Transcript
- 0:04Speaker 1: Hey, hello friends from across the nation, around the world.
- 0:08Speaker 1: I'm Martin, and you are listening to Dad's Bedtime Stories.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Tonight We're going to be doing a story idea that
- 0:17Speaker 1: I think is kind of like a classic Dad's Bedtime
- 0:21Speaker 1: Stories idea. Zelda, one of my sponsors on Patreon, wrote
- 0:28Speaker 1: in and was hoping I could do a story about
- 0:31Speaker 1: an ice world where there are ice people and a
- 0:36Speaker 1: fire dragon that comes and tries to destroy everything. And yeah,
- 0:42Speaker 1: I think that's a perfect idea. So we're going to
- 0:45Speaker 1: get right into it. If you like the podcast, don't
- 0:48Speaker 1: forget to rate it and review it wherever it is
- 0:51Speaker 1: you're listening if you haven't already done that, and thank
- 0:55Speaker 1: you very much to the people who already have. If
- 0:58Speaker 1: you want ad free episodes, you can join us on
- 1:01Speaker 1: Patreon for as little as one dollar per month less
- 1:05Speaker 1: than twelve dollars a year if you do it all
- 1:08Speaker 1: at once two or you can just listen to the
- 1:13Speaker 1: version that does have ads and that supports the podcast
- 1:17Speaker 1: as well. I never put them during the story or
- 1:20Speaker 1: after anyways. Time to get as comfy as you can
- 1:24Speaker 1: in that bed, close your eyes and imagine yourself doing
- 1:29Speaker 1: what the kid in the story, does you wake up
- 1:35Speaker 1: on your spaceship Alert? Alert, Spaceship says, what is it?
- 1:45Speaker 1: I have discovered a very interesting planet. Well, that's so
- 1:50Speaker 1: interesting about it? You ask? On this planet the people
- 1:56Speaker 1: seem to be entwined with the element of ice. Uh
- 2:04Speaker 1: like ice people, you ask, Yes, they seem to have
- 2:10Speaker 1: ice powers and live in an ice land. Oh, that's
- 2:15Speaker 1: pretty cool, let's go check it out. Understood. Setting course,
- 2:21Speaker 1: I should also mention that my research indicates that these
- 2:26Speaker 1: people have not met others from different planets before. I
- 2:32Speaker 1: suggest going undercover to discover the secrets of their planet.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Oh okay, gotcha. Well, in that case, engage in visibility mode. Understood.
- 2:50Speaker 1: The ship suddenly sort of glimmers around you, indicating that
- 2:55Speaker 1: it's just turned invisible. You get up out of bed,
- 3:01Speaker 1: quickly get dressed, and head out into the main part
- 3:05Speaker 1: of the ship. You move over to the kitchen area
- 3:10Speaker 1: and replicate a plate of your favorite breakfast. You sit
- 3:16Speaker 1: down at the table and eat away until spaceship announces
- 3:22Speaker 1: that you have arrived at the planet. You put the
- 3:27Speaker 1: plate and many left over food back and the replicator.
