- 0:00Hello, and welcome to HBr Talk. Two seventy two closed the gender loophole
- 0:06in Ohio's rape law. I'm your host, Hannah Wallen, coming to you
- 0:10live with strep throat again, like because I can't just get it once.
- 0:16I had to go back for seconds. Guys, it was it was just
- 0:19so good. But I'm here with nonsense annihilator Lauren Brooks and the personification of
- 0:24perceptivity Mike Stevenson, and tonight we're gonna read over the text to that letter
- 0:30that I talked to you guys about last week, also to be used for
- 0:35an online petition, which I promised when we discussed the case of Miranda Smith,
- 0:45who recorded and distributed video of herself sexually imposing herself on her two year
- 0:50old son, and then her sentence was reduced because the Ohio Supreme Court decided
- 0:58that Ohio's rape law didn't hold that being forced to penetrate major rape victim.
- 1:04So the two year old is not a rape victim because he is a boy.
- 1:12So let me get that well, I'm going to go ahead and finish
- 1:17my little spiel here. As always, Honey Badger Radio dishes out a smorgus
- 1:21board of thought provoking discussions, and as experiences both resent and long past have
- 1:26demonstrated, the provoked thoughts are fighting back, they've made it clear that for
- 1:30people like us, relying on third party payment platforms like Patreon to fund our
- 1:36work is treading on thin ice or building our house in the path of a
- 1:42rapidly growing wildfire. In light of this, we strongly encourage our supporters to
- 1:48switch at least their support for us to Feed the Badger dot com the most
- 1:53stable way to help us out, and if you want to tip us directly
- 1:56instead of relying on any social media platforms, tip jar. The link for
- 2:00that is feed the Badger dot com slash just the tip. And as always,
- 2:06the same risk applies to our social media platforms, which is why you
- 2:09should further provoke the thought police by tracking our thought provoking discussions on Honey Badger
- 2:15Brigade dot com, where you can find your way to all of our content
- 2:19as well as a link to feed the Badger dot com and the dropdown menu
- 2:22at the top of the page. And let's open the page here. Oh
- 2:30and I do have a thanks from Derek Workman for introducing introducing you guys to
- 2:38k Valentine I'm very glad too. I think he does is very important.
- 2:43People not paying attention to women's criminal behavior allows women to get away with egregious
- 2:51crimes and you end up with, you know, people, people of both
- 2:55sexes and all ages getting harmed. There's a lot of abuse that's purpose traded
- 3:00by women and caregiving positions like school teachers and nursing homeworkers and stuff like that,
- 3:07mothers. So it's really important that we then we remain aware of that
- 3:13because there's a whole class of potential victims that we can't protect if we can't
- 3:17acknowledge that women can do bad things, which is what this shows about today.
- 3:24So what I plan to do with this before we go over this,
- 3:29what I plan to do with this letter is as I as I was talking
- 3:31about last week, I'm going to send this to my representatives at the state
- 3:39level, to my governor, and to my state's attorney general. And then
- 3:45I'm also going to create an online petition with this as the text of the
- 3:51petition so that people can actually sign on to it and ask the Ohio State
- 3:59Legislature to change the wording of the law, and we'll see if we can
- 4:02get them to do that and in future shows. Then if I get contact
- 4:08back from those offices that I'm sending this too, I will update as well.
- 4:15And will this is actually kind of a long letter. We'll read it,
- 4:19and I as as I'm reading, you know, if you have suggestions
- 4:25or things that that you think need to be added or reworded or things like
- 4:30that, go ahead and comment. And if you're listening to this later,
- 4:33you know, post your comments and I will, you know, look into
- 4:39those and look into editing it before I send it out. Sorry, I'm
- 4:46gonna sound bad sometimes throughout the whole show because I actually, I really do
- 4:50have strep throat. I just started stupid antibiotic the second round today. But
- 4:59in case if we don't get all the way through it today, we'll continue
- 5:02it next week. So that's how this is going to go. So starting
- 5:09out the body of the letter and what the petition will be is it has
- 5:15become a matter of public knowledge following the case of Miranda Smith, who recorded
- 5:20and distributed video of herself sexually imposing herself on her two year old son,
- 5:26that Ohio's state law against rape has a gender based loophole. Historically, this
- 5:34has been an ongoing issue with sexual violence legislation. As laws against various types
- 5:41of violence evolved around the protection of women and girls, male victims have historically
- 5:46been omitted from consideration. Legislators may have even believed existing law protected both sexes,
- 5:57but according to the Ohio Supreme Court, Ohio's rape law only protects victims
- 6:02who are sexually penetrated if the sexual assault involves penetration of the perpetrator by any
- 6:13part of the victim's body, even against the victim's will. The Supreme Court
- 6:18of Ohio has ruled that the crime does not constitute rape. This omission,
- 6:25while perhaps an active neglect rather than malice, represents a discriminatory standard set by
- 6:31the state in regard to the human right of bodily autonomy. Under existing law,
- 6:38an intimate attack by a perpetrator imposing sexual intercourse without the victim's consent is
- 6:45deemed a lesser offense if it is done by enveloping the victim's genitalia, rather
- 6:53than it is if the perpetrator engages in the same imposition while penetrating the victims
- 6:59genitals. So what I wanted to get across um in that paragraph the fact
- 7:06that we're discussing a human right, a human right of bodily autonomy. But
- 7:14I also didn't want to make the letter super long, so I sort of
- 7:16all included it all in one sentence. So you guys have to tell me
- 7:21if I need to break that up or if um, if that's all good.
- 7:29So this is the letter that you wrote. Yeah, this is the
- 7:31letter that I wrote then, and I'm going to be sending this to legislators,
- 7:38to um, the governor, to the state attorney general, because the
- 7:42state attorney general does uh compose legislation to submit to the legislature to to get
- 7:51it voted on as a potential law, he writes bills. UM. In
- 7:57fact, the governor used to be a state attorney general and wrote bills for
- 8:07this purpose, and actually may have written the previous, previous existing law thinking
- 8:13that it would work for both sexes, because you would think, since it
- 8:20doesn't say specifically penetration of the victim, it just says penetration, that that
- 8:26would cover both penetration of the perpetrator or the victim. But the state Supreme
- 8:31Court has determined that that only means penetration of the victim. So yeah,
- 8:41you're missing a little something there. Well, And what we read last week
- 8:48was egregious, just absolutely egregious. I mean, we're talking a two year
- 8:54old child who cannot consent on whom his own mother sexually opposed, imposed herself,
- 9:05filmed it, made porn of it, and distributed that porn. So
- 9:11his own mother exploited him as a subject of child porn while raping him,
- 9:18and the state decided that she wasn't a rapist and that her penalty should be
- 9:24that of a lesser crime. Because boy, because I just remembered how fucking
- 9:37disgusted I was by this story the first time. I had somehow gotten to
- 9:43the point where it was almost scrubbed out of my mind. But that just
- 9:48yep. Yeah, Any any feminists who are hate listening to this, um,
- 9:56since you guys brag about getting rape law change to include male victims by
- 10:03the wording that is essentially the wording Ohio law uses. UM, I do
- 10:09expect your signatures on this petition and I welcome them, so that that's something
- 10:16that you know, like we should all be united on. You want women
- 10:20to be equal, that includes equal accountability, and I believe that the state
- 10:26is more conscientious about sexual violence PERPETRATORUM rehabilitation programs for people who are convicted of
- 10:43higher crimes than for people who are convicted of more minor crimes. So this
- 10:50is definitely something that you know you should want for female perpetrators, that they
- 10:54get the right label and that they get the right state assistants in rehabilitating themselves
- 11:03as well. Agreed, So this but you're sending this to um, your
- 11:13Ohio legislator, right yep, Ohio legislators because this is Ohio state law.
