- 0:27Speaker 3: news media and we hope to see you at Breakingpoints
- 0:29Speaker 3: dot com.
- 0:33Speaker 2: It doesn't help in terms of public perception when immediately
- 0:37Speaker 2: after announcing in a pre edited statement where you're wearing
- 0:41Speaker 2: a baseball cap and you know, something Saga would be
- 0:44Speaker 2: concerned about and me two at this point, no tie,
- 0:46Speaker 2: just you know, at your golf club, just casually announcing
- 0:49Speaker 2: that you're dragging us into another Middle Eastern war with
- 0:52Speaker 2: no particular endgame, and you know no end inside Nordy
- 0:54Speaker 2: Americans dying in this war. Immediately afterwards, what do you
- 0:58Speaker 2: do if you're president of the United says, let's put
- 0:59Speaker 2: this up on screen now you put the tie on. Actually,
- 1:02Speaker 2: then after announcing the war, and you go to your
- 1:05Speaker 2: club with all of your multimillionaire and billionaire buddies to
- 1:10Speaker 2: hang out and party and celebrate sending America's sons and
- 1:14Speaker 2: daughters off to fight and die in an illegal, horrible, deadly, chaotic,
- 1:20Speaker 2: disastrous war. So this was a million dollar plate fundraiser
- 1:25Speaker 2: he was hosting there at mar A Lago in the
- 1:27Speaker 2: hours after announcing this war. And so you can imagine
- 1:31Speaker 2: that being one example of why perhaps Americans are not
- 1:35Speaker 2: feeling so excited about this administration at this point, let
- 1:38Speaker 2: alone this war that we've been dragged into. Put we've
- 1:42Speaker 2: got some pulling here now, early indications of.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Support for this. Let's put D two up on the screen.
- 1:47Speaker 2: This is from Reuters where their headline was just one
- 1:51Speaker 2: in four Americans twenty five percent supports US strikes on run.
- 1:56Speaker 2: So you can see the numbers there, and of all adults,
- 1:58Speaker 2: you've got about twenty seven percent in support. You've got
- 2:00Speaker 2: forty three percent opposed. I want you guys to understand
- 2:04Speaker 2: how crazy and keep these numbers up on the screen,
- 2:06Speaker 2: how crazy this is. I don't know if y'all have
- 2:09Speaker 2: been watching cable news, but CNN and Fox in particular,
- 2:13Speaker 2: Oh my god, the pro war propaganda is through the roof.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Many have been saying it would be hard to see
- 2:19Speaker 2: how CNN can get even worse under the Ellisons. But
- 2:22Speaker 2: I'm sure they'll figure out how to manage that. Barry
- 2:24Speaker 2: will rise to the occasion to make it even worse.
- 2:27Speaker 2: But it is so bad, and in spite of that
- 2:30Speaker 2: overwhelming war propaganda, you still have only twenty seven adults
- 2:34Speaker 2: who are like yes to this.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Even in the.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Republican Party, a majority support of fifty five percent, only
- 2:40Speaker 2: thirteen percent outright opposed. You've got a big swat. There're
- 2:42Speaker 2: thirty two percent that are like not sure. Democrats only
- 2:46Speaker 2: seven percent support. I mean, I think they're all elected
- 2:50Speaker 2: here in DC. Apparently all seven percent of those Democrats
- 2:53Speaker 2: that support this. And then with the Independence you've got
- 2:56Speaker 2: nineteen percent support. Let's put the next one up on
- 2:59Speaker 2: the screen to see another poll.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Here you go.
- 3:02Speaker 4: This is from the AP. Twenty one percent only.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Support it in this particular poll, and a near majority
- 3:09Speaker 2: forty nine percent oppose. Thirty percent say that they are
- 3:13Speaker 2: not sure. Let's compare this. Let's put D four up
- 3:16Speaker 2: on the screen show. We compare this to support for
- 3:18Speaker 2: previous wars, which also ended disastrously. By the way, the
- 3:22Speaker 2: Afghanistan War, there was overwhelming support because you know, the thought, okay,
- 3:27Speaker 2: there was an actual connection between Afghanistan and nine to
- 3:29Speaker 2: eleven Bin Laden was genuinely hiding out there, and so
- 3:33Speaker 2: even Democrats ninety percent were in support of, Okay, let's
- 3:36Speaker 2: go into Afghanistan. And even that, we see the way
- 3:39Speaker 2: that twenty years later it was a total catastrophe and
- 3:42Speaker 2: just ended with the Taliban back in power. The Iraq War,
- 3:45Speaker 2: you can see overall, even though there was some descent,
- 3:49Speaker 2: I was part of it, there was some descent, but
- 3:51Speaker 2: still overwhelming support. Seventy two percent supported military action in Iraq.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Think about that, and now here we are today for
- 4:02Speaker 2: a Ran thirty four percent, thirty four percent supporting military
- 4:08Speaker 2: action against Iran.
- 4:09Speaker 4: And that is that.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Is likely to be effectively at the peak because already
- 4:16Speaker 2: things are going sideways, and I want people to take note,
- 4:20Speaker 2: and we're going to do some of that. We're going
- 4:21Speaker 2: to cover some of this tomorrow of especially the you know,
- 4:24Speaker 2: a bunch of the Republicans are basically going to go
- 4:26Speaker 2: along with whatever Charn you'll have very You'll have some
- 4:29Speaker 2: notable and very courageous dissenters, Thomas Massey, maybe Ran Paul,
- 4:32Speaker 2: maybe a couple others.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Okay.
- 4:34Speaker 2: On the Democratic side, you have a divide. You have
- 4:37Speaker 2: some people who are quite clear no war with Iran,
- 4:42Speaker 2: and then you have the bullshit process group that are like, Wow,
- 4:47Speaker 2: he didn't brief us and he didn't make his case.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Then he needs to make his case the American people.
- 4:51Speaker 2: I want you all to remember who those people are.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Take note of where everyone is right now, because I
- 5:00Speaker 2: believe a year from now, even I don't even think
- 5:02Speaker 2: it's going to take that long with the rocket took
- 5:03Speaker 2: years with this, it is going to be very quick.
- 5:06Speaker 2: There will come a time when basically everyone opposes this
- 5:11Speaker 2: action and seize the folly and the disaster that it
- 5:14Speaker 2: ultimately is.
- 5:15Speaker 4: And I want you to look and.
- 5:16Speaker 2: To remember who said what right now at the time
- 5:21Speaker 2: when it shouldn't even be that.
- 5:22Speaker 4: Difficult because the public opposes it.
- 5:24Speaker 2: But there's a lot of money on the other side
- 5:25Speaker 2: of the equation, pressuring people, APAC being one of them,
- 5:29Speaker 2: pressuring people, pressuring elective members of Congress to support this insanity.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Pay attention to who they are, Do not let them
- 5:37Speaker 2: off the hook. Do not fail to remind them that
- 5:40Speaker 2: they were on board with this utter catastrophic disaster.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Which is exactly why a war Powers resolution is so important.
- 5:48Speaker 1: You need to get on the record.
- 5:50Speaker 3: I want it now, I want it yesterday actually, because
- 5:53Speaker 3: now they're going to try and mealy mouth their.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Way out of this, and we need this for everybody.
- 5:57Speaker 3: I mean, one of the only good things about this
- 5:59Speaker 3: is that many of the people have been exposed as
- 6:01Speaker 3: complete frauds. Tomorrow will have a whole list of all
- 6:05Speaker 3: the people who said that they were against this, ran
- 6:06Speaker 3: on it literally and are now saying opposite things out
- 6:09Speaker 3: of the sides of their mouth. You know why that's important,
- 6:11Speaker 3: Getting people on the record and then reminding people in
- 6:13Speaker 3: the future like we did to Hillary back in two
- 6:16Speaker 3: thousand and eight. That is what saves you, because look, ultimately,
- 6:19Speaker 3: we can only judge based on past behavior for what
- 6:22Speaker 3: your decision is going to be. And yeah, as you said,
- 6:25Speaker 3: it's not even that courageous to speak out right now.
- 6:27Speaker 1: It's just apparently, like so outside the realm.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Of possibility for anybody on mainstream media to even.
- 6:33Speaker 4: Think about to the's what to do?
- 6:35Speaker 1: It is so shocking.
