Mega Edition: Jes Staley Was Maxwell's Guy At JP Morgan (10/31/26) · Beyond The Horizon

Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. One of the more
• 0:04
Speaker 1: ridiculous claims in the new legal filings by Prince Andrew
• 0:08
Speaker 1: is him actually trying to tell us that him and
• 0:11
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell weren't homies. It is one of the most
• 0:16
Speaker 1: absurd claims I've heard in quite some time, and folks,
• 0:19
Speaker 1: we've heard them all since we've been following this case.
• 0:24
Speaker 1: But Prince Andrew is adamant in these court filings that
• 0:27
Speaker 1: him and Ghislaine Maxwell, you know, they were just casual friends.
• 0:31
Speaker 1: You know, pass you by in the bar, give you
• 0:33
Speaker 1: a nod of the head as you're going to get
• 0:34
Speaker 1: a pint, and keep it moving type friends, I guess. Meanwhile,
• 0:39
Speaker 1: the facts tell a completely different story. Tonight, we're going
• 0:42
Speaker 1: to talk about an article from The Mirror that points
• 0:45
Speaker 1: to nine different times Ghislaine Maxwell and Prince Andrew were
• 0:50
Speaker 1: looking pretty chummy. But we're also going to discuss an
• 0:53
Speaker 1: article from the New York Post about Jess Staley before
• 0:57
Speaker 1: we even dive in about Prince Andrew and his cozy
• 1:01
Speaker 1: relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell. Now, Jess Staley is, well, I
• 1:08
Speaker 1: guess I should say was one of the most powerful
• 1:11
Speaker 1: men in the financial world. This dude was the gatekeeper
• 1:16
Speaker 1: over at JP Morgan for a very, very long time.
• 1:21
Speaker 1: He ran the investment banking division over at JP Morgan.
• 1:25
Speaker 1: And that is where all of the big shots come,
• 1:28
Speaker 1: you know, to do their wheeling and dealing with their money.
• 1:31
Speaker 1: They come in and, you know, these guys manage the
• 1:34
Speaker 1: money for them, make transactions, whatever it may be. This
• 1:38
Speaker 1: is what the division is there for. And Jeff Staley
• 1:41
Speaker 1: was the guy who was the big shot over there. Mr.
• 1:45
Speaker 1: Head Honcho, Mr. Dude in Charge. And him and Jeffrey
• 1:49
Speaker 1: Epstein were really close. another one of those relationships that
• 1:53
Speaker 1: doesn't get the kind of spotlight that it deserves. And
• 1:57
Speaker 1: it certainly does deserve a whole lot of spotlight, just
• 2:00
Speaker 1: like the situation with Leon Black. When you have somebody
• 2:03
Speaker 1: like Jeffrey Epstein, and he has access to movers and
• 2:06
Speaker 1: shakers like this in the financial world, what are we
• 2:10
Speaker 1: supposed to think when these people are lobbying for him,
• 2:14
Speaker 1: when these people are giving him $ 158 million for, I'm
• 2:15
Speaker 1: using air quotes right now, folks, What are we supposed
• 2:21
Speaker 1: to think? That it's all on the up and up?
• 2:24
Speaker 1: That these guys are just, you know, chums and they're
• 2:26
Speaker 1: hanging out, having a chat like the rest of us over,
• 2:30
Speaker 1: you know, crispy taco night? Nobody's buying it. Nobody believes
• 2:34
Speaker 1: that BS. And I'm not going to sit here and
• 2:37
Speaker 1: tell you that, you know, there's a room full of
• 2:39
Speaker 1: six people who are sitting around, you know, controlling the
• 2:42
Speaker 1: world or anything like that. I'll leave that to other people.
• 2:45
Speaker 1: That's out of my lane. But what I will tell
• 2:48
Speaker 1: you is this. People like Jess Staley, people like Leon Black,
• 2:52
Speaker 1: those people really hold the keys. If you're in control
• 2:55
Speaker 1: of the financial world, if you're in control of the way,
• 3:01
Speaker 1: you know, the money is moving through the banking system,
• 3:05
Speaker 1: That would give you a lot of power, wouldn't it?
• 3:07
Speaker 1: And when you have some of the biggest people in
• 3:09
Speaker 1: the world in this industry hanging out with Epstein and
• 3:16
Speaker 1: facilitating his financial malfeasance, what are we supposed to say?
• 3:20
Speaker 1: Are we just supposed to just say, forget it, turn
• 3:23
Speaker 1: our heads and say, ah, no big deal. Usually that's
• 3:25
Speaker 1: what we would do, right? If it was just the
• 3:27
Speaker 1: usual stealing and evading taxes and all of that jazz,
• 3:31
Speaker 1: shrug our shoulders and move on. We have bigger problems,
• 3:33
Speaker 1: all of us. got to feed our families, and we
• 3:36
Speaker 1: got to continue to pay the poor people's tax, right?
• 3:39
Speaker 1: But they messed up. They really messed up when they
• 3:42
Speaker 1: thought that they were going to get over on us
• 3:43
Speaker 1: with this one. When they thought that the Jeffrey Epstein
• 3:46
Speaker 1: stuff was just going to blow over and everybody was
• 3:48
Speaker 1: going to forget about it. That's not the case. Nobody's
• 3:52
Speaker 1: forgetting about it. People want answers and people like this
• 3:56
Speaker 1: who were connected to Epstein, who were lobbying for him,
• 4:02
Speaker 1: at a huge firm like JP Morgan should be held
• 4:05
Speaker 1: to account. And I know he lost his job at Barclays, right?
• 4:08
Speaker 1: That's a good first step. But why haven't we had
• 4:11
Speaker 1: a real look into the financials here? You mean to
• 4:14
Speaker 1: tell me all of the financial transactions Epstein was moving
• 4:18
Speaker 1: through this bank were on the up and up? We
• 4:20
Speaker 1: already know that's not the case. We've already seen the
• 4:23
Speaker 1: fines that these banks have got slapped with for their malfeasance,
• 4:28
Speaker 1: for not respecting the FinCEN process. But none of these bankers,
• 4:33
Speaker 1: the men in charge, the women in charge, the people
• 4:36
Speaker 1: at the top, when do any of them get held accountable?