- 11:18So but do we would we have to be residents of Ohio in order to
- 11:22sign this this this is the petition. Yeah, when I put it up
- 11:26in the so, I'm going to do three things. I'm going to send
- 11:28it to the to the legislators. I'm going to send it to politicians who
- 11:33are usually participants in writing legislations or bills to be passed to legislation. And
- 11:41I'm also going to put it up as an online petition that that will be
- 11:46drawn to their attention, so that that way, UM, you'll have it
- 11:54doesn't just have to be people from Ohio. It's important that Ohio legislators see
- 11:58that the public outside of Ohio sees what the law does and whether or not
- 12:05they address this loophole because it's it's an embarrassment to Ohio like it's it's an
- 12:13embarrassment in my opinion that are And in fact I mentioned that later in the
- 12:16letter, our legislators failed to protect our male citizens against an egregious crime that
- 12:26they've been told by feminists over and over again is the worst thing that can
- 12:31happen to you, even worse than being murdered. So obviously if it's if
- 12:37it's going to be the worst thing that can happen to you, and it's
- 12:39even worse than being murdered, then there's no there should be no gender protection
- 12:46for perpetrators. Right, we'll see. The only the only thing about that
- 12:52is is what it's a female rapist, and she rapes a man, she
- 12:58can then extract his sperm, get pregnant, have a child, and extort
- 13:05that man for money, ye for which shall have to go through the court
- 13:09system, and the state gets kicked back for every child that's in the system.
- 13:15So please, someone show me how we can fix this, because it's
- 13:20it's just it's just a never ending cycle of money exchanging hands and nobody nobody's
- 13:28actually giving a fuck about the kids. Yeah, and when you think about
- 13:33it. Some of the victims are kids, you know. Yeah, imagine
- 13:37imagine facing an obligation to pay financial support to your rapist for another child when
- 13:48you are just a child, a young teenager, or even as young as
- 13:56eleven years old, Like that'd be crazy. Yeah, But that happens to
- 14:01boys, and that is also something that I addressed in this letter. So
- 14:07going on such a loophole deems the human right of bodily autonomy to be a
- 14:13gendered right, respected and protected when the human in question is female, but
- 14:20given a lower standard of protection when the human in question is male. This
- 14:24discriminatory standard raises the question of whether the state of Ohio considers men and women
- 14:33to be equally human with the right to equal protection under the law, or
- 14:39whether the state considers men and boys to be less human than women and girls
- 14:43and less deserving of human rights protections that our law and policy offers to women's
- 14:48and girls. It should take no more questions than that to inspire Ohio legislators
- 15:00to update the law to close that loophole. If something is a human right,
- 15:05it is the right of all human beings, not just one sex or
- 15:11the other. Right just as important as equal protection under the law is equal
- 15:20accountability. And this is something that I also wanted to emphasize because when we
- 15:26talk about equality, we all the time talk about equal rights, but we
- 15:31are the only people that I hear talking about equal accountability. MRAs are the
- 15:39only people I ever hear talking about gender equal accountability. Feminists don't talk about
- 15:45it. Conservatives don't talk about it, Liberals don't talk about it, Progressives
- 15:50don't talk about it, Communists don't talk about it, just MRA's. The
- 16:00sex of or the sex of a crime victim does not define or characterize the
- 16:04actions of the perpetrator. Contravention of a human's bodily autonomy or exploitation of one's
- 16:12ability to consent reflects the same disregard for one's welfare whether one is male or
- 16:18female. The sex of a perpetrator should also not determine one's level of culpability
- 16:23for criminal behavior. Trespass against another human being does not become less malicious or
- 16:32less callously exploitative because the violator is female. Being female does not make a
- 16:38person less capable of appraising her actions or exercising self control. It should not
- 16:45reduce one's accountability for respecting the human rights of other people, including the right
- 16:52to bodily autonomy. So my question on that one is does it sound too
- 16:59harsh for legislators or I like how it throws into questions the question the idea
- 17:07of what is female, and it sort of gets around the whole thing like
- 17:11even if you identify as female, that doesn't matter, because even if you
- 17:17identify as female, you should be able to face the same crimes as someone
- 17:22who identifies as male. And I think that's what it's going to annoy lawmakers
- 17:26the most, the fact that it is um a unigender for one of a
- 17:33better term. It's what I think all laws should be. Unigender bigender a
- 17:42law. All laws should ignore the fact that there are male and female people
- 17:48and and and just regular you know, regulate things on the basis of whether
- 17:53they do harm or not, and and provide services on the basis of whether
- 17:59they needed or not. If there's gonna befo, we're gonna have government,
- 18:03and we're gonna have laws, and they're gonna affect people's lives, they shouldn't
- 18:07have a different effect on the lives of women than they do of men.
- 18:12And this is something that feminists say over and over again that they want that
- 18:18the law should not affect women differently than it affects men. So this is
- 18:22an opportunity to support changes in legislation to make that happen. The law will
- 18:30not affect women differently than it affects men. And zero X gives us five
- 18:37dollars and says the term is unisex yep, unisex, meaning that you know
- 18:45it's it's it applies regardless of your sex. So the law only has one
- 18:51sex. The White House sends one. Come on, justice is supposed to
- 19:00be blind. Yeah, so going on, maybe maybe there really aren't even
- 19:07two genders. Genders there's only one the unisex party. There we go,
- 19:11that's that's where we need the unisex party. We've got too many genders.
- 19:15Maybe we should run with it in the other direction. There are zero genders
- 19:21like that that should be there. You go. That's kind of what this
- 19:29whole, this whole screed is about. Fuck genders like arrest criminals exactly.
- 19:40Let's see, this is the thing. I mean, you know, people
- 19:45who are elected into office don't want to upset those people because they want to
- 19:52be re elected. Right. I would love to think that I mean,
- 19:57obviously, so far are so good. I'm very happy about this, I
- 20:03of course, but um, I just how how much can we trust any
- 20:11person in that position to go with what is right versus what they think their
- 20:19base, their voter base is going to accept. In allow, Yeah,
- 20:23well we shouldn't trust them. Um, we should watch them like hawks.
- 20:29It's one of the reasons why there will be updates as if I get any
- 20:33contact back from them, And if I don't get any contact back from them,
- 20:37like I go weeks and weeks and I haven't heard anything, we'll do
- 20:40a show about that too. Like nobody answered me. I wonder why they
- 20:44don't want to talk about this, right, that'll that'll be the topic.
- 20:48Um. And and if any of them is willing to, you know,
- 20:51come on and talk about the legislation that that'll be that would be great too.
- 20:56I would love that. But at the very least, like if I
- 21:00get I contacted. When I wrote to federal legislators about the Campus Save Act,
- 21:10which it actually turned out had already passed the article that had reported on
- 21:17it as a piece of legislation that was under consideration, the writer was mistaken,
- 21:25but so I wrote to all of my federal legislators from Ohio and even
- 21:33a couple that were not my legislators but were for other districts. And I
- 21:41wrote to both of the senators and the only person who wrote back to me
- 21:45was our Democrat senator, and he wrote me a bunch of bullshit. I'm
- 21:52not kidding, like he did not read my letter, and it was obvious
- 21:59it was written by am an interne who didn't do well in English, you
- 22:10know, grammar and composition at in school. Um, there where there were
- 22:15mistakes. I published it in a voice for men. I made a meme
- 22:21with the senator's official image because those are public domain. You know. I
- 22:26gave that bitch some bullshit. Bitches love bullshit. Um but but yeah,
- 22:33that because that pissed me off. But UM, I don't expect it to
- 22:40be that bad at the state level because as you get, as you dropped
- 22:42down in levels, politicians are more likely to respond. So I'm hoping I'll
- 22:48get at least a few people that will respond back to me. Um,
- 22:52I expect that at least one will respond. With the law already covers boys,
- 23:03and here's how, but it doesn't it with specificity. And my answer
- 23:11is basically going to be I don't. I don't think the Supreme Court is
- 23:15going to interpret anything less than exact specificity to cover boys. You could say
- 23:22a million ways that this applies to victims of both sexes, as applies to
- 23:27perpetrators of both sexes. But if you don't have the word penis in the
- 23:30law, you are not going to get the Supreme Court's approval for convicting rapists
- 23:37who sexually exploit somebody with one. So there you go. But but I
- 23:47went on with this discussion about equal treatment because I wanted to really hammer home.
- 23:53So the next thing I set in here is if ensuring that the state
- 23:59of Ohio offers all citizens equal treatment under the law is not enough, the
- 24:03impact of sexual violence on male victims provides ample reason to update the standard.
