- 0:00Speaker 1: Come in his time now for car talk, and Jason
- 0:03Speaker 1: is with his hearing. He brought Brandy. She's a fine girl.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Hey, Brandy, I bet she has never heard that. Brandy
- 0:09Speaker 2: mcclintalk with Dungeons Toyota is here with me in the
- 0:13Speaker 2: studio tom and hello friends, and happy Thursday. Gosh, it's
- 0:21Speaker 2: a beautiful day out there.
- 0:23Speaker 3: It always is when we talk cars, you know.
- 0:25Speaker 2: It almost always is. I guess it's gonna be a
- 0:29Speaker 2: tad bit blusteret tomorrow, just a.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Little bit, just a little bit. You gotta batten down
- 0:35Speaker 3: the hatches.
- 0:35Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I'm I'm gonna make sure my hair stays on.
- 0:42Speaker 2: So we got a lot of really exciting things going
- 0:45Speaker 2: on over at Dungeons Toyota right now. We are expecting
- 0:51Speaker 2: a batch of vehicles on the ground any second now,
- 0:56Speaker 2: and we are selling out of a pipeline as they say. So,
- 1:03Speaker 2: Brandy is uh, Brandy is a Barblesville native, aren't you.
- 1:08Speaker 2: I sure am, Brandy McClintock. What was your miiden name, Brandy?
- 1:13Speaker 2: One of the Bafman twins. Yes, there's still talking about
- 1:19Speaker 2: them at the high school. I think.
- 1:22Speaker 4: I've been in the car business or around cars. My
- 1:24Speaker 4: whole life. My dad's Rodenbaffman. He's restored and did custom
- 1:28Speaker 4: paint my whole life.
- 1:29Speaker 3: So drums a little on the side.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Drums a little on the side. Yes, and uh, I
- 1:36Speaker 4: really enjoy doing it. And the sky's a limit.
- 1:39Speaker 2: So what were you doing before you joined us at Dungeones.
- 1:45Speaker 4: I was in the medical field for twenty three years?
- 1:47Speaker 3: Wow?
- 1:48Speaker 1: Yes, and with any second, you're not old enough to
- 1:52Speaker 1: be anywhere twenty three years.
- 1:53Speaker 2: It always baffles me. I can't do the math.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Yes, I will be fifty in May.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, so mean to get that out of you.
- 2:01Speaker 4: But you know, it's just a number.
- 2:03Speaker 2: I don't really care.
- 2:04Speaker 3: I still three, So there you go.
- 2:07Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 2:09Speaker 2: So you know, that's quite a transition going from the
- 2:13Speaker 2: medical world to uh we call it car sales, but
- 2:18Speaker 2: really it's it's car consulting. What just describe what your
- 2:23Speaker 2: job is like?
- 2:24Speaker 4: Well, I really don't treat it any different. I want
- 2:29Speaker 4: to treat people how I like to be treated. And
- 2:34Speaker 4: it's a big purchase. People aren't comfortable. There's the stereotypical
- 2:39Speaker 4: car salesman that you have to get past that because
- 2:43Speaker 4: most people aren't comfortable. And I just treat them like
- 2:49Speaker 4: one of my people I took care of before, and
- 2:51Speaker 4: and just sit down and treat them like I've known
- 2:53Speaker 4: them forever. And and I don't force anyone to buy.
- 2:58Speaker 4: We just find out, you know, what they want, and
- 3:02Speaker 4: I go at your pace. So it is a non stressful,
- 3:06Speaker 4: non pushy experience. And if it's today you want to buy,
- 3:10Speaker 4: or six months down the line, that's what.
- 3:12Speaker 2: I'm here for.
- 3:13Speaker 3: I'll be darn man.
- 3:15Speaker 2: That is h That's a different attitude than you know
- 3:19Speaker 2: a few years ago. The way the car salespeople work.
- 3:22Speaker 2: So what you know when somebody purchases a car, especially
- 3:29Speaker 2: if they're purchasing a you know, when somebody's purchasing a
- 3:32Speaker 2: new Toyota, A lot goes into just getting somebody acclimated
- 3:39Speaker 2: with the vehicle. So tell me a little bit about
- 3:41Speaker 2: the delivery process it, TOUNGEU Toyota.
- 3:44Speaker 4: Well, I am master certified. I could probably do it
- 3:47Speaker 4: in my sleep. But it's not one of those things
- 3:51Speaker 4: where we say here's the key and we turn you loose.