- 6:37Speaker 3: I mean, the mainstream media and all these people, you know,
- 6:39Speaker 3: CNN would always try to reach out to me to
- 6:41Speaker 3: talk about Epstein or whatever when Israel or Iran, and
- 6:45Speaker 3: they know, you know, oh nothing, you know, there's no
- 6:47Speaker 3: there's no incoming text messages asking me to appear on
- 6:52Speaker 3: their network.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Interesting, isn't it? Or even the Epstein thing.
- 6:55Speaker 3: I'd be like, sure, but I'm going to talk about Israel,
- 6:57Speaker 3: and then of course, you know, everything would just go
- 7:00Speaker 3: away in terms of their request.
- 7:02Speaker 1: That's that's kind of how Les right now.
- 7:04Speaker 3: And I do think it's important to think about the
- 7:07Speaker 3: lack of manufactured even consent for this war.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Put D three up here on the screen. This is
- 7:12Speaker 1: from the New York Times.
- 7:13Speaker 3: I mean, only twenty one percent of Americans support the
- 7:15Speaker 3: United States initiating an attack on Iran.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Only twenty one percent.
- 7:20Speaker 3: And you know you talked there about history, and this
- 7:22Speaker 3: is where I never thought I would say this, But
- 7:24Speaker 3: you got to give it to Bush. He went the
- 7:27Speaker 3: Coalition of the Willing, even though it was fake, the
- 7:29Speaker 3: Coalition of the Willing. Every member of Congress was forced
- 7:32Speaker 3: to vote on the question. We had months of Fox News.
- 7:35Speaker 3: You don't want the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud.
- 7:37Speaker 3: You had Judy Miller and yellow Cake and the famous
- 7:40Speaker 3: vial that was held up by Colin Powell. The surrent
- 7:42Speaker 3: security accounts vast majority of Americans supported it.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Everyone pretends they weren't for it.
- 7:46Speaker 3: They were everyone ever comes to even I think back,
- 7:50Speaker 3: Vietnam massively popular all the way up.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Until you had people who a lot of people were
- 7:55Speaker 1: being killed.
- 7:55Speaker 3: And by the way, even when I mean I'm talking
- 7:58Speaker 3: about hundreds of Americans were nying, like in the span
- 8:00Speaker 3: of a month, even then, a lot of the people
- 8:03Speaker 3: still bought into the propaganda. Yeah, and we're like, oh,
- 8:05Speaker 3: we need you know, peace with honor and all this
- 8:08Speaker 3: other stuff.
- 8:08Speaker 1: This they didn't even try.
- 8:10Speaker 3: I mean, even Maduro, it was like fifty to fifty
- 8:13Speaker 3: people mostly moved on. They're like, look, as long as
- 8:15Speaker 3: there's no Americans getting killed whatever, I don't particularly care.
- 8:17Speaker 3: There's no chaos. Can't say that about this. There's chaos everywhere.
- 8:21Speaker 3: And you know, part of the problem was they moved
- 8:24Speaker 3: into this. They I think, to the extent that people
- 8:26Speaker 3: paid attention it was all news junkies. The vast, vast,
- 8:30Speaker 3: vast majority of people had no idea.
- 8:32Speaker 1: This was happening.
- 8:32Speaker 3: They don't follow carrier strike group movements and statements from
- 8:35Speaker 3: the Pentagon and Barackravid reporting. They just woke up on
- 8:39Speaker 3: was a Saturday morning and they're like, oh my god.
- 8:42Speaker 3: They're like, I can't believe this is even happening. And
- 8:44Speaker 3: then they probably turned on their TV. There's no president
- 8:47Speaker 3: to speak to them. We have a pre recorded Brandon
- 8:50Speaker 3: style message. And then whenever they're worried, let's say you're
- 8:54Speaker 3: a military family, I know some and you see that's
- 8:58Speaker 3: the way it is. Do you remember we shredded by it.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Remember his press conference after those thirteen Americans were killed
- 9:06Speaker 3: at Abby Gate.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I mean we shredded him here.
- 9:08Speaker 3: Remember when he got quiet and he was dementia ridden
- 9:11Speaker 3: and leaning like this on the podium trying to trying
- 9:14Speaker 3: to analogize the death of his son from cancer to
- 9:19Speaker 3: somebody getting blown up by ISIS in Afghanistan. This is
- 9:22Speaker 3: up there with Oh, that's the way it is. That's
- 9:26Speaker 3: the way that we talk about dead American servicemen.
- 9:29Speaker 1: This is a nightmare.
- 9:30Speaker 4: And in parents that was to get out of a war.
- 9:32Speaker 2: This is getting us into a war and so casual
- 9:34Speaker 2: and I you know, I feel like a broken record.
- 9:37Speaker 2: I keep tying it back to the Epstein files. But
- 9:39Speaker 2: you see, you see in the Epstein files. You see
- 9:42Speaker 2: the way that they look at other humans. They don't
- 9:44Speaker 2: see they don't see you or your kids as human
- 9:48Speaker 2: in the same full way that they see themselves and
- 9:50Speaker 2: their class allies and their fellow you know, Epstein class
- 9:53Speaker 2: allies as full human beings, and that's why they're able
- 9:58Speaker 2: to so casually send people in to fight and die
- 10:02Speaker 2: in these wars. And you know, I mean the backdrop
- 10:05Speaker 2: here is you've got people who can't afford homes, who
- 10:09Speaker 2: are you know, prices are still way too high. You've
- 10:13Speaker 2: got you know, a full court press to develop AI
- 10:16Speaker 2: that is going to eliminate many white collar jobs. That
- 10:20Speaker 2: the promise or the threat is eliminate all white collar jobs.
- 10:24Speaker 2: That's the backdrop. Healthcare premiums. They didn't you know, they
- 10:27Speaker 2: couldn't extend the ACA healthcare subsidies, let alone God forbid
- 10:30Speaker 2: actually like come up with a good healthcare plan so
- 10:32Speaker 2: that people had universal health care like every other developed
- 10:34Speaker 2: country in the world. So you've got premiums skyrocketing, and
- 10:39Speaker 2: you're supposed to deal with a new regime of austerity.
- 10:44Speaker 2: But is there any I mean, is there any contemplation
- 10:47Speaker 2: here if you heard anyone say like, oh, how much
- 10:49Speaker 2: is this going to cost? Like that's that was a
- 10:51Speaker 2: lot of money that just got shot out of the
- 10:52Speaker 2: sky and I watched, you know, fall into the ground
- 10:55Speaker 2: and crash and burn. How much do these carrier striker
- 10:58Speaker 2: what does that deployment cost these you know, these new
- 11:01Speaker 2: service members who are being brought in Like what, No,
- 11:05Speaker 2: because austerity is fakey. That's that's what you really should
- 11:09Speaker 2: get for that. There's no austerity when it comes to
- 11:12Speaker 2: you know, when it comes to an empire, when it
- 11:13Speaker 2: comes to waging these wars. And you can go look
- 11:16Speaker 2: at the stock market today and you can see many
- 11:18Speaker 2: stocks are falling, but you know what's doing really well,
- 11:20Speaker 2: Oh the military industrial complex, the Delton defense stocks.
- 11:23Speaker 4: They're they're cooking.
- 11:25Speaker 2: And again you can see in the Emstein files is
- 11:27Speaker 2: the way that Epstein would talk to you know, would
- 11:30Speaker 2: talk today hud barag would talk to other people say, oh,
- 11:32Speaker 2: this chaos, this war, this is great for us, This
- 11:35Speaker 2: is great for us. We're going to profit off of this.
- 11:36Speaker 2: We're gonna make lots of money. We're going to have
- 11:38Speaker 2: more power. We're gonna be able to situate ourselves even better,
- 11:41Speaker 2: We're going to be able to entrench ourselves even more
- 11:44Speaker 2: in the affairs of the entire world. And so that's
- 11:47Speaker 2: the way they that's the way they look at this.
- 11:50Speaker 2: So when you see this and you you look at
- 11:52Speaker 2: the polls, you're like, okay, like twenty percent of the
- 11:54Speaker 2: American public supports this, and you're dragging.
- 11:56Speaker 4: Us into this.
