- MARK HAYES (00:03.18) Alright ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another exciting edition of Two Men in Black and White, an honest conversation. And let's be honest about it. Pam Bondi is gone for good reason. And she's gone because she couldn't do what Trump wanted her to do because she's knee deep in the whole Epstein files conundrum. is Brock. I can't wait to see the history books. Brock and Ellis joins me from the city. So nice. They named it twice. New York, New York Brock. yeah, the history books are going to be so thick when it comes to the Epstein files. And it's not gonna speak kindly to these jackals and hyenas trying to protect this pet the most prolific pedophile ring that we've ever seen on the globe on the face of the planet and Now Todd Blanche is telling us that we've seen it all and we're supposed to believe that Yeah, they ain't gonna fly baby. What do you think? Brock Ganeles (01:12.778) Well, I never really could get to bottom of why Bondi was fired, right? You know, she obviously fumbled and bumbled through her congressional hearings. She became hated, you know, across America for her indifference to the victims and the like. And yeah, perhaps she allowed too many files out that weren't redacted properly, so it embarrassed and hurt Trump. That was probably the number one reason why she got fired. and she kind of gave the implication that there were more files, but she had to go through them and she was slow walking it. So they, okay, so they bring in Blanche and we're supposed to fucking believe that this guy, one to two weeks on the job has just walked in there and figured out, recognized that there were no files left. MARK HAYES (02:11.373) Ha! Brock Ganeles (02:11.606) Like Bondi didn't know that. Bondi wouldn't have known that. She couldn't have made that announcement a few weeks ago to save her ass and say, Oh no, all the files are out there. This guy has come in and he's trying to sell us that out of those millions of pages that we've heard about of which we've seen like what two to 4 % they don't exist. Mirage. MARK HAYES (02:30.922) Right. Right. Right. Right. Brock Ganeles (02:36.758) How can they possibly think that the American public is going to buy that story? MARK HAYES (02:43.84) Right. Brock, you know, looking at this in black and white, this were black men. Trump were black men. Well, first of all, Trump were black men. He would have never been able to ascend to these heights. Right. There would have never been a major network media conglomerate to create the image of a successful black man like they did with The Apprentice. You know, we just won't see that in our time. We understand that, we get that. Black folk get that. What we don't like, right, is the selective prosecution kind of fuckery that goes on in the American justice system, right? Black people, black man, white man commit the same crime, how come the black man has to do more time? You know, I had a good friend that, was in federal prison. And he was talking to me about a black inmate and a white inmate. And the white inmate had embezzled millions of dollars and got like two or three years. The black guy had embezzled like 60, 70,000. He got like 15 years. And so, You know, when we talk about... prosecuting Trump and all his misdeeds and all he gets away with. It's just another reason for black people to stay home, right? Because we know we go to jail for crimes we don't Right? And then we have to sit back and watch people commit crimes in broad daylight and not be prosecuted in the highest office in the world. MARK HAYES (04:44.098) And what are you afraid of? Motherfuckers ain't gonna do anything to you. Like what are these senators afraid of? You think the Proud Boys are gonna start picking off senators, Mitch McConnell? You think somebody's shooting at Rand Paul? Come on, have some sack. And it's just frustrating to watch, you know, from a black American standpoint, how these guys get away with this. Pam Bondi's gotten away with it. You know, they just, the insider trading deal they just did with Baron where he made off with like a hundred million, you know, of his own, you know, cause daddy made an announcement right after he invested, you know, a few nickels, turned it into a hundred million or whatever it was. And, and it's just, it's just frustrating, Bob, you know, to watch this chaos ensue and, you know, White America sitting back taking it, taking it. But Obama was the worst president we ever had, the most divisive. I don't know about that. Brock Ganeles (05:53.759) I mean, we've