- 0:05Speaker 1: This is America with Rich Valdez, powered by poliitweek dot
- 0:09Speaker 1: com and.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Rich Valdees is with US former Christian Administration official.
- 0:12Speaker 3: You work at Chris Christie and follows each on a
- 0:14Speaker 3: lot of public service stuff. Rich Valdez calumnist now with
- 0:17Speaker 3: the Washington Times.
- 0:18Speaker 4: This is America, Richiev.
- 0:20Speaker 5: You're on the air with a Nation Nation with America.
- 0:23Speaker 4: With your host, Rich Valdez.
- 0:26Speaker 3: What's up, America, I am Rich Valdez. Valdeza then asked
- 0:29Speaker 3: that Rich Valdez on all of the social media, welcome
- 0:32Speaker 3: to the program. Happy Friday, to your big day today.
- 0:37Speaker 3: And toward the end of the program, I'm going to
- 0:38Speaker 3: play the announcement that we have. I mentioned that I'd
- 0:41Speaker 3: be making an announcement in January. It is January twenty third,
- 0:44Speaker 3: and I will be making that announcement. So welcome to
- 0:46Speaker 3: the program. I am Rich Valdez at Rich Valdez on
- 0:49Speaker 3: all of the social media. I may or may not
- 0:51Speaker 3: have said that already. And we are seventeen miles away
- 0:55Speaker 3: from Madison Square Garden. Actually it's really seventeen blocks. We
- 0:59Speaker 3: have a new studio now. But anyway, I want to
- 1:01Speaker 3: get into a number of things because there's a shooting
- 1:05Speaker 3: that has a lot of people and rightly so right,
- 1:09Speaker 3: people should always be concerned with shooting. Shootings shouldn't be
- 1:11Speaker 3: a normal thing, right. We shouldn't be like Chicago where
- 1:13Speaker 3: we go wow, I mean by yeah, Mada, I don't know,
- 1:16Speaker 3: through Hio and they do. No. No, we can't do that.
- 1:18Speaker 3: We can't just lament that they shot another person. Ah,
- 1:21Speaker 3: too bad, poor thing. No, it's important that we have feelings,
- 1:25Speaker 3: that we have humanity and we actually take stuff seriously.
- 1:28Speaker 3: But what I want to get into here is this
- 1:32Speaker 3: this shooting, right, because this shooting is complicated, right, And
- 1:36Speaker 3: some people are going to say, oh my gosh, the
- 1:38Speaker 3: ice thugs are out there killing people in the streets.
- 1:41Speaker 3: Others are going to say, how could you just sit
- 1:43Speaker 3: there and blindly defend the police. I'm going to say
- 1:46Speaker 3: that shootings are not an open and shut thing, right,
- 1:49Speaker 3: And I guess they can be. Right. If you're the
- 1:51Speaker 3: judge and this comes to you as the judge, you're
- 1:54Speaker 3: going to have to figure out, right, did this officer
- 1:57Speaker 3: intend to harm this person for like no good reason
- 2:02Speaker 3: or was this a defensive shooting. Now we've seen a
- 2:05Speaker 3: million in two videos that are starting to come out.
- 2:07Speaker 3: It's clear to me that every cop there, every ice officer,
- 2:12Speaker 3: was trying to remove the gun, secure the gun, make
- 2:16Speaker 3: sure they don't get shot by the gun that was
- 2:18Speaker 3: on mister Pretty. I wish I had his name in
- 2:23Speaker 3: front of me. Forgive me for being so prepared, but
- 2:25Speaker 3: you know what I'm talking about, this guy, the male nurse.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Let me stop umming and actually just look up his name.
- 2:30Speaker 3: I think it's Ryan Pretty, right, Ryan. Maybe it's not
- 2:34Speaker 3: Ryan Pretty, maybe it's something else. I know those of
- 2:38Speaker 3: you who know it are like, hey, it's not that,
- 2:40Speaker 3: it's this Alex Pretty. Excuse me. I think he was
- 2:44Speaker 3: referred to as Ryan Pretty and some of the initial reports. Okay,
- 2:46Speaker 3: so it wasn't me right as it came out, this
- 2:49Speaker 3: guy Alex Pretty, male nurse. Anyway, he was shot right,
- 2:52Speaker 3: he had a gun on him and he was interfering
- 2:55Speaker 3: in this investigation. Now by interfering or impeding, what is
- 3:00Speaker 3: meant by that is, Hey, we're here to lock up
- 3:01Speaker 3: this guy, and somebody gets in front of the cops,
- 3:03Speaker 3: they deal with that guy, and then when they're about
- 3:05Speaker 3: to deal with that guy, telling this guy, hey, get
- 3:07Speaker 3: out of the way, get over here and move over here.
- 3:09Speaker 3: Don't do this. This guy comes to aid the guy
- 3:11Speaker 3: that they're talking to. That's who in their right mind
- 3:13Speaker 3: does this? Right? Number one? Really, who in their right
- 3:16Speaker 3: mind does that. This has nothing to do with you
- 3:18Speaker 3: have a Second Amendment right? Do you have the right
- 3:20Speaker 3: to conceal care? None of that really matters in this instance.
- 3:23Speaker 3: What matters here is if I see five or six
- 3:27Speaker 3: guys with masks on, with guns on their hips, shirts
- 3:30Speaker 3: that say HSI ice Border Patrol, whatever, it's my cue
- 3:36Speaker 3: to not be there, because they're clearly not here for me, right,
- 3:39Speaker 3: clearly not here for me. I have no business with
- 3:41Speaker 3: those people. So what do you do when you see
- 3:44Speaker 3: a police car behind you with the lights on? What
- 3:46Speaker 3: do you do? You pull over? You let them go
- 3:49Speaker 3: around you, and you move on with your business. Well,
- 3:52Speaker 3: this guy didn't do that, right now, Dana Bash. She
- 3:56Speaker 3: tried to make it into something that it wasn't right.
- 3:58Speaker 3: She tried to make it in to it's one's natural
- 4:02Speaker 3: instinct to help someone automatically assuming the victim role, that
- 4:07Speaker 3: this guy that's agitating the police and likely engaging in
- 4:12Speaker 3: the commission of a federal crime, that he's somehow the victim.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Listen to this. This is Dana Bash on CBS. Nope,
- 4:22Speaker 3: CNN forgive me interviewing Greg Bobino, United States Border.
- 4:27Speaker 6: Patrol to us from every angle, Sir, that he was
- 4:32Speaker 6: approached by them when he was helping another individual who
- 4:35Speaker 6: was pushed down. What evidence do you have that he
- 4:38Speaker 6: was assaulting any law enforcement Dania.
- 4:41Speaker 7: We don't need a suspect's help in an active law
- 4:44Speaker 7: enforcement scene.
- 4:45Speaker 6: When you say suspect, what does he suspected help?
- 4:48Speaker 3: Ma'am? He is suspected of impeding a law enforcement investigation
- 4:52Speaker 3: by these federal agents who are clearly conducting that one
- 4:55Speaker 3: had just maced a guy. The guy's on the ground.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Why would you think he's not suspected of doing something.
- 5:02Speaker 3: I mean, come on, you're supposed to be the top
- 5:04Speaker 3: tier of journalism here at sin and right, wink wink.
- 5:07Speaker 7: That's an active law enforcement scene. He knew that was
- 5:11Speaker 7: an active law enforcement scene, especially when the officers approached him,
- 5:15Speaker 7: and is very evident he did not need to be
- 5:18Speaker 7: where he.
- 5:18Speaker 6: Was when somebody is pushed down, and a person's instinct
- 5:21Speaker 6: is to help that person. When somebody's pushed down by
- 5:25Speaker 6: law enforcement, you're saying that you just stand back and
- 5:28Speaker 6: let law enforcement do what they're doing.
- 5:30Speaker 3: I would say, you know, Greg Bovino, Sarah, you always
- 5:33Speaker 3: do these great videos. Where were you within this? Why
- 5:36Speaker 3: did you say hell yeah, hell yeah, with a green machine,
- 5:40Speaker 3: green lean, green machine, right, I mean, come on, I
- 5:42Speaker 3: was waiting for some of that tough talk. I like
- 5:43Speaker 3: this guy. I think he's terrific. But let's be clear here.
- 5:46Speaker 3: I guess he didn't want to put, you know, get
- 5:48Speaker 3: a little wild there, because you know, somebody's life was
- 5:50Speaker 3: just lost. But and I understand that again. Henceforth, why
- 5:53Speaker 3: I don't work in government. I have zero kuth for
- 5:56Speaker 3: things like this. I would take this woman to task.
- 5:58Speaker 3: And the reason I would because she's out of line.
