  You are a walking celebration or a breathing celebration of life itself.

  Think about how life came together to create, to manifest,

  to not even produce, because that's such an unsexy word,

  to give birth and give life and give birth to you.

  And what we are not going to do, I claim it.

  What we are not going to do in 2026 is set goals or manifest or call desires in

  from a place of lack within ourselves.

  You have nothing to prove to anyone.

  You have nothing outside of you that needs to happen in order for you to feel proud of yourself

  or worthy or like a celebration of life.

  That is your inheritance, that is your birth right.

  So what would it look like, my darling, my love, my angel?

  To say, I know that I am whole, I know that I am more than enough,

  I know that I am generous in my being, like in and of myself, in my heart,

  in my energy and energetic field.

  And so what I'm not going to do is say this action or this creation

  or this manifestation will make me feel like I'm good enough,

  like I deserve to celebrate my life force or my accomplishments.

  What I'm going to do instead is ask myself,

  what would I prioritize this year if I already believed I was more than enough?

  What would I create if I was doing so purely from a place of overflow,

  purely from a place of pleasure and delight?

  And that's exactly what we are going to be tapping into in today's sole session.

  So this is a time, an energy portal that is very dominated by a more masculine paradigm

  around action taking, goal setting and a result orientation.

  If this is where I want to be by the end of the year, the logic goes.

  This is what I should be doing now and I don't want to say there's absolutely no wisdom to that.

  We need a balance between the more action oriented goal setting, strategic part of ourselves

  and then the more soulful, intuitive and feminine side of ourselves.

  And because there's so much advice already,

  there's so much of the paradigm that is rooted in this more Western masculine frame of reality

  and frame of what it is we are here to do, how our lives should feel,

  how our relationship with time is supposed to be and allowed to be.

  I want to invite the feminine to speak and invite the part of us that is called forth,

  not by pressure, but by pleasure, not by rules, but by resonance,

  not by should, but by want to desire, crave and that desire that comes from the deepest part of you

  because at all times society is projecting desires onto you.

  Have you ever felt like you're working towards something and then you realize,

  or my word, I don't even want this.

  I have been taught to want this, but this is not what I actually want.

  And we see a whole awakening happening with respect to motherhood and people recognizing that this was an imposed desire.

  It is not an authentic desire.

  And so it's very important to be in touch with the part of you that is your most deep and authentic desire

  and the way that I connect to that within myself is asking myself, what did I love to do in childhood?

  What lights me up? What would I choose?

  This question, what would you choose to create this year, even if no one ever saw it?

  What would delight you to give birth to this year or to tend to or to nurture and nourish and care for?

  That is also a very feminine energy, caring, nurturing, taking care of,

  devoting yourself to something.
• 5:56
  So what is seeking to be cared for and nurtured within you this year?

  And what would simply delight you to experience, to create, to embody in the coming year?

  If you've centered pleasure and play and delight, what would that unlock through you and for you?

  Because everything you are calling in, part of what you are actually seeking are the feelings that that manifestation will bring into your body.

  The feeling of feeling lit up and excited, the feeling of feeling aligned and on purpose, the feeling of feeling so proud of yourself and of what you've built.

  And there will also be within this sacred vessel of yours, your body, the only vessel you have to experience this life as a sensual being as someone who gets to have a conversation with reality through your senses, through what you hear or touch or taste or feel or intuit or whatever senses are accessible and available to you.

  So if you think about it, everything you want to hold is going to be held in this vessel.

  So how can you center the sensations, the feelings that you want to feel most in your experience this year?

  I'll give you an example.

  One of my dream of dreams is something that is already in motion and is that this podcast, the solsalon, is an interview based in studio podcast where I get to be in conversation with just magical, wise, kind, insightful, deep, resonant souls.

  Be they spiritual thinkers, artists, creatives, movement builders, spiritualists, teachers, philosophers, people with wisdom to share, stories to tell ideas to give and offering to be made that the solsalon becomes a space of vessel, a womb through which they get to make the offering.

