Sturt: The future is so bright when it comes to this industry. And, you know, I see water more not as a commodity, but as a programmable material. We know that water changes its structure under different lighting conditions. It can become healing in under different conditions. It can be structured.
• 0:16
It can be self sanitizing. You can create out of thin air something that's nutrient dense. I mean, they're using it for in research to get rid of amyloid plaque, you know, for Alzheimer's and things like that too at the moment. So
• 0:27
  Michael Scalar: That's fascinating.
• 0:28
Sturt: Is fascinating. It really water
• 0:29
Michael Scalar: and get well. Alright. You're tuned in to Everything's Energy where we are going to have a conversation about one of the most profound things on the planet, something you can't live without next to the other thing you can't live without. So number one is air. We have to breathe.
• 0:43
Number two is water. You can only survive for three days, maybe four days without water. It's one of the most important things that you put in your body, hopefully, daily. And we're not hydration is very different from, consuming liquids. So we have Sturt Hinton here, a founder of Frequency h two o, a fascinating water we're gonna get discuss.
• 1:03
But first, I wanna discuss what's wrong with water in modern society today. What do you think?
• 1:10
Sturt: Thank you so much for having me on. Absolutely. Well, it depends what you're talking about. Are talking about bottled water or municipality water?
• 1:17
Michael Scalar: Let's start with bottled.
• 1:18
Sturt: Bottled water, it's just bulk dead water. You know, the industry has been going for purity and not for hydration. It's well established now that the minerals or the total dissolved solids in water are actually what hydrate you, and the water is a medium to do that. So it's a shift in mindset from purified water to actually something that's more of it's mineral dense and has nutritional value.
• 1:47
Michael Scalar: Right. So we kind of want like the biohacking version of water versus the stuff coming out of your tap.
• 1:52
Sturt: Yeah that's right. And beyond that it's you know water exists in different states. So you know biological water being you know the easy water which is your internal water. And then you know structured water and you know bulk water you know, ice, vapour,
• 2:09
Michael Scalar: all sorts into things. The fancy waters
• 2:11
  Sturt: Yes.
• 2:11
Michael Scalar: Let's talk about so bottled water has some problems and then you're talking about municipal. So the stuff coming out of tap, like, let's explain to people out there that are drinking tap water exactly why they
• 2:20
Sturt: should stop. Okay. Well, it's dead water for a start. It's not being when you we're used to living in nature in as a species Mhmm. In natural environments where water, tumbles over springs or erupts out of the ground or comes from a waterfall.
• 2:35
When water twists in a vortex, okay, something quite magical happens. It pulls in oxygen from the environment so it becomes oxygen rich and it has a cohesion to it, you know, and the water the molecules line up in a structured format. The it becomes the surface tension becomes less, so it actually becomes wetter. Wetter water. We like water.
• 2:59
We do like wetter. Wetter water. And so it becomes easier for your cells to hydrate particularly if it has mineral content in it.
• 3:12
Michael Scalar: Yeah I think that's the most important thing that gets often overlooked. We have a lot of people out there drinking the municipal water for one which isn't always just water. One of the biggest problems we're facing with municipal water, tap water, is actually the fact that the way they're they're recycling the water. So when you shit and piss and flush your toilet, take a shower, that all goes into reclamation. Reclamation then has to try and filter out stuff and provide something somewhat clean.
• 3:38
Yeah. Which tends to have little particulates of toilet paper. And the worst part, you have your PFAS, your microplastics, and then your pharmaceuticals. Hey, and stereo. Yeah.
• 3:48
So tell us about that, how bad that is.
• 3:50
Sturt: Oh, it's shocking. Know? And plus they're putting in fluoride and chlorine and, you know, it's just blocking your ability to hydrate.
• 4:00
Michael Scalar: You know? You're You're you're actually ingesting You're ingesting garbage
• 4:04
Sturt: Yeah. You know, at a cellular level, you know. So not only are your cells you might be you can drink liters and liters, but it's not gonna hydrate you.
• 4:11
Michael Scalar: Well, and then on top of that, now you've got possibly macro, micro, or massive doses of birth control
• 4:18
  Sturt: Yes.
• 4:18
Michael Scalar: Hormonal pills Yes. Antidepressants Yes. All the different things that people are ingesting, shitting, and pissing out into the municipal
• 4:26
  Sturt: Yes.
• 4:27
Michael Scalar: It that that doesn't filter out.
• 4:28
Sturt: The pharmaceuticals are the hardest ones to get out of the water.
• 4:32
  Michael Scalar: Yep.
• 4:33
Sturt: You know, we were talking off air before about new technologies, you know, coming to market that can eliminate them. Mhmm. And the future is, you know, really bright actually, you know, for the for the water industry, water purity, this next generation water purification activation technologies.