- 24:11So I've referenced at one more time, sort of in a segue to victims
- 24:17deserve equal protection because they're equally wounded by this. Male victims are physically endangered
- 24:26and often harmed when they experience intimate attack. Physical force can injure a manner
- 24:33boy, just as it can injure a woman or girl. Males are as
- 24:37vulnerable as females to infectious diseases that can be transmitted during sexual contact. Neither
- 24:45the sex of the victim nor that of the perpetrator changes the fact that these
- 24:49injuries can result from an intimate attack. The law should not treat that risk
- 24:56is more acceptable when it is inflicted by a female p traitor or upon a
- 25:00male victim, right, because I mean, outside of a few genital diseases
- 25:12that you contract by sex, a woman penetrating a man with an object is
- 25:18not going to necessarily transmit disease, you know, unless there's actual like skin
- 25:25to skin contact. Right, So it's completely overlooking that fact that men are
- 25:33vulnerable, completely vulnerable and just as susceptible to contracting disease. I mean,
- 25:40geez, and there are sexually transmitted diseases. It can cause cancer, right,
- 25:47right. And so there was just a report release that Mumia City and
- 25:52A Lee is talking about on his channel how the rate of STDs and I
- 25:59think it's in Houston has increased by one hundred and twenty eight percent. Yeah,
- 26:06Okay, it's just insane what's going on and going around out there.
- 26:11And you know, of course we have someone who has one of these diseases,
- 26:17one of these one hundred and twenty eight percent increase. Motherfuckers and they
- 26:21decide that they want to take advantage of someone. Well, let's look in
- 26:25California, they made it completely um it's it's not illegal to infect a person
- 26:32with HIV even if you know that you have it. Yeah, they completely
- 26:37decriminalized it. Yeah. That one of the things that has thrown people into
- 26:41the into the into the weeds, because it's very easy for a male to
- 26:47infect a female with HIV, but comparatively very very difficult for a woman to
- 26:53infect a man with it. I don't know how true that is, but
- 26:59HIV infections account for a pretty small percentage of secially transmitted diseases, and people
- 27:07are generally aware of those things. We've we've experienced the faith or scare campaigns
- 27:11ever since the eighties, and everyone's aware of those problems. But the vast
- 27:17majority of STIs can go in another direction because there's you know, sort of
- 27:23well, they're not based on fluid, they're based on just contact. What
- 27:27people don't realize is with the advancements that we've had in treatment for HIV,
- 27:34that can make people non contagious altogether, like they're they can even be you
- 27:41can even have um, the medication can get you to a point where it's
- 27:45undetectable in your system. Um, you know we're testing for it doesn't show
- 27:52it, which which makes you very unlikely to transmitted to anybody. Right.
- 27:59But yeah, they're playing as they're playing ads all the time that always it's
- 28:04always black people that they have. Yeah. Yeah, it's because the black
- 28:11population has been heavily impacted by that that uh particular STD. But and and
- 28:18it's you know, it's maybe unfair, um, but it's it's reality.
- 28:23So you want to advertise the treatment to the people that are most likely to
- 28:27need it. Yeah. But the other thing is, like there are multitude
- 28:32of varieties hybrids, I guess of HPV right, um, genital warts.
- 28:41Genital warts can cause cancer, It can cause genital cancers, and it can
- 28:51cause throat cancer. It's right. So if if a woman's penetration by forcing
- 29:03a man to perform oral sex on her, and she infects him with genital
- 29:08wartz, she may have killed him. Some people are very vulnerable to cancer.
- 29:15Some people also are not very good at doing the types of detection they
- 29:21need. Some people use tobacco products, oral tobacco products, chewing tobacco and
- 29:27stuff like that and make themselves more vulnerable to cancer. And if you have
- 29:33that combination of carcinogens and a disease that makes you more likely to have mutations
- 29:42in your cellular reproduction in your mucous membrane, you are more likely to get
- 29:48throat cancer or oral cancers because of that. So you can you know,
- 29:53it won't kill him today, you know, or tomorrow, but it's still
- 30:00you still killed someone if you force them to perform moral sex and you transmit
- 30:06HPV and down the line it leads to them getting a cancer that turns out
- 30:11to be deadly because there their system is more vulnerable to it, or because
- 30:18they have other added vulnerabilities, you know. So so yeah, it's it's
- 30:26not like it's not like you can say that just because, um, you
- 30:33know, the the male transmission of STDs comes from where STIs comes from,
- 30:41you know, something of a gun firing system, and the female version is
- 30:47more of a smear tactic. It's still it still works that way, right,
- 30:52You're still endangering yourself. It's one of the reasons why I tell young
- 30:57men that you know, don't worry about whether people are socially shaming you or
- 31:03not. Virginity is safe. You know, be a virgin until you're ready
- 31:08to settle down with somebody that you trust. There's nothing wrong with that.
- 31:12You know, you're protecting yourself against We're at war with bacteria and viruses.
- 31:18Our species is at war with those species. We now have antibiotic resistant bacteria
- 31:25that actually shoot at the drugs that we use for it. They have a
- 31:30biological weapon that they fire off at the molecules of medicine that bond with this
- 31:38molecule of medicine and change it to something that's not poisonous to the to the
- 31:45bacteria with you know, the side effect of water and it's it's got a
- 31:49name like hydrolyzing or something like that that that it is the effect that it
- 31:55has it neutralizes the antibiotic so it no longer works. And there's a whole
- 32:02spectrum of these types um and and some of them are bacteria that come out
- 32:07of your bowels and they're they're called um oh gosh, I can't think of
- 32:12a type the name of the type of antibiotic, but it starts with a
- 32:15C and they're they're they're cr e bacterias or carbona something i'd um resistant bacteria.
- 32:25They're very dangerous. Some of them we have no treatment for at all.
- 32:30And there is now a super gonarrhea. Just can you imagine getting super
- 32:38goneria? So yeah, so some shit it uh it is very hard to
- 32:46get rid of, we'll put it that way. Yeah. So so this
- 32:52is one of those things where like when we talk about this, you know,
- 32:54it's gross, But the bottom line is when people talk about body counts
- 33:00and all the various crude ways that we can talk about, you know,
- 33:05sex and all that, they have a point. Um, both sexes have
- 33:09a point in wanting their partners to not have fucked everything that moves right,
- 33:15all right, But then but then they but then they shame people who don't
- 33:21have sex or don't have sex as frequently as maybe they do, or the
- 33:25average person they call them in cells. Yeah, yeah, look, be
- 33:30proud to be an in cell. Keep it in your pants because these bitches
- 33:34out here, they're dirty, they're nasty, and it is. This is
- 33:38as much a caution that that that men should take as as women. You
- 33:45are just as much in danger from STIs as women are. You have to
- 33:49be careful, you know, and it it's the other reason why I always
- 33:52say, you know, like, yeah, there's there's a there are dozens
- 33:57of types of birth control that women have, and women should use that.
- 34:00But I don't care if she's using five different things. You should still wear
- 34:05a condom because it protects you from at least some STIs not all. You
- 34:12can still get herpes with a condom on, all right, you can still
- 34:15get HPD with a condom on. But at least you know it'll protect you
- 34:19from some STIs, right, And that's just that's my take on it.
- 34:24You know, don't don't you be picky, be be very picky. Vet
- 34:30women for character. Women should vet men for character, that's you know.
- 34:35And and it's definitely essential that we impose equal accountability on perpetrators regardless of their
- 34:44sex, because they put their victims in equal danger, regardless of their sex,
- 34:51and regardless of the victim sex. Because of just this one factor.
