Speaker 1: From WBR, excuse me, WBUR.org. And it is an article
0:09
Speaker 1: about Maxwell being found guilty, but asking the question, did
0:13
Speaker 1: survivors get justice? So let's dive into this article from
0:18
Speaker 1: authors Julie Dahlstrom and Rachel Wexler over at WBUR. Headline,
0:26
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell was found guilty. But did survivors get justice?
0:30
Speaker 1: I like right away calling them survivors, right? Not victims.
0:33
Speaker 1: That's a good thing. And you see that with the
0:36
Speaker 1: legacy media as well. As this whole entire thing evolved,
0:39
Speaker 1: it went from calling the girls victims to calling them survivors.
0:44
Speaker 1: And certainly a step in the right direction, right? Remember,
0:48
Speaker 1: words matter. Let's call people what they are. Glenn Maxwell,
0:52
Speaker 1: she's a human trafficker. Maria Farmer, Annie Farmer, Virginia Roberts,
0:56
Speaker 1: those are survivors. And it's nice to see that the
1:00
Speaker 1: legacy media has picked up on that at least. Now,
1:04
Speaker 1: let's see how long it takes for them to all
1:05
Speaker 1: pick up on calling Maxwell a human trafficker. Many view
1:10
Speaker 1: the guilty verdict in Ghislaine Maxwell's sex trafficking trial as
1:14
Speaker 1: the end of the final chapter of this long, tragic saga.
1:18
Speaker 1: Survivors of Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein's sexual abuse... expressed great
1:23
Speaker 1: relief after the news. My soul yearned for justice, and
1:27
Speaker 1: the jury gave me just that, said Virginia Roberts, a
1:31
Speaker 1: prominent survivor of Epstein. Yet despite the welcome result, Maxwell's
1:36
Speaker 1: trial is likely not the end, for the end of
1:39
Speaker 1: the long, fraught road for survivors. Certainly not. We've discussed
1:43
Speaker 1: that a lot here, right? And while it's nice to
1:46
Speaker 1: close the door on Maxwell, it's nice to see her
1:49
Speaker 1: get locked up. We're not just going to be content
1:52
Speaker 1: with that, right? We're not just going to sit back
1:54
Speaker 1: and say, all right, well, it's all over and done with.
1:56
Speaker 1: Everybody's been held accountable. Let's all go back to our
1:59
Speaker 1: regularly scheduled broadcasting. That's not in the cards. That's never
2:04
Speaker 1: going to happen. We've all had a look behind the curtain.
2:07
Speaker 1: We all know that Epstein and Maxwell weren't doing this themselves.
2:14
Speaker 1: And if it takes us screaming from the mountaintops once
2:16
Speaker 1: again to get justice here against the co-conspirators, then so
2:20
Speaker 1: be it. For decades, Epstein evaded detection by the criminal
2:26
Speaker 1: legal system as he engaged in prolific sexual abuse of
2:29
Speaker 1: young women and girls. Even when he eventually came to
2:32
Speaker 1: the attention of law enforcement in 2005, he marshaled considerable
2:37
Speaker 1: wealth and influence to avoid criminal prosecution and negotiate a
2:42
Speaker 1: lenient plea deal. He thought he was untouchable. one survivor
2:46
Speaker 1: of Epstein observed, it was not until 2019 when criminal
2:51
Speaker 1: sexual trafficking charges were brought against Epstein. But in an instant,
2:56
Speaker 1: these efforts were thwarted by his suicide, allegedly. And when
3:01
Speaker 1: you really break it down, that is the truth. Real justice,
3:05
Speaker 1: when it comes to Epstein, the survivors were... Not able
3:12
Speaker 1: to have that with him killing himself or committing suicide
3:15
Speaker 1: or being killed, whatever you believe. They were not able
3:20
Speaker 1: to look him in the eye and get the justice
3:22
Speaker 1: that they deserve. Now, at least they were able to
3:26
Speaker 1: sue the estate and get that restitution and get that
3:31
Speaker 1: acknowledgement for what happened to them. Because remember, once Epstein
3:35
Speaker 1: paid that money out, once that estate paid that money out,
3:38
Speaker 1: they took liability for the crimes that were committed. They
3:41
Speaker 1: took liability for the sexual abuse that Jeffrey Epstein was committing.
3:46
Speaker 1: And that's a victory, right? Now, we can get into
3:49
Speaker 1: the numbers all day about were they paid enough, weren't
3:52
Speaker 1: they paid enough, you know, that whole argument. But one
3:56
Speaker 1: thing is not debatable. And that's the fact that the
4:00
Speaker 1: estate and Jeffrey Epstein finally had to take responsibility when
4:04
Speaker 1: they paid that money out. With every setback, survivors have
4:10
Speaker 1: tried to make the legal system work for them. They
4:13
Speaker 1: offered victim impact statements in district court when Epstein's criminal
4:17
Speaker 1: charges were dismissed. They brought civil claims and applied for
4:20
Speaker 1: compensation from Epstein's Survivor Trust Fund. Yet justice was slow,
4:25
Speaker 1: and in many cases, elusive. And it has remained such, right?
4:29
Speaker 1: Justice has been slow. Justice has been fleeting. And we
4:35
Speaker 1: could use a nice, healthy dose of justice when it
4:38
Speaker 1: comes to the other people involved in this case. In
4:43
Speaker 1: light of these challenges, many have viewed Maxwell's trial as
4:46
Speaker 1: a way to provide much-needed closure and empowerment for survivors.
4:50
Speaker 1: But in many ways, it provided yet another space to
4:54
Speaker 1: humiliate and re-traumatize survivors, as often occurs in sex crime prosecutions.
5:00
Speaker 1: While the MeToo movement drew attention to the prevalence of
5:03
Speaker 1: sex crimes, survivors still faced tremendous challenges when coming forward.
5:08
Speaker 1: So where was the MeToo movement for these ladies, by
5:11
Speaker 1: the way? Where were the big protests out in front
5:14
Speaker 1: of that courthouse? Where were the demands for accountability for
5:20
Speaker 1: the other co-conspirators? I would like to see the same
5:24
Speaker 1: energy put forward during political season put forward here when
5:30
Speaker 1: it comes to these survivors getting justice. Because let me
5:33
Speaker 1: tell you what, if anybody's ever deserved justice, it's these ladies.