• 4:48
  Michael Scalar: Mhmm.
• 4:49
Sturt: It's really quite amazing actually.
• 4:51
Michael Scalar: I'm excited for that. Unfortunately, governments move very slow. I've got one friend with a water company in. Said the amount of red tape to bring things into states, especially states like California that have the most red tape, it's off the charts. Like when it comes to water, it's just an infinite sea of red tape, yet they have water issues.
• 5:08
It's like, okay, well they have all these water issues and I can solve them, but I have to jump through years of red tape to help them solve an imminent problem. It's completely illogical. Now you said some it's really fascinating too. I wanna spin back too as as you're saying spring water is things going creating oxygenation. Lot of people don't realize that when you have spring water it's or river water things like this, as it's hitting all these rocks and the farther it falls, it actually knocks a lot of the toxins out and things like that.
• 5:33
And it leaves its own natural filtering process which I find fascinating. And then it's hitting all these Minerals. And that that you're getting your mineral content. So spring water is is a really great source of good quality water. Unfortunately, we're running out of ways to do that.
• 5:50
We modern society growing at past pace. Totally. We've gotta figure out how to fix that. I think you actually have done some of that with your water. Yeah.
• 5:58
So how do you do that in in frequency h two o? How do we
• 6:02
Sturt: what was this? Sorry. The minerals. Oh, this particular product has been voted the best tasting water in the world. Yeah.
• 6:08
And this is this is a naturally occurring mineral water that's been structured at the frequency of love. This one here. And when we're launching here, we're launching here in North America, it seemed really important for me for this brand or this platform. See it started off as a beverage brand, know, but now it's becoming a platform for next generation water technologies. So it's important for me as an entrepreneur in a water space to be as sustainable as possible.
• 6:38
And I don't believe in taking from the aquifers to be we need to replenish those. So we need to find ways to be able to create you know, better hydrating, more nutrient dense, highly structured, energised water in different formats for people. And that's what we're doing here in The United States. You know, we're putting together formulations and structuring water to for optimum cellular hydration.
• 7:05
Michael Scalar: Okay. So in in Australia, you've got an actual mineral water source. Spring. Yes. Spring.
• 7:11
Okay. That's awesome. And so when you're moving to America, are you gonna be able to replicate that?
• 7:15
Sturt: Yeah. We we can actually. We're combining different sorts of purification activation technologies, you know, plasma, vortex structuring, mineral blueprinting, you know, to not just create a water that, you know, is like a spring water, but to exceed, you know, the quality of that. You know? It's I'm on a mission to create the best water in the world.
• 7:34
Michael Scalar: Well, amen. Let's let's talk more about the science. You mentioned vortex. So let's start with vortex, define vortex for the layman out there that would be like, well, he just said this word, what does it mean?
• 7:44
Sturt: Yeah, so vortex is basically the spinning of the water. Mhmm. And when it's in spin, you know, it pulls oxygen from the local environment and it also too makes the water cohesive, know. It makes all the different molecules line up so it's easier for hydration, for cellular hydration. The surface tension becomes more relaxed so it becomes wetter.
• 8:09
It's proven that nih.gov if you go to their website and you look up structured water it will have many reports on how structured water benefits the carcass mass of animals, you know, more milk on cows, I think up to 30 or more plant growth. So there's huge implications for the world, structured water. Also too for water remediation. Yeah. Yeah.
• 8:41
It's not just about bottled water or home water, it's about fixing the earth.
• 8:46
Michael Scalar: Yeah. And for the the layman out there, I'd add when you're looking structured water, you have a water molecule. We'll say it's This big. Then when it goes through structuring, water they they clump together. So they structuring is they become smaller and that it could be down to nano, the difference technologies have a different size.
• 9:06
But the smaller you get the water clusters Mhmm. The more hydration you're gonna get. So if you ever drunken water and and you're like, oh, I feel so full after that, you're not drinking structured water, you're drinking huge water clumps.
• 9:17
  Sturt: Yes.
• 9:18
Michael Scalar: And so when you have structured water, you'll drink the whole thing, and you'll feel a little more refreshed and hydrated and not full.
• 9:23
  Sturt: Yes. Yeah. Yes, absolutely.
• 9:25
Michael Scalar: So that's the importance of structured water for flamens out there. And then you mentioned plasma. So I mean that sounds exciting. Let's let's dive into that.
• 9:32
Sturt: Yeah, absolutely. So plasma is the future, you know, of industry in the world. You know, it's going to revolutionize health care, agriculture, you know, decentralized water supply. Nearly every our computing, you know, every industry is going to be touched by plasma. And it's the full state of matter.
