- 0:03Speaker 1: the sky last night? No?
- 0:05Speaker 2: I didn't.
- 0:06Speaker 1: I got pictures from friends. Yeah, I did it as well.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Last night my phone goes on do not disturb. Since
- 0:11Speaker 1: we get up so early, my phone goes on do
- 0:12Speaker 1: not disturb pretty early. But last night I've always called
- 0:15Speaker 1: it the Northern lights, but I guess it has a
- 0:17Speaker 1: technical term.
- 0:18Speaker 2: What is it Aurora borealis.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, that's way That's way more than my pain.
- 0:22Speaker 1: There's way too much Latin. That's way much for me.
- 0:25Speaker 1: I'm called the Northern lights. We just see them. So
- 0:31Speaker 1: last night it was beautiful, right around gorgeous, right around
- 0:35Speaker 1: eleven o'clock.
- 0:36Speaker 3: I didn't know I read about it, but then it
- 0:38Speaker 3: looked like it said a good chance people in North
- 0:40Speaker 3: Florida won't be able to see it, so I turned.
- 0:41Speaker 3: I just didn't even think about it, and then I
- 0:44Speaker 3: get pictures from my friends when I wake up this morning.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Absolutely gorgeous pink sky. Last night. Now, earlier in the night,
- 0:49Speaker 1: I was driving to have dinner with Lisa, my wife,
- 0:53Speaker 1: and I saw the sky was like a burt orange
- 0:55Speaker 1: and blue I sent a picture to my son because
- 0:57Speaker 1: we're Gators fans. I said, swear God in a gator.
- 1:00Speaker 1: He sent me back in the little gator chop. I
- 1:02Speaker 1: was there. Stop it maybe very long shade, Carolina blue
- 1:05Speaker 1: and in the Texas Barn orange. We're not going to
- 1:08Speaker 1: get into the hues. It was orange and blue. That
- 1:09Speaker 1: matters to me. I'm with you on that. I'm with
- 1:12Speaker 1: you on that. Let's get into megas. He's got her
- 1:14Speaker 1: music City minute. What is going on in Nashville?
- 1:17Speaker 4: Well, you remember how I was telling you that Laney
- 1:18Speaker 4: Wilson pranked Muscadine Bloodline by bringing toilets up on stage
- 1:22Speaker 4: not long ago. Well, Ernest got her back on their
- 1:25Speaker 4: last shows.
- 1:26Speaker 2: He dressed up as Laney in bill bottoms and like a.
- 1:29Speaker 4: Little skinfy tall I love it and came out on
- 1:32Speaker 4: stage and Laney told him, if you're going to look
- 1:34Speaker 4: like me, you need to start doing some squats.
- 1:38Speaker 1: He ain't got that.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Riley Green is announcing three Bass Tours stops next year,
- 1:50Speaker 4: so he's going to a different military bases, two in Japan,
- 1:53Speaker 4: one in Hawaii. I love this because it's kind of
- 1:56Speaker 4: feeling like Toby Keith going on USO Tours announcing on
- 2:00Speaker 4: Veteran's Day.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Obviously, I'm just all for that.
- 2:03Speaker 1: That is great.
- 2:03Speaker 4: And we've got answers about Meghan Morony and I told
- 2:07Speaker 4: you guys, I think she's going to do something and
- 2:09Speaker 4: switch her color from blue to pink. Is it a
- 2:11Speaker 4: new album? We didn't know, now we do. It's called
- 2:14Speaker 4: Cloud nine. Everything is pink and Meghan Maroney Land and
- 2:18Speaker 4: fans are loving the Riley Green. Meghan Maroney Lore wondering
- 2:22Speaker 4: if maybe her song make It Rain on the album
- 2:24Speaker 4: could be a nod to him.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Not sure, but I'm here for the tea. That's what's
- 2:30Speaker 2: going on in Nashville.
- 2:31Speaker 3: WDQIK Chili Wednesday, the Big Show with Froggie, John and Meghan.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Hope you are staying warn Good morning to you. Meghan
- 2:38Speaker 1: got a quick question. Okay, are you a chord cutter?
- 2:41Speaker 2: Yes, I'm on all the streaming platforms.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Have you realized as I have? And maybe John you've
- 2:47Speaker 1: realized the same. If you do any of these subscriptions,
- 2:51Speaker 1: all these little nine ninety nine and twelve ninety ninees
- 2:53Speaker 1: and thirteen ninety nine and now they go to nineteen nine. Yer,
- 2:55Speaker 1: that all adds up to I sometimes think we're paying
- 2:58Speaker 1: more now than we were when we had it all
- 2:59Speaker 1: in just.