- 6:01Speaker 3: She's making this automatic presumption. Every question that she asks
- 6:05Speaker 3: presumes that somehow they are at fault by default. Cops bad,
- 6:12Speaker 3: border patrol bad, ice bad. This is automatically assumed in
- 6:18Speaker 3: her narrative, and in real life that's not the case.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Now that may be the reality for some people, it's
- 6:25Speaker 3: never been my reality. And I have been pulled over
- 6:27Speaker 3: by cops that were doing the wrong thing. Right I
- 6:32Speaker 3: was when I was a kid. I remember that stuff
- 6:34Speaker 3: like yesterday on more than one occasion that's happened to me.
- 6:37Speaker 3: But I still know if you give me ten cops,
- 6:43Speaker 3: I'm gonna put my money on nine of them, if
- 6:46Speaker 3: not all ten. In most situations trying to do the
- 6:49Speaker 3: right thing, And that's what happened here. Yeahead played the tape.
- 6:55Speaker 7: You know, Dana, every situation is different. What our officers
- 6:59Speaker 7: are faced with here in Minneapolis are chaotic, very difficult,
- 7:04Speaker 7: and violent situations in which individuals in this suspect is
- 7:07Speaker 7: not the only one to bring a loaded weapon to
- 7:10Speaker 7: a riot. The situations are chaotic and ever changing. Follow
- 7:15Speaker 7: directions for law enforcement. Don't inject yourself knowingly beforehand into
- 7:22Speaker 7: a law enforcement which situation.
- 7:24Speaker 6: With respect, it feels as though in some ways you're
- 7:26Speaker 6: blaming the victim here.
- 7:30Speaker 7: The victims are the bord of patratl agence. I'm not
- 7:32Speaker 7: blaming the border of patal agents. The victim are the
- 7:34Speaker 7: border batual agents. The suspect put himself in that situation.
- 7:39Speaker 7: The victims are the border batal agents there.
- 7:41Speaker 6: I just want to also go back to what I
- 7:43Speaker 6: was asking about with regard to what Secretary Nome said
- 7:47Speaker 6: that he was brandishing a gun at any point, Do
- 7:51Speaker 6: you have any evidence that yes, he might. He had
- 7:53Speaker 6: a gun on his person. Was he brandishing it?
- 7:57Speaker 7: We heard the law enforcement officer say gun, gun, gun,
- 8:00Speaker 7: So at some point they knew there was a gun.
- 8:03Speaker 7: So again that is going to be part of that
- 8:05Speaker 7: investigation as to what was happening on the ground there
- 8:10Speaker 7: between those victims, the Border Patrol agent victims, and the suspect, it.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Looks it looks like this. The guy gets involved in
- 8:21Speaker 3: something he shouldn't be involved in. Right, That is wrong.
- 8:24Speaker 3: I want to be very clear here. I'm not saying
- 8:26Speaker 3: the man should be dead today. I am saying that
- 8:29Speaker 3: he got involved in something he should not be involved in,
- 8:31Speaker 3: and Dana ash is trying to get everybody else hurt.
- 8:35Speaker 3: You don't jump into things. You don't see the cops
- 8:38Speaker 3: struggling to put handcuffs on somebody and come to their aid.
- 8:42Speaker 3: You don't see the cops macing someone and coming to
- 8:44Speaker 3: their aid. You don't see the cops shoving someone out
- 8:47Speaker 3: of the way and come to their aid. Why because
- 8:53Speaker 3: that's their business, that's the police dealing with this individual.
- 8:57Speaker 3: And why because you're the next one that's going and
- 9:00Speaker 3: they get pushed to the ground, maced and handcuffed. Now,
- 9:03Speaker 3: if you don't know how to put that math together,
- 9:06Speaker 3: that two plus two, if that doesn't make four in
- 9:07Speaker 3: your mind, go right ahead, go right ahead. I mean,
- 9:11Speaker 3: look at the bassa watch what's gonna happen to you.
- 9:14Speaker 3: I'm gonna recommend you don't do that, because look at
- 9:17Speaker 3: what happened to mister pretty right. This is a real
- 9:22Speaker 3: situation of he got involved in something and you can't
- 9:26Speaker 3: do that there. It's indefensible what he did, in my opinion, indefensible.
- 9:31Speaker 3: You see six or seven border patrol agents because you
- 9:34Speaker 3: have listened to your idiot mayor, or you've listened to
- 9:37Speaker 3: your idiot governor Tim Walls, or these talking heads on television.
- 9:42Speaker 3: Listen this lady, Dana Perino. I'm sorry I keep calling
- 9:44Speaker 3: her Dana Prina, Dana Bash. Excuse me. Dana Perno's actually
- 9:48Speaker 3: ten times better than this woman. But Dana Bash is
- 9:52Speaker 3: telling these people these things. She's never gonna be on
- 9:55Speaker 3: the streets there. She's got a comfy anchor gig. Listen.
- 10:00Speaker 3: I'm never gonna be on the streets there either. That's
- 10:03Speaker 3: not my thing. There's never been a day in my
- 10:05Speaker 3: life where I said, you know what, today, I'm going
- 10:07Speaker 3: to go and interfere with the police. It's never happened that,
- 10:10Speaker 3: I doubt it ever will. But bottom line is, they
- 10:13Speaker 3: get into a thing and you got four or five
- 10:15Speaker 3: guys trying to get this guy down. Give me your hands,
- 10:17Speaker 3: give me your hands, let me see your hands, and
- 10:19Speaker 3: his hands are going all over the place except where
- 10:22Speaker 3: they need to go. Now, somebody sees that he has
- 10:28Speaker 3: a gun and a holster. They yell gun. Now you
- 10:31Speaker 3: yell gun to a bunch of cops, what do you
- 10:33Speaker 3: think happens? Yeah, they grab theirs because they have to
- 10:36Speaker 3: shoot you before you shoot them. That is the rule. Now,
- 10:41Speaker 3: if you want to argue that cops shouldn't have guns,
- 10:43Speaker 3: go right ahead. If you want to argue that cops
- 10:44Speaker 3: shouldn't be able to shoot people to defend themselves, you
- 10:47Speaker 3: can argue that till you turn blue in the face.
- 10:51Speaker 3: But that is their principal tool, right, I mean, besides
- 10:54Speaker 3: their walkie talking to get back up. This is what
- 10:57Speaker 3: cops are known for. They're known for carrying guns. One
- 11:02Speaker 3: cop is able to secure the gun, he gets it off,
- 11:06Speaker 3: he probably screams, I got the gun. But that doesn't
- 11:10Speaker 3: mean that with everybody else yelling and trying to get
- 11:12Speaker 3: this guy under control. That they hear that. It also
- 11:16Speaker 3: doesn't help that this guy's not trying to lay down,
- 11:18Speaker 3: he's not trying to cooperate. He's trying to get up.
- 11:20Speaker 3: He's wrestling with the cops, and he reaches with his
- 11:24Speaker 3: right hand for his holster. Now, the guy who took
- 11:29Speaker 3: the gun knows he's got the gun. The guy who
- 11:34Speaker 3: pulls out his gun when he hears gun knows that
- 11:37Speaker 3: if this guy goes for his gun, he's toasted. Well
- 11:40Speaker 3: what did the guy do. He went for his gun.
- 11:42Speaker 3: It's on video if you look at the slow freeze
- 11:45Speaker 3: frame video at the end. He goes right for his gun,
- 11:49Speaker 3: it's not there, and he gets shot. In my opinion,
- 11:51Speaker 3: neither the gentleman that was killed nor the agent doing
- 11:56Speaker 3: the shooting knew that that gun wasn't there. Now, I
- 12:00Speaker 3: am not a trainer in any law enforcement capacity, but
- 12:03Speaker 3: I can tell you these are split second decisions that
- 12:05Speaker 3: these people have to make, and I would recommend they
- 12:09Speaker 3: make that decision every single time. If there's a better
- 12:12Speaker 3: way to handle that in split seconds, go right ahead.
- 12:15Speaker 3: I don't think we changed the rule book here because
- 12:17Speaker 3: this guy decided to go help the other guy help
- 12:20Speaker 3: quote unquote help. It's really called interfering. They know what's
- 12:23Speaker 3: going on, right, This guy knows exactly what's going on.
- 12:26Speaker 3: He knew that he was out in these streets where
- 12:30Speaker 3: ice is, where border patrol is, where federal law enforcement is.