• 9:55
99 of the entire universe is plasma. Fire is plasma, sun is plasma. You know, our body, we've got a fascia, which they say is plasma as well. Yeah, that's true. Plasma is ionized air.
• 10:10
So it's low heat ionised air. And when it comes into contact with water something really magical happens and we can't explain why at this point in time. But it restructures the water at a molecular level and also too it it disarms any any chemical compound that's in it like PFAS or pharmaceuticals not requiring purification.
• 10:34
Michael Scalar: I actually have a little bit of an insight into that because I I dive into the science type of of things. So when you let's let's look at it in a three d model because plasma does kind of fall into quantum state in in a lot of sciences. So if you were to take water and you were to hit it with a bolt of lightning, that lightning would go through every aspect of all the the molecules, the structures
• 10:56
  Sturt: Yes.
• 10:56
Michael Scalar: And it would break them all apart.
• 10:57
  Sturt: Yes.
• 10:58
Michael Scalar: Some of them will come back together, but when you break all these these water molecules apart, what's gonna fall out is your PFAS. Yes. What's gonna fall out is the structure. And water has memory. So when you can completely destroy something back to its original design or molecule.
• 11:13
So we're now down to the clump of molecule holding onto a bunch of other things, getting obliterated, you've now restructured the original blueprint because that that clump is actually the storage of a lot of knowledge, a lot
• 11:26
  Sturt: of Yes.
• 11:26
Michael Scalar: Information, a lot of contaminants that you really don't want in it. So you you've struck it with lightning. Yep. Now it's blown to all its origin. Now, obviously, water and different different things have different weights.
• 11:39
So what I've seen in some of the science I've privy to is, then the PFAS things like that fall out Mhmm. And can be collected, and then the water, the actual pure water and the structure of the water goes to an output which can be bottled or or reused or reclimated. So it's that that's my scientific I I try to take things that are complicated and make them seem a little more understandable. So hopefully,
• 12:02
  Sturt: they did
• 12:02
  Michael Scalar: good job.
• 12:02
Sturt: Yeah. Absolutely. And some things also too to add with that is that you get these nitrogen and oxygen species that just erupt in the water when that lightning hits the water. And that nitrogen and oxygen is fertilizer for the earth. And so when it comes to agriculture, it reduces inputs on farming and greenhouses.
• 12:26
Also too, it's antimicrobial and antibacterial depending on how fast how far the dial you wanna put up. So we're talking in hospital settings or revolutionizing public sanitation, you know, where you can wash your hands without soap and they're completely clean. You know, at the moment they're pouring chlorine into public toilets, no need for that. Know?
• 12:45
Michael Scalar: That's true. When you, create an alkaline water, the by byproduct is actually acid. You can actually use that for disinfecting.
• 12:52
Sturt: Well you can. Yeah. You can. This is next level, you know, type of, processing, you know, that, you know, also to mold, gets rid of that. So, you know, if we're talking, you know, fogging, you know, with plasma activated water, you know, delivering nutrient directly to plants in greenhouses through the air.
• 13:16
Michael Scalar: I mean, that's a fast I mean, they kinda came up with a similar concept. I think they're using more chemical side of it, but in cruise ships during COVID, they were trying to sterilize them using fogging methods throughout the the air system. So things like that
• 13:27
  Sturt: Yes.
• 13:28
Michael Scalar: Could be extremely beneficial in just basic sanitation. Not not not saying we're we we can fight a pandemic this way, but maybe we could help. Yeah. Totally. But that that kind of concept comes into play the way you're explaining it too is very beneficial because the byproduct wouldn't be it wouldn't have a negative effect on the human health.
• 13:45
Would just simply be certain types of, I wouldn't say air, but it would be instead of using chemicals, you'd have something that the body would be like, oh, this is fine.
• 13:53
Sturt: Yes. So with, you know, if you think about a gym for example, like, you know, jujitsu gym, jujitsu. Yeah. You know, where people are sweating, you know, there's all sorts of nasty bugs everywhere, you know. You know, it might get mopped, you know, twice a day with chlorine, know.
• 14:09
But that's just pushing around things, know. So but what, for example, in that situation, what a plasma activated water mist could do in the future would, you know, get to every nook and cranny, you know, and kill all that harmful bacteria.
• 14:21
Michael Scalar: Yeah. Every every gym needs that. I remember watching this documentary where they went and swabbed different equipment in a gym and the amount of feces and
• 14:27
  Sturt: Yes.
• 14:27
Michael Scalar: Urine that they found on everything was off the charts on top of some bacteria and viral. Was like, oh no. I mean the world would be mean there's a push and pull there because in some ways light bacteria and contaminant helps build our immune system because it's like going to the gym for our body like okay, gotta stay strong, keeps working. Mhmm. The flip side though is, you know, you get a viral load that you might might have a forever friend that you don't want.