- 3:32Speaker 1: It instantly dissolves back into energy. You head over and
- 3:38Speaker 1: sit down in the command chair and look out the
- 3:42Speaker 1: viewing screen. A huge planet that's almost entirely blue and shiny,
- 3:50Speaker 1: and uh, a little bit glass lake appears in front
- 3:55Speaker 1: of you. You grab a hold of the controls, press
- 4:01Speaker 1: forward on the throttle, and blast down toward the planet,
- 4:07Speaker 1: through the atmosphere, through the icy clouds, until you find
- 4:14Speaker 1: yourself flying above the ice planet completely invisible. Of course,
- 4:22Speaker 1: it's a beautiful, beautiful place. You see structures everywhere, structures
- 4:31Speaker 1: made entirely out of ice, ice houses, ice shops, ice towers,
- 4:40Speaker 1: and even a gigantic ice castle. The people are even
- 4:47Speaker 1: more amazing. They themselves look as if they're made entirely
- 4:53Speaker 1: out of ice, living ice, and beyond that, it's as
- 5:00Speaker 1: if they have magical ice powers. You watch as they
- 5:06Speaker 1: create little roads in front of them out of ice
- 5:11Speaker 1: and slide down them. You watch others manipulate a sort
- 5:16Speaker 1: of ice like energy around in circles and swirls, before
- 5:23Speaker 1: creating well houses and structures out of almost nothing. Where
- 5:32Speaker 1: would you like to land, Spaceship asks, Uh, maybe in
- 5:38Speaker 1: a little space over there between the castle and what
- 5:42Speaker 1: looks like a shopping center. Understood, Spaceship slowly lowers the
- 5:50Speaker 1: ship down in a small opening surrounded by all sorts
- 5:55Speaker 1: of ice buildings. Well, how do you think I shoul
- 6:00Speaker 1: should explore? You ask? Good question. I believe you have
- 6:06Speaker 1: several options. Option one is to use the invisibility mode
- 6:12Speaker 1: on your spacesuit. However, this will not allow you to
- 6:18Speaker 1: interact with people without scaring them anyways. Option two is
- 6:24Speaker 1: to use the transmorphopizer and transform into one of the beings. Now,
- 6:32Speaker 1: I think we'll go with option two. The transmorphofizer. Understood,
- 6:40Speaker 1: I have already taken the liberty of capturing some d
- 6:45Speaker 1: anda from one of the inhabitants. Please stand in the
- 6:51Speaker 1: middle of the ship. You move towards the middle of
- 6:55Speaker 1: the ship, A small satellite like device pops down from
- 7:02Speaker 1: the ceiling and points towards you. Please stay still. This
- 7:07Speaker 1: may tingle. The satellite like device lights up with a
- 7:14Speaker 1: bright blue color and then blasts you. It feels really tingly,
- 7:22Speaker 1: and suddenly your body starts to feel less solid for
- 7:28Speaker 1: lack of a better description, and soon every atom in
- 7:33Speaker 1: your body begins to transform. Slowly, you start to become
- 7:41Speaker 1: bright blue, made of ice itself. You don't change size
- 7:49Speaker 1: too much, but you do shrink a little bit. When
- 7:54Speaker 1: you look down at yourself, all you can see are
- 7:58Speaker 1: legs made out of ice and arms made out of ice.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Somehow you can still move around. You feel something else too,
- 8:10Speaker 1: a connection to something you didn't have before. You can
- 8:16Speaker 1: tell that it's the element of ice. As if to
- 8:22Speaker 1: test your new instincts, you immediately focus on your hand,
- 8:27Speaker 1: and you imagine a large ice sword appearing. A blue
- 8:34Speaker 1: sort of energy glows throughout your palm and spreads up
- 8:39Speaker 1: into the air, creating a large ice blade. Cool. You
- 8:47Speaker 1: swing it around a few times and then allow it
- 8:51Speaker 1: to dissipate back into well nothingness. Are you ready to
- 8:58Speaker 1: explore ship? Asks? I think so, you say. The back
- 9:06Speaker 1: hatch opens up and you step outside. You look behind you,
- 9:12Speaker 1: and the hatch closes, leaving well absolutely nothing there, or
- 9:20Speaker 1: at least nothing you can currently see. You look around
- 9:25Speaker 1: you and you see the ice people moving from place
- 9:29Speaker 1: to place. It seems that they don't tend to walk anywhere.
- 9:35Speaker 1: They sort of slide. They slide across the ice, not
- 9:41Speaker 1: quite like skating, more like surfing, And when there is
- 9:47Speaker 1: no ice in front of them and where they want
- 9:50Speaker 1: to go, they just create it. You decide to give
- 9:55Speaker 1: it a shot. You spread your legs a bart as
- 9:59Speaker 1: if you you're in a sort of surfing position, and
- 10:04Speaker 1: do you imagine your feet just sort of sliding along
- 10:08Speaker 1: the ice? You blast forward at an incredible speed. Whoa,
- 10:15Speaker 1: you say as you turn around the corner and continue
- 10:20Speaker 1: forward at an incredible velocity. In front of you is
- 10:26Speaker 1: a house, a house made of ice, one that looks
- 10:31Speaker 1: like you're about to crash into it. Instinctively, you sort
- 10:37Speaker 1: of shift the ground in front of you. You create
- 10:41Speaker 1: a new bridge of ice that shoots up over the house,
- 10:45Speaker 1: and you slide right up it cool. Using your mind,
- 10:52Speaker 1: you twist the slide or bridge around in a spiral,
- 10:57Speaker 1: allowing you to spin higher and higher up and get
- 11:02Speaker 1: a better view for everything around you. You stop and
- 11:07Speaker 1: look around. In every direction. You see a city of ice,
- 11:14Speaker 1: ice houses, the ice castle off to the left, and
- 11:20Speaker 1: all sorts of ice kids playing around on the ice.
