 56:37[SPEAKER_00]: It's in a blue glass.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I do serotoga Man, that's probably about it because all the other glass ones they just I just read order because on them last week They got hot arsenic acid in it
- 56:50[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I'm saying that look environmentally mentally man.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_00]: We messed up, man.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, okay.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_00]: All Sarah Tolga.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_05]: Sarah Tolga.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_05]: So clean water clean water and process.
- 57:02[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a process full of three that number three and this is going to save y'all life.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_00]: Avoid seed oils at all costs seed oil seed oils.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_00]: What's that then seed oil so are being oil great seed oil Sunflower oil stay away from seed oil because they have high levels of linolytic acid in it and it inflames the whole tissues It costs fatty liver disease It costs non alcoholic fatty liver disease It causes arterial sclerosis it causes total torter and plaque to build up in the artery walls it causes erectile dysfunction
- 57:34[SPEAKER_00]: It causes diabetes from the liver.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_00]: You have two types of diabetes.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_00]: You have diabetes that happen from the pancreas, and then you have diabetes that happens from the liver.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_00]: And seed oil is highly, highly, highly.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_00]: Oxidate, it will oxidate the hell out of you.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_00]: And all oxidation mean is cellular resting.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_00]: And rest is how people get old.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_00]: That's how people age.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_00]: Those wrinkles in them brown spots you start in the sea, it's kind of like a banana starting to ripen.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_00]: and the clinical word for that is called glycation is when it's called the browning thereof where your tissue starts to cook from the inside out very slowly and fully cook you die.
- 58:12[SPEAKER_00]: That's called oxidative stress.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 58:15[SPEAKER_00]: Um, what's worse, bread or sugar?
- 58:21[SPEAKER_00]: Will bread or sugar is bread, so both of them.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_00]: I mean,
- 58:26[SPEAKER_00]: Because bread is a brain, a grain, a grain is full of carbohydrates, the carbohydrates break down into sugars.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_00]: Complex sugars at that.
- 58:34[SPEAKER_00]: They call it polysaccharide.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_00]: OK. OK.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_00]: But I will say this.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_00]: The bread in America is totally different from the bread in Africa.
- 58:42[SPEAKER_00]: We've been doing our own study where people travel around Africa.
- 58:45[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm connected to a lot of people over there.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_00]: And they come to America, eat the same exact thing.
- 58:50[SPEAKER_00]: They gain weight, and they get inflamed.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_00]: They go to Africa, eat the same exact thing
- 58:55[SPEAKER_00]: they lose weight and become unflapped.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_00]: So it shows you that it's the ingredients again.
- 59:00[SPEAKER_00]: They're selling and they're selling and producing whole foods out there, but they produce and process foods here.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm not, I'm not knocking bread in the world.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_00]: I'm knocking bread in the European states.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_00]: I'm knocking bread here.
- 59:12[SPEAKER_00]: Bread in Russia versus bread in America is two total different breads and notice they got different ingredients.
- 59:19[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_05]: I'm a very weak person and I'm going to I'm going to like cut out a few things for the next 30 days Okay, first one would be sugar all sugar.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_00]: That's sweet sugar.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_00]: No, I think only sweet.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_00]: You can have it's natural sweet sweets and that's from your fruits.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_00]: Okay All right, so I cut out sugar.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_00]: I cut out I cut out bread.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_00]: I cut out fried food and I cut out anything other than water or natural fruit juices
- 59:49[SPEAKER_05]: And that'd be a good, that'd be a good, like, start important.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_00]: You would drop so much weight and you would start feeling your anus itch because they coming out.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_00]: And they know they say they know reason be living.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_00]: Ain't no reason be living up here.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_00]: No mode ain't feed me what I want.
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_00]: So it's looking for exit.
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_00]: So you start getting your, you start getting anus itch and that's no parasites trying to come out.
- 1:00:07[SPEAKER_00]: Bread, sugar, fried food, and clean water.
- 1:00:12[SPEAKER_05]: That would be a good start.
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_00]: I'm trying to help him out, brother, because they like, bro, I ain't getting away I dig the well.
- 1:00:21[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, and all processed food is tough, but in for me,
- 1:00:25[SPEAKER_05]: I had to just start somewhere.
- 1:00:27[SPEAKER_05]: You know what I mean?
- 1:00:28[SPEAKER_05]: Like, it wasn't a night and day thing.
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_05]: It's like, okay, I know I can reframe from this one thing.
- 1:00:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, just do what the blues always did.
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_00]: If you still eat meat, cut down on your meat.
- 1:00:40[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure your meat is grass vet and only eat five pounds, five pounds a month.
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, all right, so here's the problem.
- 1:00:47[SPEAKER_05]: Not a problem, but um, I'm on a I'm trying to book up, so I'm told to eat a certain amount of protein and what I'm doing is I'm doing like a
- 1:01:02[SPEAKER_05]: pound and some change of like ground turkey or chicken every day.
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_00]: So that's way too much man.
- 1:01:10[SPEAKER_00]: That's going to mess up your color.
- 1:01:12[SPEAKER_00]: That's going to miss your color and up.
- 1:01:13[SPEAKER_00]: Just get more protein from your dark leafy green vegetables at Kingwine it.
