- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Roots, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 2: of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 1: What time is it? It's time War War.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw Truth, one hundred
- 0:38Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:54Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Alan Roots, The Root, The Root, The
- 0:57Speaker 1: Root is on fire.
- 0:59Speaker 3: I'm making notes to last second year. I had to
- 1:02Speaker 3: get two noted before I start the show.
- 1:04Speaker 1: So I know what to do the minute the show's over.
- 1:06Speaker 1: I've got two vocals. I gotta make the minute the
- 1:09Speaker 1: show is over, I'm waiting now the route. This is
- 1:11Speaker 1: war Zone Live. Great to be with you.
- 1:16Speaker 3: I want to start the show with my commentary, but
- 1:18Speaker 3: first I gotta go.
- 1:19Speaker 1: With oh there's no why?
- 1:24Speaker 4: Oh?
- 1:24Speaker 1: All right? Cool? Make sure the air conditioning's on. It's off.
- 1:28Speaker 1: It's off, so it probably just wasn't on its highest level.
- 1:32Speaker 3: Sorry, we're trying to get everything ready here, so much
- 1:33Speaker 3: to do, so before I get to my opening commentary,
- 1:38Speaker 3: I want to start with the funniest story that represents
- 1:40Speaker 3: everything going on in the world today, the idiocy of
- 1:42Speaker 3: the Democrat Party. The Oakland mayor has her car stolen
- 1:47Speaker 3: from her city hall office. Doesn't that just sum up
- 1:50Speaker 3: everything going on in America today? The crime wave that
- 1:52Speaker 3: Democrats allow.
- 1:53Speaker 1: And the.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Justice that allows revolving George justice that allows criminals to
- 1:59Speaker 3: come in and out. The minute they're arrested, they come
- 2:02Speaker 3: right back out, and they rob you on the way in,
- 2:04Speaker 3: They rob you on the way out, and kill you
- 2:06Speaker 3: on the way in, and kill you on the way out,
- 2:07Speaker 3: rape you on the way in, a rape you on.
- 2:08Speaker 1: The way out.
- 2:09Speaker 3: And minority cities just filled with crime, cities run by Democrats,
- 2:14Speaker 3: just filled with crime, no quality of life in those cities.
- 2:17Speaker 3: It's all represented by this one story, Oakland mayor has
- 2:21Speaker 3: car stolen from city hall office. I'll get to the
- 2:24Speaker 3: details a little later in the show. In the meantime,
- 2:26Speaker 3: I want to start the show with my latest commentary
- 2:30Speaker 3: I wrote this morning. The roadmap to GOP midterm victory
- 2:34Speaker 3: starts with the Trump economic miracle, a booming economy, the
- 2:38Speaker 3: Save Act, and then the magic deportation formula e Verify.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Have you ever had anyone talk about e verify on
- 2:46Speaker 1: TV or radio. Not in years.
- 2:48Speaker 3: The naysayers and the mainstream media, I know, I repeat myself,
- 2:53Speaker 3: believe Democrats are a lock to win the midterms. They
- 2:56Speaker 3: base this view on historical trends and fake polls showing
- 3:00Speaker 3: how unpopular Trump is.
- 3:03Speaker 1: But I have news for them.
- 3:04Speaker 3: First, the polls are fake as usual. President Trump is
- 3:07Speaker 3: as popular as the day was elected. And even among
- 3:10Speaker 3: a few random conservatives, by the way, who hate Trump
- 3:14Speaker 3: over Epstein and Israel and et cetera, et cetera, the
- 3:18Speaker 3: Tucker Carlson types, the Candice Owens types. They got nowhere
- 3:22Speaker 3: else to go. You're gonna sit home and let Democrats
- 3:24Speaker 3: win and let the nation be destroyed? Really, or you
- 3:26Speaker 3: gonna vote Democrat?
- 3:27Speaker 1: Really? So there's nowhere else to go. So Trump's the
- 3:30Speaker 1: only choice.
- 3:31Speaker 3: The only game in town, the GOP Congress, the only
- 3:33Speaker 3: game in town, or Trump's presidency is over.
- 3:36Speaker 1: The billion dollar question is why was Trump elected?
- 3:38Speaker 3: Two reasons stand out above all else for Trump's electoral landslide,
- 3:44Speaker 3: swing state sweep, and popular vote victory.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Okay, nobody should forget he.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Won everything, and he won the House, any won the
- 3:51Speaker 3: Senate anyone governors and state legislators.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Number one was fix the economy. That's what he's elected
- 3:57Speaker 1: to do. Fix the economy.
- 3:59Speaker 3: Number one and number two d illegal immigration. Everything else
- 4:02Speaker 3: is three four, five, sixty seven to three thousand. They
- 4:05Speaker 3: all are far behind. Fixed the economy and end illegal immigration.
- 4:08Speaker 3: In other words, Trump was elected to number one make
- 4:12Speaker 3: America prosperous again, and number two build the wall and
- 4:15Speaker 3: deport them all.
- 4:17Speaker 1: President Trump is.
- 4:18Speaker 3: Delivering on the economy, you know, number one. The economy's
- 4:21Speaker 3: delivering on it. The news in the past week has
- 4:24Speaker 3: been fantastic. Today, excuse me, we found out the US
- 4:28Speaker 3: industrial production swored in January. Last week, we found out
- 4:32Speaker 3: jobs swared in January, not just any jobs, but private
- 4:36Speaker 3: sector jobs soared while we eliminated government jobs.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I mean, that's perfect.
- 4:41Speaker 3: That's the Goldilocks economy. That's just right, that's what we want.
- 4:45Speaker 3: The news doesn't get any better than that. Then we
- 4:48Speaker 3: found out wages are up and inflation is down, and
- 4:50Speaker 3: wages are growing.
- 4:51Speaker 1: Much faster in inflation. There is no tariff inflation.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Despite all the experts and economists and democrats and naysayers, yes,
- 5:00Speaker 3: predicting and begging and praying for the absolute worst news possible.
- 5:04Speaker 3: As usual, they were all wrong. There is no tariff inflation.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Now maybe they will be down the line, but right now.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Stop lying. There is no tariff inflation. And one more.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Piece of fantastic economic news just out this morning, our
- 5:18Speaker 3: massive five hundred and fifty billion dollar trade deal which
- 5:22Speaker 3: Japan has just launched, including thirty six billion invested in oil,
- 5:27Speaker 3: gas and critical mineral projects inside the USA. That's only
- 5:32Speaker 3: a small piece of the almost twenty trillion dollars invested
- 5:36Speaker 3: into America by foreign countries, and it's all kicking into
- 5:40Speaker 3: gear this year, just in time to make the economy
- 5:44Speaker 3: boom before the midterms.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Thank you, President Trump.