- 11:58Speaker 2: It's it is laying bare the fact that they do
- 12:01Speaker 2: not believe, like, they don't believe in democracy, and they're
- 12:04Speaker 2: exposing in the fact that they don't think we live
- 12:06Speaker 2: in a democracy. They don't think that people get to
- 12:08Speaker 2: have a say, they don't think that our opinions should
- 12:11Speaker 2: matter at all, and they think that they have degraded
- 12:14Speaker 2: our system enough so that they don't matter at all.
- 12:18Speaker 4: That's what this tells you. That's what this action really
- 12:20Speaker 4: tells you.
- 12:21Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 12:21Speaker 3: I think though, that they also see us as cattle,
- 12:23Speaker 3: because they will just move on and look, they're not
- 12:25Speaker 3: wrong to a certain extent. Most a lot of the
- 12:28Speaker 3: people who do for them are cattle. I lived in
- 12:31Speaker 3: George W. Bush Country in Iraq. It was seven and
- 12:35Speaker 3: you still had dead enders who were like I support
- 12:38Speaker 3: the president on the Iraq like, don't underestimate the capacity
- 12:42Speaker 3: for stupidity and for cultish behavior in a significant part
- 12:46Speaker 3: of the country. And that is honestly, that's maybe one
- 12:48Speaker 3: of the things that worries me the most on this.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Maybe some people are awake on the question. I definitely
- 12:52Speaker 3: think independence and a lot of the political energy class
- 12:55Speaker 3: are like the people who are engaged in politics are especially,
- 12:58Speaker 3: But I'm not going to underestimate a significant none.
- 13:01Speaker 2: I mean, if you have a financial crash and a
- 13:03Speaker 2: deadly war we have, I mean, look, look, you already
- 13:08Speaker 2: have you already have Trump in the thirties in terms
- 13:12Speaker 2: of his approval rating. You are absolutely right. I will
- 13:14Speaker 2: be the first to tell you that, Like, it is
- 13:16Speaker 2: a cult, and there are people who will never leave
- 13:18Speaker 2: and it does not matter what happens. But they are
- 13:21Speaker 2: far from the majority. And you know, and I think
- 13:24Speaker 2: even within the you know, people who voted for Trump
- 13:27Speaker 2: three times, I think you will see some slice of
- 13:30Speaker 2: them at least say, you know, this is not great.
- 13:32Speaker 4: And we see it in the poll numbers too.
- 13:34Speaker 2: With the strong support for Trump versus the support for Trump, like,
- 13:39Speaker 2: those numbers have shifted significantly, so you know, going into
- 13:44Speaker 2: a rock.
- 13:44Speaker 4: We just showed the numbers.
- 13:45Speaker 2: It was seventy percent of the country that was on
- 13:48Speaker 2: board with that to start from twenty percent. And things
- 13:51Speaker 2: are already going sideways and we're not even hearing from
- 13:54Speaker 2: the President.
- 13:55Speaker 4: Of the United States. I don't know.
- 13:57Speaker 2: I think I think this will be it's just catastrophic
- 14:01Speaker 2: on everything. Well, I hope it just catastrophic.
- 14:04Speaker 3: I hope that they I hope that they get punished
- 14:06Speaker 3: beyond belief. But I'm still just I just remember I
- 14:10Speaker 3: remember Bush, I remember growing up in that in that
- 14:14Speaker 3: environment and being I feel like I'm going fucking crazy.
- 14:16Speaker 4: Here's the real believer, Here's the real thing.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Is that I think they they already know that if
- 14:21Speaker 2: it's a free and fair fight, like they're cooked in
- 14:23Speaker 2: the midterms, if it's any sort of like legitimate election,
- 14:27Speaker 2: and so I think that is the other calculus here,
- 14:29Speaker 2: Like we've already seen them throw out a potential We
- 14:33Speaker 2: had that that memo that came to light of them
- 14:35Speaker 2: declaring a national emergency over bamboo ballots China interference in
- 14:41Speaker 2: the elections. So they have their floating that the potential
- 14:44Speaker 2: Madureau deal. There was reporting on that which you know,
- 14:47Speaker 2: seems like a fever dream conspiracy. Apparently they really are
- 14:50Speaker 2: thinking of getting Maduro to be like, oh yeah, I
- 14:53Speaker 2: totally rigged the election from Venezuela with Hugo Jabas's ghost.
- 14:56Speaker 2: You've got Tolsi doing something in Puerto Rico, you got
- 14:58Speaker 2: Tolsi doing something, and Fulton County, and now you have
- 15:02Speaker 2: this war with Iran where Trump also said that Iran
- 15:06Speaker 2: interfered in twenty twenty as well. So he is looking
- 15:11Speaker 2: for a way to not just mess with the elections,
- 15:15Speaker 2: but to Clara national murn to move the elect I mean,
- 15:17Speaker 2: really seize control of what's going to happen here, because
- 15:20Speaker 2: I think he knows that he's, you know, electorally a
- 15:23Speaker 2: dead man walking already. So I do think that is
- 15:26Speaker 2: part of the calculus that's going into this as well
- 15:28Speaker 2: as you try to wrap your heat around why any
- 15:30Speaker 2: president would do something that is so profoundly stupid and unpopular.
- 15:34Speaker 3: Yeah, but I think actually what's ironic about this is
- 15:37Speaker 3: that the more unpopular he gets, he will actually increase
- 15:41Speaker 3: the amount of people. If he was strong or even
- 15:43Speaker 3: medium like going into something like this, you would have
- 15:46Speaker 3: like some sort of a solid foundation to be able
- 15:49Speaker 3: to argue off of I don't think that's going to happen.
- 15:51Speaker 3: I mean, look, I just talked about the dead enders.
- 15:53Speaker 3: There's also a significant portion of let's say even I mean, look,
- 15:56Speaker 3: you had Republican senators even who are coming out and
- 15:58Speaker 3: saying that they might vote I guess a war Powers
- 16:00Speaker 3: resolution like the you know, the level of weakness that
- 16:03Speaker 3: you're starting to get into.
- 16:04Speaker 1: You could go past George W.
- 16:05Speaker 3: Bush, who was around thirty percent at the height of
- 16:07Speaker 3: the war in Iraq, and there was an incredible amount
- 16:10Speaker 3: of people who are like, all right, we got to
- 16:12Speaker 3: give in. You know, even you know McCain even, and
- 16:14Speaker 3: all of them would criticize Trump on the campaign trail.
- 16:17Speaker 3: They've got serious, serious problem.
- 16:19Speaker 4: No, I agree with you. I mean, it's an incredible act.
- 16:21Speaker 2: Of hubris to think that you could just That's what
- 16:23Speaker 2: I'm saying, that you could just impose your will on
- 16:26Speaker 2: the entirety of the American public at basically the barrel
- 16:29Speaker 2: of a gun.
- 16:29Speaker 4: Like I even in.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Actual dictatorships, the public still is going to have a
- 16:34Speaker 2: say at some point. You're still somewhat constrained by like
- 16:37Speaker 2: what people are going to tolerate. And yeah, if you're
- 16:41Speaker 2: if you are causing a financial collapse, people are struggling
- 16:45Speaker 2: to afford like basic necessities. You're threatening to take all
- 16:48Speaker 2: the jobs away with AI, and you're getting us into
- 16:52Speaker 2: a disastrous war. You know, I think you're going to
- 16:55Speaker 2: be I think I think you're going to People are
- 16:57Speaker 2: not going to just go along with you. Also rigging
- 16:59Speaker 2: and stealing deal actions. I think they'll have something to
- 17:01Speaker 2: say about.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Thatsh Yeah, no, no, okay, all right, let's get to
- 17:04Speaker 3: Jeffrey Sachs, Professor. He's standing by, very excited now to
- 17:10Speaker 3: be joined by our friend of the show, Professor Jeffrey Sachs.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Good to see sir. Thank you so much for coming back.
- 17:14Speaker 5: Great to be with you.
- 17:15Speaker 3: I wish it was under better circumstances. We did, of course,
- 17:18Speaker 3: want to turn to you for a bigger picture of
- 17:21Speaker 3: what this all means. Let's go and first start with
- 17:22Speaker 3: our first element, Prime Minister bb Netanyah, who's saying the
- 17:26Speaker 3: quiet part out loud. He says, in bombing Iran, Israel
- 17:29Speaker 3: has now the assistance of the United States, my friend
- 17:32Speaker 3: President Donald Trump in the US military. This coalition of
- 17:35Speaker 3: force US allows us to do what I've yearned to
- 17:37Speaker 3: do for forty years.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Forty years.
