- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, good morning.
- 0:00Speaker 2: Welcome to Vince on a Thursday. Great to have you
- 0:02Speaker 2: with me. As always, the best audience anywhere. We've got
- 0:05Speaker 2: a lot to get to today. A message of hope, optimism,
- 0:08Speaker 2: and self-determination in the face of so much destruction and cynicism,
- 0:13Speaker 2: and yes, progressivism. I've got the words of Supreme Court
- 0:16Speaker 2: Justice Clarence Thomas on this 250th anniversary of our country
- 0:21Speaker 2: coming up. You will want to hear these. They are great.
- 0:25Speaker 2: They're really great. A very realistic perspective on the state
- 0:28Speaker 2: of our country right now. Also, we're going to take
- 0:32Speaker 2: a close look at the new DHS secretary. That's right,
- 0:36Speaker 2: Mark Wayne Mullen, who uttered a phrase on national television
- 0:39Speaker 2: in the last 24 hours that has me going, what
- 0:41Speaker 2: the hell was that? And the director of national intelligence,
- 0:45Speaker 2: Tulsi Gabbard, has just made a massive criminal referral. These
- 0:49Speaker 2: are very important details, and they're all ahead on this
- 0:53Speaker 2: edition of Vince. Great to have you with me as always.
- 0:55Speaker 2: You guys are great. Look at you. Everybody's showing up
- 0:57Speaker 2: in the chat today. American flag's in the chat. Good morning, Sharon.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Is it Sharon, Florida? Or is it Sharon FI saying
- 1:04Speaker 2: good morning to the Army, both the United States Army
- 1:07Speaker 2: and then the very online Bongino Army. Good morning to
- 1:11Speaker 2: you as well. I had Dan Bongino on our show yesterday,
- 1:14Speaker 2: the big national radio show. We talked about Eric Swalwell.
- 1:17Speaker 2: We talked about background checks and FBI investigations. It was
- 1:21Speaker 2: pretty great. I'll be joining Dan's show next week, Wednesday.
- 1:26Speaker 2: on his podcast. So look forward to that. It's going
- 1:27Speaker 2: to be awesome. It's going to be really awesome.
- 1:29Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:30Speaker 2: A lot to get to. Let's thank the great sponsors
- 1:32Speaker 2: who are making all of this possible each day. Let's
- 1:35Speaker 2: see here. Who do we have this morning? Oh, that's right. HomeServe.

- 1:41Speaker 2: brings you the peace of mind that you need when
- 1:45Speaker 2: you're a homeowner. You know, owning a home is an
- 1:47Speaker 2: amazing thing. It really is. Until the moments that it's not.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Until you are in the midst of chaos. One minute,
- 1:53Speaker 2: you'll be enjoying that delicious morning coffee. And then the next,
- 1:56Speaker 2: you're ankle deep in water from a burst pipe?
- 1:59Speaker 1: No.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Repairs don't care about your timing. They definitely don't care
- 2:02Speaker 2: about your budget. Look, you protect your health, your car,
- 2:05Speaker 2: even your phone. But what about your home? It's probably
- 2:08Speaker 2: your biggest investment. And when something breaks, that can cost

- 2:24Speaker 2: It's like a subscription for your home. starting at just $ 4. 99

- 2:37Speaker 2: it's a no-brainer. Help protect your home systems and your
- 2:40Speaker 2: wallet with HomeServe against covered repairs. Plans start at just $ 4. 99

- 2:52Speaker 2: range between $ 4. 99 to $ 11. 99 a month your first year.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Terms apply on covered repairs. See homeserve.com for details. Yeah,
- 3:05Speaker 2: we got a big speech from the United States Supreme
- 3:07Speaker 2: Court Justice Clarence Thomas. We love Clarence Thomas, don't we, folks?
- 3:10Speaker 2: Clarence Thomas is wonderful. In fact, there's a lot of
- 3:13Speaker 2: chatter this week. Have you noticed this? Suddenly the chatter
- 3:16Speaker 2: is growing about whether or not Clarence Thomas or Sam
- 3:20Speaker 2: Alito are going to retire and whether they should retire
- 3:23Speaker 2: now while Republicans have control of the United States Senate.
- 3:26Speaker 2: And and look, no question, the future of our country
- 3:30Speaker 2: matters a lot. And we do need great justices like
- 3:32Speaker 2: a Thomas and like an Alito on the court. Clearly,
- 3:37Speaker 2: the president is thinking about this came up as an
- 3:39Speaker 2: interview with Maria Bartiromo as well. So, you know, nobody
- 3:44Speaker 2: knows what the future holds. We'll see. But on that subject,
- 3:48Speaker 2: while I'm talking about it, if I had any sort
- 3:53Speaker 2: of desire whatsoever, any wish whatsoever, it would be that
- 3:58Speaker 2: Clarence Thomas and Sam Alito, if they decide to retire
- 4:02Speaker 2: for whatever reason, if they decide to retire, that they
- 4:05Speaker 2: have a hand in picking their own replacements. Don't you
- 4:09Speaker 2: think that'd be a good idea? These are the guys.
- 4:11Speaker 2: These are the reliable guys on the court, the guys
- 4:13Speaker 2: who are standing up for the Constitution, the American founding,
- 4:15Speaker 2: natural rights, standing up for the rule of law, standing
- 4:19Speaker 2: up for eternal truth, that believe in the founding documents.
- 4:23Speaker 2: These guys, I want them to have a very heavy
- 4:28Speaker 2: hand in recommending who the next person up should be
- 4:32Speaker 2: if that comes to pass at all. And none of
- 4:34Speaker 2: this like outside groups coming up with lists and then
- 4:37Speaker 2: we end up with somebody on the court who kind
- 4:39Speaker 2: of sucks in the end, who's not that great. No,
- 4:42Speaker 2: we don't need any of that. We don't need sucks.
- 4:44Speaker 2: We need excellence. We need faithfulness to the Constitution and
- 4:48Speaker 2: the American people. So if for whatever reason Justice Thomas
- 4:52Speaker 2: or Justice Alito decide at any point here that, yeah,
- 4:54Speaker 2: it's time to check out, please, please, please, Mr. President,
- 4:58Speaker 2: take seriously those two men and their recommendations. In fact,
- 5:02Speaker 2: I'd be happy if they came up with their own list,
- 5:05Speaker 2: the two of them. They just cobbled together a list
- 5:06Speaker 2: of the people that they want for the United States
- 5:08Speaker 2: Supreme Court going forward. And we just rely on that
- 5:11Speaker 2: list as the basis for making these picks. Wouldn't that
- 5:14Speaker 2: be better? I think it'd be fantastic. To add to
- 5:17Speaker 2: the evidence of why that would be fantastic, I'm going
- 5:19Speaker 2: to show you some of Clarence Thomas now. For the
- 5:21Speaker 2: 250th anniversary of our country, he went and he spoke
- 5:25Speaker 2: at the University of Texas Austin Law School. yesterday, last night,
- 5:30Speaker 2: and he talked about the American founding and what we
- 5:35Speaker 2: are the inheritors of and what the left has been
- 5:38Speaker 2: trying to destroy. Now, this has created immediately some headlines. Now,
- 5:44Speaker 2: if you are watching me live on Rumble right now
- 5:47Speaker 2: at 8 a.m. Eastern time, rumble.com slash Vince, chances are
- 5:51Speaker 2: you haven't seen a lot of clips from this speech yet.
- 5:55Speaker 2: And part of the reason for that, as I determined
- 5:58Speaker 2: this morning as I was going through my notes, is
- 6:00Speaker 2: there aren't a lot of very good transcripts out yet
- 6:03Speaker 2: of the of the justices speech. So as a result,
- 6:06Speaker 2: it's been a little difficult to navigate to where he
- 6:08Speaker 2: has expressed some of these views. But let me show
- 6:11Speaker 2: you some of what I found and some of what
- 6:14Speaker 2: I was able to see. I'm watching this speech this morning.
- 6:16Speaker 2: I'm going it's a jaw dropper. It is so stinking good.
- 6:19Speaker 2: You should go watch it yourself when you get the
- 6:20Speaker 2: time to get the time. It's a wonderful recitation of
- 6:23Speaker 2: American history and the left's attacks on it. But here
- 6:27Speaker 2: is the ABC News headline this morning. They're kind of
- 6:30Speaker 2: whiny about it. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas blasts progressivism
- 6:35Speaker 2: as threat to America. As threat to America. Supreme Court
- 6:41Speaker 2: Justice Clarence Thomas on Wednesday delivered a televised broadside against progressivism,
- 6:45Speaker 2: a political philosophy he described as as an existential threat
- 6:50Speaker 2: to America and the principles that founded it 250 years ago. Quote,
- 6:57Speaker 2: progressivism seeks to replace the basic premises of the Declaration
- 7:00Speaker 2: of Independence and hence our form of government. Thomas said
- 7:05Speaker 2: in a speech at the University of Austin Law School,
- 7:08Speaker 2: pegged to the nation's upcoming milestone birthday. Quote, a spirit
- 7:13Speaker 2: of cynicism, rejection, hostility, and animus toward America. by Americans
- 7:21Speaker 2: has taken hold. Thomas said in remarks carried live on C-SPAN.
