- 0:54Speaker 4: Wow?
- 0:55Speaker 5: Ah right, you're right?
- 0:56Speaker 3: How is it? We are the late nineties oli our
- 1:00Speaker 3: listeners on a Nintendo entertainment system. Sorry, we've just gone
- 1:05Speaker 3: the way of Apple where you have to upgrade now.
- 1:10Speaker 5: The software update.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Accurate. This is a special episode. It's gonna be another
- 1:18Speaker 3: fan appreciation episode. You've got Kristen and Jeremy Farley with us.
- 1:22Speaker 3: Hi guys, having us, Thank you for coming. Man, it's
- 1:31Speaker 3: always a blast hang with you guys.
- 1:33Speaker 6: God, yes, I'm so excited to be here.
- 1:36Speaker 7: Uh.
- 1:37Speaker 3: Stevie and I had the joy of meeting and hanging
- 1:40Speaker 3: with you in Vegas, which was an absolute blast. We've
- 1:44Speaker 3: been over that story with a back hope.
- 1:48Speaker 5: Probably we're jealous I missed out on the opportunity.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Uh you should be.
- 1:53Speaker 5: We'll have more changes, I'm sure, Yes, definitely.
- 1:57Speaker 3: Kristin is great one hundred percent, but Jeremy is just
- 1:59Speaker 3: one magnific some piece of man. I apologize for making
- 2:06Speaker 3: things awkward, but it's just gonna get just gonna get worse.
- 2:12Speaker 3: It's just gonna get worse as it goes on. Jerremany,
- 2:14Speaker 3: so buckle up.
- 2:15Speaker 8: Uh just think about that breakfast he made us that one.
- 2:21Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, Oh, he's pretty handy to have around.
- 2:29Speaker 3: The way he did. The way he just like served
- 2:31Speaker 3: up Dutch babies was like.
- 2:36Speaker 7: It's like a pancake, not like a Dutch baby.
- 2:41Speaker 3: He served up literal Dutch. It was very handy. That
- 2:46Speaker 3: there's a Dutch orphanage just around the corner in Las Vegas.
- 2:50Speaker 3: What happened in Vegas? Do you like the baby.
- 2:59Speaker 5: So tender?
- 3:04Speaker 3: Oh, Mercy, we start as we mean to go on. Uh,
- 3:10Speaker 3: we're gonna have some fun. We're just gonna play three
- 3:11Speaker 3: silly games all about you know, just pop culture things,
- 3:15Speaker 3: the news and what have you, just like we always do. Uh,
- 3:20Speaker 3: Kristin and Jeremy have elected, perhaps a little reluctantly, to
- 3:24Speaker 3: stick together and face off against the dream team of
- 3:28Speaker 3: Stevie and Augie, you know, who are always dreaming of winning.
- 3:32Speaker 5: Yeah, I.
- 3:35Speaker 4: Get it.
- 3:36Speaker 7: I mean, if I.
- 3:36Speaker 4: Saw the two of us. I'd go to the other team.
- 3:38Speaker 5: Too, like the dream On team.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Well, we'll see.
- 3:46Speaker 6: Uh.
- 3:46Speaker 3: For starters, we always do an introductory questions, kind of
- 3:49Speaker 3: a get to know you sort of thing.
- 3:51Speaker 7: Uh.
- 3:51Speaker 3: And this week, I guess I'll go with what is what?
- 3:58Speaker 3: What is an upgrade that you plan to perform soon?
- 4:04Speaker 3: An upgrade that you plan to perform soon? Just looking
- 4:09Speaker 3: around seeing the blank stares from everybody, so I don't
- 4:11Speaker 3: know who to start with. I guess I'll start with Stevie,
- 4:14Speaker 3: just because he seems to have something. Yeah, maybe Stevie,
- 4:18Speaker 3: do you have anything that you're planning on upgrading soon?
- 4:20Speaker 4: And why I do?
- 4:22Speaker 8: I have this nasty little issue with my body. I'm
- 4:25Speaker 8: hoping to get titanium, that is, Yeah, that's that's the hope.
- 4:30Speaker 8: That's the hope.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Man.
- 4:31Speaker 8: So it's lightweight and it's longer than me.
- 4:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I'll eventually turn into Wolverine.
- 4:37Speaker 3: It'll just take a while, that's I believe exactly.
- 4:42Speaker 5: How that so when he falls over, he'll ever get
- 4:44Speaker 5: back up? Oh God, help Metal and Flesh.
- 4:55Speaker 3: I'll just crawl from now on. Uh, Ogie, what about you?
- 5:01Speaker 9: I'll take a more serious No, I'm looking to upgrade
- 5:04Speaker 9: my kitchen sink. Oh yeah, so our sink is not
- 5:09Speaker 9: doing great like that.
- 5:10Speaker 4: That's a lot.
- 5:11Speaker 5: It's fallen off. The water pressure is if be at times.
- 5:16Speaker 8: I think it was the original sink when the apartment
- 5:18Speaker 8: was built up there.
- 5:19Speaker 9: It's gotta be at least over thirty years old. Oh yeah,
- 5:23Speaker 9: well over, so it's time for an upgrade. I was
- 5:26Speaker 9: thinking of getting like a nice farmer sink, something big
- 5:30Speaker 9: deep basin can soak water or clean whatever, like big
- 5:36Speaker 9: pottery or.
- 5:38Speaker 5: Appliances we happen to use or go through.
- 5:40Speaker 9: Hell, it's really like not huge as his. And the
- 5:44Speaker 9: sink we got up there is is okay. It's good
- 5:46Speaker 9: for cleaning your dishes, like if you've got if you
- 5:50Speaker 9: decide to cook dinner.
- 5:52Speaker 4: And you're fucked for hours, that's fair.
- 5:55Speaker 3: And if I know anything about you too, it's that
- 5:57Speaker 3: you go through a lot of pottery.
- 5:59Speaker 4: Yeah, we do so way more than the average person.
- 6:03Speaker 8: Winky winky supposed to do it all. Winky winky, You
- 6:09Speaker 8: just like twitched.
- 6:12Speaker 9: Like trying to wink at me, like his whole side
- 6:14Speaker 9: of his face like twitch, like you just had a spasm.
- 6:21Speaker 3: He winked and lost control of his.
- 6:26Speaker 5: You about to go fucking psycho.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Kristin Furley, do either of you have an answer for
- 6:36Speaker 3: this question.
- 6:37Speaker 6: Yes, we are looking to upgrade our internet. We want
- 6:41Speaker 6: to go fimber soon so that we can have faster internet,
- 6:44Speaker 6: like one gig internet is the goal.
- 6:47Speaker 3: Nice, Yeah, very very cool.
- 6:51Speaker 8: Hell yeah, fast internet is the best thing.
- 6:53Speaker 3: When we're both gaming.
- 6:54Speaker 4: There's not as much.
- 6:55Speaker 7: Lag like super slow internet, especially for like California standards.
- 7:03Speaker 4: Like A hundreds not en half.
- 7:05Speaker 3: Yeah, no, wow, yeah, one hundred k.
- 7:08Speaker 5: I know what kind of games you You're like closest
- 7:10Speaker 5: to the server too, which is really messed.
- 7:14Speaker 7: It kind of balances it out.
- 7:15Speaker 3: It makes more sense. One hundred k would be like,
- 7:17Speaker 3: are you talking to us right now? You should barely
- 7:21Speaker 3: be able to get audio, let a loaded camera or
- 7:25Speaker 3: picture books to them.
- 7:26Speaker 4: Aaron, Yeah, yeah, this is Jeremy.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Do you have an alternate answer? Are you saying the
- 7:30Speaker 3: same thing?
- 7:31Speaker 7: Pretty much the same thing? Really? Like that's that's the
- 7:34Speaker 7: immediate upgrade that we're looking to do. Eventually, I do
- 7:36Speaker 7: have to get like a new CPU from my computer
- 7:39Speaker 7: just because I'm earning at thirteen to nine. And if
- 7:42Speaker 7: you're familiar with thirteen nine is they have a really
- 7:44Speaker 7: big critical issue with them right now. Oh no, so
- 7:48Speaker 7: I'm being kind of dealing with that, and like I
- 7:49Speaker 7: didn't know what was going on until recently and they
- 7:51Speaker 7: like started making announcement about it.
- 7:53Speaker 3: So oh oh yeah, Well, I don't know. Hopefully there's
- 7:59Speaker 3: like a class section one or something you can get
- 8:01Speaker 3: in on and get some of that money back, who knows, uh,
- 8:06Speaker 3: or maybe they'll just issue a rebate or something. I
- 8:08Speaker 3: don't know anyway, Uh, fingers crossed for me, man, I too,
- 8:12Speaker 3: am your host on pants and Sarin, And I'm also
- 8:14Speaker 3: doing some computer up grades. I just bought a mini
- 8:17Speaker 3: PC that I absolutely fell in love with. It's this
- 8:20Speaker 3: tiny little thing fits in my hand. It's like it's
- 8:22Speaker 3: like a size of a good good tamber uh and
- 8:26Speaker 3: it's it's it's it's so ridiculously powerful. But I'm like,
- 8:29Speaker 3: I can I can make it stronger. Uh. So, I
- 8:35Speaker 3: after after selling off some of my some of my
- 8:37Speaker 3: stuff that just sits around, I was like, uh, you know,
- 8:40Speaker 3: I got some extra cash, let me splurge for something fun.