- 5:48Speaker 3: All of this twenty trillion dollar investment is possible only
- 5:52Speaker 3: because President Trump is the greatest.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Salesman and booster of America in history.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Finally, this great economic news all comes before the cavalry arrives,
- 6:02Speaker 3: and the cavalry is tax refunds. American tax payers are
- 6:07Speaker 3: about to receive the biggest tax refunds in history, and
- 6:10Speaker 3: that money will wind up in stocks and real estate
- 6:12Speaker 3: and gold and bitcoin and consumer spending. This spring. Look
- 6:17Speaker 3: for five to six percent GDP coming soon to a
- 6:21Speaker 3: town near you, folks, this is the Trump economic miracle.
- 6:26Speaker 3: It took a year plus, as I predicted, I said
- 6:28Speaker 3: twelve to eighteen months, but the economy is coming to life.
- 6:31Speaker 3: We can expect a Reagan like economic boom by summer,
- 6:35Speaker 3: just in time for the midterms.
- 6:38Speaker 1: But that's only a small start.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Trump's low tax, low regulation, pro energy policies will start
- 6:44Speaker 3: to grow like a snowball rolling downhill by twenty twenty
- 6:50Speaker 3: seven and beyond expect the highest and strongest economic growth
- 6:54Speaker 3: in history. So with Trump Job number one, fix the economy,
- 6:59Speaker 3: it's mission accomplished. We are making America prosperous again. That
- 7:03Speaker 3: alone has the power to change the midterm results. So
- 7:08Speaker 3: what is left to be done to guarantee a midterm victory.
- 7:12Speaker 1: First pass the dam Save.
- 7:15Speaker 3: Act already to make elections secure again. If the GOP
- 7:19Speaker 3: Senate can't manage to pass the Save Act, then we
- 7:22Speaker 3: know they're either incompetent cowards or bought and paid for
- 7:25Speaker 3: and playing for the other side. They will forever be
- 7:28Speaker 3: known as the failed do nothing GOP Senate no matter
- 7:34Speaker 3: what Trump achieves, No matter what Trump does, if we
- 7:37Speaker 3: allow Democrats to rig, cheat, and steal elections with fake
- 7:40Speaker 3: mail in ballots, dead voters, and millions of illegal aliens voting.
- 7:45Speaker 1: We will lose.
- 7:46Speaker 3: All of Trump's heroic and herculean efforts will be for naught.
- 7:51Speaker 1: If we let Democrats.
- 7:52Speaker 3: Cheat, then we are fools, morons, and cowards who deserve
- 7:56Speaker 3: to lose. And then there's one last priority to kick
- 7:58Speaker 3: this mass deportation. It's a gear which fulfills President Trump's
- 8:02Speaker 3: promise to end illegal immigration and get the law breakers
- 8:06Speaker 3: out of our country. It's the magic formula. That's what
- 8:10Speaker 3: I call it, the magic formula.
- 8:12Speaker 1: E verify.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Right now, this mass deportation is one gigantic, expensive, complex
- 8:19Speaker 3: and difficult undertaking. It's costing time, manpower, massive dollars and
- 8:24Speaker 3: producing bad pr But e verify is already the law
- 8:28Speaker 3: of the land. We don't need Congress to do a
- 8:31Speaker 3: damn thing. There is nothing Democrats or the fake news.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Media can do to stop it. It's the law.
- 8:38Speaker 3: All we have to do is enforce it. So why
- 8:41Speaker 3: aren't we enforcing it. If e verify is ever actually enforced,
- 8:46Speaker 3: there will be no jobs for illegal aliens anymore. This
- 8:50Speaker 3: saves US tens of billions of dollars for mass deportation.
- 8:56Speaker 3: This is how we force illegal aliens to leave without ice,
- 9:00Speaker 3: even involved without jobs. All the illegal alien law breakers
- 9:05Speaker 3: go home tomorrow of their own free will, as long
- 9:08Speaker 3: as you cut off all welfare, food stamps, and free
- 9:11Speaker 3: healthcare as well.
- 9:13Speaker 1: They need jobs to survive.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Without job prospects, they have no choice but to self deport.
- 9:20Speaker 3: But right now, not only is no one enforcing everify,
- 9:23Speaker 3: no one.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Is even mentioning it.
- 9:25Speaker 3: I'll talk in detail about everify and how to supercharge
- 9:29Speaker 3: mass deportation in my next column tomorrow. So this one
- 9:34Speaker 3: was about the GP ROADMAC to victory and Trump is
- 9:37Speaker 3: fulfilling the economic fixed the economy priority number one and
- 9:42Speaker 3: then priority number two is to get rid of illegal
- 9:45Speaker 3: immigrants and illegal immigration, and he's doing a lot of
- 9:48Speaker 3: good things, but so far it's not making enough of
- 9:52Speaker 3: a difference. We've gotten about two million out of the
- 9:54Speaker 3: country and that's two million good things, but it's not enough.
- 9:57Speaker 3: And I believe you need to force them all to
- 9:59Speaker 3: self support and I have always said the way to
- 10:02Speaker 3: do that is a mixture of everify so they don't
- 10:04Speaker 3: have jobs, and cut off all welfare and cut off
- 10:07Speaker 3: all funding to sanctuary cities, and then offer them a
- 10:10Speaker 3: huge amount to leave like maybe five ten thousand a person.
- 10:13Speaker 1: I don't care.
- 10:14Speaker 3: You go Wane, You're gonna give them ten thousand their
- 10:17Speaker 3: law breakers, Yes, I'm gonna because you know what that
- 10:19Speaker 3: saves long term, every one of them is costing us
- 10:22Speaker 3: like one hundred to two hundred thousand a year. If
- 10:24Speaker 3: it's a family of six, multiply six times two hundred
- 10:27Speaker 3: thousand a year, they're costing over a million dollars. So
- 10:30Speaker 3: it's a it's a bargain to give them five or
- 10:33Speaker 3: ten thousand dollars to leave. So cut off their welfare,
- 10:36Speaker 3: cut off all funding the sanctuary cities, and cut off
- 10:40Speaker 3: all their jobs access to jobs, and then give them
- 10:42Speaker 3: five or ten thousand and watch them We'll leave, all right.
- 10:48Speaker 3: I even came up with a simple way to wipe
- 10:50Speaker 3: out Obamacare today and solve the nation's health care problems.
- 10:53Speaker 1: I'll talk about that when we get back as well.
- 10:55Speaker 3: In the meantime, I would have mentioned the Clark County
- 10:57Speaker 3: Republican Party Lincoln Day dinner. Clark County is Vegas, Nevada,
- 11:01Speaker 3: one of the biggest counties in the United States of America,
- 11:03Speaker 3: with the fast growing cities and counties in America and
- 11:05Speaker 3: We're having our Lincoln Day Dinner on Friday February twenty seventh.
- 11:09Speaker 3: That should be a week from this Friday, right, a
- 11:11Speaker 3: week from this Friday, Friday, February twenty seventh.
- 11:14Speaker 1: The stars of the event EMBc by yours truly, Wayne A. Larute.
