What a Room Experiment Taught Me, and Where I'm Using It Now
This week I built an experiment to see if a room could feel like the family had just stepped out. Before that, I'd cut about half my tools, and I was worried what was left wouldn't hold enough about the characters. It turned out closer to the opposite, though I still don't know whether the tools got better or just know how I work now. I also talk about bringing the same habit to my new job, and where I'm not sure it holds.
