- 0:00Speaker 1: This is Kiss Breakfast.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Hello, good morning. You are on Kiss Breakfast. Mikey, Nat,
- 0:05Speaker 2: we are doing it for Chemist Warehouse. Nat, oh, you're
- 0:09Speaker 2: making all these big announcements this week.
- 0:11Speaker 3: I know.
- 0:11Speaker 2: It's been a really big.
- 0:13Speaker 4: Actually, it's been a huge year for me, but yeah,
- 0:15Speaker 4: it's a big week. I do have another announcement to
- 0:17Speaker 4: make this morning. Oh, well, I better pull the music
- 0:18Speaker 4: right down then. So I thought I'd just rip the
- 0:20Speaker 4: band-aid off and do it first thing.
- 0:22Speaker 2: Yep, let's get it out there.
- 0:23Speaker 1: I'm going to be moving on.
- 0:25Speaker 4: From the executive producer role here at Kiss Breakfast. I
- 0:28Speaker 4: am staying with Kiss, though. I'm moving into a new role.
- 0:31Speaker 4: I'm going to be moving into the newsroom.
- 0:33Speaker 2: She's going to be a journo. I'm going to be
- 0:34Speaker 2: a journo.
- 0:37Speaker 4: I actually studied journalism. That is what I did and
- 0:40Speaker 4: what I always thought I was going to do.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Never used it.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Never used it. I will now, obviously.
- 0:46Speaker 4: But yeah, no, I'm super excited because it's something I've
- 0:48Speaker 4: always been really passionate about. It's something I've always wanted
- 0:50Speaker 4: to explore. And I love the news. I love entertainment news.
- 0:54Speaker 4: So it's going to be a new challenge. And yeah,
- 0:56Speaker 4: the fact that I get to do it here at KISS,
- 0:57Speaker 4: which I love.
- 0:59Speaker 1: It's amazing.
- 0:59Speaker 2: So there you go. Nat will be your new newsreader.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Yes, in due time.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Here on Kiss. Congratulations.
- 1:05Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 1:06Speaker 1: I don't know why I'm ringing the bell. But, yeah, no,
- 1:07Speaker 1: that's my final announcement of the year.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Like, I'm so done. I'm so done with changes. I
- 1:12Speaker 4: hate change, and there's been so much of it this year.
- 1:14Speaker 4: But all good stuff.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Oh, I'm sure we'll have some more. Hey, Sean, well,
- 1:19Speaker 2: I think we need to test Nat then. She is
- 1:21Speaker 2: going to be a journo. Yeah, welcome to the newsroom, firstly, Nat.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Thank you, fellow journo.
- 1:25Speaker 6: Hello. Hello.
- 1:27Speaker 7: This is exciting.
- 1:28Speaker 8: Yeah, so obviously, can't wait to see you doing the news.
- 1:32Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 1:32Speaker 7: There is a bit of news around this morning.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Yeah, what are the big stories?
- 1:35Speaker 8: Unfortunately, we start with a bit of a shocker over
- 1:38Speaker 8: in Nepal.
- 1:38Speaker 7: I don't know if you've seen it.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Yeah, what happened there?
- 1:40Speaker 8: There was a landslide, so a flood landslide. They reckon
- 1:43Speaker 8: it's caused from an earthquake. The vision is just horrific.
- 1:46Speaker 8: I mean, you see an entire mountain just sort of
- 1:49Speaker 8: engulf a village. They reckon that 34 Aussie tourists are
- 1:55Speaker 8: missing right now. They've already declared 98 people dead.
- 1:59Speaker 9: Oh, wow.
- 2:00Speaker 8: And 400 people, 400 tourists around the world are actually
- 2:05Speaker 8: missing in that.
- 2:06Speaker 2: So that's in that real hot spot where all the
- 2:08Speaker 2: tourists go.
- 2:08Speaker 8: Yeah, it's on the border of Tibet and Nepal, and
- 2:11Speaker 8: there's a few villages along there. The Red Cross is
- 2:13Speaker 8: saying that, yeah, some entire villages are just gone.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Oh, awful stuff. Yeah, so we're going to hear a
- 2:19Speaker 2: lot about that today. Yeah, yeah. And did you say
- 2:22Speaker 2: 34 Aussies?
- 2:23Speaker 7: 34 Aussie tourists are among missing right now.
- 2:25Speaker 6: Whew.
- 2:26Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 2:26Speaker 2: That is awful stuff, mate. Keep us updated on that one.
- 2:28Speaker 8: To something somewhat more lighter than that, an Aussie man
- 2:33Speaker 8: has been arrested in Bali.
- 2:34Speaker 7: He's accused of having sex in an alleyway.
- 2:37Speaker 9: Oh, no.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Is this that footage that went around?
- 2:39Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Oh, so they found him.
- 2:41Speaker 8: They've got the CCTV footage of this guy and this
- 2:43Speaker 8: girl in an alleyway.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Are they fully nude just going at it in an alleyway?
- 2:48Speaker 7: Yeah, it looks like they are. It's a bit blurred
- 2:50Speaker 7: and whatnot, what I've seen.
- 2:51Speaker 8: But he got arrested at the airport on his way
- 2:54Speaker 8: back to Brisbane so they stopped him there so he's
- 2:56Speaker 8: still in custody and obviously like you know you're not
- 2:58Speaker 8: allowed to have sex in public anywhere really Uh, but
- 3:01Speaker 8: some countries and destinations are real hard on it.
- 3:06Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Well, it's illegal in Bali, right?
- 3:08Speaker 1: Like sex outside of marriage is illegal.
- 3:10Speaker 2: It's quite a conservative, strict country. People forget that and
- 3:14Speaker 2: they go there and do whatever they want.
- 3:15Speaker 1: That's the thing because it's got such it for Australians.
- 3:18Speaker 4: It's associated with the party culture, but really it's actually
- 3:21Speaker 4: a super strict religious country.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:24Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 3:24Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 3:24Speaker 2: And you've got to keep that in mind. But, uh,
- 3:26Speaker 2: what about outside sex anyway?
- 3:28Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Oh, I'm a fan.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Oh, are you?
- 3:30Speaker 1: From time to time.
- 3:31Speaker 9: Where?
- 3:32Speaker 2: Just somewhere. Down the alley? No, not in an alley.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Off the alley.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Yeah, love it. Oh, okay.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Well, you're pregnant, so I can't love her that much.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Thousands to be won every day on our show with
- 3:47Speaker 2: the pop quiz. You can play at seven. You can
- 3:50Speaker 2: play at eight. Hey, we're giving you a chance to
- 3:52Speaker 2: drive away in a brand new car. Your chance to
- 3:55Speaker 2: win coming up in the next 20 minutes.
- 3:56Speaker 4: Also, Young Gravy is going to be joining us on air.
- 3:59Speaker 2: We love that guy.
- 4:00Speaker 7: Plus, Dr.
- 4:01Speaker 4: Kearse will be answering all of your medical questions in
- 4:04Speaker 4: the next 30 minutes as well.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Okay, let's do it. Tradie versus Lady. Call us now, 131065.
- 4:09Speaker 2: You'll get that Roborock Hugh Revo Edge 2 Pro. Which
- 4:13Speaker 2: is that mop and vacuum in one, and it's all robotic.
- 4:17Speaker 1: You never have to clean your floors again. You want
- 4:19Speaker 1: to play?
- 4:19Speaker 2: Call now. 131065. Oh, first dates. Aren't they fun? Where
- 4:24Speaker 2: do you go?
- 4:25Speaker 1: I hate them.
- 4:26Speaker 2: What do you do? What do you wear? Did you
- 4:27Speaker 2: used to get nervous before you'd go on a first date?
- 4:29Speaker 4: Yeah, I remember years ago I told you I had
- 4:32Speaker 4: to listen to music and have at least one drink beforehand.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Oh, I had to have a drink. I even remember
- 4:37Speaker 2: once I went on a date and the chick was
- 4:38Speaker 2: super hot, so I popped a Valium before I was
- 4:40Speaker 2: that nervous.
- 4:41Speaker 6: Ha ha.
- 4:42Speaker 5: Wow.
- 4:42Speaker 2: That was Alana, if you're listening.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Oh, you were just slurring like a mess. Don't you
- 4:46Speaker 4: also have that saying, never go in with a loaded gun?
- 4:50Speaker 4: So you always do that before a date too?
- 4:51Speaker 2: You have to, yeah. You can't go in with a
- 4:53Speaker 2: loaded gun.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Is that something all men know, Sean?
- 4:55Speaker 7: That was in a movie. I think it was something
- 4:56Speaker 7: about Mary or something.
- 4:57Speaker 6: Oh.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Oh, okay. Where awkward advice came from. Yeah, okay.
- 5:01Speaker 2: That is true, though. But anyway, first dates, what do
- 5:03Speaker 2: you do? So according to Tash Electra, the dating coach.
- 5:08Speaker 6: Oh, yeah.
- 5:08Speaker 2: You got to be doing, I don't know about this,
- 5:11Speaker 2: activity dates. Have a listen.
- 5:13Speaker 10: The best first date is definitely activities because then you
- 5:17Speaker 10: can see a little bit more of her personality and
- 5:19Speaker 10: then you guys can be more playful. And then it's
- 5:21Speaker 10: really easy to flirt if you're playful because when you're
- 5:24Speaker 10: on a date, people feel like it's an interview and
- 5:26Speaker 10: they're trying to be like their best self. And you
- 5:28Speaker 10: can feel when someone's like trying too hard or things
- 5:31Speaker 10: like that. So you can kind of like. lose women
- 5:33Speaker 10: when you're doing that because then they think like oh
- 5:35Speaker 10: he's trying to prove himself to me or whatever or
- 5:37Speaker 10: you're just like trying to make conversation because you guys
- 5:39Speaker 10: feel awkward you're just staring at each other so going
- 5:41Speaker 10: on an activity is just the.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Best i get it right i just i don't know
- 5:46Speaker 2: maybe it's because i'm unco i don't want to be
- 5:48Speaker 2: bowling or golfing or something my first dates will always
- 5:53Speaker 2: go for a drink and no food we don't eat
- 5:55Speaker 2: you don't want to sit opposite someone.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Good so you're just getting sloshed on an empty stomach.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Hey we might get some wedges or something with sour
- 6:01Speaker 2: cream later Why later?
- 6:04Speaker 1: And why wedges with sour cream?
- 6:06Speaker 2: Just the pub snack. Three 90s pub snacks. Some bar nuts.
- 6:09Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah.
- 6:10Speaker 2: But no, you sit there, have a couple of drinks,
- 6:13Speaker 2: see if you get along. That is it. I don't
- 6:15Speaker 2: want to do an activity on date number one.
- 6:16Speaker 4: Wholeheartedly disagree. I think activities are a great idea.
- 6:19Speaker 2: For date number one?
- 6:20Speaker 4: Yeah, I think because then if you don't get along,
- 6:22Speaker 4: there's something to do to distract yourself from the fact
- 6:25Speaker 4: that the date sucks. So like, you know, let's say bowling,
- 6:28Speaker 4: for example. You don't have to sit there and just
- 6:31Speaker 4: talk to each other nonstop like it's a job interview
- 6:34Speaker 4: because you're kind of getting up, bowling. You can talk
- 6:36Speaker 4: about things around the room. You can make fun of
- 6:38Speaker 4: each other in a playful way. I actually think it's
- 6:40Speaker 4: a good idea.
- 6:41Speaker 2: Yeah, okay. What about going to the beach on a
- 6:43Speaker 2: first date then?
- 6:45Speaker 4: I mean, I feel if the guy's asking you to
- 6:47Speaker 4: the beach on a first date, it's kind of obvious why.
- 6:49Speaker 2: He just wants to see you in a bikini.
- 6:51Speaker 1: I think so.
- 6:51Speaker 4: And also wants to see what you look like when
- 6:53Speaker 4: you go into the water and all your makeup comes off.
- 6:55Speaker 4: Not a bad tactic, I must say. Beach on a
- 6:58Speaker 4: first date. What was your first date with Alana?
- 7:01Speaker 2: Yeah, we had a couple of drinks.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I remember.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Because I went on a date with her years ago
- 7:05Speaker 2: and then we rekindled. But yes, no, I still remember
- 7:09Speaker 2: the exact bar. Yeah, and it was just drinks. That's
- 7:11Speaker 2: my rule. Drinks or beach? Of course. Why not combine both?
- 7:16Speaker 2: Drinks on the beach. Perfect. Swimming and alcohol go well.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Together, don't they?
- 7:20Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Not advisable at all.