- 1:01:18[SPEAKER_00]: Remember that's a essential complete.
- 1:01:21[SPEAKER_00]: It got all in all nine amino acids.
- 1:01:23[SPEAKER_00]: Because all you need is isolucing that's going to help you with hemoglobin formation.
- 1:01:28[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to need a histidine that's going to help you build muscle and repair muscle tissue.
- 1:01:34[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to need lysine.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to need 3 alanine, metal ionine.
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_00]: You always central, as it's, you don't have to get from meat.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_00]: You can get on from vegetable sources.
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_00]: You just need to study.
- 1:01:46[SPEAKER_00]: whole complete foods that come from vegetables, you know, and kiwai is a major one.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_00]: Chick peas is another major one.
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_00]: What they call Garbanzo beans, you can even eat other beans that break down easy.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna give you a list, but it's things that you can eat when you can still reach your protein goals.
- 1:02:02[SPEAKER_00]: without the acidic blowback or what you would call carbonic acid in youric acid that you're going to get from eating that meat and that youric acid coming and when it builds up it hurt like hell and you start filling it in your joints, your wrists, your fillet of having lower back pains because it's straining on your kidneys.
- 1:02:18[SPEAKER_00]: I just me personally, I have never seen a so-called African-American do good with eating meat.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't seen it.
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, you would look good, you would trim out to a bulk up before how long until you come in to see Dr. Yucca.
- 1:02:33[SPEAKER_00]: And So so so if I was you by let me let me I can put you on a good program and you can see for yourself you still be able to bulk up and do everything you need to do a feel good
- 1:02:47[SPEAKER_05]: I need a good program because all I think I know is this 208 pounds or grams of protein that I need every day to start blocking up based on the path I'm on.
- 1:03:00[SPEAKER_00]: Well, so the protein is not what boats you up though.
- 1:03:03[SPEAKER_00]: The whole point of protein is to rebuild the destroyed tissues that you destroyed when you was working out.
- 1:03:11[SPEAKER_00]: don't get me wrong, you can be protein all day, but if you're not stressing your muscles, you're not going to bulk anyway.
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, of course.
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_00]: And I am in a gym.
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_00]: So they're just trying to show you what the protein is for though.
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_00]: So the protein is not for the, the bulky, the protein is for the muscle repair.
- 1:03:25[SPEAKER_00]: What's going to grow your muscles is you stressing.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_00]: That muscle.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_00]: That's the only thing that grows muscle is you stress in that muscle and you damaging the tissues and then the protein Just rebuild that tissue and since it's rebuilt and then know that you're going to destroy it again It's say I'm just going to build myself bigger and stronger the minerals sticks don't tissues together So minerals act as sauce the sauce act as salvents to act like a glue the stick amino acids together
- 1:03:52[SPEAKER_00]: When minerals meets, I mean, or acid, you create protein, it's called a complex polypeptide.
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_00]: That's what helps build the actual muscle up, but what's going to make the muscle bigger is you stress in it and tear it in it to shred and let it act like the acid break it down and you working through your bone, you working through those burns that act like the acid.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_00]: This then signals what you are called the human growth hormone and the human growth hormone is what's going to grow your muscle and boat you look.
- 1:04:20[SPEAKER_00]: Now, of course, muscles are very, very hungry, especially your legs.
- 1:04:23[SPEAKER_00]: Your legs eat twice as much glucose and proteins than your arms.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_00]: And that's the reason why you have to work your legs more.
- 1:04:33[SPEAKER_00]: Like, if you do, if you don't, I say a three set, 20 repetition on your arms, you've got to do twice as much on your legs because you're not going to see the definition of your legs before you see it in your arms.
- 1:04:44[SPEAKER_00]: So once you start realizing how muscle eat,
- 1:04:47[SPEAKER_00]: then you'll be able to feed them right.
- 1:04:48[SPEAKER_00]: So you're going to need carbohydrate because your muscle is not what makes a muscle is not protein.
- 1:04:53[SPEAKER_00]: What makes a muscle look big is the water content that's in the muscle.
- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_00]: So the more water you have in the tissue, the bigger it appears.
- 1:05:01[SPEAKER_00]: So muscle needs carbohydrates to rebuild those tissues to make your firm and needs amino acid structures or what they call protein.
- 1:05:08[SPEAKER_00]: Protein is a very dangerous word.
- 1:05:09[SPEAKER_00]: So I like to say,
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_00]: simple amino acid structures will keep it all together and forms what you will call a cat ion or anion and make an electrical and make it magnetic will be the actual minerals and then will make some fire off where will be the vitamins or vital minerals that's a part of it.
- 1:05:27[SPEAKER_00]: You've got extra gorilla.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_00]: How is the gorilla four arms so big?
- 1:05:30[SPEAKER_00]: These are the most muscular primates in the jungle, and you know, the only pro they don't eat meat every now then if they get real real start, they eat some ants or some bugs, or they're not.
- 1:05:41[SPEAKER_00]: You ain't gonna see it track down a gazelle like a lion.
- 1:05:44[SPEAKER_00]: They eat bamboo shoots, they eat a bunch of fruits and they eat tons of vegetables.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_00]: And these are the strongest, most muscular primates in the jungle.