- 11:26Speaker 1: It almost looks like they're playing in a skate park,
- 11:30Speaker 1: sliding around doing jumps and tricks. That looks like fun,
- 11:37Speaker 1: you think. You blast down towards it, creating a little
- 11:42Speaker 1: bridge in front of you, and then you stop suddenly
- 11:48Speaker 1: as you approach the little ice skate park or whatever
- 11:52Speaker 1: it is you watch as the ice kids skate back
- 11:57Speaker 1: and forth inside the little skate park thing. It looks
- 12:01Speaker 1: almost like a pool. They slide down the sides up
- 12:06Speaker 1: the other end and perform tricks, spins and flips and
- 12:11Speaker 1: that sort of thing. Uh, do you guys mind if
- 12:15Speaker 1: I try? You ask? One of the ice kids looks
- 12:19Speaker 1: over towards you. Of course not, and you can join us.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Is this your first time at the ice park? The
- 12:28Speaker 1: kid asks, Uh, yeah, my parents like me to be
- 12:35Speaker 1: safe and stuff, so they don't normally let me come.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Ah that makes sense parents, Well, and just follow me.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Try to do what I do. The key is to
- 12:49Speaker 1: keep your balance. The kid slides down one side of
- 12:53Speaker 1: the ice pool, shoots up the other side, and just
- 12:58Speaker 1: spins around so we face the other direction again. Then
- 13:02Speaker 1: he glides back down. His feet slide gracefully against the ice,
- 13:08Speaker 1: and he pops up beside you. Your turn, he says,
- 13:14Speaker 1: Just mouve with the ice. It's honestly easy. Okay. You
- 13:21Speaker 1: look over the edge, close your eyes, take a deep breath,
- 13:27Speaker 1: and then you let yourself go over. You slide down
- 13:32Speaker 1: the ice. It connects with your feet as it did before.
- 13:38Speaker 1: You use it to blast yourself forward, up the other
- 13:42Speaker 1: end and into the air. You wave your hands around
- 13:47Speaker 1: in circles as you shoot up higher and higher and
- 13:51Speaker 1: attempt to turn yourself around. You barely get yourself to
- 13:57Speaker 1: turn in time before you lay on the ice once again,
- 14:02Speaker 1: slides straight down and back towards the other kid. You
- 14:07Speaker 1: shoot up the other end, push yourself forward and land
- 14:12Speaker 1: on the edge of the ice. Ah, that was pretty
- 14:16Speaker 1: good for our first time, the kid says, Let's see
- 14:20Speaker 1: what else you can do. Follow me. You follow the
- 14:26Speaker 1: ice kid as he slides around the ice ski park.
- 14:31Speaker 1: You follow him off jumps, over little humps, and around
- 14:36Speaker 1: spiral like corners. Then he heads straight towards what looks
- 14:42Speaker 1: like a loop. To loop this one, just be sure
- 14:46Speaker 1: you keep your momentum. He blasts forward faster on the ice,
- 14:51Speaker 1: moves up the loop and all the way around it.
- 14:57Speaker 1: You increase your own speed to keep dead center and
- 15:02Speaker 1: blast around the loop, flipping over backwards down the other side,
- 15:09Speaker 1: and then you come to a stop beside the kid. Hey,
- 15:13Speaker 1: that was pretty good. Want to hang out for a while.
- 15:18Speaker 1: My name's Pip. What about you? You introduce yourself and
- 15:23Speaker 1: shake hands. You and Pip have a good time. Playing
- 15:28Speaker 1: around on the ice park for the next little while,
- 15:32Speaker 1: until you hear something that doesn't sound like it belongs
- 15:37Speaker 1: on the ice planet. A huge roar followed by a
- 15:43Speaker 1: blast of fire through the air. Oh no, not that thing,
- 15:50Speaker 1: Pip says. You look up in the sky to see
- 15:56Speaker 1: a gigantic dragon flying overhead and breathing fire into the atmosphere.