- 34:55STIs are very dangerous. And you know, we've we've done exactly the wrong
- 35:00thing. I think in our war against infectious diseases. We enlisted chemicals when
- 35:07we probably should have been more aggressive about, you know, forming unspoken treaties
- 35:16with beneficial microbes. Instead, let them do the fighting for us, so
- 35:23you know, or at least made that the primary thing we did and we
- 35:29didn't and we may not be able to so. But going on it was
- 35:35I felt that it was very important to get that across, that that injury
- 35:39is not something that you know, size doesn't affect that injury. It's not
- 35:44something that you can say, well, women are less likely to do this
- 35:46because they're smaller and weaker. Nope, if she's got her pies, she
- 35:51can pass that to you, no matter whether she is bigger and stronger than
- 35:55you, or whether you could break her like a twig if you wanted to
- 36:00so. And I went on to say eight male victims are financially endangered and
- 36:08often harmed by their intimate attack. Erection and ejaculation are not voluntary actions,
- 36:15but can occur even if the victim is a verse, afraid, or in
- 36:20some circumstances, physically incapacitated. In other words, um, you don't get
- 36:28you don't get whiskey dick from GHB right right, or uh from from being
- 36:35out of your mind on on other drugs that that cause you to be to
- 36:39lack awareness, but don't depress your system. M hm. So you know
- 36:46these these things can happen, and even even um if you did. You
- 36:55know again, there have been women who have committed sexual assault by orally raping
- 37:05a guy instead of that raping, raping him vaginally. And that's We've seen
- 37:12news stories where at least one of a college student who did that too a
- 37:16guy and then accused him. So there's that these autonomic responses to stimulation do
- 37:23not constitute consent to anything. An enimate attack can result in conception against the
- 37:30male victims will unlike female victims. Male victims do not have any opportunity to
- 37:38terminate a pregnancy that was conceived by their partner's assault against them. Perpetrators assault,
- 37:45Yeah, by their perpetrator's assault. Yeah, he said partners. At
- 37:51first, I was like, whoa, it's it says perpetrator, and just
- 37:58I will. I will admit. I'm on a few medications. I don't
- 38:00usually take um cold medicine because decongestent makes me bitchy. But and that that's
- 38:07that's putting it mildly. The congested makes me a psycho bitch from hell.
- 38:13But I did take a half a dose. Oh geez. So you know
- 38:19you know how you feel when um, someone gets on your last nerve,
- 38:22and and then and then immediately after that the next thing that happens. How
- 38:29that feels, M Well, imagine if you took a pill, and if
- 38:35that pill had a six hour um time of effect, that for five hours
- 38:39after you took that pill, you felt that way. That that's what that's.
- 38:45I don't know why, but um, like, I can't take regular
- 38:51pseudoephidrine and the other kind that's okay for my heart. Well it's not as
- 38:57bad for my heart as the kind that I absolutely can't have. UM it
- 39:02does that to me, so I don't usually take it. I'm like,
- 39:09I'll be ready to strangle someone for six hours if I take like the whole
- 39:14dose, but the half dose I'm just you know, a little bit fired
- 39:17up. But it also it also had um a cofts of pressant and coughts
- 39:23of pressant sort of. That's why I'm speaking slowly. I've kind of numbed
- 39:30my throat and everything, So I like, I'm I sound up pretty probably
- 39:36sound pretty normal, but I sound awfully slow and maybe a little weird in
- 39:40my speech. It's the drugs. I'm not. I'm not a drug person.
- 39:45I'm really really a whimp when it comes to chemical effects and stuff.
- 39:52Yeah, so, and it seems like they're starting to really kick in because
- 40:00they weren't at the beginning of the show, and now I'm like underwater.
- 40:07But yeah, this paragraph, I'm what I'm going to try to get across
- 40:10with this is that when a guy is a victim of female perpetrated rape and
- 40:20a baby is conceived, he is a victim of the imposition of unplanned fatherhood
- 40:27against his will, and he should have the same rights that a female victim
- 40:35has, even if they have to be accommodated in an entirely different way.
- 40:39And I'm not going to argue to legislators that male victims of an intimate assault
- 40:52should have the right to force their female perpetrators to abort if there's a child
- 40:59conceived. But if you know, if abortion is not wrong, and if
- 41:07it's it's a right to control your own body by aborting, and in the
- 41:15case of you know, consensual sex, or if the woman is a victim,
- 41:21then there is no real moral objection to giving a male rape victim the
- 41:31right to force his perpetrator to abort if she gets pregnant, or the very
- 41:37least he shouldn't have to pay for that child directly through child support or indirectly
- 41:43through his taxes. Right, So what I'm asking for is way more reasonable
- 41:47than give guys the right to force their rapist to abort if they get pregnant.
- 41:52So what if anybody you know is looking at this and thinking of it
- 41:58as objectionable, like maybe again feminists who hate watch us, that's something to
- 42:04consider because I would question whether a woman who commits rape has the right to
- 42:15cry but my bodily autonomy, But my bodily autonomy when she doesn't want to
- 42:21submit to a forced abortion. But I'm not asking for forced abortion, and
- 42:28so I think it's fair, a fair compromise what I am asking for here.
- 42:34A male victim has no choice in whether an intimate attack makes him a
- 42:39biological parent if he does not or cannot take custody of his child. Because
- 42:45remember, male victims of intimate attack can be very young, and some,
- 42:52just like some girls, start their periods at nine years old. Even though
- 42:55it's a rare thing, some boys become fertile before they become teenagers. They're
- 43:02not even old enough to maybe have a paper route, but they can conceive
- 43:07a child in that circumstance. And so a guy. There has been one
- 43:13case that I saw where the victim was eleven years old and the court imposed
- 43:22a child support obligation on him, an eleven year old fifth grader. That's
- 43:32just disguising. Yeah, it's the hormones. They're putting it in the milk.
- 43:38It's quite possibly the hormones. Yeah, well, and it's also quite
- 43:43possibly. Like my friend's doctor when we were kids and she started hers at
- 43:47nine said, this didn't used to happen. But humans didn't used to receive
- 43:53the high level of nutrition that we do. And so overall women's capacity for
- 44:05producing larger babies has has come from that, and girls becoming fertile and having
- 44:13to deal with, you know, all of the ins and outs of periods
- 44:16for a longer part of their lives has come out of that. It's like
- 44:21the body is in better shape because of that, and that's that's affected both
- 44:25sexes. So I don't know, I might have a little problem with that
- 44:31because, uh, you know, this is happening in the hood too,
- 44:36where yeah, but you might they don't. They're not eating, they're not
- 44:39eating well. And this is not just this generation. This is a generational
- 44:45thing that um, you know, didn't the crap eat crap, live like
- 44:52crap. I don't that. He was talking more about the difference between like
- 44:55the starvation diets of humans. I had to struggle to find food versus the
- 45:01high calorie diets that we have today. And even junk food has a lot
- 45:06of calories. In fact, junk food has more calories than healthy food.
- 45:10Is it a high calorie thing though that that would spark like good and early
- 45:15early Um, yep, getting a lot of calories, getting a lot of
- 45:21nutrients can do it. Getting a lot of calories can do it. And
- 45:23then you know you we've got the school lunch program and all that as well,
- 45:28So even kids that aren't getting a lot of nutrition at home or at
- 45:32least getting some at school. So I just just the whole situation. Boys
- 45:37and girls are are vulnerable to this, so they're putting it in the milk,
- 45:45put food. You can't tell me any different. I mean, I
- 45:50have a meme about that. I'll send it to you. Do you think
- 45:52it's a milk? Yeah? No, Um, although there's not as many
- 46:00there's not as many hormones in your meat now as there used to be,
- 46:05But there there's a lot and then you know, you also have um like
- 46:09all the fortified like breakfast cereals and all that have vitamins and minerals added to
- 46:15it and all kinds of stuff. So there you go, uh and and
- 46:19and then the other thing as a shitload of stuff has soy in it,
- 46:23and soy like sort of improves your estrogen levels or increases your estrogen levels if
- 46:30your female exactly you know, exacerbates your estrogen levels. If your male,
- 46:38um so, it not a good thing. And it can see see the
- 46:46gluten of the right Yeah, it'll make your dick fly off. Oh great,
- 46:52and we're gonna have you got a song song by King Missile stuck in
- 46:58my head detachable ers. So I'm gonna go on with this. So I
- 47:08basically pointed out here. The victim where it is it, Yeah, I
- 47:15scrolled up too high, has no choice in whether he becomes a father.
- 47:19If he does, does or cannot take custody of his child conceived. Under
- 47:22this circumstance, a male victim may be extorted for child support by the mother
- 47:28who has custody at least until the birth of the child. Now, in
- 47:31the state of Ohio, if you're convicted of rape, you cannot have custody
- 47:36of a child that was conceived during the rape. And that was one actually
- 47:44a bunch of us wrote to Ohio legislators. I was one of many people
- 47:51who wrote to Ohio legislators about that after hearing both feminist protests about it and
- 48:01reading about cases where women who have been convicted of rape. It's I have
- 48:09the hard time giving the title mother to somebody like that. But women who
- 48:15have been convicted of rape have kept the baby that was conceived during that rape.