- 17:40Speaker 3: It's a dream that the Prime Minister had despite all
- 17:43Speaker 3: of the alleged pretexts about preemptive attacks, nuclear strikes, ballistic missiles.
- 17:47Speaker 3: This is something that has been the heart of the
- 17:49Speaker 3: bb Netanyah who projectors was wondering if you could react
- 17:52Speaker 3: to that and frame your general thoughts around this entire
- 17:56Speaker 3: regional war that has now erupted.
- 17:58Speaker 6: I hadn't seen that quote, but if he said, what
- 18:00Speaker 6: an asshole he is. I've been saying that for years,
- 18:04Speaker 6: that this is his dream, his campaign. I've put it
- 18:10Speaker 6: at thirty years since nineteen ninety six, a doctrine called
- 18:13Speaker 6: Clean Break, which was a madman's document of a madman
- 18:20Speaker 6: bb net Yahoo and his arch neocon extremist desionist advisors
- 18:28Speaker 6: in nineteen ninety six that basically was the blueprint for
- 18:32Speaker 6: NonStop war in the Middle East. And NOWT Yahoo says
- 18:38Speaker 6: what I've been saying. When I've been saying it, people
- 18:41Speaker 6: have sometimes scoffed, But oh it's now I know. It's
- 18:45Speaker 6: a forty year plan, not just a thirty year plan.
- 18:47Speaker 6: The man is a psychopath and this is the reality
- 18:52Speaker 6: of it. We have been roped into endless war by
- 18:58Speaker 6: these extreme Zionists, and we're now in an ever greater
- 19:06Speaker 6: escalation to full regional war for the purpose of Israeli
- 19:12Speaker 6: hegemony in the Middle East. Of course, it aligns with
- 19:16Speaker 6: the mad men in Washington who and Langley who want
- 19:21Speaker 6: US hegemony in the world.
- 19:23Speaker 5: But that's what this is about.
- 19:25Speaker 6: They don't count how many schoolgirls are dead. They couldn't
- 19:30Speaker 6: care less. That's the whole point. There's nothing in this
- 19:36Speaker 6: about the dead. This is all mad men's delusions.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Let's go and put up E two on the screen here.
- 19:46Speaker 2: So Trump is saying now he wants to talk to
- 19:49Speaker 2: the Iranians after assassinating their supreme leader and bombing their
- 19:55Speaker 2: country and starting this war. He told the Atlantic quote,
- 19:58Speaker 2: they want to talk, I've agreed to talk, so I'll
- 20:00Speaker 2: be talking to them. On the contrary, though, it does
- 20:02Speaker 2: not appear that the Iranians want to talk for understandable reasons,
- 20:06Speaker 2: especially after we use diplomacy now multiple times in a
- 20:09Speaker 2: row as a ruse in order to attack their country.
- 20:13Speaker 2: But what do you make of this outreach from President
- 20:17Speaker 2: Trump and also the relative silence from the administration after
- 20:21Speaker 2: launching this war.
- 20:23Speaker 5: Trump's crazy.
- 20:24Speaker 6: He may even believe this but he's crazy, or he's psychopathic,
- 20:30Speaker 6: or it's what's called the dark Triad personality, extreme machiavellianism,
- 20:38Speaker 6: inability to understand anything, murder the other side and say
- 20:42Speaker 6: we love you. That's his approach. It's completely spiraling out
- 20:49Speaker 6: of control. I don't think he's the only agent of this,
- 20:53Speaker 6: by the way, I think this is this is the
- 20:57Speaker 6: CIA longstanding effort. What bt Nyahu said again, I'm better
- 21:04Speaker 6: informed this morning, thanks to you. It's forty years, not
- 21:07Speaker 6: thirty years. I always put it at a thirty year effort.
- 21:11Speaker 6: But we have gone to war in Libya, Sudan, Somalia,
- 21:19Speaker 6: Occupied Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and Iran for this extremist,
- 21:35Speaker 6: delusional purpose. And what have we gotten out of it?
- 21:42Speaker 6: Millions dead, but we're not supposed to count the dead,
- 21:48Speaker 6: trillions of dollars of loss. Chaos from Libya to Iran,
- 21:57Speaker 6: I mean chaos, a region across the entire North Africa,
- 22:03Speaker 6: Horn of Africa and the Middle East in chaos because
- 22:06Speaker 6: of this insane Zionism and the US complicity in it
- 22:11Speaker 6: and the delusions of control. How many wars will we
- 22:16Speaker 6: get into? But you know, interestingly, two points one. The
- 22:21Speaker 6: American people see through this entirely. They're completely against this.
- 22:28Speaker 6: Trump Well, to say that Trump lied is to sound
- 22:32Speaker 6: like an idiot. Of course Trump lies every time he
- 22:34Speaker 6: opens his mouth. But his campaign was about not doing
- 22:41Speaker 6: exactly this. But he's a puppet. He's a puppet of
- 22:45Speaker 6: the CIA, and a puppet of Miriam Aedelman and a
- 22:50Speaker 6: puppet of a bb Net Yahoo. So he's a puppet
- 22:53Speaker 6: or blackmailed or something. So this is one point. The
- 22:57Speaker 6: American people are completely against this, and as the Gallup
- 23:02Speaker 6: poll showed last Friday, the American people are on the
- 23:06Speaker 6: side of the Palestinians. Both make complete sense. This is
- 23:11Speaker 6: a madhouse. This is not in any remote way rational, deliberate, legal, honest,
- 23:25Speaker 6: aimed at our security. It's aimed at the delusion of
- 23:31Speaker 6: complete control. Yeah, well, yeah, you can't control the world
- 23:37Speaker 6: this way. Mad men have tried for millennia. We're just
- 23:43Speaker 6: the latest in this. But it comes to a very
- 23:46Speaker 6: bad end.
- 23:47Speaker 3: And I think that we're saying that all right now,
- 23:49Speaker 3: especially with people like Lindsay Graham at the forefront. Why
- 23:52Speaker 3: don't we take a listen to his comment about what
- 23:54Speaker 3: the future of Iran should look like? Sounds a lot
- 23:57Speaker 3: like what we have had in store for Iraq. Let's
- 23:59Speaker 3: take a lot.
- 24:00Speaker 7: The social media post Sunday, President Trump wrote this quote,
- 24:04Speaker 7: Hopefully the IRGC and police will peacefully merge with the
- 24:08Speaker 7: Iranian patriots and work together as a unit to bring
- 24:12Speaker 7: back the country to the greatness it deserves, is hope.
- 24:17Speaker 7: The plan for the future of Iran.
- 24:22Speaker 8: No, the future of Iran is going to be determined
- 24:25Speaker 8: by the Iranian people. The new Iran, whatever it is,
- 24:30Speaker 8: whether it's a cleric or a representative democracy, our goal
- 24:35Speaker 8: is to make sure it cannot become again the largest
- 24:38Speaker 8: state sponsor of terrorism.
- 24:39Speaker 5: That's a win for us.
- 24:41Speaker 7: But is there a plan to make sure that happens? Senator?
- 24:45Speaker 7: Is there a plan? Does the President have a plan
- 24:47Speaker 7: to guarantee that that happens.
- 24:50Speaker 8: No, it's not his job or my job to do this.
- 24:54Speaker 8: How many times do I have to tell you? Our
- 24:56Speaker 8: job is to make sure Iran is no longer the
- 24:59Speaker 8: largest sponsor of terrorism, to help the people reconstruct a
- 25:03Speaker 8: new government. No boots on the ground. We don't own
- 25:06Speaker 8: you know this idea, you break it, you own it.
- 25:08Speaker 8: I don't buy that one did. It's an America's interest
- 25:11Speaker 8: to make sure, the Iotola is dead.
- 25:13Speaker 5: He's dead.
- 25:14Speaker 1: He doesn't buy that.
- 25:15Speaker 3: You break it, you own it, he says, dodges the
- 25:18Speaker 3: question there about any sort of plan that's currently in place.