- 7:28Speaker 2: I love that little dig. You see, you know what
- 7:29Speaker 2: that means right there? People could see this. Wait, these
- 7:33Speaker 2: remarks were carried live on C-SPAN? How out of control
- 7:37Speaker 2: is Clarence Thomas that he would utter these phrases out loud?
- 7:40Speaker 2: This is an attack on Americans, ABC is saying. When
- 7:45Speaker 2: of course it's not. What Clarence Thomas is doing is
- 7:49Speaker 2: standing up for our country, its founding, and our people.
- 7:53Speaker 2: He's standing up for our ability to determine for ourselves
- 7:57Speaker 2: how we live our lives. And he's once again reminding
- 8:01Speaker 2: everyone that the United States Constitution was designed to impose
- 8:06Speaker 2: limits on the government. It provides the outer bounds of
- 8:11Speaker 2: what the government is allowed to do. The Constitution is
- 8:14Speaker 2: a contract. It is the consent of the governed. It
- 8:18Speaker 2: is the consent of the American people that allows this
- 8:21Speaker 2: government to exist in its limited form. This is what
- 8:25Speaker 2: he's talking about. So Justice Thomas is standing up for
- 8:29Speaker 2: the very greatest traditions of our American history. And as
- 8:33Speaker 2: he does, he offers a really great history here of
- 8:37Speaker 2: our country. Let me show this to you. Here's a
- 8:39Speaker 2: bit of what I was able to find this morning.
- 8:41Speaker 2: This is Clarence Thomas's speech, one of the one of
- 8:44Speaker 2: the finest moments in it that I tracked down, as
- 8:48Speaker 2: he talks about what progressivism seeks to do to the
- 8:52Speaker 2: United States. And as you listen to this, see if
- 8:54Speaker 2: it sounds in any way familiar to the current battles
- 8:56Speaker 2: we're going through. Watch.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Progressivism seeks to replace the basic premises of the Declaration
- 9:03Speaker 1: of Independence, and hence our form of government. It holds
- 9:09Speaker 1: that our rights and our dignities come not from God,
- 9:13Speaker 1: but from government. It requires of the people a subservience
- 9:18Speaker 1: and weakness incompatible with a constitution premised on the transcendent
- 9:24Speaker 1: origin of our rights. You will not be surprised to
- 9:28Speaker 1: learn that the progressives had a great deal of contempt
- 9:32Speaker 1: for us, the American people. Before he entered politics, Wilson
- 9:38Speaker 1: would describe the American people as, quote, selfish, ignorant, timid, stubborn,
- 9:46Speaker 1: and foolish. He lamented that we do too much by
- 9:52Speaker 1: vote and too little by expert rule. He proposed that
- 9:57Speaker 1: the people be ruled by administrators who use them as tools.
- 10:03Speaker 1: He once again aspired to be like Germany, where the people,
- 10:07Speaker 1: he said admiringly, were docile and acquiescent. The century of
- 10:14Speaker 1: progressivism did not go well. The European system that Wilson
- 10:20Speaker 1: and the progressives scolded Americans for not adopting, which he
- 10:24Speaker 1: called nearly perfect, led to the governments that caused the
- 10:29Speaker 1: most awful century that the world has ever seen. Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini,
- 10:36Speaker 1: and Mao all were intertwined with the rise of progressivism,
- 10:41Speaker 1: and all were opposed to the natural rights on which
- 10:45Speaker 1: our declaration are based. Many progressives expressed admiration for each
- 10:51Speaker 1: of them shortly before their governments killed tens of millions
- 10:56Speaker 1: of people. It was a terrible mistake to adopt progressivism's
- 11:02Speaker 1: rejection of the Declaration's vision of universal, unalienable natural rights.
- 11:11Speaker 2: Where's the lie? He nailed it. He nailed it. How
- 11:18Speaker 2: good was that, Chad? How good was that? As he
- 11:24Speaker 2: explained that progressivism gave us Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, Mao, and
- 11:31Speaker 2: the death of tens of millions of people. That's what
- 11:36Speaker 2: progressivism has wrought. Progressivism is a force for destruction, for suppression.
- 11:45Speaker 2: It diminishes us. That's what Clarence Thomas is now warning
- 11:49Speaker 2: everybody about. And he's singing the praises of our history,
- 11:54Speaker 2: that Americans throughout our history, despite attempts to infuse progressivism
- 11:59Speaker 2: into our country, have resisted. We have, to a much
- 12:03Speaker 2: greater extent than most of the planet, than the rest
- 12:06Speaker 2: of the planet, in fact, resisted the forces of progressivism.
- 12:12Speaker 2: But they continue to be on the march. You heard
- 12:13Speaker 2: him reference Woodrow Wilson. Woodrow Wilson, a sinister, racist, progressive
- 12:19Speaker 2: president from early in the last century, Democrat, who, you know,
- 12:25Speaker 2: just out of control, resegregated the federal government, had an
- 12:30Speaker 2: utter contempt for the American voter. That thought process, certainly
- 12:36Speaker 2: shades of that thought process, continue to dominate now among
- 12:39Speaker 2: the American left. They continue to dominate. Everything from the
- 12:43Speaker 2: racial prejudice to the animus towards American citizens, the belief
- 12:47Speaker 2: that Americans shouldn't be able to handle their own affairs,
- 12:51Speaker 2: that you should not be able to protect yourself or
- 12:53Speaker 2: your own family with guns, that you shouldn't handle your
- 12:57Speaker 2: own finances, that you can't take care of your own family.
- 13:02Speaker 2: In fact, that family itself should be divided against one another,
- 13:04Speaker 2: that biology itself is a matter of the government telling
- 13:09Speaker 2: you whether or not you know, like basically whether or
- 13:13Speaker 2: not men and women even exist. This is all, it's
- 13:17Speaker 2: still happening. And so Clarence Thomas here in our 250th
- 13:21Speaker 2: anniversary is reminding everyone that the founding documents acknowledged that
- 13:27Speaker 2: we are not God and that we are endowed by
- 13:29Speaker 2: our creator with these inalienable rights, these natural rights. And
- 13:34Speaker 2: that at our best, in order for this country to survive,
- 13:38Speaker 2: we need to constantly remember that. and fight for it,
- 13:43Speaker 2: and not become despondent. You can't become despondent. There's a
- 13:48Speaker 2: lot of pressure on you right now, and there has
- 13:51Speaker 2: been throughout American history, but you can feel it right now,
- 13:52Speaker 2: can't you? There's a lot of pressure on you right
- 13:55Speaker 2: now to give up, to wave the white flag of surrender,
- 13:58Speaker 2: to tap out, to say nothing can change, it's all
- 14:02Speaker 2: going down, I'm tapping out of the system, I'm not
- 14:06Speaker 2: going to vote. There's an immense amount of pressure, and
- 14:10Speaker 2: My suspicion is, if you're watching this program, you are
- 14:12Speaker 2: not succumbing to it. You are still staying in the fight.
- 14:16Speaker 2: This audience does. But you probably know people in your
- 14:20Speaker 2: life who have vocalized this sentiment, which is like, I
- 14:24Speaker 2: give up. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if I
- 14:26Speaker 2: get involved at all. We always lose. It's all going down.
- 14:29Speaker 2: It's all going to burn. Don't succumb to this. And
- 14:34Speaker 2: don't allow the people around you to succumb to it either.
- 14:39Speaker 2: That pessimism is the poisonous fruit of progressivism. That's the goal.
- 14:47Speaker 2: That kind of defeated, despondent attitude is the goal of
- 14:55Speaker 2: people like Woodrow Wilson, of the progressives, who are trying
- 14:59Speaker 2: to make the population so despondent and so servile and
- 15:03Speaker 2: so disinterested in determining their own futures that that they
- 15:08Speaker 2: allow the government to control everything about their lives. That's
- 15:14Speaker 2: the end goal. Don't let them have it. In fact,
- 15:17Speaker 2: Clarence Thomas, during the question and answer portion yesterday at
- 15:20Speaker 2: the University of Texas, Austin, at the law school, he
- 15:25Speaker 2: addressed this, this idea that Americans are growing despondent. And
- 15:29Speaker 2: he warned them, don't do that. You need to stand
- 15:32Speaker 2: up and take ownership of your own country. Watch, here's
- 15:34Speaker 2: Justice Thomas yesterday on that.
- 15:36Speaker 1: I think if we don't stand up and take ownership
- 15:39Speaker 1: of our country and take responsibility for it, we are
- 15:42Speaker 1: slowly letting others control how we think and what we think.