- 8:43Speaker 3: So I'm getting an external GPU back to the damn
- 8:47Speaker 3: thing because it only has any great graphics it could
- 8:49Speaker 3: possibly fit at an actual GPU in there that maybe
- 8:53Speaker 3: you could fit like a tiny mobile chip that wouldn't
- 8:56Speaker 3: be able to do much, so why bother. But the
- 8:59Speaker 3: external GPU is something I've I've kind of wanted to
- 9:01Speaker 3: play with for a while, but I always thought it
- 9:03Speaker 3: was too expensive, and so I just found one, like
- 9:06Speaker 3: a combo that seemed to work for me. Like I
- 9:08Speaker 3: got a DOC for about two hundred and fifty bucks.
- 9:10Speaker 3: It wasn't too terribly expensive and still had all the
- 9:13Speaker 3: bells and whistles that I wanted and seventy six hundred
- 9:17Speaker 3: XT sixteen gagabyte graphics card to go with. Heck you,
- 9:21Speaker 3: so this tiny little box could pair it up with
- 9:24Speaker 3: that thing is gonna rip shit, and I am looking
- 9:27Speaker 3: forward to it. But I do not have these things.
- 9:30Speaker 3: It's gonna be a while off. That's why I said
- 9:32Speaker 3: these are upgrades for the future. So we'll see what
- 9:35Speaker 3: happens when I get that stuff, and I'm probably just
- 9:37Speaker 3: gonna gush about it for like an hour next show
- 9:40Speaker 3: or what have you.
- 9:41Speaker 5: Anyway, let's forget about that show. Let's do this one.
- 9:45Speaker 3: I've got three games. Let's get started. Game one is
- 9:47Speaker 3: gonna be like share Block, an old favorite of ours.
- 9:50Speaker 3: I've got three new stories here, and all our players
- 9:53Speaker 3: have to do is tell me what combination of like
- 9:57Speaker 3: a share and block I would apply to these on
- 9:59Speaker 3: social media. There is only one correct combination, and there
- 10:03Speaker 3: is one like one share in one block. So they
- 10:05Speaker 3: just have to figure out which goes with which. Whichever
- 10:08Speaker 3: team successfully manages to figure it out or gets closest
- 10:11Speaker 3: will win the game and earn one episode point. But
- 10:15Speaker 3: let's get started, shall we. Our first news story, Google
- 10:19Speaker 3: owes Russia more money and fines than exists on the
- 10:23Speaker 3: entire earth. So in in in absolute ridiculousness, a Russian
- 10:34Speaker 3: court has fined Google two undiscillian rubles, which is a
- 10:42Speaker 3: two followed by thirty six zeros.
- 10:48Speaker 4: But in rubles.
- 10:49Speaker 8: So that's like what like fifty bucks, like a steam.
- 10:53Speaker 4: Card, Yeah, like hot Dog or some shit.
- 10:56Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, they they'll sty'll send them a steam card.
- 10:59Speaker 7: Will be fine.
- 11:02Speaker 3: No, the actual I don't have the actual figure here.
- 11:05Speaker 3: But even if you convert it to I was about
- 11:09Speaker 3: to say, real money, even if you confer if you
- 11:13Speaker 3: convert it to like, you know, American dollars USD or
- 11:17Speaker 3: you know, what have you, it doesn't matter because it
- 11:19Speaker 3: is far greater than the world's total GDP, which is
- 11:24Speaker 3: estimated by the International Monetary Fund currently to be one
- 11:27Speaker 3: hundred trillion dollars.
- 11:31Speaker 9: Wow, why million?
- 11:37Speaker 3: Yeah, Like, there's.
- 11:38Speaker 6: No way they expect to get that kind of money back, right, Like.
- 11:42Speaker 3: I mean, I'm not going to tell you what. I'm
- 11:45Speaker 3: not going to tell you what Russian a judge does
- 11:49Speaker 3: or does not expect, and I certainly wouldn't say the
- 11:52Speaker 3: same proof. But I can tell them what they should expect,
- 11:55Speaker 3: which is no.
- 11:58Speaker 8: I think they're mad because Google stopped a bunch of
- 12:01Speaker 8: services and over them over you.
- 12:03Speaker 3: Yeah, Well, what it is is Google restricted the content
- 12:08Speaker 3: of seventeen Russian media channels on YouTube. That's and they
- 12:15Speaker 3: are state media channels, so they're not like, you know,
- 12:18Speaker 3: regular Russian people, so you know, they're just blocking propaganda.
- 12:24Speaker 3: So you know, I don't know how to take that,
- 12:30Speaker 3: but I'm sure Google is not taking them seriously.
- 12:35Speaker 7: No, that wouldn't.
- 12:38Speaker 4: I mean, I don't anyway.
- 12:43Speaker 8: I'm sorry, I just don't.
- 12:47Speaker 3: The man was naked riding a bear. It's hard to
- 12:50Speaker 3: hard to look at that. Yep, he is this here
- 12:52Speaker 3: was a serious man, yeah, and was trained.
- 12:58Speaker 4: I'm not happy about it.
- 13:02Speaker 3: I'm sure if he could have turned around and eaten.
- 13:04Speaker 9: He would have, but I've seen cosplayers ride bears.
- 13:08Speaker 3: He'd put him on a cracker and then he'd be
- 13:11Speaker 3: pooting on the ritz.
- 13:15Speaker 7: I'm leaving.
- 13:20Speaker 9: Like that puting in his ass.
- 13:25Speaker 3: All right, Let's move on to story number two. Apossum
- 13:30Speaker 3: hospitalized after gorging itself on chocolate cake. Listen, man, sometimes
- 13:37Speaker 3: sometimes your eyes are just bigger than your stomach. You know,
- 13:41Speaker 3: you see a chocolate cake and you're like, I can,
- 13:44Speaker 3: I can, I can do it.
- 13:47Speaker 7: He probably wouldn't have been fined, but it was a
- 13:49Speaker 7: Costco cake, and those are big motherfuckers.
- 13:51Speaker 3: Costco does not fuck around, I have learned. As I
- 13:55Speaker 3: have learned, Costco does not fuck around.
- 13:57Speaker 9: The other day, Matilda was on and we're it got
- 14:00Speaker 9: to that scene where the kid was eating the giant
- 14:02Speaker 9: chocolate cake or like, who could who could genuinely sit
- 14:06Speaker 9: there eat that whole thing and just not like I
- 14:08Speaker 9: need to go to the hospital and have this pumped
- 14:10Speaker 9: out of me right now.
- 14:13Speaker 8: Or give me all the laxatives and I'll do it myself.
- 14:20Speaker 4: Everything.
- 14:22Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 14:23Speaker 3: So this family out in Oha, Nebraska, this family out
- 14:28Speaker 3: in Omaha, and a grip Nebraska was doing the fine
- 14:31Speaker 3: old family tradition of if there's no more room in
- 14:34Speaker 3: the fridge, just put it outside in the winter, and
- 14:38Speaker 3: they literally just put a chocolate moose cake outside. Came home,
- 14:44Speaker 3: came home one day and found the possum with the
- 14:48Speaker 3: mostly eaten cake, just kind of in a food coma. Uh.
- 14:56Speaker 3: They quickly brought him to the vet. The vet got
- 14:59Speaker 3: the apossum read it. But it's actually kind of a
- 15:02Speaker 3: good thing that this happened because when the vet did
- 15:04Speaker 3: the check up of the apostum, the vat found he
- 15:06Speaker 3: was also suffering from lead poisoning, so they were able
- 15:11Speaker 3: to treat the apostum for that as well. It may
- 15:13Speaker 3: have even been the reason why the apostum went out
- 15:15Speaker 3: of their so their their comfort zone, so to speaking,
- 15:19Speaker 3: went looking for food elsewhere, because clearly something goes wrong
- 15:22Speaker 3: with the food they were eating.
- 15:23Speaker 9: So way, Eric, are you saying that there's a conspiracy
- 15:25Speaker 9: that there wasn't the chocolate cake that made the possum sick,
- 15:28Speaker 9: but possibly the lead that may have been in the cake.
- 15:34Speaker 3: I mean, I'm not going to say about about costco,
- 15:36Speaker 3: but the doctor's theorized the lead toxicity was in the
- 15:39Speaker 3: animal well before he got to the cakes. Sorry, Yeah, yeah,
- 15:53Speaker 3: I got nothing. That's that's pretty much the extent of
- 15:55Speaker 3: the story. The apossum will recover and everything's gonna be copesetic,
- 16:02Speaker 3: won't even have the lead poisoning anymore, and they're hoping
- 16:05Speaker 3: to return it to its rightful place once he's back where.