never had a case before where the system has protected anyone in the way the system is protecting Donald Trump. Now, granted, he's manipulating it and really strong arming the system for his benefit. But yeah, it's never been to this level. And, know, per the argument you just made about an unequal justice system, which has always been there in plain sight, just been ignored. MARK HAYES (06:00.3) Right. True that. Brock Ganeles (06:23.53) certainly by most white people, you know, always chirping rule of law, rule of law. You know, we've never seen a more unequal scenario ever. And, you know, frankly, we haven't seen it since the last administration when Biden won the election and new DOJ came into place and still did not aggressively pursue Trump and others for their actions. MARK HAYES (06:34.21) ever. Brock Ganeles (06:53.43) That was also the system protecting powerful white people. When after the unpowerful white people, they went to jail, the yahoos who stormed the Capitol, but none of the organizers. And certainly no one even came close to accusing Trump of treason, which is what we all knew he had done the first time around. And now these Epstein file stories, it's just, it's it's just a fucking joke. Like we know the files exist. MARK HAYES (06:59.182) Yep. MARK HAYES (07:07.469) Right. MARK HAYES (07:14.946) Right. Brock Ganeles (07:22.868) We know people have seen them because they took the time to redact them. We know we've only scratched the surface in terms of the number of documents that we've seen. And for Blanche to step in there and say that it's, you know, we're done, that it's over, that investigation's over. It's, yeah, but the American people are just taking it. MARK HAYES (07:27.318) Right. MARK HAYES (07:36.556) It's just ridiculous. MARK HAYES (07:46.231) Right. it stopped, it's really, it's the stop pissing on me and telling it's raining kind of scenario. You you gotta be shitting me. It's a joke. I would love to see the Epstein estate just put everything out there. I don't know if they can or not, but because it is so heinous, right? And so disgusting what these people did, right? And now it looks like know, Ghislaine may be playing Melania tough to get a pardon. Saying, hey, if I don't get a pardon soon, I'm gonna drop all that I have, all the dirt I've got on you is coming out. So remember, that's Ghislaine's ticket, that's her get out of jail free card. She can start spilling the beans on the Trumpster Melania. And whatever else she knows because you know, she's the bookie She was the one that got the girls and she knew which girls were going to what guys? So, you know She's way worse than Heidi Fleiss in my opinion Brock Ganeles (08:57.62) Yeah, but if she starts chirping, she risks her life and or her certainly her quality of life, right? Because Blanche, you know, moved her to Club Fed. But yes, she has a very good blackmail chip. And, you know, sometimes I'm still a little surprised that she hasn't been pardoned. I don't know what Trump's Trump's worried about. MARK HAYES (09:03.404) Safety. Right? MARK HAYES (09:16.662) Mm-hmm. MARK HAYES (09:24.769) Right. Brock Ganeles (09:28.246) how it affects his politics. don't know if he cares about, know, he doesn't seem to care about that any other front, right? He's in free fall everywhere else that, you know, if Ghislaine's, you know, maybe he thinks he's got her under more control being there in prison versus being out there in the wild, although out there in the wild, it might even be easier to kill her. You know, I mean, they killed Epstein in jail, but to kill Maxwell in jail, to kill them both in jail. MARK HAYES (09:36.576) Right. MARK HAYES (09:51.542) Right. Right? Brock Ganeles (09:57.975) I I don't put anything past Trump, I feel like, yeah, it's probably a little stare down that's going on. MARK HAYES (10:04.606) Right. And remember, she's got access to the telephone, computer, you know, so she's probably sending some nasty rams via email, you know, letting people know, hey, get me out of here. Even though I'm in Club Fed, and I'm getting good meals, I don't like it. And yeah, she's if I'm her, I'm playing that wild card. I'm at least taking a chance. Right? Cause what is she in her fifties, you know, 20 years? Sheesh. I ain't doing that kind of time. Not me. So yeah, I feel like, you know, if she's going to go ahead and play that card, especially against Melania, you know, cause why does Melania come out and bring up the one thing, you know, Trump doesn't want to talk about ever. You know, the lies against him. Ain't