- 11:17Speaker 3: I'll be the master of ceremonies and my good friend
- 11:20Speaker 3: Kenot speaker Kevin Sorbo of Hercules speaking of a herculean
- 11:24Speaker 3: effort by President Trump. Kevin Sorbo is Hercules one of
- 11:28Speaker 3: the if not I think he's the most syndicated series,
- 11:31Speaker 3: star of the most syndicated series in the history of
- 11:34Speaker 3: the United States of America. Go to Clark County Republicanparty
- 11:37Speaker 3: dot com Clark County Republicanparty dot com to buy tickets
- 11:41Speaker 3: for the Lincoln Day Dinner Friday, February twenty seventh, starring.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Yours truly Wayne Allerute. All Right, a special treat for you.
- 11:52Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 11:55Speaker 3: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Bruner, founder and
- 11:59Speaker 3: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
- 12:02Speaker 3: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation.
- 12:09Speaker 3: This is code for a monster field where gas or
- 12:12Speaker 3: oil is in a basin.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Which makes the drilling and production much easier.
- 12:17Speaker 3: Mark, you're allegend in the oil industry, in the gas industry.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Tell us about your track record.
- 12:23Speaker 5: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 12:25Speaker 5: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 12:29Speaker 5: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 12:32Speaker 5: it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
- 12:34Speaker 5: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 12:37Speaker 5: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 12:41Speaker 5: out to a US Steel. I worked with him for
- 12:43Speaker 5: four years. I've been in the oil and gas ever since.
- 12:47Speaker 5: You would probably know me better as this chairman of
- 12:50Speaker 5: Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
- 12:54Speaker 5: which you're very familiar with.
- 12:56Speaker 3: I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 12:59Speaker 3: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
- 13:02Speaker 3: in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
- 13:06Speaker 5: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 13:07Speaker 3: Ten thousand dollars turn into thirteen million. That means one
- 13:10Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars turn into one hundred and thirty million.
- 13:12Speaker 3: That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this deal,
- 13:16Speaker 3: Lost Soldier. This project is so special. I hear about
- 13:20Speaker 3: projects and deals all the time. What makes this one special?
- 13:24Speaker 1: Mark?
- 13:25Speaker 5: What's special about this is all the other basines of
- 13:27Speaker 5: the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
- 13:30Speaker 5: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 13:33Speaker 5: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 13:35Speaker 5: was reclimated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 13:39Speaker 5: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 13:42Speaker 5: billions of dollars in infrastructure, then at this point eighty
- 13:46Speaker 5: five percent empty.
- 13:47Speaker 1: So we made this discovery.
- 13:49Speaker 5: We are the only operator in this field, and right
- 13:53Speaker 5: now we can see that we've got enough room for
- 13:55Speaker 5: five hundred horizontal wells out here with what we drilled
- 13:58Speaker 5: so far. Very exciting. It's the new basin in the
- 14:01Speaker 5: United States, and as far as I'm concerned, this is
- 14:05Speaker 5: an order of a magnitude bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the
- 14:08Speaker 5: one that I did.
- 14:09Speaker 1: All right.
- 14:10Speaker 3: The website is Lost Soldier dot com.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Pretty simple stuff. Lost Soldier dot com.
- 14:16Speaker 3: The project forty thousand acres took forty years to piece together.
- 14:20Speaker 3: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the
- 14:23Speaker 3: company that's the project. But the website Lost.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Soldier dot com. If you're an a credit investor, Mark
- 14:29Speaker 1: wants to hear from you.
- 14:30Speaker 3: If you want to hear more information, check it out.
- 14:32Speaker 3: Fill out the form and you get the Lost Soldier.
- 14:35Speaker 3: Mark and his people will get back to you as
- 14:36Speaker 3: CFO and let you know all the details you need
- 14:39Speaker 3: to know Lost Soldier dot Com.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Thanks Mark for being with us today. Thank you Wayne.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Good to see you again. All right, Wayne, al route
- 15:06Speaker 1: the root the roots on fire. See.
- 15:08Speaker 3: I don't like war the way Bush wages war. What
- 15:11Speaker 3: were Bush's wars right Iraq? At Afghanistan? We read them forever.
- 15:14Speaker 3: We spent trillions dollars. How does Trump wage war? I
- 15:18Speaker 3: think you're gonna find out in Iran, We'll just bomb
- 15:19Speaker 3: the hell out of the Moulaws, bomb their palaces, bomb
- 15:22Speaker 3: their military installations, and leave lots of holes in the
- 15:25Speaker 3: ground and leave.
- 15:26Speaker 1: That's it.
- 15:27Speaker 3: Then the fleet leaves. That's the way we should have
- 15:29Speaker 3: fought a racket Afghanistan. Okay, you don't pay for them
- 15:32Speaker 3: after you bomb them. This isn't a toy store. You
- 15:34Speaker 3: don't you know, if you break it, you don't own it.
- 15:36Speaker 3: That's not the United States didn't have to own a
- 15:38Speaker 3: rack in Afghanistan. We didn't have to pay for their
- 15:41Speaker 3: water to be reattached, we didn't have to pay for democracy.
- 15:45Speaker 3: You bomb it, you kill Saddamus saying, you hang them,
- 15:47Speaker 3: and you leave. And that's what Trump's gonna do it.
- 15:49Speaker 3: We're not gonna have ground forces. We're gonna bomb them
- 15:52Speaker 3: into submission, and then we're gonna leave. No in and
- 15:55Speaker 3: out exactly, in and out, in and out the way old.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Men like it, in and out.
- 16:01Speaker 3: So what else can I say? I mean, I'm not
- 16:04Speaker 3: a fan of war. I don't like wars, but sometimes
- 16:06Speaker 3: you have to do things. You have to bomb people
- 16:08Speaker 3: in order to get their attention, and you have to
- 16:11Speaker 3: bomb people who.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Like Iran fun terrorism all over the world. That's an exceptions.
- 16:18Speaker 3: The rule Iran causes trouble everywhere in the world for
- 16:22Speaker 3: Americans and for Christians and for Jews.
- 16:25Speaker 1: So I don't mind it.
- 16:27Speaker 3: Let's eliminate Iran, Let's eliminate the mulahs, and let's leave
- 16:31Speaker 3: the people alone, because I think the people of Iran
- 16:34Speaker 3: are good people. I told you i'd give you my
- 16:37Speaker 3: idea for Obamacare to replace Obamacare.
- 16:40Speaker 1: So for the moment, let's call it root care. Here's
- 16:44Speaker 1: my version of root care. Tell me this doesn't make sense.
- 16:47Speaker 3: See the problem is politicians and lawyers like to make
- 16:51Speaker 3: things complex. The more complex it is, the better it
- 16:55Speaker 3: is for them because they can steal all your money.
- 16:57Speaker 3: And also if it's complex, they look smart. What if
- 17:00Speaker 3: we just made it simple. I think it should be
- 17:02Speaker 3: so simple. It should be as simple as this.
- 17:04Speaker 1: It makes total sense, and that's why no one's ever
- 17:06Speaker 1: done it. This was what I came up with.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Everyone in America has to pay a five thousand dollars
- 17:11Speaker 3: a year deductible. So the first five thousand is on you,
- 17:15Speaker 3: and you go waiting, that's terrible. Wait a minute. I've
- 17:18Speaker 3: already got a ten thousand dollars deductible right now. And
- 17:20Speaker 3: that's not even for a family of four or six.