- 48:21And then when they apply for welfare, the victim gets extorted by the
- 48:27state for child support to cover her welfare expenses, and so now the mother
- 48:34cannot have custody. But if they put the child in a foster home.
- 48:37You know, an adult woman rapes a teenage boy that she's babysitting or preteen
- 48:45boy that she's babysitting and gets pregnant, and the state takes the baby,
- 48:50but the child doesn't take custody. The grandparents don't take custody, so they
- 48:53put the child in foster care. The boy is still going to have a
- 48:58child support obligation. If you're in foster care, the state imposes a child
- 49:01support obligation. So it will it won't. It won't protect the victim.
- 49:10It'll protect the child, which is good, but it won't protect the victim
- 49:15of the sexual violence. So I added on or the state, or by
- 49:23the state, on behalf of foster parents. Historically, courts have even imposed
- 49:30child support obligation on male victims who themselves were children too young to legally obtain
- 49:36gainful employment. This is at least an eighteen year long financial consequence of being
- 49:43raped, an unreasonable imposition on victims of sexual violence that uniquely affects those who
- 49:50are male. Current Ohio law does not provide any victim exemption, yet it
- 49:54is lenient toward the perpetrator who inflicts such a lengthy and su sarious consequence on
- 50:00the victim, since she would do so without penetrating him. So that puts
- 50:08that that puts legislators in a position of having to acknowledge that under current Oio
- 50:15law, they would be punishing some rape victims by imposing an eighteen year long
- 50:23child support obligation on them. If the only thing that I would say maybe
- 50:30could be added would be maybe like some actual cases that happened, you know,
- 50:36because saying it is one thing. Yeah, but when you point to
- 50:38an actual case where it has happened, then they can't turn away and say,
- 50:43oh my god, this never happened. Oh yeah, Well no,
- 50:46actually you have a blog post about that. I can pull those cases,
- 50:51the paragraph with those cases and add that to this. I'm gonna type for
- 50:57a minute, he notes, so I know to add it. I got
- 51:06a couple of people in mind that I would like to send this to.
- 51:08Yeah, so a new tribute on discord. Oh oh oh, I see
- 51:13what you mean. I thought you were saying a couple of people, a
- 51:15couple of cases of mind. But yeah, definitely definitely send the link.
- 51:21I'm gonna be sending it to the National Coalition for Men and asking if they
- 51:28have any advice for anything I can add to it too, because I want
- 51:31this to be a rock solid. Yeah. And so, just as as
- 51:37it aside, while you're typing, I'll say this. So, I got
- 51:42an email from the owner of our my business, and basically there's a law
- 51:49that is trying to be passed to allow Tesla to sell cars directly to the
- 51:54consumer in state of Connecticut. Out the email that she said was just everybody
- 52:05must vote no, you have to vote no. Everybody, just please vote.
- 52:08No. Argument about why, you know, no, no listing of
- 52:14you know, what is actually even being stated or argued in this legislation.
- 52:19Just nope, you have to say no. And I'm guarantee you because it's
- 52:23a female, I guarantee because I kind of know a little bit about this
- 52:30woman. She just hates Elon. She just hates Elon Musk And well,
- 52:35I mean she has other reasons because you know, of the industry that we're
- 52:38in, but she just does not like Elon. And if he's going to
- 52:44you know, profit in any way, shape or form in the state of
- 52:46Connecticut, it's nope, nope, nope, can't happen. But it's now.
- 52:53I doubt, I highly doubt that there's a good percentage of the co
- 52:59workers that would even dare to respond. But then go on and you know,
- 53:06yes, vote no on this thing. I'm pretty sure most of them
- 53:09don't care. There might be something that do. But are there any is
- 53:14there anybody out there questioning this thing besides me? You know, like,
- 53:19just just because she told me that I have to say no, I want
- 53:22to find out why I need to say yes, because I don't like being
- 53:24told what to do. So. Basically, the law is just going to
- 53:30allow people the choice to buy cars directly from a car manufacturer. M what's
- 53:38wrong with that? Well, because so, God, there's a long history
- 53:45and I kind of wish Packard Tom was here because even though he's a little
- 53:50bit long in the tooth, he will not long and he'll know. I
- 53:52know, he will know, he will know. But um, the NADA,
- 53:57the National Automotive's Association, basically has a path and it's been in place
- 54:06for as long as cars have been being sold to consumers in this country.
- 54:12Well not as long. I'm sure there was a wild before this inception.
- 54:15But so that's kind of the contract that they have. Now. When you
- 54:23sell a car over in Europe, you're not allowed to mark up the price
- 54:28of the car. What it is is what it is, and you you
- 54:30know, they have to figure out how to pay the salesman. I'm sure
- 54:34it's probably just a regular salary or whatever, but I can't imagine that they
- 54:38would earn commission if they're just selling. I don't know anyway, but that's
- 54:44not how it works in the United States. When you have the MSRP,
- 54:49that's just the baseline. You know, the dealership can then tack on charges
- 54:54and charge to the customer more because just for the simple fact that they're purchasing
- 55:00it through a dealer and not from the manufacturer itself. Um. And what
- 55:07is the stand for an MSRP? I know it's manufacturer and recommended price.
- 55:13What's the S stand for? I think it's standard standard recommended price. Okay,
- 55:17So here's here's what I would say about that. That sounds like a
- 55:21cartel h you know, and and a monopoly system. And I would think
- 55:30that a a person like Musk should be able to sue but probably won't.
- 55:37Um if if the monopoly it engages in this kind of practices to prevent uh
- 55:46competition like that. But in any case like that, that seems really hinky
- 55:53and shady. Um if you ask me. Yeah, but he broke the
- 56:00mold. He broke the mold in California. Once they let him, they
- 56:04let him do it, you know what I mean. Now it's just a
- 56:06matter of state legislation having going along with the ones that have already allowed him
- 56:13to do it. And he doesn't necessarily need to expand. I mean,
- 56:19people, if you want a tesla, you know where to go and get
- 56:21one. But it would just make it, it would make it easier for
- 56:24distribution because I don't think he has any East Coast outlets over here. I
- 56:31know he's got Vegas, he's got California. I'm pretty sure he's in Texas
- 56:36too. But like, if you go into malls, you'll see like a
- 56:39Tesla. It's like just like that the Apple store, right, They'll have
- 56:45a car in there, and you'll have a couple of people in there,
- 56:46and that their job is literally to take your order for their car. It's
- 56:52like ordering a car from McDonald's. It's the easiest thing in the world and
- 56:55it takes away so much layers. Uh, just a middle man. Yeah,
- 57:01exactly. People should be able to do that. I would vote yes
- 57:06on that. I'd like there isn't anything I could hear in that that that
- 57:10that says, you know, we shouldn't be doing this. It's lifting or
- 57:14a restriction that seems to me to be protecting a monopolistic practice rather than protecting
- 57:22the consumer. So there you go. Um. But but yeah, I
- 57:29don't know if people will think that deeply about it, but that is that
- 57:31is interesting. I'm gonna I'm gonna engage in this monopolistic practice and ask you
- 57:38to vote or order you to vote a certain way because I hate this,
- 57:44man says typical woman. Right, So there you go. So I've got
- 57:50my little note here for me to add this, and I will go back.
- 57:52That's one of the things that I'll add. And when we talk about
- 57:55this little more next week, I'll give the updates on this is what it's
- 58:00this is what it looks like, and hopefully UM be be ready or close
- 58:07to ready to post it as a petition that people can sign on to and
- 58:13share with others and get them to sign onto it. Uh and uh,
- 58:16we'll see what we can. We can get it, you know, hopefully
- 58:21we can get it changed in Ohio. And if we get it changed in
- 58:23Ohio, that might actually set a standard that will cause other states to reevaluate
- 58:31their laws and maybe federal law too, because it's important. It's it's very
- 58:37important that the wording of the law prevents the courts from ruling that the law
- 58:45um allows for discrimination and therefore one one perpetrator is less accountable than another.