- 15:48Speaker 1: I think the beauty of going to school is that
- 15:51Speaker 1: you learn how to think for yourself. You develop the
- 15:54Speaker 1: discipline to think things through. If you think it's losing confidence,
- 16:00Speaker 1: then you get up and you participate. You don't sit
- 16:03Speaker 1: on the sidelines. that the state is being run inconsistent
- 16:10Speaker 1: with how you feel, then you get up and you participate.
- 16:13Speaker 1: You prepare yourself. If you think that the medical profession
- 16:17Speaker 1: is not right, well, you become a doctor, a medical person,
- 16:22Speaker 1: and you deal with that. I think we need to
- 16:25Speaker 1: take ownership of our country. It's our country.
- 16:31Speaker 2: It's our country. This is our country. We determine its future.
- 16:37Speaker 2: We're not going to sit back and let others destroy it. Now,
- 16:43Speaker 2: that's not the first time in the last 24 hours
- 16:45Speaker 2: we've heard a message like that from somebody who's in
- 16:47Speaker 2: a position of power in our country and influence. It's
- 16:51Speaker 2: great to hear this from Justice Clarence Thomas. We also
- 16:53Speaker 2: heard the same message from the vice president of the
- 16:56Speaker 2: United States, J.D. Vance, at the University of Georgia, not
- 16:59Speaker 2: 24 hours prior, where he sat on that stage, Turning
- 17:03Speaker 2: Point USA, and he told Americans that If you don't
- 17:08Speaker 2: like what's happening in your government, you need to get involved,
- 17:10Speaker 2: you need to vocalize, you need to be involved, and
- 17:13Speaker 2: you need to fight. The people telling you, he says,
- 17:16Speaker 2: that the midterms, for instance, are a foregone conclusion, are
- 17:19Speaker 2: the ones who want Republicans to lose in the midterms.
- 17:24Speaker 2: They're trying to convince you to check out of the process.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Don't let them do it. This is the poisonous fruit
- 17:32Speaker 2: of progressivism. The poisonous fruit of empowering the government to
- 17:38Speaker 2: rule every aspect of your life is convincing you not
- 17:41Speaker 2: to be involved in determining your own path forward. In
- 17:50Speaker 2: a way, though, as I'm talking about this, I derive
- 17:55Speaker 2: a lot of optimism out of this, a lot of
- 17:57Speaker 2: hope out of it, a happy reminder that it is
- 18:00Speaker 2: within my power to do something good for my country.
- 18:03Speaker 2: and within your power as well, of course. We have
- 18:05Speaker 2: agency that the future is determined by how much effort
- 18:10Speaker 2: we put into securing it. So we can do it.
- 18:14Speaker 2: So we can do it. It's a positive vision for
- 18:18Speaker 2: what can be done in the face of dark forces
- 18:21Speaker 2: who are trying to prevent us from doing it. So
- 18:23Speaker 2: keep fighting. And that's why on this program and in
- 18:28Speaker 2: my other work, and I'm constantly... having to talk about
- 18:32Speaker 2: not just the problems that are manifesting on the left,
- 18:34Speaker 2: but the problems that are manifesting within our own ranks,
- 18:38Speaker 2: or at least the people who call themselves Republican and,
- 18:41Speaker 2: you know, wear this suit of conservative, or they claim
- 18:45Speaker 2: to be. And then they advance like poisonous ideas that
- 18:47Speaker 2: work against us. So in a moment, I'm going to
- 18:50Speaker 2: talk to you about six Republicans who yesterday decided to
- 18:54Speaker 2: advance yet another poisonous idea that would deteriorate our country.
- 19:00Speaker 2: that would reward lawbreaking. And we can't abide that. So
- 19:04Speaker 2: I've got the details on that and a lot more
- 19:06Speaker 2: all ahead on this edition of Vince. Great to have
- 19:10Speaker 2: you with me as always. Really, really the best audience anywhere. Hey,
- 19:14Speaker 2: let me tell you about one of our great sponsors,
- 19:16Speaker 2: Bone Charge. Bone Charge is amazing. They sent me an
- 19:19Speaker 2: infrared sauna blanket and sent Allison a red light face mask.
- 19:22Speaker 2: We love these products. The bone charge infrared sauna blanket
- 19:28Speaker 2: is what a nice addition that has been to my
- 19:30Speaker 2: house because now I've got a sauna in the house,
- 19:32Speaker 2: which I never thought I'd be able to do something
- 19:34Speaker 2: like that. It's a sauna blanket. It's infrared heat, and
- 19:37Speaker 2: I can just wrap myself up in it, and it
- 19:39Speaker 2: helps with muscle recovery. Detoxification is a total game changer
- 19:43Speaker 2: for me. And for my wife, Allison, she loves that
- 19:46Speaker 2: red light face mask. She wears it each day. It takes...
- 19:49Speaker 2: you know, I don't even know how this happens, but
- 19:52Speaker 2: it's got a charge. It holds a charge and it holds,
- 19:54Speaker 2: it seems like forever. So she doesn't have to charge
- 19:56Speaker 2: it that often. She wears it each night and it's
- 20:00Speaker 2: this great red light therapy and it helps your skin's texture,
- 20:03Speaker 2: reduces inflammation. She has seen fantastic results from it. It's
- 20:07Speaker 2: like having a mini spa treatment right in our home.

- 20:43Speaker 2: So yesterday we were served up at least like a portion.
- 20:48Speaker 2: It's not a law yet. Don't fear that, but let's
- 20:52Speaker 2: strangle this thing while we can. Another immigration betrayal. How
- 20:56Speaker 2: many immigration betrayals are some of these House Republicans going
- 21:00Speaker 2: to be involved in cooking up? A half dozen House
- 21:04Speaker 2: Republicans yesterday broke ranks with the rest of their party
- 21:10Speaker 2: to advance a bill that would give illegal alien Haitians amnesty. Amnesty.
- 21:18Speaker 2: So yesterday, six House Republicans joined with Democrats. So the
- 21:23Speaker 2: vote ended up being 219 to 209. And the way
- 21:29Speaker 2: that this went down, this was not, this is just a,
- 21:32Speaker 2: not for final passage. This is just to move the
- 21:34Speaker 2: bill forward. Eric Daugherty had this on X. Take a
- 21:39Speaker 2: look at this. This is his recitation of what went down.
- 21:43Speaker 2: He said, six House Republicans just joined Democrats to protect
- 21:46Speaker 2: Haitian migrants, 219 to 209, illegals. Are you kidding me
- 21:50Speaker 2: right now? This would give Haitians temporary protective status, a
- 21:53Speaker 2: category in which one of them killed that woman in
- 21:56Speaker 2: Florida at a gas station. Yeah, with a hammer to
- 21:58Speaker 2: the face. Per Tim Burchett, a Democrat motion to provide
- 22:03Speaker 2: for consideration that legal immigrants status to Haitians It provides
- 22:10Speaker 2: legal immigrant status to Haitians who are already in the
- 22:12Speaker 2: United States. You have illegal Haitians who are here, and
- 22:14Speaker 2: we're going to allow them to stay, and several Republicans
- 22:18Speaker 2: look them up who they were. So that's what Tim
- 22:20Speaker 2: Burchett was recommending. Here are the Republican yeas, and you
- 22:23Speaker 2: will not be shocked to see these names because they
- 22:26Speaker 2: keep appearing in all these amnesty packages. Here, Salazar, Maria Salazar, again. Bacon, Bacon.
- 22:35Speaker 2: How many times do I have to say this? Don Bacon.
- 22:38Speaker 2: The one time bacon doesn't improve something, Congress. Fitzpatrick, Jimenez, Lawler,
- 22:45Speaker 2: and Malliotakis, those are the six. Those are the six
- 22:50Speaker 2: who voted to advance this idiocy. And this betrayal of
- 22:53Speaker 2: our country's laws, it's a betrayal of the American citizen.
- 22:57Speaker 2: It's a betrayal of the 2024 election mandate, which is
- 23:01Speaker 2: to secure our borders and get foreign invaders out of
- 23:05Speaker 2: our country. If you don't have laws, you don't have
- 23:09Speaker 2: a country. If you don't have borders, you don't have
- 23:11Speaker 2: a country. Here's Tim Burchett explaining exactly what happened yesterday
- 23:17Speaker 2: on the House floor. I love these Tim Burchett videos.
- 23:19Speaker 2: Here he is.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Hey, everybody.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Tim Burchett is leaving the House floor. Three bills, two
- 23:27Speaker 3: of no real significance. The third, unbelievably, a Democrat motion
- 23:33Speaker 3: to provide for consideration of that legal immigrants status to Haitians,
- 23:42Speaker 3: it provides legal immigrants status to Haitians who are already
- 23:46Speaker 3: in the United States. So you have illegal Haitians here,
- 23:50Speaker 3: and we're going to allow them to stay. And four Republicans.