• 4:40
Speaker 1: Nobody goes to prison. None of these people ever go
• 4:42
Speaker 1: to prison. And that's because they're the ones that are
• 4:45
Speaker 1: holding the bag. And we all know what happens when
• 4:49
Speaker 1: a president gets elected in America. Inevitably, his whole entire cabinet,
• 4:54
Speaker 1: transition staff, all of it, is filled with people from
• 4:57
Speaker 1: the financial sector. And then you wonder why. The wheel
• 5:01
Speaker 1: just continues to go around and around. All right, so
• 5:05
Speaker 1: we're going to talk about this article real quick from
• 5:07
Speaker 1: the New York Post and Jess Staley. It's a relatively
• 5:11
Speaker 1: short article. That's why we're doing it at the top
• 5:13
Speaker 1: end here of this episode and not doing an episode
• 5:16
Speaker 1: for this article alone. I don't think there's any point
• 5:19
Speaker 1: in doing an 11-minute episode, so we'll just tack it
• 5:22
Speaker 1: on here and then we'll add the other article right
• 5:25
Speaker 1: here to the back end. This article was... authored by
• 5:30
Speaker 1: Lydia Moynihan, and it was posted in the New York Post. Headline,
• 5:37
Speaker 1: ousted Barclays CEO Jess Daly reportedly backed Epstein at JP Morgan.
• 5:43
Speaker 1: I mean, it's just crazy. JP Morgan's like this gigantic house,
• 5:47
Speaker 1: you know, big time financial institution. And this is the
• 5:52
Speaker 1: sort of stuff they're really getting up to. When all
• 5:55
Speaker 1: of the nonsense and, you know, the curtains are pulled
• 5:58
Speaker 1: back and you peel their face off when they're talking
• 6:01
Speaker 1: about how woke they are or whatever, really what they're
• 6:04
Speaker 1: doing is they're trying to refocus all of our energy
• 6:08
Speaker 1: and all of our, oh, you know, rage, if you will,
• 6:12
Speaker 1: at each other as opposed to them. And they got
• 6:16
Speaker 1: a good glimpse of what was going on during Occupy
• 6:19
Speaker 1: Wall Street and they understood that there was a groundswell
• 6:22
Speaker 1: coming against them. So they changed their tactics, meaning corporate America, right?
• 6:27
Speaker 1: And places like JP Morgan and these banking institutions. Let's
• 6:30
Speaker 1: put on a friendlier face. But just because they say
• 6:33
Speaker 1: that that's what they are, just because they say that they're,
• 6:36
Speaker 1: you know, hip to the times, we all know that
• 6:39
Speaker 1: BS walks, right? It's a lot of BS from these companies.
• 6:45
Speaker 1: Because when you look at the way they conduct business,
• 6:48
Speaker 1: it's the same old or even worse than usual. Recently
• 6:54
Speaker 1: ousted Barclays CEO Jess Staley went to bat for convicted
• 6:57
Speaker 1: sex offender Jeffrey Epstein when he ran the investment banking
• 7:01
Speaker 1: division at J.P. Morgan, according to a report. J.P. Morgan
• 7:05
Speaker 1: was examining whether to boot Epstein as a client because
• 7:08
Speaker 1: of his 13-month prison sentence tied to soliciting sex from
• 7:12
Speaker 1: a minor, meaning having sex with an underage girl, soliciting
• 7:15
Speaker 1: sex from a minor. What an absolutely ridiculous charge. An
• 7:19
Speaker 1: absolutely ridiculous charge. There's no such thing as soliciting sex
• 7:23
Speaker 1: from a minor. You're committing, you know, if it is
• 7:28
Speaker 1: under a certain age, you're committing rape, statutory rape at
• 7:32
Speaker 1: the very least. But Staley, who ran the Giants investment bank,
• 7:42
Speaker 1: argued that Epstein had paid his debt to society and
• 7:44
Speaker 1: should remain a client, according to the report Wednesday in
• 7:47
Speaker 1: the Financial Times. I mean, yeah, he really paid his
• 7:50
Speaker 1: debt to society, huh, folks? Had to check into the
• 7:53
Speaker 1: jail for a couple hours a day, was able to
• 7:55
Speaker 1: run around, still conduct business, go to his office, and
• 7:58
Speaker 1: according to some survivors, continue to abuse people while there
• 8:01
Speaker 1: was a sheriff on duty. But nah, nothing was amiss
• 8:05
Speaker 1: down there in Palm Beach either. I mean, really, he
• 8:07
Speaker 1: paid his debt to society, huh? There's not enough punishment
• 8:11
Speaker 1: on this planet for this dude to repay his debt
• 8:15
Speaker 1: to society. And forget that, his debt to these survivors.
• 8:22
Speaker 1: Staley's efforts came after Epstein was convicted in 2008, according
• 8:24
Speaker 1: to the FT. JPMorgan eventually severed its relationship with Epstein
• 8:31
Speaker 1: in 2013, the same year Staley departed the JPM for
• 8:35
Speaker 1: a new job at a hedge fund before rising to
• 8:39
Speaker 1: run Barclays in 2015. Now, I guess it's just another coincidence, right?
• 8:45
Speaker 1: That's what people want to, that's what they'll tell you. Oh,
• 8:47
Speaker 1: it's just another coincidence. Me? I don't know what to
• 8:50
Speaker 1: call it. Sure are a lot of coincidences in this case.
• 8:54
Speaker 1: Camera's not pointing at the jail cell. He happens to
• 8:57
Speaker 1: leave in 2013, right when the relationship with Epstein ends.
• 9:00
Speaker 1: You know, just a coincidence, I guess, folks. But really
• 9:04
Speaker 1: what's going on here is you see the correlation. The
• 9:07
Speaker 1: relationship with Epstein and Jess Staley, it was a tight one.
• 9:12
Speaker 1: And Staley was a huge, huge deal when it comes
• 9:15
Speaker 1: to making the money move. Staley's support for Epstein at J.P.
• 9:20
Speaker 1: Morgan underscores his longstanding ties to the disgraced financier, pedophile,
• 9:25
Speaker 1: and how he advocated on Epstein's behalf well before it
• 9:28
Speaker 1: resulted in Staley's exit from Barclays late last year. In November,
• 9:33
Speaker 1: reports surfaced that Staley and Epstein had exchanged around 1,200
• 9:36
Speaker 1: emails during Staley's 30-year tenure at J.P. Morgan. Some emails
• 9:41
Speaker 1: revealed questionable and unexplained phrases like snow white, according to
• 9:45
Speaker 1: the F.T., And we talked about this too, Snow White.
• 9:49
Speaker 1: I mean, look, you can delve into a lot of
• 9:51
Speaker 1: different things when you're talking about code words and find
• 9:55
Speaker 1: yourself down a lot of rabbit holes. But they're obviously
• 9:59
Speaker 1: using some kind of code. of code here, okay? Now,
• 10:01
Speaker 1: I'm not one of the wind talkers. I'm not going
• 10:03
Speaker 1: to sit here and tell you, oh, I got my
• 10:05
Speaker 1: little decoder ring out of the Cheerio box and I
• 10:08
Speaker 1: figured it all out. But they're obviously up to something.