- 17:23Speaker 3: That's just for me, a single policy for me, and
- 17:26Speaker 3: I have a ten thousand dollars deductible. Everyone in America,
- 17:29Speaker 3: the first five thousand is on you because every time
- 17:31Speaker 3: you go to the doctor for a sniffle of the
- 17:32Speaker 3: billits should be on you. Should be on the government,
- 17:35Speaker 3: should be on a health insurance company should be on you.
- 17:38Speaker 3: The first five thousand everyone has to pay themselves, but
- 17:41Speaker 3: that's the last money they will ever pay.
- 17:44Speaker 1: How can anyone complain about that?
- 17:46Speaker 3: From five thousand and one dollars to a million dollars,
- 17:51Speaker 3: everyone has to get a catastrophic.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Health insurance plan.
- 17:55Speaker 3: And because it's catastrophic and doesn't start so five thousand
- 17:59Speaker 3: and one dollars, it's gonna be dirt cheap. Instead of
- 18:02Speaker 3: paying three four thousand a month, you might pay like
- 18:04Speaker 3: two hundred a month.
- 18:06Speaker 1: So all you've.
- 18:07Speaker 3: Got is the first five thousand dollar on you, which
- 18:08Speaker 3: should dissuade you from going to the doctor unless it's
- 18:11Speaker 3: absolutely necessary.
- 18:12Speaker 1: No one should go to doctors or emergency rooms only
- 18:14Speaker 1: in an emergency.
- 18:15Speaker 3: And then everything above five thousand is on this catastrophic
- 18:19Speaker 3: policy up to a million, or maybe it'd be two
- 18:22Speaker 3: million or three million, and then everything after that is
- 18:25Speaker 3: on the government. So Wayne Room is actually endorsing free
- 18:28Speaker 3: enterprise combined with goverment healthcare.
- 18:30Speaker 1: So like only for the worst of the worst.
- 18:32Speaker 3: If you're paralyzed for life, if your whole family of
- 18:35Speaker 3: six gets in a car accident's ten million dollars worth
- 18:38Speaker 3: of bills. If you're dying of cancer in the last
- 18:40Speaker 3: few months, it's a five million dollar bill for chemotherapy.
- 18:43Speaker 1: That's all paid by the government.
- 18:44Speaker 3: Government is the option of last resort, So it starts
- 18:48Speaker 3: with a five thousand dollars doctor bele on you. Then
- 18:51Speaker 3: it goes to a catastrophic health insurance policy you gotta
- 18:53Speaker 3: pay that's cheap, dirt cheap, and then it goes to
- 18:56Speaker 3: the government to pay everything bad.
- 18:58Speaker 1: So no one will ever go.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Broke ever again because of medical bills. No one's ever
- 19:02Speaker 3: gotten broke because they had a four thousand dollars medical bill.
- 19:05Speaker 3: They go broke because they have a three hundred thousand
- 19:07Speaker 3: dollars hospital bill. They go broke because they got cancer,
- 19:10Speaker 3: and they have a million dollar bill.
- 19:12Speaker 1: That'll never happen again. Under root care, the government.
- 19:15Speaker 3: Will pay all the million dollar bills, and health insurance
- 19:18Speaker 3: will pay from five thousand to a million, and then
- 19:20Speaker 3: poor people don't even have the deductible.
- 19:23Speaker 1: They're deductible should go.
- 19:24Speaker 3: Down to like five hundred dollars and they lose forty
- 19:26Speaker 3: five hundred to five thousand. But it's got to be strict,
- 19:29Speaker 3: so the average middle class person can't get it. The
- 19:31Speaker 3: average person that's rich can never get it. Only the
- 19:34Speaker 3: poorest of the poor will have almost everything paid for.
- 19:38Speaker 3: Is that not fair? Is that not good for the
- 19:40Speaker 3: middle class to have a five thousand dollars deductible and
- 19:43Speaker 3: then everything after that is paid for it by either
- 19:45Speaker 3: insurance of the government, and you never get a bill again.
- 19:47Speaker 3: Be on five thousand, no matter what happens. And if
- 19:48Speaker 3: you don't go to the doctor, you don't have the
- 19:50Speaker 3: five thousand dollar bill either. I think it's the best
- 19:52Speaker 3: plan that's.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Ever been out there.
- 19:54Speaker 3: There's never been anything like it, so simple and yet
- 19:57Speaker 3: so effective. No one's ever gonna go broke over again,
- 20:01Speaker 3: and no big bills ever. You can sleep at night,
- 20:03Speaker 3: but you gotta pay the first five thousand.
- 20:05Speaker 1: What's the difference?
- 20:06Speaker 3: Every middle class person's already paying three thousand a month
- 20:10Speaker 3: for insurance because of Obamacare, all right.
- 20:14Speaker 1: Uh.

- 22:08Speaker 3: we're proud to be their official podcast. Over a billion
- 22:11Speaker 3: page views for the second year in a row, and
- 22:13Speaker 3: number five ranked conservative news site in the United States
- 22:16Speaker 3: of America, only beaten.
- 22:18Speaker 1: By Fox News and Wall Street Journal and Breitbart and
- 22:21Speaker 1: The New York Post. So number five in the USA.
- 22:24Speaker 1: We're number five. With a bullet We're number five. We're
- 22:26Speaker 1: number five, soon will be number one.
- 22:28Speaker 3: And this is the podcast of that number five ranked
- 22:31Speaker 3: conservative news site in the United States of America, which
- 22:34Speaker 3: probably makes it number five in the world. Right where
- 22:36Speaker 3: else do you have a bigger conservative website in the
- 22:38Speaker 3: world than in America. So sponsor of this segment, this
- 22:42Speaker 3: is my interview segment. Got a great interview coming up
- 22:44Speaker 3: with a doctor who has been literally persecuted, literally persecuted
- 22:49Speaker 3: like President Trump's been persecuted. I wish they would I
- 22:52Speaker 3: only wish they'd persecute doctor Fauci the way this guy
- 22:55Speaker 3: has been persecuted because this is a good guy. Fauci
- 22:57Speaker 3: deserves to be prosecuted. This guy's been persecuted. But VRA
- 23:02Speaker 3: is the sponsor of this segment. After fifteen years on
- 23:05Speaker 3: Wall Street at the highest levels, in two thousand and three,
- 23:08Speaker 3: Kip Perriage founded VRA. He left Wall Street behind because
- 23:11Speaker 3: he didn't want to work for the fat cats anymore
- 23:12Speaker 3: and he wanted to help the little guy in gal
- 23:15Speaker 3: His global investment and economic newsletter is called VRA insider
- 23:20Speaker 3: dot com and it started then and since then is
- 23:23Speaker 3: top performing recommendations, which he spells out. Everybody can see
- 23:27Speaker 3: them every single day that the newsletter comes, which is
- 23:30Speaker 3: five days a week, and you could see them, and
- 23:33Speaker 3: they've beaten the market over eighty six percent of the time,
- 23:36Speaker 3: nineteen out of twenty two years, and all twenty two
- 23:39Speaker 3: years of records of his ten baggers. His biggest recommendations
- 23:43Speaker 3: are on his site, all of them. And he doesn't
- 23:46Speaker 3: just beat the market, but he often beats the market
- 23:48Speaker 3: by a mile. His top recommendations were up thirty five
- 23:51Speaker 3: point seven percent last year and an average of thirty
- 23:54Speaker 3: eight percent over the past three years. Meanwhile, Bowen's reports
- 23:57Speaker 3: the average Wall Street money manager uses to the market
- 24:01Speaker 3: ninety percent of the time. Kip is like a man
- 24:04Speaker 3: with a crystal ball, the nostradamus of Wall Street. I
- 24:08Speaker 3: followed his recommendations for all twenty two years. I'm a witness.