- 7:22Speaker 11: All right.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Hey, time for the birthday wheel. Is it your birthday today,
- 7:25Speaker 2: the 27th of August? Call in 131065. That is our
- 7:30Speaker 2: number if you want to play. You'll spin our wheel
- 7:33Speaker 2: and you'll win.
- 7:34Speaker 4: Yeah, every single person who spins the wheel between now
- 7:37Speaker 4: and the end of the year is also going to
- 7:39Speaker 4: go in with the chance to win a brand new...
- 7:42Speaker 4: Cherry Tiggo 4 Urban SUV. School runs, coffee runs and
- 7:46Speaker 4: weekend fun. Discover the Cherry Tiggo 4 with a test
- 7:48Speaker 4: drive at Cherry Ride.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Okay, you want that? Call us, 131065. Here is Dr Kitts.
- 7:53Speaker 2: He has all your medical answers. Do you ever get
- 7:56Speaker 2: stunned and go, I don't know what that is? Of
- 7:59Speaker 2: course we do. Just chat GPT-er, don't you?
- 8:02Speaker 7: No, look, it's one of the.
- 8:04Speaker 12: One of the arts of medicine we have to have
- 8:07Speaker 12: is being able to communicate with a patient and say,
- 8:09Speaker 12: I don't know, but here's the plan of how we're
- 8:11Speaker 12: going to work it out.
- 8:12Speaker 2: What about when you're telling, it's morbid, but when you
- 8:14Speaker 2: have to tell someone they're going to die, how does
- 8:16Speaker 2: that go? Or does the oncologist usually do that?
- 8:19Speaker 12: It is not usually a conversation we have in general
- 8:22Speaker 12: practice because usually an issue like that is going to
- 8:26Speaker 12: be managed through a hospital system. However, we periodically diagnose
- 8:31Speaker 12: something that we know is going to be a problem
- 8:33Speaker 12: very quickly.
- 8:35Speaker 4: But also, I feel there'd be very few cases where
- 8:38Speaker 4: you actually say you're going to die because you wouldn't
- 8:41Speaker 4: want to say with such certainty that someone's going to die, right?
- 8:44Speaker 3: True.
- 8:45Speaker 12: It tends to be expressed in a risk or likelihood.
- 8:50Speaker 2: But if someone was, you know, it's terminal, how do
- 8:52Speaker 2: they tell them that?
- 8:52Speaker 1: You'd say it's terminal. You wouldn't say you're going to die.
- 8:56Speaker 12: It's a conversation and it's a really, really hard conversation
- 8:59Speaker 12: to have. But it's very unlikely to happen literally, boom.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Hi, my name's Dr.
- 9:04Speaker 3: Kiss.
- 9:05Speaker 2: You're going to die.
- 9:06Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 9:07Speaker 12: There's going to be a lead-up process to it and
- 9:09Speaker 12: a degree of understanding.
- 9:10Speaker 4: Hey, I've got a quick question. So I'm pregnant. I
- 9:12Speaker 4: don't know if you heard that announcement.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Oh, congratulations.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 9:15Speaker 4: Now, I didn't have any morning sickness. However, my hunger,
- 9:18Speaker 4: I'm ravenous 24-7. I cannot stop eating, and it's just
- 9:22Speaker 4: starting to get to me.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Three McMuffins the other morning.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Three McMuffins.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 9:25Speaker 4: Wow.
- 9:26Speaker 9: Good work.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 9:27Speaker 4: Now, I'm wondering, I'm officially in trimester two now. Is
- 9:30Speaker 4: that going to start easing off?
- 9:32Speaker 12: Ah, so morning sickness, that nausea, feeling unwell, tired, miserable,
- 9:39Speaker 12: happens for pretty much all pregnant ladies, but some don't
- 9:43Speaker 12: get it at all. Classically, it happens in the morning,
- 9:45Speaker 12: but could happen at any time of the day. It's
- 9:48Speaker 12: most prevalent in that first trimester and tends to drop
- 9:52Speaker 12: off as the pregnancy goes on. So only few people
- 9:55Speaker 12: have it in the second and a handful would have
- 9:57Speaker 12: it in the third.
- 9:58Speaker 1: But I had no morning sickness. So mine's just... the hunger.
- 10:00Speaker 1: That seems to be my big thing.
- 10:02Speaker 12: Then it is most probable that the morning sickness won't
- 10:05Speaker 12: come back. And then now, Growing a baby, there are
- 10:08Speaker 12: hormones going everywhere. We need extra energy to grow the bub.
- 10:12Speaker 12: And so people react completely differently. So appetite can be lost.
- 10:16Speaker 12: Appetite can go up.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Cravings. Have you had any cravings?
- 10:21Speaker 1: I just want to eat takeaway food all the time.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Just in general. But was that happening before? No, it
- 10:27Speaker 2: wasn't actually.
- 10:27Speaker 1: I was very fit and active before.
- 10:29Speaker 2: But don't we all just want to eat takeaway food
- 10:31Speaker 2: all the time?
- 10:31Speaker 4: No, but I've got an aversion to cooking and like
- 10:34Speaker 4: handling raw meat.
- 10:35Speaker 1: So that's why I want to eat out.
- 10:36Speaker 9: Ah, gotcha.
- 10:37Speaker 12: So my wife, when she was pregnant with our little
- 10:39Speaker 12: one Clancy, she just had this intense... hatred of certain
- 10:44Speaker 12: cooking smells and one day i was cooking the barbecue
- 10:47Speaker 12: outside and she came racing down.
- 10:49Speaker 2: What are you doing yeah but it's the best smell yeah.
- 10:52Speaker 4: But it feels so strong and overpowering for us anyway
- 10:55Speaker 4: this isn't about me let's get some listener calls on
- 10:57Speaker 4: and we'll talk to oh amanda hug and kisses called
- 10:59Speaker 4: through hello amanda hello what's your medical question Okay, so.
- 11:05Speaker 5: I just wanted to speak about my period. Basically, yeah,
- 11:09Speaker 5: I've been getting it on and off since May, probably
- 11:13Speaker 5: really irregular. So I'll have it for a week and
- 11:16Speaker 5: then it will go away for two days and then
- 11:18Speaker 5: it'll come back for two weeks and then it'll go
- 11:20Speaker 5: away for a day and then it's back for three
- 11:21Speaker 5: days and then it will go away for two days
- 11:24Speaker 5: and then it's back for five days. So yeah, literally
- 11:27Speaker 5: on and off, hasn't stopped.
- 11:29Speaker 2: That sounds terrible.
- 11:31Speaker 12: Do you want any hormonal treatment at all, like the
- 11:33Speaker 12: pill or anything?
- 11:35Speaker 5: Yeah, I have the implant on in my arm.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Could be that, right?
- 11:40Speaker 5: I got that replaced because I thought that maybe it
- 11:43Speaker 5: wasn't working anymore, but it's gotten worse.
- 11:46Speaker 12: So it can just happen that some ladies from time
- 11:50Speaker 12: to time do have some irregular bleeding. However, when it's
- 11:53Speaker 12: Like you're describing, we definitely want to look in and
- 11:56Speaker 12: see what's happening. So it could be hormonal related to
- 11:59Speaker 12: the IUD and the other sort of reproductive hormones. It
- 12:02Speaker 12: could be another health issue. So things like thyroid, other
- 12:06Speaker 12: problems can then influence your periods. There could be a
- 12:09Speaker 12: problem inside the womb and the lining. There could be
- 12:13Speaker 12: a problem with the implant on. So there's a few
- 12:16Speaker 12: things there that need to be looked into just to
- 12:19Speaker 12: rule out something that I guess needs some more treatment.
- 12:23Speaker 2: All right, good on you, mate. Thank you. 131065. Oh,
- 12:28Speaker 2: can I select someone, please? Here we go.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Brock.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Brock, you're on.
- 12:31Speaker 9: Hello.
- 12:31Speaker 11: G'day, how are we?
- 12:33Speaker 8: Hey, good, mate.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Go for it. What's your question for Dr Keats?
- 12:36Speaker 11: Gout. I regularly eat gout. If I eat older seafood
- 12:40Speaker 11: and open oysters... If I shuck them myself, I won't
- 12:45Speaker 11: get gout. But if I get prawns straight off the boat,
- 12:49Speaker 11: I won't get it at all.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Okay, so fresh seafood is not giving you gout, but
- 12:53Speaker 2: older seafood is. Okay, Dr. Keats.
- 12:56Speaker 12: So gout is when we get a hot, red, angry joint.
- 13:01Speaker 12: Because the urate crystals get sucked into that joint and
- 13:05Speaker 12: cause this massive inflammation. It's classically in the big toe
- 13:09Speaker 12: because that's literally the closest joint to the ground. But
- 13:13Speaker 12: it can happen in any other joint. Things that tend
- 13:16Speaker 12: to flare it up where we accumulate more urate in the.
- 13:19Speaker 2: Body, shellfish. Meat.
- 13:21Speaker 10: Meat.
- 13:23Speaker 12: Usually the organs, so your liver and stuff like that.
- 13:27Speaker 12: But red meat especially. A handful of vegetables. But alcohol,
- 13:30Speaker 12: especially beer and wine is a big one.
- 13:32Speaker 2: You're a big drinker, Brock.
- 13:35Speaker 5: Yeah, I am, mate.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the problem.
- 13:36Speaker 1: So you think it's less about the old seafood, more
- 13:38Speaker 1: about the alcohol?
- 13:40Speaker 12: Well, it may be the situations that he's eating his
- 13:43Speaker 12: fresh seafood in and his old seafood in. The old
- 13:46Speaker 12: seafood might be down at the pub with a good
- 13:48Speaker 12: fisherman's basket and a beer.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Can we stop saying old seafood, by the way? That's
- 13:52Speaker 2: the worst thing in the world. I want to go
- 13:54Speaker 2: out for some old seafood. Okay, Oliver, you are live
- 13:57Speaker 2: on air. What is your question?
- 14:00Speaker 6: Yo, pretty much. I went to this, like, old loves house, right? And,
- 14:05Speaker 6: you know, we did it. And I came home, and
- 14:08Speaker 6: a couple days later, I'm just chucking a whiz in
- 14:10Speaker 6: the bathroom. Bruh, just full-started stinging A's, like, coming out,
- 14:14Speaker 6: so I full-just plop, like, bah!
- 14:16Speaker 2: Yeah, right, okay. He's got a stingy wee-wee from having
- 14:18Speaker 2: intercourse with an older lady, is what I deciphered there. Bro, mate.
- 14:23Speaker 12: Well, you've probably picked up something. You know, chlamydia, gonorrhea.
- 14:29Speaker 12: The new one, mycoplasma, gets an infection of the urethra.
- 14:32Speaker 12: It gets inflamed. It burns and stings when the hot
- 14:35Speaker 12: urine comes out.
- 14:36Speaker 2: What do we do for that? Is that antibiotic? Yeah.
- 14:39Speaker 12: Well, firstly, you want to test for it, confirm it's there,
- 14:42Speaker 12: and then treat it. But when we're getting head jobs...
- 14:45Speaker 12: A cold or a flu virus can travel down into
- 14:48Speaker 12: the old feral as well.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Oh, COVID of the penis. Could you get COVID of
- 14:51Speaker 2: the penis? Did I get it?
- 14:53Speaker 1: No.
- 14:53Speaker 2: Could you?
- 14:55Speaker 7: Oh, wow. Yep, that can actually happen.
- 14:57Speaker 2: You can have COVID penis? COVID penis.
- 15:00Speaker 6: Yes.
- 15:01Speaker 13: Wow.
- 15:02Speaker 2: Talks a kiss. Good on you, man.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Fascinating.
- 15:06Speaker 2: He'll be back next week. Nat, you got to hear
- 15:07Speaker 2: the celebrity.
- 15:08Speaker 1: News coming up.
- 15:09Speaker 13: I do.
- 15:09Speaker 4: Obviously, the sad news came out yesterday that Dolly Parton
- 15:12Speaker 4: had passed away. And everyone was kind of waiting to
- 15:14Speaker 4: hear from Miley Cyrus, who was her goddaughter. She's now
- 15:17Speaker 4: spoken out. And I'll tell you what she said coming
- 15:19Speaker 4: up next. Obviously, the really sad news came out yesterday
- 15:22Speaker 4: that Dolly Parton passed away at 80 years old. A
- 15:26Speaker 4: country music icon she was. I think everyone was feeling
- 15:29Speaker 4: that yesterday.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Yeah, and I still feel like it's, I know it's 80,
- 15:32Speaker 2: but it is kind of young.