- 12:34Speaker 3: They're doing all this. You don't get into a tussle
- 12:36Speaker 3: with the cops knowing you've got a gun on you. Right,
- 12:39Speaker 3: there's rules to having guns, and you typically you want
- 12:43Speaker 3: to be as safe as possible. Getting yourself into a
- 12:46Speaker 3: fight is not one of them. That's not one of
- 12:49Speaker 3: those safe rules. So I feel badly for this man,
- 12:55Speaker 3: you know, I feel badly for anyone that dies. But
- 12:58Speaker 3: when somebody says, hey, what happened to guy? Oh that
- 13:00Speaker 3: guy he jumped right in front of him a mac
- 13:02Speaker 3: truck going fifty miles an hour. Oh man, that sucks. Right,
- 13:06Speaker 3: You feel bad for the person, But you never stop
- 13:08Speaker 3: and say did he think that he was gonna like
- 13:11Speaker 3: bounce off of it and live? Right? Did this guy
- 13:15Speaker 3: think that by doing this he wasn't gonna get shot?
- 13:20Speaker 3: He's out of his mind, And that needs to be
- 13:22Speaker 3: the message for every American. If you see a bunch
- 13:26Speaker 3: of men with guns and you yourself. Are a man
- 13:29Speaker 3: with a gun and you get involved in an altercation
- 13:33Speaker 3: with the group of men with guns, cops are not.
- 13:37Speaker 3: You run the risk of getting shot. You know how,
- 13:41Speaker 3: you don't get shot. Don't get involved in that mess.
- 13:45Speaker 3: Bunto e p period the end. Now, I am not
- 13:51Speaker 3: lacking compassion. I feel badly for this man. I feel
- 13:54Speaker 3: badly that. You know my mother, My mother always just
- 13:57Speaker 3: tell me mate, I bobo, yeah, listen, kid, don't don't
- 14:01Speaker 3: be an idiot. I think this guy was acting foolishly.
- 14:05Speaker 3: He was acting foolishly because of his emotions. His emotions
- 14:09Speaker 3: got the better of him. Like so many people, people
- 14:12Speaker 3: that are posting saying this is absolutely crazy. We're becoming
- 14:16Speaker 3: a fascist state, these Nazis. People need to take a beat.
- 14:19Speaker 3: People need to take a breath and realize that the
- 14:22Speaker 3: government the police. I don't like the government, and I
- 14:26Speaker 3: support the police because I believe they do an incredibly
- 14:30Speaker 3: difficult job and I've known many of them very very
- 14:32Speaker 3: well in life, and they're good people that put themselves
- 14:35Speaker 3: at risk because of their service, minded attitude and outlook
- 14:40Speaker 3: on life. Most cops are good people that want to
- 14:43Speaker 3: help people. Most it's a taxing job. It's like being
- 14:47Speaker 3: a soldier, it's like being a nurse. These are all
- 14:50Speaker 3: difficult jobs or people give of themselves and a high
- 14:54Speaker 3: burnout right oftentimes things. I oftentimes think that one of
- 15:00Speaker 3: the closest things to being a cop is being a nurse,
- 15:04Speaker 3: because you leave so much of yourself emotionally in each shift.
- 15:08Speaker 3: You see things that change you for life on a
- 15:10Speaker 3: daily basis. That's not easy. Most of us don't do
- 15:16Speaker 3: that on a daily basis. I for sure don't. I
- 15:18Speaker 3: watch crazy videos, but I can you know I'm not
- 15:21Speaker 3: living the crazy video. I'm watching the crazy video. So
- 15:26Speaker 3: I salute everybody that's a nurse. I salute everybody in
- 15:29Speaker 3: law enforcement. Not easy, and I salute people that use
- 15:34Speaker 3: their right to free speech and believe in protest. I do.
- 15:38Speaker 3: And this man should be at a safe distance, like
- 15:40Speaker 3: every other protester should be holding a sign, chanting their chance,
- 15:45Speaker 3: saying whatever they want. But you don't go putting hands
- 15:50Speaker 3: on cops. You don't get involved in someone at the
- 15:53Speaker 3: cops are physically involved with. I mean, I can't believe
- 15:57Speaker 3: as an adult I'm telling anybody this, but some people
- 16:01Speaker 3: allow their emotions to just really dictate everything, and for them.
- 16:04Speaker 3: It's real quick. Bottom line that guy should be alive.
- 16:07Speaker 3: The cops should never kill him. Well, the cops wouldn't
- 16:09Speaker 3: have killed him if he wouldn't have gotten involved with
- 16:11Speaker 3: the cops. It's pretty simple. And it's heartbreaking, it really is.
- 16:16Speaker 3: It is heartbreaking when you look at this stuff, It's like, wow,
- 16:21Speaker 3: because of four clips on TikTok and three on Instagram
- 16:25Speaker 3: and two on Facebook, you now have become this hateful
- 16:28Speaker 3: person that thinks it's okay to go and scream and
- 16:32Speaker 3: spit and yell and drop f bombs on cops and
- 16:36Speaker 3: on everybody else. I mean, since when is that protest? Now? Again?
- 16:40Speaker 3: You could say that, look doesn't say we have to
- 16:42Speaker 3: be polite, all right, Look, it doesn't hang up your sign,
- 16:46Speaker 3: wave your banner, do it from across the street. Don't
- 16:49Speaker 3: get in anybody's face, anybody's face, right. These people that
- 16:52Speaker 3: think it's considered peaceful protests to take a bullhorn at
- 16:55Speaker 3: one of those sirens and blast it in somebody's ear,
- 16:59Speaker 3: or to slam a cow bell, you know, inches from
- 17:01Speaker 3: somebody's timpanium. That is not peaceful protest. That is injuring
- 17:09Speaker 3: someone's eardrum. And the more of these things I see,
- 17:14Speaker 3: the more I think these people are delusional. The ones
- 17:17Speaker 3: that are starting it know exactly what's going on. They're instigators,
- 17:21Speaker 3: they know that they're looking for trouble. They know what
- 17:24Speaker 3: they're doing. But there's a lot of unsuspecting people that
- 17:27Speaker 3: think they're just doing the right thing. They think that, Man,
- 17:30Speaker 3: I've seen enough of this. How many times do I
- 17:32Speaker 3: have to see another person get harmed? These are hard
- 17:36Speaker 3: working illegal immigrants that have a right to live in
- 17:38Speaker 3: this country. Go home. You're not even a trained cop anymore, right,
- 17:43Speaker 3: I mean, the type of things they're saying about these
- 17:45Speaker 3: ice guys, it's just incredible to me, the fact that
- 17:48Speaker 3: we start at a place where they're bad and the
- 17:50Speaker 3: bad guys are good. Now, listen, I'm not saying every
- 17:53Speaker 3: illegal immigrant is a bad human. I'm not even one
- 17:56Speaker 3: of those people that'll say the mere fact that they
- 17:58Speaker 3: came here and they're not and their visas over stated
- 18:01Speaker 3: makes them a criminal. I don't believe. I think staying
- 18:04Speaker 3: here if you're as criminal as anybody else who's missed
- 18:09Speaker 3: some sort of paper deadline. Right, these are not people
- 18:12Speaker 3: that are raping children and robbing people at gunpoint. That's
- 18:15Speaker 3: a criminal to me. But at the same time, lawful
- 18:19Speaker 3: versus unlawful is a thing. When I got my car booted,
- 18:24Speaker 3: that was on me, right, Whether I knew I had
- 18:26Speaker 3: those tickets or not, that was on me. I wasn't
- 18:30Speaker 3: gonna sit there and tell these cops because you guys
- 18:32Speaker 3: want to give me tickets, because you go, no, man,
- 18:35Speaker 3: it doesn't work that way. I can get mad as
- 18:38Speaker 3: mad as I want to get, even mad at those
- 18:40Speaker 3: cops for whatever reason, right because they were annoying. But
- 18:45Speaker 3: I got myself in that mess. I can't blame anybody
- 18:49Speaker 3: for that but me. So I just want to be
- 18:52Speaker 3: on the record here because I don't think anybody should
- 18:55Speaker 3: be killed and I don't think that ICE is killing
- 18:57Speaker 3: anyone with impunity. And the fact that I do accept
- 19:01Speaker 3: wholeheartedly that there are people that will watch the same
- 19:04Speaker 3: video as me and see it differently. That's true. Yes,
- 19:07Speaker 3: I have biases. I support the police. You know my
- 19:11Speaker 3: position is strong on this. If I support the disbanding
- 19:15Speaker 3: of police. As long as the citizens can be armed,
- 19:19Speaker 3: you let me carry as many guns as I want
- 19:22Speaker 3: to carry, and I don't care if we have cops.