• 14:51
So having sanitary conditions and where you're working out and sweat is probably probably a good thing. If But we can do it in through through ways that are just water and plasma, that'd be miraculous. So you just have a little mystery and getting a little hydration with some cleanliness.
• 15:04
Sturt: Absolutely. You know, and the, you know, the future is so bright, you know, when it comes to this industry. And, you know, I see water more not as a commodity, you know, but as a programmable material.
• 15:16
  Michael Scalar: Yeah. Indeed.
• 15:17
Sturt: You know, we know that water changes its structure under different lighting conditions. We can we can you you know, it can become healing, you know, in under, you know, different conditions. It can be structured. You know, it can be self sanitizing. It can be, you know, you can create out of thin air, you know, something that's nutrient dense.
• 15:37
I mean, they're using it for, in research to get rid of amyloid plaque, know, for Alzheimer's and things like that too at the moment.
• 15:44
  Michael Scalar: That's fascinating.
• 15:45
  Sturt: It is fascinating. It
• 15:46
Michael Scalar: really water and get well.
• 15:48
Sturt: That's right. That's right. You know? So it's quite remarkable, know? And then when you you know, the the pioneering of, you know, Scalar technology, you know, perhaps potentially combining that with water.
• 16:01
You know? There's quantum technology as well, you know, combining that with water.
• 16:06
Michael Scalar: You know? We've we've done a lot of had a lot of water scientists and even chemical scientists look at just putting water in our technology and reduce surface tension so you have more absorb absorbability. One guy had done it with a cleaning product, and he said it made his cleaning product more efficient. Someone else had brought in some sort of ceramic material that they were putting on cars, and these chemicals were restructuring, so they actually needed less of the material to do the same job, which fascinating.
• 16:35
  Sturt: Absolutely fascinating.
• 16:37
Michael Scalar: Yeah. So I wanna I think we've talked a good bit about the science. Like, what's your origin story though? How did you get involved in creating this fascinating water company?
• 16:46
Sturt: I am really, obviously, really passionate about water.
• 16:48
  Michael Scalar: I love water.
• 16:49
Sturt: Yeah. Yeah. I love water. You know? Absolutely.
• 16:52
I just I I'm just for me, it was a no brainer. You know? Water is, you know, God to me. Or, you know, I trust in the infinite intelligence of water, and I always have. And, you know, I was aware of the benefits of structured water and, you know, being the increased carcass mass in animals and the, you know, yield crops, you know, and also to the taste, know, you of structured water was improved as well.
• 17:15
So I thought that, you know, I could combine, you know, my passions of water and, you know, bit of science and art, you know, and I thought that I could combine those to create the best water in the world. You know? So, you know, I was on this mission about how I can use my skills and talents to help more people and be a better greater value and service. So I was on a I was on a real journey of self discovery about, you know, what I can do. You know?
• 17:39
Michael Scalar: And Did you go to like the water holy sites? So like Niagara Falls and Fiji. Sounds funny to put it that way, but like what what what was
• 17:48
Sturt: your That sounds like something, know, that I would like to do in the future. All those amazing, you know, holy water sites.
• 17:54
  Michael Scalar: Yeah. Holy water
• 17:55
Sturt: sites. You know, which is actually Is that a thing in your community? Well, in the community.
• 17:59
Michael Scalar: Yeah. Is there like a are there holy water sites?
• 18:01
Sturt: Well, there's definitely healing waters. You know? And it all depends on the minimal composition and the structuring of the water and the energetic and that can be replicated.
• 18:10
Michael Scalar: Like hot springs and things like that have a
• 18:12
Sturt: Yeah, different absolutely. Basically it's
• 18:14
Michael Scalar: just the mineral content really.
• 18:15
Sturt: Yeah and also to the delivery system. You know? It's not just about the minerals, it's how it's delivered. And that was what this this is. Know, I I was you know constantly looking for the best water to drink.
• 18:27
And so frequency H2O was a no brainer. Know, I knew that. I felt that I could you know, combine, you know, structured water with sound and light frequencies as sort of like a capping. The the frequency infusion is a is a capping to marketing structured water. Mhmm.
• 18:43
So you could structure water at the frequency of love, or you could structure it with, you know, the frequency of the moon or joy, or, you know, you could give it light therapy and you could structure it at the frequency of a rainbow. But it's all structured water and it's all, like, playful fun, but, you know, optimized structured mineral water.
• 19:00
Michael Scalar: That's fascinating. So what are what are the next steps for making your water even better? Even better? Or are you there?
• 19:09
  Sturt: No. Def no. No.
• 19:11
Michael Scalar: As an artist and it's never perfect.