- 15:34Speaker 1: I see 80 as young as well.
- 15:35Speaker 2: I know, and like my old man, I think he's
- 15:38Speaker 2: 75 or something. I'm like, wow, like that's five years away.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Don't think about it like that.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Well, that's how I did, yeah.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Yeah, it is really sad.
- 15:45Speaker 4: Hey, prior to her passing, Dolly shared that she was
- 15:48Speaker 4: dealing with some ongoing health issues that she had neglected
- 15:50Speaker 4: while she was caring for her late husband who passed
- 15:53Speaker 4: away last year. Now we have an update and it's
- 15:56Speaker 4: been revealed that Dolly was actually battling a short battle
- 16:00Speaker 4: with cancer.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Yeah, so diagnosed not long ago.
- 16:03Speaker 1: We don't know what form of cancer, but we do
- 16:05Speaker 1: know that it was cancer.
- 16:07Speaker 4: And obviously tributes for Dolly have been flowing in over
- 16:09Speaker 4: the last 24 hours. Huge names like Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Beyonce.
- 16:14Speaker 4: Eminem even, Kelly Clarkson, heaps of them coming through. But
- 16:18Speaker 4: everyone was kind of waiting for Miley Cyrus' tribute because
- 16:20Speaker 4: she's Dolly Parton's goddaughter, and they were super, super close.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Because Dolly had no kids herself, right, but really close
- 16:26Speaker 2: with Miley.
- 16:26Speaker 4: Yes, despite a really long marriage and everything, she just
- 16:29Speaker 4: never decided to have kids of her own.
- 16:30Speaker 9: Career woman, yeah.
- 16:31Speaker 4: So Miley has now posted a heartfelt message on socials overnight.
- 16:36Speaker 4: She said, I have an angel by my side. I
- 16:50Speaker 4: always have. I will always love her and I want
- 16:52Speaker 4: to make her proud. So she's basically said she's going
- 16:54Speaker 4: to go write a song about Dolly.
- 16:56Speaker 2: A tribute song to Dolly.
- 16:58Speaker 4: Hey, yesterday I was speaking about Lockie Neal's ex-wife, Jules Neal. Now,
- 17:02Speaker 4: in case you're not across, Lockie Neal is an AFL star,
- 17:05Speaker 4: plays for the Brisbane Lions, was their captain. But after
- 17:08Speaker 4: this cheating scandal came to light earlier this year, he
- 17:11Speaker 4: stepped down as captain.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Basically, the story is that Lockie cheated on his.
- 17:15Speaker 4: Wife, Jules, who he has a child with, with her
- 17:18Speaker 4: best friend, Tess, who was also married, by the way.
- 17:22Speaker 4: So why we're talking about it this week is the
- 17:25Speaker 4: wife or ex-wife did a tell-all podcast where she revealed
- 17:28Speaker 4: it actually wasn't the first time that he'd cheated.
- 17:30Speaker 1: I've got a little recap here.
- 17:31Speaker 14: I had found out that he had cheated on me before.
- 17:35Speaker 5: Okay.
- 17:36Speaker 14: I got one of those awful, like, hey, girly DMs with...
- 17:40Speaker 14: receipts and.
- 17:41Speaker 15: The ones that make your heart sink down to your
- 17:42Speaker 15: ass awful yeah the worst the worst day of my
- 17:45Speaker 15: life yeah didn't leave bed for four days like fully
- 17:47Speaker 15: believe it before that would have bet my life that
- 17:50Speaker 15: he would have never done that to.
- 17:51Speaker 7: Me ever.
- 17:53Speaker 14: I was reassured that that was a one-off thing. It
- 17:56Speaker 14: would never happen again. Biggest mistake of its life. We
- 17:59Speaker 14: already had my daughter together, so I decided to stay.
- 18:04Speaker 4: Now the latest is the other woman, Tess, in a
- 18:08Speaker 4: bit of a tit-for-tat, is going to be releasing a
- 18:10Speaker 4: podcast with her side of the story.
- 18:12Speaker 1: So she's the other woman.
- 18:13Speaker 4: Now we're still waiting on the podcast to drop, but
- 18:15Speaker 4: the Daily Mail have released some quotes from the podcast.
- 18:19Speaker 4: And she says, I've been staying silent out of respect.
- 18:22Speaker 4: There's so much more to this story that people don't know,
- 18:25Speaker 4: but I'm not going to bring others down just to
- 18:26Speaker 4: make myself look better either.
- 18:28Speaker 1: It almost did feel like a betrayal.
- 18:31Speaker 4: So she's saying it was a betrayal to her, the
- 18:34Speaker 4: best friend and other woman that he cheated with.
- 18:37Speaker 1: I'm confused.
- 18:38Speaker 2: You know how sometimes when people play up, they just
- 18:40Speaker 2: have to... like blame someone else.
- 18:43Speaker 6: Yes.
- 18:43Speaker 2: That's what it seems like to me.
- 18:45Speaker 4: It seems like a lack of taking accountability for the
- 18:47Speaker 4: fact that at the end of the day, it's quite
- 18:48Speaker 4: cut and dry, isn't it? You slept with your best
- 18:51Speaker 4: friend's husband and that is all there is to it.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Very interesting to hear the explanation though.
- 18:56Speaker 4: I mean, we will have that podcast at some stage
- 18:58Speaker 4: this morning, maybe after the show, but as soon as
- 19:00Speaker 4: we get it, we'll play it for you.
- 19:01Speaker 2: All right, you want to hear more celeb news, go
- 19:02Speaker 2: and get the Kiss Breakfast podcast on the free iHeartRadio app.
- 19:06Speaker 2: We give away thousands every day with our pop queers.
- 19:10Speaker 2: We're about to do it right now. If you want
- 19:11Speaker 2: to play the pop queers, call in 13 1065. We'll
- 19:16Speaker 2: get you on. Okay, let's do it. Our pop queers,
- 19:18Speaker 2: thousands to be won every morning. We're giving you another
- 19:22Speaker 2: chance to play right now with Michael. Hello, mate.
- 19:24Speaker 1: Hi, Michael. Hey, what's going on, guys?
- 19:27Speaker 8: Not a lot.
- 19:28Speaker 4: Now, you want a grand to spend on bills and
- 19:30Speaker 4: your kids, so you're going to do the sensible thing
- 19:33Speaker 4: if you win the money.
- 19:34Speaker 5: Yeah, unfortunately.
- 19:36Speaker 2: So tempting not to, eh? Like, if you got, I
- 19:38Speaker 2: don't know, a couple of thousand on your credit card outstanding,
- 19:40Speaker 2: but you got a couple of thousand, most people would
- 19:43Speaker 2: just spend it.
- 19:43Speaker 4: Well, I won $ 10, 000 years and years and years ago.
- 19:47Speaker 4: I bought a brand new car, and everyone who bought
- 19:49Speaker 4: it on that weekend... went in the running and I
- 19:50Speaker 4: actually won the 10 grand, but I put it straight
- 19:53Speaker 4: on my finance.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Oh, you're such a nerd. I know, it's so boring.
- 19:56Speaker 2: It's sensible, bud. It's what you should do.
- 19:59Speaker 7: Exactly.
- 19:59Speaker 4: So I do what Michael's doing, so respect. Let's get
- 20:01Speaker 4: straight into it. Hopefully we can get you the cash, Michael.
- 20:04Speaker 4: Let's get into it with question number one. Which iconic
- 20:07Speaker 4: country singer died yesterday?
- 20:09Speaker 1: Golly, pardon. What is sold at the athlete's foot?
- 20:15Speaker 16: Shoes.
- 20:16Speaker 1: In Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, who owns the Chocolate Factory?
- 20:19Speaker 13: The weird-looking guy with the purple hat.
- 20:24Speaker 1: We need a name.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Need a name.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Oh.
- 20:26Speaker 4: Willy Wonka.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Name a famous girl group.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Spice Girls.
- 20:31Speaker 4: Which film character is known for his catchphrase, Shagadelic, baby?
- 20:35Speaker 6: Austin Powers.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Who's won more Grammys, Elton John or Beyonce?
- 20:41Speaker 9: Elton John.
- 20:45Speaker 4: Bouncer was a dog who starred in which Aussie soap opera?
- 20:50Speaker 9: Oh, God.
- 20:51Speaker 6: Let's say Neighbours.
- 20:53Speaker 4: Jai Arrow is set to play a final two games
- 20:55Speaker 4: for which NRL team?
- 20:57Speaker 6: South Sydney Rabbitohs.
- 20:58Speaker 4: According to the song Peaches, where does Justin Bieber get
- 21:01Speaker 4: his peaches from?
- 21:03Speaker 9: From you.
- 21:05Speaker 1: And Max Martin is known for doing what job?
- 21:10Speaker 6: It works at the chocolate factory.
- 21:12Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 21:13Speaker 1: You did so well. You got seven out of ten correct.
- 21:17Speaker 2: I thought we were going to get all ten there.
- 21:18Speaker 4: Yeah, he was doing really well. So Beyonce's won way
- 21:22Speaker 4: more Grammys than Elton John.
- 21:23Speaker 1: She's won 35. He's won six.
- 21:26Speaker 4: According to the song Peaches, Justin Bieber gets his peaches
- 21:29Speaker 4: from Georgia. And Max Martin is a hugely successful music
- 21:34Speaker 4: producer behind a lot of hits from like Britney Spears, Pink,
- 21:38Speaker 4: stuff like that.
- 21:39Speaker 1: But good job anyway.
- 21:40Speaker 2: Really, really close, man. Good on you. Okay, another chance
- 21:43Speaker 2: to play our pop quiz before 8 o'clock. Young Gravy
- 21:47Speaker 2: is joining us live. Hello.
- 21:48Speaker 9: Hello, how are we doing?
- 21:50Speaker 1: We're good.
- 21:50Speaker 2: You've got a brand new single, My B * * * *.
- 21:53Speaker 2: Did you, were you contemplating going with a.
- 21:56Speaker 1: More PC name? Or was that taken and done already?
- 22:00Speaker 9: I thought about my beer, you know, like just B-I-H.
- 22:02Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah.
- 22:04Speaker 9: Like my beer, like my beer.
- 22:05Speaker 2: My beer.
- 22:06Speaker 9: I guess it kind of sounds like an Australian saying beer.
- 22:08Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what I thought.
- 22:10Speaker 9: No, like my beer, you know. Yeah, yeah. Just thought
- 22:14Speaker 9: I'd just be more direct.
- 22:15Speaker 13: I did put the exclamation point in there to kind
- 22:17Speaker 13: of mix it up, but.
- 22:18Speaker 2: But it's a love song, yeah? Like it's about how good.
- 22:21Speaker 1: How good your bitch is. And their bitch hasn't as
- 22:25Speaker 1: good as yours.
- 22:26Speaker 9: Yeah. Isn't as good. Yes, precisely. You know, it's not
- 22:28Speaker 9: like a diss song, but it's just kind of a comparison.
- 22:30Speaker 1: It's just like I got the best one. I love that.
- 22:32Speaker 4: Now, I'm a very observant person. I just couldn't help
- 22:34Speaker 4: but notice in the background you've got some stuffed animals.
- 22:37Speaker 1: Are they yours?
- 22:39Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 22:40Speaker 9: You mean I got a few here. Yeah.
- 22:41Speaker 4: Are you a stuffed animal guy? That's quite the collection.
- 22:44Speaker 4: And is that your bed?
- 22:45Speaker 9: Yeah. That is my bed.
- 22:47Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah.
- 22:47Speaker 13: This is my girl and I, our lair right here.
- 22:51Speaker 13: It's not very... I'll show you.
- 22:54Speaker 4: I want to see these stuffed animals because, I mean,
- 22:56Speaker 4: we actually the other day on the show had a
- 22:58Speaker 4: hypothetical where I said, Mikey, you go back to a
- 23:00Speaker 4: girl's house after a great date, but she's got stuffed
- 23:03Speaker 4: animals everywhere. You said you wouldn't care. I said I'd
- 23:06Speaker 4: get a bit weirded out if it was me at.
- 23:07Speaker 2: A guy's house. But a guy's got them. Oh, it's
- 23:10Speaker 2: a hot dog.
- 23:11Speaker 9: Mostly my girl's.
- 23:12Speaker 13: Mostly, like, my girl's property, but, you know, she'll get
- 23:15Speaker 13: me She'll get me some as gifts and stuff.
- 23:17Speaker 9: I think they're kind of cute.
- 23:18Speaker 2: That is cute. Do you sleep with them or they
- 23:21Speaker 2: stay on top of the bed there?