nobody lying about you. We know you was a hooker. You know you was a paycheck player. So quit it. Just quit it. Brock Ganeles (11:08.928) Well, look, Monia is under the heat, Because if she wanted, if Monia wanted that friend, Ungaro, right, not to be deported, she could have stepped in. And if she wants Ghislaine out, Monia could could step in, right? She could she also knows so much, right? So she would have some power within and leverage with with the Donald if it was important to her. But I think in the end. MARK HAYES (11:17.358) huh. Brock Ganeles (11:37.706) Moani only gives a shit about Moani and I don't see her doing anything for anyone else and it's gonna be interesting to see how long they let Maxwell just you know float around down there because Maxwell would need to back up Blanche's story that there's no more files. She knows that there's a lot more that hasn't come out. MARK HAYES (11:55.383) Right. yeah. yeah. Absolutely. And you know, and we want to see it. We need to know what's in there. Brock Ganeles (12:08.402) As someone in the chat just said, very frustrating. And because we've averted all of our attention to Iran now for seven weeks, it really has faded out of the national consciousness. And it shouldn't. And like we're talking about Swalwell and Tony Gonzalez and these congressmen who have done unethical and what may have also been illegal. MARK HAYES (12:23.883) Yep. Brock Ganeles (12:37.846) you know, sexual affairs and they're being, you know, they're being forced to resign and publicly, you know, shamed. And yet Trump, who's done 50 times worse has skated by and sits in the most powerful office and the American people sit idly by. Another thing we've just accepted as a part of our political and social environment. MARK HAYES (12:40.322) Right. MARK HAYES (12:58.605) Right. MARK HAYES (13:06.722) Yeah, and it makes no sense that we would put up with this nonsense. I don't know why we're taking it. We shouldn't fucking take it. We should be pushing back at every turn. And it's about time that Trump paid for some of his indiscretions and crimes. Jesus. I mean, you go back to Trump University and all that shit. Like, when are we going to nail this guy? Brock Ganeles (13:30.166) We're not. Brock Ganeles (13:35.639) We're not willing to do the uncomfortable actions that are going be necessary to create social unrest and disruptive activities and disrupting the political machinations of the country. All that stuff forces us as a people out of our comfort zone to get, you know, dirt under our fingernails and to truly fight for something. and most of us have never fought for anything. We just have it. MARK HAYES (14:06.112) Right. Right. Well, white America's never had to. It never had to fight for anything. It was always in place. Brock Ganeles (14:14.122) No, the only time maybe the last time was maybe Vietnam when they were drafting mostly poor white people, right? Not wealthy white America, but you know, drafting, but that's a good, you know, 55 or so years now it's most people alive weren't affected. We're not directly affected by that. You'd have to be in your seventies to have been, you know, draft eligible. So that's, and even that was like we said was MARK HAYES (14:19.691) yeah. MARK HAYES (14:23.501) Right. MARK HAYES (14:30.158) Alright. MARK HAYES (14:36.173) Right. Right. Brock Ganeles (14:43.88) a limited number of people. MARK HAYES (14:45.686) Right, right. So is there a blockade by the US in the Strait of Hormuz or isn't there? And is that going to help or hurt the ceasefire? I can't see how it helps. I just don't see it. JD Vance strikes again. Brock Ganeles (15:06.614) from a pure military point, like I have no idea. Like from what I'm reading, ships are cruising through the Strait of Hormuz, which would then tell me that, Iran's not drone bombing them right now, or they haven't for a few days. We're not really stopping the ships, although we're calling it a blockade. So I don't think anyone's gotten up and explained it. MARK HAYES (15:16.782) Right. MARK HAYES (15:21.934) Right. Brock Ganeles (15:35.391) certainly hasn't met the even the friendly press to explain exactly what the mission is and what the instructions are commands that have been given to our to our navy over there in terms of what their actions are supposed to be like would they be firing at commercial boats that are cruising through like we have no idea my guess is we are not blockading that it was just trump bullshit and MARK HAYES (15:43.224) Right. Brock Ganeles (16:04.362) there are no ships that are