- 24:00Speaker 3: Look them up, who they were. You can pretty much guess,
- 24:05Speaker 3: but go ahead and look them up. Anyway, unbelievable. This
- 24:11Speaker 3: is one time I'm glad for inaction in the Senate.
- 24:14Speaker 3: But that got me. That's what we've become. We got
- 24:18Speaker 3: to clean this mess up up here. Anyway, thank you
- 24:24Speaker 3: all for sending me here. We'll keep fighting.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Thank you all for sending me here. We'll keep fighting.
- 24:30Speaker 2: I like that sentiment, by the way. Congressman Burchett expresses it.
- 24:35Speaker 2: at the end of every one of these videos. I
- 24:36Speaker 2: went back and checked. He says it every time. Thank
- 24:38Speaker 2: you all for sending me here. We'll keep fighting. We
- 24:41Speaker 2: need more like him. We need more like him. We
- 24:44Speaker 2: just need honesty about what the hell's going on in Congress.
- 24:47Speaker 2: And we do need to purge the ranks of people
- 24:49Speaker 2: who would sell us out like this and then tell
- 24:51Speaker 2: us it's for our own good. It's not. It's a betrayal.
- 24:55Speaker 2: It's a betrayal. We have an immigration system. We have
- 24:57Speaker 2: a legal immigration system and it should be followed. And
- 25:02Speaker 2: if it's not followed, then you shouldn't be here. These
- 25:05Speaker 2: are simple concepts. Yesterday, the DHS secretary, Mark Wayne Mullen,
- 25:10Speaker 2: was on the Fox News channel with Laura Ingram. And
- 25:14Speaker 2: he slammed this move to his credit. He slammed this
- 25:17Speaker 2: move by these members of Congress to advance amnesty. Take
- 25:22Speaker 2: a look here. Here's the here's the secretary, Mark Wayne Mullen,
- 25:25Speaker 2: on this issue.
- 25:26Speaker 4: Unfortunately, TPS turns into a permanent status. We have people
- 25:29Speaker 4: that's been here for 30 years. And then when we
- 25:31Speaker 4: say we're going to end a protected status for you,
- 25:35Speaker 4: they end up coming in and saying, well, wait a second.
- 25:38Speaker 4: It's inhumane because we're married.
- 25:39Speaker 2: We have family. We have kids here. We have grandkids here.
- 25:42Speaker 2: We work here.
- 25:42Speaker 4: And now we're going to send you back home. But
- 25:44Speaker 4: it was never supposed to be permanent. And that's the
- 25:46Speaker 4: problem is when you start extending these programs, they become permanent.
- 25:50Speaker 4: And I have a real hard, I have a hard
- 25:53Speaker 4: issue with TPS to begin with because We don't ever
- 25:57Speaker 4: end it. We always extend it. We have asylum laws here.
- 26:00Speaker 4: And if you need asylum and you can prove that
- 26:02Speaker 4: you have asylum, we're pretty generous in that.
- 26:05Speaker 3: Very small.
- 26:05Speaker 2: But it is a very small percentage. But that's what
- 26:08Speaker 2: I'm saying.
- 26:08Speaker 4: If you can prove it, which is the president has
- 26:10Speaker 4: tightened that president Trump, we have tightened this.
- 26:12Speaker 5: It's been brilliant at the border. Brilliant lockdown. They're not
- 26:16Speaker 5: accepting the fake asylees, but they would extend their stay
- 26:20Speaker 5: in the United States for that. Till January 20th, 2029,
- 26:23Speaker 5: President Trump's last day in office.
- 26:25Speaker 4: And we are not for that.
- 26:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:28Speaker 2: And we just saw a report on that issue, how
- 26:30Speaker 2: brilliant President Trump has been in locking all of this down.
- 26:35Speaker 2: We just had this report. I'm pulling it up because
- 26:37Speaker 2: I'm just reminded of it earlier this week from Cato, Cato, which.
- 26:41Speaker 2: does not support locking down the borders. This is not
- 26:45Speaker 2: an organization that supports locking down the borders. They're angry
- 26:48Speaker 2: that President Trump is locking down the borders. But they
- 26:52Speaker 2: cited the data as a way to, I think, attack Trump.
- 26:55Speaker 2: And yet it's really a huge celebration of what Trump
- 26:58Speaker 2: has accomplished. Trump has cut legal immigration even more than
- 27:03Speaker 2: illegal immigration, they say. He's dramatically cut down on people
- 27:10Speaker 2: pouring into our country. And I've said for a while,
- 27:12Speaker 2: we need a full-blown moratorium on all migration into the
- 27:15Speaker 2: United States, illegal aliens pouring in or illegal immigration. We
- 27:18Speaker 2: need to lock everything down for a time so that
- 27:21Speaker 2: we can reestablish the United States of America. fix the
- 27:26Speaker 2: problems here, deport anybody who's not supposed to be here,
- 27:29Speaker 2: clean up the system, and then have a functioning legal
- 27:32Speaker 2: immigration system where it works in the both interests of
- 27:34Speaker 2: both parties. It works to the benefit of the American people.
- 27:37Speaker 2: And of course, to the benefit of the legal immigrants
- 27:40Speaker 2: who are pursuing the American dream. These, not difficult, not
- 27:45Speaker 2: difficult at all. But Cato runs through the data here
- 27:48Speaker 2: and they say the following, asylum seekers entering legally fell
- 27:52Speaker 2: by 99.9% under President Trump. Refugees entering legally from abroad
- 27:59Speaker 2: fell by 90% under President Trump. Immigrant visas for legal
- 28:05Speaker 2: permanent residents fell by about 50%. Visas for fiancés and
- 28:11Speaker 2: spouses of U.S. citizens fell by 65%. International student visas
- 28:16Speaker 2: have fallen by 40%. H-1B visas have fallen by at
- 28:21Speaker 2: least 25%. H-1B visas dramatically dropping. Legal entry cuts are
- 28:28Speaker 2: now likely 2.5 times higher than illegal entries, says Cato.
- 28:33Speaker 2: But that's because also illegal entries have been shut down
- 28:36Speaker 2: to practically zero by the Trump administration. So these, by
- 28:39Speaker 2: the way, yes, I voted for all of this. And yes,
- 28:42Speaker 2: these are all massive wins. This is a massive series
- 28:45Speaker 2: of wins by the Trump administration. But in a moment,
- 28:48Speaker 2: I'm going to play for you a clip that kind
- 28:52Speaker 2: of works against everything that the president is fighting for here.
- 28:56Speaker 2: And it comes right out of the mouth of the
- 28:57Speaker 2: DHS secretary, Mark Wayne Mullen. Now, I will say, before
- 29:02Speaker 2: I play this clip, I'll get to in just a moment.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Before I play it, there's a lot of people who
- 29:07Speaker 2: mouth the same words, who have expressed this bumper sticker
- 29:10Speaker 2: view of our country for years. And I think sometimes
- 29:13Speaker 2: they don't actually know what they're expressing or what the
- 29:16Speaker 2: phrase is. what the purpose of the phrase is. And
- 29:19Speaker 2: that phrase is nation of immigrants, nation of immigrants. And
- 29:25Speaker 2: I'm going to address this in just a moment, what
- 29:27Speaker 2: Mark Wayne Mullen said and why this is a poisonous
- 29:31Speaker 2: notion for protecting our country. And I'll get to it
- 29:35Speaker 2: in just a second here, all ahead on this edition
- 29:38Speaker 2: of Vince. Okay, let's thank another one of our great sponsors.
- 29:42Speaker 2: Quince is a great sponsor of our show and a
- 29:44Speaker 2: great creator of wonderful clothing. You know, this time of
- 29:48Speaker 2: year as you're cleaning out the closet, spring cleaning, you
- 29:51Speaker 2: start looking at what you need, you're changing out the,
- 29:53Speaker 2: like getting rid of the cold weather stuff, moving to
- 29:56Speaker 2: the warmer stuff. And I'm looking in my closet and
- 29:58Speaker 2: I keep coming back to the Quince stuff. Because everything
- 30:01Speaker 2: just feels better. It's the fabrics, the fits, and the
- 30:05Speaker 2: pricing is great. The pricing actually makes a lot of sense.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Quince makes high-quality everyday essentials using premium materials like 100%
- 30:11Speaker 2: European linen, and they've got their insanely soft flow-knit activewear.
- 30:17Speaker 2: Their men's linen pants and shirts are very lightweight, breathable, comfortable.
- 30:21Speaker 2: They're the perfect layer for spring. And the best part,
- 30:24Speaker 2: Quince's prices are actually 50% to 60% less than similar brands.
- 30:27Speaker 2: They work directly with ethical factories. They cut out the middlemen.