- 24:11Speaker 3: Facts matter. The VRA portfolio beats the market in good
- 24:14Speaker 3: years and down years. When the market and the economy
- 24:18Speaker 3: are up, it wins. When the market economy are down,
- 24:20Speaker 3: it wins. Let Kip prove it to you for free,
- 24:23Speaker 3: exclusively for my fans and nobody else. Kip is offering
- 24:27Speaker 3: his daily VRA investment letter completely free for two weeks.
- 24:31Speaker 3: Enjoy now at vrra insider dot com. He'll also get
- 24:34Speaker 3: his best selling book, The Big Bride for free as well,
- 24:37Speaker 3: free two weeks at VRA insider dot com, place where
- 24:41Speaker 3: red pill patriots go for their investment advice. And my
- 24:44Speaker 3: belief is after two weeks of free you'll choose to pay.
- 24:48Speaker 1: It's a very small amount and you'll stay forever, just
- 24:50Speaker 1: like I have.
- 24:51Speaker 3: All Right, our guest is here, doctor Ron Elfinbine. I
- 24:54Speaker 3: hope I'm pronouncing there right Elfinbine. He's a highly respected
- 24:57Speaker 3: emergency room physician in Maryland facing his second trial against
- 25:02Speaker 3: bogus charges from the corrupt Biden DOJ during the COVID era.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Doctor Ron elfinbind Welcome to the Way to El Roots Show.
- 25:09Speaker 1: How are you.
- 25:11Speaker 6: I'm great, Thanks Wayne, Thanks for having me and muscle
- 25:12Speaker 6: someone being number five.
- 25:14Speaker 1: That's awesome. Yeah, thank you. Did I pronounce your name right,
- 25:17Speaker 1: Elfin Bayer Direct? Very few people do? Yeah, thank you,
- 25:20Speaker 1: goody good. Yeah.
- 25:21Speaker 3: So, at the start of the pandemic, you donated large
- 25:24Speaker 3: amounts of PPE the personal protective equipment and supplies to
- 25:29Speaker 3: patients who are in need, which gained you national attention.
- 25:34Speaker 3: And then you took exception to the Biden administration policy
- 25:38Speaker 3: or a Biden administration policy during the periods on Fox News.
- 25:42Speaker 3: Tell us about what you took exception to and what
- 25:46Speaker 3: happened next.
- 25:48Speaker 6: Yeah, so thank you for the opportunity. So I was
- 25:52Speaker 6: owned an urgent care center and we very quickly became
- 25:54Speaker 6: the largest testing site in the state of Maryland, certainly
- 25:58Speaker 6: within our area county and then probably the state of Maryland.
- 26:01Speaker 6: And then once the monoclonal antibodies became available, I became
- 26:04Speaker 6: a very early adopter of monoclonal anybodies, and I went
- 26:08Speaker 6: on national International TV talking about it all the time,
- 26:11Speaker 6: but how wonderful they were. And I began to question
- 26:14Speaker 6: the vaccine narrative, the vaccine, medicination for everybody, the universal vaccination.
- 26:19Speaker 6: And then, for the first time in the history of
- 26:22Speaker 6: medicine as far as I know, the Biden administration began
- 26:25Speaker 6: to use DEDI to determine where the monoclonals would be distributed.
- 26:31Speaker 6: And you know, rather than need, they were using equity
- 26:33Speaker 6: to determine who was going to get this life state
- 26:35Speaker 6: and medication.
- 26:35Speaker 1: And I didn't even know that. I didn't even know
- 26:37Speaker 1: they used DEI on that. Wow. Absolutely absolutely, And so
- 26:41Speaker 1: I kind have never gotten it because I'm a rich
- 26:43Speaker 1: white man.
- 26:44Speaker 6: It would have been very hard for you. So we
- 26:47Speaker 6: sort of took exception to that. And I said, this
- 26:49Speaker 6: is ridiculous. You don't do this for any other medicine
- 26:51Speaker 6: in the history of mankind. Why would we do it
- 26:53Speaker 6: for this medicine. So I went I was very outspoken
- 26:57Speaker 6: about that. And then in late December of twenty twenty one,
- 27:00Speaker 6: the Biden administration just made a catastrophic decision. They decided
- 27:04Speaker 6: to shut down the entire program nationwide. And they're rationale
- 27:08Speaker 6: for it was They said, well, the monoclonals that were using.
- 27:12Speaker 6: Once the omicron variant reached a prevalence of seventy percent,
- 27:15Speaker 6: the monoclonals didn't were no longer effective, which I question
- 27:18Speaker 6: to begin with, I don't know that that data is
- 27:19Speaker 6: even true, but I certainly said. Look, I went on
- 27:22Speaker 6: Fox News, and I went on Newsmax, and I went
- 27:24Speaker 6: on a couple of other right leaning news organizations, and
- 27:27Speaker 6: I said, they're going to kill people, and they don't
- 27:30Speaker 6: know what they're doing. They're misreading the data. And turns
- 27:32Speaker 6: out I was right, and I took the treasure in that.
- 27:34Speaker 6: But two weeks later the government said, oh, yeah, believe
- 27:37Speaker 6: it or not when they said we misread the data.
- 27:39Speaker 6: It's not a seventy percent prevalence, it's a twenty percent prevalence.
- 27:42Speaker 6: They got it wrong by fifty percent. Only the government
- 27:46Speaker 6: can make a mistake.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Like that, right, right, and not go to prison, right
- 27:49Speaker 1: and not go to prison. Right.
- 27:50Speaker 6: So I was making all these statements and saying horrible
- 27:53Speaker 6: things about the administration, deservedly so, and they allowed us
- 27:56Speaker 6: to start giving these monoclonals back. And by the way,
- 27:58Speaker 6: we were the largest fire monticclonals in the state. We
- 28:01Speaker 6: were bigger than Johns. Hopkins, bigger than University of Maryland.
- 28:03Speaker 6: We had refrigerators full of the stuff. And for those
- 28:06Speaker 6: of you that don't know, this really was the cure
- 28:08Speaker 6: for COVID, and it was it was like, God, send
- 28:11Speaker 6: this medication.
- 28:11Speaker 1: It really wasn't did you have multiple urgent cares or
- 28:15Speaker 1: just one?
