- 0:30Speaker 5: Australia not you. What do you miss most about Australia?
- 0:34Speaker 5: You're joining us from La now is at La?
- 0:36Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 0:37Speaker 6: What do I miss most? I obviously miss my family,
- 0:40Speaker 6: my friends. I obviously miss the beaches. I love that
- 0:45Speaker 6: bond to BRONTI walk.
- 0:47Speaker 4: Not veggiemine, Tim TAM's well.
- 0:49Speaker 1: We have Veggiemie and Tim TAM's still here.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Oh do you?
- 0:53Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 0:53Speaker 1: My kids who raised on vegimine and Tim Tam good.
- 0:56Speaker 2: How does your husband feel about that stuff?
- 0:58Speaker 6: Though?
- 0:58Speaker 2: Like there wouldn't his tay would not be.
- 1:02Speaker 1: He's not a fan of vegimite. But when I make.
- 1:06Speaker 6: Some recipes, I actually included veggimine in them, and he
- 1:09Speaker 6: doesn't realize.
- 1:11Speaker 4: You actually do like veggimine.
- 1:14Speaker 1: I just don't know it like a big Veggimi family house.
- 1:18Speaker 6: I think even recently I had to go gluten free,
- 1:22Speaker 6: and you can get gluten free vegimite.
- 1:25Speaker 2: I don't even know that. I neither did.
- 1:27Speaker 3: I feel like there's gluten in everything every yeah.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, So.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Miranda, you I mean, just looking at you on screen,
- 1:36Speaker 3: you actually don't look a day over twenty one, where
- 1:39Speaker 3: your skin is absolutely phenomenal. And you've been a model
- 1:43Speaker 3: now for you know, thirty years, and I can imagine
- 1:47Speaker 3: being a model, you would have had so much makeup
- 1:49Speaker 3: put on, and you obviously were doing the whole clean
- 1:54Speaker 3: girl skin kind of no makeup makeup look way back
- 1:59Speaker 3: in the day. Is that kind of what inspired you
- 2:01Speaker 3: to have found Cora.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Well?
- 2:05Speaker 6: I originally started Quorra because my mum had chimmers on
- 2:08Speaker 6: her fleeen. So as a family, we were looking at
- 2:10Speaker 6: like what we were putting on our skin, what we
- 2:13Speaker 6: were eating. We realized our skin was the biggest largest
- 2:15Speaker 6: organ on our body, and we really wanted to use
- 2:18Speaker 6: certified organic ingredients and skincare that was super effective and
- 2:23Speaker 6: I wasn't able to find that, so that I created
- 2:26Speaker 6: it myself. The concept lives in two thousand and six,
- 2:29Speaker 6: so I can't believe it's been twenty years now, and
- 2:33Speaker 6: you know, and I've just grown the company and now
- 2:37Speaker 6: it's a worldwide company.
- 2:38Speaker 1: It's my baby, my baby.
- 2:41Speaker 4: You must be so proud. I there are two products
- 2:43Speaker 4: from your range.
- 2:44Speaker 3: I think there's about You've got about forty or fifty
- 2:46Speaker 3: products in the whole range, but.
- 2:47Speaker 4: There are two standout ones for me.
- 2:50Speaker 3: I love the tumoric scrub, the exfoliating scrub and mask.
- 2:56Speaker 4: I use that.
- 2:56Speaker 3: I purchased that over and over again. And then your
- 3:00Speaker 3: nony face oil. I do the scrub oil.
- 3:04Speaker 4: And I'm just I'm trying to.
- 3:06Speaker 1: I've got him here. Look at that.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Look there you go.
- 3:09Speaker 3: What if you have if you're doing like a lazy
- 3:11Speaker 3: girls skincare routine, what are the three or four products
- 3:15Speaker 3: that you reach for? Oof?
- 3:18Speaker 6: I'd have to say, no matter how tired I am,
- 3:21Speaker 6: I always cleanse my face with our foaming cleanser. It's incredible.
- 3:25Speaker 6: It's like it's like an at home SPA moment. And
- 3:29Speaker 6: then I obviously use our moisturizer at the chimery, glowing moisturiza,
- 3:34Speaker 6: so like, if I'm being lazy, it's cleans and moisturize
- 3:38Speaker 6: at the minimum.
- 3:38Speaker 7: Hey, Miranda, I saw you at the met gala. You
- 3:41Speaker 7: were looking fabulous. Of course. Did you go to after
- 3:45Speaker 7: parties after? Like does it actually kick off there?
- 3:49Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 3:50Speaker 6: It was kind of like a crazy night and my
- 3:52Speaker 6: day started at five am. I had to be live
- 3:54Speaker 6: on television early that morning.
- 3:57Speaker 7: Yeah, and then I had.
- 3:58Speaker 6: Like two actually three for to shoot during the day
- 4:01Speaker 6: because I was jamming it all in. Then went to
- 4:04Speaker 6: the Metal and then Evan was hosting a party with
- 4:08Speaker 6: bas Lemon, and so we had the after party with
- 4:11Speaker 6: bazz Lemon, and it was such a long day, but
- 4:15Speaker 6: I just kept being like, I'm just gonna enjoy the moment.
- 4:18Speaker 1: We're gonna just party.
- 4:20Speaker 7: Does bas Leerman put on? I imagine it is very.
