Judge Delays Decision on Tyler Robinson Trial Schedule (10/26/26)
Tyler Robinson’s latest court hearing ended without a trial date after Judge Tony Graf Jr. said he needed more time to weigh competing schedules and the enormous amount of preparation expected in the capital murder case. Prosecutors said they would prefer a January 31, 2028 start but could be ready as early as October 2027, while Robinson’s defense asked the court to treat the third quarter of 2029 as a “soft target,” citing the volume of discovery, extensive trial preparation and scheduling conflicts with other cases being handled by members of the defense team.