5:39
Speaker 1: They encounter stigma and shame both during and after the
5:42
Speaker 1: trial process. They also often experience privacy violations as information
5:48
Speaker 1: about their identity is shared publicly. Some even face harassment, stigma,
5:53
Speaker 1: and threats after they testify. 100%. And that's why a
5:57
Speaker 1: lot of these girls wanted to do it anonymously. There
6:00
Speaker 1: are a lot of scummy people out there, folks. A
6:02
Speaker 1: lot of people that have no regard for others. A
6:05
Speaker 1: lot of people that... will say and do hurtful things
6:08
Speaker 1: and not even think about it. The Crime Victims Rights Act,
6:13
Speaker 1: passed by Congress in 2004, provides survivors with the right
6:17
Speaker 1: to be treated with respect for their dignity and privacy
6:21
Speaker 1: during the criminal process. However, these legal protections have often
6:25
Speaker 1: been insufficient and under-enforced. Also, less attention and resources have
6:31
Speaker 1: focused on the long term impact of the trial process
6:34
Speaker 1: itself on the survivors. And that's an interesting research topic
6:38
Speaker 1: to look into. I've never really looked into that. I'm sure. Look,
6:41
Speaker 1: we talked about it during the trial process. You know,
6:44
Speaker 1: you're dragging up a lot of memories in a lot
6:48
Speaker 1: of circumstances that have been repressed. So it has to
6:51
Speaker 1: be difficult for anyone, not just these women, but anyone
6:55
Speaker 1: who is giving testimony about them being abused. It has
6:59
Speaker 1: to be rough on the person who is bringing the
7:04
Speaker 1: accusations forward. Maxwell's case is a good example. Survivors faced
7:11
Speaker 1: grueling cross-examination and privacy violations throughout the trial. Maxwell's lawyers
7:16
Speaker 1: attacked victims' credibility by invoking stereotypes about substance use and
7:21
Speaker 1: delays in reporting that abuse. The defense also suggested that
7:26
Speaker 1: victims lied to receive payouts from the Epstein Survivors Compensation Program.
7:31
Speaker 1: That was their whole strategy. And when you don't have
7:33
Speaker 1: the truth on your side, what else are you going
7:35
Speaker 1: to do? What else are you going to rely on
7:38
Speaker 1: as a lawyer? Now, the reason they took this case
7:41
Speaker 1: to the lawyers is not because they thought Maxwell was
7:43
Speaker 1: innocent or they were doing some great deed for society.
7:47
Speaker 1: They saw dollar signs, folks. Cha-ching! The meter was running.
7:52
Speaker 1: Two survivors also had their privacy violated in ways that
7:56
Speaker 1: will likely have long-lasting consequences. Defense counsel used their real
8:00
Speaker 1: names in open court after they had been promised anonymity,
8:04
Speaker 1: heard by those in the courtroom and three overflow rooms.
8:08
Speaker 1: Although major news outlets refrain from publishing them, their names
8:12
Speaker 1: are likely to be shared online, leaving them vulnerable to cyberbullying, threats,
8:16
Speaker 1: and harassment. And you would think that people would know better.
8:20
Speaker 1: You would think that people would have more sense than
8:22
Speaker 1: to get out there and bully and threaten people like this.
8:26
Speaker 1: They do not, folks, okay? There are some real derelicts
8:30
Speaker 1: out there, acting the fool, who, like, get off on
8:33
Speaker 1: being scumbags. And the whole internet thing? has made people
8:38
Speaker 1: way too comfortable saying stuff behind the computer screen that
8:43
Speaker 1: would for sure get them a black eye in real life.
8:48
Speaker 1: Way too many people run their yap on the computer,
8:51
Speaker 1: say evil and vile things because they know there's no repercussions.
8:56
Speaker 1: And it's one of the main reasons I don't get
8:57
Speaker 1: involved in any kind of nonsensical arguments on Twitter. What's
9:01
Speaker 1: the point? Some clown sitting around eating Cheetos in his
9:05
Speaker 1: Batman underoos and mommy's basement pounding away on the keyboard? Nah,
9:10
Speaker 1: I got better things to do, folks, and I'm sure
9:12
Speaker 1: all of you do as well. Privacy violations like these
9:17
Speaker 1: are unfortunately common in sex crime cases, and they can
9:21
Speaker 1: have severe long-term consequences. In another high-profile case, for example,
9:27
Speaker 1: a rape victim's name was leaked during the criminal proceeding
9:30
Speaker 1: and she faced harassment and threats resulting in significant trauma.
9:34
Speaker 1: While some aspects of the trial process, like the constitutional
9:37
Speaker 1: right to confront one's accuser through cross-examination, are integral to
9:41
Speaker 1: our criminal system, they often come with heavy costs for
9:45
Speaker 1: victims in the courtroom and beyond. Well, while I agree
9:48
Speaker 1: with that, it is a necessary part. Cross-examination has to happen, right?
9:53
Speaker 1: We have to get to the bottom of things. That's
9:55
Speaker 1: why we have a trial, to get to the truth.
9:58
Speaker 1: And while it might be rough on victims, you know what?
10:00
Speaker 1: Strike that. It definitely is rough on victims, male, woman, whatever.
10:05
Speaker 1: It's definitely hard to get in that box and testify,
10:08
Speaker 1: but it's crucial. If you want to get While much
10:12
Speaker 1: research explores survivor experiences with early stages of the criminal process,
10:18
Speaker 1: there is significantly less on the consequences of participating in trials,
10:22
Speaker 1: particularly in the longer term. This gap exists, in part,
10:27
Speaker 1: because the vast majority of cases in this country do
10:29
Speaker 1: not go to trial, making it difficult to research. And
10:33
Speaker 1: that is a fact. A lot of cases in America
10:36
Speaker 1: get pleaded out. You know, people don't have money in
10:38
Speaker 1: this country, folks. And there's a reason so many Americans
10:41
Speaker 1: are in prison. We'll take plea deals because nobody can
10:47
Speaker 1: battle a court case for a year unless you have
10:50
Speaker 1: Maxwell kind of money. So regular common folks will plead down, get,
10:54
Speaker 1: you know, maybe some kind of misdemeanor instead of a
10:57
Speaker 1: felony or whatever it is and keep it moving. And
11:01
Speaker 1: that's all part of the scam, isn't it? It's all
11:03
Speaker 1: part of the plot by the robber barons to keep
11:06
Speaker 1: us all on this modern day slavery plantation, basically, that
11:15
Speaker 1: they have us on. But slaves to debt, slaves to
11:18
Speaker 1: their technology, slaves to you get the drift, right? However,
11:24
Speaker 1: we can learn from research conducted in other jurisdictions. A
11:27
Speaker 1: study in New Zealand, for example, highlighted how the verdict
11:31
Speaker 1: and sentencing impacted victims of sexual violence regardless of the
11:35
Speaker 1: trial's outcome. One survivor explained, After the trial, it's like grief,
11:39
Speaker 1: you know? It's such a massive build-up to this one event,
11:43
Speaker 1: and then it just drops off. Another shared, You go
11:46
Speaker 1: through this process, your adrenaline's going, then suddenly everything's finished,
11:50
Speaker 1: and life goes back to normal. But there's no normal anymore.