- 23:23Speaker 9: They stay up there. They'll fall, you know, sometimes during activity.
- 23:27Speaker 4: Yeah, special activities. I actually, I follow your girlfriend Ari
- 23:31Speaker 4: on socials.
- 23:32Speaker 2: I love her.
- 23:32Speaker 1: I think she's great.
- 23:33Speaker 4: For those who don't know, she's a, what she calls
- 23:35Speaker 4: herself a bop or a mattress actress, which is basically...
- 23:40Speaker 4: Only fans? She's on Only Fans, correct?
- 23:42Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 23:42Speaker 1: So you wrote this song about your girlfriend?
- 23:45Speaker 8: Yes.
- 23:45Speaker 9: Yeah, for the most part.
- 23:46Speaker 13: You know, it's just about my girlfriend and, you know,
- 23:49Speaker 13: relatable to anyone who also has a girlfriend.
- 23:53Speaker 9: You know, it's just men with pure females.
- 23:55Speaker 2: Men with females.
- 23:56Speaker 1: Okay.
- 23:57Speaker 2: And now she's younger, but you're used to dating. You
- 24:00Speaker 2: don't mind a bit of an age gap with an
- 24:01Speaker 2: older woman. So what's that like? Famously, yeah. Five years
- 24:04Speaker 2: younger now.
- 24:05Speaker 7: Indeed.
- 24:05Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah. I mixed it up a little bit. Yeah.
- 24:08Speaker 13: I'm doing more of a build your own milf now.
- 24:12Speaker 1: I love that.
- 24:13Speaker 2: Build your own milf.
- 24:14Speaker 4: Wait, so does that mean kids are on the card
- 24:16Speaker 4: at some stage in the near future?
- 24:18Speaker 1: Because what are you, 30?
- 24:19Speaker 2: 30 gravy?
- 24:20Speaker 9: I'm 30. I'm 30. She's 25.
- 24:22Speaker 13: I think in the next like five years for sure
- 24:25Speaker 13: having kids.
- 24:26Speaker 6: Okay.
- 24:27Speaker 9: Little gravies.
- 24:27Speaker 2: Little gravies.
- 24:30Speaker 1: That's cute.
- 24:31Speaker 2: If you could still go for one older woman, is
- 24:33Speaker 2: there one you've got your eye on at the moment,
- 24:35Speaker 2: a famous one?
- 24:36Speaker 9: I could still go for an older woman.
- 24:37Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 24:38Speaker 13: I haven't really thought about it in a while. I'm
- 24:40Speaker 13: a pretty loyal boy. But if I had to, like,
- 24:43Speaker 13: for fun, you know, make one up.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah. Only for fun.
- 24:48Speaker 9: I kind of ran through them during my heyday.
- 24:53Speaker 2: What about Jennifer Coolidge? I mean, she was in Australia recently. Yeah,
- 24:58Speaker 2: you'd go there?
- 24:59Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 25:00Speaker 13: I think that's a good choice. I asked her to
- 25:02Speaker 13: be in a music video once, and her team replied.
- 25:05Speaker 8: Really?
- 25:05Speaker 13: Yeah, I wanted her to be in Oops, my song Oops,
- 25:08Speaker 13: where it had a line about a MILF before the drop.
- 25:12Speaker 13: And it ended up being Ariana Maddox instead.
- 25:15Speaker 9: She's now a bigger deal than she was then. And
- 25:19Speaker 9: I'm glad that worked out.
- 25:20Speaker 4: But a very different vibe from Jennifer Coolidge, who is
- 25:23Speaker 4: like the OG MILF because of American Pie.
- 25:25Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Stifler's mask.
- 25:26Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah.
- 25:27Speaker 9: Classic.
- 25:28Speaker 4: Hey, recently you were at Jordan Woods' wedding, and you
- 25:31Speaker 4: posted a photo with a bunch of celebs, including like
- 25:33Speaker 4: Justin Bieber and Michael B.
- 25:35Speaker 2: Jordan.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Huge names. How was that wedding?
- 25:37Speaker 4: Because, I mean, there's Taylor Swift's wedding, who was like
- 25:40Speaker 4: stopped the world and everything.
- 25:42Speaker 1: But Jordan Woods' wedding was also celebrities everywhere. Was it
- 25:45Speaker 1: a wild night?
- 25:46Speaker 9: The wedding was... Pretty legendary.
- 25:49Speaker 13: I've been really tight with her now husband for almost
- 25:54Speaker 13: 10 years now.
- 25:55Speaker 9: Me and him were roommates.
- 25:56Speaker 1: He's a basketball player, yeah?
- 25:58Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah.
- 26:00Speaker 13: He used to play for Minnesota, where I'm from, but
- 26:01Speaker 13: now he plays for the Knicks. And the wedding was beautiful.
- 26:05Speaker 13: I've hung out with them, too, a lot. It was
- 26:06Speaker 13: cool to see all their other friends around. And it
- 26:10Speaker 13: was very bougie. It was like the fanciest wedding I've
- 26:12Speaker 13: been to. It was like a big estate in Malibu
- 26:15Speaker 13: and tons of crazy, you know, the bar was sponsored
- 26:19Speaker 13: by Louis Vuitton.
- 26:19Speaker 9: It was just like fun little facts like that. I
- 26:21Speaker 9: was like, wow, I didn't even know that was possible.
- 26:22Speaker 4: Did you notice the like helicopters with paparazzi hovering over
- 26:26Speaker 4: the wedding the whole time?
- 26:27Speaker 9: Um, I think there was like one drone like that.
- 26:30Speaker 9: Like no one really.
- 26:31Speaker 13: Noticed that because they also had like their own photography team.
- 26:33Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 26:34Speaker 7: Okay.
- 26:34Speaker 13: Um, so I, I like, I figured there'd be something,
- 26:37Speaker 13: but then, yeah, it was just funny. Like that was
- 26:39Speaker 13: where I had to get my pictures from before the
- 26:40Speaker 13: wedding photographer sent them out.
- 26:42Speaker 9: I was like, all right, well, that's all I have is.
- 26:43Speaker 4: When you get married eventually, whether it be, I mean,
- 26:46Speaker 4: hopefully to your current girlfriend, are you thinking big celebrity
- 26:49Speaker 4: wedding with like stars everywhere?
- 26:50Speaker 1: Or would you do something more quaint? Do you think,
- 26:53Speaker 1: what kind of guy are you when it comes to
- 26:54Speaker 1: a wedding?
- 26:54Speaker 9: I think more, not that. High profile, but definitely, like,
- 26:58Speaker 9: a lit, fun wedding.
- 26:59Speaker 13: Like, I'm definitely going to invite all my friends or
- 27:02Speaker 13: people that I'm close.
- 27:03Speaker 9: With, which is a big list.
- 27:05Speaker 7: Make it a party.
- 27:07Speaker 9: In a pretty place.
- 27:08Speaker 13: You know, we wouldn't, like, fly to a different country, but, like,
- 27:11Speaker 13: probably somewhere in California or nearby.
- 27:13Speaker 2: How did you meet your girlfriend?
- 27:15Speaker 9: She slid in my DMs. Ah. Like, 2021. I think
- 27:19Speaker 9: she slid in my DMs.
- 27:20Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 27:21Speaker 9: Kind of like hookup buddies back in, in that era.
- 27:24Speaker 13: And then both got into like pretty serious relationships and
- 27:27Speaker 13: didn't talk for a couple of years. And I'm like, we,
- 27:29Speaker 13: we met back up and we were just, it was
- 27:30Speaker 13: like the right place, right time.
- 27:32Speaker 9: I realized that we were.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Your relationship, Mikey.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Yeah. We, uh, I think we dated a few times
- 27:37Speaker 2: and then we reunited. So sometimes you don't need to
- 27:41Speaker 2: keep looking around. You need to ride in front of it.
- 27:43Speaker 13: I didn't know that that was like, I didn't think that,
- 27:46Speaker 13: I mean, I used to like think that about like
- 27:47Speaker 13: my exes, but Oh, it'll just come back around. You know,
- 27:50Speaker 13: I was like, That was my outlook. I'm like, oh,
- 27:51Speaker 13: could it work any time? And, like, that didn't work
- 27:53Speaker 13: with the exes, but then it worked perfectly with her.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Yeah. How are you with the OnlyFans stuff then? Obviously
- 27:59Speaker 2: you're okay because you're together.
- 28:01Speaker 4: Yeah, but it'd be that and then other people's opinions
- 28:03Speaker 4: of it that you have to deal with. So you're
- 28:05Speaker 4: fine with it, obviously, but do people get pretty nasty
- 28:09Speaker 4: with you or.
- 28:09Speaker 9: Not really.
- 28:10Speaker 13: I mean, she does just her own thing. It's all
- 28:14Speaker 13: like she's not looking up to other people. Really solo stuff.
- 28:17Speaker 2: You don't want to go in it?
- 28:18Speaker 4: Is that just because of you or that's only what
- 28:21Speaker 4: she's ever done?
- 28:22Speaker 13: Uh, she had done, like, collabs with other girls and
- 28:25Speaker 13: stuff in the past, and, um, I think she might
- 28:28Speaker 13: have toned it down a little bit. She hasn't, like,
- 28:30Speaker 13: said that, but, you know, maybe, like, to be nice, but, uh,
- 28:33Speaker 13: she's just doing her thing, um, and I help her sometimes.
- 28:37Speaker 9: I don't want to put my Johnson in there or anything.
- 28:41Speaker 9: I had a sex tape leak in, like, 2021.
- 28:43Speaker 13: 2020, I think I had a sex tape leak that was,
- 28:45Speaker 13: it was kind of funny, if you want to, like.
- 28:47Speaker 9: Look it up.
- 28:48Speaker 6: It's not....
- 28:51Speaker 13: It was, like, this video, like, that a hacker leaked
- 28:53Speaker 13: on my phone, and it was, like, me having sex
- 28:55Speaker 13: with an ex-girlfriend, and I'm just.
- 28:57Speaker 9: Like, smiling and, like, thumbs up. Like, it was, like,
- 29:00Speaker 9: something funny.
- 29:00Speaker 13: Like, luckily, the dude that hacked me picked that video
- 29:03Speaker 13: out of, like, any sex video because if it.
- 29:05Speaker 9: Wasn't funny, it would have just been kind of weird,
- 29:07Speaker 9: you know?
- 29:07Speaker 4: But is that what you always do during it? You're
- 29:09Speaker 4: smiling just like that?
- 29:11Speaker 9: No, no, I'm not always, like, I'm not always doing that.
- 29:14Speaker 2: That's strange.
- 29:15Speaker 13: Yeah, no, it was, like, this one time that the camera, like,
- 29:18Speaker 13: happened to turn around, right? Like, I dropped the phone,
- 29:19Speaker 13: and I was, like, oh, this is cool.
- 29:20Speaker 5: Like, I don't know.
- 29:21Speaker 9: But, uh, so that was the one that made it
- 29:24Speaker 9: out there.
- 29:24Speaker 13: And I'm just, I remember like people thought it was funny,
- 29:27Speaker 13: but also like to have like a younger fan base
- 29:30Speaker 13: in some places.
- 29:30Speaker 9: And there's like wholesome, you know, like moms and shit
- 29:34Speaker 9: that follow me.
- 29:34Speaker 13: So I was like, I should probably stick away.
- 29:36Speaker 9: You know, I already had it happen once. I'm good
- 29:38Speaker 9: on that.
- 29:39Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:40Speaker 4: Hey, we actually want to play a little game with
- 29:41Speaker 4: you if you don't mind. Obviously, you've heard of the
- 29:43Speaker 4: game Never Have I Ever.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:45Speaker 13: Mm-hmm.
- 29:46Speaker 4: So can we play Never Have I Ever, no questions
- 29:49Speaker 4: asked version? So basically we'll ask you things, but even
- 29:53Speaker 4: if you give us like the juiciest answer ever, we
- 29:55Speaker 4: can't ask questions. We can't get further details from you.
- 29:57Speaker 4: We just have to accept that we know you've done
- 29:59Speaker 4: it and that's it.
- 30:00Speaker 5: Okay.
- 30:01Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 30:01Speaker 2: Well, let's kick it off. I reckon he's going to
- 30:03Speaker 2: have done a lot of these things. Had a threesome.
- 30:06Speaker 5: Yes.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Yeah, obviously.
- 30:08Speaker 4: All right. Have you ever slept with someone who is
- 30:12Speaker 4: double your age or more?
- 30:14Speaker 6: Yes.