- 3:54Speaker 4: I will spend if it takes an hour, I will
- 3:57Speaker 4: sit out there and go over every button, not anything
- 4:02Speaker 4: that we need to. So when you're pulling off the
- 4:04Speaker 4: lot that you fully understand and you are comfortable with
- 4:09Speaker 4: the vehicle. So even if you have to come back.
- 4:13Speaker 4: I always tell people, I don't care if it's next week,
- 4:16Speaker 4: next month, or a year or ten years. Come back
- 4:19Speaker 4: and see me and I'll take care of you.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Your your phone is sinked.
- 4:24Speaker 4: And it is call me anytime.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Well, it's it's It's interesting because we do sometimes see
- 4:33Speaker 2: people that drop by Dungeon's Toyota just because they've gotten
- 4:38Speaker 2: onto a screen and they can't back out of that
- 4:42Speaker 2: screen or find the screen that they like. And yeah,
- 4:46Speaker 2: I've seen you work with people getting them maclimated to
- 4:49Speaker 2: the tech.
- 4:50Speaker 4: It's even maybe somebody that didn't buy from us. We
- 4:53Speaker 4: don't care. I'll go out there and you know, go
- 4:55Speaker 4: out there and help them. Sometimes it's just them driving
- 4:58Speaker 4: and their thumb touch w is a button and you know,
- 5:02Speaker 4: they think they've really done something.
- 5:04Speaker 5: And doesn't me when I say that the car bring
- 5:11Speaker 5: her to me and I'll be the bad.
- 5:14Speaker 3: Guy, you know.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Yeah, So tell me, you know, tell me a little
- 5:23Speaker 2: bit about the ongoing training U the salesperson undergoes.
- 5:30Speaker 4: It never stops. We have to continue education, just like
- 5:35Speaker 4: just like I was in the healthcare. I mean you
- 5:38Speaker 4: have to keep your credits up. The dealership twel to
- 5:42Speaker 4: hold you accountable for it. If not, it affects the dealership,
- 5:46Speaker 4: it affects you. I mean, it isn't all around program
- 5:51Speaker 4: that you have to stay up to date on. Oh yeah,
- 5:55Speaker 4: you know, and technology changes daily and if not, you're
- 5:58Speaker 4: gonna be left behind. And I worked did a lot
- 6:02Speaker 4: of classes to get master certified, and uh, it's it's
- 6:08Speaker 4: almost like a college course. They're not fun. And I
- 6:13Speaker 4: don't want to do that over. So we're gonna stay
- 6:15Speaker 4: where we're at and just keep going forward, keep pushing.
- 6:17Speaker 4: That's right.
- 6:19Speaker 2: So what are the what is the curriculum like deep
- 6:22Speaker 2: dive into the vehicles.
- 6:24Speaker 4: It's all based individually on certain subjects, certain vehicles. They
- 6:29Speaker 4: break it down, they break it down to the different
- 6:32Speaker 4: trim levels, the different technologies. I mean, not one vehicle
- 6:37Speaker 4: is the same. There are certain standard items that come
- 6:39Speaker 4: across the board, but each one is different and you
- 6:44Speaker 4: don't ever assume that they all have the same thing.
- 6:46Speaker 4: You have to know your stuff where you might be
- 6:49Speaker 4: selling somebody on something and it doesn't have it and
- 6:52Speaker 4: you don't want to be wrong, you know, you got
- 6:55Speaker 4: to know your stuff.
- 6:57Speaker 2: What are some of the most asked for features that
- 7:00Speaker 2: people come in looking.
- 7:01Speaker 4: For the main thing is safety. Safety is the number
- 7:05Speaker 4: one thing.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Well that's they're in the right place dealing with Toyota.
- 7:10Speaker 4: So Toyota has safety sense. As far as everybody still
- 7:17Speaker 4: to this day doesn't believe that every vehicle comes with
- 7:19Speaker 4: a backup camera. I think we'll make any questions.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Toyota's safety cents three now and so yeah, what are
- 7:27Speaker 2: the elements of.