• 10:12
Speaker 1: Staley stepped down from Barclays in November after he reviewed
• 10:15
Speaker 1: initial findings from a probe by UK regulators into whether
• 10:19
Speaker 1: he had mischaracterized his relationship with Epstein as purely professional,
• 10:23
Speaker 1: according to the FT. Staley is contesting the findings. JP
• 10:28
Speaker 1: Morgan declined to comment to the FT. A spokesman for
• 10:31
Speaker 1: Staley also declined to comment. Shocking, right? And they'll get
• 10:35
Speaker 1: away with it. Nobody will hound these people. No way.
• 10:38
Speaker 1: They're too busy covering the Stormy Daniels case. Staley has
• 10:43
Speaker 1: stated his relationship with Epstein fizzled following the banker's departure
• 10:47
Speaker 1: from JP Morgan. And that's an ongoing theme too, right? Oh,
• 10:50
Speaker 1: our relationship fizzled. Our relationship ended. Shocking. But even after
• 10:56
Speaker 1: he left the bank, helmed by Jamie Dimon, he visited
• 10:59
Speaker 1: Epstein at his private island in the Caribbean, Little St. James,
• 11:02
Speaker 1: according to reports. And I, you know, Jamie Dimon will
• 11:05
Speaker 1: never get called on the carpet for this either. Never. Never. He's,
• 11:08
Speaker 1: you know, one of the golden boys for all of
• 11:11
Speaker 1: the political class. Remember, folks, who's holding the bag here?
• 11:14
  Speaker 1: It ain't you. What, you think your $ 100, $ 200 donation
• 11:17
Speaker 1: to insert politician here is moving the needle? They're not
• 11:21
Speaker 1: accepting your call when you call their office, are they?
• 11:23
Speaker 1: You're getting a staffer. You think Jamie Dimon gets a
• 11:27
Speaker 1: staffer if he calls the office of whatever politician he's
• 11:30
Speaker 1: looking to talk to? Staley worked at Blue Mountain Capital
• 11:34
Speaker 1: from 2013 to 2015 before nabbing the top job at
• 11:39
Speaker 1: Barclays in 2015. Meanwhile, Epstein began working with Deutsche Bank
• 11:45
Speaker 1: in 2013, according to the FT, after being cut off
• 11:49
Speaker 1: by J.P. Morgan following Staley's departure from J.P. Morgan. Epstein
• 11:53
Speaker 1: died in 2019 in prison. As he awaited trial on charges,
• 11:58
Speaker 1: he sex trafficked minors. Now, Deutsche Bank is just a
• 12:02
Speaker 1: den of scum and villainy. And they've been slapped with
• 12:05
Speaker 1: so many fines that it's not even funny. And now
• 12:08
Speaker 1: my question is, how many people have they hit with
• 12:10
Speaker 1: the poor people tax? And what I mean by the
• 12:13
Speaker 1: poor people tax is the inflated rates of borrowing, the
• 12:19
Speaker 1: finance rates. How many people have they absolutely hammered with
• 12:23
  Speaker 1: a 20% rate on a car for a piece of
• 12:25
Speaker 1: garbage car that's hardly going to last? These people are
• 12:30
Speaker 1: just gross, honestly. At this level, when we're talking about
• 12:34
Speaker 1: this level of banker and the way they conduct themselves,
• 12:36
Speaker 1: you think they care about the survivors or that Jeffrey
• 12:39
Speaker 1: Epstein was a convicted sex offender? No way. He brought
• 12:44
Speaker 1: more money to their pockets, more prestige, opened some more doors,
• 12:47
Speaker 1: had some more relationships built for them. And like I
• 12:51
Speaker 1: always say, with people like this, the means always justifies
• 12:55
Speaker 1: the ends. And to the rest of us, we look
• 12:58
Speaker 1: around and we just shake our heads like, really? One's
• 13:00
Speaker 1: enough enough? Don't you people have enough money? Don't you
• 13:02
Speaker 1: have enough power? But for them, the answer is always no. Now,
• 13:07
Speaker 1: Jess Daly is somebody I've been talking about for a
• 13:10
Speaker 1: long time. And before the pandemic, I said that he
• 13:14
Speaker 1: was in big trouble back then. And it took a
• 13:16
Speaker 1: little while, obviously. Barclays was trying to right the ship,
• 13:21
Speaker 1: if you will, during the pandemic and didn't want to
• 13:23
Speaker 1: upset the apple cart. But the writing was on the wall.
• 13:27
Speaker 1: And it's no shock to me that he's out, especially
• 13:29
Speaker 1: considering we know how much deeper his relationship with Epstein
• 13:33
Speaker 1: went than they even let on. So that's where we're
• 13:36
Speaker 1: at with Jeff Staley and the situation he finds himself
• 13:40
Speaker 1: in currently. Now, on to our next article from The Mirror.
• 13:46
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Alana Kindred. Headline, nine times
• 13:51
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell look like good pals as
• 13:55
Speaker 1: he denies closeness. Now, we talked about this a little
• 13:59
Speaker 1: bit earlier. What a ridiculous claim. How are you going
• 14:01
Speaker 1: to say to anybody that you and Ghislaine Maxwell weren't close?
• 14:05
Speaker 1: It's so ridiculous that his lawyers would even add this.
• 14:09
Speaker 1: I just don't even know what to say about it, honestly.
• 14:14
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is strongly denied he was close friends with
• 14:17
Speaker 1: now convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell. At least I got
• 14:20
Speaker 1: it right and called her a convicted sex trafficker here.
• 14:22
Speaker 1: That's a good start. The Duke of York's reported attempt
• 14:26
Speaker 1: to distance himself from Maxwell comes as he has demanded
• 14:29
Speaker 1: a trial by combat, I mean a trial by jury,
• 14:32
Speaker 1: denying to a New York court a catalog of sex
• 14:34
Speaker 1: abuse allegations brought by his accuser, Virginia Roberts. So, obviously,
• 14:41
Speaker 1: that was the first salvo for him answering these accusations
• 14:45
Speaker 1: and giving us this ridiculousness that we're talking about still tonight.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: On December 29th, Maxwell, 60, was found guilty of offenses
• 14:54
Speaker 1: relating to her work as a fixer for the Duke's associate,
• 14:57
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted pedophile and billionaire. She faces up
• 15:01
Speaker 1: to 65 years in prison. So, couple things. Duke's associate,
• 15:06
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein? They were both the Duke's associates, okay? And
• 15:10
Speaker 1: I would say that he was probably closer to Ghislaine
• 15:12
Speaker 1: Maxwell than he was to Epstein, even. Let's remember, Ghislaine
• 15:15
Speaker 1: Maxwell was the gatekeeper to the social climb ladder. Miss
• 15:23
Speaker 1: Roberts claims that Epstein and Maxwell made her have sex
• 15:27
Speaker 1: with the Duke three times when she was 17, including
• 15:30
Speaker 1: once in London. Prince Andrew has always strongly denied the allegations.