• 19:13
Sturt: It's never. No. It's absolutely. It's always chasing optimum. You know, it's not just about what's in the bottle, it's also to when it comes to hydration, you know, it's about, you know, how our own health, you know, how you know, we've got these little, like, plumbing, you know, in our cells that allows water to zip into them.
• 19:31
You know? And over time, they build up, you know, excess junk and proteins and things like that through, you know, our diet and lifestyle and other shitty water we drink. Excuse the French.
• 19:41
Michael Scalar: Yeah. Not all water is equal. Yeah.
• 19:46
Sturt: And we can improve, you know, infrared light is proven to to to help, you know, those channels Mhmm. You know, and your ability to hydrate and exercise, you know, maintaining a healthy fascia. So it's a combination of things. It's the water it's the minerals in the water you drink, it's the delivery system of the water, and it's your own personal, you know, holistic health. You know, making sure that you get good sunshine, making sure that you know you have good sleep patterns.
• 20:13
  Michael Scalar: Absolutely.
• 20:14
Sturt: You know, these are essential for hydration.
• 20:17
Michael Scalar: So in your journey of water, did you have any influences like scientists, people that you work with that were massive contributors to your philosophy that made you who you are in your water the way it
• 20:32
Sturt: is. Yeah. Definitely Emoto Mazuro from Japan. Yeah.
• 20:35
Michael Scalar: Yeah. Met him at one point. Yes. Fascinating guy.
• 20:38
Sturt: Oh, incredible. And, you know, I feel really blessed and privileged. His son, Hiro, you know, is, coming on board, you know, as an advisor and advocate, you know, for Frequency H2O. I'm, you know, building up a beautiful global team of supporters, with the brand. But he that that his father was amazing inspiration.
• 20:59
Doctor Gerald Pollock, you know, the from the University of Washington who discovered the fourth phase of water known as EZ Water. He was definitely, inspiring. And I was inspired by quantum physics and, you know, quantum science as well. So there's a few people in a sim Haramin and, yeah, a few people, you know.
• 21:19
Michael Scalar: What what's your thoughts on, it's it's a trippy water. Deuterium depleted water.
• 21:24
Sturt: Well, you know, I haven't actually done a deep dive, but apparently it's very good for you. You know, you know, it's it can apparently it can remove toxins and things. I have not done a deep dive on that and I really need to.
• 21:37
Michael Scalar: Yeah. Robert Slovak, it's fascinating. Was I was talking with one of my water scientists too and he's like, I think I can figure out how to do that because it's a very expensive process. First, they were finding areas where it was deuterium depleted. It's mostly very old frozen water and now they've they've come up with technologies that are basically quantum technologies, and they can deplete deuterium.
• 21:56
It's it's fascinating. I I ordered like a couple of cases of it to see if I noticed any difference. The water tasted okay. I didn't I don't have any major problems, so maybe that's the problem with me in in AB testing it. But I I find the science fascinating.
• 22:07
I just I like to ask other people in the community like what their thoughts are on it. I I just thought it tasted like good water.
• 22:13
Sturt: Yeah. Absolutely. You know, you know, water is, you know, it can be it can taste really nasty. Know, lot of people don't drink light water because they don't like the taste of it. You know?
• 22:23
And structured water really improves the quality of the taste. It neutralizes the flavor. You know, if you have heavy mineral content, can neutralize that heavy mineral flavor and make it lighter and, you know, more pleasant to drink.
• 22:36
Michael Scalar: No. I I agree. My my my first job actually was with a guy named Merlin Yokstik. I was 16. I was bottling water for his company.
• 22:42
He's one of the first, like, companies in The US that I I know of to do alkaline alkaline water water and and structured structured water. So I learned a lot. He was it was basically early early days. I think he went on to sell his his technology to Essentia.
• 22:57
  Sturt: Okay.
• 22:57
Michael Scalar: But I I ended up learning a lot and it's it's it's fascinating starting out young. It's like having a wine palate or something because I got very jaded very young. Where all the waters taste different and people are like, I'm like, don't like this water. Tastes wet. I'm like, no no.
• 23:10
There's huge difference in the way every water tastes. Mhmm. You know, Dasani, Aquafina, I can't stand. Uh-huh. And I thought I was, like, one of the only people, but I've heard other people, like, waiting in one line, like, I'm not drinking that water.
• 23:23
Sturt: Yeah. Some of the biggest waters in the world have got the highest levels of toxic chemicals in them.
• 23:28
Michael Scalar: Yeah. And and then you have the bigger brands like Evian, like no bottle of Evian anywhere you go tastes the same. You know, it's originally a spring water Fiji. There's a bunch of knock off ones out there. So I've opened a few bottles where I'm like, this doesn't taste like Fiji water.
