Fort Wayne just approved a $10 million boost for the Pufferbelly Trail, with a major focus on the Vann Family Crossing pedestrian bridge — set to launch in October and finish by December 2027. Funded in part by a $5 million gift from the Vann Family Foundation, this bridge will connect 130 miles of trails across Fort Wayne and Allen County, including future links to Pokagon and Wabash State Parks.