• 15:35
Speaker 1: But up until now, it was a very generic version
• 15:38
Speaker 1: of denial, right? Well, he dropped his formal denial, and
• 15:42
Speaker 1: I guess you can see why he kept it generic
• 15:44
Speaker 1: for so long. Because he has nothing to go on.
• 15:48
Speaker 1: In an 11-page response to Ms. Roberts' lawsuit yesterday, Andrew
• 15:52
Speaker 1: denied wrongdoing, but he did say in this document that
• 15:56
Speaker 1: he met Epstein in or around 1999. The Prince refuted
• 16:00
Speaker 1: her major claims while admitting to befriending Epstein, but denied
• 16:05
Speaker 1: he was ever a close pal of British socialite Maxwell.
• 16:09
Speaker 1: Trafficker Maxwell, you mean. And again, absolutely ridiculous, ludicrous, moronic, stupid, gaslighting,
• 16:17
Speaker 1: whatever you want to call it. It's all of that
• 16:20
Speaker 1: because we know it's not the case. We've seen the pictures.
• 16:24
Speaker 1: The Duke, 61, said it was not true. And it
• 16:28
Speaker 1: was not true that he was a frequent guest of
• 16:30
Speaker 1: Epstein's various homes around the world, including New York City,
• 16:33
Speaker 1: where he sexually abused Virginia Roberts at Epstein and Maxwell's
• 16:37
Speaker 1: invitation when she was a minor. Andrew's strenuous denials of
• 16:42
Speaker 1: not being close with Maxwell comes years after the pair
• 16:45
Speaker 1: have been photographed together on multiple occasions around the world.
• 16:49
Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, around the world? Everywhere you can imagine
• 16:53
Speaker 1: these two have been photographed together. They had a long
• 16:56
Speaker 1: history together, folks, and you don't have access to the
• 16:59
Speaker 1: palace the way she did or to the property the
• 17:01
Speaker 1: way she did if you're not close to somebody. Epstein
• 17:08
Speaker 1: and Maxwell at Balmoral The photo of Epstein and Maxwell
• 17:12
Speaker 1: sitting in the Queen's log cabin in Glenbeg, Balmoral was
• 17:15
Speaker 1: taken in the late summer or early autumn of 1999.
• 17:19
Speaker 1: So there's one for you. You know, you got the
• 17:21
Speaker 1: picture of these two at Balmoral. Certainly not a good
• 17:25
Speaker 1: look for them. The next instance, Andrew, Maxwell, Donald Trump
• 17:31
Speaker 1: and Epstein in Mar-a-Lago. February 2000, Andrew was photographed with
• 17:35
Speaker 1: Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump. In the background,
• 17:38
Speaker 1: you see Epstein looking directly at the camera. And Maxwell's
• 17:41
Speaker 1: face is seen peering into the frame on the right-hand side.
• 17:44
Speaker 1: I mean, we all know that these people were all
• 17:46
Speaker 1: palling around together. It's not even a debate at this point. Now,
• 17:52
Speaker 1: we don't know exactly the specific roles of every single
• 17:57
Speaker 1: person involved, but we do know anyone that was hanging
• 18:01
Speaker 1: out with Jeffrey Epstein knew what he was about, knew
• 18:05
Speaker 1: that he was not a normal guy, and if you
• 18:07
Speaker 1: were hanging out with him after the first conviction, you
• 18:09
Speaker 1: knew he was a convicted sex offender. Andrew and Maxwell
• 18:13
Speaker 1: at Ascot. Prince Andrew and Maxwell attended the Royal Ascot
• 18:17
Speaker 1: in June 2000. They were photographed with Epstein, another one
• 18:20
Speaker 1: of the Duke's former girlfriends, Carolyn Neville, and her husband,
• 18:24
Speaker 1: Edward Stanley. Andrew and Maxwell leaving the wedding of a
• 18:27
Speaker 1: former girlfriend. September 2000, the Duke attended the wedding of
• 18:31
Speaker 1: his former girlfriend, Aurelia Cecile, with Maxwell. The pair arrived together,
• 18:36
Speaker 1: but walked in separately, according to reports at the time.
• 18:39
Speaker 1: I mean, look, all of these different examples are just
• 18:44
Speaker 1: more evidence of the BS he was trying to run
• 18:47
Speaker 1: on us. The next one, Andrew and Maxwell partying at
• 18:51
Speaker 1: a Halloween party. The pair were photographed together at supermodel
• 18:54
Speaker 1: Heidi Klum's Halloween party in October of 2000. Now remember
• 18:58
Speaker 1: how close they were at this point in time. And
• 19:01
Speaker 1: now Andrew will tell you, oh, well, we weren't close.
• 19:03
Speaker 1: So what are you doing at the, the hookers and the, the, uh,
• 19:06
Speaker 1: the pimps and hoes party hookers and pimps theme bash
• 19:09
Speaker 1: at the Hudson hotel. Cause that's what you were doing
• 19:12
Speaker 1: at the Halloween party with, uh, at Heidi Klum's Halloween party.
• 19:17
Speaker 1: So you're there with Maxwell, but you're not close. You
• 19:19
Speaker 1: don't know her. You just go to, uh, uh, hookers
• 19:21
Speaker 1: and pimps party pimps and hoes party I mean when
• 19:25
Speaker 1: I worked in the joint here in Las Vegas those
• 19:27
Speaker 1: parties were wild absolutely insane types of parties invited on
• 19:35
Speaker 1: a shooting weekend at Sandringham photos from December 2000 have
• 19:39
Speaker 1: shown Maxwell and Epstein on a pheasant shoot with Andrew
• 19:42
Speaker 1: they spent the weekend in Norfolk at the Sandringham estate
• 19:45
Speaker 1: Andrew spoke to the BBC Newsnight in 2019 about his
• 19:48
Speaker 1: links to Epstein and when he was asked about that weekend,
• 19:51
Speaker 1: he said, it was a straightforward shooting weekend, whatever that means.