- 2:59Speaker 4: One Yeah, I'm pushing like almost two hundred dollars a
- 3:02Speaker 4: month on all my services.
- 3:04Speaker 1: It's wild. Well it's about to go up. No, it
- 3:06Speaker 1: is about to go up. So first we'll talk about
- 3:09Speaker 1: Paramount Plus. They are increasing their prices. Paramount Plus subscribers
- 3:13Speaker 1: will pay more for the streaming service starting January fifteenth.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Streaming platform announced its ADS supported Essential Plan is going
- 3:20Speaker 1: to increase by a dollar. And that's what they do.
- 3:22Speaker 1: It's only a dollar dollar a year to death. Yeah.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Now that's going to go to nine dollars a month,
- 3:26Speaker 1: while the AD free plan is rising to fourteen dollars
- 3:29Speaker 1: a month. If you do the annual subscription, that will
- 3:32Speaker 1: also go to eighty nine dollars or a one to
- 3:34Speaker 1: forty a year.
- 3:36Speaker 2: It's enough for me to cancel, right seriously.
- 3:38Speaker 4: I mean, because it's like the cheaper ones that you're
- 3:41Speaker 4: willing to have, but you don't use them as much
- 3:43Speaker 4: as the big names.
- 3:45Speaker 2: You're gone, goodbye, see you later.
- 3:46Speaker 1: And they're eliminating all free trials. Well I can't say
- 3:49Speaker 1: it because too many people will give a fake email
- 3:51Speaker 1: sign up for the fake trial, but I am guilty
- 3:54Speaker 1: of signing it for the free trial.
- 3:56Speaker 3: And then forgetting oh yeah, and then the next thing
- 3:58Speaker 3: you know, you're you don't even know that you've been
- 4:00Speaker 3: ad for fourteen dollars.
- 4:01Speaker 1: You've been paying for it for a year. Yeah, you
- 4:03Speaker 1: see a pop up on your phone, you're like, wait
- 4:04Speaker 1: a second, I'm paying for.
- 4:05Speaker 2: That and you never even use it because you don't
- 4:07Speaker 2: know it's there.
- 4:08Speaker 1: No, and I only want it for one show, like
- 4:09Speaker 1: something's gonna come out, like a premiere of a show
- 4:11Speaker 1: I want to watch, and they end up signing up
- 4:14Speaker 1: for it. No, No, no, have it anymore. But it's
- 4:17Speaker 1: be aware. They are raising the price now. If you're
- 4:19Speaker 1: a YouTube TV subscriber like I am. This whole thing
- 4:22Speaker 1: with Disney, they have now done a YouTube credit so
- 4:26Speaker 1: you can get twenty dollars back of your bill, but
- 4:29Speaker 1: you gotta go work for it. They don't just give
- 4:31Speaker 1: it to you. You catch, you gotta go fetch, you,
- 4:33Speaker 1: gotta go fetch you. So, John, I don't know if
- 4:36Speaker 1: you have YouTube TV, and Megan, I don't know if
- 4:37Speaker 1: you have YouTube TV. We still don't have ESPN, we
- 4:39Speaker 1: still don't have ABC, we still don't have Disney. It's funny.
- 4:42Speaker 3: I have all of that, and it's funny if you
- 4:45Speaker 3: want to join right now with a price of five
- 4:47Speaker 3: price five year guarantee Exfinity the old cord somehow, it's,
- 4:52Speaker 3: you know, going to come back around again because it's
- 4:55Speaker 3: because you keep adding all these things up y'all talk about.
- 4:58Speaker 1: And I'm like, I.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Got the base with Infinity right, and I got everything.
- 5:02Speaker 3: I got all my ESPN family of networks.
- 5:04Speaker 4: I mean, it sounds worth it to not have to
- 5:06Speaker 4: worry about it and hunt. I hate having to hunt
- 5:08Speaker 4: and search.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Right there all the apps. Where is that? You know?
- 5:11Speaker 3: And I got that voice thing where I just go
- 5:13Speaker 3: last night Florida State basketball and went to the Florida
- 5:17Speaker 3: State Florida basketball game.
- 5:18Speaker 1: I had to just follow along on my phone as
- 5:20Speaker 1: they did the score updates on the end.