11:54
Speaker 1: And I'm struggling with it. You would have to think
11:56
Speaker 1: that it's difficult for sure. You get up there and
11:59
Speaker 1: you air yourself out like that. You make yourself vulnerable
12:01
Speaker 1: all over again after already being abused by people. That
12:06
Speaker 1: takes a lot of courage. And not just the girls
12:10
Speaker 1: in this case, but anyone who comes forward, male, female,
12:14
Speaker 1: anyone who comes forward and has the courage to To
12:17
Speaker 1: get up there and tell their story after being horrifically
12:19
Speaker 1: abused has nothing but my utmost respect. In the aftermath
12:24
Speaker 1: of Maxwell's trial, survivors have good reason to celebrate. But
12:28
Speaker 1: their journey is likely far from over, as Maxwell's appeals
12:32
Speaker 1: and some continue to seek justice through the civil system.
12:35
Speaker 1: They will probably experience reverberations from the trial in their
12:39
Speaker 1: lives for some time. The fight to hold enablers accountable
12:42
Speaker 1: may take years to be realized, if at all. As
12:45
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts explains, it's definitely not over. There are so
12:49
Speaker 1: many more people involved with this. It doesn't stop with Maxwell.
12:53
Speaker 1: And folks, that's the rallying cry right there, right? I
12:57
Speaker 1: know it's a lot. I know it's asking a lot
12:59
Speaker 1: of you to be very interested in this case for
13:02
Speaker 1: this long, years and years and years, until we get
13:05
Speaker 1: some justice. I know it's asking a lot. But remember...
13:09
Speaker 1: how heinous these crimes were. Every time you feel like
13:12
Speaker 1: you're getting grinded down, you're getting burned out, think about
13:16
Speaker 1: what the survivors went through. Think about how brutal their
13:19
Speaker 1: lives have been. And then get back into the fight
13:23
Speaker 1: because it's going to take all of us. I've said
13:26
Speaker 1: it a million times and I'll say it a million more.
13:28
Speaker 1: One gnat, you can just swat that gnat away. 10
13:31
Speaker 1: million gnats, now you're suffocating. So we need to be
13:34
Speaker 1: the gnats, folks, and we need to work together on this.
13:40
Speaker 1: While pursuing these battles provides a sense of purpose and
13:42
Speaker 1: justice for survivors, it forces many to continuously relive past traumas.
13:47
Speaker 1: Epstein's survivors, no doubt, deserve to move on with their lives.
13:52
Speaker 1: But for so many, the story is far from over. 100%.
13:57
Speaker 1: This story is far from over, folks. And as we
14:01
Speaker 1: continue to move forward, as each day passes and, you know,
14:05
Speaker 1: we learn more, The disgustingness of it tops the day before.
14:15
Speaker 1: And hopefully, as we continue to pursue this, as we
14:18
Speaker 1: continue to discuss this, those in charge, those that we
14:22
Speaker 1: have put in positions of power as far as attorney
14:26
Speaker 1: generals and whatnot, continue to pursue the co-conspirators. Because the
14:32
Speaker 1: survivors deserve that. We, as taxpayers, deserve that. And I
14:39
Speaker 1: would hope that the officials in charge have this at
14:43
Speaker 1: the very top of their to-do list. Now, do I
14:46
Speaker 1: think that they do? No, I do not. But guess what?
14:49
Speaker 1: They didn't have Maxwell at the top of their list either,
14:51
Speaker 1: or Jeffrey Epstein. But our constant carrying on about it,
14:56
Speaker 1: our constant yelling and screaming from the mountaintops, well, it
14:59
Speaker 1: was effective, folks. And I urge you to continue as
15:03
Speaker 1: we move forward holding not only these enablers accountable, but
15:08
Speaker 1: those that we put in positions to pursue justice accountable
15:12
Speaker 1: as well, if they don't do that. So the year
15:17
Speaker 1: 2020 is going to be the year of accountability on
15:21
Speaker 1: this podcast, on the Epstein Chronicles. Because for too long,
15:25
Speaker 1: these people have gotten away with not being accountable. But
15:29
Speaker 1: this year, we're going to continue to scream about it.
15:32
Speaker 1: We're going to continue to talk about it. until the
15:36
Speaker 1: authorities take notice. All right, everybody, that's going to wrap
15:41
Speaker 1: it up for this morning's update. We'll be back tonight
15:44
Speaker 1: with an evening update, and we'll touch more on Prince
15:47
Speaker 1: Andrew tonight, for sure, and take a look at what
15:50
Speaker 1: occurred throughout the day as far as his civil case
15:54
Speaker 1: with Virginia Roberts. I've had some people also ask how
15:59
Speaker 1: they could help support the podcast. Now, I'm not really
16:02
Speaker 1: big on all of that, right? I'm not really... somebody
16:05
Speaker 1: who posts about it or anything like that. But I
16:09
Speaker 1: do have a PayPal account and I will post a
16:11
Speaker 1: link in the description box along with the source for
16:15
Speaker 1: those of you who have asked about it. Those of
16:18
Speaker 1: you who haven't, forget it, ignore it and keep it moving.
16:22
Speaker 1: But I know that there's some of you out there
16:24
Speaker 1: who have sent me emails asking if there was a
16:26
Speaker 1: place that you could help support the podcast and I
16:30
Speaker 1: will definitely post that link. If you'd like to contact me,
16:34
Speaker 1: you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I
16:41
Speaker 1: at protonmail.com. You can also find me on Twitter at
16:45
Speaker 1: B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. You made Judy was boring. What's up, everyone,
16:53
Speaker 1: and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Jeffrey Epstein and
16:57
Speaker 1: his scumbag friends had an M.O., and they certainly had
17:00
Speaker 1: a type of girl that they were after. They look
17:03
Speaker 1: for girls that were from vulnerable situations, girls from broken homes,
17:07
Speaker 1: girls that have really struggled in life, all the way
17:10
Speaker 1: up to the point that they met Epstein and Maxwell.