- 25:22Speaker 3: As you were saying earlier, it seems now like a
- 25:25Speaker 3: literal madhouse in this government. Literally, Sarah, while you were talking,
- 25:29Speaker 3: I just have to read you this quote from the
- 25:30Speaker 3: Secretary of Defense. This is not a so called regime
- 25:33Speaker 3: change war, but the regime sure did change. This is
- 25:36Speaker 3: what we're dealing with now currently.
- 25:38Speaker 5: Yeah, secretary of war, I have to correct you. Well,
- 25:41Speaker 5: start defense, I said, Secretary of Defense. But yeah, we
- 25:45Speaker 5: have war. Yeah.
- 25:47Speaker 6: Well, I've spent decades, along with bemoaning bb Netnaho and
- 25:52Speaker 6: clean Break, thinking that Lindsey Graham is the stupidest person
- 25:56Speaker 6: in Washington, the most vile. That's a very tough competition,
- 26:01Speaker 6: by the way, but that man has never opened his
- 26:04Speaker 6: mouth in thirty years without wanting more deaths of other people.
- 26:08Speaker 6: And now he also says so clearly, no responsibility. I
- 26:14Speaker 6: would like the American people to understand. I'm sure that
- 26:17Speaker 6: they do. But just to clarify, we have been meddling
- 26:21Speaker 6: in and destroying Iran now for seventy three years actively.
- 26:29Speaker 6: It was in nineteen fifty three that the CIA and
- 26:34Speaker 6: MI six overthrew the democratically elected and popular government of
- 26:40Speaker 6: Prime Minister Mosadek. They did it because Mosadic had the
- 26:45Speaker 6: complete audacity to say that the oil in Iran should
- 26:49Speaker 6: belong to the Iranian people. This was far too much
- 26:53Speaker 6: for Alan dolls at the CIA and for MI six,
- 26:58Speaker 6: who knew full well the oil in Iran belongs to
- 27:02Speaker 6: Britain and to the United States, so they overthrew him.
- 27:06Speaker 6: In that case, there was a quote successful regime change
- 27:10Speaker 6: operation which put in place a police state, the state
- 27:15Speaker 6: led by the puppet, the Shah of Iran. In nineteen
- 27:21Speaker 6: seventy nine, he was overthrown in a mass revulsion against
- 27:26Speaker 6: decades of an American imposed police state, and this government
- 27:30Speaker 6: came into power immediately. Immediately, the United States armed Iraq
- 27:37Speaker 6: to kill hundreds of thousands of Iranians in the Iraq
- 27:43Speaker 6: Iran War between nineteen eighty and nineteen eighty eight. Saddam
- 27:47Speaker 6: Hussein was our guy. He was the CIA's guy. Of course,
- 27:52Speaker 6: when the CIA is done with you, they kill you.
- 27:56Speaker 6: So Saddam became the worst enemy of the United States.
- 28:00Speaker 6: Soon afterwards, after he had done the bidding of the
- 28:03Speaker 6: United States for years. Since then, it has been actually,
- 28:08Speaker 6: now I know, since nineteen eighty six, it's been bb Netnyow,
- 28:12Speaker 6: who's a dream to overthrow the Iranian government. I always
- 28:16Speaker 6: counted it as nineteen ninety six, but the United States
- 28:20Speaker 6: has been using every subterfuge, covert operation. It has been
- 28:28Speaker 6: using assassinations, economic warfare, crushing the Iranian economy ever since.
- 28:37Speaker 6: The Iranians have said all that time they don't want
- 28:42Speaker 6: a nuclear weapon. Bb netnew who is a psychopath, said
- 28:48Speaker 6: in nineteen ninety six they are weeks away, days away,
- 28:51Speaker 6: months away. And he's been saying that for thirty years.
- 28:55Speaker 6: For all I know, he's been saying it for forty years.
- 28:58Speaker 6: He is a vulgar, blatant, genocidal liar. I hope I'm
- 29:02Speaker 6: being clear. This is we're dealing with something absolutely dangerous
- 29:08Speaker 6: in this world that is running our country. So it's
- 29:12Speaker 6: extremely dangerous. The Iranians did not want a nuclear weapon.
- 29:18Speaker 6: The religious leader who they just assassinated was the one
- 29:22Speaker 6: that said no nuclear weapons. It's against Islam, so kill him.
- 29:28Speaker 6: It had nothing to do with nuclear weapons. All this time,
- 29:32Speaker 6: the Iranians reached out constantly to negotiate, and in twenty
- 29:37Speaker 6: fifteen they concluded an agreement with the United States, Britain, France, Russia, China,
- 29:45Speaker 6: and Germany the p five countries plus one called the
- 29:50Speaker 6: Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, and it put Iran strictly
- 29:55Speaker 6: under UN supervision in the International Atomic Energy Agency. Bib Neetnia,
- 30:02Speaker 6: who had a fit because he wanted to overthrow the government.
- 30:06Speaker 6: He did not want peaceful relations with a non nuclear Iran.
- 30:12Speaker 6: So Donald Trump, who is a puppet of our Cia,
- 30:17Speaker 6: Mosad and Miriam Madleson in the rest, ripped up the
- 30:23Speaker 6: JCPOA in twenty eighteen. That's the story. Then they bombed
- 30:29Speaker 6: one of Iran's nuclear facilities. And by the way, during
- 30:32Speaker 6: the period from twenty fifteen to twenty eighteen, Iran stuck
- 30:38Speaker 6: with the agreement, even though the United States cheated on
- 30:41Speaker 6: the agreement that it signed because it was supposed to
- 30:44Speaker 6: and the US sanctions which it did not do. Then
- 30:48Speaker 6: Trump ripped it up. Then they began a campaign of assassinations.
- 30:53Speaker 6: Then they began bombing Iran's nuclear facilities. And that's the story.
- 31:01Speaker 6: They don't want an agreement. Last year they negotiated and
- 31:07Speaker 6: then in the middle of the negotiations bombed Iran. This year,
- 31:11Speaker 6: again they negotiated and then bombed Iran. You might ask,
- 31:18Speaker 6: why did Iran come back to the negotiating table this
- 31:22Speaker 6: time after the falsity last time. I'll tell you why.
- 31:27Speaker 6: It's a little strange. It's a little weird. But nobody
- 31:32Speaker 6: behaves as badly as the United States. So it's very
- 31:35Speaker 6: hard to calibrate when there is a government that says
- 31:39Speaker 6: we're negotiating, when they bring in a mediator, in this
- 31:43Speaker 6: case Oman, when the US negotiators Witkoff and Kushner say, oh,
- 31:51Speaker 6: we're making progress, it's hard for other people to calibrate
- 31:57Speaker 6: the evil that's under it. This was a premeditated war
- 32:02Speaker 6: and the negotiations are a pretext. So this is what's happening.
- 32:11Speaker 6: It's amazing, it's you don't see this anywhere else.
- 32:15Speaker 5: In the world.
- 32:16Speaker 6: By the way, at the emergency meeting of the UN
- 32:19Speaker 6: Security Council that I attended on Saturday, you see how
- 32:26Speaker 6: we're in the looking glass because one country after another
- 32:31Speaker 6: attacked Iran for its violence. Even Bahrain called it unprovoked
- 32:38Speaker 6: attack by Iran. Well, it's actually easy to do the
- 32:44Speaker 6: scorecard if your country hosts the US military. First of all,
- 32:51Speaker 6: it means that you also host the CIA. It means
- 32:55Speaker 6: you are an occupied country. And so everyone that spoke
- 32:59Speaker 6: against Iran as an occupied country by the United States.
- 33:02Speaker 6: These are not independent countries. When we listen to Mertz
- 33:06Speaker 6: or to Macron, or to the Danes or to the British,
- 33:11Speaker 6: the US military and CIA is all over those countries
- 33:15Speaker 6: and has been for decades. These are not independent voices.
- 33:20Speaker 6: These are part of the vassal states of the empire.
- 33:24Speaker 6: This empire is destroying itself in its bloodyness, its bloody mindedness,
- 33:32Speaker 6: its murders, its wars, its debts, the trillions of dollars
- 33:37Speaker 6: we're spending in this. But this is an empire that
- 33:40Speaker 6: is behaving so shockingly that others actually can't calibrate. They
- 33:47Speaker 6: don't understand that negotiation means we will come to murder you,
- 33:53Speaker 6: and that the best thing is we will murder your
- 33:56Speaker 6: religious leader.
