  We're living in a time where disagreement has become division,

  and division has become hostility.

  But Christmas reminds us that respect is not optional for believers.

  You know, in 1 Peter 2, verse 17, honor everyone, right?

  That doesn't mean we agree with everyone. It means we recognize the dignity God placed in everyone.

  You know, Jesus showed us how to do this. He spoke truth, but he didn't do it

  with love. He did it with love.

  He challenged people, but he never stripped them of worth.

  Respect listens before responding Respect doesn't humiliate And respect doesn't

  shout over others This Christmas,

  honoring others may look like patience in conversations Grace in disagreement

  And humility in our tone Because how we treat people says more about our faith

  Than we claim to believe when we choose respect,

  we choose love.

  And love is the most powerful word ever given.