• 19:55
Speaker 1: Anyone want to explain to the rest of us what
• 19:57
Speaker 1: that means, a straightforward shooting weekend? What, you have bent
• 20:00
Speaker 1: shooting weekends? Crooked shooting weekends? What is a straightforward shooting weekend?
• 20:06
Speaker 1: Andrew photographed with Roberts and Maxwell in London. Now we
• 20:10
Speaker 1: all know about this photograph. I'm not even going to
• 20:12
Speaker 1: go into it. Maxwell and Kevin Spacey's tour of the palace.
• 20:17
Speaker 1: So we know Kevin Spacey and Maxwell had a tour
• 20:19
Speaker 1: of the palace, got the pictures, the whole nine. So again,
• 20:24
Speaker 1: how are you going to tell us that you're not
• 20:25
Speaker 1: close with Ghislaine Maxwell? And then finally for this article,
• 20:29
Speaker 1: but certainly not the last time they were hanging out,
• 20:32
Speaker 1: Andrew Maxwell Epstein and Harvey Weinstein at Andrew's daughter Beatrice's birthday.
• 20:37
Speaker 1: In 2006, Beatrice's 18th birthday party was held at Windsor Castle.
• 20:42
Speaker 1: Photos published in The Sun on Sunday shows now convicted
• 20:45
Speaker 1: sex offender Harvey Weinstein with Epstein and Maxwell. Talk about
• 20:49
Speaker 1: the three stooges, the three gross, disgusting morons. Maxwell wore
• 20:55
Speaker 1: a feathered mask as she smiled in photos taken at
• 20:57
Speaker 1: the bash that was attended by some 400 guests. Epstein
• 21:01
Speaker 1: was being investigated by U.S. authorities at the time he
• 21:03
Speaker 1: attended the party. Two months later, he was issued a
• 21:06
Speaker 1: warrant for sexual assault of a minor. You mean to
• 21:09
Speaker 1: tell me that nobody warned the prince? Nobody in the
• 21:12
Speaker 1: foreign affairs office called over and said, hey, look, dude,
• 21:15
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's a sick fuck, boys. What are you guys doing?
• 21:19
Speaker 1: Maybe they didn't. But I'll tell you what, either way,
• 21:23
Speaker 1: what's Prince Andrew doing? I mean, here's an idea. Why
• 21:25
Speaker 1: don't you Google the people you're hanging out with? During
• 21:30
Speaker 1: a Newsnight interview in 2019, Andrew claimed he didn't know
• 21:33
Speaker 1: about the proceedings and that Epstein had attended because he
• 21:37
Speaker 1: had invited Maxwell. So again, he says in the interview
• 21:40
Speaker 1: he invited Maxwell, but all of a sudden, him and
• 21:43
Speaker 1: Epstein were the close ones? None of it makes sense,
• 21:46
Speaker 1: all right? The whole story he's pitching and this whole
• 21:49
Speaker 1: entire line that him and Maxwell weren't close might be
• 21:52
Speaker 1: what sinks him here. And that's why I wanted to
• 21:54
Speaker 1: focus on this again tonight. Pretty sure... Judge Kaplan's going
• 21:58
Speaker 1: to take a look at this and say the same
• 21:59
Speaker 1: thing I'm saying. What are you talking about, buddy? I
• 22:02
Speaker 1: see the evidence here. You were obviously close to her.
• 22:05
Speaker 1: And if you can't be truthful about the very basics,
• 22:08
Speaker 1: the small little nuance, then you're definitely not being truthful
• 22:12
Speaker 1: about the overall story either. So that's where it's at
• 22:16
Speaker 1: with Prince Andrew. And when you look at the rebuttal
• 22:21
Speaker 1: he put forward here, it is absolutely ridiculous. And for
• 22:25
Speaker 1: him and his legal team, I mean, maybe they were
• 22:28
Speaker 1: excited when they put that together. They all had a toast,
• 22:32
Speaker 1: maybe clanked a couple of glasses, thought they did a
• 22:34
Speaker 1: good job. But boys, tell you what, barely getting a
• 22:39
Speaker 1: C grade here. And lucky to get that because this
• 22:44
Speaker 1: whole entire response was not The right way to go
• 22:48
Speaker 1: about it. In my opinion anyway. I guess we'll have
• 22:50
Speaker 1: to see. We'll come back and we'll check this episode.
• 22:54
Speaker 1: After all is said and done. And we'll see if
• 22:56
Speaker 1: I was close to the mark or not. But so far.
• 22:59
Speaker 1: When we're talking about these people. And the way they've
• 23:02
Speaker 1: gone about defending themselves. This has not been the right
• 23:05
Speaker 1: way to do it. They've all failed. And I would
• 23:08
Speaker 1: expect to see Prince Andrew fail as well. If he
• 23:10
Speaker 1: keeps this up especially. So. Tomorrow morning, we'll pick back
• 23:15
Speaker 1: up and we'll see what's going on with Maxwell and
• 23:18
Speaker 1: Epstein and Andrew and the rest of them. And you
• 23:21
Speaker 1: know that we're going to have a couple of curves
• 23:23
Speaker 1: in the road, if you will, and some more bumps
• 23:27
Speaker 1: before we get to the end here. Because there is
• 23:31
Speaker 1: so much more we do not know. For everything that
• 23:33
Speaker 1: we do know, there's a ton more that we don't know.
• 23:37
Speaker 1: And every day, more becomes available. And as we get
• 23:40
Speaker 1: more document dumps and more things are unsealed, hopefully we'll
• 23:44
Speaker 1: get more information and the picture will become more clear.
• 23:49
Speaker 1: All right, everybody, that's going to do it for tonight.
• 23:52
Speaker 1: I will be back tomorrow morning with a morning update, obviously.
• 23:56
Speaker 1: Some context episodes coming your way in the meantime. And
• 23:59
Speaker 1: we'll be off and running. If you'd like to contact me,
• 24:02
Speaker 1: you can do that at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I

• 24:24
Speaker 1: McDonald's is a perfect place. Today's article is from Bloomberg.
• 24:29
Speaker 1: And the headline is, J.P. Morgan banked millions for Ghislaine
• 24:32
Speaker 1: Maxwell as it had for Epstein. The author of this
• 24:37
Speaker 1: article is Neil Weinberg. Prosecutors who are probing accused sex
• 24:42
Speaker 1: offender Ghislaine Maxwell haven't identified the banks that helped her
• 24:45
Speaker 1: manage tens of millions of dollars. Well, they haven't identified
• 24:50
Speaker 1: them publicly for sure. But all you have to do
• 24:53
Speaker 1: is take a look at where Epstein had his money parked.