- 16:11Speaker 4: He got the lead from.
- 16:12Speaker 9: Yeah, I was gonna say, I would be like, Okay,
- 16:16Speaker 9: so he got lead from somewhere.
- 16:17Speaker 5: Is that from someone's trash can?
- 16:19Speaker 9: Or is that like the water.
- 16:22Speaker 4: In the way we're from lead poisoning guys.
- 16:25Speaker 9: Honestly, that would have been my first I'm like, we
- 16:28Speaker 9: should check the local water source, you know, just on
- 16:32Speaker 9: a on a whim.
- 16:33Speaker 4: Fucking village dies by a creek. Like, seriously, that's dark.
- 16:39Speaker 3: Moving on?
- 16:40Speaker 2: Uh dark?
- 16:43Speaker 5: Is that chocolate cake?
- 16:44Speaker 7: Aaron?
- 16:44Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 16:47Speaker 3: All right? On the story number three? Uh. Tired of
- 16:50Speaker 3: car stereos and jewelry, thieves are now turning to stealing eggs.
- 16:55Speaker 3: Seattle police are investigating after thieves hatched a plan hah
- 16:59Speaker 3: haha to steal hundreds of eggs and other breakfast foods
- 17:03Speaker 3: from a West Seattle cafe on February fifth.
- 17:08Speaker 6: Uh.
- 17:08Speaker 3: The men entered the refrigerated shed at the restaurant and
- 17:11Speaker 3: removed boxes containing five hundred and forty eggs worth about
- 17:15Speaker 3: three hundred and eighty seven dollars, as well as bacon,
- 17:19Speaker 3: ground beef, blueberries, and liquid egg products.
- 17:23Speaker 4: Martha Stewart strikes again.
- 17:25Speaker 7: She's got to wrap.
- 17:26Speaker 8: She's got the history, she's got the means, and she's
- 17:29Speaker 8: got the knowledge.
- 17:30Speaker 4: It's all Martha Stewart.
- 17:33Speaker 5: Two things, Okay, it's not Martha Stewart.
- 17:35Speaker 4: One, Oh my.
- 17:37Speaker 9: God, people are already stealing eggs.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Two.
- 17:46Speaker 5: How much were those five hundred eggs? Three hundred dollars
- 17:51Speaker 5: seven dollars?
- 17:52Speaker 8: Yeah, and that's and.
- 17:54Speaker 6: That's cheap we're paying. The cheapest price is ten dollars
- 17:58Speaker 6: for a dozen eggs right now.
- 18:00Speaker 5: Holy it just hits here.
- 18:04Speaker 8: And I got I got the stores brand this week
- 18:07Speaker 8: when we did breakfast for dinner, and that cost me
- 18:09Speaker 8: four dollars for that dozen.
- 18:11Speaker 4: But that's from the brand of store.
- 18:13Speaker 3: Well, I mean yeah, but yeah, Allmart brand eggs.
- 18:17Speaker 4: No, I don't go, I don't shot.
- 18:19Speaker 6: Right, shelves are all empty of eggs, and then if
- 18:22Speaker 6: you do find them, they're very expensive.
- 18:24Speaker 4: Man. People freak out hard over there.
- 18:28Speaker 7: Anyways, people are clearing them out of like Costco, like
- 18:32Speaker 7: big box stores like Costco, and like Sam's Club and stuff.
- 18:35Speaker 6: Yeah, oh, that''s almost worse than the toilet paper. I'm
- 18:39Speaker 6: an epidemic of twenty twenty.
- 18:42Speaker 7: It's more annoying because I can't make Dutch babies.
- 18:45Speaker 6: Yeah, I don't have eggs.
- 18:47Speaker 4: You know, if we can get you guys, if you
- 18:49Speaker 4: guys hit some egs.
- 18:50Speaker 8: Man, I got like fourteen cases of toilet paper. Still
- 18:52Speaker 8: that I've.
- 18:57Speaker 3: I knew it was you holding out on me. I
- 19:03Speaker 3: even asked, I'm like, I needed some toyy eggs.
- 19:07Speaker 4: Bitch one role spot the single p.
- 19:13Speaker 7: Get that so you can.
- 19:17Speaker 5: Rolls.
- 19:21Speaker 3: All in all, the thieves got away with roughly about
- 19:23Speaker 3: seven hundred and eighty dollars of breakfast foods, and they
- 19:28Speaker 3: returned to the scene of the crime to attempt it
- 19:30Speaker 3: yet again, but an employee chased them off.
- 19:33Speaker 4: They didn't catch them.
- 19:34Speaker 5: Wait, so they can.
- 19:35Speaker 3: As far as I know, the Seattle police are still investigating.
- 19:38Speaker 3: So they're still looking to find this business they were one.
- 19:43Speaker 5: They were desperate enough to come back to the same place.
- 19:46Speaker 4: Hey, these guys got a lot of eggs and bacon.
- 19:48Speaker 4: We stole all of it. Let's go back and do
- 19:50Speaker 4: it again, sausage ship, and they're was.
- 19:53Speaker 6: Like, we can't get them to get home. Their wife
- 19:58Speaker 6: was like, did you remember this?
- 20:00Speaker 4: Yeah, get it tomorrow.
- 20:03Speaker 5: Got those eggs for you?
- 20:04Speaker 4: Yeah, but what about the milk ship.
- 20:06Speaker 3: I'll go back this whole time.
- 20:09Speaker 8: He's just gambling with the money, because that's where all
- 20:11Speaker 8: real your money's going.
- 20:12Speaker 3: He's just gambling away every week, googling. Just four guys
- 20:16Speaker 3: in like suits and serious expressions sitting at a table.
- 20:19Speaker 3: I'll bet three eggs.
- 20:23Speaker 7: Too rich for my blood.
- 20:26Speaker 4: I thought this was a friendly game.
- 20:30Speaker 3: Where are we?
- 20:33Speaker 4: I know? Come on, man.
- 20:36Speaker 9: Man?
- 20:37Speaker 3: All right? So that's all three of our news stories.
- 20:40Speaker 3: As you are, our guests, Kristen and just Jeremy, I'm
- 20:43Speaker 3: gonna let you go first. What do you think? Which
- 20:46Speaker 3: which story did I like? Which one did I share?
- 20:48Speaker 3: And which one did I block?
- 20:52Speaker 5: So?
- 20:52Speaker 7: I think you liked the possum story because what kind
- 20:57Speaker 7: of monster doesn't like a story about a postum meating cake.
- 21:01Speaker 5: Truth.
- 21:03Speaker 7: I think you blocked the Russia story because it's ridiculous
- 21:07Speaker 7: and Putin's a giant man.
- 21:09Speaker 4: Baby yeah, truth again.
- 21:12Speaker 7: And then I think you shared story three so all
- 21:15Speaker 7: your peeps could watch out there for their eggs.
- 21:22Speaker 6: I thought almost the same thing, except I had the
- 21:25Speaker 6: like and the share switch because I thought he would
- 21:27Speaker 6: share the possum story because Aaron loves animals and this
- 21:30Speaker 6: animals survived and it was a happy story.
- 21:33Speaker 3: But so which one are you gonna go with?
- 21:37Speaker 6: We can go with your shaming, so like the eggs
- 21:40Speaker 6: are like the possum story, awesome, share the eggs and
- 21:45Speaker 6: block Russia.
- 21:47Speaker 3: You always block Russia? Fair enough? All right, Stevie and Augie?
- 21:52Speaker 3: What do you guys say? You can keep one of
- 21:54Speaker 3: them the same, but you have to swip swap the
- 21:56Speaker 3: other two swift swift, but he swapping.
- 22:02Speaker 9: I would probably say we probably swapped the possum and
- 22:05Speaker 9: the and.
- 22:06Speaker 4: The egg as I say, and then continue to block Russia. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 22:10Speaker 4: yeah yeah.
- 22:11Speaker 8: I think I'm on the scene just because it is
- 22:13Speaker 8: on bluff, because no, it's like, no one is going
- 22:17Speaker 8: to ever like it's retaliatory because they're being so yes,
- 22:22Speaker 8: we will continue to block.
- 22:23Speaker 5: Yeah, we probably reverse the other one.
- 22:26Speaker 9: So you would probably like the idea that people are
- 22:30Speaker 9: running around stealing eggs because they're tired of stealing stereos.
- 22:35Speaker 4: Uh, these are lighter they're.
- 22:37Speaker 3: Hard to get out of cars, man.
- 22:40Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 22:41Speaker 9: Like, and everybody who uses the stereo anymore, everybody just
- 22:44Speaker 9: connects their fucking phone to the whatever.