actually being stopped. That, if I had to guess, I would say that's the most likely scenario that's going on over there. And we know China got pissed about the whole thing. I don't think we necessarily want to have a, you know, face to face showdown with China right now. Like, where we got too much on our plate and we can't even handle, you know, MARK HAYES (16:25.793) No. MARK HAYES (16:31.67) Right. Brock Ganeles (16:32.468) the shit we got going in the Middle East. So my guess is it's bluster. What do you think? MARK HAYES (16:37.646) I think it's all bullshit. I think he's just talking out his ass like he normally does. you know, just imagine how high gas prices would go if we create a blockade where ships can't get through. I mean, they're already high enough. Right? You know, you're literally adding a dollar per gallon to our gas. Now this is... This is 15 months into his pregnancy. I mean into his presidency when he told us day one he was going to cut everything. We're 25 % higher. Then we were when when this clown took office. He's making it worse. Remember, remember all these clowns that talked about the price of eggs? Yes, they're not eating eggs anymore. Have you tried to buy a pound of ground beef lately? Good God, it's expensive as hell. Brock Ganeles (17:36.501) Yeah, I thought the whole point was that we were over there to keep the, well, we're over there now, still over there to keep the straight open because we need the oil tankers to move through there safely and to feel comfortable and confident about moving through there so that we can get the supply of oil around the globe flowing again and to get prices down. So I don't understand like a blockade would MARK HAYES (17:45.643) Right. Brock Ganeles (18:06.096) actually have the exact opposite result. So it hasn't made sense since the first time I heard it. I don't think militarily it makes sense. don't think it appears though the command has never really been given through the chain. And it's all just part of whatever we're calling this quote negotiation, ceasefire negotiation with Iran, which now just seems to be MARK HAYES (18:28.802) Thank you. Brock Ganeles (18:33.256) almost entirely focused on uranium. It's not regime change anymore. MARK HAYES (18:36.876) Yeah. Brock Ganeles (18:41.2) It's just back to the back to like a nuclear negotiation, which I correct me if I'm wrong. Obama administration actually accomplished a good 12, 12 years ago now that we actually got that ball rolling that one of the first things Trump threw out. MARK HAYES (18:42.796) the nuclear weapon. MARK HAYES (18:47.692) Ryan. MARK HAYES (18:54.466) we had to place. MARK HAYES (19:04.301) Yeah. Brock Ganeles (19:04.372) So now we're trying to renegotiate. Maybe just take that paperwork. Maybe John Kerry should fly back over there. Take that paperwork and just resign that exact same deal. MARK HAYES (19:09.038) Wow. We started a war over something that already existed. We wanted to try to get them to do something that they were already doing. Brock Ganeles (19:26.102) You know, the Times had a poll today and the headline was, I wish I hadn't even clicked on it, right? That 51 % of Americans either not to oppose the war, like have no idea what the reason for the war was. And I'm like, only 51 %? Like what are the other 49? What the fuck are they thinking? They're... MARK HAYES (19:42.934) See, we're done. We're done. Brock Ganeles (19:52.055) There, you can try to tell me on the fact that 49 % of Americans are on board with this war and understand that there's a clear strategy and what that end game is. How can 49 % of Americans be in that position? Because 49 % of the administration isn't in that position. MARK HAYES (20:10.67) Nope, nope, definitely not 49 % of Congress. Brock Ganeles (20:17.172) No, it's like 0 % of Congress knows that, but the really shrewd American public understands the 4D chess that Trump's playing over there. Fucking ridiculous that those were the numbers. It just goes to show once again, you know, we just sleep at the wheel. Absolute Americans asleep at the wheel. Because if that number was more like 80 % of people that are just absolutely rip shit about this war, then we might have actual protests going on and we might be... reaching a boiling point where the American people actually do something and that just we just don't seem that close to that right we had our no kings rally and then nothing since MARK HAYES (20:49.324) Mm-hmm. MARK HAYES (20:53.933) Right. MARK HAYES (20:58.444) Yeah, yeah. Speaking of rallies, remember the rally on