- 30:15Speaker 2: How old?
- 30:16Speaker 1: Oh, we can't ask. We can't ask. All right.
- 30:19Speaker 2: Double or more.
- 30:20Speaker 1: He's going to tell us. We'll just get details.
- 30:22Speaker 13: I was 26 at the time, I'll tell you that much.
- 30:25Speaker 2: So they've got to be more than double.
- 30:27Speaker 4: My maths is so bad, I'm going to go that's 52.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 30:29Speaker 9: Good math.
- 30:31Speaker 2: Good math.
- 30:31Speaker 7: All right.
- 30:32Speaker 4: What about slept with an A-list celebrity?
- 30:35Speaker 3: Hmm.
- 30:36Speaker 9: Yes, but at the time they weren't A-list.
- 30:38Speaker 1: But they are now.
- 30:39Speaker 2: They are now.
- 30:40Speaker 1: I'm dying to, I can't ask though. I can't, I
- 30:42Speaker 1: won't do it.
- 30:43Speaker 9: Probably two of those, yeah.
- 30:45Speaker 16: Two?
- 30:46Speaker 1: Oh, no.
- 30:47Speaker 2: Name them.
- 30:49Speaker 4: Wait, can you give us the initials followed by the
- 30:52Speaker 4: next letter and everything after that?
- 30:54Speaker 1: All right, a couple more.
- 30:54Speaker 9: They're women.
- 30:56Speaker 1: Okay, thank you for confirming.
- 30:57Speaker 6: Yep.
- 30:58Speaker 2: Slept with someone more than double your age. Wait, we
- 31:01Speaker 2: said that. Okay, triple.
- 31:04Speaker 9: Okay, more than double.
- 31:06Speaker 7: Triple.
- 31:09Speaker 6: No, I haven't.
- 31:10Speaker 9: You're 30.
- 31:11Speaker 2: Have you ever slept with a 90-year-old?
- 31:13Speaker 9: Slept with someone 90. Yeah, no, I haven't.
- 31:16Speaker 2: I don't think we can go off the list yet.
- 31:18Speaker 2: He confirmed he hasn't, though.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Okay, thank you so much, Young Gravy.
- 31:21Speaker 2: We can't go further than that. Young Gravy's new single,
- 31:24Speaker 2: My Bitch, it is out now. Good on you, mate.
- 31:27Speaker 1: You're the best.
- 31:27Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 31:28Speaker 9: Appreciate you guys. Always a pleasure.
- 31:30Speaker 2: Let's go to Nat and get a hit of celeb news.
- 31:32Speaker 2: What's going on?
- 31:33Speaker 4: So Brooklyn Beckham has snapped at haters online once again
- 31:37Speaker 4: over his wife.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Now, you may know this.
- 31:40Speaker 4: Brooklyn is the son of David and Victoria, obviously, and
- 31:42Speaker 4: he's been feuding with his family all because they didn't
- 31:45Speaker 4: approve of his relationship with his wife, Nicola Peltz. So
- 31:50Speaker 4: Brooklyn does these cooking videos online, and in his latest video,
- 31:53Speaker 4: Nicola makes an appearance. And one of the comments on
- 31:56Speaker 4: this video said that Brooklyn needed to feed his wife.
- 32:00Speaker 1: Basically, she's always thin.
- 32:01Speaker 2: Call her too thin.
- 32:02Speaker 4: She's lost weight specifically for a new movie role coming up,
- 32:05Speaker 4: so she's thinner than usual.
- 32:06Speaker 2: Like as thin as Ariana Grande?
- 32:08Speaker 4: I mean, look, I don't like to comment on women's body,
- 32:11Speaker 4: but she's thin. Brooklyn replied to the comment saying, Don't
- 32:15Speaker 4: ever talk about my wife. She is absolutely beautiful and
- 32:18Speaker 4: you should never comment on a woman's body.
- 32:20Speaker 1: It's disgraceful.
- 32:21Speaker 2: You like that?
- 32:21Speaker 1: Yeah, hell yeah.
- 32:23Speaker 2: Or do you just ignore? Like when you get trolls,
- 32:26Speaker 2: it's really tempting to bite back. I personally just ignore.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Like I just, I'm not biting.
- 32:32Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, generally speaking, you're right.
- 32:35Speaker 4: I do think ignoring is the best way of going
- 32:36Speaker 4: about it because this is what they want.
- 32:38Speaker 1: They want a reaction.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly.
- 32:40Speaker 4: But I do think at some point you've got to
- 32:42Speaker 4: stand up, particularly when the insults aren't directed at you.
- 32:45Speaker 4: They're directed at the person you love. So I think
- 32:47Speaker 4: that's the difference. Like imagine if people were commenting on
- 32:49Speaker 4: your stuff, trolling your girlfriend.
- 32:51Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 32:52Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 32:52Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 32:52Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 32:53Speaker 2: Because then it looks like you're not standing up for
- 32:55Speaker 2: your partner.
- 32:55Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 32:55Speaker 1: And it's awful. Like they shouldn't be sucked into it
- 32:58Speaker 1: because of you.
- 32:59Speaker 2: I know. I hate that drama though. I don't want
- 33:01Speaker 2: to get involved. I don't want to be going back
- 33:03Speaker 2: and forth.
- 33:03Speaker 4: Also, I just don't understand trolls because I've never been
- 33:06Speaker 4: someone who, if I dislike someone, cool, I'll do it
- 33:09Speaker 4: in silence in my own private time.
- 33:10Speaker 2: I know people that actually comment. Like, you go on
- 33:13Speaker 2: a Facebook or an Instagram post and you literally write
- 33:15Speaker 2: the nastiest shit.
- 33:16Speaker 3: Like.
- 33:17Speaker 2: What is wrong with you?
- 33:18Speaker 4: If you are going to the effort of creating a
- 33:20Speaker 4: fake Instagram with no photo, a finster, if you will,
- 33:25Speaker 4: to troll someone.
- 33:26Speaker 1: Rethink your life.
- 33:27Speaker 2: You've got problems.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Also, Tiffany Haddish, you know that really funny actress?
- 33:32Speaker 4: She's in movies like, I think it's called Girls Trip,
- 33:35Speaker 4: Night School with Kevin Hart.
- 33:36Speaker 2: Yeah, look, not my kind of movies, but yeah.
- 33:38Speaker 1: She's hilarious.
- 33:40Speaker 4: Back in 2022, she actually pled guilty to driving under
- 33:42Speaker 4: the influence because police received a 911 call from someone
- 33:46Speaker 4: who said that they saw a driver asleep behind the wheel.
- 33:49Speaker 1: That driver was her.
- 33:50Speaker 2: Could have been a micro-sleep.
- 33:52Speaker 1: Could have been, but she was under the influence.
- 33:55Speaker 4: So she received 12 months of probation and a bunch
- 33:58Speaker 4: of other things, as well as suspension of her driving privileges.
- 34:01Speaker 1: That was four years ago.
- 34:02Speaker 4: But for some reason now, TMZ have obtained dash cam
- 34:05Speaker 4: footage from the arrest, and it seems like she cared
- 34:08Speaker 4: more about what a mugshot was going to look like
- 34:10Speaker 4: than the actual crime she'd just committed.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 34:13Speaker 9: A mugshot? Oh, my makeup is ruined up. I'm going
- 34:17Speaker 9: to look like a crackhead.
- 34:18Speaker 1: I'm going to look like Storm with red eyes.
- 34:22Speaker 9: I'm so tired. Can I smile in a mugshot?
- 34:25Speaker 2: Oh, my God. I mean, wouldn't you girls be worried
- 34:27Speaker 2: more about what's happening to you criminally?
- 34:29Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 34:29Speaker 4: I mean, I think she knew as a celebrity, though,
- 34:32Speaker 4: this mugshot's going to make it out there.
- 34:33Speaker 1: And she just thought, oh, I look like crap.
- 34:35Speaker 4: But similarly, I recently had to go and get a
- 34:37Speaker 4: new driver's license photo.
- 34:39Speaker 1: I tried so hard. And I look... Like a crackhead,
- 34:44Speaker 1: like she said.
- 34:45Speaker 2: Oh, you look terrible.
- 34:45Speaker 1: It's that lighting.
- 34:46Speaker 4: That they use at, you know, services in South Wales
- 34:50Speaker 4: and VicRoads.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Like they have that lighting.
- 34:52Speaker 2: Yes, right in front of you. I actually really like mine.
- 34:54Speaker 6: Here. Oh.
- 34:56Speaker 2: It's a good photo.
- 34:56Speaker 1: Your hair is bouffant.
- 34:58Speaker 2: Yeah, right? It's quite voluminous. I'm keeping that forever, that photo.
- 35:03Speaker 2: Can you keep them forever?
- 35:05Speaker 1: I mean, as you start to look noticeably. Do you
- 35:08Speaker 1: have two middle names, by the way?
- 35:09Speaker 2: Yeah, Lionel Graham.
- 35:11Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Very formal. Why have I put that out there?
- 35:13Speaker 8: You know, a lot of my mates with the driver's license,
- 35:16Speaker 8: you know, women go there, they try to look their best.
- 35:19Speaker 7: My mates try to do the worst, try to look.
- 35:21Speaker 1: I've seen that before online.
- 35:22Speaker 16: Why?
- 35:23Speaker 1: Just because it's funny.
- 35:24Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 35:24Speaker 4: People will try and make subtle faces and see how
- 35:27Speaker 4: far they can push it before the person's like.
- 35:30Speaker 1: Can you stop making that face?
- 35:32Speaker 7: That's right.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Because you're not allowed to smile. You're not allowed to
- 35:35Speaker 2: wear a helmet or sunnies. They won't allow that.
- 35:38Speaker 1: Yeah, obviously.
- 35:40Speaker 4: But like for women, there's actual like videos online that
- 35:43Speaker 4: go viral of here's how I did my makeup for
- 35:45Speaker 4: my license photo. And people try and replicate it because
- 35:48Speaker 4: they're like, oh, that's fire.
- 35:51Speaker 2: You know what I mean? Because you've got to do
- 35:53Speaker 2: it for that foul lighting.
- 35:55Speaker 1: Yes, so you have to go extra hard on everything.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Oh, that's funny. All right, public transport. I avoided it
- 36:03Speaker 2: at all costs.
- 36:04Speaker 4: We can because of what time we go to work
- 36:07Speaker 4: and we have to drive, but a lot of people
- 36:09Speaker 4: are forced to get public transport every day.
- 36:11Speaker 2: Yeah, even last year when I was doing different hours
- 36:13Speaker 2: for a different network, I literally could have conveniently, in fact,
- 36:17Speaker 2: the traffic was that bad, it would have been quicker
- 36:19Speaker 2: for me to get a train in there. Nah, I
- 36:21Speaker 2: just drove.
- 36:21Speaker 4: You just need to get used to it because at
- 36:23Speaker 4: the start it seems like the worst thing ever. But
- 36:25Speaker 4: if you get like, I don't know, a book or
- 36:26Speaker 4: something and.
- 36:28Speaker 1: Just like lock into it, I feel like it would
- 36:31Speaker 1: go like that.
- 36:32Speaker 2: Well, a lot of people, you might be on there
- 36:33Speaker 2: now listening on our free iHeart app or you're about
- 36:35Speaker 2: to go to the train. You're going to do public
- 36:38Speaker 2: transport and the most annoying behaviours on Australian public transport
- 36:43Speaker 2: has been released. I want to whip through a few
- 36:45Speaker 2: of them.
- 36:46Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 36:46Speaker 2: 28% named manspreading.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Oh, taking up too much room. Yeah, but you know
- 36:53Speaker 1: what's on par with that?
- 36:54Speaker 4: Women that sit there and then put their bags next
- 36:56Speaker 4: to them and don't move them when the train's full.
- 36:58Speaker 2: Some people get really annoyed by women putting their makeup
- 37:01Speaker 2: and stuff on on a train as well, and I
- 37:02Speaker 2: don't know why.
- 37:03Speaker 4: That doesn't bother me, but I understand more so if
- 37:05Speaker 4: you're like eating stinky food, but makeup, there's no scent.
- 37:09Speaker 2: Yeah. Another annoying habit was, well, talking of stinky, smelly passengers.
- 37:14Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 37:15Speaker 2: Just smelly.
- 37:16Speaker 1: People with poor hygiene in general?
- 37:18Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 37:18Speaker 6: How?
- 37:19Speaker 1: Do you have no one that tells you?
- 37:21Speaker 2: And that's the thing. On public transport, you can't escape them.