  And it was such a delight to see myself create what I've been seeking and I'm at the beginning of this journey, but set that in motion.

  And what I felt was when I was embodying when I was in the vision, I was interviewing, for example, my most recent interviews, one of my favorite moments that I had in 2025.

  I was interviewing a divine and sacred soul named Tamara Josephine and it was such a fantastic experience and in my body, I just felt like, yes, this is exactly what I've been wanting.

  This is exactly what I've been craving, this feeling, this sensation, this presence, this conversation, this aliveness, this awe.

  I felt so in awe of her and her wisdom and have her expression, the poetic way she spoke, and it was just such a juicy orgasmic experience.

  And a word dropped in for me last year in December after this interview called SoulGasim.

  And what a SoulGasim is, is it's that sacred union between your soul's purpose and calling and your physical embodiment and the pleasure that comes from that.

  So it is the tingles that the singer gets as she sings.

  It is the rush of energy that the comedian gets as he commends.
• 9:28
  It is the sensation of absolute delight and aliveness that the dancer gets as they dance.

  That is what I call a SoulGasim.

  It is the specific form of embodied pleasure, sensuality, orgasmic energy that comes from embodying your purpose and calling when the speaker is on stage.

  And they feel in flow and they are feeding off the energy of the audience as the audience is feeding off their energy and they are giving to that audience.

  But in that giving they are receiving when the DJ feels the vibration, the energy in the room and moves the energy through their music and their deep understanding that they have curated their taste for music.

  Their understanding of rhythm and frequency and pacing and they speed this up and they turn the bass down and they are in tune with the music and with the crowd.

  And their body I'm sure is tingling with energy. It is overflowing. They are in an orgasmic state.

  What I call a SoulGasim. Their soul's purpose is embodying in such a way that their body is experiencing pleasure, eros, awakening, delight.

  So how can this be your most SoulGasmic year?

  And often the answer is not going to come from the strategic or logical mind.

  I'll give you an example. Oh, just had to check we were recording.

  I'll give you an example last year or maybe the year before I started improv and it has been such a SoulGasmic experience.

  Now I had to take like a 10 month break because of voice struggles that I had last year and so I'm a beginner improviser.

  And when I think of the montage phase of my SoulGasmic moments, improv is becoming part of that SoulGasmic energy because I feel so alive and in my body.

  And I also feel like something is being experienced through me.

  The temptation can be oh, so you should be a professional improviser. No, not necessarily because pleasure is actually infinite.

  And in this capitalist paradigm, we've been taught we only get to have one or two things, one or two hobbies, one or two crafts that delight us.

  And then we're supposed to focus on them and we're supposed to go all in on mastery and this one or two thing.

  And it's this again, quite a masculine and Western understanding of what is the purpose of creativity?

  Is it not delight? Does it not get to be delight if we so choose? And so for improv,

  part of the eros I also want to say is the nerves, oh my word, my darling, my love, my angel, if something makes you nervous.

  That could be a SoulGasmic in the making. If you feel nervous to speak, but you feel call to speak.

  Do you not feel nervous if you see someone from across the dance floor and you keep making eye contact with them?

  And you're like, do they like me? Don't they like me? I like them. What should I do in the situation?

  What do I get to do? And there is this tension and part of the tension and part of the tension is the nerves.

  So if you feel nervous, it's like when I do improv, it's not like, oh, I'm like, oh, I'm so confident, a thousand percent.

  No, I'm embarrassed. I'm excited. I'm curious. I'm open. I sometimes I'm just so ecstatic, but I'm also sometimes a little bit ashamed.

  There's all these emotions, but that is my SoulGasim. So what makes you nervous, but still calls to you is a SoulGasim waiting to happen.

  Just as a performer isn't going to feel no nerves, but the nerves is part of the rush of erotic energy that the universe is seeking to experience through them.