- 19:24Speaker 3: But until that day comes, then I guess we need
- 19:26Speaker 3: those cops. I respect them, they respect me. I hopefully
- 19:30Speaker 3: will have a good day, and I think so far
- 19:31Speaker 3: it's worked for me in these forty seven years. I've
- 19:33Speaker 3: got be forty eight in May. So I'm not trying
- 19:37Speaker 3: to be cynical or snide. I'm not trying to say
- 19:38Speaker 3: that guy got what was coming to him, although I
- 19:40Speaker 3: am saying that quite directly. That guy walked into a
- 19:44Speaker 3: shootout waiting to happen, and he got shot, and he
- 19:48Speaker 3: should not have done it. But I'm not gonna sit
- 19:51Speaker 3: here and say I don't feel bad for him or
- 19:52Speaker 3: his family. I feel terribly. Every one of us has
- 19:55Speaker 3: a stupid family member. Every one of us has people
- 19:57Speaker 3: that are knuckleheads, like Tim Walls says knucklehead. Well, guess
- 20:01Speaker 3: what knuckleheads can get shot. That's usually who ends up
- 20:05Speaker 3: getting shot. And this man for his hyper emotionalism of
- 20:10Speaker 3: getting involved, right, They're gonna try and paint them as
- 20:12Speaker 3: a nurse who went to the rescue to the aid
- 20:14Speaker 3: of someone who's being harmed by eyes. Listen, bad things
- 20:18Speaker 3: do happen. I understand that, and I'm not saying that.
- 20:22Speaker 3: You know that it's okay that bad things happen. No,
- 20:24Speaker 3: it's wrong that bad things happen. But we can't go
- 20:26Speaker 3: in exacerbate situations. We can't go and pour gasolina on
- 20:29Speaker 3: something and then you know, claim that you know we
- 20:32Speaker 3: got burned. Don't be an arsonist, don't get yourself shot.
- 20:35Speaker 3: I'm Rich Aldees.
- 20:37Speaker 4: This is America.
- 20:57Speaker 1: This is America, all right, I mean, he goes, welcome back.
- 21:13Speaker 3: It's Rich Valdes. Valdest with an ask at Rich Valdes
- 21:16Speaker 3: on all of the social media. Eight seven seven Valdes
- 21:19Speaker 3: number one, eight seven seven Valdes, one call, leave me
- 21:22Speaker 3: a message. That's it. Too many people trying to get
- 21:25Speaker 3: in while we're in the studio doing the show, and
- 21:27Speaker 3: apparently nobody gets it right. So leave me a message.
- 21:30Speaker 3: I will get your call on the air. I promise
- 21:33Speaker 3: that I will. I'm looking forward to hearing from you,
- 21:35Speaker 3: but it seems like I don't know if it's our
- 21:36Speaker 3: producers technically challenged. I don't think it's our callers. They've
- 21:40Speaker 3: been great for many, many years. But anyway, I do
- 21:42Speaker 3: want to hear from you, So take a moment humor me.
- 21:45Speaker 3: Please me right, I would love that. Give me an
- 21:47Speaker 3: early Christmas gift and engage with me. That's one of
- 21:50Speaker 3: my favorite parts of this program. I'm gonna keep coming back.
- 21:52Speaker 3: Make sure you keep calling the show. Now I want
- 21:55Speaker 3: to I want to stay on this topic for a
- 21:57Speaker 3: little bit because again I want to make it very clear,
- 22:01Speaker 3: I don't like this serious stuff too much. Right, you know,
- 22:04Speaker 3: I'd much rather be talking about one of those crazy
- 22:06Speaker 3: stories that the New York Post has, like when I
- 22:09Speaker 3: did a few years ago, Right, Like AI sex bots
- 22:14Speaker 3: are replacing prostitutes in the red light district in Amsterdam.
- 22:18Speaker 3: That's the type of story I want to talk about. Right.
- 22:20Speaker 3: These are funny things that are kind of off the
- 22:22Speaker 3: wall that you can laugh at and have a good
- 22:24Speaker 3: time with, and they make you feel light and happy.
- 22:26Speaker 3: At the end you're like, ah, that's so funny. But
- 22:28Speaker 3: this is not one of those. I have no other
- 22:31Speaker 3: way I can see this because of my biases. I
- 22:35Speaker 3: am pro America, I am pro life, I am pro
- 22:39Speaker 3: law enforcement. I am pro a lot of things. And
- 22:43Speaker 3: one of the things I'm not pro is Tim Walls.
- 22:47Speaker 3: Tim Walls and his Democrat acolytes that are out there
- 22:52Speaker 3: actively trying to undermine the federal government. Right number one,
- 22:57Speaker 3: they do it through their policy. Let me remind everyone.
- 23:01Speaker 3: From my perspective, back in the days, there was a process,
- 23:06Speaker 3: a legal term called nullification. This was used after the
- 23:10Speaker 3: Civil War. People were saying, well, we don't do that
- 23:13Speaker 3: Lincoln stuff where we accept then words, right, we're not
- 23:17Speaker 3: taking the colors or however they wanted to phrase their
- 23:20Speaker 3: derogatory characterization of blacks from the South. They didn't want
- 23:26Speaker 3: acknowledge them, Miss Freeman. They wanted to be they wanted
- 23:28Speaker 3: to nullify federal law. Well, that's in effect what these
- 23:32Speaker 3: people are doing. These are the new rebels, right, The
- 23:35Speaker 3: new Confederates are Tim Walls and every Democrat that is
- 23:37Speaker 3: saying that they want to defund ice, every Democrat that's
- 23:40Speaker 3: saying that they will not cooperate Democrats. It doesn't matter
- 23:45Speaker 3: if you're a Democrat or Republican. State governors and city
- 23:48Speaker 3: mayors like Jacob Freifry, these guys don't have the power
- 23:53Speaker 3: to enforce federal immigration law. There is no citywide immigration law,
- 23:58Speaker 3: there is no statewide immigration law. There is only federal
- 24:03Speaker 3: immigration law. They don't have this right. So when Tim
- 24:07Speaker 3: Walls and Jacob Freifry and any other mayor that's involved
- 24:10Speaker 3: and making sure that ice officers are out there, that
- 24:12Speaker 3: they're being hung out to dry right, trying to serve
- 24:15Speaker 3: warrants on people, knowing full well that they have no
- 24:19Speaker 3: local law enforcement support none. This is the result. You've
- 24:22Speaker 3: got agents getting harmed in a remarkable way. These guys
- 24:26Speaker 3: are getting harmed. The threats against them are through the roof.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Right now, we have three thousand, I don't know, maybe
- 24:32Speaker 3: close to thirty two hundred counties in America. I think
- 24:34Speaker 3: it's thirty one something, three one hundred and something.
- 24:37Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 24:38Speaker 3: I want to say three one hundred and fifty four,
- 24:39Speaker 3: but I could be wrong. But just north of three
- 24:42Speaker 3: thousand counties in our United States of America. That's across
- 24:47Speaker 3: all forty eight states, all fifty states. It's been narrowed
- 24:50Speaker 3: down to nine counties nine where all of this anti
- 24:55Speaker 3: ice stuff is happening. They're making it look like it's
- 24:57Speaker 3: the Civil War. Well that's crazy, ho my cell phone.
- 25:01Speaker 3: They're making it seem like all of this crime is
- 25:04Speaker 3: coming from one area, or it's happening in every area.
- 25:09Speaker 3: But it's not. It's coming from nine areas. In particular,
- 25:12Speaker 3: it is coming from Minnesota. But this is concentrated, right,
- 25:16Speaker 3: This is not normal. Most states in this country or
- 25:19Speaker 3: most counties, thousands of them are not behaving this way.
- 25:23Speaker 3: They're not trying to illegally nullify federal law. They don't
- 25:27Speaker 3: even have a right to do that, right, So it's
- 25:29Speaker 3: clear to me that they're just actively working to organize
- 25:34Speaker 3: their way to rebel against a government. And again, an
- 25:37Speaker 3: organized rebellion against the government, last I checked, is literally
- 25:41Speaker 3: the textbook definition of an insurrection. Let's listen to what
- 25:44Speaker 3: somebody's Democrats have to say, shall we we shall check this.
- 25:47Speaker 8: Out in Minneapolis.
- 25:48Speaker 9: We will not cooperate with ICE or any federal agency.
- 25:54Speaker 8: Just what they are.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Doing is causing chaos and distrust.
- 26:00Speaker 4: Of course, I bear responsibility to bring down the junture.
- 26:06Speaker 8: Twice you get to out of the arles.
- 26:11Speaker 4: I'm sure that's part of my role as mayor.
- 26:13Speaker 10: And by the way, protests here in Minneapolis are peaceful.
- 26:20Speaker 10: The desire to get out of protest and.
- 26:22Speaker 3: Entry speak up to this administration of how wrong this is.
- 26:25Speaker 3: That that is a patriotic beauty. That's a patriotic duty, right,
- 26:29Speaker 3: So listen, if you have your governor, Governor Don Rickles
- 26:32Speaker 3: also known as Tim Walls, telling you it's your patriotic
- 26:37Speaker 3: duty to get out there. This is why nurses like
- 26:42Speaker 3: mister pretty are out there running to the aid of
- 26:45Speaker 3: people armed and good. I think it's good for him
- 26:49Speaker 3: to be armed. I do.