- 33:58Speaker 2: Let me go ahead and put E five up on
- 34:00Speaker 2: the screen to your point about the golf allies here.
- 34:04Speaker 2: So there was a Saudi analyst who went on Al
- 34:06Speaker 2: Jazeera and told them, quote, America has abandoned US and
- 34:10Speaker 2: focused its defense systems on protecting Israel leaving the Gulf
- 34:14Speaker 2: states that host its military bases at the mercy of
- 34:17Speaker 2: Iranian missiles and drones. And we have seen some impacts
- 34:21Speaker 2: throughout the region, including unbelievable images in Dubai, which is
- 34:26Speaker 2: of course a playground of the global rich, where some
- 34:29Speaker 2: of the luxury hotels have been hit. I can scarcely
- 34:34Speaker 2: wrap my head around the level of you know, damage,
- 34:37Speaker 2: brand damage and economic damage that will be done over
- 34:40Speaker 2: the long term. What do you make of these comments
- 34:43Speaker 2: and potentially a reassessment that is being done here by
- 34:47Speaker 2: the Saudis as they see that the US is number
- 34:49Speaker 2: one priority is ourselves and the Israelis well.
- 34:53Speaker 6: I would refer them to two observations, first by President
- 34:57Speaker 6: John F. Kennedy and is Inaugura address, he said, those
- 35:01Speaker 6: who would ride on the back of the tiger often
- 35:04Speaker 6: find themselves inside it. In other words, you ride on
- 35:09Speaker 6: the back of a violent empire, you become a victim.
- 35:13Speaker 6: So the Saudis have known full well they host US
- 35:17Speaker 6: military bases, the Gulf countries host US military bases. The
- 35:21Speaker 6: behavior of the United States is brazen and illegal, so
- 35:25Speaker 6: this is what comes. I would also cite Henry Kissinger's
- 35:30Speaker 6: famous adage that to be an enemy of the United
- 35:34Speaker 6: States is dangerous, but to be a friend is fatal.
- 35:38Speaker 6: So these countries need to grow up. They need to understand.
- 35:43Speaker 6: Does the Arab world want to be a vassal of
- 35:46Speaker 6: the United States. I don't think so. Does that provide
- 35:50Speaker 6: them security? I don't think so. And incidentally, the damage
- 35:54Speaker 6: to an entrepos like Dubai is devastating. This is supposed
- 36:01Speaker 6: to be the place where it's safe to bring your family,
- 36:03Speaker 6: to bring your money, to come for vacation, not to
- 36:07Speaker 6: be in a hotel that is bombed. This will have
- 36:11Speaker 6: a very, very long shadow on the region. But that
- 36:16Speaker 6: is the miscalculation that these countries have made. They've watched
- 36:21Speaker 6: the United States and Israel committed genocide in Gaza. They
- 36:25Speaker 6: were quiet because they're occupied. They think this is safe.
- 36:29Speaker 6: This is not safe. The safety in our world is
- 36:32Speaker 6: to speak the truth. It's not to go along with
- 36:36Speaker 6: the brazen evil of power.
- 36:39Speaker 3: Finally, I'm just curious for how you think you we
- 36:42Speaker 3: talked there about the UN Security Council. There's been a
- 36:45Speaker 3: lot of big talk by the President of Canada or
- 36:47Speaker 3: the Prime Minister of Canada. The New World order is changing,
- 36:50Speaker 3: he immediately supports the regime change war with Iran. You
- 36:52Speaker 3: just talked here about the vassal states of Europe. For
- 36:55Speaker 3: how long are their populations going to put up with this?
- 36:58Speaker 3: We just did a segment about blowbacks pecifically across the
- 37:01Speaker 3: entire Middle East, including a possible terrorist attack right here
- 37:04Speaker 3: on our own country, reminiscent of many of the scenes
- 37:07Speaker 3: from the war in Iraq and the so called global
- 37:10Speaker 3: war on terror. Do you think this is going to
- 37:11Speaker 3: be a prolonged kind of earth shaking geopolitical movement or
- 37:15Speaker 3: is there any point at all for us to be
- 37:17Speaker 3: able to pull back from the brink and Trump can
- 37:19Speaker 3: just falsely declare victory and move on, or is just
- 37:22Speaker 3: the genie out of the bottle completely.
- 37:24Speaker 6: I just want to point out that a momentous event
- 37:27Speaker 6: last week, which seems like a different world because it is,
- 37:33Speaker 6: was when the German Chancellor Mertz went to China and
- 37:39Speaker 6: there were clips of him watching the Chinese robots performing.
- 37:45Speaker 6: He was watching something the United States can't do, Europe
- 37:48Speaker 6: can't do. He was watching a country that is at
- 37:52Speaker 6: peace and that is moving forward technologically, that is investing,
- 37:57Speaker 6: that is at the frontier of technology to the United
- 38:01Speaker 6: States in the meantime is mass murdering people, killing people,
- 38:05Speaker 6: running a budget deficit of seven percent of GDP, and
- 38:09Speaker 6: can't keep our goddamn infrastructure working at all. You come
- 38:12Speaker 6: back to any American infrastructure, any airport. Nothing works, not
- 38:17Speaker 6: the escalators, not the elevators, not the walkways, nothing works.
- 38:21Speaker 5: Our government is half shut down.
- 38:23Speaker 6: So the reality is we are doing ourselves in this
- 38:27Speaker 6: way under this quest for global hegemony. That's the real
- 38:34Speaker 6: story here. How self destructive this is, by the way,
- 38:39Speaker 6: how much Trump lied every word about claiming that he
- 38:43Speaker 6: was going to stop this. He didn't stop it at all.
- 38:46Speaker 6: He just opened up the floodgates of more killing.
- 38:49Speaker 2: Frusser Sax, thank you, as always for your insights. We're
- 38:52Speaker 2: really grateful for your time this morning.
- 38:53Speaker 5: Thank you, sick to be with you, thank you.
- 38:58Speaker 2: All Right, guys, we've got yet another heavy hitter guest
- 39:01Speaker 2: and first time guest on the show, Professor Jang. He
- 39:03Speaker 2: is the star of the popular YouTube channel Predictive History.
- 39:06Speaker 2: He uses game theory to analyze past, current and to
- 39:09Speaker 2: predict future geopolitical events, and he joins us now.
- 39:13Speaker 4: Professor, great to.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Have you, goodness you sir, thanks ag Wating me.
- 39:15Speaker 4: Yeah, of course.
- 39:16Speaker 2: So you know, for people who aren't familiar with your work,
- 39:19Speaker 2: I wanted to show folks that back in twenty twenty
- 39:22Speaker 2: four you made three big predictions, one that Trump would win,
- 39:28Speaker 2: two that he would start a war with a run,
- 39:30Speaker 2: and three.
- 39:31Speaker 4: That the US would lose that war. Let's take a
- 39:34Speaker 4: listen to that.
- 39:35Speaker 9: In this class the semester, I'm making three big predictions right,
- 39:40Speaker 9: First is that Trump will win in November. Second is
- 39:46Speaker 9: that the United States will go to war against Irad.
- 39:51Speaker 9: And the third big big prediction is that the United
- 39:54Speaker 9: States will lose this war, which will forever change the
- 40:00Speaker 9: global order.
- 40:01Speaker 2: So obviously that last one is the only one that
- 40:05Speaker 2: has not yet come to fruition. Is quite a stunning prediction.
- 40:08Speaker 2: Do you stand by it? And what have you seen
- 40:09Speaker 2: so far that leads you to sort of stand firm
- 40:12Speaker 2: in that conclusion.
- 40:13Speaker 9: So, given my analysis of how the war's progressing, I
- 40:18Speaker 9: think that Iran has many more advantages over the United States.
- 40:24Speaker 5: The reality is that right now.
- 40:27Speaker 9: It's a war attrition between United States and Iran, and
- 40:31Speaker 9: the Iranians have preparing twenty years for this conflict. In
- 40:36Speaker 9: the eschatology in the religion. This is a war against
- 40:39Speaker 9: the Great Satan. They've had many practice runs. Last June
- 40:44Speaker 9: was a twelve day war when the Iranians were able
- 40:48Speaker 9: to examine analyze the strict capacities of both.