  So what I also want to say, my darling, my love, my angel is what lights you up lights us up through you.

  What lights you up lights us up through you. There is a deep intelligence and intelligent design to your pleasure.

  And I'm talking about the specific kind of pleasure that is tied to some sort of activity that gives you life.

  I'm not talking about the dull kind of short term pleasure of scrolling on your phone.

  I'm talking about the so deep pleasure of living a life that feels an alignment. I'm talking about the so deep pleasure of laughter.

  That is a SoulGasim. That's a SoulGasim through and through when you are so in sync with another human being or with a piece of art that your body literally erupts in an orgasmic energy that we call humor laughter that we call this form of embodied delight.

  It is actually so wild to me that we can laugh. I know that the universe wanted to experience pleasure because tell me why the breeze on your skin feels so sensual and erotic.

  Tell me why the sunlight when it's just that perfect amount of sunshine on your skin feels like a kiss from the cosmos. Tell me how it gets to feel so good.

  And we've been taught that there is a scarce amount of pleasure that we get to experience why because that suits supremacy that suits capitalism that also suits the agenda of homophobia and wanting to control and limit our desires of patriarchy of sexism of anti black racism and who gets to feel pleasure.

  And so I think it's so important and one of the books that I absolutely love that I started to reread for this sole session is the divine sacred magical pleasure activism by Adrian Marie Brown.

  This is such a ode to pleasure and to the deep social potential of centering what pleases us at the deepest level centering pleasure in our movements for change in our movements for love and liberation.

  And I think this is such a beautiful beautiful book and testament to I mean I'm just obsessed with Adrian Marie Brown manifesting interviewing her on this podcast someday somewhere and when I start to think about the power of what deeply delights me as someone who believes in what I call collective dreaming that you are actually a vessel for someone else's dream and what you associate as your dream is your dream but it is also us dreaming through you.

  So I know that part of my dream for the solselon is every single guest's dream to be held to be in conversation with to be nourished and felt and received by me and to reach the exact vibration of you they are manifesting you through me because what every author wants is readers who are aligned to their book what every single ones is listeners who are aligned to their sound.

  Whatever DJ wants is a crowd full of people who are aligned to their taste so if you if my dream is to be a podcast host then I feel in my spirit that there are people who dream are being hosted by me there is an author out there who is writing a book that's going to align perfectly with me being able to be part of their platform for that book.

  I'm not going to be their whole platform but I'm going to be part of their story part of their unfolding there is a teacher there is a coach there is a healer out there who I know is calling this space in and then similarly there is there are listeners and watches who are calling in the exact kind of conversations that I dream of having.

  So my soul gasm has a deep divine collective intelligence to delight to educate to move to open the hearts of an awaken the exact people that I'm here to walk this life with and through and between with and through.

  So because I believe that if you take your pleasure seriously we all get to experience the pleasure that you came to deliver to us because would you rather watch a singer on a stage whose Karen said you have to be a singer because this is just what our family does so they were made to sing.

  And now they sort of are like well there's nothing else I can really do with my life so I'm going to sing or would you rather watch the singer who is so lit up by the fact that they get to be on his stage singing a song hearing the crowd sing out their lyrics they cannot believe this is the life that they get to live they cannot believe.

  The intimacy they've built with their voice with their vision they can't they are completely sold gas make which put which singer would you rather watch perform.

  So there is an intelligent design to pleasure.

  Would you rather watch the tiktok who's like I guess I should make a tiktok because that will sell more tickets to my event or the tiktok who comes with the human the delight or they come with the insight or the radical shift and they are.

  Illuminating you but you feel within them a light that had to shine so bright that it then found you there is a overflow of wisdom or of comedy you know those hilarious skits on tiktok there is a devotion there that is so magnetic and juicy so their pleasure there.

  So gas is on purpose because it is magnetic to the people who are meant to receive them so when you center your deepest so deep pleasure.