• 23:40
Yeah. But I don't know if it just sat in the sun in a plastic bottle, which is another problem with the the leaching of plastics in
• 23:44
  Sturt: the water.
• 23:45
Michael Scalar: Sure. Yep. But over the years, I I become quite the water snob. And it is structured water is where it's at. Yep.
• 23:52
You can really taste when there's no minerals and it's just garbage. Yes. And there's the other factor too. A lot of people, you know, there's controversial reverse osmosis and distilled water. Mhmm.
• 24:01
And they're like, that's the hype thing because they read some book on it or watched some video and it's like, that's absolutely terrible to have just RO or distilled because now when that's going in, what it's doing is leaching the minerals out of your body because it wants to have minerals. It's designed to have mineral content in it and the water will pull the mineral content. Like we're talking water going down the stream hitting rocks, it's pulling minerals out of those rocks and carrying it. So when it goes through your body and you're drinking dead water, you're literally unmineralizing.
• 24:27
Sturt: Yes. So the the minerals in the water help with electrical connectivity.
• 24:31
  Michael Scalar: Absolutely.
• 24:32
Sturt: You know, similar to what you're doing, I believe, with the EA system. You know, with the body, it's the same thing with the water and our own biological water.
• 24:38
Michael Scalar: Well, when I was on your show, you asked me a question about about how I saw water. And I it took me a second, but I thought it was a brilliant response in you you water in your body, it it it the way it's flowing through is going down a freeway, and the minerals are the cars. So the freeway is the conduit through your body for information and energy to flow. And the cars on there traveling to get there faster are these minerals in the body. So it's energy jumping faster on this freeway.
• 25:05
If you don't have the mineral content content in in your body and it's just water, it's gonna get there but slow. But you want rapid firing neurons, electrons, protons, all these things zapping through so that anytime you wanna move, you're moving quickly. And I found that a fascinating way to just explain the mineral content.
• 25:21
Sturt: Yeah. Absolutely. And going back to what you're saying about problems in the the bottled water industry, you know, this whole alkaline, you mentioned alkaline water.
• 25:29
  Michael Scalar: Yeah.
• 25:29
Sturt: And, you know, it just it just really pisses me off how that has been twisted. You know? I mean, because there's no benefit to alkaline water unless it's alkaline from minerals.
• 25:40
Michael Scalar: Okay. I love the fact that you said this too because we have the Conga machine and all these other machines going up. And it was the hype late early two thousands. And and it's it's funny because I actually developed a bit of acid reflux because we were drinking nothing but 9.5 Wow. Water.
• 25:56
And I and then we stopped using it. I I had no acid reflux. I'm like, oh my god. And then this is it was right around the time it became like controversial. Like, actually, you probably shouldn't be drinking nine point five alkalinity.
• 26:07
And I was like, oh, okay. It makes sense now. So we stopped with that. But it was funny too, in the early days of Conga, and they're like, oh, this alkaline water is so powerful. It's all about the alkalinity.
• 26:16
Mhmm. It wasn't the alkalinity. It was it was a a fresh machine structuring water as you're drinking it. It was the act of hydrogen being released by the mesh that they were using to get the alkalinity out of. And I don't think anyone's actually alluded to that, but everyone's got hydrogen bottles now, which are great.
• 26:30
  Sturt: Yes.
• 26:30
Michael Scalar: But what you're doing is passing electrical current through a mesh Mhmm. Of metal, hopefully a a good metal like silver or platinum and not some junk metals because you don't wanna be drinking aluminum or steel. But copper be okay. But really what you're getting is live active hydrogen. And so when you have these machines and you're watching all these bubbles float up, it's like, yeah, you wanna pound that water, get that hydrogen.
• 26:51
But that never equated over the years. Maybe now they're talking about it. It was funny going up growing up through this water phase. Mhmm. Because obviously we're in the wellness industry.
• 26:59
We have every hype thing thrown at us. We're like, oh yeah. Alkaline water. It makes sense.
• 27:03
  Sturt: Why is
• 27:03
Michael Scalar: it supposed to be alkaline? No. You actually want something slightly above neutral. Correct?
• 27:08
Sturt: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. It it just it comes down to the mineral content and, you know, even like sea salt is an incredible thing just to add to your water.
• 27:18
Michael Scalar: Sea salt, not table salt.
• 27:19
Sturt: That's right. Sea salt. Yeah.
• 27:21
Michael Scalar: People people lump salts together. It's like, no, you don't Morton's is is stripped down. There's no minerals. It's just sodium. You actually want the mineral content of a actual collected salt.
• 27:30
So sea salt. Yes. Something that that actually has been near some dirt.