- 16:04Speaker 1: What's that thing? You ask? That is a fire dragon,
- 16:11Speaker 1: the archenemy of the ice people. I can understand that.
- 16:18Speaker 1: You watch the fire dragons swoop down and breathe fire
- 16:22Speaker 1: onto the ice palace, melting one of the walls instantly.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Oh no, he's gonna destroy everything. Does this happen often?
- 16:34Speaker 1: You ask, where exactly are you from? The kid responds,
- 16:41Speaker 1: you've never been part of an ice dragon attack before. Yes,
- 16:47Speaker 1: it happens often, All too often. We're constantly rebuilding the
- 16:52Speaker 1: place because of that thing. Most of the fire dragons
- 16:57Speaker 1: live peacefully on the other side of the planet, but
- 17:01Speaker 1: this one found his way over here and seems well
- 17:06Speaker 1: determined to transform the place into a warmer area, something
- 17:12Speaker 1: we ice people, uh well, really don't appreciate, as you
- 17:16Speaker 1: might be able to imagine. Yeah, I can understand why
- 17:22Speaker 1: where are you from anyways, Why don't you already know
- 17:26Speaker 1: this information?
- 17:29Speaker 2: Uh?
- 17:29Speaker 1: My parents keep me kind of sheltered. They're very protective.
- 17:34Speaker 1: How weird. So what do you guys do to fedd
- 17:39Speaker 1: off against the dragon? You ask, as you watch the
- 17:42Speaker 1: dragon swoop down and breathe a huge plume of fire
- 17:48Speaker 1: onto a row of buildings. The ice people skate away
- 17:53Speaker 1: quickly as the buildings instantly melt into puddles of water. Well,
- 17:59Speaker 1: we mostly try to avoid it. We're afraid that fighting
- 18:04Speaker 1: back might lead to something worse. I see you hear
- 18:11Speaker 1: your watch beep. Just a second, I have to go
- 18:15Speaker 1: check something, you say. You slide away from Pip and
- 18:21Speaker 1: look down at your watch. What is it, you ask?
- 18:26Speaker 1: I am detecting an anomaly. It seems that the city
- 18:31Speaker 1: is currently being attacked by a large dragon. Yep, I
- 18:37Speaker 1: kind of noticed. Oh good, I suggest returning to the ship.
- 18:46Speaker 1: I can't just leave these people to fend for themselves.
- 18:50Speaker 1: This thing's melting everything, you say, as you watch the
- 18:54Speaker 1: dragon swoop back down and melt another row of houses.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Is the ice pea people flee? What do you suggest? Well,
- 19:06Speaker 1: I think we'll figure that out as we go, you say,
- 19:09Speaker 1: But it might be a good idea if you kind
- 19:12Speaker 1: of meet me in the air. Stand visible, but be
- 19:17Speaker 1: ready to help. Understood, Spaceship says, you look up towards
- 19:23Speaker 1: the ice dragon as it flies overhead. All right, Pip,
- 19:29Speaker 1: it was nice to meet you, but I think I
- 19:32Speaker 1: have an ice dragon to uh well redirect. Oh what
- 19:38Speaker 1: do you mean? Instead of answering, you simply blast forward
- 19:44Speaker 1: on the ice. You create an ice bridge in front
- 19:48Speaker 1: of yourself and shoot up toward the sky, looping around
- 19:53Speaker 1: in circles, spiraling higher and then heading directly for the drag.
- 20:01Speaker 1: The dragon looks behind itself and breathes some fire. You
- 20:07Speaker 1: turn to the left and loop back around towards the thing.
- 20:13Speaker 1: What is your plan, Spaceship asks again, I'm not entirely sure.