- 1:05:53[SPEAKER_00]: And they do what you will call functional training.
- 1:05:56[SPEAKER_00]: They don't work out.
- 1:05:57[SPEAKER_00]: They work out to be what I do.
- 1:05:59[SPEAKER_00]: I do a bunch of kettlebell training.
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_00]: I work out just like a gorilla.
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_00]: They run, they jump, they swing, they do push-ups about how they gallop.
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_00]: So they're doing functional training.
- 1:06:09[SPEAKER_00]: And you will get more out of your work.
- 1:06:10[SPEAKER_00]: I was doing that instead of just straight, strength training, do strength training, but do it with rotations and mix it in with functional training.
- 1:06:17[SPEAKER_00]: We've got it.
- 1:06:18[SPEAKER_05]: All right, man.
- 1:06:19[SPEAKER_05]: This is so good.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_05]: I'm like, I'm back on my way and tell there.
- 1:06:24[SPEAKER_05]: thought all that chicken you know it's crazy so I had some we went to restaurant depot they sell like the stuff in bulk and we got some chicken she's like yo look how big the chicken breast was like six year old six year old mom's what they doing now and he's half these chickens are not real
- 1:06:43[SPEAKER_00]: It's not enough chickens in the world, and then the chickens that they all put in the stores, they shoot them up with sexual hormones to make them grow faster, so they put a lot of estrogen testosterone and things like that for they can get big, they blow them up.
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_00]: Because they can't wait if they wait for every chicken to mature, they don't make money.
- 1:07:01[SPEAKER_00]: And then a lot of them are not free-range chickens.
- 1:07:03[SPEAKER_00]: And they say it's free-range, and it was grass fed, grass fed, meaning they threw grass pellets in there.
- 1:07:08[SPEAKER_00]: Free-range, meaning they just open up the born door and let them walk three inches out and then they put them back in the barn.
- 1:07:12[SPEAKER_00]: So they say so they have all these labels that are full of lies.
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_00]: So it's grass-fed beef.
- 1:07:19[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so y'all fed it green pellets and green is a part of the grass family.
- 1:07:24[SPEAKER_00]: So y'all the king family so y'all call it grass-fed, but you really feed in it green pellets, which is very very inflammatory.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_00]: So you eat this inflammatory stress and then when they kill the animal before they put it in the pretty packaging and make it look And flesh wrapped in plastic don't look good anyway.
- 1:07:42[SPEAKER_00]: I don't see how it look good to y'all I got this is my what chop out of hand and just put my hand in the piece of paper Put it on a damn show first all leave my chicken on
- 1:07:54[SPEAKER_00]: When you look at the skin of chicken and just it's a corset, it's a corset-genic and then you see the way the chicken was made It's a hybrid of a subusfer.
- 1:08:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's a gray-winged file mix with a junk-in-winged file and then you look at all the sexual hormones that that they push in and if you're gonna eat chicken Make sure that you know the person that's growing the chicken make sure that it's really free range Me and they not cooped up in a barn all day
- 1:08:17[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure that is is really fed organic food and it's not fed other than because a chicken will eat another chicken A chicken there's no difference between the chicken and the pig to me.
- 1:08:26[SPEAKER_00]: They both have the same animalistic nasty trifle in nature They're trash cans of earth and they all full of parasites turkey any better turkey is actually the cousin of a Boacher and Boacher's eat meat and that's why you see a wild turkey with eat another wild turkey
- 1:08:42[SPEAKER_00]: What you're going to find out in realizes, just there are people that can eat meat with those people who don't look like me and you.
- 1:08:50[SPEAKER_00]: We thrive better on a plant-based holistic, non-processed foods, clean water, rotational functional workouts, a happy healthy relationship with our family and a very, very good love life because nobody have sex like black men.
- 1:09:05[SPEAKER_00]: So, all of those put together is what makes you healthy and have your cognitive function in fire and off-right.
- 1:09:14[SPEAKER_00]: But it never was meat.
- 1:09:16[SPEAKER_00]: Once you start getting into process foods, once you start getting into meat, alcohol, these are all the things that really bring us down as so-called black people.
- 1:09:25[SPEAKER_00]: You will see other people that thrive off the ketogenic diet that thrive off a high-me diet.
- 1:09:29[SPEAKER_00]: You will see certain Caucasians that eat these meats, they heal.
- 1:09:32[SPEAKER_00]: It was some people in Alaska This tribe that come down from Siberia.
- 1:09:37[SPEAKER_00]: They was healing cancer off of eating whale blubber You give me that saying whale blubber.
- 1:09:42[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going down So and I talk about this all the time too.
- 1:09:45[SPEAKER_00]: Like you got the burry kingdom right they call fouls
- 1:09:48[SPEAKER_00]: And when you look at the bird kingdom, you look at that physiology, you look at that anatomy, they look the same, right?
- 1:09:54[SPEAKER_00]: But when you crack them open and you put them under a magnifying glass, they look very, very different.
- 1:09:58[SPEAKER_00]: For instance, let's talk about a sap bird.
- 1:10:02[SPEAKER_00]: Give me a bird that a bird right now that just eat nothing but sap, you know what?