- 26:50Speaker 8: Now.
- 26:50Speaker 3: Is it true that he's dead today because he was armed? Likely?
- 26:54Speaker 3: Very likely, But he could have been armed and alive
- 26:59Speaker 3: had he not gone anywhere near that mess. When you
- 27:02Speaker 3: see federal agents trying to subdue somebody or giving verbal
- 27:05Speaker 3: commands to somebody, you don't get involved. That's not your job, right.
- 27:11Speaker 3: But everybody wants to be you know, Benjamin Crump. Everybody
- 27:14Speaker 3: wants to be al sharp, and everybody wants to be
- 27:16Speaker 3: somebody's lawyer. And that's not the moment for law, and
- 27:19Speaker 3: that's the moment for getting things done peacefully, right, peaceful protest.
- 27:24Speaker 3: I disagree. I don't want you to lock me up.
- 27:27Speaker 3: You should let me go. But you know, you put
- 27:29Speaker 3: your hands behind your back, you don't kick, you don't
- 27:31Speaker 3: do it. You just take it easy, don't make it
- 27:33Speaker 3: worse than it needs to be. Why Because when things
- 27:35Speaker 3: get ugly like that, people get hurt. That's a fact.
- 27:40Speaker 3: This should be I mean, you should teach this to
- 27:41Speaker 3: your children. I've told mine. Listen, the last thing you
- 27:44Speaker 3: want and I can listen. There are many a time.
- 27:49Speaker 3: I was pulled over once by a cop, real young guy,
- 27:51Speaker 3: brand new. He wants to sit there and give me
- 27:53Speaker 3: a lecture. I made a turn, I turned on a block.
- 27:58Speaker 3: He pulled me over. I was like, oh, what's going on?
- 28:00Speaker 3: You know is one way? I was like, actually, I
- 28:01Speaker 3: did not know this was a one way. I didn't
- 28:03Speaker 3: see the one way sign. I don't come around here
- 28:06Speaker 3: too often. And he's like, oh, yeah, how long you
- 28:08Speaker 3: live in this town. I was like, oh, fifteen years.
- 28:11Speaker 3: He said, fifteen years. You've never been down this road.
- 28:13Speaker 3: I was like, no, I live on the other side
- 28:14Speaker 3: of the highway, and honestly, I came here. I was
- 28:17Speaker 3: going that way. I realized I had to turn around,
- 28:18Speaker 3: so I figured i'd come through this block. I had
- 28:20Speaker 3: no idea most streets are on here two way. And
- 28:23Speaker 3: he's like, oh, I find it real hard to believe, sir,
- 28:25Speaker 3: that you know you lived. And I was like, hold on,
- 28:27Speaker 3: what is this? What is this? Like? This is completely unnecessary. Right,
- 28:31Speaker 3: this guy needs to say, all right, listen, I'm giving
- 28:33Speaker 3: you a break or I'm giving you a ticket, right,
- 28:36Speaker 3: keep your eyes open. Yeah, by the way, the sign's
- 28:39Speaker 3: over there it's obstructed by the tree, or you know,
- 28:41Speaker 3: maybe you missed the sign, or listen, hey, what are
- 28:43Speaker 3: you blind? Here's your ticket. I don't care. But what
- 28:45Speaker 3: you're now going to do is sit there and talk
- 28:47Speaker 3: to me in a condescending manner and give me a lecture. Right.
- 28:51Speaker 3: Not necessary, It's not in the job description of being
- 28:54Speaker 3: a cop. I was mad at this guy. I just
- 28:57Speaker 3: looked at him like an idiot and and thank them
- 29:01Speaker 3: and went on my way to you know, to just
- 29:04Speaker 3: talk a lot of crap in my car afterwards. And
- 29:06Speaker 3: he did let me go. He was like, well, strive carefully,
- 29:08Speaker 3: and I went on my way. But my point was
- 29:11Speaker 3: he was a jerk. That guy was a jerk, and
- 29:14Speaker 3: there are people that are jerks that work in every
- 29:17Speaker 3: line of work. And I realize that I'm not going
- 29:20Speaker 3: to walk away from that, and goh, these guys are
- 29:22Speaker 3: out to get me. Every last cop They're not. They're not.
- 29:25Speaker 3: I've had I've had too many run ins with too
- 29:28Speaker 3: many different cops to know that the cops are good guys.
- 29:32Speaker 3: They're they're your friend, They're there to help the other day.
- 29:34Speaker 3: Another jerk cop. If you want me to stay on
- 29:37Speaker 3: that moment, right. I pulled over and uh at the
- 29:42Speaker 3: airport to get my daughter. All right. You know, it's
- 29:45Speaker 3: like there's two sides to pull over. You pull over
- 29:47Speaker 3: on the left side, or you can pull over on
- 29:48Speaker 3: the right side. The right side is right in front
- 29:50Speaker 3: of the airport doors. You got to keep it moving
- 29:51Speaker 3: as a cop there like center, I pick your people
- 29:53Speaker 3: up and move. My daughter wasn't out yet, so I
- 29:55Speaker 3: pulled over on the left side, all the way in
- 29:57Speaker 3: the front, so kind of out of the way. And
- 30:05Speaker 3: my daughter calls, She's like, I'm coming, dad, I have
- 30:07Speaker 3: a bag with me. So I get out to open
- 30:09Speaker 3: the back of my car. I'm opening the car and
- 30:12Speaker 3: I see, you know, a cop and he's real real
- 30:14Speaker 3: close to my bumper and he keeps getting closer and
- 30:16Speaker 3: closer and closer, and I'm like, you're right, like do
- 30:19Speaker 3: you see me standing here? You know? I just look
- 30:21Speaker 3: at him, and you know, I look over and I
- 30:24Speaker 3: go everything okay, And he's like, I don't know, you
- 30:27Speaker 3: tell me. I was like, oh boy, all right, And
- 30:30Speaker 3: now it's these rhetorical games, right, I don't know. I'm
- 30:33Speaker 3: guessing he wanted me to move, but I didn't know.
- 30:35Speaker 3: I couldn't park there. I knew I couldn't park on
- 30:37Speaker 3: the other side, so I go everything all right, I mean,
- 30:42Speaker 3: did I do something wrong? He tells me, Well, there's
- 30:47Speaker 3: a sign right up there that says no parking, and
- 30:49Speaker 3: it's really high. This sign, way way higher than my
- 30:52Speaker 3: line of sight and anybody's line of sight, which I
- 30:54Speaker 3: would suspect is intentional so that they can give you
- 30:57Speaker 3: a ticket to sell. You didn't see the sign. Look
- 30:59Speaker 3: at it all the way up there right, you know,
- 31:01Speaker 3: some Paul Bunyan type of sign. I was like, oh, well,
- 31:04Speaker 3: I didn't realize that. I'll move the car, I said,
- 31:07Speaker 3: But if I move it right this second, I said,
- 31:08Speaker 3: is that all right? If you can you give me
- 31:10Speaker 3: like three minutes, because my daughter just told me she's
- 31:12Speaker 3: coming out, and if I have to move it from here,
- 31:14Speaker 3: I'm gonna have to go all around the whole airport,
- 31:16Speaker 3: and if you could do that for me, And he says, well,
- 31:21Speaker 3: let's see if you're telling them the truth or not,
- 31:23Speaker 3: and he just stares at me. Anyway, about ten seconds later,
- 31:27Speaker 3: my daughter comes out of the airport and I put
- 31:30Speaker 3: the stuff in the trunk, and then when she came
- 31:33Speaker 3: he pulled off and I thought this guy could have
- 31:36Speaker 3: handled this so much differently. But again, it's New York.
- 31:39Speaker 3: We were in Jersey, but he seemed like a New
- 31:41Speaker 3: Yorker because it was a We have a joint police force,
- 31:44Speaker 3: the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, so
- 31:47Speaker 3: you never know what you're getting there. But my point is,
- 31:49Speaker 3: I've dealt with a lot of people with tough characters
- 31:51Speaker 3: like that, and you know whatever, you just now what
- 31:54Speaker 3: a jerk This guy's a jerk right, Sometimes we add
- 31:57Speaker 3: off jerk off. This guy's a jerk off, and that's it.
- 32:01Speaker 3: That's the extent of it. And sometimes you got a
- 32:03Speaker 3: cop that's a jerk off. But I didn't sit there
- 32:06Speaker 3: and say, you know what, screw you?
- 32:07Speaker 2: What that was wrong?
- 32:08Speaker 3: You pull up my phone, start taping. Right. There's a rapper.
- 32:11Speaker 3: I'm on a tangent here, but I'm gonna go with it.