- 7:28Speaker 4: And it's you know, lanuss stericist. You've got your rear
- 7:33Speaker 4: cross traffic, You've got not all of them come with
- 7:38Speaker 4: blind spot monitors. Certain trim levels you get up, but
- 7:41Speaker 4: they're you're going to have the uh pre collision system,
- 7:46Speaker 4: the rear cross traffic uh lanusystericists, backup camera, all that
- 7:51Speaker 4: is pretty standard. You start to go up and get
- 7:55Speaker 4: more on them as the trim levels go up. So
- 8:01Speaker 4: from the jump you're kind of guarded all the way
- 8:04Speaker 4: around per se, even with the lowest tram.
- 8:07Speaker 1: I got to tell you, if it wasn't for abably
- 8:09Speaker 1: these goodies that you guys have been putting on your toyotas,
- 8:12Speaker 1: I would have been a real good customer there at
- 8:14Speaker 1: your collision center because they will those things will wake
- 8:20Speaker 1: you up.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Yes, yes, they will blind blind spot, the blind spot detection.
- 8:27Speaker 2: I don't think I will ever purchase a car again.
- 8:30Speaker 2: But does not have that, You bet you so are
- 8:37Speaker 2: people they come in. The number one thing that they're
- 8:41Speaker 2: looking for in the car is safety. What are some
- 8:45Speaker 2: of the other features that people are interested in?
- 8:49Speaker 4: Well, Twyota people are very specific, so uh what A
- 8:55Speaker 4: lot of people don't know, and it has to do
- 8:59Speaker 4: a lot with the stereotypical cells pitch kind of thing.
- 9:03Speaker 4: But we're part of Golf State's Toyota. It may not
- 9:06Speaker 4: appear that I have very many vehicles, but for instance,
- 9:10Speaker 4: I have thirty coming right now, thirty Toyotas.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Wow.
- 9:15Speaker 4: Yes, we do not get to pick and choose really
- 9:19Speaker 4: what we're getting. So just because you don't see it
- 9:22Speaker 4: does not mean that I don't have it coming or
- 9:25Speaker 4: I can't go get it. More than half of my
- 9:27Speaker 4: car deals last month were due to me trading. So
- 9:34Speaker 4: back to the question is is Toyota people are very
- 9:37Speaker 4: specific about color, trim level, whether they want cloth or leather.
- 9:43Speaker 4: I can go out and find that and have it
- 9:45Speaker 4: brought to the dealership and go get it for them.
- 9:50Speaker 4: I can sit down with them and we can look
- 9:53Speaker 4: through them, and I can see three thousand miles out.
- 9:56Speaker 4: I can see all of our competitors just as they
- 10:01Speaker 4: can see mine. And I can go and get any
- 10:05Speaker 4: vehicle out there, as long as it's not pre sold,
- 10:08Speaker 4: of course, but we do sell a lot off of paper,
- 10:11Speaker 4: and that's how it's done.
- 10:13Speaker 2: It's we're in an era where it's sort of hard
- 10:17Speaker 2: for a dealership to have all twenty three thousand different
- 10:22Speaker 2: combinations that Toyota is shipping right now.
- 10:26Speaker 4: Yes, And another thing is is Toyota is you could
- 10:32Speaker 4: have five xcelle Premium raft Woors, Windshill Pearl black soft
- 10:39Speaker 4: Tech leather, and they can range from five hundred dollars
- 10:45Speaker 4: to five thousand dollars difference in price based on equipment
- 10:51Speaker 4: add ons. Again, we don't get to pick those. So
- 10:55Speaker 4: if you want an xcel A Premium, which is where
- 10:58Speaker 4: it starts to have the leather, but you don't want X,
- 11:02Speaker 4: Y and Z because of the cost and you don't
- 11:04Speaker 4: really care about those things, then I can go out
- 11:07Speaker 4: and find one to keep your costs down and you know,
- 11:13Speaker 4: meet your needs without spending that much money. Wow, it's
- 11:19Speaker 4: just like that, and it's not impossible. There are plenty
- 11:22Speaker 4: of options. It's it's uh, it's not I can't uh,
- 11:27Speaker 4: it can happen.
- 11:29Speaker 1: You know when she says it, I believe all things
- 11:31Speaker 1: are possible when it comes to buying a car. You've
- 11:34Speaker 1: got that confidence and you've got that that that knowledge
- 11:37Speaker 1: and that experience.
- 11:39Speaker 2: One of the things that attracts people that dungeons Toyota
- 11:42Speaker 2: and specifically to Brandy, is this ability to get you
- 11:47Speaker 2: what you want and do that without you having to
- 11:51Speaker 2: fly halfway across the country and drive what you want back.