- 58:54Yeah, that that actually And I mean somebody could could always like sue and
- 59:01force the state to change the law, but I think the legislators themselves are
- 59:08going to want to change it to avoid that and rather than you know,
- 59:15letting it get to that point. So that I went on then to talk
- 59:22about um actual psychological vulnerability, because it's one of the things that people don't
- 59:31consider at all when it comes to men, Like they talk about the lack
- 59:37of physical vulnerability that people believe men to have, you know, like you're
- 59:42all Superman, your bulletproof, ten feet tall, you know, and all
- 59:45that stuff, right, and even though we know that's not true, people
- 59:50will treat you like it. When it comes to violence committed by women.
- 59:53Well, that's that's amplified. That discriminatory treatment is ample deified when it comes
- 1:00:00to the emotional effect of female violence. And I think I had a super
- 1:00:05chat here that I missed. Um xernx gave us five dollars and said intentional
- 1:00:09transmission of HIV from infected to not was made a misdemeanor in California. This
- 1:00:15is a result of the advancements Hannah mentioned. Okay, so they it's not
- 1:00:20it's not that it's not illegal, it's that it's a lower crime now because
- 1:00:23it used to be flat out murder, but now it just inflicts a long
- 1:00:29term medical problem. Um, you know who's really getting arrested and going to
- 1:00:36I mean nobody. Well, misdemeanor crimes is a very different system of dealing
- 1:00:42with those. Yeah, so, so, male victims are emotionally and psychologically
- 1:00:49harmed by their attack, even if they don't have to confront the complicated emotional
- 1:00:54considerations of imposed, unplanned, and unwanted parental status in a culture that treats
- 1:01:02all involved fathers as willful deadbeats. So, and that's another one. It's
- 1:01:07it's sort of a segue between there is an emotional component to being made a
- 1:01:15dad against your will, right, Because if they don't want to be dads
- 1:01:20and they want to back off of that and not be part of the child's
- 1:01:23life, not pay child support, even though fatherhood was imposed on them via
- 1:01:30rape, they'll still get called deadbeats. Right. But even if conception doesn't
- 1:01:37happen, female victims, although they may not be universally supported in their recovery,
- 1:01:43do have community and justice system support, But sparse representation in the justice
- 1:01:49system and advocacy community can isolate a male victim, leaving him on his own
- 1:01:54to deal with emotional trauma that it can include feeling of anger, powerlessness,
- 1:02:01shame, disbelief and shock, anxiety, fear, emasculation, and depression.
- 1:02:13While suffering these reactions, he may experience a lack of compassion from even those
- 1:02:20in his own social circle. As female perpetrated, animate attacks on male victims
- 1:02:24are often treated in popular culture as positive or humorous experiences for the victim,
- 1:02:30giving the impression that he would not need their consideration. However, just as
- 1:02:37a female victim does, a male victim may feel made unclean by the experience,
- 1:02:44especially if anything about the nature of it violated his moral, ethical,
- 1:02:49or religious code, or if the assault inflicted upon him included a sexually transmitted
- 1:02:54infection. He may feel dishonored, exploited, violated, or duped. A
- 1:03:01man raped by envelopment is likely to suffer confusion or cognitive dissonance, as the
- 1:03:07memory of his body's involuntary reaction and his knowledge of how sex works compete with
- 1:03:14his knowledge that he did not want what was done to him. His experience
- 1:03:19of emotional pain related to the rape will likely compete with his understanding of society's
- 1:03:24attitudes towards about men and sex, and in particular, the expectation frequently displayed
- 1:03:31in popular culture that men always want and appreciate sexual content their contact. He
- 1:03:39may question his own sexuality because of social attitudes about men and sex. You
- 1:03:45know, guys, guys get asked when they they say they have been a
- 1:03:52victim of a female perpetrated rape, what are you gay? You know?
- 1:03:58And if he if he is, then he's just been shamed for it.
- 1:04:02And if he's not, you know, what is that like? How dare
- 1:04:08you not want this woman that you were not attracted to or that you were
- 1:04:12going to choose not to sleep with. How dare you get upset that she
- 1:04:15took away your choice in the matter? What are you gay? Like?
- 1:04:20What kind of question is that? And yet almost every guy that I've talked
- 1:04:25to that has disclosed to me that he's been a sexual sexual violence victim that
- 1:04:31that had a female perpetrator has told me that somebody asked him that question,
- 1:04:36what are you gay? Like? Why would you say that? You'd have
- 1:04:45to be an idiot. There must be a lot of idiots in the world,
- 1:04:49But that's that's something that you know, nobody ever asked me when I've
- 1:04:55said I've said, yeah, I've been a victim of male perpetrated sexual violence.
- 1:04:59Nobody's ever said you, well, you didn't like it? What are
- 1:05:00you a lesbian? You know, nobody's ever said that to me. He
- 1:05:08may blame himself for the experience, even if his attacker was violent, even
- 1:05:14if he protested, even if he was averse to the attack, even though
- 1:05:18he was averse to the attack. If he has involved in an intimate partner
- 1:05:24relationship, he may he may even experience a sense of guilt, as though
- 1:05:28he had betrayed his partner by being raped. And I actually know, I
- 1:05:33knew one guy whose partner knew the details used the word rape to describe what
- 1:05:44happened to her fiance and then called him a cheater for experiencing it, like
- 1:05:58treated it as if he actively and willfully betrayed her by getting raped. So
- 1:06:09that was in my opinion, the perpetrator is guilty of inflicting an experience on
- 1:06:15him that affected his relationship with his partner. Granted his partner was an asshole,
- 1:06:23but that's a lousy way to find that out. Yeah. Because boys
- 1:06:29are trained from early childhood to be more stoic than girls, male victims are
- 1:06:35more likely to internalize their emotional responses to being raped. Having learned to keep
- 1:06:42private any experience of vulnerability, self doubt, hurt, anxiety, or fear,
- 1:06:47they cannot simply flip an emotional switch and begin explaining these responses to others
- 1:06:55after an emasculating experience. They may even be ashamed to admit such a vulnerability.
- 1:07:01Having been raised to be independent or self dependent, many men and boys
- 1:07:05are ill equipped to seek help in assessing and addressing the emotional fallout when experience
- 1:07:12is following a rape. They may feel obligated to put on a brave face
- 1:07:16or carry on as if they are unaffected by the experience. I think,
- 1:07:25um, you might also want to point out, and I don't know if
- 1:07:30this would even serve this letter, well, because if you've this is amazing
- 1:07:35so far. But you know, I think I would bring up something about
- 1:07:44how when you know these these hot lines, right like, if you've been
- 1:07:48a an abuse victim called these hot lines, Well, when men call,
- 1:07:54what did they get told? They said, oh, well, look you're
- 1:07:57an abut and you need you need anger management, press this button, you
- 1:08:00know what I mean? They think they get treated like they can't be victims
- 1:08:06exactly exactly. So even if there is help where is it? How do
- 1:08:12they find it? Because it seems like they just get shocked and job at
- 1:08:16every turn, you know it. Yeah, And when you're in that situation,
- 1:08:23when you if god, if you've even got the temerity about you,
- 1:08:28if you've even got your what's about you to try and find help? What?
- 1:08:33How does it feel when everywhere you turn you get shown the door or
- 1:08:38get told that you're the problem? You know? That actually is a really
- 1:08:44important point. And I think after after they say they may feel obligated to
- 1:08:50put on a brave face and carry on as if they feel unaffected by the
- 1:08:54experience, I'm gonna have to say something about um, them having to look
- 1:09:01harder for help. Yeah, yeah, this, let's see this predisposition two.
- 1:09:16Difficulty in seeking help is compounded by a lack of availability are available resources
- 1:09:36for men and maybe not lack, but a dearth of available resources for men.