- 28:16Speaker 6: No, So we had one before the pandemic, and then
- 28:19Speaker 6: by the time it was towards the middle of.
- 28:20Speaker 1: Rop to eight employing over three hundred people.
- 28:23Speaker 6: So we went from employing six people to employing over
- 28:25Speaker 6: three hundred maybe so quickly it was crazy. And the
- 28:29Speaker 6: federal government actually approached me and said, hey, you're really
- 28:31Speaker 6: good at these monoclonals. Could you set up a site
- 28:33Speaker 6: for us at FedEx Field where the Washington Redskins play football.
- 28:37Speaker 6: And I did, and we did it in partnership with
- 28:39Speaker 6: HHS and with the Maryland Department of Health, and we
- 28:43Speaker 6: were actually the blueprint for the nationwide program because I
- 28:46Speaker 6: had to convince them that we should test there as well,
- 28:49Speaker 6: because you could take somebody right from the test if
- 28:52Speaker 6: they tested positive and they were symptomatic, and put them
- 28:54Speaker 6: right in the infusion chair and cure them of their COVID.
- 28:56Speaker 6: So the government loved that, and they said, We're going
- 28:58Speaker 6: to take this and run with it throughout the rest
- 29:00Speaker 6: of the country. So we had refrigerators full of this stuff,
- 29:04Speaker 6: but we had to close our program down and turn
- 29:06Speaker 6: away like five or six hundred people who were scheduled
- 29:09Speaker 6: to get infused that week because the government wouldn't let
- 29:11Speaker 6: us do it.
- 29:12Speaker 1: And I was really angry.
- 29:13Speaker 6: And anyway, two weeks later they admitted they were wrong,
- 29:16Speaker 6: and they let us start infusing again. Four months later,
- 29:19Speaker 6: completely out of the blue, with no warning, I find
- 29:22Speaker 6: out I'm the victim of law fare. I had gotten
- 29:24Speaker 6: indicted on federal health care front charges. It's really no
- 29:27Speaker 6: investigation having been done. They got my name wrong and
- 29:30Speaker 6: all the paperwork. They gave me a middle name, which
- 29:32Speaker 6: I've never had, and they gave me my wrong first name.
- 29:35Speaker 1: So what we were incited for.
- 29:38Speaker 6: Well, so they were alleging that we were upcoding. First
- 29:41Speaker 6: of all, I didn't see any of these patients. So
- 29:43Speaker 6: we had nurse practitioners, I had eight sites. So I've
- 29:44Speaker 6: be running around like a chicken with no head, making
- 29:46Speaker 6: sure my people were safe, making sure we had this
- 29:48Speaker 6: stuff we needed.
- 29:49Speaker 1: And the government said that we were upcoding.
- 29:51Speaker 6: So not to get to technical, but when you see patients,
- 29:54Speaker 6: there are when a provider, nurse practitioner PA, or a
- 29:58Speaker 6: doctor see the patient basically four levels. You could pick
- 30:02Speaker 6: one or two through five, five being the most serious
- 30:05Speaker 6: to being the bottom of the barrel.
- 30:09Speaker 1: You were giving everyone like a five when they didn't
- 30:11Speaker 1: deserve a five. Is that what they're saying. Well, so,
- 30:13Speaker 1: first of all, I didn't see these people.
- 30:14Speaker 6: My pas and nurse practitioners did, and they were building
- 30:18Speaker 6: level four. And there's a reason that we were building
- 30:20Speaker 6: level four. And I don't mean we can go into
- 30:22Speaker 6: all that, but the government alleged that we were upcoding.
- 30:25Speaker 6: They said that we weren't spending enough time with patients.
- 30:28Speaker 6: And then they said, oh and none of this was
- 30:29Speaker 6: medically necessary. And at trial, their own witness, their own
- 30:33Speaker 6: expert quote unquote expert, testified that time is irrelevant, which
- 30:37Speaker 6: goes directly against what they indicted before, and that all
- 30:41Speaker 6: these tests in fact were medically necessary, which goes directly
- 30:44Speaker 6: against their own indictment. It was so bad, Wayne that
- 30:46Speaker 6: the first day of trial, their expert witness got up
- 30:48Speaker 6: there and testified. He got so utterly destroyed by my lawyers,
- 30:52Speaker 6: just purely based on facts that the judge pushed the
- 30:55Speaker 6: jury out of the out of the courtroom, pulled us
- 30:58Speaker 6: up to the bench, waved his finger at the government
- 31:00Speaker 6: and said, what the hell are you doing? And that's
- 31:02Speaker 6: a direct quote, where is the crime here? And the government, Oh, Judge,
- 31:06Speaker 6: you'll see, you'll see, you'll see. And he said, well,
- 31:08Speaker 6: you better show me something because what I'm seeing here
- 31:10Speaker 6: is just nonsense. And even before that, before we even
- 31:13Speaker 6: went to trial, the judge called them out and said,
- 31:15Speaker 6: to the government, this case looks like the case of quote,
- 31:19Speaker 6: shoot first and ask questions later, which is exactly what
- 31:21Speaker 6: it was and what it is. So anyway, long story short,
- 31:25Speaker 6: I go to trial. I didn't do anything wrong. I
- 31:27Speaker 6: testified my own trial, which is unheard of. Somehow, the
- 31:30Speaker 6: jury finds me guilty because the government has everything going
- 31:33Speaker 6: for it, But the judge issues a ninety three page
- 31:36Speaker 6: opinion completely obliterating the prosecution, overt returns the conviction and
- 31:44Speaker 6: grants me a new trial in case the government appeals.
- 31:47Speaker 6: So on their way out the door, the vindictive and
- 31:49Speaker 6: Biden doj literally two weeks before Trump's inaugurated, decided to appeal.
- 31:53Speaker 6: So now I'm facing going back to trial a second time.
- 31:56Speaker 6: And the judge said, if you don't mind, I just
- 31:57Speaker 6: want to read a couple quotes.
- 31:58Speaker 1: How many millionary? What those fees is this ron? Oh?
- 32:02Speaker 6: Multiple millions in the seas And I mean, I didn't
- 32:04Speaker 6: have that kind of money and I still don't have
- 32:05Speaker 6: that kind of money. It's been destructive to my life,
- 32:09Speaker 6: to my family, four kids, they're all young.
- 32:12Speaker 1: It's been horrific. I'm sorry, I thank you. This government
- 32:16Speaker 1: is so terrible.
- 32:17Speaker 3: You know, I went through four years of the government
- 32:20Speaker 3: under Obama going after me for the irs.
- 32:23Speaker 1: The was they go after me.
- 32:24Speaker 3: It wasn't a crime, but they ordered me for four
- 32:27Speaker 3: years straight. And I needed to hire the best law
- 32:30Speaker 3: firm in the country to represent me, Iris Tax Lawyers,
- 32:33Speaker 3: and they said, this is a persecution like we've never seen.
- 32:36Speaker 1: They're trying to destroy your life.