- 37:23Speaker 2: In your own car, it'll just be you that stinks
- 37:26Speaker 2: farting up a storm. Okay, what about people playing loud
- 37:29Speaker 2: music or videos? This kills me.
- 37:31Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 37:31Speaker 2: Through their phone.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 37:33Speaker 2: Get some headphones. Yeah, I agree. Like, can't you get, like,
- 37:36Speaker 2: I don't know, a $ 20 pair.
- 37:37Speaker 1: If you can't afford?
- 37:38Speaker 4: If you go on, like, Amazon or something, you can
- 37:40Speaker 4: get a really cheap pair of headphones. I don't understand
- 37:42Speaker 4: why there's ever a need to play anything out loud.
- 37:45Speaker 4: Can I also add speaking on the phone on speaker?
- 37:48Speaker 1: Yeah. Why ever?
- 37:49Speaker 2: Oh, and you know, I've noticed, I don't know if
- 37:51Speaker 2: anyone else has, old people do it.
- 37:53Speaker 1: My mom does it.
- 37:54Speaker 2: My dad does it too. Like full conversation in front
- 37:56Speaker 2: of me on speakerphone.
- 37:58Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 37:58Speaker 2: Is it like, oh, they never had speakerphones back in
- 38:01Speaker 2: the day.
- 38:01Speaker 1: So it's such a great thing to them.
- 38:03Speaker 7: I have no idea.
- 38:04Speaker 1: At one point, mom said she had an issue with
- 38:06Speaker 1: her phone and had to use speaker.
- 38:07Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 38:07Speaker 1: We check the phone. It's fine. It's just she prefers it.
- 38:10Speaker 2: Have you noticed the other one? You and I do
- 38:12Speaker 2: the same walk. Have you seen the older people playing, like,
- 38:14Speaker 2: they're playing, I don't know, 2GB or whatever. Yeah, on loud.
- 38:17Speaker 2: But just through the speaker.
- 38:19Speaker 1: It's like, buy some headphones.
- 38:20Speaker 2: Yeah, I have noticed that. There's some dude I've noticed.
- 38:23Speaker 2: He's a really older guy. He always walks with his
- 38:25Speaker 2: shirt off and he's playing, like, The Eagles or whatever
- 38:28Speaker 2: on full blast through speaker.
- 38:29Speaker 1: I actually, I kind of, every time I walk past him,
- 38:31Speaker 1: I'm like, good on him. He's sharing his music.
- 38:33Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 38:34Speaker 2: All right, the most annoying habit.
- 38:36Speaker 1: The top one?
- 38:37Speaker 6: Yep.
- 38:37Speaker 2: 53% of people say it's... Loud conversations.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Oh, okay. So that could be with someone else or
- 38:46Speaker 1: on the phone.
- 38:47Speaker 7: Yes.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Oh, that'd be you if you caught public transport.
- 38:50Speaker 2: Well, I've never been on there.
- 38:51Speaker 1: Well, thank God.
- 38:52Speaker 4: When you walk into the office in the morning and
- 38:54Speaker 4: everyone out there can vouch for me, there's like a unanimous, ugh,
- 38:59Speaker 4: because it's like 5am.
- 39:02Speaker 1: And you are so loud.
- 39:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't have an inside voice.
- 39:07Speaker 1: No, but like even your.
- 39:09Speaker 4: Clearing your throat, your grunts, everything is so loud. Yeah,
- 39:14Speaker 4: you're really stuck on one volume even at 5 a.m.
- 39:17Speaker 2: Yeah, but you guys are happy to hear me, so.
- 39:19Speaker 1: We hear a lot of you.
- 39:21Speaker 4: When you wake up in the morning and, like, you know,
- 39:23Speaker 4: your girlfriend's next to you or whatever, is it grandma?
- 39:25Speaker 2: No, it's... But really loud.
- 39:30Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 39:30Speaker 2: I'm a loud man.
- 39:31Speaker 1: All right.
- 39:32Speaker 2: What are Aussies asking the internet this week? What is
- 39:35Speaker 2: everyone looking up? Nat is going to go through it
- 39:37Speaker 2: and give you the biggest trends in searches right now.
- 39:40Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 39:40Speaker 4: One of the big things people are looking up this
- 39:42Speaker 4: week is youth home ownership rates. Now, young people today
- 39:46Speaker 4: could be the first generation in Australian history to be
- 39:48Speaker 4: worse off than their parents, according to new research.
- 39:51Speaker 6: So.
- 39:51Speaker 4: Anglicare's Australia Falling Behind report says young Aussies are now
- 39:55Speaker 4: earning less at the same age than their parents by
- 39:58Speaker 4: the age of 30 and home ownership between 25 and
- 40:01Speaker 4: 34-year-olds has fallen to an 80-year low. Now, this is
- 40:05Speaker 4: all proportional to house prices and cost of living, so
- 40:08Speaker 4: it's not just wage specific. But that means basically young
- 40:12Speaker 4: people are finding it way harder to build the wealth
- 40:14Speaker 4: that's needed to break into the housing market.
- 40:16Speaker 2: Yeah, I can't remember the stat, but it was something
- 40:18Speaker 2: like back in the day it used to cost, I
- 40:21Speaker 2: don't know, eight times your salary to get a home.
- 40:24Speaker 2: Now it's 15 times or something ridiculous like that. Like
- 40:27Speaker 2: it does cost a lot to get in.
- 40:29Speaker 4: Yeah, and it's one of those things, the Australian dream
- 40:32Speaker 4: is owning your own home, right?
- 40:33Speaker 1: And it's just unfortunately not going to be a reality.
- 40:36Speaker 1: You own, don't you, Sean?
- 40:37Speaker 2: Yes.
- 40:38Speaker 1: So we're all fortunate enough to own.
- 40:40Speaker 2: Right, and I've heard if you don't get in by
- 40:42Speaker 2: the time you're 40, you never get in. That's crazy.
- 40:45Speaker 4: I've got to say, though, owning comes with its disadvantages
- 40:48Speaker 4: as well.
- 40:48Speaker 1: Like the amount of money I'm pouring into.
- 40:50Speaker 2: Strata and all that.
- 40:51Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 40:52Speaker 1: It sucks.
- 40:52Speaker 2: What does Strider even do? Just a bunch of old
- 40:54Speaker 2: people having a meeting about it.
- 40:55Speaker 7: It's just a pile of money, isn't it?
- 40:57Speaker 4: A pile of money that sits there in case the
- 40:59Speaker 4: building crumbles one day. But, no, I actually do think
- 41:02Speaker 4: it's smart for certain people to rent. If they want
- 41:05Speaker 4: to live a lifestyle of travelling and doing things and
- 41:07Speaker 4: having more freedom with their money.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Just rent.
- 41:09Speaker 2: And you know what? In Europe and stuff like that,
- 41:10Speaker 2: renting is way more tolerable. And you could rent but
- 41:13Speaker 2: invest your money more in your super or shares or whatever.
- 41:16Speaker 9: Exactly.
- 41:17Speaker 4: It doesn't have to be invested in the housing market.
- 41:19Speaker 4: Have I got diphtheria?
- 41:21Speaker 1: That's another thing going around.
- 41:22Speaker 2: Oh, is that just you asking?
- 41:23Speaker 1: No, that's something people are Googling this week.
- 41:25Speaker 4: Now, the reason people are looking this up is because
- 41:28Speaker 4: it's been the biggest outbreak of diphtheria in Australia since
- 41:31Speaker 4: records began.
- 41:32Speaker 1: There has been 538 cases recorded this year.
- 41:35Speaker 4: As for what diphtheria is, it's a highly infectious and
- 41:38Speaker 4: very dangerous bacterial infection that was once considered completely eradicated.
- 41:43Speaker 2: I was going to say, doesn't it sound like one
- 41:45Speaker 2: of these diseases people used to get on the first
- 41:47Speaker 2: fleet coming out to Australia?
- 41:49Speaker 5: Literally.
- 41:49Speaker 1: It's got diphtheria.
- 41:50Speaker 4: But now it is back with a vengeance and it
- 41:52Speaker 4: can damage your kidney, your nerves, your heart.
- 41:54Speaker 1: It can even be fatal.
- 41:55Speaker 4: So basically, it's spread by coughing, sneezing, and contact with
- 41:59Speaker 4: infected wounds. It's especially common where people live in overcrowded housing.
- 42:04Speaker 4: If you want to look out for symptoms, they include
- 42:05Speaker 4: a swollen neck, skin sores, and a white membrane.
- 42:10Speaker 1: Forming inside on your throat.
- 42:13Speaker 4: The pictures are really grim if you look up diphtheria.
- 42:15Speaker 2: Am I the only one that when I hear symptoms
- 42:17Speaker 2: of anything, I'm like, oh, I could have that.
- 42:20Speaker 7: And you start convincing yourself, don't you?
- 42:22Speaker 2: Yeah, what was it? Swollen neck?
- 42:23Speaker 1: You're like, oh, yeah, my neck is a little bit swollen. Yeah,
- 42:26Speaker 1: what else? You've got skin sores.
- 42:29Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 42:31Speaker 2: I'll find something later.
- 42:32Speaker 1: Don't lift your shirt.
- 42:32Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 42:33Speaker 4: But anyway, most people are vaccinated against it as a child.
- 42:36Speaker 4: So you can get vaccinated. If you are someone who
- 42:37Speaker 4: wants to get vaccinated, you can do that.
- 42:39Speaker 2: I'll check with my parents. Was I vaccinated for diphtheria?
- 42:42Speaker 1: Australia posts jobs.
- 42:44Speaker 4: So there's been a sudden surge in people wanting to
- 42:47Speaker 4: become post-men and post-women.
- 42:49Speaker 6: Oh.
- 42:49Speaker 1: And this is in the lead up to Christmas.
- 42:51Speaker 5: Posties.
- 42:51Speaker 1: Yes.
- 42:52Speaker 4: So basically, Australia Post has announced they're taking on 3,500
- 42:56Speaker 4: Christmas casuals to cope with all the extra demand.
- 42:58Speaker 1: Around Christmas time. By the way, only like 120 days
- 43:00Speaker 1: or something till Christmas.
- 43:02Speaker 9: Oh, shit.
- 43:03Speaker 4: So they're hiring roles from sorting to delivery. Anyone over
- 43:06Speaker 4: 16 can apply. If you're thinking of being a mail sorter,
- 43:09Speaker 4: you can get about $ 35 an hour, $ 35. 83 an hour.
- 43:13Speaker 4: If you want to drive one of the trucks, you'll
- 43:14Speaker 4: be paid $ 42.
- 43:15Speaker 1: 26 an hour. So pre-Christmas side hustle.
- 43:18Speaker 2: That's not bad. You know another one? I think my
- 43:20Speaker 2: auntie used to do it quite a bit. Every time
- 43:22Speaker 2: there's an election.
- 43:23Speaker 7: Oh, yes.
- 43:24Speaker 4: Really good money. You get paid so well.
- 43:26Speaker 2: Yeah, just to sit there and mark people off on
- 43:28Speaker 2: the roll. Mark people's names off. It's a good one.
- 43:30Speaker 2: We need an election again. Oh, there is one coming up, Victoria,
- 43:33Speaker 2: in November, right, Sean?
- 43:34Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 43:34Speaker 4: Okay, finally, when will the iPhone 18 be released? Now,
- 43:39Speaker 4: you're either a person who buys the new iPhone every
- 43:42Speaker 4: time it comes out or not. I'm one of those
- 43:43Speaker 4: people who I'll buy outright and then I wait till
- 43:45Speaker 4: my phone doesn't work anymore.
- 43:46Speaker 2: We used to have two people that worked here, really senior.
- 43:49Speaker 2: One was like the head of the network, one was
- 43:51Speaker 2: head of the station or whatever, and they nerded out
- 43:53Speaker 2: over iPhones. I remember them like Going together late at night.
- 43:57Speaker 1: Lining up. Waiting in the line, yeah. A lot of
- 43:59Speaker 1: people are like that.
- 44:00Speaker 4: So they're waiting every year for Apple to make its
- 44:02Speaker 4: announcement about the new iPhone because generally speaking, there's one
- 44:06Speaker 4: new model a year, right?
- 44:07Speaker 2: About that or every second?
- 44:09Speaker 8: Yeah, pretty much it is every year and it's usually
- 44:11Speaker 8: early in September.
- 44:13Speaker 4: Yes, so normally they announce, yes, thank you, Sean, they
- 44:15Speaker 4: announce in early September. Allegedly this year it's going to
- 44:19Speaker 4: be the 9th of September for the iPhone 18 announcement.