- 11:56Speaker 3: I hate it when that happens.
- 11:58Speaker 4: And I'll tell you I have sold to all four
- 12:01Speaker 4: corners of the United States. So don't don't tell me
- 12:04Speaker 4: I can't or I won't.
- 12:05Speaker 3: I mean, just make you mad.
- 12:07Speaker 4: My last Sequalia went to San Diego. Kobe Brickman, my
- 12:12Speaker 4: finance guy, he helped me out with that. His wife,
- 12:16Speaker 4: Tammy works here. They took a little road trip and
- 12:20Speaker 4: drove it out there for us and hopped a plane back.
- 12:23Speaker 4: And we're a team effort and we'll we'll do whatever
- 12:26Speaker 4: we need to do to get you your vehicle.
- 12:29Speaker 2: You know, it's it's we we are very service oriented
- 12:37Speaker 2: and uh, we're people like Brandy make the process really enjoyable.
- 12:45Speaker 2: I listened to Brandy working with customers from my little
- 12:50Speaker 2: Heidi hole, and people are having a blast. You hear
- 12:56Speaker 2: a lot of laughter when people are working with Brandy,
- 12:59Speaker 2: and uh, it's.
- 13:00Speaker 3: Usually because they're getting what they want.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Well, this is the idea you have to be.
- 13:05Speaker 4: I mean, it's serious, but you don't have to be
- 13:08Speaker 4: uptight or uncomfortable. You just you gotta make it fun,
- 13:12Speaker 4: you do, you know, it's it's it's.
- 13:15Speaker 2: The buying a car should be pretty fun and exciting.
- 13:18Speaker 2: It shouldn't. It shouldn't be.
- 13:20Speaker 4: It's expensive. It's like next to a house, you know,
- 13:24Speaker 4: but it's just getting over that. You know. Once it's done,
- 13:27Speaker 4: they're happy, you know. I mean I don't even like
- 13:30Speaker 4: to go buy a dishwasher, you know. So it's it's
- 13:34Speaker 4: like money. Everything's getting more expensive and money's harder to
- 13:40Speaker 4: come by, and so you you got to make sure
- 13:45Speaker 4: they're in the right vehicle. And that's why I say
- 13:47Speaker 4: I will take as long as you need. I'm at
- 13:50Speaker 4: your pace, not mine.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Very good yea, yeah, hey, you know we've got some
- 13:57Speaker 2: really great specials at Dungeons Toyota. Right now on new vehicles,
- 14:04Speaker 2: let's talk a little bit about leasing, and you know,
- 14:08Speaker 2: leasing kind of makes on our side of the business,
- 14:11Speaker 2: kind of makes people's head spend. But it is a
- 14:14Speaker 2: great deal for the consumer. And right now, a good
- 14:17Speaker 2: example is you can lease a twenty five Toyota Camry
- 14:23Speaker 2: for only two ninety nine a month for thirty six months.
- 14:27Speaker 2: And what are some of the advantages besides a lower payment,
- 14:34Speaker 2: Brandy of leasing a car.
- 14:37Speaker 4: I know a little bit about leases, because that's really
- 14:40Speaker 4: Kobe's deal. However, there's some one one pay lease options
- 14:46Speaker 4: out there because everybody is worried about where their money is.
- 14:50Speaker 4: Do I take it out? Do I look at this interest?
- 14:53Speaker 2: Right?
- 14:55Speaker 4: You can do a one pay lease for less money,
- 14:58Speaker 4: keep your money in the bay, drive this vehicle for
- 15:01Speaker 4: three years, and you're in a new car for next
- 15:05Speaker 4: to nothing. So there is several options available on several
- 15:11Speaker 4: different models, and.
- 15:14Speaker 2: It's a great way of building equity without risk.
- 15:17Speaker 3: It is.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Also you know, getting a super low payment. Another one
- 15:24Speaker 2: that just jumps out is right now, we've got the
- 15:28Speaker 2: twenty five Toyota Tacoma for as little as two sixty
- 15:32Speaker 2: nine a month on a thirty six month lease.
- 15:37Speaker 3: You can't get that on a truck anywhere.
- 15:39Speaker 4: You can't get that if you got no. And another
- 15:42Speaker 4: thing with lease is your all your taxes are rolled
- 15:46Speaker 4: into that lease, so you are not putting forth all
- 15:49Speaker 4: this money for your TT.
- 15:51Speaker 2: Attach title tax.