17:14
Speaker 1: And then from that point, those girls who had already
17:16
Speaker 1: been struggling, their lives were made that much more difficult
17:20
Speaker 1: by these scumbags. We're talking about a lifetime filled with
17:23
Speaker 1: pain and suffering, and pain and suffering that never goes away.
17:27
Speaker 1: You want to talk about PTSD? You want to talk
17:30
Speaker 1: about having issues? Go try and walk a mile in
17:33
Speaker 1: the shoes of Jeffrey Epstein's survivors. Whether it's drug addiction,
17:37
Speaker 1: whether it's suicide, whether it's just trying to maintain a
17:40
Speaker 1: regular day-to-day, that's what all of these women have gone through,
17:45
Speaker 1: and some of them are still going through it. Today's
17:48
Speaker 1: article is from NBC News, and the headline, Trove of
17:52
Speaker 1: newly released Jeffrey Epstein documents weaves a familiar tale of manipulation,
17:57
Speaker 1: and sexual abuse. This article was authored by Eric Ortiz.
18:02
Speaker 1: The 16-year-old needed money for Christmas in 2004, and although
18:06
Speaker 1: she had no experience, she said she was hired to
18:08
Speaker 1: massage a man named Jeffrey Epstein. Her memories were vivid
18:13
Speaker 1: when she described the events to Palm Beach, Florida, detectives
18:16
Speaker 1: a year later. His was the last house on the
18:19
Speaker 1: left of an exclusive neighborhood. Up a spiral staircase in
18:23
Speaker 1: the bathroom of the master bedroom, she said he directed
18:26
Speaker 1: her to undress. He remarked that she was beautiful and sexy.
18:30
Speaker 1: He unsnapped her bra, rubbed her chest, and asked her
18:33
Speaker 1: if it was something she enjoyed. It's unfortunate that nobody
18:36
Speaker 1: was ever able to punch Epstein in the face and
18:39
Speaker 1: ask him the same question. No, I don't like it,
18:41
Speaker 1: she responded, according to detectives. Epstein continued to touch her
18:46
Speaker 1: sexually as he masturbated, she said. She felt uncomfortable. When
18:50
Speaker 1: it was over, There was $ 200 on the bedroom dresser.
18:54
Speaker 1: And that money was the cover, right? So if Epstein
18:57
Speaker 1: was ever caught, he was ever, you know, brought in
18:59
Speaker 1: for questioning, he could just say, look, I was trying
19:02
Speaker 1: to pick up a hooker. The sad part is, the
19:05
Speaker 1: state of Florida let him do it. Because this man
19:08
Speaker 1: was hit with a solicitation of a minor, which is
19:11
Speaker 1: as ridiculous as anything that's ever been ridiculous. How could
19:15
Speaker 1: a child consent? How could a kid that's under the
19:18
Speaker 1: age of consenting age, be a prostitute? That is just
19:23
Speaker 1: unbelievably stupid. So what really happened was Jeffrey Epstein picked
19:27
Speaker 1: up a little child to have sex with. Let's just
19:30
Speaker 1: call it what it is. But the state of Florida,
19:33
Speaker 1: they had a law on the books and they called
19:35
Speaker 1: it solicitation of a minor. Imagine? Then all you have
19:38
Speaker 1: to do is take a look at the lawmakers and
19:40
Speaker 1: you can understand why they'd want laws like that on
19:43
Speaker 1: the books. They're not exactly what you would call pillars
19:46
Speaker 1: of the community, no? Have we taken a look at
19:49
Speaker 1: the hush fund lately? that Congress and the Senate has
19:51
Speaker 1: to pay off allegations against them? Maybe I should do
19:54
Speaker 1: that article again. The teens' allegations from nearly two decades
19:59
Speaker 1: ago are told in an investigator's typed, two-page narrative, part
20:03
Speaker 1: of a trove of unsealed court documents made public last
20:06
Speaker 1: week under the order of a federal judge in New York.
20:10
Speaker 1: While the accusation against Epstein, who died in jail in 2019,
20:15
Speaker 1: mirrors others that have been known publicly over the years,
20:18
Speaker 1: the documents released so far widen the public's understanding of
20:22
Speaker 1: his alleged sex trafficking scheme and give greater context to
20:25
Speaker 1: the elite circles the wealthy financier, pedophile, moved in and
20:30
Speaker 1: the control he leveraged. All the same stuff I've been
20:33
Speaker 1: telling you folks for how long? This stuff right here,
20:36
Speaker 1: it acts as a blueprint. And what it does is
20:38
Speaker 1: it provides you with receipts to all the people who said, oh,
20:41
Speaker 1: that's a conspiracy. Well, guess what? It's not. All this
20:44
Speaker 1: shit's been mentioned, at least the stuff we talk about
20:47
Speaker 1: here on the podcast, in court documents. And what it
20:49
Speaker 1: also does is it forces the legacy media to talk
20:53
Speaker 1: about some things that they wouldn't talk about previously. More documents,
20:58
Speaker 1: in total, hundreds of pages expected to make public the
21:01
Speaker 1: names of more than 150 people connected to or mentioned
21:05
Speaker 1: in legal proceedings related to Epstein and his network are
21:09
Speaker 1: to be released. The public is now seeing our pieces
21:13
Speaker 1: of that information trickling out, allowing the general public to
21:16
Speaker 1: understand what actually happened with the sex trafficking operation, said
21:21
Speaker 1: Sigrid McCauley, a lawyer for Epstein victim, survivor you mean,
21:25
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, whose 2015 defamation lawsuit against Epstein confidant Ghislaine
21:30
Speaker 1: Maxwell yielded many of the documents in the case. It
21:35
Speaker 1: shows how the operation worked, it shows who participated, and
21:39
Speaker 1: what the individuals had to go through during those moments.
21:42
Speaker 1: Roberts' suit was settled out of court in 2017, and
21:45
Speaker 1: while some records have been released over the years, other
21:48
Speaker 1: materials were kept sealed, or with names redacted, in part,
21:52
Speaker 1: because of privacy concerns. But in her order last month, U.S.
21:56
Speaker 1: District Judge Loretta Preska noted that many of those identities,
22:00
Speaker 1: only known in filings on corresponding J. Does, are Epstein Associates,
22:05
Speaker 1: And alleged victims, who have since become public in other ways, still,
22:09
Speaker 1: she concluded, the names of any alleged minor victim of
22:12
Speaker 1: sexual abuse should remain withheld. And I agree with that
22:16
Speaker 1: one million percent. No minor's name should ever, ever, ever,
22:19
Speaker 1: ever come up. Never. It should not even be a thing.