- 30:31Speaker 2: You're paying for quality, not markup. I really, really like
- 30:35Speaker 2: my Quince stuff, and I'm constantly reaching for Quince shirts
- 30:39Speaker 2: out of my closet. I love them. And they're breathable, comfortable,
- 30:42Speaker 2: and they look way more polished than you might expect
- 30:45Speaker 2: without costing what quality linen usually does. Refresh your wardrobe

- 31:08Speaker 2: the vehicle for excellent sleep that I love, Helix Mattress.
- 31:13Speaker 2: I love my Helix Mattress. You know, sleep didn't used
- 31:18Speaker 2: to be this good for me. I used to be
- 31:19Speaker 2: kind of restless at night. And I wake up kind
- 31:23Speaker 2: of in some pain. I didn't feel great. I thought,
- 31:25Speaker 2: I really truly thought that it wasn't the mattress. It
- 31:28Speaker 2: was just me. It was impossible for me to find
- 31:31Speaker 2: the perfect mattress. All of that changed when Allison and
- 31:34Speaker 2: I switched to our Helix mattress. And we've been sleeping
- 31:38Speaker 2: on our Helix mattress now for a while, and it
- 31:41Speaker 2: has been a serious upgrade to our life. And one
- 31:44Speaker 2: of the things I love most is the comfort and
- 31:47Speaker 2: the balance. It's supportive enough to help my back, which
- 31:50Speaker 2: I need, but it's still super comfortable. And I used
- 31:53Speaker 2: to toss and turn. Now, not anymore. Not anymore. I'm
- 31:58Speaker 2: getting beautiful, deep sleep. And I'm waking up each morning
- 32:01Speaker 2: feeling very, very rested. You know, Helix has over 20
- 32:05Speaker 2: different mattress models. And that's because people are different. And
- 32:10Speaker 2: you can take their online sleep quiz. And it's going
- 32:12Speaker 2: to match you up so nicely with the mattress that's
- 32:15Speaker 2: going to change your life. It did for me. Our

- 32:45Speaker 2: Thank you to Helix. Wonderful. Thank you for giving me
- 32:47Speaker 2: a great night's sleep, and thank you for sponsoring the program.
- 32:50Speaker 2: All right. So Mark Wayne Mullen, we played a clip
- 32:56Speaker 2: for a moment earlier. You heard him say it. He
- 32:59Speaker 2: used what I consider a very dangerous bumper sticker slogan
- 33:03Speaker 2: in the United States, and that is this idea that
- 33:05Speaker 2: the United States is, quote, a nation of immigrants. This
- 33:09Speaker 2: guy's the DHS secretary, and he should be trained out
- 33:12Speaker 2: of this. Here's what he said last night on Fox.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Cut three.
- 33:16Speaker 1: Watch.
- 33:17Speaker 6: Right.
- 33:17Speaker 4: They take advantage of the United States' generosity, but the
- 33:22Speaker 4: problem is that we want immigration. We want legal immigration,
- 33:25Speaker 4: people that want to make the country stronger. We're a
- 33:28Speaker 4: nation of immigrants. We understand that.
- 33:29Speaker 2: The right kind of immigrants. We're not a nation of immigrants.
- 33:36Speaker 2: We're a nation of settlers, adventurers, people who came here
- 33:41Speaker 2: and built a country in a place where there was
- 33:44Speaker 2: no country. Our ancestors, the people who built this place,
- 33:49Speaker 2: built it. And one of the, you know, as we
- 33:53Speaker 2: started the program today, I was talking about what our
- 33:55Speaker 2: founders gave us, the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution,
- 34:00Speaker 2: the constraints on government, our natural rights. If you start
- 34:07Speaker 2: defraying the value of our founding by just simply suggesting
- 34:13Speaker 2: that what makes us great is open borders, then you're
- 34:20Speaker 2: diminishing our ability to think clearly about how we preserve
- 34:23Speaker 2: what we've inherited. The use of the phrase nation of
- 34:27Speaker 2: immigrants grooms the populace into believing that we don't deserve sovereignty,
- 34:35Speaker 2: that we should just open our borders wide and allow
- 34:38Speaker 2: anybody to pour in. And of course we shouldn't do that.
- 34:41Speaker 2: So stop mindlessly repeating the phrase nation of immigrants. Now
- 34:47Speaker 2: lots of good and decent people have repeated it through
- 34:49Speaker 2: the years because they like what it says about America,
- 34:53Speaker 2: that we're generous. And we are, we are very generous.
- 34:56Speaker 2: But again, the phrase conditions people to believe that our
- 35:00Speaker 2: sovereignty is not worth protecting. And so stop doing that.
- 35:05Speaker 2: Stop it because it's a lie and it's a hurtful one. Yeah,
- 35:10Speaker 2: we are a great country. Where did this phrase nation
- 35:12Speaker 2: of immigrants come from, by the way? Where did it
- 35:14Speaker 2: come from? You know, it was expressed in the late 1800s.
- 35:19Speaker 2: It was expressed a couple of times in like letters
- 35:22Speaker 2: to the editor in American newspapers. It was sourced to there.
- 35:25Speaker 2: But it was really popularized by John F. Kennedy in
- 35:29Speaker 2: the late 1950s when he was then Senator John F. Kennedy.
- 35:33Speaker 2: He wrote a pamphlet on behalf of the Anti-Defamation League,
- 35:37Speaker 2: the ADL, called the Nation of immigrants, and it was
- 35:42Speaker 2: used as a justification to reform our entire immigration system
- 35:45Speaker 2: to make it less restrictive and to essentially open our
- 35:48Speaker 2: borders to the world. Then subsequently in the 1960s, it
- 35:54Speaker 2: was reissued as a book in 1964. This, of course,
- 35:58Speaker 2: is after his death in 1963, after his assassination, reissued
- 36:01Speaker 2: as a book in 1964. The book is entitled A
- 36:04Speaker 2: Nation of Immigrants, and that book was used to help
- 36:08Speaker 2: finally achieve passage of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965.
- 36:15Speaker 2: So it was a huge political pressure campaign that was
- 36:19Speaker 2: authored by and used by a very popular at the
- 36:22Speaker 2: time and assassinated American president, John F. Kennedy, to kick
- 36:26Speaker 2: wide open our borders by a progressive president, Lyndon B. Johnson, LBJ,
- 36:34Speaker 2: who takes over after JFK, who is the one who
- 36:38Speaker 2: signs into law the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965,
- 36:42Speaker 2: kicks the doors open on the whole country, and a
- 36:46Speaker 2: lot of the chaos that has ensued in our immigration
- 36:48Speaker 2: system ever since was done under the pretext of we're
- 36:53Speaker 2: a nation of immigrants. Do you see how this happens,
- 36:56Speaker 2: ladies and gentlemen? Do you see what I'm saying, how
- 36:59Speaker 2: this all went down? In other words, your decency is exploited.
- 37:06Speaker 2: Your kindness, your generosity is exploited in order to betray you.
- 37:12Speaker 2: And that's led us to where we are today. And,
- 37:16Speaker 2: you know, and this goes back, you know, John F.
- 37:18Speaker 2: Kennedy's role in creating this nation of immigrants concept that
- 37:21Speaker 2: has permeated much of the American political discourse over the
- 37:25Speaker 2: last half century. You know, it goes back to, like,
- 37:29Speaker 2: for instance, here, let me, I'll pull it up here.
- 37:30Speaker 2: This is a New York Times excerpt from August 4th
- 37:34Speaker 2: of 1963. of John F. Kennedy's writings on the issue.
- 37:40Speaker 2: Look at this. Nation of immigrants. Those of you with
- 37:44Speaker 2: me right now on rumble.com slash fans, you can see this.
- 37:47Speaker 2: And they have John F. Kennedy saying, since the first
- 37:49Speaker 2: settlers reached the new world, some 40 million people have
- 37:52Speaker 2: migrated to America. And it's a whole piece about how
- 37:57Speaker 2: the United States was built by immigrants, built by immigrants.
- 38:00Speaker 2: The only people who were from here were the Native Americans.
- 38:03Speaker 2: This is the concept that he pushed. Now, if you
- 38:05Speaker 2: really wanted to address this topic honestly, if that's the
- 38:09Speaker 2: way you viewed this, if you think that the founders
- 38:12Speaker 2: of our system, the settlers, the pioneers, the people who
- 38:16Speaker 2: came overseas on that unbelievable voyage across the Atlantic to
- 38:21Speaker 2: settle the United States of America, If you're discounting them
- 38:25Speaker 2: and saying, well, they're just immigrants like everybody else. Well,
- 38:29Speaker 2: then wait a second. The so-called Native Americans are not
- 38:33Speaker 2: native to the United States either. If you go far
- 38:36Speaker 2: back enough, everybody quote immigrated here. It just matters what
- 38:41Speaker 2: your timeline is. The longer you stretch the timeline, the
- 38:44Speaker 2: more people quote migrated. Their ancestors, that is. Now, by
- 38:50Speaker 2: the way, I'm not an immigrant to this country. I'm
- 38:53Speaker 2: a native born American. My ancestors going back, let's see,
- 38:57Speaker 2: four generations, they immigrated here, true. But I'm not an immigrant.