- 4:23Speaker 6: Good dance party. It was so much fun. Like he
- 4:27Speaker 6: obviously knows what he's doing when it comes to music,
- 4:31Speaker 6: and you know, like, yeah, he's just a genius.
- 4:34Speaker 5: I think he talking of your husband, Evan, he said
- 4:37Speaker 5: on a podcast, a recent podcast, that you are brutally
- 4:43Speaker 5: honest with him.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Is that? Is that what you're like in a relationship,
- 4:47Speaker 2: you just tell him how it is. Miranda, Well, you
- 4:49Speaker 2: got to, don't you.
- 4:51Speaker 4: And I also think that oh you go sorry.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Well, there's no beating around the bush. You just got
- 4:57Speaker 1: to say how it is.
- 4:58Speaker 3: I also think some of the best relations are where
- 5:01Speaker 3: you kind of like softly bully each other, like you're
- 5:04Speaker 3: not trying to hurt each feelings, but you can give
- 5:06Speaker 3: each other a bit of shit.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I'm definitely not a bully. I just am honest. Well
- 5:11Speaker 1: I'm honest. I'm like, okay, in a loving way.
- 5:13Speaker 6: I'm like, yeah, okay, well maybe you thought it was
- 5:17Speaker 6: this way, but this is how it felt.
- 5:18Speaker 1: And if I would prefer it, or it would feel
- 5:21Speaker 1: better if you know, I.
- 5:22Speaker 3: Feel like I feel like men like that kind of
- 5:25Speaker 3: direct communication.
- 5:26Speaker 4: Just tell me exactly what you need from me, what
- 5:28Speaker 4: you want me to do, and I'll get it done.
- 5:30Speaker 1: So yeah, I prefer that kind of communication.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Yeah, personally, So you have four boys, I know, I honestly,
- 5:39Speaker 3: I take my hat. I have two boys and that
- 5:42Speaker 3: was that's enough for me. I've got a daughter at
- 5:44Speaker 3: the top, and she kind of lured me into a
- 5:46Speaker 3: false sense of parenting. I thought I was a really
- 5:49Speaker 3: great parent and then I had two boys, and I
- 5:51Speaker 3: was like, oh my god, what am.
- 5:52Speaker 4: I doing wrong? But talk to me.
- 5:55Speaker 3: I actually shared yesterday on the show that one of
- 5:58Speaker 3: my children lifted a fifty dollars note out of my
- 6:02Speaker 3: wallet and he took it to the school, went to
- 6:04Speaker 3: the canteen.
- 6:05Speaker 2: And bought everyone else. I don't know.
- 6:08Speaker 4: I was trying to be a.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Bit of a baller, bit of flexing there, and he
- 6:12Speaker 3: bought all of his grade basically ice blocks, and so
- 6:16Speaker 3: I was like, that's really cute.
- 6:17Speaker 4: That's something you know, sweet, It's great that you're sharing.
- 6:21Speaker 3: Great that you're you know, sharing the money that you've
- 6:24Speaker 3: stolen from my wallet.
- 6:25Speaker 4: But have your kids done anything cheeky like that?
- 6:28Speaker 6: I like, I mean, they've not kiken money from my wallet,
- 6:31Speaker 6: but they are definitely cheeky with like snacks. You know,
- 6:35Speaker 6: I'm a elf and everything, and I'm away.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Like, you have to eat your meal first.
- 6:40Speaker 6: But sometimes they just think, especially my little six year old,
- 6:43Speaker 6: he loves a snack. Yes, so he's always like getting
- 6:46Speaker 6: into a snack closet and I'm like, what are you doing?
- 6:49Speaker 6: He's like, I was like, now, that's why you don't
- 6:52Speaker 6: feel hungry for dinner To.
- 6:54Speaker 5: Lock that cupboard up, Miranda, Hey, and talking to your kids.
- 6:57Speaker 5: What about social media? So we've had the bear here
- 7:00Speaker 5: in Australia. Obviously I know Amy, no screens for your
- 7:04Speaker 5: boys is your role.
- 7:06Speaker 2: But obviously Evan's got you know, snapchat.
- 7:08Speaker 5: How do you guys navigate social media and screens for
- 7:12Speaker 5: your kids.
- 7:14Speaker 6: Yeah, So Flem's a teenager, he's fifteen, so he has Snapchat.
- 7:18Speaker 6: It's literally the only way he communicates with his friends. Yeah.
- 7:21Speaker 6: They us like a communication tool, don't really any of
- 7:25Speaker 6: the other features.
- 7:26Speaker 1: And there's been let me put my do not disturb
- 7:29Speaker 1: on here, I don't.
- 7:30Speaker 5: Off disturb, Miranda Curse's live on kids disturb.
- 7:34Speaker 6: I'm getting these little alerts on my computer here. And
- 7:38Speaker 6: so anyway, the thing is there's been lots of studies
- 7:41Speaker 6: on snapchat and how it actually can be beneficial for
- 7:44Speaker 6: connection and positive connections. So he has Snapchat. He's not
- 7:49Speaker 6: allowed on any other platform. Yes, but that's just the
- 7:52Speaker 6: way they communicate these days.
- 7:54Speaker 3: And I think, do you remember when we were teenagers,
- 7:58Speaker 3: like we would go home from school.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Mess mess message ICQ.
- 8:03Speaker 4: Do you remember ICQ.

- 9:52Speaker 6: A tube you've put it on, your skin use it as,