22:22
Speaker 1: It shouldn't be a question. Shouldn't be a thought. So far,
22:25
Speaker 1: the names of those unsealed have largely been known from
22:28
Speaker 1: prior public records and interviews. They include former presidents Bill
22:32
Speaker 1: Clinton and Donald Trump, who were mentioned in depositions, none
22:36
Speaker 1: of which included allegations of wrongdoing against them. And while
22:40
Speaker 1: that's true, we need to explore deeper, obviously, and look
22:44
Speaker 1: at the ties between everybody who was involved with Epstein
22:48
Speaker 1: and to what level. Because just hanging out with them
22:50
Speaker 1: is not enough. You had to be involved. You had
22:52
Speaker 1: to be part of enabling it or part of the abuse, right?
22:56
Speaker 1: Just going on the plane or just going to the
22:58
Speaker 1: island is not enough to be part of the actual
23:01
Speaker 1: criminal conspiracy. And I think a lot of people get
23:04
Speaker 1: that confused. And there's a lot of people out there
23:07
Speaker 1: that want these documents to be something that they're not.
23:11
Speaker 1: This isn't a smoking gun. Like I told you from
23:13
Speaker 1: the beginning, this is not a smoking gun. What we
23:16
Speaker 1: have here are receipts, folks. And for people who have
23:19
Speaker 1: been following along for quite some time, it's validation. All
23:23
Speaker 1: the stuff that you were saying, telling your friends, telling
23:26
Speaker 1: other people, whoever would listen, well, all of that stuff
23:29
Speaker 1: has been validated now. And that's why from the very
23:32
Speaker 1: beginning I've said, we don't need to do the salaciousness.
23:36
Speaker 1: I don't need to mention Tom Hanks or Cameron Diaz
23:39
Speaker 1: or any of that jazz. They had nothing to do
23:41
Speaker 1: with what happened. On this podcast, I like to focus
23:44
Speaker 1: on the people who made things move for Jeffrey Epstein.
23:48
Speaker 1: That's the core four, that's Indyk, that's Khan, and that's
23:51
Speaker 1: all of the powerful people that enabled this. A spokesman
23:55
Speaker 1: for Clinton referred to a statement from 2019 that said
23:58
Speaker 1: he had not spoken to Epstein in over a decade
24:01
Speaker 1: and was unaware of any criminal activity at that time.
24:05
Speaker 1: So you can't come up with a new statement. We're
24:07
Speaker 1: going to go back to the 2019 statement. I'm the
24:10
Speaker 1: only one that has a problem with that. Is Bill
24:13
Speaker 1: Clinton ever going to address this personally or are we
24:16
Speaker 1: just going to get referred to this dumbass statement 15
24:19
Speaker 1: years from now? And then the question becomes, why is
24:22
Speaker 1: everybody allowing him to get away with it? Why is
24:25
Speaker 1: everybody allowing Bill Clinton to basically run the table here
24:29
Speaker 1: and not answer the hard questions? Trump did not respond
24:33
Speaker 1: to a request for comment last week, but has previously
24:35
Speaker 1: said he had not been in touch with Epstein for
24:38
Speaker 1: 15 years before his death, and in 2019, he said
24:42
Speaker 1: he was not a fan of Epstein's. Well, that's only
24:45
Speaker 1: after he was a fan of Epstein's, but there's no
24:47
Speaker 1: doubt that these two had a falling out. There is
24:50
Speaker 1: no doubt that these two had a big time falling out,
24:53
Speaker 1: and the reasoning behind that falling out, well, that's still
24:56
Speaker 1: under debate. But as far as Clinton and Epstein... I
25:00
Speaker 1: don't think anybody can even try and compare the relationship
25:04
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein had with Bill Clinton to any other politician.
25:08
Speaker 1: He was that much tighter with Clinton than anybody else.
25:12
Speaker 1: And that's my biggest problem here. You have people who
25:15
Speaker 1: have been put on the center stage in this conversation
25:19
Speaker 1: who have no business being on the center stage. Meanwhile,
25:22
Speaker 1: you have guys like Bill Clinton who played a huge
25:24
Speaker 1: part in what was going on as far as enabling
25:28
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, as far as facilitating his reputation. Is there
25:33
Speaker 1: any bigger fish besides Bill Clinton? Maybe Prince Andrew. But
25:37
Speaker 1: for me, it's a toss up. Another Epstein accuser, Johanna Schoberg.
25:41
Speaker 1: who said she was recruited by Maxwell as a massage
25:44
Speaker 1: therapist while she was attending Palm Beach Atlantic College in 2001,
25:49
Speaker 1: alleged in a deposition released last week that Andrew put
25:52
Speaker 1: his hands on my breast when we first met. Celebrities
25:56
Speaker 1: were not uncommon in Epstein's orbit, Schoberg said she met
26:00
Speaker 1: singer Michael Jackson at Epstein's Palm Beach home but did
26:03
Speaker 1: not massage him. Another time magician David Copperfield was at
26:07
Speaker 1: dinner at Epstein's, Schoberg said. Copperfield performed magic tricks at
26:11
Speaker 1: the dinner and he questioned me if I was aware
26:14
Speaker 1: that girls were getting paid to find other girls. Schoberg's
26:18
Speaker 1: deposition reads, asked whether Copperfield described any specifics. She said no.
26:23
Speaker 1: So David Copperfield obviously knew what was going on and
26:27
Speaker 1: he didn't say anything. He didn't come forward and say, hey, look,
26:30
Speaker 1: what the fuck are you doing, Epstein? For my next trick,
26:33
Speaker 1: I'm going to make your bitch ass disappear. Instead, he
26:35
Speaker 1: hung out with him. He kept going to his house,
26:37
Speaker 1: breaking bread, Hell of a guy, that David Copperfield. Copperfield
26:42
Speaker 1: did not respond to her request for comment following the
26:45
Speaker 1: release of the deposition. The documents stitched together a familiar pattern.