- 40:52Speaker 5: Israelis and Americans.
- 40:54Speaker 9: And they've had a lot of time eight months to
- 40:57Speaker 9: prepare folly for this new attack.
- 41:03Speaker 5: They through their proxies the.
- 41:05Speaker 9: Hoofis Hespella Hamas and that She militias, have been able
- 41:12Speaker 9: to really grasp the American mentality and now they have
- 41:18Speaker 9: a pretty good strategy of how to weaken and ultimately
- 41:21Speaker 9: destroy the American Empire. So what uh the Iranians are
- 41:26Speaker 9: doing is they're not They're waging war against the entire
- 41:29Speaker 9: global economy. And so they are striking the GCC countries.
- 41:35Speaker 9: And not only are they striking GCZ countries American basis,
- 41:38Speaker 9: they're going after the critical energy infrastructure of these bases.
- 41:42Speaker 9: They blocked up the trip Homus and eventually they will
- 41:46Speaker 9: go after the water desalidation plants, which is a lifeblood
- 41:50Speaker 9: of these nations because they don't have fresh water supply.
- 41:54Speaker 9: In fact, uh, the water desalidation plants provides sixty percent of.
- 41:59Speaker 5: The gsees water supply.
- 42:03Speaker 9: So if a drone and you know these drones cost
- 42:06Speaker 9: fifty thousand dollars, if they wiped out a desarvation plant
- 42:10Speaker 9: in read Sardi Arabia, and it's a city of ten
- 42:13Speaker 9: million people, right.
- 42:15Speaker 5: They'd be out of water in two weeks. In two weeks.
- 42:21Speaker 9: And right now the Ranians have the Facto closed off.
- 42:24Speaker 9: The Chevoe moves and the g C gets ninety percent
- 42:28Speaker 9: of its food from the Chevoll moose. So I know
- 42:33Speaker 9: a lot you're talking about the disruptions to global economy,
- 42:37Speaker 9: but right now the Iranians are actually threatening the very
- 42:42Speaker 9: existence of Saudi Arabia, uae Raan Qatar. And what this
- 42:48Speaker 9: is important is that the Gulf States are really the
- 42:52Speaker 9: lynchpin of the American economy. So what they do is
- 42:57Speaker 9: they sell petrol dollars and any recycle the picture dollars
- 43:00Speaker 9: back into the American economy, food investments in a stock market.
- 43:05Speaker 9: And right now we know that the entire entire market
- 43:08Speaker 9: economy is propped up by AI investments in data centers
- 43:12Speaker 9: and a lot of that comes from the Gulf States.
- 43:16Speaker 9: So if the Golf States are not longer able to
- 43:20Speaker 9: sell oil and they're longer able to finance AI. This
- 43:25Speaker 9: AI bubble United States, then this all public.
- 43:28Speaker 5: Will burst and with it will.
- 43:32Speaker 9: Will burst as well as well the entire American economy,
- 43:35Speaker 9: which is really a financial Ponty scheme. So that's that's
- 43:38Speaker 9: a dire situation that the markets are phasing right now.
- 43:41Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean to your points there.
- 43:42Speaker 3: An Amazon data center was literally hit in the UAE,
- 43:45Speaker 3: and now, of course big tech companies which we're looking at.
- 43:48Speaker 3: The UAE is a major potential data center investment hub
- 43:51Speaker 3: with cheap and abundant energy probably going to be rethinking that.
- 43:54Speaker 3: We also wanted to talk to you about munitions. We
- 43:57Speaker 3: can put this next one up here on the screen.
- 43:59Speaker 3: United States is racing to accomplish Iran mission before munitions
- 44:03Speaker 3: run out. This is specifically around interceptor math. There's a
- 44:06Speaker 3: famous video just from yesterday in Israel which shows a
- 44:10Speaker 3: single Iranian ballistic missile which is being targeted by some
- 44:13Speaker 3: eleven different interceptors, all of which miss most of those
- 44:17Speaker 3: come from the United States, not to mention all of
- 44:20Speaker 3: the different bases the GCC countries that you just talked about,
- 44:23Speaker 3: and the asymmetry of the cost. It's a million dollar
- 44:26Speaker 3: for a missile, tens of millions per interceptor in some
- 44:29Speaker 3: of these cases, with these munitions running out, how does
- 44:32Speaker 3: that change the global picture? So you're in China, obviously
- 44:36Speaker 3: much of the stocks in Asia of the United States
- 44:38Speaker 3: are likely to have to be cannibalized if this were
- 44:41Speaker 3: to go on. How's that going to affect the global
- 44:42Speaker 3: picture here?
- 44:44Speaker 5: Right?
- 44:44Speaker 9: So my first point is that the United States military
- 44:48Speaker 9: is not design to fight a twenty first century war. Remember,
- 44:52Speaker 9: the Military Industrial Complex came to being after World War II,
- 44:55Speaker 9: and it's designed to fight the Cold War. And the
- 44:58Speaker 9: Cold War was really about uscle flexing about who was
- 45:00Speaker 9: able to send people up in the space, was able
- 45:03Speaker 9: who was to first get the person on the moon,
- 45:06Speaker 9: who had the more complex missile systems, And so the
- 45:11Speaker 9: entire American military strategy revolves around very sophisticately sophisticated tech
- 45:17Speaker 9: technology that costs a lot of money to build. And
- 45:22Speaker 9: that's what the American in defense system is is, basically,
- 45:26Speaker 9: and that's why we're seeing this asymmetry, as you point out,
- 45:30Speaker 9: in this war where you have these million dollar missiles
- 45:33Speaker 9: trying to take out these fifty thousand dollars drones, and
- 45:34Speaker 9: it's not sustainable in the long term, and So what
- 45:38Speaker 9: we're seeing is really the puncturing of the aura of
- 45:43Speaker 9: invincibility and inevitability that sustained American hegendimony for the past
- 45:48Speaker 9: twenty years, especially after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
- 45:52Speaker 9: And this is really a reordering of not just a
- 45:54Speaker 9: global economy, because this signals the collapse of the petro
- 45:58Speaker 9: dollar and with it the entire US dollar based reserve
- 46:04Speaker 9: currency system, but also global the global hegeminy of the
- 46:09Speaker 9: United States.
- 46:09Speaker 5: We're moving towards a multipolar.
- 46:10Speaker 4: World, professor.
- 46:13Speaker 2: This morning, Secretary of War Pete Heegsath was asked a
- 46:17Speaker 2: question about potential ground troops in Iran. He refused to
- 46:21Speaker 2: rule out that possibility, and he said, you know, well,
- 46:24Speaker 2: we're not going to project to you what we will
- 46:27Speaker 2: or will not do. What we don't want to, you know,
- 46:29Speaker 2: rule anything out. We will do what it takes. Do
- 46:32Speaker 2: you think that America will end up invading Iran from
- 46:36Speaker 2: the ground, since it's already becoming relatively clear they won't
- 46:40Speaker 2: be able to accomplish the goal of regime change or
- 46:42Speaker 2: even regime collapse using just air power alone.
- 46:45Speaker 9: Right, So everyone says that the worst calamity that could
- 46:49Speaker 9: happen United States is if it were to say ground
- 46:51Speaker 9: troops into Iran the same time the United States ar
- 46:56Speaker 9: commentary regime change in Iran. We've never had a president
- 47:00Speaker 9: in history where you were able to regime change from.
- 47:03Speaker 5: The ear alone. You need ground troops.
- 47:06Speaker 9: And so unfortunately, what's going to happen over the next
- 47:08Speaker 9: few months is that pressure will build on America to
- 47:13Speaker 9: send ground troops, especially from the GCC countries and from Israel,
- 47:17Speaker 9: which are being powdered right now by the Iranians. So
- 47:21Speaker 9: remember that if the GCC country STUDI, Arabia, Qatar, UAE
- 47:27Speaker 9: but around, if they go, then the petro dollar goes
- 47:30Speaker 9: with them. So the Americans need to protect these countries.