January 6th? The Justice Department today asked a federal appeals court to throw out this seditious conspiracy convictions of Proud Boy and Oath Keeper leaders. MARK HAYES (21:19.822) See what I'm saying? See what I'm saying when we look at this in black and white? It's so fucked up. And it's so selective. know, clemency for what? 1,500 plus defendants charged? Really? That's what they get for defiling our nation's capital? Shitting on the walls, right? Threatening to kill Mike Pence? No one's ever paid for that. MARK HAYES (21:52.495) That's a pretty serious crime when you're trying to, you know, unalive a government official, especially the vice president, the number two in charge. Yep. So, you know, I just don't understand how they, you know, fix their mouths to say these guys are good Americans. They're not good Americans. They're shitty people. Brock Ganeles (22:03.06) The number two government. Brock Ganeles (22:23.198) No, they committed treason all the way up to Trump and that next fucking DOJ better be going after that hard from day one. But the fact you brought up Mike Pence brings me to my quick hit of the day and my point of frustration and aggravation. So I saw today that Olivia Troy has filed to run for Congress in Virginia. Olivia Troy MARK HAYES (22:30.315) Yep. Yep. MARK HAYES (22:37.015) Hit me. Brock Ganeles (22:51.782) as you may be aware, was I guess one of Pence's advisors related to security matters, international relations and or security matters. became an MSNBC kind of contributor and she comes across smart and I generally like what she has to say. But she's not a Democrat. MARK HAYES (23:01.132) Mm-hmm. MARK HAYES (23:06.602) Intributor, yep. Brock Ganeles (23:19.804) If you rode shotgun with the crazy religious fanatic that is Mike Pence, he's a real one, not like a fake one like Trump does. Mike Pence believes that shit and thinks it should be a part of the way the country is run. So Olivia, you're part of the inner circle of an extremely right wing conservative Republican who was one step away from the presidency. MARK HAYES (23:29.706) Right. Right. yeah. MARK HAYES (23:36.976) Absolutely. MARK HAYES (23:44.555) Right. Brock Ganeles (23:47.753) And now I'm supposed to buy you as a Democrat five, six years later. You don't believe in democratic ideals. No, you're there for we know it. The borders and the tough on crime and the fucking racism you bought into all that shit from the right wing in a heart with a in a hardcore way, not a moderate, not even a moderate. You were over there. Hardcore. MARK HAYES (23:56.737) Hello! MARK HAYES (24:09.389) Yep. What? Brock Ganeles (24:16.67) right wing and now you're running as a democrat because that's the only place that you you know you could find your way and i'm like i appreciate that she's come around but i'm just not too late for me you don't get to be a democrat and run and take a seat because i don't trust where you are on the policies because you've already shown me that MARK HAYES (24:29.336) Too late. MARK HAYES (24:40.566) Right, right. Especially when it comes to women's choice. Right? Like I didn't hear her jumping up and down screaming about a woman's right to choose. Right? One of the most fundamental rights I feel like women should have is the ability to decide when or when they won't have a child. Brock Ganeles (25:00.95) Yeah, where's she on the SAVE Act? Does she think women shouldn't be able to vote? You know, I don't know, because, you know, she's deep into a party that doesn't believe in that. So I just can't take it. You can be a pundit. You can come around. You can now be Republican light or you can say, hopefully you've left the Republican Party. I'll give you that for leaving the party. But. You're not Democrats and you're certainly you become these Maga light Democrats, centrist bullshit. MARK HAYES (25:04.974) That's a great question. Brock Ganeles (25:30.228) that gets status quo bullshit that wants to take us back and wants the country to be the way it used to be. And I don't want to take steps back to what it used to be because what it used to be created the conditions that let us get to where we are today. So I want to see something better going forward, not the let's go back types. So I'm just not there with the Olivia Troy candidacy. And I hope that the Virginia Democrats aren't either. MARK HAYES (25:36.504) Alright. MARK HAYES (25:50.648) Right. MARK HAYES (25:54.048) No. No, yeah, just don't. Yeah, I hope nobody buys into the bullshit, you know, that she's changed. It's sad that it took, you know, a mob