26:51
Speaker 1: Females in high school or college were sought out under
26:54
Speaker 1: the guise of a massage by Maxwell or others and
26:57
Speaker 1: paid $ 200 at the time to massage Epstein at his
27:01
Speaker 1: home in Florida and elsewhere. The work escalated with groping
27:05
Speaker 1: and sexual acts. some of the alleged victims, you mean survivors, right,
27:09
Speaker 1: would in turn recruit others, according to investigators' reports. So
27:15
Speaker 1: these girls who have come forward, these girls who have
27:17
Speaker 1: received payments from Epstein's estate, it's no longer alleged. How
27:22
Speaker 1: many times do I have to say it? The promise
27:25
Speaker 1: of money and the trappings of wealth could be alluring
27:27
Speaker 1: to these teens and young women looking for stability, said
27:30
Speaker 1: lawyer David Ring, who represents victims of sexual abuse but
27:34
Speaker 1: is not associated with with the Epstein case. It's like
27:38
Speaker 1: they're stepping into quicksand. Drawn into this guy's zone of influence,
27:42
Speaker 1: Ring said, there's a powerful guy and they're vulnerable victims.
27:46
Speaker 1: So am I going to the cops and saying Jeffrey
27:48
Speaker 1: Epstein touched me? Of course not. Nobody's going to believe you.
27:51
Speaker 1: When he's palling around with Bill Clinton, when he's palling
27:54
Speaker 1: around with Prince Andrew, why would anyone believe a girl
27:57
Speaker 1: from the other side of the tracks? Joseph Ricari, a
28:01
Speaker 1: Palm Beach police detective who investigated Epstein in 2005, interviewed
28:06
Speaker 1: alleged victims, including the 16-year-old who needed money for Christmas.
28:10
Speaker 1: He also interviewed Alfredo Rodriguez, a former house manager for Epstein,
28:15
Speaker 1: who said his boss would have two massages a day.
28:18
Speaker 1: He advised he didn't ask their ages, but felt that
28:21
Speaker 1: they were very young, Ricari wrote in his report, which
28:24
Speaker 1: was included in the unsealed documents. Rodriguez stated, that they
28:29
Speaker 1: ate like his own daughter who was in high school.
28:31
Speaker 1: Rodriguez stated they would eat tons of cereal and drink
28:34
Speaker 1: milk all the time. Now imagine having a daughter in
28:37
Speaker 1: high school, recognizing that these are young girls, they're at
28:41
Speaker 1: Epstein's house, and doing nothing about it. I just can't
28:44
Speaker 1: wrap my mind around it. I mean, it's one thing
28:47
Speaker 1: to mind your own business. It's another thing to look
28:49
Speaker 1: the other way and shove your head in the sand
28:51
Speaker 1: when kids are obviously being abused. He felt like there
28:56
Speaker 1: was a lot more going on than just massages, Rakari added.
28:59
Speaker 1: In a deposition in 2016, Rakari said he interviewed around
29:04
Speaker 1: 33 females as part of his investigation. According to a transcript,
29:08
Speaker 1: only two who were older had any massage experience, he said.
29:12
Speaker 1: Most of the girls were younger than 18. So again,
29:16
Speaker 1: if you're rich as hell, you're going to go out
29:18
Speaker 1: there and find little girls to massage you? You can
29:21
Speaker 1: afford any massage therapist in the whole world. The same
29:24
Speaker 1: people who are massaging athletes and presidents, all the rest
29:27
Speaker 1: of it. But yet you're going to go find little
29:29
Speaker 1: girls with no training, huh? Sorry, I don't buy it.
29:32
Speaker 1: I just don't buy it, folks. I never bought it.
29:35
Speaker 1: I won't buy it today. I won't buy it tomorrow.
29:37
Speaker 1: And I won't buy it 15 centuries from now. Each
29:30
Speaker 1: of the victims that went to the home were asked
29:32
Speaker 1: to bring their friends to the home. Some complied and
29:35
Speaker 1: some didn't, Ricari said. And that's what made this a
29:49
Speaker 1: sexual Ponzi scheme. The whole entire idea was to have
29:52
Speaker 1: these girls go out, find other girls, so that he
29:55
Speaker 1: could abuse all these other girls. And then he'd wrap
29:58
Speaker 1: it all up as, oh, they're just prostitutes. Epstein will
30:02
Speaker 1: go on to plead guilty in 2008 to charges of
30:05
Speaker 1: soliciting a single underage victim in Florida and was required
30:09
Speaker 1: to register as a sex offender. As part of the deal,
30:12
Speaker 1: federal prosecutors agreed not to prosecute him or his enablers.
30:16
Speaker 1: What a deal, huh? 33 girls. One girl is the
30:20
Speaker 1: only charge that's brought. One girl is brought before the
30:23
Speaker 1: grand jury, but the other girls are not. Then when
30:26
Speaker 1: that one girl is brought before the grand jury, the
30:28
Speaker 1: prosecutor's absolutely sabotage their own witness. But don't worry, everybody.
30:33
Speaker 1: Everything was above board with Epstein's first prosecution down in Florida.
30:39
Speaker 1: But in July 2019, then 66-year-old Epstein was arrested on
30:43
Speaker 1: multiple sex trafficking charges and from alleged incidents spanning from
30:47
Speaker 1: 2002 to 2005 after a federal judge ruled that prosecutors
30:52
Speaker 1: violated victims' rights by not informing them of the deal,
30:56
Speaker 1: the CVRA. So that whole entire thing comes back to
31:00
Speaker 1: the NPA and the fact that that NPA should have
31:02
Speaker 1: never been signed. He was found dead by suicide in
31:06
Speaker 1: his jail cell that August. The result of what federal
31:09
Speaker 1: investigators concluded last year was a cascade of misconduct, negligence,
31:14
Speaker 1: and errors by the staff. Not one single member of
31:17
Speaker 1: that crew that was working went to prison. Nobody. So
31:22
Speaker 1: all these errors, all this misconduct, and they fix nothing.
31:25
Speaker 1: And while I certainly don't dispute that there are systemic
31:28
Speaker 1: errors within the Bureau of Prisons, is that really what
31:31
Speaker 1: happened here? Or is there something more going on? In
31:34
Speaker 1: my opinion, they haven't given me nowhere near enough proof
31:37
Speaker 1: to buy the narrative about what they say happened in
31:40
Speaker 1: that jail cell. Ring said Epstein's accusers should be applauded
31:44
Speaker 1: for coming forward about him and Maxwell, who was convicted
31:47
Speaker 1: in 2021 of five federal sex trafficking charges and sentenced
31:52
Speaker 1: to 20 years behind bars. Without these courageous victims, survivors
31:56
Speaker 1: you mean, Ring said, Epstein is still out there. 1000%.