- 32:37Speaker 3: And once they find one thing wrong, even if it's
- 32:39Speaker 3: a dollar fifty, they can open up seven years going
- 32:42Speaker 3: back from each of the four years, and you'll never
- 32:44Speaker 3: get out from under it, and you'll owe the millions
- 32:46Speaker 3: of dollars and your life will be destroyed. And thank god,
- 32:49Speaker 3: we beat them and they never did find a dollar
- 32:51Speaker 3: fifty that I did wrong, and the whole thing, you know,
- 32:53Speaker 3: wound up collapsing under the weight of whatever that lady's
- 32:57Speaker 3: name was. Now I forgot it. The Irs, lady you
- 32:58Speaker 3: testified in front of Congress. We realized she had my
- 33:02Speaker 3: file on her desk. Lois Lerner had my file on
- 33:05Speaker 3: her desk. And when she testified and the whole nation
- 33:08Speaker 3: started calling her a fraud, my case got dropped by.
- 33:11Speaker 1: The IRS, and I was out of trouble.
- 33:12Speaker 3: So I really can understand what you're going through. And
- 33:16Speaker 3: I did spend a lot of money. We'll go to
- 33:17Speaker 3: a break. Don't go anywhere. I want to hear more
- 33:19Speaker 3: about this story.
- 33:20Speaker 1: So sit tight.

- 33:40Speaker 3: us an advocate for Great Patriots Store dot com.
- 33:43Speaker 1: He's been a.
- 33:44Speaker 3: Customer for thirty six years, almost four decades. My wife
- 33:48Speaker 3: and I, Cindy, do much of our monthly shopping now
- 33:51Speaker 3: at Great Patriots Store dot com.
- 33:53Speaker 1: It's an alternative to wokeness. It's run by pro American conservatives.
- 33:57Speaker 1: USA Today voted at.

- 34:28Speaker 4: by Americans here in America, for Americans, and we've expanded.

- 34:54Speaker 3: do the price is a Great Patriots Store compare to
- 34:57Speaker 3: national brands.
- 34:59Speaker 4: Well, we've got hundreds of products weighing. But if you
- 35:01Speaker 4: just take a look at one like our launder detergent.
- 35:04Speaker 4: We make it, it's patented, and it's literally almost fractions
- 35:08Speaker 4: almost half the price of our competitors, and you get
- 35:11Speaker 4: ninety six loads of wash. It's the best value. There's
- 35:14Speaker 4: no toxic chemicals in any of our products whatsoever. And

- 35:33Speaker 1: All Right, we've got just seconds to go, so be quick.
- 35:35Speaker 1: I love your beef.
- 35:37Speaker 3: I eat your sirloin and your nerk steak all the time.
- 35:40Speaker 3: It's kind of breakfast at.
- 35:41Speaker 1: Lunch for me all the time. Why is your beef superior?
- 35:45Speaker 4: Made in America? Never ever, any hormones ever, any antibiotics,
- 35:50Speaker 4: no mRNA.
- 35:51Speaker 1: It's all prime.
- 35:52Speaker 4: It's the best quality that you can find at the
- 35:53Speaker 4: best price, free shipping, and it's the best beef on

- 36:01Speaker 3: free gift. Purchase the beef and other great American products.
- 36:04Speaker 3: You've got to be a member of go to Great
- 36:05Speaker 3: Patriots Store dot com.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Fill out the form.
- 36:08Speaker 3: One of their conservative team members will contact you right away.
- 36:11Speaker 3: Great Patriots Store dot com.
- 36:14Speaker 4: Thank you, Ellen, thank you, waynem god bless.
- 36:47Speaker 1: All right, welcome back. It's the Vegas Strip. I'm Waydell Root.
- 36:50Speaker 3: It's not a Vegas show, it's a national show. But
- 36:52Speaker 3: I'm based in Vegas, right. I love Vegas and it's
- 36:55Speaker 3: my cut of town. Sunso was out taxes or zero
- 36:58Speaker 3: best restaurants in the world. I mean, it's just a
- 37:00Speaker 3: great place and the weather is truly amazing. Today was
- 37:03Speaker 3: like the worst day of the whole winter. It was
- 37:05Speaker 3: fifty degrees in sunny.
- 37:06Speaker 1: It doesn't get any colder than today.
- 37:08Speaker 3: It was fifty degrees with wind, so it felt like
- 37:10Speaker 3: thirty eight when I woke up this morning and it
- 37:12Speaker 3: was still sunny and beautiful.
- 37:13Speaker 1: So I took a walk with the dog and.
- 37:15Speaker 3: By the time I got back it was fifty and
- 37:17Speaker 3: I had to take my jacket off. That's the worst
- 37:19Speaker 3: day of the whole winter.
- 37:19Speaker 1: Really.
- 37:20Speaker 3: So we're here with doctor ron Elfinbeinin, highly respected emergency
- 37:25Speaker 3: room physician from Maryland facing a second trial against bogus
- 37:29Speaker 3: charges from the corrupt Biden DOJ during.
- 37:31Speaker 1: The COVID era. It says here. It's interesting Ron.
- 37:35Speaker 3: Because it says, facing his second trial against bogus charges
- 37:39Speaker 3: from the corrupt Biden DOJ, you mean the Trump DOJ
- 37:42Speaker 3: didn't drop the charges.
- 37:44Speaker 6: Well, I'm trying to get them to That's exactly what
- 37:47Speaker 6: I'm trying to do. And I'll tell you something, you know,
- 37:50Speaker 6: just so you understand this is I'm facing fifty years
- 37:52Speaker 6: in jail for really doing nothing, I mean seriously, And
- 37:56Speaker 6: the judge pointed that out. The Obama appoints a judge
- 38:00Speaker 6: who oversaw my case, I mean, he said, The court,
- 38:03Speaker 6: having closely observed the testimony and parts the evidence in
- 38:06Speaker 6: this case, concludes that the evidence weighs so heavily against
- 38:09Speaker 6: the verdicts that it would be unjust to enter judgment.
- 38:12Speaker 6: He said, quote the government did not carry its burden
- 38:14Speaker 6: and no reasonable jury could have so concluded. They presented
- 38:17Speaker 6: no evidence of any wrongdoing, zero, Like it's just mind boggling.
- 38:21Speaker 6: And on their way out the door, they the Biden DOJ,
- 38:24Speaker 6: you know, didn't like the fact that the judge overturned this,
- 38:27Speaker 6: this this verdict, so they appealed and I just have
- 38:31Speaker 6: to find that right person in the Trump administration to
- 38:34Speaker 6: make this go away, because you know, there's inertia, and
- 38:36Speaker 6: there's thousands of cases going on, and I'm sure nobody's
- 38:39Speaker 6: really paying attention.
- 38:40Speaker 1: So I just need someone to do you have a
- 38:42Speaker 1: pen there? Do you have a pen where you're sitting
- 38:43Speaker 1: right now?
- 38:44Speaker 2: I do?
- 38:45Speaker 3: Yeah, you do, write down Waynroot at gmail dot com.
- 38:47Speaker 3: That's my email, Wayne Root at gmail dot com. I'm
- 38:50Speaker 3: not going to get my phone number out on the air,
- 38:51Speaker 3: but when you email me, I'll give you my phone.