• 24:56
Speaker 1: who was shelling his money, who was washing his money,
• 25:01
Speaker 1: and I am sure that Ghislaine Maxwell was not far behind.
• 25:05
Speaker 1: They worked in tandem when it comes to this stuff, folks.
• 25:08
Speaker 1: They were very, very close. She was not some wilting
• 25:12
Speaker 1: flower that Jeffrey Epstein was exerting this guru-like control over,
• 25:18
Speaker 1: or he wasn't this Charles Manson-type guru who had this
• 25:22
Speaker 1: great control over Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell knew exactly what she
• 25:25
Speaker 1: was doing, and she was acting in concert with him.
• 25:30
Speaker 1: And if you think that they didn't have their money
• 25:32
Speaker 1: tied up in the same places, managed by the same people,
• 25:36
Speaker 1: I'm looking at you, Jess Staley. Then you are not
• 25:40
Speaker 1: paying attention to how these two operated. One of them
• 25:45
Speaker 1: was JP Morgan Chase and Company, according to people familiar
• 25:49
Speaker 1: with the matter. So we know that, right? Everyone who's
• 25:52
Speaker 1: been following this case basically knows that JP Morgan was
• 25:55
Speaker 1: a huge money institution for Jeffrey Epstein and I'm sure
• 26:00
Speaker 1: others like him. But now we have the rumblings of
• 26:04
Speaker 1: it that it's part of the report. And remember, last
• 26:07
Speaker 1: time we had rumblings going on like this, it was
• 26:10
Speaker 1: with Prince Andrew and and the desire for the federal
• 26:14
Speaker 1: government to speak with him with the MLA. And then
• 26:17
Speaker 1: we heard about the MLA and he was broke. And
• 26:20
Speaker 1: usually when there's rumblings like this and they start talking
• 26:23
Speaker 1: about places like J.P. Morgan, you could always, no, I
• 26:27
Speaker 1: wouldn't say always, but it's usually a good bet that
• 26:30
Speaker 1: there's something on the horizon that is happening behind the
• 26:33
Speaker 1: scenes that we are not aware of yet. That's another
• 26:38
Speaker 1: tie that Maxwell shares with Jeffrey Epstein, the late convicted
• 26:41
Speaker 1: sexual predator who was a longtime JP Morgan client. Epstein
• 26:46
Speaker 1: was known inside the biggest U.S. bank for helping steer
• 26:49
Speaker 1: many of his wealthy acquaintances to its private banking unit
• 26:52
Speaker 1: in New York, which offered discretion and tailored wealth management
• 26:56
  Speaker 1: to rich clients. While I don't really think there's a
• 27:00
Speaker 1: problem with offering tailored wealth management to rich clients, it's certainly...
• 27:05
Speaker 1: a service that should be offered, I think that there
• 27:08
Speaker 1: is a big problem with Jeffrey Epstein acting as the
• 27:12
Speaker 1: middleman and steering business towards you. What did he have
• 27:15
Speaker 1: to gain from that? Why was he steering business to
• 27:18
Speaker 1: you and not somebody else? And in return, what did
• 27:22
Speaker 1: he receive from you for steering this business your way? Obviously,
• 27:27
Speaker 1: him and Jeff Staley were really good friends. That relationship grew.
• 27:32
Speaker 1: It blossomed while Jeffrey Epstein was not only a client,
• 27:35
Speaker 1: But according to this report and others, Jeffrey Epstein acted
• 27:39
Speaker 1: as a middleman and he steered plenty of business towards J.P. Morgan.
• 27:45
Speaker 1: How much of that business was from dirty, disgusting money?
• 27:48
Speaker 1: How much of that money was ill-gotten? There needs to
• 27:54
Speaker 1: be a serious forensic investigation into this case because there
• 28:00
Speaker 1: is a lot a lot of circumstantial evidence of money
• 28:08
Speaker 1: laundering here, folks. Obviously, it's only what we can see
• 28:12
Speaker 1: on the surface, right? And what any inside sources say.
• 28:16
Speaker 1: But when you start talking about suspicious activity reports, Title 31,
• 28:21
Speaker 1: how they weren't filed, fines for Deutsche Bank for not
• 28:26
Speaker 1: following FinCEN database regulation. Look, it all starts to add up.
• 28:31
Speaker 1: Where there's smoke, there is usually fire. And there is
• 28:34
Speaker 1: no doubt that these financial institutions played a huge part
• 28:39
Speaker 1: in Jeffrey Epstein being able to do what he did
• 28:43
Speaker 1: for so long. The question is, is there ever going
• 28:46
Speaker 1: to be a penalty for these institutions? There certainly wasn't
• 28:50
Speaker 1: after the financial meltdown. when they pilfered all of the
• 28:54
Speaker 1: wealth of the nation, now the question is, are there
• 28:59
Speaker 1: going to be penalties for them acting in coordination with
• 29:03
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein to enrich themselves and to enrich him? Maxwell
• 29:10
Speaker 1: had $ 10 million or more under management at J.P. Morgan
• 29:13
Speaker 1: Private Bank, according to two people with direct knowledge of
• 29:16
Speaker 1: the matter, one of whom said she was a client
• 29:19
Speaker 1: by 2009 or before. Her money there was handled by
• 29:23
Speaker 1: a team that included several dozen relationship managers, advisors, and
• 29:28
Speaker 1: others who specialize in closely held businesses. The bank continued
• 29:33
Speaker 1: to work with her after Epstein moved funds to Deutsche
• 29:36
Speaker 1: Bank AG in 2013. So not only was JP Morgan
• 29:43
Speaker 1: facilitating her financial transactions after everybody was aware of what
• 29:50
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was, what he did, and what he went
• 29:53
Speaker 1: to jail for, they were willing to keep that relationship going.
• 29:59
Speaker 1: For what reason? Why would this bank, JP Morgan, have
• 30:08
Speaker 1: such a cozy relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell?
• 30:12
Speaker 1: I think the question is, who at JP Morgan facilitated
• 30:16
Speaker 1: that relationship? Why did they facilitate that relationship? And how
• 30:21
Speaker 1: did they enrich themselves because of this relationship? And I
• 30:25
Speaker 1: think that you should probably start all questions pointed towards
• 30:30
Speaker 1: Jess Staley. JP Morgan declined to comment. Oh, well, that's
• 30:35
Speaker 1: a shock, huh? Didn't they give their stamp of approval
• 30:39
Speaker 1: over to Deutsche Bank? I mean, excuse me, over to
• 30:42
Speaker 1: Barclays and Jess Staley? Didn't they send a whole bunch
• 30:45
Speaker 1: of emails? Did they send these emails? The emails that
• 30:48
Speaker 1: were between Ghislaine, Epstein, everybody involved in this criminal enterprise?