- 1:10:06[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even know a hummingbird hummingbird is nothing but sap You don't eat nothing else nothing but sap sap is a sugar.
- 1:10:15[SPEAKER_00]: It's like a natural fruit toast that come from trees Or that come from plants some saps can come from flower
- 1:10:21[SPEAKER_00]: That's all it eats.
- 1:10:22[SPEAKER_00]: Sapp.
- 1:10:23[SPEAKER_00]: Matter of fact, you can buy a honeybird sap feeder, put this little syrup, a gov-type of thing in it, unless what it looks like, and hang it up, and hummingbirds are coming to just suck this sap all day.
- 1:10:32[SPEAKER_00]: If you look at the big, big, big, bigs look like little straws, and a wings flap so fast, you can't even see them, and they move so quick, and they so little, and they just float, and they suck sap all day.
- 1:10:43[SPEAKER_00]: And then you have another bird that eats nothing but fruit, twin is in a jungle.
- 1:10:47[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you know what?
- 1:10:48[SPEAKER_00]: Ferditing is nothing but fruit.
- 1:10:50[SPEAKER_00]: Uh-huh.
- 1:10:51[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 1:10:52[SPEAKER_00]: A tonica.
- 1:10:53[SPEAKER_00]: What?
- 1:10:53[SPEAKER_00]: A tonica.
- 1:10:54[SPEAKER_00]: I'm saying it right.
- 1:10:55[SPEAKER_00]: So when you look at a tonica.
- 1:10:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:10:56[SPEAKER_04]: It's not you with me, brother.
- 1:10:58[SPEAKER_00]: So when you look at a tonica and I think I'm saying it right, they love the e-barries.
- 1:11:02[SPEAKER_00]: They love the e-wow berries.
- 1:11:03[SPEAKER_00]: They love the e-fruits.
- 1:11:05[SPEAKER_00]: So we have a bird that eat nothing but sap.
- 1:11:07[SPEAKER_00]: We have a bird that eat nothing but fruits.
- 1:11:09[SPEAKER_00]: But then you have birds that eat nothing but meat, hawks, eagles, owls.
- 1:11:18[SPEAKER_00]: Guess what a bird is straight, fruit of war.
- 1:11:20[SPEAKER_00]: Bats!
- 1:11:21[SPEAKER_00]: nothing but fruit.
- 1:11:23[SPEAKER_00]: So we have birds that eat nothing but fruits or what you will call a fruit.
- 1:11:27[SPEAKER_00]: Terriimburs, we have birds that eat nothing but meat, even dead meat.
- 1:11:30[SPEAKER_00]: Some birds like in a life, ego like in a life, a vulture won't eat dead.
- 1:11:34[SPEAKER_00]: So we have corn of war birds, we have frugal war birds, we have omnivore birds, and we have straight sap birds.
- 1:11:40[SPEAKER_00]: They all call birds, they all take flights, they all fly, they anatomy all look the same on the outside, but when you crack them open, they look different on the
- 1:11:50[SPEAKER_00]: So if that comes to the bird kingdom and we see that these birds are all part of different families but they all call the bird family, the bird race, but all of them have different selective diets and that's what they thrive on.
- 1:12:01[SPEAKER_00]: Why won't we get to the human race?
- 1:12:03[SPEAKER_00]: We all can all just eat the same thing.
- 1:12:05[SPEAKER_05]: But, I mean, if someone is, I don't know, black, they wrote re-procreate with someone white.
- 1:12:14[SPEAKER_05]: You got to my life skin, my life skin person, procreate with someone white, and look white.
- 1:12:18[SPEAKER_05]: But it's still the same.
- 1:12:19[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you can, you can, you can of course you can outbreed things, select a breed and then happen in for thousands and thousands of years.
- 1:12:27[SPEAKER_00]: Matter of fact, if you look at a weird hybrid.
- 1:12:29[SPEAKER_05]: But I'm saying, why would that change?
- 1:12:32[SPEAKER_05]: Who the human is?
- 1:12:33[SPEAKER_05]: at the core of their DNA of you know man would you ask it for me for let's say for instance a black black woman procreates with a white man they have a baby that baby's life's skin right that life's skin baby has a child with someone white that baby's gonna look white yeah and eventually you breed out the so-called blackness
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_00]: Right, but how does how does that change internally outside of there because I got what you saying because the melanin content so when you have melanin like for instance right now the darkest person in this room have more mineral density in a bones in anybody else in this room based off a melanin content when you look at a Caucasian and you look at what you will call a so-called African-American
- 1:13:20[SPEAKER_00]: our bones are heavier than everybody else's.
- 1:13:22[SPEAKER_00]: We have mineral density to our bones.
- 1:13:24[SPEAKER_00]: And that's the reason why we suffer from what you will call a mineral deficiency more.
- 1:13:30[SPEAKER_00]: And that's the reason why, even the way we interact with sunlight, you put a Caucasian in the sun.
- 1:13:36[SPEAKER_00]: too long they end up with son cancer sure you and they get some burn real bad not saying that black people can't get some sunburn cuz I've been saying it but you put us in the sun week we have to stay in the sun at least 30 minutes just to even get vitamin D3 you can put a white person in the sun for three to five minutes and they popping off vitamin D3 and cholesterol like no other
- 1:13:54[SPEAKER_00]: You see what I'm saying?