- 47:34Speaker 9: And these countries are going to demand that either the
- 47:39Speaker 9: Americans bribe the Iranians to cease and this is like
- 47:42Speaker 9: fives in indemnity, okay, or send ground troops to wipe
- 47:47Speaker 9: out the Iranian thread once and for all. And I
- 47:50Speaker 9: know that there's no political will for ground troops to
- 47:55Speaker 9: be used against Iran among American people. Remember that seventy
- 47:59Speaker 9: eight percent difin people was against initial strikes against Iran
- 48:03Speaker 9: in the first place.
- 48:04Speaker 3: Right, And one of the things that really comes into question.
- 48:07Speaker 3: I think with all of this, or when we're looking
- 48:09Speaker 3: at the geopolitical picture and the sacrificing in much of
- 48:13Speaker 3: this from the United States on behalf of Israel, is
- 48:15Speaker 3: kind of a question as to who and what wanted this.
- 48:18Speaker 3: We were actually curious for your review on a disputed
- 48:21Speaker 3: report here from the Washington Post. We can put it
- 48:23Speaker 3: up here on the screen F three. A push from
- 48:26Speaker 3: the Saudis Israel helped move Trump to attack Iran. Now
- 48:29Speaker 3: this has been internally disputed by Saudi Arabia saying that
- 48:32Speaker 3: they did not push the Trump administration to attack Iran.
- 48:36Speaker 1: However, this is clearly.
- 48:37Speaker 3: An authorized leak from our own government trying to at
- 48:39Speaker 3: least lay some of the blame on behalf of the GCC.
- 48:42Speaker 3: What do you make of this analysis and of this
- 48:45Speaker 3: narrative that Saudi Arabia was also trying to be behind
- 48:49Speaker 3: this push to bomb Iran.
- 48:51Speaker 9: So I've always argue that both Saudi Arabia and Israel
- 48:54Speaker 9: are heavily invested in regime change in Iran. In fact,
- 48:58Speaker 9: Saudi Arabia sees Ran as much more of an eccent
- 49:02Speaker 9: crisis than Israel, because remember, Israel still has nuclear weapons
- 49:05Speaker 9: and Israel is a very diverse, very sophicated economy, whereas
- 49:09Speaker 9: Studi Arabia, it's completely reliant on oil. And it's always
- 49:13Speaker 9: had problems with Iran because Iran is a theocracy opposed
- 49:18Speaker 9: to the Saudi monarchy. Iran funds and equips the Houthis,
- 49:26Speaker 9: which have have been antagonistic towards Saudi rebear for the
- 49:29Speaker 9: longest time, and right now they started economy is suffering.
- 49:34Speaker 9: It's been trying to pivot towards marve Taurus economy. That's
- 49:38Speaker 9: why they brought in Renaldo, That's why they're switching to
- 49:40Speaker 9: the e gaming, That's why they're being some building something
- 49:43Speaker 9: called a line Neo, and all these things are not
- 49:46Speaker 9: working out. So they need to be able to control
- 49:51Speaker 9: the oil resources all the entire Middle East there to
- 49:54Speaker 9: survive and frag as a nation. So I do believe
- 49:58Speaker 9: that this reporting is credible, even though it does make
- 50:02Speaker 9: sort everybody look bad. I remember Sarata Arabia says that
- 50:06Speaker 9: they wanted peace, but they are helping this release and
- 50:09Speaker 9: Americans attack event right now because they're allowing the ares
- 50:14Speaker 9: reelies and Americans to use Saudi airspace.
- 50:17Speaker 2: So help us understand, because it still feels to me
- 50:19Speaker 2: like there are some pieces that don't totally add up.
- 50:23Speaker 2: You had in advance of this war on Iran, you
- 50:26Speaker 2: had top military brass up to the Chairman of the
- 50:29Speaker 2: Joint Chiefs of Staff saying, this is a.
- 50:31Speaker 4: Really bad idea. You know, we are not ready for this.
- 50:35Speaker 2: You know all the math on the interceptors that's been
- 50:37Speaker 2: talked about for months at this point, and yet Trump still.
- 50:42Speaker 4: Decided to go ahead.
- 50:44Speaker 2: What is the calculus that he was making here that
- 50:47Speaker 2: led him to take what you know already appears to
- 50:50Speaker 2: be catastrophic actions?
- 50:52Speaker 5: Right? Okay, So this is the key question, why do
- 50:55Speaker 5: they do this?
- 50:56Speaker 9: I think there are three possibilities, okay, and I think
- 50:58Speaker 9: all three possibilities are badalid. The first is that of Hubris.
- 51:02Speaker 9: If you look at history, this is how empires behave.
- 51:06Speaker 9: So the Mendoro kidnapping was quick successful, and it was
- 51:12Speaker 9: adrenaline rush for Trump, and that made him overconfident in
- 51:16Speaker 9: the capacity of the American military. Okay, So Hubris is
- 51:20Speaker 9: a factor, and we see this throughout history. What did
- 51:22Speaker 9: Hitler invade Salent because he conquered Europe really easily and
- 51:25Speaker 9: he thought it was invincible, right, and that led to
- 51:28Speaker 9: the destruction of the German army in the Soviet Union.
- 51:32Speaker 5: So Hubris is a factor.
- 51:33Speaker 9: Then you have to look at internal political calculus where
- 51:38Speaker 9: even though America does not benefit from this war against Iran,
- 51:42Speaker 9: Trump himself personally benefits. Why because the Saudis and Israelis
- 51:48Speaker 9: are bribing him to attack Iran. Remember that the Saudis
- 51:53Speaker 9: invested two billion dollars in the private equity fund of
- 51:56Speaker 9: Jared Kushner, who is the son in law of Donald Trump,
- 51:59Speaker 9: and through Mariam Aedilson, have been financing Trump's local career. Right,
- 52:04Speaker 9: So Mariam Adilson a few months back said that you
- 52:09Speaker 9: will put up twenty fifty million dollars if Trump were
- 52:12Speaker 9: to run a third term. So Trump is getting a
- 52:15Speaker 9: lot of financial and political support from Assades and israel Is. Also,
- 52:19Speaker 9: remember that this will if this war goes sideways and
- 52:23Speaker 9: Trump is forced to use ground troops, he will probably
- 52:27Speaker 9: get approved from Congress and this will give him emergency
- 52:30Speaker 9: of war powers which will allow him to uh influence
- 52:34Speaker 9: the midterms. So Trump is thinking about a third term,
- 52:38Speaker 9: and I think at the bulock box he probably won't
- 52:40Speaker 9: get it. But if there's a war going on and
- 52:43Speaker 9: you can delay elections, and you have emergency war powers
- 52:47Speaker 9: and people rally on the flag, then.
- 52:49Speaker 5: He probably he probably will get a third term.
- 52:51Speaker 9: And the last factor that is very important is eschatological factor,
- 52:56Speaker 9: where if you look at the Epstein fouls, it's clear
- 52:58Speaker 9: that we are run by sacred societies. It's clear that
- 53:01Speaker 9: the world is run by these individuals who have a
- 53:06Speaker 9: lot of power. We don't know who they are, but
- 53:07Speaker 9: they control the military, they control the National security opretus,
- 53:12Speaker 9: and these people.
- 53:14Speaker 5: They're different names for these people.
- 53:16Speaker 9: You can home the Illuminati, and the Illuminati are composed
- 53:19Speaker 9: of three major groups.
- 53:21Speaker 5: Okay.
- 53:21Speaker 9: You have the Jesuits who control the Vatican, you have
- 53:23Speaker 9: the seventeen Francis, which control the mons Israel today, and
- 53:26Speaker 9: you have the Freemasons, which control the National Security appretus
- 53:30Speaker 9: of the United States, and they believe that Israel, this
- 53:35Speaker 9: one in Middle Ease, is key to the end times
- 53:38Speaker 9: in creating heaven on Earth. So it's almost like a
- 53:41Speaker 9: script that they're following, even though it doesn't make any
- 53:45Speaker 9: tiplical sense. Okay, so I would say that these three
- 53:48Speaker 9: are the best reasons why this is happening.
- 53:50Speaker 3: Wow, well, sir, I hope you come back. This is
- 53:53Speaker 3: very informative, I think for both of us. We deeply
- 53:55Speaker 3: appreciate your time.
- 53:56Speaker 5: Thank you, thank you.
- 53:58Speaker 1: We went a little bit late today.
- 54:00Speaker 3: Gonna be doing the A m A tomorrow, so we'll
- 54:01Speaker 3: see you all then, Hm,