- 44:22Speaker 4: And according to rumors, though, it's not going to be
- 44:24Speaker 4: on sale until next year. As for the new major
- 44:27Speaker 4: upgrades or features, there's not going to be any huge
- 44:30Speaker 4: ones because you know how some models, it'll be like
- 44:33Speaker 4: completely new charging ports or whatever.
- 44:35Speaker 1: Nothing in this one. There will be new colors, though, apparently.
- 44:39Speaker 4: So it's looking like there's a, you know, a dusty
- 44:41Speaker 4: rose color, a purple and a poo brown. So if
- 44:49Speaker 4: that's important to you, it'll be a couple of weeks
- 44:51Speaker 4: and you'll find out more.
- 44:51Speaker 2: I just don't. I used to care. Like, I think
- 44:54Speaker 2: I'm running. I don't even know what this is.
- 44:56Speaker 1: That looks. What charger do you have?
- 44:58Speaker 17: The old or the new one?
- 45:00Speaker 2: That one.
- 45:01Speaker 1: USB-C.
- 45:03Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 45:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 45:04Speaker 1: So it can't be that old.
- 45:05Speaker 7: If you go in settings, it should tell you which
- 45:07Speaker 7: one you've got.
- 45:08Speaker 9: I've got the 17.
- 45:08Speaker 6: Oh, yeah.
- 45:08Speaker 4: Okay.
- 45:10Speaker 8: But I didn't go for like the pro or like the,
- 45:12Speaker 8: I just went for the basic one.
- 45:14Speaker 4: Yeah, I think you realize as well as you get
- 45:16Speaker 4: older that you don't need all the bells and whistles
- 45:18Speaker 4: they try and convince you you need. The only thing
- 45:20Speaker 4: I struggle with is storage. I always run out of
- 45:23Speaker 4: storage because I've got so many videos and photos in
- 45:26Speaker 4: my phone that I just struggle to part with.
- 45:28Speaker 2: Where do I find out what my, oh, it's a
- 45:29Speaker 2: 14 plus.
- 45:31Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 45:31Speaker 2: I need a new one? No, I think as.
- 45:33Speaker 1: Long as you've got the new charger, who cares?
- 45:36Speaker 8: I reckon every four, like if you've got the 14,
- 45:39Speaker 8: I'd say you should get the 18.
- 45:41Speaker 5: Right.
- 45:42Speaker 4: But there's some models that people know to be actually better.
- 45:45Speaker 4: Like some models come out and the tech nerds say,
- 45:47Speaker 4: don't get that model. Like, for example, I remember everyone
- 45:50Speaker 4: was saying the 15 was a really good model. I've
- 45:52Speaker 4: got a 15 Pro Max. So if you were looking
- 45:54Speaker 4: to buy one, don't go the 16, go actually one
- 45:56Speaker 4: lower because it was a better operating system.
- 45:58Speaker 2: Like get all the teething out of the way with
- 46:01Speaker 2: the new model and then get the next one. Let's go.
- 46:03Speaker 2: Your chance to win in thousands with our pop queers.
- 46:06Speaker 2: Another chance to play. Right now we've got Ryan.
- 46:09Speaker 1: Hello, Ryan.
- 46:10Speaker 9: Good morning.
- 46:11Speaker 5: How are you?
- 46:12Speaker 2: Good, man.
- 46:13Speaker 1: Oh, is that a British accent I hear?
- 46:14Speaker 6: It is, yes.
- 46:16Speaker 1: And you want to spend the money on a visa,
- 46:19Speaker 1: I'm hearing.
- 46:20Speaker 6: Yes, I'm six weeks from being booed out for my sponsorship.
- 46:24Speaker 6: I've got to pay for that.
- 46:26Speaker 1: So basically he needs to win.
- 46:27Speaker 2: Or he's... You're out of the country. You've got to
- 46:31Speaker 2: pay the government to stay here, like a bribe. Is
- 46:34Speaker 2: that what we're doing? Do we bribe people here?
- 46:36Speaker 5: Yeah, we could put it like that.
- 46:38Speaker 17: Rampant corruption here in Australia's migration system. The pressure is
- 46:42Speaker 17: on to keep you here in Australia. Let's do the
- 46:45Speaker 17: pop quiz, starting with question one. Who is Michelle Obama's husband?
- 46:50Speaker 3: Barack Obama.
- 46:51Speaker 1: From which hardware store would you get a sausage sizzle?
- 46:54Speaker 11: Bunnings.
- 46:55Speaker 1: What company was founded by Steve Jobs?
- 46:58Speaker 9: Apple.
- 46:58Speaker 1: Name any podcast in the world.
- 47:02Speaker 6: Have a laugh.
- 47:03Speaker 1: What is Steven Spielberg's job?
- 47:07Speaker 13: Movie director.
- 47:08Speaker 4: What was the name of the puppet sidekick on Hey
- 47:10Speaker 4: Hey It's Saturday?
- 47:16Speaker 7: Barry.
- 47:18Speaker 4: Name someone famous with a double-barrelled surname.
- 47:21Speaker 9: Steven Spielberg.
- 47:24Speaker 5: Oh, no, no.
- 47:26Speaker 9: Robert Downey Jr.
- 47:27Speaker 1: Who is Keith Urban's wife? Oh, sorry, ex-wife.
- 47:34Speaker 5: Mary.
- 47:35Speaker 4: Which Australian pop star is heading out on a pure
- 47:38Speaker 4: world tour next year?
- 47:39Speaker 2: Kylie.
- 47:44Speaker 4: And what kind of songs have just been banned from
- 47:47Speaker 4: the Australian ARIA charts?
- 47:50Speaker 5: Song is 100% made by AI.
- 47:51Speaker 7: I'll give you that one. All right.
- 47:54Speaker 4: So we were doing really well there until we got
- 47:56Speaker 4: to some Australian questions, which I feel bad for. You
- 48:00Speaker 4: got seven out of 10. We lost you at the
- 48:02Speaker 4: puppet sidekick on Hey, Hey, It's Saturday.
- 48:04Speaker 1: That's Aussie Ostrich.
- 48:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 48:06Speaker 4: In terms of Keith Urban's ex-wife, other Aussie celebrities, it's
- 48:10Speaker 4: Nicole Kidman. Delta Goodrum is the Aussie pop star heading
- 48:14Speaker 4: out on a Pure World tour with And, yeah, they
- 48:17Speaker 4: were the three you got.
- 48:18Speaker 1: Incorrect, unfortunately.
- 48:19Speaker 2: Oh, I feel bad. Well, you're leaving the country.
- 48:20Speaker 1: Bye.
- 48:23Speaker 11: Oh, it's okay. I'll just keep spamming there.
- 48:25Speaker 5: I'll keep spamming every morning.
- 48:27Speaker 2: You could do that as well.
- 48:28Speaker 1: Just buy some scratchies or something as well.
- 48:30Speaker 2: You never know. Good luck, man. Back to England.
- 48:32Speaker 11: All right.
- 48:32Speaker 2: Another chance to play our pop quiz. We do it
- 48:35Speaker 2: at seven. We do it at eight every morning.
- 48:38Speaker 4: We've all got that low stakes, petty thing that we
- 48:41Speaker 4: feel really strongly about. It's the kind of debates like
- 48:44Speaker 4: the stupid, you know, tomato sauce in the fridge or
- 48:47Speaker 4: the pantry, chocolate in the fridge or whatever as well.
- 48:50Speaker 4: But we thought we'd bring a couple of them on
- 48:51Speaker 4: air today. And settle them once and for all. If
- 48:54Speaker 4: you've got any as well that you want to contribute, 131065.
- 48:56Speaker 4: We're just going to go through as many as we
- 48:59Speaker 4: can here.
- 48:59Speaker 1: I'll kick us off with one that I feel very
- 49:01Speaker 1: passionately about.
- 49:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 49:03Speaker 1: Do you flush the toilet in the middle of the
- 49:04Speaker 1: night when you pee?
- 49:07Speaker 2: If you're living with someone?
- 49:08Speaker 4: Yeah, because at the moment, I'm peeing a lot more
- 49:12Speaker 4: than usual due to pregnancy.
- 49:13Speaker 2: So you leave it there all yellow and foul.
- 49:15Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm leaving it there because I feel bad. Otherwise,
- 49:17Speaker 4: I'd literally be flushing once an hour.
- 49:19Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 49:19Speaker 7: So I think.
- 49:20Speaker 4: it's, you know, it's respectful to not flush.
- 49:23Speaker 2: I get it. I just hate waking up and seeing
- 49:25Speaker 2: someone's foul yellow wee all in the toilet. Your foul
- 49:29Speaker 2: pregnant yellow wee.
- 49:30Speaker 4: You've got to have multiple toilets because I've got my
- 49:33Speaker 4: own toilet. So it's not like, yeah, it's not like
- 49:35Speaker 4: my fiance is going to wake up and just be
- 49:37Speaker 4: dealing with my pee.
- 49:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 49:38Speaker 2: So I'm going to say if you have multiple toilets flush,
- 49:42Speaker 2: but I get it. It's like to keep it quiet
- 49:44Speaker 2: for everyone.
- 49:45Speaker 4: And especially when you have kids, I think you got
- 49:46Speaker 4: to worry about it too. Cause you don't want to
- 49:48Speaker 4: wake the baby up with you flushing the toilet.
- 49:50Speaker 2: What about this one? I know I annoyed my girlfriend
- 49:52Speaker 2: the other week. I'm just used to driving all the time.
- 49:55Speaker 2: When I grew up, if we went somewhere, dad drove.
- 49:58Speaker 1: So did my dad, yeah.
- 49:58Speaker 2: Yeah, just wasn't even a question. And I think I
- 50:03Speaker 2: pissed her off because I wanted to drive, but I
- 50:04Speaker 2: know she is a car girl. She likes cars. She's
- 50:07Speaker 2: a good driver.
- 50:08Speaker 6: Yep.
- 50:09Speaker 2: Should the dude always drive?
- 50:11Speaker 6: No. No.
- 50:12Speaker 1: Absolutely not.
- 50:13Speaker 2: Do I need to get rid of that?
- 50:15Speaker 4: You need to get that out of your head because
- 50:18Speaker 4: I'm personally like, before we get in the car, I'll go,
- 50:21Speaker 4: do you want to drive or me?
- 50:22Speaker 1: And it'll just go, oh, yeah, you drive.
- 50:23Speaker 2: Do you always drive, Sean?
- 50:25Speaker 7: I always drive. I like driving and I feel weird
- 50:29Speaker 7: when I'm not driving.
- 50:30Speaker 2: And me too, but the thing is my girlfriend is
- 50:32Speaker 2: also the same. I think I've had girlfriends before where
- 50:34Speaker 2: they don't care.
- 50:34Speaker 4: But sometimes I want to be a passenger princess and
- 50:36Speaker 4: be driven around.
- 50:37Speaker 1: Other times.
- 50:38Speaker 4: Like if we're going to a busy shopping center, I
- 50:40Speaker 4: think I'm better.
- 50:41Speaker 1: At navigating a busy car park.
- 50:43Speaker 4: So I want to drive because I've got a good
- 50:45Speaker 4: tactic when it comes to getting down the lanes and
- 50:48Speaker 4: stuff like that.
- 50:48Speaker 2: On that actually, this happened to me the other day.
- 50:51Speaker 2: Can you reserve a car spot? I was pulling up
- 50:53Speaker 2: on the road.
- 50:54Speaker 1: As in stand in it?
- 50:55Speaker 2: There were three girls standing there ready to do their
- 50:57Speaker 2: hot girl walk or whatever. And I could see they
- 51:00Speaker 2: were reserving it for their friend.
- 51:01Speaker 7: Oh, nah.
- 51:02Speaker 6: Nope.
- 51:03Speaker 2: You can't do that.
- 51:04Speaker 4: No, absolutely not. You cannot reserve by standing in it.
- 51:08Speaker 1: That's ridiculous.
- 51:08Speaker 2: What if it's for like 30 seconds?
- 51:11Speaker 4: Unless your car is there ready to pull into the spot,
- 51:14Speaker 4: you cannot reserve it.
- 51:15Speaker 2: What else?
- 51:16Speaker 1: What about when you're on a plane and the plane lands?
- 51:19Speaker 1: Not clapping. That's ridiculous.
- 51:20Speaker 2: No one does that.
- 51:21Speaker 1: Do you stand?
- 51:22Speaker 2: Oh, I want to get out of there.
- 51:23Speaker 4: As soon as I can.
- 51:24Speaker 13: I do too.