- 39:02Speaker 2: So if you say we're a nation of immigrants, what
- 39:05Speaker 2: role does that have for me? I didn't immigrate here.
- 39:07Speaker 2: Did you? I mean, much of you in chat probably
- 39:10Speaker 2: are native born Americans. I know we've got some immigrants here.
- 39:13Speaker 2: But this idea that we're a nation of immigrants, we're not.
- 39:16Speaker 2: I was born here. This is my country. I didn't
- 39:19Speaker 2: immigrate here. And I'm proud to live here. And I
- 39:22Speaker 2: want to defend his integrity. I just want to remind
- 39:29Speaker 2: you that these are concepts worth knowing and defending. They
- 39:34Speaker 2: really are. There's a reason I started today with Clarence
- 39:36Speaker 2: Thomas's great speech last night in Texas. It's because he's
- 39:40Speaker 2: reminding us of our founding values. And every time we
- 39:43Speaker 2: engage with these debates, every time you hear somebody sort
- 39:46Speaker 2: of mindlessly repeat the talking points of that have been
- 39:49Speaker 2: imposed on us by the progressive left, you should work
- 39:53Speaker 2: to defeat them. That is not who we are. We're
- 39:57Speaker 2: a nation built by Americans for Americans, and we should
- 40:00Speaker 2: work to defend it. One of the ways in which
- 40:04Speaker 2: we defended is standing up for the rule of law,
- 40:07Speaker 2: standing up for the rule of law. And that brings
- 40:08Speaker 2: me to my next topic. The attacks on President Trump
- 40:14Speaker 2: by the left, by the intel community, by the deep state,
- 40:18Speaker 2: have been pretty profound, pretty aggressive through the years. And
- 40:22Speaker 2: you and I have discussed a lot of them. And
- 40:25Speaker 2: this past week, Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence,
- 40:28Speaker 2: revealed a ton of information about how the 2019 impeachment
- 40:33Speaker 2: of President Trump even began. And what we now know,
- 40:38Speaker 2: thanks to the passage of time and a lot of
- 40:41Speaker 2: the information we've learned through the years, and clearly by
- 40:44Speaker 2: what she declassified and released to the public, is that
- 40:47Speaker 2: everything about the 2019 impeachment of President Trump for his
- 40:51Speaker 2: phone call with Vladimir Zelensky was orchestrated, manufactured, created out
- 40:57Speaker 2: of whole cloth in order to try and take down
- 41:01Speaker 2: the duly elected president of the United States and thwart
- 41:04Speaker 2: the will of the American people. Nobody involved with the
- 41:08Speaker 2: whistleblower or anything else had a firsthand, had any firsthand
- 41:13Speaker 2: knowledge of the president's phone call with Vladimir Zelensky. This
- 41:16Speaker 2: was all, this was the rumor mill run amok designed
- 41:20Speaker 2: to take down Trump. And Tulsi Gabbard revealed that there
- 41:25Speaker 2: were two big players here who deserve a lot of ire.
- 41:29Speaker 2: And yes, she thinks criminal prosecution. One of them was
- 41:34Speaker 2: the alleged whistleblower, the so-called whistleblower, who people believe to be,
- 41:39Speaker 2: widely believed to be Eric Charamella, who to this very day,
- 41:44Speaker 2: is basically sitting in silence and not acknowledging the reality
- 41:48Speaker 2: of this situation. The other is the head of the
- 41:53Speaker 2: Intel Communities Inspector General Program, the IG at the time.
- 42:00Speaker 2: And I want to play for you. This is these
- 42:03Speaker 2: allegations here. Tulsi Gabbard has basically taken them And she's
- 42:08Speaker 2: made a criminal referral to the United States Department of Justice.
- 42:11Speaker 2: This broke last night. This is brand new information breaking
- 42:14Speaker 2: last night. Tulsi Gabbard, who has been, it turns out,
- 42:17Speaker 2: an excellent director of national intelligence, has now made a
- 42:21Speaker 2: criminal referral for both of these people to the Justice Department.
- 42:26Speaker 2: Fox News with the reporting overnight. They were the first
- 42:29Speaker 2: to get this. This was Brooke Singman with the story.
- 42:33Speaker 2: She says the DNI, the ODNI has sent criminal referrals
- 42:36Speaker 2: to the Justice Department for the XIG. Excuse me here.
- 42:41Speaker 2: My screen's all up going crazy as we speak. What's
- 42:45Speaker 2: wrong with this stupid website? One more. Let's see if
- 42:49Speaker 2: I can let her up. The ODNI sends criminal referrals
- 42:51Speaker 2: to DOJ for XIG whistleblower tied to Trump impeachment. Okay. Exclusive,
- 42:58Speaker 2: the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has sent
- 43:01Speaker 2: criminal referrals to the Justice Department for the whistleblower whose
- 43:05Speaker 2: complaint helped trigger President Donald Trump's 2019 impeachment and for
- 43:10Speaker 2: the former Intel Community Inspector General who notified Congress of
- 43:13Speaker 2: the allegations. Fox reviewed the referrals sent to the Justice Department.
- 43:20Speaker 2: The possible criminal activity concerns the circumstances described in the
- 43:24Speaker 2: following congressional briefings. And then these were basically when the
- 43:28Speaker 2: intel community IG testified before Congress. That man was Michael Atkinson.
- 43:33Speaker 2: He's pictured on screen here, rumble.com slash Vince. If you're
- 43:36Speaker 2: watching the show right now, there he is. He's been
- 43:39Speaker 2: referred for criminal prosecution here as well. Listen to Tulsi Gabbard.
- 43:43Speaker 2: She was on last night with Katie Pavlich over on
- 43:46Speaker 2: News Nation describing the weaponization of our government against the
- 43:51Speaker 2: American people.
- 43:52Speaker 1: Watch.
- 43:53Speaker 7: And lastly, the inspector general himself. And this is really
- 43:56Speaker 7: such a violation of public trust and the responsibility that
- 43:59Speaker 7: we expect all of our inspectors generals to have in
- 44:03Speaker 7: that he didn't conduct a full investigation. He didn't even
- 44:06Speaker 7: ask to see the transcript of the phone call between
- 44:09Speaker 7: President Trump and Zelensky. And he admitted to Congress that.
- 44:14Speaker 7: that he didn't have any firsts. He did not have
- 44:16Speaker 7: any evidence that he was relying on. He had made
- 44:19Speaker 7: a criminal referral to the Department of Justice based on
- 44:22Speaker 7: this so-called whistleblower's complaint.
- 44:24Speaker 2: Department of Justice.
- 44:25Speaker 7: Came back and said, there's nothing here. This inspector general
- 44:28Speaker 7: then went to Congress anyway and presented it to them.
- 44:32Speaker 7: All of this coming down to the bottom line of
- 44:34Speaker 7: which this was a partisan political attempt, once again, to
- 44:38Speaker 7: undermine the will of the American people who elected Donald
- 44:41Speaker 7: Trump as president of the United States.
- 44:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 44:44Speaker 2: So now she's referred them directly to the United States
- 44:46Speaker 2: Department of Justice for criminal prosecution. I want to remind
- 44:49Speaker 2: you of some of the circumstances here. There is a well-reported,
- 44:54Speaker 2: already established grand jury impaneled in South Florida as we speak.
- 45:01Speaker 2: And so this is what you and I, I think,
- 45:03Speaker 2: are paying a lot of attention to. Certainly I have been,
- 45:07Speaker 2: and I know much of this audience has been. We
- 45:09Speaker 2: keep talking about it. on this grand conspiracy case being
- 45:12Speaker 2: generated in South Florida. It's resulted in hundreds, you heard
- 45:17Speaker 2: me correctly, hundreds of subpoenas being sent out to people,
- 45:22Speaker 2: including John Brennan, the former CIA director, and James Comey,
- 45:27Speaker 2: the former FBI director, demanding information from them on their
- 45:31Speaker 2: roles in a grand conspiracy against the president of the
- 45:35Speaker 2: United States and the American people. That's where I think
- 45:39Speaker 2: the energy is going to be generated here. So in
- 45:42Speaker 2: this criminal referral that we just saw from Tulsi Gabbard,
- 45:45Speaker 2: if it's of value to any investigation that's going on
- 45:49Speaker 2: right now, one would assume it'd be of value to
- 45:52Speaker 2: the grand conspiracy case in South Florida. That's just an
- 45:54Speaker 2: assumption on my part. We'll keep our eyes on it.
- 45:57Speaker 2: But clearly, the energy continues to bring these guys to justice.