- 1:09:47And I'll add that at the end of or after the end of that
- 1:09:50sentence and point out how does one go about searching extra hard for what one
- 1:10:04isn't inclined to seek and what society isn't inclined to provide? Yes, here
- 1:10:35we go. Okay, so going on evidence, shows that many are profoundly
- 1:10:42affected. According to the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network, common experiences
- 1:10:48shared by men and boys who have experienced sexual assault include anxiety, depression,
- 1:10:55post traumatic stress disorder, flashbacks, and eating disorders, Avoiding people or places
- 1:11:01that remind them of the assault or abuse, concerns or questions about sexual orientation,
- 1:11:08fear of the worst happening, and having a sense of a shortened future,
- 1:11:15feeling less of a man or that they no longer have control over their
- 1:11:19own body, feeling on edge, being unable to relax, and having difficulties
- 1:11:26sleeping. A sense of blame or shame over not being able to stop the
- 1:11:32assault or abuse, especially if they experienced an erection or ejaculation, withdrawal from
- 1:11:40relationships or friendships, and an increased sense of isolation, worrying about disclosing,
- 1:11:46fear or judgment or disbelief. Fear of judgment or disbelief. A review published
- 1:11:58in the Journal of the American Medical Association in nineteen ninety eight by William C.
- 1:12:02Holmes, m D, mc or MSCE and Gail B. Slap,
- 1:12:08md, MS sexual Abuse of Boys Definition, Prevalence, chorulates, sequely and
- 1:12:15Management, noted that sexually abused boys, including those who did not consider themselves
- 1:12:20victims, presented an increased rate of a broad range of issues indicating trauma.
- 1:12:27They reported that sexually abused boys experienced twice the rate of low self esteem,
- 1:12:32behavioral problems, and it a social personality disorder. They are four times as
- 1:12:39likely to experience major depression and could be up to fourteen times more likely to
- 1:12:45attempt suicide, twice as likely to run away from home or have legal problems,
- 1:12:49and three times more likely to have bulimia. Are up to five times
- 1:12:55as likely to report sexually related problems, including sexual dysfunct. The reviewers also
- 1:13:05found an increased rate of post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, borderline personality
- 1:13:13disorder, paranoia, dissociation, somatization, that's for anybody, it doesn't know.
- 1:13:19That's like sleep disorders, anger, aggressive behavior, and poor performance,
- 1:13:29poor school performance, gender role confusion, and insecurity about animate partner relationships with
- 1:13:34both men and women. A publication titled Sexual Assault Males by the National Center
- 1:13:45for PTSD makes similar statements about both adult and underage male victims, including the
- 1:13:51fact that men and boys who have been sexually assaulted are more likely to suffer
- 1:13:57from PTSD, anxiety disorders, depressions, substance abuse, and a tendency to
- 1:14:01engage in risky behavior than those who have never been abused sexually. The impact
- 1:14:06is clear, it is just not as widely acknowledged. It should not be,
- 1:14:15or it should be unnecessary to address the question of whether sexual violence against
- 1:14:19male victims is common enough to merit legislative change. A crime does not have
- 1:14:27to be common to be a violation of the right of its victims or an
- 1:14:31act for which its perpetrators must be accountable. However, it would not matter
- 1:14:38if rarity would excuse ignoring the loophole. Researcher Laura Stemple, evaluating data from
- 1:14:44national intimate partner and sexual violence surveys, found that sexual violence against male victims
- 1:14:49is more common than many would believe. According to a report, when victims
- 1:14:55who were made to penetrate were taken into consideration, the rates of non and
- 1:15:00sensual sexual contact basically equalized between the sexes. Just about as many male respondents
- 1:15:06reported having been victimized as female respondents. Meanwhile, a twenty seventeen report on
- 1:15:13sexually violent women published in the official Journal of the International Society for the Study
- 1:15:17of Individual Differences found that overall, ten percent of women reported perpetrating sexual violence.
- 1:15:27Let me reread that sentence for you guys. Yeah. Meanwhile, a
- 1:15:32twenty seventeen report on sexually violent women published in the official Journal of the International
- 1:15:40Society for the Study of Individual Differences found that overall, ten percent of women
- 1:15:47reported perpetrating sexual violence. Remember that M and m's thing that the feminists like
- 1:15:55to say about men and rape. M et Yeah, poisonous bitches speak,
- 1:16:06and I am insulted and offended. There you go. If the rate of
- 1:16:16female victim experiences and the presumed rate of male perpetration have constituted an emergency that
- 1:16:24must be addressed with legislation, policy funding, and information campaigns, then would
- 1:16:30the same not be true of the equally high rate of male victim experiences and
- 1:16:36female perpetration. At the very least, state law penalizing the crime of rape
- 1:16:44must not discriminate by failing to protect male victims or reducing the accountability of female
- 1:16:50perpetrators. So here's where we get to the request. I've given all that
- 1:16:57information, made all those arguments, made all those points. Now I'm going
- 1:17:03to tell them what I think needs to be changed. In light of the
- 1:17:12existing loophole and the danger it presents to men and boys, we petition Ohio's
- 1:17:17representatives to do the following two things, and there's two bullet points. The
- 1:17:24first one is update the state's definition of sexual conduct under section two nine zero
- 1:17:30seven point zero one of the Ohio Revised Code to include acts of sexual imposition
- 1:17:39that involve oral, anal, or vagual envelopment, no matter how slight of
- 1:17:45the victim's penis, so that doing these actions without the victim's consent would unquestionably
- 1:17:53be considered rape under section two nine o seven point o two. The reason
- 1:17:59I worded it that is because currently that section designates that definition to be just
- 1:18:06acts of sexual imposition then involve oral, anal or penetration, or involve penetration,
- 1:18:16no matter how slight of the oral cavity, the anal cavity, or
- 1:18:23the vagina. So instead of saying that that penetration only affects women, now
- 1:18:33we're talking about the victim being forced to penetrate. The second bullet point is
- 1:18:43create a legal pathway and reasonable time frame for rape victims to terminate their parental
- 1:18:49rights and responsibilities toward a child conceived during their rape upon conviction of the perpetrator.
- 1:18:59Victim should be able to do this without requiring agreement from the perpetrator or
- 1:19:04having to fulfill any requirement other than to establish that the child was conceived during
- 1:19:12the crime for which their perpetrator was convicted, so that basically, like,
- 1:19:18feminists have argued that men shouldn't be able to do this because then all quote
- 1:19:23unquote deadbeat dads, which I don't believe there's such a thing as a deadbeat
- 1:19:27deadbeat dad. I think if you bring a child into that circumstance as a
- 1:19:31woman and you know that you're inflicting that status on a man, you're the
- 1:19:35deadbeat. But feminists have argued that all quote unquote deadbeat dads will just accuse
- 1:19:43woman of rape, sorry, which I think is projection, like, oh,
- 1:19:51if they have this victim status they can use to get out of responsibility,
- 1:19:58they'll make false allegations. Well why would you think that, right?
- 1:20:02Right? But if it requires a conviction, that's a different story. You
- 1:20:11know, obviously they would have to then go to court and testify, they
- 1:20:15would have to have made a police report. They're going to have to go
- 1:20:20through what a rape victim goes through when they go through the system to hold
- 1:20:28their perpetrator accountable before they can use that that system to to terminate their parental
- 1:20:40rights. But I think that's fair. I think you shouldn't be able to
- 1:20:45to use allegations of rape to terminate parental rights in either direction, whether you
- 1:20:54know it's the victim terminating his own or the state terminating the perpetrators, without
- 1:21:01proving that that's what really happened, that it was definitely a rate that should
- 1:21:06require proof, right, So that's basically those Those are my two requests.
- 1:21:12Myn I finish up with, there's no valid excuse not to do this.
- 1:21:15Ohio law should not include discrimination against either sex. Please take quick action to
- 1:21:21eliminate this embarrassing and intolerable blemish on our states relationship with its citizens. Thank
- 1:21:30you for your kind attention. And then I have some links at the bottom
- 1:21:34here to one is, one is to a study that I referenced, One
- 1:21:45is to the Simple study, and then one is to the homes and Slap
- 1:21:56study for male victims. And I'll probably put some more links in there because
- 1:22:00I did reference some other things so that you know, if if the people
- 1:22:08that I send this to want to look and confirm that the sources say what
- 1:22:13I'm saying that they say, then they'll be able to do that. Dean
- 1:22:19Domino twenty five gave us four ninety nine and said, false allegations are tools.
- 1:22:25Are their tools to use if you let men terminate parental rights, who
- 1:22:29are taking their toys away to why they're so against it. Yeah, you're
- 1:22:32probably right. You're probably right. So I'm going to keep this article up.
- 1:22:42I'm going to keep the obviously, the live stream will be will remain
- 1:22:46up, and I'll keep looking at comments on the live stream and everything.