31:59
Speaker 1: That's what I said too. Without social media and these
32:03
Speaker 1: women coming forward via social media, the government wouldn't have
32:06
Speaker 1: raised a finger. So thankfully these survivors came forward And
32:10
Speaker 1: then thankfully, you all picked up what they were saying
32:13
Speaker 1: and you all made sure that you promoted the fact
32:16
Speaker 1: that justice was necessary. Unfortunately, there is still a lot
32:22
Speaker 1: more justice to be served, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem
32:25
Speaker 1: like the DOJ has the stomach for it. All right, folks,
32:30
Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this one. All the
32:31
Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
32:35
Speaker 1: the description box. What's up everyone and welcome back to
32:39
Speaker 1: the Epstein Chronicles. Jeffrey Epstein was abusing women and girls
32:45
Speaker 1: right up to his second arrest according to numerous reports.
32:50
Speaker 1: We have heard about him showing up to airports with
32:53
Speaker 1: girls who looked no more than 12 or 13 when
32:56
Speaker 1: he was already a registered sex offender. Now this happened
33:00
Speaker 1: at multiple locations. We've heard about the stories at Zorro Ranch.
33:04
Speaker 1: We've heard about New York. We've heard about Florida. And
33:06
Speaker 1: we most certainly have heard about his island. And today,
33:10
Speaker 1: we're going to continue to talk about that island and
33:13
Speaker 1: talk about the fact that he was continuing to abuse
33:16
Speaker 1: girls all the way up until his second arrest. So
33:20
Speaker 1: what's the excuse? Nobody knew what he was up to.
33:23
Speaker 1: That's not an excuse anymore. Well, he was a convicted
33:26
Speaker 1: sex offender. Nobody was checking in on him. Ah, well,
33:28
Speaker 1: when you don't even have to check in with the
33:30
Speaker 1: office in New York, get away with whatever you want.
33:34
Speaker 1: And it's amazing to me. Even as a convicted sex offender,
33:37
Speaker 1: this dude would hop on his private plane and jet
33:40
Speaker 1: set all around the world. I thought that convicted felons
33:43
Speaker 1: had a problem getting into other countries. Oh, that's right.
33:46
Speaker 1: You're Jeffrey Epstein. You have a passport from this country,
33:50
Speaker 1: a passport from that country, a president friend here, a
33:53
Speaker 1: president friend there, a politician everywhere. And that's how Jeffrey
33:58
Speaker 1: Epstein was able to keep moving. But why didn't anyone
34:03
Speaker 1: expose him? Where was the legacy media? Where was the FBI?
34:08
Speaker 1: Where was the federal government overall? And I ask you,
34:11
Speaker 1: where were the local authorities of the United States Virgin Islands? Oh,
34:15
Speaker 1: you thought they were going to get off the hook?
34:17
Speaker 1: They are not. Especially considering Denise George is so adamant
34:22
Speaker 1: about trying to get some money here. Now look, I
34:24
Speaker 1: understand that a great wrong was committed in the territory
34:29
Speaker 1: of the United States Virgin Islands. Nobody is disputing that.
34:33
Speaker 1: But we're not going to forget that it was politicians
34:37
Speaker 1: and elected officials from this same island that were helping
34:41
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein every step along the way to personally benefit.
34:45
Speaker 1: So unless those people are arrested and justice is served,
34:49
Speaker 1: I don't want to hear dick about how the U.S.
34:51
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands want some money here. That's just Looney Tune land.
34:59
Speaker 1: But Jeffrey Epstein, without a doubt, was certainly abusing girls
35:03
Speaker 1: all the way up to his second arrest. And for me,
35:06
Speaker 1: that again falls directly in the lap of the federal government,
35:10
Speaker 1: the SDNY, and the bosses at the FBI. Today's article
35:15
Speaker 1: is from The Independent. Headline, Jeffrey Epstein abused girls as
35:19
Speaker 1: young as 11 on secluded private island. Lawsuit says, this
35:25
Speaker 1: article was authored by Clark Mindock, And it was originally
35:29
Speaker 1: published on January 15th of 2020. Convicted sex offender kept
35:35
Speaker 1: a computerized database of women and girls. So we have
35:39
Speaker 1: all of these little reports that come out, right? About
35:41
Speaker 1: the databases, about videos, about pictures. And we never hear
35:47
Speaker 1: any of that from the prosecutors. We never hear any
35:50
Speaker 1: of that from the government. You would think that would
35:52
Speaker 1: be central to what they have going on. And if
35:55
Speaker 1: you think it's only Epstein on these tapes... You're really
35:59
Speaker 1: missing the boat. How many of his co-conspirators are caught
36:02
Speaker 1: up in this evidence? Convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein trafficked
36:12
Speaker 1: girls in the Caribbean as young as 11 years old
36:15
Speaker 1: up until 2018, according to a new lawsuit. The lawsuit
36:20
Speaker 1: filed by U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George claims
36:24
Speaker 1: that Epstein had brought girls as young as 11 and
36:27
Speaker 1: 12 to his secluded estate there and kept a computerized
36:30
Speaker 1: database that tracked the availability of women and girls. The
36:35
Speaker 1: lawsuit could ultimately reduce the amount of money available to
36:38
Speaker 1: survivors who have come forward as part of claims against
36:42
Speaker 1: the estate in the United States, according to Reuters. And
36:46
Speaker 1: this is my biggest problem. Denise George was trying to
36:50
Speaker 1: jockey and position herself to get money for the Virgin Islands.
36:55
Speaker 1: And the money that she was trying to get was
36:58
Speaker 1: going to come out of the kitty for where the
37:01
Speaker 1: survivor's dough was coming from. And for me, that's unseemly.
37:05
Speaker 1: I don't even think the government should have taken their
37:07
Speaker 1: tax dollars from this. They screwed up in such a
37:11
Speaker 1: huge manner that they should be thankful that they're just
37:14
Speaker 1: getting off with a couple hundred million in tax dollars.
37:18
Speaker 1: Considering what we see the gymnasts for the U.S. gymnastics team,
37:24
Speaker 1: what they're suing the FBI for, you don't think that
37:26
Speaker 1: Epstein survivors could get together for a class action suit
37:30
Speaker 1: and go for the gusto against the FBI and the
37:33
Speaker 1: federal government? I'm honestly surprised that we haven't seen that yet.