of 2000 people trying to kill the vice president, trying to kill Nancy Pelosi, trying to kill lawmakers for people to say, I'm out. Remember, Lindsey Graham said he was out. Yes! Yes! Brock Ganeles (26:28.02) Yeah, she was part. She was a part of the Trump administration. She was a part of that. She was a part of all those policies that came with it. You were with them. The guy who came down the escalator and said the Mexicans aren't bringing their best or bringing, you know, murders and rapists. You jumped on board that whole thing with the guy who had the number two seat. And you're going to tell me that you're and I'm saying and we're the tent ain't that big. That's my. MARK HAYES (26:38.882) You know? MARK HAYES (26:42.798) take this. MARK HAYES (26:46.306) Yep. Don't forget the Muslim ban. MARK HAYES (26:53.738) Right, right. And don't forget about Islam ban, right? Brock Ganeles (26:57.994) Yeah, Muslim ban. Ugh, go down the list. MARK HAYES (27:01.024) Right the separation of children from their parents at the border all that nonsense and bullshit She was with it She was with it. So You know, it's only by the grace of god that people escaped the capital on january 6th because yeah that that could have been Much much worse and there would have been no explanation for it meanwhile, they're they're they're prosecuting women for murder for having abortions. here in Georgia. It's happening now. Brock Ganeles (27:39.127) But it was that talk from Trump that she was a part of, that she was on board with, that gets us to today with the ICE Gestapo and the concentration camps. So you were part of that policy. You were all in on that policy. You can't turn around and run as a Democrat now. Come on. Now, the ICE cast, we know where your values are at. You've already showed us who you are. Fine. I'm glad you don't want to be a part of the worst of the worst, but... MARK HAYES (27:47.758) Right. MARK HAYES (27:53.716) Right. Not at all. MARK HAYES (28:01.154) We believe you. Brock Ganeles (28:04.266) You're not gonna be a part of the next set of governing. You're not, making fucking decisions for the rest of us going forward. MARK HAYES (28:10.382) Right. My quick hit, Disney, we talked a little bit about this, laying off a thousand jobs across the company, talking about streamlining their workforce. They got about 230,000 employees as of late 2025. But Brock, the numbers. Brock Ganeles (28:12.438) you got for me. MARK HAYES (28:40.576) are being skewed, we're not given the accurate data. We're just not being given the accurate data when it comes to the people who, well, when it comes to Trump, telling us, giving us an actual picture of the economy. And so we know that these numbers are much worse. I mean, if Disney's laying off a thousand people, right? Because it's too expensive to drive to Disney now. Right? So people in the Southeast, I gotta put that trip off. Brock Ganeles (29:12.086) Yeah, and there's less international travelers coming to the US in the aggregate. Mark Oracle laid off like 30,000 people a few weeks ago. Like there's all kinds of mass layoffs being announced. I'm not hearing about really any companies that are hiring. No one's seeing growth. So there's no way the unemployment numbers are what we're being told by this government. Like the math just can't, is not there. MARK HAYES (29:14.382) Well, that's international travel, MARK HAYES (29:27.502) Right. MARK HAYES (29:38.54) Math ain't mathin'. Mm-mm. Not at all. Brock Ganeles (29:42.23) We're in recession. The question is, when does it get acknowledged, if ever? MARK HAYES (29:50.186) Right. Right. Brock Ganeles (29:52.362) Probably not, certainly not ahead of the midterms, right? MARK HAYES (29:55.127) And not at all. Well, you know, if we have them, you know what I keep saying? It's gonna be close. It's gonna be nip and tuck right there. If we can get something done. But we're gonna need all hands on deck. We're gonna have to pull an Orban, right? And get out there in mass where, excuse me, where it's too large of a margin to even be Brock Ganeles (30:17.898) It's MARK HAYES (30:24.034) You know, challenged. Yeah. Brock Ganeles (30:25.108) Yeah, to dispute it. Yep. And it's gotta be, it's gotta be before the election where it's obvious what's coming and it's gotta be on election day and then it's gotta be any signs of fuckery after and everyone's gotta hit the streets. Cause you know Trump's sitting there going, the mistake Orban made, A, hosting JD Vance, B, allowing them to count the votes or acknowledging MARK HAYES (30:42.167) Yeah.