  Creatively what lights you up like what feels even if it makes no sense especially if it makes no sense because sense is the logical mind sense is the masculine and the western paradigm sense is an oppressive force trying to keep you small trying to keep you stuck in.

  A mind that is too small to hold the chaos the magic the expansiveness the infinitude of reality.

  You came here to do so much more than makes sense.

  So if you center what you crave what you long for like you long for it you crave to experience it.

  And I want to add a caveat that you don't crave the results you actually crave the process.

  So you crave being able to sing for a living you don't crave the Grammy you could crave both but primarily what you want to do is wake up and sing you crave being able to interview the people.

  Even though you know you'll you'll need to you'll get to that's the thing you'll feel like you get to wow I get to read this book or study someone's work their YouTube channel or their poetry and then I get to be in kind of wow that is amazing I want to spend my whole life doing that.

  Like there's no end point that so gas make experience if you are dreaming of being an actor what you dream of is actually acting it's like the ability to inhabit to be a resident to to to be a host of these spirits of these characters and that is your work.

  Your work that so gas make energy is your deepest calling and I want to bring in the spiritual teacher Bashar who is so powerful he's a channel and what Bashar says is that you're only only task in this life in terms of desire and purpose is to follow your excitement.

  That there is a specific cosmic intelligence to what excites you and that is your cheat code for your purpose for your calling for your joy for your fulfillment for your abundance for your alignment if you follow your excitement that will be like bread crumbs and you don't have to know what's going to excite you in ten years if you just do what is the most exciting possibility I could think of right now to pursue.

  And if you're indifferent if you have to and you don't mind you just choose one and just it will lead you to the same place ultimately anyways to your beacon of highest possibility.

  And so similarly you know excitement is a different expression of the same energy or gas make so gas make juicy erotic alive pleasure fill delightful energy what would delight you most.

  and I've been doing this practice thinking of something you know that's going to happen and what you'd love to celebrate on that day so let's say you know you're going to fly home and you said yourself I'd love when I sit on that flight I'd love to have this course that I've been envisioning for so many months I'd love to have it done I would love to celebrate on that day the fact

  that oh my word I get into the seat I take off my luggage you know it's all a mess and my hair is getting stuck on the velcro of the chair and the seat belt is too cold on my skin and I'm just like okay wow I'm celebrating the fact that I created the course

  and it doesn't even matter what happens I created something that I was craving to consume to experience I honored my voice my vision I honored my devotion and now I get to celebrate that

  so instead of a deadline I want to finish this by February 14th you could say I want to take myself on a date on Valentine's Day celebrating the fact that I had my first in-person interview I overcame my resistance I overcame my unworthiness and I did it

  I'm gonna sit in that chair and have a delicious bite of my favorite chocolate chip cookie and I'm gonna be so proud of the fact that I get to celebrate the love on Valentine's Day that I have for my vision for my purpose for my calling

  so that's a shift you can make from deadlines which is again quite a violent energy that word originates from a military like literally a line that if people crossed they would be killed

  I've got that energy words carry energy and vibration so it holds that it's a container like a word is a container for the energy that it holds even though meanings do shift and things do evolve and get reclaimed in a beautiful way and I think that's very different that's very subversive

  but something that that could invite you to a celebration day so if you are tuned into this frequency of I want a year that is not so rooted in strategizing and planning and goal setting and habit creation I'm looking for a softer frequency I'm looking for a more delight driven frequency something that is powered by pleasure by purpose by this feeling of devotion which is a beautiful actually integration of feminine and masculine energies

  because it's very loving it's very caring and also it asks of you to endure to show up to sometimes face discomfort to be willing

  if I know singing gives me that feeling what am I going to do sing more does that mean I need to professionalize and monetize I get to if I want to do that I can walk that path but there's no pressure to do anything with it except to experience the deep generosity of being able to feel lit up by anything at all