37:39
Speaker 1: Epstein clearly used the Virgin Islands and his residence in
37:42
Speaker 1: the U.S. Virgin Islands at Little St. James as a
37:46
Speaker 1: way to be able to conceal and to be able
37:48
Speaker 1: to expand his activity here, Ms. George said. And she's
37:52
Speaker 1: not wrong about that. But again, I ask you, where
37:55
Speaker 1: were you and all of your law enforcement buddies while
37:58
Speaker 1: this shit was going on in real time? The lawsuit
38:03
Speaker 1: against Epstein, who died by suicide last year, allegedly, in
38:06
Speaker 1: a New York jail cell while awaiting trial on sex
38:08
Speaker 1: trafficking charges, marks a broadening of the accusations against the financier, pedophile,
38:14
Speaker 1: who is known in part for his powerful social circle
38:17
Speaker 1: that at various times included Prince Andrew, Donald Trump, and
38:21
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton. Let's not forget other people like Ehud Barak.
38:25
Speaker 1: Seems they always leave Ehud Barak out, but pretty significant person.
38:29
Speaker 1: Ex-Prime Minister of Israel, very powerful within the intelligence community,
38:33
Speaker 1: and certainly someone palling around with Epstein quite a bit.
38:39
Speaker 1: The latest accusations would suggest his exploitation did not stop
38:43
Speaker 1: following his previous convictions in 2008 for soliciting prostitution from
38:49
Speaker 1: an underage girl. You mean molesting an underage girl. Prostitutes
38:53
Speaker 1: can't be underage. Those are little girls being molested by
38:56
Speaker 1: sick-ass dudes. That case against him began in 2005 when
39:02
Speaker 1: Florida police received a complaint from parents that the financier, pedophile,
39:06
Speaker 1: had abused their 14-year-old daughter. Charges in New York and
39:10
Speaker 1: Florida only allege trafficking as recently as 2005. Look, everybody knew, okay?
39:18
Speaker 1: They knew what he was up to. They knew what
39:19
Speaker 1: he was doing. And they knew that he was doing
39:21
Speaker 1: it on a large, grand scale. You see, folks, this
39:27
Speaker 1: wasn't happening in just one district. this wasn't happening in
39:30
Speaker 1: even just one state or just one country this was
39:34
Speaker 1: an intercontinental criminal enterprise that was acting in many different
39:40
Speaker 1: places in many different capacities but all with the same
39:44
Speaker 1: goal to continue to provide girls for Jeffrey Epstein and
39:48
Speaker 1: his proclivities and so they can continue with the compromise scheme.
39:53
Speaker 1: That was the goal. The new lawsuit was filed against
39:58
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate and seeks the forfeiture of the Little St.
40:01
Speaker 1: James residence where the alleged abuse occurred. It also seeks
40:05
Speaker 1: forfeiture of Epstein's second private island, Great St. James, and
40:09
Speaker 1: the dissolution of numerous shell companies that officials say acted
40:13
Speaker 1: as fronts for the sex trafficking efforts. Man, oh man,
40:18
Speaker 1: I would love to see a forensic accountant dig into
40:20
Speaker 1: these offshore companies, really get deep and see what in
40:23
Speaker 1: the hell is going on here. Because we know that
40:26
Speaker 1: this man's money trail is long and it leads to
40:29
Speaker 1: some very powerful people. And I'm 100% convinced at this
40:35
Speaker 1: point that that's the reason we didn't see this money investigation.
40:39
Speaker 1: They didn't want you to know where it ended up.
40:44
Speaker 1: Government policy on the Virgin Islands has determined that the
40:47
Speaker 1: assets could be distributed between the women and girls who
40:50
Speaker 1: were victimized in the region, according to Ms. George. In
40:54
Speaker 1: the weeks leading up to his death, Epstein and his
40:57
Speaker 1: estate vigorously denied that he had engaged in sex trafficking.
41:01
Speaker 1: You know, it's crazy, too, because Jeffrey Epstein's estate had
41:04
Speaker 1: denied this all the way up until the point where
41:07
Speaker 1: they started shelling out dough. And once they started giving
41:11
Speaker 1: out settlements, they could no longer deny the abuse, right?
41:15
Speaker 1: It's a fact. There's no alleged abuse here. There's no, oh,
41:19
Speaker 1: Epstein might have abused these girls. There is only Epstein
41:23
Speaker 1: abusing these girls. Fact. Not a conspiracy theory. not some
41:29
Speaker 1: made-up story by somebody on 4chan. This shit occurred, and
41:33
Speaker 1: it was happening at a mass scale, okay? The levels
41:38
Speaker 1: that we see here are just insane. And the fact
41:42
Speaker 1: that he continued on with this behavior after the first
41:45
Speaker 1: arrest after all of his legal trouble, and nobody was
41:49
Speaker 1: the wiser, is just almost too much for me to swallow.
41:52
Speaker 1: And that includes Denise George and the people down in
41:55
Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands. You mean to tell me after he
41:57
Speaker 1: got out of jail, he was operating all the way
41:59
Speaker 1: up until Julie K. Brown started reporting, and then you
42:02
Speaker 1: folks down there in the Virgin Islands wised up? But now,
42:06
Speaker 1: you should get some of the money? For what? You
42:09
Speaker 1: didn't do shit. You didn't even do any investigative work.
42:12
Speaker 1: You sat around, waited for the story to fall into
42:15
Speaker 1: your lap, and then jumped on board like a Johnny
42:17
Speaker 1: come lately. And I don't fault you for that. That's
42:20
Speaker 1: your job. That's what you're supposed to do. But don't
42:23
Speaker 1: act like you deserve some dough here when you know
42:25
Speaker 1: you don't. It's unclear how Epstein's $ 500 million worth of
42:31
Speaker 1: assets will be allocated, and legal experts have noted that
42:35
Speaker 1: there is relatively little precedent to help the courts determine
42:40
Speaker 1: how to proceed. Well, we know now that there was
42:42
Speaker 1: the fund, and we also know that the fund was lacking.
42:46
Speaker 1: A lot of the survivors didn't get paid what they
42:49
Speaker 1: were worth. I said a million times the Brinks truck
42:52
Speaker 1: should have been backed up on every one of their
42:54
Speaker 1: front yards. Back up the Brinks truck and dump out
42:57
Speaker 1: a King's Ransom. Because that's what these ladies deserve after
43:01
Speaker 1: a lifetime of abuse at the hands of this monster
43:03
Speaker 1: with our own government not stepping in. You would think
43:07
Speaker 1: that the federal government would want to step in here
43:10
Speaker 1: and stop this shit. Nip it in the bud. But nah,
43:13
Speaker 1: it's just Jeffrey Epstein. We'll let him do whatever he wants.
43:16
Speaker 1: Even after we know he's a convicted pedophile. Even after
43:19
Speaker 1: we know the kind of monster that he is. All right, folks,
43:22
Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this one. If you'd
43:24
Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at BobbyCapucci