- 15:53Speaker 4: That's all increed.
- 15:54Speaker 2: You have to take care of your insurance and of
- 15:56Speaker 2: course the first twenty four months of all of your
- 15:59Speaker 2: maintenance is covered by Toyota Care.
- 16:02Speaker 4: In your three year thirty six thousand bumpers, you're covered
- 16:06Speaker 4: by the warranties, you know, so you're you're completely coverd.
- 16:10Speaker 4: I mean, it's it's like why not you know, you
- 16:13Speaker 4: know it.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Used to be that Folks to a Lisa car you say, oh,
- 16:17Speaker 1: it must be not used to go least a vehicle
- 16:20Speaker 1: now anymore. It's like going min What an attractive option
- 16:23Speaker 1: that is?
- 16:24Speaker 2: It really is.
- 16:25Speaker 4: And I went to Toyota training and it got brought
- 16:31Speaker 4: up by the finance guy and he said, uh, they said, well,
- 16:37Speaker 4: if I Lisa, it's not mine. Well, if you have
- 16:40Speaker 4: a loan on it, it's not yours until you pay
- 16:42Speaker 4: it off exactly. So it's the same thing. It just
- 16:49Speaker 4: sounds different, you know, it's a different process. But the
- 16:53Speaker 4: end thing is is it's really not yours until it's
- 16:57Speaker 4: it's paid for.
- 16:58Speaker 2: I'll till you until then being release comes.
- 17:01Speaker 4: And you have the option at the end of a
- 17:03Speaker 4: lease to either keep it or trade it in and
- 17:06Speaker 4: do something different.
- 17:07Speaker 2: You know. Hey, another great deal that we have at
- 17:12Speaker 2: Dungeons Toyota right now that isn't least related, it's it's
- 17:17Speaker 2: finance related. We have twenty five Toyota SR fives right now.
- 17:25Speaker 2: You can get three thousand dollars cash back on what
- 17:32Speaker 2: is really a great truck or two point interest for
- 17:37Speaker 2: seventy two months. That that is some pre COVID interest
- 17:43Speaker 2: rate right there.
- 17:44Speaker 4: Yes, and if you want to go to sixty, it's
- 17:46Speaker 4: one point nine to nine. So you can't get that anywhere.
- 17:51Speaker 3: Nope, I've looked.
- 17:52Speaker 4: Yeah, and that's that's pretty good. Pretty good.
- 17:56Speaker 2: So we've got to give a shout out to our
- 17:58Speaker 2: friends at Dungeons Toyota Service. We really love selling cars,
- 18:05Speaker 2: but we also love it when people maintain their vehicles
- 18:08Speaker 2: and like Brandy said, pretty big investment. We like to
- 18:12Speaker 2: see people get the most out of their money, and
- 18:16Speaker 2: that's why we encourage you to do regular maintenance on
- 18:22Speaker 2: your vehicle, whether it's a Toyota or not. You can
- 18:25Speaker 2: drop in at dungeus Toyota right off of Highway seventy
- 18:29Speaker 2: five or go to Dungeonstoyota dot com and make an appointment.
- 18:34Speaker 2: And while you're at Dungestoyota dot com, check out our
- 18:39Speaker 2: service specials. We've got some coupons right now. We've got
- 18:44Speaker 2: an alignment special for only one hundred and four ninety
- 18:48Speaker 2: five hundred and five dollars. If your car is kind
- 18:50Speaker 2: of driving itself to the left or to the right,
- 18:54Speaker 2: it is time to make that thing run straight. It's
- 19:01Speaker 2: a car out of alignment, leads to tire problems, leads
- 19:06Speaker 2: to other problems.
- 19:08Speaker 3: Sort of arm and neck problem, Yeah, exactly.
- 19:12Speaker 2: It is sort of like the spine of the car.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Another great deal, we've got fifteen dollars off on a
- 19:20Speaker 2: fluid change. And one of my favorite things that Angela,
- 19:26Speaker 2: our service manager at dungeons Toyota, does is the Angela's
- 19:31Speaker 2: Super Service Special, and it is it's essentially a the
- 19:37Speaker 2: more you more you spend, the more you save kind
- 19:41Speaker 2: of coupon. And all of those are at Dungeustoyota dot com.