- 32:13Speaker 3: Stick with me, work with me, folks. There's a rapper
- 32:16Speaker 3: named Old Dirty Bastard, part of something called the Wu
- 32:18Speaker 3: Tang Clan. Now Old Dirty Bastard ODB as he is stylized,
- 32:24Speaker 3: was in a car stop with the NYPD and went
- 32:30Speaker 3: for something after he was told not to move. They
- 32:34Speaker 3: say he was going for a wallet or a cell
- 32:36Speaker 3: phone or something like that. Swiss cheese, right, They thought
- 32:39Speaker 3: he was going for a gun. They lit him up
- 32:42Speaker 3: and he's done. I love Tho dB. I think he
- 32:45Speaker 3: was fantastic. I feel very badly that he was killed.
- 32:47Speaker 3: But again I understand, these things happen, and they can
- 32:52Speaker 3: happen to me, and they can happen to my children,
- 32:54Speaker 3: and they happen to you. So I tell people, listen,
- 32:57Speaker 3: when you're dealing with law enforcement, take it easy. You
- 33:02Speaker 3: don't want to agitate these people. There are people trying
- 33:04Speaker 3: to kill them, and if they think you're going for
- 33:07Speaker 3: a gun, they're well within their rights to defend themselves.
- 33:11Speaker 3: And they have guns, so they can defend themselves with
- 33:14Speaker 3: a gun. And you could sit there and try to
- 33:17Speaker 3: play Matt Locke all day long and say, oh, you
- 33:20Speaker 3: know what I mean, you should wait till you see
- 33:22Speaker 3: the gun. You should wait till they fired that gun.
- 33:23Speaker 3: If you haven't heard a bullet coming at you, if
- 33:25Speaker 3: that's not whizzing right at your dome, sh then you
- 33:28Speaker 3: shouldn't be allowed to shoot. You've got to be kidding me. No,
- 33:32Speaker 3: I don't play that game. Listen, I get it. These guys.
- 33:36Speaker 3: Now people are going to try and beat them up. Oh,
- 33:38Speaker 3: they need better training. Listen, it's not training. Sometimes you
- 33:41Speaker 3: get people that are jerks, that's who they are by nature.
- 33:44Speaker 3: Training is going to help that. Years of therapy may
- 33:46Speaker 3: not even help that, right, Years of church may not
- 33:48Speaker 3: help that. Some people are just like that. Now, do
- 33:52Speaker 3: we need training, Sure, training's great, But bottom line I'm
- 33:55Speaker 3: making here is that you don't want to give a
- 33:59Speaker 3: copper rear to feel threatened. Right, You want to keep
- 34:03Speaker 3: things peaceful. They want it peaceful and you want it peaceful.
- 34:07Speaker 3: I think the onus is on both of us. The
- 34:10Speaker 3: onus is not just on the cop to be respectful.
- 34:13Speaker 3: I'm sure if I'm respectful most of the time, they're
- 34:16Speaker 3: going to be respectful. Now, sometimes you get you know
- 34:19Speaker 3: Officer Jo right that I mentioned to you in different contexts,
- 34:23Speaker 3: you can get that guy. But even with that guy,
- 34:26Speaker 3: you handle it right and it goes fine. And that's
- 34:30Speaker 3: the point of what I'm talking about here. We don't
- 34:32Speaker 3: sit here and talk about dismantling the police. We don't
- 34:36Speaker 3: sit here and talk about dismantling ice because all of
- 34:41Speaker 3: a sudden it's wrong to enforce immigration law or it's
- 34:46Speaker 3: okay if you violate immigration law as long as you
- 34:49Speaker 3: work in a restaurant, as long as you work in construction,
- 34:52Speaker 3: as long as you have a family, like maybe you
- 34:54Speaker 3: got married or you have children, because if you're a
- 34:57Speaker 3: parent and you're a criminal, then you can't be arrested.
- 35:00Speaker 3: These rules don't apply to anyone anywhere. This is hyper
- 35:05Speaker 3: emotionalism that's being used against people to incite people. But
- 35:11Speaker 3: yet the Democrats, this is what they do. They join
- 35:16Speaker 3: Tim Walls and they say, nope, nope, I'm not voting
- 35:19Speaker 3: for this. I'm going to vote to defund ICE. I'm
- 35:21Speaker 3: going to make sure that we shut this thing down.
- 35:24Speaker 3: Listen to this.
- 35:25Speaker 5: I hate shutdowns.
- 35:26Speaker 6: I'm one of the people that helped negotiate the solution
- 35:28Speaker 6: to the last the end of the last shutdown.
- 35:30Speaker 7: But I can't vote for a bill that includes ICE
- 35:33Speaker 7: funding under these circumstances.
- 35:34Speaker 4: I'm not giving ICE or Border Patrol another dime.
- 35:37Speaker 10: We can't vote to fund this lawless Department of Homeland Security.
- 35:41Speaker 10: We cannot provide another dime to this lawless operation. How
- 35:46Speaker 10: can you good conscries continue funding a department without the
- 35:49Speaker 10: guardrails of protections.
- 35:52Speaker 3: What are these guardrails and protections that you want, Senator,
- 35:55Speaker 3: I want to know you want ICE to show up
- 35:58Speaker 3: and say hi, listen, guys, they know that you should
- 36:00Speaker 3: not be releasing people wanted for murder when you release
- 36:04Speaker 3: them from your county jails. But when you do, maybe
- 36:07Speaker 3: you could just give us a call, so maybe we
- 36:08Speaker 3: could try and get them out. No, they don't get
- 36:10Speaker 3: a call, they don't get anything. So they have these
- 36:12Speaker 3: active warrants and active ICE detainers, which is, please detain
- 36:16Speaker 3: this person so that we Immigration Customs Enforcement can take
- 36:19Speaker 3: these people out of the country. No, then they can say,
- 36:22Speaker 3: all right, well then if they have a court date,
- 36:23Speaker 3: let's go get them there. That's wrong too, right, So
- 36:25Speaker 3: now it's wrong to get them anywhere now, So what
- 36:28Speaker 3: does the federal government have to do. They have to
- 36:31Speaker 3: go get them at home. They got to go get
- 36:32Speaker 3: them somewhere. So now they're finding them in the communities
- 36:35Speaker 3: where they are. And when you have a community like
- 36:37Speaker 3: Minneapolis that makes it a sanctuary to protect these people, well,
- 36:41Speaker 3: then there they are. So now they're there and they're
- 36:45Speaker 3: trying to get the people that they're trying to collect
- 36:48Speaker 3: and enforce the law on. So what does Minneapolis do well,
- 36:53Speaker 3: they don't send any cops. They only have six hundred cops.
- 36:55Speaker 3: They want to blame Ice for absolutely everything. They want
- 36:59Speaker 3: to say that, you know, just go home, just stop,
- 37:01Speaker 3: stop doing your job. Let's stop. Let you know, Tim Walls,
- 37:05Speaker 3: Let's see if we have Tim Walls here, right. Tim
- 37:07Speaker 3: Wallas says, people just want to live their lives. Of
- 37:10Speaker 3: course they do. Imagine you have a bank robber living
- 37:13Speaker 3: next to you, and the cops come and you're bothered
- 37:17Speaker 3: by the fact that there's a swat team in. An
- 37:18Speaker 3: officer with a bullhorn say come out with your hands
- 37:20Speaker 3: up right, and you go out there, and you're like, listen, man,
- 37:23Speaker 3: this guy just wants to live his life, all right,
- 37:26Speaker 3: So what he robbed the bank? Just let him be right, geez,
- 37:29Speaker 3: come on, have a heart. I mean again, now, am
- 37:32Speaker 3: I comparing every immigrant to a bank robber? No, I
- 37:36Speaker 3: am comparing every immigrant that has a child molestation charge,
- 37:41Speaker 3: that has a child sexual assault charge, that has a
- 37:44Speaker 3: child rape charge, or some other rape charge. Those guys,
- 37:48Speaker 3: excuse me, or the wife beaters. But does that mean
- 37:51Speaker 3: they're the only ones that get deported or anybody who's
- 37:56Speaker 3: in the country unlawfully? Right? Since now when we get
- 38:00Speaker 3: to pick and choose, we go to get the guy
- 38:03Speaker 3: with the tattoo on his face. Whatever his name is,
- 38:05Speaker 3: let's call him Marco. And Marco has you know, a
- 38:09Speaker 3: warrant for whatever, because you know it's a misunderstanding. He
- 38:13Speaker 3: dated a girl that was when he was sixteen, she
- 38:17Speaker 3: was thirteen. The parents didn't like him because he was
- 38:19Speaker 3: a gang banger. Back then he had too much tattoos
- 38:22Speaker 3: on his face, so they said, you know what, you
- 38:25Speaker 3: raped our daughter, and that got into litigation and to
- 38:29Speaker 3: find a better life, he sought the American dream by
- 38:31Speaker 3: fleeing his native country in South America and came to
- 38:35Speaker 3: the United States with being wanted for rape. Now did
- 38:40Speaker 3: he rape her? I don't know. I'm not his lawyer
- 38:42Speaker 3: and I'm not his god, but I do know that's
- 38:45Speaker 3: to charge us on paper. So when Greg Bovino and
- 38:48Speaker 3: Tom Holman and the rest of these guys in Ice
- 38:51Speaker 3: and Border Patrol come to enforce the law, I'm supposed
- 38:54Speaker 3: to be the nurse named uh Preddy and say I'm
- 38:58Speaker 3: gonna I'm gonna get in. I'm going to stop you
- 39:01Speaker 3: from doing your job. I'm going to impede a federal
- 39:04Speaker 3: investigation or a federal apprehension. I mean, this is absolute
- 39:07Speaker 3: crazy town. I'm sorry to say it, but it is.