- 38:53Speaker 1: Number and I'll see what I could do.
- 38:55Speaker 3: You send me a letter, You write the letter, and
- 38:58Speaker 3: I'll send it to President Trumt.
- 39:00Speaker 1: But he reads most of what I send him.
- 39:01Speaker 3: I can't guarantee it, but it seems like almost everything
- 39:04Speaker 3: I send him goes in front of him, and he
- 39:06Speaker 3: acts on a lot of it. And I've gotten a
- 39:07Speaker 3: lot of people pardons as an example, who did not
- 39:10Speaker 3: deserve it. As one guy in Vegas I'm working on now,
- 39:13Speaker 3: he did nothing wrong. It's a crime that's never been
- 39:16Speaker 3: a crime in the history of America. The doj of
- 39:18Speaker 3: Biden went after him for a crime that's never been
- 39:20Speaker 3: a crime in the history of America found him guilty
- 39:23Speaker 3: and they gave him thirty years in prison. He's forty
- 39:27Speaker 3: years old, thirty years in prison for a non violent
- 39:30Speaker 3: crime that's never been a crime in history.
- 39:33Speaker 1: Trying to get a pardon for him.
- 39:34Speaker 3: He's supposed to report in the next two weeks to
- 39:36Speaker 3: prison to start a thirty year stretch in prison.
- 39:39Speaker 1: It's all mind boggling. What a horrible, horrible.
- 39:42Speaker 3: Thing this Biden administration and Biden DOJ was So I
- 39:46Speaker 3: will work on this for you.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Okay, I'm on your team.
- 39:50Speaker 3: I'm on your team, buddy, brother, brother.
- 39:53Speaker 1: I'm on your team. Time. Okay. Sorry, So where are you? So?
- 39:58Speaker 1: Where are you now? Are you? Are you to work now? Yeah?
- 40:02Speaker 6: So I never lost my medical license, but I had
- 40:04Speaker 6: to take two years off of work. So it was
- 40:06Speaker 6: very hard to get back into working in the emergency
- 40:08Speaker 6: room because I hadn't worked for two years. So insurance
- 40:11Speaker 6: companies didn't want to give me a malpractice insurance and
- 40:13Speaker 6: then hospitals looked at me, you know, like, what's wrong
- 40:16Speaker 6: with you? Why did you get indicted? Even though I
- 40:18Speaker 6: got to acquitted. So I actually I am back in the
- 40:22Speaker 6: ear thank god, and I'm still working very rarely in
- 40:25Speaker 6: the er, but I found a wonderful job.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Ironically.
- 40:28Speaker 6: I am the medical director for a company that provides
- 40:30Speaker 6: medical care to the prisons in jails in the state
- 40:32Speaker 6: of Maryland. So I drive around and I make sure
- 40:35Speaker 6: that the inmates are getting good quality healthcare and I
- 40:38Speaker 6: take great pride in that and it's very rewarding to me,
- 40:41Speaker 6: and I love my job, so I'm very happy that
- 40:43Speaker 6: I got that job.
- 40:44Speaker 1: So it's been great.
- 40:45Speaker 6: And these people are downtrodden and they've forgotten members of society,
- 40:48Speaker 6: and you know, they just they don't get.
- 40:51Speaker 1: Good health care.
- 40:51Speaker 6: So I really were trying to make sure that they're
- 40:54Speaker 6: getting that.
- 40:54Speaker 1: And yeah, look, I'm like you, I'm a good guy.
- 40:56Speaker 3: I hate criminals, but once they're in prison, they still
- 40:58Speaker 3: got to take care of them, just like I.
- 41:00Speaker 1: I'm totally for ice.
- 41:01Speaker 3: I think the deportation is good, but once they're in
- 41:05Speaker 3: their detention facility, you can't let people die. You can't
- 41:07Speaker 3: feed a moldy bread. You got to take care of
- 41:10Speaker 3: people no matter what, no matter what.
- 41:11Speaker 1: They did, absolutely the human beings exactly.
- 41:14Speaker 3: So what can my fans do to help you cover
- 41:16Speaker 3: the cost of legal fees and provide for your family,
- 41:19Speaker 3: what could they do?
- 41:20Speaker 6: Well, thank you for asking. I have a Gibsen go
- 41:23Speaker 6: it's defend ron elfin bin MD. And I also I'm
- 41:30Speaker 6: on ex at ron elfin bin MD if people could
- 41:34Speaker 6: follow me. And I also I have a change dot
- 41:36Speaker 6: Org up to try to get people to just, you know,
- 41:40Speaker 6: assign a petition that says that this is baseless and ridiculous.
- 41:43Speaker 6: I mean, just to give you an example, Wayne, like,
- 41:45Speaker 6: I got an award from our governor, personal citation from
- 41:48Speaker 6: our governor for all the work I did during COVID.
- 41:50Speaker 6: I got a personal citation from our state legislature. And
- 41:53Speaker 6: even after getting indicted, the State Medical Society still made
- 41:55Speaker 6: me its Person of the Year for all the work
- 41:57Speaker 6: I did during COVID, and the FEDS come in and
- 41:59Speaker 6: hand me in indictment for something I didn't even do.
- 42:01Speaker 1: Amazing.
- 42:02Speaker 3: So when they awarded you that Doctor of the Year thing,
- 42:05Speaker 3: and you must had to give a speech in front
- 42:06Speaker 3: of all the other doctors, right, what did you say
- 42:08Speaker 3: to them, knowing you were being indicted, but they gave.
- 42:10Speaker 1: You the Doctor of the Year.
- 42:12Speaker 6: I didn't even go. I was afraid of my own shadow.
- 42:14Speaker 6: When you got hit with an indictment, in. You're facing
- 42:16Speaker 6: fifty years in jail. I could really get out of bed.
- 42:18Speaker 6: I couldn't function, I couldn't do anything.
- 42:19Speaker 2: Ron.
- 42:20Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I feel for you.
- 42:21Speaker 3: You're look I read people, man, I a I have
- 42:24Speaker 3: a gift. I could look at a person. In a
- 42:25Speaker 3: matter of two sentences, I can tell you if I
- 42:26Speaker 3: like him or not.
- 42:27Speaker 1: I like you. You're a good guy. I could tell
- 42:29Speaker 1: you're a good guy. You did nothing wrong. It's very clear.
- 42:32Speaker 3: You'll send me a letter Wayne roodtgmail dot com from you,
- 42:36Speaker 3: from your heart for the President of the United States.
- 42:39Speaker 3: Tell them you're a friend of Wayne el Rout. In
- 42:40Speaker 3: the first sentence, I will send the letter to President Trump.
- 42:43Speaker 1: We'll see what we can do. Okay, Yes, sir, thank
- 42:46Speaker 1: you so much. You're a good man. I know you're

- 42:56Speaker 3: I was respected, highly respected, a bergency room doctor by Wayne,
- 43:00Speaker 3: highly respected, facing a second trial against bogus charges from
- 43:04Speaker 3: the corrupt Biden DOJ leftover from the corrupt COVID era.