- 1:13:55[SPEAKER_00]: So, it's showing you that pigmentation, it drives and it calls a different type of mineral content.
- 1:14:02[SPEAKER_00]: Not only that.
- 1:14:03[SPEAKER_00]: When you look at the actual micro portfolio in a black woman's so-called black woman's vagina, versus a Caucasian's woman vagina, the black woman's vagina have more diversity of bacteria.
- 1:14:14[SPEAKER_00]: That's why she's more of prying to yeast infections in venereal diseases than white women.
- 1:14:19[SPEAKER_00]: And then you look at the yeast infection in venereal diseases.
- 1:14:22[SPEAKER_00]: And the statistics is more inside the black woman because her diverse portfolio of what you will call microbes inside of her vagina canal.
- 1:14:30[SPEAKER_00]: And so I can keep going.
- 1:14:32[SPEAKER_00]: Even down to the hydrochloric acid in our stomachs.
- 1:14:35[SPEAKER_00]: The hydrochloric acids in the stomachs act of a Caucasian is way hotter than a hydrochloric acid that's in the black men showing you that they can physically break down meets in more complex polypeptized proteins than so called African Americans.
- 1:14:49[SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk about our teeth.
- 1:14:50[SPEAKER_00]: Now, when I talk about the teeth, I'm speaking about nanometers or micro meters, meaning that you really can't see it, but when you scientifically measure the teeth, our teeth are bigger and flatter than theirs.
- 1:15:02[SPEAKER_00]: There's a sharpener in ours, while there's sharpener in ours, because they can shred and eat through things that we can.
- 1:15:08[SPEAKER_00]: Our teeth closely assimilates with primates, and if you look at our mouths and the way our mouths move, our mouths don't go up and down, our mouths do this and do this.
- 1:15:16[SPEAKER_00]: showing that we have the sharing mechanism, we're supposed to be pounding down plants and vegetables, but so when you start getting into the scientific biochemical molecular structure of any race of people, I hate saying the word race because it was made up, like the Japanese, the Chinese, the Caucasians, and the so-called African Americans,
- 1:15:35[SPEAKER_00]: We will build very very differently.
- 1:15:38[SPEAKER_00]: So, yes, we look like the same thing on the outside But it's a lot of micro, you know, management going on differently than everybody else.
- 1:15:45[SPEAKER_00]: It really is and it's a scientifically Proving same thing with the Burricanimal what I'm talking about and that's why they eat totally different things.
- 1:15:52[SPEAKER_00]: That's why you can see a call case
- 1:15:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I got a lot of carcassion follows, they know I'm gonna keep it on it, but you got a lot of carcassions that it can be 20 below zero and they can go outside with shorts in the tank top.
- 1:16:05[SPEAKER_05]: And still be there too.
- 1:16:06[SPEAKER_00]: But that's because they ammonia content and a sulfur content is way higher than ours.
- 1:16:12[SPEAKER_00]: And when you mix ammonia and sulfur together, matter of fact, when you try to freeze ammonia, what happens to it?
- 1:16:18[SPEAKER_00]: Oh no.
- 1:16:18[SPEAKER_00]: It boils.
- 1:16:19[SPEAKER_00]: try to boil money while having to it.
- 1:16:21[SPEAKER_00]: It can freeze.
- 1:16:22[SPEAKER_00]: So like when you start really getting into biochemistry and and I don't mean that in actual it will freeze but if you if you get into the studies of it and you do demonstrations it show you that these contents act different in certain climates.
- 1:16:34[SPEAKER_00]: So you would see more black men
- 1:16:38[SPEAKER_00]: and we'll be suited and booty.
- 1:16:40[SPEAKER_00]: Like I was just coming down to Elevator from one of my condos out here and MatterFact, it was like, I'll cage a man I got on here to best own and some shorts.
- 1:16:48[SPEAKER_00]: The other white man got on the Elevator and said something to him.
- 1:16:51[SPEAKER_00]: And this is actually what he said.
- 1:16:52[SPEAKER_00]: He said, I'll be fine.
- 1:16:54[SPEAKER_00]: I said, I died.
- 1:16:55[SPEAKER_00]: I would die, so it just shows you that we are different and then we act like the pigmentation don't mean nothing.
- 1:17:04[SPEAKER_00]: We are darker for a reason.
- 1:17:05[SPEAKER_00]: That's why.
- 1:17:06[SPEAKER_00]: And so if we're darker for a reason, that's the reason why we have to stay in the sun longer, then that means the sun does something different to me than what it does for somebody else that doesn't have these pigments.
- 1:17:16[SPEAKER_00]: I just don't see why we can't discuss these things without making it seem like it's a ratio issue
- 1:17:24[SPEAKER_00]: And the moment that science becomes racism, then that means we can't talk about it no more.
- 1:17:30[SPEAKER_00]: That's good.
- 1:17:30[SPEAKER_05]: Pro, this is so good, man.
- 1:17:32[SPEAKER_05]: You didn't really give you a lot to think about.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_05]: And like some takeaways, and I, like, as you're talking, I'm like, okay, there are some changes that I need to make.