- 19:45Speaker 2: They're in our service center and you can learn all
- 19:49Speaker 2: about our deals on batteries, tires, oil changes. Yeah. Another
- 19:58Speaker 2: group that we always like to bring love to our
- 20:03Speaker 2: our friends over at Dungeon's Collision and we meet by accident.
- 20:08Speaker 2: We so, uh, if you have a deer at a dent,
- 20:17Speaker 2: a ding, or an encounter with a deer, give our
- 20:21Speaker 2: friends over at Dungeon's Collision a call. We accept all insurance. Uh.
- 20:27Speaker 2: They work on all makes and models. They are factory
- 20:31Speaker 2: certified and really some just some nice, nice people.
- 20:36Speaker 3: And they work with space age technology.
- 20:40Speaker 2: They welled aluminum, which still just baffles me.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Uh.
- 20:47Speaker 2: And of course you know sunny day like today, it's
- 20:51Speaker 2: a great day to give us a call at nine
- 20:55Speaker 2: nine make an appointment for an auto detail and oh yeah,
- 21:02Speaker 2: we will make your car. John and his crew will
- 21:05Speaker 2: make it look, smell and feel like a brand new vehicle.
- 21:10Speaker 3: Yes, every time. I can tell you that from experience.
- 21:14Speaker 4: My gosh, they make it look new.
- 21:18Speaker 2: I think my camera has one of those. In the
- 21:21Speaker 2: near future. I'm getting ready to do some road tripping
- 21:25Speaker 2: and I think a clean car would be a great
- 21:30Speaker 2: way to start a trip.
- 21:31Speaker 4: You just feel better when you're in a clean car.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Definitely. And speaking of clean cars, Brandy, Uh, we have
- 21:39Speaker 2: some really great used cars at Dundas Toyota. What what
- 21:47Speaker 2: what's on the lock that catches your eye right now?
- 21:50Speaker 4: Well, we have used cameray. We have and I'm not
- 21:56Speaker 4: just Sedan's talking about vehicles in general. Uh. Last year,
- 22:01Speaker 4: you know, where's the Highlanders? Where's the Highlanders? We've got
- 22:05Speaker 4: uh four Highlanders? Uh, pre owned. They're a twenty two couple,
- 22:16Speaker 4: twenty threes, all about the same miles, decent price available,
- 22:24Speaker 4: their third.
- 22:24Speaker 3: Row, ready for a family.
- 22:26Speaker 4: They are ready to go. Excellent gas mileage. We've got
- 22:35Speaker 4: some used trucks, we we we've got a mixture.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Well we do. We have a good mix of used, loving,
- 22:43Speaker 2: lovingly used Toyotas. And then, like you said, we've got
- 22:48Speaker 2: got some other lines. I saw we had a twenty
- 22:52Speaker 2: two four to one. Yes, it's a four by four,
- 22:58Speaker 2: it is is it? It's lifted a little bit, I
- 23:01Speaker 2: think yeah, And man, it is clean. Are just in
- 23:08Speaker 2: great shape. I think it's only got about twenty four
- 23:10Speaker 2: thousand miles on it.
- 23:11Speaker 4: It's real clean. We also took in a Z seventy
- 23:15Speaker 4: one this past week. Super nice truck. We have a
- 23:19Speaker 4: really nice RAM twenty five hundred super clean. So if
- 23:25Speaker 4: anybody's needing a more of a super duty type truck,
- 23:28Speaker 4: we have that. And just because you don't see it
- 23:34Speaker 4: out there, we have stuff that we've taken in and
- 23:37Speaker 4: it's it's getting ran through and getting cleaned up. When
- 23:40Speaker 4: you see it ran through, we take it through an inspection.
- 23:43Speaker 4: So yes, and we we don't just clean it and
- 23:50Speaker 4: put it out there.
- 23:52Speaker 2: We tires, brakes, we have shield.
- 23:55Speaker 4: Wipers, safety inspection that it has to pass. Uh, We're
- 24:00Speaker 4: very particular and we won't buy anything that's been in
- 24:04Speaker 4: a crash on a car fax or anything like that.
- 24:07Speaker 4: We I have to feel comfortable letting that car leave
- 24:11Speaker 4: you bet. So if it isn't out there yet doesn't
- 24:17Speaker 4: mean that it's not there or we don't have it.
- 24:20Speaker 4: We could have had something that was just traded in
- 24:22Speaker 4: and it hasn't came on the website yet, but we
- 24:26Speaker 4: know that we have it. I had a guy come
- 24:29Speaker 4: in yesterday that we just took in that day a
- 24:33Speaker 4: vehicle and it wasn't ready yet, but I went and
- 24:36Speaker 4: found it. Of course, I told him it's not cleaned yet.