• 30:53
Speaker 1: Because I think that's evidence that the prosecutor should seize.
• 30:57
Speaker 1: And I think that it's relevant to the case. And
• 30:59
Speaker 1: I also think it's relevant to prosecutions. Because there is
• 31:05
Speaker 1: many avenues to make sure that all of these enablers paid.
• 31:10
Speaker 1: And it basically boils down to what we've been talking
• 31:13
Speaker 1: about since the very beginning on this podcast. How serious
• 31:17
Speaker 1: does the federal government take this? Does the federal government
• 31:21
Speaker 1: want to prosecute this in the correct way and show
• 31:25
Speaker 1: the survivors and the citizens of America and those who
• 31:28
Speaker 1: are interested around the world that there isn't a two-tier
• 31:32
Speaker 1: justice system, that it is equal justice under the law
• 31:36
Speaker 1: as it should be? Or are they going to continue
• 31:39
Speaker 1: to play their games, give us a show trial, and
• 31:42
Speaker 1: nobody really gets in trouble for what they did? Now,
• 31:47
Speaker 1: that's the crossroads that we're at now, right? It was,
• 31:51
Speaker 1: will they ever arrest Ghislaine Maxwell? They did. Now it becomes,
• 31:56
Speaker 1: just how far are they willing to go? Maxwell's finances
• 32:01
Speaker 1: are coming into focus after federal authorities in Manhattan accused
• 32:05
Speaker 1: her this month of conspiring with Epstein to sexually abuse minors,
• 32:09
Speaker 1: with prosecutors delving into how she funded her activities and lifestyle.
• 32:13
Speaker 1: Authorities require banks to provide a bulwark against financial crimes
• 32:17
Speaker 1: by filing reports of potentially suspicious activities. The reports aren't
• 32:22
Speaker 1: made public, but people do file them. And when they
• 32:26
Speaker 1: are filed, they get put into the FinCEN database. And
• 32:29
Speaker 1: there was a few weeks back, we discussed all of
• 32:32
Speaker 1: this pretty much at length and dug into it after
• 32:35
Speaker 1: the Deutsche Bank situation arose. And it's the same here.
• 32:40
Speaker 1: All of these financial institutions think that they can get
• 32:43
Speaker 1: away with whatever they want. because they've been able to
• 32:46
Speaker 1: get away with whatever they want for so long. And
• 32:50
Speaker 1: it's coming to a head now, in my opinion, because
• 32:53
Speaker 1: they are involved with some really shady characters. We know
• 32:56
Speaker 1: they're involved with arms investors. I mean, arms dealers and
• 32:59
Speaker 1: drug dealers and you name it, run the gamut. But
• 33:03
Speaker 1: now we're talking about sex trafficking and little girls involving
• 33:07
Speaker 1: some of the most prominent people in the world, never
• 33:09
Speaker 1: mind just the United States. I don't think that they're
• 33:12
Speaker 1: going to be able to wiggle off of this line.
• 33:14
Speaker 1: Not this time. People are demanding answers. People are demanding
• 33:19
Speaker 1: someone take responsibility for this. And these institutions have always
• 33:24
Speaker 1: had a way to do the shuck and jive and
• 33:27
Speaker 1: get off the line. Make sure they're not the ones
• 33:31
Speaker 1: in front of the firing squad. but it's about time
• 33:33
Speaker 1: that their feet are held to the fire. It's about
• 33:36
Speaker 1: time that they take some responsibility for their relationship with
• 33:40
Speaker 1: Epstein and Maxwell and for the help that they gave
• 33:43
Speaker 1: facilitating his crimes. Epstein's financial dealings have haunted one global
• 33:51
Speaker 1: financial institution that didn't raise proper flags. New York's financial
• 33:55
Speaker 1: regulator this month faulted Deutsche Bank for inadequate supervision of
• 33:59
Speaker 1: Epstein's transactions several years after he pleaded guilty in Florida
• 34:04
Speaker 1: to soliciting prostitution from minors. Again, a prostitute, I mean,
• 34:09
Speaker 1: a minor cannot be a prostitute. That whole entire thing
• 34:12
Speaker 1: is infuriating on its own. So, yeah, of course these
• 34:16
Speaker 1: institutions are going to come under the microscope. That's a
• 34:21
Speaker 1: line of thinking a lot of people would have, right?
• 34:23
Speaker 1: Who is involved with Epstein financially? If you can put
• 34:26
Speaker 1: the pieces together financially, put the spider web together financially, well,
• 34:32
Speaker 1: you will most likely come to the nest. And once
• 34:34
Speaker 1: you get to the nest, that's where you'll find the
• 34:37
Speaker 1: real venomous creatures, right? The people that are really in
• 34:41
Speaker 1: control and behind the scenes making shit happen. And there
• 34:44
Speaker 1: are plenty of those kind of people in this Epstein case.
• 34:47
Speaker 1: Look at all of these rich people we're talking about.
• 34:49
Speaker 1: I mean, this is vast. This is sprawling. And all
• 34:55
Speaker 1: of these folks we talk about here on this podcast,
• 34:58
Speaker 1: they're all people that are mentioned in court documents or
• 35:01
Speaker 1: that are mentioned in these other offshoots of cases that
• 35:05
Speaker 1: have sprung up in regards to Jeffrey Epstein. These are
• 35:10
Speaker 1: people that have serious questions to answer for. And the
• 35:14
Speaker 1: guy like Jess Staley is His time is almost up
• 35:17
Speaker 1: at Barclays. They've already been on the hunt looking for
• 35:20
Speaker 1: a new CEO. It won't be long before he is
• 35:24
Speaker 1: out and fired and in hiding like the rest of
• 35:28
Speaker 1: his buddies like Len Dubin and the other people who
• 35:31
Speaker 1: have lost their public lives due to their behavior in
• 35:35
Speaker 1: regards to Jeffrey Epstein. One of the people said Maxwell
• 35:41
Speaker 1: had accounts at J.P. Morgan until at least 2015. That
• 35:45
Speaker 1: same year, she became embroiled in civil litigation with a
• 35:48
Speaker 1: woman who claimed Epstein abused her as a minor and
• 35:51
Speaker 1: that Maxwell had functioned as his madam. Allegations that Maxwell denied.