- 46:02Speaker 2: And now we're looking at a former intelligence community inspector
- 46:05Speaker 2: general and a so-called whistleblower. who have just been flagged
- 46:10Speaker 2: as deserving of full-blown criminal investigations. That was by the
- 46:14Speaker 2: Director of National Intelligence, who's in a great position to know. Now, MsNow,
- 46:19Speaker 2: you know that network, MsNow? It's basically a network for
- 46:23Speaker 2: lesbian left-wingers. It's in total shambles over this. Here's MsNow
- 46:28Speaker 2: reporting on this development last night.
- 46:31Speaker 1: Watch.
- 46:32Speaker 8: Just moments ago, MSNOW has just confirmed Director of National
- 46:36Speaker 8: Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard referred the whistleblower whose complaint led to
- 46:40Speaker 8: the first impeachment of President Trump and the Inspector General
- 46:44Speaker 8: who deemed their complaint credible for possible criminal prosecution by
- 46:48Speaker 8: the Trump Justice Department. The move comes days after Gabbard
- 46:51Speaker 8: released documents alleging a conspiracy behind Trump's first impeachment.
- 46:58Speaker 2: She looks upset. You look upset. What are you so
- 47:01Speaker 2: upset about? Oh, that's funny.
- 47:07Speaker 1: Oh, that's funny.
- 47:08Speaker 2: Dammy26 writes in the chat, in case the Bongino report
- 47:11Speaker 2: hasn't noticed, Bongino report is on the channel on which
- 47:13Speaker 2: we're broadcasting, of course. MAGA doesn't give a crap about
- 47:17Speaker 2: criminal referrals. We want prosecutions, which this administration has made
- 47:20Speaker 2: perfectly clear they do not have the balls to do. Now,
- 47:24Speaker 2: Dammy26 is hilariously wrong and angsty about all of this,
- 47:29Speaker 2: about a couple of things. One of them is this
- 47:32Speaker 2: idea that you and I don't want criminal prosecutions. Of
- 47:36Speaker 2: course we do. Of course we do. That's the whole
- 47:39Speaker 2: reason I keep talking about the damn thing. We want
- 47:42Speaker 2: criminal prosecutions. We want justice. Otherwise, I would basically just
- 47:46Speaker 2: ignore these stories and be like, yeah, let's move on
- 47:49Speaker 2: to other things. No, don't move on. No, I'm still,
- 47:52Speaker 2: I'm stuck on this because we desperately want this. And
- 47:56Speaker 2: it's also why we're tracking with such sincerity what's going
- 47:58Speaker 2: on in South Florida with the Now, has the Trump
- 48:04Speaker 2: Justice Department prosecuted Democrats, high-profile ones?
- 48:07Speaker 1: Yes.
- 48:08Speaker 2: They've prosecuted James Comey. They've prosecuted Letitia James. They've prosecuted
- 48:12Speaker 2: LaMonica McIver. They've prosecuted Sheila Cherfulis McCormick. These are sitting
- 48:16Speaker 2: Democrat congresswomen. They prosecuted Katu Bagazela, the crazy Democrat who
- 48:21Speaker 2: was running for Congress in Illinois. Yes, they're prosecuting Democrats.
- 48:25Speaker 2: Here's what they're running up against, Dammy26, assuming that you're
- 48:28Speaker 2: in any way being authentic in your concern. Here's what
- 48:31Speaker 2: they're running up against. You're running up against the Senate,
- 48:34Speaker 2: which has a deranged blue slip process, which precludes us
- 48:37Speaker 2: from having US attorneys who are in a good position.
- 48:40Speaker 2: to be able to bring these prosecutions, that's one. That's
- 48:42Speaker 2: a huge impediment. If you have problems with that, take
- 48:45Speaker 2: it up with John Thune and Chuck Grassley, like we've
- 48:47Speaker 2: been doing, instead of just bitching about it. And then
- 48:50Speaker 2: the other thing is that we've got problems with federal
- 48:53Speaker 2: judges who are not doing their jobs, who are acting
- 48:56Speaker 2: like complete radical lunatics, oftentimes as a result of the
- 49:00Speaker 2: same demented and destructive blue slip process, which is not
- 49:04Speaker 2: in any way a law or even a rule of
- 49:07Speaker 2: the United States Senate. It's merely a gentleman's agreement where
- 49:11Speaker 2: at least one party doesn't have any gentlemen. It's insanity.
- 49:15Speaker 2: It's insanity. So the question is, is the Bongino Report,
- 49:20Speaker 2: the channel on which, again, we're broadcasting, fighting for justice?
- 49:23Speaker 2: Hell yeah. Get with the program. Maybe this is the
- 49:26Speaker 2: first time you're here. Welcome aboard. But yes, we need
- 49:30Speaker 2: to see these guys prosecuted. We need to see them prosecuted.
- 49:35Speaker 2: Don't give up. Keep up the pressure. Keep up the pressure.
- 49:40Speaker 2: That's the key here.
- 49:43Speaker 1: Ms.
- 49:43Speaker 2: Now is in shambles.
- 49:45Speaker 1: I love that.
- 49:46Speaker 2: I love that they're upset. Another DCU, another good U.S.
- 49:50Speaker 2: attorney for the president is Jeanine Pirro. She is asking
- 49:55Speaker 2: for help now. She'd like some help. She would like
- 49:58Speaker 2: anybody who has information about one former congressman who is
- 50:04Speaker 2: accused of abusing women on a routine basis. She'd like
- 50:08Speaker 2: victims to come forward, please. so that he can be prosecuted.
- 50:12Speaker 2: Cut seven, watch this.
- 50:14Speaker 9: If you hear about someone who was allegedly drugging, choking,
- 50:19Speaker 9: raping victims, who has lived in this district for a
- 50:22Speaker 9: significant period of time, I would expect there would be
- 50:26Speaker 9: victims who might have information.
- 50:28Speaker 2: What I think is really important.
- 50:30Speaker 9: Right now is for anyone who has any relevant information
- 50:34Speaker 9: or has any complaint as it relates to the kinds
- 50:38Speaker 9: of complaints we're hearing about with Eric Stalwell, needs to
- 50:41Speaker 9: come forward to my office. They need to know that
- 50:43Speaker 9: it will be confidential. that I have assistant U.S. attorneys
- 50:47Speaker 9: who are trained on how to handle these cases. Some
- 50:51Speaker 9: of them are very trauma-inducing for the victims. We have
- 50:55Speaker 9: all kinds of resources. We partner with other agencies. So
- 50:58Speaker 9: I want potential victims and witnesses and anyone who has
- 51:02Speaker 9: any information to come to my office or call a hotline,
- 51:05Speaker 9: which is 202-252-0809.
- 51:06Speaker 1: Yeah, all right.
- 51:06Speaker 9: So we're taking tips.
- 51:13Speaker 2: We're taking tips on Swalwell. Send them our way. Please.
- 51:16Speaker 2: We'd love more information. Suddenly, now the Democrats want to
- 51:19Speaker 2: talk about it. Now they've uncorked their blackmail file. Well,
- 51:22Speaker 2: that's fine. Why don't you bring it forward for criminal prosecution?
- 51:26Speaker 2: I do love Kash Patel, by the way. Kash Patel,
- 51:28Speaker 2: the FBI director, just a couple of days ago, when
- 51:30Speaker 2: Eric Swalwell was insisting, this is all fake. These are lies.
- 51:33Speaker 2: They're spreading vicious smears about me. Kash Patel put up
- 51:36Speaker 2: a message. He goes, oh, if that's the case, come
- 51:38Speaker 2: talk to the FBI. We'll help you investigate. I don't
- 51:41Speaker 2: think Eric Swalwell is going to do that. I don't
- 51:44Speaker 2: think he's going to take cash up on his offer.
- 51:46Speaker 2: Very generous offer by Cash Patel. Really nice of him
- 51:50Speaker 2: to express that. Actually, we just got new information about
- 51:54Speaker 2: Swalwell and Ruben Gallego. Gallego, Gallego, pantalones en fuego. Eric Swalwell,
- 52:00Speaker 2: Ruben Gallego. According to the Daily Mail, they blew a
- 52:03Speaker 2: bunch of their own campaign funds, meaning it was not
- 52:06Speaker 2: their own money. It was donor money. They blew campaign funds.
- 52:10Speaker 2: At Gallego's second wedding in Puerto Rico. At his second
- 52:17Speaker 2: wedding in Puerto Rico. Because remember, he dumped his first
- 52:19Speaker 2: wife when she was like days away from giving birth,
- 52:22Speaker 2: and then he married a 25-year-old the next year when
- 52:25Speaker 2: he was about 40. So when he was marrying her,
- 52:29Speaker 2: they had this big wedding in Puerto Rico, and they
- 52:32Speaker 2: spent campaign funds to do it. Yeah, here's the Daily
- 52:37Speaker 2: Mail report. Bombshell records reveal... Eric Swalwell and Ruben Gallego
- 52:41Speaker 2: splurged campaign cash in Puerto Rico during island wedding.