  so that is my desire that is my intention and so for example with speaking you can tell when someone is lit up by what they are saying when they are in a soul-gasmic energy and they are overflowing from that place versus when they are speaking from a place of should of obligation or maybe of wanting to get something out of it

  so there's an energy to speaking that is so palpable that's also why I love speaking because it's like energy that's all it is you can get this information from any way like you can you've heard many of these things before or you felt into them or you intuitively know them what you are experiencing right now is an energetic download an energetic conversation an energetic experience an energetic embrace and so it's so important for me to be in a soul-gasmic state as I deliver this experience

  as I deliver this to you so that I can be an overflow that just wants to give to you like a waterfall and just how sexy and sensual a waterfall is actually like oh my word I think about that all the time I'm like the earth is so erotic colonialism created a sense of sexual repression within the collective and trauma has done the same trauma has really wounded this deep beautiful energy within each of us and we get to reclaim that's that orgasmic energy

  and express it in many different facets and areas of our life what is the most soul-gasmic conversation you've ever had where you were pinging you felt so lit up you felt so juicy and how did that feel in your body when you anchor in the feelings the sensations that's something that you want to experience more of it is like a signal through the whole vessel of your body to the universe give me more to bring you more experiences just like that

  so I want to leave you with three questions number one what would you absolutely love to create to embody to experience this year number two who would you love to meet or co-create with or experience life with this year

  who can help me do this in a way that is more fun playful juicy orgasmic it's the who that really makes the magic that's why I do not believe in locking in do not lock in or actually let me not say do not lock in do whatever you your spirit moves you to do there's actually wisdom and advice is very contextual for some people locking in maybe the absolute most aligned thing that they could do for their soul and spirit for others not but I think at a cultural level one of the

  hesitations I have with lock in culture is you deserve to be witnessed if you lock in no one sees what you're doing that's also what I love about soul craft we witness each other showing up we have 30 day challenges we have opportunities to share your art and your gifts to express something you are challenged by or feeling really sticky about but still call to so you get witnessed and this is also why I created co-created soul craft

  soul craft is a creative expansion and accountability community that's really here to be sort of like the masculine to your feminine which is you bring the desire the dream and we create the structure and the support to help you bring that dream that creative dream to life

  so this is specifically for creative dreams like starting a podcast being more visible starting a business I mean there's so much that falls into creativity but it's specifically for spiritually inclined individuals magical souls who often are in the spiritual closet

  your maybe what you're manifesting this your isn't actually doing more it's being witnessed by someone doing it and so you are saying to the universe that's actually my most so gasmic life is the deep heroes of being witnessed by someone who resonates and celebrates me as I am

  the third question so we had what would you love to create who would you love to create with and even through or for who would you love to create for is it your younger self is it someone who is a working mom who feels overwhelmed and feels like she has no time for

  herself like who would you love to serve this year who would you love to reach out towards and who would you also love to call in to maybe support you and what you are doing a huge

  aspect of what I am calling in this year is like the dream team for this work you know I'm so privileged and so blessed to work with my best friend on soul craft

  and a huge aspect I think of my soul's evolution my business is receiving support I have such a I'll do it mindset you know witnessing people my family black woman in my family have to just take control of things because they weren't supported adequately and so they took on that role themselves

  and I want to be also in that receptive supported state of like I am calling in the most magical souls to co create this vision with me and I've had people reach out to me and I've had incredible experiences already and magical moments of manifesting a line support

  and I've had a chance that someone I love so deeply may start working with me like there's just so many things that are happening and actually I thought I was calling in the result but I'm calling in the magical souls that will make those results inevitable and that's actually soul craft in a sentence.

  There's that and then the third question that I want to ask you if you were to trust your desire your soul deep desire what would that invite you and give you permission to explore to try to experiment with to not have it figured out but trust the fact

  that you want to is guidance enough we have been taught again because of this paradigm and because the feminine is minimized and marginalized we've been taught to distrust our deepest desires we've been taught to feel ashamed of our desires especially women,