- 24:39Speaker 4: We just got it and we went and took it
- 24:41Speaker 4: for a test drive, you know, so we'll show you
- 24:46Speaker 4: and we'll let you take a look at it. But
- 24:48Speaker 4: there's there's always options new or used that you may
- 24:52Speaker 4: not see.
- 24:53Speaker 2: This is so true. And another option is we purchase vehicles.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Tom We are KBB Kelly Blue Book Buying Center, the
- 25:07Speaker 2: only one in the area. You can go on our
- 25:10Speaker 2: website and get an instant cash offer from Kelly Blue
- 25:14Speaker 2: Book that we will honor. Or you can drop by
- 25:18Speaker 2: Dunges Toyota and we are always in the market for vehicles. Yes,
- 25:24Speaker 2: So if you've got an older vehicle that doesn't get
- 25:29Speaker 2: a lot of use, or you have something that you
- 25:34Speaker 2: want to get rid of without trading in, don't hesitate
- 25:38Speaker 2: to give us a shout at Dungeus Toyota.
- 25:41Speaker 4: We can buy your vehicle without you even buying one
- 25:44Speaker 4: from us.
- 25:45Speaker 2: And Brian Ballard, our general sales manager, will match or
- 25:51Speaker 2: beat anybody's offer.
- 25:53Speaker 3: He's a busy guy.
- 25:54Speaker 2: He is a very busy guy. So if anybody, you know,
- 25:58Speaker 2: if you have an offer from uh somebody on a car,
- 26:03Speaker 2: let us let us stick a crack at it.
- 26:06Speaker 4: We're going to do it and just know because you
- 26:08Speaker 4: put it in. But some people if they don't understand
- 26:11Speaker 4: what their vehicle is. Some do, some don't. You you
- 26:14Speaker 4: may have underbid yourself or the opposite. That's why we
- 26:19Speaker 4: like to take a look at it, because you could
- 26:21Speaker 4: have more. You know, we don't know exactly till we
- 26:24Speaker 4: see it, so we really like to take a look
- 26:27Speaker 4: at it.
- 26:28Speaker 2: And it goes up on the rack. Yeah, and pretty through.
- 26:32Speaker 4: Inspection and we can you know, the value could be more.
- 26:36Speaker 3: Yeah, hot dog, what are you waiting on? Folks?
- 26:41Speaker 2: Got on out there, dungeons Toyota. Yeah, come out.
- 26:46Speaker 3: Today, sunshining tomorrow.
- 26:49Speaker 2: Yeah, if you're coming out tomorrow, we're really heavy shoes.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Today you can be blown away by the prices and
- 26:56Speaker 1: the great deals. Tomorrow you'll just simply be blown away.
- 26:59Speaker 2: It isn't that the truth? So Brandy, where do we uh?
- 27:03Speaker 2: Where do we get a hold of you?
- 27:06Speaker 4: Well, you can reach me on my direct cell phone.
- 27:09Speaker 4: That would be nine one eight nine one four nine
- 27:11Speaker 4: three zero four. Uh. I pretty much live at the dealership,
- 27:17Speaker 4: so you can pop in just about any time and
- 27:20Speaker 4: I'm there. I'm there. If I don't answer, leave me
- 27:25Speaker 4: a message, text me. It's usually uh. If I don't,
- 27:30Speaker 4: it's because I'm with somebody because I stay pretty hipped
- 27:32Speaker 4: up most of the time. But I do UH return
- 27:37Speaker 4: every contact back.
- 27:39Speaker 2: Uh so and again I I from my little cubby hole.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Here's some of the calls that you receive, and a
- 27:47Speaker 2: lot of them are current customers, people who have purchased
- 27:50Speaker 2: from you, and uh. Sometimes they're just calling to say hi,
- 27:55Speaker 2: and sometimes they're reaching out because you know the the
- 28:00Speaker 2: radio is wonky, and you walk them through getting back
- 28:04Speaker 2: into good shape on their tech.
- 28:07Speaker 4: That's right. I do it every day. They don't, so
- 28:10Speaker 4: I'm glad to help.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, you've been watching and listening to our
- 28:14Speaker 1: car Talk program brought to you by Dungeons Toyota right