- 22:47Speaker 3: But yeah, but yeah, I'm in agreement as it happens,
- 22:53Speaker 3: Christ And you should have gone with your gut that
- 22:55Speaker 3: will give you gave him, you gave up. You're like, yea, yours.
- 23:06Speaker 3: It's when you argued you out of it, when you
- 23:09Speaker 3: learn that you pick your fair enough. Yeah. I absolutely
- 23:15Speaker 3: shared the apossum story because I mean, it's funny and
- 23:17Speaker 3: it's cute and it's an animal and the animal is
- 23:19Speaker 3: gonna be fine. I liked the stealing eggs, but I
- 23:23Speaker 3: didn't share it because nah, And of course I blocked
- 23:26Speaker 3: the good it's funny, but I blocked it because I'm like,
- 23:29Speaker 3: I don't care. I'm pretty sure Google doesn't either. Like,
- 23:33Speaker 3: no gives this ship. So the first point goes to
- 23:37Speaker 3: the dream Team. But there's lots and lots of game left.
- 23:40Speaker 3: Game two is gonna be your two points. We're gonna
- 23:42Speaker 3: play that right after this.
- 23:52Speaker 10: Hey, this is Grebman Brisket Podcast. Join us every Monday,
- 23:55Speaker 10: where we talk about the latest trends in barbecue. Interviews

- 24:05Speaker 7: We do beer reviews.
- 24:07Speaker 10: Barbecue fails, so many fires do a lot of people
- 24:09Speaker 10: just burn their houses down for no reason.
- 24:11Speaker 7: We also talk about cocaine, hippos versus dedicators.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Learn how to make some tailgate gravy altercations with Texas Rangers.
- 24:17Speaker 3: People throw on recent peanut butter cups. Yeah, so check
- 24:19Speaker 3: out Grab the Risk at dot com for podcast info,
- 24:22Speaker 3: viral social media post, and so much more. Hey man,
- 24:35Speaker 3: welcome back. It's time for game two. Game two is
- 24:38Speaker 3: gonna be tenfoil hats. I'm gonna have our guests. Everybody's
- 24:41Speaker 3: gonna weave me a conspiracy theory linking the following apparently
- 24:46Speaker 3: random things, uh ho, hose, snack cakes, the third Xbox
- 24:51Speaker 3: console being named Xbox one, and actor Jesse Smalltts somehow
- 24:57Speaker 3: still continuing fall from grace. Whoever can pitch me the
- 25:02Speaker 3: best conspiracy theory regarding these three things, not just the best,
- 25:06Speaker 3: but the craziest without losing me will win the game
- 25:10Speaker 3: and earn their team two points. Now, christ And and Jeremy,
- 25:15Speaker 3: you guys lost the last game. So you have the choice,
- 25:17Speaker 3: do you want to go first or do you want
- 25:18Speaker 3: to make the dream Team go first?
- 25:22Speaker 7: All you decided this time since we went with my
- 25:24Speaker 7: choice last time.
- 25:26Speaker 6: We'll go first.
- 25:27Speaker 3: You want to go first? Okay? So which which of
- 25:30Speaker 3: you two wants to go first?
- 25:33Speaker 2: Oh?
- 25:33Speaker 7: Mike, Okay, I've got it prepped.
- 25:35Speaker 2: I'll go go for it.
- 25:37Speaker 6: Okay. So the Xbox One was released in twenty thirteen,
- 25:42Speaker 6: being named one despite it being the third system. It
- 25:46Speaker 6: was named the Xbox One because it's the only one
- 25:49Speaker 6: you're ever gonna need or The promotion for the Xbox
- 25:55Speaker 6: was from Ho Ho and Hostess, So when you got
- 25:58Speaker 6: your little Hostess rapper, inside were sweet Steaks, codes for
- 26:03Speaker 6: the Xbox One and accessories, et cetera. Now, around this time,
- 26:07Speaker 6: Jesse Smollett was doing guest starring roles. He just transitioned
- 26:11Speaker 6: back to acting from his musical career, and he started
- 26:15Speaker 6: eating all these ho hosts and getting the gaming system
- 26:19Speaker 6: stuff and playing, and it created this dependency where he
- 26:24Speaker 6: had no sleep, sugar rush, sugar haze, and so in
- 26:28Speaker 6: twenty nineteen cracked out on Ho Ho sugar and lack
- 26:34Speaker 6: of sleep from playing video games baked this crazy hate
- 26:39Speaker 6: crime and led to the downfall.
- 26:41Speaker 3: Of his career. Oh wow, nice, This fantastic.
- 26:48Speaker 4: Sugar addiction does some weird shit to your brain.
- 26:50Speaker 3: Yes it does, Yes it does, and your teeth. It's
- 26:55Speaker 3: actually strangely believable, And I had been pretty sure some
- 26:59Speaker 3: of that based on real research. You've already done better
- 27:05Speaker 3: than the Dream Team usually do. Get together, Row, Jeremy,
- 27:13Speaker 3: you're up next, pitch pitch me a conspiracy theory.
- 27:18Speaker 7: Right, So I'm using the free word and it just
- 27:24Speaker 7: popped up in ad Okay, okay, So Jesse Smolette is
- 27:30Speaker 7: pitching a post a popped up movie in an attempt
- 27:33Speaker 7: to renew his failing public image. Instead, movie AI has
- 27:37Speaker 7: taken over and killed most of humanity, as the reason
- 27:40Speaker 7: behind the slowly decreasing numbers on the Xbox console become
- 27:43Speaker 7: terrifyingly clear. One day, the Xbox ones all suddenly change
- 27:47Speaker 7: over to zero as their research has finally finished. Their
- 27:51Speaker 7: AI has learned everything I needed to know from humanity
- 27:54Speaker 7: by listening to Xbox Live, Chat, Xbox and the Tea
- 28:01Speaker 7: Bag most of humanity. We sent her in on our
- 28:04Speaker 7: hero making its way to the Hostess factory to obtain
- 28:07Speaker 7: the few food products that are well, that are unlimitedly
- 28:11Speaker 7: stable ho hose so which his character prefers over Twinkies.
- 28:17Speaker 7: When he was confronted and asked if this was basically
- 28:20Speaker 7: the same concept as zombie Land but with AI, he
- 28:23Speaker 7: claimed the premise was stolen from him. After he's beat
- 28:26Speaker 7: up by Woody Harrelson and Emma Stone.
- 28:32Speaker 3: Holy crap, holy crap, brilliant, absolutely brilliant, awesome. I I
- 28:41Speaker 3: do have to I do have to docupoints a little bit,
- 28:44Speaker 3: just because it feels like ho hoes were kind of
- 28:45Speaker 3: just shoved in there. But otherwise, like just damn that
- 28:49Speaker 3: was good.
- 28:50Speaker 8: Uh as they should be.
- 28:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll saydn't didn't really have a big role in
- 29:02Speaker 3: causing the downfall, but whatever, not, I loved it, so
- 29:06Speaker 3: fuck yeah. Let's move on to the dream Team. Which
- 29:09Speaker 3: of you two would like to go first?
- 29:10Speaker 4: I'm gonna go first because my's worse.
- 29:13Speaker 3: Worse immediately is terrible.
- 29:17Speaker 8: Okay, I'm here just because I was writing a story.
- 29:21Speaker 4: Okay, here's my story. Guys.
- 29:24Speaker 8: Have you ever heard of the failed failed project Microsoft had?
- 29:29Speaker 4: Well?
- 29:30Speaker 8: In twenty thirteen, Xbox One had a promotional idea for
- 29:35Speaker 8: their new quote unquote system They wanted to release a
- 29:38Speaker 8: state of the art sports game that allowed all the
- 29:41Speaker 8: customizational characters a happy boy could enjoy, but sadly it
- 29:47Speaker 8: didn't come to be.
- 29:48Speaker 4: Skip to about twenty nineteen.
- 29:51Speaker 8: Xbox is backed with their new series X, but they
- 29:54Speaker 8: need a hard sell for it. Digging through old Microsoft files,
- 29:58Speaker 8: they find the proposal form that Xbox One had in
- 30:02Speaker 8: twenty thirteen, and since nobody had any of their own
- 30:05Speaker 8: original ideas left, the executives chose to follow this plan.
- 30:10Speaker 8: A sports game for all ages, a Mighty Ducks four
- 30:14Speaker 8: game based on the new released movie or to be
- 30:18Speaker 8: released movie starring Jesse Mullett. Now the reason he is
- 30:23Speaker 8: actually starring in this because he was a prominent character,
- 30:27Speaker 8: and I say prominent, as he and his brother in
- 30:30Speaker 8: the movie Mighty Ducks one originates from He actually returns
- 30:35Speaker 8: as the coach Hall position that Emilio Estevez once had
- 30:40Speaker 8: in the movie and does the voices for the game.
- 30:43Speaker 4: As you are running the Ducks to start the.