- 1:17:43[SPEAKER_05]: I said it.
- 1:17:43[SPEAKER_05]: I can be here longer and there's so much advice out here, right?
- 1:17:47[SPEAKER_05]: Based on what someone thinks or something that makes sense, but I can tell that you are a student of life.
- 1:17:56[SPEAKER_05]: I'm a student of just how things work, man.
- 1:18:00[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm super inspired in that way.
- 1:18:03[SPEAKER_05]: But I'm definitely one of those, let's go to your website out there, one more time.
- 1:18:07[SPEAKER_05]: And, and,
- 1:18:08[SPEAKER_05]: Can I get a promo code from my friends?
- 1:18:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I create one for you.
- 1:18:13[SPEAKER_05]: Social proof.
- 1:18:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yep, I got you.
- 1:18:14[SPEAKER_00]: Let's make the work.
- 1:18:15[SPEAKER_00]: We're making social proof.
- 1:18:16[SPEAKER_00]: I do that for you.
- 1:18:17[SPEAKER_00]: I call it my tech team once we leave here.
- 1:18:19[SPEAKER_00]: The website is www.yakiawaken.com.
- 1:18:23[SPEAKER_00]: Why a HKI-A-W-A-K-E-N-E-D. Also go on your Android and go to your app on download my app.
- 1:18:30[SPEAKER_00]: Just type in yaki radio at the pop-up.
- 1:18:32[SPEAKER_00]: It is a whole network.
- 1:18:33[SPEAKER_00]: My radio station is on there.
- 1:18:35[SPEAKER_00]: All of my podcast, Yaki TV is on there.
- 1:18:38[SPEAKER_00]: You can buy herbs on there.
- 1:18:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yaki a pearl.
- 1:18:41[SPEAKER_00]: It's so much stuff on that.
- 1:18:42[SPEAKER_00]: So down low my app, give for me with that.
- 1:18:44[SPEAKER_00]: We drop on the whole lot of stuff.
- 1:18:46[SPEAKER_00]: And my social media, make sure you follow the blue check page because there's a lot of people out here pretending to be me, scamming out of y'all money.
- 1:18:53[SPEAKER_00]: And it is not me and I do not.
- 1:18:55[SPEAKER_00]: I have millions of followers.
- 1:18:56[SPEAKER_00]: So I do not inbox back.
- 1:18:57[SPEAKER_00]: If somebody's in your inbox and talking to you, I promise you it ain't Yaki.
- 1:19:01[SPEAKER_05]: Hmm, yeah, this is this is good, but I think we need that one.
- 1:19:05[SPEAKER_05]: He's episodes and on my list once a quarter bro Like that's do it.
- 1:19:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, this conversation at least once a quarter.
- 1:19:11[SPEAKER_00]: So looks I got a beautiful beautiful book that's dropping a February around February.
- 1:19:17[SPEAKER_00]: It's called healing the illusion we call disease
- 1:19:20[SPEAKER_00]: The Bible of Health.
- 1:19:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's a thick book.
- 1:19:23[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to go on amazing book tour to promote this thing.
- 1:19:25[SPEAKER_00]: I've been working on a book going on five years now It's finally completed.
- 1:19:29[SPEAKER_00]: I'm done with it.
- 1:19:30[SPEAKER_00]: It's in my editor's hand.
- 1:19:31[SPEAKER_00]: We just waiting on a final edit and we're gonna get it pressed up We are his already on pre-seal.
- 1:19:36[SPEAKER_00]: You can go on my website and buy it.
- 1:19:39[SPEAKER_00]: It is amazing book I think it's going to change the course of history.
- 1:19:43[SPEAKER_00]: Truly.
- 1:19:44[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, you don't think they're going to Dr. Save you
- 1:19:46[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, we all get Dr. Sabie.
- 1:19:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's just pen on how you go out.
- 1:19:51[SPEAKER_00]: We all got a transition brother.
- 1:19:53[SPEAKER_00]: I read the transition doing something I stand for knowing that I'm making a difference in being impactful on the earth and down my knees.
- 1:20:01[SPEAKER_00]: And then another thing is, too, since you said that, this is bringing me to my next, get chocolate fairies and order.
- 1:20:07[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure your family good.
- 1:20:08[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure you operate not a trust.
- 1:20:10[SPEAKER_00]: make sure that you operate through life insurance policies, make sure your family is set up for when you do transition out, your death is not on a bills and that you don't own nothing.
- 1:20:21[SPEAKER_00]: If I transition, my family debt should be wiped out.
- 1:20:24[SPEAKER_00]: We don't talk about that enough, specialist entrepreneurs.
- 1:20:27[SPEAKER_00]: We don't talk about, we always talking about the living benefits of
- 1:20:31[SPEAKER_00]: of the insurance when you talk about that.
- 1:20:32[SPEAKER_00]: We don't talk about the actual dead, but if it's set yourself up, a life insurance policy, make sure that you gather in assets, do some smart with your money, don't be buying all this bull crap like literally spend your money on things that you can pass down and make money off of.
- 1:20:46[SPEAKER_05]: Like, do you ever think about that, though?