- 51:24Speaker 4: So I'm a stander and everyone like, there are those
- 51:27Speaker 4: people who look at you like, you're not going to
- 51:28Speaker 4: get off the plane quicker.
- 51:29Speaker 2: And you're not.
- 51:29Speaker 4: I'm sick of sitting. I want to stand. I'm just like,
- 51:32Speaker 4: and in my head, that means it's.
- 51:34Speaker 1: Nearly the end.
- 51:35Speaker 2: And what about the people that don't? And then they're
- 51:36Speaker 2: taken forever to get their shit out and you're behind
- 51:39Speaker 2: them in the aisle.
- 51:40Speaker 4: People that aren't efficient and don't remember where their overhead
- 51:44Speaker 4: luggage is.
- 51:45Speaker 1: Oh, they're the worst people to be on a plane with.
- 51:47Speaker 2: Filling up petrol before the light comes on. I love
- 51:50Speaker 2: driving around on zero. Me too. It's a thrill.
- 51:53Speaker 13: Sure.
- 51:54Speaker 6: Well.
- 51:55Speaker 7: Mine doesn't have fuel.
- 51:56Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 51:57Speaker 4: But I know it's bad for your car to actually
- 51:59Speaker 4: drive it with minimal fuel.
- 52:00Speaker 2: But who cares?
- 52:02Speaker 1: I'm just so lazy.
- 52:03Speaker 4: And I'll drive past multiple petrol stations, have all the
- 52:05Speaker 4: time in the world and go, oh, no, the light's
- 52:07Speaker 4: not on.
- 52:07Speaker 2: I don't need petrol. I think I said the other
- 52:09Speaker 2: day I drove down, I broke down in the harbour
- 52:11Speaker 2: tunnel in Sydney once. Not long before that, I'd been
- 52:15Speaker 2: at a servo, but I was buying ciggies. I went
- 52:18Speaker 2: in there and I'm like, I didn't even fill up.
- 52:19Speaker 1: But did you know you needed to?
- 52:21Speaker 6: Yes.
- 52:21Speaker 7: You're just lazy.
- 52:22Speaker 8: And when the light comes on, they say 50Ks or
- 52:25Speaker 8: is it 100?
- 52:25Speaker 2: I reckon it's 100. Oh, we've got a few that
- 52:28Speaker 2: have called in. Jade, hello. You got one?
- 52:29Speaker 16: Hi, how are you? I've got one that really sends
- 52:34Speaker 16: me crazy.
- 52:34Speaker 6: So....
- 52:37Speaker 16: Beyonce wearing socks to bed.
- 52:38Speaker 5: Oh, no.
- 52:39Speaker 16: Hard no.
- 52:39Speaker 2: Yeah, vomit.
- 52:40Speaker 3: Hard pass.
- 52:41Speaker 2: I don't know how you sleep. Like, it's uncomfortable to
- 52:43Speaker 2: have them on, huh?
- 52:44Speaker 1: Yeah, because they, like, get all bunched up and they're like, ugh.
- 52:47Speaker 1: It's just gross.
- 52:49Speaker 2: Is he nude but wearing socks?
- 52:51Speaker 16: In the doghouse when he does that.
- 52:53Speaker 5: Sorry, nude.
- 52:53Speaker 16: No, he wears his jocks and his socks.
- 52:56Speaker 1: Like, what is that?
- 52:57Speaker 16: How do you do that?
- 52:58Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, wait. So he's only wearing undies and socks.
- 53:00Speaker 1: That makes no sense.
- 53:01Speaker 2: No, it's very confusing. He's wrong.
- 53:03Speaker 1: Is he hot or cold?
- 53:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:05Speaker 9: All right.
- 53:05Speaker 2: And Shelby, what do you got?
- 53:07Speaker 6: I've got subtitles on the TV.
- 53:09Speaker 1: Oh, always. No!
- 53:11Speaker 6: Exactly, always.
- 53:12Speaker 2: If I'm watching a movie, I want them on just
- 53:15Speaker 2: in case. Don't you find, I do, if the subtitles
- 53:18Speaker 2: are on, I'm looking at the words, not the people?
- 53:21Speaker 4: Yeah, I do that, but also sometimes I can't hear
- 53:24Speaker 4: and I'm convinced I can understand the movie or show
- 53:27Speaker 4: better if I'm reading.
- 53:28Speaker 2: If it's on, do you crank it up? Are you
- 53:30Speaker 2: a loud TV person?
- 53:31Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I am.
- 53:33Speaker 2: I'm guessing you're the same as me when I grew up. Dad,
- 53:35Speaker 2: I think this is half death or something. It was cranked.
- 53:38Speaker 2: Like you could hear it from the street.
- 53:40Speaker 6: Yes.
- 53:40Speaker 2: If you're going to watch something, you needed it like
- 53:43Speaker 2: a really loud bloody volume.
- 53:44Speaker 4: It needs to be a cinematic experience.
- 53:49Speaker 2: Last calls right now. Anything you want to talk about? 131065.
- 53:52Speaker 2: We will get you on air. Here's Sammy. Good morning.
- 53:56Speaker 5: Good morning.
- 53:57Speaker 1: Hello.
- 53:58Speaker 5: Hi, Sammy.
- 53:58Speaker 2: What do you want to chat about?
- 53:59Speaker 3: I wanted to say, first of all, congratulations on the pregnancy.
- 54:05Speaker 1: Oh, thank you.
- 54:06Speaker 3: It's very exciting.
- 54:07Speaker 2: Yeah, it is.
- 54:09Speaker 3: I wanted to actually say I have two little pieces
- 54:12Speaker 3: of advice I wanted to give you as a mum
- 54:14Speaker 3: of two myself.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Okay, yep, open to hearing it.
- 54:17Speaker 3: I wanted to say... Pick your battles with your partner wisely.
- 54:21Speaker 3: Not everything deserves a reaction. This is something I've learned
- 54:23Speaker 3: after my second, not my first.
- 54:25Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like you're inside my house and know me
- 54:28Speaker 1: so well.
- 54:29Speaker 3: Yeah, honestly, I was like, I'm very hot-headed and sleep
- 54:32Speaker 3: deprivation would get the best of me and I would
- 54:34Speaker 3: be like, piss off, get out, leave me alone. I'm
- 54:37Speaker 3: the mom I know more than you kind of thing.
- 54:39Speaker 3: Now I'm like, oh, you know what? you're the dad too.
- 54:42Speaker 3: Do whatever, do whatever you want. Leave me alone.
- 54:44Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 54:45Speaker 4: I've already kind of had a chat to him about it.
- 54:46Speaker 4: I'm like, we need to remember when we have this baby,
- 54:48Speaker 4: we're a team. It's not me versus you. It's us together.
- 54:52Speaker 1: Otherwise, like so many.
- 54:54Speaker 4: People having a kid makes their relationship so much worse.
- 54:57Speaker 1: And I don't want to be that couple.
- 54:59Speaker 2: So that's advice number one. What's the next one?
- 55:02Speaker 16: Yes.
- 55:03Speaker 3: My second piece of advice is don't get lost in
- 55:05Speaker 3: the bad days. You're going to go through really good
- 55:07Speaker 3: times and you're going to go through really hard days. Like,
- 55:10Speaker 3: the regressions and stuff, myself speaking, I'm going through my
- 55:12Speaker 3: 18 month regression with my son, trying not to rip
- 55:14Speaker 3: my head, my hair out, put my head through the
- 55:16Speaker 3: wall every single day. And I always just think to myself, they,
- 55:21Speaker 3: they don't know, like the babies are just babies. They
- 55:24Speaker 3: don't mean it. And, try and like look forward to
- 55:28Speaker 3: all the joy that's coming because it's so easy to
- 55:30Speaker 3: just get so lost in the sleep deprivation and be like,
- 55:33Speaker 3: oh my God, what is going on right now?
- 55:35Speaker 2: Look at the bigger picture.
- 55:36Speaker 4: Yeah, because I've noticed most people after finding out that
- 55:39Speaker 4: I'm pregnant have said it's the hardest thing you'll ever do.
- 55:42Speaker 4: Everyone says that, but then they say, but it's the
- 55:44Speaker 4: most rewarding. But everyone just keeps emphasizing how hard it is.
- 55:48Speaker 4: And I've got to say, it's really daunting because I'm like, oh,
- 55:50Speaker 4: what have I gotten myself in for?
- 55:52Speaker 2: Stop telling her it's so hard, Sammy.
- 55:54Speaker 1: Sammy, thank you so much.
- 55:55Speaker 3: How did you make it?
- 55:57Speaker 1: Thank you, Sammy. I appreciate it, babe.
- 55:59Speaker 2: Hello, Bec. Good morning.
- 56:00Speaker 4: Good morning.
- 56:01Speaker 9: How are we all?
- 56:02Speaker 2: Really good. What did you want to chat about today?
- 56:04Speaker 1: So I heard your low-stake debate before, and I'll have
- 56:08Speaker 1: one of my own.
- 56:09Speaker 5: Yep.
- 56:10Speaker 1: So whilst driving, if someone cuts.
- 56:13Speaker 16: You off, but then they wave afterwards, you still have a...
- 56:17Speaker 16: against that car.
- 56:18Speaker 2: No, I'm okay with that. Or, you know what I noticed?
- 56:20Speaker 2: Some dude cut me off yesterday. He put his hazards
- 56:23Speaker 2: lights on. Yeah, that's a trucker's way of saying thank you.
- 56:26Speaker 2: Because I was like, you.
- 56:27Speaker 9: M * * * * * *.
- 56:28Speaker 2: And then I was like, oh, no, that's fine.
- 56:30Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm fine with it if they say thank you
- 56:33Speaker 4: or if they cut you off but then go really
- 56:35Speaker 4: fast and aren't, like, don't hold you up and they're
- 56:38Speaker 4: not a nuisance.
- 56:38Speaker 1: They're just like, look, I know that was s * * *,
- 56:39Speaker 1: but sorry, I'm in a hurry. And you're like, ah, okay.
- 56:41Speaker 2: Because I love a good cut off myself. Me too.
- 56:43Speaker 2: If you're going slow in the right lane, you better
- 56:46Speaker 2: I believe I'm jumping straight in front of you, no indicator.
- 56:48Speaker 4: This morning I barely cut someone off and then he
- 56:50Speaker 4: proceeded to, I'm not kidding, for 20 minutes, ride my arse.
- 56:53Speaker 4: And I was like, get over it. He finally got
- 56:55Speaker 4: next to me. I know he was waiting for that moment.
- 56:57Speaker 4: I just kept looking ahead.
- 56:58Speaker 2: He would have hated that.
- 56:59Speaker 1: He wanted the reaction.
- 57:00Speaker 2: You should have flushed your indicators. Okay, tomorrow. Here we go. Oh,
- 57:05Speaker 2: this is going to be huge. He's in the country
- 57:07Speaker 2: right now.
- 57:08Speaker 1: Alex Warren. You know why?
- 57:13Speaker 17: Why?
- 57:13Speaker 1: I love a choir in a song.
- 57:15Speaker 2: So do you. I'm a big choir boy. So, yeah,
- 57:19Speaker 2: he is going to be on air taking over the
- 57:21Speaker 2: show tomorrow.
- 57:22Speaker 4: Yeah, plus Tracy Grimshaw is going to phone in because
- 57:25Speaker 4: this weekend there's a special episode.
- 57:27Speaker 1: Of 60 Minutes airing.
- 57:28Speaker 4: She's going to be speaking to Leah Stewart, who is
- 57:30Speaker 4: that young mother who was bitten by a shark at
- 57:32Speaker 4: Coogee Beach.
- 57:33Speaker 13: I know.
- 57:33Speaker 2: I've seen Channel 9 rolling that around. Yeah.
- 57:36Speaker 1: Yeah, so that's going to be a really good episode.
- 57:38Speaker 4: So we're going to get Tracy on to chat about that.
- 57:40Speaker 3: All right.
- 57:40Speaker 2: We are giving you the chance to drive away in
- 57:42Speaker 2: a brand new car every morning from six. And we've
- 57:46Speaker 2: got our pop quiz where you could win thousands of dollars. Now,
- 57:49Speaker 2: keep it on. Kiss Gordie's coming in. You could win
- 57:51Speaker 2: your way to our iHeartRadio Music Festival in Vegas. Have
- 57:55Speaker 2: a great day. We'll see you. What's tomorrow? Friday.
- 57:58Speaker 7: Oh, yeah.
- 57:58Speaker 1: Friday. How good.
- 58:00Speaker 9: Bye.
- 58:00Speaker 7: Bye.