- 30:45Speaker 8: Franchises off, he coaches the Unit tens team and ends
- 30:52Speaker 8: up renaming it the Ducks after sponsorship from Hostess Hoes
- 30:58Speaker 8: because the same hostess those mind you that fund Mullet's
- 31:03Speaker 8: legal fees for his current issues going on.
- 31:07Speaker 4: That's why he was.
- 31:08Speaker 8: Dissolved of all those other charges, because sugar dissolves stuff.
- 31:13Speaker 4: Hosts.
- 31:15Speaker 3: Okay, Okay, yeah, I did a pitch.
- 31:21Speaker 6: I did love that, you men, because he was Terry.
- 31:26Speaker 3: That that earned some points for.
- 31:28Speaker 4: Sure, Terry Hall. Terry Hall.
- 31:33Speaker 3: All right, and last but not least, what do you.
- 31:36Speaker 9: Okay, Aaron?
- 31:38Speaker 5: Aaron, you're right there, you're here.
- 31:39Speaker 9: Yeah, Okay, man, I'm gonna I wanna be one hundred
- 31:42Speaker 9: I'm gonna one hundredercent real with you, right right?
- 31:44Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 31:45Speaker 9: You So, my tuinfoil today isn't quite what you expected
- 31:52Speaker 9: because once again I misread what you texted.
- 31:56Speaker 11: However, I believe what I have found blows the lid
- 32:03Speaker 11: off of everything, all right, Aaron, So, okay, listen to this.
- 32:07Speaker 5: Listen to this.
- 32:08Speaker 9: So Jesse Smolett, right, we know he did the whole
- 32:12Speaker 9: cry Wolf thing a really bad take. It drove it
- 32:16Speaker 9: took attention away from real hate crime going on in
- 32:19Speaker 9: the world.
- 32:20Speaker 5: You know, it wasn't great. He got convicted for it.
- 32:23Speaker 12: Did you know that recently he actually had his conviction versed,
- 32:28Speaker 12: but no one rarely noticed because he kind of faded
- 32:31Speaker 12: from media, and he didn't really he doesn't really like that.
- 32:35Speaker 12: He he likes being in the spotlight, even if it's
- 32:38Speaker 12: a negative light. But he needed a new idea to
- 32:42Speaker 12: get back in that light, and he heard about Ditty's
- 32:46Speaker 12: recent allegations, right, so he he he After learning about
- 32:50Speaker 12: Ditty's own allegations, including one that may have included a
- 32:57Speaker 12: certain cookie crist Cereal uh as reported by a totally
- 33:03Speaker 12: sound source, not wanting to be one upped and forgotten,
- 33:10Speaker 12: he decides to put his own party together in the
- 33:13Speaker 12: guise of an Xbox one Land party. So he gets
- 33:18Speaker 12: this Xbox one Land party dubbed the ex Bone Party.
- 33:23Speaker 9: It's gonna be that sex stop all drugs and stuff,
- 33:26Speaker 9: just like Diddy's party. And he's got and he's even
- 33:29Speaker 9: gone and got himself a sponsorship with hostess No Less
- 33:33Speaker 9: don't know, ah, I happened digging deep for that one.
- 33:37Speaker 9: But you know what, everything was going great for him
- 33:41Speaker 9: until he might until much like Diddy, he took it
- 33:45Speaker 9: too far and got caught when Captain Cupcake, Chief Big Wheels,
- 33:51Speaker 9: and King Ding Dong and himself were caught getting a
- 33:55Speaker 9: big delight in every bite with Happy ho Ho and
- 34:00Speaker 9: Twinkie the Kid. Unfortunately, fruit Pie the Magician couldn't be
- 34:06Speaker 9: reached for comment.
- 34:12Speaker 4: Damn reference was.
- 34:17Speaker 3: Invoking the mascots was just the chef's kiss.
- 34:22Speaker 5: I'm like, what was that one mascot? And then I
- 34:24Speaker 5: found like.
- 34:25Speaker 3: Six and you you you brought in a previous tinfoil hat,
- 34:31Speaker 3: which I don't think anyone's ever done before. But it
- 34:35Speaker 3: still wasn't as crazy as Jeremy, so I gotta give
- 34:38Speaker 3: it to Jeremy was, in a word, brilliant. It was.
- 34:45Speaker 3: It was everything I wanted. I training on Xbox Live
- 34:51Speaker 3: chat the most the most toxic bullshit ever spewed on
- 34:59Speaker 3: the internet. Holy Christ.
- 35:02Speaker 9: Based on our findings from the Call of Duty lobby, Oh.
- 35:06Speaker 4: God, no, don't do it.
- 35:08Speaker 3: Your mama.
- 35:10Speaker 5: Your mama's so fat.
- 35:13Speaker 3: So that is going to be two points to the Farleys,
- 35:15Speaker 3: meaning it's two to one. Farleys have a lead, but
- 35:20Speaker 3: the game is not over. Game three is going to
- 35:23Speaker 3: decide it. It's worth three points and it's coming up
- 35:25Speaker 3: right after this.
- 35:35Speaker 13: Hey, this is Russ, this is Kyle, this is Michelle

- 36:21Speaker 3: Hey man, welcome back. It's time for Game three. Game
- 36:24Speaker 3: three is the dumpster Fire.
- 36:25Speaker 9: Oh.
- 36:27Speaker 3: Our players are gonna have to choose things about given
- 36:29Speaker 3: categories that irritate them, things that they wish could be
- 36:32Speaker 3: just removed from society forever. I'm gonna pick my favorite
- 36:36Speaker 3: each round and throw it on the dumpster fire in
- 36:38Speaker 3: whichever team gets three first to win the game and
- 36:41Speaker 3: earn three episode points. And we got some fun categories
- 36:44Speaker 3: this time around, awesome. We are going to start with
- 36:47Speaker 3: Ralph Garman. Oh, so I know most, if not everybody
- 36:52Speaker 3: here is this. So what about Ralph Carmon? Do you
- 36:57Speaker 3: wish could be thrown into a dumpster fire. Uh and
- 37:01Speaker 3: uh Steve, and you guys lost last game, So give
- 37:03Speaker 3: you the choice. Do you guys want to go first
- 37:05Speaker 3: or second?
- 37:06Speaker 4: Yeah, we can go first, go first.
- 37:07Speaker 3: We'll alternate each round, but you want to go first
- 37:10Speaker 3: this round? Then a means which which one of you
- 37:13Speaker 3: wants to go first?
- 37:15Speaker 4: If you got it, go ahead. Well no, you's gonna
- 37:17Speaker 4: be mean.
- 37:18Speaker 5: No, no, no, go come on.
- 37:21Speaker 4: Okay, the healing one, Yeah, okay, okay, yeah.
- 37:24Speaker 5: Yeah, a little column, a little comedy.
- 37:26Speaker 3: Okay, okay, all right, go ahead.
- 37:28Speaker 5: It's with like, please don't be mad the joke sir.
- 37:32Speaker 2: Ha ha ha.
- 37:34Speaker 5: Anyway, so you would.
- 37:36Speaker 9: Never hear this ship anyways. What I would throw into
- 37:41Speaker 9: the dumpsterfire about Ralph Garman is his silly clown voice
- 37:46Speaker 9: he does to Eddie Penn's in the middle of the show.
- 37:50Speaker 9: Sounded like doctor Roxo trying to diddy Eddie in between lines.
- 37:54Speaker 5: Jack Pot, Yeah, Jackpot, that guy right there.
- 37:58Speaker 2: Doctor Raxo.
- 38:01Speaker 4: Coaine you I can't turn my back now.
- 38:10Speaker 9: Anyways, but yeah, you know, I.
- 38:15Speaker 3: Too easy.
- 38:16Speaker 5: I can do that.
- 38:18Speaker 3: It's just.
- 38:20Speaker 5: Not a fan of it.
- 38:23Speaker 3: Stevie, what do you got?
- 38:25Speaker 4: I forgot what we were doing. Oh He's got me, like,
- 38:28Speaker 4: Holy fuck, I to fire Ralph Garman.
- 38:32Speaker 8: I'm going to say that he doesn't get enough roles
- 38:35Speaker 8: that actually can like show his true talents. Like the
- 38:39Speaker 8: stuff he gets are very short. They're like they're not
- 38:43Speaker 8: like I'm not even saying like a lead role, but
- 38:45Speaker 8: I'm saying something least reoccurring more often. I understand he's
- 38:49Speaker 8: in the voice act to realmy does family guy every
- 38:51Speaker 8: now and then, but like to see him actually act,
- 38:54Speaker 8: like on screen, like for a longer period of time
- 38:58Speaker 8: than like a five minute segment and then or forty
- 39:00Speaker 8: minute movie. I think that I think that's the one
- 39:03Speaker 8: thing I'd really throw in because I want to see
- 39:05Speaker 8: this guy act for real and I can't.
- 39:07Speaker 4: It sucks.
- 39:09Speaker 3: Okay, okay, oh boy? Uh got that to look forward
- 39:15Speaker 3: to for the rest of the rest of the record.