- 1:20:50[SPEAKER_05]: Like, I mean, I'm spreading the, I'm spreading the truth and not that you should be afraid of it, but
- 1:20:55[SPEAKER_00]: have you ever think about or have you had some signs or something weird happening like yo man it's so many weird things that happen I think I would line if I told you but I say this though I can walk outside the guy for bed and getting a car and it won't even be my driver it'd be somebody else that teabone is I can be chewing on some food and guy for bed they don't go down the right way
- 1:21:18[SPEAKER_00]: You see what I'm saying?
- 1:21:19[SPEAKER_00]: So me thinking about death is having a fear of death or being worried about death will stop me from my purpose.
- 1:21:28[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that goes for everybody.
- 1:21:29[SPEAKER_00]: Because you transition it anyway.
- 1:21:31[SPEAKER_00]: The important question is, what the hell are you doing?
- 1:21:35[SPEAKER_00]: Why you still got breakfast and life in your body?
- 1:21:37[SPEAKER_00]: That's good.
- 1:21:37[SPEAKER_00]: That's what we should be worried about.
- 1:21:39[SPEAKER_00]: or you've been impactful or you've been who you say you are when somebody meet you could they say I met God today.
- 1:21:46[SPEAKER_00]: God today.
- 1:21:47[SPEAKER_00]: I learned something.
- 1:21:48[SPEAKER_00]: I'll be able to take this information and transform and recreate my life.
- 1:21:51[SPEAKER_00]: And it's all God.
- 1:21:52[SPEAKER_00]: It's the power that create and we will make and it's imaging and it's likeness.
- 1:21:56[SPEAKER_00]: Did you meet God?
- 1:21:57[SPEAKER_00]: That's what we should be worried about, not about death because we all got immediate anyway.
- 1:22:02[SPEAKER_00]: And it ain't what everybody say.
- 1:22:04[SPEAKER_00]: If everybody got immediate, that means it's more to it.
- 1:22:07[SPEAKER_00]: Listen to me, brother.
- 1:22:08[SPEAKER_00]: If everybody that have breath, have to draw a last breath one day, that means it is way more powerful than what everybody making the same.
- 1:22:17[SPEAKER_00]: It can't be that scary if we all have to meet that faith.
- 1:22:20[SPEAKER_00]: That means we all going somewhere else.
- 1:22:22[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, out of same thing with that, death is an illusion.
- 1:22:26[SPEAKER_00]: Because you never die.
- 1:22:27[SPEAKER_00]: They have something called the phantom leg disease.
- 1:22:29[SPEAKER_00]: Have you heard of phantom leg where they will cut off your leg and military?
- 1:22:33[SPEAKER_00]: So people are going to military.
- 1:22:34[SPEAKER_00]: They get a leg blown off.
- 1:22:35[SPEAKER_00]: They got to get it cut off and people wake up and say my leg hurt.
- 1:22:38[SPEAKER_00]: You ain't gotten a leg.
- 1:22:39[SPEAKER_00]: How'd hurt?
- 1:22:40[SPEAKER_00]: Talk phantom leg syndrome.
- 1:22:41[SPEAKER_00]: And the reason why is because everything is in this field, this microplasma, what they are called the holographic field of the universe.
- 1:22:49[SPEAKER_00]: So you never leave your energetics never leave, you just separate from this flesh.
- 1:22:53[SPEAKER_00]: This flesh breaks down and goes back to the dirt that dirt comes microbes again and then it bursts something else.
- 1:22:59[SPEAKER_00]: So, it's no such thing as deaf man, we've been taught disease, we've been taught deaf, we've been taught all of these things and we just need to reprogram my mind and think about it in a different way.
- 1:23:09[SPEAKER_00]: And other cultures deaf is celebrated.
- 1:23:12[SPEAKER_00]: People can't wait to transcend monks, monks can't wait to they mummify themselves, they literally stop eating, they first start off eating vegetables, then they switch to all fruits, then they're going to meditation where they eat nothing but nuts.
- 1:23:25[SPEAKER_00]: and then they eat certain nuts that dry them out and then they're going to a deep meditation state to where they literally go through something called Wriga Mordes and they will couch up out themselves and project their consciousness on the world.
- 1:23:37[SPEAKER_00]: This is a priest that longs for death because his version of death is obviously totally different than ours.
- 1:23:46[SPEAKER_00]: So it's all about perception, brother, and how we choose to look at life and how we choose to look at reality.
- 1:23:53[SPEAKER_00]: And my whole takeaway, if they didn't get nothing from this whole video, is this, you are created in the image and the likeness of God of the Creator itself.
- 1:24:04[SPEAKER_00]: And God is, it can't kill itself, it don't die.
- 1:24:08[SPEAKER_00]: It forever was, if it ever will be, there is no beginning, there is no end.
- 1:24:14[SPEAKER_00]: So what are you worried about?
- 1:24:16[SPEAKER_00]: And another thing is, if you or full of this potential, this regeneration type of power then that means your body can heal itself.
- 1:24:25[SPEAKER_00]: Everything else is the distraction.
- 1:24:27[SPEAKER_00]: And your mind said it's so powerful, it's a book I want you to get by Dr. Bruce Lumpton.