• 27:35
Sturt: Yeah. Absolutely. Quite literally. It has all the trace minerals in there for you. That can supercharge your water.
• 27:41
  Michael Scalar: Yeah.
• 27:42
Sturt: Absolutely. It's a great way to, you know, optimize your hydration.
• 27:45
Michael Scalar: Our bodies are electrical. We need that information in our body so that electricity travels. We're electric. We need the minerals. If you don't have the minerals you're gonna feel low energy.
• 27:56
This is why people at the gym are drinking electrolytes which is essentially trace minerals at one quality or another. If you're drinking Gatorade, it's probably not very good quality.
• 28:04
  Sturt: Yeah.
• 28:05
Michael Scalar: Sorry to hate on you Gatorade. Just can't. Yeah. Well, there's another good topic like, you have things like these sports drinks offering so called hydration and rapid Yes. Hydration versus what what are they're actually really not.
• 28:20
You're just adding a bunch of junk in your body. Right?
• 28:22
Sturt: Yeah. I believe so. You know, they are just, you know, have a lot of sugars in them, and it's all puffery. Sugars. Puffery, you know, is a good term for it.
• 28:30
You know? I mean, you know, some of them, you know, don't do any harm, but, you know, how much good they do is, you know
• 28:37
Michael Scalar: For an extra $4, you can get absolutely nothing.
• 28:39
Sturt: I actually yeah. That's right. I think I spent I went to a a cafe in West Hollywood on the on the weekend and I bought a a $9 bottle of water. Know because I
• 28:51
  Michael Scalar: love those.
• 28:52
Sturt: Yeah because it had on it that it was a cortisol stress relief water. And I thought I've got to going do this. To try this cortisol stress. It tasted horrible. It was awful.
• 29:04
And that was from a very large Swiss company. I was like, that could do better.
• 29:09
Michael Scalar: Was it just water or
• 29:10
Sturt: did taste It was water where it had active minerals in it. Know, you just released the minerals and then you shook it up.
• 29:16
  Michael Scalar: You
• 29:16
  Sturt: know, it tasted nasty.
• 29:19
Michael Scalar: Yeah, there's the black water with the trace minerals. Oh yeah. They're like oh it tastes like dirt. I'm like I think it tastes great.
• 29:26
Sturt: I love adding things like Shilajit to my water as well. Put Shilajit with Mana Vitality, they've got an amazing, have you heard of that company? They've got an amazing Shilajit.
• 29:36
Michael Scalar: It sounds familiar but I can't pick it.
• 29:38
Sturt: It tastes incredible you know, I put that with my structured water so I deliver that you know in that way.
• 29:46
Michael Scalar: Yeah so What if people were trying to get optimal hydration what are some things they can do outside of just drinking say your water or a water what can they add to it? What would you recommend?
• 29:55
Sturt: So definitely salt. Know good salt. And and getting outside and drinking it. You know what I mean? Drinking your structured water outside in the sun.
• 30:08
  We're getting infrared energy. Know?
• 30:10
Michael Scalar: Oh, you're talking about, like, the sun tea concept where you're getting energy. Put your water outside?
• 30:14
  Sturt: Well just be outside.
• 30:15
Michael Scalar: Know? Or just be outside.
• 30:16
Sturt: Get infrared energy, you know, whilst you're drinking. And the water responds biologically, you know, with infrared energy. Know, when you you know, the cells in your the water in your cells when it comes it's, hydrophilic, so it's it's water loving. Okay? Mhmm.
• 30:33
The the water lines up in a very different way than than normal. It becomes gel like, and it it gets a negative charge. So there's this, along your cells, there's a section of what they call easy water which holds a negative charge and it becomes like a battery. So you've got the normal bulk water in your system at that time which has a positive charge. And it uses this, negative charge ATP, you know, to go into cells and produce energy.
• 30:59
You know, and one of the contributing factors to that is, as I said, the mineral content, the light, the exposure to UV light makes that easy, water barrier thicker. So it grows it. And it doesn't grow a little bit, it grows it quite exponentially. So, you know, going outside, hydrating outside, adding minerals to your water, salt to your water, structuring your water for a good delivery, sleep, making sure you have enough sleep. So apparently I was I have this show that you came on last week, Find Frequency.
• 31:33
Find My Frequency on sparktv.ai. Yes. And I've had the privilege of being able to sit down with some incredible people in the health and wellness, scientists, doctors, entrepreneurs, you know, just like yourself, and get some amazing advice you know for people about what to do. And, you know sleep is huge. Circadian, you know, our connection with sun.
• 31:55
Michael Scalar: The circadian rhythm. Yeah. Yeah. Most people are falling asleep at odd hours so they're not getting in their body's not getting enough of that that exposure to light which is essential. It's like in Superman, if anyone follows the lore, he gets his powers from sunlight like all humans really do.