- 39:19Speaker 7: For the show. What are you talking about?
- 39:23Speaker 3: You're gonna make him win? Christen Jeremy. Which one of
- 39:26Speaker 3: you two would like to go first?
- 39:28Speaker 7: Uh? Babe? You want to go?
- 39:32Speaker 4: So?
- 39:33Speaker 6: Ralph Garman, what do I want to put the dumpster fire?
- 39:35Speaker 6: His lack of appreciation of Eddie's movie vault pics sometimes
- 39:41Speaker 6: simple and silly movies can have enjoyed for what they
- 39:44Speaker 6: are and should be appreciated.
- 39:48Speaker 4: Good call, Holy shit.
- 39:51Speaker 7: Okay, I went kind of the opposite of that and
- 39:53Speaker 7: just said anything with Cooperman.
- 39:57Speaker 4: Like, get rid of Cooperman completely.
- 40:01Speaker 7: Any of his segments.
- 40:04Speaker 3: Even this is tough, but genuinely, the one, the one
- 40:15Speaker 3: I agree with the most, honestly is is Stevie's. I
- 40:19Speaker 3: would like to see Ralph get get a larger more.
- 40:23Speaker 3: I guess meaty part is the is the word something
- 40:26Speaker 3: he can really sing his teeth into and actually show
- 40:28Speaker 3: off his acting chops instead of just here's the silly
- 40:31Speaker 3: voice I can do. I mean, even Kevin's Kevin Smith
- 40:35Speaker 3: is guilty of this. Like he's usually there to either
- 40:38Speaker 3: just be really angry for like a minute, or or
- 40:43Speaker 3: he's there to do a lot of silly voices in
- 40:45Speaker 3: a row. And I would really like to Like fucking
- 40:49Speaker 3: Red State is like the one exception to that rule. Yeah,
- 40:52Speaker 3: he had almost no lines, but he was scary as fuck,
- 40:55Speaker 3: right he was acting his ass off for having no
- 40:58Speaker 3: lines like he was doing, so I think he could
- 41:02Speaker 3: he could do work if he was given more to
- 41:04Speaker 3: work with. So yeah, Stevie's gonna get that first point.
- 41:07Speaker 3: We're gonna move on to our second category, which should
- 41:10Speaker 3: be fun lunch. What about lunch? Do you want to
- 41:14Speaker 3: throw into a dumpster fire? This time we're gonna start
- 41:16Speaker 3: with Farley's So which one of you wants to go first?
- 41:21Speaker 7: So just having to stick with your coworkers at lunch.
- 41:31Speaker 7: This is terrible small talk, and this is awful.
- 41:41Speaker 3: Yep, I do agree, Kristen. What do you got?
- 41:46Speaker 6: Just lunch altogether. Let's just just just get rid of lunch.
- 41:50Speaker 6: I mean, if you eat earlier in the day, it's breakfast.
- 41:54Speaker 6: If you're busy, by the time you look at the clock,
- 41:56Speaker 6: it's two o'clock, it's too late to have lunch because
- 41:58Speaker 6: you're gonna have dinner in a few hours. So just
- 42:01Speaker 6: sumpster fire lunch altogether.
- 42:04Speaker 3: Just toss lunch entirely interesting, Stevie or AUGI which one
- 42:08Speaker 3: of you two wants to go first?
- 42:09Speaker 4: I'll go first because almost the opposite. I don't get lunch.
- 42:13Speaker 8: I cook breakfast and lunch, and by the time I
- 42:15Speaker 8: get home it's late, and I'm like, all right, well
- 42:18Speaker 8: it's almost time to get ready for dinner in the
- 42:20Speaker 8: next two hours. So I don't get lunch most of
- 42:22Speaker 8: the time, and it's rare that I will eat school
- 42:25Speaker 8: food because it's all stupid healthy and there's no sugar,
- 42:28Speaker 8: salt or anything good in it. But yeah, I'm gonna say, like,
- 42:32Speaker 8: the lack of being able to take a lunch, I like,
- 42:35Speaker 8: and I just work under the hours to get like
- 42:38Speaker 8: a lunch.
- 42:39Speaker 4: So it's just there too. So I don't get lunch
- 42:41Speaker 4: like a yeah, it kind of sucks, but I got
- 42:46Speaker 4: a stool.
- 42:47Speaker 3: So so you're throwing into the dumpster fire just not
- 42:51Speaker 3: having a lunch at all.
- 42:52Speaker 4: There should be mandatory lunch. You know, there's tea time.
- 42:56Speaker 4: There should be mandatory milatary lunch, and and and and
- 43:00Speaker 4: while we're on the fucking subject, Oh here we go after.
- 43:03Speaker 8: Mandatory lunchtime and mandatory nap time.
- 43:08Speaker 4: Oh yes, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, yeah yeah, God,
- 43:12Speaker 4: give me your praise, Give me your praise on my
- 43:14Speaker 4: over forties on ship.
- 43:16Speaker 3: I understood thirty five? Uh, augie, what do you got?
- 43:22Speaker 7: Can you hear us?
- 43:23Speaker 4: Yes? I have no idea. What the fuck happened?
- 43:28Speaker 7: Yeah, I guess we're even moving it just like cut out.
- 43:32Speaker 4: It was weird. It was like really strange. I'm so
- 43:35Speaker 4: sorry about that.
- 43:36Speaker 7: I thought you guys were trying to take a dive
- 43:37Speaker 7: because you're going to lose the games.
- 43:39Speaker 8: Oh yeah, shp, we're having technical difficult.
- 43:47Speaker 4: Well what they call it a draw and we'll.
- 43:52Speaker 3: Show Yeah, all right, Well we got Stevie's usual nonsensical
- 43:58Speaker 3: take on the subject. Oggie, what about lunch? Do you
- 44:01Speaker 3: want to throw into a dumpster fire?
- 44:03Speaker 5: Oh well, Aaron, I would like to say, fuck lunch.
- 44:07Speaker 9: So you know, despite lunch, already had a lunch I got,
- 44:12Speaker 9: I got it. But you know, despite lunch being a
- 44:15Speaker 9: meaning light meal, it's kind of heavy to say, don't
- 44:19Speaker 9: you think like lunch?
- 44:20Speaker 4: Lunch?
- 44:23Speaker 5: Lunch?
- 44:23Speaker 3: So your complaint is about the mouth feel of the
- 44:27Speaker 3: word lunch. Okay, that might well be my favorite answer one.
- 44:39Speaker 3: The one I'm throwing into the dumpster fire is Jeremy
- 44:41Speaker 3: is because he knocked it out of the park. That
- 44:43Speaker 3: is absolutely my least favorite thing about lunch. I worked
- 44:49Speaker 3: for too long, many years at a hospital replace replacing
- 44:55Speaker 3: their printers and swapping out printer toner and all that
- 44:58Speaker 3: shit just keep their primers running. And every lunch was
- 45:04Speaker 3: I was sitting with these three guys who I just
- 45:08Speaker 3: absolutely had nothing in fucking common with And it's just like,
- 45:12Speaker 3: if I wanted to hang with you guys, we would
- 45:14Speaker 3: literally hang after work, but we don't. So why do
- 45:17Speaker 3: I want to hang with you in the middle of work?
- 45:20Speaker 3: I don't, So whenever possible, I take my lunch alone.
- 45:24Speaker 3: Like it's just I sit at my desk and just eat,
- 45:27Speaker 3: you know, and quietly. And you know, when I even
- 45:31Speaker 3: when I was a service technician and when hanging out
- 45:33Speaker 3: with the other service secitions, I would just go to
- 45:35Speaker 3: my bench and just just eat alone. And I'm like,
- 45:37Speaker 3: I don't I don't want to talk to you motherfuckers.
- 45:39Speaker 3: That So like, yeah, Jeremy touched something deep inside because
- 45:46Speaker 3: I've always wanted him to do. And I'm going to
- 45:52Speaker 3: give them the point. So as Farley's I have one point,
- 45:55Speaker 3: Dream Team have one point. There's three categories left, and
- 45:57Speaker 3: this next one's gonna be fun. Category three is Thane.
- 46:02Speaker 3: That's right, my novel? What about Thane? Would you throw
- 46:06Speaker 3: into a dumpster fire and go back? Did we do
- 46:11Speaker 3: this one already?
- 46:12Speaker 9: No?
- 46:12Speaker 4: No, I.
- 46:15Speaker 3: Have to Oh yeah, no, that's fair. You have to
- 46:17Speaker 3: come with something else, now, that's fair. Well, speaking of which,
- 46:20Speaker 3: you guys selected to go first, in the first one
- 46:22Speaker 3: and now you got Now you gotta go first because
- 46:26Speaker 3: it's a third one, So which one of you wants
- 46:29Speaker 3: to go first? And what about Thane? Would you throw
- 46:31Speaker 3: into a dumpster fire? Know, Aaron, the thing about Thane?