- 5:21Speaker 3: That's call walk into an Infinity store today. Fifth Country
- 5:29Speaker 3: ninety nine one w qy K, The Big Show with
- 5:31Speaker 3: Froggy John and Meghan. I got to get this guy
- 5:34Speaker 3: some credit for his ingenuity. But he stole a rental car. Okay,
- 5:39Speaker 3: stole a rental car. Problem number one, and yeah they
- 5:42Speaker 3: have trackers in them. Swipe the car from an Orange
- 5:44Speaker 3: County rental company skip payments, and this man kept the
- 5:48Speaker 3: car running for three weeks because you know they have
- 5:50Speaker 3: that remote stop if you turn it off, they can
- 5:52Speaker 3: disable it on some of these cars, right, So he
- 5:55Speaker 3: was smart enough to keep the thing running, and he
- 5:57Speaker 3: kept the thing running the whole time.
- 5:58Speaker 1: He thought, oh min become an uber driver.
- 6:01Speaker 3: And so he became an uber driver in a car
- 6:04Speaker 3: people are around in a stolen car he couldn't turn off.
- 6:09Speaker 3: And then finally in Polk County they got him and
- 6:11Speaker 3: they made him turn it off. And he has two
- 6:14Speaker 3: customers in the backseat from England who had no clue
- 6:17Speaker 3: of what was going on.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Sorry, folks, I hope you have better friends than I
- 6:21Speaker 1: do today. Good morning to you. So it is true.
- 6:26Speaker 1: So we're sitting here in the studio. It actually is
- 6:28Speaker 1: a little chilli here in the studio today. But I'm
- 6:30Speaker 1: not going to turn the space heater on because if
- 6:31Speaker 1: I do, my friends will yell at me. Yes, I'm
- 6:34Speaker 1: wearing a underneath what did I call it? I forget
- 6:36Speaker 1: what I've even called it. You guys made fun of
- 6:38Speaker 1: it for.
- 6:38Speaker 2: So long, compression shirt.
- 6:39Speaker 1: I'm wearing a compression fleece shirt. Underneath my hoodie today
- 6:44Speaker 1: and Megan is accusing me of wearing Kim Kardashian clothes.
- 6:47Speaker 1: One of those things. Skims.
- 6:49Speaker 2: Yes, skims, that's exactly what you're wearing. It's a shirt.
- 6:51Speaker 2: You have a little snap under the croucht skims for him.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Do you want me to take this thing off and
- 6:58Speaker 1: prove to you it's not it's not. We take your
- 7:01Speaker 1: word on it.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Is it nude color match?
- 7:06Speaker 1: It is black? It DevOps that's the name brand.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Okay.
- 7:09Speaker 4: So it's a super tight, uncomfortably tight compression shirt with
- 7:13Speaker 4: a fleece lining.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Yes, skim, No, it doesn't. Underneath you wear a leotar.
- 7:19Speaker 2: It's okay, It's okay, it doesn't.
- 7:22Speaker 1: You don't have any lines on your You.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Know you're wearing skims.
- 7:28Speaker 1: I am not wearing Kim Kardashian clothing. Yeah you are.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I feel like I feel like I'm back in middle school.
- 7:33Speaker 3: Now.
- 7:34Speaker 2: You understand women go through because it's hard.
- 7:36Speaker 4: To unsnap before you go to the bathroom.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Okay, this is a dev Ops.
- 7:43Speaker 1: I bought it off of Amazons tags. The tag right
- 7:47Speaker 1: now doesn't have tags, because that's how good it is.
- 7:52Speaker 1: It's that you get what you know what, you call me,
- 7:54Speaker 1: whatever you want, but just put warm in front of it.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Kim Kardashian warm building will.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Form of Jack's Wednesday because it's cold outside. I'm not
- 8:05Speaker 1: talking to you guys anymore.
- 8:06Speaker 3: Nine hundred and fifty five million dollars drawing on Friday.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Getting closer to when I'll start playing. Over over half
- 8:11Speaker 1: a billion on power Ball tonight.
- 8:14Speaker 4: They've got lottery calendars at the gas stations. I've got
- 8:16Speaker 4: one now because you guys are always on it and
- 8:20Speaker 4: I need to catch up.
- 8:21Speaker 3: I need to get rich country. On WQ I k
- 8:24Speaker 3: the Big Show with Froggy, John and Meghan.
- 8:26Speaker 1: For some reason, I'm one of those people that I
- 8:27Speaker 1: won't play it until it gets to a billion, and
- 8:29Speaker 1: I know that's really dumb. It trusts me. Same way.
- 8:32Speaker 1: I'm not acting as if I don't need the nine
- 8:33Speaker 1: hundred million, and I know that my odds are probably
- 8:36Speaker 1: less when it gets to a billion, so I know
- 8:38Speaker 1: it's stupid, but I'm just being real with you. That's
- 8:41Speaker 1: that's the same way. I'm the same way.