- 39:12Speaker 3: And we've got to start looking at it as if
- 39:14Speaker 3: it is crazy town and stop trying to justify and
- 39:17Speaker 3: normalize that it's okay to tell Ice to beat it.
- 39:19Speaker 3: How about we start saying, Hey, Governor Wallas, you've got
- 39:22Speaker 3: blood on your hands. Hey Mayor Frey Fry, you've got
- 39:25Speaker 3: blood on your hands. People are literally dropping dead at
- 39:29Speaker 3: the bullet of someone that they should never have been
- 39:31Speaker 3: involved with because of your dumbass Why don't you do
- 39:35Speaker 3: the right thing and stop making these people out to
- 39:39Speaker 3: be heroes and martyrs, calling them an Frank unbelievable.
- 39:44Speaker 10: We have got children in Minnesota hiding in their houses,
- 39:49Speaker 10: afraid to go outside. Many of us grew up reading
- 39:52Speaker 10: that story of Anne Frank. Somebody's going to write that
- 39:56Speaker 10: children's story about Minnesota. And there's one person who can
- 40:02Speaker 10: end this.
- 40:03Speaker 3: Now, that's right, and it's Tim Walls. Tim Walls can
- 40:06Speaker 3: end this right now by saying I will play ball,
- 40:09Speaker 3: I will follow the law. Anybody who is incarcerated that
- 40:12Speaker 3: has an active ICE detainer is going to be turned
- 40:15Speaker 3: over to ICE. Anybody that we encounter in a traffic
- 40:19Speaker 3: stop is going to be turned over to ICE. Anybody
- 40:22Speaker 3: that calls for help, federal law enforcement or otherwise, we're
- 40:26Speaker 3: going to have their back. The state police is going
- 40:28Speaker 3: to be there to help them. I'm not going to
- 40:30Speaker 3: activate the National Guard and have them giving coffee to
- 40:32Speaker 3: the protesters. Now, listen. I haven't verified that story yet,
- 40:35Speaker 3: but I saw the video of the Minnesota purportedly of
- 40:39Speaker 3: the Minnesota National Guard wearing yellow vests to differentiate between
- 40:44Speaker 3: them and ICE, so that the protesters knew not to
- 40:47Speaker 3: fight with them. They literally are fighting so much with
- 40:50Speaker 3: these guys, they're injuring them. I saw one video where
- 40:52Speaker 3: the guy got his finger bitten off. I saw another
- 40:56Speaker 3: one where these two guys holding the fort down at
- 40:58Speaker 3: a hotel where they were washing the hotel with a
- 41:01Speaker 3: huge hammer, like a huge sledge hammer. They're trashing the hotel,
- 41:07Speaker 3: like breaking the sign and breaking the walls because these
- 41:12Speaker 3: people were there sleeping there so they could work. These
- 41:16Speaker 3: people being ICE. How is all of this crime and
- 41:20Speaker 3: these attacks normalized yet somehow that goes out the window.
- 41:25Speaker 3: No compassion for those people, no compassion for the young girls.
- 41:29Speaker 3: That truly broke my heart right there was a young girl,
- 41:31Speaker 3: a Dakara from Maryland that was Thompson I believe her
- 41:36Speaker 3: last name was, that was raped by an illegal alien
- 41:39Speaker 3: and murdered, left for dead, Lake and Riley left for dead,
- 41:46Speaker 3: Jacqueline Nunger Eye left for dead. Where was the outrage
- 41:54Speaker 3: for that? Because guess what those hit Those hit a
- 41:56Speaker 3: nerve for me because I have daughters though ages. Now
- 42:01Speaker 3: that stuff is heartbreaking to put yourself, even for a
- 42:04Speaker 3: split second, to think, Oh, my god, imagine if that
- 42:06Speaker 3: were my little girl. Now I understand if some people
- 42:09Speaker 3: are going, wow, imagine that are my husband, my brother,
- 42:12Speaker 3: my cousin's a nurse, imagine, But at some point you
- 42:15Speaker 3: have to say, what did Linke and Riley do wrong?
- 42:18Speaker 3: What did any of these girls do wrong? Except live?
- 42:21Speaker 3: They're just trying to, like Tim Walla says, they're just
- 42:22Speaker 3: trying to live their lives. These other people are not
- 42:26Speaker 3: trying to live their lives. These other people are actively
- 42:28Speaker 3: getting involved and in the face of law enforcement. And
- 42:32Speaker 3: they're not dying as a result of being in the
- 42:35Speaker 3: face of law enforcement. They're dying as a result of
- 42:38Speaker 3: getting involved in something that can potentially have a deadly
- 42:41Speaker 3: consequence for nay good hitting the gas with a cop
- 42:45Speaker 3: in front of her? What she think was gonna happen? Now,
- 42:48Speaker 3: maybe she didn't see him. Guess what I understand he
- 42:51Speaker 3: saw her, and we have to be able to swallow that.
- 42:54Speaker 3: I get it. It's tough. I'm not here saying that
- 42:57Speaker 3: she should have died. I'm saying that any officer in
- 43:01Speaker 3: that situation needs to do what he did. What she
- 43:04Speaker 3: had control over was not being there, being a normal
- 43:07Speaker 3: human being, hold up a sign, get a bullhorn and
- 43:10Speaker 3: stand across the street. Who stopped her from getting involved
- 43:14Speaker 3: with them? The local police Guess what they weren't there?
- 43:16Speaker 3: Why Jacob Freyfry and Tim Walls out to lunch to
- 43:19Speaker 3: both of them, these guys are ridiculous. This is why
- 43:22Speaker 3: people are dying because of their failures. These guys. Really,
- 43:26Speaker 3: somebody should sue them civilly for their lack of judgment,
- 43:31Speaker 3: for their inability to make good and keeping people safe
- 43:37Speaker 3: sitting instead of blaming Trump and calling all these guys
- 43:40Speaker 3: Nazis like Jasmine Crockett does. Check this out. Unbelievable.
- 43:44Speaker 11: Yeah, as it relates to the enforcement that we see
- 43:46Speaker 11: right now, let me be clear, they are supposed to
- 43:47Speaker 11: do Immigration and Customs Enforcement, not going after US citizens,
- 43:52Speaker 11: not going after people that are documented. That is not
- 43:55Speaker 11: what they are supposed to do, but that is what
- 43:56Speaker 11: they are doing.
- 43:57Speaker 9: They are turning us into Nazi Germany by saying and
- 44:00Speaker 9: they're going to.
- 44:00Speaker 3: Go door to door.
- 44:01Speaker 9: They are going after people because of their accent or
- 44:03Speaker 9: the color of their skin, because this Supreme Court gave
- 44:06Speaker 9: them carte blanche ability to do so. So all we
- 44:09Speaker 9: want ICE to do is to do what ICE was
- 44:11Speaker 9: created to do.
- 44:12Speaker 11: And unfortunately that's not what they are doing.
- 44:15Speaker 3: Congresswoman, please check with your friends, because the reason that
- 44:18Speaker 3: they're not able to do what you're wanting them to
- 44:21Speaker 3: do is because they're supposed to pick people up from jail.
- 44:24Speaker 3: They're supposed to pick people up in the easiest way possible.
- 44:28Speaker 3: Right when there's an ICE detainer, they expect to have
- 44:31Speaker 3: the support and the cooperation of their law enforcement colleagues
- 44:34Speaker 3: at the state and local level. Instead they're being met
- 44:37Speaker 3: with an f you, even from the police chief. Right.
- 44:40Speaker 3: I mean, it's this is it's like civil war here.