- 46:34Speaker 9: And it's just so much you could say about Thane,
- 46:37Speaker 9: right like, just there's there is It's a great story
- 46:43Speaker 9: with great characters, maybe great author. Yeah, I think, you know,
- 46:49Speaker 9: I think that the the thing I have to throw
- 46:52Speaker 9: out about Thane.
- 46:53Speaker 5: Is just just just too much to say about it.
- 46:56Speaker 9: You know.
- 47:07Speaker 3: Okay, Stevie, good luck following that up.
- 47:11Speaker 8: I'm not here to follow that. I'm here to support
- 47:13Speaker 8: my partner.
- 47:15Speaker 5: Don't follow me. You just gonna watch me stumble off
- 47:17Speaker 5: into the distance.
- 47:18Speaker 4: But it's working.
- 47:21Speaker 8: When I throw a Faine into Okay, what I would
- 47:26Speaker 8: throw into the into the into the dumption fire about
- 47:29Speaker 8: saying is that Jamie should have the threesome because he
- 47:33Speaker 8: doesn't get to do it, and he should because he
- 47:36Speaker 8: wants to be in there. So so yeah, I'm not
- 47:40Speaker 8: saying who did it. You all have to figure out who.
- 47:42Speaker 8: But maybe maybe Jamie wanted uh an MNF sandwich.
- 47:48Speaker 4: You don't know spoilers, No, not spoilers. That's all they know.
- 47:54Speaker 4: They don't know who and where? Why?
- 47:59Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know where book Steve, Oh yeah, okay,
- 48:02Speaker 3: well there's there's there's there's certainly an answer. Kristen and Jeremy.
- 48:09Speaker 3: Who wants to go first?
- 48:12Speaker 6: Ok So Aaron Randolph's debut novel, thing, The only thing
- 48:19Speaker 6: about it that belongs in the dumpster fire is the
- 48:23Speaker 6: fact that more people haven't read It needs to be
- 48:27Speaker 6: read by more people. It needs more acclaim because it
- 48:31Speaker 6: is phenomenal and seriously, not enough people know about it.
- 48:35Speaker 6: Not enough people have read it, and we have got
- 48:37Speaker 6: to promote the hell out of this book because more
- 48:39Speaker 6: people need to read it.
- 48:41Speaker 4: Yes, agree, This team agrees with you.
- 48:47Speaker 3: Jeremy, do you have something.
- 48:49Speaker 7: My complaint about Sane kind of piggybacks on Stevie's and
- 48:54Speaker 7: it's just there's not enough threesomes?
- 48:57Speaker 5: Yes, enough sex in your book?
- 49:04Speaker 4: You know, our teams.
- 49:07Speaker 5: The rest of your book if there's not enough sex
- 49:09Speaker 5: in it?
- 49:10Speaker 8: Yeah, aaronst.
- 49:16Speaker 3: Well, uh, none of you picked to the instant win answered.
- 49:21Speaker 3: Obviously there is an instant win is there like there
- 49:26Speaker 3: was on the last one? Is eating alone on this one? Uh?
- 49:30Speaker 3: The thing that I would throw into a dumpster fire.
- 49:32Speaker 3: Is that uh, May and Ethan's relationship isn't really built enough.
- 49:37Speaker 3: I feel like they're they're they're being uh you know,
- 49:43Speaker 3: closer and like familial almost like you know, he's supposed
- 49:48Speaker 3: to be like a father to her and she's supposed
- 49:50Speaker 3: to be like a daughter to him. Doesn't really come across.
- 49:52Speaker 3: It doesn't. It doesn't get built that way. It just
- 49:54Speaker 3: kind of like in the end, it's just like said
- 49:57Speaker 3: that they have built this relationship, but you don't really
- 49:59Speaker 3: see it. And that's my fault as an author and
- 50:02Speaker 3: this one that's the one thing I wish I could
- 50:04Speaker 3: go back and fix for like a third edition maybe,
- 50:07Speaker 3: but honestly, I'm probably just gonna leave it as is.
- 50:10Speaker 3: So that being the only actual criticism the book received
- 50:13Speaker 3: in this round, I'm gonna have to think long and
- 50:16Speaker 3: hard which one of you fuckers I'm gonna give some
- 50:19Speaker 3: condamn points to.
- 50:20Speaker 6: You know, if you do a third edition, you could
- 50:23Speaker 6: always add a scene that builds that relationship. Is like
- 50:26Speaker 6: a bonus epilogue.
- 50:28Speaker 8: Yeah, with the giant orgy with everybody in it and picture, yeah, pictures, pictures.
- 50:35Speaker 5: Jamis.
- 50:36Speaker 3: But right, Kris Kristin I'm giving it to you by default.
- 50:39Speaker 3: We're just gonna move on because of the four things
- 50:45Speaker 3: that you guys have said. That is the one thing
- 50:47Speaker 3: that I do kind of wish would actually happen, is
- 50:49Speaker 3: that more people would come across the absolutely. But I
- 50:52Speaker 3: was looking for genuine, honest criticism. I got none, So.
- 50:55Speaker 4: I was.
- 51:03Speaker 3: Moving the fuck on round poor as mr. What would
- 51:06Speaker 3: you throw into a dumpster fire? Christen Go?
- 51:10Speaker 6: Okay, So when people do at the end of their
- 51:14Speaker 6: words because they're talking, there's like this sound that they
- 51:19Speaker 6: make when they do their words, and it drives me
- 51:21Speaker 6: fucking nuts. There's like this wet mouth sound at the
- 51:27Speaker 6: end of their words, and it's just the most annoying
- 51:29Speaker 6: sound in the whole world.
- 51:30Speaker 3: Dumps, Oh, Mercy, Jeremy, what do you got? So?
- 51:36Speaker 7: I actually like ASMR. I can find it soothing, Like
- 51:40Speaker 7: I'll put it on the background on like Twitch or
- 51:42Speaker 7: something like while I'm gaming, especially like when I was
- 51:45Speaker 7: playing ARC because it's like a high stress game. You know,
- 51:48Speaker 7: it kind of bring me back down, you know.
- 51:51Speaker 6: Uh.
- 51:51Speaker 7: But when they stick their whole ass tongue into the
- 51:54Speaker 7: microphone because like they have those like they have these
- 51:59Speaker 7: like weird like dual sided mics, and some of them
- 52:03Speaker 7: have like ear things you can put on them and
- 52:05Speaker 7: then they'll like stick their whole ass tongue in it.
- 52:09Speaker 3: It is very disturbing, No Jesus, all right, Augie Stevie,
- 52:15Speaker 3: which one of you wants to go first?
- 52:17Speaker 4: Mine's kind of a throwaway, but it's true for me.
- 52:20Speaker 8: I have like horrible tonightis and engine sounds when it
- 52:23Speaker 8: gets quiet enough like that you hearing all the time.
- 52:26Speaker 4: So when they do.
- 52:28Speaker 8: That shit like, I don't listen to that because it
- 52:29Speaker 8: does get so quiet, and I'm like, what the fuck's
- 52:31Speaker 8: the point of this. It's like I hear this over them.
- 52:33Speaker 8: This is dumb, So I don't. I'll listen to music. Man,
- 52:37Speaker 8: I don't need that shit, Oggie.
- 52:41Speaker 9: I hate that it is called ASMR because for like
- 52:45Speaker 9: the first month when that first was a thing, I
- 52:48Speaker 9: thought people said they were into asthma.
- 52:52Speaker 4: Yo, man, you got of them and hala's let me
- 52:55Speaker 4: get one.
- 52:56Speaker 5: It's pronounced asthma.
- 52:57Speaker 3: Right. Most people, at least that I know of, say
- 53:00Speaker 3: the whole thing as mrs.
- 53:03Speaker 4: So many.
- 53:04Speaker 3: I suppose if someone was saying it fast, it could
- 53:06Speaker 3: sound like asthma a little.
- 53:07Speaker 4: He doesn't like feeling member.
- 53:10Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, so much. He doesn't like things in his mouth.
- 53:14Speaker 5: I'm getting that tried expensive date, yeah, exactly again.
- 53:20Speaker 4: Expensive dates.
- 53:22Speaker 3: We've gone over this damn expensive date. Oh Jesus, I
- 53:31Speaker 3: don't know where to go here. Honestly, I think actually
- 53:35Speaker 3: Stevie might have it, because like Stevie, ASMR doesn't do
- 53:41Speaker 3: anything for me. I don't know. I don't know what
- 53:44Speaker 3: it is. Like I've tried listening to SMR videos and
- 53:46Speaker 3: I'm like, I'm getting nothing from this, Like it's just
- 53:51Speaker 3: this is just weirding me out. And like Kristen, some
- 53:53Speaker 3: of them would actively make like like like what the
- 53:58Speaker 3: fuck are you doing? Like stop, that's awful.