- 20:21Speaker 1: You press the button on your watch, causing your spacesuit
- 20:25Speaker 1: to fold around your ice body. Then you jump into
- 20:31Speaker 1: the air and gauge your flight mode and blast straight
- 20:36Speaker 1: towards the dragon. The dragon breathes another plume of fire,
- 20:43Speaker 1: which you easily dodge, rolling to the left and landing
- 20:48Speaker 1: on the back of the dragon's neck. The dragon roars
- 20:53Speaker 1: and starts to turn around in circles, but you do
- 20:57Speaker 1: your best to stay on the thing. You grab on
- 21:01Speaker 1: to a couple horns sticking out of its back and
- 21:04Speaker 1: try to pull it in the other direction. It roars
- 21:08Speaker 1: and protest. It spins around and tries to shake you off,
- 21:14Speaker 1: but with the help of the spacesuit's extra strength, you
- 21:19Speaker 1: hold on tight. The dragon starts to spin through the air,
- 21:25Speaker 1: buck up and down as if it's a well, a
- 21:29Speaker 1: bucking bronco and some sort of rodeo. Luckily for you,
- 21:34Speaker 1: you've dealt with that sort of thing before. You hold
- 21:38Speaker 1: on for dear life, and by no means do you
- 21:42Speaker 1: let the thing throw you off. It flaps around in circles,
- 21:47Speaker 1: jumps up and down, but you continue to hold on. Luckily,
- 21:53Speaker 1: you've landed on a part of its neck where it
- 21:55Speaker 1: can't quite turn around and well breathe fire at you
- 22:00Speaker 1: without hitting itself in the back anyways. Eventually, the dragon
- 22:05Speaker 1: flies over to the top of an ice mountain, lands
- 22:09Speaker 1: on the ground, and jumps onto its side, causing you
- 22:13Speaker 1: to finally fly off, skid across the ground and look
- 22:18Speaker 1: at the thing. It turns toward you. It takes in
- 22:23Speaker 1: a deep breath and unleashes a plume of fire. You
- 22:28Speaker 1: hold your arm up in front and an energy shield
- 22:32Speaker 1: sort of instinctively appears between you and the dragon. The
- 22:37Speaker 1: fire blasts straight past you. You then reach out with
- 22:42Speaker 1: your ice powers. A blue energy shoots up from the ground,
- 22:48Speaker 1: surrounds one of the dragon's legs, and solidifies into ice.
- 22:54Speaker 1: The dragon roars, and you continue. You blast another plume
- 23:00Speaker 1: of ice at its other leg, and then you capture
- 23:05Speaker 1: both of its wings with ice as well. You wrap
- 23:09Speaker 1: another little column of ice around the top of its
- 23:12Speaker 1: neck and pull it down towards the ground. It blasts
- 23:18Speaker 1: out a breath of fire, which you once again block
- 23:22Speaker 1: with an energy shield, and then it speaks, let me go.
- 23:31Speaker 1: The fire dragon says, oh, wait a second, you can talk. Yes,
- 23:39Speaker 1: the dragon answers, Then why are you destroying this place?
- 23:45Speaker 2: You ask, because it is cold. Where I am from,
- 23:53Speaker 2: everything is much warm.
- 23:58Speaker 1: Then why don't you go back where you're from?
- 24:02Speaker 2: You suggest, because I can't, or I don't know how.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Well. I would suggest going back the way you came here.
- 24:18Speaker 2: I tried, but the way has been closed. You see,
- 24:26Speaker 2: there is a large ice wall between this land and
- 24:31Speaker 2: my own. It goes higher than wheat dragons can fly.
- 24:40Speaker 2: I was exploring it, and one day I found a
- 24:45Speaker 2: strange tunnel. I walked through the tunnel, and it led
- 24:53Speaker 2: to the other side, this world of ice. I explored
- 25:02Speaker 2: for a while.
- 25:04Speaker 1: And then tried.
- 25:06Speaker 2: To go home, only to find that the large hole
- 25:12Speaker 2: was gone. I attempted to breathe fire through the wall,
- 25:19Speaker 2: but I could not. It heeled as quickly as I
- 25:25Speaker 2: could melt it. I have been stuck here ever since,
- 25:32Speaker 2: and I decided that if I could not go to
- 25:36Speaker 2: somewhere warm, I would have to make this place warm.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Ah. But in doing that, you're going to destroy all
- 25:48Speaker 1: group of ice people.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Yes, I was willing to take that chance.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Well what if I just took you home instead? You ask,
- 26:04Speaker 1: you know the way? Well no, but I think I
- 26:12Speaker 1: know another way. Spaceship, We're gonna need a little bit
- 26:17Speaker 1: of room. Spaceship glimmers beside you and appears out of nowhere.
- 26:24Speaker 2: What what is that thing.