- 8:43Speaker 2: If it's under a.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Billion, it's not enough for the two After somebody wins
- 8:47Speaker 3: and it's down to twenty million again he got, why
- 8:49Speaker 3: even play.
- 8:51Speaker 1: I'm such an idiot.
- 8:52Speaker 3: No, because eight dollars would help me right now, much
- 8:55Speaker 3: less eight million.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Well, Froggy needs it because of all his skims he's
- 8:59Speaker 2: been buying up. They're expensive. You need to you need
- 9:04Speaker 2: to get a lottery.
- 9:05Speaker 1: You need a lotment like that. They don't snap under
- 9:08Speaker 1: the crotch. Yes, I don't help when I go to
- 9:10Speaker 1: the bathroom. I don't need any issues. It's a shirt.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Known enough about your onesie today. You know, when I
- 9:16Speaker 1: just explained to that I don't buy lottery tickets until
- 9:18Speaker 1: it's a billion, I realized how dumb that sounds. You
- 9:20Speaker 1: ever do that? You ever explained something you do and
- 9:22Speaker 1: you go it really is pretty stupid. I totally know
- 9:24Speaker 1: I'm an idiot that way.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Yeah, you ever do that, Megan, No, because I know
- 9:27Speaker 2: where this is going, and I know you're going to
- 9:29Speaker 2: bring up my zin. I think it's a smartnessssion for all.
- 9:34Speaker 1: But but I didn't practice my skull and crossbone drawings.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I could draw some more on.
- 9:38Speaker 2: There if you putting it back in my overall pouch.
- 9:40Speaker 2: You're not getting this on my side for a while.
- 9:44Speaker 1: The counter now, she keeps on the other side arms ring.
- 9:47Speaker 2: I'm protecting it.
- 9:48Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, we are the big show. Thank you
- 9:51Speaker 3: for taking us with you on this chilly Wednesday. It's froggy,
- 9:53Speaker 3: John and Meghan.
- 9:54Speaker 1: So it is a cold morning. I'm gonna need every
- 9:56Speaker 1: single one of you all to say a little prayer
- 9:58Speaker 1: for me later today. What's this happen at a house man,
- 10:00Speaker 1: I said, here's what happened earlier in the week. On
- 10:04Speaker 1: Monday afternoon. Lisa said to me, we have these red
- 10:06Speaker 1: sister tropical plants right right out in front of our house, okay,
- 10:09Speaker 1: and they died last year. Well I cut them down
- 10:13Speaker 1: to the ground, and in a year's time they've grown back.
- 10:16Speaker 1: They are more beautiful than they've ever been. And so
- 10:19Speaker 1: Lisa said, can you please cover them this year? Will
- 10:22Speaker 1: you please cover them so we can save them? And
- 10:24Speaker 1: I said, yeah, I will do that this year because
- 10:26Speaker 1: they are gorgeous. We have four of them. They're beautiful.
- 10:28Speaker 1: So I got out the little plant thing. I covered them.
- 10:32Speaker 1: I mean, I got the bricks on the ground, I
- 10:34Speaker 1: did everything. I covered them on Monday evening before two
- 10:37Speaker 1: before yesterday's you know morning cold, and I left it
- 10:40Speaker 1: out in there yesterday. But then I remembered I needed
- 10:43Speaker 1: to turn the sprinklers off because the water, the cold
- 10:46Speaker 1: water is going to be worse on top of the
- 10:49Speaker 1: plant blankets.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that'd be bad.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Well that's the symbol is going onto an app and
- 10:53Speaker 1: turning it off. We didn't do that. Oh so tranklers
- 10:57Speaker 1: ran last night. When I came out this morning to
- 10:58Speaker 1: come to work, the plant blanket is just soap and
- 11:02Speaker 1: you can tell the plants have lost all. So now
- 11:04Speaker 1: it is sitting. It is sitting in its own freezing brain.
- 11:07Speaker 2: Yeah, you didn't take it off to hide the evidence.
- 11:10Speaker 1: No, No, it was number one. Was two cold outside
- 11:13Speaker 1: is one of my left and it was fourth. It
- 11:14Speaker 1: was four to twenty five in the morning, so I
- 11:16Speaker 1: didn't want to get soaked, wet and everything else. I left.
- 11:18Speaker 1: So oh man messed up and I did the hard part.
- 11:21Speaker 1: The hard part was covering the plant. Sure, it was
- 11:23Speaker 1: all it was. Hit your dang app to turn the
- 11:25Speaker 1: sprinklers off. I'm telling you this, this two day trial
- 11:27Speaker 1: we've had for the cold weather, I'm canceling my subscription.