- 54:01Speaker 9: Maybe it's because we're the audio engineering kind of like
- 54:06Speaker 9: department that we just we hate that that sound of
- 54:09Speaker 9: people like lipsmacking into a mic because that's something we
- 54:12Speaker 9: normally cut out.
- 54:13Speaker 3: We have to avoid as podcasters, we have to avoid
- 54:16Speaker 3: that kind of bullshit.
- 54:17Speaker 5: It's kind of like opposite of what we usually deal
- 54:20Speaker 5: with it.
- 54:20Speaker 3: Yeah, it doesn't. It doesn't provide me any like relaxation
- 54:23Speaker 3: or I don't know, the good feelings to get. I
- 54:27Speaker 3: don't know why it doesn't work on me. But it
- 54:29Speaker 3: doesn't work on me, and I kind of wish it did, so,
- 54:32Speaker 3: you know I I I think Stevie's is really the
- 54:35Speaker 3: closest to that, although his was caused by spending so
- 54:38Speaker 3: long around jet engines that you know, it just it
- 54:41Speaker 3: couldn't work.
- 54:44Speaker 4: Your power.
- 54:46Speaker 3: Going on doctor asthma. All right, So that point is
- 54:54Speaker 3: gonna go to Stevie. It's all tied up two points
- 54:55Speaker 3: a piece. It's gonna come down to the fifth and
- 54:57Speaker 3: final category, which on the dumpster five is always the
- 55:01Speaker 3: wild card category. You can pick literally anything in the world.
- 55:07Speaker 3: We just asked that you stay away from like the
- 55:09Speaker 3: big obvious things because they've already been done before, things
- 55:12Speaker 3: like American health insurance and politics and you know, blah
- 55:16Speaker 3: blah blah blah blah, just something that royally irritates you about.
- 55:20Speaker 3: You know, everyday life could be about anything at all.
- 55:24Speaker 3: And we are going to start with Aggie and Stevie
- 55:26Speaker 3: again awesome yelling.
- 55:29Speaker 5: I'll go first.
- 55:31Speaker 4: So I didn't have one.
- 55:32Speaker 8: I'm gonna go with sticky floors. I with a fucking
- 55:39Speaker 8: passion sticky floors. Like and most people nowadays they got
- 55:43Speaker 8: rid of carpeting. There's like not really much carpeting in
- 55:45Speaker 8: houses anymore. I know we're eventually going to remove the
- 55:47Speaker 8: little bit of carpeting it is left in our our
- 55:49Speaker 8: apartment for hardwood, but hardwood and linoleum. If something gets
- 55:53Speaker 8: on it that's sticky and nobody takes care of it,
- 55:56Speaker 8: it's there for a while and you don't and you're
- 55:59Speaker 8: like you talking around your socks and you get stuck
- 56:01Speaker 8: for a second. Your sock comes off. It's like, motherfucker,
- 56:03Speaker 8: now I don't have a sock on my foot. And
- 56:04Speaker 8: you go to get your sock to go clean it,
- 56:06Speaker 8: and then you step in more of whatever the fuck
- 56:08Speaker 8: is sticky with your non socked foot, and it's like,
- 56:11Speaker 8: all right, I'm gonna go murder everybody right now. But no,
- 56:14Speaker 8: you're not supposed to be because it's bad. Fair Enough,
- 56:18Speaker 8: you know how to clean the goddamn floors.
- 56:20Speaker 3: Fair Enough, sticky floors needs to go ogi. What do
- 56:23Speaker 3: you got?
- 56:24Speaker 4: So it was me?
- 56:26Speaker 5: I'm sorry. I hate is that Stevie doesn't like my
- 56:30Speaker 5: sticky floors.
- 56:34Speaker 3: He's like, I wake up every morning the sticky by
- 56:37Speaker 3: the floor, and Stevie does I.
- 56:41Speaker 9: Pour honey all over the floor and his tooth rush.
- 56:48Speaker 5: Toush gets a nice sweet taste when he brushes his teeth.
- 56:51Speaker 3: In the morning. Oh my god. Anyways, what's your real answers?
- 56:58Speaker 9: My real answer again, it's a bit of a throwaway,
- 57:01Speaker 9: and it's it's a long distant memory now.
- 57:03Speaker 5: But my huge pet peeve that I throw into a
- 57:06Speaker 5: dumpster fire is the old habit that we used to
- 57:10Speaker 5: do in school and in college no less, is the
- 57:13Speaker 5: habit of putting gum underneath desk.
- 57:16Speaker 8: Oh fuck yah.
- 57:17Speaker 9: One of the worst things when I would go into
- 57:19Speaker 9: like because not every in the college, not every room
- 57:23Speaker 9: was a lecture hall.
- 57:23Speaker 5: Sometimes it was actual classroom.
- 57:25Speaker 9: With regular ass desks, and you find in a normal
- 57:27Speaker 9: classroom and you'd go to go grab the desk to
- 57:31Speaker 9: justice you could, you know, sit properly, and you just
- 57:34Speaker 9: get a handful of like old, dried or even sometimes
- 57:38Speaker 9: recently placed gum that they just stick to the bottom
- 57:43Speaker 9: of your Like it was a huge thing back in
- 57:45Speaker 9: like middle school, in high school, but it was still.
- 57:48Speaker 5: A thing even in college. I'm like, what the fuck,
- 57:50Speaker 5: we're in college, Who the fuck still does this?
- 57:52Speaker 7: You're fucking adults, right.
- 57:57Speaker 9: Keep that ship and you're stomach for seven goddamn years,
- 58:00Speaker 9: Like a yeah.
- 58:03Speaker 3: All right, So Augie's is gum stuck to the underside
- 58:07Speaker 3: of desks. Christen, Jeremy, which one of you wants to
- 58:11Speaker 3: go next?
- 58:12Speaker 7: I'll go uh so, just catching your belt loop on
- 58:16Speaker 7: something like a like a you know, a drawer knob
- 58:25Speaker 7: or something like that, or like a door like a
- 58:28Speaker 7: handle or something. Just its just the whole thing just stop.
- 58:33Speaker 3: Yeah, your whole body swings wildly and you don't understand
- 58:37Speaker 3: why until the loop finally comes off the thing and
- 58:40Speaker 3: you fall to the ground. I've done that, damn it.
- 58:43Speaker 9: I've done that a cot and then my belt from
- 58:45Speaker 9: the back and give myself like a massive way.
- 58:48Speaker 7: It's even worse when this catch on the back to
- 58:50Speaker 7: because it's like like reach around.
- 58:52Speaker 3: Oh Jesus, oh yeah, that sucks. That sucks. Well, clicked Christen. Finally, last,
- 59:02Speaker 3: but not least, what do you get?
- 59:04Speaker 6: So this belongs to the dumpster fire actually a certain
- 59:07Speaker 6: type of person. So when you buy a new car,
- 59:12Speaker 6: there's options for the car, like you can add this
- 59:16Speaker 6: or that. Do you know what's not an option on
- 59:18Speaker 6: a car is blinkers? Why because you're supposed to fucking
- 59:23Speaker 6: use them. Do not use their blinkers or the bane
- 59:29Speaker 6: of humanity, Like how hard is it to slip the
- 59:33Speaker 6: little lever? Like, it's just they're there for a reason
- 59:37Speaker 6: and they should be used.
- 59:38Speaker 3: Yes, yes, if if I could, if I could give
- 59:45Speaker 3: it to you, I'm just like you just raw vehemence alone.
- 59:51Speaker 3: It would go to Christine Dent. But honestly, the thing
- 59:55Speaker 3: that irritates me the most out of all four things
- 59:58Speaker 3: is catching my butt loop on things that fucking sucks
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: toe Like, I hate it every time, and and it
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: happens to me a lot. I don't know if it's
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: because I'm a big fella or or what. I just
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: have bigger loops because I wear bigger pants. I have
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: no fucking clue. All I know is that I walk
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: past something and I go.
- 1:00:17Speaker 7: If you feel like an idiot too, you're like, oh yeah,
- 1:00:20Speaker 7: I die.
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: I feel like an absolute. If you're lucky you don't
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: fall to the ground, but occasionally you do and that sucks.
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: But you know, if you caught it something like, you're
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: like fucking what the fuck? And you know you get
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: pissed off. Sometimes you actually rip the belt loop and
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: that sucks too, But you know, just like God, out
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: of all the things, you guys picked that's the one
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: that I just in tune with. Has nothing to do
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: with how much I want Jeremy inside me. But let's
- 1:00:51Speaker 3: that is going to put the Farleys at three points
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: to two, which means they've won this game. Nice and
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: they have one the episode five points to one, Holy crazis. Congratulations.
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: We got.
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: To be a little bit closer revenge for the episode.
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: Actually, no, that's not true. It's six points to one
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: because we gave them one during the break. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: so shit. Patrem Patreon members, you'll learn exactly why that is.
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: If you're not a Patreon member, maybe think about it
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: if you want to find out why they got an
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: extra point.