- 26:28Speaker 1: That is your ticket home? The spaceship starts to glow,
- 26:35Speaker 1: and it grows larger and larger into a ship big
- 26:41Speaker 1: enough for a dragon to board. Now, promise not to
- 26:46Speaker 1: breathe any fire at me, and we'll have you home
- 26:49Speaker 1: in no time, I promise, The dragon says. You reach
- 26:57Speaker 1: out with your ice instincts, and well, you immediately melt
- 27:02Speaker 1: the ice surrounding the dragon's legs and the dragon's neck.
- 27:07Speaker 1: The dragon stands back up. Follow me, you say, sliding
- 27:14Speaker 1: across the ice over towards the ship. A much larger
- 27:19Speaker 1: hatch and ramp open up behind the thing, and you
- 27:24Speaker 1: lead the dragon aboard. Spaceship has created a gigantic cargo
- 27:30Speaker 1: area at the back of the ship, one big enough
- 27:34Speaker 1: for the dragon with heavy footsteps. The dragon climbs aboard.
- 27:40Speaker 1: The back hatch closes and you look at the thing.
- 27:46Speaker 1: All right, Spaceship. I'm told there's like a fire zone
- 27:51Speaker 1: on this planet as well, and I think we need
- 27:54Speaker 1: to go there over top of some gigantic ice wall.
- 27:58Speaker 1: I guess, yes, I see what you are talking about.
- 28:05Speaker 1: Part of this planet is tidally locked with the Sun,
- 28:10Speaker 1: creating a zone of intense heat, and you are correct.
- 28:16Speaker 1: There is a gigantic ice wall that seems to separate
- 28:21Speaker 1: this zone from the rest of the planet. Very interesting.
- 28:28Speaker 1: I am surprised I did not notice this before the
- 28:33Speaker 1: ship lifts up into the air. It quickly blasts up
- 28:39Speaker 1: into space and back done on the sun side of
- 28:44Speaker 1: the planet, a side of the planet that samow always
- 28:48Speaker 1: faces the sun. You look out one of the windows,
- 28:53Speaker 1: and instead of seeing ice, all you see is lava
- 28:59Speaker 1: and fire and well fire dragons. The dragon looks out
- 29:06Speaker 1: the window as well, my land, he says. Spaceship lowers
- 29:15Speaker 1: down and hovers in place. Then the back hatch opens up.
- 29:23Speaker 1: It makes you feel suddenly kind of sick as a
- 29:29Speaker 1: nice person. This heat doesn't feel good at all. The
- 29:35Speaker 1: dragon looks back toward you, thank you for returning me.
- 29:43Speaker 1: Then he jumps out the back of the ship, spreads
- 29:47Speaker 1: his wings and bathes himself in the heat of the lava.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Close the doors, you say to Spaceship, I don't feel
- 29:58Speaker 1: so good. The ship's doors close quickly, and Spaceship lifts
- 30:05Speaker 1: up through the atmosphere once again. You deactivate your spacesuit
- 30:12Speaker 1: and walk back to the middle of the ship, where
- 30:15Speaker 1: the transmorphizer is located. I think it's time I became
- 30:21Speaker 1: human again, you say, understood. The satellite like device pops
- 30:28Speaker 1: down out of the ceiling and points towards you once again.
- 30:33Speaker 1: The same blue light blasts into you, and your body
- 30:38Speaker 1: begins to tingle. You feel less solid and your skin
- 30:45Speaker 1: starts to change. You grow slightly, and before long you
- 30:52Speaker 1: find yourself a human once again, A very tired human. Now.
- 31:01Speaker 1: I don't know if it was the heat or you know,
- 31:04Speaker 1: taking on a dragon, but I'm tired. Understood. You head
- 31:11Speaker 1: towards your bedroom on the ship. The door opens automatically.
- 31:18Speaker 1: You head straight for your bed, climb inside, and pull
- 31:23Speaker 1: the covers up to your chin. Spaceship dims the lights.
- 31:29Speaker 1: You close your eyes, and with each breath you will
- 31:34Speaker 1: allow yourself to sink down, deeper and deeper into the mattress.
- 31:41Speaker 1: The more you breathe, the deeper you sink, and the
- 31:45Speaker 1: deeper you sink, the better you feel, until slowly your
- 31:52Speaker 1: mind wanders off the thoughts of new dreams and new
- 31:58Speaker 1: adventures to come. Good Night, everyone, A.