- 1:24:31[SPEAKER_00]: It's called The Biology of Belief, where he proven time and time over that show a belief system in your principles can change your actual physical biology.
- 1:24:43[SPEAKER_00]: where people have cancer and they will change their mindset and shift and the ability to change the tumors go away, go away.
- 1:24:52[SPEAKER_00]: just bring your mindset.
- 1:24:53[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why they have studies now called the placebo study.
- 1:24:56[SPEAKER_00]: Notice when you look at the vitro studies and stuff now, they have a placebo study, and then they have an actual real study.
- 1:25:02[SPEAKER_00]: Showing you that placebo is so powerful, belief is so powerful.
- 1:25:05[SPEAKER_00]: They had to put that in scientific research because what you believe can change your biological structure and reform and shape your reality.
- 1:25:15[SPEAKER_00]: It's what we're doing every day.
- 1:25:16[SPEAKER_00]: You get up and you come
- 1:25:19[SPEAKER_00]: and you see it before you have, you see it before it happened.
- 1:25:22[SPEAKER_00]: You get up, you see yourself putting on your clothes, brushing your teeth, going to the gym, putting the key in the ignition of your car, and driving to this building, and you making it happen.
- 1:25:30[SPEAKER_00]: So why can't we do the same thing with disease and do the same thing with relationships and the same thing with ourselves?
- 1:25:35[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I'll say, and our money can do the same thing, but I'm just playing over it.
- 1:25:41[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, yeah, I keep.
- 1:25:42[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you so much, Brad.
- 1:25:43[SPEAKER_05]: This was really, really needed.
- 1:25:46[SPEAKER_05]: And again, I'm serious.
- 1:25:47[SPEAKER_05]: I want to have more conversations around this.
- 1:25:50[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, you are just a wealth of knowledge.
- 1:25:52[SPEAKER_05]: And I'm inspired.
- 1:25:53[SPEAKER_05]: So again, go to the website, use promo code, social proof, and do me a favor.
- 1:26:00[SPEAKER_05]: Do you see your DMs, though?
- 1:26:02[SPEAKER_00]: Look at him every now and again, sometimes I do.
- 1:26:05[SPEAKER_05]: Send him a DM just saying thank you.
- 1:26:07[SPEAKER_05]: May or may not reply, but send him a DM just saying thank you.
- 1:26:11[SPEAKER_05]: I think it's something to you doing some work and then someone saying thank you.
- 1:26:16[SPEAKER_05]: It does something.
- 1:26:17[SPEAKER_05]: So I want y'all to do me that favor just like, y'all, why social proof?
- 1:26:21[SPEAKER_05]: I appreciate it, send him a picture of, you know, whatever you ordered, just to let him know that he's appreciated and you never know.
- 1:26:29[SPEAKER_05]: We don't have this type of
- 1:26:31[SPEAKER_05]: information all the time and an appreciation comment can keep someone going another day, another week, another month, another year, another decade just because they're appreciated.
- 1:26:42[SPEAKER_05]: So we need to show our appreciation.
- 1:26:45[SPEAKER_05]: We need to show our heroes some love and I think you are a true hero to a lot of people.
- 1:26:51[SPEAKER_05]: I mean in this short period of time there's so many things going through my mind and so many changes and I might start in a question, everything I do and see
- 1:27:00[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I haven't been educated enough to even see anything wrong, but we got an inkling like something wrong here Then I feel this that me my job is done and my whole thing wasn't to convince you my whole thing was to initiate the rebel That's already in you and that rebel was just question everything question everything even question me everything I say it on this show, you know, go back and look it up like try to prove me wrong That's how I became the person I am trying to prove Dr. Sabi wrong trying to prove
- 1:27:28[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Morris from trying to prove Dr. Africa which is my personal teacher.
- 1:27:32[SPEAKER_00]: I'm trying to prove it wrong and they end up showing me that they were right So so be that rebel question everything don't take nobody word for nobody not even me
- 1:27:43[SPEAKER_00]: Don't look up everything I said in this segment.
- 1:27:45[SPEAKER_00]: It's all recorded, rewind it, write it down, study it, and you will see that there's a whole different outlook of life.
- 1:27:53[SPEAKER_00]: I'm telling you, and based off of how you perceive reality is how you heal or how you live life and pain and agony.
- 1:28:01[SPEAKER_00]: and be in flame.
- 1:28:02[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, and that's just the truth.
- 1:28:03[SPEAKER_00]: And that's from spiritual, mental, emotional, to physical is all the same application.
- 1:28:08[SPEAKER_00]: So take this knowledge, make it applicable, apply it, and you will see your life changing always.
- 1:28:13[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go, man.
- 1:28:14[SPEAKER_00]: Appreciate you coming to the show, man.
- 1:28:15[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you.
- 1:28:16[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you so much.
- 1:28:16[SPEAKER_05]: Do you have something favorite?
- 1:28:17[SPEAKER_05]: Go follow Yaki right now.
- 1:28:20[SPEAKER_05]: And then also go get you some social proof, meaning go build something and do something amazing in this world, but come back to your community and teach them how you did it, and teach them what you know, because it's the only way our community grows without peace.