- 44:45Speaker 3: They will do anything and say anything, and they don't
- 44:47Speaker 3: care how many lives they lose in the process. They
- 44:51Speaker 3: do not want any federal law enforcement to occur in Minnesota,
- 44:58Speaker 3: and sadly, like President Obama used to say, President Trump
- 45:02Speaker 3: has an obligation. He has an obligation to make sure
- 45:05Speaker 3: that these things happen. Obama had it and did a
- 45:08Speaker 3: way better job. And guess who his border chief was,
- 45:12Speaker 3: Tom Homan. He did such a great job. Obama gave
- 45:14Speaker 3: him one of those ribbons that go around his neck
- 45:16Speaker 3: and a board. I think it was the National Medal
- 45:19Speaker 3: of nose k. So I don't want to hear it,
- 45:22Speaker 3: Miss Crockett, I don't want to hear it. Mister Wallas,
- 45:24Speaker 3: I don't want to hear it. Fray Fry. You guys
- 45:27Speaker 3: literally are costing people their lives and you should be
- 45:30Speaker 3: ashamed of yourselves. More to come straight ahead. Plus, I've
- 45:32Speaker 3: got our big announcement for the video project that I've
- 45:36Speaker 3: been telling you about that is being revealed and here
- 45:39Speaker 3: it comes. Don't go anywhere. I'm Rich Falda, This is America.
- 45:48Speaker 4: This is America.
- 45:57Speaker 3: President Bamad J. Trump, Mister President, welcome to the well.
- 46:01Speaker 4: Thank you, Rich, and thank you for everything.
- 46:03Speaker 2: I know you very well and I have I listened,
- 46:06Speaker 2: but I have a lot of people that listen and
- 46:08Speaker 2: they love your show, and I appreciate it very much.
- 46:10Speaker 3: All of the social media. It's a blessing to be
- 46:13Speaker 3: here with you, and we're in our brand new studios.
- 46:15Speaker 3: I don't know if you could see through the glare
- 46:17Speaker 3: Times Square, New York City, literally seventeen blocks away from
- 46:21Speaker 3: Madison Square Garden where it all started.
- 46:23Speaker 8: About eight years ago.
- 46:25Speaker 3: And part of what we're doing today is we're talking
- 46:27Speaker 3: about the new syndication for our show.
- 46:30Speaker 8: I want to give a few shout outs.
- 46:32Speaker 3: There's a lot of people that I have to thank,
- 46:34Speaker 3: so I want to thank them up front. I want
- 46:36Speaker 3: to thank some of my buddies who are tuning in
- 46:38Speaker 3: at home. But first I wanted to say you guys
- 46:41Speaker 3: were expecting to see me at twelve noon, and it
- 46:44Speaker 3: is twelve noon in Puerto Rico.
- 46:46Speaker 8: We're using Puerto Rico time, so.
- 46:48Speaker 3: Thank you for tuning in. And there's a few people
- 46:51Speaker 3: I have to many. If I forget you, forgive me.
- 46:54Speaker 3: But I did this very late at night, and I
- 46:58Speaker 3: want to start with some of the VIPs, Valdez VIPs
- 47:01Speaker 3: that are out there tuned in, locked in. Thank you
- 47:03Speaker 3: for subscribing to the Rumble Channel as well as of
- 47:06Speaker 3: course President and mekinse who, by the way, is on
- 47:13Speaker 3: his way here. He's on the jet and he might
- 47:15Speaker 3: get here before the end of the stream, but we
- 47:18Speaker 3: do have him via video, so we'll be talking with
- 47:21Speaker 3: him in a moment. We've got Dennis Gonzalez who's going
- 47:24Speaker 3: to be with us today. Dennis Gondalez. Shout out to him,
- 47:26Speaker 3: our senior advisor, mister advisor, as well as Luis Antonio Valna,
- 47:30Speaker 3: the national president of Festiva Media, which is part of
- 47:36Speaker 3: Global Media Federation, which is the company owned by Ula.
- 47:40Speaker 8: Costa, and of course my.
- 47:43Speaker 3: Senior advisor for all things engineering, former vice president that
- 47:48Speaker 3: Westwood One, former director of Operations at ABC Radio, Bob Mack.
- 47:53Speaker 3: I couldn't do all this stuff without your Bob Mac.
- 47:55Speaker 8: Thank you brother. Of course, one of my favorite producers,
- 47:59Speaker 8: mister producer. Shout out to my brother.
- 48:02Speaker 3: And of course I say she's my bodyguard, but she's
- 48:05Speaker 3: really might produce her.
- 48:06Speaker 8: Miss Bobadiah, thank you very much.
- 48:08Speaker 3: Shout out to you, and of course missus and Sam's
- 48:11Speaker 3: from My Heart Radio is here as well. You get
- 48:13Speaker 3: to see her pretty face in a little bit. And
- 48:17Speaker 3: folks from the media that I know are locked in
- 48:19Speaker 3: right now. Are friends from Talkers Magazine, are friends from
- 48:22Speaker 3: Barrett Media, from World News in Espanola, and all the
- 48:25Speaker 3: rest of our media partners. Thank you for locking into
- 48:27Speaker 3: this event. And I was going to give a shout
- 48:31Speaker 3: out to Professor Emeritus doctor Rolando Alum, but he chose
- 48:35Speaker 3: to go somewhere else today, so all right, you get
- 48:39Speaker 3: the shout out anyway. And of course, my buddy Andrew
- 48:42Speaker 3: from Lyn Digital Media, and so many of our listeners
- 48:46Speaker 3: that are here with us, and I want to kick
- 48:48Speaker 3: this whole thing off saying it's it's been such a
- 48:51Speaker 3: fun journey for me and I love radio, out door radio,
- 48:54Speaker 3: but part of what is to be a professional is
- 48:58Speaker 3: to be able to adjust and in terrestrial radio, which
- 49:03Speaker 3: I love in adoor and I've made my life and
- 49:05Speaker 3: I will continue to do and do continue to do.
- 49:08Speaker 3: I kicked off this brand new year twenty twenty six
- 49:10Speaker 3: on the air. But I'll say this, nobody's building new
- 49:15Speaker 3: radio towers, but people are building plenty of new streaming networks.
- 49:20Speaker 3: Years ago people would say what radio station are you on?
- 49:24Speaker 3: Now people tell me how do I watch you? What's
- 49:28Speaker 3: your YouTube? And that type of thing is what brings
- 49:33Speaker 3: us to the place where we are now where we're like,
- 49:35Speaker 3: you know what we need to expand we have to
- 49:38Speaker 3: get into streaming video. So without further ado, I want
- 49:42Speaker 3: to bring in our senior advisor for a company that
- 49:44Speaker 3: I started called Richfaldesk Media and our production arm, which
- 49:49Speaker 3: is the ABC Recording Network.
- 49:51Speaker 8: I want to bring to you.
- 49:52Speaker 3: Somebody who spent thirty years, more than thirty years in government.
- 49:55Speaker 3: He is a friend, he's a trusted senior advisor. I
- 49:59Speaker 3: call him mister Advisor. He most recently served the President
- 50:03Speaker 3: of the United States and Secretary Kennedy, and now he's
- 50:07Speaker 3: helping us trailblaze things in the Caribbean, in in Washington,
- 50:13Speaker 3: many places. He's got a lot of connections. Dennis Gonzalez,
- 50:16Speaker 3: our senior advisor.
- 50:17Speaker 12: Welcome, sir, Well, thank you, Rich, thank you. Good afternoon everybody.
- 50:20Speaker 12: By the way, Rich, it's thirty seven years in public service.
- 50:24Speaker 12: But I started when I was ten, So good afternoon
- 50:29Speaker 12: when I started, as everyone, delighted to be here and
- 50:33Speaker 12: honored to be mister adviser to my dear and good
- 50:38Speaker 12: friend Rich. Welcome to this joint rocal syndication announcement. And
- 50:44Speaker 12: let me read the rest of this because I don't
- 50:45Speaker 12: want to miss anything and face the wrath of Rich.
- 50:49Speaker 12: So this is an announcement by Global Media Federation, Festiva TV,
- 50:56Speaker 12: Valdez Media, and the ABC Record Network. Thank you all
- 51:02Speaker 12: for joining us here in this beautiful studio right here
- 51:05Speaker 12: in the in beautiful Times Square.
- 51:07Speaker 8: I love this area.
- 51:09Speaker 12: Of course, finding parking is challenging, but I love it anyway.
- 51:15Speaker 12: And I am Dennis Gonzalez, your master of ceremonies. We
- 51:19Speaker 12: are here to announce a groundbreaking syndication deal bringing Rich
- 51:24Speaker 12: Valdez's dynamic late night talk show exclusively in Spanish Espaniol
- 51:31Speaker 12: to Roco via Festiva TV. And so Rich just made
- 51:37Speaker 12: a an opening mark, but I'm turning it back to
- 51:41Speaker 12: him because he's going to introduce someone specialized earlier.
- 51:44Speaker 8: Thank you, Dennis Gonzalez. I appreciate you, my brother.

- 58:33Speaker 3: so I'm grateful for your flexibility in that as well.
- 58:36Speaker 13: Thank you, Thank you so much. I think this would