- 52:45Speaker 1: Oh, how nice.
- 52:46Speaker 2: They had an island wedding. They were at a Puerto
- 52:48Speaker 2: Rican resort. They were both at resorts during the same weekend.
- 52:52Speaker 2: Federal Election Commission records show. Swalwell's political operation made a
- 52:57Speaker 2: pair of expenditures at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve, Puerto Rico,
- 53:00Speaker 2: totaling $ 1, 522, June 7th of 2021. An Instagram post by
- 53:06Speaker 2: a wedding guest reviewed by the Daily Mail tagged that
- 53:08Speaker 2: hotel as the location of Gallego's wedding on that same date.
- 53:13Speaker 2: Gallego's political operation spent $ 2, 000 at the nearby Fairmont El
- 53:18Speaker 2: San Juan the very same day. That is what you
- 53:24Speaker 2: might call forbidden. That is prohibited. Prohibit to be dado.
- 53:30Speaker 2: That's not allowed. You can't do that. And and they
- 53:33Speaker 2: were doing that. So so Gallego Gallego is trying to
- 53:37Speaker 2: duck for cover is like, I'm not I didn't do
- 53:39Speaker 2: anything wrong. I didn't know anything about this. I didn't
- 53:41Speaker 2: know anything about Swalwell being a scumbag. It turns out
- 53:45Speaker 2: you're a scumbag. You're constantly running around with him, engaged
- 53:49Speaker 2: in all sorts of sinister activity, and it's catching up
- 53:53Speaker 2: to you. I told you this was going to happen.
- 53:54Speaker 2: I told you this was happening, and it's going to
- 53:57Speaker 2: keep happening. In fact, Swalwell and Gallego, they came up yesterday,
- 54:01Speaker 2: old frickin' frack, they came up yesterday at the White
- 54:03Speaker 2: House press conference when Jack Posobiec asked Caroline Levitt all
- 54:08Speaker 2: about it. Watch cut eight.
- 54:12Speaker 9: One for Caroline, as.
- 54:12Speaker 10: Well as the administration in general, if I may. This
- 54:15Speaker 10: past Saturday, I published a video of former, now former,
- 54:20Speaker 10: Representative Eric Swalwell in bed. The president said in Las Vegas, well,
- 54:25Speaker 10: Eric Swalwell was in Las Vegas in this video.
- 54:27Speaker 2: I'm told, according to.
- 54:28Speaker 10: Geotagging, this scandal has erupted now. Accusers coming forward, many
- 54:33Speaker 10: others coming forward, as well as questions regarding his extremely
- 54:37Speaker 10: close relationship with Arizona Senator Ruben Gallego. And I want
- 54:41Speaker 10: to know if the administration had any comment on the
- 54:45Speaker 10: fact that Senator Gallego seemed to be very vocal about
- 54:48Speaker 10: wanting the release of the Epstein files, and yet when
- 54:51Speaker 10: questions come to his own.
- 54:52Speaker 2: Involvement with Eric Swalwell, he doesn't seem to want to
- 54:55Speaker 2: provide anything.
- 54:56Speaker 11: Yeah, look, I think the accusations and allegations against former
- 55:00Speaker 11: Representative Swalwell are despicable and disgusting. I think it's also
- 55:05Speaker 11: quite plausible, as you point out, Jack, that there were
- 55:08Speaker 11: many other Democrats in this town on Capitol Hill who
- 55:11Speaker 11: knew about his perhaps illegal behavior, certainly his disgusting and
- 55:16Speaker 11: inappropriate behavior. And why were they silent for so long?
- 55:19Speaker 11: I think those are questions that must be raised of
- 55:21Speaker 11: these sitting representatives, including Mr.
- 55:23Speaker 3: Gallego.
- 55:24Speaker 11: And I hope that the journalists in this room will
- 55:26Speaker 11: do their jobs and the journalists on Capitol Hill will
- 55:28Speaker 11: do their jobs to ask Democrats in power how they
- 55:30Speaker 11: knew about such despicable behavior from one of their elected
- 55:34Speaker 11: representatives for so long, but never said or did anything
- 55:37Speaker 11: about it. So that's what we hope to see as
- 55:39Speaker 11: far as the White House and the president is concerned.
- 55:41Speaker 2: Yeah, wait a second. You knew everything about this? You
- 55:43Speaker 2: never told anybody? Yeah, well, yeah, because they were sitting
- 55:46Speaker 2: on it as a giant blackmail file that they could
- 55:48Speaker 2: deploy at the moment they needed to destroy him, which
- 55:50Speaker 2: is exactly what they did. Although they're running around acting
- 55:53Speaker 2: like they're completely shocked. I'm just shocked. I'm shocked. I
- 55:56Speaker 2: didn't know there was gambling going on here. Here's Adam
- 55:58Speaker 2: Schiff claiming he's shocked and betrayed about Eric Swalwell.
- 56:02Speaker 7: Watch.
- 56:03Speaker 5: Do you still have questions about who knew what when
- 56:06Speaker 5: about his behavior?
- 56:09Speaker 6: Well, I don't know what others may have known. I
- 56:12Speaker 6: can tell you that I certainly didn't know that he
- 56:15Speaker 6: was involved in any conduct along the lines of what
- 56:18Speaker 6: has come out since Friday. And if I had, I
- 56:21Speaker 6: wouldn't have gone near him with a 10-foot pole. I
- 56:24Speaker 6: think there are many people in Congress as shocked as
- 56:26Speaker 6: I am. Maybe I'm just not plugged in to what
- 56:32Speaker 6: others are if they've heard more. But I just feel
- 56:36Speaker 6: shocked and betrayed and sickened. And I think a sense
- 56:40Speaker 6: of grief about all of this. But my paramount feeling
- 56:44Speaker 6: is that I'm grateful these women came forward. I'm grateful
- 56:48Speaker 6: that they did so when they did. It prevented our
- 56:52Speaker 6: state from making a potentially terrible mistake. And certainly if
- 56:57Speaker 6: I had known what these women have to say, I
- 57:01Speaker 6: wouldn't have gone near them with 10-foot pole.
- 57:03Speaker 1: As I said.
- 57:04Speaker 2: Yeah, when has Adam Schiff ever lied to us? Other
- 57:09Speaker 2: than constantly. Adam Schiff. I love this, by the way.
- 57:13Speaker 2: I love that these guys are attacking Swalwell because you
- 57:16Speaker 2: know Swalwell's got dirt on them. This is great. This
- 57:21Speaker 2: is great. Swalwell's revenge is going to be wonderful. I'm
- 57:24Speaker 2: encouraging you, buddy. Mount your revenge, please, Eric Swalwell. Mount
- 57:29Speaker 2: your revenge against these people. Tell us everything you know
- 57:32Speaker 2: about Nancy Pelosi. Tell us everything you know about Adam Schiff. Heck,
- 57:35Speaker 2: tell us everything you know about Ted Rue. Here's Ted
- 57:38Speaker 2: Rue saying he knew nothing, nothing about Eric Swalwell.
- 57:43Speaker 11: I had no idea until I read the San Francisco
- 57:45Speaker 11: Chronicle article when it was published. And I believe Representative
- 57:49Speaker 11: Swalwell did the right thing by resigning.
- 57:53Speaker 2: I knew absolutely nothing. about Swalwell. Well, you're lying. You're
- 58:00Speaker 2: lying to us. Ted Rue, he's a ridiculous figure. But
- 58:07Speaker 2: I do hope Swalwell gets his revenge. It'll be good
- 58:09Speaker 2: for the rest of us if he does. Finally, the
- 58:13Speaker 2: Washington Post today has a hilarious headline. I'll leave you
- 58:17Speaker 2: with a joke from the Washington Post. This is great.
- 58:21Speaker 2: This is wonderful. This left many asking how someone who
- 58:28Speaker 2: was dogged by persistent rumors of inappropriate behavior toward women
- 58:32Speaker 2: could have risen so high and so fast in a
- 58:35Speaker 2: party that says it supports women's rights. Yeah, it's just,
- 58:41Speaker 2: what a brain buster. How did that happen? How did
- 58:44Speaker 2: that happen? How did Eric Swalwell rise without any public
- 58:49Speaker 2: scrutiny about his disgusting behavior? What news outlet could have
- 58:54Speaker 2: assisted with his undeserved rise? What publication could have been
- 59:01Speaker 2: dedicated to telling the truth about what was going on
- 59:05Speaker 2: in Washington, D.C. Which one could have done that? Ladies
- 59:17Speaker 2: and gentlemen, it is always so good to spend some
- 59:19Speaker 2: time with you each day. Appreciate you for being here.
