Suspect allegedly pushed the victim, stole her vehicle, and fled the scene.

Vehicle later crashed in Stockton.

Suspect detained by the California Highway Patrol.

Sacramento Police Department transported the suspect back to Sacramento.

Arrested for carjacking and parole violation.