• 35:56
Speaker 1: So all the way up to 2015. I wonder what
• 36:00
Speaker 1: their excuse will be for that. There is no good
• 36:03
Speaker 1: excuse for that. No excuse good enough for me, anyway,
• 36:06
Speaker 1: for me not to continue to ask questions. To continue
• 36:09
Speaker 1: to probe. Because there is no good reason why you
• 36:15
Speaker 1: would accept a client such as this at your bank.
• 36:21
Speaker 1: Especially for the amount of money she has in comparison
• 36:25
Speaker 1: to someone like Epstein. That has to be some sort
• 36:28
Speaker 1: of personal relationship with her money managers who are finessing
• 36:32
Speaker 1: the situation, who are telling other people, oh, it's okay,
• 36:35
Speaker 1: don't file that paperwork, we don't want to lose this client,
• 36:38
Speaker 1: whatever it may be. If you don't think that happens
• 36:41
Speaker 1: in places like this and elsewhere, it does. All right? Greed, folks.
• 36:47
Speaker 1: What did Gordon Gekko say in the movie Wall Street?
• 36:49
Speaker 1: Greed is good. And that is how these people function
• 36:53
Speaker 1: when we're talking about bankers and we're talking about people
• 36:57
Speaker 1: like Elaine Maxwell. Following Maxwell's arrest in New Hampshire this month,
• 37:03
Speaker 1: federal prosecutors said they have identified more than 15 bank
• 37:07
Speaker 1: accounts associated with her from 2016 to the present, including
• 37:12
Speaker 1: at banks based in the UK and Switzerland. The accounts
• 37:15
Speaker 1: held balances of more than $ 20 million, they said. 16
• 37:19
Speaker 1: bank accounts? I don't know about you folks, but I
• 37:22
Speaker 1: don't have 16 bank accounts. What is the purpose of
• 37:27
Speaker 1: having 16 bank accounts? You're playing games. You're moving money.
• 37:32
Speaker 1: You're not claiming here. You're claiming there. You're shielding your
• 37:35
Speaker 1: money here. And the ban plays on. And if it
• 37:40
Speaker 1: was just that, if they were just drifting, if they
• 37:43
Speaker 1: were just stealing, if they were just laundering money, We
• 37:48
Speaker 1: wouldn't even be right here, right now, having this talk
• 37:51
Speaker 1: on this podcast. Because they would have gotten away with it.
• 37:54
Speaker 1: Because we all expect them to steal. We do not
• 37:57
Speaker 1: expect them to be involved in a brazen child sex
• 38:01
Speaker 1: trafficking scheme right under our noses with the consent of
• 38:09
Speaker 1: some very, very powerful people who are running cover. That
• 38:15
Speaker 1: is unacceptable. That is where the line in the sand
• 38:19
Speaker 1: is drawn for most people. Most civilized members of society
• 38:24
Speaker 1: draw the line in the sand when children start to
• 38:27
Speaker 1: be abused or hurt. And that's the case here. But
• 38:31
Speaker 1: for JP Morgan and the greedy, disgusting sons of bitches
• 38:35
Speaker 1: in their financial sector, well, that's just money. Greed is good.
• 38:45
Speaker 1: Prosecutors also said that more than $ 20 million was transferred
• 38:48
Speaker 1: from offshore accounts. associated with Epstein to several associated with
• 38:53
Speaker 1: Maxwell between 2007 and 2011, with millions of dollars later
• 38:58
Speaker 1: transferred back. They didn't identify any banks involved in the transfers.
• 39:03
Speaker 1: So why would they do that? What, was Epstein trying
• 39:06
Speaker 1: to wash that money through her Terramar project or through
• 39:10
Speaker 1: some other charity so he could claim that money and
• 39:13
  Speaker 1: act like it's clean? Look, I don't know. I'm not
• 39:15
Speaker 1: the forensic investigator on the case. I don't have the
• 39:18
Speaker 1: access to those files, but it certainly looks like there's
• 39:22
Speaker 1: some kind of money laundering going on here. You don't
• 39:24
Speaker 1: flip millions of dollars back and forth like that between
• 39:27
Speaker 1: bank accounts just for no good reason. And I am
• 39:30
Speaker 1: sure the investigators, if they're doing their jobs, are all
• 39:34
Speaker 1: over that angle. Maxwell was ultimately cut off by at
• 39:40
Speaker 1: least one of her banks in 2019 because Her lawyer,
• 39:44
Speaker 1: Mark Cohen of Cohen & Gresser LLP, told a federal
• 39:47
Speaker 1: judge last week. Cohen added that Epstein's arrest last summer
• 39:51
Speaker 1: caused her bank at the time to drop her, forcing
• 39:54
Speaker 1: her to transfer hundreds of thousands of dollars to another institution.
• 39:58
Speaker 1: The lawyer didn't identify the bank. When the bank drops you,
• 40:02
Speaker 1: you have to transfer your funds out. That's true. That's
• 40:05
Speaker 1: what happened, Cohen said. For more article... I mean... Wow, really?
• 40:09
Speaker 1: That's the excuse? What about the money switched back between
• 40:13
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and her? You see, Cohen isn't doing a
• 40:16
Speaker 1: very good job. If I'm sitting around and I'm punching
• 40:19
Speaker 1: holes in this guy's theory, well, I don't think Alison
• 40:23
Speaker 1: Moe is going to have too much trouble. I'm your
• 40:26
Speaker 1: run-of-the-mill average moron, okay? But I see right through your defense.
• 40:32
Speaker 1: And if I can see right through this defense, I
• 40:35
Speaker 1: am sure Alison Moe is gearing up and is ready
• 40:39
Speaker 1: to absolutely hammer these people. And with all of this
• 40:46
Speaker 1: information coming out about the financial portion of this case, folks,
• 40:52
Speaker 1: I'm telling you there is smoke here. And where there's smoke...
• 40:56
Speaker 1: We usually see fire. I would not be shocked to
• 40:59
Speaker 1: see more charges, be it to Ghislaine or to other
• 41:03
Speaker 1: people involved that have to do with money laundering and
• 41:08
Speaker 1: finances and something along those lines within the next short
• 41:12
Speaker 1: period of time. I don't know when, but before when
• 41:15
Speaker 1: we saw the rumblings, it wasn't long before Ghislaine was arrested.
• 41:20
Speaker 1: So hopefully we have some more arrests coming down the pipe.
• 41:23
Speaker 1: There's some more indictments. And hopefully we advance just that
• 41:28
Speaker 1: much closer to all of these disgusting people having their
• 41:33
Speaker 1: time in front of the wheels of justice. If you'd