• 32:09
If we didn't have light, we'd be very, very malnourished.
• 32:12
Sturt: Yes. Absolutely. You know, sun sunlight is medicine. Yeah. And you you need to have at least, you need to have a solid amount of infrared energy, you know, into your into your life to be able to hydrate.
• 32:27
You know, your your cells will thank you.
• 32:29
Michael Scalar: Alright. Well, if people are looking for this water, I know you're talking about coming to America. Do you have a timeline for when you're coming to America?
• 32:36
Sturt: Yeah. We probably in the next in the next four to six months.
• 32:38
Michael Scalar: Four to six months. Yeah. Launching. In the meantime, is it shipping from Down Under? No.
• 32:43
  Oh,
• 32:43
  Sturt: No. Shipping water on
• 32:44
  Michael Scalar: water. Yes.
• 32:47
Sturt: Yeah. Shipping water on water. Not really a sustainable thing to Yeah. Yeah.
• 32:52
Michael Scalar: No. I feel you. Well, it's exciting to bring it out here. We'll we'll try and get it out to the masses so they can be hydrated. Yes.
• 33:00
And let's I like to leave the viewers with, more tidbits. Is there anything you do on a day to day or week to week that you think is the most amazing thing for your wellness right now?
• 33:09
Sturt: Oh, well, actually, I think that, you know, we're we're musical beings or instruments. Mhmm. You know? Humming. Humming?
• 33:19
Yes. So tuning yourself using your voice as an instrument for health.
• 33:23
Michael Scalar: Thrumming, Is that the type?
• 33:24
  Sturt: I don't know. I haven't heard thrumming. I've just heard humming,
• 33:26
  Michael Scalar: you know?
• 33:27
Sturt: So humming and chanting. So your body loves it when you talk to it. You know? And you, I mean it's been proven that actually the way you speak to your body can have a higher return on your health than taking any vitamin or supplement. You know?
• 33:39
  Like our thoughts
• 33:39
  Michael Scalar: The of intention.
• 33:41
Sturt: Yeah. Our thoughts are things. And, it's all about being in tune. We are surrounded by horrible blue light, artificial light which is really doing detriment to ourselves and our biology. Yeah.
• 33:54
Michael Scalar: As we're inherent in the biolites.
• 33:56
Sturt: Yes. So, reducing your exposure to white light, getting lots of sunshine, grounding, getting at least seven and a half hours sleep. Know, definitely, you know, changing the setting on your screen so you don't see the blues, so make them yellow.
• 34:14
Michael Scalar: Oh yeah. Did some episodes here where there's glasses for different actually there's like three that you wear throughout the day and part of it is just filtering out certain lights for the day. It's fascinating. But I haven't had anyone so say that's a great one to leave people with.
• 34:27
Sturt: Yeah. Because your body you know Yeah.
• 34:28
Michael Scalar: Create resonance and vibration within yourself.
• 34:31
Sturt: Yeah. It's counteracting a lot of the bad energy.
• 34:34
Michael Scalar: Know? There's an interesting
• 34:35
Sturt: And also to get more nitrous oxide as well by doing it.
• 34:39
Michael Scalar: Really? It's becoming. Yes. There's an interesting new study on the vagus nerve being stimulated by music. So at a nightclub because the vibrations are actually stimulating that.
• 34:49
So it's like anyone's been going out to nightclubs and I guess maybe not consuming a ton of drugs and alcohol
• 34:54
  Sturt: Yes.
• 34:54
Michael Scalar: Or just dancing and enjoying it, they're actually getting a huge health benefit which is fascinating.
• 34:58
Sturt: Yeah. Well I I had the privilege of interviewing Lincoln Jezza who is quite a famous producer DJ here in The United States or and globally. And his specialty is actually tuning music to different frequencies. And, you know, he he does sets that, you know, start the chakra and end up all at the way at the crown, and, you know, he combines that with chromotherapy as well for lighting. And, you know, so you know he
• 35:22
Michael Scalar: Next level wellness DJ.
• 35:23
Sturt: Level wellness DJ. Well you
• 35:25
Michael Scalar: have to introduce me because I I as you know I used to be in that scene. I've since just focused mainly on the wellness side of things instead of the party side of things. But apparently he's having his cake and eating it too there.
• 35:36
Sturt: Yeah. Yeah. He's doing really well. Alright.
• 35:39
Michael Scalar: Well, I really appreciate you coming on and next time you're in America, hit me up. Maybe we'll do a round two on things that are wet. Yeah. Sounds good. Alright, sir.
• 35:47
  Well, you so much.
• 35:48
  Sturt: Thank you.
• 35:49
  Michael Scalar: And
