Asheville drivers, brace yourselves: Hill Street is shutting down Sunday, September 13th for the full I-26 Connector project — and it’s staying closed until the end of 2027. Residents in Hillcrest and Montford need to reroute via Clingman Ave or Broadway St to reach Riverside Drive.