- 1:22:53If I make a lot of changes, then we may have a follow up
- 1:22:57reading next week. But within the next few weeks, I'm going to finalize
- 1:23:01this and when I have a petition to ask you guys to sign, I
- 1:23:09will make an announcement of that in a future episode, So it should be
- 1:23:14sometime this month because I want to get this ball rolling as quickly as possible.
- 1:23:19This is, in my opinion, this is a very serious situation and
- 1:23:26it's been this way for a year. So just saying that before we go
- 1:23:30on, any super Chows and and any Brave or Brave keep wanting to call
- 1:23:36rumble Brave because I use Brave browser, but any any rumble rants since that,
- 1:23:42I just wanted to make sure and mention that. So just sort of
- 1:23:45watch this spot or listen listen to the show future episodes listening for me to
- 1:23:54update this and let's see there's a super chat channel, all right, and
- 1:24:05there is all right. After Brian typed done from the super chats from his
- 1:24:14show, somebody posted another at ten ten thirty in the morning, fifteen dollars
- 1:24:20for the fundraiser that ended yesterday. That was not Fabor four fifty one UM.
- 1:24:26Sorry for being late and not favor Thank you very much. Meredith g
- 1:24:31gave us five dollars at showtime today and said, HBr Talk two seventy two
- 1:24:38honey for the Badgers. Thanks for the thought provoking conversation. Zapier gave us
- 1:24:44five dollars and said, if we can't view mails as victims when their genitals
- 1:24:48are mutilated, I can see why people would minimize female and male male rape.
- 1:24:56That's that is that is true. Like we we live in the United
- 1:25:00States, we live in an environment where it has been not just legal,
- 1:25:12but socially accepted and common for degloving part of the genitalia of infant boys as
- 1:25:28a as a medical treatment for like ninety years something like that. It's it's
- 1:25:38been there have been campaigns to promote that, and there's been research funded specifically
- 1:25:47for the purpose of making it look like an important thing to do. Like
- 1:25:55how it's it's It is an uphill battle to get people to understand the attacks
- 1:26:00on men. Genital attacks on men are as egregious as they are on women.
- 1:26:10Yeah, but he goes on and says it's only when it's done to
- 1:26:15females it's viewed as atrocious. Child gender reaffirming is now called mutilation. But
- 1:26:21intactivists have been calling MGM child mutilations for decades. But now that girls are
- 1:26:30regretting their decision to mutilate themselves as getting attention. I've been seeing intactivists not
- 1:26:35advocating against MGM as much because they're more concerned with masstectomy and FtM bottom surgery.
- 1:26:45Yeah, we should be able to recognize that all of those all of
- 1:26:54those things should not be done to children. If an adult decides they want
- 1:26:59to do that to their body, it's it's their choice. They're an adult,
- 1:27:01they're ready. You know. Obviously, a lot of PsychEval would need
- 1:27:05to be done if if somebody hadn't come to that adult and said, hey,
- 1:27:10look, you have a medical problem that necessitates this. But aside from
- 1:27:17you know that that caveat that, you know, you definitely want to try
- 1:27:23to dissuade that kind of thing, even in adults. In children, it's
- 1:27:29there should be no question. They can't consent to that. They don't they're
- 1:27:32not able to fully praise the consequences and the severity of changes that are going
- 1:27:39to happen to them. Like that's bologny. But of course there's politics attached
- 1:27:45to it. So and of course since it's being done to girls more often
- 1:27:50now than it was before, because most transgender surgeries were done on male patients
- 1:28:00up until about mid you know, like mid twenty teens, he started seeing
- 1:28:08a huge uptick in Canada in female to male transgender status, mostly among autistic
- 1:28:18girls. Big push there for some reason. But in any case, yeah,
- 1:28:25that that definitely is another area where we should be seeing, we should
- 1:28:30be seeing more people to come together on that, and it should get people
- 1:28:34to recognize that, you know, we've really, we really paved a way
- 1:28:41for that by condoning the cutting of baby boys Genitalia unnecessarily. Richard Bier gave
- 1:28:51us five dollars and said, there's a thing where the absence of a biological
- 1:28:56father is strongly correlated with early onset. Minarsh Oh, Yes, yes,
- 1:29:00that's true. That is true. Girls will become more will become ready to
- 1:29:08have babies earlier physically, at least earlier in their lives if they don't have
- 1:29:14a father in the home. This could be due to the absence of identifying
- 1:29:16pheromones in the environment, which would cause someone to go into reproductive mode at
- 1:29:20an earlier age. And it's probably, in my opinion, and I'm commenting
- 1:29:28on him again, in my opinion, that's probably an evolutionary thing because in
- 1:29:36the course of although there's evidence that hunter gather societies, actually we're not gender
- 1:29:44divided the way people thought they were. The protectiveness of men cannot be denied,
- 1:29:50and a female without a male to protect her might be more likely to
- 1:29:59go into reproductive mode because that would net her a male to protect her um.
- 1:30:05But he goes on on an unrelated note, the city of Lucid,
- 1:30:10Ohio has had to lock the park a ed and a cabinet that you have
- 1:30:15to call nine one one to get access code to open it from because it
- 1:30:18keeps getting stolen. Oh man, that's that's a defibrillator for um, the
- 1:30:30general public. That that's it electrocutes you or not electrocutes you, but it
- 1:30:34shocks you to start you restart your heart. People are stealing the emergency medical
- 1:30:41treatment device. Cheese. Jesus Zaper gave us ten dollars and said, so
- 1:30:46a male that forces the victim to give them oral, uh, and then
- 1:30:53then it is rape. But if they force to give if they force us
- 1:31:00to yeah, he's what he's commenting on. If a male perpetrator forces a
- 1:31:06female victim to give them oral, or a male victim to give them oral,
- 1:31:10it is rape. But if a female perpetrator forces the victim, a
- 1:31:15male victim to give them oral, it's not rape because he's forced to penetrate.
- 1:31:24M if And if a female victim forcibly engages an oral on a male
- 1:31:31victim, it's not rape because again she's forcing him to penetrate. So yeah,
- 1:31:39that's that's the situation now in Ohio. UM. And unfortunately that's that's
- 1:31:46not going to change until we persuade legislators to get more specific more explicit in
- 1:31:53the law, because the state legislature apparently interprets it that if men are not
- 1:32:00mentioned specifically, they're not included. Um find my brave for my rumble.
- 1:32:10I did it again. Sorry guys. See here, where's the stream?
- 1:32:16All right? And I see excuse me, sorry, I see chat,
- 1:32:26don't see super chats are super rumbles, rumble rants. Um Mister three or
- 1:32:32three says they pull me back in uh mereda. She says, yes they
- 1:32:36did, and has a little whale post um somebody who posted hormones who r
- 1:32:43e moans what you guys know the joke, right? You know how to
- 1:32:48make a hormone? Don't pay he don't pay her? Oh and I'm sorry
- 1:32:55Betty Adams mentioned. Is she breaking up voice for anyone else? Yeah?
- 1:32:58I probably am um, and hopefully hopefully that no will not be so bad
- 1:33:05next next show. But that I think is all of our super chows super
- 1:33:13chats. There's no paid rumble rants to read. So thanks everybody for listening.
- 1:33:18I know this was a rough listen because the stuff I'm talking about is
- 1:33:21infuriating and depressing, but it's it's a situation that I think is changeable and
- 1:33:29I'm hoping that if we point these things out to legislators that they will make
- 1:33:35the law. They'll change the wording of the law so that it will explicitly
- 1:33:42hold perpetrators who violate men and boys accountable, and it will it will explicitly
- 1:33:48hold female perpetrators accountable, and it will prevent the state from imposing child support
- 1:33:57obligation on rape victims. And with that, you know, thanks everybody for
- 1:34:04listening to all of that. Thanks to my two co hosts. Thanks to
- 1:34:09anybody that's commenting on this, and uh, you know, anybody that leaves
- 1:34:12a comment on the video. I'll be continuing to look out for potential thanks
- 1:34:18to add or rewarding or anything that you think should be done. Thanks to
- 1:34:24everybody who works in the background to make HBr Talk happen. And good night
- 1:34:28all. Heyk y'all.