- 11:31Speaker 1: I don't like it. I want to get back to
- 11:32Speaker 1: the warmth. And that's the problem is two days is
- 11:35Speaker 1: going to kill our plants that we've been growing for
- 11:37Speaker 1: a year. They are so gorgeous, these red sister plants.
- 11:41Speaker 1: I know they're tropical, I know they belong in a
- 11:43Speaker 1: warmer climate, but if you take care of them, they
- 11:45Speaker 1: usually will last here. Right. But now now you've done
- 11:49Speaker 1: done it, she's gonna get mad.
- 11:50Speaker 2: And so what are you gonna do?
- 11:52Speaker 4: Like, You're gonna cut them down and hope you get
- 11:53Speaker 4: lucky second hear they come back.
- 11:55Speaker 1: No, they'll come back every time. But by the time
- 11:57Speaker 1: they get to really beautiful, it'll be cold again next
- 11:59Speaker 1: year and I have to do this all over again.
- 12:01Speaker 3: Oh, man, I think we'll be okay. I'm gonna get
- 12:04Speaker 3: in trouble today, but you will be in trouble today.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Just say you're sorry and actually mean it.
- 12:08Speaker 1: And what else do I do?
- 12:10Speaker 2: Probably buy something expensive.
- 12:12Speaker 3: On the way home.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Oh there we go, buy some tropical life savers just.
- 12:15Speaker 2: To get a new plan. Say this reminds me of
- 12:18Speaker 2: you because it's so beautiful.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Oh I was pretty good? Man? Was good? Oh yeah,
- 12:23Speaker 1: maybe that was good. Nice job, that was good, good one.
- 12:25Speaker 2: I'm not sure.
- 12:26Speaker 1: I'm not sure I couldn't deliver that it the way
- 12:28Speaker 1: that you can't pull it off.
- 12:29Speaker 3: But that's at your script about that running out of
- 12:32Speaker 3: moonlight with Randy Hawser. But when that moonlight came out
- 12:35Speaker 3: last night, we had some northern lights. It was absolutely
- 12:38Speaker 3: beautiful in certain parts. I didn't go to look because
- 12:40Speaker 3: I didn't think we were going to get.
- 12:41Speaker 1: The dang things. I didn't see it myself, but it's
- 12:43Speaker 1: a lot of my neighbors sit me pictures I was
- 12:44Speaker 1: putting on the show last night. Indeed, it was a
- 12:47Speaker 1: beautiful Veterans Day. I speaking of Veterans Day yesterday we
- 12:50Speaker 1: were in k Knights for Warriors, Yes, and I got
- 12:52Speaker 1: a final tally from them over one.
- 12:54Speaker 3: Point two million dollars. That's incredible, and thank you because
- 12:59Speaker 3: you were of it, and that's what's amazing. Thank you
- 13:01Speaker 3: so much for your donations to what a wonderful organization.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Our community always stands up.
- 13:07Speaker 4: Yeah, and so many veterans now will be able to
- 13:09Speaker 4: get paired with their pets. I mean, because it costs
- 13:11Speaker 4: you said, twenty five thousand dollars to train the dogs.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Thousands start to finish from getting a rescue animal, training it,
- 13:17Speaker 1: feeding it, giving it all the shots, doing all the
- 13:20Speaker 1: stuff that needs to be done, and then pairing it
- 13:22Speaker 1: with the correct veteran and not not all veterans and
- 13:25Speaker 1: all dogs kind of match. So it's really there's a
- 13:28Speaker 1: big process there. But yeah, one point two million dollars yesterday.
- 13:31Speaker 1: But that was not the only exciting thing happening yesterday. No,
- 13:35Speaker 1: it wasn't. John. You had another grand baby brought into
- 13:38Speaker 1: our beautiful yes yesterday. My son and his wife.
- 13:41Speaker 3: They have a new daughter that was seven pounds and
- 13:45Speaker 3: four ounces born at four forty seven yesterday morning.
- 13:49Speaker 1: What's her name? Zala, Zala Zala Ray. So we got
- 13:52Speaker 1: Zala and Camden, yep, sale in Camden. And here's what's cool.
- 13:56Speaker 1: They are both born on the same day exactly two
- 13:59Speaker 1: years apoon exactly. So uh so Camden turned to yesterday
- 14:03Speaker 1: Zaala was born and that's what's going on there. I
- 14:06Speaker 1: mean that they're gonna just have to share a birthday
- 14:08Speaker 1: the rest of their lives.
